- 2:36That's what I've been told. You know, you tell myself that sometimes.
- 2:40But I mean, we are here today. We are gathered here today with
- 2:45our beloved friends and family because we are back in business when it comes to
- 2:50all things Disney Plus at least, I mean, and we kinda were given
- 2:55the opportunity to see Secret Invasions the first two episodes starting Starting, or starring
- 3:06Samuel L. Jackson Um rec coming Back, Reconditioning, Recharging, re prizing,
- 3:16reinvigorated as Nick Fury Beneman, as I try to allude to, ben
- 3:23Amine, actually got to see the first two episodes, me and myself.
- 3:27I was on Earth for one two and didn't get the chance to actually partake
- 3:32in the goods. But that being said, that's not going to stop us
- 3:36because we are the dynamic duo and we're still going to learn a lot about
- 3:40the first two episodes. Just a bit of excuse me, the first episodes
- 3:45really what we're gonna talk about today, right, just episode one, So
- 3:49let me just put that out there, and this is going to be filled
- 3:52with spoilers, so we expect that you have watched episode one before you listen
- 3:58to us. Just wanted to put that out there right, Yes, as
- 4:00it is out now on Disney Plus and shout out to y'all for sending that
- 4:03through. Yeah. Overall, like I said, without any spoilers, I
- 4:08have seen the first two episodes. I enjoyed them. It's really funny.
- 4:14I said this myself of I think about a week or so ago on Twitter
- 4:17that I said that Across the Spider Verse has really redefined things for me this
- 4:23year, and it's just early in this year and it's once again it's giving
- 4:27me that our feeling where it's like I compared it to Kendrick's Verse on Control,
- 4:32where it felt like a challenge to the rest of the hip hop industry
- 4:35just to step it up. Yeah, and I don't feel like Across the
- 4:40Spider Verse is like we're better than everything else. I was actually watching Intergalactic
- 4:44on Netflix right now to kick Cutty joined the animated Joints Fire, and I
- 4:47was like, this is dope too, you know. So it's just that
- 4:49step it up. And after seeing that. As far as superhero films and
- 4:56content, you know, I hate that word television, film, whatever,
- 4:59the maybe I feel like the films and television gotta step it up. And
- 5:03I thought the Secret Evasions first two episodes were solid, but nothing, not
- 5:09even like on Miss Marvel. When Miss Marvel first episode where I was like,
- 5:12Wow, this shit's doing some different things. Iype seeing this is definitely
- 5:15that nourish. There were some dope ass shots. I'll give it that,
- 5:18it looks really good, but you know, nothing where I'm like, oh
- 5:24my god, they're at least trying something different, you know, someone like
- 5:27Okay, this is you know, nourish and not fully going in on that,
- 5:30you know, because it's still Marvel. It's like the Winter Soldier version
- 5:34of nor you know which is. I was gonna say, did this feel
- 5:36and I guess less winnish? Well, what was the TV show? Was
- 5:40it Whin a Soldier? That the TV that Disney plus the TV you know
- 5:45Falcon and Falcon? Did it feel like that more? That felt even more
- 5:49than this, you know this feel I don't like using the word grounded,
- 5:53but it feels more grounded than this so far. But I will say that
- 5:58in the trailers and judging on things had happened in these first two episodes,
- 6:02even though the stars of claimed there's not that many superpowers there's gonna be some
- 6:06superpowers in this. Yes, you know they're don't be ok yeah, because
- 6:11like and beyond just the stroll shape change. And I can say because judging
- 6:15on what things happened in this and I've already seen in the trailer and I'm
- 6:18like, oh, you know, I put two and two together and I
- 6:20was like, Okay, that's that happening. And a little later on the
- 6:23story, so we're gonna see some superpowers. But you know, we saw
- 6:27some superpowers and not really in Captain. It was more just you know,
- 6:30him flying. Yeah, he just had a jetpack, right, yeah,
- 6:33I mean, what's his face? Had super soldier serment them he throwing the
- 6:36true indeed um frisbee around something. Then what he calls the down the Superpowers
- 6:41when they got blown up in that truck. Yo. The way you keep
- 6:47bringing this collateral damage up. That wasn't collateral. That was Revengion. That
- 6:53was like fouled out boy, that was the Flash Masters. Most definitely fucked
- 6:59the round and found out that that was not collateral damage. Like they've done
- 7:03some dirt and somebody else was right now, you know, here's the dirt
- 7:06to y'all got my problem but not mine at all. But you know they
- 7:14fuck round and found out like you know, so Ben, I mean,
- 7:17give me the setup for what this series is about, like generally and where
- 7:21it takes place and all that got you. Well, this takes place after
- 7:25well, okay, the majority of it. You know, it takes place
- 7:30after everything else. I would say, you know, this is current time
- 7:34in the Marva universe, right, we are at the current you know,
- 7:38a few years after the blip basically, you know, time in the Marvel
- 7:42universe after what was the last big film I guess No Way Home and Guardians
- 7:46you never know when the fucking Guardians who was a taking place to dirt Space?
- 7:49But yeah, this is current time Marva universe basically, oh yeah,
- 7:56because there are few years ahead of us. So Nick Fury has returned to
- 7:59Earth after being on a Saber space station for years at this time, after
- 8:03the blip and after everything that went down, and he's returned because the threat
- 8:09of the Strolls is becoming too much. The basically, the first episode kicks
- 8:13off with someone who we think is Agent Ross, you know, gathering some
- 8:20information about what the Scrolls are doing on there from another agent and being like,
- 8:24all right, let me go report this back to Fury, and then
- 8:26our boy Taylos Talos steps in from the Captain Marvel series Murders Hobbit Agent Ross,
- 8:33and Agent Ross turns into a stroll and Taylos is like oh or the
- 8:39other agents like damn, sorry about that? You know he's one of you,
- 8:43and he's like, no, he's one of them. And then the
- 8:46credits trum up and Quinton note about the credits, I was actually informed today
- 8:50and this will probably come out buying down if it hasn't already det allegedly.
- 8:54You know, I'm gonna say allegedly because I don't know if this is true
- 8:56yet, but they were created using AI. Who credit sequence the credit sequence?
- 9:03Yes, it was created using AI and having seen it, I would
- 9:07believe it. I was particularly impressed with the credit sequence. Some people might
- 9:11be It was more that, like, you know, I feel most credit
- 9:13sequences are so like Daredevil derivative in this day age and kind of boring.
