- 0:09[SPEAKER_01]: That person with the Sils Hunter credit score, they can't get funding.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_01]: And the reason why they can't get funding is because of something out there, of course.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_01]: Just give us that sauce.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_01]: I want the game.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_01]: Walking in that bank with the shoe in tie on paper.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_01]: Your credit score is in the score.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_01]: What is your profile look like behind it?
- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: I don't seen hundreds of thousands of reports.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_01]: And they got seven fifties, but have late payments.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: And what are the banks looking for?
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: I want a hundred k. What are they looking for?
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: What makes me the ideal client to get a hundred k, 50 k, 10 k.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of content online says you can get a hundred thousand dollars in business funding with no income, no documentation and no money down.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_00]: Can you actually do that?
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: What's most of that just marketing it?

- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so welcome to another awesome episode of Inside The Vault with Ashcast.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_00]: The greatest money mindset show on the planet.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, most entrepreneurs think the only way to grow a business is to make more money.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_00]: But what if the real key is learning how to access money that doesn't have to come out of your own pocket?
- 2:18[SPEAKER_00]: Today's guest, Brandon Jackson, and Tevin Facy are the founders of Millionaire Essentials.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: An educational platform and business services company helping entrepreneurs understand credit, access business funding, and use capital strategically to scale.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: But what really caught my attention is how they've taken their strategies into the group hope industry, helping entrepreneurs access funding that can potentially create more beds, more housing, and more opportunities for people who need them.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: Today we're breaking down how business funding actually works.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_00]: Who should, and shouldn't use it, what lenders are really looking for, and our access to capital can become a tool for both wealth and impact.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_00]: Stay locked in because if you have a business or you're thinking about starting one, this conversation could completely change the way you think about using other people's money to build a vision.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited about this right because I've had many of you know funding experts on the show before But I think you know you guys have a unique take on funding.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_00]: I have a you guys have a unique take on how to use it to build well right And I want to talk about that especially because I think
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: The biggest issue that I've always heard where people talk about starting businesses, they say, any access to capital, they get that money, and then they don't use it for what it was for, or they get the capital, but they don't create the cash flow that's necessary to actually, because, you know, it's debt, so you're gonna pay it back.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: She got create cash on it to pay it back.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: So we're gonna go into all of that.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_00]: Because I need, you know, I need my insiders to learn how to truly access capital, how to truly use it the right way.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_00]: But for those who don't know, right, who's Brandon, who's who's seven, who is millionaires essentially.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_00]: Well, cover, cover, cover, cover, do some queens, man.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_02]: You both entrepreneurs, we both family men.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_02]: And we just want to help as much people as possible, just to treat the entrepreneurial dreams.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_02]: As we started from a very similar place, urban communities.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_02]: Not know what we want to do in life, working a nine or five for a very long time thinking, that was it.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_02]: And we saw we want to build wealth.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_02]: We want to break generational gaps, right?
- 4:48[SPEAKER_02]: And a lot of us say it in our days, but how many of us out here really doing it and really putting the groundwork,
- 4:55[SPEAKER_02]: that it takes to really do it.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_02]: So we're actually out there doing the groundwork, helping people access capital, helping people teach financial literacy, and helping people make nothing in this.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, sir.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, sir.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_01]: And millionaires sense was right.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_01]: That was birth, obviously, from us.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_01]: And just birth from all of the decisions we had to make to get there, all of the essentials we found out it is to become a millionaires.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_01]: So when we came up with the company,
- 5:21[SPEAKER_01]: and a sense of something that me and Brandon were long before, right?
- 5:25[SPEAKER_01]: As we were trying other businesses before, but not that we got to the place of us coming together and creating this business and going on five years, almost five years now.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, it's just been a blessing.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: I love that.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: And you kind of answered, you know, part of what my next question was was like, what did your feel was missing, right?
- 5:46[SPEAKER_00]: Like, in your journey, because I actually believe the best businesses come out of, you know, a space of, you know what?
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: I try to do it this way.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: It didn't work out for me.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: I had to hit, you know, some of the blocks or whatever.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: And so I want to solve a problem for other people.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: So like you, what was, what, like, in your journey, starting on the business things and that was missing that may just start, you know, many of your answers.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_01]: The plan.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_01]: The plan was missing because see and, and, you know, we're going to speak about it later.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_01]: But our plan was never.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_01]: Like, we had other businesses before, right?
- 6:20[SPEAKER_01]: But we never planned in those businesses.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_01]: See, in millionaires, since when we started millionaires, we actually had a plan, right?
- 6:27[SPEAKER_01]: We had a vision.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_01]: We saw what we can do and we saw where we could take it.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_01]: And we actually, you know, execute it on that.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_01]: All the other businesses, we didn't see that.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_01]: We just got in, because, you know, at that time, you know, entrepreneurship is big, social media, right?
- 6:43[SPEAKER_01]: People talking about, hey, you can start this business, that business, start a trucking business, you started Amazon,
- 6:49[SPEAKER_01]: Got into real estate.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_01]: We got it.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_01]: It was no plan.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah You just got into it because you know, you see everybody's talking about it and this what they make it much Oh, I need to make money.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_01]: I gotta go to that But we had no plan and what to actually do inside of that business.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, even if you got a mentor But the mentor didn't give you the plan.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_01]: Now you're thinking all damn
- 7:09[SPEAKER_01]: What am I supposed to do?
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_01]: So that was the planning part was some more important.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: And I love that.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: When you're thinking about like like funding, right?
- 7:20[SPEAKER_00]: What is the biggest mistake that entrepreneurs make when trying to access capital?
- 7:26[SPEAKER_02]: not having a business plan exactly just so we would get access helping people access millions of credit millions of dollars for years, right?
- 7:36[SPEAKER_02]: And we keep seeing a lot of people going back in the same habit.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_02]: I'm getting a lot of credit.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm using the for the worst things.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_02]: I'm using the for bad things.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just messing it up and it going back in the bad that bankruptcy because you don't know to the money.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_02]: So we said, you know what, instead of just saying, we're going to get you the credit because that's not the end goal.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_02]: That's not what's going to actually just turn its profit.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to now teach you how to create profit, how to build, how to create a business the right way.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_02]: So we kind of transformed from just saying, I'm a fixture credit.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to help you get capital, but now I'm actually teaching business.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_02]: I'm actually teacher structure because we had to learn it as well.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_02]: So that's what changed and shifted.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_02]: And when you want to get capital, you want to access funding, have that business plan first invest in the knowledge before you actually
- 8:26[SPEAKER_02]: You want to know the end goal before you actually start spending money and really accessing debt.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I got that.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so I would say another thing is also credit, right?
