- 6:57[SPEAKER_09]: The warming has started yesterday.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_09]: I think was our last bitter cold day and one is minus four what Monday morning, but I don't think we're going to see any more of that if you look at the extent of forecast now.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_09]: Yes, I know we had to read is no one mother's day.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_09]: That's the next statement, but I never believe that anyway.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_09]: You show me a picture.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_09]: 37 today 41 tomorrow a couple of 44s Reggie Jackson later in the week and then the weekend 59 on Saturday 49 on Sunday and
- 7:27[SPEAKER_09]: a lot of rain mixed in in the fifties next week this snow is destined for to be obliterated it will be obliterated well we don't want to come back again but uh... if you catch my drift catch my drift seven five five twelve forty are from over we got lots of things to talk about don't we uh... we've got the uh...
- 7:53[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I don't know whether to do the butterfield apartments or the flags.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_09]: Let's do the flags.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_09]: It's kind of a fun topic.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_09]: Council defeated all three resolutions to allow flags.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_09]: One was a three to two no vote on the pride flag.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_09]: The others were five nothing on an honoring the president on his birthday of June 14th and acknowledging the anniversary of turning point USA on June 6th.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_09]: I am a nice to fly a Texas flag for that.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_09]: Wouldn't it too late to get the request in?
- 8:28[SPEAKER_09]: But you know, two of those requests.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_09]: And I'd nothing to do with submitting them.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_09]: Nothing.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_09]: But they were put in to kind of tee up the council to look bad.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_09]: And all of a sudden, they introduced in second the thing on Trump's birthday,
- 8:49[SPEAKER_09]: And Dr. Kimbles is, well, I don't think it's appropriate the political things, but yeah.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_09]: And at that point, I was reminded of the old expression Bill Safe always said to me.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_09]: Fish on, real a man.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_09]: And, um, I got it.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_09]: They took that bait.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know if they changed the policy or voted a change that they should.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_09]: just say the flags are the U.S. State of New York City of Watertown, three flag polls, three flags, no special interest groups, no honoring this.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_09]: No, no, no, well, I love the Irish, or I love Vats, or I love this, or no, no.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_09]: But they don't get it.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_09]: They just want to accommodate.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_09]: And of course, it was Dr. Kimbold and Doug Osborne who voted
- 9:39[SPEAKER_09]: so they were in good with the media now yeah i don't think the media is even hardly covering that that was a big rebuff in like that at all uh... seven five five twelve forty is the ironically the flat earth guy wins holy cow who would have thought who would have thought could have to do your own year yes just ram yeah yeah this is the only company calling i'm calling about the nearest water town building
- 10:09[SPEAKER_10]: uh... specifically one-fourteen franklin street the birdie building birdie building not hot water since last week they keep telling us all we got a order of pump and got to get this from a got to get that yet the whole building has had to know hot water whatsoever and that really what this is birdie street yet it's on franklin street oh franklin street i'm sorry franklin street the birdie building now
- 10:37[SPEAKER_10]: one fourteen that's near the solar as a cross from the solar building or no it's down the road it's right above neighbors the water town officer oh i see yeah okay i know what you're talking about that was all newly re-done wasn't it you know they want to redo it but you know right now we have absolutely no hot water in the frame on your arms are going to redo it to do this now how long how long has that been
- 11:07[SPEAKER_10]: and they keep saying that they have to order this pump.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_10]: But McCabe mechanics was there a couple of weeks ago and fixed that hot water system.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_10]: But they never put the new pump in.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_09]: Well, you know, in water town, you know, it's hard to get parts and water town.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_09]: Everything's on back order.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_09]: But that's too bad.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_09]: Well, so...
- 11:30[SPEAKER_10]: I was talking to somebody this morning, and they said all they have to do is call a Syracuse.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_10]: And Syracuse can ship it up here or bring it up to the very same day, and it can be shipped overnight.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_10]: Well, if you're gone downstairs and talked to the neighbors, people, they keep lying to us and telling us, oh, we have to order it, and it's going to take a while and this and that.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_09]: But you got no hot water whatsoever.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_10]: No hot water whatsoever.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_09]: What about heat?
- 11:56[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, heat?