- 9:18This is more of an abstract painting that changes and stuff. So it's kind
- 9:24of interesting in that way because it's like you have like an abstract of Nick
- 9:26Fury and then it turns into an abstract of a sprawl. A lot of
- 9:28credits are going over it, and it's like this paintings trying to express how
- 9:33abstract being a scroll is, but hearing that it's AI created in this day
- 9:37of age of the WJA strike and the apps Build strike and perhaps and pending
- 9:43directors Drield strike if God wills it, then it's trying to wild. Yeah,
- 9:50it's trying to trying to wild, y'all talking about it. But but
- 9:52that Meanings said, wasn't all this completed before all this stuff happened? True?
- 9:56True, But this shows why that strike needed to happen, because fucking
- 10:01around and letting AI create this, you know, it's taking jobs out of
- 10:03people hands, and you're getting, you know, a basic ship. And
- 10:07that's the other problem because what are they trying to be tongue in cheek?
- 10:09And I'm sorry for being Devil's advocate here, but what are they trying to
- 10:11be tongue in cheek? The fact that with AI, it's something you think
- 10:15it's human, replicating what a human would act or behavior do, and that's
- 10:18common. Look at you, look at you spinning this one. I have
- 10:22a marketing degree from Howard University. What can I say it's you. You
- 10:26know. Yeah that being said Ben, I mean yep. So after the
- 10:31credit sequence, that is basically the premise of the show. Now Nick Ferry
- 10:33has to combat team up with Tayloes and stop the sprol minutes, which is
- 10:39being led by this dude named Gravick, who is a sprawl and is played
- 10:43by the guy who I thought was the Paladin from Dungeons and Dragons, but
- 10:46no, these are two different actors. He's also booping ass and taking aids
- 10:50in this show, right, dude playing graphic, let me tell you,
- 10:54is my runaway star to show right away. I ast you as long as
- 11:00long term listening to the show. No, I used to stay decided villain
- 11:03um Right now, his playing is absolutely insane. I don't think it's revealed
- 11:07all the way real to the second episode, so I won't give that away
- 11:11yet. But I have no affiliation with this nigga. Oh my god,
- 11:16Wait, I have questions. I want you to pause right there, because
- 11:20I have got a lot of questions about Gravick because you talked about you in
- 11:24the last minute and a half. You've named a few els that have already
- 11:30occurred, and I only and you said, but even before the credit the
- 11:33opening credits start rolling, you get an L So I'm how violent is this
- 11:39so far? Are you seeing blood? Right? And then because you know
- 11:41Disney not Tories, we're not showing nothing, but are you seeing blood?
- 11:45Are you seeing like like how I think you're seeing blood? And there's a
- 11:48few people are captain laying on the ground and I think you see like the
- 11:50pools of blood forming, you know that type of thing. Yeah, that's
- 11:54big for Disney. Yeah, I mean, and when does that it happened?
- 12:01But that's now until the second episode was almost for that. But um,
- 12:05right, but it's brutal. But but there is a lot of dives,
- 12:11you know, and I mean they're brandos, you know. But it's
- 12:15still like wow, and it's a brutal violence like you didn't have damn you.
- 12:20You know, I won't say which character, Damn goal. You took
- 12:24a big elder, you know, and I did not expect that big ell
- 12:26to happen to you, dude, like Elle failure for you? You know,
- 12:31so well you call him the hobbit agent Ross, but I mean this
- 12:35is not the first time he's died, so it's kind of lying. Well,
- 12:37he survives that's not him. It was a stroll im persuading them.
- 12:39But even being in the shock, it's kind of like, well, this
- 12:43also is in the first time that he died technically, so he did die
- 12:46in Wakanda, right, yeah, um he died. Did he die before,
- 12:52like during Agent of Shield or something like that. Well, and then
- 12:54they raised them back up in one of the movies and oh they said it
- 12:58was actually a life Oh he said it was a life size decoy that actually
- 13:01died. My point is, then whatever representation of Roshi we're getting has died
- 13:05multiple times already, whether it was truly him or not. So I bear
- 13:09they cared about Ross, you know, throughout any of his incarnations, so
- 13:13it mattered not to me when he got capted at the beginning. I was
- 13:16like, oh well, and then when he turned to the scrolls actually kind
- 13:18of disappointed. I was like, God, damn, that would have been
- 13:20more interesting, you know, Ross dying. But you know that being said,
- 13:24it's not Ross who dies. Um, well, get to that in
- 13:28a little bit. It does happen in the first episode, and this,
- 13:30like we said, you've already seen it, so it's not a spoiler.
- 13:33But Gravik is a stroll and oh God, once again, I'm not sure
- 13:41when do you actually get oh no Ce. All of his origin isn't exactly
- 13:46told to the second episode, but basically, Gravick is a scroll who is
- 13:50now leading the contention of Scrolls and they have a plan that goes against what
- 13:54Taylor's has, and they all have like history. You know, Ravick used
- 14:00to be down with Taylors and Fury and has now split apart from him because
- 14:03member folks from the original Captain Marvel. At the end of the Captain Marvel
- 14:07movie in the nineties, Fury and and Captain Marvel promised the Scrolls that were
- 14:13left on Earth that they would find them on a new home planet because their
- 14:16home planet of Scrowlos have been destroyed in the Galactic warl I like saying it,
- 14:24you know, because Scrowlos had been destroyed in the Galactic War between them
- 14:28and the Creed, which is interesting because in the comic book, Scrolos is
- 14:33actually destroyed. When your boy Galactics trumps through and puts that, you know,
- 14:37it's lunchtime on Screlos. Yeah, he's like Scooby Snacks. Yeah.
- 14:41And in the second episode, you know, there's more revealed about it,
- 14:46but it's it's it's not read more Field because we already knew it was that
- 14:48that's what happened, you know, the creed. But I was like,
- 14:50you know they're glass you know me so no, but it wasn't you know,
- 15:00a slight spoiler for the second episode. You know, it's graphic like
- 15:03the Magneto or the Bunch. And then Taylos is the Professor X. Yes,
- 15:09yes, this is definitely the Malcolm X and Martin Luther King comparison.
- 15:16I mean, this one is pretty much on the nose because grabbing his hardcore
- 15:20by any means necessary in the story. He's early Malcolm, you know,
- 15:24he's definitely early young Malcolm, while Taylos is definitely Yo. Let's shoot the
- 15:28piece and the other side of it, which is revealed in the first episode
- 15:33as well, is that Taylos has a daughter. Remember we we actually met
- 15:35his daughter. She was a younger sprawl in the Cat of Marvel movie and
- 15:39Scrowl's age very you know, they live much longer than humans like Taylos themselves,
- 15:45like one hundred and twenty or something shit like that. So his daughter
- 15:48is now being played by Denis I can't remember her name after all these years.
- 15:58It's okay. So one thing I never understood about the scrolls, right,
- 16:04um, because they could live so long again, unless they're surrounded by
- 16:11other scrolls where no one's gonna question them. Because they live so long,
- 16:14they can't necessarily play quote unquote that person for that same amount of time.
