- 0:05Speaker 2: Air on Air with a Ryan.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Seacrest, all right, it's kiss.
- 0:11Speaker 3: So over the course of the years, we talked about
- 0:14Speaker 3: a lot of scams, and they seem to be more
- 0:16Speaker 3: and more prevalent. I know, my phone rings all the
- 0:18Speaker 3: time with numbers that I just ignore.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Places.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Sometimes it's it looks like my number. Other times it's
- 0:25Speaker 3: places that I just don't I know, I don't know
- 0:27Speaker 3: anybody in Cedar Falls or you know, whether it's coming
- 0:29Speaker 3: in from her.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Phones are getting smarter though, because it does tell me
- 0:32Speaker 2: this is a spam call, so I won't.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Pick it up.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Also, sometimes when I get emails from the staff here,
- 0:37Speaker 3: it says you don't often get emails from this person.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Do you have that?
- 0:42Speaker 4: No, I don't have that at all.
- 0:45Speaker 1: Mark, do you have that on your iPhone? Not that
- 0:48Speaker 1: a feature?
- 0:48Speaker 3: That a feature in my leg it just it identifies
- 0:51Speaker 3: as somebody doesn't normally email me.
- 0:54Speaker 1: I've never seen that.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Maybe those are actually legit scams.
- 0:57Speaker 1: No, No, it's like people that we know.
- 0:59Speaker 3: It's people that like I know and not I real email,
- 1:02Speaker 3: but not people I'd never email or talked to. But
- 1:04Speaker 3: it says you don't often see an email from this
- 1:06Speaker 3: person anyway. Wow, Ciciny is in the middle. Have you
- 1:10Speaker 3: heard She's caught up in the middle of a big
- 1:12Speaker 3: scam right now? I am, yeah, and it looks legit.
- 1:15Speaker 3: I'm a victim of beating scammed. But let's be clear
- 1:20Speaker 3: about what has happened. Someone or somebody, people whatever are
- 1:25Speaker 3: posing as you and trying to say that you can
- 1:28Speaker 3: win cash, right Siciny.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:30Speaker 2: So I actually got a DM on Instagram from one
- 1:34Speaker 2: of our lovely listeners, Leslie, and she said, Hey, I
- 1:38Speaker 2: just wanted to know if this is real or not.
- 1:42Speaker 2: And so when I looked at the DM and checked everything,
- 1:45Speaker 2: it was basically screenshots of a fake Siciny account on
- 1:50Speaker 2: Facebook and it had messaged her saying, Hey, Leslie, congratulations,
- 1:55Speaker 2: you were selected as the winner of my event. Visit
- 1:57Speaker 2: my profile now, thank you very much.
- 2:00Speaker 3: But then it gets hairy for me. It asks for
- 2:02Speaker 3: a lot of different clicks and things, and you start,
- 2:05Speaker 3: I mean, go through the list of what this scam's
- 2:07Speaker 3: asking people to do.
- 2:08Speaker 2: And they even took our like our picture, our picture
- 2:12Speaker 2: of payer bills, and they put it in there.
- 2:15Speaker 3: That they took actually the promo campaign photography with the
- 2:19Speaker 3: logos and everything. I mean, it looks real except all
- 2:23Speaker 3: these things they want you to do, right, They.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Say, go my page like my post register here, click
- 2:28Speaker 2: on the link. Then you'll get a receipt. Then you
- 2:30Speaker 2: can comment, and then you do this and then you
- 2:32Speaker 2: can win a thousand dollars of them. I'm like, this
- 2:33Speaker 2: is oh my gosh, it's so lengthy and it's face
- 2:36Speaker 2: So did you Okay?
- 2:37Speaker 1: So if anybody got this from Siciny Show.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Yesity Show, that's the name of the account on Facebook.
- 2:43Speaker 2: But it has all my pictures on there, and you
- 2:46Speaker 2: go through it's it looks I get I can see
- 2:49Speaker 2: how you could think that it's real.
- 2:51Speaker 1: So did it go to a lot of people or
- 2:53Speaker 1: fifty people?
- 2:54Speaker 5: So far?
- 2:54Speaker 2: Just one person reached out to me, But I have
- 2:57Speaker 2: no idea who else it's gone to. So I kind
- 2:59Speaker 2: of wanted to it up and in case you guys
- 3:01Speaker 2: see it, don't talk on anything. I've reported it. But
- 3:05Speaker 2: my dad's Facebook got hacked and nothing.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Told your dad about it.
- 3:09Speaker 2: I haven't told my dad about it.
- 3:10Speaker 6: No.
- 3:10Speaker 1: I reported to report it to your father.
- 3:12Speaker 2: No, But my poor dad his account got hacked like
- 3:15Speaker 2: months ago and it was all bad.
- 3:18Speaker 1: My mom's as well.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Yeah, so all right, well that the sistiny if you
- 3:22Speaker 3: are seeing her one thousand dollars cash prize giveaway is
- 3:25Speaker 3: a scam. We do pay your bills here on the air,
- 3:28Speaker 3: and I'm authenticating.
- 3:29Speaker 1: This is us. This is not an AI voice.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Hi Saccari, thanks for calling us. How can we help
- 3:35Speaker 3: you this morning?
- 3:36Speaker 7: Hi, I'm just gond to talk to you guys. I
- 3:39Speaker 7: was just calling to let you guys, to let Tanya
- 3:41Speaker 7: know she was talking about calling in the ones. I
- 3:44Speaker 7: read the book and I called in the one I
- 3:47Speaker 7: met like literally right after.
