• 0:02
SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Ascension Alchemist Podcast.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_00: This is your host, Michael Abramson, and I'm excited to share on this solo episode a very special topic.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: But first and foremost, I'd like to welcome each and every one of you.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for all your comments.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for listening to us and really following with your hearts as we know this wonderful podcast is focused on your embodiment and alignment of your divine design.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: And today it goes hand in hand with the question that I would like to ask each and every one of you is how does your values determine your God-given purpose?
• 0:49
SPEAKER_00: Because right now I feel many of us are diving deep with him and discovering a whole new aspect, remembering what we came here to do and to live in that full embodiment.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: And today starts just a wonderful conversation around the area of really looking deeper into the true values that are within versus maybe society, environmental, or old outdated values that we may have somehow been conditioned and programmed.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: For I know I absolutely love and have the deepest passion to help guide people into understanding their true values, allowing them to empower themselves to become the greatest version of themselves and really discovering what's within them.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: That's why many of you know that I'm very deeply engaged in mentoring and helping individuals discover their own passion.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_00: And I feel at the core level, it really goes to their values and to what I see and what I believe is what's been embedded into our blueprint the moment that we were born.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_00: Yet it's interesting because I find within when I work with people and those upon this wonderful journey of ascension that when I ask them what do they want, a lot of them ask, Well, I don't know, which is a great answer.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: Actually, it's one of the best answers because it's resetting maybe what the mind wants versus what the heart really truly values.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: And so to me, I believe that our values are such an important level of awareness in allowing our God-given purpose to be brought forward.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_00: You know, when I was a child, I had a lot of deep conversations.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: And some of my friends could take, and others were very intrigued because I would immediately spark up a conversation, say, Well, what do you want to do when you grow up?
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: What is it that you want?
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: And some of them would, you know, I would like to follow my father and his family business.
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: Others would like to say, I want them to be a superhero, which I'd get very excited about.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: And some, of course, want no.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: Yet I felt within me there was like this inner spark that would like to ignite the fire within an individual.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_00: And I felt that inner spark was this divine essence that was coming through in curiosity, in joy, and of course in playfulness, to just bring the intriguing question of what is our destiny?
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: What is our God-given purpose?
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: What are we here really to do?
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: Because at the end of the day, when we look at this external world, there's been already a story.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: There's been all of, let's just say, these pegs that have been inserted that we can easily fit into.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: Yet for those that are not here just to live the normal life, those that are here that know they have a purpose, then it becomes a greater value to understand what is our God-given purpose.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: And it's not always easy.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: I remember when I was traveling in Bali and I was meeting with an enlightened healer, and it really struck my ego down because after feeling like I was upon the journey, I knew what my values were, I felt like I knew what my purpose was.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: At the end of the session, she said, you know, you're living in two worlds.
• 5:09
  SPEAKER_00: And I said, I don't understand.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: She goes, there is a split energy that you're living.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: One world you're living in, and another world you're living in at the same time.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: But it's important to choose which world.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: And it really stumped me.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: I kind of went out feeling a little confused and thinking I knew myself.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: And I was young at the time, I was in my 30s, and of course, my egoic brain was a little insulted because I felt I've been doing this spiritual journey for a while, but I sat with it and I started to look at wow, am I living the truth of who I am, the values that are innately within me, or am I still living this external world of people pleasing, living to the expectations of others, finding validation and security from the outer world versus inside?
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: And most importantly, was I truly living what was valuable for me versus what I felt valuable to the external world?
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: Because it can be quite interesting when we just start to look at values, when we start to look at what we place, what matters most in front of us.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: And we're still shifting, you know.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: When I speak to many mothers or when I speak to ones that, you know, caretakers, even myself, we tend to put everyone else in front of us and put ourselves last, which just like our values, sometimes we're doing things in which they don't necessarily align with us.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: You know, we can say that we value family, yet we are overworking and sometimes we don't give enough time to family.
• 7:01
SPEAKER_00: Or we say that we value our health and well-being, but somehow we're disregarding our nutritional habits, or we value our growth, but somewhere we're avoiding discomfort.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: It's so interesting when we look deeper into what values are important to us and what we're truly living and embodying, versus sometimes just following what the external values are because they still are important.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: You know, we want to be loving to our neighbor just as loving to ourselves.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: We want to serve and show up as the sacred beings we are.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: Yet, do we sometimes step back in defining what our true value is and what we're here to bring forth in our God-given purpose?
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: Once I started to recognize this, it put me on a huge journey because I started to realize that some of the values that I had growing up weren't necessarily mine.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: They were learned, they were familial, and they were conditioned.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: And I had to start to step back and recognize, hmm, are these the values I want to live in?
