  it's a pleasure to meet you, Judge Joe Brown. It's a pleasure

  says that he's been best friends, well not best friends, but he's been

  friends with Michael since he was ten, and he always thought of himself as

  a good influence on Michael. Lazaric bright kid, uh, loves school,

  loves going to work, and he feels like that's a good influence on Michael.

  Michael uh, college kid uh, trying to figure out things in life,

  you know the kind. So Michael is over at Lazarek's house one evening

  and the plan for the evening is to hang out and then they're gonna meet

  up. Some ladies meet up. Some ladies meet up with some lady.

  There's the preposition, meet up some ladies. So Michael starts to pregame drinking,

  having some good time course and discovers the liquor in the f freezer fridge

  area. It's Lazaric's, but he takes it and begins to pour it on

  the floor of the kitchen. He just rips it out of the fridge and
• 3:37
  just as like pop pop. He says, I'm pouring it out from a
• 3:39
  homie. What homie, We don't know the homie, but he's pouring one
• 3:43
  out for his homie. Did he have a homie that died? I'm sure,
• 3:46
  okay? And uh, then, for reasons unknown, takes the lotion
• 3:53
  that Lasaric has on the on the counter and pours that on top of the
• 3:59
  liquor for his homie, for his homie, So it's a double poor I
• 4:02
  guess he ran out of the liquor and decided, you know, there's uh,
• 4:06
  there's lotion. So Lazark's kitchen is thou flooded with liquor flooded. There's
• 4:14
  a bit large. Okay, there's a lot of liquor, a lot of
• 4:17
  lotion, and Liaseric is just sitting there like, what is going on?
• 4:23
  Why are you doing this? He's like a poor one out for my homie.
• 4:26
  And he's like and we never hear who the homie. You never hear
• 4:29
  about the home, Oh my gosh. And uh He's like, okay,
• 4:32
  now it's time to clean it up. Um, And Lazark tells him to
• 4:38
  clean it up, and he does it, but he's doing it slowly and
• 4:42
  he's complaining the whole time, and he told and then Laseric he's frustrated at
• 4:47
  Michael at this point in time, and he tells Michael Michael, we're not
• 4:50
  going to the girl's house. They're not going to meet up some girls.
• 4:54
  We're not going to meet up girls. And Michael's not having it. He
• 4:59
  gets up and he sucker punches him right in the jaw. So the guy
• 5:03
  that poured the liquor and the lotion on the floor has the audacity to stand
• 5:12
  up and punch the dude in the face. He does, and he did.
• 5:17
  It was a it was a very hard punch. There's he's bleeding everywhere.
• 5:24
  He chases him and Michael's cousin, who is also there out of the
• 5:28
  house in the courtroom. No, we don't know. When he chases him
• 5:32
  out of the house, Michael turns around, starts talking some smack. The
• 5:39
  cops pull up. The guys. The cops were, you know, in
• 5:41
  the area, as they are they typically, and so they run off,
• 5:49
  and so las Eric is stuck there, you know, talking to the police
• 5:54
  and they look at his Johnny's like, my jaw is killing me. And
• 5:57
  there's blood everywhere, and the judges, i mean, the police are like,
• 6:00
  your your jaws fine, just you know, puts like, put some
• 6:03
  heat on it. Put some heat on it. So he decides that's a
• 6:08
  big story to not take the police's word for that. He goes to the
• 6:12
  emergency room. His jaws fractured and it has to be wired shut. Oh
• 6:16
  boy, for three months. That's a Kanye. Now, now, what
• 6:21
  do you mean it's a Kanye. Kanye had his white you know, I
• 6:24
  heard the story. Kanye had his jaw wired shut. That's when he wrote
• 6:27
  all that music early on, before he got super famous. He could only
• 6:29
  produce, he couldn't wrap, had his jaw wire. I'm not making that
• 6:32
  up. Maybe they should, maybe he should get his jaw wired shut again.

  Music again. His jaw got ruined, like that's why his jaw looks
• 6:41
  a little if you look at it, he does look a little. That's
• 6:44
  interesting idea, Kanye. So it's it's wired chet for three days and uh

  Lazark doesn't miss a day of work or school, doesn't miss a day.

  Wow, he's committed to his work even though his jaw's wired, even though

  jaws watchow and his job clearly doesn't require him to talk. Yeah, it

  is a very I forget what it is, but it's a very like smart

  job, like something in the science department essentially, So good for him.

  Michael on the other hand, not in the science department or any department.

