- 1:20Speaker 2: I do a lonely waitress meets a handsome, quirky jewelry
- 1:24Speaker 2: sore clerk who had a brain aneurysm and thus has
- 1:28Speaker 2: short term memory loss. Remember Sunday was directed by Jeff Blackner.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Jeff has a total of eighty five directing credits, which
- 1:36Speaker 2: includes several Hallmark Hall of Fame movies, including Loving Leah
- 1:40Speaker 2: and Beyond the Blackboard. I is Beyond the Blackboard. I
- 1:45Speaker 2: saw a message from somebody who said we should watch.
- 1:49Speaker 2: I don't know if it was Beyond the Blackboard. Was
- 1:51Speaker 2: another like teaching adjacent movie.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I think it was Beyond the Blackboard. Loving Leah has
- 1:55Speaker 1: also been recommended as one we should add to our list.
- 2:00Speaker 2: We will make a note of that. I don't know
- 2:02Speaker 2: when we can revisit more Hall of Fame movies, but
- 2:06Speaker 2: in the future for sure.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Yeah. Sure.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Michael Case and Barry Morrow share writing credit. Michael Case
- 2:13Speaker 2: has only one writing credit, and it's this movie. Barry
- 2:16Speaker 2: Morrow is an Emmy and Academy Award winning writer, best
- 2:20Speaker 2: known for his nineteen eighty eight screenplay rain Man, Hey,
- 2:24Speaker 2: Yeah Like Big Dog. Alexis Liddell stars as Molly. Alexis
- 2:30Speaker 2: is best known for her role as Rory on Gilmore
- 2:32Speaker 2: Girls and Emily on the Handmaid's Tale. This role came
- 2:36Speaker 2: six years after Gilmore Girls ended. Did You Have That?
- 2:39Speaker 1: Were you like watching? Going?
- 2:41Speaker 2: Oh?
- 2:42Speaker 1: It's in my notesis. Oh okay, okay, Oh not time wise.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I was just doing some like Rory. We'll talk about it, okay.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Zachary Levi co stars as Gus. Zachary has seventy eight
- 2:54Speaker 2: acting credits and is best known for his role as
- 2:56Speaker 2: Chuck in the sitcom.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Chuck Meyrit Weaver plays sister Lucy, with fifty four acting credits.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Merit had a significant role as Zoe in the series
- 3:06Speaker 1: Nurse Jackie, appearing in eighty episodes. That's where I know
- 3:09Speaker 1: her from.
- 3:11Speaker 2: I was wondering, I know you said you started watching
- 3:13Speaker 2: that show.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Uh huh? Did you ever get past season?
- 3:16Speaker 2: No?
- 3:17Speaker 1: I like it, but it's one of those not made
- 3:21Speaker 1: for binging. Yeah.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Valerie Aslynn plays roommate Joelne. Valerie has appeared in many
- 3:28Speaker 2: Networks sitcoms, including Two and a half min How I
- 3:30Speaker 2: Met Your Mother in Hot in Cleveland.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Barry Shabaka Henley appears as Baptiste. He has well over
- 3:37Speaker 1: one hundred acting credits, with a long running role as
- 3:39Speaker 1: Uncle Tuon Day in Bob Hart's Abashola. He most recently
- 3:43Speaker 1: appeared in the reboot of The Comeback.
- 3:46Speaker 2: David Hoffman appears as friend Jerry. He's another actor who
- 3:49Speaker 2: has appeared in many projects including Modern Family, Castle and Bones.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Jerry Adler plays jewelry shop owner Sam. Jerry had sixty
- 3:57Speaker 1: acting credits, with roles in The Good Wife, Mad About You,
- 3:59Speaker 1: and The Sopranos. Jerry passed late last year. Let's take
- 4:03Speaker 1: a quick break and we will come right back with
- 4:05Speaker 1: our first impression. Hey, Wendy, what is your first impression
- 4:17Speaker 1: of Remember Sunday?
- 4:19Speaker 2: Well, I might be the newest Callmark Hall of Fame
- 4:22Speaker 2: fan Club president.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Three out of three? Three out of three? Are you
- 4:28Speaker 1: just not counting last weeks?
- 4:30Speaker 2: I'm not, okay? I know we didn't really talk about it.
