- 0:04Speaker 1: Hi, Paul Lakis, Reverend Paul Slakis, during this holiday season,
- 0:09Speaker 1: all faiths and spiritual and no faith, whatever you believe
- 0:14Speaker 1: in is okay by me, and hopefully okay by those
- 0:18Speaker 1: all around you, and with compassion, with love, with peace
- 0:23Speaker 1: in your heart and soul. So this is our last
- 0:26Speaker 1: twenty twenty five newsletter, and it has been a great,
- 0:32Speaker 1: great year. Actually, our programming has increased in viewership up
- 0:37Speaker 1: to four million impressions and live views, and it's and
- 0:44Speaker 1: the audience there in Times Square. So I'll just once
- 0:47Speaker 1: again remind you all and we sure could use your
- 0:50Speaker 1: help in volunteering and sponsorships and help us find that
- 0:56Speaker 1: philanthropist who says, okay, twenty four years years, yes, okay,
- 1:01Speaker 1: forty years in business. We were doing a lot of things. Hey,
- 1:04Speaker 1: we were just awarded. I was awarded a distinguished Community
- 1:08Speaker 1: Service award by Baroque Wall Street Club, and that was
- 1:13Speaker 1: through my good buddy Jason Sheila and that group there
- 1:18Speaker 1: with the vice president of Federal Reserve and some big
- 1:22Speaker 1: law firms and corporations, and I was the only one selected.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Community service is what we do, good news. And so
- 1:32Speaker 1: actually this last two months I've been working on mental
- 1:34Speaker 1: illness with a bill that's eighteen seventeen coming up only
- 1:39Speaker 1: for three weeks in the government of New York State
- 1:43Speaker 1: for more drug treatment and drug research is what it's
- 1:48Speaker 1: all about. So in our newsletter this week you can
- 1:52Speaker 1: read up about that and some of the opportunities to
- 1:56Speaker 1: be involved when speaking to your politician in your community.
- 2:02Speaker 1: But good newsletter, Peace on Earth, goodwill to all, including
- 2:05Speaker 1: our animals and our plans who were related to us
- 2:09Speaker 1: by far I wonder for also say that we have
- 2:13Speaker 1: a co op. I've been living here forty years and
- 2:17Speaker 1: my roommate is moving on, has gotten transferred to the
- 2:21Speaker 1: out of the country. And it's two bedroom. It's a
- 2:24Speaker 1: gorgeous apartment. I'll have to say it was the best
- 2:28Speaker 1: thing I ever did on West Adia Street here in
- 2:30Speaker 1: New York. And the backyard I have an Asian backyard
- 2:34Speaker 1: and it's a two bedroom, two bath, a skylights, a
- 2:38Speaker 1: big piano in air, and it is the one thing
- 2:41Speaker 1: I somehow was able to do and bought an early time.
- 2:47Speaker 1: But it would be considered you got half a bathroom now,
- 2:51Speaker 1: so it's worth a lot. But more importantly, it's home
- 2:54Speaker 1: and it looks like home. So go and you can
- 2:56Speaker 1: click on it and see it March March first. That
- 3:01Speaker 1: it's a roommate's share, Okay, So that's another opportunity that
- 3:07Speaker 1: if you know somebody. I've had wonderful vice presidents of
- 3:10Speaker 1: big corporations. I've lived here, students getting PhDs. I've lived here.
- 3:15Speaker 1: I've been doing this for twenty plus years because I
- 3:18Speaker 1: also rooms are not easy in New York and we
- 3:22Speaker 1: need more rooms, and I have an extra room, so
- 3:27Speaker 1: why not share it? And that's my heart and my soul,
- 3:30Speaker 1: all right? So look at our Earth Day kinds of
- 3:32Speaker 1: things this week. Randy Edelman going to do Carnegie Hall. Okay,
- 3:38Speaker 1: tomorrow night. You have Kathya Greneva who's been performing with
- 3:41Speaker 1: us for years. She's doing it on the twenty six.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Then the Film Awards Family Film Awards are Saturday night.
- 3:49Speaker 1: We've been involved with that as well. Did some great interviews,
- 3:54Speaker 1: one about outer space and about Mars now making food.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Maybe make it in the sky and bring it down
- 4:03Speaker 1: to Earth so you don't pollute the country, the land
- 4:06Speaker 1: of the world. It's an interesting interview. I learned some
- 4:10Speaker 1: good things about that that I have a piece Nick
- 4:12Speaker 1: also talking to us and a smart man and Alicia.
- 4:18Speaker 1: She's written a marvelous book about her life and her time.
- 4:22Speaker 1: So we have links to go to all see those
- 4:24Speaker 1: kinds of wonderful people doing wonderful things. And we always
- 4:29Speaker 1: are promoting our good friend in Caroso on WR seven

- 5:11Speaker 1: supporting us all these years. As we are. Good news
- 5:15Speaker 1: started July fourth, nineteen ninety eight. Oh my god, lots
- 5:19Speaker 1: of shows. You got a good news broadcast too on
- 5:21Speaker 1: YouTube join us with eighteen thousand subscribers, and that's good
- 5:26Speaker 1: because we've had them a long time. So it means
- 5:29Speaker 1: that people want to hear about good news. And that's
- 5:32Speaker 1: good because the world has mostly good news. It doesn't
- 5:37Speaker 1: it's not represented properly, thinking that the world isn't good
- 5:41Speaker 1: and news is just half an hour out of twenty
- 5:43Speaker 1: four hours. The rest of the times, all good, all right.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Thanks
