- 1:15Speaker 2: With the Boys made it absolutely incredible.
- 1:18Speaker 3: Three two guests today, Chase Briscoe and Noah Gregson.
- 1:24Speaker 4: Am I saying that correct? How do you like to
- 1:27Speaker 4: pronounce I say it?
- 1:27Speaker 2: Gregson? That's the way my family has always told me
- 1:30Speaker 2: to say it. But you can call it whatever, all right.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I lovegg too close to gag?
- 1:34Speaker 3: That is true?
- 1:36Speaker 4: Hey, well hold on, I mean, hey, that probably was
- 1:38Speaker 4: a middle school thing for you a little bit.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Huh was a little bit up, Yeah, a little bit,
- 1:42Speaker 2: but making grag. They never have me that, but that's
- 1:48Speaker 2: his way.
- 1:48Speaker 1: They were very creative on this.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Yeah, there's there's some different stuff they called me works.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Yeah, works. They just nothing appropriate that we can't talk about.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Guys can't have a little fun.
- 2:01Speaker 1: If you can figure it out, then may you know?
- 2:03Speaker 3: Yeah, my brain doesn't work.
- 2:06Speaker 4: This is actually a gift they got these for you.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Do you like these are pickle crocs? I thought you
- 2:10Speaker 4: might want to those are my shoes.
- 2:11Speaker 2: To them, But if you want these are my grillas pickles.
- 2:16Speaker 2: There's grillas pickle shoes.
- 2:20Speaker 3: No. I was watching.
- 2:20Speaker 4: I will obviously we're all gonna have a good time.
- 2:22Speaker 1: To I'm curious how I'm curious how these two are
- 2:27Speaker 1: just boys.
- 2:28Speaker 3: You know, Yeah, yeah, goes a million miles all just
- 2:34Speaker 3: keeps it calm, but against like protons and neutrons. We're
- 2:36Speaker 3: like Penn and Taeler. He does all the talking and
- 2:38Speaker 3: I just kind of sit here, let it hang out
- 2:40Speaker 3: with your Like if.
- 2:41Speaker 2: You guys have any crazy superstitions.
- 2:44Speaker 4: Mmm, crazy superstitions like playing when we're playing.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Nothing like anything like nothing like only football guys would know.
- 2:51Speaker 3: Like race car drivers, they all typically like before race day,
- 2:54Speaker 3: they're always sleep with their right sock on to keep
- 2:56Speaker 3: their like gas pedal footwarm.
- 2:59Speaker 4: Is that real?
- 3:00Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you guys do that, do that.
- 3:01Speaker 2: But that's why I don't like it's like.
- 3:04Speaker 4: I'd tell you get athletes foot do you know, let
- 3:06Speaker 4: them boys breathe a little bit.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Right, Well, my left foot, I never get athletes foot on,
- 3:09Speaker 2: but I always keep a sock on my right foot.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Always just to keep the guys. But you're at the beach,
- 3:14Speaker 1: you go.
- 3:14Speaker 4: Hang out for a little bit, you got a sock
- 3:15Speaker 4: on your.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Fleet, Like if I'm in footop sock.
- 3:18Speaker 3: On my right fle really, but like road courses are
- 3:20Speaker 3: coming up, so you're were two socks because you're be
- 3:22Speaker 3: using you move around a little bit. Okay, that makes sense.
- 3:25Speaker 1: I mean you have any.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Supercisions, just the sock thing. Been doing that all my
- 3:29Speaker 3: life since the beginning.
- 3:30Speaker 4: When did you learn about the sock thing?
- 3:31Speaker 3: You're like, okay, I guess really. Once I got the
- 3:33Speaker 3: NASCAR is like, you know, the veteran guys are like, hey,
- 3:36Speaker 3: if you're not doing this, you probably should Tony.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Tony probably told you.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Yeah, Tony told me when I was younger that your.
- 3:40Speaker 4: Boy hunh yeah, Tony, yeah, use your teammates doing that.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Uh.
- 3:45Speaker 4: It was this Stuart haas art rip start. I know,
- 3:49Speaker 4: it just was like just a couple of years ago
- 3:51Speaker 4: went away.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Yeah, twenty twenty four.
- 3:52Speaker 4: How sad was that? Like, how'd you get the call
- 3:55Speaker 4: that Stuart hass was no longer?
- 3:57Speaker 3: We were like in a conference room about the same
- 3:59Speaker 3: size as the bus here, and Tony came in and
- 4:01Speaker 3: was like, hey, uh, you know, there's been a lot
- 4:03Speaker 3: of rumors going around, but we're gonna let you guys
- 4:06Speaker 3: know that we're shutting down at the end of the year.
- 4:07Speaker 3: And it was like a total like we don't heard rumors.
- 4:09Speaker 3: I guess about it, but right then it was like
- 4:12Speaker 3: it got pretty real pretty quick.
- 4:14Speaker 2: You can hear a pin drop and you're like, oh shit,
- 4:15Speaker 2: like this is real.
- 4:17Speaker 4: What goes through your guys's mind when when you guys
- 4:19Speaker 4: hear that, like clearly, it's like is my job secure?
- 4:21Speaker 2: About what's immediately you're focused on what's next, and then
- 4:26Speaker 2: it's it's really distracting for the rest of the year.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I mean that was right before that was maybe middle
- 4:30Speaker 2: of age when he told us June, and it was
- 4:33Speaker 2: very distracting because the whole rest of the year, you're
- 4:35Speaker 2: still trying to go to the racetrack and race, but
- 4:37Speaker 2: at the same time, everybody's looking for jobs on your team,
- 4:40Speaker 2: and so their minds aren't really in the right spot.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Us drivers were looking for what our next opportunity is
- 4:46Speaker 2: going to be, So it was it was pretty distracting
- 4:48Speaker 2: for the rest of the year.
- 4:49Speaker 4: How did the rest of the year go for y'all?
- 4:51Speaker 4: After you heard the news.
- 4:52Speaker 3: He won I won one of the races. It was
- 4:55Speaker 3: just a weird year because, like so the race I
- 4:57Speaker 3: won was the last race before the playoffs, so that
- 5:00Speaker 3: like you know, elevated us into the playoffs, where if
- 5:03Speaker 3: we didn't win that race, there was not a single
- 5:05Speaker 3: car at Stuart Haas that was going to be in
- 5:06Speaker 3: the playoffs, so we were going to lose. I felt
- 5:08Speaker 3: like half the employees like they were all going to
- 5:10Speaker 3: start leaving, you know, there's no incentive to stay. Yeah,
- 5:12Speaker 3: And so it was kind of weird because with us
- 5:14Speaker 3: being the only car in the playoffs, the whole company
- 5:17Speaker 3: kind of like came around our car, and so we
- 5:19Speaker 3: were really the main focus the final ten weeks, which
- 5:22Speaker 3: is a weird dis environment to be in, like in
- 5:24Speaker 3: a four card team, to be the one guy that
- 5:27Speaker 3: all three hundred employees are like Aroundy, It was just
- 5:29Speaker 3: a weird environment.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Now, how is your guys recruiting going? Like in that
- 5:33Speaker 1: final year racing? Like, you're obviously you're on the same team.
- 5:36Speaker 1: The team's going to end, so I'm assuming you guys
- 5:38Speaker 1: are taking calls from whoever to say you might be going.
- 5:41Speaker 3: To next Yeah. So like for me, when we were
- 5:44Speaker 3: in that conference room, Tony at the end was like, hey,
- 5:46Speaker 3: so if you guys have any question that I'd be
- 5:48Speaker 3: happy to answer him. And we're all under contract, right,
- 5:50Speaker 3: So at that point we weren't able to talk to
- 5:51Speaker 3: any other teams, and I just asked him. I was
- 5:53Speaker 3: like what's this mean for us talking to other people?
- 5:55Speaker 3: And he's like, you guys are free to talk to whoever.
- 5:57Speaker 3: So I literally that in that conference room. I started
- 6:00Speaker 3: text and all these like team presidents I knew in
- 6:02Speaker 3: TEXTA Joe Gibbs is like president. And then I went
- 6:05Speaker 3: to a breakfast with them the next day and then
- 6:07Speaker 3: was signed six days later. So yeah, it all have.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you had not thought it was even cold.
- 6:13Speaker 3: It was a unique thing because there's going to be
- 6:16Speaker 3: four drivers now right that we're all of a sudden
- 6:18Speaker 3: looking for jobs. There's only thirty six cars out there,
- 6:21Speaker 3: so you didn't want to be the last kind.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Of guy out.
- 6:24Speaker 3: And yeah, luckily all four of us found. All four
- 6:26Speaker 3: found stuff.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Yeah, covered spots. But that's a hard part about nascars,
- 6:30Speaker 2: I'm sure about like football too, is it's one guy out,
- 6:33Speaker 2: one guy in. You know, there's there's only so many
- 6:35Speaker 2: positions and spots available that we're lucky all four of
- 6:39Speaker 2: us got an opportunity.
- 6:40Speaker 4: Yeah, there's only yeah, there's only so many. There's only
- 6:42Speaker 4: fifty three guys on each football team, and you're like,
- 6:44Speaker 4: you're just hoping to be one of them thirty six,
- 6:46Speaker 4: which is nuts.
- 6:47Speaker 2: You know.
- 6:48Speaker 1: How how fast did you figure out your next situation?
- 6:50Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 6:51Speaker 2: Yeah, an Milo was about a month. I had a
- 6:54Speaker 2: couple of different things in the works and then ultimately
- 6:57Speaker 2: landed with front Row Motorsports to drive the four car. So, yeah,
- 7:01Speaker 2: it's been it's been pretty fun last couple of years.
- 7:04Speaker 1: And now and now were you connected to like it
- 7:08Speaker 1: seems like Chase over here was connected to team presidents?
- 7:10Speaker 1: Like do you are you knowing team presidents at the time?
- 7:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I was talking to a couple couple of different
- 7:15Speaker 2: I guess owners. Yeah, but ultimately landed and settled with it.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Just there's a lot of moving pieces when you get
- 7:23Speaker 2: to that position, and so had some different talks with
- 7:26Speaker 2: some different teams, and ultimately the best opportunity for me
- 7:29Speaker 2: was in front Row.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Yeah. From teammates to opponents.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Yeah, because like just so we're still good buddies, Yeah,
- 7:35Speaker 2: are you though? Yeah?
- 7:37Speaker 3: I hate this guy. It did not start that way.
- 7:42Speaker 3: We hate each other. I didn't hate him, he hated
- 7:45Speaker 3: I hated.
- 7:45Speaker 4: How old were you too when you first laid eyes
- 7:47Speaker 4: on each other.
- 7:48Speaker 3: I would have been twenty seventeen.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Son't know how old Chase is, like thirty, I was
- 7:51Speaker 2: only like eighteen.
- 7:52Speaker 3: He was like, you looked at this young bug. You're like,
- 7:56Speaker 3: I don't know something about this kid. It was literally
- 7:58Speaker 3: it was our first truck race, which is like kind
- 8:01Speaker 3: of like single a right at the NASCAR level, and
- 8:03Speaker 3: uh where Daytona. Lap one, I absolutely wreck him, like
- 8:08Speaker 3: I mean destroy him. And then, uh so that's like
- 8:11Speaker 3: our first time ever meeting each other, first time I
- 8:13Speaker 3: ever racing each other. Lap one, I wreck him. We'll
- 8:15Speaker 3: go to Martinsville the next week and it's like, I
- 8:17Speaker 3: don't know, fifty laps in, I wreck him again, and
- 8:20Speaker 3: so he's like, fuck this guy.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I didn't know who this Chase Briscoe Dow
- 8:25Speaker 2: was and I hated him.
- 8:27Speaker 1: And then brisk also that.
- 8:31Speaker 2: A little bit and kind of talked and they bullshit
- 8:35Speaker 2: every once in a while and then became really good
- 8:37Speaker 2: friends the last couple of years.
- 8:38Speaker 1: So it's been so you just hated him because he
- 8:40Speaker 1: would wreck you.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Yeah, I just remember he came down after the second
- 8:45Speaker 3: time I wrecked in me. So that's the time you're
- 8:48Speaker 3: getting it back. I've been.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Jamie pulled this up. It's it's uh no. Gregson twenty seventeen, Daytona.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Thanks Jamie, let's go down. Maybe go down, keep going.
- 9:08Speaker 2: She's a bunch of wind highlights from Xfinity.
- 9:10Speaker 3: Sorry, this is this.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Is the this is the that was me and Christopher
- 9:18Speaker 2: Bell friends with him now too.
- 9:21Speaker 4: Hey, Yeah, I want to let you know.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Uh, I was watching a little film I can't find.
- 9:26Speaker 4: I was watching a little film on you. Do you
- 9:28Speaker 4: want if I give you a couple of pointers on
- 9:30Speaker 4: your on your career. If you're gonna walk up on
- 9:33Speaker 4: somebody and get on.
- 9:34Speaker 2: You get fine. First of all, so you got to
- 9:37Speaker 2: eat one and you go to town. The only problem
- 9:39Speaker 2: is when you're when you go to town, you can't
- 9:43Speaker 2: have the security guard that's gonna grab your arm and
- 9:46Speaker 2: keep fighting.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Yeah, you have one, ready to go, ready to Hey,
- 9:52Speaker 3: peaky blinders.
- 9:56Speaker 2: I had bet a couple of weeks before pause that
- 9:58Speaker 2: Jamie Please, I had to bet that I would get
- 10:02Speaker 2: a bowl cut with Austin Dellen for a hundred bucks.
- 10:05Speaker 2: So I meane hundred bucks and uh, this was a
- 10:08Speaker 2: couple of weeks later. My barber couldn't get me in.
- 10:10Speaker 2: She was she was just having a full week, you know,
- 10:13Speaker 2: so she couldn't get me in. So I had this
- 10:16Speaker 2: shitty haircut and then went up to him, grabbed him,
- 10:20Speaker 2: and in Nascar, they'll find you a few fight. So
- 10:23Speaker 2: I had to eat one, and then I was going
- 10:25Speaker 2: to go to town on. I was I was gonna
- 10:27Speaker 2: get him.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Bog.
- 10:31Speaker 4: He kind of tapped you right there.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Yeah, but no way.
- 10:37Speaker 2: I'll eat one. I don't have a problem to eat one.
- 10:38Speaker 4: And this guy in the yellow shirt, he kind of
- 10:40Speaker 4: fucks everything up for you.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Yeah, he comes.
- 10:42Speaker 4: Out of nowhere too. In just a second. There he
- 10:43Speaker 4: is there, he is hold on now fellash, hold on
- 10:46Speaker 4: that bank. Yeah, he's got this arm.
- 10:49Speaker 3: I was staying.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Guy, I was gonna throw a haymaker.
- 10:51Speaker 4: What is the What is the fine? In Nascar?
- 10:54Speaker 2: Sky Stanhouse got in a fight with Kyle Busch RP
- 10:57Speaker 2: and uh it was seventy five grand?
- 11:00Speaker 1: Did you get fine for this?
- 11:02Speaker 2: No he did though, No he didn't either. So I
- 11:06Speaker 2: grabbed him. He hit me. So basically you just have
- 11:09Speaker 2: to have somebody. He's got to be roles reversed.
- 11:12Speaker 3: You know, there's really no clear picture on what's allowed.
- 11:14Speaker 2: That's the problem. There's no line in the sand.
- 11:16Speaker 4: So so if you were to do that over again,
- 11:19Speaker 4: you said, you guys are boys.
- 11:20Speaker 3: Now, if I do it over again, looking like Lloyd
- 11:25Speaker 3: Christmas Aga, who is the Ross?
- 11:29Speaker 2: Yeah? Ross? You guys are boys now, I mean we
- 11:31Speaker 2: we went to the dirt track and tested a micro
- 11:34Speaker 2: sprint car the next day and uh, I was like, hey,
- 11:37Speaker 2: nice shot, but just let you know. If that stand
- 11:39Speaker 2: didn't grab my arm, I was coming. I wasn't going
- 11:41Speaker 2: to buy and then stop. Anybody.
- 11:44Speaker 4: What did you say to that?
- 11:46Speaker 2: He's like yeah, I mean I don't remember exactly what
- 11:48Speaker 2: he said, but he was like, yeah, no hard feelings,
- 11:51Speaker 2: all good.
- 11:52Speaker 3: The best was the whole field was like coming up
- 11:54Speaker 3: and yeah, they all dabbed me up like someone's got
- 11:56Speaker 3: to do it was prior to host of Ary, gotcha.
- 12:00Speaker 3: Yeah that makes so who's gonna be the first one
- 12:02Speaker 3: to swing on host of bar?
- 12:06Speaker 4: Probably sounds like it's got to be you.
- 12:09Speaker 2: I don't have it. I haven't had a problem with
- 12:11Speaker 2: host of Ar on the track, but.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Who would be the first one to swing on hust
- 12:14Speaker 1: of War?
- 12:16Speaker 3: Bubba Buba's pretty mad last week? Sounds like he was.
- 12:19Speaker 4: He was driving like a madman last week in Michigan.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Yeah, but I can see Bugle maybe throwing hands.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Yeah, oh, we gotta wait and see. That's why you
- 12:27Speaker 2: guys got tuned in baby everything, you know, it's interesting.
- 12:31Speaker 4: So we've done three episodes. Host of bars come up
- 12:33Speaker 4: every single time. Every time this man's name gets pulled up,
- 12:37Speaker 4: guys start to get a little more. Oh, you know,
- 12:39Speaker 4: he's just.
- 12:40Speaker 3: It's a little fast, but he's he's a little aggressive.
- 12:42Speaker 3: But everyone kind of like puckers up a little bit,
- 12:45Speaker 3: a little nervous. This is seventy seven, Carson hosta bar.
- 12:47Speaker 2: They don't pucker up. We're good. I'm chilled with pretty
- 12:50Speaker 2: much everybody out there, except for a couple couple not
- 12:53Speaker 2: the drivers, but for the most part.
- 12:54Speaker 4: It was only thirty six, only thirty six of them
- 12:57Speaker 4: ripping around.
- 12:57Speaker 3: He'd kind of be like, what was it Richard Truman
- 12:59Speaker 3: that always just be chirping at everybody, and like, yeah,
- 13:02Speaker 3: sure he was one of those guys.
- 13:03Speaker 4: There's a lot Richie Sherman's face. Yeah, we got into
- 13:06Speaker 4: it a couple of times. But he's a dB dude.
- 13:10Speaker 4: Dbs are always talking. There's a there's defensive linemen. Offensive
- 13:14Speaker 4: linemen don't really this is yeah, this is what twenty seventeen,
- 13:17Speaker 4: and that's Sherman taking a shot at our quarterback Marcus Marriotta. Yeah,
- 13:21Speaker 4: ort and that's that's me. I'm the heavy set individual
- 13:26Speaker 4: right there.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:29Speaker 4: Protect your boys, you.
- 13:30Speaker 3: Know, you gotta protect your boys. If anything, this is
- 13:33Speaker 3: your guys. Pit crew should be doing this. They used
- 13:36Speaker 3: to and then they get suspended.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Now what's going on with that?
