  of birds, everybody's going to flock to Daytona Beach, FL,

  starting here real soon. Hell, there's a lot of them down

  there right now. You know what they call the Roar

  between the 24? They're down there getting ready

  for the 24 hour Daytona right now.

  Brother Russ, he's down there and Steven, they're all down

  there riding the motorcycles. You know, bike week at Daytona
• 0:50
  is right after the Daytona 500, somewhat like early March.

  I'll be down there. All right, let's get right to

  it. Jet Barnes, this 14 year old kid

  last night at the Chili Bowl was unbelievable.

  He wins the B main over all the grown-ups.

  And I'm waiting for the, I don't know who Jet Barnes is because

  like I said yesterday, I stay my lane.

  I'm a, I'm a big wheel race car driver.

  You know, I got a big cage around me.

  I know who he is now. So they take the car back to the

  This child gets up out of the open wheel Midget and I'm, it's

  a child. It's it's not a kid and it's not

  a boy, it's a child. He's even childlike.

  What I mean is he still acts like a kid.

  I, I couldn't believe my eyes. Then you head way out West and

  He's down there and he's in Pensacola, FL for the snowball

  Harvick's boy, he wins what they call the snowflake, you know,

  before the snowball Derby. And I mean, he's racing full

  blown men. So anyway, Jet Barnes, I was on

  the infield at the Chili Bowl there and I'm watching this, I'm

  watching this car. He he didn't start on the front

  row. It don't even matter.

  He was rolling. He wasn't even driving sideways.

  Maybe a little bit but not much. The reason is Jed Barnes was so

  fast. He was going through I was in

  turns 1 and two he was rolling one and two like asphalt and I

  mean got had center center corner speed just roll in the
• 4:19
  middle one that B main crowd goes, you know crowds on their
• 4:24
  feet. Everybody rushes to the pit air

  and there he goes jumps out of the car.

  But you put these two children together, 13 year old, 14 year

  old and, and you see what we know we've talked about this

  before, but you see for all you other parents out there, if
• 4:41
  you're going to, if you are going to make your child a race
• 4:45
  car driver and you want him to go far, that's the key right
• 4:51
  there. If you want him to go far, you

  got to develop him at like 5 years old.

  I see it at Millbridge all the time.

  Anyway, just wanted to bring you up to speed on these children

  that are I mean, they they can't get their license yet by by any

  means. And you know, everybody has to

  approve of these, you know, anymore.

  They don't have an age limit. That's what I learned here at

  the Chili Bowl. I said how old you got to be.

  They said, well, there's a theory you got to be 16.

  However, if a group signs off on you and says hey, this kids 12

  but he drives like a full blown 20 year old or 30 year old.

  That Jet Barnes last night he drove like he was 40.

  He ended up wrecking out in turns one in the A main, but he

  got up to like he was running. When I looked he's running like

  a in the A main. This kid was running 6th, 7th
• 5:46
  and maybe got up to 4th at one time.

  The track got treacherous and it grabbed him.

  I don't know what happened. It got so dusty, I couldn't see
• 5:54
  over there in one and two. I was sitting in three and four
• 5:57
  for the A main. For the B main, I was in the

  infield for the features. I was sitting with Doug

  Schoenfeld, my daughter Brittany and Brody.

  So, yeah, congratulations to the winner, Emerson Axum.

  This kid started front or outside and Kyle Arson took off

  Afterwards they interviewed, I think it was a Matt Weaver maybe

  somebody interviewed Kyle Larson and it was interesting.

  goes, I really don't know him. He goes, I know he races, he

  says. I haven't seen him really, you

  know, win anything outside this building.

  It was pretty, pretty much a loud message just listening to

  a race car driver, he says, but I don't know him.

  So it's interesting. They got what they call indoor

  racers that are really good indoor and they're and they're

  and they're good outdoor. But I know this Emerson Axiom is

  is a fast racer, but yeah, I guess there's indoor racers and

  outdoor racers. Is that what I'm learning?

  First we will be racing with EU Shack non wing Sprint cars. 10

  grand a win for us. Then we have I think we have

  We start racing that Monday and then we do the normal deal and

  we and we run for another 10 grand a win for the Gator like a

  couple Saturdays from now. We're done racing February 7th.