- 8:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, see, accessing business fun.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of people don't understand that leveraging your personal credit is one of the best ways to do it.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_01]: Right, it's one of the most efficient ways to do it, right?
- 8:44[SPEAKER_01]: So if you have a 68700 credit score, right, in a good profile, decent profile, you can actually go out there and get the capital.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of people,
- 8:53[SPEAKER_01]: They don't recognize that, right?
- 8:54[SPEAKER_01]: They see that they have a business.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_01]: They might be making some money, but the credit is still a 600.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_01]: So now the credit is a 600.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_01]: They go to the bank and say, hey, can I get some capital?
- 9:02[SPEAKER_01]: The bank's not going to say yes.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_01]: So the credit is definitely one of the most important parts as well after the plan.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just say right now, somebody has a nine to five.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_00]: They have, you know, decent credit.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_00]: They want to start a business.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_00]: I know that, you know, I've read the lean starter, but a lot of people kind of feel like, all right, you know what?
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to start a business.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to go lean first.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to prove the concept.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: And then I'm going to figure out, you know, you know, what I need from there, right?
- 9:36[SPEAKER_00]: What are your thoughts now?
- 9:38[SPEAKER_00]: Is that advice still good?
- 9:39[SPEAKER_00]: Is it good to say, all right, I work around the five, let me start and test this business out first, or does it make sense to start big?
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: Does it make sense right from based on the plan?
- 9:50[SPEAKER_00]: All right, I'm a build out this big business and I'm going to figure out how much do I need in order to, you know, do this business at the, at the, at the biggest scale and then work backwards from the plan and then get capital
- 10:04[SPEAKER_02]: versus engineer.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_02]: I love that throughout the reverse engineer.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_02]: Do not minimalize yourself.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_02]: How much money do you really want to make a year?
- 10:12[SPEAKER_02]: What are your goals?
- 10:13[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just say you make $50,000 a year.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_02]: Do you want to replace your current income with your business?
- 10:18[SPEAKER_02]: So when you say just start small,
- 10:21[SPEAKER_02]: That means you're not taking a serious, that's like a hustle.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_02]: If you're going to start business, there is no starting small with business.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_02]: You ought to put your oil into this to be successful.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever your definition of success is, you ought to put more hours than you're nine to five.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_02]: If you really want to be successful, anybody that starts a business, your goal is to this should be the endo bill to build wealth.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_02]: Don't start a business just to say I want to make a little money off.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_01]: I want to make this the famous thing.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want to make some sidelines.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_02]: Right, right, right, right, right.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_02]: That's not a business.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_01]: That's a high-high school, yeah.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_02]: We're not talking about size.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_02]: We're talking about building real businesses.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_02]: So you reverse engineer.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_02]: How much do you want to make a year and do not minimise yourself?
- 10:59[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever that is, how many trips you want to go on a year with your family?
- 11:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_02]: How many cars you want to own?
- 11:04[SPEAKER_02]: How many people you want to take care of?
- 11:05[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever that number is, let's just say it's a million dollars.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_02]: Now, what is it going to take for you to get to that million dollars?
- 11:11[SPEAKER_02]: How many clients?
- 11:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_02]: How many leads?
- 11:14[SPEAKER_02]: How many things you have to sell?
- 11:15[SPEAKER_02]: That's how you break down and you figure out now how much do I need to start up or to keep me over to get to that number.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_01]: And one of the most important things he said that I really don't want us to skip over is that 100% effort and that 100% time management into it right in.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_01]: and the reason why is because you know, along this journey, right?
- 11:36[SPEAKER_01]: And as me is so much successful entrepreneurs and so much successful business owners, we realize that's a pattern.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_01]: When we realize somebody's only 50% into their business, like even people we're doing business with.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_01]: I'm good.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_01]: I'm good.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know you don't belong.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so so like that and and we realized that so that's that even for us in our planning for for the people that are coming on for our clients for our group partners that we do have like that has to be in alignment.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_00]: When you got to say like business you like so I know I know like actress the capital I just think money, right?
- 12:10[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: I mean obviously I was a banker so I know
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: our audience now.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody might hear business funding and not really know what you mean, right?
- 12:24[SPEAKER_00]: So when you say get access to capital, get business funding, what are you meaning by that?
- 12:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like what are the specific ways that they can get money from a bank?
- 12:34[SPEAKER_00]: Or is it a bank?
- 12:36[SPEAKER_00]: Are you talking about private money?
- 12:38[SPEAKER_00]: Are you talking about, you know, friends and family, like business funding
- 12:44[SPEAKER_02]: all analytics and numbers.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's predictable.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_02]: What you got to do is no numbers, right?
- 12:48[SPEAKER_02]: So when we talk about funding, we talk about leveraging a personal credit to access capital, which is business credit cards, business lines of credit and business loans, those are the three major types right?
- 12:58[SPEAKER_02]: And we talk about business credit cards, works like credit card, right?
- 13:01[SPEAKER_02]: You get a credit card, could be 1,000, 2,000, 10,000 dollars on a credit card.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_02]: And
- 13:06[SPEAKER_02]: You use or you swipe that credit card and you pay a minimum payment on that balance whatever you used and we have lines of credit lines of credit is a credit line Let's just say you get a proof for 10,000 they give you that they sit in an account and you can draw from that Whatever you draw that's what you pay back on then you have loans alone is let's just say you get a proof for 10,000 dollars You pay on that money as soon as you get approved they give you that money and you pay on the entire balance
- 13:33[SPEAKER_02]: So we like to say especially for new business owners.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_02]: You want to work on getting zero percent interest business credit cards first Then possible lines of credit and then you work your way up to loans those are the three types We like to talk about mainly then there is private money as well this is there's more good days There's so many different different types of and then zero you know I literally say so one of the things that we recommend the most and at first is the zero percent It's just business credit cards right because
- 14:00[SPEAKER_01]: That is one of the most efficient ways that a person can grow their business, right?
- 14:04[SPEAKER_01]: Because the 0% over the course of nine months, 12 months, and 18 months where every different bank has their own introductory periods, but 0% interest credit cards are definitely a great tool in capital that you can use, right?
- 14:17[SPEAKER_01]: As you are starting up that business, or even if you have a business that's currently running, and now you have 0% interest over that 12 month span, right?
- 14:25[SPEAKER_01]: So 0% interest would basically be,
- 14:29[SPEAKER_01]: Let's say $50,000 credit card, right?