- 3:51Speaker 8: It works.
- 3:52Speaker 1: It worked, girl.
- 3:54Speaker 7: I'm tat to you, thank you, thank you. I was like,
- 3:59Speaker 7: I listened to you as all the time. I'm like
- 4:00Speaker 7: almost fine, and we try it. Not suggested this book
- 4:03Speaker 7: to everyone, and so we'll see if it works on
- 4:05Speaker 7: everyone else. But it definitely worked for me.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Worked for me too. You're so welcome book.
- 4:12Speaker 3: It's a work book. You've got to be diligent and
- 4:14Speaker 3: stay on it. But it's about about guiding you to
- 4:17Speaker 3: meeting your human. And you found your human. How long
- 4:19Speaker 3: did it take?
- 4:21Speaker 9: Uh?
- 4:21Speaker 7: Well, I mean I read the book and then literally
- 4:24Speaker 7: I met my human like two weeks later. And then
- 4:29Speaker 7: we got engaged after eight months. So it was really
- 4:33Speaker 7: powerful stuff.
- 4:34Speaker 1: All right, so now we are you are really validating this. Mikayla.
- 4:38Speaker 1: You've had the workbook for how long?
- 4:41Speaker 2: I think almost two years and this.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Is like my old work book, Like this is like
- 4:47Speaker 4: trying like.
- 4:49Speaker 1: The works at different places for different people.
- 4:51Speaker 4: Apparently, No, Mikayla hasn't done it.
- 4:54Speaker 2: It's a lot, Ryan, I need some time off.
- 4:58Speaker 4: No, no, MICHAELA hasn't done the work book.
- 5:02Speaker 1: You have to do the work. I know the car
- 5:05Speaker 1: worked for you. I'm happy.
- 5:07Speaker 3: I'm not down for as much work as it takes
- 5:10Speaker 3: to call in right. Oh, whatever it happened, however, Tanya, Look,
- 5:19Speaker 3: it doesn't matter who calls who.
- 5:20Speaker 1: It's not a game.
- 5:23Speaker 3: Congratulates the car, You take good care, keep us posted,
- 5:26Speaker 3: and I'm more.
- 5:27Speaker 8: Dang.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Yeah, everyone knows.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Let me grab This is Brendania, Brendia, Brendia. That's a
- 5:34Speaker 1: great name in San Gabor. Good morning, Brandia. How are you?
- 5:38Speaker 10: I'm good?
- 5:41Speaker 1: Cool?
- 5:42Speaker 3: You want to tell us what's going on with your
- 5:44Speaker 3: boyfriend's family group chat?
- 5:45Speaker 1: Everybody in on this.
- 5:48Speaker 11: Yeah, yeah, I'll tell you. It's it's pretty embarrassing.
- 5:53Speaker 8: So I just want some advice, see if I can
- 5:56Speaker 8: like salvage the situation or if I should just go
- 5:59Speaker 8: live in a me somewhere because it's pretty mortifying. But basically,
- 6:06Speaker 8: like you know how you can name a group cat? Yeah, yeah,
- 6:11Speaker 8: so I thought that was just for your personal use,
- 6:14Speaker 8: Like I thought.
- 6:14Speaker 11: It was like a contact name.
- 6:17Speaker 8: Like I didn't realize that everybody in the group chat
- 6:19Speaker 8: could see it. So I've been dating a guy for
- 6:23Speaker 8: like six months and uh uh, his parents started a
- 6:28Speaker 8: family group chat with me in it, which is like
- 6:30Speaker 8: super sweet of them, cute, very cute, but so I
- 6:36Speaker 8: he is the name of it, and I called it
- 6:40Speaker 8: my future family.
- 6:41Speaker 4: Oh cute.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Okay, it's cute.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Though it's cute, but the whole family saw this.
- 6:48Speaker 1: But isn't that so?
- 6:50Speaker 8: Yeah? Well, I mean so my boyfriend said something.
- 6:54Speaker 11: To me about it, and I realized what was going on,
- 6:57Speaker 11: and I died. It's just like I mean, honestly, like
- 7:02Speaker 11: I do think he's the one, like I kind of do.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Thinks here to have it on total uh broadcast to
- 7:10Speaker 3: the whole family.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Well, I could see she just thought it was for her,
- 7:13Speaker 2: like she was changing it on her phone. And that's
- 7:15Speaker 2: cute if it was just you looking at it? Oh man?
- 7:19Speaker 11: Yeah, like I didn't.
- 7:20Speaker 5: It was for me.
- 7:20Speaker 11: I didn't mean to like show his mom, his dad
- 7:25Speaker 11: and both.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Uh.
- 7:27Speaker 3: So what I've used in the past is the home
- 7:30Speaker 3: team if you want to, if you want to change
- 7:33Speaker 3: it to something that, like, I don't.
- 7:35Speaker 4: Know, okay, Yeah.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Has anybody else said Scott to you besides your boyfriend?
- 7:43Speaker 1: Has there been any laughs or haha?
- 7:45Speaker 2: Well?
- 7:46Speaker 11: Yeah, I mean he's being cool about it. He thinks
- 7:48Speaker 11: it's really funny. His mom is sort of like going
- 7:52Speaker 11: a little fast.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Are we kind of like, oh no, it's gonna be
- 7:56Speaker 3: so uncomfortable with mama bear.
