- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, guys, high taxes don't affect the weather. Brother, I know,
- 0:05Speaker 1: I just mean a joke that you may have missed, audience.
- 0:07Speaker 1: I said, it's very cold in LA. We pay very
- 0:10Speaker 1: high taxes to live here, and I would appreciate it
- 0:13Speaker 1: if it was as hot as we were promised. We deserve,
- 0:18Speaker 1: whether like the Bahama or not like them. No, no,
- 0:20Speaker 1: I take that back. You don't want tropical thunderstorms. I
- 0:24Speaker 1: don't want hurricanes, tropical thunderstorms. I don't want any of
- 0:27Speaker 1: that stuff to be sounds good. I look in four
- 0:29Speaker 1: K you guys, you're not used to seeing it. You
- 0:31Speaker 1: are handsome in four K good. I look in any
- 0:34Speaker 1: K what casey you're you're like, you're like seven twenty whatever.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Donald Donald's video is so grainy, and your camera and
- 0:46Speaker 1: your thing is so dirty, And I've just been using
- 0:51Speaker 1: I've been using my camera. I've been using with your thumb,
- 0:54Speaker 1: that'll do it. I've been using this. No, but you
- 0:58Speaker 1: have all those materials behind you hang in the closet.
- 1:00Speaker 1: You could take some of those I'm cleaning with the
- 1:02Speaker 1: Gucci Hold up. Well, it's funny. I've been using the
- 1:05Speaker 1: camera on my computer for so long, and then it
- 1:08Speaker 1: wasn't working, audience, so I just switched to my four
- 1:10Speaker 1: K camera and I forgot. It's a nice camera, Daniel. Look,
- 1:14Speaker 1: it's like watching you in a movie. Like. It's such
- 1:17Speaker 1: a good camera. Daniel recommended we get this one up
- 1:23Speaker 1: motion animation. Sorry, guys, Donald instantly took his even though
- 1:28Speaker 1: we Donald thinks that was a gift from my heart.
- 1:30Speaker 1: I'm sure we don't paid for it indirectly. This is
- 1:32Speaker 1: a very good webcam. It's not even a gam it's
- 1:35Speaker 1: a camera, Daniel, right, it's the Sony What Sony zv one. Yeah,
- 1:40Speaker 1: Sony zv one to Dragon frame stop motion hardware on
- 1:45Speaker 1: my computer. And let me tell you something, it's magical.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Well listen. If you need a webcam that makes you
- 1:50Speaker 1: look quite darn handsome, I recommend the Sony zv one. Guys,
- 1:55Speaker 1: you need a little what's it called, Daniel, a cam link.
- 1:57Speaker 1: You can explain to the audience who might be converting
- 1:59Speaker 1: to this thing, no problem. This is the set set
- 2:02Speaker 1: up I used from my stream. You need a cam
- 2:04Speaker 1: link four K by the company el Gato. It's an
- 2:07Speaker 1: HDMI on one side and USB three point zero on
- 2:10Speaker 1: the other. Now you just need a mini us or
- 2:12Speaker 1: a mini HDMI cable into a regular HDMI cable and
- 2:15Speaker 1: you've got a great setup. It's super east. But the
- 2:17Speaker 1: only reason why you need that is so you can
- 2:18Speaker 1: charge the camera. That's why right now you need that weird.
- 2:24Speaker 1: You also need the thing for the battery. Yes, this
- 2:27Speaker 1: is it's just what do you call that thing? It's
- 2:30Speaker 1: a dummy battery. A dummy battery where it's like you,
- 2:33Speaker 1: you haven't constantly plugged in. Yeah, otherwise you have to
- 2:36Speaker 1: do with the charging the battery. He need a dummy
- 2:38Speaker 1: battery that goes into an HDMI cable that plugs into
- 2:41Speaker 1: it's always on. Yeah, that's why I don't use mine.
- 2:43Speaker 1: It just sounds so complicated. It's not. You set it
- 2:46Speaker 1: up in five minutes. But if we're just trying to
- 2:48Speaker 1: give the audience, who the four people who are semi
- 2:51Speaker 1: interested the tools to do it? At me on Twitter
- 2:54Speaker 1: and I'll send you all the links. Yes, hit up
- 2:56Speaker 1: down into the Twitter and he'll tell you what to do.
- 2:58Speaker 1: You know, its song I can't get out of my head?
- 3:00Speaker 1: What is it? Mommy don't know? Daddy's getting out at
- 3:05Speaker 1: the body shop, duding something unholy? What's happening in the CEO.
- 3:13Speaker 1: What's happening in the song? What is Daddy doing in
- 3:16Speaker 1: a body shot something? Holy hell? Can you tell him
- 3:22Speaker 1: he left him? He left him kids at home so
- 3:26Speaker 1: he could get that dick obviously, right, Joel, Joel, do
- 3:33Speaker 1: you know the interpretation of the song. What's happening to
- 3:36Speaker 1: Daddy at the body shop? I imagine he's having a
- 3:41Speaker 1: gay old time as I see, Well, good for daddy,
- 3:47Speaker 1: I saw Donna. It's not good for Daddy. He's lying
- 3:51Speaker 1: to his wife. Oh, Daddy needs to come clean. And
- 3:55Speaker 1: Daddy needs to come clean to Tom's wife that he
- 3:58Speaker 1: likes to shop to get his what it is, here's
- 4:01Speaker 1: what it is, right, I'm going to the body shop
- 4:03Speaker 1: to get that dick, but that dick hopefully more subtle.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Can imagine he's now subtling the song so he can't
- 4:13Speaker 1: get that. Can you imagine he's like, honey, honey, this
- 4:17Speaker 1: song I heard really inspired me and I I need
- 4:20Speaker 1: to come clean. I've been going down to the body shop, um,
- 4:24Speaker 1: and I've been getting that dick. I can't get it
- 4:30Speaker 1: out of my mind. That song is so freaking amazing. Man,
- 4:33Speaker 1: more interested, and you can't get it out of your mind.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Maybe listen, maybe you want to get that ticket to
- 4:41Speaker 1: body shop. No, man, that song gets fired. Man, That's
- 4:44Speaker 1: why I can't get it out of my mind. That
- 4:45Speaker 1: shit is like it's it's like melodic and you know
- 4:50Speaker 1: the old uh uh you know snake charming, dude, do
- 4:58Speaker 1: do do? That shit is fucking fire. Donald and I
- 5:04Speaker 1: went to Amanda clutes Is screening for her Christmas movie
- 5:08Speaker 1: and we had a lot of fun. Oh that you
- 5:10Speaker 1: guys look cute in the picture. She did look. We
- 5:12Speaker 1: had a lot of fun and a man is a
- 5:14Speaker 1: very good actress. Who knew she's She literally never had
- 5:17Speaker 1: a speaking part in either theater or film or TV.
- 5:21Speaker 1: She you know, she was a roquette and then she
- 5:23Speaker 1: was a Broadway dancer, um, but never spoke. And I
- 5:28Speaker 1: was very impressed. She was really she was really naturally charming.
- 5:33Speaker 1: She was charming, she was you know, she uh she was.
- 5:37Speaker 1: She was actually very good. I was pleasantly surprised. Yeah,
- 5:41Speaker 1: you never know, you never know, because we love Amanda,
- 5:44Speaker 1: but we'd never seen her act before. I mean, she's
- 5:46Speaker 1: obviously charming on the Talk and everything, but you'd never
- 5:49Speaker 1: seen her act a script and she was wonderful. We've
- 5:53Speaker 1: all gone to that certain somebody's thing. We promised we'd go,
- 6:00Speaker 1: and we gotta face the music after. The worst? What's
- 6:05Speaker 1: your what's your go to? You guys seem like you're
- 6:07Speaker 1: having so much fun up there? That's my go to?
- 6:11Speaker 1: Oh man, oh man, Yeah, because because it's true. It's
- 6:16Speaker 1: always true. Oh man. The worst when you go to
- 6:21Speaker 1: a play and you promised the people that you'd meet
- 6:24Speaker 1: them for drinks after, and it's like an oof and
- 6:27Speaker 1: you're like, you're like strategizing on the way to the bar,
- 6:29Speaker 1: like what are we gonna say? All right, let's think
- 6:31Speaker 1: of anything that was good? The lighting. The lighting was beautiful,
- 6:36Speaker 1: costumes were fire. That one song was great, like you
- 6:39Speaker 1: gotta come up with you gotta come up with a
- 6:41Speaker 1: battle plan. The problem with is the most most professional
- 6:47Speaker 1: theater actors know the phrase you guys look like you're
- 6:51Speaker 1: having so much fun up there, so they know that's
- 6:54Speaker 1: that's that's no good. Well, I think I think anytime
- 6:58Speaker 1: somebody says to you something that's has nothing to do
- 7:04Speaker 1: with the show that you're in, you can always find something,
- 7:09Speaker 1: do you think? So? Yeah, you can always find something,
- 7:11Speaker 1: even if you're like, who's did the shoes? The shoes
- 7:16Speaker 1: were fire or the theater given in a beautiful theater, right,
- 7:23Speaker 1: and you guys look like you're having so much fun.
- 7:25Speaker 1: What a space? What happens when you go and see
- 7:28Speaker 1: somebody's movie and it's not good, you can always find
- 7:31Speaker 1: something really what happens? If what happens? If you see
- 7:34Speaker 1: somebody's television show and it's and it's and it's like
- 7:37Speaker 1: one of the best shows on television, but it's just
- 7:40Speaker 1: not your cup of tea, then then you're fine. And
- 7:43Speaker 1: if it's one of the best shows on TV, you
- 7:45Speaker 1: can just be like, congrats, you guys are crushing. Everyone's
- 7:47Speaker 1: talking about it. You must be so thrilled. I really
- 7:50Speaker 1: value your opinion. What do you think of the show? Oh,
- 7:54Speaker 1: I guess if it's a close friend. If it's a
- 7:58Speaker 1: close friend, you can be like, I gotta be honest,
- 8:01Speaker 1: you know me, You know, I don't normally watch this
- 8:04Speaker 1: kind of thing. There you go, but I gotta say,
- 8:07Speaker 1: yours is really good. Well, even with Amanda, like to
- 8:13Speaker 1: be honest, we were like, I don't I don't personally
- 8:16Speaker 1: watch Christmas romance movies, but yours was awesome and you
- 8:19Speaker 1: were great and like, and that's the guy and the
- 8:22Speaker 1: chemistry that her and the guy had was amazing too. Yeah,
- 8:25Speaker 1: and by the way, but this was one of those
- 8:26Speaker 1: things at the end of the movie, we could actually
- 8:28Speaker 1: go and look at her in an eye and be like, dude,
- 8:30Speaker 1: you did such a great job, right, I'm so proud.
