- 0:00Speaker 1: Access to affordable credit helps me pay my employees, but
- 0:03Speaker 1: I don't really need it.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Inflation is killing me.
- 0:08Speaker 1: But who cares?
- 0:09Speaker 2: Big retailers are making record profits. That's why we support
- 0:12Speaker 2: the Durbin Marshall credit card bill.
- 0:14Speaker 1: See?
- 0:15Speaker 2: Banks and credit unions help small businesses make payroll.
- 0:18Speaker 1: This bill would cut the vital resources they need.
- 0:20Speaker 2: While increasing megastore profits. They deserve it. Don't think. Tell Congress,
- 0:26Speaker 2: stop the Durbin Marshall money grab for corporate megastores. Paid
- 0:29Speaker 2: for by the Electronic Payments Coalition. Warning! The Root! The Root!
- 0:43Speaker 2: The Root's on fire!

- 0:56Speaker 3: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world,

- 1:01Speaker 2: What time is it? It's time for War!
- 1:06Speaker 3: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 1:12Speaker 3: Wayne Allen Root.
- 1:27Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Way down the route. I am finally back. I'm live.
- 1:30Speaker 2: It's not Memorex. Yesterday was a best of Wayne. Today
- 1:33Speaker 2: before was the great Lee Elsie as my guest host.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Loved Lee. Guest host. He always does a great job.
- 1:38Speaker 2: I never have to worry. I don't even have to
- 1:39Speaker 2: think about it. I know that my set is in
- 1:42Speaker 2: great hands. Radio and TV around the country. My simulcast
- 1:45Speaker 2: is in great hands. Thank you, Lee. If my eyes
- 1:47Speaker 2: look a little bit red and a little bit puffy.
- 1:49Speaker 2: I'm exhausted. I'm burned out. I have a little bit
- 1:51Speaker 2: of a cold. On and off airplanes. 36 hours back
- 1:54Speaker 2: and forth to Washington, D.C. for the White House Christmas party.
- 1:58Speaker 2: And I am just raw and exhausted. But I am here.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Most important thing was no sleep. I left on Sunday.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Flight was supposed to leave at 1.30 in the afternoon.
- 2:06Speaker 2: It left at 7.30 at night. You know, a nine-hour
- 2:10Speaker 2: delay or something like that. Eight and a half, nine-hour delay.
- 2:13Speaker 2: And so we were supposed to get in at 8.30
- 2:16Speaker 2: at night. And we got in at 3 o'clock in
- 2:18Speaker 2: the morning. got to the hotel at 4 o'clock in
- 2:22Speaker 2: the morning, got to sleep at 5 o'clock in the morning,
- 2:25Speaker 2: slept for about three hours, and then began a busy day,
- 2:28Speaker 2: and then the White House Christmas party, and then a
- 2:31Speaker 2: big dinner afterwards with some great people, including Governor Rod,
- 2:34Speaker 2: I call him Blago, Rod Blagojevich. And got in at
- 2:37Speaker 2: 1 in the morning, went to bed at 2, got
- 2:39Speaker 2: up at 4 for a 7 o'clock flight. Got to
- 2:43Speaker 2: the airport and found out that 7 o'clock flight was
- 2:45Speaker 2: now stalled until 9 o'clock. So it's been two days
- 2:49Speaker 2: of no sleep. I'm exhausted. My eyes are watering and
- 2:53Speaker 2: puffy and tired and red. But I'm here. I'm here.
- 2:57Speaker 2: I missed yesterday's show because the flight got in late
- 3:00Speaker 2: and I was in a state of exhaustion. And I
- 3:02Speaker 2: got a little bit of sleep last night, so I
- 3:04Speaker 2: feel a little bit better. So let me tell you,
- 3:07Speaker 2: before I get to all the news, there's plenty of news,
- 3:09Speaker 2: let me talk about my day in Washington, D.C. It
- 3:14Speaker 2: was wonderful. The White House Christmas party was wonderful. The
- 3:18Speaker 2: actual White House was beautiful. What an honor every time
- 3:22Speaker 2: to be in the White House of the United States
- 3:23Speaker 2: of America. The party was amazing. The food, you're not
- 3:27Speaker 2: going to believe it, was amazing. I always hate the
- 3:28Speaker 2: food at parties. I never eat. I'm the only guy
- 3:31Speaker 2: in the world. Everyone I know goes to parties, even
- 3:33Speaker 2: rich people, and they stuff themselves. at the party because
- 3:35Speaker 2: they're getting free food. I go to parties, I talk
- 3:38Speaker 2: to people, and I leave, and I go to dinner.