- 11:57[SPEAKER_10]: We got heat.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_10]: We have heat, but no hot water.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_10]: Yep.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I mean, you could like warm up some water and do a sponge bath.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_09]: Well, they're quick showers, then.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_10]: It's very quick, very quick and cold.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I'd rather go swimming down black river and take a shower down there.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_10]: It should be just as easy.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I don't know what to say, yeah.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_09]: I don't run the building.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I'm not sure if that's a cold issue or not.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know if it's the loss as you have to have hot water or not.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_10]: We tried to call everybody about it because you got a lot of people in there that are disabled, but myself.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_10]: Mm-hmm.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_10]: You know, we can't do laundry, we can't do anything in the building without hot water of any time.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_10]: You know, it's hard.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_10]: And, you know, I just wanted to put it out there that they're refusing to fix stuff because they said, Oh, we're going to reconstruct it here as soon.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_10]: And, just like flip strips in the doorway, you don't even have to be asked for them for three years.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_10]: They have them.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_10]: They purchase the strips.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_10]: They're over a maintenance.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_10]: But there we should put men saying, oh, it's too cold, too cold, too cold.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, well, we're going to tear it out anyway, sure.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_10]: So, you don't want to put men, but we've had three people so far this year, fell, and injured themselves.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_20]: Mm-hmm.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_10]: And I let myself with the scooter going in, because it gets so icy in that area of the doorway, and then don't want to even do that.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_10]: You know, it's to the point of where what do we do as tenants of a building,
- 13:33[SPEAKER_09]: when they don't want to do anything in that building whatsoever yeah i don't want to surprise at that i mean uh... neighbors overseas a lot of buildings in town i i don't and we've called i don't know how many places we've called over the weekend me and two other people all everybody's state health department all we need to know they don't care they don't care they're too busy they're too woke first of all
- 14:03[SPEAKER_10]: Nobody cares.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_10]: They say, well, it's a private building.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_10]: There's nothing we can do.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_10]: There's got to be some somewhere that we can get them, you know, to do something, even under the ADA boss.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_10]: You know, we can't even do that because they say, well, it's not an ADA boss.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_09]: Hmm.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_10]: No.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_09]: Well, that's too bad.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I've had dumb.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_10]: you know to me if i had a hot water issue and i'd get it fixed the next day but uh... yeah it's just me right well like i said they had the kids mechanical there a couple weeks you're working on it because they had all the water shut right down for the day well how big of what is it a gas water heater is it on demand i don't know what it is i don't i don't know i believe it's a gas like a tank boiler yeah it's a gas boiler
- 14:55[SPEAKER_10]: but the thing is, there's two pumps to it.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_09]: Now how many apartments are in the building?
- 15:00[SPEAKER_10]: There's 28 apartments.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_09]: 28, well.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_10]: 28, yeah.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_10]: I hope you're all registered to vote there, because you could have a big impact on city elections.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I don't know.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know what to say.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_09]: You could call Mr. Is it Schweitzer that runs neighbors?
- 15:28[SPEAKER_09]: Reggie Schweitzer?
- 15:29[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_09]: Nice guy.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_09]: I always liked him.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, he just sends everything.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_10]: Well, the meat, you're for a man.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_10]: His name is Watertown.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_10]: It's not a very good housing group for a lot of things.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_10]: They don't fit the stuff that they need to, but yet they favoritize some buildings and destroy the other buildings and don't pair.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, and I put that several times I've heard it from them.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_09]: Well, they got that new one over on May and Avenue.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_09]: Aren't they running now?
- 15:55[SPEAKER_09]: That's pretty nice.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, they're supposed to run now, but I don't see that being all that great.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_10]: You know, with the people, the way they're doing things.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_10]: Even though they do have a company that's going to oversee it.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_09]: Right.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I don't know.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_09]: Maybe maybe your phone call to the hotline will help.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_09]: Um, a lot of people listen to this.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_09]: I, you know, I can't do anything, but, um, well, good luck.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_10]: You know, we'll put it out there and let people know, you know what's going on here.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_10]: And, uh, you know, he got that grant there from the state through the city to fix up housing in the city and water town.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_10]: But yet they're using land that money to fix it.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_09]: what you could make you could take like a eat up some really hot water mix it with some cold water and a bucket then take that into the shower and use like a small cup or something to pour it on yourself and uh... and take an impromptu shower that way yeah i've done i have to pay for the she's paid for the the electricity and he knew that you know yeah he'd up a lot of hot waters in order to take a bath you know well don't take a bath take a shower
- 17:16[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I know, you know, okay.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I'm sorry about your trouble, and I hope they get it fixed for you All right, you have a good day now.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_09]: Thank you.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_09]: I know well there you go.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, wow That's something We talked about the flags Who butterfield Avenue?