- 13:39Speaker 3: We gotta let the governor off a little bit here,
- 13:41Speaker 3: thank you.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Let's go. It's trash. It's trash. We I mean, there's
- 13:45Speaker 2: no line in the sand, but it's entertaining. They'll use
- 13:48Speaker 2: it for a promo.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:52Speaker 4: College football, you know there's Michigan puts the flag it's
- 13:56Speaker 4: the fifty yard line and they're like, there's no place
- 13:58Speaker 4: for that in football. But then the next year play
- 14:00Speaker 4: and they're like, look at the rivalry between these two.
- 14:03Speaker 4: Come watch this game like hockey. I feel like, what's
- 14:06Speaker 4: that it should be like hockey. I was just gonna
- 14:08Speaker 4: bring up obviously you were in the golden nice jersey.
- 14:10Speaker 4: Yeah right now, Vegas boy. But in hockey, like your
- 14:15Speaker 4: captain will just call the driver the captain. If someone
- 14:17Speaker 4: messes with the captain, the boys, the defenseman, the way
- 14:19Speaker 4: everybody kind of gets in it gets a scrum. I'm
- 14:22Speaker 4: thinking of let's just say you crash each other. You
- 14:25Speaker 4: guys just pick crews got to go after it. You
- 14:28Speaker 4: put one guy up in the center of center of
- 14:30Speaker 4: that kind of the last time that happened, pull up
- 14:32Speaker 4: Jeff Gordon, Brad Keslowski fight.
- 14:34Speaker 3: It was like thirty people, Just what did you.
- 14:36Speaker 4: Want to I mean, we don't want to see that
- 14:38Speaker 4: family show. We don't want to see that. We just
- 14:41Speaker 4: hope nobody get that, nobody gets injured. But we are entertainment.
- 14:45Speaker 1: We want some entertainment.
- 14:46Speaker 4: We want some entertainment.
- 14:47Speaker 3: That's all.
- 14:48Speaker 2: How was just look up Brad k fight. Yeah, that's it.
- 14:53Speaker 3: This is it right here. Yeah, this is a good fight.
- 14:55Speaker 3: That's probably.
- 14:58Speaker 2: History.
- 14:58Speaker 3: Maybe everybody there already getting after it.
- 15:04Speaker 2: But like the great clips guys are there, like, uh,
- 15:08Speaker 2: Harvick's over there. Watch Harvick is in behind him, behind Brad.
- 15:12Speaker 2: He pushes on watch left side of the screen. Harvick
- 15:15Speaker 2: pushes them into Jeff Gordon, and then they just all
- 15:17Speaker 2: start going to town. Ready right here he pushes them.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Oh yeah, it's like a pack of dogs mans taking place. Now.
- 15:28Speaker 4: I don't see the pick crew guys. Okay, they're in
- 15:31Speaker 4: the back there getting after it. Give me some context
- 15:34Speaker 4: to why why this fight went down, do you guys
- 15:36Speaker 4: know you just like watching the It.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Was like a three wide restart in the playoffs and Brad,
- 15:41Speaker 3: this is like kind of before it was kind of
- 15:43Speaker 3: everybody was just all out. There's more like give and
- 15:45Speaker 3: take and respect back in this day. And Brad was
- 15:48Speaker 3: like the new guard of guys like not doing that
- 15:51Speaker 3: and put it three wide on restart and it made
- 15:53Speaker 3: Jeff mad, I guess, and.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Then Jeff's tired out lest I tire, Yeah, and he
- 15:58Speaker 2: got mad knocked him out.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Jeff move though, they're just kind of the slow push just.
- 16:02Speaker 2: Uh well Harvick. Harvick pushes them har and then Jeff
- 16:09Speaker 2: gets them by the.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Yeah, Harvick's almost doing it, just like a bait on
- 16:13Speaker 1: the team. His team though. Oh, they're trying to go
- 16:15Speaker 1: after you.
- 16:15Speaker 3: And I think Brad gets up all bloodies, like got
- 16:18Speaker 3: blood running all down fits kind of badass dude.
- 16:20Speaker 4: Now, this is so this is an old the old
- 16:23Speaker 4: guard in the new Guard having their exchange. A things
- 16:25Speaker 4: are transitioning in the NASCAR world this time. Is that
- 16:28Speaker 4: my understand that correctly?
- 16:29Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 16:29Speaker 3: Yeah, there's like four different teams fighting too, like half
- 16:32Speaker 3: of us, not even their teams it's just a full
- 16:34Speaker 3: on brall. Some pople just want to get into it.
- 16:36Speaker 3: You know what year is this twenty fourteen? Okay, twenty fourteen,
- 16:39Speaker 3: good year over? Where is the uh?
- 16:42Speaker 4: Where's the culture of NASCAR?
- 16:44Speaker 3: Now?
- 16:45Speaker 4: As it pertains to this like the new guard that is,
- 16:47Speaker 4: give you.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Hear it, then gets kind of going back to to
- 16:50Speaker 2: get into more like scrapping and stuff like. Yeah, back
- 16:54Speaker 2: in the day, they used to say boys have at
- 16:56Speaker 2: it and there's kind of gloves are off everybody, like
- 17:00Speaker 2: is for entertainment, and yeah, if you fought, you fought,
- 17:03Speaker 2: and NASCAR didn't really do anything. Then the last maybe
- 17:06Speaker 2: five ten years they started finding guys, and I think
- 17:09Speaker 2: now it's kind of taking a turn to get back
- 17:10Speaker 2: to where it was and get that entertainment part back at.
- 17:13Speaker 3: The entertainment going in there?
- 17:14Speaker 1: Now?
- 17:14Speaker 4: Does that mentally change the thought process when you guys
- 17:17Speaker 4: are driving against each other, Like if it's a boys
- 17:19Speaker 4: have at it, are you guys being a little more
- 17:21Speaker 4: aggressive in the turns coming in?
- 17:23Speaker 2: Letting a guy know there's like an unwritten like gentleman's
- 17:26Speaker 2: agreement like that we all kind of race with and
- 17:29Speaker 2: you're gonna raise somebody like an asshole. They're gonna race
- 17:31Speaker 2: you like an asshole, and you're gonna pay for it
- 17:33Speaker 2: later in life. And I think a lot of guys,
- 17:36Speaker 2: I mean you guys talk about hosts of ar and
- 17:38Speaker 2: like say, oh, guys get all poked up, 're scared
- 17:40Speaker 2: of them, but they're just going to cash in when
- 17:42Speaker 2: he's you know, I know you want a race this year,
- 17:44Speaker 2: but when he's actually like leading a race, they can make.
- 17:48Speaker 3: His life pretty miserable. That comes back full So it
- 17:50Speaker 3: does come back full circle. Like if you're like a
- 17:52Speaker 3: prick to race with, I can say you're really good
- 17:55Speaker 3: race with right, and you're leading the race and you're
- 17:57Speaker 3: having a great day and you come up to lap
- 17:59Speaker 3: guys like you're lapping me or no, and you've been
- 18:01Speaker 3: always cool with us, like we'll just give you extra room,
- 18:03Speaker 3: kind of get out of the way. It's not our day.
- 18:05Speaker 3: But if you've been a prick to us, like when
- 18:07Speaker 3: you come around to lap us, like, we can make
- 18:09Speaker 3: your life miserable to wear like the second airplace stay, yeah,
- 18:13Speaker 3: stay from the back exactly like we can places it
- 18:18Speaker 3: down a little.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Yeah, comes second place passing them and when's the race
- 18:22Speaker 2: you know, yeah, quarterback like somebody hates like running down
- 18:27Speaker 2: the leader. They're running second, they're lapping you, you can
- 18:30Speaker 2: block them and.
- 18:32Speaker 4: Let let one tail off. Have either of you ever
- 18:34Speaker 4: been in the situation as the pack leader or the
- 18:36Speaker 4: guy in the back that it wasn't your day and
- 18:38Speaker 4: you're like, you know what, dude, fuck this guy.
- 18:40Speaker 3: About every weekend, baby, every weekend about it?
- 18:44Speaker 2: Uh? Yeah, I'm uh more times than not this year
- 18:47Speaker 2: we've been kind of more towards the back. Unfortunately.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Where to eat you you guys individually? Who do you
- 18:53Speaker 1: feel like your guys's big as rival is?
- 18:56Speaker 3: Uh? For me, it's probably honestly my teammates, Like not
- 19:00Speaker 3: like a rivalry, but like normally I'm racing my teammates
- 19:03Speaker 3: for the win. So like Nashville there was three of
- 19:05Speaker 3: us from Joe Gibbs racing, all battling for the wind,
- 19:07Speaker 3: so like, I don't know, they just keep raising the bar, right,
- 19:10Speaker 3: So you're always racing in your teammate typically to win,
- 19:12Speaker 3: So like I get along with them. They're not necessarily
- 19:15Speaker 3: my rival, but it is almost my rival in the
- 19:17Speaker 3: sense if I'm gonna win the race, I don't have
- 19:18Speaker 3: to beat my team.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Right Jamie left well left right there. Thank you.
- 19:24Speaker 3: That was my I days.
- 19:26Speaker 1: How do you feel?
- 19:27Speaker 3: How do you feel about that photo? Yeah? I posted
- 19:29Speaker 3: it so everybody always makes fun of me because I
- 19:31Speaker 3: have terrible hair. I've been balds since I'm in high school.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Hell yeah, so.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Yeah, so they always give me a hard time. This yeard.
- 19:42Speaker 4: You and me got low T.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Yeah, we got low T.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Yes.
- 19:45Speaker 3: I did chat GBT and gave the fans. I thought
- 19:48Speaker 3: what they wanted and I was just testing the waters
- 19:50Speaker 3: a little bit. You when you look at that focus honestly,
- 19:53Speaker 3: is not that shape though it's not peak at the line.
- 19:57Speaker 3: It's bad.
- 20:00Speaker 2: You let that fly that's.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Over the side and put something like real.
- 20:07Speaker 4: Glasses on, rocked out a couple of times, be your
- 20:10Speaker 4: hat twenty four to seven.
- 20:11Speaker 3: Yeah, even at home, I'm wearing a hat laid in bed.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Hit the little comb over, you hit a couple of
- 20:20Speaker 1: specs on, like the little checkered colored shirt just looks
- 20:23Speaker 1: like somebody's grandpa, And.
- 20:24Speaker 4: Hell yeah, I think that's kind of the move, dude.
- 20:27Speaker 3: I might have to do it. I don't have much
- 20:29Speaker 3: hair left even to comb over as the problem.
- 20:31Speaker 4: But that's that's the wind right here.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Get the side real long like this long and then rip.
- 20:36Speaker 4: It because the cul de sac is kind of a
- 20:38Speaker 4: badass move.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Yeah emoji on the iPhone.
- 20:44Speaker 4: Oh yeah I would Yeah, yeah, dude, this week Pocono.
- 20:50Speaker 4: Yeah all right, you could be the ninth race or
- 20:52Speaker 4: ever to Pocono Pete.
- 20:55Speaker 3: I really I didn't know about that'd be cool. Yeah,
- 20:57Speaker 3: it'd be nice. I didn't realize that few people, I
- 20:59Speaker 3: guess have done it, so yeah, I don't know, it'd
- 21:01Speaker 3: be pretty cool. I I love going to Pocono. I
- 21:03Speaker 3: wouldn't say it's my favorite racetrack, but it's just a
- 21:06Speaker 3: unique track, stealing track that we go to that's like
- 21:07Speaker 3: a triangle obviously, and it just creates this weird challenge
- 21:12Speaker 3: because your car is going to drive like absolute crap
- 21:14Speaker 3: in one of the corners because they're all three totally different.
- 21:16Speaker 3: So I've always liked that as a driver. I guess
- 21:19Speaker 3: the challenge of that, what.
- 21:21Speaker 4: About the tricky triangle is so difficult because can we
- 21:24Speaker 4: just sell us something real quick? They say NASCAR's four turns,
- 21:27Speaker 4: it's really two big.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Turns, right, yeah, yeah, it's big. Yeah.
- 21:31Speaker 4: Coming out of turn one and two, it's like next
- 21:32Speaker 4: one and then you go around the other one.
- 21:34Speaker 3: So this was like the try.
- 21:36Speaker 4: What's the hardest one that peak or that right board?
- 21:38Speaker 3: That left?
- 21:39Speaker 4: Boy, when I'm looking at a screen, can you pull
- 21:40Speaker 4: up the tricky triangle for me?
- 21:41Speaker 3: There? It really depends, like I was saying, your car
- 21:47Speaker 3: like it's normally gonna drive really good in one of
- 21:49Speaker 3: the corners, and then the next corner of my drive okay,
- 21:52Speaker 3: and then one of them it's going to be terrible, terrible.
- 21:54Speaker 3: So it really just depends that Turn two is the
- 21:56Speaker 3: sketchest though, So that's like the top of the try.
- 21:59Speaker 2: I like, I like the top of the triangle. I
- 22:01Speaker 2: like the top turn two, I like the top.
- 22:03Speaker 3: Yeah, it's like that.
- 22:04Speaker 2: So they're all based after like turns at other racetracks.
- 22:07Speaker 2: So turn two is after Indianapolis, but it's really really bumpy,
- 22:11Speaker 2: so it's like timing when you turn into the corner
- 22:14Speaker 2: and like you're using a lot of throttle through there. It's, uh,
- 22:18Speaker 2: it's pretty fun. Turn one's okay, Turn three is okay,
- 22:21Speaker 2: what's your favorite?
- 22:23Speaker 3: Turn two is probably the most fun because it's the
- 22:24Speaker 3: most like Rikard, like like if you're willing to like
- 22:28Speaker 3: hang it out, you can gain a ton of time
- 22:29Speaker 3: through turn two. Which that part. I like turn three though.
- 22:32Speaker 4: What do you say hanging out? You're just saying, like, hey,
- 22:34Speaker 4: foot to the floor.
- 22:35Speaker 3: If you're in a crash, you're normally going to crash and turn.
- 22:37Speaker 4: To you Yeah, okay, all right, and then guys, are
- 22:40Speaker 4: you How long does it take you, guys to realize
- 22:42Speaker 4: what kind of car you're going to have that day?
- 22:43Speaker 4: I believe, yeah, one or two laps and then you know, hey,
- 22:47Speaker 4: this is what we're.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Dealing with today. Yeah, Willy was talking about ten laps.
- 22:52Speaker 4: Right, he said he thinks about ten laps kind of getting.
- 22:54Speaker 3: The quick processors.
- 22:55Speaker 2: That's why we get along because we process super quickly.
- 22:58Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, super fast, guys. Yeah, like little computers in those.
- 23:01Speaker 3: Head You can land the seven forty seven on the
- 23:03Speaker 3: first startge of Pocono, by the way, is the longest
- 23:05Speaker 3: straight away.
- 23:07Speaker 4: How fast are we getting there?
- 23:10Speaker 3: Oh? Really? Yeah, it's long when you.
- 23:12Speaker 4: Guys are getting into racing, like, I know, I know
- 23:14Speaker 4: you started at thirteen, very unique.
- 23:17Speaker 3: Late late to the game, a little bit eleven. I
- 23:20Speaker 3: raised twice when I was seven, but really eleven?
- 23:23Speaker 4: Okay, so when do you guys usually start?
- 23:26Speaker 3: Five years old? Way race?
- 23:28Speaker 1: Just racing car entire life.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Yeah, and he gets a card track with these boys.
- 23:34Speaker 2: A lot of these guys we race against, Like maybe
- 23:37Speaker 2: not a lot of them, but some of them, Chase Elliott,
- 23:40Speaker 2: Ryan Blaney, Todd Gillwen, guys like that. They grew up
- 23:44Speaker 2: sitting at the dinner table every night with a guy
- 23:47Speaker 2: who their father, who raced in the Cup Series and
- 23:51Speaker 2: could give him advice and everything. We kind of just
- 23:54Speaker 2: kind of had to figure it out for ourselves and
- 23:56Speaker 2: trial and error and figure and stuff.
- 23:58Speaker 1: How do you even start to figure it out? Like,
- 23:59Speaker 1: obviously you raced a couple of times when you were seven,
- 24:01Speaker 1: but when you're getting into a thress.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Up and then you're like, what guts out? Again?
- 24:06Speaker 4: Were you doing any type of racing before thirteen?
- 24:08Speaker 2: No? I was like playing sticking ball sports. We got
- 24:12Speaker 2: you at Army Navy Academy Offensive Player of the Year,
- 24:15Speaker 2: just saying for football.
- 24:17Speaker 3: So I had a full ride to go kick field
- 24:20Speaker 3: goals too? Oh kicker ki.
- 24:25Speaker 2: Field goal kicking? No Gregson at the Titan Stadium.
- 24:28Speaker 3: Oh no way, barefoot how far?
- 24:31Speaker 2: Uh forty forty three yards? That's a good into the wind?
- 24:35Speaker 3: Barefoot into the wind?
- 24:36Speaker 2: Yeah? Both ways? No?
- 24:38Speaker 3: Actually, then on YouTube man, we gotta work on that.
- 24:41Speaker 3: We gotta work on your searching.
- 24:44Speaker 1: So no, what got what like got you in the
- 24:46Speaker 1: racing at thirteen? Like what peaked your interest with yo?
- 24:50Speaker 1: This could be a future of mine.
- 24:52Speaker 2: I just I enjoyed the competition. I like I like
- 24:54Speaker 2: dirt bikes, mount by, snowboarding, shape on all the Action
- 24:56Speaker 2: sports X game stuff growing up. And then had the
- 24:59Speaker 2: opportunity to go out to the racetrack when I was
- 25:01Speaker 2: thirteen years old, and it was actually a Wednesday of
- 25:04Speaker 2: my seventh grade spring break, and a guy who worked
- 25:07Speaker 2: with my dad his kids raced and they started talking
- 25:09Speaker 2: and my dad was like, Hey, if you want to
- 25:12Speaker 2: go out to the track and test on this Wednesday,
- 25:15Speaker 2: Friday Saturday, the season starts. If you like it on Wednesday,
- 25:18Speaker 2: we'll go out there and race on Saturday. And before
- 25:20Speaker 2: we even got to the track, I kind of knew
- 25:22Speaker 2: I was going to race on Friday and Saturday because
- 25:24Speaker 2: I knew I wanted to do it so bad. So
- 25:27Speaker 2: I didn't even have to drive the car around. And
- 25:28Speaker 2: after the first couple laps, I had just smile super
- 25:31Speaker 2: big on my face and the rest has kind of
- 25:33Speaker 2: been history.
- 25:35Speaker 3: You found it, That's awesome.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Yeah, cowboy hat on barefoot, I have both socks on.
- 25:40Speaker 2: I should have just kept my right sock on.
- 25:42Speaker 1: But we've got a leg on you. That's not bad, dude.
- 25:46Speaker 2: The first time, that's my first time ever kicking. So
- 25:48Speaker 2: was lying.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Yeah he didn't have Yeah, he just got into it.
- 25:52Speaker 3: He was really good. That's awesome.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Sneaky athlete, sneaky athlete growing up in Vacas.
- 25:59Speaker 4: You go on your that's a great spot.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Red Rock, I got, I got a little quick uh,
- 26:04Speaker 2: a little quick this or that?
- 26:05Speaker 1: Okay?
- 26:06Speaker 2: Red Rock or Durango? Where are we going?
- 26:08Speaker 1: Red Rock?
- 26:09Speaker 2: Uh? Bakrod or Blackjack? Uh? Dana or Aiden? Do you
- 26:16Speaker 2: like to play Big Dana?
- 26:18Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 26:19Speaker 3: Have you so?
- 26:20Speaker 4: Obviously Vegas guy, what's your spot?
- 26:21Speaker 3: Same thing?
- 26:22Speaker 2: I'm a Durrango guy now, I mean I like red
