Up early and getting at it!
Wrote a book! Or at least the first draft. 31 days to better IELTS. Initially written for Threads, then plopped into Claude for expansion, now, time to revise. Goal is to have this out soon. Will go through some of the pages tomorrow and start videoing them.
Workouts in! Squats! Bench! Accessories! Then a run! 7km in 44.18! Fast today for some reason.
Off to a show! A first in a long time. The Blue Note jazz club right next to Tiananmen. Saw Lucy Luan play guzheng with Liron Man on the handpan. Um… she will be on the vlog soon.