- 14:32[SPEAKER_01]: And over the span of that 0% interest for 12 months, you only paying 1% of what that balance actually is.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_01]: So with just $50,000, you'll be paying $500 for 12 months.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine that, $50,000, you only paying $500 for it.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't make no money over that, if that's that point, that means that plan didn't work.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_00]: That plan didn't work.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: What type of business is like, are you all saying?
- 14:56[SPEAKER_00]: If you started business, you should have access to capital or are there businesses that, you know, you don't got no business in business, like what type of business is this?
- 15:03[SPEAKER_01]: So I mean, obviously the banks have their own restricted, right?
- 15:07[SPEAKER_01]: Industries, you know, check cash in, um, they don't like a lot of sense of business.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, a lot of cash and taxes, um, but there are, you know, obviously if you do have a business and you have that correct plan that on how you would be able to use that, that those funds specifically, and I would definitely say everybody should be
- 15:25[SPEAKER_02]: So what is leverage in leverage will always take you over the top and take you further if you know how to leverage right leverage capital leverage asset assets leverage resources business funding and credit is leverage that can always take you to a next level.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and that's one of the big things we like to teach leverage because that that's.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that's one of the most important vocabularies I've learned within my times, man, as entrepreneur.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_00]: And when you, you know, we always hear about like good debt versus bad debt.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_00]: And so leverage could, you know, become a trap if you use it the wrong way, give us some examples of the best way to use business funding and like the worst way.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_00]: Like not, don't even do this if you give business funding.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm going to say you are doing good way while I'm going to say the bad way you put over a front of leverage Over leverage.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_02]: So when you find yourself getting debt to pay debt You're not a good situation getting alone to pay off alone getting credit to pay credit You're not in a good situation.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_02]: Your income should be paying back your debt
- 16:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_02]: The business, the business, like I said before, it's all numbers and analytics.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_02]: The business can be predictable, profit can be predictable.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_02]: Your business should be paying down your overhead and creating your profit on its own without you putting a cash injection inside your business, right?
- 16:48[SPEAKER_02]: So just understanding numbers and understanding your business.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_02]: For example,
- 16:52[SPEAKER_02]: How many clients does it take for you to make $10,000?
- 16:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_02]: What's the cost to get a lead?
- 16:57[SPEAKER_02]: Once you understand your numbers, now you can say, I know how much money it takes for me to make $100,000.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_02]: So, I mean, I mean, I only need $10,000 in my business to make $100,000.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_02]: Now, me know now, I know I can go to the bank and get $10,000.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_02]: And every $10,000 I get, I can make $100,000.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_01]: So, it's good.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_01]: It's been.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_01]: Now, the good day, so, right?
- 17:18[SPEAKER_01]: So, this is for a person that could be making $50,000 a month, right?
- 17:22[SPEAKER_01]: But the thing is, right, you can make $50,000 a month for the next 12 months.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_01]: That cash is going to go somewhere, right?
- 17:29[SPEAKER_01]: So, you need to use other people's money in order for you to now start going to scale.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_01]: So, a person that is making $50,000 a month and they can go out and say, hey, let me get a credit line for $50,000, right, a line of credit.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_01]: Now, they can use that same 50,000 line of credit to do their marketing now can explode their business from that bit to 100,000, right?
- 17:47[SPEAKER_01]: They can put it into ads, they can put it into podcasts, they can put it into anything that's going to help them market their business.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_01]: So that now they can get more leads in now they can sell and the conversion rate goes higher.
- 17:58[SPEAKER_00]: So that's a good way of looking at the good debt side of things.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: No, I love that.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_00]: If I started the company today and I didn't have like a lot of revenue, right?
- 18:07[SPEAKER_00]: I just started the business, I got limited business credit.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_00]: What would I need to put in place before I can realistically become fundable?
- 18:16[SPEAKER_02]: Got you.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_02]: Get your credit right, get your credit.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_02]: So you don't have any credit?
- 18:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so I have, I have no business credit.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_00]: So no business credit.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_00]: I got a little bit of revenue.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_00]: But I don't see.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I got an LLC.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_00]: I just started it.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_00]: I just started it.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_02]: So we leverage our personal credit score to get business funding, right?
- 18:34[SPEAKER_02]: So I would invest in working on and learning the credit system building up my personal credit source.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_02]: So you can build up your personal credit to over 700 and a rather short period of time.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_02]: No matter what's on lay payments, collections, give us that sauce, give us that sauce.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_00]: I want the game.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_02]: For example, inquiries, right?
- 18:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_02]: So you can get if you apply for a business credit card and you get an inquiry, if you apply for anything and you get an unauthorized inquiry, because this, when you buy houses, barcars, there's a lot of times that we get all of these inquiries from people we don't even know.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of times they're legally pulling your credit profile, right?
- 19:11[SPEAKER_02]: You live in the digital era.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, information is out there.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yep.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_02]: You don't, this millions of people have access to information.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_02]: People don't even know.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_02]: Very, very fast.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_02]: So a lot of times people are looking at your information illegally without you even knowing.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_02]: So when we apply for a car or a loan mortgage,
- 19:27[SPEAKER_02]: Well, we'll look at a credit score and have 20 inquiries.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_02]: We only apply twice how all these people pull my credit.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of times that takes your credit score.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_02]: So understanding and monitoring your credit is saying, hey, now I've got all these inquiries illegally.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_02]: Let me remove my inquiries.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_02]: So doing things like that, working on your credit.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_02]: keep your utilization down.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_02]: People don't know how to hire their personal utilization lower this score goals.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_02]: So we want to keep our utilization down, right?
- 19:54[SPEAKER_02]: So when we're using our personal credit, we have to monitor it completely so we could be able to be fundable.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_02]: Negative, like late payments, collections, chargeoffs.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_02]: People will have debt collectors calling them for months and months and not answer.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, even having a good mix of credit too, right so everybody you know everybody always see credit cards But if you don't have like a good personal loan on your account And it's a little auto loan shoot if you even have a mortgage right that that that healthy mix of credit Actually shows really great on your credit profile Right because then now that helps you bring up your credit score Which in turn then now helps you get the credit the business fund that's yeah
- 20:31[SPEAKER_00]: And when you say, like, because you said earlier, Brennan, you're like utilization.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_00]: So what does that mean?
- 20:37[SPEAKER_00]: Does that mean that I shouldn't be using my cars?
