- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Hey guys, welcome to the Almost Famous Podcast. Today's the
- 0:09Speaker 2: day we have Jen Trenon. Hello, Jen the Bachelorette.
- 0:15Speaker 3: Thanks for having me. I'm very excited.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Oh, you must be doing so many of these interviews.
- 0:20Speaker 2: I'm gonna try to make it as fun as we can.
- 0:23Speaker 2: So off off the top. You just got lip filler
- 0:26Speaker 2: for the first time, and you said it's the first
- 0:29Speaker 2: thing that you've ever gotten done. You've never you never
- 0:31Speaker 2: had botox.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Yet, never never had botoks yet. I never had any
- 0:35Speaker 3: other fillers or anything. My boobs are real, So yeah,
- 0:40Speaker 3: my hair is real.
- 0:42Speaker 2: But did you have hair reel the whole time on
- 0:44Speaker 2: the show.
- 0:45Speaker 3: It is.
- 0:46Speaker 2: It is real.
- 0:47Speaker 3: There's just maybe like a lot of hairspray in it,
- 0:49Speaker 3: but it is very much my own.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, your hair is amazing. I thought that
- 0:56Speaker 2: it was definitely there was definitely extensions in there.
- 0:59Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:00Speaker 3: I think I saw so many comments. I was like, no,
- 1:02Speaker 3: it's mine. I grew I need credit for it.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Oh, we have to give you credit here. I'm glad
- 1:07Speaker 2: that I'm bringing this up because it deserves all the
- 1:09Speaker 2: credit in the world. No.
- 1:10Speaker 3: I mean I've just never gotten any work done, but
- 1:12Speaker 3: I've always wanted to just like just like a little tweaks.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Like I feel like people are so against it sometimes,
- 1:17Speaker 3: and I'm like, well, if it's out there and I
- 1:19Speaker 3: can like tweak something that I'm looking at in the
- 1:21Speaker 3: mirror every day that I really don't like, then I
- 1:23Speaker 3: might as well give myself a little boost of confidence.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Well, you look amazing and you look great in all
- 1:28Speaker 2: the promos. Are you going with your PA school? I
- 1:34Speaker 2: know that this is like probably like the boring stuff
- 1:36Speaker 2: to talk about a career, but with PA school, what
- 1:39Speaker 2: do you want to do with it?
- 1:41Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:42Speaker 2: So is it a sthetics?
- 1:44Speaker 3: No, well, I don't know yet. I'm not totally sure yet.
- 1:47Speaker 3: I really really like working in the emergency room. So
- 1:50Speaker 3: I had a rotation that's before I left. You know,
- 1:55Speaker 3: you're helping somebody feel better in some kind of way,
- 1:57Speaker 3: you know, whether that's emotional or physical. But I really
- 2:01Speaker 3: want to work in the er because I just I'm
- 2:03Speaker 3: the kind of person that gets bored really easily. So
- 2:05Speaker 3: I like having like different cases all the time. So
- 2:08Speaker 3: I want to start in that. I mean, I do
- 2:11Speaker 3: maybe want to like work part time in aesthetics at
- 2:13Speaker 3: some point, I think it's fun.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Oh, oh, it's so fun. I was going to say,
- 2:17Speaker 2: if you're going into esthetics, I've always been like the
- 2:21Speaker 2: career that I could have taken had I not gone
- 2:24Speaker 2: in this pop cultury route would have been like kind
- 2:30Speaker 2: of opening my own being a PA and opening a medspa.
- 2:35Speaker 2: So hey, we'll see, maybe the roads will lead us
- 2:37Speaker 2: there and we can work on that together.
- 2:39Speaker 3: I kind of like, retire and open up a medical spa,
- 2:42Speaker 3: Like that's definitely in the works for later later on.
- 2:45Speaker 3: I guess retire and opening up a business, Joe makes sense,
- 2:48Speaker 3: but like, retire from like the er and then open
- 2:50Speaker 3: up a medical spot.
- 2:52Speaker 2: I like, your all your goals, all your goals are great.
- 2:55Speaker 2: We see that there's a couple doctors, nurses pas in
- 2:59Speaker 2: your cast list. Was that something that got guys possibly
- 3:04Speaker 2: like further because you had that in common.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Oh, it definitely made me. It definitely made them hotter
- 3:09Speaker 3: to me, because I think it's really like when you
- 3:13Speaker 3: were able to when somebody's in the medical field and
- 3:16Speaker 3: can understand the things that you're talking about and can
- 3:18Speaker 3: understand what your day to day life is, it just
- 3:21Speaker 3: kind of makes things easier and you don't have to
- 3:24Speaker 3: explain so much. And also, I think people in medicine
- 3:27Speaker 3: themselves are really really compassionate people, So to just kind
- 3:31Speaker 3: of have that box already ticked off was really cool.