  Michael finally it's time for him to talk, and he is saying, you

  know, I was paying Lasaric to help me study. And while Michael's talking,

  he's using some slang if you can imagine, and Joe Judge Joe Brown

  you've heard, is like, why are you talking like a hood rat if
• 7:45
  you're in college. I can hear him saying it, dude, Yeah,
• 7:50
  hoodrat took him a year and a half, ten syllables. And he starts
• 7:56
  to talk over Joe, and he's like, Lasak put his hand on me
• 8:00
  first. And Joe says, I would have thrown you out of my house
• 8:03
  too if you poured liquor and lotion on the floor. That's right, texastraw

  Joe, and uh so he's uh, He's like, you're not listening to
• 8:16
  what I'm saying, and uh like, let me talk. I'll tell you,

  like, this is not what happened. What he says is not what
• 8:24
  happened, and and Joe's listen, You're uh, you're you're trying to tell
• 8:30
  me what's going on. You need to listen to me when I'm talking,

  and keep talking over me and Joe's like, and Michael's like, you're trying
• 8:37
  to tell me what to do and how to be a man in Europe there
• 8:41
  wearing a dress. Oh boy, that's gonna go well yeah. And Joe's
• 8:46
  like, oh, you want to talk about being a man. You're down
• 8:50
  there wearing all those necklaces and he's got a couple of nice gold chains on
• 8:54
  and they are really doing it here. And Michael says, well, what's
• 8:58
  that on your hand? And Joe says, it's my wedding ring, dummy,

  I'm married. Ah. Michael's a bright one, you can tell um.

  He then lectures him about how he doesn't even know what it means to
• 9:13
  be a man. Classic Jose and Michael's like, you don't know me.

  You don't know what my home life was like, you don't know any of
• 9:22
  that. You're making assumptions. He doesn't say assumptions, but you know what
• 9:24
  I'm saying. And Joe's like, I've seen thousands of you in this courtroom
• 9:28
  before. You think you're tough, You're not tough. And Michael says,
• 9:33
  this isn't even about the case no more, it's about me, and Joe
• 9:37
  says, it's always about the case. It's always about the case, and
• 9:39
  he's and he rules for Lasic for all the money. No questions asked,
• 9:43
  what are you doing, Michael, what are you doing two fifty for the
• 9:48
  laseric or all the three thousand whatever? Three thousand, yes, two fifty.

  In my head it was two to fifty. K. I was thinking

  in jury three thousand for three thousand for Lasak. You're exactly right, he's,

  uh, you know he So, here's the thing. At the beginning

  of this case, they don't say the amount of money that it was for.

  Okay, Joe. At the end of this case, he's like,

  it's always about the case. Right now, I'm thinking about how much to

  make you pay to make your life miserable, He says, I'm gonna jack

  you up, and he makes him pay three thousand dollars. I love it.

  So I don't know how much the initial college wash. Yeah, I

  don't know how much it was originally. So I said to three thousand dollars.

  I didn't want to give too much away, but three thousand dollars for

  a wired shut jaw that doesn't see it's really possibly right about there. So

  yeah, So there you got Judge Joe Brown going jack you up, and

  we're gonna get real classy here in Judge Allis's room. Don't worry. Let

  me introduce you to Courtney Nelson and to Lisa Robinson. Courtney Nelson suing to

  Lisa Robinson for two three and seventy nine dollars, she has receipts now three

  and seventy nine dollars. Sorry, I was thinking of we start with Courtney.

  Alex says, Courtney, to your sooner, because the checks that she

  gave you were bad. I'm very confused. And Courtney says, well,

  first of all, I've never called her Talsa in my life. I call
• 11:16
  her big booty Judy, which is relevant how and Alex says, so this
• 11:30
  is a classic Alex line. So her name is Judy to you because she
• 11:35
  has a big booty, and Courtney says correct. Yeah again though like what
• 11:41
  they go over to t Lisa is she is she hoping Alex will call her
• 11:46
  big booty Judy. He does, He calls her Judy the whole court Yeah,
• 11:50
  it's great. So Talsa is over there laughing. She didn't bother a
• 11:54
  bit, and she says she's been calling me that since she met me,
• 11:58
  and she laughs and he and uh. Alex says, well, why why
• 12:03
  are you calling that? And Courtney says, she's on YouTube for her booty.
• 12:11
  Okay. Alex says, so there's a video of you like shake in
• 12:16
  your booty and t Lisa says videos. Uh, I love to dance.
• 12:22
  Dancing is a great way to relieve stress and lose weight and have fun.
• 12:26
  And I put those videos on the YouTube and Courtney says, show show him,
• 12:33
  Judy, show him, and Alex says, that's a no, it's
• 12:37
  a no. We're not going to do that in the court room. So
• 12:41
  is is Judy's uh torqun tube of any relevance to this case. We will
• 12:50
  get there, okay, Like I said, Judge, Alex's gonna get to
• 12:54
  the bottom of this. A yeah. So Courtney says, we're best friends.