- 20:40[SPEAKER_00]: Or if I use my cars, I shouldn't be maxing them out.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_02]: You shouldn't be maximum.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_02]: So there's a couple of dates you want to pay attention to right there's you got your statement date when the actual statement of your credit closes right so whatever you use within that statement they let's just say have a thousand dollar credit card right if I use a thousand dollars on that credit card in that statement date I'm going to be a hundred percent utilized on my credit card that's going to take your credit score.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_02]: So we want to make sure before that statement closes that we pay our credit card down.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_02]: So now it reports you have your reporting date.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_02]: Ports to the credit agencies that now it reports at a low balance.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_02]: So it doesn't take my credit score.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_02]: Realization is one of the biggest things on your credit that lowers your credit score.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_02]: So when it reports, we want to report on our personal with lower utilization, right?
- 21:31[SPEAKER_02]: Then you have, um,
- 21:32[SPEAKER_00]: Would for services that utilization be between?
- 21:34[SPEAKER_02]: I would say low than 20% is after.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, copy.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_01]: And you know obviously a lot of people date on instant at 30% and lower.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_01]: And that was the case, but now that we're going into more of the bank.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_01]: The bank itself is becoming a lot more strict.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_01]: Definitely 20% is optimal.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_00]: If I'm somebody right now, I want $10,000, I want $50,000, I want $100,000, give me like an insight, like I don't know y'all, y'all got the connects with the banks, what are the banks looking for, right?
- 22:08[SPEAKER_00]: I walk into a bank and I want $100K.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_00]: What are they looking for?
- 22:12[SPEAKER_00]: What makes me the ideal client to get $100K, $50K, $10K?
- 22:16[SPEAKER_02]: Well, people don't realize a lot of people are not going to like this, it's just like life right now, it's credibility, they want you to be credible, yeah, but the things they're looking at for you to be credible is your credit score.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not just free credit, not just free credit, not just free credit, real credit, you're credit score, business plan, it's a business setup properly.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_02]: So that's all we show you how to structure your credit report properly.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_02]: to reflect on the bank.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_02]: So we study the banking system.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_02]: We've been studying for years.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_02]: We studied it by actually being connected to bankers inside the banking system to qualify our clients, right?
- 22:53[SPEAKER_02]: We studied websites like bank branch locator, right?
- 22:56[SPEAKER_02]: Where now you could go on and see all of the banks in the entire country, the top banks with their qualifications is and how you get access or where you get access or according to where your LLC is set up.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_02]: It's not having an LLC structure properly, which we teach you how to do and break that down.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_02]: They see walking in that bank with the shoe and tie on paper, so they say, hey, you're qualified to get this money.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, sir.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_01]: And then not only that, we use our bank net.com as well, right?
- 23:22[SPEAKER_01]: So I think that net.com.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_02]: This is where the city liked that one.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the stats and the analytics, right?
- 23:28[SPEAKER_01]: This is where they're telling you, hey, this bank actually takes in, you know, a certain amount in deposits per year, right?
- 23:34[SPEAKER_01]: And this bank has this much amount in assets per year.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_01]: So it shows you all the numbers and details on specific banks right most people say hey Maybe federal is the number one credit union in in in in in America right?
- 23:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean it shows this is this it's so it right and that's the reason why they are right They have the largest assets inside of the credit You're in the credit union is they have the largest deposits within credit unions
- 23:59[SPEAKER_00]: Ah, so you telling me, right, and this is a good game because as a former bankers, former CEO of a credit union, the only way, all the majority away, right, the majority of the money comes from a bank or the bank makes comes from the spread between what people deposit.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_00]: versus what they lend out, right?
- 24:19[SPEAKER_00]: So somebody deposits $100,000, you know, you know, I might as a bank CEO, I might pay them one to two percent.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_00]: That same hundred, I mean, and I want to get two technical back because of fractional banking.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_00]: I could actually lend up to 10 times the amount of the deposit.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_00]: So I got a hundred thousand.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: I could actually lend out a million dollars.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_00]: And that million dollars, I'm going to charge you, let's say 10 percent interest rate.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_00]: And that's how I get the spread.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_00]: What what I'm hearing you say this website allows you to see who's highly funded like how much they have So you have a higher probability because they got more bread that the spread is that what you're saying yes You too smart man Exactly what he said yeah, in layman's terms
- 25:09[SPEAKER_02]: It's accounting.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_02]: So this show you how much money they're holding and how much money they're given out just follow the money I would look up and see who's given out the most most money and who's holding the most money Those are the banks you look up to set accounts up to try to get funding.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_01]: Nice fight because if we go down that we had that Council we'd be here all night.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_01]: No for sure for sure
- 25:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's a lot of people don't know that you're making that down and we know that because like Brandon said right We've been speaking with big we've been inside of the banks.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_01]: We've spoken to reason.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_01]: We spoke with the director So we we know that
- 25:46[SPEAKER_00]: And so, but, you know, the thing is because I think that's great information or too, because as people are, you know, looking for funding, right?
- 25:55[SPEAKER_00]: And it's a numbers game, it's like a probability game.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_00]: You're like, all right, here's this number, right?
- 26:01[SPEAKER_00]: What's the, what's the, what's the probability?
- 26:03[SPEAKER_00]: Who should I be going through?
- 26:05[SPEAKER_00]: But the good thing though, and I'm going to ask about this as well, is,
- 26:09[SPEAKER_00]: I hate this a lot though, too, it's like the same work that you do, right?
- 26:13[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I could learn that on chat, GPT, or I could, you know, I could I could find out how to get the funding myself, but what I'm hearing you're saying, you're talking to the records, like, it's about relationships, right?
- 26:26[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, I know also as a former banker that depending on, you know,
- 26:36[SPEAKER_00]: like I'm highly funded and I'm a bank and I guess I can learn a lot of money.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_00]: Man, we might have took a big loss last month and now I'm changing the rules, right?
- 26:45[SPEAKER_00]: And so that relationship matters, talk about mentorship.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like, why is it important to find someone, like you guys, right?
- 26:55[SPEAKER_00]: Who are...
- 26:57[SPEAKER_00]: Talking to the banks as it relates to business fun and like why wouldn't you or would you If I somebody to learn how to do business fun and then and then and then and then get the funding themselves Or is it better to find a mentor to teach them exactly like someone like the tricks and then loop holes or I want to say tricks and loop holes But the legal way to get access to fun there.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_02]: Right
- 27:19[SPEAKER_02]: Investing in people and knowledge is going to take you further in life than anything else And be be a lot of people like you said I'm gonna go on chat I'm gonna go on clothes I'm gonna go on YouTube, but just learn my business.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_02]: I go and join the mentorship.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, just even coming on this podcast Even talking with you today.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_02]: How much things we're trying to set up in plan with you?