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: And is this guiding me to where I feel I'm going to be happy and joyful in my life?
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: You know, I had to really use a great level of discipline, which by the way, if you want to follow an amazing podcast by my beloved Honey Borden, the episode before this, she speaks about that art of discipline.
• 8:53
SPEAKER_00: And I feel this art of discipline is to stay focused on what values we want to live by versus other people's values.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: And I'm still breaking these old beliefs and programs.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_00: I'm still breaking that focusing on myself without having to focus on how others see me and judge myself by that.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: So when it comes down to it, you can may you may ask yourself, when you look at your values, you can even ask yourself, what is it that I value?
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: And maybe even place your hands over your heart so that you can just allow the mind just to shift to the side and just feel what is it that I value?
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: Breathe into your heart and feel that.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_00: And then maybe ask yourself a question where's my time, energy, attention, and focus going toward these values.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: And give yourself another breath.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_00: And then finally ask, where am I out of alignment and living my values?
• 10:12
SPEAKER_00: Because what I'm aware of is when I start practicing, when I start speaking of these values, when I start giving light to these values and embodying them, they start to live through me.
• 10:33
SPEAKER_00: And what happens if your true values have already been destined for you to live, embody, and allow that to become into your full greatest version of yourself.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: You know, my dad used to say, son, follow the breadcrumbs of life.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: You may not know where you're going, but just follow the little signals, follow the breadcrumbs, follow the bird seeds, and then your purpose will start to reveal itself.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: What happens if you start to follow your values, and that reveals your God-given purpose?
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: Because one thing that I find that's very empowering is to ask yourself this.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: What is important to my life?
• 11:41
SPEAKER_00: What is important to me?
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: Because do you realize what is important to you?
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: It's what you're already good at and what you value.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: Now imagine this, go deeper.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_00: What happens if what is important to you, what gives you value, you're already good at, it now just becomes an opportunity to follow that journey and to see how all those areas of importance, all those areas of values are now guiding you to your destiny, guiding you to your God-given purpose.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_00: Because now it doesn't become about work anymore.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: You feel the love of maybe serving people.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: You feel the love of enjoying cooking.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: You feel the love of traveling, and these values start to move intrinsically to even deeper core values that are now coming up as a person of influence, as a leader, as one that's destined to be a beacon of light, a way shower, one that is you're in your family lineage, and all of a sudden, you now become the one in your family that hasn't, that's now breaking all of the limitations, and you're now truly bringing up your divine value, and then your purpose and your God-given nature is ascending right towards you.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: Because I promise, just by shining a little light, making a list of your values, bringing awareness, it's gonna naturally start to open up this pathway.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: This what I call a treasure hunt.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: I say a treasure hunt because when I was younger, my friends and I, specifically one, we would love to go out into the woods and look for a treasure.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: We would like to visualize, pretend that there is this hidden treasure, and that once we find this treasure, it's gonna give us all the gems and gold and all of our dreams are gonna come true.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: That's why when I grew up, some of my favorite movies, which marks my age, Goonies, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Never Ending Story, was all about finding this treasure.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: Well, what happens if right now your journey is to discover your true values, not societal values, not what we hear, see, and what we have to do to fit in or look good or be enough dependent upon the external environment.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: What is it within ourself that we know is so vital to our life that it's like I can't live without because this is my value and this is what's important to me, becomes your ultimate key to opening up your divine destiny, your true God-given purpose.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: And all you have to do is start listing your values, feeling your values, and they become keys to start to elevate yourself in finding what your true purpose is.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_00: Because I truly feel each of us were given this life not only to succeed, not only to thrive, but to bring our inherent God-given gifts to serve.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: And again, this takes great discipline.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: Discipline to stay focused, discipline to keep following what your heart says and not your mind, to follow what you love to do versus what you think you may want based upon a limitation that you're satisfying.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: You know, many times when I ask, what do you want?
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: we immediately think, what we need.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: Yet that may not fulfill our God-given purpose because what we need might be coming out of a lack or limitation.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_00: Even if it's what do I want?
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes we're fulfilling an area that feels of deficiency, that it's not presence.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: So I say, what do you want more as a soft light term is what is it that your heart desires?
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: What values do you feel that are already within you, that are guiding you already?
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: And then it becomes your true divine discipline to connect the dots.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_00: Dot the odds, dot the i's, cross the t's, and allow those values to lead to your purpose.