- 16:18So do they decide to switch out at a certain time, like once that
- 16:21person gets to be ninety? Do they play like that person died and then
- 16:23switch out like butt com like? Do they switch out? Yes? But
- 16:30I would say yes, but they've also had they encountered that problem. Remember
- 16:33they were on scrollers for a long time, and oh yeah, but I
- 16:36mean when they here. Yeah, but they ain't been here for thirty forty
- 16:38years now. So okay, So so that that's not so that time,
- 16:41the time being, the time being, the human being, timeline is not
- 16:45even being mad. Yeah, that hasn't been encountering yet, So they'll be
- 16:48fine. And Amelia Clark is then Amilia Clark, thank you, Yes,
- 16:51it's a nearest, And Amilia Clark plays his daughter Gia or Guya. I
- 16:56want to say her name is Guya. I'm gonna say Guya because it's guys,
- 17:00Gaya gi and so she's his daughter, but she is down with graphic
- 17:06So conflict and drama, folks, right away, right away, that's how
- 17:11you do it. Folds all hope put some familiar drama in it. Did
- 17:15you do you think that conflict in drama makes sense for the series or you
- 17:18think it's just kind of a cheap way to daughter, Like Okay, I
- 17:26don't like to call things cheap, but it's like easy. Look when you're
- 17:30dealing okay, no, this is I would explain as a writer, right,
- 17:33this is something that I've learned as writer when you're dealing with complex uh
- 17:37something like scrolls, you know, being able to change shape and the fact
- 17:41that they've been here for thirty years and you got to deal with thirty years
- 17:42of history and what they've been doing and all these other things you're dealing with
- 17:45in this series. Sometimes you keep things simple stupid for other things so people
- 17:51watching are not lost, because it could be very confusing with the scrolls,
- 17:56and there's an easy end daughter, you know, my daughter. You know
- 18:00it's on the other side. Who can't relate to that? Gotta give your
- 18:04readers an easy hand. Sometimes it makes sense not cheap. It's beautiful,
- 18:08okay, And I wouldn't Yeah, I wouldn't called cheap because like it's explored
- 18:12well and there's actually something else that's really explored well. I felt even though
- 18:18at times it's a little heavy handed, but it's also Disney plus, and
- 18:22I mean you spent a bit of heavy handedness on this is the idea of
- 18:26refugees and the idea of race, like that really gets into it. Like
- 18:32the idea of race and what side that means is really being explored through the
- 18:38characters of Roads and the characters of Fury. Because on this series, like
- 18:44I will shouting out to Ron from POC, I was talking to him and
- 18:47he's like, yeah, I do not fuck with Roads on this joint.
- 18:49And I was like, well, Roads has always been a bit of a
- 18:51stooge, you know, always always he's kind of being yeah, and I've
- 18:59all you know, I always call it out the line the people, you
- 19:02know, get on me when I called it out, bring me back my
- 19:03ROADI but you know, Tony says, bring me back my Roadie, and
- 19:07Roads like what, I'm not, yo, pet what you know, because
- 19:15he would have got some but you know, first that's what that would have
- 19:19been funnier if that's what caused him shot by the vision even like, Nigga,
- 19:23why, I don't mean you're problem. He understands that, Nigga saying
- 19:32bring me back my rod does this? Nigga. Just as Ben is explaining
- 19:37some of this stuff to me, I'm looking through his notes as well,
- 19:40Yes, what the what's gravity legs? All right, folks, As y'all
- 19:48don't know, I write my notes as I'm watching these episodes, so they
- 19:51are very much and it's chronological. So I'm like, wait, what Yeah,
- 19:55and it's chronological going in shorthand, and it doesn't make sense even to
- 19:57me when I read them after it sometimes because I had to question myself and
- 20:02you're like, what was I thinking when I said that? And then I'm
- 20:04like, Okay, I get it. Gravity leads is because when Fury first
- 20:07comes down from his face ship, when he's reintroduced, my man is wabble
- 20:11wobbly, like he is struggling. He is straight up trying to walk,
- 20:15and so I'm like, is he old? Because that is definitely harped on
- 20:21in this episode of But that's another bit thing it because he has been this
- 20:23space station for so long, that's why when And doesn't the space station have
- 20:27artificial gravity the same times as Earth? I mean, but you know that's
- 20:33how bad could it be? How bad of this you're trying to say?
- 20:37He washed? And and that is also a big theme of the first episode
- 20:41is being washed, because everyone continuous continuously tells Nick Fury that he is washed.
- 20:48How you dad asked? That's hilarious. Everywhere he goes in one shape,
- 20:52way or shape or form, Taylor's talks about how washed is and Taylor's
- 20:56is like, yeah, I'm younger than you, you know, you know,
- 20:57I'm one hundred and twenty for roll years. I'm still you know,
- 21:02Taylor Sabby wash, I swear Roads tells him he's washed? Why tells him
- 21:06he's washed? And and and he exhibits being washed at points like he's struggling,
- 21:12breathing hard after action. You know, it's tough. I don't know.
- 21:15I mean, the reality of it is niit. Fury's old as fucked,
- 21:19you know what I mean, Like he's old as dirt, Like I
- 21:22mean, yeah, you know, you gotta remember like he was, you
- 21:26know, middle aged in the like nineteen you know, like in in the
- 21:30Blockbuster Ever in catam I thought he. I thought they first of all that
- 21:33you Ceg is younger than him, younger a little bit, but he's talking
- 21:37about thirty. I thought, Oh damn, was he supposed to be that
- 21:41a young agent? Twenty five? Everything he said anything, I'm saying,
- 21:48it's gonna sound disrespectful, so I'm gonna not trying to figure out what it
- 21:52was. But I thought he was supposed to be younger. Talk it.
- 21:53Let's say young. He said he'd been working to death for a few years
- 21:56at that point when capt Him over comes Let's say, you know, he
- 22:00graduate the Academy twenty two, a few years twenty five, Bro, that
- 22:07was thirty five years the oldest fuck Now, thirty five years of a vengeing
- 22:11action, nip fury and gravity legs and gravity legs and everything else that comes
- 22:17along with it. That shit's gonna wear and tear in your ass. So
- 22:21yeah, definitely right if he was twenty five, thirty five years ago,
- 22:23so it's like he's still what pitty No. Sixty? So the way this
- 22:29show has twenty five, the way the show has been set up to me
- 22:32from that, I mean, Tim has been that chicks ain't that old.
- 22:36Though he should still be whooping ass. I know niggas who as you said
- 22:38sixty eight, No should I know niggas who are whooping ass to seventy?