- 4:34Speaker 2: So last week we were supposed to review My Dreams
- 4:37Speaker 2: of You, and I didn't really like that movie. So
- 4:40Speaker 2: I am glad that we Yeah, I'm just like ignoring
- 4:44Speaker 2: that one as of right now.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Three out of three. I got it. As far as
- 4:48Speaker 1: anybody knows. My actual first impression as this movie started was, Hey,
- 4:54Speaker 1: this is fifty first dates. I know.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Okay, we're going to talk about that too. We are
- 5:00Speaker 2: going to talk about that too.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Okay, we tell me what you liked? What did you
- 5:05Speaker 1: look up? The timeline which came first.
- 5:08Speaker 2: I did not look at the timeline. What what what
- 5:10Speaker 2: movie did come first?
- 5:11Speaker 1: I don't know. Fifty Thirst States came way first? Did it?
- 5:15Speaker 1: Two thousand and four?
- 5:16Speaker 2: There's a movie called The Vow that has a similar
- 5:20Speaker 2: storyline as well. Oh yeah, when did that come out?
- 5:23Speaker 2: And tell me who stars on that. The Vow stars
- 5:27Speaker 2: Rachel McAdam.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Yes, and Channing Tatum. And it came out in twenty twelve.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Okay, and this was twenty thirteen.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Yes, And oh, fifty First States was two thousand and four. Okay,
- 5:39Speaker 1: So let's talk what we liked.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Well, let's just talk. Let me just talk about that
- 5:43Speaker 2: for a second. Fifty First Dates and The Vow. I
- 5:45Speaker 2: think it's hard to make this story like fresh and new. Yeah,
- 5:50Speaker 2: Like you know, if you have a guy that has
- 5:53Speaker 2: or your lead has a short term memory loss and
- 5:55Speaker 2: you have to do the same thing every single day
- 5:58Speaker 2: for him to exist, I mean, how do you make that?
- 6:01Speaker 1: How do you recycle that? I agree? The similarities to
- 6:05Speaker 1: me right when they're like read me first, like read
- 6:07Speaker 1: this every morning. That's very similar to the end of
- 6:10Speaker 1: fifty First Dates when they finally let her in on
- 6:13Speaker 1: what's happening. And I think I think you're right. What
- 6:17Speaker 1: other way is there to do it? And I thought
- 6:21Speaker 1: the movie was fresh enough, the idea was fresh enough
- 6:24Speaker 1: that it didn't feel like a straight rip off of
- 6:26Speaker 1: that movie. It just was reminiscent of that, and not
- 6:30Speaker 1: in a bad way. Yes. Agree.
- 6:32Speaker 2: All that to say is even though it is similar
- 6:35Speaker 2: to those movies, and this isn't the first time Hallmark
- 6:38Speaker 2: has put out a movie that's similar to like a
- 6:41Speaker 2: theatrical movie. I did enjoy it.
- 6:43Speaker 1: I enjoyed it too. Might be my favorite. It's been
- 6:47Speaker 1: your favorite of the Hall of Fame movies. It might be,
- 6:51Speaker 1: really what was the second one? You can't even Oh God,
- 6:56Speaker 1: follow your Stars? Oh whatever?
- 6:59Speaker 2: That was tough, heartbreaking, that's stuff. That was a good movie,
- 7:02Speaker 2: but very hard to watch. Yes, yes, I gotta tell
- 7:05Speaker 2: you I really like Zachary LEVI I don't. I didn't
- 7:08Speaker 2: watch Chuck like I'm familiar with him as an actor.
- 7:13Speaker 2: In fact, I just saw a commercial for something that
- 7:16Speaker 2: said like narrated by Zachary Lee.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Oh like, oh hey there. I liked him a lot
- 7:23Speaker 1: in this. I loved him. It's in my notes. I
- 7:27Speaker 1: did watch maybe like a season of the show Chuck.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I don't know why I didn't continue it, but I
- 7:31Speaker 1: remember liking it. He is so damn good in this role,
- 7:35Speaker 1: and the moments where he gets frustrated are so good.
- 7:39Speaker 1: When he's to his sister, he's like, I can't live
- 7:41Speaker 1: like this anymore. I mean, he was selling it to me.
- 7:44Speaker 1: I felt those moments, Zachary Leby, I agree.
- 7:49Speaker 2: You know, like fifty First Dates, that Drew Barrymore character
- 7:53Speaker 2: is like so quirky and like, I felt like this
- 7:58Speaker 2: was a different take, like he was very frustrated with
- 8:02Speaker 2: this life that he was dealt, but also like he
- 8:10Speaker 2: it could have gone like I want to say, like slapsticky,
- 8:12Speaker 2: but not you know what I mean, Like it could
- 8:15Speaker 2: have been very ground hoggy day.