- 26:25Speaker 2: Rock too. We used to go to Red Rock, but
- 26:26Speaker 2: they just spelt Durrango, so we go to Drango now.
- 26:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:29Speaker 4: It's all station casinos. The hospitality second to none. They
- 26:33Speaker 4: are incredible. You if you need anything, I'll be walking
- 26:35Speaker 4: by in a hallway and a butler will just come
- 26:38Speaker 4: out of nowhere and have like a can of Lucy's just.
- 26:40Speaker 3: Waiting for me.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Nicotine, that's the best they have.
- 26:42Speaker 4: They have a cold tub in the room. Anything you want,
- 26:44Speaker 4: however you want it. It is the best you Balkwater
- 26:47Speaker 4: blackjack guy.
- 26:48Speaker 2: I used to be blackjack, but huge back rock, I know.
- 26:52Speaker 1: I love.
- 26:53Speaker 4: When I first met Dana, he was only into blackjack,
- 26:55Speaker 4: and then about a year into playing with him, he
- 26:58Speaker 4: kept bringing up baccarat and he's like, some about this game.
- 27:00Speaker 4: It's so much is fascinating. He would just go do
- 27:03Speaker 4: Caesars and watch all the Asian cats in the high
- 27:06Speaker 4: roller rooms play over and over and over again. And
- 27:10Speaker 4: then one time I showed up and he's like, we're
- 27:11Speaker 4: on this now, and I'm kind of nervous. I'm like,
- 27:13Speaker 4: I'm really starting to understand blackjack. I'm getting the reps in,
- 27:16Speaker 4: I know all the stuff. We go to Bakara and
- 27:19Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, this is the actual game if you're
- 27:22Speaker 4: actually trying.
- 27:23Speaker 1: To win the highest because the best odds in the
- 27:26Speaker 1: in the house, right best odds.
- 27:29Speaker 3: It's like, is your is.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Your most amount of money you've put down on one hand.
- 27:33Speaker 4: Forty five thousand dollars Kang, that's.
- 27:36Speaker 2: Like half a bus payment to get this thing running.
- 27:38Speaker 1: That is that's half got uh the max.
- 27:43Speaker 2: I got the bus running, did you?
- 27:46Speaker 1: Oh yeah, baby, let's get the bus.
- 27:50Speaker 4: We had a whole we had a whole vlog series
- 27:52Speaker 4: on that.
- 27:52Speaker 3: Dude.
- 27:52Speaker 4: You gotta check it out. But we like at Red Rock,
- 27:55Speaker 4: Dana his max is one hundred thousand, uh per hand,
- 27:59Speaker 4: and then at Seazers and all MGM.
- 28:01Speaker 2: It's four four hundred.
- 28:03Speaker 3: That's big swings, big swings.
- 28:05Speaker 4: Just recently the Sahara and.
- 28:08Speaker 2: All units til you cash out there, they're all chip.
- 28:11Speaker 4: That's how you got to look at it. This is
- 28:13Speaker 4: a lot of money. You had to think down seventeen
- 28:16Speaker 4: units and then he want you like, fuck, I'm dead,
- 28:19Speaker 4: but uh Sahara and uh parking GM.
- 28:24Speaker 1: So what's the strat?
- 28:24Speaker 2: What's the strat you guys go with?
- 28:26Speaker 3: Dude, Truly, it's just you just sit there and whatever
- 28:28Speaker 3: Dana wants to he's against the run.
- 28:29Speaker 1: You're against.
- 28:30Speaker 4: So you don't like a good idea I do.
- 28:32Speaker 2: If I'll do free hands until i get uh three
- 28:37Speaker 2: in a row player or a banker, and then I'll
- 28:39Speaker 2: bet the opposite three tails in a row, You're gonna
- 28:43Speaker 2: eventually it's got to turn the heads.
- 28:45Speaker 3: Right, Yeah, believe because it's fifty to fifty, but.
- 28:48Speaker 2: Actually put it down. The only time you get screwed
- 28:51Speaker 2: is you double double double double. You have a big bankroll,
- 28:55Speaker 2: so you can't really start too high.
- 28:57Speaker 4: Yeah, the game. The game is really like if you
- 28:59Speaker 4: can at as much money as you feel comfortable with
- 29:01Speaker 4: and you win two hands, you got to get you.
- 29:03Speaker 4: It's all about little hits. Yeah, like if you're gonna
- 29:05Speaker 4: sit down there for hours at a time, like just
- 29:07Speaker 4: reduce your bed dramatically, hang out, have your drinks if
- 29:11Speaker 4: you want to have your drinks, and then just.
- 29:13Speaker 3: Relaxly flipping a coin right like it's there's a method out.
- 29:17Speaker 1: There's a I forget what the methods called, but this
- 29:19Speaker 1: gentleman was like, basically, you want to get on whatever
- 29:25Speaker 1: your number is. You just want to max it as
- 29:27Speaker 1: fast as possible. If you win, you just walk out.
- 29:29Speaker 3: To you never want to stay there. Tis times on
- 29:32Speaker 3: the side long you're there. Yeah, dude, I've been at
- 29:35Speaker 3: the table with data for twelve hours before, like you
- 29:39Speaker 3: start at nine pm, nine am rolls around. He's like,
- 29:41Speaker 3: I gotta go to a meeting.
- 29:43Speaker 4: I'm like, oh shit, oh he's gonna see this.
- 29:45Speaker 1: You got to run your company yeah, yeah, you have
- 29:47Speaker 1: to have a good but.
- 29:48Speaker 4: Dude, So the Sahara and the Park MGM both allowed data.
- 29:52Speaker 4: It was a one time only. Yeah, yeah, it's awesome.
- 29:57Speaker 4: Allowed him to gamble one million dollars on a hand.
- 30:00Speaker 4: Who did Dana Sarah and Park MGM just one hand
- 30:03Speaker 4: said you can do a one million dollars.
- 30:05Speaker 2: That's what he's always wanted to do, right, Yeah, a
- 30:06Speaker 2: million dog.
- 30:07Speaker 3: He's was one it twice. Really, yeah, that's great.
- 30:11Speaker 4: How crazy is that he had won two?
- 30:14Speaker 2: The problem you win that, then he's going to be
- 30:16Speaker 2: trying to talk him into do him more.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 30:17Speaker 2: They probably wanted to do more, so he can. He
- 30:19Speaker 2: can take it back from me.
- 30:21Speaker 4: You'll see him once in a while and he'll tell you
- 30:22Speaker 4: the number he's up. And it's crazy, just crazy.
- 30:26Speaker 2: How how often you guys go to Vegas?
- 30:29Speaker 3: I try to go.
- 30:30Speaker 1: I'm trying to be there right now. Yeah, whatever we
- 30:33Speaker 1: need to we need to intercept him. He's asked three
- 30:35Speaker 1: or four questions.
- 30:36Speaker 3: In a row.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeh, he's interviewing the boys. Just getting back
- 30:39Speaker 1: on pick that off.
- 30:42Speaker 4: Yeah, a little game will he starts getting talked up.
- 30:44Speaker 4: I started losing myself. That's my bat.
- 30:46Speaker 3: Go ahead, Willie, what you got?
- 30:48Speaker 2: Oh?
- 30:48Speaker 1: Hell, I don't even know. Yeah, on explain the getting
- 30:53Speaker 1: into because Bubba was on the other week and he
- 30:56Speaker 1: got into racing. He's talking about how he had to
- 30:58Speaker 1: like save two hundred and fifty grand he got in.
- 31:00Speaker 1: He kind of cut his teeth through like a diversity program.
- 31:04Speaker 1: And it does seem fascinating. You mentioned earlier some of
- 31:07Speaker 1: these cats are sitting there at the dinner table with
- 31:08Speaker 1: their old man who was a racer. So I'm sure
- 31:10Speaker 1: there's an easier path that they love racing and they
- 31:12Speaker 1: understand the game of getting into racing. No fault of theirs.
- 31:15Speaker 1: But I am personally fascinated with some of your guys' stories,
- 31:18Speaker 1: like yours in particular, talks about you scraping money, get
- 31:21Speaker 1: together and sleeping on couches so you could have enough
- 31:24Speaker 1: to keep the dream alive. Like how much money do
- 31:26Speaker 1: you guys need if there's like young drivers out there
- 31:29Speaker 1: to compete if they want to be a professional one day, Yeah,
- 31:32Speaker 1: in your early years.
- 31:33Speaker 3: Yeah, So really, that's the hard part about NASCAR is
- 31:36Speaker 3: not like the NFL or NBA or MLB, where if
- 31:39Speaker 3: you're the best whatever sport, it is you're gonna make
- 31:41Speaker 3: it right. Nascar, a lot of it is paid to
- 31:43Speaker 3: play to start, and like, I had no money, So
- 31:46Speaker 3: what I did? Graduate high school and moved to Charlotte.
- 31:49Speaker 3: To Charlotte essentially like what Nashville is for country music.
- 31:52Speaker 3: And yeah, I just slept on couch for three and
- 31:54Speaker 3: a half years. I'd give my buddy that had a
- 31:56Speaker 3: place that I was able to stay at, like fifty
- 31:58Speaker 3: bucks here and there, and I just fall in at
- 32:00Speaker 3: all these different race shops. I would go from shop
- 32:02Speaker 3: to shop and just say, hey, look, I'm a driver.
- 32:04Speaker 3: I eventually want to try to drive. Do you guys
- 32:06Speaker 3: get an open opportunity? I would love to be that guy.
- 32:08Speaker 3: And I would just sweep the floor whatever they wanted
- 32:10Speaker 3: me to do. And I've been down there for three
- 32:12Speaker 3: and a half years and didn't have anything, and so
- 32:15Speaker 3: literally was moving back. I had half my stuff with
- 32:17Speaker 3: me and I remember calling my mom. I was somewhere
- 32:20Speaker 3: in Kentucky and called her and like was bawling my
- 32:23Speaker 3: eyes out about how I was moving home. I was
- 32:25Speaker 3: over it. And an hour later I got a call
- 32:27Speaker 3: from a team and was like, hey, we've heard your
- 32:29Speaker 3: name from a couple of different people, We're going to
- 32:31Speaker 3: have this car that's going to test, would you have
- 32:33Speaker 3: any interest in driving it? And so yeah, it was
- 32:35Speaker 3: like absolutely. So I went into that test and the
- 32:38Speaker 3: owner of this team, his name is Brooks Cunningham. He's
- 32:40Speaker 3: this eighty seven year old multi millionaire just had a
- 32:43Speaker 3: ton of money and had a race team, and he
- 32:45Speaker 3: heard my story and thought it was cool that I
- 32:47Speaker 3: was volunteered my time, and so he funded me to
- 32:50Speaker 3: go race for him, and we won the championship that
- 32:52Speaker 3: next year, and then I got signed by Ford and
- 32:55Speaker 3: went through kind of the development series of running trucks
- 32:58Speaker 3: in the Xfinity Series and then went to obviously go
- 33:00Speaker 3: driving Stuart Haas and without Briggs Cunningham and twenty sixteen,
- 33:04Speaker 3: I guess paying for me to go run basically what
- 33:07Speaker 3: ARCA is, which would be like junior college. I would
- 33:10Speaker 3: have never been sitting here now. So yeah, it's crazy.
- 33:14Speaker 1: That is fucking awesome.
- 33:16Speaker 3: That's pretty wild, good story.
- 33:17Speaker 1: That's crazy all your way in Kentucky, and even you're
- 33:22Speaker 1: experiencing the breaking point in real time, like it's been
- 33:24Speaker 1: fucking three and a half years, Like you want to
- 33:26Speaker 1: do this so badly and you just haven't caught a
- 33:29Speaker 1: break yet to where you're driving home like into.
- 33:31Speaker 3: Me it was literally an hour after. Yeah, it was.
- 33:33Speaker 3: It was pretty wild how it all worked out.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Yeah, low key. That like gives me goosebumps. That is badass.
- 33:38Speaker 3: Yeah, it's pretty wild.
- 33:40Speaker 4: What did you feel more pressure when that guy funded
- 33:43Speaker 4: you to start racing to actually give you an opportunity
- 33:45Speaker 4: or when you joined.
- 33:46Speaker 2: Joe see number twenty one.
- 33:48Speaker 4: Because I saw I saw something about you telling your
- 33:51Speaker 4: wife about the immense pressure that took place when you joined.
- 33:53Speaker 3: Yeah, Joe, pressure to win. For me, it was definitely
- 33:56Speaker 3: more when I was driving for coach, you know. With Briggs,
- 33:59Speaker 3: I remember when I went and met with him for
- 34:01Speaker 3: the first time. He's like, so, what do you want
- 34:03Speaker 3: to do next year? I said, well, I would love to.
- 34:05Speaker 3: He'd own a team for twenty something years and never
- 34:07Speaker 3: win championship, and I was like, I would love to
- 34:08Speaker 3: try to win you a championship, but truthfully, if you
- 34:10Speaker 3: race me in ten races five one, like, even if
- 34:12Speaker 3: you don't race me at all, I just can't thank
- 34:13Speaker 3: you enough right for letting me do what I did.
- 34:15Speaker 3: So there's really never an expectation with Briggs, like we
- 34:18Speaker 3: just he was letting me go race and if we won, great,
- 34:21Speaker 3: If not, no big deal. Where with coach, When you
- 34:23Speaker 3: went and you go drive for Joe Gibbs Racing, it's
- 34:26Speaker 3: like you know, playing for the Yankees or the Dodgers,
- 34:28Speaker 3: like you're expected to go win, And so that pressure
- 34:31Speaker 3: was way more just because the environment that you're in,
- 34:34Speaker 3: all your teammates are winning and are winning championships. So
- 34:37Speaker 3: I felt like when I went to drive at Joe Gibbs,
- 34:40Speaker 3: if I didn't perform, then I was out. Because if
- 34:42Speaker 3: you can't go win at Joe Gibbs Racing, why would
- 34:44Speaker 3: any other team ever hire you to drive their car?
- 34:47Speaker 3: Because you can't win the best, why would we put
- 34:48Speaker 3: you in ours? So yeah, I thought the pressure was
- 34:51Speaker 3: way bigger when I went to to Joe Gibbs Racing.
- 34:54Speaker 4: This is for both of you. But when did you
- 34:55Speaker 4: guys first have that like, oh, I've actually made it moment.
- 34:58Speaker 2: I haven't had that. How do I feel like I
- 35:01Speaker 2: feel like you're never You're never safe? Like I mean
- 35:05Speaker 2: we get to do cool stuff and like fly around
- 35:08Speaker 2: and come here. You know, there's different stuff, different perks
- 35:12Speaker 2: of it, But I never feel like I've ever made
- 35:14Speaker 2: it like I'm always striving for more and more and more.
- 35:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I would agree. I feel like you're very replaceable,
- 35:20Speaker 3: like at all times. Yeah yeah, I mean it's no different,
- 35:22Speaker 3: I'm sure than like the football, there's always somebody that's
- 35:24Speaker 3: coming that's younger and that they can pay less and
- 35:26Speaker 3: like it's just I don't know, you can win. We're
- 35:30Speaker 3: like the stock market essentially, like your stock can be
- 35:32Speaker 3: super high right now, in two years from now it
- 35:34Speaker 3: can be worth hardly nothing and people just forget about
- 35:36Speaker 3: what you did two years ago. So yeah, I feel
- 35:38Speaker 3: like you're super replaceable at all times. I feel like
- 35:40Speaker 3: you have to be that way because if you get comfortable,
- 35:43Speaker 3: like I don't know, I just feel like you could be.
- 35:46Speaker 1: Not that you guys are comfortable. But when was to
- 35:49Speaker 1: build off Taylor's question, when was a moment where you
- 35:51Speaker 1: feel like you've earned because you talk you just said
- 35:54Speaker 1: stock can be high, but in two years it could
- 35:56Speaker 1: be this. Your stock's low. There is no two years.
- 35:58Speaker 1: When do you When did you guys feel like you
- 36:00Speaker 1: started to gain some leash in NASCAR? Because if you
- 36:06Speaker 1: win one, it's like if you win a Cup race,
- 36:08Speaker 1: like and you performed decent throughout the season, then you
- 36:11Speaker 1: already know you're gonna have a spot on the squad.
- 36:13Speaker 3: Yeah, over the next couple of years. For me, when
- 36:15Speaker 3: I won my first Cup race, like I remember winning
- 36:17Speaker 3: and like kind of being like all right, like I'm
- 36:20Speaker 3: probably gonna get renewed for next year now, like so
- 36:23Speaker 3: you feel at least safe for the remainder that next year,
- 36:26Speaker 3: then even last year. Like you know, I think when
- 36:28Speaker 3: I went to Joe Gibs Racing, there was never this
- 36:30Speaker 3: expectation for me to you know, win three races and
- 36:33Speaker 3: like being the championship four. So whenever I was able
- 36:36Speaker 3: to do that, I felt like I kind of exceeded
- 36:38Speaker 3: even what I think they thought I was gonna do.
- 36:41Speaker 3: So you feel comfortable, but you still feel like you
- 36:43Speaker 3: could be replaced pretty easily. No, it's just a weird mentality. Yeah.
- 36:48Speaker 2: I was probably running my first Daytona five hundred and
- 36:51Speaker 2: then the first Cup race, and then signing for my
- 36:55Speaker 2: first year in the Cup Series full time because I
- 36:57Speaker 2: had raced Dell Riley Series, which is like the second
- 36:59Speaker 2: guy is NASCAR, and then I was raising a half
- 37:02Speaker 2: season a Cup Series as well full season O'Reilly, So
- 37:05Speaker 2: I had a lot of you know, different races where
- 37:08Speaker 2: I was doing double duty. But at the same time,
- 37:10Speaker 2: it uh like Chase said, you always feel replaceable, which
- 37:16Speaker 2: is I mean, did you guys ever feel like that?
- 37:18Speaker 3: Oh dude, every day?
- 37:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:20Speaker 4: I mean there's there's a phrase like wing the paranoid survived.
- 37:23Speaker 4: Like even when you do well, if you're able to
- 37:25Speaker 4: make me get like an individual accolade where you're like, oh,
- 37:27Speaker 4: you've made a Pro Bowl and all Pro it's like, oh,
- 37:29Speaker 4: that feels really good. You feel good for the rest
- 37:31Speaker 4: of that season, and then once the off season hits,
- 37:33Speaker 4: you have a certain amount of time you're like, well,
- 37:34Speaker 4: what if I can't do it again? What if this happens?
- 37:37Speaker 4: All the what ifs, But the next guy coming up
- 37:38Speaker 4: trying to get you. The paranoia of like I have
- 37:41Speaker 4: to get one percent better exists until you essentially hang
- 37:45Speaker 4: it up. And once you hang it up, it's like
- 37:47Speaker 4: now you sit back, you reflect, You're like, Wow, I'm
- 37:49Speaker 4: really proud of X, Y, and Z that I was
- 37:50Speaker 4: able to do. But if I could go back, I
- 37:52Speaker 4: would definitely be more. I would try to be more
- 37:54Speaker 4: present in the successes and even in the failures.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Too, Like I've thought about that, like if I could
- 38:00Speaker 2: go back and go ten years ago and be like, hey,
- 38:03Speaker 2: everything's gonna be okay for the next ten years, yeah,
- 38:06Speaker 2: you probably would treat things a little bit differently, right.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I feel like in football, for me,
- 38:10Speaker 1: it was like phases. It's like I was in fighter
- 38:13Speaker 1: flight for a lot of my career, but it was like,
- 38:16Speaker 1: you know, for example, fight or flight to like make
- 38:19Speaker 1: the roster, and then it was like fight or flight
- 38:21Speaker 1: to like stay at practice, and then it was like
- 38:23Speaker 1: fight or flight to like, Okay, I got some burning
- 38:25Speaker 1: in a few games, like how do I get how
- 38:28Speaker 1: do I stay playing like when the games were happening
- 38:31Speaker 1: on Sunday, and then you get a few starts, then
- 38:35Speaker 1: you win the job the next year. So then it's
- 38:37Speaker 1: like the mentality of fight or flight now becomes you're
- 38:40Speaker 1: operating with the team to try and win game, to
- 38:42Speaker 1: try and like win with the games. Whereas like young
- 38:44Speaker 1: in my career, it was just like fight or flight