- 17:39[SPEAKER_09]: the one hundred proposed one hundred thirty six unit apartment complex insisting of seventeen buildings that used to be where butterfield school was and then the school districts administrative offices uh... i don't know and back there and ages i might have to drive over there today just drive through uh... they want to uh... project involves extending butterfield avenue over tomorrow drive
- 18:07[SPEAKER_09]: and the concerns in the neighborhood are obvious uh... in addition to drainage concerns uh... quality of life uh... traffic there's one person last night's city council meeting was as that street is so so quiet their little girl can play in the middle of the street and they don't worry about it let me just say although i don't have children i would never recommend that though no matter what the street is okay playing in the middle of the street is not a good idea
- 18:35[SPEAKER_09]: And no matter what, but I've been over to that neighborhood.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_09]: I've known people who live there, lovely neighborhood.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_09]: I've done petitioning over there, campaigning.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_09]: And there is a certain character to it.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_09]: I think if you obviously like to see land developed, I don't like it when I hear well, the city's greedy.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_09]: They just want, well, obviously you want development because that creates a sister valuation.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_09]: city council seemed very pretty leaning in favor if this is something that started staff started it up at city hall and then finally got to the council just within the last week or so in a all of a sudden uh... what seemed to good idea when nobody had heard about it didn't seem like such a good idea last night it's not going to seem like a very good idea tonight when the planning commission meets so
- 19:32[SPEAKER_09]: you know i i don't want to i hate it when i hope people make personal attacks against the proposed developer i don't think that's right but i understand their concerns and i've done enough of those secret forms to know that
- 19:48[SPEAKER_09]: You're going to have to have whatever it is more involved in environmental impact study than just answering no to a few questions.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, you know, when you talk half questions about what impact will have on traffic, you can't just say, none, you'd be lying.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_09]: I think you couldn't do that, but you shouldn't.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_09]: So I mean, there's just a lot of issues there, and I don't know.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know what's going to happen, but,
- 20:19[SPEAKER_09]: You know, they're going to try to repose the zone.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_09]: I think it's, I recall, and I haven't been in office in ages.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_09]: As I recall, if there was a valid petition in opposition to his own change was submitted of neighboring properties, a certain percentage of them, which they obviously have, then requires a four-fits vote to do the zone change.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_09]: Is that true?
- 20:39[SPEAKER_09]: Am I remembering that right?
- 20:41[SPEAKER_09]: Is there a lawyer out in the audience who could text me and tell me?
- 20:44[SPEAKER_09]: I know some of you still listen.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_09]: So, my recollection is that, and getting a four-fifth vote, I mean, there's already one solid no vote.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, and I would think, I think it's going to be very difficult.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_09]: It's going to be very difficult.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, we ran, turned tail, and we're checking over
- 21:16[SPEAKER_09]: That should have been built.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_09]: If there was one decision in 20 years, I kind of regretted it with that one.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_09]: Not that my vote wouldn't have mattered at that point because the other four were against it, but still.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_09]: That was a no-brainer.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_09]: What you get scared of the neighbors?
- 21:32[SPEAKER_09]: They just come at you like, whoa.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_09]: And you do feel accountable to the, you know, a voter isn't all that, and that's part of it, too.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_09]: So I don't know.

- 25:06[SPEAKER_20]: Get into it and you'll be amazed what you get out of it.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_09]: You know, one of the things that people talk about, well, I can't think that housing goes somewhere else.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_09]: Well, this is the property that developer owns or has access to.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_09]: So we obviously want, you know, you can't just say, I'm going to take your property instead, and people have mentioned mercy.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_09]: That'd be a nice area in summary specs,
- 25:30[SPEAKER_09]: uh... you know in ice area and the city won't change the zoning because they don't like the owner but that whole area the decommissioned part of the golf course the back now you know whatever it is the sixteen acres in the city and then there's a bunch more out in the town which you could annex they'd be a great place for some housing uh... lots of space
- 25:54[SPEAKER_22]: all of that you might have to put some other road arrangement in there but uh... i think that'd be all right but again i mean you know there's issues there too good afternoon you're on the air they just uh... i'm very happy with the council decision on the flag policy i figured that's what they were going to vote on it has been a long seven years and i'm glad it's over
- 26:20[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I didn't stay for, or listen to the whole meeting, but did they, in new business, decide to change this policy?
- 26:28[SPEAKER_22]: On it was brought up that they wanted to revert back to the previous one before dot change it.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I don't think.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_09]: I got three votes.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_22]: Yeah.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_22]: And if they're going to do that, I would also suggest, maybe,
- 26:43[SPEAKER_09]: if they could try to lock it in there with a unanimous vote in the future that they if they wanted to change in the future had to be unanimous well here's the deal um... i've never seen the county legislature vote on flags or out front nobody even asks um... it is what it is so it's like i have a flagpole i mean i keep the u.s flag on it i'm not going to
- 27:13[SPEAKER_09]: That's fine, that's my business, but I don't want anybody telling me too.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_09]: And I know this is going to, you know, last night's vote, the three to two votes, certainly aggravate some people in town and all of that and it's, that's why really I don't think it's going to get much news coverage, but I think it's like, it's a public building, you can hold your rally in front of it, have all your banners and flags and wave them around signs, nobody cares.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_09]: But the flag polls there are meant for the national state and city flag and that's it.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_22]: And I've been saying that for seven years and I'm glad that the majority of counsel has come to that conclusion and I hope this is the end of it.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_22]: I really do.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_22]: I hope that I'll try to surprise that the pride people have decided to put in a request knowing that the Irish flag just got, well, I think they thought they had, I think I'm
- 28:14[SPEAKER_09]: frankly I'm glad that they get it that's all I'm just really excited that that's what the decision is and I'm glad it's over with Jeff thank you all right thank you all right well pretty much pretty pretty soon the council will all believe the earth is flat too I guess 755 1240 is the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today lots of things on the police plotter lots of things on it
- 28:41[SPEAKER_09]: Not a DWI, there's a 60-year-old Main Street woman.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_09]: She had a 0.17, wow.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_09]: And then there's a 45-year-old Indiana Avenue woman.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_09]: She had a 0.10, that.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_09]: Then there's a 32-year-old woman from Gotham Street.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_09]: She had a 0.17.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_09]: two thirty in the morning what was the first two two twelve empty these are all after two in the morning come on folks wise up uh... and there was another guy two thirty seven a.m. and a point of nine uh... i don't know about that then there's a woman it's got the same last name as a member of congress from Ohio and uh... she had a point one oh
- 29:35[SPEAKER_09]: what time of day was that who do do do do do do one forty four a. Wow they were really real in a man uh... now here's uh... here's a guy arrested for uh... squeezing a woman's neck restricting her breathing that's a popular thing the guys love that water town yep your north country boyfriend
- 29:59[SPEAKER_09]: There's a disk on physical altercation in the parking lot of McDonald's of all places, who's going to fight there?