- 27:37[SPEAKER_02]: That's probably gonna take us very far If we didn't establish that relationships actually
- 27:43[SPEAKER_02]: We probably wouldn't be in the talks doing anything.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_02]: So investing in people knowledge, which is mentorship.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_02]: That's going to take you further than anything you could possibly invest in, because you're investing in a relationship in the, that's priceless.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_02]: That's priceless.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_02]: people can't take knowledge away from you.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_02]: So what's his embedded wants to learn something in processes?
- 28:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_02]: The end is limitless.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_02]: End is limitless.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_02]: So I would say invested in the mentor investment in mentorship should be the first thing before you start doing any business.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I love it.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_01]: Is this, I mean, it's going to speed up the process.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, speed up the process.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that's why the mentor is there, right?
- 28:22[SPEAKER_01]: He took the losses that you don't have to take.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_01]: And you're going to pay.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_01]: And you're going to pay.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_00]: Because he, he's the funny thing about all the people right here who talk about mentorship.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_00]: Like, yo, why, why would I pay this money when I could just use that to do this or whatever?
- 28:36[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you're going to pay.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_00]: You're either going to pay with your money or your pay with your time.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I'm saying?
- 28:40[SPEAKER_00]: So you're gonna pay it and so I mean, I know for instance that mentorship has made me a lot of money and so the money that I'm you know that I'm that I'm scared to invest in myself imagine if I didn't and that mentor who could save me time helps me get a lot further.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people are only focused on the numbers, right?
- 29:01[SPEAKER_00]: They only think about credit score, right?
- 29:04[SPEAKER_00]: And so right now, there's somebody with a 600 credit score who thinks that because they have a 600 credit so they can't get funding.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_00]: Then there's another guy who has a 750 credit score and they're like, yo, it's easy, breezy.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_00]: Are they both right like can a 600 pros it cannot get credit score in a 750 is guaranteed or the other factors involved So I was just about to see right so that person with the 600 credit score
- 29:31[SPEAKER_01]: They can get funded, right?
- 29:32[SPEAKER_01]: And the reason why they can get funded is because of something out there called CDFIs, right?
- 29:36[SPEAKER_01]: So that's a community developmental finance or institution, right?
- 29:40[SPEAKER_01]: And that community developmental finance institution will lend to people that have like a 600.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_01]: Even a 580 credit score and above.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_01]: Now, something is important, right?
- 29:51[SPEAKER_01]: With them and Brandon mentioned it earlier.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_01]: you need to have a business plan.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_01]: In order for them to want to invest into you and your business, they have to see that you have a business plan.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_01]: And not only that, they're going to attach a term.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_01]: Tornado, what is the word?
- 30:06[SPEAKER_02]: I just put it on.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_01]: No, man, why am I missing that right now?
- 30:14[SPEAKER_01]: It's like a successful.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_01]: Why would you show it?
- 30:16[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's not that.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_01]: It's something assistance.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_01]: I trust my I call it back, but but that specific person they actually now go over that business plan with you to see Okay cool and we lend you a hundred thousand dollars.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and you could be a business that's not even in business yet You can be starting up two days.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, and go to a CDFI with your business plan Yeah, I say hey, I want a hundred thousand dollars for this and this is what I'm gonna do with a hundred thousand dollars and here the statistics
- 30:48[SPEAKER_01]: of the actual business or industry that I'm going into and how much money you can make doing this business.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_01]: And guess what?
- 30:55[SPEAKER_01]: Over that $100,000, I'm going to take 50,000 to do marketing.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to have an additional 50,000 for the employees that are going to be working on this business as well.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_01]: So now you're showing that, hey, I'm going to be marketing and I have a team that's going to sell whatever this product is.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_01]: So that now that 100,000, I can pay it back to you within this year and make more than that 100,000.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_01]: So that's for a person that has a 600 credit score and they can now come and say, hey cool, let me write up this business plan.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_01]: I can go over it with the, I'm going to get that word.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to go over it and now we're going to go over it together.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_01]: And once we go over it together, now hey cool, we'll give you the 100,000 dollars and guess what?
- 31:36[SPEAKER_01]: The interest rate is diving that hot.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_00]: They even want to low credit score like you still get a decent group.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because they want to, because you don't have the credibility on the credit score, right?
- 31:48[SPEAKER_02]: And they help you build your credit up as well, but they need some type of leverage or guarantee that you're going to do right in this business, right?
- 31:56[SPEAKER_02]: So you got to have a proper plan, a proper approach.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_02]: You got to be structured in a certain way for them to see, hey, I'm going to help you.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to help build you up.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_02]: You got to show good habits in some type of form of fashion.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_01]: And now that person that says they got a 750, and they get all the fun in the world, you're credit scores in the score.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_01]: What is your profile look like behind it?
- 32:15[SPEAKER_01]: Because it is out trust me, I don't see.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_01]: hundreds of thousands of reports and they got seven 50s but have late payments within the last 24 months there have a Collections within the last 24 months their utilization will be damn the at 70% but yet got a 750 So that means if you pay that utilization now you won't write back up to 800 But because you have so much utilization the bank sees now you over lever right he said it earlier you're over lever.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, even if you have that that that late payment of that collections
- 32:47[SPEAKER_01]: The bank doesn't want to deal with you not because what makes you think that now you might not make the late payments to them So that automatically that's what they're thinking.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so like you said we speak into these I right they see all these reports on a daily basis So they're saying hey, nope this person I could tell they're not gonna pay us back Especially if you got a late payment on your mortgage All right, right the place that you got to live right back
- 33:09[SPEAKER_01]: Sleep every night.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_01]: You got a late payment.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_01]: You don't know what you could lose that house.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's just bad habit.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, that's good.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_00]: Talk to me a little bit about like a lot like a lot of content on line says you could get a hundred thousand dollars in business funding with no income, no documentation, and no money down.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_00]: How much is that?
- 33:31[SPEAKER_00]: How much of that is real?
- 33:32[SPEAKER_00]: Like, can you actually do that?
- 33:34[SPEAKER_00]: Or is most of that just marketing?
- 33:37[SPEAKER_02]: Why would you give somebody a hundred K with no security behind it?
- 33:43[SPEAKER_02]: So when you go into the bank, they, you have to give up something to get something.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_02]: They need security.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_02]: So you're going to have to leverage something.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_02]: One of them is going to be either your credit score.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_02]: I do want to have to put up an asset like a house something of value that if you default they can take you have to put something up yeah so if you default they have something in return that they can take so All in all that's marketing so there's a lot of marketing online right yeah
- 34:15[SPEAKER_02]: So when it comes to getting capital, there's steps and qualifications, any lender is going to have you go through to able to qualify and get the money, right?