- 38:46Speaker 1: just to like stay at practice is just like stay
- 38:49Speaker 1: on the team. So it's always like different iterations. But
- 38:51Speaker 1: there was like a couple of seasons where I just
- 38:53Speaker 1: felt more like part of the squad to where the
- 38:58Speaker 1: goal is to You're looking at the next season, You're
- 39:00Speaker 1: looking at who's on your schedule, You're looking at how
- 39:02Speaker 1: you can make the playoffs, which is a which is
- 39:04Speaker 1: a much more comfortable feeling than feeling like, Yo, how
- 39:07Speaker 1: do I just stay on the fucking How do I
- 39:09Speaker 1: just stay on the squad and not get cut?
- 39:10Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 39:11Speaker 4: I feel there's a lot of ways to feel alienated
- 39:13Speaker 4: when you're in that back half of the roster and
- 39:15Speaker 4: you're like, am I gonna get cut week to week?
- 39:17Speaker 4: What's gonna happen if they replace a guy? What if
- 39:20Speaker 4: somebody from a different team who plays the same position
- 39:22Speaker 4: as me they come in and they get cut from
- 39:25Speaker 4: their team, and it's more available, Like, there's a lot
- 39:27Speaker 4: of things, especially that back half of the roster.
- 39:29Speaker 3: I know a lot of guys go through.
- 39:31Speaker 1: Yeah, it just depends, like it could be like if
- 39:34Speaker 1: I'm on the if I'm in the younger years and
- 39:36Speaker 1: I'm just getting on the roster, and Taylor's on the squad,
- 39:39Speaker 1: Taylor's like, we can clinch the fucking division this weekend,
- 39:41Speaker 1: and I'm just like, dude, I'm just I'm worried about
- 39:44Speaker 1: if I'm gonna get if I'm gonna get to dress
- 39:46Speaker 1: or not not, like both both pressures. You're feeling the
- 39:49Speaker 1: same emotions, just like different situations to where I'm like,
- 39:52Speaker 1: in my own selfish game that I'm playing, I'm like, yeah,
- 39:55Speaker 1: if we cleinch a division, like that'd be sick. But
- 39:56Speaker 1: I'm just trying to be on the fucking squad.
- 39:58Speaker 2: I would say it. We're pretty similar. And then you
- 40:01Speaker 2: guys are pretty similar in your respective roles. Like that's
- 40:06Speaker 2: kind of how I am right now, Like I'm just
- 40:08Speaker 2: trying to well, I.
- 40:09Speaker 1: Think it's insane that this dude's sweeping floors. Yeah, like
- 40:13Speaker 1: a couple beginnings, and would you mention you won the
- 40:15Speaker 1: fucking Daytona five hundred.
- 40:17Speaker 2: No, no, no, he raced his first race then, oh
- 40:20Speaker 2: got you. Yeah, that'd be sick.
- 40:24Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll take it.
- 40:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:25Speaker 4: For your thought process, though, isn't it interesting that, like
- 40:28Speaker 4: you look back ten fifteen years ago, you've already achieved
- 40:31Speaker 4: the goals that you said would make you happy. So like,
- 40:34Speaker 4: at the end of the day, what you can reflect
- 40:36Speaker 4: on is the idea that let's say, nothing goes the
- 40:38Speaker 4: way you want the rest of the time, and your
- 40:39Speaker 4: career is on the back nine. Let's just say it
- 40:42Speaker 4: is you guys have done it, which is like one
- 40:44Speaker 4: of the coolest perspectives to kind of be able to
- 40:46Speaker 4: zoom out and you can only do it for like
- 40:48Speaker 4: a finite amount of time, like almost at a timer
- 40:50Speaker 4: for yourself to be like, hey, just so I know this,
- 40:52Speaker 4: like my childhood self would be extremely proud of what
- 40:55Speaker 4: we've done.
- 40:55Speaker 2: It's hard to keep that perspectively, dude.
- 40:57Speaker 4: It's you're competitive, especially when you're in the middle the season, like.
- 41:00Speaker 2: You get wrapped up in it.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Yeah, and it's.
- 41:03Speaker 4: Every single week, sure, Nashville, then you're at Michigan. Now
- 41:06Speaker 4: you're in Pennsylvania this week, and there's not like a
- 41:08Speaker 4: whole lot of time for you to sit there and
- 41:09Speaker 4: be like, all right, I didn't race my best, but
- 41:11Speaker 4: how sick is it that I'm even in the position
- 41:13Speaker 4: to race and think about the next one? Yeah, and
- 41:15Speaker 4: that is it's a hard thing. I wouldn't even suggest
- 41:18Speaker 4: going there sometimes, you know.
- 41:20Speaker 1: The only reason like they would know nobody's able to
- 41:24Speaker 1: do that until your career is over. Yeah, but the
- 41:27Speaker 1: way you're able to use like I'm sure you guys
- 41:29Speaker 1: are into mental psychology and just things that help a
- 41:31Speaker 1: sport performance and everything else but it's almost like alleviating
- 41:34Speaker 1: trying to alleviate the pressure that they do have it
- 41:37Speaker 1: on themselves. Now you do get to play or not play.
- 41:40Speaker 1: You do get to participate in the game you loved
- 41:42Speaker 1: growing up. So hopefully that helps relieve you of the
- 41:45Speaker 1: stress you put on yourself when you are in the car. Yeah,
- 41:47Speaker 1: not unlike, hey, I made it, because I've already accomplished
- 41:50Speaker 1: everything I've wanted to. Like I'm a NASCAR's episode. Who
- 41:52Speaker 1: cares if I go out here and fuck up? It's
- 41:54Speaker 1: almost like to get the monkey off your back of
- 41:56Speaker 1: just putting pressure on yourself to still perform and try
- 41:59Speaker 1: to win the fucking race.
- 42:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I feel like I'm a lot like that, Like
- 42:01Speaker 3: on a bad day, like I'm always telling myself, like, man,
- 42:05Speaker 3: it could be way worse. Like I literally I remember
- 42:08Speaker 3: like making a job resume to go working assembly line.
- 42:11Speaker 3: I'm like, man, yeah, I finished thirty fifth to day
- 42:14Speaker 3: for example, right, Like I'm still getting to drive a
- 42:17Speaker 3: race car for a living, and I was almost working
- 42:19Speaker 3: in an assembly line. Like it's not that bad, right,
- 42:21Speaker 3: So I feel like I don't know, I probably go
- 42:23Speaker 3: there more than other people, but I don't know.
- 42:26Speaker 2: Definitely, I have to appreciate it, and I try and
- 42:27Speaker 2: live every day. It's like it's my last. I try
- 42:30Speaker 2: and enjoy myself.
- 42:31Speaker 1: Oh but you popped out late.
- 42:34Speaker 2: Work hard, I work hard. I feel like I tried to.
- 42:37Speaker 2: But at the same time, I try and enjoy myself
- 42:39Speaker 2: because never know when's your last.
- 42:40Speaker 3: So what is race day like for you guys? Before
- 42:42Speaker 3: the race starts a chaos? If my kids are there,
- 42:46Speaker 3: you guys are doing, Oh yeah, how many kids you got?
- 42:48Speaker 3: I got three, So a year and a half old,
- 42:49Speaker 3: twins and a four and a half year old. But
- 42:51Speaker 3: it talk to me, pivot that question. Four and a
- 42:54Speaker 3: half year old's boy and then the twins are boy girl.
- 42:57Speaker 3: What's it like having twins? It's hard? I bet yeah,
- 43:01Speaker 3: it's a lot.
- 43:02Speaker 4: Happened to takes place?
- 43:04Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, They're wide open, like running all over the place.
- 43:08Speaker 3: It's funny now, like you know a couple of other drivers
- 43:10Speaker 3: of bad kids that they're have two and I'm like,
- 43:12Speaker 3: they're talking about how hard it is. I'm like, buddy,
- 43:13Speaker 3: you have no idea. Imagine having two of the same
- 43:16Speaker 3: age at the same time. It's a lot.
- 43:21Speaker 1: One's acting like Noah, the other one maybe more chill.
- 43:23Speaker 3: That's what I have. That's why I have a four
- 43:26Speaker 3: year old get along so good. They're the same capacity base.
- 43:29Speaker 1: You get the four and a half year, you get
- 43:30Speaker 1: the four year old. Like, hey, just go see Uncle Noah.
- 43:33Speaker 3: Sugars them up like whatever, Brooks his son comes to
- 43:37Speaker 3: the track or something.
- 43:38Speaker 2: I'll bring him candy.
- 43:39Speaker 3: There's somewhere that's the movie of the uncle dude, you
- 43:42Speaker 3: you sugar them up? And the monster at Day Yeah,
- 43:44Speaker 3: there's some Yeah. He goes over to Noa's trailer and
- 43:50Speaker 3: he's like hanging out over there, and you know it
- 43:53Speaker 3: was Wilkesboro and Brooks are oldest comes back. He's got
- 43:56Speaker 3: like three Twizzlers hanging out one side. He's got two
- 43:59Speaker 3: Rescrispy treats. You got an ice cream sandwich in one
- 44:01Speaker 3: hand and like sour Patch kids in the other. I'm like, dude,
- 44:05Speaker 3: like just wait till you have kids and you'll see
- 44:07Speaker 3: how bad have an idea this one?
- 44:09Speaker 4: Yeah, because going up like that it's a lot.
- 44:12Speaker 3: This is worse. The going down down. It's like, hey,
- 44:15Speaker 3: what happened to you? You crack at it? Crazy psychology. Yeah, Hey,
- 44:20Speaker 3: I'm with you on that, brother. But the race that you,
- 44:23Speaker 3: guys are very unique situation because you're meeting with fans,
- 44:26Speaker 3: you're taking you're taking pictures, shaking hands, kissing babies, the
- 44:28Speaker 3: whole thing. Like, when's it set in that pregame anxiety
- 44:32Speaker 3: for you guys, or do you even get that at
- 44:34Speaker 3: this point?
- 44:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm gonna go out and you gotta just flip
- 44:37Speaker 2: a switch. I mean we're literally taking pictures, stand next
- 44:39Speaker 2: to fans and partners and family and friends on the
- 44:44Speaker 2: grid during the national anthem, right before we throw a
- 44:46Speaker 2: leg in the car and get in. So really, for me,
- 44:49Speaker 2: the time is to flip the switch is when I
- 44:51Speaker 2: put that helmet on and ice trap in. You get
- 44:53Speaker 2: a minute before you roll off the grid and payce
- 44:56Speaker 2: lops And that's really the first time you can really
- 44:58Speaker 2: take a breath from the time you crawl out of
- 45:01Speaker 2: bed in the morning of race day.
- 45:03Speaker 3: Yeah, I would say for me, it's when the window
- 45:05Speaker 3: net goes up. So like like I was saying, we'll
- 45:08Speaker 3: be doing meet and greets and taking pictures out by
- 45:10Speaker 3: the car, and like for me, you know, I'll be
- 45:13Speaker 3: getting in the car literally buckling up. Like my son Brooks,
- 45:15Speaker 3: He'll be sitting there like high fiving me and dap
- 45:17Speaker 3: me up and handing me my helmet, so like even
- 45:20Speaker 3: when I'm putting my helmet on, like I'm still interacting
- 45:22Speaker 3: with him. And then when the window net finally comes up,
- 45:24Speaker 3: that's like the first time really all day, I've now
- 45:27Speaker 3: been by myself and can just take a second and
- 45:30Speaker 3: then yeah, normally, you know, a minute after that, we're
- 45:32Speaker 3: rolling off and starting to line up for the race,
- 45:34Speaker 3: so it's pretty quick. Like for us, it's very normal.
- 45:37Speaker 3: But I know, like I've had some buddies you know
- 45:39Speaker 3: that are you know, professional baseball players and stuff, and
- 45:41Speaker 3: they're come to the racetrack and they're like, how in
- 45:43Speaker 3: the world, Like like there's days I pitch, I won't
- 45:45Speaker 3: even talk to my family. I'm like, yeah, that's just wild.
- 45:48Speaker 2: Like we go to like different sports and we have
- 45:52Speaker 2: buddies that play different sports, or like we just went
- 45:54Speaker 2: down to Myrtle Beach for Colsonndell concert and seeing him
- 45:57Speaker 2: and his zone and him walk out of the stage
- 46:00Speaker 2: and everything, and I'd say he's a lot like us,
- 46:02Speaker 2: where he's interacting right before he goes out there and performs.
- 46:06Speaker 2: Like I try to put myself in because we're fans
- 46:11Speaker 2: at those moments and think, man, how can I do
- 46:14Speaker 2: a better job for the guests that I have at
- 46:15Speaker 2: the racetrack, or what can I do for them? And
- 46:18Speaker 2: so I'll bring them to the driver's meeting or just
- 46:20Speaker 2: try to be interacted the whole time when I'm at
- 46:22Speaker 2: the track, because it's kind of awkward when you're just
- 46:24Speaker 2: standing there waiting on me. I would assume to do
- 46:27Speaker 2: stuff in the haller. So I try to, you know,
- 46:30Speaker 2: my team's a little more lenient on.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Try to give them an experience.
- 46:33Speaker 2: But I mean, for me, when I'm at the racetrack,
- 46:37Speaker 2: like all my prep works done throughout the week, if
- 46:39Speaker 2: I'm looking at stuff when I'm at the racetrack, it's
- 46:42Speaker 2: too late as it is. So when I get to
- 46:44Speaker 2: the racetrack, I try to, you know, be focused, but
- 46:46Speaker 2: I try to enjoy myself too and enjoy the people
- 46:48Speaker 2: that I'm with.
- 46:49Speaker 1: Do you guys have like a go to rhythm, like
- 46:52Speaker 1: once the net goes up or that leg gets in
- 46:54Speaker 1: the car to where you're like getting in your zone?
- 46:58Speaker 1: Are you guys just getting it's gripped? Rip boys, rip brother?
- 47:02Speaker 4: Yeah you just ready to get it done?
- 47:04Speaker 1: Yeah? I don't have it?
- 47:05Speaker 3: How about that? Fucking at specimen in it.
- 47:10Speaker 4: Getting back to Pocono real quick, I do. It's a
- 47:13Speaker 4: day race correct three three pm Eastern? And I looked
- 47:17Speaker 4: at kind of the astrology that's taking place. There hasn't
- 47:20Speaker 4: been a crescent moon.
- 47:21Speaker 3: Yeah since twelve Yeah, how.
- 47:23Speaker 4: Does that make us feel up? Should go into that
- 47:24Speaker 4: turn too?
- 47:25Speaker 3: Well, you're gonna want the the grip of a waxing
- 47:28Speaker 3: crescent would have been nice for Poconos.
- 47:30Speaker 2: That would have been so nice. We're gonna be out
- 47:31Speaker 2: of control this weekend.
- 47:32Speaker 3: It'll be slick.
- 47:33Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know.
- 47:35Speaker 3: I haven't looked, but I want to say Sonoma week
- 47:37Speaker 3: is waxing crescent.
- 47:38Speaker 2: It'll be and it's a repay, but it's kind of
- 47:42Speaker 2: been aging the last couple of years. They repaid two
- 47:44Speaker 2: years ago.
- 47:45Speaker 3: Yeah. The wild thing was actually last week in Michigan.
- 47:47Speaker 3: It was a nine to twenty pm sunset and northern
- 47:50Speaker 3: lights with a Wanning Gibbis.
- 47:52Speaker 2: It's crazy talk about that's a wild that's a wild.
- 47:55Speaker 4: What does a Wayne Gibbis do for a grip? Does
- 47:57Speaker 4: that help out?
- 47:57Speaker 3: All? That's a little less than a waxing crescent. But
- 47:59Speaker 3: the nset in the northern Lins, it keeps the track
- 48:02Speaker 3: heated up more. Yeah, it just it threw us for
- 48:05Speaker 3: a loop on our team.
- 48:06Speaker 2: I know. We actually hit it pretty good this past weekend,
- 48:08Speaker 2: better than we normally have the past couple of weeks.
- 48:10Speaker 2: So we ran up in the top ten. Like my
- 48:12Speaker 2: car had a lot of grips, so we must have
- 48:15Speaker 2: must have either guessed wrong or guess right, and then
- 48:17Speaker 2: I ended up working out.
- 48:18Speaker 4: So now, when it comes to a crescent, what is
- 48:21Speaker 4: the what's a half sorry, when it comes to a
- 48:23Speaker 4: waxing crescent, what's the half life on that? Like if
- 48:26Speaker 4: I say to you May twelfth was the last time
- 48:28Speaker 4: we had a waxing crescent in Pennsylvania. That's way too
- 48:31Speaker 4: far of a time between then and now. But like,
- 48:35Speaker 4: is there like a week Like if you get a
- 48:36Speaker 4: waxing crescent last week in Pennsylvania, does that.
- 48:39Speaker 3: Got a long?
- 48:40Speaker 2: Well? Last Yeah, it's like a three day shelf life.
- 48:43Speaker 3: That's it short, got short, So you have.
- 48:45Speaker 2: To hit it Like Richmond in twenty twenty four, we
- 48:47Speaker 2: hit it really good and it was super gripped up.
- 48:50Speaker 3: Bristle and Night Race twenty nineteen, Yeah, that was a
- 48:52Speaker 3: big one.
- 48:53Speaker 4: Now, when you're what's the best time for it?
- 48:56Speaker 1: Is it just nighttime race?
- 48:57Speaker 2: We hit like the very beginning of it. So we're
- 49:00Speaker 2: just because the first phase.
- 49:01Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it's important, gotta be in a astrology.
- 49:07Speaker 2: It's a big moon phases. The chicks are into it too,
- 49:10Speaker 2: so it gives us like something to talk about.
- 49:12Speaker 4: Yeah, so what's going on at.
- 49:16Speaker 2: Something? Some knowledge some light light ball knowledge on the
- 49:19Speaker 2: moon phases and stuff just.
- 49:20Speaker 4: For human beings that know, like where they call them
- 49:23Speaker 4: jersey chasers and football Yeah, chaser lizard lizards.
- 49:30Speaker 2: Helmet harber racer chaserauh.
- 49:36Speaker 1: We gotta hate being called pitt lizards.
- 49:38Speaker 4: Do you see this right here? The sticker here says
- 49:40Speaker 4: a lot lizards right there with chuck stop, Chuck stop
- 49:43Speaker 4: living right there? Uh, dude, I was when we were
- 49:45Speaker 4: in Nashville, by the way, do you guys hear I
- 49:48Speaker 4: think it was like those guys that did the gentleman
- 49:51Speaker 4: start your engines?
- 49:51Speaker 3: Did you just hear that? I'm here and it's one
- 49:55Speaker 3: of the best ever. It was up there Mount Rushmore. Yeah, Mount,
- 49:58Speaker 3: you gotta be right in Nashville. Who did it?
- 50:03Speaker 1: You didn't see it?
- 50:04Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, Juke and Jamie pulled that up.
- 50:09Speaker 4: Dude. When we were in when we were in Nashville,
- 50:11Speaker 4: started walking up and down in Jeremy Clump, one of
- 50:14Speaker 4: our guys on busting, he's got a buddies in the
- 50:16Speaker 4: pit cruise and there's a girl there. She's like, come on, baby,
- 50:19Speaker 4: you got it, go get it.
- 50:20Speaker 3: You got this?
- 50:21Speaker 4: And I'm like, oh, who you? Who's your driver?
- 50:24Speaker 3: She goes, you know how it is?
- 50:27Speaker 1: Just try to bring one in.
- 50:28Speaker 3: That's all you can do. Like, oh my god, what
- 50:31Speaker 3: is the name for you? And now I know it's
- 50:32Speaker 3: a lap lizard? Or what's it called?
- 50:34Speaker 1: Lizard?
- 50:35Speaker 3: Flat lizard?
- 50:35Speaker 4: Kind of heads too, honestly, already a lap lizard.
- 50:40Speaker 1: Come on, baby, you got baby?
- 50:42Speaker 3: And I'm like, which one are you talking to you?
- 50:43Speaker 3: She's like, you know how it goes.
- 50:44Speaker 4: Got out there and see what happens.
- 50:46Speaker 3: Brother.
- 50:48Speaker 4: She was allowed. She was a ball of energy though.
- 50:50Speaker 4: Got to give her some love on that. What are
- 50:51Speaker 4: we looking up right now?
- 50:53Speaker 1: No, you don't have to, you know, that's for them.
- 50:55Speaker 4: To look up on the car ride back to play.
- 50:57Speaker 3: They can look at that. And these guys kind of
- 50:59Speaker 3: fuck dude.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Yo, how is uh? We are going to briefly interrupt
- 51:04Speaker 1: the episode to bring you form energy shout out Form Energy,
- 51:08Speaker 1: no free shoutouts. Form Energy delivers best in class tastes

