- 0:24Well, hey guys, good evening.
- 0:26It is John C.
- 0:27Morley here, Serial Entrepreneur.
- 0:29It's February 21st, 2026.
- 0:32That date might not mean too much for
- 0:34you, but for me it's a special day.
- 0:36Today's my birthday, and I'm really grateful, first
- 0:39of all, to all the people that actually
- 0:41took the time and effort to wish me
- 0:43a happy birthday today.
- 0:45Thank you very, very much for making my
- 0:47day extra special.
- 0:48Had a wonderful day, and I'll be posting
- 0:51a thank you video on my feed later
- 0:53on because so many people said thank you
- 0:55on LinkedIn, on Facebook, and all over the
- 0:57place.
- 0:57Also want to let you know that the
- 0:59book, yes, the book, I am just about
- 1:02to write chapter 10, polish that off, and
- 1:05every chapter has a pause and reflect.
- 1:08It looks like the book's going to come
- 1:09out somewhere either late April, early, well, let's
- 1:16say May to very latest would be early
- 1:21June, but I'm pushing to probably see if
- 1:23we can get it out before that.
- 1:25Only a few more chapters to write.
- 1:26I've got 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,
- 1:29so about six chapters, so I figure I'll
- 1:31be done writing the book in about another
- 1:34week or less.
- 1:35And then the whole month of March, I'll
- 1:38be proofreading and going back and forth and
- 1:41doing some things, maybe adding some graphics or
- 1:45things like that in the book to make
- 1:48points stand out a little more, maybe one
- 1:51for each chapter.
- 1:52That's pretty much that.
- 1:53It is great to have you here.
- 1:55This is your very first time coming to
- 1:57Inspiration for Your Life.
- 1:57I want to say welcome and thank you.
- 1:59If you're coming back, I definitely want to
- 2:01say welcome back and thank you so much
- 2:03for choosing to come back and make this
- 2:06great information part of your day.
- 2:09And if you are people that want to
- 2:11improve your lives, you're definitely going to want
- 2:13to read my book.
- 2:14It is not a very long book.
- 2:16It's probably under 150 pages.
- 2:18It's going to be around 12 to 15
- 2:19chapters.
- 2:20If you go through each chapter the way
- 2:22I'm intending, it'll take you about 20 to
- 2:2430 minutes, and the reason is reading it
- 2:26and then going through the actual exercise, because
- 2:29it's one thing to read something, but then
- 2:31if you don't actually do it, well, that's
- 2:32kind of just like watching and not being
- 2:34involved.
- 2:35All right.
- 2:36So if you guys are new here or
- 2:39not, don't forget to check out BelieveMeAchieve.com
- 2:41for more of my amazing, of course, inspiring
- 2:43creations.
- 2:45And if you're thirsty, if you're hungry or
- 2:47what have you, whatever, go grab yourself something
- 2:49and come on back to the show.
- 2:51Let's kick this off.
- 2:51Oh, by the way, did I let you
- 2:52know that today, February 21st, Saturday, is a
- 2:55brand new Master Topic.
- 2:56We always start our Master Topics on a
- 2:58Saturday, and we finish them up on a
- 2:59Friday.
- 3:00That means that every single day that we
- 3:02have a topic, the Master Topic for the
- 3:04week, we have a granular topic each day.
- 3:07I can't wait to share this with you
- 3:09this evening.
- 3:10Again, you're tuned in Inspirations for Your Life.
- 3:12It's Series 5, Show 9, Episode 1.
- 3:16Are you guys ready for me to kick
- 3:17the show off?
- 3:18I know you are.
- 3:19All right.
- 3:20So it's all about owning your path, guys.
- 3:24Clarity, courage, and boundaries for peak living.
- 3:27That's what this entire week is about.
- 3:31So welcome, everyone, once again, to Inspirations for
- 3:34Your Life.
- 3:35I am, yes, John C.