- 30:07[SPEAKER_09]: Um, here's a man who's accused, I assume it's a man, oh my god.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_09]: Who's a placing his hands down the pants of a 33-year-old woman?
- 30:16[SPEAKER_09]: Wow!
- 30:17[SPEAKER_09]: That tempted to kiss her.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_09]: Wow!
- 30:20[SPEAKER_09]: Who's the last time you did that?
- 30:24[SPEAKER_09]: uh... let's see somebody or somebody stole a grape swiss through sweet valued at three dollars from uh... the counter at seven eleven couple of bench warrants aggravated unlicensed that's not crime in water town everybody's suspended registration and so what there's another one suspended registration so many of those seems like every other car has one
- 30:54[SPEAKER_13]: you were mentioning now a few minutes ago about why didn't a doctor to fall apart decide to have the uh... zoning train show her on ice street where the old golf course used to be but he doesn't own the property that's why right he doesn't but the person that does on the proper that i can't remember the city owns under the person that did own it still does anyway that's a real confusing but there was another developer that tried that within about maybe
- 31:22[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, but they didn't, they wouldn't change it because they didn't like him personally.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_13]: For the same reason, while this one would probably be changed too, because it would just like spot zoning.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_13]: They say that it's called a planned development district and it's not supposed to be the same as changing the zoning.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_13]: But basically, when you read the restrictions and you read what you have to do, it amounts to spot zoning.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_09]: Are you talking about your field, do you mean?
- 31:46[SPEAKER_09]: Well, it's strikes me.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_09]: They don't have the residential A and B stuff anymore.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_09]: They screwed up the hold zoning map a few years ago.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, it's crazy.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_09]: They made us all into nine conforming uses and then they can hold that overhead.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_13]: And now they want to go in altered and say, oh yeah, it's residential, but you can maybe try this.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_13]: But there are a lot of restrictions.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_13]: I was reading like the, I think it's like nine pages of rules and restrictions.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_13]: And a lot of them have to do with whether or not it alter the character of the neighborhood.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_09]: Mm-hmm.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_09]: Well, certainly what?
- 32:23[SPEAKER_13]: We does.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_13]: I live in the neighborhood and when you look on a map at just the circular border around there, there are probably 53 maybe more existing homes through that area now.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_13]: And if you figure maybe that average home is four people, which is probably an under estimate, you come up with about 250 some people.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_13]: By the time you put 136 units in there, and you average maybe two people are unit, because very few people are going to afford $1,200 a month or so, then you've basically doubled the population in a very small
- 33:04[SPEAKER_09]: Well, yeah, and the number of cars, you probably have 250 cars park there, and the traffic, and I think some valid points were made about not just the traffic of the tenants, but also the delivery vehicles and Uber Eats and all of that.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, there is an issue there.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_13]: Right.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_13]: And there was a mention brought up about overflow traffic because most places don't have just one car, even people would buy themselves now.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_13]: Sometimes they have two vehicles for some reason.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_13]: And where are the excess vehicles going to park?
- 33:36[SPEAKER_13]: Well, the new business last night, it was brought up at about a apartment building on the corner of Mollum and Holcomb Street.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_13]: That big ground building must be a non-vehicle residence.
- 33:47[SPEAKER_13]: But apparently people have vehicles that live there in their parking and congesting all up Mollum Street and they have to figure out how to deal with that.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_13]: And I'm like, oh, guess what's going to happen with all these single-piny moves?