- 7:59Speaker 4: No, give it a couple of weeks and it'll be
- 8:01Speaker 4: old news.
- 8:02Speaker 1: But do you change it back?
- 8:03Speaker 2: Is that what it's called now my future family forever?
- 8:07Speaker 11: Yeah, it's just it's so called that I just haven't
- 8:10Speaker 11: changed because I don't want to want to throw more
- 8:11Speaker 11: attention to it.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Well I think you just got to lean into this
- 8:15Speaker 3: one double down, double down, right. If it doesn't work out,
- 8:19Speaker 3: then he's not the one double down go for it?
- 8:22Speaker 3: So what you said your truth?
- 8:24Speaker 1: How you like it?
- 8:25Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 8:26Speaker 2: And it's kind of cute, all right, Okay, that's your family.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Thank you, Brandia put.
- 8:33Speaker 4: Some ring emoji's in there.
- 8:35Speaker 6: All right, I'm gonna own it.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Thanks guys.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Bye.
- 8:38Speaker 3: I have to tell you I think I would not
- 8:40Speaker 3: have known that. Everybody can see the name of the
- 8:42Speaker 3: group chat as well.
- 8:44Speaker 2: I can see you knowing that, But can.
- 8:46Speaker 3: They see the name of the person, like if you
- 8:48Speaker 3: put in there like Tony remember you used to put like, uh,
- 8:52Speaker 3: Tony Miami right right?
- 8:53Speaker 2: Oh, like Michael's cade and my phone?
- 8:56Speaker 1: Yeah, can they see that?
- 8:57Speaker 4: No?
- 8:58Speaker 1: Just is that your your contact your contact?
- 9:00Speaker 4: Unless you share your contact with someone.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Then that you're sharing it.
- 9:04Speaker 1: As baby and it comes as the name, yes.
- 9:06Speaker 9: Which I've had an uncomfortable situation with that before where
- 9:09Speaker 9: someone sent me a contact and it had like the
- 9:11Speaker 9: eggplant emoji in their name, and like yeah, yeah.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Gross, I'm now buffering.
- 9:18Speaker 4: Yeah, I know, I know.
- 9:21Speaker 1: GTK on that though. Good to know GTK.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Okay, that's not.
- 9:29Speaker 1: A thing. It certainly is a thing. Let him have
- 9:33Speaker 1: k today.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Now, last night, you got in bed, you watch something,
- 9:40Speaker 3: you didn't watch something, You got your pillows all situated,
- 9:44Speaker 3: you pull your sheet up, your cover up, rub your
- 9:47Speaker 3: bare feet.
- 9:47Speaker 1: A little bit. Yeah, my favorite, right, and then you
- 9:51Speaker 1: start trying to fall asleep. I have to.
- 9:53Speaker 3: I try to start fall asleep on my back and
- 9:55Speaker 3: I just can't, so then I flip and I fall
- 9:57Speaker 3: asleep on my stomach. But they say it should take
- 10:02Speaker 3: only fifteen or twenty minutes to fall asleep every single night.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Only fifteen.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Any faster than that means your exhaustion level is too
- 10:12Speaker 3: high and you're burnt out. You fall asleep right away,
- 10:15Speaker 3: you're burnt out. And if it takes any longer, it's stress,
- 10:19Speaker 3: voices in your head, anxiety and a bad sleep routine.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Coffee or alcohol could be the problem.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Too interesting, I don't know that that was like a
- 10:28Speaker 2: negative for falling asleep fast.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Yeah, fight it fifteen to twenty, Well, it just means
- 10:33Speaker 3: you're exhausting yourself.
- 10:35Speaker 1: You're running on empty.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Michael falls asleep within like a minute. I can't.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I can't really love people like that.
- 10:43Speaker 3: And it's like snoring, like it's full on, like and
- 10:47Speaker 3: you can sleep anywhere.
- 10:48Speaker 2: I mean, it doesn't matter.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Would do you not nudge him and push him?
- 10:52Speaker 2: And well, yeah, and then he gets mad at me
- 10:54Speaker 2: for not coming to bed earlier and falling asleep before
- 10:57Speaker 2: him or this that whatever. But like I I just
- 11:00Speaker 2: would clap, I just I do everything? Dude, I like
- 11:04Speaker 2: his nostrils and does it work? Gets a little like
- 11:09Speaker 2: could you stop waking me up?
- 11:11Speaker 1: You're sleeping?
- 11:13Speaker 3: Today's quote never apologize for making yourself your first priority.
- 11:20Speaker 3: Don't feel bad, make yourself your priority. We're so there's
- 11:25Speaker 3: all kinds of stuff. I mean, what did we do?
- 11:27Speaker 3: How do we learn about little life things before there
- 11:31Speaker 3: was TikTok? So many different little things you can pick
- 11:33Speaker 3: up and learn, and you learn how to cook, you
- 11:36Speaker 3: learn how to dance, you learn how to sing. All
- 11:37Speaker 3: this stuff is there, it's on TikTok. But here are
- 11:40Speaker 3: some that are dangerous. These are trends people are talking about.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Have you ever thought of putting okra water on your
- 11:47Speaker 3: skin to aid in digestion?
- 11:51Speaker 1: Okra water mason jar full of water that.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Basically you put it well, you put small pieces of
- 11:57Speaker 3: okra and a jar full of water put into free
- 12:00Speaker 3: and then drink it twenty.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Four hours later. Okay, and it works, It just not.
- 12:07Speaker 1: It literally does nothing.