- 22:41Boy? Well, look at people like Mike Tyson. Mike Tyson. Mike
- 22:45Tyson is still my Tyx is so scary as fucking he's old. Yeah,
- 22:48there's a boxer that once again, there's a boxer down the block for me,
- 22:52I know how old this man is and I ain't testing that nigga,
- 22:53and he like five four. So what you've explained to me thus far is
- 22:59that scrolls represent elves because every time you saying one appears on screen, almost
- 23:06every time one appears screen, with exception maybe Taylos talos, something happens to
- 23:08somebody. Somebody's hitting it el even Yeah, but I always scrolls. Other
- 23:12people take mados because of scrolls. That's what I'm saying. Yeah, scrolls
- 23:18present, and something's gonna happen if it's not Taylors right, uh. And
- 23:22then people taking god damn shit. So you're cho I'm looking at them like
- 23:27they're the black cats of the MCU, because if I see a scurorel,
- 23:30I'm like, holy shit, something might go down. Well it's this is
- 23:34what this series is paint in the mass right, because there is one.
- 23:38There's a lot more sprowls on Earth than nit Fury thinks. And because they've
- 23:42been here so long, they've infiltrated a lot of places in society, even
- 23:47with the ones who are here, even the upper levels. How much infiltration
- 23:51we're talking about If we are talking NATO, heads of NATO are scrolls,
- 23:57that's almost yea. And there's a council of scrolls who were ruling all the
- 24:03strolls that Taylors used to be a part of and was kicked out for you
- 24:07know, different opinions, and that Gravic is still a part of. And
- 24:11so that's enough. So he swaying the council. He's doing his best.
- 24:15An Emperor Palpatine, Yeah, yeah, And they're still out in the universe.
- 24:21They're still an emperor Drew gay. I think they pronounce it as who
- 24:25is the emperor or the scrolls who left um strollos. So they're still out
- 24:30there in space as well, which will probably come into place these niggas coming
- 24:34from Wait a minute, where these how do these niggas multiplying so much?
- 24:37Where they come from scrollos is no more. Well there was. The ones
- 24:41on Earth for are multiplying obviously through the usual good old fashioned ways which I
- 24:45love, contrust um and then um, you don't die. We multiplied and
- 24:55uh boards revealed later. It's all I can say about where all these scrolls
- 24:59are coming, because that is definitely something from the second episode. But there
- 25:03are definitely more scrolls on Earth than nit Fury thought there were, and it
- 25:07is a problem. Like, definitely, the stakes are high in this series
- 25:11because you know, once you realized how many scrolls they are and how they
- 25:15infiltrated, it's quite dangerous because it is for thirty years. So even though
- 25:21I don't think they're going like the comic route where all the characters we knew
- 25:25are going to be questionable, Yeah, but I mean I wouldn't be surprised
- 25:30if Rhodes turns out to be a scroll. Now who told him to come
- 25:33here? And why is it always earth? Yep? He did? Who
- 25:38told him? And I remember, I remember how this happened before that that
- 25:44would be daring if the writers were you know, I'm trying to think,
- 25:47like, what has he done nothing? If he's just like chilled throughout the
- 25:49series, you know, like they could easily be like, yeah, he
- 25:52was just scrawling hut in the whole time. Goddamn, and Tony's dead.
- 25:53That's it would be perfect timing. But no, he still has to do
- 25:56Armor Wars. He still has to do But maybe maybe the real roads is
- 26:00revealed that I do it. But I was asking a question that I mean,
- 26:06he kind have been strolled us whole time. I feel like I already
- 26:10know the answer to this. But who told them to come here? And
- 26:12why is it always Earth? Well, they were already here and you who
- 26:18who told them to come here? That's more revealed later. Let's you know,
- 26:22yeah, it's revealed later, but always Earth. This is when I
- 26:26with people like Lex Luthor because I'm like, why are you coming to my
- 26:30house? And that's a plan that I really don't understand as well. But
- 26:34like I said, that's that's also revealed later and I just don't really get
- 26:41you know what part of what Gravit's plan is revealed that it's in my notes
- 26:47right here is that they robbin brains um And in the first episode is revealed
- 26:52that Graphic and his crew have these machines where they can take a human and
- 26:59then not only now can they imitate them, they can get their thoughts to
- 27:03the point where the straw will think that they're that person, right that I
- 27:07knew they established that, well, no, this is this is the honestly,
- 27:12this is pretty new thought. This was in the cartoons. They've established
- 27:18that they felt like they really think that they are the person they're representing.
- 27:22One thing. That's more like them being there for long, but this is
- 27:23more like this nigga touches this. They grabbed the nigga, They touched the
- 27:27nigga, and then the nigga is like, now I'm that nigga and I
- 27:30know everything you knew that was that steroid. That's new. Yeah, that's
- 27:37for most strows. In the comments are like they assumed who they are.
- 27:40But then they can like they're living that life so long that they, you
- 27:42know, get used to that life, that type of thing, but they
- 27:47don't know everything that person knew. That's a problem. If they can their
- 27:55thoughts, emotions at everything, memories, yes, yes, and you know
- 28:03it's yeah, it's bad. It's pretty bad. That's pretty bad. And
- 28:11then beyond that, Gravick has like Gravick is you know, definitely upping the
- 28:17strolls. Like for those who read the comments to know about the super Sprawl,
- 28:21I definitely think we are going to see some variation of super straw and
- 28:23super Strowl. Yeah, superstrow in the comments as a character. As all
- 28:29the powers of the Fantastic Four, we're going to see some different powers,
- 28:33but we're going to see some familiar powers from them all over universe combined into
- 28:37one sprawl. I can guarantee you that it's it's already been telegraphed in the
- 28:41trailer, and then there's evidence of this happening as well. So you said
- 28:48they robbing brains, Why that's what I meant. They robbin Nigga's brains.
- 28:51They so they can infiltrate even deeper. Imagine that, like if you know
- 28:56what the president knew, then you could take the president and nobody should think
- 28:59any different about it. What is the overall goal to just repopulate Earth with
- 29:03themselves. It's revealed later, but it doesn't seem far off judging by what
- 29:10you know it's going on in this episode. Yeah, which is part of
- 29:14why, And I mean that's that's pretty much it. I'll you know,
- 29:17slight spoiler. Raphick wants to murder off everybody and put it and fill off
- 29:21it with Scross magnito. It just stills utterly ridiculous. It's just like Nigga,
- 29:26like y'all could just infiltrate and be good, you know what I mean.