- 33:58[SPEAKER_09]: Well, it's pretty tough to tell somebody they can't have a vehicle.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, you know,
- 34:02[SPEAKER_09]: You know, part of owning an apartment building is making sure they're sparking.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_13]: Right.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_13]: And it doesn't look like they're going to be.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_09]: Mm-hmm.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_13]: It does not.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_13]: Anyway, it's just completely altering the character of the neighborhood.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know how much we were trying to figure out how much that the ten acres, the board office was on, isn't protected in that land.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_13]: There is wet land in the middle of it, but we're trying to figure out how much of the
- 34:32[SPEAKER_09]: You could go over there and like spray paint squares where the buildings would be and then you could stand there and visually look at it I don't know.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_13]: I'm sure that's what they did.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_13]: You can go on any of the GIS maps or you know environmental conservation maps and find that out too.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_13]: But basically the whole area even though they put in all kinds of new things to handle, run off and all that stuff.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_13]: you still are on top of a sponge you have hydrostatic water that basically doesn't go anywhere right now it looks really good because it's covered in snow and there's a good frostline and all that but wait till that melts and when there's a drought in august the water will still be there mm-hmm yeah i've got a patch of growing out behind my place it's like that it just perpetually wet it just doesn't go anywhere and there's no amount of pumping that's going to help there you could put a French drain in there ever heard of those
- 35:24[SPEAKER_13]: I have a French drain and under my basement, I have weeping tiles and I have holes around the bottom of the basement so that the water basically drains around and down.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_09]: Now do those houses do the basements float over there?
- 35:38[SPEAKER_13]: Mine doesn't, but everybody around me does.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_09]: Is that sewer back up or what?
- 35:43[SPEAKER_13]: Some of it is, oddly enough, it's on the other side of the street for me, but some of it's sewage back up most of it is water.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_13]: have them and they've ended up taking them out because they just haven't been functionally have it worked.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I think it'd be hard, I mean, you know what, you flushed down a toilet and how's that thing going to open and close, you know?
- 36:06[SPEAKER_13]: Right.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_13]: Right.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_13]: And it doesn't help with the basic water that runs down the street when it rains.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_13]: When you get four inches of rain in an hour, nothing's been to stop that.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_13]: I had two inches of water in my base at that time and I usually just send
- 36:20[SPEAKER_09]: You know, I found there's we used to get some water in the basement, but if you pay everything around the building for far as I can see, you know, get the water seep in the ground.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_13]: Uh, round here you're still going to get it because it comes up from under ground.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, I know.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_09]: I know.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_13]: It's called hydrostatic water.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, don't use those fancy words on me.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_13]: Well, the real estate agent, when we bought our house, we were looking at basements in the real, some real estate agents said there's no such thing as a dry basement in the city water town.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_09]: Well, that's not true.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_13]: Anyway, if you build it up, yes, but if you're just happy basement, it's not right.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_09]: Well, can't you put that coating on the walls that kind of keeps it?
- 37:00[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, you can do that too, but eventually if your walls are enough underground, it's going to see through the coating and it still does have a work.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_13]: It does end up with pressure cracks, so things like that, and it does have a work.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_13]: It comes off.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_13]: They put so much coating in my bed.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_09]: Now you're not the one who has their kids playing in the middle of the street, are you?
- 37:20[SPEAKER_13]: So no, no, but they do, they do, and we've been around, and they do that, and it's pretty pleasant.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_13]: There's basketball who's out there, and you know, it's been a good time, and it's pretty relaxed, and there's a big difference from when the board of education office used to be over there.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_13]: You knew when schools had session, or they had a meeting, because traffic was a little bit heavier, and people were going back and forth, and you knew when everybody was going to lunch, because traffic going out, Richard, Stryver, Sherman, Stryver, and Stryver,
- 37:50[SPEAKER_13]: Now, actually, some of us discovered that the water pumping situation got better when the border office was torn down and no longer occupied because a lot of a pumping they had to go over and actually pump out for the building.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_09]: Right, so Richard Strive comes into butterfield.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_09]: Yep.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_09]: And if it turned right off, Richard's it goes over to the dead end.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_13]: Correct.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_13]: And like I said yesterday, there's a reason why that was left as a dead end of number further developed.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I mean, that education building was a school at one time.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, well, so I think it was built in 1959.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, that was back when people were baby booming and all that, but Exactly.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_14]: Exactly.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_09]: So you got a lot of those smaller elementary schools that Raider weren't needed.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_09]: Right.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_09]: So I don't know.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_13]: Because the way it is is because no one on
- 38:51[SPEAKER_13]: the butterfield side where Richard's drive went off would sell the back half of their property is on barb and abonus so they couldn't put Richard's drive through as a parallel and connect to swers and things like they wanted to do.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_13]: Not sure if my drive has the same problem or not I think it does.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_09]: Well you're lucky you have a council person who lives on Richard's so.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_09]: So you got a guaranteed no vote there so.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_13]: Right.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_13]: Well there's other ways of getting property back on the tax roll.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_09]: Now my understanding
- 39:21[SPEAKER_09]: I think from my memory, when you submit a petition in opposition to his own change, it forces a four-fritz vote, I don't know, I know that everybody's been running around all weekend.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I'd like one of our lawyers who listen to the show to attack Stan and tell me that because I think that's the case.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I'm not sure about that, but I know that the planning word has to decide if it's
- 39:44[SPEAKER_13]: if you go forward with it or not I think there haven't just a conference to find out about the project and tonight today and people are being asked to go anyway yeah there's no public comment you still need to talk to people and obviously if there's a large showing of people you know if there's something wrong okay all right I got a run thank you all right thank you bye now what do we got not a lot of texts here just one person
- 40:14[SPEAKER_09]: Do you provide adequate parking for your customers?
