- 0:05Speaker 1: Senator Warren versus John Deaton going head to head in
- 0:08Speaker 1: the debate. We'll break it down for you today. My
- 0:10Speaker 1: name is Paul Baron. Welcome back in the tech path.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Before we get started, I want to thank our sponsor
- 0:15Speaker 1: today and that is Coinbase. If you guys are looking
- 0:17Speaker 1: at going into crypto for the very first time, you

- 0:25Speaker 1: for you guys to get involved, very easy to set up,

- 0:37Speaker 1: does help the channel. I want to lead off here
- 0:39Speaker 1: with a few clips. We've got three in a row,
- 0:42Speaker 1: actually several in a row, and then I'll kind of
- 0:44Speaker 1: give you some insights on this.
- 0:45Speaker 2: But this is the intro. Take a look.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Senator Warren says she wants to build a quote anti
- 0:50Speaker 3: crypto army. You have criticized her and federal authorities for
- 0:56Speaker 3: what you claim is overly aggressive regulation of crypto. What's
- 1:00Speaker 3: it's the right balance?
- 1:01Speaker 2: One minute?
- 1:02Speaker 4: Well, listen.
- 1:02Speaker 2: I want everyone to know.
- 1:03Speaker 4: When I found bitcoin, I thought of my mom because
- 1:06Speaker 4: my mom was on welfare and food stamps and she
- 1:09Speaker 4: couldn't keep a bank account because she couldn't keep the
- 1:11Speaker 4: minimum balance and the bank would hit it with the
- 1:13Speaker 4: predatory fees, and we needed that money. And then when
- 1:16Speaker 4: I went to college and I would send her money
- 1:18Speaker 4: from college, I used Western Union and Western Union would
- 1:20Speaker 4: take fifteen percent and it made a difference. So when
- 1:23Speaker 4: bitcoin came, I was like, great, you could cut out
- 1:26Speaker 4: the predatory banks and the middlemen and the money grams
- 1:29Speaker 4: of Western Unions, and you could help unbanked people like
- 1:32Speaker 4: my mom, with inflation pricing regular people out of economy,
- 1:35Speaker 4: with a debt crisis where forty percent of the people
- 1:38Speaker 4: don't have five hundred bucks in case of emergency. Why
- 1:41Speaker 4: did this senator wake up one day and say with
- 1:43Speaker 4: all that I'm going to build an anti crypto army
- 1:46Speaker 4: because crypto is so important to her. That's a question
- 1:49Speaker 4: that she needs to answer.
- 1:51Speaker 1: You know, this is the thing about crypto that I
- 1:53Speaker 1: think a lot of people you know don't understand, is
- 1:56Speaker 1: that it is truly an alternative.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Way to move value. And that's the thing that.
- 2:00Speaker 1: I think a lot of people are looking at saying, hey,
- 2:02Speaker 1: that's like the US dollar. It's very easy to do
- 2:05Speaker 1: moving value from one person to the next and be
- 2:07Speaker 1: able to self custody that dollar.
- 2:09Speaker 2: You can do that right now.
- 2:11Speaker 1: That's the thing that, of course Elizabeth Warren has been against,
- 2:14Speaker 1: and that is because of big bank support. This is
- 2:17Speaker 1: us her talking about her becoming a moderate.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 2:23Speaker 5: So, look, I'm fine, people want to buy and sell crypto,
- 2:26Speaker 5: that's great. I just want to make sure that crypto
- 2:28Speaker 5: has to follow the same rules as every bank, every stockbroker,
- 2:31Speaker 5: every credit union, and some laws to make sure that
- 2:34Speaker 5: it's not open for terrorists and drug traffickers and human
- 2:39Speaker 5: traffickers in Iran. But I think crypto ought to have
- 2:41Speaker 5: to follow the same rules as everybody else.
- 2:43Speaker 4: Briefly, I would like to would attack inflation the way
- 2:46Speaker 4: she attacks crypto. She's so focused on crypto. She had
- 2:50Speaker 4: the CEO of JP Morgan Chase available for questioning, and
- 2:54Speaker 4: they had financed the largest child sex trafficking operation in history.
- 3:00Speaker 4: So Sarah Warn didn't ask a single question she wanted
- 3:02Speaker 4: to talk about crypto because she's so hyper focused. Why
- 3:05Speaker 4: would you not ask one question.
