Transcript
- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama, darling. Drama, darling. Drama, darling.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Hey, what's up? It's a New York and Below Deck day.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Deanna Chang is here. Deanna, welcome in.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Hi, welcome in. Hey now. Hey now, right now.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Deanna and I went and saw You Can See Everything
- 0:35Speaker 2: over the weekend. We're not going to say a word.
- 0:38Speaker 2: We're not. No spoilers here. As Deanna, she literally just,
- 0:41Speaker 2: she just like, and we went. But go see it
- 0:46Speaker 2: if you can. And Deanna didn't get a chance to
- 0:49Speaker 2: tell you this yet, but Bish Therapist. Melissa Reich and
- 0:53Speaker 2: I are going to recap this. Yeah.
- 0:57Speaker 3: If ever there needed to be an SOS call to
- 1:01Speaker 3: a fish therapist, it's now.
- 1:03Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Lord have mercy.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:06Speaker 2: It took me a couple of days because I was like,
- 1:08Speaker 2: how am I going to do this? Because it's just
- 1:10Speaker 2: a lot. It's almost a three-hour movie. There's a lot
- 1:13Speaker 2: going on. And I just didn't feel equipped.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Well, And that's the thing. And I saw someone, you know,
- 1:19Speaker 3: we've watched a lot of supplemental content since as well.
- 1:23Speaker 3: And so, you know, I also do feel like I
- 1:25Speaker 3: need to go back and see it because now my
- 1:27Speaker 3: brain is like scrambled.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Yeah. I really want to go back and see it again.
- 1:31Speaker 2: I think I might and maybe take some notes.
- 1:33Speaker 3: I might as well. I do think it's important.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:36Speaker 3: So I did see one comment that said like, I
- 1:39Speaker 3: have so much to say. say and no words to communicate.
- 1:44Speaker 3: And I'm like, yeah, that's about right. You know, I,
- 1:47Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Maybe we need to do it with just expression because
- 1:50Speaker 2: that's what Elizabeth Holmes does.
- 1:52Speaker 3: It's just the expression.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Maybe that's just what we do.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Extreme closeups and eyes.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Yeah. Eyes.
- 1:59Speaker 3: The one thing I feel is important to get out
- 2:01Speaker 3: to the darlings is that we went not opening night,
- 2:07Speaker 3: but the next day, I think it opened on Friday.
- 2:10Speaker 3: We were there on Saturday and It was a 345
- 2:14Speaker 3: showing in Santa Clarita.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Have you heard of Santa Clarita?
- 2:18Speaker 3: I don't know if you guys are familiar with Santa Clarita.
- 2:23Speaker 3: And we both, our mouths dropped when we walked into
- 2:27Speaker 3: that theater and it was filled.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Sold out.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Sold out.
- 2:34Speaker 2: I mean, there were probably two seats empty. One next
- 2:37Speaker 2: to Deanna's. In one behind us. You got to get
- 2:40Speaker 2: your tickets ahead of time. That's how they do things
- 2:42Speaker 2: these days. I guess it's an option.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:44Speaker 3: I mean, listen, I haven't, I never need an opening weekend.
- 2:48Speaker 2: I just don't.
- 2:49Speaker 3: I don't care enough. I will get things when I
- 2:52Speaker 3: get them, if I get them.
- 2:53Speaker 2: And that's that.
- 2:54Speaker 3: So, but this was a different story.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Right. And so we were smart. We got our tickets
- 2:59Speaker 2: ahead of time, chose those seats.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Yeah, you secured them.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Holy smokes. And I mean, I just could not believe
- 3:05Speaker 2: in Santa Clarita that the people showed up for this.
- 3:07Speaker 2: I'm proud of our land over here.
- 3:09Speaker 3: Truly, because it's not Silver Lake. It's not Los Feliz.
- 3:13Speaker 3: It's Santa Clarita.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:15Speaker 3: And it's a three-hour documentary. And yet, they... They showed
- 3:22Speaker 3: up and they showed out and it was.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Just like, oh shit. I love the fact that like
- 3:28Speaker 2: I could have sat there for three more hours because
- 3:30Speaker 2: it flew by.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Right.
- 3:33Speaker 2: And I think other people felt the same way because
- 3:37Speaker 2: as the movie's credits were rolling in came a woman
- 3:40Speaker 2: with second round of snacks with sodas. like two or
- 3:46Speaker 2: three sodas, candy under her. And she was like, she
- 3:49Speaker 2: was ready to settle in for the next round as
- 3:51Speaker 2: she had no clue that it was ending, you know?
- 3:54Speaker 3: That's so funny. Poor thing. She didn't look, she didn't
- 3:57Speaker 3: glance at the watch. She said, this can only have
- 4:00Speaker 3: been the halfway point because it's moving and grooving. Yeah. No,
- 4:05Speaker 3: it is something. And I think just in this age
- 4:09Speaker 3: of AI and At a time when, you know, Tilly
- 4:13Speaker 3: Norway or whatever the frick that AI actress is, is
- 4:17Speaker 3: coming for our jobs.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:19Speaker 3: To have a documentary do these numbers and dominate and
- 4:25Speaker 3: have it be three hours and have it be a
- 4:27Speaker 3: documentary is just so cool.
- 4:30Speaker 2: And wow. I find it to be a success in
- 4:34Speaker 2: the world of film and art. And it just shows
- 4:39Speaker 2: that we are a curious bunch.
- 4:41Speaker 3: And you got to tip the hat to that trailer,
- 4:43Speaker 3: you know, because that trailer, it's something about the combination
- 4:48Speaker 3: of things. It's like sometimes things all come together. The cinematography,
- 4:53Speaker 3: the subject matter, the directors.
- 4:56Speaker 2: Yeah. The timing, the space. So much is communicated in silence.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:04Speaker 2: You know, when you're in acting school and there would
- 5:07Speaker 2: always be, I mean, there's obviously a lot of techniques
- 5:09Speaker 2: and a lot of things, but it's like, what's between
- 5:11Speaker 2: the spaces? Don't forget about the spaces in between words,
- 5:14Speaker 2: you know? Let the spaces breathe. So, and there's a
- 5:19Speaker 2: lot of space breathing in this movie. There is.
- 5:23Speaker 3: It's really the lion's share of it is space breathing,
- 5:27Speaker 3: you know?
- 5:27Speaker 2: So Melissa and I are going to be covering this
- 5:30Speaker 2: next week. She's got to get herself to the theater. Okay.
- 5:34Speaker 2: She's going to do rigorous notes. And as she always does,
- 5:38Speaker 2: it's probably going to be a two-parter. So I'm really
- 5:41Speaker 2: looking forward to that. So you guys stay tuned for that.
- 5:45Speaker 2: And with that said, we're going to do two recaps today,
- 5:48Speaker 2: New York and then below Dick. So let's go. Let's
- 5:51Speaker 2: go to Mosquito Island.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Hi, welcome in.
- 5:54Speaker 2: We're hot off the heels of Cy hurting her knee. Oh,
- 6:02Speaker 2: I did have to rewind it a couple of times
- 6:03Speaker 2: just to see what Psy did to her knee and
- 6:05Speaker 2: how she did it. And now I'm clear. I don't
- 6:07Speaker 2: need to explain it. I don't want anybody to like
- 6:10Speaker 2: cringe and go. So I just, I just felt like
- 6:13Speaker 2: I needed to know and I saw it and that
- 6:16Speaker 2: looked painful. I'm surprised that it isn't worse, but I
- 6:19Speaker 2: guess we'll see when they get back to New York.
- 6:21Speaker 2: But she seems to be mobile enough to get to
- 6:24Speaker 2: these events and walk around. Poor gal.
- 6:27Speaker 3: You know, an injury is so alarming, you know, especially
- 6:31Speaker 3: like a fit young lady. And you just know how
- 6:34Speaker 3: these elders on the pickleball courts go down. They go
- 6:38Speaker 3: down and they go down hard. Yeah, I know. It's
- 6:41Speaker 3: just that horizontal movement, you know, that left, that east
- 6:47Speaker 3: to west is.
- 6:49Speaker 2: It's an accident waiting to happen. And also, and this
- 6:52Speaker 2: is just really a PSA to all the people out
- 6:55Speaker 2: there who are playing pickleball or tennis. And it is
- 6:59Speaker 2: really important for you to get the right shoe. You
- 7:01Speaker 2: have to get a tennis shoe because a tennis shoe.
- 7:06Speaker 3: No, but you get it. You're so I'm listening so hard.
- 7:09Speaker 3: First of all, you're just at it. I'm just listening
- 7:13Speaker 3: and I'm focused up and I'm sitting up straight and
- 7:16Speaker 3: I'm taking it in because Amy is telling it. She's
- 7:19Speaker 3: not playing around right now and she's given it to
- 7:21Speaker 3: us straight.
- 7:22Speaker 2: I am. And I thank you for hearing me. But
- 7:26Speaker 2: a tennis shoe. court shoe will have a wider foundation
- 7:31Speaker 2: of the sole that goes out just a bit further
- 7:34Speaker 2: than the actual body of the shoe itself, the sneaker part.
- 7:37Speaker 2: So it's really important because when you're on a court
- 7:40Speaker 2: like that, you will twist your ankle. You will hurt
- 7:44Speaker 2: your knee if you don't have the proper shoes. So
- 7:46Speaker 2: please make sure it's a tennis court shoe. It is
- 7:50Speaker 2: very important. Thank you for listening.
- 7:53Speaker 3: Thank you for that. I'm listening and I'm hearing and
- 7:56Speaker 3: I'm learning. Thank you.