- 3:42Speaker 2: I never eat at a party, but I actually had
- 3:44Speaker 2: the steak at the White House, and it was good.
- 3:47Speaker 2: And then I went to dinner. Anyway, but it's just
- 3:52Speaker 2: an incredible experience to be at the White House. Remember,
- 3:55Speaker 2: I was just there for my first Oval Office visit
- 3:57Speaker 2: in October, and now I saw the White House decorated
- 4:00Speaker 2: for Christmas, and it was amazing, absolutely amazing. I've got
- 4:04Speaker 2: some photos. David, did you get them all? Can we
- 4:07Speaker 2: put them up? There we go. So there's me and
- 4:09Speaker 2: my beautiful wife, Cindy, with Don Trump Jr. Had a chance. Oh,
- 4:13Speaker 2: and the big thing was Don Trump Jr. announced on
- 4:16Speaker 2: the spot at the White House Christmas party that he
- 4:20Speaker 2: just got on his knees that day to ask his
- 4:22Speaker 2: girlfriend to marry him, and he's going to be married again.
- 4:24Speaker 2: And he brought her up on the stage, and they
- 4:27Speaker 2: each talked a little bit to the crowd, talked about
- 4:30Speaker 2: their future. They hoped that... They'll have a wonderful long
- 4:33Speaker 2: future together, and they're about to be married. So Todd Jr.
- 4:36Speaker 2: shared that with the audience on the night I was
- 4:38Speaker 2: at the White House Christmas party. So very cool. Next photo.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Who have we got? That's my wife Cindy and I
- 4:45Speaker 2: with Kash Patel, the director of the FBI, and his
- 4:50Speaker 2: beautiful country music girlfriend. Kash Patel is a Vegas guy.
- 4:55Speaker 2: He said, isn't it wonderful? In one corner of the
- 4:57Speaker 2: White House are two Vegas guys. And this is my
- 5:01Speaker 2: beautiful wife Cindy. So thank you, Kash Patel, Mr. FBI.
- 5:05Speaker 2: That's me and Cindy in front of the White House
- 5:07Speaker 2: as we're about to, I think we were arriving at
- 5:10Speaker 2: that point as opposed to leaving. That was our arrival
- 5:13Speaker 2: photo heading into the White House. Next photo. um we've
- 5:18Speaker 2: got me in front of the famous pose of president
- 5:22Speaker 2: trump saying fight fight fight i had to get that
- 5:25Speaker 2: picture come on in the past i've had pictures in
- 5:28Speaker 2: front of the uh paintings of washington and lincoln and
- 5:33Speaker 2: uh and and john f kennedy but this was a
- 5:35Speaker 2: photo uh with fight fight fight of president donald j
- 5:39Speaker 2: trump i think it it It trumps, excuse the pun,
- 5:43Speaker 2: Washington and Lincoln. The three amigos. There's me and Governor
- 5:48Speaker 2: Rod Blagojevich, former governor of Illinois, who's become a really
- 5:51Speaker 2: close friend of mine. And he was railroaded and persecuted
- 5:54Speaker 2: by Obama and put in prison for no reason. And
- 5:57Speaker 2: he's a great guy. And I found out the whole
- 5:59Speaker 2: story when I sat at dinner. There was they put
- 6:03Speaker 2: him in prison for what they said was basically asking
- 6:06Speaker 2: for a bribe for a Senate seat. You know who
- 6:08Speaker 2: was asking for the Senate seat and offering the bribe?
- 6:10Speaker 2: Barack Obama. The end result was it was either going
- 6:14Speaker 2: to be Obama or... rod who went to prison and
- 6:18Speaker 2: obama turned evidence first and ratted on rod and made
- 6:23Speaker 2: sure that rod got blamed for everything even though he's
- 6:25Speaker 2: the one that made the phone call and asked for
- 6:28Speaker 2: the senate seat to be given to a specific person
- 6:30Speaker 2: no money ever changed hands there was no bribery but
- 6:34Speaker 2: someone was going to jail and it could have been
- 6:35Speaker 2: obama instead he went to the presidency and rod blagojevich
- 6:39Speaker 2: went to prison Obama is a piece of garbage. What
- 6:42Speaker 2: else can I say? But it's me, Governor Rod Blagojevich Blago,
- 6:46Speaker 2: and Dr. Oz, who's in charge of Medicare and Medicaid
- 6:49Speaker 2: for the United States of America. And of course, before
- 6:51Speaker 2: that was a huge TV star with his own talk show.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Next.
