SPEAKER_00: Pulinduff Membes, and we're gonna start by the new Perek Elu Trefa.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: It's one of the most famous Prokin, definitely in Mesaphas Pulin over here.
• 0:06
SPEAKER_00: But this is a very central and long Perak, very detailed, very specific.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: You gotta know the inside of cows, so hopefully uh presentation by Rubishiman today helped.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: Uh so after learning today's duff outside, uh physically or visually, let's learn it inside.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_00: We don't have so much time left, so we're gonna try to turn the page at least.
• 0:23
  SPEAKER_00: Elu trebas be behema.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: The following are trefas, and the Mishnah is specifically gonna count 18 trefas.
• 0:29
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see if this 18 numbers dafka or this 18 numbers lav dafka.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: But either way, Elu Trevas Behema, the following are gonna be considered trefas by a behema that what that now, if the animal had this simon trefah, even if you shacht it shit, it's still going to be considered meaning a trefa.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be awesome to eat.
• 0:46
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: It comes from Pasik in the tithe.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_00: The Pasik says, Ubasser bus de trefa.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to eat a trefa.
• 0:51
SPEAKER_00: Now it doesn't say anything in the title about a specific trefa being some like the description of what a trefa is.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: Meaning if you found an animal ripped up in the field, you're not supposed to eat it.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: But we know Allah Mashima, this applies to any of the aforementioned, or the ones we're gonna mention, trefas, the eighteen trevas, not only the eighteen trevas that are mentioned in the Mishnah, by the way, but these are like considered the obvoys of the trefahs.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_00: But there are a lot of subcategories.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: The Ramba, when he counts it, he comes out with about 70 Trefas.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: It's more of like a Abbas Michaldi Katalda.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: So here we have the Abbas in the Mishnah.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_00: But there are a lot of different trefas, all different types.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_00: That what is the definition of the trep of a trefa?
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see soon in the Gemara, but there's a machleikas Trefaya or Trefa Inchaya.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: Now, what is that machlekis?
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: The machelikas is a trefa, generally, the way we know the description of a trefa is an animal that has a sim in trefa, meaning it has a mortal defect, something wrong with it.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: For example, one of those uh you know tubes that you saw over there was chopped up or whatever it was, a trefa that it's not gonna be able to live 12 months for.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: So that is the definition of a trefa.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: It's a mortal defect that it's not gonna be able to live 12 months.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: That is, that is uh, according to the sheet that holds trefa ino echaya, that it's not going to live out.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: But there is a sheet that we're gonna see today that holds trefe chai, that even if it will live longer than 12 months, I don't care.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: If it has any of these mortal defects that are gonna cause it an issue, you're gonna have a problem.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be considered a trefa, even though it can really outlive more than a year.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be the machlaikas.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_00: But we're gonna see soon that machaicas again, the definition of a trefa is if it has any of these, the Mishnah's gonna count 18, or really more.
• 2:14
  SPEAKER_00: Ramam says 70.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: There's going to be, if any, if he has any of these defects inside, so or outside, but the point is it's usually inside, so you're going to have it's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: And even if you shach the kilhaz, it's gonna have a kashita, you're not gonna be able to eat it, it's still gonna be considered a trefa.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: That's why we need to do bedika is after you do shit, I have a kashkita.
• 2:32
  SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
• 2:33
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but you have to make sure that it wasn't a trefa.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: You have to check all the insides of part of the bidikas, etc.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: With that, elu trefis by behema.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: The following are trevas by behema.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: Behema specifically, not an oif.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: The trepas by an oif are is are gonna be considered different.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: So Nukumasab vesht, the vesh, the isophagus, that's one of the two simonim that you have to shaft by ishkitah by shit behem, you need both, right?
• 2:51
  SPEAKER_00: The two simonim.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: So the veshet, even the tiniest nekev, rashi says right here, kol nekev bimashu.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: Anytime you see the word nekev, it means bimashu, even the mashu.