- 7:57Speaker 2: You're welcome.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Okay.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Okay. Now, let's get into this episode seven. And there's
- 8:05Speaker 2: a lot going on between Erin and Cy and Cy
- 8:09Speaker 2: and Carol. And first of all, I just got to
- 8:12Speaker 2: give it a tip of the hat for Erica's rented
- 8:15Speaker 2: J-Lo dress that got stuck on a cactus.
- 8:20Speaker 3: That was funny. That was funny.
- 8:23Speaker 2: It was really funny. Yes. And I'm like, oh, no,
- 8:26Speaker 2: it's going to be damaged. She's got to return it.
- 8:28Speaker 2: But I'm also like, you know, I guess the J-Lo
- 8:31Speaker 2: dress just never goes out of style. Because I was like,
- 8:34Speaker 2: is that the J-Lo dress? Like, but why? Why now?
- 8:38Speaker 2: Why this? And I think it's just like, if you
- 8:41Speaker 2: have the body, then why not? I think that's the answer.
- 8:46Speaker 2: And she has the body. And why not? And I'm
- 8:48Speaker 2: fine with that. And she looked fabulous. And I love
- 8:52Speaker 2: that she told us.
- 8:52Speaker 3: They did do like a revamp on it a year
- 8:55Speaker 3: or so ago, a couple years ago.
- 8:57Speaker 1: So I.
- 8:59Speaker 3: Think there's a couple little tweaks in it that J.Lo
- 9:03Speaker 3: wore again, you know, for Versace and she ran around and.
- 9:08Speaker 2: That's right. She did the, okay, now I'm remembering.
- 9:11Speaker 3: So maybe, I was thinking this feels like the slightly
- 9:14Speaker 3: updated version, but it's also ultimately an island dress, you know?
- 9:19Speaker 2: Yeah, you're right. It is an island dress. It's put
- 9:22Speaker 2: your feet in the ocean or the water and have
- 9:25Speaker 2: your dinner kind of dress.
- 9:28Speaker 3: It is. It just is.
- 9:30Speaker 2: When she was putting on her lip liner in the mirror,
- 9:32Speaker 2: I did notice the shoulders and I was like, Because
- 9:35Speaker 2: first I was like, is that the J-Lo dress? And
- 9:37Speaker 2: then I noticed the shoulders were much more structured and
- 9:40Speaker 2: has a little bit of a, like kind of a
- 9:41Speaker 2: poof to them, a little bit more height. And I
- 9:44Speaker 2: was like, oh no, that can't be the J-Lo dress
- 9:46Speaker 2: because I've never noticed those shoulders before. So, but then again,
- 9:50Speaker 2: have I been that close to it? I don't know.
- 9:53Speaker 2: But maybe that is one of the upgrades, if you will.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Well, she looked great.
- 9:59Speaker 1: In it.
- 10:00Speaker 3: And she gagged the girls. They were all a titter,
- 10:03Speaker 3: you know. She needed to. She needed to, like, set
- 10:07Speaker 3: them straight.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Dinner. Like, that was weird. They're walking up to the
- 10:12Speaker 2: dinner and it did look like leftovers. So I am
- 10:15Speaker 2: going to question a little. The food has been a
- 10:18Speaker 2: little amiss.
- 10:19Speaker 3: I don't disagree with that.
- 10:21Speaker 2: It's light.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Light on content.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Okay.
- 10:25Speaker 2: So my favorite part in this whole episode was that
- 10:29Speaker 2: Carol in her confessional told us that she heard about
- 10:33Speaker 2: the Povit rumor from Mason at the RealReal. Thank you, Mason.
- 10:39Speaker 2: You are a gift to all of us.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Is Mason the one we met when Cy and Daisy
- 10:45Speaker 3: were at the RealReal?
- 10:46Speaker 2: Is that the guy? The one that took away the bag? Yeah.
- 10:50Speaker 2: I'm sorry, the trench coat because somebody online bought it.
- 10:54Speaker 2: And also, I mean, remember he made such a great
- 10:56Speaker 2: splash with everybody. He was a bartender on Watch What
- 10:59Speaker 2: Happens Live after that.
- 11:02Speaker 3: As he should be.
- 11:03Speaker 2: And now we've got him again.
- 11:06Speaker 3: I didn't know that was him. That is so perfect.
- 11:09Speaker 2: So that night, though, that they were all dressed up,
- 11:13Speaker 2: we never actually saw them go to the dinner. And
- 11:15Speaker 2: this is the first time that Aaron talks to Cy
- 11:19Speaker 2: about the Povit thing. And Aaron's like, no, I'm not
- 11:24Speaker 2: sitting down. It's like, OK, so you're just going to
- 11:26Speaker 2: stand over me and argue. And then she walks away
- 11:29Speaker 2: and like Cy and Jessel, it just they got nowhere. Right.
- 11:33Speaker 2: But then we don't even go to the dinner. But
- 11:36Speaker 2: I was like, OK, I guess we're going to see
- 11:37Speaker 2: it in flashbacks. Which we didn't really see, except we
- 11:41Speaker 2: did see in the morning that they had a great
- 11:43Speaker 2: time out.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Why didn't we see more of that?
- 11:46Speaker 2: It was weird. Maybe nothing really happened. So I guess
- 11:49Speaker 2: if that's the case, it hits the cutting room floor.
- 11:52Speaker 3: Bye. Right. We had titty. We had dancing. We had fun.
- 11:56Speaker 2: I love a flash. I love a flash from a housewife,
- 11:59Speaker 2: you know? It just, it lightens the mood among them
- 12:02Speaker 2: all and it brings them together.
- 12:03Speaker 3: And it's usually a vacation flash, you know?
- 12:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:07Speaker 2: That's the time and the place.
- 12:09Speaker 3: It really is. It really is.
- 12:11Speaker 2: You got to know when to do it.
- 12:13Speaker 3: I'm going to consider it, you know, next time I'm somewhere.
- 12:19Speaker 2: And also like a skinny dip. That's also a good way.
- 12:23Speaker 2: You're down with that?
- 12:25Speaker 3: I love a skinny dip.
- 12:26Speaker 2: I haven't done a skinny dip in I don't know
- 12:28Speaker 2: how long, but I'd be down with it.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Right time, right place.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Right.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Yeah, of course.
- 12:33Speaker 2: Um, I, can we just, before we get into Cy
- 12:37Speaker 2: and Aaron and Carol and Cy, can we talk about Haley?
- 12:42Speaker 2: Because this is a fascinating woman. I think there should be, look, I'm,
- 12:47Speaker 2: we were just talking about, you can see everything. I'm
- 12:49Speaker 2: starting to think Nathan Fielder needs to do a documentary
- 12:52Speaker 2: on Haley. Just try to get to the bottom of
- 12:55Speaker 2: this because it's a conundrum. What? We all know she's
- 13:01Speaker 2: pretty stoned, right? So we have to take that into
- 13:04Speaker 2: consideration with her answers. But to pee in a cup
- 13:08Speaker 2: and rinse it out and leave it and then make
- 13:11Speaker 2: a joke that somebody used it is like really gnarly.
- 13:15Speaker 3: And it's a health concern.
- 13:18Speaker 2: It's beyond anything. It's a health concern. And I don't
- 13:21Speaker 2: like it. And I'm really grossed out.
- 13:24Speaker 3: It's really vile.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:27Speaker 3: No, that's not cute. That's not funny. There's nothing about that.
- 13:32Speaker 3: that's okay.
- 13:34Speaker 2: And I'm alarmed.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:37Speaker 2: That gave me like stunted growth, arrested development that you
- 13:39Speaker 2: think that's giggly, giggly, funny. When in fact I can
- 13:44Speaker 2: be as immature as, you know, the rest of them
- 13:46Speaker 2: trust and believe you guys have heard it every day.
- 13:49Speaker 2: But when it comes to this kind of stuff, you know,
- 13:52Speaker 2: I don't like it.
- 13:53Speaker 3: It's just, first of all, I didn't even understand her
- 13:56Speaker 3: reasoning because Cy is having a hard time with her
- 14:00Speaker 3: knee and she's getting sleep. You can't, make your way
- 14:03Speaker 3: quietly to the proper facility.
- 14:06Speaker 2: I mean- Who does that? You would even consider that
- 14:10Speaker 2: as an option in a proper room. You're not camping.
- 14:14Speaker 1: No.
- 14:14Speaker 3: And I don't understand how you can't just leave the
- 14:18Speaker 3: room and go find another bathroom. It's a giant home
- 14:21Speaker 3: that is set up like a hotel. Nothing about it
- 14:25Speaker 3: tracked as making sense to me.
- 14:28Speaker 2: Nothing.
- 14:29Speaker 3: I don't get it.
- 14:30Speaker 2: What was she stoned out of her mind? I mean,
- 14:32Speaker 2: that's the only reason.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Like, I don't know if Haley feels she needs to
- 14:36Speaker 3: let us know she's stoned because I think that's a
- 14:38Speaker 3: given circumstance.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Yeah, that's her normal.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Yes. She was like, oh, I'll let you know if
- 14:44Speaker 3: I'm clear.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Right.
- 14:46Speaker 3: But I'm not going to– I don't have the time
- 14:48Speaker 3: in the day to let you know when I'm stoned.
- 14:52Speaker 3: But then also, I mean, if we're on her, can
- 14:55Speaker 3: we deal with her evading– the questions and her just.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Daisy really wants to know the ins and outs of
- 15:02Speaker 2: people's finances. So she was the perfect person to ask.
- 15:06Speaker 2: But at some point she can tap out and others
- 15:09Speaker 2: can just conversate, in which they did, but she still
- 15:12Speaker 2: had a problem. I thought, okay, maybe she's just like,
- 15:15Speaker 2: Daisy's rubbing her the wrong way because Daisy is just
- 15:17Speaker 2: this way and she doesn't want to answer her. But
- 15:20Speaker 2: as they all were saying, hey, look, we're on this island.