- 29:29Like, even if there's a fucking million, two million of y'all,
- 29:33there's like billions of people on this planet. Family, Like, you can't
- 29:34run the world with a million people, you know, Yeah, and you're
- 29:38and it's to take you forever to get to a billion. It took a
- 29:47humanity a long time to get to a billion, true, but this is
- 29:49a humanity. And I don't know, I don't know how fast they pregnancy
- 29:55and gestation rates are all that. But you know, there's some questions I
- 29:57can't answer right now. But at the same time, I seriously doubt that
- 30:02they are, you know, can make billions that quickly. Oh yeah,
- 30:06niggas have to choose earth. I mean shit popping, Well, I wouldn't,
- 30:11you know, like Nigga, everybody else does this shit hot Like you
- 30:15come to my planet, Nigga, everybody else has bro Thanos is here.
- 30:22You know. Niggas is like shit that hell popping. It's like Kim Carter,
- 30:26you know popping? You know what I mean, Like, why does
- 30:27anybody want to you know? Or what's your name? Who's the new one?
- 30:30Uh? Steve Harvey's daughter Lorie? You know why everybody got Dater,
- 30:33you know, because she popping? You know what I mean, why everybody
- 30:36got David Gonna be Jordan because he popping? Where everybody on Earth? Because
- 30:40it popping. You just compared Earth to Laurie, Pete Davidson Earth. Okay,
- 30:49it's popping. The train of thought is stopping at this station. Okay,
- 30:56Lorie Harvey or Pete Davidson, both of them popping. People on the
- 31:00piece Earth popping. So how is Nick Ferry reacting to all these people who
- 31:03was telling him he was washing? He's still, as you say, he's
- 31:07still got some sounds like, ain't no way somebody gonna tell me some shit
- 31:14like that, and you're not getting popped in the mouth. But it's shown
- 31:18in the first two episodes that he's definitely slipping and loss of step and we
- 31:22are also I would say one of my favorite people we meet in the first
- 31:26episode is Sonya Sonya. Her last name is Oh my god, say Sonya
- 31:33Blade. I was like, no, I know it's I should know it
- 31:36off hand, but I cannot remember off him right now. Her last name
- 31:41is the Sonya falls Worth, and the falls Worths are a famous Marvel family.
- 31:48They're British and they're like they basically contain in their family the British answer
- 31:55to Captain America. They care the character Union Jack, who wears the British
- 32:00flag as his costume. He stay with a heater though that man ain't that
- 32:05you know, I ain't shooting people, my man. You Jack got the
- 32:08pistol on the side. He stayed with that you know heat. So Union
- 32:13Jack is them one. I'm not sure. I think they said Sarnia is
- 32:16a new creation, but she's of the falls Worth line, you know,
- 32:20for the show, So I don't know who if they're I'm hoping they introduced
- 32:23somebody of Union Jack. But their family also has some vampire hunters in it
- 32:28and some other wild ship. I think one of them gets turned into a
- 32:30vampire. Yeah, the falls Worth are a dope family and so it's dope
- 32:35to see him in there. And Sonja Sawnya herself is amazing. She is
- 32:38a standout character on this show. She is every bit and nit Fury's rival,
- 32:44and she's also a person who tells him he's washed, you know,
- 32:46because she's like, yo, you used to be it, but dog,
- 32:49you know you've lost step. And she is also the foil to knit Fury
- 32:52because nit Fury is trying to make peace with Gravick, because he knows it
- 32:57from the past. He's trying to make Taylors and gravitsas find a way to
- 33:00bring these straws back together. And you know, I have peace on earth,
- 33:04while Sunny is like a wordy problem. All right, all them nigga's
- 33:07gotta go sound like something. Ma wa dude, she sound like somebody I
- 33:09will fu yeah, straight up down all of them Tailor's gravic. I don't
- 33:14give a damn you Green, you know, oh, y'all all cousin problems,
- 33:16everyone out, everyone. I went out and I mean dead, not
- 33:21even out dead. Y'all got to go and dead grimey like she's a grime
- 33:25you She ain't playing She she grime grime as hell. But I love her,
- 33:30that one. I'm sorry to when grabbing so far I'm not feeling.
- 33:32I'm not feeling her though as well, because it's it's a little stream but
- 33:35I you know, she got enough chuck, plass, charisma, you know,
- 33:39whatever you're called. I read it. But ye know, how do
- 33:46you kill a squirrel? Shoot them? They're not They're strong, it seems.
- 33:53But bullets my only weakness, you know, words on them just so
- 34:00they go down the same way. Oh yeah, maybe a couple more,
- 34:04but it couple more, you know. Fury definitely put you know, a
- 34:07couple more. But yeah, he tapped that man out, now you go.
- 34:15Yeah, it wasn't my problem to that, Like, you know,
- 34:19he definitely he put up a good fight, you know, David the Old
- 34:22College tried. But you know, those bullets, you know, slow them
- 34:24down like they do anybody else. So it's fairly easy to kill. Scold
- 34:28you said. When I say easier, just mean it doesn't take a special
- 34:30device or anything. No, no hot ones or headshots only not hot ones.
- 34:35Yeah, flaming hot, hot pockets. Oh that's a great movie.
- 34:38That should have me crying at the end. Shout out the flaming out on
- 34:42I gotta see that still, okay, hot pockets. What would you say
- 34:47are the major themes of this Besides Nick Ferry is watched, that is the
- 34:52major theme. The other major theme of it is that this episode, rather
- 34:55this episode in the series, I would say it's like refugee story the meaning
- 35:00of race, you know, like because it's like the Scrolls can take on
- 35:02anything, right, And while Roads and Fury have both taken on the roles
- 35:07they play, and Roads and Fury, you know, I have different sides,
- 35:14but they're you know, thinking Fury at least, like we're both brothers.
- 35:17Okay, Roads, you know, it's a military man all through and
- 35:21through, and I feel like he thinks he's military first, that he's green
- 35:24first. That's his color, you know, military green first. And so
- 35:28that is one of the major themes is who are we There's something that happens.
- 35:34Yep, it's Turner White in my notes in the first episode or yeah
- 35:37you roll. Oh, I don't know. I think that's in your second.
- 35:39Yeah that's in your second. Sorry, yeah, that's in the seconds.
- 35:45The Turner and White reference. I'll have to save for a minute,
- 35:49but it rolls understand the socio economics of ethnicity, and it seems they do,
- 35:55and do they use it to their advantage. It seems seams they do
- 36:00slight sport all to say that the like this, this is this is slighting
- 36:04is more thematic than anything. There's a flashback in the second episode to the
- 36:08strolls like nit Fury presenting his plan to them. Basically, we'll help you
- 36:13find a new planet. But while we look, y'all help us out on
- 36:16Earth, you know, solving crimes, doing you know, being shieldating basically
- 36:21yea. And so he presents us to a bunch of scrolls. And while
- 36:25he's doing this, there is like a painting behind him of what looks like
- 36:30some indigenous people. I will say, you know, it's like an old
- 36:32like it looks like indigenous art, but indigenous, but like, you know,
- 36:36try like stuff you see whenever you go like an easy Oba, if
- 36:42I went to a village, it blew like a painting like that, those
- 36:44type of things, you know. So this is on the wall behind them.