- 8:32Speaker 1: We could be honest and say we don't Donald and
- 8:35Speaker 1: Ironston at home watching um Christmas romance movies. I'm going
- 8:38Speaker 1: to promote the shit out of this because we could
- 8:41Speaker 1: genuinely be like, oh, my goodness, that was so cute.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I know there's a huge audience for this kind of thing.
- 8:46Speaker 1: They make it, nine zillion of them a year. And also,
- 8:49Speaker 1: you were who knew you could act like that. I
- 8:53Speaker 1: hope she gets the opportunity to make many more because
- 8:56Speaker 1: I think I think she will really well on the ratings.
- 8:59Speaker 1: I know for oh awesome, good far I think everyone
- 9:01Speaker 1: out there deserves. You know. Sorry, listen, it's Bill l
- 9:06Speaker 1: calling you that. I'm going to answer it and put
- 9:11Speaker 1: them on. But you got off to Bill. You're wait,
- 9:17Speaker 1: you're live on. Hold on, I'm trying to make you
- 9:18Speaker 1: live on the podcast. On the podcast. Yeah, can you
- 9:22Speaker 1: hear you? Who you were calling? In? You all right? Listen.
- 9:25Speaker 1: They can't. I didn't call you about something else. What's happening.
- 9:29Speaker 1: I know you can't hear them, but I you're on that.
- 9:31Speaker 1: We can talk later about business. But if you want
- 9:33Speaker 1: to say hi to everyone, they can hear you. All right. Um,
- 9:37Speaker 1: thank you guys as always hosting my podcast. I'm grateful.
- 9:44Speaker 1: I get the quarterly reports. We're doing quite well. Have
- 9:49Speaker 1: you have? Are the fans responding well to those commercials
- 9:53Speaker 1: I wrote? You did not write the team commercials. Bill.
- 9:57Speaker 1: I think the fans are aware that you had nothing
- 9:59Speaker 1: to do with those. Everybody's cracking up there. Everyone's offen you. Um,
- 10:06Speaker 1: I love you. Let me call you back when I'm
- 10:07Speaker 1: not doing your podcast. Okay, I got more things to say. Okay,
- 10:11Speaker 1: you have one more joke, call me back later. That
- 10:21Speaker 1: guy that is Awes. We got to figure out a
- 10:24Speaker 1: way that we can rig it so that like some
- 10:26Speaker 1: people and they can hear you, guys, because my phone
- 10:30Speaker 1: goes to this mixture through bluetooth, that's why it came through.
- 10:34Speaker 1: It would be great to find a way so that
- 10:37Speaker 1: that could really work. Okay, can we just finish this
- 10:39Speaker 1: really talking about Amanda real quick? Yes, I think she
- 10:42Speaker 1: deserves another another movie. It's it's it's a given, it's
- 10:48Speaker 1: a given. It did really well on the ratings. And
- 10:50Speaker 1: I even said to a Manda, no, no bullshit, go
- 10:54Speaker 1: you'll make a ton of these Christmas movies. But you're
- 10:56Speaker 1: really a natural and you should be doing you know,
- 10:59Speaker 1: other things, bigger things, more, you know, a regular, a
- 11:02Speaker 1: non Christmas movie TV show. Right, she has in her future. Listen,
- 11:07Speaker 1: nobody makes shit happen more than Amanda. She is. We
- 11:09Speaker 1: talk about this whiteboard stuff. Amanda lives that life. It's
- 11:14Speaker 1: a vision board. While she does vision boards. She does whiteboards,
- 11:17Speaker 1: and she does the work. The thing is like, you
- 11:19Speaker 1: can do all this ship, but if you don't sit
- 11:21Speaker 1: down and do the work, Amanda does it. Amanda sits
- 11:26Speaker 1: down and she writes down that idea, and then she
- 11:28Speaker 1: calls her co writer and says, hey, brainstorm on this
- 11:30Speaker 1: with me for an hour. Like she does the work.
- 11:33Speaker 1: She doesn't just do nothing. So I don't want to
- 11:35Speaker 1: seem like it's all lucked. Like she puts in the work.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Nobody hustles harder than her, but she makes shit happen. Wow,
- 11:42Speaker 1: if you are looking for it, I'm sure it's streaming
- 11:45Speaker 1: somewhere right now. It's on Paramount Plus. There you go,
- 11:47Speaker 1: there's Amanda's plug. Check it out, especially if you're someone
- 11:50Speaker 1: who who who loves those movies. A lot of people do.
- 11:54Speaker 1: It's it's you know, it's so PG for the whole family,
- 11:56Speaker 1: little Christmas romance. It's it's on Paramount Plus. It's called
- 11:59Speaker 1: Fit for Christmas, not even PG. It's G. Yeah, I'm
- 12:04Speaker 1: sure that shit's G. No, it's not G. There's like
- 12:07Speaker 1: sex you will like, No, there's a kiss. Well, there's
- 12:11Speaker 1: a couple talking about having a baby. I guess that
- 12:13Speaker 1: makes it PG. You need parental guidance for that kind
- 12:16Speaker 1: of You can't just throw a seven year old in
- 12:18Speaker 1: fun of the thing and be like, there's absolutely nothing
- 12:21Speaker 1: taboo about it. They're like talking about wanting to have
- 12:23Speaker 1: a baby. But maybe that makes something PG. I don't know, Daniel.
- 12:26Speaker 1: I'm sure somebody out there is like, if they're talking
- 12:28Speaker 1: about baby, I don't know what I got Southern when
- 12:31Speaker 1: I said that either. Sorry, South, Sorry, I'm so sorry. Sorry. South.
- 12:35Speaker 1: So I want to give myself a plug because it's Tuesday. Everybody,
- 12:39Speaker 1: you see what a good actor I am. It's Tuesday,
- 12:42Speaker 1: it's really Thursday. I'm acting because this comes out on
- 12:46Speaker 1: Did you guys believe me? You were so lost in
- 12:49Speaker 1: the sauce almost checking. I looked at my I've actually
- 12:52Speaker 1: grabbed my phone. I was. I guess Tuesday. That's what
- 12:55Speaker 1: a good actor am. That's what a good actor I am.
- 12:57Speaker 1: Let me try again. Tick to hey everybody, it's Tuesday,
- 13:00Speaker 1: and um, the trailer from my film A Good Person
- 13:04Speaker 1: comes out this Thursday, nine am Pacific. Daniel, Yeah, Daniel,
- 13:12Speaker 1: I'm not gonna hit the bot you could have been. Um,
- 13:15Speaker 1: So that's noon on the East Coast and everybody else
- 13:18Speaker 1: forigure out the math because I can't do that, but
- 13:20Speaker 1: please watch it and and and share it. Um, I really,
- 13:24Speaker 1: you know, we don't have the publicity budget of like
- 13:26Speaker 1: Black Adam, so uh, if you could share it with
- 13:32Speaker 1: you on your social media, I'd so appreciate it. I
- 13:35Speaker 1: worked so hard on I'm really proud of it. Morgan Freeman,
- 13:39Speaker 1: Florence Pugh, Molly Shannon and so many other good actors,
- 13:42Speaker 1: and um, it's coming out in March. But the trailer
- 13:45Speaker 1: drops as the kids say, on Thursday, did you see
- 13:50Speaker 1: Black Adam? No? And did you see did you see
- 13:54Speaker 1: Black Adam? Joel oh I wish I hadn't. Damn, it's
- 13:58Speaker 1: like that day Donald, did you see it? I did
- 14:03Speaker 1: you know? Who? You know who loves black Out? I
- 14:05Speaker 1: feel like you're tiptoeing towards saying something negative. You know, Joel, Joel,
- 14:11Speaker 1: how did you know? Because Scott skateboarding in the Rock? Right,
- 14:15Speaker 1: I too would have been like, hell yeah. I was like,
- 14:18Speaker 1: that's my favorite movie ever. Man. He's not a hero.
- 14:22Speaker 1: He's a bad guy, but like a good guy. I like, Yo,
- 14:26Speaker 1: that's he's better than Iron Man. This is this is
- 14:29Speaker 1: every nineties action film ever. He'll be long. It's a
- 14:32Speaker 1: complete nineties action rib right, right, the bad guys, right,
- 14:37Speaker 1: Schwarzenegga hanging dude over the freaking cliff. You said you
- 14:40Speaker 1: one one gonna kill me? I lied and dropping him exactly,
- 14:44Speaker 1: same type of shiit, same type of shit. If I
- 14:47Speaker 1: saw that movie, I would have to say to the Rock,
- 14:49Speaker 1: you look like you're having so much fun there. I
- 14:59Speaker 1: will say, this look all right. So, in my opinion,
- 15:02Speaker 1: the Snyder verse needed uh facelift. It's now going to
- 15:05Speaker 1: become the uh, what's the universe? The gun verse? Right?
- 15:10Speaker 1: And I think that's the facelift. It kind of needs.