- 12:09Speaker 3: So but my question is who on TikTok decides that
- 12:11Speaker 3: this is a thing and can just say this works.
- 12:14Speaker 1: It just wort and with skin and digestion. No doesn't.
- 12:17Speaker 3: It's fine to drink it. It's not can do anything.
- 12:19Speaker 3: But it doesn't do that.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Uh huh.
- 12:21Speaker 1: What about tadpole water?
- 12:23Speaker 2: Launch this one all over TikTok, and I am intrigued
- 12:26Speaker 2: about this one.
- 12:27Speaker 3: So this is water with a couple of teaspoons at
- 12:29Speaker 3: chias seeds, right, and then you squeeze some lemon in it.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Suppose it makes you feel fuller. And they say you
- 12:35Speaker 3: could lose a pound a day.
- 12:36Speaker 4: Well, yeah, you know why.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Because you're getting some nutrients from the cheese eats.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Noche as seeds fill you out.
- 12:43Speaker 9: No, the chiae seeds really kind of pull from and
- 12:46Speaker 9: they and they and then they.
- 12:48Speaker 4: Pull it out of you.
- 12:50Speaker 1: So the chias seeds have a little duty when they're inside.
- 12:52Speaker 9: Of me Madre's shower. Remember that's what they called it
- 12:54Speaker 9: a while ago. It just like cleans you out.
- 12:57Speaker 3: So the answer to this one is they call it
- 12:59Speaker 3: tadpole water. It is safe and it can work because
- 13:04Speaker 3: it pull stuff out of you and it does fill
- 13:05Speaker 3: you up. Like if you have some chias seats before
- 13:07Speaker 3: you eat a big meal, you won't eat as much
- 13:09Speaker 3: of that meal. I listen to this one. So these
- 13:12Speaker 3: are TikTok hacks. Some are crazy lime juice. You ever
- 13:16Speaker 3: put lime juice on your face to reduce wrinkles?
- 13:19Speaker 2: Not ever?
- 13:19Speaker 1: One people are doing it. People are saying, yeah, this
- 13:21Speaker 1: is it. This is the trick.
- 13:22Speaker 3: You don't want to get wrinkles lime juice on your skin.
- 13:25Speaker 3: So what you do is you cut up limes and
- 13:27Speaker 3: you rub the slices on your face. Right, is rub
- 13:29Speaker 3: on your face. Looks a little ridiculous, but it's not
- 13:33Speaker 3: safe and it doesn't work. That citric acid can cause
- 13:37Speaker 3: skin irritation, and if exposed to the sun, can give
- 13:39Speaker 3: you a second or.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Third degree burns.
- 13:41Speaker 3: So no, no, But who's making this stuff up saying
- 13:43Speaker 3: yeah it works.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Who can do that?
- 13:46Speaker 2: Can't believe everything on the internet.
- 13:49Speaker 3: Hair cracking to relieve headache. So some people are taking
- 13:52Speaker 3: a small section of their hair. They're twisting it and
- 13:54Speaker 3: yanking on it to make a popping sound.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Have you done this?
- 13:57Speaker 2: Never?
- 13:59Speaker 3: That sound is the layer of your scout pulling off,
- 14:02Speaker 3: the layer that covers your skull.
- 14:04Speaker 1: It is not safe. You should not do it. Don't
- 14:06Speaker 1: Oh I know that. Yeah. Air cracking can cause bleeding, bolding,
- 14:11Speaker 1: and all kinds of bad stuff. Butlliculitis. Don't do it,
- 14:16Speaker 1: Do not do that. That could go on.
- 14:18Speaker 3: There's so many things that are on your team. We
- 14:20Speaker 3: are saying, Yeah, this is the trick, this is the secret.
- 14:22Speaker 8: It's not.
- 14:23Speaker 2: He that's tabool water.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Right yeah, table Water's fine.
- 14:27Speaker 3: Time for a second date update, Let's get to that
- 14:31Speaker 3: right now. So, dear Ryan says, Ayton, is she this
- 14:34Speaker 3: from Haven?
- 14:35Speaker 1: Haven's a guy. She pursued me.
- 14:39Speaker 3: So I'm a little puzzled as to why she's blowing
- 14:41Speaker 3: me off, Like she really puts some effort into landing
- 14:42Speaker 3: a date with me, which is super flattering. We finally
- 14:45Speaker 3: went out and then I thought it went great. Now
- 14:46Speaker 3: she doesn't want to go out again, So what's up
- 14:47Speaker 3: with that? I mean, it can be like I know,
- 14:51Speaker 3: like I just sometimes you just get busy. I mean
- 14:54Speaker 3: it just life starts to happen and you just get busy.
- 14:58Speaker 3: But Haven, thanks reaching out. I get that. You're like
- 15:02Speaker 3: trying to understand this after she pursued you. What did
- 15:04Speaker 3: she do to pursue you?
- 15:07Speaker 6: Okay, So what I said, this is all very weird
- 15:10Speaker 6: to me because we met at a party and we
- 15:11Speaker 6: hit it off, but we didn't change numbers at the party.