- 3:37Morley, serial entrepreneur, and I am so privileged
- 3:39and pleasured to be here with you today.
- 3:40And every time I go live where I
- 3:42create content for you as being a serial
- 3:45entrepreneur, an engineer, a marketing specialist, video producer,
- 3:48podcast host, coach, keynote speaker, graduate student, and
- 3:51passionate lifelong learner.
- 3:53And pretty soon, guys, yes, I'll be a
- 3:55published author, and I'm really looking forward to
- 3:58that.
- 3:58So this episode this evening is about intentional
- 4:03living, deliberately making conscious choices, and taking control
- 4:07of your life seriously.
- 4:08So let's explore together 30 actionable viral style
- 4:13points that I think are going to really
- 4:15hit home with you to want to go
- 4:18forward in this.
- 4:20So it's all about awareness and conscious choice,
- 4:24helping you unlock clarity and confidence.
- 4:27And of course, guys, yes, momentum.
- 4:30I think that's a very, very big one
- 4:33for a lot of people is it's about
- 4:36momentum.
- 4:38So again, that is a very important one
- 4:41that I want to share with you.
- 4:43And I think a lot of people here
- 4:44watching tonight probably will say to me, hey,
- 4:47John, this is pretty cool.
- 4:48This is amazing.
- 4:49But how does all this work?
- 4:51Well, it works from your intention, but it
- 4:55doesn't just work by one thought.
- 4:56A thought turns into another thought.
- 4:58That thought turns into something that will tap
- 5:01you on the shoulder and say, hey, you
- 5:02better actually take some action and not just
- 5:05sit on the sidelines, right?
- 5:07You can't win a game, whether it's basketball,
- 5:09football, or anything else by just sitting on
- 5:11the sideline.
- 5:12So we're all about awareness tonight and this
- 5:14week and conscious choices that we make that
- 5:16help you unlock clarity and, of course, confidence
- 5:20and momentum.
- 5:20It is Saturday.
- 5:22It is February 21st, my birthday, 2026, if
- 5:28you're watching us live.
- 5:30And the first point I want to talk
- 5:31to you is about awareness.
- 5:33Awareness empowers your decisions and noticing patterns prevents
- 5:37autopilot mistakes.
- 5:39So you might say, John, why not be
- 5:41on autopilot?
- 5:42Well, when you're on autopilot, guys, you stop
- 5:44living intentionally.
- 5:46And so when you decide to be in
- 5:50the moment, autopilot kind of takes a siesta
- 5:53and you get to have a pretty amazing
- 5:55life.
- 5:56And again, you prevent the autopilot mistakes that
- 5:58often, let's say, pile up.
- 6:01Number two, guys, choosing intentionally unlocks freedom and
- 6:05personal power.
- 6:06Notice as I said, I said choosing intentionally.
- 6:10I didn't see being forced to go intentionally.
- 6:14Choosing intentionally is the only way it's going
- 6:15to work.
- 6:16And it's the only way that you'll understand
- 6:18that you have unlimited freedom and personal power.
- 6:22But it doesn't work when other people are
- 6:24trying to make you do it.
- 6:26That's why even in my book, I don't
- 6:28tell you you have to do it.
- 6:29I say if this resonates with you, then
- 6:32try this out because that's the whole thing.
- 6:36You know, I had some of my biggest
- 6:37breakthroughs or some of my challenging times in
- 6:40life.
- 6:41Most people would have given up, hung up
- 6:43the hat.
- 6:43The jacket said I had enough and just
- 6:45do something else.
- 6:46No, I keep pushing.
- 6:48Number three, guys, mindful pauses prevent impulsive mistakes
- 6:51from becoming regrets.
- 6:53Now, you might ask me, John, why are
- 6:55you writing this book or why is this
- 6:57going to be published?
- 6:58It's also going to be in audio as
- 6:59well because I believe I have a lot
- 7:01to tell the world, not just in this
- 7:03one book.