- 15:12Speaker 1: When it came to Guardians of the Galaxy, it was
- 15:14Speaker 1: like a modern day Star Wars for me when it
- 15:16Speaker 1: came out. You know what I mean, you followed this
- 15:18Speaker 1: kid Quill, you know, et cetera. If he can do
- 15:21Speaker 1: the exact same thing that he did with that with DC,
- 15:25Speaker 1: DC's gonna win. But he's got to be able to
- 15:27Speaker 1: do that. Man like that. I don't. I don't know,
- 15:29Speaker 1: man like I like Suicide Squad. The second one is better, though,
- 15:33Speaker 1: I'm sorry that's just me. Yeah, no, I mean they
- 15:36Speaker 1: got better. You know you don't like any of it,
- 15:39Speaker 1: do you, Joel? The faces that you're making right now
- 15:41Speaker 1: are like, yeah, I hate all the DC universe in
- 15:45Speaker 1: front of millions of people. But she doesn't feel great
- 15:48Speaker 1: about it. Thank you, Zach. Sometimes they give me paychecks
- 15:58Speaker 1: and I would like those paychecks coming right. We could
- 16:02Speaker 1: cut all of this. If it's a problem, we can
- 16:04Speaker 1: leave it in. Oh wait, can I say something? What
- 16:07Speaker 1: about the total one hundred and eighty degrees from this?
- 16:11Speaker 1: Anybody see Lady Chatterley's lover. My mother called me about it.
- 16:15Speaker 1: She was ecstatic. She was like, it's spice. It's an
- 16:20Speaker 1: adaptation of a d H Lawrence novel, but Netflix chose
- 16:24Speaker 1: to make a very very very erotic version of it.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Is it skin a Max for work. It's like skin
- 16:31Speaker 1: a Max, but but but shot really well. Season I
- 16:35Speaker 1: need to get my wife on net. I need to
- 16:36Speaker 1: get my wife on because I remember what happened at
- 16:39Speaker 1: the end of season one of Bridgeton Yeah, when I
- 16:41Speaker 1: must burn for you with saying never has my wife
- 16:49Speaker 1: been that? Okay, never listen. I gotta I got a
- 16:55Speaker 1: prescription for your wife. You're gonna you're as a fake doctor.
- 16:58Speaker 1: You're gonna prescribe watches Lady Chatter Lover, Thank you. I
- 17:03Speaker 1: need good wholesome porn from watch. This is very good
- 17:09Speaker 1: wholesome porn. If your wife liked uh Bridgerton, she'll love this.
- 17:15Speaker 1: I don't think, Okay. Is there a point where one
- 17:19Speaker 1: of the characters says I've burned for you? Is there
- 17:23Speaker 1: anything like that? The writing is better because it's a
- 17:25Speaker 1: famous novel. The writing is very good, and the acting
- 17:28Speaker 1: is very good, and it's shot very beautifully. It just
- 17:30Speaker 1: so happens. There's like eight really graphic sex scenes. Is
- 17:35Speaker 1: there penis in your I didn't count. I didn't count.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Is there you see some Pep. You see pete, Yeah,
- 17:40Speaker 1: it bounces. Do you see penis bouncing? You see penis bounced? Yeah?
- 17:45Speaker 1: In the rain? Do you spoilers? Spoilers? No, you see
- 17:52Speaker 1: um uh sorry, let me say it correctly. Do you
- 17:55Speaker 1: see Labia majora. You don't see labia majority you see
- 17:58Speaker 1: pubis moms? Okay, Well, the funny thing is it's well
- 18:12Speaker 1: acted and well shot, and it's and it's beautiful. Don't
- 18:14Speaker 1: get me wrong. I'm not trying to make it just
- 18:16Speaker 1: about the sex, but there is a ton of sex.
- 18:18Speaker 1: So I think you'd actually like it donald if you
- 18:20Speaker 1: were able to sit through it. All right, Should we
- 18:23Speaker 1: get into the TV show Scrubs? That's why we're here,
- 18:25Speaker 1: That's why people do We've spent so much time talking
- 18:28Speaker 1: about everything else. Why don't we stories about show we
- 18:33Speaker 1: made about a bunch of dots and nurses and stories.
- 18:44Speaker 1: So yead around here, yeat around here. Very good episode.
- 18:55Speaker 1: I laughed so much. I laughed so much. I remembered
- 18:58Speaker 1: this episode. And I remember this episode because I think
- 19:00Speaker 1: I'm filming next day air at the same time that
- 19:02Speaker 1: we did this, right, and so I don't know what's
- 19:04Speaker 1: going on. I just came in and I did my lines,
- 19:07Speaker 1: and I remember coming back and there was some kid
- 19:08Speaker 1: with freaking we were outside and his legs were burned.
- 19:12Speaker 1: I was like, what the hell is going on here? Man? Like, Well,
- 19:14Speaker 1: that was how you were with every episode. You had
- 19:15Speaker 1: no idea what was happening, But this time I had
- 19:17Speaker 1: a reason. It was because I was at the same time, right, well,
- 19:21Speaker 1: a little bit of interesting trivia for the audience who
- 19:23Speaker 1: likes trivia. This was the first episode to be shot
- 19:28Speaker 1: after the two thousand and eight seven and eight WGA
- 19:32Speaker 1: writers strike, so that made me think, well, maybe that's
- 19:36Speaker 1: why it's sort of extra funny because they came back.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Remember how big the fire in their hearts? Wasn't there
- 19:42Speaker 1: a long break and everything wasn't there? Yes, it was
- 19:45Speaker 1: a whole mess. It was a long strike. And then
- 19:47Speaker 1: this was the episode we finally came back for and
- 19:51Speaker 1: it's I thought it was particularly funny. All right, let's
- 19:54Speaker 1: get into it. Carla, right off the top, is worried
- 19:57Speaker 1: that she's ruined Izzie's life. She's she's she's uh, she's
- 20:02Speaker 1: excessively worried uh uh, like to the point where she's
- 20:08Speaker 1: gone down the rabbit hole of what could happen. Uh Like.
- 20:13Speaker 1: At the end of it, Turk gets shot in the
- 20:14Speaker 1: face by Dizzy's boyfriend. Well, I'm sure this happens. Karen
- 20:19Speaker 1: consistently telling him to please get your life together if
- 20:21Speaker 1: you're gonna date my daughter. The kid snaps finally and says, wow, yeah,
- 20:26Speaker 1: so she's got a hole in the roses going that
- 20:28Speaker 1: she's ruined Izzy's life for missing I think it was
- 20:31Speaker 1: a birthday party or something, and Turk calms her down
- 20:34Speaker 1: and she says this, thank you, baby, you successfully calm
- 20:38Speaker 1: me down. And this is going well. He said something right,
- 20:40Speaker 1: you said, whatever you just said is the most beautiful
- 20:42Speaker 1: thing that you've ever said ever. This is going to
- 20:45Speaker 1: come back to you, right, Dunda. We're setting up right
- 20:48Speaker 1: off the bat something uh something good's coming back. Um.
- 20:52Speaker 1: This is when we're on the roof and we go
- 20:54Speaker 1: upstairs and then I believe I downstairs and then you say,
- 20:59Speaker 1: I don't really like that downstairs, and I said, really, well,
- 21:01Speaker 1: I wanted to try it. Yeah a lot about that.
- 21:08Speaker 1: That's funny, funny, very funny. I don't really like downstairs
- 21:11Speaker 1: really well, okay, I wanted to try it. Jad just
- 21:13Speaker 1: threw it in there, right, do you think do you
- 21:16Speaker 1: think do you think uh JD and Turk at some
- 21:19Speaker 1: point have doc No. I think they're like you and me.
- 21:25Speaker 1: They're just silly and flirty and comfortable in their sexuality.
- 21:28Speaker 1: I don't think they really want to have sex. But
- 21:31Speaker 1: I think that was I think I think there was.
- 21:34Speaker 1: I think there's something. I think there's something to him
- 21:37Speaker 1: saying I think there's something to him saying I don't
- 21:39Speaker 1: really don't like downstairs. And then Jad said, really, well,
- 21:42Speaker 1: I'd like to try I wanted to try it. Well,
- 21:44Speaker 1: I think that you and I probably, amongst all the
- 21:48Speaker 1: years we spent together, probably try downstairs and decided it
- 21:51Speaker 1: wasn't a way to go. There's nothing like trying down
- 21:58Speaker 1: It's just like you know, boys in a locker rooms
- 22:00Speaker 1: snapping towels at each other's butts. It's like playing grab bass.
- 22:04Speaker 1: It's like playing grab bass. It's just like that. Donald
- 22:08Speaker 1: and I still play grab We played grab aass a lot.
- 22:11Speaker 1: I love it. It's my favorite game when I alight.
- 22:14Speaker 1: A lot of work went into those Space Invader interns.
- 22:17Speaker 1: That portotography very very well done. I don't remember it
- 22:21Speaker 1: lasting that long either. It lasted quite a bit of time.
- 22:23Speaker 1: That's a lot of our audiences, a lot of our
- 22:25Speaker 1: audience is too young guys to know the game Space Invaders,
- 22:30Speaker 1: but it was a very popular arcade game back in
- 22:33Speaker 1: the day. Like what's an arcade? You can go google
- 22:36Speaker 1: what it looked like. Google image. But we would you
- 22:39Speaker 1: would go to the arcade and that was like a
- 22:41Speaker 1: go to in the eighties Space Invaders. If you've been
- 22:44Speaker 1: to a Dave and Busters, that's what an arcade is. Kids.
- 22:48Speaker 1: That's where we would go. In Jersey. We would go
- 22:50Speaker 1: to the mall and there would there would be an
- 22:53Speaker 1: arcade and a game was twenty five cents. Some of
- 22:57Speaker 1: the games, like the Flight Simulator one was like a dollar. Yeah,
- 23:01Speaker 1: you knew it was getting expensive when games started to
- 23:03Speaker 1: become fifty cent. Yeah, certain games and fifty cents, but
- 23:07Speaker 1: the standards like Miss pac Man, paper Boy, Yeah, you know,
- 23:12Speaker 1: Dragon's Layer was fifty cent. Dragons Layer was more money. Yeah.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Teenage routing Ninja Turtles, that was my favorite. Valley Quarter
- 23:19Speaker 1: x men. I didn't play that. Oh seven twenty the
- 23:23Speaker 1: skateboard game. That was my go to. Skate or Die
- 23:26Speaker 1: or Die, that was my jam see Dane, That's when
- 23:29Speaker 1: I used to play video games and the arcade days.