- 51:28Speaker 1: they get home, you are a Form Energy guy. Form Energy.
- 51:32Speaker 1: We do the work. This is cool. How was it?
- 51:36Speaker 1: How was shooting this NASCAR VERUS Navy.
- 51:38Speaker 2: That much fun?
- 51:38Speaker 3: It was fun.
- 51:39Speaker 2: Yeah, we're like good actors low key too, are you?
- 51:42Speaker 3: So? I've been told definitely, No, I'll tell you what you're.
- 51:48Speaker 2: You know it?
- 51:49Speaker 4: Yeah, And you would say good acting.
- 51:52Speaker 2: I wouldn't say good acting. But I've been told I'm
- 51:54Speaker 2: a good actor. But if you had to.
- 51:55Speaker 4: Give yourself pointers. Because I've seen the trailer, I'm not
- 51:58Speaker 4: gonna sit here and pretend like I've seen the whole
- 51:59Speaker 4: thirty in the film. I'm gonna watch it.
- 52:01Speaker 2: I'm not one to talk about myself. I let others
- 52:04Speaker 2: talk about my accolades, so maybe Chase would be a
- 52:08Speaker 2: better better actions.
- 52:10Speaker 3: Tell me about Noah's acting. He's good, I mean, I
- 52:13Speaker 3: think because he has no filter and he's just able
- 52:15Speaker 3: to just let loose all the time. It makes it me.
- 52:17Speaker 3: He's very authentic. I mean, you see how he is here,
- 52:20Speaker 3: Like before we came in and started filming this, he's
- 52:22Speaker 3: acting the exact same way. I love it.
- 52:24Speaker 4: He put that one thirty five up like that was nothing.
- 52:26Speaker 1: Now are you somebody who had you had to do
- 52:27Speaker 1: a lot of extra.
- 52:28Speaker 3: Takes, Like we do a lot of extra takes with
- 52:31Speaker 3: Noah just because he's always going off script and extra takes.
- 52:34Speaker 2: They call me OTW what one take wonder t W. Yeah.
- 52:41Speaker 3: It was fun though, because we normally don't all get together,
- 52:44Speaker 3: like especially we're there for two and a half days,
- 52:46Speaker 3: I think, yeah, three days. Yeah, we were like filming
- 52:49Speaker 3: during the day and then at night, like we just
- 52:50Speaker 3: go hang out and we'd go to dinner and stuff
- 52:52Speaker 3: and like shout out, yeah, yeah, he's the master. If
- 52:57Speaker 3: you go to NOBU about what the order, yeah.
- 53:00Speaker 2: You believed like some fine dining And it was on
- 53:02Speaker 2: NASCAR's dime. So dude, I was ordering everything. I know,
- 53:05Speaker 2: splash when NASCAR takes care of their boys, now sam
- 53:08Speaker 2: Ax were splashing on them, baby splashing on them. You
- 53:12Speaker 2: know it. But we had so much fun, Like the
- 53:14Speaker 2: filming was fun, but we had I wish we had
- 53:16Speaker 2: like behind the scenes, like we made so many memories.
- 53:19Speaker 2: And you know, like Chase said, not we don't ever
- 53:22Speaker 2: really get to hang out with each other that much.
- 53:24Speaker 2: So like I had beef with Christopher Bell that I
- 53:28Speaker 2: didn't even know I had beef with. He just has
- 53:30Speaker 2: hated me for the last ten days or ten years,
- 53:32Speaker 2: I should say. And now we're we're chilling, we're cool,
- 53:35Speaker 2: and we squashed the beef and now we're buddies. And
- 53:37Speaker 2: it spending that time together. You never talk to these
- 53:40Speaker 2: guys at the racetrack for the most part, Like I
- 53:41Speaker 2: talked to Chase, but I don't really talk to Christopher
- 53:46Speaker 2: some other ones. So it it was kind of a forced,
- 53:49Speaker 2: forced relationship.
- 53:51Speaker 1: Beef is going on that you didn't know, Yeah, what
- 53:53Speaker 1: did you?
- 53:53Speaker 2: Chase can tell you anything you do about this?
- 53:56Speaker 3: Uh So Christopher, Like so back when twenty seven team
- 54:00Speaker 3: that truck you're that I was talking about Noah was
- 54:02Speaker 3: teammates with Christopher, and I kind of knew that Christopher
- 54:05Speaker 3: didn't like know him, and so we were all out
- 54:07Speaker 3: there and I'm like, dude, I.
- 54:09Speaker 1: Really I think so chasers the whole time.
- 54:11Speaker 3: I've known the whole time.
- 54:11Speaker 4: Yeah, I didn't know and everybody.
- 54:14Speaker 3: No, I didn't tell him, And so Noah was like,
- 54:17Speaker 3: He's like, I don't I think Christopher hates me or something.
- 54:19Speaker 3: I don't know what's going on. I'm like, well, you
- 54:21Speaker 3: pissed him off a long time ago. I said. I
- 54:22Speaker 3: remember this because me and Christopher used to live together,
- 54:25Speaker 3: so I knew about the beef from way back ten
- 54:28Speaker 3: years ago. I'm like, yeah, you he texted you like
- 54:31Speaker 3: when you became teammates over there and was like, hey,
- 54:33Speaker 3: it's Christopher, you know, looking forward to being your teammate.
- 54:35Speaker 2: No he said like, hey, it's Christopher, like good luck
- 54:38Speaker 2: this year in the trucks.
- 54:40Speaker 3: And no hitting back with Christopher, who I don't know.
- 54:42Speaker 2: I said thanks, and then.
- 54:44Speaker 3: Christopher who.
- 54:47Speaker 2: So he thought I was big league, you know, the
- 54:49Speaker 2: whole time, and he didn't even say nothing to like
- 54:51Speaker 2: the whole time of your teammates. So like, I'm like this, dude,
- 54:52Speaker 2: hates me and I couldn't figure him out. And then
- 54:55Speaker 2: on the flight home from San Diego, we all started
- 54:58Speaker 2: squashing the beef with each other there and we were saying,
- 55:01Speaker 2: I'm gonna wreck you one day, I'm a wreckue you.
- 55:03Speaker 2: And then I got into him like Christopher White, why
- 55:06Speaker 2: do you hate me the last ten years? And he
- 55:09Speaker 2: told me you asked and now we're now we're all good.
- 55:12Speaker 4: This is the most guy thing ever.
- 55:14Speaker 2: Shout out Diego trip and NASCAR because it squashed all
- 55:17Speaker 2: our beefs.
- 55:17Speaker 4: Yeah, how were you guys in San Diego for three days?
- 55:20Speaker 2: And then we flew back, so we had like a
- 55:22Speaker 2: five hour flight together where we're just all talking to.
- 55:25Speaker 3: Fly with the fly was so much fun hanging out.
- 55:28Speaker 3: What are we on Southwest noltitude? Let's jets, what do we?
- 55:34Speaker 3: How do we feel about Blaine's mustache in this because.
- 55:36Speaker 2: I'm heavy heavy?
- 55:41Speaker 4: Have you guys thought about putting one on you?
- 55:43Speaker 2: I can't do that man shave and then stick it. Yeah,
- 55:47Speaker 2: you kind of get one that I can't do that.
- 55:50Speaker 2: I can I can maybe maybe get mine to look
- 55:52Speaker 2: like yours. No way I could get mine to look
- 55:55Speaker 2: like this is all I got, man, you can't my
- 55:58Speaker 2: my beard.
- 55:59Speaker 3: Looks like pub care.
- 56:00Speaker 4: Dude, it's salted.
- 56:03Speaker 1: You have a signature.
- 56:04Speaker 4: I'm a mustache guy. When you have kids, it's like
- 56:07Speaker 4: if you have a mustache, it's like nice like you
- 56:10Speaker 4: kind of you're on a good track at least, you know.
- 56:12Speaker 2: I'll start growing one.
- 56:14Speaker 3: Yeah, get one going, dude, you're you're a guy that
- 56:16Speaker 3: needs a mustache too. Just personality, just a bull cut
- 56:18Speaker 3: and a mustache.
- 56:20Speaker 2: Mustache, maybe a bowl cut with a mullet, so it
- 56:23Speaker 2: could be like a bullet and a mustache.
- 56:25Speaker 3: Yeah, you start bringing back like a heavy stavers.
- 56:29Speaker 4: You have the opportunity. Just jacked, jacked, crazy mullet with
- 56:33Speaker 4: some lightning bolts on the side. Little mustache, Like, yeah, buddy,
- 56:37Speaker 4: that's too clean cut for me.
- 56:38Speaker 2: That's too clean.
- 56:39Speaker 4: You need you need a duster on that lip right there.
- 56:41Speaker 3: That's all you need. The bullet throw it on there
- 56:48Speaker 3: a little bit.
- 56:49Speaker 4: Speaking of stereotypes, how do we feel about the movie
- 56:51Speaker 4: Talladigga Nights the documentary?
- 56:54Speaker 3: Okay, good, that is an answer I wanted to here.
- 56:59Speaker 2: The documentary.
- 57:00Speaker 4: Yeah, a couple of guys, a couple of guys who
- 57:01Speaker 4: were on this bus.
- 57:02Speaker 2: Guys who are teammates that are trying to one guy's
- 57:05Speaker 2: winning all the time, the other guys just trying to
- 57:07Speaker 2: win every once in a while.
- 57:08Speaker 3: And yeah, I got to at Stuart Haas we did it.
- 57:11Speaker 3: We got to run the Talladega Nights Cars, Me and
- 57:14Speaker 3: Ryan Pretz at Talladega. Yeah, pull it up, Jamie, just
- 57:19Speaker 3: get into it now.
- 57:19Speaker 1: I like that.
- 57:20Speaker 2: What's your actual name? Shout up, Jamie, Shut up, Jamie.
- 57:27Speaker 3: Stuart talented. It's probably a Google image thing, Jase. Why's
- 57:32Speaker 3: pulling that up? Dude? What was it like driving cars
- 57:36Speaker 3: for your hero Tony Stewart? It's pretty wild. So as
- 57:38Speaker 3: a kid, I would literally so Tony Street East have
- 57:41Speaker 3: the number twenty home depot car and I had this
- 57:44Speaker 3: like Halloween outfit that was a home depot you know,
- 57:46Speaker 3: fire suit helmet, and I would every day I would
- 57:49Speaker 3: I would literally put it on and play my racing
- 57:52Speaker 3: video game. And so Tony grew up like forty five
- 57:55Speaker 3: minutes from I grew up in Indiana, and both grew
- 57:57Speaker 3: up racing smart cars. So I remember when I got
- 57:59Speaker 3: signed by Ford, called my parents, you know, told him,
- 58:02Speaker 3: and I'm like, man, could you imagine if I somehow
- 58:04Speaker 3: like drove for Stewart Haws one day and like specifically
- 58:07Speaker 3: drove the fourteen car and then I got to drive
- 58:09Speaker 3: the fourteen car that Tony drove. So it was crazy
- 58:12Speaker 3: how kind of just full circle. And then when I
- 58:15Speaker 3: got to go to Cup I was running the Xpinity
- 58:18Speaker 3: Series and had had a really good year and Tony
- 58:20Speaker 3: invited me to his house with like our sponsors at
- 58:23Speaker 3: the time. He's like, Hey, I want your parents to come,
- 58:26Speaker 3: you know, I think it'll be good for the sponsors
- 58:27Speaker 3: to meet them. And so we're all at Tony's house
- 58:30Speaker 3: and I had no idea what I was doing next
- 58:31Speaker 3: year yet, and he's like, you know, wanted to get
- 58:35Speaker 3: everybody here. He's like doing a toast. He's like, you know,
- 58:38Speaker 3: you only get told you're going to the Cup Series
- 58:39Speaker 3: for the first time one time, so I wanted your
- 58:41Speaker 3: family and all the people that were important to you
- 58:43Speaker 3: to be here. And I was like, wait what and
- 58:45Speaker 3: so like to have your hero tell you that you're
- 58:46Speaker 3: going to the Cup Series and like he had all
- 58:48Speaker 3: these hidden cameras in his house, so like I had
- 58:50Speaker 3: that moment forever with my parents. It was pretty cool. Dude,
- 58:54Speaker 3: that's awesome. Did you cry? My parents are balling. I
- 58:57Speaker 3: was tearing up, but I did not cry till later. Yeah, bathroom.
- 59:04Speaker 1: Every day while you play a video game.
- 59:05Speaker 3: Oh yeah, he's telling me you're going to the Cup
- 59:08Speaker 3: Series and the fourteen car is pretty wild.
- 59:10Speaker 4: That's fucking badass.
- 59:12Speaker 3: Yeah. There we are there. That's Tala day and night.
- 59:13Speaker 3: So I was colling, not and I was the fourteen obviously.
- 59:16Speaker 2: There Amy scroll scroll over real quick, Jamie.
- 59:19Speaker 4: I saw you doing that with your hand to a
- 59:21Speaker 4: few times.
- 59:21Speaker 2: Yeah. The sixth picture down down one where it's the
- 59:24Speaker 2: two guys right there. There you go.
- 59:27Speaker 3: Yeah, there we are.
- 59:28Speaker 2: There, you go, Jamie Chase.
- 59:30Speaker 3: Chase looks like I did the handlebar the best attempt
- 59:33Speaker 3: of a handlebar mustache that weekend. I don't have it
- 59:35Speaker 3: in that picture, but I tried to go full on
- 59:37Speaker 3: cald On buddy. It's badass. It's all just it's just
- 59:40Speaker 3: so bad.
- 59:40Speaker 2: You guys like that movie, that documentary phenomenal?
- 59:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I love yeah, everything about it.
- 59:46Speaker 4: Dude, it's incredible.
- 59:47Speaker 1: I didn't know Shaking Bake wasn't real until Bubba came on.
- 59:50Speaker 4: Now is it Shaking Bake not real? Or is that
- 59:53Speaker 4: just a the old guys trying to keep it hidden.
- 59:56Speaker 3: Yeah, we get and we don't like to talk about.
- 59:58Speaker 3: It's like a gentleman's agreement.
- 59:59Speaker 2: We don't really talk.
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: How long did it tell you guys to learn about
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: the waxing Crescent.
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: I feel like once you got in, like it was
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: kind of like the sock thing, Like once you get
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: into the sport, guys, like the veteran guys are trying
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: to look out for you. They're like, hey, this might
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: be something when you're study, like.
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: Guy like I don't know, like Tony probably took you
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: in under his wing. But Kurt Busch was a guy
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: who from Vegas who took me in under his wing
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: when I first like I was in the what was
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: the Knaan series it's the ARCA series now, and so
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: he took me in and and you know, would just
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: give me pointers here and there and watch my races,
- 1:00:31Speaker 2: text me stuff, and you know, the sock team came
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: up with keeping your right sock on. It's like a
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: superstition with NASCAR guys. And then you got the the
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: waxing Crescent obviously with the moon faces and stuff. So
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: just different things that you would never like, no, unless
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: somebody were to tell you. And luckily we had great
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: mentors that would help us out.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Did you did you have a driver that you idolized
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: growing up?
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: I liked Kurt and Kyle Busch growing up just because
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: they're Vegas guys. I was like Clint Boyer. He I
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: don't know if you guys know about him at all,
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: but he was one of the more outgoing guys in racing.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: Tony Stewart as well, was super cool, So there's a
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: I mean I looked up to most of them, you know,
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: if not all, If not all.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: When did your big break come getting in the NASCAR?
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: I would say I ran three races for Joe Gibbs
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: Racing in twenty eighteen, and in my first race in
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: the Infinity Series at the time, which is a Riley
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: Series now, and I finished second in my first race
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: and had a shot to win, and that was kind
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: of the turning point where I kind of put my
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: name on the map, i'd say. And then had some
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: I had a pretty good Infinity Series career. We won
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: four races in a row and twenty twenty two this
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: was part of it. That was our sixth win of
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: the year. We had some just crazy, crazy finishes like
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: Pocono was one with Ty Gibbs. I held him off
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: for like twenty laps and he was on my back
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: bumper And that was a pretty intense race. Also going
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: to Darlington Racing Kyle Larson and Sheldon Creed for the win.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: There just some exciting races and I was always kind
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: of the guy like shotgunning beers after the race when
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: we win, Like I just like to have fun and
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: enjoy it. You never know like when your last race
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: might be or last one is going to be, So
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: just trying to take a day by day. Yet there
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: we go.
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: How are you on chugging beers?
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: You had to be like a super fast shutter speed
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: because I delete those beers really fast, so you had
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: to like get that like.
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: The frame is perfect. Yeah, yeah that's what one frame.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: One frame. Beer guy kind of guy, you know.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: So are you a fast chugger?
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: You can put them down for real, like actually, like
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: you take one, do them right now? I'm not the
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: chugger a chugger either, not like I'm almost asking because
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: we have a we we do have a champion on
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: the bush. Our ringers this guy. Yeah, our ringer is
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: this man right here.
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: No, oh, you're good at it.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: Yeah, Taylor, Oh you're good.
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: You just said you didn't chuck.
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: I don't chuck anymore. I'm retired.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: He retires unless there's a there's a you know, quality
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: of poem.
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: I have to see.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: I have to see you guys at the Beer Olympics.
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: Oh yeah, we won those champions.
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: Come on, that's fire.
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: How do you fancy yourself in beer games?
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: I'm okay, yeah, no, shut that up.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: You can't.
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: That's the tone just now.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: Chugging beers after race, the bullet like, I'm sure I'm
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: bad at.
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: Two things, and it's cup racing and ping pong, So.
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: All right, okay, I like that. So chugging beers. Dude, Hey,
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: I saw a nice little video of you in a
- 1:03:38Speaker 4: lawnmower passing out beers at Talladega.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: Oh yeah, with mah marshawn. Shout out, marshawn.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: A little fun on the show.