• 2:59
SPEAKER_00: So we know as it relates to the nekeb, we learned this already in the in the first part of the mistafta.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: And nekev, even the tiniest uh hole as it relates to the veshet is gonna render it a trepa.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_00: Whereas the gargeras, the kone, uh psuka sagageras.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: Notice it didn't say nekuva sagargeras, because again, as Rashi said, kol nekev bimashu.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_00: Rather it says psuka sagargeras.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_00: The gargeras, as we learnt, a tiny nekob is not gonna possible it up.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: Even chatsi kone pogam, we learnt is gonna be okay.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: Chatsi konepagam is gonna be kosher.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: So up to half of the nekob can mamish be sliced through that big poob you saw him holding in the kane.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: Even if half, Rashi says to the width of it, so not this way down, but to the width of it, even if it was mamish uh cut through till half, it's still not gonna be considered a trefa unless it was right.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: Whereas, again, the the c the veshet is different, then even the tiniest uh nekov in it isn't gonna be a problem.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: Again, that's why it says psukas gargaras.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: If it was mamish cut through, then that's gonna be a trefa even by the konet.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: Gargaris kona means the same thing.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: Nikhav krumshall moyach, what if you had a nekhev in the membrane of the brain?
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: That's what we saw a minute ago as well.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: Or nikev halav, that's gonna be a trefah.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_00: Nikev halav the base halala.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: If the lave, the heart got a neqev, it got a puncture all the way through to the base halala, to the inner chambers of it, so that is also gonna be considered a trefa.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: Nishbira Shedra, if the neck bone broke, the nifsa ka chut, and the spinal cord specifically cracked through, also, it broke.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be nifsaka chut shall the spinal cord of that neck bone, that would render it a trefa.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_00: Nitela covet, if the liver was taken out, the line is triamiclum, and nothing was left.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: Because if a little bit is left, it regenerates itself, it regoes as we know.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: If you have the lung, that got punctured, oyshakhasur, it's chaser a little bit, a piece of it.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: Ribshimana, so that's also gonna be considered a treva according to the Tanakhama, whereas Rib Shimonai and Rib Shimon says no, adjhatinak of the base has sympoinus.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: The neck it has to go down all the way to the base on sympinus, which is attached to the lung, like we saw before also.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: So Rhib Shimon holds that it's not gonna be a trepah only nikva rea or eyeshakhasar, but rather only if this nekiv goes down all the way to the base of the sympoinus.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_00: Whereas that she does Rapshiman.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_00: Nikvah Kiva, if the keva, which is one of the four stomachs of the behema, so we saw that as well.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: Uh animal has four stomachs, and the cava is gonna be the fourth one.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_00: So if the keva has a nekiv in it, that's gonna be considered a trepa.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_00: Nikvah Hamara, if the gallbladder has a nek of it, or nikve nikvuhadakin, the intestines, if they have, that's also gonna be considered a trefa.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: Hakeres apnimish nikva, the inner kares, that's one of the stomachs, one of the other four.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: So pneumis, the inner one that got a neck of oyshinikra, royvachita, or most of the outside of it got ripped.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: So again, even a tiny neck of the inside, or if it was from the outside, but most of it.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: So Rabyudaimer Rebuta, so that's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: Whereas Rabyudaimer Muda says, Hagidaila tefah, vakitana berubah.
• 5:41
  SPEAKER_00: It depends.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_00: If you're dealing with a large animal, then a full tefah you're gonna need to render it a trefa.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: Whereas baytana berubah, as long as it was right of it that was ripped, then you're going to be then it's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_00: Again, it depends on the size of the animal, it's all gonna be relative to that.
• 5:54
  SPEAKER_00: Hemsis, ubesa koisis, shenikfulachuts.
• 5:56
SPEAKER_00: The hemces and the basak koises are the other two stomachs.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: We said there were four, we mentioned two already, we mentioned the uh the keiva and the karasapnemis.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: So now we're talking about the hemces and the basakoisis.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: That's the other two stomachs.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: Shenikfulachutz, if they got a nekib on the outside, they are gonna be considered a trefa.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_00: Meflaminagad, the animal fell off a roof, so that's gonna be considered a trefa, and we're gonna learn that that only means if he didn't live out 24 hours.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: But if he lived out 24 hours, then he could go and shachta, no problem, not gonna be considered a trefa.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: Nishtabu Raifia, if most of its ribs broke, that's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 6:28
  SPEAKER_00: Vidiresis has the ev.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_00: If a wolf um was directed, there's generally means trampling over here means clawed it.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: So it clawed up the animal, so that's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: Rebutain Rebuta says Drusus has the eight, but that's only gonna be true that Drisus says the eighth is gonna try render it a trefa by uh behemodaka, by a smaller animal.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_00: But drusa rebigasas relates to a larger animal, I don't know, let's say uh cow.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: So that already a drusas' eight is not gonna be rendered a trefa, you're gonna need a bigger animal than that, like a lion, that would render it a trefa if a lion clawed it up.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: Drusus san, what about eyfais?