- 8:18Speaker 1: It wasn't it.
- 8:19Speaker 2: So I enjoyed the.
- 8:23Speaker 1: The way he played the character. Yeah. Look, I like
- 8:25Speaker 1: fifty First Dates a lot. I really enjoy that movie,
- 8:28Speaker 1: and I like the humor in it. But that's a
- 8:33Speaker 1: very different movie, and I liked the tone exactly like
- 8:37Speaker 1: you said, I think it works so well. I think
- 8:39Speaker 1: he sells it. I think the background of him being
- 8:42Speaker 1: this like the next great Nobel Prize winning scientist was
- 8:48Speaker 1: a great way to add that gravity to it. Okay, yeah,
- 8:53Speaker 1: you didn't care.
- 8:54Speaker 2: No, Like I'm going to talk about it in a minute,
- 8:58Speaker 2: but I agree, like it makes the stakes higher that
- 9:03Speaker 2: he was going to be this next Albert Einsteiner or
- 9:05Speaker 2: whatever they called him.
- 9:06Speaker 1: You know, I don't think it makes like the loss
- 9:11Speaker 1: when you say that, I don't know that that makes
- 9:13Speaker 1: the loss any greater. Like if I were to lose
- 9:15Speaker 1: my memory, would I be like, it's not as important
- 9:17Speaker 1: because I wasn't on you know, my brain wasn't anything special,
- 9:20Speaker 1: right like yeah, yeah, yeah, you know, a life is
- 9:22Speaker 1: a life. So I don't know that it makes it
- 9:24Speaker 1: any less valuable, but I just think it it changed
- 9:27Speaker 1: the tone of the movie. Yes, look, let's talk about
- 9:30Speaker 1: Alexis Bledell. Sure. I was really worried. I have not
- 9:34Speaker 1: watched The Handmaid's Tale, and the only other thing I've
- 9:37Speaker 1: seen her in is probably The Sisterhood of the Traveling
- 9:41Speaker 1: Pants one hundred years ago, and I was really worried
- 9:45Speaker 1: that I would not be able to see her as
- 9:47Speaker 1: anyone other than Rory Gilmore. My daughter and I are
- 9:51Speaker 1: currently rewatching Gilmore Girls. We're in season six, so she's
- 9:55Speaker 1: you know, like semi adult Rory at this point. That
- 9:59Speaker 1: was not the case for me at all. She was
- 10:03Speaker 1: so clearly Mollie to me in this role. I don't
- 10:06Speaker 1: hear a lot of talk about Alexis Bludell being this
- 10:10Speaker 1: like earth chatteringly great actor. I loved her as Molly
- 10:15Speaker 1: in this role. I had thought she was darling, no
- 10:18Speaker 1: problem believing her. She wasn't like, oh, she's Rory in
- 10:21Speaker 1: another character. I thought I loved Mollie. I loved her
- 10:25Speaker 1: as Mollie. I thought she sold me on who this
- 10:27Speaker 1: person was. I thought the casting was great, and I
- 10:30Speaker 1: thought her chemistry with Zachary Levi was great as well.
- 10:34Speaker 2: I agree with you, okay, one hundred percent. I thought
- 10:39Speaker 2: I was worried to I mean, you know me, I've
- 10:41Speaker 2: watched Gilmour over and over and over, and you're right, Like,
- 10:46Speaker 2: there are some there are some criticisms of Alexis Bludell
- 10:52Speaker 2: as Rory, like as not being like a strong actor.
- 10:55Speaker 2: But I thought she was great in this like she
- 10:58Speaker 2: was slightly coo. She's easy to root for. You know,
- 11:03Speaker 2: she's somebody who's trying to build her life, has like
- 11:08Speaker 2: a lot of things going against her.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Financially.
- 11:14Speaker 2: It was easy to root for both of these characters
- 11:18Speaker 2: who were kind of trying to find their footing.
