  SPEAKER_00: It's a massive indicator of market movement, and frankly, in some cases, massive opportunities for real estate buyers out there.

  SPEAKER_00: That is giving buyers uh less choice, but we are seeing sellers becoming more nimble with those prices.

  SPEAKER_00: Uh, one property of note of those 74, I did see a couple drops ranging from a couple thousand dollars, and that's kind of on the low end to over$100,000.

  SPEAKER_00: And it's definitely an indication that that particular seller is motivated.