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: So drusas and nates ba'ifadak.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_00: So a small bird, if it gets attacked by a nates, which is a smaller bird, then that's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 7:07
  SPEAKER_00: Drushagas, boifagas.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: And again, by a bigger bird, you're gonna need a bigger bird to attack it to render it a trefa.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_00: Zahl this is the rule.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: Call sha'in kamaya chaya, trefa.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: Anything that, by a live animal, if it had that defect, it wouldn't live out the 12 months.
• 7:21
  SPEAKER_00: It wouldn't be haya.
• 7:22
  SPEAKER_00: Call shain kamaya haya.
• 7:24
  SPEAKER_00: What's kamaya?
• 7:24
SPEAKER_00: Because we're talking about an animal that's dead, let's say.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: You already shachted it, no problem, kill chase.
• 7:28
SPEAKER_00: You want to know it had that defect that you found once you schechte it.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: Is it gonna be considered a trefa or not?
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: So we're saying, if it was alive, would it live?
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: Kol shain kamaya chaya, trefa.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: If it if it's alive, that type of tra that type of sim and trefa by a regular live animal.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: If it wouldn't live, trefa.
• 7:41
  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 7:42
  SPEAKER_00: Zakti gama.
• 7:43
SPEAKER_00: Umr shaman, shrimp shim and lakh it says.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_00: Rem is a trefe minatarmi nine.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: Where do we find in the tarah a remes to a trefa?
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: We have a first in the tarah there's a dindarisa.
• 7:51
  SPEAKER_00: Ubasibis de trevalai sehhu.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: Says a game, a remes a trepa chinachaimatarmi nine.
• 7:55
  SPEAKER_00: Where's a remes in the tari?
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: Again, we said the only time the tarah talks about a trepa is that one pasta.
• 7:59
  SPEAKER_00: Ubasibus deh trevalisehlu.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_00: If you find a trefa in the field, don't eat it.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but how do you know what a trefa is?
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: How do you know what a sim trefa is?
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: Again, we said this two sheethas before.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: Does a trefa mean that it has this sim and trepah and it's not gonna be able to live out twelve months?
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: Or even trepachaya, no, it has this sim and trepah it's still gonna be Usra as a trefa, even if it will be chayo, even if it will live out twelve months.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: So it says, clarifies the Gemara, what did the Shlakish mean?
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: He meant Remez will trepa sha'ina chai minatarminain.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: How do I know from the tarah of Remez that trefa is einchayo?
• 8:28
SPEAKER_00: The sim and trefa means it won't live out twelve months.
• 8:30
  SPEAKER_00: That's what it means.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: Diktani diktani sefa, because the sefa said, zeaklao.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_00: Or rather, this part of the question that we're clarifying.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: That trefa, where's the remes in the tail of trefa sha'inachaimatara?
• 8:40
  SPEAKER_00: Minayan.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: How do I know that?
• 8:42
SPEAKER_00: And what's the question based on?
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: Because we saw in the seva, the khtani sefa, because that that the sefa said, Zhaqlau koshain kamaya chaya, trefa, mechlaud the trefa inachayah, meanalan.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: How do I know that?
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: How do I know this din that it's implied from the Mishnah?
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: That Trefa Enachaya, because again, that's only one of the sheetas, Trefa Enachaya, that a trefa is something that's not going to be able to live out twelve months.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: How do you know that?
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: Where's the remes in the taira?
• 9:00
  SPEAKER_00: So the Gemara Dehsif.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: We have a pasuk in the Tara.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_00: Viz Zoya Sachhaya Ashra Taichlu.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: So that pasuk really means these types of animals you could eat.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: But and we're listing the kosher animals, really.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: But we're darshining as a remes from that pasuk, Zoya Sachaya Ashaihlu, the Chaya ochoil.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_00: If it's going to live out, if it's gonna live, live generally means the 12 months.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_00: So if it's gonna live out the 12 months, then you could eat it.
• 9:23
  SPEAKER_00: She'ainuchaya.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: If it's not gonna live, Zoya Sachaya Asha Tayklu, only if it's chaya you could eat it.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: Only if it's gonna live.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: If it's not gonna live, it's gonna die within 12 months.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: Because it has one of the Simone Trefa, Loy Sechel.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: Then you should not eat it.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: What does that teach me?