- 7:03And if I can share my knowledge and
- 7:07I can help people become more passionate and
- 7:11more intentional, you can have a better life
- 7:13sooner.
- 7:14All right.
- 7:15So remember those mindful pauses.
- 7:16They prevent the impulsive mistakes because we don't
- 7:19want to have regrets.
- 7:21Number four, guys, observing before acting multiplies clarity
- 7:26and results.
- 7:28Observing before acting multiplies clarity and results.
- 7:33Number five, guys, every choice trains your mind
- 7:36to respond with a purpose.
- 7:38Every choice you make starts to create almost
- 7:44like a pathway in your brain.
- 7:48And the more that you exercise your brain,
- 7:52the more that these choices become so natural.
- 7:56Not autopilot, but they become so natural.
- 7:58Just like writing a book.
- 8:00When I first started, I was like, ugh.
- 8:02But then after, you know, because I've done
- 8:03a lot of other articles and stuff, writing
- 8:05a book is different.
- 8:06I don't want to say it's harder.
- 8:08It's just different.
- 8:11And first of all, you know, a lot
- 8:12of times you write eight and a half
- 8:13by 11, but then like I'm going to
- 8:15six by nine format.
- 8:16And it's just interesting because you don't realize
- 8:21what's going on until you're, well, in the
- 8:23thick of it, usually into the second or
- 8:25third chapter.
- 8:26Number five, before I go on, I want
- 8:28to let you know that seeing that table
- 8:30of contents just, you know, accumulate as you
- 8:33build your chapters is a really amazing feeling.
- 8:38Every choice trains your mind to respond with
- 8:41purpose.
- 8:41So why don't we keep doing that every
- 8:43day?
- 8:43Number six, guys, small conscious actions compound into
- 8:48long-term growth.
- 8:49The small choices, not the big choices, guys,
- 8:52that's important.
- 8:53Number seven, detect distractions early.
- 8:57Avoid forbidden paths that drain your focus.
- 9:02What's a forbidden path?
- 9:04Well, let's say, for example, that you are,
- 9:07I don't know, let's say you're working on
- 9:10a project.
- 9:14And the project could be something as simple
- 9:16as reorganizing your closet.
- 9:21And a forbidden path might be to not
- 9:25play video games until your closet is done.
- 9:28To not go over and volunteer to help
- 9:31with your friend unless it's an emergency because
- 9:33that's just going to distract you and you're
- 9:36never going to get that closet cleaned out
- 9:37and you're going to get really frustrated.
- 9:38So detect distractions early.
- 9:41Avoid the forbidden paths that will drain your
- 9:44focus.
- 9:44Because the thing is this, just like success
- 9:46has patterns, so does forbidden paths.
- 9:49So does temptations have this same thing that
- 9:54I'm telling you about.
- 9:55And I think that's an important thing for
- 9:57us to really realize.
- 10:00Number eight, guys, awareness sharpens intuition to align
- 10:04choices with our goals.
- 10:08Awareness.
- 10:10And I've been talking a lot about awareness,
- 10:12I think, because I'm writing the book and
- 10:14also because when we focus on awareness and
- 10:17when we think about it from a lot
- 10:19of different perspectives, it gets us to see
- 10:23things that we never thought were possible.
- 10:27Again, it sharpens our intuition and it gets
- 10:30us on track to achieve our goals.
- 10:35Number nine, guys, please catch autopilot behaviors before
- 10:38they dominate you.
- 10:41Autopilot behaviors.
- 10:43Maybe, you know, you are home and you're
- 10:46studying, but then suddenly, you know, you're like,
- 10:50oh, let me just go watch this program
- 10:52on TV.
- 10:54Now, it's not structured.
- 10:56You go watch it before you know you
- 10:57watch another.
- 10:57That's an example of an autopilot.
- 10:59Another autopilot might be, oh, you know what,
- 11:02I really like this person.