- 36:47All these strolls are standing in front of him, and he's like,
- 36:50yo, you know, get down or lay down basically, And as they
- 36:52all get down and change, they turn into white people, all of them.
- 36:59I was gonna say, ass like, was a scroll like a black
- 37:01man and walking to the store and wasn't getting service. So he walked around
- 37:05the corner and came back as a white woman and after that, you know,
- 37:08yeah, you know, I'm taking an easy route on this from family,
- 37:13So they turned white. They all turned white because they wouldn't get shot
- 37:17at her. I don't know, but Graphic is also a black man,
- 37:21but he's also British, so you know that might be his his way out.
- 37:24Look, there's racism in London too. I get it. I get
- 37:28it, but I'm just but I'm just curious because scure. I'm just curious
- 37:31why I asked that, because like like real talk is if they are introducing
- 37:36those those topics or those subjects, then I scrolled smart. So I'm like,
- 37:43do they understand and do they use that against humanity? The fact of
- 37:46that there is racism. I mean this comes up multiple times in the second
- 37:50episode, like I said, somewhat heavy handedly at points, but multiple times
- 37:54and scrolls definitely understand how race is treated on the planet. He's right,
- 37:59that would be the first thing over too. I'd be like these dumber and
- 38:01I would just use that over and over again, and they do easily.
- 38:06So that is going to come up and then gravit. You know, even
- 38:09though he portrays as a black man, is a stroll and you know,
- 38:13shifts form as easily as we take change closes, you know, even less.
- 38:17So you know, you know, he presenses a black man to give
- 38:21him the characteristics, like as certain people love to do when watching science fiction
- 38:27is applied you know, you know, I will also say it's both sides.
- 38:30Everything contains multitudes, right, it's both sides. Like while Gravites presenters
- 38:35a black man, he is definitely not a black man, like I said.
- 38:37One, he's not even African American. He's you know, presenses someone
- 38:42from British origin. But he's a stroke. Yeah, but he's a strong
- 38:47and the story, you know, like this man's strow. His actions are
- 38:52representing strolls. He ain't thinking about what black people go through in America or
- 38:57the UK, nor or in the world. Does not care. It's irrelevant
- 39:01him other than how to use it against humanity. And so that's something that
- 39:06we have to understand when we're watching his character. It's like you cannot attribute
- 39:08him as like, oh, he's representing black people. No, don't attribute
- 39:12in ethicity or even a nationality to him. Yeah, No, because that's
- 39:15silly because he's not any of that. He is in stroll from strollos and
- 39:19his history and origin is told in the second episode, so you know,
- 39:22it's actually who he is and why he is the way he is. But
- 39:24it ain't nothing to do with black people. And that's something that I've always
- 39:28thought about. It's like, you know, even though these characters sometimes look
- 39:30like us, that does not mean they are like us. Like any character
- 39:35and Guardians or the Galaxy or something like that, just because they're black doesn't
- 39:37mean you know that they're black. They're they're fucking alien, you know.
- 39:42Fin, let's take an example from Star Wars, has no knowledge of,
- 39:45you know, child from relations to black people on Earth, nor does he
- 39:49care. He's a fucking child soldier, you know, being a storm tier
- 39:53first, Yeah, that's his life. You know, he got enough problems
- 39:57and worrying about what the fuck are we going through? Did you mamage if
- 40:00the Finn, like, as they're getting shot at, was like, I'm
- 40:01a black man, how could they do this? You know, I'm like,
- 40:04could you imagine in the Star Wars university that came up? But now
- 40:07I see the other side of this is though Finn also does represent things like
- 40:12I had a problem with him in the second episode when he was you know,
- 40:15in the second movie when he's tuning and driving throughout the movie, you
- 40:17know, because it was like, wow, I remember that, Like he
- 40:21waits up, you know, looking for Ray, falls out of the bed.
- 40:23You know, he's the next scene we see him and he's walking through
- 40:27butt naked with tubes shooting fluid out of him. It was a lot of
- 40:31you know, they really played Finn in that second one. You know,
- 40:34as much I liked the last jiay out of Finn, well, Rose just
- 40:38played in the next one because you know the fan reaction. But Rose is
- 40:43introducing the last Jedi, and when Fitn is introduced, I didn't. I
- 40:46mean, it's just I liked some of this stuff in the last shot out,
- 40:49but overalls or whatever. But that's beside the point. What I'm saying
- 40:52is but it is the point because it represents both sides. While Finn doesn't
- 40:55know anything about the black man, he's still a black man on Spring and
- 41:00that's the same thing about Gravit, like he's trying to be judged a black
- 41:04man. I'm sure that come up. But this nigga's tris donna change to
- 41:07something else because it's you know, he ain't gonna be like, oh,
- 41:09well, you know, now I might look at that magic, you know,
- 41:14I get you do we get any Easter eggs in the first episode,
- 41:20callbacks or connections to any other Disney Plus shows or things we saw elsewhere?
- 41:27No, like once again, the you know, giant dead celestial in the
- 41:30Indian Ocean has still not been addressed directly. Oh my god, are you
- 41:34scarious? I mean back to Earth? You know that would think like that's
- 41:38something you might Yo nig Or, you know, because he was on the
- 41:42space station at first, Like you just see the rotation of the Earth and
- 41:44all of a sudden you see the hand coming out of the you said,
- 41:46the Indian Ocean. That it's just kind of you know, on the Revolution
- 41:51of Earth. You kind of just see it go by or something. Anything
- 41:52heard that that's gonna be highly addressed in the New Captain America film. But
- 41:58it's like it's probably gonna be a joke and gonna keep no. No,
- 42:00that should be like a big part of the storyline. Yeah, like that
- 42:02should be like the major part of the storyline, because that the dead a
- 42:07dead stroll on Earth is a major comment storyline. So can we get an
- 42:10acknowledgement, Can we get an acknowledgment of that, and it's Johnson coming back.
- 42:15I mean, this has nothing to do with not secret evasion. Is
- 42:21he coming back? Period? Time will tell, Okay, time will tell
- 42:25on that. I honestly because I died he shows up in Blade because I
- 42:29heard he got written out of Blade now like he was in Blade and then
- 42:32they wrote his part out to you know, lean it up. So yeah,
- 42:37I don't you know, and judging by that, who knows when the
- 42:42fuck you come back as an ething. You know, it's like when years
- 42:45he might start shooting a new john Snow series if they ever do that.