• 9:35
SPEAKER_00: It teaches me that a trepah is not chaya, it's not gonna live out.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: And a trefa means it's not gonna survive the 12 months.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: But if it has one of the Simone Trefa, but or rather something, but it's gonna live out the 12 months, it's not gonna be considered a trefa.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be Ulaman norm trepachaya.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: What about according to the other sheetah we know?
• 9:48
SPEAKER_00: That says trepachaya, that a trefa is gonna be considered a trefa.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_00: If it has a simen trefa, it's gonna be a trepah even if this animal will live more than 12 months.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_00: So, what's that Sheetah gonna say?
• 9:59
SPEAKER_00: Me, Nalan, how does he know that?
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: How does he know that again it's gonna be considered a semmon trefa again as long as it has this mortal defect that it but it's even if it will live longer, how does he know to hold that?
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: Nah, Fkalaymi, Zaysa Chaya Shaykhlu.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: He learns it out of the same pasik.
• 10:12
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 10:12
  SPEAKER_00: Zaysachaya sha taihlu.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: Cheaches me, Zoy Sachaya oh, that this one you should eat.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: Chaya a cheras lay techa.
• 10:20
  SPEAKER_00: But there's a different chaya, there's a different animal that's gonna live that you shouldn't eat.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: Mashma, even if it's gonna live more than 12 months, still don't eat it because it has a sema trefa.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: That's the sheeta that holds.
• 10:28
SPEAKER_00: He learns that of the same pasik, just darshens it differently.
• 10:30
  SPEAKER_00: That trefa chays Digimar.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: According to the other sita, what's it gonna do with this word Zois?
• 10:37
SPEAKER_00: That uh the second sheeta just darshin.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: It's like Marmy, but Tandan Marishmal.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: He uses it for something Tundan Mary Smal used it for.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_00: The Tandan Marishmal Zaysaya Sha Techlum in Lamich, Tafas Gashbarhu, Mikom Minwimin, the Herla Maisha.
• 10:48
  SPEAKER_00: Zois a chair shata.
• 10:49
  SPEAKER_00: Again, remember the context.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: We just started darshaning uh Ramazim out of that Pasik to talk about uh Chaya, a chayazin, not a chaya meaning an animal, chaya that chaya, it's gonna live.
• 10:58
  SPEAKER_00: Chaimiloshai.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_00: Well that animal will live, it won't live, eat that one, don't eat that one.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: But really, what's the pasik talking about?
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: Hashem showed Mysha, Zay Shah Shaykh, eat these types of animals.
• 11:07
  SPEAKER_00: These are kosher animals.
• 11:08
  SPEAKER_00: Chayamilush an animal.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: So say gumara, what's thunderbair of small from that?
• 11:11
SPEAKER_00: Zai Shay Shakum and Lamish Thafaza Khajbahum we call minimum mina.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: Took each min, each type of animal, each species, the herlana mash, and he told my shrabbin of Amrali, and he told him, Zaisa Khab Zaslaiteho, eat this one, don't eat this one.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: This is kosher, this is not kosher.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that's what he uses the word Zois for to teach me this inion that a kushbar who showed my share literally.
• 11:37
  SPEAKER_00: What's he gonna do?
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: I thought we use Zois to teach me this Indian about Mesha of Ainhu that a Khajbar who showed him every animal.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_00: Says Gemara, he learns it in Achalame e the Tanan Rabishmal.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: You're right, he learns his Drasha again.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_00: That that Trefaya, not from this Zoy of Tandam Rabishmal, but actually from a different Tandan Brahbishmal.
• 11:53
  SPEAKER_00: Which one?
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: So this is in a posak.
• 12:04
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: So what do I learn from there?
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: That the Posik is talking about a chaya that will live.
• 12:10
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: Because again, Chaya don't use the word chaya miloshhan animal, like like the Posak's literally saying.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: Use Chaya Meloshan Chaya, live.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: And therefore the Posak's saying, Bainachaya nechhales, there's an animal that's going to be Chaya that's gonna live that you're allowed to eat.
• 12:23
  SPEAKER_00: Uh sharai say.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: And there's an animal that's chaya that will live, it will live more than twelve months and still lay say afil.