- 15:15Speaker 6: But she's really different than my coworker who was hosting
- 15:18Speaker 6: the party. So she started randomly showing up to visit
- 15:20Speaker 6: her friend at work, and you know, we'd chat from
- 15:23Speaker 6: time to time, and eventually she asked for my number
- 15:27Speaker 6: and I gave it to her. We touched it a
- 15:28Speaker 6: little bit, and then she asked me to do get
- 15:31Speaker 6: drinks with her, and you know, we did and I
- 15:34Speaker 6: thought it went great. We went to the tap room
- 15:35Speaker 6: in Pasadena on a Tuesday from this is very specific
- 15:39Speaker 6: six pm to seven pm, because that's how she wanted
- 15:42Speaker 6: to set up the date. She was like, We're just
- 15:44Speaker 6: going to do one hour, see how it goes.
- 15:46Speaker 7: And I got.
- 15:46Speaker 6: Something I have gone on afterwards.
- 15:48Speaker 3: We can't extent it, love it and so rigid, rigid.
- 15:53Speaker 4: It's a matter of fact.
- 15:55Speaker 1: It's kind of rude, but it's also like not hopeful.
- 15:58Speaker 4: It's realistic.
- 16:00Speaker 1: It's also Tuesday. Who can have the right I can't
- 16:03Speaker 1: brain date on a Tuesday.
- 16:06Speaker 6: Well, it was all a little bit weird and strict
- 16:09Speaker 6: and all all. Be honest, I was a little bit
- 16:10Speaker 6: intimidated because you know, she pursued me. She set up
- 16:13Speaker 6: all these guidelines and rules.
- 16:14Speaker 1: But yeah, we.
- 16:15Speaker 6: Actually got there. I thought the date was amazing, you know,
- 16:18Speaker 6: the one hour flew by it, because you know, sometimes
- 16:21Speaker 6: you're in a bad date, one hour feels like twelve.
- 16:23Speaker 6: And so I thought, you know, I was looking forward
- 16:27Speaker 6: to seeing her again, and I was hoping she'd be
- 16:30Speaker 6: looking forward to seeing me, especially with how much work
- 16:32Speaker 6: she put it to get that date. But now when
- 16:35Speaker 6: we text, she's just being really weird.
- 16:39Speaker 1: So something went wrong on b You sure you wanna
- 16:41Speaker 1: go ouder again?
- 16:44Speaker 6: I mean, I had a good time. It's just I'm
- 16:47Speaker 6: confused now because you know, she it's not like she's
- 16:49Speaker 6: ghosting me entirely. Sometimes she responds to my tad, sometimes
- 16:52Speaker 6: she doesn't. It's just that now when she does respond,
- 16:55Speaker 6: it's really sort of short and hurt and to the point.
- 16:59Speaker 6: Whereas before it was all very you know, flirty and
- 17:02Speaker 6: sort of back and forth. Now it's just sort of like, okay, period,
- 17:06Speaker 6: no emoji.
- 17:08Speaker 3: All right, we've got I think the back room has
- 17:10Speaker 3: got her number. We're gonna try and track her down.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Let's give us a few minutes to seef we can
- 17:13Speaker 3: get her to come on the air and find out
- 17:15Speaker 3: why she's like not into it after being into it.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Hang on it to Kiss FM. Second date update right now.
- 17:20Speaker 3: We've had some good second date updates recently. Right now,
- 17:23Speaker 3: let's find out where this is gonna go. I'm just
- 17:24Speaker 3: want to just quickly set the stage for you. Haven
- 17:28Speaker 3: is on the line. Haven says he was pursued by
- 17:31Speaker 3: Cynthia to go out on a date. She wanted to
- 17:34Speaker 3: go on to Tuesday. She wanted to go from six
- 17:35Speaker 3: to seven, one hour. That's it a good good on
- 17:39Speaker 3: you going out on a date on a Tuesday with
- 17:41Speaker 3: everything's going on during the week. I don't know, six
- 17:44Speaker 3: or seven sounds a little rigid to me, he says.
- 17:45Speaker 3: It went amazing. The hour flew by, and after she
- 17:49Speaker 3: was like trying to peel him down to go out.
- 17:51Speaker 3: She's not responding to go out again. So Haven, we've
- 17:55Speaker 3: got her on the line. Be very quiet. I'm gonna
- 17:56Speaker 3: bring her up now and see why she's not into
- 17:58Speaker 3: you or what's going on.
- 17:59Speaker 6: Okay, we'll see what's going on.
- 18:02Speaker 3: All right, here we go, Cynthia, thank you for agreeing
- 18:05Speaker 3: to come on with us and start to impose. But
- 18:09Speaker 3: you are on the air. It is Ryan, Sisney and Tanya.
- 18:12Speaker 3: We just are calling you about a guy you went
- 18:15Speaker 3: out with named Haven. Yeah, why exactly, that's why we're calling.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Tell me did you enjoy going out with him? Was
- 18:27Speaker 1: it a good date?
- 18:30Speaker 9: Well?
- 18:30Speaker 10: I mean yeah, you could say it was a good date.
- 18:34Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 18:35Speaker 10: It was more like kind of just a waste of
- 18:38Speaker 10: a time for me personally, because I was really I
- 18:41Speaker 10: used to a lot of time just trying to get
- 18:43Speaker 10: a date with him.
- 18:43Speaker 5: To begin with.
- 18:45Speaker 3: So you pursued him and it was difficult to pin
- 18:48Speaker 3: him down.
- 18:50Speaker 10: Yeah, Like I hung out at his office over and
- 18:53Speaker 10: over again, just hoping to like run into him. In
- 18:57Speaker 10: the end, though, we just have different priorities.
- 19:00Speaker 5: Like it's just it's not going to work out.
- 19:02Speaker 2: What were they priority?
- 19:03Speaker 11: Okay?