- 42:47So so so you say, no eats or egg or things you could think
- 42:51of. None, not really other than like you know, strollos and stuff
- 42:54like that. No, and like and then of course the falls worse and
- 42:58like everything I told you about Union Jack. You know that's a big East
- 43:00egg, you know, the Fallsworth family. I'm looking over my notes,
- 43:05so, yeah, how is the music? It was actually I liked it,
- 43:08and then it was kind of overbearing at times. It was like tension,
- 43:13you know that like a lot of what they would call atonal instruments,
- 43:17where it's like like not everything's in the same key or everything, and he
- 43:22was saying, it feels like a lot of like tension supposed to make you
- 43:24feel discarded. Yes, yeah, discord yeah, discordinate music and stuff like
- 43:29that. And I was I was like, I had this a little much,
- 43:31but it was cool too at times, so it was you know,
- 43:34it was you know shape. Yeah, I liked it, but I had
- 43:37to hear the soundtrack again to see I felt right. And thanks for minding
- 43:42me. I need to listen to their costs by the worst soundtrack. Oh
- 43:45this sounds that's really good. I love it. Yeah, shot a metric
- 43:46woman, not that one. That's cool. I'm talking about the actual soundtrack,
- 43:51disgust metric woman. I like that. I like that. Well you're
- 43:53talking about this the sound track you talk about. We're talking about the score
- 43:57four. Yeah, I'm talking about I like the soundtrack. But I wasn't.
- 44:00I don't know. I gotta listen. He didn't have that one jam
- 44:01on there with James Blake. I was really like, yeah, that's crazy.
- 44:05And for the Secret Invasion Show, was it all like orchestral type music
- 44:08or was there any like songs? I think chest type music. Fury plays
- 44:15a vinyl actually, but even that it's when he meets Sonya and even that
- 44:20it's like I didn't have a chance for exam it. But it's something like,
- 44:22you know, like old jazz type shit. You know what I didn't
- 44:25know, Like, oh that's the cham Yeah. M Now I know you've
- 44:31already seen episode two, but like, how does episode one kind of telegraph
- 44:37the rest of this series? And how many episodes in the series? It's
- 44:39just six episodes total? I know it's not that many episodes. Yeah,
- 44:44you gotta let me know that. I'm not sure. Um, yes,
- 44:46it's six episodes total, with the last one air in July twenty six.
- 44:52But why you say like that? Well, I mean I've already seen two
- 44:58and I damn there's only fourmo So oh okay, so that's two questions just
- 45:01just to give me an understanding, like from that first episode alone, like
- 45:05how do you telegraph the rest of this series going? And were you because
- 45:09you told me a lot of things. You maybe laugh with your descriptors,
- 45:14but I didn't feel like you really loved it or cared. Did you like
- 45:17what you watched? I was entertained, but I wasn't blown away like I
- 45:22said before. It was like, Okay, this is a cool little show.
- 45:25Maybe this will go somewhere. I thought Gravick was very cool. I
- 45:29thought there were some cool and sometimes some funny things said about race, Like
- 45:32one thing I didn't mention. At one point, Furious in a bar in
- 45:37Russia and he's, you know, at this point, he's been told,
- 45:39he's been watched, he's been fucked over a few times, or he ain't,
- 45:43you know, been as quick as he used to be. And he's
- 45:45staring in the mirror looking at himself, and this old Russian man speaks to
- 45:50him in Russian, and he's like, no matter how long you staring in
- 45:52that mirror, you'll never be the man you want sport and Furious like oh,
- 45:57and says on the back to him in Russian. And then buy is
- 46:00to do the dream and then he goes since overth Maria Hill and he's like,
- 46:05what you younger people don't understand is that's how we kept the Cold War
- 46:07from going hot, spooks like me buying dreams. And she's like, you
- 46:13can't say that, because spook, for those who don't know, it's not
- 46:15only just a reference to black people, it's also reference to an agent,
- 46:19a government spook. And so He's like, no, you can't say that's
- 46:23like touche and so stuff like that. I thought that was cleips. Yeah,
- 46:30clever. A lot of little clever equips and a lot of clever references
- 46:32to race and also some I'm not so clever. Some I'm just like,
- 46:36you know, direct and more questioning things about you know, are you a
- 46:39government agent or are you a black man? You know that type of thing.
- 46:44Basically, it's this episode, this episode, this series. Is this
- 46:46gonna give me like boring spots or this is gonna give me like from a
- 46:52scale of I don't know, wand Division to Winter Falcon and when it sold
- 46:59you where is this? And I just used one of visions. One Division
- 47:02was just so out there and so yeah and see that seeing one Division,
- 47:06Miss Marvel are even low key. I feel like our shows that we're doing
- 47:13a little bit more than just being like your standard. But I feel like
- 47:17this is right in at how can I We're in a soldier lane where it's
- 47:20like this is more your summer thriller, you know, and it's summertime.
- 47:25So like if you saw this as a movie, it's only since parts it
- 47:29might turn out to be very well done. You know, I'm you know
- 47:31not I gonna pre judge it, like I always say, wait till the
- 47:35end. And so this might be the dope, you know, like summer
- 47:37movie that we're missing from Marvel basically like the Summer like the what are the
- 47:43Harrison Ford Joints used to do when he was the president of Jack Ryan Clear
- 47:46and President Danger type shit? Right, No, this is like that,
- 47:50but with Scrubs and this is the show is going to have clear and present
- 47:54implications and consequences to the rest of the MCU, like the things that happened
- 47:59in this year. Definitely huge implications. I would say, I think this
- 48:02will lead directly into arm a Wars as Rhodes is playing a big part of
- 48:07this, and they said they switched Armor Wars from a series to a movie.
- 48:10I think because one, he plays such a big part of this and
- 48:13they wanted then him to give him his own movies, so he gets such,
- 48:16you know, a movie treatment that he hasn't really had. So I
- 48:20think that's pro leading to that. But also, I mean Armor Awards is
- 48:22also about you know, armor and not scrolls. But there's a lot of
- 48:27fucking strolls on Earth at this point, so there's no way you know that
- 48:30the falls Worth or whoever is going to murder them all by the end of
- 48:34the series. So there's going to be some implications throwing forward. How much
- 48:38I don't know, Like I wouldn't say, like, you know, Kane
- 48:43is coming out as we've already seen Kane. We already know, you know
- 48:45kind of and that's you know, well we did, and that's the sad
- 48:51part. But we still know that the nets Avengeance movies are the Kane Dynasty
- 48:54and CCL Wars. So how much the Strolls are gonna play into that,
- 48:59I don't know. And even the Fury says like this is my war at
- 49:01one point, you know, so I think this is like more about him,
- 49:06you know, the last hurrah for did Fury. Maybe we'll see and
- 49:10what does that mean? Just no more Nick Fury because obviously he's gonna have
- 49:15to go out of commission one day. Yeah it hurts, man, you
- 49:20know, I mean even if it's just and I don't mean death, I
- 49:22just mean like even in retirement, like one day he's gonna have to put
- 49:24it I patch down. So then what yeah, I don't know, and
- 49:29it really I mean, well, one thing that I would like to see
- 49:30his agent Brand, you know, and I think she's hinted at. I
- 49:34don't know if she'll show up. You have an agent. Brand is the
- 49:37commander of Sword in the comic book. She's also a mutant and she's a
- 49:42badass and where's Valentina and all this because she's got to show up. She
- 49:46gotta show up by the end of the series. No way, she doesn't
- 49:49show up. I can't. I can't imagine her not showing up in this
- 49:52show. Definitely, so we'll see. Yeah, you know, of course
- 49:57we got Thunderbolts coming out, so I'm not sure. You know how much
- 50:01longer and the Fury could be in the Marvel universe. I don't know.