- 15:25Speaker 2: It's Let's just get to know each other. She still
- 15:28Speaker 2: couldn't answer these questions.
- 15:30Speaker 3: And I think the answer is her husband is the
- 15:34Speaker 3: one financing things.
- 15:36Speaker 2: That's what it sounded like.
- 15:38Speaker 3: So that's why you're with him. We're clear. You're a lesbian.
- 15:44Speaker 3: You got into this marriage because of a bad situation
- 15:47Speaker 3: and it was like a safe harbor for you. He's
- 15:50Speaker 3: provided a lifestyle. And that seems to be the case.
- 15:54Speaker 3: And It seems like the PR firm, I haven't looked
- 15:57Speaker 3: into it. I don't get a sense of her having clients.
- 16:02Speaker 3: You know, I don't. Right. I really don't. There's nothing
- 16:06Speaker 3: that gives roster. You know, there doesn't feel like anything
- 16:11Speaker 3: urgent to tackle. I mean, PR, my friend's in PR.
- 16:14Speaker 2: That phone, it's a different, you know. It is a
- 16:18Speaker 2: lifestyle that it's part of your personal life because you
- 16:22Speaker 2: can't stop, won't stop. So if she has a firm
- 16:25Speaker 2: and other people are working for her and she just
- 16:28Speaker 2: owns the firm, that could have been made clear.
- 16:31Speaker 3: But I don't even get that from her.
- 16:33Speaker 2: She says she has clients. And I'm like, are they dead?
- 16:37Speaker 2: You know, is it like, is that what it is?
- 16:39Speaker 2: Only like the estate, you have to deal with their
- 16:42Speaker 2: estate and, you know, helping when someone needs something beyond
- 16:46Speaker 2: the grave because it's not urgent. I mean, that's the
- 16:49Speaker 2: only thing I can think of.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know. I think we get a little
- 16:54Speaker 3: bit in the next episode preview where it seems like
- 16:57Speaker 3: people are like, you don't need to live this life.
- 17:00Speaker 3: Whatever this life is that you feel trapped in is
- 17:03Speaker 3: like it doesn't that doesn't need to be your reality anymore.
- 17:07Speaker 3: And I'm looking forward to hearing a little bit more
- 17:09Speaker 3: because I do find it strange.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, yeah, because she's just like, oh, Gucci, they're
- 17:16Speaker 2: not that expensive. Oh, my watch is more expensive than that.
- 17:19Speaker 2: So now she's throwing around things that would be tacky
- 17:24Speaker 2: to say if you have money, because now you're kind
- 17:29Speaker 2: of bragging about how much things cost, but you still
- 17:33Speaker 2: won't say how you legitimately move through life day to day.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Everybody.
- 17:39Speaker 2: here works for the most part. So what's the problem?
- 17:42Speaker 2: It's a mystery.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Yeah. I don't think she works. I did think that
- 17:47Speaker 3: her rattling off these prices as not that big a deal,
- 17:51Speaker 3: I didn't think it was bragging. I didn't feel like
- 17:54Speaker 3: it was bragging. I think it is her reality and
- 17:59Speaker 3: she is completely, completely taken care of. That is what
- 18:04Speaker 3: I think is happening.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Now they're asking questions about Is she actually married? Does
- 18:10Speaker 2: she can't show them any wedding photos? Now that's in question.
- 18:14Speaker 2: I haven't looked online, but I'm sure someone's dug up
- 18:17Speaker 2: the marriage license by now, right? I mean, they had
- 18:19Speaker 2: to have.
- 18:20Speaker 3: Well, they definitely had to have, but also people have
- 18:24Speaker 3: arrangements and this seems they have an arrangement and it
- 18:29Speaker 3: doesn't need to be state regulated they could they could
- 18:34Speaker 3: consider themselves married and i mean i don't know.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Right you know right they could be common law married
- 18:40Speaker 2: at this point as far as we know okay let's
- 18:43Speaker 2: talk about.
- 18:44Speaker 3: We did have carol being waterboarded literally out at sea.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Carol like those things look so fun you're gonna get
- 18:56Speaker 2: some splashing But down the gullet constantly, just that looks horrible.
- 19:01Speaker 2: I don't want to do that now.
- 19:02Speaker 1: What is that?
- 19:03Speaker 2: I don't know what they're called.
- 19:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 19:05Speaker 2: It's like, here's a motor. Hang on to it and go.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Good luck. It was, I mean, that whole sequence looks
- 19:16Speaker 3: so stunning and the beach and the, they were out
- 19:20Speaker 3: on the catamaran or whatever they were out on.
- 19:22Speaker 2: Yeah. paddle boards and yeah, just that.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Beach day paddle boards. Oh my God. I wanted to
- 19:29Speaker 3: be up there. Haven't ever tried stand up paddle board,
- 19:33Speaker 3: but I'm dying to, I don't know what I'm waiting for.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Um, but you know, I have, it's nice. It's nice.
- 19:39Speaker 2: It's nice.
- 19:39Speaker 3: Yeah. Nice core, core strength.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Yeah. I prefer a flat water, you know, no waves.
- 19:47Speaker 2: You're going to be in a cove or, a lake, whatever. But,
- 19:52Speaker 2: you know, when you get a couple waves, it's tough.
- 19:54Speaker 2: It's tough.
- 19:55Speaker 3: Yeah. Stay on there. You know, Carol's not, she's not
- 20:00Speaker 3: the springiest of chickens of everyone. And God bless her.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Her body is banging. Unbelievable.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Unbelievable.
- 20:07Speaker 3: That waterboarding like a champ had a great time out there.
- 20:13Speaker 3: Tipping the old.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Hat to you, Carol. And no shame at getting stuck.
- 20:17Speaker 2: I don't know if she just like got beached. That's
- 20:20Speaker 2: what it sounded like. But she could not get herself
- 20:23Speaker 2: out of that situation. It seemed like it was way
- 20:27Speaker 2: more complicated because she had to yell for help.
- 20:29Speaker 3: And Cy's just watching it like a telenovela. She's just
- 20:34Speaker 3: having a fun time from the chair, which I enjoyed.
- 20:37Speaker 3: That was cute. She's like, hee hee hee, Carol's stranded.
- 20:42Speaker 3: Hee hee hee, look at them go.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Remember, I will never forget when Carol was on New
- 20:47Speaker 2: York a long time ago and she's like running down
- 20:49Speaker 2: the beach and Sonia's like, oh, look at the ass
- 20:52Speaker 2: on Carol. Do you remember that?
- 20:55Speaker 3: I don't, but sure. That feels very.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Very right. Look at the ass on Carol. It was
- 21:01Speaker 2: so funny.
- 21:02Speaker 3: Yeah. All right. Did you see what's going on Last
- 21:07Speaker 3: night on the Instagram.
- 21:09Speaker 1: What?
- 21:10Speaker 3: Something's happening. All I know is I was zoom scrolling
- 21:14Speaker 3: before bed. Terrible idea. And Dorinda, is Golden Life on now?
- 21:20Speaker 3: Is it on?
- 21:21Speaker 2: Last night. Go on.
- 21:23Speaker 3: She was just vomiting anger at Sonia post after post,
- 21:29Speaker 3: just yelling at her to get a life and do this.
- 21:31Speaker 3: And I was like, oh, Dorinda's thrown a few back
- 21:35Speaker 3: and she's going off.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Wow.
- 21:38Speaker 3: Side note.
- 21:39Speaker 2: All right. So when we're at this beach day, Carol
- 21:42Speaker 2: has the opportunity to sit down with Cy and talk
- 21:45Speaker 2: about this Epstein thing again. And I did appreciate having
- 21:50Speaker 2: a calmer conversation. I think that we were all sort
- 21:53Speaker 2: of put off by it last week. I mean, I
- 21:56Speaker 2: certainly was. And I do appreciate that Carol made it
- 22:00Speaker 2: clear like she has done interviews about this. She has
- 22:04Speaker 2: spoken out about this. So in my opinion, if Cy
- 22:06Speaker 2: really had some concerns, she should have done a little
- 22:08Speaker 2: bit more research. And if she didn't have concerns and
- 22:12Speaker 2: was just trying to do you know, the audience a
- 22:15Speaker 2: favor by asking the hard questions. I don't think she
- 22:18Speaker 2: really did a great job because of the angle she
- 22:21Speaker 2: came in at. She also stated that she's not going
- 22:24Speaker 2: to assume that this man, Daddy Warbucks, did much more.
- 22:29Speaker 2: But then to find out it was he was involved
- 22:31Speaker 2: in a Ponzi scheme. And I think the point was
- 22:34Speaker 2: driven home because that just goes to show you can
- 22:36Speaker 2: know someone and not even know that they're up to
- 22:39Speaker 2: dirty business. Carol- He had no idea that she was
- 22:43Speaker 2: up to dirty business, and she had never met Jeffrey Epstein.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Now, that is the point, if I were Psy, I
- 22:50Speaker 3: would be drilling down on, because I have questions about that.
- 22:55Speaker 3: I have questions about having a friend in your life,
- 22:59Speaker 3: and I would have said, did you know she was
- 23:01Speaker 3: with anyone? Had you tried to set her up on
- 23:05Speaker 3: a date? What did she say about her love life?
- 23:08Speaker 2: Ghislaine?
- 23:09Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:09Speaker 3: You know, I would want, because that feels such a
- 23:12Speaker 3: blanket statement to me that doesn't ring true.
- 23:16Speaker 2: She was with another, she had another boyfriend during that time.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Ghislaine did.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Is that what Carol has said?
- 23:23Speaker 2: No, but that's what I've read. During that time, she
- 23:26Speaker 2: was not, she was kind of like estranged from Jeffrey
- 23:30Speaker 2: Epstein during that chunk of time.