- 23:32Speaker 1: The bunch was across the Blimpie's near my house. Sub
- 23:35Speaker 1: shop they had a they had a seven twenty Blimpisa.
- 23:39Speaker 1: That's the East Coast Subway Blimpie. They probably got subway
- 23:42Speaker 1: there too, but Blimpia remember back to get a number eleven,
- 23:46Speaker 1: which was a tunamount. Hell yeah, I'm sure. I'm sure.
- 23:48Speaker 1: The tuna at Blimpies was really high quality. Boon played
- 23:56Speaker 1: the mother Ship because this the Space Invaders were trying
- 23:59Speaker 1: to come down. It's funny. My assistant Mark was was
- 24:02Speaker 1: in the room while I was watching this, and first
- 24:03Speaker 1: of all, it's funny because I usually just watch alone
- 24:05Speaker 1: and giggled myself. He was in the room for a
- 24:07Speaker 1: second and he was cracking up, and I was like, oh, yeah,
- 24:10Speaker 1: people actually find this show funny. Yeah. Um, or I
- 24:14Speaker 1: guess you wouldn't be here, but um but it was
- 24:16Speaker 1: fun to watch him laugh. And then but but he
- 24:18Speaker 1: saw the Space Invaders thing and he's like, oh, it's
- 24:20Speaker 1: kind of like squid game, you know, in the beginning
- 24:23Speaker 1: of Quick Game. I've never watched squid game. Love the
- 24:28Speaker 1: squid game, I know, but I'm not good at I'm
- 24:31Speaker 1: not good at subtitles, man, And I feel like it's
- 24:33Speaker 1: better if I watch it with the with the subtitles done,
- 24:36Speaker 1: if you had to, Yeah, but then it's not as good,
- 24:39Speaker 1: you know what I mean, Like, that's let's keep it
- 24:41Speaker 1: one hundred man, Like the original performance is always better
- 24:44Speaker 1: than the dub prof course, of course, I'm just saying
- 24:46Speaker 1: if if one had a if subtitles were tough for somebody,
- 24:49Speaker 1: you could you could at least experience it. Anyway, it's brilliant. Look,
- 24:53Speaker 1: and then Josephine with the high um voice is making
- 24:57Speaker 1: the annoying noise of the mothership. Yeah, oh my god
- 25:01Speaker 1: is zee Where did she find that voice? Because she
- 25:04Speaker 1: doesn't talk anything like that? Well, the only reason they
- 25:06Speaker 1: put her in the show. I mean, obviously she's a
- 25:08Speaker 1: funny actress slash writer. She's one of the writers on
- 25:10Speaker 1: our show. But she they put her in because she
- 25:14Speaker 1: she had this funny character that she created. And Bill
- 25:17Speaker 1: was like, that definitely has to be one of the
- 25:18Speaker 1: interns voices. So I can't take it. Yeah, it's a
- 25:23Speaker 1: lot you and I can't even do it. It's like you,
- 25:29Speaker 1: it's like it's nails on a chalkboard. Yeah. Anyway, so
- 25:32Speaker 1: we throw water balloons at them. They're pissed. A Boone
- 25:35Speaker 1: has a concussion and his father's a lawyer. So we
- 25:38Speaker 1: have to figure out what the lesson is because we
- 25:40Speaker 1: didn't ever really come up with what we were teaching them.
- 25:44Speaker 1: We just wanted to play Spass Invaders in the parking
- 25:46Speaker 1: lot with which sounds like a lot of fun. But
- 25:49Speaker 1: we have to come up with the reason because Boone
- 25:51Speaker 1: went down for the count and his dad's a lawyer
- 25:55Speaker 1: and we could be sued. And so we hear doctor
- 25:57Speaker 1: Cox say, listen up, people, you gotta you gotta you know,
- 26:01Speaker 1: you gotta be prepared for whatever this hospital throws at you,
- 26:04Speaker 1: and Turk and Jad right away like there's the lesson. Yes,
- 26:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna go tell the interns this is the reason.
- 26:09Speaker 1: And j D says, let me write it down for
- 26:12Speaker 1: you in case you forget. And I think this is
- 26:16Speaker 1: kind of a play on me as a human being
- 26:18Speaker 1: at the time. I'm not knowing your lines, not knowing
- 26:22Speaker 1: my lines, and pretty much reading whatever is on the
- 26:29Speaker 1: page and try right. Yeah, it's like the Anchorman thing, right,
- 26:33Speaker 1: says m Brown Burgundy. Damn who put a question mark
- 26:38Speaker 1: at the end of the teleprompter. What does he say
- 26:42Speaker 1: something about like, go fuck yourself, San Diego, Go fuck himself,
- 26:45Speaker 1: san Diego. Oh god, what did you say? That movie
- 26:55Speaker 1: is so funny, Judd Apato. I remember seeing the trailer
- 26:59Speaker 1: for that movie. Just the second his face came on screen.
- 27:01Speaker 1: They didn't even said a word, yet the entire audience
- 27:03Speaker 1: was it was a trailer. The second his face came
- 27:06Speaker 1: up with that alphin on, the whole audience started laughing.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Hit they're laughing looking at him, yeah, just right away,
- 27:13Speaker 1: and the and the trailer is just him going, I
- 27:15Speaker 1: love Scotch, Scotch, Scott Scotch. Hey, maybe next time, don't
- 27:21Speaker 1: wear a bra. Like it's just so out of did
- 27:24Speaker 1: you show your kids? Um uh? Spirited? Spirited was the
- 27:31Speaker 1: Will Ferrell Ryan Reynolds Christmas musical right? I did not. Man,
- 27:35Speaker 1: it's really fun Donald you'll love it. It's so silly,
- 27:38Speaker 1: and it's you know, obviously a family movie for kids,
- 27:41Speaker 1: but the music's really fun and I think your kids
- 27:45Speaker 1: will love it, especially Wilders. I love it. I'm trying
- 27:48Speaker 1: to get them to watch Willow so we can watch
- 27:50Speaker 1: Willow the TV show, bro, Like That's what I'm trying
- 27:53Speaker 1: to do. Spirited is really funny, especially if you love musicals.
- 27:57Speaker 1: All right, So Turk opens up the piece of paper
- 28:00Speaker 1: and it says, suck it, bitch, So I'm gonna kill JD.
- 28:04Speaker 1: So he has no idea what the lesson was, and
- 28:08Speaker 1: Boone's gonna sue. We are introduced to Emery, who's a
- 28:11Speaker 1: patient with very severe burns, and he's really bummed out
- 28:16Speaker 1: because he really wants to go to his graduation. All
- 28:19Speaker 1: of his friends are. He's graduating high school, they're all
- 28:21Speaker 1: going off to college. And JD is on the fence
- 28:25Speaker 1: about whether to promise to him that he can make
- 28:28Speaker 1: it to his graduation because his burns are pretty severe.
- 28:31Speaker 1: But j D doesn't take Elliott's advice or anyone's advice,
- 28:34Speaker 1: and just promises him, We're gonna make this happen. You're
- 28:36Speaker 1: gonna get to your graduation. Did you notice Deontay is
- 28:39Speaker 1: the orderly that brings Emory in. No, Yeah, it's Deonta.
- 28:45Speaker 1: So what was the orderly's name? Mark? The orderly? Was
- 28:48Speaker 1: that his Deonte's character name? Yeah? I don't remember. Yeah,
- 28:52Speaker 1: I think that might have been it. But I have
- 28:54Speaker 1: a question, This is a sincere question. Are you a
- 28:57Speaker 1: lifelong orderly if you work at the hospital, is there
- 28:59Speaker 1: a growth? You know? Um, that's a good question. I
- 29:03Speaker 1: don't know the answer to. I think that I suppose
- 29:05Speaker 1: you could go obviously, you could go to school and
- 29:08Speaker 1: become a nurse's aid or a nurse or and I'm
- 29:13Speaker 1: sure there's other positions as well. I don't know the
- 29:16Speaker 1: answer to. Within the orderly world, if there's upward mobility
- 29:21Speaker 1: too well, if you are an orderly out there and
- 29:23Speaker 1: you listen to fake doctor's real friends, you are also
- 29:27Speaker 1: a hero. Yeah, and we'd love to hear from you.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Shout out. We would love to hear from you. Everybody
- 29:33Speaker 1: works in the hospital. Everybody think of all the people
- 29:37Speaker 1: who work in the cleaning departments and in the underbellies
- 29:40Speaker 1: of the of the hospital that you never see. It's
- 29:43Speaker 1: really interesting. Now. But you know, in this episode, like
- 29:46Speaker 1: it opens with I don't know if you remember, remember Lynn,
- 29:49Speaker 1: she was the person that was sitting at the desk,
- 29:51Speaker 1: and then she slides away kind of yeah, camera slides
- 29:56Speaker 1: and everything like that. At least in this episode, if
- 29:59Speaker 1: you watch it, it tracks, It tracks Diante as it
- 30:02Speaker 1: goes as he goes by you, you know what I mean?
- 30:04Speaker 1: I think that was some of her style in this.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Linda Mendoza, very very talented director, directed this episode. I
- 30:10Speaker 1: think that was some of I noticed she was doing
- 30:12Speaker 1: some of that. She was also following those sort of
- 30:14Speaker 1: the trail of Kelso's muffins in an interesting way that
- 30:17Speaker 1: I think that was sort of the sort of a
- 30:18Speaker 1: motif or style she chose for this episode. Linda Mendoza,
- 30:22Speaker 1: for those of you don't know, it's a wonderful, brilliant directory.
- 30:26Speaker 1: She had a movie back in the day that she
- 30:28Speaker 1: directed called Chasing Poppy. If you get the opportunity, eco
- 30:30Speaker 1: check it out. And she was definitely one of our
- 30:32Speaker 1: eighteen A squad directors on the show. We love her, yes,
- 30:36Speaker 1: and she was always funny. Should we hear a break?
