  [SPEAKER_00]: he wasn't playing any defense right on the other day and it appears that the reason is he's injured so he will be down for the rest of the year unfortunately some of them pick it could end up working out for them roster wise just like red shirt year for Parker he was getting ready to compete I don't know that he was going to make the roster this year obviously you never want to see anybody get injured but um rehab compete

  [SPEAKER_00]: So that's kind of the different roster moves that they have made today.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I mentioned it was a weird practice.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It was full pads for most of the practice.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And then about three quarters, 80%, 85% of the way through practice.

  [SPEAKER_00]: they took the pads off and then continued on.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, the reason being Liam Cohen explained after practices, they wanted to go full for the entire practice.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But like that was their scheduled plan, but they ended up having to pivot just because they felt like it was not in their best interest to go full practice 11 on 11 and 7 on 7 and banging consistently when they have a joint practice a couple of days from now and they've been dealing with so many injuries.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They want to get there guys ready to go for joint practices and that's gonna be more important work overall.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Things could obviously change, could change, as Liam Cohen mentioned, they planned on having a full padded practice today, even more 11 on 11 than they did, they had to end up kind of pivoting off of that.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They're trying to not only cross train everybody to be prepared for different eventualities, different situations that might arise, but they're also, I think, experimenting with potential lineups.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So I think they're not rushing him into the starting line up or anything like that, but they're taking a look at some different things.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, there was not much to speak of after that third-down run for Chris Rodriguez and it wasn't a heavy running day over all today.