- 3:35Speaker 2: What's your normal physical type?
- 3:38Speaker 3: Normal physical type? I usually go for like tall, dark
- 3:41Speaker 3: and handsome, like very basic. I feel like I've always
- 3:44Speaker 3: dated brunettes, mostly love some facial hair, and yeah, that's
- 3:50Speaker 3: been pretty much like my physical type.
- 3:53Speaker 2: When you saw the guys come out of the limo,
- 3:57Speaker 2: were you like, Okay, great, good, Bat's going to be
- 4:00Speaker 2: hard to decide or were you thinking it's going to
- 4:04Speaker 2: be hard for me to be open to everyone because
- 4:08Speaker 2: there was a couple that stand out so much.
- 4:11Speaker 3: So the thing is I think that with like there's
- 4:15Speaker 3: obviously like physical attraction and then emotional attraction. I think
- 4:18Speaker 3: the thing that wins me over most of the time
- 4:20Speaker 3: is more emotional attraction. So, yes, there were a lot
- 4:23Speaker 3: that were physically attractive, but I was also like trying
- 4:26Speaker 3: to emotionally connect with them too, and so once I
- 4:31Speaker 3: really got to kind of like get to know a
- 4:33Speaker 3: lot of them, that's where I was like, oh, okay,
- 4:36Speaker 3: like I'm in trouble you know.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Okay, So was there anybody that you after going through
- 4:43Speaker 2: the whole season, have been like, oh, I love that
- 4:47Speaker 2: I let that one go. So you've arked too early.
- 4:51Speaker 3: God, No, I don't have regrets about anything. I'm just
- 4:54Speaker 3: like not that kind of person. I think everything happens
- 4:56Speaker 3: for a reason, and I'm really confident in a lot
- 4:58Speaker 3: of my decisions while I was in the process.
- 5:00Speaker 2: So yeah, amazing. Well you are the first Asian American bachelorette,
- 5:06Speaker 2: and congratulations and thank you for bringing the diversity to
- 5:11Speaker 2: the show.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 5:13Speaker 2: What does that mean to you?
- 5:15Speaker 3: Yeah, it's just been really surreal. I feel so honored
- 5:19Speaker 3: and so grateful a lot to be in this role.
- 5:21Speaker 3: And it's like, it's kind of funny because growing up,
- 5:23Speaker 3: I never really had a role model of an Asian
- 5:26Speaker 3: American in the media because there weren't a lot, and
- 5:28Speaker 3: so to now kind of become that role model in
- 5:30Speaker 3: the media now and to lead my own love story
- 5:33Speaker 3: and be a main character is huge. It's kind of
- 5:36Speaker 3: full circle and it's really healing to me, and I
- 5:39Speaker 3: know that it's going to inspire so many other Asian
- 5:41Speaker 3: Americans as well in terms of like being able to
- 5:45Speaker 3: see themselves on screen and being able to see their
- 5:47Speaker 3: stories in whatever way that they can relate to on screen.
- 5:50Speaker 3: It's so important to be exposed to things that are
- 5:53Speaker 3: different than yourself will also alike to yourself, so that
- 5:55Speaker 3: you can see the potential that you could have. You know,
- 6:00Speaker 3: to know that you're not you're not alone, and you're
- 6:02Speaker 3: not different.
- 6:03Speaker 2: I remember you telling Joey that you were almost concerned
- 6:07Speaker 2: about hometowns because you didn't think that your parents were
- 6:12Speaker 2: going to be super receptive to this whole process of
- 6:17Speaker 2: finding love in this obscure type of way.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Yeah, total, How did they play a role in this season?
- 6:24Speaker 2: And how did they react when it was like not
- 6:27Speaker 2: only am I gonna go on the show, I'm actually
- 6:29Speaker 2: going to be the lead now.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Uh. They reacted the exact way that I thought that
- 6:34Speaker 3: they were react. They were like my mom was like,
- 6:36Speaker 3: are you sure you want to do that? She was like, listen,
- 6:39Speaker 3: I'm not gonna be on TV, so you're gonna have
- 6:41Speaker 3: to hire a fake mom. She was like okay, So
- 6:44Speaker 3: she was still like I'm not doing it, so it's crazy.