- 11:22Speaker 1: So the thing is in this movie, with all the
- 11:24Speaker 1: Homer Hall of Fame movies, is I fine. They always
- 11:28Speaker 1: have some sort of heartwarming element. And I really loved
- 11:33Speaker 1: the number of people who were working to keep Gus's
- 11:38Speaker 1: life running smoothly. Yes, go ahead, like of course his sister, right,
- 11:43Speaker 1: Like his sister moved him closer to her. She's fully invested,
- 11:46Speaker 1: she's got everything, like she has arranged her life. She's
- 11:49Speaker 1: a support system for him. She's done everything she can
- 11:52Speaker 1: to help him live independently. But you have all these
- 11:55Speaker 1: other ancillary characters. You have his boss, right, who has
- 12:01Speaker 1: to do a hard thing later in the movie and
- 12:03Speaker 1: feels bad for her, but other than that, has given
- 12:06Speaker 1: him a purpose, has given him a way to earn
- 12:08Speaker 1: a living. His upstairs neighbor, yeah, you know, every time
- 12:13Speaker 1: she would say, like, I have completely forgotten her name,
- 12:16Speaker 1: but she would introduce herself and her son. She's like,
- 12:18Speaker 1: we live upstairs. His best friend, as Gary, as irritated
- 12:24Speaker 1: as he gets with him in these moments, he's so
- 12:27Speaker 1: good because he's annoyed, he's frustrated, he's funny about it.
- 12:30Speaker 1: But he shows up every single time and he is
- 12:35Speaker 1: the one who make sure that date happens, and so
- 12:38Speaker 1: even though he has real moments of frustration, he still
- 12:43Speaker 1: is a good friend who shows up for his friend,
- 12:46Speaker 1: does the best friend thing. Those moments made me feel
- 12:50Speaker 1: warm inside. I agree, I agree with you.
- 12:53Speaker 2: I also like Molly's boss Baptiste and Gus's boss, Like
- 13:00Speaker 2: those are really nice, like surrogate parents for these characters. Yeah,
- 13:05Speaker 2: I really liked it. Like when Bepti's like gives him
- 13:08Speaker 2: gives Molly all the cash that he has in his pocket.
- 13:11Speaker 1: I know, I mean, that's just so nice. When he's
- 13:14Speaker 1: so heartbroken for her and when he sees that her
- 13:17Speaker 1: wages have been garnished. Yes, you know, he could have
- 13:20Speaker 1: just been like annoyed or frustrated or irritated with her,
- 13:24Speaker 1: and instead he's just like, this girl's going through it.
- 13:27Speaker 1: And oh I did love that too. Yeah, when his
- 13:32Speaker 1: sister Lucy is talking to Gus about his relationship with
- 13:37Speaker 1: Molly before he has told Molly and he's he's not
- 13:43Speaker 1: sure what to do about it. I have a lot
- 13:44Speaker 1: of thoughts about that. But when he's not sure what
- 13:46Speaker 1: to do, he's like, it's not fair to her, and
- 13:47Speaker 1: she says it's fair to date her if you let
- 13:51Speaker 1: her make the decision with all of the information. I
- 13:54Speaker 1: loved that. I just loved it. Like she was like,
- 13:57Speaker 1: you're a good person who's worthy of love. People need
- 14:00Speaker 1: to know the whole story here right exactly. You know
- 14:04Speaker 1: who wasn't great though, Mollie's roommate. What a b ward?
- 14:08Speaker 2: Yes, I was like, you know, like she was supportive
- 14:13Speaker 2: of Molly too, but like that was such a dick
- 14:16Speaker 2: move when she like deleted his message.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Yes, she was leading with antagonism the entire time. There
- 14:23Speaker 1: was no room for grace in her actions at all.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Yes, agree, aggree. One thing I really liked was towards
- 14:33Speaker 2: the end when Mollie realizes that Gus is not going
- 14:37Speaker 2: to get any better, and you know, she's she's all
- 14:41Speaker 2: hyped down this like surgery that he's technically already had.
- 14:46Speaker 2: But it's this moment where she understands that this is
- 14:51Speaker 2: a permanent situation and like she just meets him where
- 14:55Speaker 2: he's at.