- 30:38Speaker 1: We're gonna take a break and we come back. We're
- 30:39Speaker 1: gonna talk about the fact that Turk not only turns
- 30:43Speaker 1: down sex. Yeah, this doesn't sound like what does it
- 30:47Speaker 1: while eating Brenner. We'll be right back. Well, that sounds
- 30:50Speaker 1: like me, but not to at last, play dude, We'll
- 30:55Speaker 1: be right back. Who tank forever? Woo woo tank forever.
- 31:06Speaker 1: So um, Okay, now, let's just we skipped a couple
- 31:09Speaker 1: of things I want to get to the janitor. We learned.
- 31:12Speaker 1: It's Turke and and and Carlo's anniversary, yes, and first
- 31:16Speaker 1: years since their first date, not their wedding anniversary. Six
- 31:20Speaker 1: years since their first date. And Turk has learned Spanish,
- 31:23Speaker 1: which is an amazing, sweet, thoughtful present. Now I'm going
- 31:28Speaker 1: to say something. I know absolutely no Spanish at all. Right, right, well,
- 31:31Speaker 1: I thought your accent was pretty good. I got to
- 31:33Speaker 1: say I did a pretty good job. Yeah, well you
- 31:36Speaker 1: I think you treated it like music in that you
- 31:39Speaker 1: could really memorize and repeat it almost like a lyric,
- 31:42Speaker 1: like a rhythm. Yeah, like a song. Yeah, you're good
- 31:45Speaker 1: at that. That's how much I was acting in this episode. Well,
- 31:49Speaker 1: I think you sold it. I think you sold it
- 31:51Speaker 1: better than Johnny C. Don't be wrong, Johnny C did
- 31:53Speaker 1: his best, But I believe that you knew Spanish better
- 31:56Speaker 1: than Johnny C sold his. If it were a play,
- 32:00Speaker 1: I would have said to Johnny CE, you looked like
- 32:02Speaker 1: you were having so much fun with the Spanish. It's
- 32:08Speaker 1: called callback, ladies and gentlemen. Yes, that's called a callback everyone.
- 32:11Speaker 1: That's the second one, and we're not going to do
- 32:13Speaker 1: a third because that would be too much okay, So
- 32:17Speaker 1: Janitor says that for he got oh for his anniversary
- 32:22Speaker 1: with lady, he cured her fear of the unknown. And
- 32:28Speaker 1: then Kelso says that women are like crows. They like
- 32:31Speaker 1: shiny things, right, get them, get them, get them jewelry. Yes,
- 32:36Speaker 1: everyone's started clowning on his gifts, which is bullshit because
- 32:39Speaker 1: I think it's the most sweet, kind, generous gift that
- 32:43Speaker 1: took all this time and secretly became fluent in Spanish.
- 32:48Speaker 1: It's like the nicest present, most thoughtful present ever. And
- 32:51Speaker 1: JD when he realizes what can be done, he's like,
- 32:55Speaker 1: now we can understand what the construction workers are saying
- 32:59Speaker 1: across the red So we learned that Lloyd has become
- 33:03Speaker 1: an ambulance driver. Now, hold on a second. Yes, first
- 33:08Speaker 1: of all, don't they have to check your background if Also,
- 33:12Speaker 1: he doesn't seem to know what EMT means, which means
- 33:14Speaker 1: he's most likely not working for an ambulance company. I
- 33:18Speaker 1: don't know, Well, you can work for an ambulance company.
- 33:21Speaker 1: You're not a drive. There's e MT. If you're a
- 33:24Speaker 1: driver an ambulance, you'd be totally useless. If you're not
- 33:26Speaker 1: also an EMT, you're not just a driver of an ambulance.
- 33:30Speaker 1: All I know is I laughed my ass off and
- 33:35Speaker 1: he's got his other hand on the wheel. Lloyd is
- 33:39Speaker 1: making the fingerless, bloody patient hold the wheel while he
- 33:44Speaker 1: air drums to speed metal. That was very funny, very
- 33:53Speaker 1: very because the dude's like, don't you think this is
- 33:56Speaker 1: like not safe? Should not be in the back room.
- 33:58Speaker 1: And he doesn't even say anything. He's grabs his head,
- 34:01Speaker 1: puts it back on the wheel. He goes, he goes,
- 34:05Speaker 1: shouldn't I be in the back with my fingers? By
- 34:12Speaker 1: the way, there doesn't appear to be anyone with Lloyd
- 34:14Speaker 1: in the endulance, like right, so he must be. Obviously,
- 34:18Speaker 1: these are done in teams so someone can drive and
- 34:21Speaker 1: someone could be in the back of the patient. It's
- 34:23Speaker 1: pretty clearly we were known for being the most accurate
- 34:28Speaker 1: medical show, and there's no problems with with with Lloyd
- 34:32Speaker 1: being an EMTT. I got a few issues with that.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Now we get into a really weird thing where Elliott
- 34:38Speaker 1: reveals that at her she was a valedictorian in her
- 34:42Speaker 1: high school and instead of reading the speech that she
- 34:46Speaker 1: had prepared, she accidentally read her mother's love letter to
- 34:51Speaker 1: the pool boy. Yeah, instead of her validictorian speech. Now,
- 34:55Speaker 1: how did that happen? How did that? One point? Is
- 34:58Speaker 1: she Ron Burgundy? Will she read anything that she still
- 35:02Speaker 1: read it? And she tells everyone, she tells who she
- 35:06Speaker 1: talking to her forgot, She tells me, yeah, she's yeah.
- 35:11Speaker 1: That she spoke a lot about throbbing members. Yes, and
- 35:15Speaker 1: that she should chase all of my dreams before I
- 35:19Speaker 1: was all old and dried up down there. Yeah, that's
- 35:24Speaker 1: what she That's what she said at her at her
- 35:26Speaker 1: valedictorian speech. I have a question, now, go ahead, when
- 35:31Speaker 1: you get older, does it dry up down there? Oh
- 35:33Speaker 1: my god, I think so. Yeah. They have, they have
- 35:36Speaker 1: like medicine and and and topical treatments. But I think
- 35:42Speaker 1: stereotypically is a fake doctor. That is something that happens, right, Daniel,
- 35:47Speaker 1: Why are you laughing? I'm saying this is professionally. No,
- 35:49Speaker 1: I just I just love topical treatment. I'm a fake doctor, dude,
- 35:55Speaker 1: I'm not a real doctor. No, I just it was
- 35:57Speaker 1: very funny, just the just the words. Well that I
- 36:00Speaker 1: say that correctly, you did, right, you know, sometimes the
- 36:04Speaker 1: truth is just funny. Yeah, I said it in a
- 36:07Speaker 1: very I said in a very fake doctor way. At
- 36:10Speaker 1: what age does it start to get dry associause. So
- 36:15Speaker 1: when you go through menopause, you're not every woman. I'm
- 36:18Speaker 1: sure it depends on the woman. But hold up, what
- 36:19Speaker 1: happens after menopause? And does the desire to have sex
- 36:22Speaker 1: all of a sudden just go away? But it does
- 36:26Speaker 1: not evaporate? Yeah, you still have hormones? Yeah, okay, So
- 36:32Speaker 1: when is the did I miss with my wife? The prime?
- 36:36Speaker 1: You're still good, You're still cool, cool, cool cool. I
- 36:40Speaker 1: don't think your wife is close to going to me
- 36:41Speaker 1: because I don't think I could. I don't think I could.
- 36:43Speaker 1: I don't think I mean, I'd still of course be
- 36:45Speaker 1: married to hern. We could still be married and everything
- 36:47Speaker 1: like that. But my wife is banging yo, man, like
- 36:49Speaker 1: for real, for real? Man. She she she is the
- 36:52Speaker 1: fruit of my not the fruit of my lings. She
- 36:54Speaker 1: is like she burned she but I burned for her.
- 36:56Speaker 1: You burned for her. I burned for her. You know,
- 37:01Speaker 1: men also go through things where they their testosterone goes down.
- 37:04Speaker 1: They don't have as much libido and as stereotypically or
- 37:07Speaker 1: before these medicines couldn't maintain an erection. And now there
- 37:11Speaker 1: are ways of increasing their testosterone obviously there's the erectile
- 37:15Speaker 1: us function medicines. So I think both both sexes have
- 37:19Speaker 1: changes that happen, don't they say? Going through the changes
- 37:22Speaker 1: they do? What ages that typically happen for men? No,
- 37:28Speaker 1: why I'm asking, I was asking for women. But it
- 37:30Speaker 1: starts it It starts in your thirties and then typically
- 37:34Speaker 1: by your sixties. For women it's roughly forty five to
- 37:37Speaker 1: fifty five, and then for men it's when is it
- 37:40Speaker 1: for men when their testosterone starts to go down? It's
- 37:43Speaker 1: in the thirties, dude, I'm telling you, in the thirties.
- 37:45Speaker 1: I'm telling you, bro, like, towards the end of your thirties,
- 37:47Speaker 1: just testosterone starts to dip. Avastrop is about one percent
- 37:51Speaker 1: per year after thirty according to the Cleveland Clinic. Told
- 37:55Speaker 1: you so. Brenner Brenner, Brenner Brenner. Turqu want's wine with
- 37:59Speaker 1: a pancake, Yeah, which I don't see anything wrong with
- 38:02Speaker 1: having a glass of wine with a pancake. Yeah. And
- 38:05Speaker 1: Scrubs fans listening, a lot of them love Brenner. They
- 38:08Speaker 1: talk about it a lot. It's a popular thing with
- 38:10Speaker 1: our fans. Now, I would like to say, I would
- 38:13Speaker 1: like to think actually that we made up Brenner on
- 38:15Speaker 1: the show. But I know we didn't. I know people
- 38:17Speaker 1: were eating pancakes for dinner a long time ago. Yeah,
- 38:21Speaker 1: but Brenner, you know, breakfast for dinner, brunch, breakfast for lunch. Yeah,
- 38:31Speaker 1: that's pretty clever. That's pretty clever, little little moment. I
- 38:34Speaker 1: don't think we invented braunch or Brenner, but we saw.