- 6:56Speaker 2: There's me and Roger Stone, always impeccably dressed. I just
- 6:59Speaker 2: bought a suit and a jacket and I think seven
- 7:01Speaker 2: shirts from the Roger Stone collection. So he told me
- 7:04Speaker 2: that Scott Besant, the Treasury Secretary, just bought like eight
- 7:07Speaker 2: suits for his collection. Of course, I'm not a billionaire.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Scott Besant is a billionaire. So he could buy eight suits.
- 7:13Speaker 2: I bought one suit, one jacket from the Roger Stone collection.
- 7:16Speaker 2: But he is a great dresser. He's in charge of
- 7:18Speaker 2: the world's best dressed men list. He put me on it.
- 7:22Speaker 2: two years ago, and I hope to be honored again,
- 7:24Speaker 2: and Roger Stone and I. There's me and Cindy. That's
- 7:27Speaker 2: the shot, because that just represents the White House. Again,
- 7:32Speaker 2: I know this show is a simulcast. Some of you
- 7:34Speaker 2: are listening on the radio. I can't help it. You
- 7:36Speaker 2: want to switch to the TV version of the show,
- 7:38Speaker 2: go to rumble.com, go to thegatewaypundit.com, right at the top.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Click on it and watch. Go to patriot.tv. I always
- 7:49Speaker 2: want to say Liberty TV. I don't know why. Patriot.TV
- 7:54Speaker 2: or go to RootForAmerica.com and at the top it says
- 7:56Speaker 2: Watch Wayne on TV or Watch Wayne's Podcast. Shows you
- 7:58Speaker 2: all the ways to connect. But I'm trying to be
- 8:00Speaker 2: as graphic as I can so even on radio you
- 8:02Speaker 2: can enjoy it. That's me and Cindy in the shot
- 8:05Speaker 2: that represents the White House at Christmas the most. So
- 8:09Speaker 2: I love that shot. Maybe we'll put that on our
- 8:11Speaker 2: Christmas card. There's me and Cindy as we say goodbye
- 8:14Speaker 2: for the night from the White House. Just, it was
- 8:17Speaker 2: a wonderful time. We had a great trip. I don't know,
- 8:19Speaker 2: were there other photos as well? There's Cindy with Dr.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Oz.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Dr. Oz is a ladies' man. He loves Cindy. He
- 8:24Speaker 2: thinks Cindy's beautiful. You know something? There's something in common
- 8:26Speaker 2: with all the men at the White House. Rod Blagojevich,
- 8:29Speaker 2: Wayne Root, Dr. Oz, Donald Trump, Bobby Kennedy. We all
- 8:33Speaker 2: are ladies, men. We love beautiful women. You know what
- 8:35Speaker 2: that makes us? Normal, all-American men. As opposed to everyone
- 8:40Speaker 2: in the Obama administration, men who like men. Men who
- 8:43Speaker 2: like themselves to be women. The weirdest people in the
- 8:47Speaker 2: world in the Obama administration, in this administration, We're all normal, healthy,
- 8:53Speaker 2: all-American men. Dr. Oz loves to be in photos with Cindy.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Next photo, anything else? Are we kind of out of them?
- 8:58Speaker 2: Me with Rod Blagojevich, Blago. We went to dinner afterwards.
- 9:02Speaker 2: He got to know Cindy and I really well. We
- 9:06Speaker 2: think of ourselves as good friends, but we'd only seen
- 9:07Speaker 2: each other on the TV show. That was the first
- 9:10Speaker 2: time I ever met him in person, and we both
- 9:12Speaker 2: said the same thing. We felt like we'd been friends
- 9:14Speaker 2: our entire lives. It was so weird that we'd never
- 9:17Speaker 2: actually met in person. And there were other photos, too.
- 9:21Speaker 2: That did not go through. I sent a couple more
- 9:23Speaker 2: to David and they both said did not go through.
- 9:26Speaker 2: And that's why you never saw anymore. It was me
- 9:28Speaker 2: with Terrence Williams, the comedian. He's a black conservative comedian.
- 9:31Speaker 2: He's fantastic. And it was me. What was the last one?