- 11:07And autopilot just says, just put up with
- 11:10anything that's wrong.
- 11:12Autopilot says, you know what, I'm a good
- 11:14person and I always want to do something
- 11:16for people, even if I feel depleted, even
- 11:19if I feel mentally abused by that person,
- 11:24whether intentional or not.
- 11:26Recognizing patterns allows us to change things.
- 11:30Well, first, we have to recognize them.
- 11:32Number 10, conscious attention protects your energy from
- 11:36the waste.
- 11:37So when we are conscious about what we
- 11:39are doing today, that's what allows us to
- 11:45protect our energy.
- 11:46Many people say, oh, I don't have time
- 11:47to be conscious.
- 11:49My question is, why not?
- 11:51I don't know.
- 11:52I'm too busy.
- 11:52If you're too busy to be conscious, you're
- 11:56never going to be successful.
- 11:58Because you're just going to be on someone
- 12:00else's timeline.
- 12:02And that timeline may not be to increase
- 12:06or improve your own success.
- 12:09Number 11, guys, intentional choices reduce mental clutter
- 12:15and stress.
- 12:18Intentional choices reduce mental clutter and stress.
- 12:24Wow.
- 12:27That's one that I think we just can't,
- 12:30again, make up.
- 12:32When we're intentional, when we're in alignment with
- 12:35something, it's like life changes for us.
- 12:40Now, maybe not overnight.
- 12:43But I want to tell you that it
- 12:46does indeed change.
- 12:50Again, we have to think about it.
- 12:52We have to think about what it means.
- 12:55And why it means this.
- 12:59I think these are very important things.
- 13:02And sometimes people get lost or they get
- 13:03confused.
- 13:06It happens.
- 13:07I think sometimes people don't want to be
- 13:14that way.
- 13:15But they are that way just because of
- 13:18something that's, let's say, come over them.
- 13:23Okay?
- 13:24That's probably the best thing I can share
- 13:27with you.
- 13:30And I think sometimes we give up before
- 13:38we stand up.
- 13:39Or we give up before we even try.
- 13:44I remember in the grammar school, we were
- 13:47taught cursive handwriting.
- 13:49Now I don't think they even teach that
- 13:50anymore.
- 13:52And, you know, before I even tried to
- 13:56write the letter, I was like, oh, this
- 13:58letter is hard.
- 13:59An S is hard.
- 14:00A G is hard.
- 14:01An H is hard.
- 14:02And they're not hard.
- 14:03Or a J is hard.
- 14:05I had that mental perception.
- 14:07And I remember, you know, having the penmanship
- 14:10book was like, it wasn't a typical book.
- 14:13It was like a longer book.
- 14:15It was a short book.
- 14:16And every day we'd practice a letter, like
- 14:18A, B.
- 14:19Then we would practice certain words, even vowels.
- 14:22Which is kind of fun, actually.
- 14:24So number 12, guys, important.
- 14:28Observe your outcomes to guide better future decisions.
- 14:33Observe your outcomes.
- 14:38Observe them.
- 14:39Not because you have to, but because you
- 14:42should want to observe them.
- 14:46And maybe you're saying to me, John, I
- 14:47don't know why things are going the way
- 14:53they are.
- 14:54But maybe it comes down to the fact
- 14:56that you put a perception in your mind
- 14:59that you can't be successful.
- 15:03Now, these are just mind thoughts.
- 15:06But these mind thoughts can actually rob us
- 15:08of our potential to have abundance in our
- 15:11life.
- 15:12Whether that's health, finances, academics, and so many
- 15:17other things.
- 15:18So when we put a thought in our
- 15:21head, we've got to be mindful of how
- 15:23we talk to ourselves.
- 15:24So observe the outcomes, and that will guide
- 15:27you to have better decisions that you can
- 15:30make so your future will be brighter.
- 15:34Now, I don't say this to scare you,
- 15:36but I say this to make you aware
- 15:38of things in life.