- 38:36Speaker 1: I had never heard the term Brenner until Scrubs. All right, well,
- 38:40Speaker 1: I don't know, but I certainly not, just like I
- 38:42Speaker 1: had never heard the term heard the term blurred until Scrubs.
- 38:48Speaker 1: I don't know if those were terms before us. I'm
- 38:51Speaker 1: just saying I never heard the term bromance before Scrubs.
- 38:55Speaker 1: All of the words you learned start with a br
- 38:58Speaker 1: is it brat and you never you never heard of
- 39:01Speaker 1: a brath? I never, And I never met a brath before.
- 39:06Speaker 1: And now you love brafs, I love I love all brafts.
- 39:09Speaker 1: So here's what's weird. Turk gets his dream thing, which
- 39:12Speaker 1: is Brenner Elliott's babysitting. Well, he gets his dream thing.
- 39:16Speaker 1: He gets the dream thing because he overhears Carla talking
- 39:19Speaker 1: on the phone to somebody about what she would do
- 39:21Speaker 1: if he cleaned the house. But she's talking in Spanish yet, Yes, right,
- 39:26Speaker 1: So I laughed out loud when you said I got
- 39:30Speaker 1: the fever for some French toasty toast. Yes, that was funny. Um,
- 39:38Speaker 1: Turk has a superpower. See now I would have I
- 39:40Speaker 1: agree with Turk, though I would have still told my wife. Look,
- 39:45Speaker 1: first of all, this is where I have problems with
- 39:46Speaker 1: this bullshit. Right, this was a major undertaking. I mean,
- 39:49Speaker 1: learning a language is not going to buy a necklace.
- 39:53Speaker 1: This is a major undertaking that he spent months and
- 39:56Speaker 1: months and months on the idea that he wouldn't use
- 40:00Speaker 1: the surprise because he thinks, oh, I can have something
- 40:03Speaker 1: I can I can have some sort of secret on
- 40:06Speaker 1: my wife where I know what she's talking about behind
- 40:08Speaker 1: her back. I didn't believe that. Yeah, I mean, I
- 40:10Speaker 1: know it's a heightened TV show, but I was still like, Bro,
- 40:13Speaker 1: you're not gonna tell her the thing, the most amazing
- 40:16Speaker 1: president you worked so hard on, and then the most
- 40:18Speaker 1: unrealistic thing of all that you turned down sex when
- 40:21Speaker 1: she gets in her beautiful sexy nighty. Right, it's kind
- 40:25Speaker 1: of hard to beat Brenner. By the way, do you
- 40:28Speaker 1: know that Scrubs used that exact same saxophone cheesy ASQ
- 40:32Speaker 1: every time there's a moment of somebody being sexy. Bro, No,
- 40:38Speaker 1: it goes w and it's only just that, and it's
- 40:49Speaker 1: like saxophone eighties and shit, that's like the sacks they
- 40:54Speaker 1: fucking put on the shelf after the eighties happen. But
- 40:59Speaker 1: it's so funny. Use it every single time like there's
- 41:02Speaker 1: cleavage or someone in a sexy outfit. Okay, I have
- 41:05Speaker 1: a question when watching this, are you starting to feel like,
- 41:10Speaker 1: I mean, it's inevitable, but are you starting to feel
- 41:13Speaker 1: like everything is starting to happen to our characters on
- 41:16Speaker 1: the show, Like everything is starting to happen like Sue,
- 41:20Speaker 1: like I'm waiting for the kidnap episode, you know what
- 41:22Speaker 1: I mean, Like everything happens to these guys from promising
- 41:26Speaker 1: a kid he's going to get to go to his graduation,
- 41:28Speaker 1: like they're so invested in it when you look at
- 41:31Speaker 1: like when you look at like what's happened in the
- 41:34Speaker 1: in the er on Er or what's happened in the
- 41:37Speaker 1: grays and Nanobee hospital or we're not right, We're not
- 41:41Speaker 1: that egregious. I mean right, you know what I mean.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Obviously we have fantasies and stuff, but I mean, it's
- 41:46Speaker 1: not like, you know, it's not like we you know,
- 41:49Speaker 1: we don't. We haven't done that really outlandish stuff outside
- 41:53Speaker 1: outside the realm of fantasies. Would you eat bacon ice
- 41:56Speaker 1: cream as turkloves? Yeah? I used to dip my pick
- 42:00Speaker 1: probably Would you like stuff like that? I'd give it
- 42:02Speaker 1: a go Joel bacon ice cream. It sounds tasty. Listen,
- 42:07Speaker 1: check this out. Growing up in New York City, I
- 42:08Speaker 1: would always order from this diner called Westway Diner, right,
- 42:13Speaker 1: and I would get the cheeseburger Deluxe with a milkshake,
- 42:16Speaker 1: and if you're lucky, the milkshake gets to you before
- 42:18Speaker 1: it's just freaking ice cream soup. Right. I was once
- 42:24Speaker 1: watching The Odd Couple and fucking Oscar dipped his pickle
- 42:30Speaker 1: in a milkshake, and I was like, that looks good.
- 42:33Speaker 1: I did that ship and it was real. It was
- 42:35Speaker 1: something that would cream ice cream in a pickle, pickle
- 42:39Speaker 1: and a milkshake. That ship was delicious chocolate shake vanilla.
- 42:43Speaker 1: My brother used to put a bananas on his tuna
- 42:46Speaker 1: fish sandwich. Okay, Wow, that's a bridge too far. Change
- 42:51Speaker 1: their own. No judgments, y'all. No judgment that is unique. Um,
- 42:58Speaker 1: bacon ice cream, I don't know that's for me. I
- 43:00Speaker 1: don't really dig on Swane though. Really interesting. Yeah, you know,
- 43:04Speaker 1: like you know, like well, I was raised kosher, you know,
- 43:08Speaker 1: until I was thirteen, So it wasn't a It wasn't
- 43:10Speaker 1: a part of pig was not a part of my
- 43:12Speaker 1: childhood at all. And then I had it and you know,
- 43:14Speaker 1: of course maybe a little piece of bacon every now
- 43:16Speaker 1: and then, but it's not something I either crave. Good
- 43:19Speaker 1: for you, man, because I love me some fatback. Lie. Um,
- 43:26Speaker 1: my trainer was talking about this, you know, this liver
- 43:28Speaker 1: king guy. He's like, uh, yeah, he he got caught.
- 43:33Speaker 1: He was claiming he was totally natural. Yes, the steroids,
- 43:39Speaker 1: but actually my trainer was saying that some of the supplements, Um,
- 43:45Speaker 1: he stands by that the guy's taking. It's like cow
- 43:47Speaker 1: testicle and all these like oregan parts that are in
- 43:51Speaker 1: supplements that we're speaking about raising your testosterone that uh
- 43:55Speaker 1: that really do work, They really do. Weren't they taking antler?
- 44:00Speaker 1: Fucking well? He has all these different things. But the
- 44:02Speaker 1: one that I saw, I told you I was reading
- 44:05Speaker 1: about it because I was kind of curious after this
- 44:06Speaker 1: guy cart caught with taking twelve thousand dollars of steroids.
- 44:10Speaker 1: But the one, um, this one, what's in it is? Uh,
- 44:16Speaker 1: here's what's in it? Ready, beef, testicle, prostate, heart, liver, bone,
- 44:22Speaker 1: and marrow. Sounds delicious. It's a pillow. You don't eat it.
- 44:27Speaker 1: It's it's a hungry Now. No, I don't want to
- 44:31Speaker 1: eat it in real life. But I mean supposedly this
- 44:34Speaker 1: least the liver King's thinking, and I guess plenty of
- 44:37Speaker 1: other people's thinking, is that it raises your testosterone. And
- 44:40Speaker 1: if you ever want to see people eat testicles, just
- 44:43Speaker 1: watch fear Factor. Get old streaming a fear Factor and
- 44:49Speaker 1: you can see people eat a bull's testicle. I think
- 44:53Speaker 1: the liver King ate it raw? No, he did not.
- 44:56Speaker 1: He took steroids, what he did everything, But didn't he
- 45:01Speaker 1: before he got outed, before he got outed for being
- 45:04Speaker 1: on steroids for he like, wouldn't he eat that shit raw?
- 45:07Speaker 1: I'm sure he would take a bite and then they cut,
- 45:09Speaker 1: and then he took it out, and then he takes steroids,
- 45:12Speaker 1: and then he go and takes steroids and lift weights. Yeah,
- 45:17Speaker 1: twelve thousand dollars a month in steroids or something like that. Geez,
- 45:20Speaker 1: you better hope you get ripped. You better if you
- 45:23Speaker 1: don't get ripped, you're not weird. What are you doing?
- 45:27Speaker 1: What are you doing? What are you doing? Scam going?
- 45:29Speaker 1: He probably made a lot of fucking money off those testicles.
- 45:34Speaker 1: All right, Turk turns down sex Emery is not going
- 45:37Speaker 1: to graduation. It doesn't look like it. And then Turk
- 45:43Speaker 1: hits j D with Fat Daddy, the biggest water balloon
- 45:47Speaker 1: of all. And he then has a conversation with uh
- 45:53Speaker 1: Kelso and Cox about having this superpower of knowing Spanish
- 45:58Speaker 1: and Carla not knowing right we left, he knows we
- 46:01Speaker 1: learned that Cox reads Jordan's diary and Kelso what does
- 46:04Speaker 1: Kelsa do to Edi? In something else? He knows about Edi.
- 46:08Speaker 1: They both have secret sort of passageways into the minds
- 46:11Speaker 1: of their wives, right, And they're advising you as a husband.
- 46:17Speaker 1: These married men are saying, dude, don't let her ever
- 46:20Speaker 1: know you know Spanish. Okay, So now here's the thing.
- 46:24Speaker 1: I know how you feel about him putting the work
- 46:28Speaker 1: in and knowing Spanish. But let's say it was an
- 46:31Speaker 1: elective in college or in high school and he had
- 46:34Speaker 1: known Spanish all along. Is it wrong to hide? Yes?