• 12:30
  SPEAKER_00: Still don't eat it.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: Uh what does that teach me?
• 12:31
  SPEAKER_00: Trefa.
• 12:32
  SPEAKER_00: Trefaya.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: That even though it will live, it's chayah, it's still considered a trefa.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: It's still gonna be considered a trefa.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: It has one in the same trefa, hahaya, ashelaise.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: Even though it's chaya, you're not gonna be able to eat it.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: Elu, shmaida sai, trefa, shenemul mashamisina.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: And these are the twelve, these are the eighteen trefas, and our Mishnah listed eighteen, that were said to Mysha Lakha Mashama.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: Again, in the Posikandatari, but first we only have Aposigu Bushabus de Treva Lai Saiflu.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: But the these eighteen in the Mishnah we saw, these were said, Hallochamash Mesina, 100% there.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: There are no others besides for those eighteen.
• 13:01
  SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah said 18.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: It didn't say Hare Elu 18, right?
• 13:05
SPEAKER_00: So the question is, is Dafka?
• 13:07
  SPEAKER_00: Is it Lab Dafka?
• 13:08
  SPEAKER_00: That's that's gonna be the question.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_00: But Vasulakh are there not others?
• 13:10
  SPEAKER_00: Well, Ika Baskar.
• 13:12
  SPEAKER_00: There is Baskar.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: Baskar is an acronym, Bay Samach Gim Uresh.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: We're about to quote them.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: Vishav Schmidzah and also Chev Shmitza.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: This is the other Chev Shmitzh.
• 13:19
  SPEAKER_00: Shev meaning seven.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: Chev Shmitzh, the seven teachings from the Amaran.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_00: So Shavshmitz, there's gonna be seven other ones.
• 13:25
SPEAKER_00: So there's Baskar, which is four.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: It's an acronym for four.
• 13:27
SPEAKER_00: And there's another Chev Shmitza.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_00: So really there is going to be uh eleven more treas.
• 13:32
  SPEAKER_00: How could you count?
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: Well, why are you telling me 18 in the Mishnah if there's really another 11?
• 13:35
  SPEAKER_00: Says more, okay.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_00: I understand according to our Tanah the Tanah Ditana Tanah Udishair Asib is a klal.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: So whichever ones he taught in the Mishnah, the Tana Tana.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: So Udishir, and the ones he left out, Asib is a kwal.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_00: Anytime the Mishnah says Zeha Kwal again, it's coming to be marbis something.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: Rasuiyama, as we learnt yesterday, right?
• 13:56
SPEAKER_00: So if it's coming to be maravis something, he learned it at it lastui, but Zaqwal.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: Because kind of our Mishnah didn't say these are 18.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: In Mashmah there's no other ones.
• 14:07
SPEAKER_00: No, he just listed 18.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: So whatever he said he said, but it was Lav Dafka.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: Whatever he left out, he left out.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: And these gonna these are gonna be the other 11.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: El Tanam de Marishma, according to Tanan de Marishma, the Amr Yudha's trefasulaka.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: That says there are specifically 18 and not anymore than that behema.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: But there are these other ones.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_00: Baskar, what's the maze of Baskar?
• 14:24
  SPEAKER_00: Behema.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: There's Behema, Shalechtakara Glaminara Kuba Lamala, a behema that its legs got chopped off from uh from the joints and upwards.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_00: Um and there is also and it's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: This is a trefa, and it's gonna be number 19.
• 14:38
  SPEAKER_00: I thought there's only 18.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: So, the omar yi khalahhi licha was villichos.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: He holds like Bishaman Lazar, who holds that there's actually a remedy to this uh onion.
• 14:47
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 14:47
SPEAKER_00: Because you could really quarterize the place, you could burn it up, and now the animal's gonna be able to live out, and therefore it's not gonna be considered a trefa.
• 14:53
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 14:53
SPEAKER_00: So the game are at the corn to tandemare bishmal, just because the animal's gonna be able to live, it's not considered a trefa.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_00: Avagavdichal lichmas villiky, it's the man kaum, the tundra mary mishmal.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: Who sheet are we in right now?
• 15:03
SPEAKER_00: Tundra may mishmal, and tundramishmal trefahyah.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_00: Like we saw in Amanala, Tandamari Mishmal holds Trefachaya, that it's considered a trefa, and you're not gonna be able to eat it even if the animal's gonna be able to live.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: So why do I care if you're gonna quarterize it and it's gonna live out its years very nicely?