- 6:47Speaker 3: But now she's obviously been so so supportive and like
- 6:50Speaker 3: since i've taken the role and kind of explained to her,
- 6:52Speaker 3: like I like my thought process on everything, and like
- 6:55Speaker 3: just gave her a window into like how I was
- 6:58Speaker 3: feeling about it. She kind underst me a bit more
- 7:00Speaker 3: and it was easier for her to come to terms
- 7:03Speaker 3: with the fact that I was going to do this
- 7:06Speaker 3: and she's been so supportive.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Okay, that's good. So does she end up making her
- 7:11Speaker 2: TV debut?
- 7:12Speaker 3: Oh yeah, okay, yeah, she definitely makes her TV debut
- 7:17Speaker 3: and she does not hold back.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Well, I'm excited to see the hometowns. Then, is that
- 7:23Speaker 2: when we're going to meet.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Her during Meet the Family? Yeah?
- 7:26Speaker 2: Okay, oh yeah, that's right. Not yeah, that's further along. Okay.
- 7:30Speaker 2: So Ben and I play this game where we go
- 7:33Speaker 2: through the cast and we see like we like kind
- 7:36Speaker 2: of like do snap judgments on them, and some of them.
- 7:41Speaker 2: There is this one like a monumental moment for me
- 7:43Speaker 2: because everybody always makes fun of the cast photos, right,
- 7:46Speaker 2: and how like they never are as good as what
- 7:48Speaker 2: they look like in real life. Right, It's so crazy.
- 7:52Speaker 2: So I said, there was this guy at the end
- 7:54Speaker 2: of the cast list, Tomas, and I was like, this
- 7:58Speaker 2: guy looks like a nerd bomber, and then I looked
- 8:01Speaker 2: at his Instagram and I was like, absolutely not. This
- 8:04Speaker 2: guy's super hot.
- 8:06Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, yeah, totally. It's funny how these photos
- 8:09Speaker 3: like I sparely get the worst angles because I didn't
- 8:11Speaker 3: even like my photo and I was like, I feel
- 8:14Speaker 3: like I looked completely different. It's it's crazy, I know.
- 8:17Speaker 2: So I was gonna say, did you when you saw
- 8:19Speaker 2: the cast list when they came out, where you're like,
- 8:23Speaker 2: this is representative of my guys or not?
- 8:26Speaker 3: Oh like when the photos came out, yeah, a few
- 8:29Speaker 3: weeks ago. Yeah, I I don't know. I think I
- 8:33Speaker 3: thought so for me, you know what, you're.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Always you're already yeah.
- 8:38Speaker 3: Credit, So for me, I was like, yeah, this looks
- 8:40Speaker 3: exactly like like all of them.
- 8:43Speaker 2: All right, well, I'm excited to like kind of meet them.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Let's go through a few right now. Aaron is already
- 8:50Speaker 2: getting a lot of buzz they have. They have like
- 8:52Speaker 2: a commercial with him in it because he's well it
- 8:55Speaker 2: helps that he's Noah's brother. What can we can you
- 8:59Speaker 2: tease anything about your relationship with him?
- 9:02Speaker 3: Yeah? I mean he was always very intentional since the beginning,
- 9:06Speaker 3: and he came in on a motorcycle. So yeah, it
- 9:10Speaker 3: was definitely a really good connection.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Okay, Sam n reminds us of like, well some sort
- 9:21Speaker 2: of like country bad boy. Is that what he's like?
- 9:25Speaker 3: I would say you're pretty accurate in that. Yeah, I think.
- 9:27Speaker 2: So, okay, can you give us a And then Matt?
- 9:34Speaker 2: We were like, Matt has such an interesting look. How
- 9:37Speaker 2: does how does he play in the house?
- 9:42Speaker 3: I feel like he really gave off so much like
- 9:45Speaker 3: sweet boy energy, you know, so I think it's gonna
- 9:51Speaker 3: be a lot of like you're just gonna be really
- 9:52Speaker 3: surprised by his personality for sure.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Okay, Grant, Grant looks like he might be too good
- 9:59Speaker 2: to be true.
- 10:02Speaker 3: I don't know if I would say that. I think Grant, Yeah,
- 10:07Speaker 3: I mean, he's very good looking. He played basketball. I'm
- 10:09Speaker 3: a sucker for athletes.