- 3:07Speaker 5: You know, I really don't understand that's charge, and I
- 3:10Speaker 5: don't know what you're talking about here. Look, I'm all
- 3:13Speaker 5: for having a cryptosystem. If people want to buy and
- 3:16Speaker 5: sell crypto, all I want are just some basic fair rules.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Well, I think the key here is going to be
- 3:22Speaker 1: that we're going to get some rules set up. And
- 3:24Speaker 1: of course you have to remember what the SEC has
- 3:25Speaker 1: been doing is enforcing rules without any real regulation that's
- 3:29Speaker 1: been in place. So that's the big problem. And of
- 3:32Speaker 1: course you have to remember Elizabeth Warne has been one
- 3:34Speaker 1: of the big proponents of what is known as choke
- 3:37Speaker 1: point two point zero and that really has just been
- 3:39Speaker 1: able to debank most of the crypto companies here in
- 3:42Speaker 1: the US, which has moved a lot of that innovation offshore.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Deetona course is hitting her pretty heavily here, I think
- 3:48Speaker 1: with her mission on crypto as a laser focus, and
- 3:51Speaker 1: I would have to agree she's in charge of the
- 3:54Speaker 1: anti crypto army. If you have ever thought about freedom
- 3:57Speaker 1: of finance, sovereign holding money, this is the antithesis of that.
- 4:02Speaker 1: So this is another clip that gets into it where
- 4:05Speaker 1: self custody comes into play.
- 4:07Speaker 4: Take a look her bill bans bitcoin self custody in America,
- 4:12Speaker 4: Yet she's allowing the banks to custody bitcoin. Another example
- 4:17Speaker 4: that Senator Warren's policies do not help poor people. They
- 4:21Speaker 4: do not help the working class. She favors the accredited
- 4:24Speaker 4: investor rule that excludes eighty five percent of the American population.
- 4:29Speaker 4: And I got in this race to give poor people
- 4:31Speaker 4: an actual voice.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Listen, guys, I don't know if you saw that little
- 4:35Speaker 1: clip there was that was a smirk, and it was
- 4:38Speaker 1: one of those smirks that you never forget if you're
- 4:42Speaker 1: ever around one when it comes to something as simple
- 4:45Speaker 1: as self custody. And for those of you who are
- 4:47Speaker 1: not in crypto, let me explain self custody. You want
- 4:49Speaker 1: to hold one hundred dollars one hundred dollars in cash,
- 4:52Speaker 1: you want to hold that at your house.
- 4:54Speaker 2: That's called self custody.
- 4:55Speaker 1: That's what bitcoin or any other crypto self custody is.
- 4:59Speaker 1: You're a bill to hold it without a middleman. That's
- 5:03Speaker 1: the key here. And for her banning it simply means
- 5:06Speaker 1: she wants the banks in on the game. That's the
- 5:08Speaker 1: problem that I think she continues to place. And if
- 5:12Speaker 1: you look at where this is going right now, I
- 5:14Speaker 1: want to go to one more clip here. This is
- 5:16Speaker 1: our next clip clip for and this is talking about
- 5:19Speaker 1: big crypto funding Deeton.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 5:22Speaker 5: There's one candidate standing here who gets ninety percent of
- 5:26Speaker 5: the funding from one industry, the crypto industry. What is
- 5:30Speaker 5: the return on investment that his crypto investors are expecting
- 5:37Speaker 5: from having put millions of dollars into his race.
- 5:41Speaker 4: I can't help it when she goes to ban an
- 5:43Speaker 4: entire industry that they're motivated against her because they see
- 5:46Speaker 4: a viable candidate everyone out there. I sued the government
- 5:50Speaker 4: because the SEC had done something really bad to small
- 5:54Speaker 4: retail investors, and a lifelong Democratic judge agree with me.
- 5:57Speaker 4: I did it all pro bono, and the token XARP
- 6:01Speaker 4: was called legal because of my work. I won Lawyer
- 6:04Speaker 4: of the Year, Consumer Advocate of the Year, Defender of
- 6:06Speaker 4: Freedom Award because I did it for free.
- 6:08Speaker 2: And guess what.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Last week, that crypto billionaire that she's talking about that
- 6:12Speaker 4: has supported me just donated millions of this XRP token
- 6:17Speaker 4: to Vice President Harris campaign. If I didn't do what
- 6:21Speaker 4: I did, sue the SCC on behalf of small retail
- 6:25Speaker 4: investors that donation to your candidate choice center would not
- 6:29Speaker 4: have happened, So mad and Vice President. If you're watching,
- 6:32Speaker 4: you welcome.