- 19:04Speaker 1: Yeah, how could you learn in one hour what the
- 19:06Speaker 1: priorities were?
- 19:08Speaker 10: Yeah, well in one hour as it is only that
- 19:11Speaker 10: we had for the date. You know, he took a
- 19:14Speaker 10: phone call during the date, and that just showed me
- 19:17Speaker 10: he doesn't really care prioritize me.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Wouldn't it come off like you don't really care to
- 19:25Speaker 2: prioritize him because you put an hour limit on the date.
- 19:28Speaker 1: No, I respect that. No, I think it's rigid, nah' smart.
- 19:33Speaker 10: I mean I needed him to be there in the moment,
- 19:36Speaker 10: it was yeah, one hour and he couldn't even do that,
- 19:39Speaker 10: and like that's a total.
- 19:40Speaker 5: Fale to me.
- 19:42Speaker 3: Okay, well, we have Haven on the line listening in
- 19:45Speaker 3: right now. Haven, this will explain while she's not getting
- 19:48Speaker 3: back to you. Uh, do you have an explanation about
- 19:51Speaker 3: this phone call that was so important?
- 19:53Speaker 6: I mean, this sucks because she's right. I I don't
- 20:00Speaker 6: really have it at stew So I just kind of
- 20:03Speaker 6: made a bad choice.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Who was calling.
- 20:07Speaker 10: I mean, don't second guess yourself.
- 20:09Speaker 5: You made the choice. You should own it.
- 20:11Speaker 10: But you know you had a choice, and you told
- 20:14Speaker 10: me there that this was your priority.
- 20:17Speaker 5: So we're just not a match.
- 20:20Speaker 3: So I'm going to just weigh in on this, Haven.
- 20:23Speaker 3: I think that like her being so you know, planted
- 20:25Speaker 3: in the ground on this thing is telling me a
- 20:28Speaker 3: little bit about Cynthia that I'm not so sure you
- 20:33Speaker 3: should pursue. Like she's got in her head that it's
- 20:35Speaker 3: not a match and this one, I think it's a
- 20:38Speaker 3: little thing. But this one little thing she's taking as
- 20:40Speaker 3: a sign to not continue. I don't necessarily agree with it,
- 20:44Speaker 3: but I don't think this is something that you should push.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Where are you on this haven.
- 20:49Speaker 6: I mean, I'll defend her here because you know, we
- 20:52Speaker 6: did shed a little bit here and there for weeks
- 20:55Speaker 6: leading up to the state and you know, the first
- 20:57Speaker 6: forty five minutes the day, I thought we're going really well.
- 21:00Speaker 6: And I'll be honest, it's a real pet peeve of
- 21:02Speaker 6: mine when I'm on a date and somebody is texting
- 21:05Speaker 6: the whole time or taking a call. But I don't
- 21:08Speaker 6: mean this to be a defense. I just want to
- 21:10Speaker 6: have you understand. It was my boss calling, and he
- 21:13Speaker 6: almost never calls me out side of wourk hours, so
- 21:15Speaker 6: I thought it must have been some kind of an
- 21:16Speaker 6: emergency with a fine or something, so I just had
- 21:19Speaker 6: to check.
- 21:21Speaker 1: I think, can you though, if.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Your boss was calling, wouldn't you answer the phone?
- 21:30Speaker 1: Responsibility?
- 21:30Speaker 3: You can have to persist too hard? Is it something
- 21:33Speaker 3: we can get past or not?
- 21:34Speaker 1: I just need to know.
- 21:36Speaker 5: I don't know, you know.
- 21:37Speaker 10: I learned this on TikTok. I thought it was a
- 21:39Speaker 10: really good idea. You know, you don't want to waste
- 21:41Speaker 10: too much time, so you go into it with just
- 21:45Speaker 10: an hour of commitment on a date, and it's kind
- 21:47Speaker 10: of perfect because then both of you, if you do
- 21:50Speaker 10: like each other and it goes well, you can want more,
- 21:53Speaker 10: but you know, I really learned everything I need to
- 21:55Speaker 10: know about Haven in that one hour.
- 21:58Speaker 3: All right, I think we're going to give up on
- 22:00Speaker 3: this one. Thank you Cynthia for green to come on
- 22:02Speaker 3: having good luck to you.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Good luck Cynthia on your love search.
- 22:05Speaker 3: No I like that, No hard on this issue. I
- 22:10Speaker 3: think she has been a little fuck he's doing. He's
- 22:13Speaker 3: like a nice guy.
- 22:14Speaker 1: So you're your boss called, all.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Pick up the phone and our if our boss was calling,
- 22:18Speaker 2: doesn't matter what you're doing.
- 22:20Speaker 1: What a letdown? All that was?
- 22:22Speaker 2: Yeah? I like that though, and we heard you gosh
- 22:27Speaker 2: let it go.
- 22:29Speaker 1: On air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 22:33Speaker 3: So how did everybody sleep last night? I slept off
- 22:38Speaker 3: and on. You know that's I had some dreams. I
- 22:40Speaker 3: can remember them kind of, but it wasn't the greatest
- 22:43Speaker 3: night of sleep, but you know it was fine.
- 22:46Speaker 1: How did you sleep, Tonya?
- 22:50Speaker 9: So it's funny you ask. I got a ninety eight
- 22:54Speaker 9: percent sleep.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Score, and what was the difference in your night?
- 22:58Speaker 4: So are gonna think this is uh not normal?
