- 1:58Speaker 2: See you on the other side, earners, what's going on?
- 2:01Speaker 2: You are now locked in the cliff Notes, the number
- 2:02Speaker 2: one place for investment strategies, tips and advice. Make sure
- 2:06Speaker 2: you have your notepads ready, but more importantly, make sure
- 2:08Speaker 2: you're ready to execute on the information.
- 2:10Speaker 5: Everyone always asks me, I where do I get into
- 2:13Speaker 5: the market? And I think episode fourteen we cover this.
- 2:16Speaker 5: So for those of you who have been faithfuls put
- 2:19Speaker 5: channel in the chat if you've seen us cover this.
- 2:23Speaker 5: But I want to give you three ways to get
- 2:25Speaker 5: into the market. Number one is the two hundred day
- 2:28Speaker 5: moving average. Number two the seventy two day moving average,
- 2:37Speaker 5: and number three the price channel.
- 2:40Speaker 3: The price channel.
- 2:42Speaker 5: If I have to rank the importance of it, I
- 2:43Speaker 5: would do price channel first, seventy two day moving average, second,
- 2:47Speaker 5: two hundred day Third number two, where do we get
- 2:51Speaker 5: out of the market? You want to get out at
- 2:54Speaker 5: five year mark? Please put in chat. Time in the
- 2:57Speaker 5: market is the most important indicator. So five years ten
- 3:02Speaker 5: years are the first two targets you should have if
- 3:05Speaker 5: you have quality. If you're not willing to hold it
- 3:07Speaker 5: for five years or ten years, you know it is
- 3:09Speaker 5: trash nikola game stop amc et cetera.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Right.
- 3:14Speaker 5: We talked about Fibonacci re tracements on episode twenty. Write
- 3:19Speaker 5: this down go to episode twenty if you have not
- 3:21Speaker 5: heard us talk about it. You can use the one
- 3:24Speaker 5: hundred and twenty five percent extension to know when to
- 3:27Speaker 5: exit out of your trade. So if a company breaks
- 3:29Speaker 5: out of it's all time high, when it gets one
- 3:31Speaker 5: hundred and twenty five percent or twenty five percent over
- 3:35Speaker 5: it's all time high, you can exit at that part
- 3:38Speaker 5: number four five extra initial entry.
- 3:42Speaker 3: So if you're in a.
- 3:43Speaker 5: Tech based company or biotech or a high growth company,
- 3:46Speaker 5: you can set a limit order for let's say your
- 3:49Speaker 5: entry is one hundred bucks, you can set your limit
- 3:52Speaker 5: order for five hundred to exit you out. Of course,
- 3:55Speaker 5: trading has considerable risks. There's no guarantee that it will
- 3:57Speaker 5: go to that mark based on a company evaluation and
- 4:00Speaker 5: the fundamentals of that company. But five x is your
- 4:03Speaker 5: secondary target. Okay, when to short, please write this down.
- 4:09Speaker 3: If it's a Grade F stock with.
- 4:11Speaker 5: Poor fundamentals Number one, number two. If the price is
- 4:16Speaker 5: five hundred or one hundred excuse me, fifty or one
- 4:18Speaker 5: hundred and forty bucks over the top of the market,
- 4:22Speaker 5: that's a good sign for it to short. If it's
- 4:23Speaker 5: not a great company, so hurts Nicola, AMC, GameStop companies
- 4:28Speaker 5: with no proper fundamental excuse me fundamentals week revenue and
- 4:33Speaker 5: all of a sudden they pop up one hundred and
- 4:35Speaker 5: forty bucks two hundred and twenty bucks. If you give
- 4:37Speaker 5: it nine to nineteen weeks, please write that down nine
- 4:40Speaker 5: to nineteen weeks. That will allow you to establish a
- 4:44Speaker 5: short position. If the company is no good. Number four
- 4:48Speaker 5: I'll always call it here, So for companies is not good,
- 4:50Speaker 5: I'll be sure to mention it. And number five when
- 4:52Speaker 5: the fundamentals do not match, it is a value trap.
- 4:57Speaker 5: I don't want to see. It's get hurt and devastated
- 4:59Speaker 5: by these company thanis that are not any good because
- 5:01Speaker 5: they were hyped up on boards and discorders and things
- 5:05Speaker 5: of that nature.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Okay, how to evaluate a company?