- 23:33Speaker 3: From Carol's chunk of time?
- 23:35Speaker 2: Yes, exactly.
- 23:36Speaker 3: Well, that's something Carol should make very clear.
- 23:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:41Speaker 2: I mean, she hasn't made it clear.
- 23:42Speaker 3: If you're going to make anything clear, it's that.
- 23:43Speaker 2: I know. I agree.
- 23:45Speaker 3: Because that's the only thing that I'm not tracking. It doesn't,
- 23:49Speaker 3: because it wasn't a, it's everyone knows, every friend in
- 23:54Speaker 3: your life, you know, their romantic status.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:58Speaker 3: And so it sounds like from the way she's positioning it,
- 24:01Speaker 3: that they were together. She just never met him.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Oh, right. I see what you're saying. I see what
- 24:08Speaker 2: you're saying.
- 24:09Speaker 3: It sounds like a cover up. And it's like, well,
- 24:13Speaker 3: did you ever, did you know he existed? Who did
- 24:17Speaker 3: you think she was with? Did you think she was
- 24:19Speaker 3: chronically single? Did you think like, I just... Right.
- 24:22Speaker 2: And the only reason why I know this is because
- 24:25Speaker 2: I've obviously read about it, but now we're in this
- 24:29Speaker 2: show and viewers don't know that because, and even Cy
- 24:33Speaker 2: doesn't know that because she hasn't done the research. She
- 24:34Speaker 2: hasn't listened to Carol's, uh, what she's written about, what
- 24:38Speaker 2: she's been interviewed about. So, but she really does need
- 24:41Speaker 2: to go down the line of bullet points. Carol is
- 24:43Speaker 2: way too laid back about this. I think that she
- 24:47Speaker 2: should be hitting this over the head with major points
- 24:51Speaker 2: and even dates to your point.
- 24:54Speaker 3: Even if it's like, a Haley moment where it's like,
- 24:56Speaker 3: you know, I would ask her all the time. I
- 24:58Speaker 3: tried to set her up with people. She never, you know,
- 25:01Speaker 3: whatever the storyline is, if she, if Ghislaine was evasive
- 25:07Speaker 3: about her love life, that's something Carol should talk about,
- 25:11Speaker 3: you know, or she was with somebody, whatever the story is,
- 25:15Speaker 3: it's like, she is being, and this is where the
- 25:17Speaker 3: 1% and it has nothing to do with money, but
- 25:22Speaker 3: I'm going to put Carol up there because of the power,
- 25:25Speaker 3: because of the name that she has and her associations.
- 25:29Speaker 3: I'm going to put her in the 1% for a second,
- 25:31Speaker 3: if you don't mind. Yeah. So that is where we
- 25:34Speaker 3: really lose the plot because it is so like, I
- 25:40Speaker 3: would sit there with a, I would get so drilled
- 25:44Speaker 3: down and clear and I would align with the concerns.
- 25:49Speaker 3: because of course there would be. And like, I hear
- 25:53Speaker 3: you and lead with that instead of leading with a
- 25:56Speaker 3: defense because it's so horrible. And did you have a
- 26:01Speaker 3: whiff of something like something? Yeah.
- 26:06Speaker 2: I don't know. I really thought that when she was
- 26:07Speaker 2: going to come on here, she would be able to
- 26:10Speaker 2: very much clear her name to an audience that may
- 26:12Speaker 2: not be aware of some of the things that she
- 26:15Speaker 2: said or what have you. Uh, but, It was also
- 26:19Speaker 2: a while ago.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Like, I feel like I have read stuff, but it
- 26:21Speaker 3: was a couple of years ago now.
- 26:23Speaker 2: So, or years, you know, so I, well, a good
- 26:27Speaker 2: reminder wouldn't hurt. Yeah.
- 26:29Speaker 3: Just a brush up.
- 26:30Speaker 2: So I think maybe the conversation needs to be had
- 26:33Speaker 2: perhaps with someone else that where Carol doesn't feel like
- 26:37Speaker 2: she's up against a wall where she doesn't feel like
- 26:39Speaker 2: she needs to answer in a defensive way. Maybe it
- 26:43Speaker 2: should be a different conversation with someone else where she
- 26:46Speaker 2: can get these points out. Because, you know, even after
- 26:50Speaker 2: they sort of settled it, then Cy was like, well,
- 26:53Speaker 2: you didn't go to the island, did you? And it's like, really?
- 26:55Speaker 2: You obviously haven't believed her. And now you're throwing out
- 26:59Speaker 2: things because you thought, oh, I should have asked this
- 27:01Speaker 2: just to clear it up. But either she was involved
- 27:03Speaker 2: in this or she wasn't, you know? And so if
- 27:06Speaker 2: you want to ask questions, I would ask more specifics.
- 27:10Speaker 2: And don't leave it alone until you've gotten what you've wanted.
- 27:15Speaker 2: And what you feel that people need to hear. Because
- 27:17Speaker 2: if you're trying to do it as a favor to
- 27:19Speaker 2: us as viewers, you know, kind of coming at it
- 27:22Speaker 2: from an attack standpoint, you're going to lose the interviewee
- 27:26Speaker 2: to your attitude.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Totally. Totally. And I was with Carol. I'm with Carol
- 27:34Speaker 3: and I was with her last night as well. And
- 27:37Speaker 3: I think, you know, she feels a little out of
- 27:41Speaker 3: touch to me with the gravity of the situation.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Because she's already handled it, I think. I think that's
- 27:48Speaker 2: what it is. Time has gone by.
- 27:50Speaker 3: But she hasn't.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Right.
- 27:52Speaker 2: But in her mind, she has.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Well, that is the problem.
- 27:56Speaker 2: That is the problem. I agree. I think that she should.
- 27:58Speaker 3: If somebody in our little drama darling thread was connected
- 28:04Speaker 3: with a sex trafficking ring And they're like, oh, you
- 28:10Speaker 3: guys texted every other day, every day, and you didn't
- 28:14Speaker 3: have a sense of it. I would really go through
- 28:16Speaker 3: all of the, because I mean, yeah, it's like how,
- 28:20Speaker 3: you know, there's just, it's, there's just a gravity. It's like, well,
- 28:24Speaker 3: what was she like even? What was your friend like?
- 28:28Speaker 3: How can you put anything together post?
- 28:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:31Speaker 2: It would be interesting for her to say, looking back,
- 28:35Speaker 2: these were some red flags. Or looking back, I still
- 28:40Speaker 2: had no idea.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Right.
- 28:42Speaker 2: And I bet you it's the latter, you know?
- 28:44Speaker 3: Right.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Because I think that she maybe would have said that.
- 28:47Speaker 2: And perhaps she's been advised to say as little as possible.
- 28:51Speaker 2: That could be. It doesn't really seem like her style,
- 28:55Speaker 2: especially because she has done interviews. She has talked about it.
- 28:58Speaker 2: She's a journalist. It seems like she would know what
- 29:04Speaker 2: the people want to hear, right, as a journalist?
- 29:06Speaker 1: Yes.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Or is she writing a book?
- 29:08Speaker 3: I find it curious.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Is she writing a book and she doesn't want to
- 29:10Speaker 2: tell us right here and she wants to save it
- 29:13Speaker 2: for the book? That's just- That's not her vibe.
- 29:17Speaker 3: Her vibe is interesting because she says one thing, but
- 29:19Speaker 3: she does do, like she talks about her connection with the,
- 29:22Speaker 3: you know, obviously the Kennedys and acts like it's super private,
- 29:26Speaker 3: but she does do a lot of shows and things and,
- 29:30Speaker 3: you know.
- 29:30Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 29:32Speaker 3: Tyler, the medium and this one and that one.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Tyler, yeah. I saw that one too.
- 29:36Speaker 1: I saw that.
- 29:36Speaker 2: So it's, she's doing. That's so funny.
- 29:39Speaker 3: She is, she is doing.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Yeah, because like when she was on Oprah, when her
- 29:45Speaker 2: book first came out, I did not see that and
- 29:47Speaker 2: I didn't know she was on Oprah. So when we
- 29:49Speaker 2: were talking about this recently, Emily told me, oh yeah,
- 29:52Speaker 2: she was on Oprah with her book. And I was like,
- 29:54Speaker 2: oh my God, no wonder it was like a New
- 29:56Speaker 2: York Times bestseller. So- I didn't either.
- 30:00Speaker 3: I'll watch that. I will go find that.
- 30:02Speaker 2: I couldn't find it on YouTube. But I only looked
- 30:06Speaker 2: on YouTube. I actually didn't Google it. But apparently there's
- 30:09Speaker 2: probably video on Google. But I don't know why I
- 30:11Speaker 2: didn't think about doing that. So anyway, while I was
- 30:14Speaker 2: on YouTube, I tried to find it, couldn't find it.
- 30:16Speaker 2: And then I saw Tyler, the medium, and her on it.
- 30:19Speaker 2: I was like, oh, what's this? I just watched that.
- 30:22Speaker 3: She's doing this, that, and the other.
- 30:24Speaker 2: Oh, my God. but on her terms, you know, it's
- 30:28Speaker 2: on her terms because she's going to be, but, uh, yeah,
- 30:35Speaker 2: I think our point and what we are both agreeing
- 30:38Speaker 2: on is we need her to be more forthcoming in
- 30:43Speaker 2: light of, um, the situation and in light of who
- 30:46Speaker 2: she is as a journalist and what information she could
- 30:49Speaker 2: easily tell us that would pretty much shut up Psy
- 30:52Speaker 2: and shut us up as an audience as to not
- 30:55Speaker 2: question her. Um, there was someone who posted a picture
- 30:59Speaker 2: of Carol with John John at an event. And John
- 31:05Speaker 2: John is kissing Ghislaine, like, you know, meaning like on
- 31:09Speaker 2: the cheek, like a hello. And Carol's like a step away,
- 31:12Speaker 2: kind of walking in a different direction. And, you know,
- 31:17Speaker 2: the Darlins are, they're doing their own investigative work over
- 31:20Speaker 2: on the Patreon, you know, so they're dropping pictures, they're
- 31:22Speaker 2: dropping receipts, they're trying to get to the bottom of it.