- 50:05This is the end for him. Like I'll say this, in the first
- 50:07episode, he loved super Washed and it was hurting my feelings, you know,
- 50:10like he looked fat, chubby, out of shape, it was all
- 50:13bad. And then in this episode, second episode, he kind of cleans
- 50:15himself up and starting to get back together. So I'm like, okay,
- 50:17no, you know, okay, that might have been a fat suit they
- 50:21had on Samuel. I'm like, I know, Samuel still keeps slim.
- 50:23You know, I know he you know, I think he's like a naturally
- 50:25slim kind of guy. Yeah, I know he you know, just putting
- 50:29on the weight. So you know, I was like, all right,
- 50:30cool and sepisode he cleans up, you know, get the beer, trimmed
- 50:34up everything. So I think by the end of this he might be either
- 50:37dead or you know right right. Yeah, it seems like an overall verdict
- 50:42is you got to get this some more time to see how this pans out.
- 50:45Yeah, definitely. It wasn't like the first episode. It's marvel.
- 50:47I was like, oh shit, so this isn't wow you. But this
- 50:51didn't bore you to tears. No, not at all. No, I'm
- 50:53definitely enjoyed it, you know, like I'll definitely watch it again tomorrow when
- 50:58it comes on Disney Pluffs so I can see if I miss anything. And
- 51:01then I watched the second episode again when I see that, and um,
- 51:07I guess we should talk about this, but this is the big spoiler or
- 51:10the big ending of the first episode. Oh damn, I just feelized that
- 51:16whole thing does take place in the first episode. Oh I forgot, Yeah,
- 51:20that all happens with um with Maria and everything, right, there.
- 51:22Then well, Gravit's first plan comes off. In the first episode, this
- 51:27man blows up a lot of um fucking London like blows that are mostow right,
- 51:31my style, Yeah, mystyle blows it. Yeah, blows that whole.
- 51:35I mean, four bombs dwarf and my style during Unity Day boom type
- 51:40of celebration they're having. And I think it's a historical thing in mostow I
- 51:45think it might be with us. I'm not sure. I don't know,
- 51:47speak out, I turn, but four explosire dwarf and mad people die,
- 51:52you know. And Fury was supposed to stop it and thought he had a
- 51:57handle on the situation because Halo's has convince his daughter to come back to his
- 52:01side. But Gravick already knew that she might flip, so he flipped it
- 52:07on her and flipped a plan, and so all four bombs draw off mad
- 52:10people that I think the count is. In the second episode two thousand and
- 52:14his county, Oh no, top it off, Gravick rolls up and shoots
- 52:21Murraha Hill and the gut and deads her up. Oh so she's she meets
- 52:27the true death. Oh, the true death, true death. I never
- 52:34had a problem of but I also can't say I was like the biggest fan
- 52:36of hers either, like I like her, but you know this, it
- 52:39didn't feel kind of I'm wondering how many people could bring up fridging complaints,
- 52:44you know when they talk about fridge. Did it feel like fridging? If
- 52:45phil a fridging smells like fridging, might be fridging. It might be it
- 52:50felt like, you know, a woman being killed, so that nid Fury
- 52:52has more of a reason to you know, get n that's his ace.
- 52:57Yeah, yeah, I mean I guess you couldn't kill ross I would have
- 53:02Nigga died fifty times already. No, nobody's ace. Yeah, and Maridia
- 53:07is very yeah, so why did you have to kill her? Why couldn't
- 53:10she keep? You know, if I end alongside them, sounds like fridging.
- 53:14But then again that goes back to my other side of things. Like,
- 53:17like I said, just because we have inclusion doesn't mean bad things can't
- 53:22happen to these charities that too, So what I say this is fridging,
- 53:27but it's less about bad things happening, and more so, what is the
- 53:30driving force behind her being killed? And is it really her being killed?
- 53:34I don't know if she's Yeah, that's the other thing. I mean,
- 53:36she gets buried in ship, but whether she's been a scroll, well no,
- 53:38no, that's when they get shot in the gut. They turned back
- 53:40to the ball. I was gonna say, that's kind of the other theme
- 53:43of this series, to keep questioning yourself and keep double backing on your own
- 53:47conclusions, because for all you know, even though you feel like you've you've
- 53:52got the right answer, for all you know that person was a scroll.
- 53:55Well yeah, that is the case normally, But like I said, she
- 53:59catches a hot one in the good and just not turned back into a scroll
- 54:01because they normally turned back when they yeah, get yeah, all right,
- 54:09Yeah, it's arresting peace Murray Hill, and all this happens in the first
- 54:15episode. Yeah, you've been around since the first avengeance boy putting a lot
- 54:19of work in the Marl universe doing her ulog right now, Yeah, man,
- 54:22you know we got to have that. It's so hard, you know,
- 54:25And then played some you know, all the quick scenes from all the
- 54:29time she's been in the movies and slow mo fading in and out of each
- 54:32other. You gonna put on a T shirt. The comments sands paint like
- 54:37in a Spider the program, Remember Spider Man when the kids were like doing
- 54:42the thing about the blip and they were like, we're all gonna be going
- 54:45over the casket looking who did the body? Looking good? Looking good?
- 54:52She getting that open cast too, because she definitely caught the hot one to
- 54:55the stomach, you know what I mean? So yeah, kept that face
- 54:59clean. Your job there in our respect right, Well, I will say
- 55:02I am looking forward. Who did the party? I will say, I'm
- 55:09looking man respect forgive her. I went to the stomach like I'm terrible sign
- 55:15the wrappors be. Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing the first episode.
- 55:20Even though we went through what's what it has happened and most of the larger
- 55:24themes of it, I still want to watch all the little in between details
- 55:29so I can form my own conclusions. And then next week I could probably
- 55:31yell at you about something ben on me, because we will be back next

- 1:00:10of star Wars and Saga, but influence with blackness and told through the lens