- 40:16[SPEAKER_09]: Have you ever been over there?
- 40:19[SPEAKER_09]: You wouldn't ask that question otherwise.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, back in the mid-80s.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_09]: You couldn't get away with us today.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_09]: We bought the house next door.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_09]: Marty Kelly and I were running it then.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_09]: For 19,000 it was kind of a crappy house.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_09]: and we got it demolished.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_09]: There was a demolition permit, I think, and everything in a sewer line was shut off.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_09]: But, and then, I just drew in some crusher run and we used that for as long as we could, and gradually over the years had it paved.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_09]: Nowadays, oh my God, you'd have to have white studies and sound studies and various panels and seekers and all of this other stuff, just to make a few parking places.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_09]: So I'm glad I got mine.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_09]: parking lot done before hand.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_09]: God knows what would have happened today.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_09]: Especially putting a curb guy in.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, there you go.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_20]: Alrighty, I 755-1240 the phone number and we'll be back with more in a moment.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_18]: The news and talk authority.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_18]: You've been hearing about herungess contracting, and now your roof is leaking so, get on the phone now, and call 315-782-9129, and get your roof repaired or replaced altogether.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_18]: Roof leaking?
- 41:38[SPEAKER_18]: Call herungess now.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_18]: The roof people, who always call you back.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_27]: Mark Patrick hypnosis is coming to water town Monday, March 23rd for one day only.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_27]: Here's how hypnosis works to help people lose weight or stop smoking.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_16]: We all have an image of ourselves and that image.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_16]: If we have an image of a non-smoker, we attract non-smoker behaviors and beliefs.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_16]: So we have an image of a smoker, we attract the habits of a smoker.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_16]: If we have the image of a person who is overweight, we live up to those expectations.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_16]: So one of the things we focus on with our programs is this.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_16]: As we work on at the subconscious level, the image or snapshot of yourself.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_16]: If you have a healthy image, you attract healthy habits.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_16]: we work on under hypnosis taking the pleasure association out for smokers that they have towards smoking, putting back in what they already know consciously that it's a filthy, disgusting habit that they never wish they start in the first place that's killing them dead and we get them out of these sessions, feeling good about themselves and it's what they want to do these things instead of feel like they have to do that.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_27]: Don't miss Mark Patrick hypnosis Monday, March 23rd at the Ramada by Windom.

- 43:19[SPEAKER_18]: Your account is done fast, right?

- 43:41[SPEAKER_26]: The Democrats want to push President Trump out of office, so how do they do it?
- 43:45[SPEAKER_26]: By taking over Congress in the mid-terms, they're targeting dozens of districts including our New York 21.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_26]: So the question is, are you ready?
- 43:54[SPEAKER_26]: Anthony Constantino is, Anthony Constantino isn't an Albany politician.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_26]: He's a successful businessman.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_26]: The CEO of Sticker Mule, a wildly successful company had quartered right here in Amsterdam, New York.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_26]: He's built real businesses, created real jobs, and he knows what it takes to grow an economy from the ground up.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_26]: Anthony Constantino is a proven outsider, with grassroots Republican values, and the backbone to stand with President Trump.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_26]: Now he's running as the Republican nominee for New York's 21st Congressional District, fighting for economic growth, strong national security, and practical leadership that actually works.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_26]: The Democrats want Trump out.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_26]: We need Anthony Constantine O. M.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_18]: I'm Anthony Casantino and I approve this message.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_18]: Paid for by Constantino for Congress.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_18]: Who calls you back when you really need a roof or roof repair?
- 44:44[SPEAKER_18]: Herring is contracting.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_18]: If the rain is done damage to your roof recently, give herring is a cold now at 315-7-829.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_18]: Wet roof tops giving you problems.
- 44:53[SPEAKER_18]: Call herring is now.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_18]: The roof people who always call you back.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_18]: The news and talk authority.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_20]: W-E-T-A-M-1240.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_09]: It's all you need to know, eh, I'm 1240.
- 45:07[SPEAKER_09]: That's a nice radio spot.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_09]: He's good.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_09]: You know, I see where he's opponent, Robert Smollon as TV commercials on.