- 9:34Speaker 2: It was me, me, me, me, me, me with I
- 9:37Speaker 2: cannot remember who there was one more really good one.
- 9:39Speaker 2: And I can't remember who it was. I tried to
- 9:42Speaker 2: send it through, but it didn't go through. Oh, oh,
- 9:44Speaker 2: me with Laura Loomer. That's what it was. Me with
- 9:46Speaker 2: Laura Loomer. President Trump introduced to the crowd his entire cabinet.
- 9:52Speaker 2: And then he introduced Wayne Allyn Root. You have that
- 9:54Speaker 2: video of President Trump introducing Wayne Allyn Root. Wayne Allyn Root,
- 10:02Speaker 2: he's from the Los Angeles. He's a real power in
- 10:05Speaker 2: terms of the media, and he's never spent a bad
- 10:09Speaker 2: day criticizing me. I wonder who you.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Are, Wayne.
- 10:13Speaker 2: I see you've got a good location.
- 10:16Speaker 1: I'm sorry. From day one, you've been with me. I
- 10:22Speaker 1: appreciate it. Over and out.
- 10:24Speaker 2: All right, what an honor. I mean, he always introduces
- 10:26Speaker 2: me at Trump rallies in Las Vegas, but he's never
- 10:29Speaker 2: introduced me at the White House with his cabinet in
- 10:32Speaker 2: attendance and all his biggest supporters and donors in attendance.
- 10:36Speaker 2: It was the most star-studded crowd you've ever seen. Bobby
- 10:40Speaker 2: Kennedy was there, and the Attorney General of the United
- 10:43Speaker 2: States was there, Pam Bondi, and the FBI Director, as
- 10:46Speaker 2: you saw, was there and kibitzing with me. And just
- 10:49Speaker 2: everybody that was anybody. Don Trump Jr. was there announcing
- 10:53Speaker 2: his engagement. But he's never introduced me at the White
- 10:56Speaker 2: House of the United States of America. And what a
- 10:58Speaker 2: great honor. Thank you.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Thank you. He also introduced Laura Loomer, by the way,
- 11:03Speaker 2: who's been a great advisor to him, just like I have.
- 11:05Speaker 2: And Laura Loomer, he introduced her as just getting engaged
- 11:08Speaker 2: and her boyfriend about to be her husband was with her.
- 11:11Speaker 2: So he wished her well. So congratulations, Laura Loomer. So
- 11:15Speaker 2: it was a great day at the White House. And
- 11:17Speaker 2: let me let me go over just real quick what
- 11:19Speaker 2: he said about me. That matters to me. First of all,
- 11:22Speaker 2: he said a powerhouse in the media. That's a wonderful
- 11:25Speaker 2: thing to hear. Thank you. I'm honored, Mr. President. But
- 11:27Speaker 2: more important, he talks about loyalty. That's the most important
- 11:30Speaker 2: thing to him. He said, you know, you've been with
- 11:32Speaker 2: me for the first day. Actually, before the first day,
- 11:35Speaker 2: I was going to recommend that he run for president.
- 11:37Speaker 2: and encouraged him to run for president. He said, I'll
- 11:39Speaker 2: remember it forever. I never forget those things. So thank you,
- 11:42Speaker 2: President Trump. He also said, you got some good real
- 11:44Speaker 2: estate there. I got in the front. That was smart.
- 11:46Speaker 2: I moved right to the front.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Dr.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Oz and Bobby Kennedy were so far in the back,
- 11:49Speaker 2: you couldn't even see them. They raised their hands. He's like,
- 11:51Speaker 2: where are you? Oh my God, you're way in the back.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Wayne Root, you got great real estate. I was right
- 11:55Speaker 2: there in front. I knew the right spot to stand.
- 11:58Speaker 2: So it was a great, great night at the White House,
- 12:00Speaker 2: but I'm burned out, as could be, and jet-lagged, as
- 12:03Speaker 2: could be. But I'm here, I'm here on War Zone,
- 12:06Speaker 2: the official podcast of the Gateway Pundit. Now I'll talk
- 12:09Speaker 2: about all the news of the day when we get back,
- 12:11Speaker 2: so don't go anywhere. Wayne Allyn, RootForAmerica.com, WayneRoot at gmail.com. Hi,

- 15:41Speaker 2: All right. Way down the route. The funniest story of
- 15:43Speaker 2: the day is War Raw. This is the daily podcast,
- 15:47Speaker 2: official podcast of the Gateway Pundit, thegatewaypundit.com. Over 2.5 million
- 15:52Speaker 2: daily unique readers as well as over a billion page
- 15:55Speaker 2: views for the second year in a row. Headed for,
- 15:58Speaker 2: I don't know, 1.2, 1.3 billion page views this year.