- 1:04:04Speaker 4: The thumb vent as well, Yeah, something like, you know,
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: that's good. A little spillage. Nothing wrong with that.
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: Something set it up.
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: I see you.
- 1:04:13Speaker 4: That's how true artist works too, when you're not rushed
- 1:04:16Speaker 4: by the moment, which is good.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: Now you got to take it all in. You gotta
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: appreciate it, you.
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: Know, Cosman.

- 1:08:43Speaker 1: like tangible in front of everybody, you know what I mean.
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: It's like you you could sit here like as a

- 1:08:49Speaker 1: at a football game or anywhere else, Like they're on
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: the field and you're kind of just away from them
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: the whole time. Right, you guys are walking around, everybody's
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: kind of engaged in like part of the entire event.
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: And seeing that everybody like tailgates and camps out and
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: everything else. I think it is wild man. Then it
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: is like once the engines get going and you guys
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: are kind of ripping around those first few laps, and
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: you just feel all the energy to start your engines,
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: like you guys finally.
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: Getting in it. I heard it.
- 1:09:16Speaker 3: You heard it. You heard it from your car.
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: Yeah, it was good.
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: So yourself, did you give me one word to describe
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: how you felt about it?
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: Holy sh American.
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: Dog ball.
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: I love that one word.
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: Spaces Jamie, dude, I'll.
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: Tell you what blew me away. As we were able
- 1:09:36Speaker 4: to go up in a couple of the tents and
- 1:09:38Speaker 4: seeing all the monitors showing like track lines how people
- 1:09:42Speaker 4: are going, like where the pressures of the tires, and
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: then watching the pit crew guys like get ready and
- 1:09:49Speaker 4: they're legit when you guys are the quarterback of that team.
- 1:09:53Speaker 4: And I've asked on both shows this question, what do
- 1:09:57Speaker 4: we do for gifts and Christmas for these boys?
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: So it depends on the year. How good you do?
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: A couple of years ago I did, like, h like
- 1:10:05Speaker 3: a Yeti cooler with all kinds of stuff in it.
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: I always do like a big gift gift card for
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: like a nice dinner. And then I did watch his
- 1:10:13Speaker 3: one year for the Guys Fletterman von Reese like this community.
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: But yeah, I kind of do something different every single year.
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: Whatever he gets for free from his partners.
- 1:10:26Speaker 4: Sometimes sponsors as well, like bast Pro.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: I see Chase as like a Yetti cooler guy stuffed
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: with different gifts.
- 1:10:33Speaker 3: Yeah, like, uh was it Fitzpatrick he would always get
- 1:10:37Speaker 3: a Yetti cooler for all of his offens linement with
- 1:10:38Speaker 3: his face on it, his outline.
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: With the beard and everything.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: Chase too. It's like if you expected dinner my vibe
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: from Chase, if you expect to go be taken out
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: to dinner, I feel like that's more. That would be
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: more on me because it's like, oh, yeah, of course
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: he's a gift he's a gift card guy. He's not
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: trying to go out to dinner with everybody trying to
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: dish out. No, if Noah gave a gift card for dinner, bag, dude,
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: fox up Noah's ass, Like, dude's the life of the party.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: He should be taking us to should be going.
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: Dinner for every year, like a little Christmas dinner. It's
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: kind of hard because I go out to Vegas November
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: and December during the off season, but so like the
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: holiday dinners and stuff get kind of hard. So it's
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: usually right around when the season ends. But I'm a
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: I'm a white envelope guy. Everybody likes cash.
- 1:11:25Speaker 3: So yeah, some cash.
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: He would do a lazy ass white not lazy. It's lazy.
- 1:11:31Speaker 3: It is lazy.
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: It's still a great gift, but it's the laziest ship.
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: No, it's a tight like chasing some of the drivers.
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: They will be having their gifts and then No. It
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: strikes me as the cat's like, oh yeah, we got
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: to ship.
- 1:11:40Speaker 3: We got Actually I forgot about no I did. I mean,
- 1:11:42Speaker 3: I know that it was probably one of the best guys.
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: I feel like we're taking the guys do stuff.
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: We took all of our we seen what we see?
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: What are we seen in the white envelope? How much
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: like two hundred? You know, a couple of twenties, no bucks.
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: I hook them up pretty well.
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: Hook the boys up, God, hook your boys up.
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: Boys and girls, you know, boys and a girl, all of them.
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: You got them all.
- 1:12:08Speaker 3: Yeah, get it all going.
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I throw it out then like hard.
- 1:12:12Speaker 3: They make our jobs easier and allow us to get
- 1:12:15Speaker 3: to the racetracks. So it's allow me to do my job.
- 1:12:19Speaker 3: So it's important that I.
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: That's another thing.
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: Spunk their ass. Yeah, they don't get their families to
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: go to the racetracks. They don't probably get paid ship
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: they're traveling, they're working their ass off. It's it's a
- 1:12:32Speaker 2: tough life as a mechanic on the road or you know,
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: pr person or whoever may be. It's the spotters have
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: it good. They get paid really good. They're just glorified
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: air traffic controllers basically. But the rest of them are
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: all their ass off.
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: It is crazy witnessing tailors talking about it, like the
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: pit crew, just seeing the full team, how all of
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: you have to operate and be aligned. And because my
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: dumb brain, it's like yeah, whoever's in the fastest car
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: and you're a decent driver, they're probably gonna win. But
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: then you get there and you see what goes into
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: you guys having like having a good track, having a
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: good race, that is. I thought that was really cool
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: to see how much of a team aspect it is
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: for you guys.
- 1:13:10Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean a lot of the time the fastest
- 1:13:11Speaker 3: car doesn't even necessarily win. But I mean that's I
- 1:13:14Speaker 3: think the big thing. Like you were talking earlier about
- 1:13:16Speaker 3: getting people to the racetrack, it's the same Like for us,
- 1:13:18Speaker 3: I feel like when we bring new people in, it's like, man,
- 1:13:21Speaker 3: this is way more than just cars turning left. Like
- 1:13:23Speaker 3: our company alone has four hundred and fifty employees for
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: four cars. Like, there's just a lot that goes into
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: getting our cars on the racetrack. And then you know
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: the pit crew and the pit crew department. There's just
- 1:13:33Speaker 3: it's a lot more than just a car on the racetrack.
- 1:13:35Speaker 3: I feel like the pay crew guys employees.
- 1:13:39Speaker 4: But that's all right, that's okay, you gotta get down.
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: The pay crew guys even got Yeah, I mean it's
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: like a lot of ex football.
- 1:13:45Speaker 3: Players ours my picker guys, I want to say three
- 1:13:49Speaker 3: of them played uh at college. One of them I
- 1:13:53Speaker 3: think was NFL for a year, and then like what
- 1:13:55Speaker 3: was that. I'm trying to think he was with the Titans.
- 1:13:59Speaker 3: No Titans?
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: Uh J?
- 1:14:03Speaker 3: What is CJ's last Mostly I'm trying to figure outlast name.
- 1:14:08Speaker 3: I hate him. The other week though, you hit him, However,
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: it went viral. I went like thirty million views on
- 1:14:16Speaker 3: place Oh Jamie, trying.
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: To see if Jeremy Kimbro was on one of those crews.
- 1:14:20Speaker 3: Jeremy kimber yep our jackman. He played for the Dodgers
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: for two years.
- 1:14:25Speaker 4: Caleb do, I'll tell you what, that'd be a fun
- 1:14:27Speaker 4: little road.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: How do you feel when you hit a guy because
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: you gotta still race? You're out of there, so you
- 1:14:34Speaker 4: like saying sorry over the coms or what I mean?
- 1:14:36Speaker 3: I just texted the next day. I'm like, dude, I'm sorry.
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: What do they what do they say?
- 1:14:41Speaker 3: I don't worry about it all. I mean they kind
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: of know that they left. Where was it at Talladegh.
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: Kimbro is with the ninety nine team driven by Suarez.
- 1:14:54Speaker 3: There was like a clip though from the inside that
- 1:14:57Speaker 3: some fan was standing there and they like went viral
- 1:15:00Speaker 3: on Instagram because I was liking all the comments of
- 1:15:03Speaker 3: people talking crap about me.
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: Hey, that being said, what's your relationship like with Reddit?
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: With reddick Reddit? I read it. I love reddity know