- 15:41That's the most important thing.
- 15:43Number 13, awareness builds self-trust, knowing you
- 15:47can handle consequences.
- 15:58Awareness builds self-trust, knowing you can handle
- 16:01consequences.
- 16:05Knowing you can handle consequences.
- 16:07And I think that's an important thing to
- 16:10understand.
- 16:12Because when we get a consequence, we think
- 16:15that everything's over, but really the consequence is
- 16:17about us learning that we have more potential
- 16:20than we thought was even possible.
- 16:23Right?
- 16:28And I know that can be scary, especially
- 16:31when you're on a path yourself or seeming
- 16:33to do something.
- 16:34I'll tell you a lot of times, serial
- 16:35entrepreneurship, it's lonely.
- 16:39And if you are not driven, if you're
- 16:42not motivated, you're going to give up.
- 16:46Because it's not an easy road.
- 16:50No one said success was easy.
- 16:52We said it was doable, but we didn't
- 16:55say it was easy.
- 16:56So awareness builds self-trust, knowing you can
- 16:59handle the consequences.
- 17:00But you've got to believe in your whole
- 17:02mind, heart, and soul that you can actually
- 17:05do this.
- 17:05If you can't, then you're going to keep
- 17:08being in a problem.
- 17:11Okay?
- 17:12And that's going to be hard to overcome.
- 17:18Number 14, mindful observation prevents repeated mistakes.
- 17:25Mindful observation, not just watching something like a
- 17:28TV set, but actually being like, huh, well,
- 17:31that's what's going on.
- 17:32Oh, so that's where we get this from,
- 17:34or that's why I'm reacting that way, or
- 17:36that's why he or she's reacting that way.
- 17:40When we look at the situation and there's
- 17:42data, and we can see how things are
- 17:45happening, we can affect the data by making
- 17:49a change.
- 17:51Number 15, guys, pausing before responding ensures deliberate
- 17:55action, and it beats reaction.
- 18:00Somebody asked you a question.
- 18:02Don't feel like you have to give them
- 18:05the answer right away.
- 18:08Pause.
- 18:09This is why people love the telephone, because
- 18:12when you're on the telephone, you say, you
- 18:13know what, that's a great question.
- 18:16I need to give you a call back.
- 18:17I just got another call, whether they did
- 18:19or not.
- 18:20That kind of gets them off the phone.
- 18:21When will I hear from you?
- 18:22I'm not sure.
- 18:22Let me take care of this call, and
- 18:24I'll give you a call back.
- 18:25If it's not today, probably a day or
- 18:26two.
- 18:27And people kind of accept that, because the
- 18:29other call's there, and it's like, you've got
- 18:30to get off, right?
- 18:31But when somebody's in person, you say, well,
- 18:33gee, I need time to think about it.
- 18:34Okay, great.
- 18:35We'll take some time, and I'll be right
- 18:36here.
- 18:36And they think that because you're right in
- 18:39front of them, that suddenly they have the
- 18:41right to demand that you give them an
- 18:43answer now.
- 18:44Somebody does that, just like, I appreciate that
- 18:47you have consulted me with this, and right
- 18:53now I need to sleep on it.
- 18:54Or right now I need some more time
- 18:56before I can give you an answer.
- 18:58I hope you won't mind me taking a
- 19:02day or two so I can actually think
- 19:05about this logically.
- 19:09Number 16, recognize harmful habits before they gain
- 19:14momentum.
- 19:17What do I mean by that?
- 19:19If something you're doing, if it's a habit
- 19:22you're doing, is causing you to have negative
- 19:26harmful effects, that could be gaining weight.
- 19:30Maybe you're like, oh, gee, I've got to
- 19:32snack every day.
- 19:33Well, is snacking every day okay?
- 19:37Or are you getting excessive with it?
- 19:41That's where we have to kind of ask
- 19:43these kind of questions.