- 10:11Speaker 2: So all right, can you give us like five guys
- 10:16Speaker 2: that we should be on the lookout for? Are you
- 10:20Speaker 2: allowed to?
- 10:22Speaker 3: Am I allowed to? I don't think so? Sadly, unfortunately,
- 10:28Speaker 3: I think that that would be giving away way too much.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Come on, Okay, fine, then I would love to. Like
- 10:44Speaker 2: later in the season, we do this thing where we
- 10:47Speaker 2: ask we like narrow down to the names and then
- 10:50Speaker 2: we say which guy. Basically, can't you keep a straight
- 10:55Speaker 2: face with when you're when you're saying his name, because
- 10:58Speaker 2: that's telling. But I can't I go through thirty names
- 11:01Speaker 2: with you right now.
- 11:03Speaker 3: To way too money. Thank God, I'm gonna practice my
- 11:06Speaker 3: poker face until then.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Well okay, wait, let's let's practice your poker face right now,
- 11:11Speaker 2: real quick? Do you have a happy ending?
- 11:15Speaker 3: I'm very happy with the way things panned out, and
- 11:18Speaker 3: I'm very happy with Yeah, I'm very happy with the ending.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Are you engaged, Ashley?
- 11:24Speaker 3: No, I can't tell you.
- 11:25Speaker 2: That, okay, but are you smiling? I need to get
- 11:28Speaker 2: your reaction, your body language, all that.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I'm happy with the way things ended
- 11:33Speaker 3: for sure.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Interesting. So they're not letting you say you're engaged or
- 11:39Speaker 2: that you're with somebody, because sometimes they let you say that.
- 11:43Speaker 3: I didn't know that.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Oh okay, all right, all right, Well easy question for you.
- 11:49Speaker 2: You love to foster cats, So what happens if the
- 11:52Speaker 2: guy that you pick doesn't like cats or he's allergic
- 11:55Speaker 2: to cats?
- 11:56Speaker 3: He's gonna just have to take a bed and troll
- 11:58Speaker 3: every day that we're together.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Every day he's gonna go have to get the weekly shot.
- 12:02Speaker 3: He's gonna have to get like an IV of beta.
- 12:04Speaker 3: Drill at that.
- 12:07Speaker 2: That's how important the cats are to you. I love that.
- 12:09Speaker 3: I love they give you a boost of serotonin like
- 12:12Speaker 3: nobody else can do.
- 12:14Speaker 2: That is so cute. My son is obsessed with cats.
- 12:18Speaker 2: I am, like, maybe very mildly allergic. When my sister
- 12:21Speaker 2: and my mom are definitely allergic and I can't get one.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I would totally get one, but I mean then they
- 12:29Speaker 2: can never come and visit and help.
- 12:30Speaker 3: So honestly, I'm mildly allergic too, and it is it's
- 12:35Speaker 3: so painful because every time I touch my eyes right
- 12:37Speaker 3: after him, like yeah, like you know, you shouldn't be
- 12:39Speaker 3: doing that, And then I'm like, sure, I shouldn't be
- 12:41Speaker 3: having a cat in the first place. But it's fine,
- 12:42Speaker 3: It's all worth it.
- 12:45Speaker 2: What did you do that was different from Joey? Like
- 12:49Speaker 2: did you go into your season being like love Joey?
- 12:52Speaker 2: He was a great bachelor. But I'm gonna do I'm
- 12:55Speaker 2: gonna edit this part.
- 12:58Speaker 3: I don't think so like I I mean, I don't
- 13:00Speaker 3: really know his mentality going into it or like how
- 13:03Speaker 3: he made his decisions. But for me, I really tried
- 13:06Speaker 3: to do it in my own way and be as
- 13:08Speaker 3: authentic to myself like as possible, and like as you
- 13:10Speaker 3: saw on Night one, like, I take kissing somebody in
- 13:14Speaker 3: that level of affection very seriously. So for me, I
- 13:17Speaker 3: was like, I'm not gonna kiss everybody on Nightline because
- 13:20Speaker 3: I know myself and I know I'm not gonna have
- 13:21Speaker 3: a connection with everybody. But I also wasn't gonna restrict myself.
- 13:26Speaker 3: I wasn't going into it being like I'm not going
- 13:28Speaker 3: to kiss anybody. But I left it up to me
- 13:31Speaker 3: and how I felt with each individual relationship.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Okay, I was gonna say, have you were you a
- 13:37Speaker 2: Bachelor fan for a long time?