- 23:03Speaker 9: But so on top of my mouth tape, I put
- 23:07Speaker 9: these like sleeping patches on my temples and like they
- 23:10Speaker 9: have some herbs on them in them, and I had
- 23:13Speaker 9: I got deep sleep. I've never hit in my rem
- 23:15Speaker 9: I've never hit twenty six percent in rem.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Ever, first you think it was these herbals patches.
- 23:19Speaker 4: I think so, and I had some dreams.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Now you put patches and you tape your mouth shut.
- 23:25Speaker 1: You don't have to have a costume frolloween wrap.
- 23:27Speaker 4: Your hair too, So it's fine. We both look the same.
- 23:31Speaker 1: She got a start a process at four thirty eight, clearly.
- 23:36Speaker 4: But I'm telling you, ninety eight percent is wild.
- 23:39Speaker 3: It's like she's in a tool shed with all this
- 23:41Speaker 3: stuff before she has to go to bed, all.
- 23:43Speaker 2: She opens, Oh my gosh, I has to keep her
- 23:48Speaker 2: patches refrigerated.
- 23:51Speaker 3: It's a process, totally a process.
- 23:53Speaker 2: How you say I will actually woke up, I don't
- 23:55Speaker 2: know my sleep was whatever. But I've been doing this
- 23:58Speaker 2: thing now where I don't really watch TV and I
- 24:00Speaker 2: and I scroll Instagram or TikTok, which I don't think
- 24:03Speaker 2: is great for me either, But I get down these
- 24:05Speaker 2: rabbit holes of like crazy theories or just and then
- 24:10Speaker 2: it just kind of like takes you into that algorithm
- 24:13Speaker 2: of whatever it is that you're starting to like.
- 24:15Speaker 4: Best part about social media.
- 24:16Speaker 2: So I'm in it and it's yeah, it's soothing sort
- 24:19Speaker 2: of speak. But then I wake so my phone was
- 24:21Speaker 2: dying and I was like at two percent and that
- 24:23Speaker 2: should have been my sign to just go to bed,
- 24:25Speaker 2: but no, what do I do. I don't have a
- 24:29Speaker 2: cord charger next to my bed. I have like going
- 24:32Speaker 2: those stands that you put the phone on, So I
- 24:34Speaker 2: set it up like this, and then I'm just laying
- 24:36Speaker 2: in bed and I'm like scrolling like this, just like
- 24:38Speaker 2: falling asleep, and apparently it landed on whatever video. And
- 24:41Speaker 2: you know, if they just keep repeating, if you don't
- 24:43Speaker 2: switch it, it just repeats and repeats your peat. I woke
- 24:47Speaker 2: up to Michael being like are you awake? Like he's
- 24:49Speaker 2: in front of me, like on the side of the
- 24:50Speaker 2: bed because he hadn't gone to bed yet, and I
- 24:52Speaker 2: was like, I wake up and he's like, why is
- 24:54Speaker 2: your phone on? Like what are you doing? And I
- 24:56Speaker 2: don't know. I just fell asleep watching whatever.
- 24:59Speaker 3: Video not to be on your phone before you go
- 25:01Speaker 3: to sleep. And you know what else I find shocking.
- 25:03Speaker 3: You guys go to bed at different times.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Different times.
- 25:05Speaker 4: Yeah, I go to bed earlier.
- 25:07Speaker 3: I never have been in a relationship where we didn't
- 25:11Speaker 3: go to bed at the same time.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Yeah, we used to go to bed at the same time.
- 25:13Speaker 2: But Michael's been working like so crazy with this new
- 25:16Speaker 2: job that hed got not so long ago, and so
- 25:18Speaker 2: he pulled in late nights downstairs in the office, so
- 25:21Speaker 2: I had to go to bed early.
- 25:23Speaker 1: No, I get it, I just have never done it.
- 25:25Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Same now, I've gotten up.
- 25:27Speaker 3: First all my life. I got the first one to
- 25:30Speaker 3: have to go. Yeah, and then some people.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Will wake up with you. Some people won't.
- 25:34Speaker 2: I'd say, like it's fifty to fifty. I mean sometimes
- 25:38Speaker 2: we go to bed together sometimes, you know, like la,
- 25:39Speaker 2: you know the other night we did not last night.
- 25:41Speaker 3: I can safely say, after working the jobs and hours
- 25:44Speaker 3: that I've worked all my life, if you have to
- 25:46Speaker 3: get up before I have to get up, I'm not
- 25:48Speaker 3: getting up.
- 25:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:51Speaker 2: I agree with that.
- 25:52Speaker 3: Like there'll be a world where I have dinner at
- 25:53Speaker 3: nine PM, and I wait get up at like eleven
- 25:56Speaker 3: some year.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Like eleven in the morning or eleven PM.
- 26:01Speaker 3: No, I want to eat dinner late and sleep in. Oh,
- 26:04Speaker 3: like maybe when I'm seventy you can hear it.
- 26:08Speaker 4: On the weekends.
- 26:09Speaker 2: Yeah, do you wake up earlier on the weekends.
- 26:11Speaker 1: I tried not to throw my schedule off too much
- 26:12Speaker 1: on the weekend.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Yeah, eleven's there's no chance I could sleep into eleven.
- 26:16Speaker 2: That's like we're already doing lunch.
- 26:17Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Irreverent. Yeah, isn't it.
- 26:20Speaker 2: I mean back in the day, when I was in college,
- 26:22Speaker 2: I did I made all my classes noon, I could
- 26:25Speaker 2: sleep in.