- 5:09Speaker 5: We talked about this before, so once you get through
- 5:11Speaker 5: your technicals, let's go through fundamentals. We covered some of
- 5:15Speaker 5: this before, but how to evaluate a company the founder,
- 5:18Speaker 5: the character of the founder and the team, the vision,
- 5:21Speaker 5: the number one thing that they can do that no
- 5:23Speaker 5: one else in the world can do.
- 5:24Speaker 3: That is key. Please write that down.
- 5:26Speaker 5: Number six. When you are investing in the company, what
- 5:29Speaker 5: is their unbreakable competitive advantage? Bitcoin being added to Tesla
- 5:34Speaker 5: since they were plea revenue, is a competitive advantage for
- 5:39Speaker 5: them right now. Apple having an extensive mote is a
- 5:42Speaker 5: competitive advantage whatever company you love right now, please put
- 5:46Speaker 5: what the competitive advantage is of that asset or company?
- 5:50Speaker 5: How much cash did they have on hand? I'll skip
- 5:52Speaker 5: down to number twelve cash flow premium or consistent cash flow.
- 5:57Speaker 5: There is a reason that monthly recurring and annual recurring
- 6:01Speaker 5: amongst software companies are so popular.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Right number thirteen? Which business are they? Number? One in?
- 6:09Speaker 2: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.

- 6:36Speaker 2: and C Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly

- 8:07Speaker 6: people turning it into products at our refineries, people doing
- 8:11Speaker 6: R and D to make products that are better for
- 8:13Speaker 6: your engine, people trading and shipping fuels to their destinations,
- 8:17Speaker 6: and the people who help you at one of VP's
- 8:19Speaker 6: growing family of retail stations. They're part of almost three
- 8:22Speaker 6: hundred thousand jobs VP supports across the country. Learn more
- 8:26Speaker 6: at VP dot com. Slash investing in America.
- 8:30Speaker 5: Or at least top three, and they have a superior
- 8:33Speaker 5: customer experience. So go down this list, and I need
- 8:37Speaker 5: you to check off each box before you consider investing
- 8:40Speaker 5: in it. Now for defense, it's great to have a
- 8:44Speaker 5: company that can change the world. But what if ninety
- 8:47Speaker 5: three other companies and they get in Let's say Mark
- 8:50Speaker 5: Cuban investing ten of them, and Damon John invest in
- 8:53Speaker 5: another teen, and Chris Sock investment in another ten, they
- 8:55Speaker 5: may come and eat that.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Startups lunch.
- 8:58Speaker 5: These economic modes now one low cost of production, high
- 9:02Speaker 5: switching costs, network effects.
- 9:04Speaker 3: We talked about this last week as well at number eight.
- 9:06Speaker 3: Do they have a legal monopoly?
- 9:09Speaker 5: Companies like Striker, Companies like Pool, I could argue have
- 9:13Speaker 5: a legal monopoly where they virtually have no competition in
- 9:17Speaker 5: their space. Brand loyalty is key and also the value
- 9:21Speaker 5: of the brand and Hopefully we'll get a chance to
- 9:22Speaker 5: ask and Mark about how you built Dallas Mavericks brand
- 9:25Speaker 5: up to be worth what it is. This is a
- 9:28Speaker 5: very key fundamental part that I have not talked about before,
- 9:33Speaker 5: but I'll talk about next week. You need to focus
- 9:35Speaker 5: your intention on investing in conglomerates. So which company is this?
- 9:40Speaker 5: They are involved in tech, software, hardware, currently healthcare, fintech,
- 9:47Speaker 5: electronic vehicles, consumer and space exploration. If I brought this
- 9:52Speaker 5: company to you and I told you they were cash
- 9:54Speaker 5: flow positive and they had considerable market share and mind
- 9:58Speaker 5: share in their category, You're like, this is a home run.
- 10:02Speaker 5: That company is Apple, Amazon is in the space. You
- 10:06Speaker 5: can argue that Tesla is a conglomerate as well. In
- 10:09Speaker 5: the making, you want to invest in conglomerates. IBM once
- 10:12Speaker 5: was and then it's lost its position and it's holding
- 10:15Speaker 5: in the market. Next one three most important indicators. Number
- 10:20Speaker 5: one is the grandfather of them.
- 10:22Speaker 3: All, quantitative easing.