- 46:39Speaker 1: That yeah, right, completely, right of course. Okay, so I
- 46:43Speaker 1: wasn't thinking about ever doing anything like that, Like I
- 46:46Speaker 1: would never have fantasies of doing something like that where
- 46:49Speaker 1: I could know somebody's language and know what they're saying
- 46:53Speaker 1: to you know, I would never do that, Like remember
- 46:56Speaker 1: that movie you know what women want? I would never ever, ever, ever. Well,
- 47:03Speaker 1: it's it's so dishonest. I mean, I know, that's what
- 47:06Speaker 1: I'm trying to say right now. It was meant is
- 47:09Speaker 1: such a like a beautiful romantic gesture and then how
- 47:14Speaker 1: quickly he spins to I'll use this to get my way.
- 47:17Speaker 1: It just felt like a dark side is a po
- 47:20Speaker 1: yeahwerful weapon. Yeah, It's like these guys are the dark side.
- 47:23Speaker 1: It is a Turk to the dark Side. It is it.
- 47:26Speaker 1: You know, many people believe it to be unnatural, the
- 47:30Speaker 1: dark side. I'm just saying, is that a Star Wars reference?
- 47:34Speaker 1: I'm like, that is an exact Star Wars reference into
- 47:39Speaker 1: All right, We're almost done, Palpatine. I should say, so
- 47:42Speaker 1: Cox out's Turk right after he gives him advice, because
- 47:46Speaker 1: solely because because solely because Turk says make me. That
- 47:50Speaker 1: was pretty quickly triggered to Uh to to really blow
- 47:54Speaker 1: up the very advice that Cox just gave Turk. Yeah
- 48:00Speaker 1: he's a narc, Yeah, a rat. He's a snap. So
- 48:02Speaker 1: Carla is uh is livid. I mean, I think I
- 48:07Speaker 1: just didn't understand why she wouldn't be more happy about
- 48:12Speaker 1: all the work that he put in. I mean, I
- 48:14Speaker 1: think I think she comes around. She comes around at
- 48:17Speaker 1: the end of it all. Well, yeah, no pun intended, Yeah,
- 48:20Speaker 1: no doubt. But and I didn't understand why he passed out.
- 48:23Speaker 1: But we'll get to that. The sex was so good,
- 48:26Speaker 1: damn he need a nap. He needed a nap in
- 48:28Speaker 1: the back. He took a naked nap in the back
- 48:31Speaker 1: of the end. And then the real Lloyd laughed, just
- 48:34Speaker 1: going with the vibe. Bro, what was he drinking? Though?
- 48:38Speaker 1: He had a beer? He had a beer, the freaking dude,
- 48:42Speaker 1: who's freaking out of a a. I don't know. I
- 48:46Speaker 1: took a picture because I thought it was so funny.
- 48:48Speaker 1: Let's see if he's got a beer. I'm hoping it's
- 48:51Speaker 1: a soda because yeah, because not Lloyd relapsed, Well, Lloyd's
- 48:58Speaker 1: Lloyd's a character that doesn't really have everything together. It's
- 49:02Speaker 1: a can something. I can't tell if it's a beard.
- 49:05Speaker 1: I think it's I don't know, but he's in his
- 49:07Speaker 1: boxers and he's got his hairy chest out and he
- 49:11Speaker 1: he You guys had sex in the back of the
- 49:13Speaker 1: ambulance and he watched the whole thing. And then you
- 49:17Speaker 1: must have been really lost in that sex to not
- 49:19Speaker 1: look over at the grown ass naked man sitting next
- 49:22Speaker 1: to you. Have you seen Turk's wife? I understand Turk.
- 49:28Speaker 1: What about when you were switching up positions? You didn't
- 49:31Speaker 1: like glance over? You think they were switching up positions
- 49:33Speaker 1: in that tiny ass ambulance. You think they just stuck
- 49:36Speaker 1: with one. I don't know. I just I just don't
- 49:39Speaker 1: know how. I don't know. I would you know the
- 49:42Speaker 1: character work that we did at that moment in time,
- 49:45Speaker 1: it was not It was not that they should have
- 49:50Speaker 1: showed the ace. It was not that show that you
- 49:52Speaker 1: watch now that you're telling everybody to watch when they
- 49:55Speaker 1: have the little skin amax sex scenes and stuff like that.
- 49:57Speaker 1: So I don't know what they did. Yeah, we weren't
- 49:59Speaker 1: making We should make Scrubs reboot The Lady Charlie's Lover version.
- 50:05Speaker 1: Oh my god, we would just intercut all the sex scenes.
- 50:10Speaker 1: We would just intercut Rob's done, like in the tone
- 50:14Speaker 1: of like, oh my god, rated erotica. Oh my god,
- 50:19Speaker 1: someone is very happy out there, someone right now, like
- 50:22Speaker 1: someone's like they have one. They have one. Someone's like
- 50:25Speaker 1: they have one. They have a lot of gay fan art.
- 50:27Speaker 1: By the way, Joel, I believe if you google Image
- 50:31Speaker 1: Audience Scrubs gay fan art, you'll find some good stuff,
- 50:37Speaker 1: no doubt, Like the lockers and stuff. There's a Scrubs
- 50:42Speaker 1: pornal parody also, yeah, there you go. You can find
- 50:45Speaker 1: that as well. But the art, I know this for
- 50:47Speaker 1: a fact that Shane des Will plays, me plays. There's
- 50:51Speaker 1: art of Chinese sea like coming up from behind against
- 50:55Speaker 1: the lockers. I know you know that's getting posted. You
- 51:01Speaker 1: know this is getting posted for It's beautiful. If you
- 51:04Speaker 1: know it's getting posted your art, it's beautiful. You know
- 51:07Speaker 1: it's getting posted for the you know, all these these
- 51:10Speaker 1: AI things the next episode, these AI art things, we
- 51:14Speaker 1: should put in um Scrubs gay fan art into the
- 51:17Speaker 1: AI generator. Oh that's this is gonna be my freaking
- 51:27Speaker 1: if you if you've done that, can you tag Donald
- 51:29Speaker 1: and I uh, in your work, in your work. We
- 51:31Speaker 1: want to see your work, you know the teacher, He says,
- 51:32Speaker 1: show us your work. Yeah, you want to see it
- 51:38Speaker 1: until it's too explicit. Yeah, I don't go crazy. I
- 51:41Speaker 1: don't want to see Pete. All right, Um, we're almost
- 51:44Speaker 1: done here. Oh so, um, did you notice a brijanitor
- 51:48Speaker 1: when he was working? He was using knife French and
- 51:51Speaker 1: they don't address it. They never say anything. Yeah, I
- 51:54Speaker 1: love him when we do stuff like that, like knife French.
- 51:56Speaker 1: He's using knife French. But they just know this guy.
- 51:58Speaker 1: Nobody ever talks about it. So they take Emory to
- 52:02Speaker 1: his graduation. They pump him full of drugs so he
- 52:04Speaker 1: can walk across the stage. They're trying to be good doctors,
- 52:07Speaker 1: and Emory instantly collapses. Um on the stage didn't go
- 52:11Speaker 1: as well as they planned. It did not go well
- 52:13Speaker 1: at all. Um. And then JD. We cut to a scene.
- 52:17Speaker 1: JD and Elliott are talking about why don't they hang
- 52:20Speaker 1: out much more? And they make that that infamous pack
- 52:24Speaker 1: that everybody makes in the We're Always going to be Friends. Well, no,
- 52:28Speaker 1: that's not the infamous pack that well, that is the
- 52:30Speaker 1: infamous pack with the infamous pack is no matter what. Yeah,
- 52:35Speaker 1: what if one of us starts dating like a superhty
- 52:38Speaker 1: and like then they're like wow, but it's like but
- 52:42Speaker 1: it's kind of it's kind of like, let's keep it open.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Let's keep it open for us to always be close,
- 52:49Speaker 1: no matter what. Then we cut to Spanish without subtitles,
- 52:52Speaker 1: and I didn't know what we said until I went
- 52:54Speaker 1: to scrubs Wicky. Do you know what was said? Motherfucker?
- 52:57Speaker 1: Already prefixed in the beginning of the motherfuck and show
- 53:00Speaker 1: that I don't speak Spanish or understand I don't either,
- 53:04Speaker 1: And I never knew what was said until I went
- 53:07Speaker 1: to Trevor's scrub scrubs Wicky. I hope he didn't let
- 53:10Speaker 1: us down. What do we say, Um, do you think
- 53:13Speaker 1: they'll ever get together? You say, I bet that Elliott
- 53:18Speaker 1: and j D will be back together in the next
- 53:21Speaker 1: five weeks, next five episodes. And she says not everyone's
- 53:26Speaker 1: gonna like that, total nod to the audience that the
- 53:32Speaker 1: next five weeks that's gonna happen, and not everyone's going
- 53:35Speaker 1: to be a fan of it. And then they walked
- 53:37Speaker 1: back Doctor Kelso in the trash. Okay, so we didn't
- 53:41Speaker 1: talk about this at all. And if you've done this,
- 53:43Speaker 1: have you eaten dates that you promised you through a
- 53:45Speaker 1: way out of the garbage? Yeah, the freaking missus Field
- 53:48Speaker 1: cookie cake. I think everybody's done that though. I think everybody.
- 53:55Speaker 1: I think everybody has done that, though, I think that's
- 53:57Speaker 1: that's actually I've never done I've done that. My wife
- 54:00Speaker 1: is den, you've never done that. Thrown away out of
- 54:05Speaker 1: the garbage. No, if it's in the box still and
- 54:09Speaker 1: it's touching really in the garbage, this cake is in
- 54:12Speaker 1: the garbage. Yeah, he's wiping, he's wiping. He's wiping apple.
- 54:17Speaker 1: Once it's touched actual debris, it's gone. That's otherwise that's
- 54:23Speaker 1: I never heard of it. I'm just being goofy debris.
- 54:25Speaker 1: Oh um, yeah, well yeah, kelsel Man, he's got a problem.