- 45:15[SPEAKER_09]: I saw one last night.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_09]: You know, it's kind of a hard hit or it kind of ridicules Constantino in the first half and then the under Patriotic music starts.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_09]: Bob Smoller, the Marine and this and that and he goes on to tell I wonder for me as well.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_09]: But it's a good commercial, and I've said that about both candidates.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_09]: I wonder whether there's going to be debates.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_09]: Obviously, small animal want them.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_09]: Probably Konstantino would not.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_09]: Small ones relatively unknown.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_09]: And you don't want to give them a clear shot at you.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_09]: You know, where you might
- 46:03[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, now, who would do the debate?
- 46:07[SPEAKER_09]: I assume spectrum would do the water.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_09]: Usually that public TV thing over on the eastern side of the district.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, mountain public TV, whatever it is.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_09]: Usually they like to.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_09]: Channel seven will want to bite it to the apple, but they won't get one.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_09]: And I imagine it would just be.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_09]: I would, if you have to do it, I'd want to contain it to the spectrum debate, you know, and just leave it at that.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_09]: My opinion.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_09]: And if you're in a debate, you can't lose your temper.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_09]: You can't go crazy attacking the other person.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_09]: And it keeps real calm.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_09]: Make your points.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_09]: And that's that.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_09]: I'm sure Roger's going to coach him.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_09]: all of that maybe well whatever my two senses that's what i do i would not not make it rockers because that's just gonna get you a lot of negative publicity at the end he doesn't need negative publicity that story about getting let out of the meeting in canton did not was not beneficial to his cause uh... the commercials present the image of being a rebel
- 47:33[SPEAKER_09]: don't let the media talk is a media ain't your for the media does not want him the media doesn't know small and is either but they would mind and they and the party establishment mind you can see that by even a sleepy republican committee here in javasson county go to do endorsement so to lose and so to that they're all going to endorse them because he's the safe candidate is the dd's goes a five out of this race
- 47:59[SPEAKER_09]: a sitting member of the assembly all of that that's what he is no offense for high night I'm sure none taken uh... but uh... uh... yeah that's basically what's going on there so we'll see what happens uh... but the races there's no media coverage of it very little not in this part of the district so you know some some journalists just don't like to cover politics it's just then they have no interest in it
- 48:27[SPEAKER_09]: Well, Governor Hockel and Mayor Ramdami have announced a major milestone towards launching free child care for all two-year-olds in New York State.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_09]: Great.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_09]: Just two-year-olds?
- 48:37[SPEAKER_09]: Not one-year-olds.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_09]: Not two-year-olds.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_09]: It's two-year-olds.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_09]: Um... FedEx is closing locations in upstate.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_09]: This June.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_09]: That sorts of things.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_09]: Let's see, Hockel says the DMV has saved consumers more than $13 million in recovered stolen vehicles, titles, parts, and services.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_09]: What's that mean?
- 49:11[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know where it means.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_09]: Then they got the police blotter, things, the force of both touching.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_09]: You see,
- 49:24[SPEAKER_09]: And maybe it's a good thing.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_09]: They didn't have that charge when I was at an age where you wanted to touch people, really.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, there was no forceable touching back in the 80s, wasn't it?
- 49:35[SPEAKER_09]: Guys?
- 49:37[SPEAKER_09]: And he, I don't think so.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_09]: I don't think so.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_09]: I shouldn't have said that.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_09]: Now there'll be someone on my blog saying, did you hear what he said?
- 49:55[SPEAKER_09]: 11 a.m. public square you've got things going on in this you've got to take notice of this you got to take notice of this because it could be trouble right here in river city hmm it could be a rumble you have the pro ice rally uh... put on by the we the people they want to stand for secure borders defend america
- 50:27[SPEAKER_09]: And the other people who come to public square regularly, the no kings crowd have a no distractions pop up rally, saying the war is just a distraction from One is corruption, ice abuses, and pedophile protection.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_09]: They love to use the word pedophile people who say pedophile a lot, usually our pedophiles.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_09]: But,
- 50:53[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, these two competing rallies on public square at the same time.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_09]: Now, is that legal?
- 50:59[SPEAKER_09]: Well, of course it is.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_09]: It's the first amendment they can do whatever they want, but is there going to be trouble?
- 51:06[SPEAKER_09]: Well, somebody get a shove into traffic, little yelling, you don't know.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, there's a lot of hot feelings in this country, particularly over the issue of ice.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know if Mr. Holman's going to be there but and I don't know how how many people who's going to go to a pro ice rally don't go to the no kings rallies because a lot of them don't have jobs anyway but that a pro ice I was going to go yeah you know but you might get some you might get some and we'll see on Saturday I wish I could be down there you know wish I could be down there but I'm not going to be because I got a work
- 51:51[SPEAKER_09]: if I can make some money.

- 54:17[SPEAKER_20]: Depend on it.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_09]: Well, a couple of funny things about our national government.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_09]: One is, remember last June when that operation midnight hammer happened and the president said that nuclear program was obliterated and then this week, all of a sudden there are two weeks away from a bomb.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_09]: How does that happen?