- 14:56Speaker 1: And I loved that. I do, And you know, I
- 15:00Speaker 1: love prior to the sister revealing like he's already had
- 15:03Speaker 1: this and it didn't work, he had said to her,
- 15:06Speaker 1: if this doesn't work. You have to promise me that
- 15:09Speaker 1: you'll move on. And so when she discovers that it
- 15:13Speaker 1: doesn't work, she moves on. She gives him what he wanted,
- 15:19Speaker 1: and then when she comes back, she's like, I, you know,
- 15:22Speaker 1: it's almost like I gave you that chance. I realized
- 15:24Speaker 1: that wasn't what was best for either of us. I
- 15:27Speaker 1: thought it was great, like you did you could really
- 15:30Speaker 1: fault because she meets his ex fiance. Yeah, and I
- 15:35Speaker 1: love that scene because I thought it was going to
- 15:37Speaker 1: go a different direction, like the fiance was going to
- 15:39Speaker 1: be like, well, maybe he could have this with me,
- 15:42Speaker 1: and Molly's like, wait, you left him like you left
- 15:45Speaker 1: him by, like you suck, and she's like, well he
- 15:47Speaker 1: couldn't have been a father. I just I like that
- 15:49Speaker 1: they showed the difference between those two women. Yeah.
- 15:53Speaker 2: I agree. And you know what's funny is like I
- 15:55Speaker 2: hadn't even given any consideration to uh, the life me
- 16:00Speaker 2: either the relationships he had prior. So I thought that
- 16:05Speaker 2: scene was super good, like, oh, he was my fiance,
- 16:08Speaker 2: and then heartbreaking when she was like, well I wanted
- 16:11Speaker 2: to have children and he would never remember them, Like
- 16:13Speaker 2: oh my goodness.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Yeah, speaking of people who were truly good his former
- 16:18Speaker 1: co workers when they discover like they you know, they
- 16:21Speaker 1: used his work and they named it after him, and
- 16:23Speaker 1: they gave him credit, which he would have never known
- 16:25Speaker 1: if they hadn't. And I, oh, just the number of
- 16:29Speaker 1: good people in this movie was necessary for me.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree, can't we talk wishes?
- 16:35Speaker 1: Sure?
- 16:37Speaker 2: So to expand on that, I hated all the science
- 16:42Speaker 2: teen stuff, like it was like, this is where the
- 16:46Speaker 2: movie went a little sideways for me, Like when they
- 16:49Speaker 2: go out to like Gus's old school and it's like
- 16:53Speaker 2: tons of science, heavy science information, Like I didn't need it,
- 16:59Speaker 2: any of that, like just a mirror.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Did you? Mostly because I didn't feel like I was
- 17:08Speaker 1: I didn't understand any of it. But I also didn't
- 17:10Speaker 1: feel like they spent enough time trying to explain the
- 17:14Speaker 1: science of it that we were expected to understand it. Okay, fair.
- 17:21Speaker 2: I just didn't land for him, you know. I was
- 17:23Speaker 2: like this, this.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Is a road too far from me.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Also, maybe it's just because like I feel now, I'm
- 17:33Speaker 2: so accustomed to like a regular Hallmark.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Movie that these are heavier. Yeah, totally totally. Gus is
- 17:42Speaker 1: so open with his upstairs neighbor with Bernadette like when
- 17:46Speaker 1: he she introduces herself to him and he tells, like
- 17:49Speaker 1: almost every time, he's like, I have a many problems.
- 17:50Speaker 1: I'm so sorry. He's so open with her and in
- 17:55Speaker 1: his life that it was I. While I unders stood
- 18:01Speaker 1: why he wouldn't immediately want to let Molly in on this,
- 18:05Speaker 1: I did find the misdirection frustrating. It went too long.
- 18:10Speaker 1: There's so much room in this story for conflict without
- 18:13Speaker 1: keeping secrets, Like the man forgets all of his shortter
- 18:17Speaker 1: memories overnight. There's a lot of room for conflicts there. Yeah,
- 18:21Speaker 1: but he also knows that this is not a sustainable
- 18:25Speaker 1: relationship to keep recording their conversations and taking notes. Yeah,
- 18:32Speaker 1: that's that's not going to go on forever. And so
- 18:34Speaker 1: it's so frustrating, especially when he almost tells her and
- 18:37Speaker 1: she's like, I don't want to know. I hate when
- 18:39Speaker 1: they do that. You need to step up and be
- 18:42Speaker 1: like you need this information. Yes, it is important. I
- 18:46Speaker 1: know more than you do about this situation. So this
- 18:49Speaker 1: is information that you need to have.
- 18:52Speaker 2: I agree with you. But on the flip side of that,
- 18:54Speaker 2: I'm like, Mollie, can you please listen for a second. Yes,
- 18:58Speaker 2: was not even giving him a minute to explain anything
- 19:04Speaker 2: I know.