- 34:24[SPEAKER_02]: So if you're trying to get 100,000, we leverage your credit score, or you can leverage assets, like property.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_02]: That's all like the value of your business, billionaires all the time, put up their business to leverage and get money by leveraging the value of their business.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_02]: you can get capital by leveraging the value of your house, equating your house you could pull out.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_02]: So that's what we talk about leverage and we talk about funding.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, no, I'll work with that.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_00]: Talk a little bit about your mentorship program, right?
- 34:55[SPEAKER_00]: Or like I know that you guys have students, people that you've helped get access to capital, talk about some of the successful, I guess, students that have, you have helped leverage credit and what do they do with the money and then talk about how can people get into your mentorship program?
- 35:13[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_01]: No, so yeah.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_01]: So we definitely have a couple of people right that has been successful within you know, coming a lot right here.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_01]: No, but I mean in the last couple months, right, in the sense of people that have taken exponential amount of money and been able to even eat.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_01]: even for the people that have taken $50,000, right?
- 35:31[SPEAKER_01]: And being able to put their plan to use, right?
- 35:33[SPEAKER_01]: So we've had a couple of people that are coming to the program literally recently that have gotten into the group home space, right?
- 35:40[SPEAKER_01]: And now they're opening one home, right?
- 35:42[SPEAKER_01]: And that one home is generating, let's say, $7,000 after they're paying, you know, the rent or mortgage or whatever, they're making at least $5 or $4,000 in profit every single month, right?
- 35:53[SPEAKER_01]: So,
- 35:54[SPEAKER_01]: Now they're getting ready to open up their second home, right?
- 35:57[SPEAKER_01]: So even in the group home side of things, it's amazing.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_01]: Not only that, even on the real estate side, we've had somebody that has been able to take $200,000 in funding while that we've gotten them and now be able to literally know money.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_01]: Out of their own pocket using other people's money.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and now go out there and actually buy real estate Flip the real estate and made over $500,000.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_01]: How do you how do you get?
- 36:24[SPEAKER_00]: Is it like is it 200,000 dollars work like is it credit?
- 36:28[SPEAKER_00]: It was credit cards and lines of credit Okay, how do you how do you take money off of a credit how do you use how to use a credit card the buy real estate?
- 36:35[SPEAKER_01]: So, there are some actual title companies that will allow you to actually be able to pay with the credit card.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you're right.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_01]: Now you've got to find the credit card.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_01]: And I find them now, right?
- 36:45[SPEAKER_01]: There's not a lot.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_01]: But there are some title companies and some lenders that will be able to allow you to do so.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_01]: So, that's the way we can actually.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_02]: Also, you can pay your whole entire rehab.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so the car, you can do it.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_01]: So, but as far as the closing process and down payment, yeah, you could look.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_00]: Group homes.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, right, and you mentioned like using funding for that One of the things that I'm intrigued about with group homes is like it's a different way To create cashflow if you know what you're doing if you're doing it the right way What what made y'all you know because I know I know you know you've been funding a lot of people who are in that space
- 37:28[SPEAKER_02]: You know what made that attractive to y'all and like talk a little bit about that transition into that If we was just teacher about access and capital, I believe our mission would be a fail That's a very very small part of being a successful business
- 37:43[SPEAKER_02]: We have to re-transition in the teaching all sides of business so getting the capital and now turning its operations systems marketing and scaling.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_02]: So we niche down to a specific niche and as real estate and group home specifically, because group homes is one of those recession-proof businesses that's ever growing inside the real estate space.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_02]: It's the best cash-fuling real estate exit strategy.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_02]: So we like to say it's the best of wealth builder because it's the highest cash flow real estate strategy And now if you understand how to buy real estate now you're truly building wealth Wow you're growing long-term and you're cash flow like monthly Yeah, so now you can grow that and you can get a valuation on the actual company and now you have value So if we talk about the real power of leverage that's cash flow that's long-term equity and now that's a valuation on a business You can buy sell or give down to your own kids wow
- 38:37[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, yes, powerful.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_01]: And then not only that, we partnered with with with Lynette Ween, right group home to newbies.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you're sorry.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, my fault.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_01]: The net Jones, my fault.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_01]: It gives me, but no, but, you know, she, she's, you know, she's amazing in what she does.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_01]: And with that being said, we were actually able to partner with her and her community.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_01]: And now be able to help them get access to capital.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_01]: So they can, you know, even start there for first home.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_01]: And even grow and scale past their first home.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_02]: I said one thing early, all right?
- 39:06[SPEAKER_02]: Two things you invested in knowledge and people.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_02]: That was probably one of the best partnerships we've other than ourselves, me and Timon, other part of the net, the net Joe.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_02]: She's a no more group of educated in the country.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_02]: She made a lot of money in group homes.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_02]: One thing she didn't know was credit.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_02]: Even though she was making a lot of cash flow.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_01]: Lot.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_02]: We fixed her credit, got her to over an 800 credit score.
- 39:29[SPEAKER_02]: Even when she was up here, you know that did, that put it up.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_02]: Because it's a big difference, because she already had the knowledge.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_02]: For sure, for sure, for sure, for sure.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_02]: The leverage took her over the top.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, I mean, I want to go back to what you said, because
- 39:49[SPEAKER_00]: you're talking about leverage, you're saying, you get access to it, you get cashflow, right, which is very, very important, right?
- 39:59[SPEAKER_00]: You get long-term equity, right?
- 40:01[SPEAKER_00]: And so, which means that as you own that property, but as that property appreciates that, you know, there's the equity that you get in that, in that, and then what was the third one again?
- 40:12[SPEAKER_02]: That you can build the business
- 40:16[SPEAKER_00]: Right, because when you, you know, let's just say, you know, if somebody has real estate and it just fixing it flipping it, right, there really isn't
- 40:26[SPEAKER_00]: It's a job because I know that I'm a charity, right?
- 40:29[SPEAKER_00]: There's no longevity now.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_00]: But you're saying that you can create a business, you can get the cash flow from it, you can get the long-term equity from it, but you can also, you know, because of forecasting and what the money makes because it's a, it's technically a service-based business, you can create valuations.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_00]: So if you wanted to exit that business, you can actually make money off of that business as well.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_02]: So you know how, like, you're going to stand this, when Jay-Z sold Jay-Z, so Rockefeller, Jay-Z, so this, this and that, they could be making probably 10 million on a business, but they'll sell for like a hundred million, they're basically getting their equity upfront.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yep, yep, yeah.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_02]: It's selling for multiple.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_02]: So now let's just say I have the coupon business, right?