- 6:32Speaker 2: I would like to move on.
- 6:33Speaker 3: You can return to this if you like later, all right.
- 6:36Speaker 1: So there's a lot of things behind that, But the
- 6:37Speaker 1: big real issue here is Deeton is right. He was
- 6:40Speaker 1: really more about the people behind crypto and in crypto,
- 6:44Speaker 1: and it's not the organizations. The organizations had to enact
- 6:48Speaker 1: basically basically because of the fact that we've seen so
- 6:51Speaker 1: much attack on the individuals, because this is really more
- 6:54Speaker 1: attack on individuals, not these big corporations. These are and
- 6:58Speaker 1: they're only a handful of companies like that out there.
- 7:00Speaker 1: So I think his position was dead on in the
- 7:03Speaker 1: sense of, hey, I'm defender of the people who are
- 7:05Speaker 1: out there trying to just get one leg up, and
- 7:08Speaker 1: that is.
- 7:08Speaker 2: The real core of where crypto voters are.
- 7:11Speaker 1: We've already started to see the Harris campaign understand that
- 7:14Speaker 1: with black men being one of the biggest components of
- 7:17Speaker 1: crypto holdings, and I think we're going to continue to
- 7:20Speaker 1: see more activity on this, specially coming out of the
- 7:22Speaker 1: Harris campaign, now that we see the potential for regulation
- 7:26Speaker 1: going forward. Speaking of that, this was a video that
- 7:29Speaker 1: we did back during FIT twenty one, and of course
- 7:31Speaker 1: fIF twenty one is the bill that went through the
- 7:33Speaker 1: House is waiting to go through the Senate. And of
- 7:35Speaker 1: course you look at the performance here the Republicans two
- 7:39Speaker 1: eight and seventy one Democrats.
- 7:40Speaker 2: So this is somewhat of a bipartisan.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Win, a big win going in through the House in
- 7:45Speaker 1: terms of FIT twenty one, which will give us regulatory
- 7:47Speaker 1: alignment around all these digital assets, give you the ability
- 7:51Speaker 1: to go out there and buy crypto legally here in
- 7:54Speaker 1: the United States, the ability for all these companies to
- 7:57Speaker 1: operate here in the United States. That is what Senator
- 8:00Speaker 1: Horn is standing in front of right now, and she
- 8:02Speaker 1: knows it.
- 8:03Speaker 2: She knows that.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Here's another clip I want to get to. This gets
- 8:06Speaker 1: into a little bit about her being so tone deaf
- 8:10Speaker 1: around crypto.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Voters. Take a look.
- 8:12Speaker 5: One candidate who has said quite openly his personal worth
- 8:17Speaker 5: is eighty percent tied up in crypto. Look, people of Massachusetts,
- 8:22Speaker 5: no me, if John Daton has a chance to go
- 8:25Speaker 5: to Washington, he's going to be there to fight for crypto.
- 8:28Speaker 4: I'm John Daton, and I approve this message.
- 8:30Speaker 2: That's right.
- 8:30Speaker 1: He is going to be there to devisive fight for crypto.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Nice little upon there by the editors. But the point
- 8:37Speaker 1: being is that she doesn't understand that there are over
- 8:40Speaker 1: thirty million crypto voters in the United States, and that's
- 8:43Speaker 1: the low hanging fruit. It is likely that it could
- 8:46Speaker 1: be an excess of fifty million, and the likelihood of
- 8:49Speaker 1: that growing to maybe one hundred million double the number
- 8:52Speaker 1: in this bull run is real. You're talking about a
- 8:54Speaker 1: third of the population that is going to be exposed
- 8:58Speaker 1: to blockchain technology, game, crypto, all of those things. Why
- 9:02Speaker 1: is the US government not necessarily fighting for this? Because
- 9:06Speaker 1: this could set us on a track going to the
- 9:09Speaker 1: next evolution of where technology is moving. So I don't understand.
- 9:12Speaker 1: I don't understand why she's going there. Now, she does
- 9:15Speaker 1: get into her performance and her track record and her
- 9:18Speaker 1: ability to win things and do things in Congress.
- 9:21Speaker 2: So let's play that clip.
- 9:23Speaker 3: How can voters trust that you'll put their interests ahead
- 9:27Speaker 3: of partisan politics?
- 9:28Speaker 2: One minute?