- 10:25Speaker 5: We will not have all these companies rising to record
- 10:28Speaker 5: levels and all these record level SPACs. Kudos to Josh
- 10:31Speaker 5: that are returning five hundred and eight hundred percent without
- 10:35Speaker 5: quantitative to easing. Inverted yield curve tells you ahead of
- 10:39Speaker 5: time when a crash is going to happen. I tell
- 10:42Speaker 5: you guys every week, don't worry about crash. If that
- 10:45Speaker 5: access ever gets crossed and the inverted yel curve does break,
- 10:50Speaker 5: you have eighteen to thirty six months to begin preparing
- 10:53Speaker 5: where you want to get in the market, and prepare
- 10:56Speaker 5: it in advance. You have to prepare when everyone else
- 10:59Speaker 5: is had be someone disaster is on your door. You
- 11:02Speaker 5: are not panicking. And number three the only timeframe that
- 11:06Speaker 5: guarantees that you will win in the market, as if
- 11:09Speaker 5: you hold your assets for twenty years. And I know
- 11:11Speaker 5: many of you don't want to hear it, truth be told,
- 11:14Speaker 5: a lot of you are losing more money than you
- 11:16Speaker 5: care to admit because you will not hold a position
- 11:19Speaker 5: long enough for it to be fruitful for you.
- 11:23Speaker 3: This is key for your personal life.
- 11:25Speaker 4: I said, Jim, don't let that go over you.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Ahead.
- 11:29Speaker 5: If I'm looking at a person and I'm comparing, and
- 11:31Speaker 5: I say, okay, let's say I'm going against Mark.
- 11:35Speaker 3: He's going to eat me for lunch. Right. But if
- 11:38Speaker 3: I'm only willing to hold.
- 11:39Speaker 5: My position for a year, it does not matter how
- 11:42Speaker 5: many exotic strategies and derivatives I put inside of it
- 11:45Speaker 5: to outperform him. If he will wait twenty years, he's
- 11:49Speaker 5: going to outperform me, because no man can beat time.
- 11:53Speaker 5: It is the biggest lever that we have in our favor.
- 11:56Speaker 5: And know some of us are starting late, but this
- 11:59Speaker 5: is where the freedom is of like kicks in, please
- 12:01Speaker 5: write this down. There is no freedom financially without you
- 12:06Speaker 5: tying yourself to a business. I talked about a waycehood
- 12:12Speaker 5: a couple of weeks ago, kudoscalc. But one thing artists,
- 12:15Speaker 5: I need you guys to realize. If you do not
- 12:17Speaker 5: invest in a company to get equity in it, you
- 12:19Speaker 5: don't own it. Everyone's freedom is going to be tied
- 12:23Speaker 5: to a business. So this is a matrix that you
- 12:25Speaker 5: have to follow top to bottom business stocks, real estate,
- 12:30Speaker 5: life insurance, a job or too. There's nothing wrong with
- 12:33Speaker 5: working because most entrepreneurs make less than thirty three thousand
- 12:36Speaker 5: dollars a year. So for those of you that have
- 12:38Speaker 5: good careers, kudos to you. Okay, you want at least
- 12:43Speaker 5: four revenue streams in your business to start. Ideally you
- 12:46Speaker 5: want twenty four and these last two are very key
- 12:49Speaker 5: because it doesn't matter how much you make risk mitigation,
- 12:53Speaker 5: so insurance is key and the unique protection of your assets.
- 12:58Speaker 5: Please type in chat tonight, what kind of business do
- 13:00Speaker 5: you want to start that will give you security for
- 13:03Speaker 5: yourself and your family.
- 13:04Speaker 2: To hear a more extended conversation. Make sure to check
- 13:06Speaker 2: out our live YouTube show Market Monday's every Monday eight

- 13:17Speaker 7: Now my graduates from my school being forced back drop
- 13:25Speaker 7: bag Drop, Mike Droft, Backdrop dropt.
- 13:39Speaker 8: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 13:43Speaker 8: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 13:47Speaker 8: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 13:51Speaker 8: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 13:55Speaker 8: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 13:59Speaker 8: Donald J. Trump leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 14:02Speaker 8: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 14:07Speaker 8: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 14:11Speaker 8: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 14:14Speaker 8: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 14:18Speaker 8: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 14:22Speaker 8: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 14:26Speaker 8: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 14:30Speaker 8: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump America's laws,
- 14:34Speaker 8: border and families will be protected.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