- 19:04Speaker 1: And I was like, is that coming from She's had
- 19:07Speaker 1: all these bad relationships and so she doesn't want to
- 19:11Speaker 1: let like, oh, whatever he thinks is going on, Like
- 19:15Speaker 1: she just wants to give him the benefit of the doubt.
- 19:17Speaker 1: But if he has something he needs you to know,
- 19:19Speaker 1: you need to listen, especially when the assumption is like
- 19:22Speaker 1: I got all these girls on the back burner. That's
- 19:24Speaker 1: why I can't remember your name or can't recognize no. Yeah,
- 19:27Speaker 1: just ever been for a second. Yeah yeah, how frustrating.
- 19:34Speaker 1: How frustrating.
- 19:38Speaker 2: My final wish was Molly's financial story resolves itself very neatly,
- 19:45Speaker 2: shows up in the mouth the big old fat check
- 19:47Speaker 2: and she's like, oh, I'm gonna do this, and I'm
- 19:49Speaker 2: gonna do that, and I'm gonna do this, and like
- 19:52Speaker 2: problem solved.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Yeah I know, does just make one angry phone call
- 19:59Speaker 1: she's like I need that money and the lawyer finally
- 20:01Speaker 1: comes through. Yeah, yeah, I know whatever.
- 20:05Speaker 2: It just it seemed like Mollie had like a lot
- 20:07Speaker 2: of things like happening, you know, like she's a student,
- 20:11Speaker 2: she's a waitress, and she's broke, and she's got this
- 20:15Speaker 2: weird like probate situation happening.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Also, can they garnish your wages for student loan debt?
- 20:24Speaker 1: Because I don't know. Oh, yes, your wages can be
- 20:29Speaker 1: garnished for defaulted student loan debt. Okay, evidently yes they can. Yeah,
- 20:33Speaker 1: poor thing, Like, how do you survive if your wages
- 20:38Speaker 1: are garnished? I understand, like garnish child support payments that
- 20:43Speaker 1: don't go paid?
- 20:44Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, wild yeah exactly do you have any
- 20:50Speaker 2: more wishes?
- 20:50Speaker 1: Nope, let's talk.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Did you see that I only have one?
- 20:55Speaker 1: Okay?
- 20:55Speaker 2: And it's more of a question what does remember Sunday
- 21:00Speaker 2: have to do with anything?
- 21:02Speaker 1: Well, there was that one scene. I think Sunday's a
- 21:05Speaker 1: day she takes him. She's like, I have a plan
- 21:06Speaker 1: for you. She's like, remember Sunday and she writes it
- 21:08Speaker 1: on his sand Remember Sunday. Oh okay, okay, nice. Yeah.
- 21:13Speaker 1: I have just a couple of little things. One, the
- 21:15Speaker 1: font on his transcription software was enormous, and I understand
- 21:18Speaker 1: that it's so that we can read it, but it
- 21:21Speaker 1: was enormous. It was like twenty four point yes. Yeah.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Question when they go for their roller skating date. In
- 21:30Speaker 1: all of their other interactions, he kind of has it
- 21:34Speaker 1: set up in a way that he can figure out
- 21:36Speaker 1: who she is in a way they don't show us that,
- 21:39Speaker 1: and I was like, wait, how did he know who
- 21:41Speaker 1: she was for their date? I'm very curious about that.
- 21:45Speaker 1: And finally, I just wanted to point out the running
- 21:47Speaker 1: bits in this movie which I kind of alluded to,
- 21:49Speaker 1: but the you oni five bucks kid, great your divorce
- 21:53Speaker 1: bit with his best friend and I like the resolution
- 21:56Speaker 1: of that at the end and he's like, just kidding.
- 21:58Speaker 1: I put it into my notes. And finally, a little mini
- 22:03Speaker 1: recurring bit is at the roller rink, we have this
- 22:06Speaker 1: side character of Chip who's just causing mishift and I love. Finally,
- 22:10Speaker 1: when we have the couples dance, the DJ's like, get
- 22:12Speaker 1: off the floor. Chip. It made me laugh out loud.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Such a random inclusion, right, yes.
- 22:18Speaker 1: But I loved it. Just adds flavor to the movie. Yeah.
- 22:22Speaker 1: What did you rate remember Sunday four stars? Me too?
- 22:26Speaker 2: Yeah, it was good. I really like I really like these.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Movies a lot. Me too. I've been impressed. Me too,
- 22:33Speaker 1: me too?