- 19:45Number 17, being present increases effectiveness in every
- 19:49task that you choose to take.
- 19:53What does it mean to be present?
- 19:55Well, I'm present with you right now, but
- 19:57are all of you present right now with
- 19:59me?
- 20:02The way you can tell is, are you
- 20:05paying attention?
- 20:06Now, regardless of if you're driving or something
- 20:07else, are you still present?
- 20:08Are you still thinking about what I'm talking
- 20:12about?
- 20:12Or are you, let's say, let your mind
- 20:15wander and say, gee, I wonder what I'm
- 20:17going to have for breakfast.
- 20:18Or I wonder what I'm going to have
- 20:19for lunch or what I'm going to have
- 20:19for dinner.
- 20:20Or I wonder what I'm doing to get
- 20:21to the office.
- 20:22That's not being present.
- 20:23And if you do those kinds of behaviors
- 20:28and you're not present, you are cheating yourself.
- 20:32You are cheating yourself.
- 20:36Number 18, guys, awareness transforms obstacles into opportunities
- 20:40for growth.
- 20:41The awareness of a situation allows you to
- 20:45get clarity.
- 20:47Allows you to experience something.
- 20:49If you're not aware of it, then you
- 20:54might just let it go.
- 20:57You might miss a very big opportunity because
- 21:00you weren't aware of something.
- 21:02Now, I want to share something with you.
- 21:05I've used this analogy before, and I've said,
- 21:07guys, you know, how many of you out
- 21:09there think that there's a lot of white
- 21:11cars on the road?
- 21:12I drive a white car.
- 21:14Now, those of you who drive white cars,
- 21:16oh, yeah, there's a lot of white cars.
- 21:17Now, maybe you drive a different color car.
- 21:20It could be blue, it could be red,
- 21:22green, black, whatever.
- 21:24And if I ask you the question, same
- 21:27question, you're going to be like, oh, no,
- 21:28John, there's not that many white cars.
- 21:29But I'll tell you what there are a
- 21:30lot of.
- 21:31I'll say, what?
- 21:31Black.
- 21:32Really?
- 21:33What color car do you drive?
- 21:35Black.
- 21:36You see how that works?
- 21:37See your perception because you're focusing on black.
- 21:40You're looking for black.
- 21:41When you're looking for success, your mind is
- 21:44like this processor that's kind of going out
- 21:48and saying, hey, what can I look for
- 21:50success?
- 21:50When you look for failure, it's like, oh,
- 21:52I've got to find something to prove failure
- 21:53to you.
- 21:54Right?
- 21:57Awareness transforms obstacles into opportunities for amazing growth
- 22:02and success.
- 22:04Number 19, guys, seeing forbidden or harmful paths
- 22:07keeps your energy aligned.
- 22:09What does that mean, seeing forbidden or
- 22:19harmful paths?
- 22:21Well, it keeps your energy aligned in that
- 22:24particular way.
- 22:26And I have said alignment is good, but
- 22:28alignment could be bad.
- 22:31Alignment could be bad or alignment could be
- 22:34good.
- 22:34So if you are constantly doing negative things
- 22:37or things that are draining your energy, whether
- 22:40it's you or other people, and you keep
- 22:42doing that, it's harmful.
- 22:43Your energy is going to stay that way.
- 22:45It's going to stay stuck until you make
- 22:47a choice to change.
- 22:48See, many people don't make the choice to
- 22:50change.
- 22:51You know why?
- 22:51Because they're comfortable doing what they're doing.
- 22:55And they're a little scared about what the
- 22:57other side is going to be like.
- 22:59Number 20, guys, conscious choices create alignment between
- 23:03values and the actions.
- 23:06Conscious choices.
- 23:08Those are not just choices that just fell
- 23:10in from the sky.
- 23:12These are choices, okay, that will create alignment
- 23:18between values and actions.
- 23:21Maybe the choice is you want to be
- 23:24a better listener.