- 1:15:52Speaker 3: I like it all, Like talk back to him, really,
- 1:15:55Speaker 3: I love it.

- 1:16:03Speaker 3: I all like search my name and just like the
- 1:16:04Speaker 3: people talking crap about me after the race.

- 1:19:27Speaker 1: sixteen and a half. Yeah, I've lost a lot of
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: girth in the old neck.
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: How do you get that thing? So girthy.
- 1:19:33Speaker 3: You know, fucking hard work dedication.
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: Are you like putting plates on your head and going
- 1:19:38Speaker 2: like this.
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: Or a lot of manual neck and just squats, heavy
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: fucking squats. You never did know?
- 1:19:44Speaker 4: You don't do manual neck. You're not pulling up, g
- 1:19:46Speaker 4: are you?
- 1:19:46Speaker 3: Dude? No, I got a head rest.
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: For your baby.
- 1:19:51Speaker 4: Dude, it's just a big ass dude with a towel
- 1:19:53Speaker 4: and he.
- 1:19:54Speaker 3: Puts on your forehead. Oh yeah, they do that down
- 1:19:56Speaker 3: sucks and it's helld Can you.
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: Go back to that jerseys swap? Do you guys do
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: a lot of those jersey swaps?
- 1:20:03Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:20:03Speaker 2: Yeah, so we do helmet swaps and now you really Yeah,
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: that's crazy. Do you guys ever, would you guys ever
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: do helmet swap? Do you guys ever have some do
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: have from when you played?
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: I don't know, I don't know if I let go?
- 1:20:17Speaker 2: I would you trade one? He's waiting on a helmet
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: trade from Tony store? Ye?
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: No way, he's standing you up.
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: Yeah, so I gave Tony hunting with Tony every year?
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: Oh really, yeah.
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: I could do. I could. I there's one I probably
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: I could trade the Titans one trade one out of
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: the out of the three.
- 1:20:38Speaker 4: Okay, you have three?
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: Okay, I thought you played for like ten teams.
- 1:20:40Speaker 4: No, that was my stray.
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: That was my straight Washington Raiders and Titans. I was
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: with the Saints for today. Yeah, Jersey culture. Then they
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: went to the playoffs.
- 1:20:51Speaker 3: Hold on, time out?
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: Did you get I do have a Raiders one? Like
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: I can't let go? That's as badasses.
- 1:20:56Speaker 4: Did you get a Saint Summet?
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: No?
- 1:20:58Speaker 3: No, No, that's bullshit. Dude, look at that.
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: Maybe I just need to send him a message. This
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: is me right before a workout for the Atlanta Falcons.
- 1:21:05Speaker 3: Was that ever a tender profile pick?
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: That should have just been the new profile pick? A
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: cross all left?
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: Got that dog in them?
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: Bro? That is I was supposed to play from that
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: year with the NFL black balled me. They did.
- 1:21:19Speaker 3: That's actually true.
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: I was going in to sign for year ten and
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: uh I had a gambling show going on at the
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: time called Bet the Bet the Bus, and they just
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: made it very difficult for me to play that year.
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: Is it like the MLB where you gotta get ten
- 1:21:34Speaker 3: years get full pension?
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: No? NFL yes, yeah, four four?
- 1:21:38Speaker 3: Look at that right there?
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: What's going on? Now?
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: That's a fresh I think it's a showing the teeth all.
- 1:21:42Speaker 4: Yeah, but yeah, helmet swaps tough because I don't know
- 1:21:45Speaker 4: how many helmets I have.
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: Jersey jersey for a suit.
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: Yeah, oh yeah, I'm in that.
- 1:21:50Speaker 4: You got you got boxes? Like down in my basement,
- 1:21:52Speaker 4: I got boxes. Yeah, oh yeah, we'll call you like
- 1:21:55Speaker 4: I could.
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: Give a Raiders jersey offense.
- 1:21:59Speaker 4: You're gonna Raiders just after yourself twice too.
- 1:22:05Speaker 3: I can't try have the Colts guys, So.
- 1:22:07Speaker 4: That's all right. Are you a Hoosiers fan?
- 1:22:09Speaker 3: So I grew up a diehard Butler fan. So I
- 1:22:11Speaker 3: grew up twenty five minutes from IU. So I would
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: go to football games as a kid and there'd be
- 1:22:15Speaker 3: three thousand people there and they'd get blown out by seventy.
- 1:22:17Speaker 3: So it's crazy to me that they uh last two years.
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: He's been a big fan.
- 1:22:21Speaker 3: Yeah, no doubt. I was always a Butler guy. Like
- 1:22:23Speaker 3: before they made their final four runs, I would always
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: cheer for Butler.
- 1:22:27Speaker 4: Dude, my uh. So, I played at the University of
- 1:22:29Speaker 4: Michigan and my first Big ten game was in Indiana. Yeah,
- 1:22:32Speaker 4: the atmosphere was actually dope.
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: It was cool.
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: Yes, student sections right behind the away. It is away bench.
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: It's even in those years.
- 1:22:40Speaker 3: How bad was it more than seventy points?
- 1:22:42Speaker 4: So I was in the I was in the dark
- 1:22:44Speaker 4: era of Michigan oh nine to thirteen, and so this
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: was after Lloyd Carr but before hardball. This is what
- 1:22:50Speaker 4: Michigan fans don't have to look at it all. And
- 1:22:52Speaker 4: we played I think we went to overtime actually, and
- 1:22:54Speaker 4: we won.
- 1:22:55Speaker 3: That's a bad day.
- 1:22:56Speaker 4: We might have won the last drive of the game.
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: Right there, there's your boy right there walking the subn
- 1:23:00Speaker 4: It's brown Jog. It's a rivalry game against Minnesota seventy seven, buddy,
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: I'll tell you because the guy who wore that jersey
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: before me, his name is Jake Long. And I didn't
- 1:23:09Speaker 4: play offensive lines on my senior year of high school.
- 1:23:10Speaker 4: My dad's like, hey, is this guy named Jake Long
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: at Michigan. He is, uh, yep, yeah, yeah.
- 1:23:16Speaker 3: Right there.
- 1:23:17Speaker 4: Uh he's gonna be the first overall pick. Then if
- 1:23:19Speaker 4: you'rena play off its line like, this is a good
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: guy to look up to. So I grew up in
- 1:23:23Speaker 4: Arizona and I didn't even know about Michigan, Ohio State,
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: Big ten, Robert, any of that. But when I got
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: offered by Michigan. I was like, Oh, the offensive lineman,
- 1:23:32Speaker 4: go to the league. That's where I'm going. And so
- 1:23:34Speaker 4: Jake's the reason why I went to Michigan. He's the
- 1:23:36Speaker 4: right reason why I were seventy seven. Dude lives in Nashville.
- 1:23:38Speaker 3: Now, you guys, we're boys.
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: We had coffee a couple of weeks ago.
- 1:23:44Speaker 3: Guys, the Ohio State game. Like the game? Yeah, like
- 1:23:48Speaker 3: I said, just unlike anything else.
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: Look at that they let you. That's me on the right.
- 1:23:52Speaker 4: That's me on the right. More tan. I was way
- 1:23:55Speaker 4: more focused on tarps offt hands than Jake was.
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: The Ohio is real. What I believe?
- 1:24:02Speaker 3: Diehard Michigan dude, the hate it's it's the game, dude.
- 1:24:05Speaker 4: It's the biggest rubbery in all of sports.
- 1:24:07Speaker 3: It is there is. You can't wear red in the building.
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: You know how to get State? Right?
- 1:24:11Speaker 3: What's that?
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: You know how to get to Ohio State from here? Oh?
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: You gotta go through ann Arbor?
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: Do you know? I don't think you do?
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: No, I have no clue. I thought you got it
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: and I Jamie, pull pull up the map.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: No, you gotta go through, go through Michigan and get
- 1:24:31Speaker 2: up over the head.
- 1:24:34Speaker 4: Got to go through. Yeah, it is, it is. I'm lost.
- 1:24:37Speaker 3: I don't want to be I want to be a
- 1:24:39Speaker 3: part of that.
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: Yeah, Michigan, Ohio, forget it, go back.
- 1:24:45Speaker 4: You gotta go through Ohio to get the ann Arbory.
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: No, to get to Ohio State, you have to go
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: through ann Arbor, you have to go through Michigan.
- 1:24:54Speaker 3: It was a good attempt at a joke. I'll tell
- 1:24:55Speaker 3: you what.
- 1:24:56Speaker 4: You don't get it, that's I think we do.
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: I think that's no, get it a joke.
- 1:25:00Speaker 3: I see, I'm still the environment compared to anything else.
- 1:25:03Speaker 4: This is taking me longer to understand than Noah chugging
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: a beer.
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: This is it's Ohio State. People get really mad at
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: that joke, because, yeah, because Michigan is you guys, they're
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: the biggest rivalry.
- 1:25:14Speaker 4: You know, Yeah, that is true. That is Michigan was
- 1:25:18Speaker 4: the last five Mitch something like that. I went one
- 1:25:21Speaker 4: and three against Ohio State. One in three.
- 1:25:24Speaker 3: You went at home or away. One at home, that's sick.
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: One at home, and uh, but dude, the other rivalry,
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: it's it's very very intense.
- 1:25:33Speaker 3: Is there any other environment that even comes close? It
- 1:25:36Speaker 3: just depends on.
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: Robinson college college football, Like you get there's big games,
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: big rivalries, like the atmosphere to college football game. Have
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: you been to? You college football guy?
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: Which games have you been to?
- 1:25:47Speaker 3: Nothing? Big? I mean I went to IU games, so
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: there was never really anybody there. I went to, Uh,
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: let's say I went to Texas A and m Ole Miss.
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: I think that's a big rivalry, right, I don't know.
- 1:25:57Speaker 4: That's the thing about the SEC that's so unique to
- 1:25:59Speaker 4: me is like Tennessee will be rivals with like Florida
- 1:26:02Speaker 4: and Alabama and this other school, and it's like, well,
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: which one's the base. It's like, well, right now, it's
- 1:26:06Speaker 4: this one.
- 1:26:07Speaker 3: Like Michigan.
- 1:26:08Speaker 4: It's always like Notre Dame, Michigan State, Ohio State, but
- 1:26:11Speaker 4: the number one without a data is always Ohio State.
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: And it's like it seems like lines are more defined
- 1:26:16Speaker 4: up north.
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: On to go to is the Red River rivalry? Yeah,
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: like going to that last year. They split the stadium
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: so it's half Oklahoma fans half Texas fans. They do
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: it on a neutral site and that was cool to
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: be like that atmosphere.
- 1:26:28Speaker 3: Yeah, college football, that.
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: Those the day it would be sick to go to
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: state yeah.
- 1:26:34Speaker 3: I played it in a wide at Penn State.
- 1:26:35Speaker 2: Dude, it is loud.
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: It's loud. Absolutely.
- 1:26:38Speaker 4: There's a viral video of Michigan taking the field. This
- 1:26:40Speaker 4: is after I was already gone, but they're taking the
- 1:26:43Speaker 4: field first drive of the game.
- 1:26:45Speaker 2: It's so loud.
- 1:26:45Speaker 4: They so loved to call a time out, and which
- 1:26:47Speaker 4: is insane because you know what the first place you
- 1:26:49Speaker 4: really know what the first three plays are when you
- 1:26:51Speaker 4: go into a game and they are it's so loud.
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: This is often.
- 1:26:57Speaker 2: Yeah, this is so awesome.
- 1:26:59Speaker 3: It's wild. I went at that Texas A and M game.
- 1:27:01Speaker 3: It was a Cowboys stadium and we were like up
- 1:27:02Speaker 3: in a sweet or whatever. Not a buddy that was
- 1:27:05Speaker 3: worked today and M and so he hass come down
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: to the sideline. It is wild how much louder it
- 1:27:09Speaker 3: was like once you're down.
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: Yeah, good stadiums do a great job of funneling it
- 1:27:13Speaker 4: into the middle of the field, like Michigan. It's the largest,
- 1:27:16Speaker 4: it's the largest stadium in North America. But it's not
- 1:27:19Speaker 4: it's the structures out like this. One hundred fifteen hundred
- 1:27:22Speaker 4: and fifteen was the night game against Notre Dame in
- 1:27:25Speaker 4: twenty twelve.
- 1:27:26Speaker 3: Played a night game.
- 1:27:27Speaker 4: Won that game, but the stadium is just so out
- 1:27:30Speaker 4: that it doesn't it doesn't really funnel it all back
- 1:27:32Speaker 4: in like Lincoln, Nebraska or he went to school. That's
- 1:27:34Speaker 4: what ninety two thousand.
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: Yeah, they're like, I have no clue. Now it's between
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: like eighty five and ninety five, but we're in there.
- 1:27:40Speaker 3: It is loud, and it's what thirty thousand less, but
- 1:27:43Speaker 3: it is that's way more loud.
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: Yeah. Like and you ever get a chance to go
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: to Neeland Stadium, Yeah, Tennessee Knoxville. That shit gets loud
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: because it's like straight up.
- 1:27:54Speaker 3: So it's just super loud.
- 1:27:55Speaker 2: College himself on, Like none of us race car drivers
- 1:27:58Speaker 2: really went to college. We have got that experience.
- 1:28:01Speaker 3: You would have done awesome.
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: I would have been such a good scholar.
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: Yeah, there's no doubt about it.
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: Reclass.
- 1:28:09Speaker 4: Yeah, this Knox reminds me a lot of pens.
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: I want to I went to a concert here. That's
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: a sick yeah.
- 1:28:15Speaker 4: Yeah, and those fans go hard to Tennessee fans, they
- 1:28:18Speaker 4: crush it.
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:28:19Speaker 4: We got to get you guys out of here pretty soon.
- 1:28:21Speaker 4: I want to play a game. I did it last
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: week with William Byron we're gonna show you some photos.
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: You're only allowed to say one word about these photos.
- 1:28:29Speaker 3: Okay, you guys.
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: Get with that.
- 1:28:31Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, this is our first photo.
- 1:28:34Speaker 2: Goat, goat. Okay, you can't copy me.
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: Oh that's fair.
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: I like that.
- 1:28:39Speaker 3: All right, hero, go ahead.
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: The first last time, let's see uh entertaining entertainer. I
- 1:28:54Speaker 2: would say, oh, going out going. Yeah, your personality, personality, personality,
- 1:29:04Speaker 2: he's the personality of our sport.
- 1:29:05Speaker 3: You ever had a dinner with this guy?
- 1:29:07Speaker 2: I did, right, Yeah, we shared a lot of laughs. Yeah.
- 1:29:13Speaker 3: Next photo please Lloyd Christmas black Eye.
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: No I didn't, I got I got it cheek and
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: no one word? Uh punch.
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: Okay, they throw you to in a room. Who's who's
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: the one coming out?
- 1:29:31Speaker 2: Hundred percent?
- 1:29:33Speaker 3: Shout out, dude. I hope he hears that.
- 1:29:35Speaker 2: I stand, pull up, pull up again. You know I'm
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: on the.
- 1:29:40Speaker 4: Track this weekend. Dude, he knows, he knows, all right.
- 1:29:44Speaker 4: Next photo.
- 1:29:47Speaker 3: Fishing, Uh hunter, Okay, next photo, goat.
- 1:30:01Speaker 2: Jack Hawk nine thousand.
- 1:30:03Speaker 3: Okay, let's go.
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: Uh.
- 1:30:05Speaker 4: This is the last photo. And this is more like
- 1:30:07Speaker 4: who did it better? This is not like a one word.
- 1:30:09Speaker 4: I just wanted to get your preference on these two
- 1:30:11Speaker 4: photos back to back. Personally, I think it's a great tandem.
- 1:30:14Speaker 4: But I just want to what you guys the of
- 1:30:15Speaker 4: this last one?
- 1:30:17Speaker 3: Are you kidding?
- 1:30:18Speaker 2: Yeah? So sexy dude, that's.
- 1:30:23Speaker 3: It's pretty good.
- 1:30:24Speaker 2: Yeah, dude, how are you six seven? I know I'm
- 1:30:27Speaker 2: six five, So like it's crazy, it's crazy like they did.
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: Definitely they got they got you some inches on that.
- 1:30:36Speaker 4: Huh.
- 1:30:36Speaker 2: No, I'm six I'm six five, but it's I'm only
- 1:30:41Speaker 2: six foot laying down, you know, cuddling. So it's it's
- 1:30:44Speaker 2: one of those things where we're here for America. We
- 1:30:46Speaker 2: look great. They're red, white, and blue. These colors don't run, baby.
- 1:30:51Speaker 3: They don't do damn good.
- 1:30:53Speaker 4: I mean that is a that's that's that.
- 1:30:57Speaker 2: I'm posting that. Collect with me, please, I'll clap.
- 1:31:00Speaker 4: You want to a couple of guys hanging out.
- 1:31:02Speaker 3: I don't think I wore socks like that? Is this
- 1:31:04Speaker 3: like a weird okay? I know they Yeah, well I
- 1:31:09Speaker 3: don't think I wore that that day. But I'll take.
- 1:31:10Speaker 2: Its, bro, I'll take that.
- 1:31:15Speaker 4: I think that you need on that body if you're
- 1:31:17Speaker 4: that torso, maybe a couple of tattoos. Have you ever
- 1:31:18Speaker 4: thought about jumping.
- 1:31:19Speaker 2: In jump how long time Fernanda Mendoza gets the neck
- 1:31:23Speaker 2: tat being in Vegas.
- 1:31:25Speaker 3: He's playing on the table right now as we're talking
- 1:31:26Speaker 3: about Yeah, no doubt.
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: Oh, I want to meet him so bad. You guys
- 1:31:35Speaker 2: gott to hook that up.
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: Yeah, we get hooked.
- 1:31:37Speaker 3: Sounds like the red Rock. Well, play a couple of
- 1:31:41Speaker 3: bock on hands, Sir, get a little.
- 1:31:43Speaker 2: Loose, let's do it.
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: Uh, Mitch, you got any questions?
- 1:31:46Speaker 2: It's so good.
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: You're a NASCAR guy. You ain't got no questions.
- 1:31:51Speaker 2: Everybody the biggest going to have hey, forks up?
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: Forks up.
- 1:31:55Speaker 2: I didn't here the biggest when I was gonna.
- 1:32:00Speaker 3: Ask, Oh yeah.
- 1:32:03Speaker 2: I used to throw up on myself after I'd win
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: races for the most part, not every time, but for
- 1:32:08Speaker 2: the most part, I would throw up. Like obviously I'm
- 1:32:11Speaker 2: very in shape, as you can see from the picture,
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: but I would just hold my breath at the end
- 1:32:15Speaker 2: of these races, and I would like, you know, when
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: you like run a sprint or a mile and you
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: like are trying to catch your breath, Like I would
- 1:32:22Speaker 2: just hold my breath and feel like I just got
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: done running a mile, and I would throw up on myself.
- 1:32:27Speaker 2: I was just at the end of these races, just
- 1:32:29Speaker 2: trying to do it and would win. So I'd give
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: anything to throw up on myself again, if if it
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: meant I won the race. You know. Oh yeah, it's
- 1:32:36Speaker 2: been so long, so.
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: You could just you have this method of being able
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: to throw up on yourself.
- 1:32:41Speaker 3: You're not just get No, it's not like a it's
- 1:32:43Speaker 3: not a party trick. Not a party trick.
- 1:32:44Speaker 2: It just happens when I'm leading these races, and it's
- 1:32:47Speaker 2: not like nervous. It's just me like trying to give
- 1:32:50Speaker 2: everything I can to to win the race.
- 1:32:52Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: Yeah, I love that so focused, I forget to breathe.
- 1:32:57Speaker 4: The episode of Bust One the Boys that just came
- 1:32:59Speaker 4: out this week, there was a whole conversation about peeing
- 1:33:02Speaker 4: yourself during a football game.
- 1:33:03Speaker 3: You guys hear repeat yourself.
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: During the race.
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: I haven't. I tried so hard this year I cut it.
- 1:33:09Speaker 2: My stomach hurts so bad in my bladder, and I'm
- 1:33:12Speaker 2: like sitting there, I'm like trying to like stretch my
- 1:33:14Speaker 2: legs out, trying to like piss. I couldn't piss, but
- 1:33:17Speaker 2: some guys do it all the time. Yeah, my teammates
- 1:33:19Speaker 2: Zane was sitting on the wall during the red flag
- 1:33:22Speaker 2: on pit road. Wallet during the rain de lay red
- 1:33:24Speaker 2: flag and pissed himself. Sitting on the pit road. There's
- 1:33:30Speaker 2: bodies everywhere. Yeah, it's not like it's Indie, it's over.
- 1:33:34Speaker 3: That's wild.
- 1:33:35Speaker 2: It's crazy work.
- 1:33:36Speaker 3: Yeah, cook six hundred. A couple of years. It was
- 1:33:37Speaker 3: like a five hour and forty minute race. I couldn't
- 1:33:40Speaker 3: hold it anymore. It was so hard though, doesn't feel
- 1:33:42Speaker 3: good side of it is so hard to make yourself,
- 1:33:46Speaker 3: at least for me to do it. And I'm like no.
- 1:33:48Speaker 3: I was like get trying to get my legs as
- 1:33:50Speaker 3: straight as I could, and you're like loosening your belts up,
- 1:33:53Speaker 3: and it's the relief from it is very nice because
- 1:33:56Speaker 3: it hurts. And like Tony, I remember Stewart was telling me,
- 1:33:59Speaker 3: is one of those tricks to the trade. He's like, look,
- 1:34:01Speaker 3: if you got a full bladder, you just gotta go
- 1:34:03Speaker 3: because the doctor, I guess you used to tell him
- 1:34:05Speaker 3: if you crash, it's like a water balloon. It'll it'll
- 1:34:07Speaker 3: burst if you crash.
- 1:34:09Speaker 4: Yeah, it's like safety first when peeing yourself.
- 1:34:12Speaker 2: Everybody usually like run to the port potties right before
- 1:34:15Speaker 2: like the national anthem. Like when we're on pit road
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: after we dorew driver intros and you'll see everybody like
- 1:34:20Speaker 2: going to the porter potties to go take a piss
- 1:34:22Speaker 2: right before the race so we can get like that
- 1:34:24Speaker 2: last you.
- 1:34:25Speaker 3: Kind of time out at least I do you sweat
- 1:34:27Speaker 3: it out like once you.
- 1:34:29Speaker 4: Yeah, what's the hydration? Have you ever really cut a
- 1:34:31Speaker 4: cramped during a race?
- 1:34:31Speaker 2: Because yeah, yeah, it runs hard every once in a while. Yeah.
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: Have you ever had like a upset stomach where you
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: kind of ship yourself?
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: Now? I tried to ship myself at uh Coda two
- 1:34:42Speaker 2: years ago.
- 1:34:43Speaker 3: I tried hang on, hang you can't pis yourself, you know,
- 1:34:47Speaker 3: I had the bubble guts and it was so bad
- 1:34:49Speaker 3: where it was like man, I like I was like
- 1:34:52Speaker 3: farting the whole time.
- 1:34:53Speaker 2: And then I was like, man, I just gotta like
- 1:34:56Speaker 2: ship myself to relieve this pain because I've never been
- 1:34:58Speaker 2: in this much pain and mine my life. And I
- 1:35:00Speaker 2: tried to like ship myself. I couldn't.
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: I can't fully believe that I was sick bubble guts.
- 1:35:07Speaker 3: Yeah, trying to ship yourself that would be super feeling
- 1:35:11Speaker 3: and you're just like, Yeah, I thought I was dover.
- 1:35:15Speaker 3: A couple of weeks ago All Star Race, I had
- 1:35:17Speaker 3: like the stomach bug bad. I lost ten pounds in
- 1:35:19Speaker 3: three days, and somehow I was good the whole race.
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: But I thought it there was a chance that day.
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: But there's a chance at least, you know what I mean.
- 1:35:29Speaker 3: Literally, it was bad.
- 1:35:32Speaker 2: When's the last time you got shoted.
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: Two weeks ago?
- 1:35:34Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: Yeah, it's super outside and I I legitimately it's not
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: like I had an upset stomach or anything. I just
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: thought I was gonna fart, and I went to fart
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: and I felt like this warm air sensation come out,
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: and I was like, what the fuck? And so then
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: I went to the gas station. I went into the
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: bathroom and like you know, I pull them down. I
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: kind of see that I got a little bit short
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: on that, so I'm wiping it off. I'm like fuck,
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: and then I stand up and turn around, look in
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: the mirror and you can see the sharp pocket like
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: all my asshole on my pants and I had like
- 1:36:03Speaker 1: on lighter pants. So I had to drive home. I
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: snuck by my wife. I just went into the the
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: closet to change and she's like, Oh, why did you
- 1:36:11Speaker 1: come home? It was pouring outside. I was like, I
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: was just getting soaked outside, So I just figured i'd
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: changed my pants the weekend before I pissed the bed.
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: So it's like I wasn't trying to Hey, what's wild is?
- 1:36:24Speaker 4: You said a couple of weeks ago. I was thinking
- 1:36:25Speaker 4: when we went to NASCAR, because you had the same
- 1:36:27Speaker 4: situation happened right, Yeah, I.
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: Was close to shitting myself because my stomach was kind
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: of bubbling. I just I was starting to feel the urge.
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: I was like, fuck, I need to hurry up and
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: figure out how to get off through.
- 1:36:38Speaker 2: This one being strapped into a car, And you're like, exactly,
- 1:36:41Speaker 2: That's why.
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: I'm like, it's hard, especially if you if any of
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: these feelings I had, Like when I was driving to
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: the Nashville Speedway, I had to pull off find the
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: closest gas station because it was just coming the other one.
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: I just thought I was casually farting, and that one
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: just caught me by surprise, and that that never happens,
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: and up like that just doesn't that doesn't normally an
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: to you. That was kind of like a unicorn. Yeah,
- 1:37:01Speaker 1: but if I the way I was driving to Nashville
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: the way, I felt it'd be so easy for me
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: to shit in the car. Like so when you say
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: bubble guts, I had to ship so bad. It's the
- 1:37:09Speaker 1: most pain I've ever felt in my life. I'm like, yeah,
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: that's that's that's that's easy.
- 1:37:14Speaker 2: I was like trying to shoot like it hurts so bad.
- 1:37:17Speaker 2: But we went to Mexico City last year, and did
- 1:37:21Speaker 2: you get sick?
- 1:37:22Speaker 3: I was like the only guy I guess that didn't
- 1:37:24Speaker 3: get sick.
- 1:37:24Speaker 2: Yeah, I was down sick. I was, Yeah, I was.
- 1:37:28Speaker 2: I was shipping probably like ten to fifteen times a day,
- 1:37:31Speaker 2: lost like a ton of weight, and it went on
- 1:37:33Speaker 2: for like a week and a half, and like I
- 1:37:35Speaker 2: was on like all these different kinds of medicines. Well,
- 1:37:37Speaker 2: like after Mexico City, I went and I played Pinehurst
- 1:37:42Speaker 2: and like had so much fun golfing. I was on
- 1:37:44Speaker 2: the way back, it's like two hours from home, and
- 1:37:47Speaker 2: I shouded my pants on the way home and this.
- 1:37:52Speaker 4: Is just as nice.
- 1:37:54Speaker 2: I shouted yeah on the way home. And I got
- 1:37:55Speaker 2: home and then my girlfriend broke up with me, and
- 1:37:57Speaker 2: so I was like like when you had a talk.
- 1:38:00Speaker 2: And then I like went and changed my underwear and
- 1:38:03Speaker 2: like cleaned up and took a shower and everything, and
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: and then yeah, she broke up with me. So it's
- 1:38:07Speaker 2: a really shitty day.
- 1:38:10Speaker 3: Heart goes out to you.
- 1:38:13Speaker 4: To talk like, you know, like that that's a registering
- 1:38:15Speaker 4: halfway through your shower, Like wait a second.
- 1:38:17Speaker 1: Shorts are tough.
- 1:38:18Speaker 3: Man shorts are tough.
- 1:38:19Speaker 1: Shorts are a while brother thiss one, I felt was
- 1:38:24Speaker 1: nuts man trying.
- 1:38:26Speaker 2: It's like such an uncomfortable feeling because you're like fucked.
- 1:38:29Speaker 2: I just shipped myself and then you gotta go do
- 1:38:32Speaker 2: like the little check you know. Yeah, and then it's
- 1:38:35Speaker 2: always at the most inconvenient time. It's never when you're
- 1:38:37Speaker 2: sitting on the couch. It's always when you're out doing
- 1:38:40Speaker 2: something things you got to like ten man walk around
- 1:38:43Speaker 2: because you're trying to fortunately.
- 1:38:46Speaker 1: At the house.
- 1:38:46Speaker 3: I honestly could not tell you. It's not like a
- 1:38:49Speaker 3: core memory for me.
- 1:38:51Speaker 2: I feel like everybody knows the last.
- 1:38:53Speaker 4: Yeah, twenty eighteen, I was in this California and there's
- 1:38:56Speaker 4: this long stairs down to the beach and my wife
- 1:38:59Speaker 4: would on there with our newborn. We go down and
- 1:39:02Speaker 4: I tried to let it a little fart. I was
- 1:39:03Speaker 4: getting a little sick, and I felt it and I go,
- 1:39:05Speaker 4: I shipped myself.
- 1:39:06Speaker 3: I have to go.
- 1:39:07Speaker 4: I go upstairs, back up to the house, clean it up,
- 1:39:10Speaker 4: whole thing. I started to get really sick. I got
- 1:39:12Speaker 4: myself a little g I bug. Later that night watched
- 1:39:14Speaker 4: Blackfish and shipped the bed. Yeah she's something addition the bed.
- 1:39:20Speaker 4: I went to lit it afar and it like like
- 1:39:22Speaker 4: it wasn't like a like squirted out of me.
- 1:39:24Speaker 2: And I looked at it was like, yeah, it's like
- 1:39:26Speaker 2: Mexico City for me.
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: Tailings Like she could just hear me upstairs kind of
- 1:39:30Speaker 4: fumbling around like at like two in the morning.
- 1:39:33Speaker 2: On the airplane ride here. So he yeah, he's got
- 1:39:36Speaker 2: underwear right now.
- 1:39:37Speaker 4: You little shot.
- 1:39:38Speaker 3: I definitely didn't.
- 1:39:39Speaker 2: We were late. We had to stop at Walmart to
- 1:39:41Speaker 2: get im just kidding.
- 1:39:45Speaker 3: Was going to be like, why did he cut the
- 1:39:48Speaker 3: last forty five minutes of this podcast?
- 1:39:50Speaker 4: Absolutely nuts, Jimmy, He's just the Yeah, we're not cutting it.
- 1:39:56Speaker 2: They always asks like I feel like every like interview
- 1:39:58Speaker 2: tols something that nobody knows about you. I shouted a
- 1:40:02Speaker 2: year ago that was the last shart, Like the last shark.
- 1:40:06Speaker 4: They just periodically posts like one hundred and seventy five.
- 1:40:09Speaker 2: One time I went to that fond due place was
- 1:40:11Speaker 2: that place called the Melting Potters.
- 1:40:13Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 1:40:14Speaker 2: I went to a birthday like an eleven eleven year
- 1:40:17Speaker 2: old birthday party. I was eleven two, so it's like
- 1:40:19Speaker 2: not weird, but like it was from my buddy and
- 1:40:22Speaker 2: I went to a birthday party and then I got
- 1:40:24Speaker 2: home and do that the Melting pot I've never been
- 1:40:27Speaker 2: back because that tore me up too.

- 1:41:00Speaker 4: It's kind of slept on in the same category for
- 1:41:02Speaker 4: me as pudding. I feel like putting it is so
- 1:41:05Speaker 4: far and I don't want.
- 1:41:06Speaker 3: To take it too far.