  In fact, one night we went to the club and she disappeared and

  I found her outside the club and she was throwing up and I was like,

  did you have a lot to drink? I didn't remember you drinking anything,

  and she says, I'm not, I'm not drinking anything. I'm pregnant,

  oh gosh, And she was thinking about what to do with the baby.

  In fact, was thinking about maybe terming the terminating the pregnant. Ok

  But Courtney says, I'm very much against abortion, and she talked her into
• 13:22
  t Lisa carrying the baby full term and giving it up for adoption, and
• 13:26
  she helped pay for that herself. Courtney used her own money. It's a
• 13:30
  beautiful story. And t Lisa's like, Yep, she was a great friend.

  She did everything. She just said, wonderful friend. Okay, So
• 13:37
  Alex's like, all right, you guys clearly have a close bond. Winded
• 13:39
  things turned south and Courtney says sugar daddy's and Talsa says, no, no,
• 13:46
  I did not have sugar daddies. I did not have sugar daddies.

  I had benefactors. Fair and Judge Alex said, you're gonna have to help
• 13:56
  me out here. What is the difference between a sugar daddy and a benefactor?

  And Talsa says, they're only sugar daddies if you sleep with them,

  right, benefactors if you don't. And I don't sleep with men. That's

  what she said. Okay, So benefactors is just like I spend time with

  them, I make them feel wanted, and then they give me stuff in
• 14:16
  return, Alex is gonna get to that. Alex says, to the difference
• 14:18
  is sex. So they're you're like an escort. But but just like and
• 14:24
  she says, yeah, I'm eye candy. They pay. It starts off
• 14:28
  with them emailing me and then they pay me to go to events with them.

  Uh and and hang out with them, uh like on dates and stuff,
• 14:37
  but no sex and and uh, Courtney says, in the last ten
• 14:41
  months, I've not seen her go anywhere with anybody outside of her own house.

  And I know she's getting paid. So they're sugar daddies. That's what
• 14:52
  they are. They're sugar daddies. Like Talia said, she doesn't have sex
• 14:58
  with men. Yeah, no, no, no, and we where's the

  baby, Alex. Alex makes one quip and then we just keep moving.

  Yeah. So at least one time Courtney has ye. Courtney is saying,

  uh, she's she she's having sex with these guys. They're giving her money.

  It's a sugar daddy situation. And uh. Then she came to the

  Lisa A K A I E of course e G. Big Booty. Judy

  came to Courtney. This is the corner Courtney near Christmas and said her bank
• 15:30
  was messing up her transactions. She didn't have any money in her bank account,
• 15:33
  she had any money in her bank account, and she needed to pay
• 15:35
  her bills. And she has these checks from one of her benefactors and asked
• 15:41
  if I could cast the checks and give her the cash to pay the bills.
• 15:46
  What does that mean the bank is messing up my transaction. She didn't
• 15:48
  have any money, and she probably had several withdrawal overdraw overdraft fees, the
• 15:54
  money take take out for that, okay? And Alex says, so are
• 16:02
  these blank checks? The only way she'd be able to cash him is if
• 16:04
  you wrote her name on the check. Are these blank checks? Talsa says
• 16:11
  yes, her benefactor is giving her blank checks. And Alex is like,
• 16:18
  so you got some dude who's mailing you blank checks and and and uh and
• 16:26
  and Courtney says, well, they're his name is on the check, but
• 16:30
  it's Talsa's address on the check and I have copies of it. And Alex
• 16:34
  is like, what's that about? And she says, this guy started an
• 16:37
  account with my address on it and put the deposit, the down payment down
• 16:42
  on my car with one of these checks. And Alex is like so this
• 16:47
  guy's a millionaire and she's like, yes, sir, he's a high roller.
• 16:52
  And say so Courtney does deposit the check, and people do things.
• 16:56
  Yes, deposit the checks and uh, it gives you the cash. So

  then t Lisa comes back and says, I got some more checks for you
• 17:04
  to deposit, and I want to go shopping and it's on me. Shopping
• 17:08
  trips on me. So Courtney deposits three checks into her account. How much

  should they write the The checks were as little for as little as two hundred

  dollars. You have a blank? That's right, that's right. Apparently,

  according to Lisa Big Body Judy, it was an agreed upon amount between her
• 17:27
  and the benefactor as to how much to write in the check. Then why

  is he sending them blank? Okay, Alex is gonna gonna tell you it's
• 17:37
  a scam in a little bit, but I'm one hundred percent with you so
• 17:40
  far. So uh, she gives her three more checks. Courtney puts the
• 17:45
  checks in, takes the cash out. Immediately, they go shopping. They
• 17:49
  go from Augusta to Atlanta. We've been there, We've done that lot.