- 9:29Speaker 5: Please, I'll stand on my record on that because I
- 9:32Speaker 5: have done it. I have been the principal sponsor in
- 9:35Speaker 5: forty four pieces of legislation. Twenty seven of those pieces
- 9:40Speaker 5: of legislation are bipartisan. I deliver on a bipartisan basis.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Thank you, mister Deeton.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Sarren Warren has passed one bill in twelve years as
- 9:50Speaker 4: primary sponsor.
- 9:51Speaker 5: This is why people don't trust John Deeton. He has
- 9:55Speaker 5: been fact checked on that publicly in the Boston Globe.
- 10:00Speaker 5: I said, that's not true. I have passed twenty seven
- 10:04Speaker 5: bills on a bipartisan basis, equal time.
- 10:08Speaker 4: Thank you. Notice I said as primary sponsor.
- 10:11Speaker 1: All right, so let's just go fact check Elizabeth Warren
- 10:14Speaker 1: since they were fact checking John Deaton. And if you
- 10:17Speaker 1: go in and look at Harris or excuse me, a
- 10:19Speaker 1: Senator Warren's record, you can see it right there. One bill,
- 10:23Speaker 1: when you sort it down by became law, and you
- 10:26Speaker 1: look at sponsored legislation, this is the one bill that
- 10:31Speaker 1: went through. Let me zoom in on that. Now, let's
- 10:33Speaker 1: give her the benefit of the doubt. There are some
- 10:35Speaker 1: others that are out there, but only eleven of the
- 10:38Speaker 1: Elizabeth Warren three hundred and thirty bills have ever passed,
- 10:41Speaker 1: and of those a couple that are very interesting. Ten
- 10:45Speaker 1: were eventually folded into other bills, and only one relatively
- 10:49Speaker 1: obscure bill was ever enacted, and that's the one about
- 10:52Speaker 1: the US flag thing.
- 10:53Speaker 2: So here's a good.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Example of why she's struggling to get these passed. If
- 10:57Speaker 1: you look at where Warren is positioned right here, Warren
- 11:00Speaker 1: is on the far progressive left, and this is basically
- 11:04Speaker 1: the moderate middle. This is where you're going to find
- 11:07Speaker 1: most of the opportunities for being able to get bipartisanship,
- 11:10Speaker 1: and I can that's a big problem. I think this
- 11:12Speaker 1: is another scenario that has been playing out with Senator Warren.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Now I want to go to a clip here real
- 11:16Speaker 1: quick because this will break down some things that gets
- 11:19Speaker 1: into how she voted against the border bill.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 11:23Speaker 4: I would never demonize these people, but it's a national
- 11:26Speaker 4: security crisis. The problem is Senator Warren will say, oh,
- 11:29Speaker 4: you call it national security crisis and you're a racist.
- 11:32Speaker 2: That's insane response. Place. No, let's be.
- 11:35Speaker 5: Clear, this is the Republican playbook. Federal government should pay
- 11:40Speaker 5: for the migrants who are here to support them. What
- 11:43Speaker 5: we need a comprehensive plan, and the Democrats and Republicans
- 11:48Speaker 5: need to work together. The bubble need to separate out
- 11:50Speaker 5: this crazy extremism.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Hey, extremism.
- 11:54Speaker 4: Senator Warren just literally said we need comprehensive immigration reform bill.
- 11:58Speaker 4: It was on the table and she rejected. She's out
- 12:01Speaker 4: there saying Vice President Harris is going to bring back
- 12:04Speaker 4: that bill. She's literally saying that Nashally and she voted
- 12:07Speaker 4: against it.
- 12:08Speaker 5: Rebuttal start by blaming the immigrants, But let's be clarify.
- 12:12Speaker 4: I blame you, not the immigrants. She's the extremist.
- 12:15Speaker 2: I'm the moderate, Thank you, Rebuttal.
- 12:17Speaker 5: The extremist Republicans. We need partnership here.
- 12:20Speaker 4: Democrats are great, Republicans are bad. I got news free
- 12:24Speaker 4: senator all you suck in Congress, all of you.
- 12:27Speaker 2: I'm giving you the last one. Leak it to these career.
- 12:29Speaker 4: Politicians that have been in office for years. Just like
- 12:31Speaker 4: the wealth gap that Senator Warren talks about, it's increased
- 12:34Speaker 4: every single year that she's been in office. Worries about control.
- 12:38Speaker 4: When she was asked what's wrong with John Deton's policies,
- 12:41Speaker 4: you know what she said, Oh, the crypto people like him.