- 41:15[SPEAKER_02]: Uh-huh.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_02]: I own the building.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just say the building or the house is worth 100k.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_02]: Now I'm making 10k a month in that house cash flow.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_02]: Now one house, right?
- 41:25[SPEAKER_02]: Uh-huh.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_02]: So let's just say that's 120k a year.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_02]: The building's worth 100k.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_02]: So now it's 120k.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just say, right?
- 41:32[SPEAKER_02]: The value, right?
- 41:33[SPEAKER_02]: Now, depending on what the market is, I could probably sell that for three to five X.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_02]: So, 220 times five up front and cash out, that's the value, depending on the market, that's the value of that business.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_02]: So, that's what I mean about the cash flow, plus now owning the property gives it a bigger value.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, and it's millions of business owners that I like that right there where we're in that baby boomer right there Like there's a lot of people selling a lot of businesses, but group homes and assisted liver facilities on one of those that are being sold the most Yeah, right because It's one of the it's one of the most profitable edge of strategies out there.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah
- 42:11[SPEAKER_00]: And I love like that marriage, if you will, because like you said, if group homes are giving that level of, like it's like a triple threat, if you will, right?
- 42:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's giving all of that from a well-building perspective.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_00]: Majority of people who would need that solution may not necessarily have the money.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_00]: to do it.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_00]: And so now you come in there and you help them get the money in order to, you know, you know, you know, get to the next level.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_00]: So that's like a triple threat.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_00]: What would you say is the is the biggest mistake, right?
- 42:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like somebody who, or not even biggest mistake, but as you guys are transitioning into helping people who structure their business right things in that nature, is it,
- 42:59[SPEAKER_00]: is mentorship one and done is it all right I've taught you this thing and then now you you got it you got it from here or is it a continuous thing to make sure that even as you're growing and navigating and you have you have you have that guidance.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_02]: It's always continued.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_02]: You always want to keep learning.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_02]: That's how you keep growing.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_02]: What do you stop learning?
- 43:18[SPEAKER_02]: You stop growing.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_02]: Once your mind stops you up, mind should always continually keep getting fed.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_02]: You should always be trying to work your mind.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_02]: Just like you should be always trying to work out your body.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_02]: So you got to keep learning because there's levels.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_02]: I think when you first start out,
- 43:33[SPEAKER_02]: You may be on a level where I'm trying to make my first 10,000.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_02]: Now to get to your first 250,000, that's now a whole different operation and learning to think and now to get to your first million same thing.
- 43:44[SPEAKER_02]: It is a great point to levels.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_02]: Even to go from your first million to your next 5 million to 10 to 15, there's all levels.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_02]: So you're never going to be able to that first year say, I know how to make $20 million.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, those are break points that, you know, obviously a lot of people don't see.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so they, you know, they only see, hey, I want to get to a certain amount of money.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_01]: So it's always going to be somebody that's making more money.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_01]: In fact, yeah.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_01]: So you got to, you got to just always be willing to learn and just comprehend.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_00]: What's somebody starting point, right?
- 44:15[SPEAKER_00]: So somebody's watching this episode right now.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_00]: I gave a lot of game about business fun and a lot of game about credit.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of game about, you know, structuring your business.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody's looking right now and they're like, all right, I would love to join your mentorship or if you guys do classes, like what is somebody's first step in order to kind of start working with you?
- 44:33[SPEAKER_02]: No community.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_02]: Give me everything.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_01]: Good.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_01]: That's Sarah.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, sir.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_01]: The millionaire mastery club.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_02]: Well how many of how we give you everything?
- 44:40[SPEAKER_02]: We give you everything.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_02]: Everything.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_02]: So we'll teach you how to fix your credit, get funding.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_02]: That's the basically.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_02]: Like I said, we'll teach you all that.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_02]: But now we'll teach you operation systems and marketing.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_02]: So now we'll teach you how to scale your business.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_02]: We need to down to group homes and real estate as well.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_02]: But we'll teach you how to do operation systems and marketing in any business you have.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_02]: So you understand.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_02]: Sales and marketing.
- 45:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, what you know how to leverage credit and funding.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's gonna take you to the top That's your profit.
- 45:07[SPEAKER_02]: That's your money maker So it was like an engine is gonna turn over over and over and over again.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so jumping there I'll community super super affordable 67 dollars and my actually we have an open for free for the first seven days.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, okay?
- 45:19[SPEAKER_02]: So 67 dollars a month most people's paying more than that and get and I'm in New York So
- 45:23[SPEAKER_01]: I try to pay that every two days.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_01]: That's the fact, though, that's the fact.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_02]: Every two days in gas, I try to pay that.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_02]: But just understanding, because there's going to be a lot of people that watch this with it.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not paying that.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_01]: Paying with Tom is going to be the most hurtful thing you have a little making in life.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_01]: That's true.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you cannot have both, right?
- 45:39[SPEAKER_01]: You can't have time.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_01]: You can have time.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_01]: You cannot not have money.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_01]: You have to have one of the other.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_01]: Right, right, for sure.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_01]: So definitely, you know, and then not only that, one of the things we realized too, you know, like I said, just being in business talked to a lot of business owners.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_01]: because we realize it's an industry behind every industry.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_01]: So for us, we realize that sales and marketing is really our industry behind the industry that we're in.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_01]: And then we figured out systems and operation is also behind it as well.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_01]: So it's always figuring out those things out in every single industry.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_01]: And once you figure that out, you figure you can scale any business.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_01]: It no matter what business is put in front of you, you can scale it because we've learned those specific things, for sure.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what we're teaching inside the community.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_00]: That's the fact, what is the best way right?
- 46:23[SPEAKER_00]: So now let's talk to the person who has the capital, who has the business and then trying to make money with the business, what's the best way to market themselves?
- 46:33[SPEAKER_01]: So the best way to market them so go every be everywhere.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_02]: We all talk as mature.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_01]: I like to say everywhere You watch in us right now.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, if I can be as visible as possible and get as the person that you see doing it the biggest and best Do what it takes to get as close to that person as possible.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, whatever you feel this right the person things That's the top of that field
- 46:55[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever it takes, do the best you can to get close to that person and be visible everywhere.
- 47:01[SPEAKER_02]: Show everybody, teach everybody what you do and don't be afraid to give it away.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_02]: What I mean by that is if you just get to tell information or give information away, you don't know enough.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's the fact.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_02]: You don't know.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_02]: Don't be afraid.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_02]: Don't hoard information.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_02]: We live in the digital era.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_02]: We live in the information era.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_02]: We're in AI.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_01]: Somebody won't give it out.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_01]: If it's not you, somebody won't give it out.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_02]: Give it out.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_02]: The more you can help people, the more it's going to come back to you, the more you can impact and affect people, the more it's going to come back full circle.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and I'm, you know, just a piggyback of what you said is that at this date, you know, day and time, anybody paying for information is like left behind, you know what I'm saying?