• 17:02
SPEAKER_00: And what's so interesting is I've recognized within myself, the more I harness these true divine values within myself, they're starting to open up the gifts that I'm here to serve to this world.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_00: And sometimes these gifts are so deeply hidden below the fears, below the limited beliefs, and below the conditions that it requires a deeper passion, a deeper discipline, a deeper courage, perseverance, and consistency to keep coming back into what I truly value.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: And that comes to what I truly love.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_00: And what I truly love feels like it's guiding me to my divine purpose.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_00: So I share this to actually serve as an igniter, as a catalyst to ask you that's listening right now, what values do I cherish that I adore, that are so important to me that makes my life feel like a wellspring?
• 18:16
SPEAKER_00: What values within me that just bring such this truth bump, goosebump sensation that starts to ignite deeper curiosity of saying, wow, what I value, what is important to me, I'm already good enough.
• 18:36
SPEAKER_00: So as we look at value, we have to bring right in with worth because we know worth is what we're deserving or what we feel that we're enough.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: Imagine what you're already thinking, feeling of importance and value.
• 18:55
  SPEAKER_00: You're already good enough.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: You already own that worth, which makes you fully capable, ready to receive that.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: Because God gave that to you when you were born, it was imprinted in your divine DNA, and as a soul, we chose what we were coming into to embark upon this divine journey, this divine purpose, and then allow ourselves not only to seed that into this wonderful earth journey, but to live it an embodiment and align it to our highest joy, happiness, and love, our natural baseline.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_00: Now, if that doesn't excite you because I'm feeling pretty excited, then I don't know what can bring the next level.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: Because to me, when I say value, all of a sudden it brings me back to where I come from.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: And where I come from, I know it is from source, God Almighty.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: And that ignites this feeling that if I am, we are, this expression of wonderful divinity, God essence, then all of the values, the divine virtues, the principles of life that are already inherent within us are now just here to embody and live by example.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: Imagine your values that are inherited within you.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_00: It just becomes a matter of bringing them into your present well-being.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_00: Which you may ask, how does that look like?
• 20:44
SPEAKER_00: I ask myself that each day.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: And so what I ask myself is, how can I bring that presence of the value that I really seek, especially now, of peace, of greater love for myself, and this joy that I can now start to focus and merge into each thought, into each feeling, to each motion, emotion, and most importantly, into the actions of each day that is given to me.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: It requires a great amount of discipline.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_00: It requires a daily practice.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_00: But what I'll say is in bringing that awareness to those beautiful values, that maybe it's giving you the opportunity to start pondering.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: Because you know your values may have changed when you were five, when you were 10, when you were 15, when you were 20, when you were 30 of the external.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_00: Yet there's been these internal values that require us to start to look deeper.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: And like I said, it's this beautiful duality of the world.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: That we get to see our outer environment and how it may condition and program and see a shifting, and then once again come back to our internal environment and see what speaks truth.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: Because I know the greater we become aware of our true values, it starts to embark upon our true divine design.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: And then what happens if purpose is just part of the journey?
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: Where no longer you're chasing it, it's the becoming of it.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: And that's why sometimes these triggers or treasures, these challenges or these stepping stones to our higher self, these hurts and pains messages are just part of the journey so that we can define what we really are within us.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: This incredible divine being of light, to not only move through them, but serve as an example to each and every one of us.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: You know, sometimes we ask what our God-given purpose is, and it can be so simple.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: It could be so simple that I'm here just to spread the kindness of my heart.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_00: It could be so easy that I'm here just to serve as an anchor of stability and strength for my family.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be anything enormous or it can be phenomenal beyond this word world.
• 23:40
SPEAKER_00: The reason I share this today is because I feel many of us are shifting from our old identity and into our true identity, which requires us to shift our values of where we may put a lot of our energy on the external focus and then dive deep in to see what my values within that have been all along.
• 24:07
SPEAKER_00: Now, of course, that may seem selfish to those that feel that old program is like I can't put myself first, or if I value myself too much, that may be selfish.
• 24:19
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 24:21
SPEAKER_00: When the plane goes down, the air mask goes over yourself first before the others.
• 24:25
SPEAKER_00: So when I say the values that you create in yourself are what you can also share to everyone else.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: And I feel what you value most are the essential elements of what gifts you're here to share.
• 24:44
SPEAKER_00: And that can help many people that may still be on this journey of still questioning what their God-given purpose is.
• 24:52
  SPEAKER_00: So let me know.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_00: How does this sound for you when you hear this and you're still thinking, what is my purpose?
• 25:01
  SPEAKER_00: What are my values?
• 25:03
SPEAKER_00: What happens if I connect the dots and I just start feeling and scanning my life and going back to what has always felt right in my heart?
• 25:16
SPEAKER_00: What has always felt truthful in me?
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: And what happens if the signs have been all around you and you connect the dots from each career, each phase, each relationship?
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: There still were these core values that felt so important that you know that you cannot shift or change because they were given to you since the minute you were born.