- 12:43Speaker 4: Then the person said, well, wait a minute, is that it?
- 12:45Speaker 4: She goes, no, we want to not lose control of
- 12:48Speaker 4: the Senate. This is the point.
- 12:50Speaker 1: If you look at the situation that we're talking about here,
- 12:53Speaker 1: the full list of Democrats who voted against the border deal.
- 12:56Speaker 1: It's kind of interesting that this happened under now the
- 12:59Speaker 1: campaign that she's backing with Harris. But right there they
- 13:02Speaker 1: are Elizabeth Warren right at the top of the list,
- 13:05Speaker 1: all the way down to Ed Marky, there's Bob Menendez.
- 13:08Speaker 2: This is the guy that.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Got basically snagged for taking the gold situation. Of course,
- 13:14Speaker 1: now he's going in for bribery and corruption. So point
- 13:19Speaker 1: being is that this was a bad move. I think
- 13:21Speaker 1: this only kind of positions and solidifies the exact point
- 13:25Speaker 1: that Deedan has been putting about Elizabeth Warren for quite
- 13:28Speaker 1: some time. She has special interest groups. She's been continuing
- 13:31Speaker 1: to fight against what is known as real I think freedom,
- 13:35Speaker 1: and that's around what is happening within crypto and that
- 13:38Speaker 1: of course puts in the anti crypto army, which we
- 13:40Speaker 1: have reported on extensively.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Go back and watch several of our videos.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Every time progressional hearing comes up, we're on top of
- 13:48Speaker 1: it for you guys.
- 13:49Speaker 2: That's a big part of this.
- 13:50Speaker 1: The other thing I want to hit on right here,
- 13:52Speaker 1: This was an ad that literally came out right after
- 13:55Speaker 1: this debate. So what she's talking about with extremists trying
- 13:59Speaker 1: to ban abortion, and why we can't take any chances
- 14:02Speaker 1: that she sticks Deaton's face right next to Neil Gorsius.
- 14:05Speaker 1: So the point is is she's going after him as
- 14:06Speaker 1: an extremists, when in reality he is the moderate. He's
- 14:10Speaker 1: the one that is there for people's freedoms and the
- 14:12Speaker 1: idea of where crypto is, which is self sovereign finance
- 14:15Speaker 1: and the growth of your own business.
- 14:17Speaker 2: So I just don't understand it.
- 14:18Speaker 1: We got to be able to defeat this, guys, and
- 14:21Speaker 1: if we don't, the only way that we're going to
- 14:23Speaker 1: get crypto into the United States at a scale that
- 14:26Speaker 1: isn't manipulated by big business he is through voting.
- 14:30Speaker 2: So share this video right now. We can beat that
- 14:33Speaker 2: right there.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Sebass Boston had forty thousand views on this stream sixteen
- 14:36Speaker 1: hours ago.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Share this video right now.
- 14:39Speaker 1: To anybody that you know that is thinking about crypto,
- 14:41Speaker 1: that is thinking about maybe getting into crypto, or if
- 14:43Speaker 1: anybody's just thinking about freedom, you know, financial freedoms.
- 14:47Speaker 2: This is what's at risk right now.
- 14:48Speaker 1: So do that help us out, because right now it's
- 14:52Speaker 1: not a race that Deaton can win unless he gets
- 14:55Speaker 1: a big.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Push on crypto voters right here.
- 14:59Speaker 1: So he is behind the eight ball, and of course
- 15:01Speaker 1: I think that means crypto is behind the eight ball.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Continuing now, sure there's a lot happening out there on
- 15:07Speaker 1: the regular election scene. We are starting to see Trump
- 15:10Speaker 1: take a position over Harris, and I think that could
- 15:14Speaker 1: play out very positively for the crypto markets.
- 15:16Speaker 2: We'll see.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Get into crypto right there, you just go over to
- 15:19Speaker 1: John Deaton's website. But really the thing right now is
- 15:22Speaker 1: get out there and vote. That's the number one thing
- 15:25Speaker 1: to do. Get out there and vote for a candidate
- 15:27Speaker 1: that understands crypto. And if they don't, what are you doing.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Don't vote for them. It's that simple, very easy to do,
- 15:36Speaker 1: all right, you guys, make sure and jump in on
- 15:37Speaker 1: the Diamond Circle. It's a great place to get additional
- 15:39Speaker 1: content from us, and of course follow me out there