- 47:48[SPEAKER_00]: And can y'all talk a little bit about?
- 47:50[SPEAKER_00]: community, right, because I know that most people who pay for mentorship, if you're doing it the right way, you're not just paying for the information, you're actually paying for the community.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_00]: As it relates to, you know, you know, you know, you know, millionaires centures and, you know, your, your community, talk a little bit about the people inside, like, like, what, you know, what's the benefit of, like being in a community opposed to just learning one on one with a, with a
- 48:20[SPEAKER_02]: So let's let's say I pay the ash cash community right when I walk in that room I see you around 10 people talking.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_02]: Who's these 10 people next to him?
- 48:29[SPEAKER_02]: How did they get around him?
- 48:31[SPEAKER_02]: How did they able to get in these conversations and ruin the ash cash?
- 48:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, right.
- 48:34[SPEAKER_01]: You want to community is about connecting with other people that's doing it on a higher level as well.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_02]: So yes, when you jump in the community and you see Brandon you see 10.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to we're going to teach you a lot.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_02]: We want to give you a lot.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_02]: but there's people that's right next to us that's doing it up here as well.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_02]: And they probably live closer to you.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_02]: So there's a lot of people that you should connect with inside the community that's gonna keep you in that fire.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_02]: You wanna stay as close to the fire as possible because you hang around four millioners, you're gonna be the fifth one, first.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_02]: Hang around that community millioners.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_02]: Because what people do that are like Monday, we uplift each other.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_01]: and the in the in alcohol.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_02]: Let's have a bad day.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_02]: We not go last year's give up because you know why you am in this community with me.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_02]: You and this chair right next to me.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_02]: So if I see you every day if you my neighbor, I'm going to watch you to stay on this block.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to want to do whatever it takes to keep you in this community.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_02]: That's what a community is for.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_01]: As sir, being in there with like my individuals, that's what's important.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_01]: And then not only that, just you know, understanding and understanding that having that community, right?
- 49:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's how you can possibly even find the next, you know, the business partner.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_01]: And that's how me and Brandon found each other as being millionaires.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_01]: Central is right.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_01]: We, we found each other in similar rooms.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_01]: And when we're finding each other in similar rooms.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_01]: now we're talking more right we're talking and talking to talking more and now five years later we have a seven-figure business yeah so you know it could just take one connection one person yeah one conversation that can lead to to something that could be great yeah yeah and I love that give me give me give me a um a business funding hack
- 50:11[SPEAKER_00]: that any other business fund to right now, they watch this video, they're like, no, they're like, no, they're like, they're violent, they're giving up the sauce, give me, give me like a hat that if a business fund to right now, they watch this joint, they mad at you.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_02]: So, I'm gonna say this one.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_02]: They're saying for the week, this is not, this is not for the inexperienced, but there's many different ways and creative ways to get capital, right?
- 50:40[SPEAKER_02]: Leveraging a personal credit score, leveraging a cash flow.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of us don't have cash flow.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_02]: Correct?
- 50:46[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of us not make it 50K almost.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_01]: That's when your first start out.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_02]: But you can create cash flow without making cash flow.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_02]: So now I have no money, but I have a good credit.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_02]: I go to the bank and I get 10K.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_02]: Now I got 10K of a line of credit or credit card, right?
- 51:04[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't have no money coming in, but I still need more funding.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_02]: There are other banks who give funding based on bank statements.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_02]: So now of my credit card, now I can pay myself of my business credit card, I can pay myself monthly salary.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just say I want to pay myself 10k a month on my monthly salary, I pay myself $10,000 this month of my credit card, swipe, pay myself off payroll, because you can legally pay yourself on your payroll of your credit business credit card.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_02]: Pin myself 10k a month of my payroll.
- 51:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, 10k goes in my business bank account.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_02]: I paid a credit card back.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_02]: I have 10k injection this month cash coming in on my business big account.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_02]: Now I do the next.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_02]: I do it again next.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_02]: Second month.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_02]: I have another 10k coming in.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_02]: I do it again next month, pay back now over the last three to six months, I'm making 10 came off in my business.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_02]: So now I can go to the bank and say, hey, now I'm making 10k a month in my business, which is 120k a year, they will give me funding based off my business income.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_02]: Wow, I never made income yet.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_00]: And that's totally legal.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_00]: Totally legal.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's just paying myself.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_00]: Cause you can legally pay yourself.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_02]: So pay real business, business credit card.
- 52:23[SPEAKER_00]: Right, right.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_02]: So now you get a cash flow.
- 52:29[SPEAKER_02]: catch for a long right so now you just keep getting funded but now the goal is obviously make profit for sure but that's just another hack where you can get more profit more funding for your business but not actually making any money yet yeah yeah oh well what are we good and I got so so I tend to be gave them the one in the beginning yeah CDFI that that's
- 52:51[SPEAKER_01]: That right there, and I know a lot of people when they watch it, and even when they hear that that first version of the CDFI would it like, and yeah, and I he giving it up.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so not only that with CDFI's is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is, is,
- 53:03[SPEAKER_01]: They don't just do it for business, like as far as a business loan.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_01]: You can actually purchase development properties with it.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_01]: You can purchase land with CDFIs and all you do need is a plan.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_01]: You don't have to have no money down and they'll pay for everything 100% out of their pocket just based upon that plan.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_01]: So you can get a big commercial land.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_01]: You can build a whole building just based upon a plan and statistics.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_01]: And they'll build it for you.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, gang, gang.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_00]: Is there anything?
- 53:38[SPEAKER_00]: Um, that I didn't ask y'all about business funding anything I didn't ask y'all Be the forehold of it.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
- 54:08[SPEAKER_00]: the community, what's the mindset of the person that does the best with business funding, compared to the person who gets the funding and totally messes up?
- 54:19[SPEAKER_02]: Be totally serious, know your numbers.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_02]: You got to study your numbers and what it takes for you to make money, what it takes for you to make profit.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_02]: How much it costs for you to acquire a customer.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_02]: I notice sounds boring.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_02]: I notice may sound over your head.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_02]: It's really not as simple.
- 54:36[SPEAKER_02]: Fifth grade math can make you a millionaire.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_02]: Fifth grade math can make you a millionaire.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 54:41[SPEAKER_02]: So just studying numbers a little bit more in depth.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_00]: That's a bar right there.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_02]: You can buy this.