- 23:26So a conscious choice might be when somebody
- 23:28is there, you're going to listen and you're
- 23:31not going to butt in.
- 23:33And maybe you're going to make some eye
- 23:35contact.
- 23:35Maybe you're going to just listen and try
- 23:39to understand what they're saying, but not trying
- 23:41to rebut into anything.
- 23:42That's important, guys.
- 23:45Number 21, notices and noticing your impulses.
- 23:52Mastering them will give you freedom.
- 23:54So impulses happen for lots of reasons.
- 23:56Maybe you're in a store, and suddenly, you
- 23:58know, there's all this garbage.
- 24:00I call it garbage.
- 24:01The things you don't need at the register.
- 24:03But a lot of people buy them.
- 24:05You know why?
- 24:06Because it's an impulse trigger.
- 24:09Maybe you're at a restaurant or you're at
- 24:11a movie theater, and you just bought tickets.
- 24:13And you walk in, and suddenly, you see
- 24:15this picture of an icy cold drink or
- 24:17this ice cream or popcorn ever.
- 24:20And it's an impulse buy.
- 24:22Or maybe you sit down at the theater,
- 24:24and suddenly, you're like, hey, don't forget the
- 24:26snacks.
- 24:26We've got the juice.
- 24:28We've got the soda.
- 24:29Oh, and we've got popcorn.
- 24:30We've got pretzels and lots of other great,
- 24:35tasty, and delicious stuff.
- 24:36And your favorite candies, too.
- 24:38So head on over to the snack bar.
- 24:40Before the movie starts, you only have a
- 24:42little time left.
- 24:44See how that kind of they use the
- 24:46timing thing to make it seem urgent.
- 24:49Because you don't want to be in the
- 24:50movie, right, and not have a snack.
- 24:54Number 22, awareness improves focus, and focus improves
- 24:59results.
- 25:01Awareness improves our focus.
- 25:05Let me give you an example.
- 25:08Let's say right now you want to focus
- 25:09on being calm.
- 25:10Now, if you're driving, obviously, don't do this.
- 25:12Focus on your heart right now.
- 25:15If you're not driving, put your hand on
- 25:16your heart.
- 25:18Can you feel your heart's beating?
- 25:20Can you become aware of that sensation, not
- 25:24only in your heart muscle, but inside of
- 25:28your hand, right, the palm of your hand?
- 25:35And the more aware you become, the more
- 25:41relaxed you get.
- 25:44Number 23, guys, observing patterns allows intentional course
- 25:50correction.
- 25:50I've said to you before, there are things
- 25:52out there, but if we don't know what
- 25:54we're measuring or even how to measure it,
- 25:57we can't make a change.
- 26:02We wouldn't know what to change or what
- 26:05to do.
- 26:06If we suddenly learn that we're in a
- 26:08restaurant business, and we learn that people are
- 26:11leaving early, and we understand it's because the
- 26:18food doesn't taste good, or because the food
- 26:24is too spicy, and we learn that, we
- 26:27change those parameters, and now we're ready to
- 26:31fix it.
- 26:33Number 24, guys, awareness strengthens decision-making muscles.
- 26:42Mindful choices compound into personal power.
- 26:46Recognize distractions in your life as the first
- 26:48step to consistent progress.
- 26:51Number 27, awareness turns hesitation into clarity and
- 26:54confidence.
- 26:55Remember, energy drains deliberately to preserve focus.
- 26:59Conscious living interrupts automatic behaviors.
- 27:04Lastly, awareness is the gateway to purposeful, high
- 27:09-impact action.
- 27:10Living deliberately is about choosing awareness over autopilot,
- 27:14guys.
- 27:14By observing your thoughts, focusing energy, and acting
- 27:18intentionally, you gain clarity, confidence, momentum, while avoiding
- 27:24distractions that drain your full potential.
- 27:27Every small conscious choice compounds into long-term
- 27:31growth, self-trust, and personal power.