- 13:40Speaker 3: Okay, so funny enough. No, I my friends and stuff
- 13:44Speaker 3: would watch in college and I would be like, I'm
- 13:46Speaker 3: not into reality TV, Like I don't do that. And
- 13:48Speaker 3: then after college, I got into Matt James's season, which
- 13:51Speaker 3: is the first season I watched, and then I watched
- 13:52Speaker 3: a couple of seasons after that. But I my first
- 13:56Speaker 3: real exposure to Bachelor Nation was actually you and Jared
- 14:00Speaker 3: What which is hilarious because this just came to my
- 14:03Speaker 3: memory right now.
- 14:04Speaker 2: As I look like a crazy person right now, She
- 14:06Speaker 2: tells me that I played her role.
- 14:09Speaker 3: A huge role actually, because it's funny. I like, I'm
- 14:13Speaker 3: such a hopeless romantic. I've been through so many toxic
- 14:15Speaker 3: relationships and I think I was just like in the
- 14:18Speaker 3: deep like rabbit hole on YouTube of like looking up
- 14:21Speaker 3: like love stories or something, and yours and Jared's came
- 14:24Speaker 3: up like your interview talking about like, yeah, your time
- 14:26Speaker 3: on the show and how you were chasing him and
- 14:29Speaker 3: he didn't like you at first all too much whatever,
- 14:31Speaker 3: And I was like, that's my that's the story of
- 14:33Speaker 3: my life. This is gonna be me, Like I'm going
- 14:36Speaker 3: to turn the bad boy into loving me.
- 14:38Speaker 2: What that is so crazy? You watched it without having
- 14:41Speaker 2: watched us on Paradise.
- 14:43Speaker 3: Yeah, so then after I went thank you. Yeah, well,
- 14:47Speaker 3: it was like it was a really beautiful interview. And
- 14:50Speaker 3: I think that was around the time of your wedding,
- 14:52Speaker 3: or maybe I saw it and then saw your wedding,
- 14:55Speaker 3: but either way, it was it was really really beautiful.
- 14:58Speaker 3: Oh thank you.
- 14:59Speaker 2: That's I'm so kind. All right. So I was going
- 15:03Speaker 2: to ask you if you had a role model going
- 15:06Speaker 2: into it, like what kind of like bachelorette you wanted
- 15:08Speaker 2: to be? Was like they're a favorite, or did you
- 15:10Speaker 2: want to pick and choose?
- 15:12Speaker 3: Not really because I hadn't really seen a lot of
- 15:15Speaker 3: the seasons of the Bachelerette yet, but like after watching
- 15:18Speaker 3: Matt James' season, I did watch Michelle young season, so
- 15:22Speaker 3: I definitely saw how she moved about her season and
- 15:24Speaker 3: she was so poisoned to coffin.
- 15:25Speaker 2: She was an amazing bachelorette.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and I was like, I'm a chaotic mess, Like
- 15:30Speaker 3: I don't know how you even got into this, So
- 15:33Speaker 3: it was it was hard. I was like, I don't
- 15:34Speaker 3: know if I fit this role. But I did have
- 15:36Speaker 3: a phone call with her, like before I even accepted
- 15:38Speaker 3: the role of the Bacherette, because I really wanted to know,
- 15:41Speaker 3: especially from a person of color standpoint, like how she
- 15:44Speaker 3: felt about everything.
- 15:46Speaker 2: How did you feel about everybody being like, oh, but
- 15:50Speaker 2: we wanted it to be Maria Daisy.
- 15:54Speaker 3: Yeah. I mean it's tough because I got so when
- 15:57Speaker 3: I was announced, I didn't have my phone in and
- 16:00Speaker 3: we went right into filming. So I went on this
- 16:03Speaker 3: like incredible journey for myself and like just like learn
- 16:06Speaker 3: so much about myself and was so happy about it.
- 16:08Speaker 3: And then I came back and I saw all of
- 16:10Speaker 3: these comments, and like it was a mix of like
- 16:12Speaker 3: racist comments, it was a mix of just like I
- 16:15Speaker 3: wanted this person on this person, she sucks, she's boring.