- 16:02Speaker 2: Way up over last year. Just keeps growing even though
- 16:04Speaker 2: Google and all these other companies are shadow banning and
- 16:08Speaker 2: cutting off all access to the Gateway Pundit and to
- 16:10Speaker 2: Wayne Root. That's why I've got a $ 100 million lawsuit
- 16:14Speaker 2: against Google, $ 100 million lawsuit against Stanford University to coordinate
- 16:17Speaker 2: it all, $ 100 million lawsuit against all the big players
- 16:21Speaker 2: in social media. This is the funniest story. White House
- 16:25Speaker 2: installs plaques under the presidential portraits on the White House
- 16:29Speaker 2: Walk of Fame. And they roast Joe Biden and Barack
- 16:34Speaker 2: Obama because what they've done, it's the it's the walk
- 16:37Speaker 2: of fame in the White House Rose Garden with portraits
- 16:41Speaker 2: of all 47 presidents displayed. And he replaced the photo 40,
- 16:46Speaker 2: 45 is Trump, 47 is Trump, 46 is supposed to
- 16:51Speaker 2: be Joe Biden. But it's just a photo of an
- 16:53Speaker 2: auto pen. And he decided to not just leave it
- 16:58Speaker 2: at that. He actually, they just, the White House reporters
- 17:02Speaker 2: noted this morning that he's placed plaques under the photographs
- 17:07Speaker 2: with his own twist on the biographies of the presidents.
- 17:12Speaker 2: And under Biden, he puts sleepy Joe Biden, by far
- 17:16Speaker 2: the worst president in America's history, And under Obama, he
- 17:20Speaker 2: highlights the word Hussein, Barack Hussein Obama. He highlights Hussein
- 17:26Speaker 2: and he says, one of the most divisive political figures
- 17:30Speaker 2: in America's history. So he's got his own twist on everything.
- 17:36Speaker 2: He also mentions the stolen 2020 election. He also says
- 17:41Speaker 2: Biden's got severe mental decline. And then just says, despite
- 17:48Speaker 2: it all, President Trump would get reelected in a landslide
- 17:51Speaker 2: and save America. Trump is funny. He is funny. If
- 17:57Speaker 2: you don't appreciate his humor, you're just out of left field.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Left field, see? You're a left winger. Here is the
- 18:04Speaker 2: craziest story of the day. An Obama judge lavishly praises
- 18:13Speaker 2: an illegal alien... who raped and sodomized a helpless woman
- 18:18Speaker 2: with cerebral palsy and refuses to add more years to
- 18:25Speaker 2: his sentence. A wicked judge. I mean, these are sick people.
- 18:30Speaker 2: She might as well ride in on a broom. So
- 18:35Speaker 2: the Detroit News reported Friday that a violent illegal alien
- 18:38Speaker 2: from Honduras who sexually assaulted a woman with cerebral palsy
- 18:42Speaker 2: in a Michigan laundry room will be released from prison
- 18:44Speaker 2: as early as July 2028, less than three years from now,
- 18:48Speaker 2: thanks to a federal judge appointed by Barack Obama. The
- 18:51Speaker 2: guy's name is Edis Renan Membrano Diaz, illegal 30-year-old, previously
- 18:57Speaker 2: caught sneaking into the USA seven times since 2019, pleaded
- 19:02Speaker 2: guilty in 2022 to sexually assaulting the woman, sentenced by
- 19:06Speaker 2: Judge Judith Levy in August 2024 to time served. She
- 19:10Speaker 2: had the opportunity to serve two more years, I should
- 19:13Speaker 2: say to add two more years to a sentence, but
- 19:15Speaker 2: declined to do so. But not only did Levy... I'm Jewish,
- 19:21Speaker 2: so I can say this. A liberal Jewish witch. Not
- 19:25Speaker 2: only did a mentally ill liberal Jewish witch probably went
- 19:28Speaker 2: to an Ivy League school. Nothing worse. See, I love
- 19:32Speaker 2: Jewish people. I can't stand liberal Ivy League Jewish communists.