- 31:25Speaker 2: And I haven't had a chance to But darlings, if
- 31:27Speaker 2: you're listening to this, I saw the picture. And in
- 31:30Speaker 2: my opinion, even though this is during a different time,
- 31:34Speaker 2: this is before she knew Ghislaine. And I do not
- 31:37Speaker 2: think that they knew each other at that point. That's
- 31:41Speaker 2: in my opinion. Just because they're in a picture, it
- 31:44Speaker 2: doesn't mean that they actually knew each other at that time.
- 31:46Speaker 2: I do think that she perhaps met her later. And
- 31:48Speaker 2: that's just my opinion. I have no reason to doubt Carol. Yeah.
- 31:55Speaker 3: Yeah. The thing that threw me was definitely the just blanket,
- 32:01Speaker 3: I've never met Jeffrey Epstein. That, be it true, which
- 32:06Speaker 3: I accepted it is true, but that is not a
- 32:09Speaker 3: complete thought and sentence and there's more questions and I don't,
- 32:13Speaker 3: it's not enough for me. I want more information on
- 32:15Speaker 3: why you didn't.
- 32:16Speaker 2: But I expected more too. Not because I doubt her,
- 32:19Speaker 2: but because I want to hear more from her about
- 32:22Speaker 2: the situation.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Well, listen, like you take someone like Weinstein and you
- 32:26Speaker 3: have Meryl Streep. Let's put the– like if we're looking
- 32:29Speaker 3: at a comparison, forward-facing, obviously like Meryl may have known
- 32:36Speaker 3: he's a philanderer, but it is not a crime to
- 32:39Speaker 3: be a philanderer. You know, that's just a personality type.
- 32:43Speaker 3: So that's just someone who– that's what they do. And
- 32:46Speaker 3: so her being like he's a god at the Academy
- 32:51Speaker 3: Awards– you know, whatever Harvey Weinstein was presenting to Meryl
- 32:56Speaker 3: Streep was the forward facing person that, you know, is,
- 33:03Speaker 3: is not, he's, you're not, she's never going to see
- 33:07Speaker 3: any of that connective tissue other than like, he might
- 33:10Speaker 3: cheat on his wife. Well, this is Hollywood and that
- 33:12Speaker 3: she can't be bothered with that. She's, you know, that's over.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Those are just the facts. I mean, that's just every.
- 33:17Speaker 3: Day, neither here nor there. Um, So I think of
- 33:22Speaker 3: it like that, too, is like, and Carol's absolutely right.
- 33:29Speaker 3: Whatever process Ghislaine went through with how she tried to
- 33:33Speaker 3: get her feeders, Carol, she probably estimated, was a dead end.
- 33:40Speaker 2: Absolutely. And she probably, who knows who kind of cut
- 33:44Speaker 2: and run or they just kind of separated. But Carol
- 33:47Speaker 2: doesn't really chase anybody. You know, she's way too chill.
- 33:50Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:51Speaker 2: It's like I could see Carol just kind of fading
- 33:55Speaker 2: away and not thinking twice about it.
- 33:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:58Speaker 3: Totally.
- 33:59Speaker 2: Totally.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 34:01Speaker 2: But again, we would like more information on this platform.
- 34:06Speaker 2: I'm aware of the other materials, but I like it here.
- 34:11Speaker 3: Yeah. Or your bread's buttered.
- 34:16Speaker 2: For now.
- 34:16Speaker 3: At this time.
- 34:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 34:17Speaker 2: At this time.
- 34:19Speaker 3: At this time.
- 34:25Speaker 2: Okay, I have to tell you guys about something that's
- 34:26Speaker 2: happening in my house right now that's giving me so
- 34:29Speaker 2: much joy. Tin can. Have you heard of it? It's
- 34:33Speaker 2: a phone, a landline phone.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Okay, so.
- 34:37Speaker 2: My daughter has wanted a tin can for, I am
- 34:40Speaker 2: not exaggerating, about a year because some of her friends
- 34:44Speaker 2: have them. She's been asking about it. I've been putting
- 34:47Speaker 2: it off. Well, guess what? We finally got one and
- 34:50Speaker 2: you guys, she absolutely loves it. And I think I
- 34:54Speaker 2: might love it even more because if you haven't seen
- 34:57Speaker 2: tin can yet, it's basically this adorable retro landline phone
- 35:01Speaker 2: for kids. No screen, no texting, no algorithms. It's literally
- 35:06Speaker 2: just a phone. being a phone, which apparently is now revolutionary.
- 35:10Speaker 2: I had to teach my daughter how to pick up
- 35:12Speaker 2: the phone and say hello, and also how to leave
- 35:15Speaker 2: a voicemail. Like you guys, it's amazing. And here's the
- 35:19Speaker 2: part that I was not expecting. And watching my daughter
- 35:22Speaker 2: experience all these little things that were such a huge
- 35:25Speaker 2: part of my childhood, the phone rings like a phone
- 35:30Speaker 2: on the hook. She hears it. She goes running to
- 35:33Speaker 2: answer it because she has no idea who it is.
- 35:36Speaker 2: It could be one of her friends. It could be
- 35:38Speaker 2: one of her family members. She's not sure. But do
- 35:41Speaker 2: you remember that? You just answer the phone. And the
- 35:43Speaker 2: other day I looked over and she was talking on
- 35:45Speaker 2: her tin can, twirling herself up in the phone cord.
- 35:49Speaker 2: You guys, I almost died. I was like, wow, that's me.
- 35:53Speaker 2: It is the cutest, strangest little time warp. And this
- 35:56Speaker 2: is my iPad loving child, okay? Who knew that a
- 35:59Speaker 2: retro phone with a cord would be this exciting? And
- 36:03Speaker 2: what I love is she's actually talking to people. She's
- 36:05Speaker 2: been calling her grandparents more and having these real conversations
- 36:09Speaker 2: with them. And she gets that little bit of independence
- 36:12Speaker 2: while I still get the parental controls. With Tin Can,
- 36:15Speaker 2: kids can only call or receive calls from people on
- 36:18Speaker 2: the approved contact list. Calling other tin cans and 911
- 36:23Speaker 2: is always free with no subscription required. And with the
- 36:27Speaker 2: party line plan, kids can also call pre-approved non-tin can members.
- 36:32Speaker 2: So grandma, grandpa, mom, cell, whoever you approve. They have
- 36:36Speaker 2: speed dial buttons, an answering machine. which I predict will
- 36:40Speaker 2: eventually become a source of absolute chaos with their friends.
- 36:43Speaker 2: And they come in these amazing, cool colors that actually
- 36:45Speaker 2: feel like something kids would pick for themselves. What's old
- 36:48Speaker 2: is new again, and our kids are enjoying it. So
- 36:53Speaker 2: even if you don't have kids, tell your friends. Tell
- 36:56Speaker 2: your friends who have kids. If you want to give
- 36:57Speaker 2: a gift to a kid, give this gift. I absolutely

- 39:26Speaker 2: about something I think all of us have experienced. There
- 39:29Speaker 2: are times when we think, in life when you think, okay,
- 39:31Speaker 2: I could really use someone to talk to right now.
- 39:33Speaker 2: Maybe you're overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, dealing with family stuff,
- 39:37Speaker 2: or just trying to keep all the plates spinning without
- 39:39Speaker 2: dropping one directly on your head. And then you finally decide, okay,
- 39:43Speaker 2: I'm going to find a therapist. Wonderful. Except now you
- 39:47Speaker 2: have a new source of stress, finding a therapist. Who's
- 39:50Speaker 2: taking new patients? Is my friend's recommendation right for me?
- 39:54Speaker 2: Are they right fit? Do they take my insurance? How
- 39:57Speaker 2: much is this going to cost me? Why does getting
- 39:59Speaker 2: help have to feel like another full-time job? And then
- 40:03Speaker 2: you end up putting it off. Well, that's what I
- 40:05Speaker 2: really like about Rula. Rula works with over 100 insurance plans,
- 40:10Speaker 2: and the average copay for Rula patients is just $ 15
- 40:12Speaker 2: per session. Depending on your benefits, it could be even
- 40:16Speaker 2: as little as zero. We use our health insurance to
- 40:19Speaker 2: take care of our physical health. Our mental health deserves
- 40:21Speaker 2: the same attention. And Rula doesn't just throw the first
- 40:24Speaker 2: available therapist at you. You tell them about your goals, preferences,
- 40:28Speaker 2: and background, and they give you a curated list of
- 40:30Speaker 2: licensed in-network therapists who are actually aligned with what you're
- 40:34Speaker 2: looking for. Because finding a therapist and finding your therapist
- 40:38Speaker 2: are two very different things. Rula has a nationwide network
- 40:41Speaker 2: of more than 15,000 therapists and psychiatrists. There are no
- 40:45Speaker 2: wait lists and appointments can be available as soon as tomorrow.
- 40:48Speaker 2: They can also support you beyond therapy with services like
- 40:51Speaker 2: medication management. And I really appreciate that Rula stays involved.
- 40:55Speaker 2: They check in on your progress and the quality of
- 40:57Speaker 2: your care because the goal isn't simply to get you
- 41:00Speaker 2: into an appointment. It's to help you find the care
- 41:03Speaker 2: that's actually working for you. Thousands of people are already
- 41:06Speaker 2: using Rula to get affordable, high quality therapy. That's actually
- 41:10Speaker 2: covered by insurance. Visit Rula.com slash drama to get started.
