Today’s episode of The Rob Kendall Show opens with Rob discussing the Indiana Recount Commission flipping the Spencer Deery–Paula Copenhaver Senate race by throwing out absentee or provisional ballots over technical mistakes made by election officials. Rob says voters followed the rules, but their votes were tossed because government failed to process them properly, turning Deery’s three-vote lead into a three-vote Copenhaver win.