- 26:26Speaker 1: That's that's a way to do it in college.
- 26:29Speaker 3: So it's fascinating what pops up on Google trends out
- 26:32Speaker 3: of the blue. Some of it is expected, like love
- 26:35Speaker 3: Island or breaking news, but some things are random. For example,
- 26:39Speaker 3: the phrase is it rude too? Is peaking on Google
- 26:43Speaker 3: right now. Here are some of the questions being googled.
- 26:46Speaker 3: Let's see what we think. Is it rude to invite
- 26:51Speaker 3: someone to a shower and not the wedding? Yes, Tanya,
- 26:56Speaker 3: you just did this.
- 26:57Speaker 4: Uh no, actually didn't do a shower.
- 27:00Speaker 9: But I don't think it's rude because you may be
- 27:03Speaker 9: having a big shower and a small wedding.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Right. What about this?
- 27:07Speaker 5: Is it?
- 27:07Speaker 3: Is it rude to Houdini at a party just to
- 27:11Speaker 3: vanish without saying a bier and everybody know?
- 27:14Speaker 2: But at least the host.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Yes, agree, So I do both versions. Are you just
- 27:19Speaker 1: say the host, I'm gonna slip out, love you brother?
- 27:21Speaker 2: Okay, well then you do, Hudini. You told the.
- 27:23Speaker 1: Host from your wedding, Yeah you did. Yeah, you know.
- 27:28Speaker 3: I got caught by Robbie's brother comeing out of the bathroom.
- 27:32Speaker 3: The coast was clear. I made up the stairs, like,
- 27:35Speaker 3: I literally got up the stairs. I was like past
- 27:37Speaker 3: nobody and out comes Robbie's brother from the men's room
- 27:41Speaker 3: by himself.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Hey bro, you heading out. I'm just the no, no,
- 27:46Speaker 1: just walking around that hotel. Please.
- 27:48Speaker 9: You the worst when you kid and you're like walking.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Out caught by just somebody, caught by a family member.
- 27:57Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 27:58Speaker 5: Uh?
- 27:58Speaker 1: Is it rude to take the last piece?
- 28:00Speaker 3: This is something without offering it to everybody at the
- 28:02Speaker 3: table first, like pizza or wings.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Yes, we teach our kids that. Oh it is.
- 28:07Speaker 3: Find of facetiming rude to FaceTime without the text heads up.
- 28:10Speaker 4: No, I mean that's what FaceTime is.
- 28:13Speaker 2: I don't love it if I see a FaceTime like
- 28:15Speaker 2: my sister this weekend or this past weekend, facetiming at
- 28:19Speaker 2: seven fifty in the morning both Saturday and Sunday. So
- 28:22Speaker 2: That's what I woke up to, is like her face
- 28:24Speaker 2: like face me, and I'm.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Just like gotta do a heads up on that. Here's
- 28:28Speaker 3: another one. I do feel bad about this if it
- 28:30Speaker 3: happens to me. Is it okay? Or is it rude
- 28:34Speaker 3: to show up at a restaurant just before they close
- 28:37Speaker 3: an order, right before the kitchen clothes?
- 28:40Speaker 2: I mean, if you're desperate and in apologetic, I always apologize,
- 28:45Speaker 2: so sorry, I'll be quick like something like that.
- 28:48Speaker 1: But they're probably bombed because we were going to leave,
- 28:50Speaker 1: yeah fast?
- 28:52Speaker 3: Is it rude? Lots of fun? Is it rude circulating everywhere?
- 28:56Speaker 3: Let's go to Sherman Oaks Live this morning in the
- 29:01Speaker 3: Kisses on Loud, Live and Clear.
- 29:03Speaker 1: Natalia and Sherman Oaks. Good morning. How are you? Natalia?
- 29:07Speaker 5: I'm okay?
- 29:08Speaker 1: How are you super good?
- 29:11Speaker 3: So tell me what's going on with your boyfriend's ex wife?
- 29:17Speaker 5: So I really need advice. I'm dating him. He's a
- 29:21Speaker 5: new guy, he's really awesome. We're both divorced, so we
- 29:24Speaker 5: have that in common. But he calls his ex wife
- 29:28Speaker 5: to make appointments for him, so like he For example,
- 29:33Speaker 5: he had a dentist appointment and he called her to
- 29:36Speaker 5: make the appointment for him, and I think that it's
- 29:39Speaker 5: weird and I don't understand why he can't do these
- 29:42Speaker 5: things for himself and why is she still involved in
- 29:47Speaker 5: this way?
- 29:47Speaker 3: And it's like, what does he say? Why does he
- 29:51Speaker 3: say he has her? I'm with you on this. Why
- 29:53Speaker 3: does he say he has.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Her do it?
- 29:56Speaker 5: He just says that it's easier for him. I said,
- 29:58Speaker 5: why do you have her do it? He and he said,
- 30:01Speaker 5: do you want to do it? It's like he has
- 30:03Speaker 5: no personal responsibility and I said, no, I don't want
- 30:07Speaker 5: to be your personal assistant. And he's like, fine, then
- 30:10Speaker 5: I'll have her keep doing it.
- 30:11Speaker 4: And I, oh my god, why is she still doing it?
- 30:14Speaker 3: And why she exactly why does she even want to
- 30:17Speaker 3: take the time to do it when they're exes and
- 30:18Speaker 3: he's with you.
- 30:19Speaker 1: I don't like it at all much.