- 41:15Speaker 2: That's R-U-L-A.com slash drama. You deserve mental health care that
- 41:20Speaker 2: works with you, not against your budget. Well, darlings, I
- 41:24Speaker 2: don't even know exactly what happened, but at some point
- 41:26Speaker 2: I looked in the mirror and thought, excuse me, let's
- 41:29Speaker 2: work on this skin, you know, because I'm getting a
- 41:32Speaker 2: little older. And I've definitely noticed more fine lines. So
- 41:35Speaker 2: I've got the uneven texture, a little bit of dark spots,
- 41:39Speaker 2: and I did not invite them to my party. That's
- 41:42Speaker 2: why I started using GU Skin Care. It's spelled J-I-Y-U
- 41:47Speaker 2: and pronounced G-U. And honestly, these rejuvenation toner pads have
- 41:52Speaker 2: been a game changer for me. I've only been using
- 41:54Speaker 2: them for about two weeks and I've already noticed a
- 41:57Speaker 2: considerable difference in my skin. It feels exfoliated, incredibly smooth,
- 42:01Speaker 2: and just refreshed. I love using them at night. I'm
- 42:04Speaker 2: just noticing a difference so quickly. And at this point
- 42:07Speaker 2: in my life, I don't have six months to wait
- 42:10Speaker 2: around wondering, you know, is this doing anything? These are
- 42:13Speaker 2: not your ordinary toner pads. Think of them as an
- 42:15Speaker 2: entire Korean skincare routine packed into one easy swipe. Each
- 42:20Speaker 2: pad is saturated with eight clinically backed Korean skincare actives.
- 42:24Speaker 2: designed to brighten, hydrate, soothe, and target signs of aging.
- 42:29Speaker 2: Oh yeah, by the way, I do feel very hydrated.
- 42:31Speaker 2: My skin feels very hydrated. They have snail mucin. You guys,
- 42:36Speaker 2: get with the snail mucin. And that's for hydration and glow.
- 42:39Speaker 2: Peptides to support firmer-looking skin, and niacinamide to help visibly
- 42:44Speaker 2: brighten and even skin tone. And unlike some toner products
- 42:48Speaker 2: that can leave your skin feeling stripped, my skin feels hydrated, nourished,
- 42:52Speaker 2: and so smooth afterward. I love how easy they are.
- 42:56Speaker 2: I don't want a 14-step skincare routine. I don't have time.
- 43:00Speaker 2: I have too much reality TV to talk about. I
- 43:03Speaker 2: want something that I will actually use. So I grab
- 43:06Speaker 2: a pad, I swipe, and I'm done. If you're trying
- 43:10Speaker 2: GU for the first time, I'd recommend the Glow Up Bundle.
- 43:14Speaker 2: It includes their best-selling toning polish pads, and their moisturizer
- 43:18Speaker 2: with NAD +. So it's an easy way to experience
- 43:21Speaker 2: the GU routine while getting their best overall value. GU
- 43:26Speaker 2: is dermatologist tested, has over 650,000 happy customers, and comes
- 43:32Speaker 2: with a 90-day money-back guarantee. And right now, GU is
- 43:35Speaker 2: having a crazy deal for my darlings. Their glow up
- 43:39Speaker 2: bundle is already up to 45% off, but you can
- 43:43Speaker 2: get an additional 20% off plus free shipping with my
- 43:47Speaker 2: code drama at J I Y U skin.com. That's J
- 43:53Speaker 2: I Y U skin.com and use code drama for an
- 43:56Speaker 2: additional 20% off. After you purchase, tell them where you
- 43:59Speaker 2: heard about them. Please support drama darling and tell them
- 44:02Speaker 2: we sent you. Enjoy the snail mucin. So let's talk
- 44:09Speaker 2: about Aaron and Cy and Jessel. Like, let's talk about
- 44:12Speaker 2: Jessel first. First of all, did you see Povit's comedy
- 44:17Speaker 2: video sketch where he went to Equinox and he was
- 44:21Speaker 2: pretending there was someone following him and being like, hey,
- 44:24Speaker 2: you want to go to the steam room? And he's like, oh,
- 44:26Speaker 2: not right now. I'm working out. So he made a
- 44:29Speaker 2: joke about it, which I thought was very funny.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 44:33Speaker 2: So there's that. Tough rumor. That's toughy. Now, when Erin
- 44:40Speaker 2: says that she hasn't talked about Povit in three years,
- 44:44Speaker 2: do you believe her? Like that this has now kind
- 44:48Speaker 2: of come back around in some way that someone just
- 44:52Speaker 2: magically brought it up again at BravoCon? This makeup artist
- 44:55Speaker 2: said- that she brought it up again? I mean, are
- 44:58Speaker 2: we believing this?
- 45:00Speaker 3: No, I don't believe her because she is a gossip.
- 45:02Speaker 3: That is her core identifier to who she is. That
- 45:08Speaker 3: is who she is. She loves the juice. She loves
- 45:11Speaker 3: spilling the tea. She loves it. We've seen her literally
- 45:16Speaker 3: say something to someone's face and they call her out
- 45:18Speaker 3: on it. And she's like, oh yeah, I did say that.
- 45:20Speaker 3: Like in the first episode with Jessel, she- She was like,
- 45:24Speaker 3: you said this. And Aaron's like, I never said that.
- 45:26Speaker 3: She's like, no, you literally blah, blah, blah. And she
- 45:28Speaker 3: was like, yeah, I did. So I think that she
- 45:30Speaker 3: lives– she finds that this is her pastime. So she
- 45:36Speaker 3: loves to do that. Do I think she has probably
- 45:39Speaker 3: cooled off on Jessalyn Povitt?
- 45:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 45:43Speaker 3: But that doesn't mean she hasn't thrown a nugget out.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Right.
- 45:47Speaker 3: And the way she was receiving Psy– You can see, like,
- 45:52Speaker 3: she was taking in the feedback and hearing her and
- 45:59Speaker 3: processing it. She wasn't being defensive because it's true.
- 46:03Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, I was very happy that they were
- 46:05Speaker 2: able to have a conversation and that Cy was able to,
- 46:12Speaker 2: you know, communicate to her how she felt. And Erin
- 46:16Speaker 2: kind of did. She did eat shit and owned up
- 46:18Speaker 2: to it. She really did. Even when she started to
- 46:20Speaker 2: try to defend herself, Cy didn't let her get away
- 46:23Speaker 2: with it. And she did say she was sorry, which
- 46:26Speaker 2: I appreciated. Because even if Aaron, let's say Aaron maybe
- 46:29Speaker 2: didn't say or pass on some information about Cy's divorce
- 46:34Speaker 2: in this situation. Cy was essentially saying, Aaron, I have
- 46:38Speaker 2: heard you talk way too much about other people. So like,
- 46:41Speaker 2: just shut your mouth. And Aaron was like, all righty, touche.
- 46:45Speaker 2: I can accept that. But also, like, how many makeup
- 46:50Speaker 2: artists are going to be dragged into this at this point,
- 46:53Speaker 2: you know? I mean, they are catching strays left and right.
- 46:57Speaker 3: That's what you do. You know, you chew the beef.
- 47:02Speaker 2: What do you do? You chew the fat.
- 47:05Speaker 3: You chew the fat. You sit down and you chew
- 47:08Speaker 3: the fat. I mean, I actually can– I know I've
- 47:13Speaker 3: just said– I'm going to contradict myself, but I kind
- 47:16Speaker 3: of do sort of believe that she didn't talk about
- 47:19Speaker 3: size marriage, by the way.
- 47:20Speaker 2: Oh, to Jenna.
- 47:23Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah.
- 47:25Speaker 2: You know what? Last week, I think Emily and I
- 47:27Speaker 2: were saying that we think that Jenna did hear it
- 47:32Speaker 2: from someone else, like maybe even Abe on the street,
- 47:36Speaker 2: you know?
- 47:40Speaker 3: Yeah. Abe's suspicious. He could have given her, you know, that. Well,
- 47:45Speaker 3: I think Jenna was saying, though, that she didn't hear
- 47:48Speaker 3: it directly from.
- 47:49Speaker 1: Right.
- 47:50Speaker 2: So it was the makeup artist. But like the makeup
- 47:52Speaker 2: artist maybe didn't or Jenna heard it wrong that the
- 47:57Speaker 2: makeup artist said that. that Cy said it when in
- 48:00Speaker 2: fact the, I'm sorry that Aaron said it, but the
- 48:02Speaker 2: makeup artist is the one who brought it up to
- 48:04Speaker 2: Aaron and Aaron was like, how do you know this?
- 48:06Speaker 2: So then the makeup artist said to Jenna, you know,
- 48:09Speaker 2: did you hear about the divorce?
- 48:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:11Speaker 2: Even, you know, Aaron and I were talking about it.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Right. Right.
- 48:14Speaker 2: Aaron confirmed it. Confirmed or whatever. So I could see
- 48:17Speaker 2: how that would happen. Either that or it was Abe.
- 48:21Speaker 3: Or it was goddamn Abe. Yeah.
- 48:24Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh my God. Well, we are packing up off
- 48:28Speaker 2: of this island, even though there's a cockroach there. What
- 48:32Speaker 2: did you think about that cockroach? I mean, we have
- 48:35Speaker 2: New Yorkers on an island. I thought it was an island. Okay.
- 48:38Speaker 3: That's what I thought. Island is island. You know, I
- 48:41Speaker 3: think cucaracha is going to come in and come out
- 48:44Speaker 3: and little lizards and things that you don't want, but that's,
- 48:47Speaker 3: it's an island. I accept.