- 1:46:16Speaker 2: where he'd make these like shot, like alcoholic shots, and
- 1:46:19Speaker 2: they put an oyster on there so it'd be like
- 1:46:21Speaker 2: a bloody Marry oyster and you take the shot and
- 1:46:25Speaker 2: it was like the best thing I've ever had was
- 1:46:27Speaker 2: oyster class.
- 1:46:29Speaker 3: Yeah, the different contractions I don't know, but you just
- 1:46:31Speaker 3: single hob and narrow sauce and then this like lemon
- 1:46:35Speaker 3: lime kind of shot or like citrusy shot, and it
- 1:46:38Speaker 3: was the best combination ever.
- 1:46:40Speaker 4: Have you ever had a Caesar before?
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: I'm not I'm not like big into tomato juice.
- 1:46:45Speaker 4: You're talking about this comato juice. So I'm not a
- 1:46:47Speaker 4: big bloody Marry guy.
- 1:46:49Speaker 2: I don't like bloody. I don't like bloody Marry's.
- 1:46:50Speaker 4: I'm not a big bloody Mary guy.
- 1:46:51Speaker 2: But it looks good when they put all this ship
- 1:46:53Speaker 2: like that, it.
- 1:46:54Speaker 4: Looks like I would kind of want to get a
- 1:46:56Speaker 4: part of that.
- 1:46:57Speaker 3: Bloody Mary. I know, it's like tomato juice. Uh yeah,

- 1:47:22Speaker 4: thirty four, thirty six.
- 1:47:24Speaker 2: I'm a little younger at twenty seven, but cuisine.
- 1:47:28Speaker 3: Toasted strudle as a kid.
- 1:47:30Speaker 2: Come on, both both the cinnamon apple and the egg

- 1:47:35Speaker 3: Yeah, pop tar never you never had, but that never had.
- 1:47:41Speaker 2: You put that you put the frosting on the pop tart.
- 1:47:44Speaker 3: It's a game changer.
- 1:47:45Speaker 4: It's a game changer because pop tarts for me were
- 1:47:47Speaker 4: never the bell of the ball. I never got too
- 1:47:50Speaker 4: excited about a pop.
- 1:47:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:47:54Speaker 1: I prefer warm warm.
- 1:47:55Speaker 4: You you prefer warm, but like the middle it's like

- 1:48:20Speaker 4: Talking to me and it kind of hits.
- 1:48:21Speaker 1: Getting enough milk, you know what I mean. You dip
- 1:48:23Speaker 1: in and you just still eat it, like I like
- 1:48:24Speaker 1: putting it in there, and then you just drown them
- 1:48:26Speaker 1: with the with milk. Let's switch around the Oreo ones
- 1:48:30Speaker 1: that came out, the pop tart and cream, the back
- 1:48:34Speaker 1: Poppart choco cookie though.
- 1:48:38Speaker 2: I like the ice cream Sunday ones, the like sprinkles
- 1:48:43Speaker 2: on it.
- 1:48:44Speaker 4: The small ones.
- 1:48:45Speaker 1: No, it was like the strawberry Look.
- 1:48:47Speaker 2: Up ice cream Sunday right there. How much Sunday, how
- 1:48:49Speaker 2: much Sunday so fire, that's.
- 1:48:53Speaker 4: Past my problem. That's the o G boys.
- 1:48:57Speaker 2: Boys, We're gonna have to run this back and everybody
- 1:48:59Speaker 2: gets to bring in like childhood snacks and we just
- 1:49:01Speaker 2: all eat childhood snacks.
- 1:49:03Speaker 4: Before we get out of here, though, I want to
- 1:49:04Speaker 4: know your chase is gonna.
- 1:49:06Speaker 2: Bring air Due nuggets?
- 1:49:07Speaker 3: Now?
- 1:49:08Speaker 1: Were you like like Debbie like Little Debbies, Swiss Rolls,
- 1:49:11Speaker 1: Star Crunch?
- 1:49:14Speaker 3: Uh? I love the lava cake with extra ice cream? Yeah,
- 1:49:18Speaker 3: the lava cake from Chili's Gas, the blondie from Applebee's
- 1:49:22Speaker 3: really chocolate.
- 1:49:24Speaker 2: Have you ever had the four cheese mac and cheese
- 1:49:27Speaker 2: with the honey honey?
- 1:49:29Speaker 3: Uh?
- 1:49:30Speaker 2: Chicken fingers from apple Bee's. This is my go to there.
- 1:49:33Speaker 3: I've been Applebee's in a while. Either say what we
- 1:49:35Speaker 3: need to do.
- 1:49:35Speaker 4: We need to go to Vegas then immediately take a
- 1:49:37Speaker 4: plane to Arizona and go to Zips.
- 1:49:39Speaker 2: What Zips? Can I hear about Zips?
- 1:49:43Speaker 1: Pull it up.
- 1:49:45Speaker 2: After Zips?
- 1:49:48Speaker 3: So if I was on death row, buddy, this is
- 1:49:49Speaker 3: what I would I would go to this place, right?
- 1:49:51Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:49:51Speaker 2: I want to hear final Moves. Can we talk about
- 1:49:52Speaker 2: Final Mills? Because I got in Vegas too actually too
- 1:49:56Speaker 2: for me to decide that's okay, I already got this.
- 1:49:59Speaker 3: So this places if there's like they have twelve locations,
- 1:50:02Speaker 3: but there's like three you really need to go to
- 1:50:03Speaker 3: to get the full experience.
- 1:50:06Speaker 1: On that corner right there.
- 1:50:07Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, right there, Yeah, yeah, No, that's not the place.
- 1:50:12Speaker 3: Sorry, think about Ross Sushi.
- 1:50:15Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:50:15Speaker 1: I went.
- 1:50:15Speaker 2: We went on a bachelor trip for my buddies and
- 1:50:18Speaker 2: my teammates zaying, and we went to the Spice of
- 1:50:20Speaker 2: I think that is well that.
- 1:50:21Speaker 4: I think that is the one in Old Town, Scott
- 1:50:22Speaker 4: which is probably. But you didn't get the Monaco Ficasia.
- 1:50:26Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:50:26Speaker 4: It's like a thick dough. It's like a yeah chicken
- 1:50:30Speaker 4: melted cheese. It comes with the jalapeno dipping sauce. It's
- 1:50:33Speaker 4: sweet and with a little little tang of heat in there.
- 1:50:35Speaker 4: Half and half onion rings and French fries. You're in
- 1:50:38Speaker 4: an extra jlipeno dipping sauce. Then you're gonna look at
- 1:50:40Speaker 4: the waitress and say, I need golden medium wings, extra crispy,
- 1:50:44Speaker 4: extra saucy. Buddy in my mouth is water right, I
- 1:50:47Speaker 4: just telling you about it, Chase, And you're gonna have
- 1:50:48Speaker 4: that a lot of extra ranch on that I know
- 1:50:50Speaker 4: you don't.
- 1:50:50Speaker 3: That doesn't really boneless not I would lose his mind
- 1:50:55Speaker 3: here in that.
- 1:50:56Speaker 2: What's the craziest thing you've ever ate in a race? Car? Uh?
- 1:51:00Speaker 2: Pride wings Wings mid Rays. Yeah, dude, that's crazy.
- 1:51:05Speaker 1: What's your sauce?
- 1:51:06Speaker 2: Buffalo flow Wings mid race is crazy?

- 1:51:16Speaker 4: you have that, you're gonna have the pazuki. Okay, that
- 1:51:18Speaker 4: is a half cooked cookie skillet, multiple scoops of ice
- 1:51:22Speaker 4: cream on top of that.
- 1:51:23Speaker 3: I know that now you're in.
- 1:51:26Speaker 4: That's the meal, dude, that's the meal. Ten thousand cows
- 1:51:28Speaker 4: are gonna be living the absolute dream.
- 1:51:30Speaker 3: It is unbelievable, sounds pretty good.
- 1:51:33Speaker 4: It's pretty all.
- 1:51:34Speaker 3: It's it's pretty all time.
- 1:51:35Speaker 1: You'd have to go into some uncomfortable territory to try it.
- 1:51:38Speaker 3: The wing part would be the only one that'd be
- 1:51:39Speaker 3: the one that I'd be a little hesitant about.
- 1:51:42Speaker 2: Yeah, that looks so far, so farre, dude, it's so
- 1:51:47Speaker 2: that's your final meal? Would bull to the head right
- 1:51:50Speaker 2: after that game's over? Really?
- 1:51:51Speaker 4: Yeah, Yeah, we're solid. Put me to sleep, kid.
- 1:51:54Speaker 1: That food?
- 1:51:55Speaker 2: Do you like tayphoon?
- 1:51:56Speaker 1: Typhoon?
- 1:51:57Speaker 2: Okay, we're in Vegas, I'm taking it. It's called the Taie.
- 1:51:59Speaker 2: It's down on Freemont Street. It's the best tie food
- 1:52:02Speaker 2: you'll ever have. In your thigh life, the fried rice
- 1:52:04Speaker 2: I like to go. I mean, we travel around all the.
- 1:52:07Speaker 1: Have you had the tie spot in Red Rock?
- 1:52:11Speaker 2: Which place?
- 1:52:11Speaker 3: Oh? Yeah, uh no it's not, is it? Lotus?
- 1:52:16Speaker 4: That to me is like the best time I've ever
- 1:52:18Speaker 4: had in my life.
- 1:52:19Speaker 1: But I would love to.
- 1:52:19Speaker 3: I tell you, Tie blows this place.
- 1:52:21Speaker 2: So we're going. I'll cook you guys.
- 1:52:23Speaker 3: I'm in I'm in tie l e. That's Lotus right there.
- 1:52:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:52:28Speaker 1: Is it inside of a tie No?
- 1:52:30Speaker 2: No, it's just on Freemont Street. That's outside right there.
- 1:52:32Speaker 2: It's got like a little walk up.
- 1:52:36Speaker 4: There's always a weight dollar minimums.
- 1:52:37Speaker 1: You've been there.
- 1:52:39Speaker 2: The short is so good there, that's your signature dish.
- 1:52:44Speaker 1: It's so good some tie Basil.
- 1:52:47Speaker 3: Say, if we came to your house and you had
- 1:52:48Speaker 3: to cook for us, dude, what are you making us?
- 1:52:50Speaker 3: His wife is making My wife's cooking you.
- 1:52:53Speaker 1: Clearly I can cook it.
- 1:52:54Speaker 3: I can cook.
- 1:52:55Speaker 2: That's about it. Yeah, yeah, that's about it.
- 1:52:58Speaker 3: How do you like your filet? I used to be
- 1:53:00Speaker 3: a well done guy. Now I'm medium, well black.
- 1:53:05Speaker 4: I'm with that, dude, I'm with a little more of
- 1:53:07Speaker 4: a cooked steak.
- 1:53:08Speaker 1: And I'm like, no, I mean I he just said,
- 1:53:12Speaker 1: well done.
- 1:53:14Speaker 4: I wouldn't even mind that.
- 1:53:15Speaker 1: Oh you're really You're like, I'm.
- 1:53:17Speaker 3: More on that medium. Yeah, I can do medium, and
- 1:53:20Speaker 3: I've done like medium her before, but I just only
- 1:53:23Speaker 3: the texture of it grosses me out. The flavor is
- 1:53:26Speaker 3: definitely better though, but the chewiness it gets me.
- 1:53:29Speaker 2: So you think, like a steak is like the best
- 1:53:31Speaker 2: meal ever. Like I think a steak steakhouse steak dinner
- 1:53:35Speaker 2: is like the most overrated thing ever. Chop house wings
- 1:53:39Speaker 2: those wings and sound ten times better than a steak.
- 1:53:42Speaker 1: And well, sometimes you go to these steakhouses in their
- 1:53:47Speaker 1: APT menus and c yeah as huge.
- 1:53:51Speaker 2: Five apps every time I go.
- 1:53:53Speaker 1: Yeah, I love apps because you're right about the steaks.
- 1:53:56Speaker 1: Not like you're going to get some world class taste.
- 1:53:58Speaker 2: That you never had before, like French onion soup.
- 1:54:04Speaker 1: I more get a.
- 1:54:04Speaker 3: Bisk I'm a clem chowder.
- 1:54:07Speaker 4: Yeah, claim chowder chowder guy through and through chore.
- 1:54:11Speaker 3: Tomato soup like two years ago for the first time.
- 1:54:17Speaker 1: Yeah, good good combo.
- 1:54:21Speaker 2: Thing is crazy though, crazy.
- 1:54:22Speaker 4: Hey hit him with your chili thing, It'll blow his
- 1:54:24Speaker 4: fucking mind.
- 1:54:25Speaker 3: Do you like chili chili?
- 1:54:27Speaker 2: Oh?
- 1:54:27Speaker 1: Ship, I take a peanut butter sandwiches and I did
- 1:54:30Speaker 1: it in chili.
- 1:54:31Speaker 2: Really yeah, gas would be good to try.
- 1:54:34Speaker 3: I feel like I've never had it. He's been talking.
- 1:54:36Speaker 2: I've known him for like, it's kind of like stuff
- 1:54:38Speaker 2: like that you can't really shot on. It's like the
- 1:54:41Speaker 2: flavors are so different that it kind of works, you know.
- 1:54:43Speaker 1: Yeah, it's good man. My she was my girlfriend at
- 1:54:46Speaker 1: the time. She wanted to, like she wanted to do
- 1:54:49Speaker 1: like surf into her for like make a dinner for me,
- 1:54:51Speaker 1: and I just requested I would like. I was like,
- 1:54:53Speaker 1: I would love some chili and peanut butter sandwiches and
- 1:54:55Speaker 1: enough chili to wear like last year for the week.
- 1:54:58Speaker 1: I love this chili, panut butter sandwiches, chili.
- 1:55:00Speaker 2: I've been doing pickles on a peanut butter and jelly.
- 1:55:03Speaker 2: Pickle butter and jelly sandwiches, no bullshit, and it's really good.
- 1:55:07Speaker 4: Pickle Jelly's one of those things where it's like sweet
- 1:55:11Speaker 4: and salt exactly.
- 1:55:12Speaker 2: Like maple bacon doughnut or something, you know what I mean,
- 1:55:15Speaker 2: Like it's two opposites.
- 1:55:17Speaker 4: But yeah, it kind of works. I We're supposed to
- 1:55:20Speaker 4: end this podcast, but they said the bacon thing. Bacon
- 1:55:23Speaker 4: shakes if you had those are Denny's.
- 1:55:24Speaker 2: No, but go to five guys and they have a
- 1:55:27Speaker 2: bacon It's like vanilla milkshake with bacon bits in it.
- 1:55:30Speaker 2: Greatest thing ever does Denny's have.
- 1:55:31Speaker 4: Dennis used to have it like they'd do like a
- 1:55:33Speaker 4: month where it'd be like the bacon shit all.
- 1:55:35Speaker 3: Bro, they just shut the Denny's down by where my
- 1:55:38Speaker 3: house is, so I'm gonna have to go somewhere else.
- 1:55:39Speaker 2: I also Popeyes. I would get Popeyes if I was
- 1:55:41Speaker 2: on on death bro, I love Popeye. Your death room
- 1:55:45Speaker 2: is Popeyes the Taie fried rice. Popeyes is so far?
- 1:55:51Speaker 2: Or you don't like Popeyes?
- 1:55:52Speaker 1: No, I like Popiees. Just when you said death row Popeyes,
- 1:55:54Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, that's a that's a bolt call. That's
- 1:55:57Speaker 1: so far. Popeye's is good.
- 1:55:58Speaker 2: I love Popeye. I love of love that trigger and Popeyes.
- 1:56:02Speaker 4: Buddy, I don't know if I'm going fast food, I'm
- 1:56:06Speaker 4: going sonic right.
- 1:56:08Speaker 2: What you're talking about a crunchy out supreme no tomatoes?
- 1:56:15Speaker 4: Now, best best fast food burger?
- 1:56:17Speaker 2: What's yours best fast food burger?
- 1:56:19Speaker 3: Water burger?
- 1:56:20Speaker 1: I'm think they got one out here now, Track Burgers.
- 1:56:29Speaker 1: It's not trash, but it's definitely not. It's definitely not
- 1:56:33Speaker 1: the top five, definitely not the love.
- 1:56:35Speaker 2: I'm super into a smash burger right now. I love
- 1:56:38Speaker 2: smash Burger. So like Steak and Shake, has a pretty
- 1:56:41Speaker 2: good burger.
- 1:56:43Speaker 1: Usually get the Frisco mill that's it's.
- 1:56:45Speaker 2: Slept on what's your favorite and announced my number one
- 1:56:49Speaker 2: burger of all time?
- 1:56:50Speaker 3: In and outs consistent, it's consistent, it's good, it's delicious,
- 1:56:53Speaker 3: it's freshers.
- 1:56:55Speaker 1: Five guys counted as fast food.
- 1:56:56Speaker 3: It's fast payment to go together, right I Uber each
- 1:57:01Speaker 3: five guys say, you talk about doubling down on.
- 1:57:03Speaker 2: The mortgage payment.
- 1:57:04Speaker 3: You're getting the hammered by the Uber Eats you know fee,
- 1:57:08Speaker 3: and then you're getting the expensive ass five guys where
- 1:57:11Speaker 3: it's like fifteen bucks for a burger.
- 1:57:13Speaker 2: Yeah, you guys, burger people, it hit pretty good.
- 1:57:17Speaker 3: Yeah, five guys.
- 1:57:20Speaker 4: The what n out loses in and out loses the
- 1:57:23Speaker 4: race When it comes to the.
- 1:57:26Speaker 2: Problem with all frieses, you got to eat them right
- 1:57:27Speaker 2: there when they're hot. If they get there's no shelf
- 1:57:29Speaker 2: life on it.
- 1:57:30Speaker 4: Hey, But just on the Uber Eats thing, bro, have
- 1:57:32Speaker 4: you noticed that when you put the tip in it's
- 1:57:33Speaker 4: like you go to the seventeen percent and it's like
- 1:57:35Speaker 4: eight bucks, but the order was twenty one dollars.
- 1:57:37Speaker 2: Yes, I really had.
- 1:57:38Speaker 4: That happened to me two days.
- 1:57:39Speaker 2: And then you get charged the service fee, which I
- 1:57:42Speaker 2: didn't know. So I'm like, oh, it's like twenty five bucks,
- 1:57:46Speaker 2: and then it's another like seven bucks, and somehow it's
- 1:57:49Speaker 2: like fifty two dollars. I'm like just not adding up.
- 1:57:51Speaker 2: And then I look at like, get what you get
- 1:57:53Speaker 2: ding for everything.
- 1:57:54Speaker 3: Then you get the four ninety nine for a priority
- 1:57:56Speaker 3: because I'm always getting the priority probably.
- 1:58:00Speaker 4: Yeah, like you said, you want your meals traveling around
- 1:58:03Speaker 4: the whole price, it's got to come right to.
- 1:58:05Speaker 3: You right away.
- 1:58:05Speaker 2: So here's a funny story. My buddy Lighton. He used
- 1:58:08Speaker 2: to drive like during COVID or right before COVID. He
- 1:58:12Speaker 2: lost his job and he was doing Uber Eats and
- 1:58:14Speaker 2: like door dash. He would eat fries on the way
- 1:58:17Speaker 2: to deliver the fries to people's houses.
- 1:58:21Speaker 4: Yeah, that's why they stay.
- 1:58:25Speaker 2: Up, Yes, stable, they put the stickers on there, not
- 1:58:28Speaker 2: tamper with. He was eating the food on the way.
- 1:58:30Speaker 2: You grab a fryar to bo jingles fry.
- 1:58:33Speaker 4: I don't I'm not as well versed on bojangless is

- 1:58:43Speaker 2: Good, dude, if you if you you know what I
- 1:58:46Speaker 2: got into McDonald's. I'm not the Burger King. The last
- 1:58:53Speaker 2: time anyone's like, yo, let's go to Burger King.
- 1:58:56Speaker 1: No, never, nobody's ever, not once.
- 1:58:58Speaker 2: Right, Hey, chicken frizes oky, oh, bro I had. I
- 1:59:02Speaker 2: was at Junior Murs Sports the other day to go
- 1:59:04Speaker 2: see my I had a bet on Golden Knights and Hurricanes,
- 1:59:08Speaker 2: my old engineer and uh, and the gold Knights obviously
- 1:59:11Speaker 2: won game one, so he had to take me to
- 1:59:13Speaker 2: launch and they had some curly fries in the lobby
- 1:59:14Speaker 2: because they're sponsored by Army's. Army's curly. Absolutely, it's so gas.
- 1:59:21Speaker 4: You know what, dude, if Yourby's hits so like the
- 1:59:24Speaker 4: the roast beef, bacon and cheese one that hits.
- 1:59:27Speaker 3: Their milkshias are good. But once I learned that their
- 1:59:30Speaker 3: their meat is made, it's stirred. It's liquid. It comes
- 1:59:33Speaker 3: in liquid, and they stir it.
- 1:59:35Speaker 4: Yes, dude, allegedly, I have to say that for legal reasons,
- 1:59:41Speaker 4: but I've used they stir it to make it and
- 1:59:43Speaker 4: That's when I was like, I can't have armies. I
- 1:59:44Speaker 4: can't eat stir what their Their meat comes in a
- 1:59:48Speaker 4: bag of like a liquid and stir until it gets
- 1:59:52Speaker 4: thicker and it becomes a meat. And that's what the
- 1:59:54Speaker 4: roast beef. There's no way, no body, I'm telling you no,
- 1:59:58Speaker 4: that's a crown.
- 1:59:59Speaker 3: No.
- 1:59:59Speaker 2: It might be like Sue Fla like this is not
- 2:00:02Speaker 2: It's in a bag of like boy, and they put
- 2:00:04Speaker 2: it in hot water to like cook it, dude, like Fla.
- 2:00:09Speaker 1: So you're saying that right there, there's what is this.
- 2:00:12Speaker 3: Contraption that chicken something something, chicken ham something, bacones. What
- 2:00:19Speaker 3: is that cold or something in there? Dude talking about

- 2:00:48Speaker 2: cheese free doos junior rap is so gas to have
- 2:00:51Speaker 2: you ever had that? I used to go to I