• 25:41
SPEAKER_00: This is what I love to do when I'm mentoring, when I'm assisting individuals.
• 25:47
SPEAKER_00: Even when I work with the men, which my next wonderful online conscious evolved men's group, which will be in two weeks, Thursday, April 30th, is that I help engage because I know I'm an activator to help men and women, but on these online conscious evolved circles, I help them remember and guide them back to their true divine purpose by asking these questions.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: And for those that know me, I like to go deep.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: The depth of our conversations allow this connection from the heart to the soul.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_00: And it opens up the opportunity to what I see are creating new realities within ourselves so that we can see, plant, and allow that to unfold before us.
• 26:41
SPEAKER_00: The greatest truth within us are the values that have already been seated within us.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_00: And when we can embody those values, when we can live by those values, and when we can act through those values, then watch what person you are becoming.
• 27:06
SPEAKER_00: Because then your purpose, your God-given purpose naturally starts to flow.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: And it may just be a moment of awareness and communicating it to yourself.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_00: Take that time with a journal, go out into nature, sit quietly in these days, in the springtime where there is so much life force energy to lock on what it is.
• 27:41
SPEAKER_00: And again, even if not knowing what your core values are may create the perfect opportunities to remember what your divine values are, because they were placed within us and they are allowing us to now move that into our divine design and create the perfect opportunity to help and serve so many in this time.
• 28:13
SPEAKER_00: It's such a blessing to know that we in this incarnation have such an infinite potential to bring forth such great change in this time, and that it may be you listening right now and connecting to that one core value that gives you that exciting new topic, song, book, career that becomes the catalyst of what your God-given purpose is.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_00: And all along it's been this beautiful diamond in the rough.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_00: And all you had to do was go deep and clear the rocks, clear the debris, release the limitations, fears, blockages to discover that diamond, that trueness of who you are, to then realize what you're here to do.
• 29:15
SPEAKER_00: And then now live in the fullest presence of it.
• 29:20
SPEAKER_00: That to me may be the greatest gift that can be given because then we truly understand, become aware what our God-given purpose is.
• 29:33
SPEAKER_00: So thank you all for once again taking the time, for allowing yourself to give yourself these deeper questions.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_00: For me, I ask this and I check in within myself because it does take a discipline to listen and place your values first before you put other people's values in front of you.
• 29:59
SPEAKER_00: And it can be challenging when we're in a family, it can be even more difficult where our internal values may be different than the external conditions we're living in, and we have to sometimes play and wiggle.
• 30:14
  SPEAKER_00: Yet I know this.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: When we're living by the true divine values that are inherited seed with us, and we embark upon them in the universal laws kindness, generosity, compassion, integrity, courage, then life starts to naturally place itself around you so that your path opens up and your true divine-given purpose unravels.
• 30:49
SPEAKER_00: And no matter how challenging, how difficult, how dense it may be, might be the perfect timing to step all the way back from it all, out of that external world, which I've done many times in my journey, into that internal world of infinite possibility, of that non-physical reality, that gives you the momentum to continue into what your heart desires, and how you can let love feed that by enjoying what has already been presented in you.
• 31:29
SPEAKER_00: That to me can be a simple process or an opportunity to start digging for those golden seeds of nuggets.
• 31:39
SPEAKER_00: Because once you open one door and those treasure boxes start to open up and you start connecting them and building them, then nothing can stop you.
• 31:51
SPEAKER_00: And all of a sudden, you realize what your greatest value is already in you, and that becomes your greatest supporter, that becomes your greatest source, because that is the divine God that is helping you see where you're from, what you're an expression of, and what's guiding you along this divine journey and allowing your divine purpose to unfold in the highest and greatest good.
• 32:26
SPEAKER_00: So, once again, thank you for joining this wonderful episode.
• 32:31
SPEAKER_00: It does take a great amount of discipline to follow our internal values and even take the time to see what is important to me without letting the external distraction.
• 32:48
SPEAKER_00: Yet, when you feel the joy and the happiness and the excitement that unfolds in life revealing what wants to be seen through you, then it becomes one of the greatest journeys that you'll see that you've signed up for.
• 33:05
SPEAKER_00: So, as always, thank you for taking the time for listening.
• 33:09
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for any comments, questions, and always thank you for taking the time to follow what you feel is important to you and what values you choose to demonstrate so that life can open up into the blessing and gift that you are.
• 33:29
SPEAKER_00: Because we truly live in a time where these blessings and gifts are being revealed in each moment and each day.
• 33:38
SPEAKER_00: Wishing you all a most beautiful, blessed day, and until next time, keep that treasure hunt moving forward and seeding those values and allowing this beautiful path to reveal its divine destiny.