- 19:37Speaker 2: That's what this woman is. Not only did Levy refuse
- 19:40Speaker 2: to add more years to Dia's sentence, but she openly
- 19:42Speaker 2: praised him. Batari raped and sodomized a woman with cerebral palsy.
- 19:48Speaker 2: She openly praised him for being an ambassador for living
- 19:52Speaker 2: up to our immigration restrictions and for his family devotion
- 19:56Speaker 2: and willingness to perform work that americans find undesirable I
- 20:02Speaker 2: know I can't say this. What the F? I'd love
- 20:05Speaker 2: to say what I'd love to say the word. What
- 20:07Speaker 2: the F? Are these people insane? Insane? And Assistant Homeland
- 20:12Speaker 2: Security Secretary Trisha McLaughlin on Saturday called the decision unspeakable,
- 20:17Speaker 2: unspeakable depravity and truly wicked. This judge is a piece
- 20:22Speaker 2: of garbage and should be sent to Gitmo in chains.

- 23:25Speaker 2: the White House, where I was at the White House
- 23:27Speaker 2: Christmas party. And who's a friend of President Trump? Peter
- 23:31Speaker 2: Tickton is a friend. He's a former classmate of President Trump.
- 23:34Speaker 2: They went to military academy together. He is my guest
- 23:37Speaker 2: in this segment. I do want to mention, though, quickly,
- 23:39Speaker 2: before I get to Peter, the sponsor of this segment
- 23:42Speaker 2: of the show, it's VRA, which is Vertical Research Advisory.
- 23:47Speaker 2: VRA is a global investment and economic newsletter. It's the
- 23:51Speaker 2: best in the business. I'm a witness for 22 years
- 23:54Speaker 2: now that it's the best since he started it in 2003.
- 23:59Speaker 2: His Kip Herridge started in 2003. His top performing recommendations
- 24:03Speaker 2: have beaten the market 18 out of 21 years. And
- 24:06Speaker 2: this year, with just two weeks to go, we can
- 24:08Speaker 2: officially say now 19 out of 22 years, almost 90%
- 24:10Speaker 2: of the time he beats the market. Nobody can say that.
- 24:15Speaker 2: There was an article in, I believe it was Barron's,
- 24:17Speaker 2: 90% of all money market managers lose to the stock market.
- 24:22Speaker 2: This guy beats the market 90% of the time. That
- 24:24Speaker 2: means he beats money market managers 100% of the time.
- 24:28Speaker 2: His portfolio as of the end of the third quarter
- 24:30Speaker 2: was up 41.8% this year. I'm a witness for all
- 24:34Speaker 2: these 22 years. It's like this all the time. He
- 24:37Speaker 2: is amazing. He is like a guy with a crystal ball.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Kip Herridge, and you can get it for free for
- 24:43Speaker 2: two weeks. You can judge for yourself. It comes every
- 24:45Speaker 2: morning in your email. I read it every morning. First
- 24:47Speaker 2: thing I do, I get up, my eyes open. I
- 24:49Speaker 2: read his VRA newsletter to find out what the stock
- 24:52Speaker 2: market's going to do today and what we should invest in.
- 24:56Speaker 2: My whole portfolio is built around his picks, and I
- 24:59Speaker 2: was up 41-plus percent as of the end of the
- 25:01Speaker 2: third quarter. We'll see what it ends up for the year.

- 25:19Speaker 2: Trump's friend, Peter Tickton, who's an attorney and founder of
- 25:22Speaker 2: Tickton Law Group. His website is LegalBrains.com. LegalBrains.com. He's the
- 25:30Speaker 2: author of What Makes Trump Tick. I wrote the book
- 25:33Speaker 2: Trump Rules. We seem to be running in equal circles.
- 25:36Speaker 2: He's a good man, and I believe, if I'm not mistaken,
- 25:39Speaker 2: we come from the same place, and we went to
- 25:41Speaker 2: the same college, and we got a lot of things
- 25:43Speaker 2: in common. He's a good man. Peter Tickton, we also
- 25:45Speaker 2: have in common that I'm a big fan of Tina Peters,
- 25:47Speaker 2: and you're her attorney, who's doing a great job. Welcome
- 25:50Speaker 2: to the show.
- 25:51Speaker 1: Thank you. Thank you so much. It's a pleasure being here.