- 48:49Speaker 1: Okay.
- 48:51Speaker 2: I was fine with it. I think that we just
- 48:53Speaker 2: don't need to overreact about these types of things. Okay.
- 48:59Speaker 2: Let's move on. Let's head on over to Below Deck. Okay. Deanna,
- 49:04Speaker 2: welcome into Below Deck.
- 49:06Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 49:07Speaker 2: And darlings, you know, we didn't talk about the premiere episode.
- 49:11Speaker 2: We're on the second episode, but I mean, we recapped
- 49:15Speaker 2: the first episode last week. I love this already. I
- 49:19Speaker 2: think we're off to a great start. Deanna, how do
- 49:22Speaker 2: you feel? Are you loving being in Thailand? I mean,
- 49:24Speaker 2: it's gorgeous Thailand.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Wow.
- 49:27Speaker 3: It is that the, just the beauty of being on
- 49:30Speaker 3: those waters is like, wow, it's really something. It is really,
- 49:36Speaker 3: really something. And I don't know if you said anything
- 49:39Speaker 3: about this, Amy, but, you know, I think I felt
- 49:43Speaker 3: so premium on our last charter with Sandy, with everything,
- 49:50Speaker 3: you know?
- 49:50Speaker 2: Yeah, deluxe.
- 49:52Speaker 3: I am feeling downgraded. You know, I do feel in
- 49:55Speaker 3: every way. Like, I just feel like I'm down a notch.
- 50:03Speaker 2: I don't like that. You know what? I think Captain...
- 50:07Speaker 2: Carrie would agree with you. This is not good. He
- 50:11Speaker 2: had to have a talk with his deck team. We
- 50:15Speaker 2: haven't even talked to the interior yet. I mean, Mo
- 50:19Speaker 2: is doing, Chef Mo is doing a great job so far.
- 50:21Speaker 2: Thank God. Because if it weren't for him, you know,
- 50:25Speaker 2: this would be, if it weren't for him, they'd have
- 50:28Speaker 2: a tough time on the boat. Now the surrounding areas,
- 50:32Speaker 2: As it is, just like what Thailand is giving is
- 50:34Speaker 2: just so knockout, like such a home run that it's
- 50:36Speaker 2: hard to make any complaints.
- 50:38Speaker 3: Doing a lot of heavy lifting.
- 50:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:40Speaker 2: Yeah. The guests not getting chips after 30 minutes is tough.
- 50:44Speaker 2: The juicing. Now, I do understand that that takes time.
- 50:48Speaker 2: I think the guests should understand juicing is going to
- 50:51Speaker 2: take a while. But it was 45 minutes.
- 50:55Speaker 3: I am just, where I was concerned is how come
- 50:58Speaker 3: our lead interior.
- 51:01Speaker 3: Does not seem to know about these. He knew about
- 51:05Speaker 3: the juice, but who was on chips? Who was on chips?
- 51:11Speaker 2: This early in the charter season that we have this problem,
- 51:15Speaker 2: it's tough. So I think Fraser sometimes has a bit
- 51:19Speaker 2: of a problem, like balls are dropped between Fraser and
- 51:24Speaker 2: his second.
- 51:26Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I... also just thought like, we're waiting
- 51:32Speaker 3: so long for chips and no one's gone out to
- 51:35Speaker 3: get a, to make sure drinks are filled. So there
- 51:39Speaker 3: just seemed to, where's everybody, you know, what is going
- 51:41Speaker 3: on that everybody's out there fill water. I mean, I
- 51:45Speaker 3: don't know, like, do they need some sunblock? Like, where
- 51:49Speaker 3: are you that this amount of time? And I guess
- 51:52Speaker 3: like a half hour is arguably, I don't know. It
- 51:55Speaker 3: just seemed very strange to me. And I don't know
- 51:58Speaker 3: who got the order for chips.
- 52:00Speaker 2: I mean, chips are nothing. It's not like he's going
- 52:02Speaker 2: to- Where are they?
- 52:03Speaker 3: We never saw chips materialize. We went right into dinner.
- 52:06Speaker 2: So chips- Chips were lost.
- 52:09Speaker 3: I don't know who got the message and the word.
- 52:11Speaker 3: And I'm sorry, you're out in the sun. It's hot.
- 52:14Speaker 3: You need a snack and you can't get some goddamn chips?
- 52:20Speaker 3: That's a very low lift. I don't know. I don't know.
- 52:24Speaker 2: We've got- How many interior crew do we have? We've
- 52:30Speaker 2: got Rosa and Rainbow and Fraser.
- 52:36Speaker 3: Kaylee.
- 52:37Speaker 2: Oh, right.
- 52:37Speaker 3: There's like a Jaylee and a Kaylee. Right.
- 52:42Speaker 2: Yesenia and Kaylee. Okay, right. See, I forgot about her.
- 52:46Speaker 3: There's four of them. Where is everybody?
- 52:48Speaker 2: That's not good. No, that's really not good. And the
- 52:53Speaker 2: boat is not as big as some of the other
- 52:56Speaker 2: super yachts that we've seen. So if we're dropping chips
- 53:01Speaker 2: this early, you know.
- 53:03Speaker 3: That woman, they were like, bitch. I'm like, no, she
- 53:06Speaker 3: gave you direct and accurate feedback at the end of
- 53:11Speaker 3: that run.
- 53:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:12Speaker 3: Sorry. Oh, you deserved it.
- 53:14Speaker 2: Absolutely. Also, you know how she's like, you know, the food,
- 53:19Speaker 2: no notes. I always find it so funny when like
- 53:22Speaker 2: phrases and colloquialisms are finally work their way down the
- 53:28Speaker 2: line to like regular people. When that phrase, for example,
- 53:32Speaker 2: I heard probably about five years ago, people were saying
- 53:36Speaker 2: it maybe longer, you know, and it wasn't in the
- 53:39Speaker 2: regular vernacular of people. So it always makes me laugh
- 53:42Speaker 2: when I'm like, oh, this bitch thinks she's being like
- 53:45Speaker 2: trendy with her.
- 53:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:46Speaker 2: With her words and stuff.
- 53:47Speaker 3: Yeah. She thinks she's just left how to be less
- 53:50Speaker 3: old and she's talking sludge content.
- 53:53Speaker 2: Okay. Sludge content. What is that phrase?
- 53:58Speaker 3: Sludge content is when you take a video, let's say,
- 54:04Speaker 3: let's say we took your, if we're looking at this,
- 54:06Speaker 3: we take Amy's video and then we put something completely
- 54:11Speaker 3: unrelated happening next to it. Like maybe it's a, you know,
- 54:16Speaker 3: some sort of oil rig.
- 54:19Speaker 2: Painting or squishy making. I've seen all of those. Maddie
- 54:23Speaker 2: has a ton of those that she watches.
- 54:26Speaker 3: So it's like you, it's basically, you have the one
- 54:29Speaker 3: thing you should be paying attention to and then something
- 54:32Speaker 3: else that is keeping your attention.
- 54:35Speaker 2: Yes.
- 54:36Speaker 1: Wow.
- 54:36Speaker 2: I never knew that that was the name of it.
- 54:38Speaker 2: Those videos drive me crazy. Yeah. I mean, the kids,
- 54:42Speaker 2: you know, when Maddie, first time I saw it, I'm like,
- 54:44Speaker 2: what is this? Right. And now I've seen it trickle
- 54:48Speaker 2: down to like content creators that are like, like regular
- 54:54Speaker 2: content creators. Like, You guys like this turtleneck is so light.
- 54:59Speaker 2: It's so perfect for fall. And like on the other side,
- 55:01Speaker 2: you know, it's like painting a road, you know, it's
- 55:06Speaker 2: that random and it's a split screen. And it is like,
- 55:11Speaker 2: this is where we are in society that we need
- 55:15Speaker 2: so much stimulation into our brain to, That we can't
- 55:21Speaker 2: even focus on one video for 30 seconds.
- 55:24Speaker 1: I know.
- 55:25Speaker 2: That we need two videos at the same time for
- 55:28Speaker 2: a short amount of time.
- 55:29Speaker 3: Well, that's like when the influencers want to explain something,
- 55:33Speaker 3: but they're putting on their makeup. They're only putting on
- 55:36Speaker 3: their makeup because they have to be doing something active.
- 55:39Speaker 2: Right.
- 55:40Speaker 3: It's a version of sludge content, but real true sludge
- 55:44Speaker 3: content is completely two things that have nothing to do
- 55:47Speaker 3: with each other running at the same time. Okay.
- 55:50Speaker 2: When I saw the sludge content, not the split screen,
- 55:54Speaker 2: but the like, get ready with me type of thing
- 55:57Speaker 2: while I tell you about what happened in my day.
- 56:01Speaker 2: When I saw that trickle down to my OBGYNs.
- 56:05Speaker 3: Stop.
- 56:05Speaker 2: Social. I was like, all right, I'm out.
- 56:08Speaker 3: Tap me out. We can't do this. Take me out, coach.
- 56:12Speaker 3: I need a break.
- 56:13Speaker 2: I need it. And someone told her to do that,
- 56:17Speaker 2: by the way. And she did it.
- 56:18Speaker 3: Oh, I thought you said someone told her to stop.
- 56:20Speaker 2: No.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 56:21Speaker 2: I'm sure someone told her to do it because they're like,
- 56:22Speaker 2: this is how you'll get engagement. And I'm sure she
- 56:24Speaker 2: didn't want to do it. And she probably never did
- 56:26Speaker 2: it again. But, oh, my God.
- 56:29Speaker 3: She's like, your vagina. Yeah, it's upsetting. It's really upsetting.