  Good love. Augusta to Atlanta. They go shopping, they spend a ton
• 17:56
  of money. Uh. And they buy a bunch of stuff and then all
• 18:02
  of those checks bounce, all of them put him in, all of them
• 18:07
  bounced, none of them they got. She got. None of that money
• 18:11
  went into her account. She got charged all the money for the bouncing fees.

  So and uh and I and Alex said, I thought you said this
• 18:23
  guy was a high roller. A two hundred dollars check bounced. A two
• 18:26
  hundred dollars check bounced. And she said, your honor, I don't know
• 18:33
  why it bounced, but he is a high roller. I make between sixty
• 18:34
  five hundred and ten thousand dollars a month from him. And Alex goes,
• 18:38
  that must have been some event you went to it with him. So Courtney's
• 18:45
  like, look, I bought a pair of shoes, a jacket, a
• 18:48
  shirt, to skirts. She bought stuff as well. She said she had
• 18:51
  it all, she was doing it all. Uh. And then he said,
• 18:53
  okay, so I get what's going on. This guy's giving you blank
• 18:56
  checks. You signed them, she deposited in her name, and then you're
• 19:00
  using all of her cash. And Courtney said, they never cleared. They
• 19:03
  bounced, And Alex, I can't believe a millionaire bounce to two hundred dollars
• 19:07
  check, so obviously they bounce. You call this guy up and he fixes
• 19:11
  the problem, right, and t Lisa says, well, he was out
• 19:14
  of the country. That's number one, he was out of the country.
• 19:17
  And number two, it's not my problem. I gave her the checks.
• 19:21
  It's not my problem anymore. I gave her his contact info. If she
• 19:26
  needs to contact him, she can't. And he says. Alex says,
• 19:33
  but she has a bill for all of this stuff you bought with the cash
• 19:37
  that you gave her the checks for. And Talsa said, I don't know
• 19:41
  what bill you're talking about. My clothes were paid for with cash. And
• 19:45
  Alex says, with her cash, not your cash, her cash. And
• 19:52
  and then Courtney looks at to Lisa, big Booty Judy and says, you're
• 19:55
  a joke, and t Lisa looks back and says, your face is a
• 19:59
  joke. Got him, rigg got him. That's a classic rig bit there,

  Oh, big Booty went in this case, I'm a subscriber. Oh

  my gosh, uh you good what we had an exclosed flu I'm a subscriber

  to publish his clearinghouse. That is what I said it was relevant somehow they're

  checkst don't bounced. So the so Big Booty Judy gave Courtney an email address

  to contact this guy. She tried to email her. The email came back

  to her it was not a real email address. Oh my gosh. T

  Lisa said, I didn't give her a bugus emo. That's I've been contacting

  this guy for as long as I've been with him. It was not fake.

  Alex says, this is completely a scam. You and this guy are

  working together, That's all there is to it. And now he's ready to

  rule. Yeah, yeah, good scam, but a scam. Yeah.

  She's uh, she's gonna owe all the money and she should owe her more

  like that is dirty. As somebody who has been conned, he's making a

  similar amount of money. It hurts. It hurts. Yeah, And Alex

  does in fact agree with you. In fact, you said brand's been condo.

  Out of the money's going to Courtney. Sorry, big Booty Judy,

  came up with this con because it's very elaborate. It is you got to

  make checks. Yeah, yeah, it's small and crazy, and the checks

  were probably connected to her bank account that had no money in it. Probably

  probably. Yes, that's well, it's crazy, right, good stuff,

  that's good stuff, because why would a millionaire well get in but also get
• 21:51
  an entire check book made with his name on it but her address and give
• 21:56
  her a blank check for small amount of moneys? It doesn't make any sense,

  yep and ale, it's caught her. But also why would she make
• 22:04
  such a small like either go for it or don't go for it? You
• 22:07
  know what I mean? Yeah, either go for it it, don't go
• 22:10
  for it, go thousands of dollars? Why are you doing these small amounts?

  Unless she knows how much she has, Yeah, it's a whole thing.

  But I mean, she paid for a full pregnancy for her, so

  she she clearly has some money. Yes, man, that's dirty. Yeah,

  that's wrong. That's dirty. Unless Judy is like still upset, like

  she feels like she was conned into the pregnancy and to give it, like
• 22:37
  unless all that, like she felt pressured and this was her way of getting

  back. This is crazy dirty. You're you're you're yours, you're crazy person,