- 25:55Speaker 2: We have weird things. We run in weird circles. You've
- 25:57Speaker 2: been on a few times now, and I'm always amazed
- 26:00Speaker 2: that we have so many things in common. So I just,
- 26:03Speaker 2: for no particular reason, last week I just decided to
- 26:07Speaker 2: write a column about Tina Peters and say, President Trump,
- 26:10Speaker 2: you've got to do something now. The woman could die
- 26:12Speaker 2: in prison. I know you've worked on this. You've spoken
- 26:14Speaker 2: to him so many times. And you've made the case,
- 26:17Speaker 2: and I made the case, and I sent it to
- 26:19Speaker 2: him last Thursday. And later that day, he came out
- 26:22Speaker 2: and said, I've pardoned Tina Peters. The problem is, I
- 26:26Speaker 2: don't know, you know, certainly they don't believe that a
- 26:30Speaker 2: federal pardon applies to a state crime, a state conviction.
- 26:34Speaker 2: So I don't think Trump's pardon is going to mean anything.
- 26:38Speaker 2: As of now, it doesn't. Do you think the DOJ
- 26:40Speaker 2: could make the case that a federal pardon does apply
- 26:44Speaker 2: to a state crime?
- 26:47Speaker 1: Well, it's not going to be up to the DOJ
- 26:49Speaker 1: to do that.
- 26:50Speaker 4: It's going to be up to my legal team and
- 26:54Speaker 4: me or Dana Peters to do that.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Okay. And, you know, we've got quite a team.
- 26:59Speaker 4: I mean, we've got Patrick McSweeney, you know, Bob Sincar,
- 27:02Speaker 4: John Case, Stephanie Lambert, and myself, you know, as the
- 27:08Speaker 4: team leader. So, you know, I'm pretty sure that we have.
- 27:13Speaker 1: good case for it because it's true.
- 27:15Speaker 4: You know, and it's kind of funny because a month ago,
- 27:19Speaker 4: I would have said the same thing that they're saying.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Because when you read the Constitution, we're.
- 27:25Speaker 4: Talking about Article 2, Section 2, Paragraph 1. The Constitution
- 27:29Speaker 4: basically says that he, meaning the president, can issue a
- 27:33Speaker 4: pardon for offenses against the United States. So the What
- 27:39Speaker 4: does that mean to you? What does it mean to
- 27:41Speaker 4: anybody in the 21st century? The United States is a
- 27:47Speaker 4: great country. And we think of the country. We think
- 27:51Speaker 4: of the federal aspect of the United States when we
- 27:55Speaker 4: think of the United States. So if I were to
- 28:00Speaker 4: talk about the United States, I say it is a
- 28:02Speaker 4: great country because I'm talking about the federal aspects of it.
- 28:06Speaker 4: I'm talking about the country itself. But before the Civil War,
- 28:10Speaker 4: and even through it, that's not the way people thought
- 28:15Speaker 4: of the United States. You know, a state, a nation, country,
- 28:20Speaker 4: they're all synonymous, those words. So we could have been
- 28:23Speaker 4: called the United Nations, we could have been called the
- 28:25Speaker 4: United States as we were, or the United Countries. And
- 28:31Speaker 4: if you were to think of, you know, put yourself
- 28:33Speaker 4: in the mentality of how.
- 28:35Speaker 1: It must have been for our founders.
- 28:38Speaker 4: At the time that they wrote the Constitution and decided
- 28:42Speaker 4: that the leader of the country should have the right
- 28:45Speaker 4: to make pardons. At that time, there were no federal
- 28:49Speaker 4: laws to pardon, except one was created in the Article 3,
- 28:55Speaker 4: Section 3, in regard to treason. But even there, when
- 28:59Speaker 4: they're talking about it, they spoke differently. They didn't speak
- 29:03Speaker 4: of the United States as an itch. It spoke of
- 29:05Speaker 4: the United States and their enemies, not its enemies. And
- 29:13Speaker 4: this distinction in terms of these pronouns are really important
- 29:18Speaker 4: because they really show what we're talking about.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Before, you know, the.
- 29:23Speaker 4: Civil War was a horrendous war. 750,000 lives were taken.
- 29:26Speaker 4: You know, we used to think it was 600,000. that
- 29:32Speaker 4: somehow in the last years.
- 29:34Speaker 1: And it's 750,000 lives. People don't realize.
- 29:37Speaker 2: That's the most in history much more than world war
- 29:39Speaker 2: ii for american lives much more.