- 56:34Speaker 2: Let's talk about hormones. So, all right. Well, moving on. Oh,
- 56:43Speaker 2: by the way. Brain rot. I know that everyone knows
- 56:46Speaker 2: that term, but it's like that is what these videos
- 56:50Speaker 2: under that umbrella is. It's like a lot of brain rot. Yeah. Absolutely.
- 56:55Speaker 2: So we have a lot of, you know, budding, you know,
- 56:57Speaker 2: hookups here. We've got, well, Matt fancies Kaylee and now
- 57:03Speaker 2: they've gone to the Sapphire Room at the end of this.
- 57:05Speaker 2: To which she's like, we are... we are just going
- 57:12Speaker 2: to be exclusive for six weeks. And he's like, whoa,
- 57:15Speaker 2: slow your roll.
- 57:15Speaker 3: And she said, I love you in the bar. Like, yeah, no,
- 57:20Speaker 3: I don't care how drunk you are, babe. Get it together.
- 57:25Speaker 3: Gather yourself, you know, and also like.
- 57:28Speaker 2: The, now we've got a sneak preview as we used
- 57:32Speaker 2: to say in the eighties, um, of next week where
- 57:35Speaker 2: it's like, uh, she says, we just, we gotta get married.
- 57:39Speaker 2: I mean, I get it. We're just talking out of
- 57:41Speaker 2: our drunk mouths. Talking trash, yeah. You know, let's take
- 57:46Speaker 2: it easy.
- 57:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 57:47Speaker 2: And then we have James and Rosa who have some chemistry,
- 57:50Speaker 2: but he's open to anyone at this point. To which
- 57:54Speaker 2: now Rosa's upset at Rainbow because she has a boyfriend,
- 58:00Speaker 2: but she's like super flirting with James and is cock-blocking Rosa.
- 58:06Speaker 2: She's not happy about it.
- 58:09Speaker 3: Rainbow is a trip. Wow. Yeah. Rainbow, there's always like,
- 58:14Speaker 3: there's often one gal who presents as a regular pretty
- 58:21Speaker 3: girl person, but they are out of their titties. And
- 58:25Speaker 3: I feel like Rainbow, that yodeling.
- 58:29Speaker 2: Yeah, that was unhinged.
- 58:35Speaker 3: It was like an alien. I heard her subtext.
- 58:39Speaker 2: It was a cry for help.
- 58:43Speaker 3: In my opinion, her subtext was like, this is where
- 58:47Speaker 3: we have fun.
- 58:48Speaker 2: The guests love it.
- 58:49Speaker 3: When we cut loose and go crazy. Yeah. And I'm
- 58:53Speaker 3: going to go crazy right now with my yodeling and
- 58:55Speaker 3: aren't I fun? And it's like, no, that was terrifying.
- 59:00Speaker 2: I see what you mean. That's a great subtext. way
- 59:04Speaker 2: to see the subtext it's like the camp counselor that
- 59:08Speaker 2: really is pushing the fun and it's so off-putting because
- 59:12Speaker 2: it's not organic and they're not actually having fun. They're
- 59:16Speaker 2: pretending that what they're doing is fun when it's more concerning.
- 59:22Speaker 2: It's coming off as more concerning. Okay. That's such a
- 59:24Speaker 2: good point because she's so tightly wound. Like, She really
- 59:29Speaker 2: is a micromanager, and I get it. She does have,
- 59:33Speaker 2: as she said to Rosa, PTSD from last charter season
- 59:37Speaker 2: with Solene, who wasn't doing a GD thing. So I
- 59:42Speaker 2: do understand that. What I love, though, to favor Rainbow
- 59:47Speaker 2: for a second. Yep.
- 59:48Speaker 3: I'm with you.
- 59:49Speaker 2: That in the galley, they had a little conversation, and
- 59:52Speaker 2: Rainbow picked up on- Very professional. The nuances of the
- 59:56Speaker 2: vibe in the room and said- you know, did I
- 59:59Speaker 2: do anything that made you mad? And sure enough.
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: She didn't really pick up. I mean, Fraser pulled her
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: to the side and was like, she's crying.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: Right, that's true.
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: I don't know if she picked it up, but she definitely.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: That's right. But Rosa did have a full meltdown. Yeah.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: A full meltdown where Fraser had to come and like
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: squat down. I thought that was going to be way
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: worse than what it turned out to be because the
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: camera was moving about. She hit the decks. I was like,
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: oh my God, is she passing out? She's like, I'm hot.
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: I'm like, whoa.
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: No, Rosa is like you've been there in life where
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: you just are in the weeds with your environment. I
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: feel her, but I do need her to lock in
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: and just settle a little bit.
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: Well, she's already playing victim in a way. It's like, oh,
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: I can't do anything right with this. My chief stew
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: just doesn't understand that I know how to do everything.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: And she doesn't. And so that's why there needs to
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: be a conversation, which they had, which is great. And also, James,
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: who she likes now, she's assuming that there's something going
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: on there. And it's like, it's not too late. It's
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: not too late.
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: Yeah, I do think Rainbow checked in so she could
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: go flirt with him.
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: Did you see Taylor Ann Green from Southern Charm on
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: the charter? Did you know that was her? No. No.
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: And she was one of the people wearing the same outfit?
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: In fact, remember that part when they were doing like
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: a photo shoot, which they had those bikinis on that
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: next day. And I thought they all looked really cute.
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: They were doing that photo shoot and the girl was
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: in the hat. And did you hear the girl go,
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: it's just such a great hat. I mean, that hat
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: is just so great. That was Taylor Ann Green.
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: Stop.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: She's part of this group. And- She probably made this happen,
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: you know, in terms of like her connections and like
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: getting them on there with their business and their resort wear,
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: which I think is brilliant.
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: That's true. That is brilliant. Captain was not about that life,
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: but like it is brilliant.
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: Oh, they gave him a shirt. I mean, they got
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: the captain in a shirt. I mean, they couldn't have
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: promoted it better, right?
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: Yeah, I guess I'll go change, you know.
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Yeah, Captain did not like that. He's like,
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: it's each his own.
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: He's not up for those shenanigans, you know.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: I love that you didn't notice Taylor Ann Green. I didn't.
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: But you know what? She's ultimately, I get why I didn't.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: Right. Absolutely.
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: Fraser has eyes for James, I can tell. Because he
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: was like, oh, I did not notice you were fully
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: tatted up.
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: So I'm kind of wondering if something will happen there.
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: I think that will be interesting. Yeah.
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: The Buddhist temple track I thought was so cool and stunning.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: Thailand looks crazy and amazing in so many different ways.
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: This Bangla Road that was like the Las Vegas Strip
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: looked nuts, bananas. Bananas. Yeah. I mean, it was fun. Oh,
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: Jessenia and Alex made out in the van. So we've
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: got a couple- two people have already hooked up in
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: episode two. So we are off to a very quick start.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: Yeah. And I think they're cute. I mean, Alex does
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: have to get his, his act together. You know, I, I,
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: as we, you know, my husband's a merchant Marine. I
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: am always listening to just hierarchy conversations because it is
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: what it is. There's such a, it just, it like
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: Alex is confused and, His way he's thinking about his
- 1:03:51Speaker 3: position is not the correct leadership.
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm concerned. And I don't even have that merchant
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: marine background or understanding just by it seems like Matt
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: is just fully way more equipped.
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: It's just very much like that military kind of structure.
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: And you have everyone you need people who are in
- 1:04:13Speaker 3: leadership to take charge or else everything falls apart.
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: Yeah. So when Matt was asking Alex those questions when
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: they were on the tender during the picnic and Alex
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: kept shutting it down, he's like, we'll deal with that later.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: That's not correct, right? Their procedures should already be in place, right?
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: I mean, I think so. It just seemed like Alex
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: is just overall not making people feel confident in his leadership.
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: I mean, to not have cranked that brake off. That's crazy.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: That's bad. Like, I know that the best of us,
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: you know, can make silly mistakes for something we've done
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: a million times.
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: Sure.
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: But that was really tough. You know, it's the first,
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: and maybe the cameras are getting to him. I don't know.
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: But like, to have the captain have to leave the
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: wheelhouse and go down there when he's trying to leave.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: Your whole job.
- 1:05:12Speaker 3: Is, your job is to Make the captain not think
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: about anything. Like that is literally everyone's job is so
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: captain does not have to do. He just does his job.
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: Like if he is doing.
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: You're going.
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: If he's doing, you're going. You know, that reminds us
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: of our, of that great group from the golden bachelor
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: with Susan and the gang.
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: If you're asking, we're telling. We love Deanna and I
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: love them.
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: We'll always love them.
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: We'll always love them. Also that trash locker sharing with
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: an anchor locker to me is like, someone's going to die.
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: That is so scary to me. And when Justina was
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: down there, I was like, this is really what we're
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: looking at. This is how absolutely dangerous it is to
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: be in this situation. Like you could lose an arm.
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: I mean, I understand that it's very, it's very dangerous.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: You could, be heard at any given time. But this
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: seems extra, extra.
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: Extra dangerous. This seems like someone's going to watch this
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: and shut that boat down.
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: Okay. Thank you. And also like you're in a trash
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: locker that smells probably like shit and you got to
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: go down there and start to release, you know, chain
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: by chain with this hole you.
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: Can't seemed insane it.
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: Looked like the star wars trash compactor when they're trying
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: to put the pole up or some something to stop
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: the walls from closing in on them it was so scary.
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: Yeah bad bad bad thank you no good.
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: I mean the kids are the kids are starting to
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: spell things out but only if it's three letters that's
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: what's on how to be less old today But anyway, gorgeous,
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: gorgeous Thailand. I love it. And check out How to
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: Be Less Old. You're going to learn about sludge content
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: and so much more, right? Anything else going on, Deanna?