• 15:16
  SPEAKER_00: I don't care.
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: Tandamir Mishmal holds trefahyo that it's gonna be considered a trefa even if it lives.
• 15:21
  SPEAKER_00: You're right.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: Allah Sama Kribbinulaza that I'm Kshahi.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: Not Krip Shiman Malazra that holds that there's a remedy to this trefa, and it's gonna be able to live.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: No, yellow take lazzra that's Tom holds this is not a trefa, that this is just ksher, there's no problem in the first place, and that's why it's not number 19.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_00: It says Marvel ikohisarin, this is the Samachin Baskar, this Khistarin Bishhedra.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: There's a the Shedra, the spinal cord was missing a little bit.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: It's not, and we see in the Mishnah.
• 15:43
  SPEAKER_00: Kama Khizarin Beshedra.
• 15:45
  SPEAKER_00: How much?
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: This is in the context of Thomas Mace.
• 15:49
SPEAKER_00: So we know that just like a mace can be metam of oil, so to a varim of a mace can be metam of oil.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: So kama khizarin bishedra, how much can be missing in the spinal cord for it this avar not to be metame tomas mace oil?
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: Meaning if it's missing this much already, it's not gonna be considered a avar to be metame the oil.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: And we still remember only one.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: The trapa it's gonna be the same exact thing for a traf.
• 16:13
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be considered a trayfah, it's missing these amounts.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara, says the Gemara, we have another one, we have a 19.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: So what are you gonna tell me according to the sheet that that holds?
• 16:21
  unknown: Right?
• 16:21
SPEAKER_00: Tandemary Mishmo, who holds that it's actually Yorchas Trefus?
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: You just found the 19.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Hemsis Besakaisis, the Khak Hash, Dikaft Luhu Bitati, Hashminubchad.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: Uh I'll end to you like this: the Hemsis and the Besakaisis, these were two versions of the stomach, or two different stomachs, two of the four stomachs of the animal.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: Those that you counted as two in our Mishnah, Thandamarishmo is gonna count as one.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_00: It's like at the end of the day, its stomach is uh in the in and baisa in you, and therefore, Hemsis is the basakhais de Khashapitati, Hashmanu Bhakad.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: He counts them as one, and if you only count them as one, then the ones we listed in our Mishnah are how many?
• 16:54
  SPEAKER_00: 17.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: 17 plus this one you just mentioned, the Samachin Baskar, which is gonna be the Khisarain Beshedra, a pikad of ayah khada, take out one, add in this one, and you're left back at 18, and 18 is the magic number for a ton of very small.
• 17:07
  SPEAKER_00: Says the gimmara.
• 17:08
  SPEAKER_00: Viaika uh galuda.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: There's galuda, which is when the animals like fully skinned.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_00: So if it's fully skinned, that's also gonna be considered a trevas.
• 17:16
  SPEAKER_00: It's like married karmai.
• 17:18
  SPEAKER_00: Holds a karmai, that's not a treva, but it's kosher.
• 17:20
  SPEAKER_00: Vel'ika charusa.
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: There's harusa, which is the raish in Pasgar, that's the last one.
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: Galuda, by the way, was the gimmel, right?
• 17:26
  SPEAKER_00: The third one.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: So there's harusa, which is a shriveled lung.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Mara manketani la.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: Who's the sheeta that holds?
• 17:34
  SPEAKER_00: This is the answer.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: Who is the sheetah that holds that the Mara, the gallbladder, is what's gonna be one of the trevas, if it's missing, or it's it has a nekiv, right?
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: Even the mashu, as we saw.
• 17:42
  SPEAKER_00: That's your Ysi Rebihuda.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: Apic Mara of the Ayel Kharusa.
• 17:45
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't hold that way, therefore, take out that trefa.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: Tandemir small is not gonna hold.
• 17:48
  SPEAKER_00: It's a trefa.
• 17:49
  SPEAKER_00: The ayel cherus.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_00: So you take that one in.
• 17:51
  SPEAKER_00: What do you insert?
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna insert this fourth one of Basker, and we finish Basker.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna stop over here because it's late, and the Gamar continues to discuss the Ikoshev Schmidsa.
• 18:01
SPEAKER_00: What about the other seven?
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: We set four as a seven.
• 18:03
  SPEAKER_00: Get Shabis.