- 16:17Speaker 3: It's like all of this hate was just like building
- 16:20Speaker 3: up one on top of another, and it was really
- 16:24Speaker 3: disappointing to see. And it was hard to see for sure,
- 16:27Speaker 3: but you know, at the end of the day, it's
- 16:30Speaker 3: it's old news. And for me, I'm just excited for
- 16:33Speaker 3: everyone to see my journey and to be able to
- 16:35Speaker 3: really embrace all of it.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Well, I'm sorry that you had to see it, ever,
- 16:39Speaker 2: but at least you did see it at the you know,
- 16:42Speaker 2: at the end of filming, and you were able to
- 16:44Speaker 2: just kind of like get whisked away. And now nobody
- 16:48Speaker 2: everybody is like, well right, we are happy and excited
- 16:52Speaker 2: for this, because you know, thats just people. Their attention
- 16:56Speaker 2: span is like two seconds in this franchise. So yeah,
- 17:01Speaker 2: everybody's going to be stoked to watch your first episode
- 17:04Speaker 2: in the whole season.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Thank you. Yeah, I mean what really here? For me
- 17:07Speaker 3: was like, I know, like people can just be so
- 17:10Speaker 3: critical and for me, I was like, what do you mean, Like,
- 17:12Speaker 3: do I not deserve to find love? Like, that's that's crazy.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Did I say that somebody doesn't deserve to go on
- 17:17Speaker 3: a journey to find love? So I really just hope
- 17:20Speaker 3: like people continue to like be open minded and open
- 17:23Speaker 3: their hearts.
- 17:24Speaker 2: I'm sure they will. Yeah, what are your other? What
- 17:29Speaker 2: was your Who's like your best friend from the show?
- 17:32Speaker 3: Uh? Star Skyler? So she lives in Florida and we
- 17:36Speaker 3: like see each other all the time, you have sleepover.
- 17:38Speaker 3: So it's really nice to have someone be able to
- 17:40Speaker 3: kind of understand like that part of the show and
- 17:44Speaker 3: that part of my life because nobody else really understands
- 17:46Speaker 3: it as much as her. And she's like just such
- 17:48Speaker 3: a well rounded, like genuinely good person too.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Did I saw a TikTok that you were able to
- 17:56Speaker 2: tell the ending to one friend of yours, the sky
- 18:01Speaker 2: one of those friends as well?
- 18:03Speaker 3: Yes, I definitely did. Well. That Star was the one
- 18:06Speaker 3: in that TikTok? Oh?
- 18:07Speaker 2: Sorry, is the one of the tico? Okay?
- 18:09Speaker 3: Yes?
- 18:09Speaker 2: Yes, okay, So you had to tell your one bachelor
- 18:12Speaker 2: friend how it all goes?
- 18:15Speaker 3: Yeah, so go knocking on her door if you want
- 18:16Speaker 3: to find out.
- 18:18Speaker 2: That's awesome. I got one more question for you, what
- 18:23Speaker 2: is how do you deal with the stage fright that
- 18:25Speaker 2: you have when you're the bachelorette, because now you are
- 18:28Speaker 2: on such a public stage and basically every single way
- 18:31Speaker 2: you did a TikTok about about that about your stage.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Yeah, no, I remember. It's honestly, I still get nervous
- 18:39Speaker 3: all the time, like doing interviews and making speeches or
- 18:42Speaker 3: just like being on a camera in general. It's like
- 18:44Speaker 3: obviously very it's not it's not a normal thing for me. Uh.
- 18:48Speaker 3: It's not something I'm used to. And I'm definitely getting
- 18:51Speaker 3: more used to it as time goes on because it's
- 18:53Speaker 3: just been exposed to it so much. But I really
- 18:56Speaker 3: just try to be myself as as much as I can.
- 18:59Speaker 3: And and you know, sometimes I'm like I'm having an
- 19:02Speaker 3: off day, I'm not as funny as I can be.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Or sometimes I'm having a really good day and I'm like, oh,
- 19:05Speaker 3: like I really was, like I shined and I was
- 19:08Speaker 3: like one hundred percent myself. But I think I just
- 19:10Speaker 3: need to remember that I'm human and I can't be
- 19:13Speaker 3: like one hundred percent all the time and some days
- 19:17Speaker 3: I'm just gonna have bad days. And hey, that's the
- 19:20Speaker 3: reality of it. I'm human.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Well, I think You'll be very relatable and people are
- 19:24Speaker 2: going to love that about you and we're just really
- 19:26Speaker 2: excited to watch this hopefully happy ending for you. So Jen,
- 19:32Speaker 2: thank you so much for joining us and hopefully we
- 19:35Speaker 2: can talk to you mid season.
- 19:37Speaker 3: Thanks for having me. Yeah, I can't wait to talk
- 19:39Speaker 3: to them.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Bye bye.