- 54:34[SPEAKER_09]: From obliterated to that doesn't make sense.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_09]: Another thing that doesn't make sense, we're in a war with a terrorist state.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_09]: and terrorist alerts all over with and the democrats won't fund the department of homeland security that something doesn't make sense or i just took a jab at both parties fair and balanced of course and uh... just uh... reviewing comments on the blog here somebody says well you aren't clearing you're censoring and why do censor them but
- 55:05[SPEAKER_09]: I also don't sit all day reading stupid comments and clearing them so I got to do it when I got time here, you know what I mean?
- 55:11[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, no, what I mean?
- 55:12[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I just saw Glenn Curry walked by, um, boy, I don't know, what's he up to today?
- 55:24[SPEAKER_09]: You know what I was going to tell him?
- 55:26[SPEAKER_09]: He does a great job on commercials, but this would apply to all car dealers.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_09]: like convertibles, hot cars, all of that.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_09]: We don't want to tell you see a bunch of cars with snow on them and tell us, so we got all these cars for when it snows, we don't want it to snow anymore.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_09]: We're looking ahead to spring, spring's the time you sell convertibles.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_09]: Billy knows that and, you know, hot cars, things like that, Mazda Miades, the cars like that, you're not trying to sell
- 55:59[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, whatever.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_09]: So yeah, I get the snow out of the commercials, get some spring flowers in there.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_09]: I do like Brooks Pink Coat.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_09]: Brook Kaperra, who is by far the best pitch person for cars on TV and water town.
- 56:17[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I'm not just saying that to be, you know, I don't really even know the woman, but the Pink Coat is just wonderful.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know where she got it.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_09]: Many of you will want the same one.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know where you buy such a thing in water.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_09]: Well, there's no fashion in water town.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_09]: I'm sure that was ordered online.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_09]: So maybe, maybe we can find out where Brooke got the pink coat that's on TV there and, uh, listen on that.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_09]: It's one of those things, you know, it's like a lot of things.
- 56:47[SPEAKER_09]: You can't wear it every day because people say there's going to grow over the pink coat again.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_09]: But once in a while for a little flare, it's an eye catcher and that commercial.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_09]: I'm telling you.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_09]: I see that on TV.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_09]: Whoa, look at that pink coat.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_09]: It's kind of like the different suits that the guy wears on, what's the show at 530?
- 57:11[SPEAKER_09]: He's a great guy, a match game, whatever it is, but I check those out too.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_09]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_11]: Thank you.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_11]: A big good deal for regarding there's no fashion in the area because TJ Maxx has some good stuff, there's Jason Penney and Cole, they carry a lot of beer away and you'll see a lot of ladies sporting the way they enjoy it, it's a really good brand and it's very stylish.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_09]: So do you like the pink coat?
- 57:47[SPEAKER_09]: Would you wear it, let me put it this way, would you wear it?
- 57:52[SPEAKER_09]: If Brooks had you can borrow my coat for the weekend, would you wear it?
- 57:58[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, that's not nice.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_11]: No, no, I'm just being fair.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_11]: I'm more nerpy tones.
- 58:04[SPEAKER_11]: I really like a forest green or a Heather Gray.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_09]: No.
- 58:10[UNKNOWN]: Maybe a burgundy.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_09]: Well forest green doesn't sell cars.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_09]: Forest grump might put.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, okay.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_11]: Forest green cars are pretty sharp.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, they are.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_09]: Well, if we can find them, they're not many left.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, in the market position.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_09]: i think it is you look at that forecast if you looked at it i'm sure i i don't trust him i think they're about is uh... valuable is uh... canadian nickel well i think the i think it's going to be by this weekend it's going to be nice way to get some rain and some high temperatures right in the next week this snow will be gone in no time
- 58:52[SPEAKER_11]: It can't go by extended forecast.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_11]: I'm just telling you, they are worthless.
- 58:59[SPEAKER_11]: But I think a little warmer than it was.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_11]: I didn't appreciate the bitter yesterday.
- 59:04[SPEAKER_11]: We had some sun.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_11]: I really appreciated that.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_11]: But I didn't like the freezing cold that went with it, because it's very disruptive.
- 59:12[SPEAKER_11]: But want to get out of one of these things?
- 59:15[SPEAKER_09]: But it's too dark cold.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_09]: Well, when it's 59 this Saturday, you think about me, all right?
- 59:22[SPEAKER_09]: All right, all right, that sounds good.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_09]: All right, I got a run.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_09]: All right, there she is.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_09]: The Tammy from Pamelia.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_09]: One of our favorite collars here.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, somebody just hit the symbol in the next room.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_09]: Um, okay, well, that is our show, Glenn Curry.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_09]: You know, I would say Glenn Curry will be in at five o'clock.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_09]: And you won't want to miss it.
- 59:47[SPEAKER_09]: right here of course on the station you always listen to during the new hour and that's the community broadcast station.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_09]: We are a. I'm 12.40.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_09]: We're WATN.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_09]: We're in Watertown, New York, and the time is one o'clock.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_09]: CBS News is next.