- 54:31Speaker 1: They're really said enough that he's got a sugar addiction. Well,
- 54:34Speaker 1: he's eating muffins throughout the host I know the last
- 54:37Speaker 1: three shows didn't we didn't mention that he's got this
- 54:40Speaker 1: little stick where Cox keeps ruining all his treats by
- 54:44Speaker 1: throwing them away. And then he's like, oh you know,
- 54:47Speaker 1: I'm I'm I'm aware of what you're doing, and thank
- 54:49Speaker 1: you I'm I'm, I'm I'm losing weight. I can finally
- 54:52Speaker 1: use the real, the real button holes on my on
- 54:55Speaker 1: my belt. Um anyway, very funny, episod um, it was really,
- 55:02Speaker 1: it was really funny. Shout out Linda, Linda Mendoza. A
- 55:04Speaker 1: great episode. Yes, and the writer who was um must
- 55:08Speaker 1: was he a regular writer? I forgot Donald Clarence Livings. Yes, yes,
- 55:13Speaker 1: he went on to write on Cleveland and stuff. Okay,
- 55:15Speaker 1: Clarence Livingston wrote this episode. Very good work, very funny.
- 55:18Speaker 1: Um what else, Oh, Joel, We're gonna say a break
- 55:20Speaker 1: and then we gonna come back, um for some audience submissions.
- 55:23Speaker 1: Will be right back after these fine words. Eat these balls, Zach,
- 55:33Speaker 1: and we're back. That sound cue is so relevant to
- 55:36Speaker 1: this is what we're talking about. Eat these bowls, Zach,
- 55:40Speaker 1: these bowls, Zach. Are you talking about the liver King? Yeah?
- 55:43Speaker 1: I mean you're saying eat these balls, meaning your balls,
- 55:45Speaker 1: with your human balls, and the liver King is saying
- 55:47Speaker 1: eat cowballs, but similar but very very I don't but
- 55:52Speaker 1: I'm not saying I literally want you to eat my balls.
- 55:55Speaker 1: I'm just saying, you know, put them in anyway. Yeah,
- 55:58Speaker 1: so I get it. Can I tell you something. Look
- 56:01Speaker 1: what and found its way into the sound machine. Zack
- 56:03Speaker 1: and Donald Gay Newlyweds in House Arrest. That's my favorite
- 56:15Speaker 1: gay Newlyweds in House Arrest. Should he should be pitching
- 56:21Speaker 1: in Hollywood? I'd buy whatever he has? Thank you? Well,
- 56:24Speaker 1: go ahead, what do we have at first? All right?
- 56:26Speaker 1: So first you have a podcast pitch. Hi, y'all, This
- 56:30Speaker 1: is Caitlin from Texas. First time caller, longtime listener. My
- 56:33Speaker 1: pitch for the podcast is that y'all should do a
- 56:36Speaker 1: pilot's only rewatch show. In other words, you pick any
- 56:40Speaker 1: TV show that you want, you only watch its pilot episode.
- 56:44Speaker 1: This will allow you to have a great amount of
- 56:46Speaker 1: flexibility because you can watch anything from Sanford and Son
- 56:49Speaker 1: sispin City. Yeah, but it won't require any further commitment
- 56:53Speaker 1: to fish watching the series. Also, bonus points anytime you
- 56:57Speaker 1: pick a show featuring your friends from Scrub or other ventures,
- 57:01Speaker 1: because you can have those folks on to talk about
- 57:03Speaker 1: whatever pilot episodes you're discussing that week, going to go
- 57:07Speaker 1: ahead and manifest this now can't wait to hear your
- 57:11Speaker 1: TV pilot rewatch show. She even has the theme song
- 57:16Speaker 1: gone Okay Bye. By the way, that's a great idea.
- 57:18Speaker 1: What's her name owe? That was caitly idea. Actually that
- 57:23Speaker 1: actually is a go ahead. Well, I'm just saying it's
- 57:26Speaker 1: a variation on one of my earlier ideas, which was
- 57:30Speaker 1: we could narrow it down to a bunch of shows
- 57:33Speaker 1: and then try the pilot and then and then decide
- 57:36Speaker 1: which one we want to explore more. But Caitlyn's idea
- 57:40Speaker 1: is a gooom. We can try ones where we happen
- 57:44Speaker 1: to know people. Well, there's shows that I've never seen
- 57:47Speaker 1: that I've always wanted to watch. Also, like I've never
- 57:49Speaker 1: watched Six Feet Under, I've never watched I've never watched
- 57:53Speaker 1: you know, the majority of the shows that were hit
- 57:55Speaker 1: shows I didn't. I never watched them. So to watch
- 57:58Speaker 1: the pilot would be really interesting. And to see where
- 58:00Speaker 1: all of these guys who are now like ultimately famous
- 58:04Speaker 1: and or you know, award winning actors, how they all started.
- 58:08Speaker 1: I think Community would definitely be on the list, Yeah,
- 58:12Speaker 1: because it has so many actors we like, and also
- 58:16Speaker 1: some of our Scrubs writers and also um a similar tone,
- 58:21Speaker 1: I'm told to Scrubs, Well, Community sounds sounds like what
- 58:24Speaker 1: was the Parks and Wreck would be one offices pilot.
- 58:29Speaker 1: You know you mean you mean? Do you mean plural
- 58:33Speaker 1: offices like the UK and the American both both. Yeah,
- 58:37Speaker 1: that's a good idea. Um, all right, that's awesome. Put
- 58:41Speaker 1: that on the list. Put that on the whiteboard on
- 58:43Speaker 1: the list, and now we have a movie pitch called
- 58:47Speaker 1: Treasure Adventure from Kevin with another three accent. Okay, Hi, Zach, Donald,
- 58:52Speaker 1: Joel and dand hope you're all keep them. Well, this
- 58:55Speaker 1: is Twiggie from Ireland and Ireland a bit of a
- 59:01Speaker 1: pitch tree, so let me get straight into it. So
- 59:05Speaker 1: Zach and Donald go on a holiday to the west
- 59:06Speaker 1: of Ireland and on their trip they go into the
- 59:09Speaker 1: nice Quiet Pub for a few pints. In there, as
- 59:12Speaker 1: they're drinking, two drunk locals come over to them, blabbing
- 59:15Speaker 1: on about an old local story about hidden treasure up
- 59:18Speaker 1: the coast if they're looking for. As these two drunks
- 59:22Speaker 1: leave the pub, they dropped their satchel and out of
- 59:24Speaker 1: it falls an old parchment. Donald picks it up and
- 59:27Speaker 1: realizes it's an old map data in the seventeenth century.
- 59:30Speaker 1: They talk about loudly and excited, as is Donald's way,
- 59:34Speaker 1: and decided to embark on the treasure hunt. In the
- 59:37Speaker 1: corner of this pub, a man sits listening to all
- 59:40Speaker 1: that's going on while covering his identity with a broadsheet newspaper,
- 59:44Speaker 1: and Zach and Donald leave. It's revealed that it's Neil
- 59:47Speaker 1: Flynn who is originally following the two drunks. He adventures
- 59:51Speaker 1: a cat and most race to the treasure. Full of comedy.
- 59:54Speaker 1: You'll have to write the comedy yourself, lads. Well, I
- 59:57Speaker 1: hope you like that. Hope this it's on the show. Take.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: Harry says, good luck. You know what I love? You
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: know what I love about all these pictures? Yeah, well
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: not just his zaccon but I love that it's like
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: everything kind of exists in the scrubs uh verse. You
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: know what I mean? Every pitch is, every pitch is
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: Zach and Donald are going up against Neil Flynn Mginley.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: You know, you know it's always it's always something like that.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: I love that. I love that a lot. Well, listen,
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: I love a treasure hunt. You know, Donald are big
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: Goonies fans, So you had you had me at Goonies
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: in Ireland. Um, I'm there are there a lot of
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: is there a lot of Kevin is there a lot
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: of missing treasure in Ireland? Wow? There is now, because
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: if so, you know, I am more than happy to donald.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: It's also in the spirit of your very favorite, well,
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: one of your very favorite movies, and that's Raiders the
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: Lost Art. Well, I'm gonna take some right now. If
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: I have totunity to be Indiana Jones. I'm not saying
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: oh esque, yeah, ask and find something of relevance to
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: you know, like a relic of some sort, like perhaps
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: a magical relica mystical relic. He's saying, we hear these
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: drunks in an Irish pub, and then we're gonna believe
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: drunks in an Irish pub. Well, they leave their satchel right,
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: and their part falls up right, has a punchment a
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: la Goonies yea, and the janitor is behind a what
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: did you say, a broad sheet newspaper? Yeah, with the
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: with the with the with the freaking. It's got to
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: be raining outside and he also has to have the
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: janner needs to have one of those twisty muscle and
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: there's like a freaking like when he reveals there's a
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: thunder crack outside in lightning flashes, do you see his face.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: I know it's random for whos to be there, but
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: who needs to be there? Yes? And Bill Lawrence it's
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: Bill Lawrence's treasure. Yes, I would like who to be
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: one of the people that's after us in the spirit
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: of the Goonies that they had the two brothers and
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: the Mama, right, the janitor is Mama and Whoch is
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: one of the brothers. Okay, so who would the other
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: brother do? Then? Then who's in Rob Masio? Who's Who's
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: a That's hilarious, Oh my god? Who in the todd
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: as as the bad guys? And even though it's like
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: cold in Ireland, Rob is still in a banana, but
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: it's like an irishan. I love it. I love it.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: I love this game we play at the end of
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: each episode. It's very fun. You make us laugh. Audience,

- 1:03:20Speaker 1: I don't want to give her age, but she's she's

- 1:03:27Speaker 1: wonderful wonder This is going horrible, but she's at don't

- 1:03:38Speaker 1: she she she takes care of me and our children
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: in all sense of the words. When I say she
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: takes care of me, she literally like when emails are
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: sent out, if my wife's not on the email, I'm
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: probably not gonna get it because I'm I'm she saved
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: so many relationships for me. I don't know if Zach
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: and I's relationship would be Joe strong if it wasn't
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: for my wife. Um, I don't know if I'd be
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: where I am today if it wasn't for my if