- 29:42Speaker 4: Much more than much more than world war ii much
- 29:45Speaker 4: more than world war one much more vietnam was 58
- 29:47Speaker 4: 000 right so you know when you when you put
- 29:51Speaker 4: these numbers together i don't think there were more than
- 29:53Speaker 4: that in world war one world war ii and.
- 29:56Speaker 1: Vietnam all together yeah combined.
- 30:01Speaker 4: And also we're talking about out of a population that
- 30:03Speaker 4: was much smaller.
- 30:04Speaker 1: We were only 100 million at the time.
- 30:06Speaker 2: So if I understand this argument, Peter, what you're really
- 30:09Speaker 2: saying is when the founders came up with this idea
- 30:11Speaker 2: of the pardon, they weren't seeing the United States as
- 30:14Speaker 2: the country, the United States of America. They were saying
- 30:17Speaker 2: the United States, meaning these states, these colonies together, right?
- 30:22Speaker 1: Exactly. That's what it meant.
- 30:24Speaker 4: So if I were to read it the way it
- 30:26Speaker 4: was meant and put in a word just to make
- 30:28Speaker 4: it make sense, It's that he has the right to
- 30:31Speaker 4: pardon all of the offenses against any or all of
- 30:38Speaker 4: the states.
- 30:39Speaker 1: In the United States.
- 30:41Speaker 4: In other words— Let's just say there was a new
- 30:44Speaker 4: country that started, Bolivia and Ecuador, and let's say four
- 30:48Speaker 4: countries in South America decided to get together and call
- 30:51Speaker 4: themselves the United Countries of South America. And the president
- 30:57Speaker 4: had the right to pardon anyone in the United Countries
- 31:02Speaker 4: of South America. You'd be thinking at that time of
- 31:04Speaker 4: the countries, because the countries were all At the time
- 31:10Speaker 4: of the Revolutionary War, right after the Revolutionary War, we changed.
- 31:16Speaker 1: We were colonies.
- 31:18Speaker 4: And each colony turned into a state, into a nation
- 31:23Speaker 4: in its own right.
- 31:24Speaker 2: You're going to have to make that argument. I get it.
- 31:26Speaker 2: I get it. But I mean, the question is, will
- 31:27Speaker 2: we be arguing in front of liberal judges in Colorado
- 31:30Speaker 2: who don't care how good your argument is? They're going
- 31:32Speaker 2: to just say no, no, no, no, no. You know,
- 31:34Speaker 2: that's the problem.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Exactly. Exactly.
- 31:36Speaker 4: And that's what I'm anticipating. And our whole team has
- 31:39Speaker 4: gone through this whole analysis as to what we need
- 31:42Speaker 4: to do and what we're doing.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Is we're we're. We have two prongs.
- 31:50Speaker 4: We're going to commence an action, hopefully this week, in
- 31:55Speaker 4: the federal court in Denver for declaratory relief so that
- 32:00Speaker 4: the court will be able to rule as to the
- 32:03Speaker 4: fact that the pardon is a good pardon or not.
- 32:07Speaker 1: It doesn't matter what they say.
- 32:08Speaker 4: Whoever loses is definitely going to appeal to the 10th
- 32:11Speaker 4: Circuit Court of Appeals. And it doesn't matter what they
- 32:14Speaker 4: say because we're actually going to have to take this
- 32:16Speaker 4: to the Supreme Court.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Of course.
- 32:18Speaker 4: But the thing that's good about it, it's all the
- 32:20Speaker 4: illegal argument. There's no facts that need to be proven.
- 32:23Speaker 4: So we'll be able to make this thing happen with
- 32:26Speaker 4: either a motion for judgment on the pleadings or a
- 32:28Speaker 4: motion for summary judgment. One way or the other, we'll
- 32:31Speaker 4: be able to move this thing very quickly. And at
- 32:35Speaker 4: the same time, we have an appeal that we're supposed
- 32:37Speaker 4: to argue in the state court in Colorado. But with
- 32:42Speaker 4: us saying that there are no charges that are outstanding
- 32:45Speaker 4: at this time and the state of Colorado saying, oh, yes,
- 32:50Speaker 4: there are because the pardon doesn't mean anything.
- 32:53Speaker 1: What we have now.
- 32:54Speaker 4: Is an appellate court, the Court of Appeals in Colorado,
- 32:57Speaker 4: is going to have to decide whether they have an
- 33:00Speaker 4: appeal to hear the argument done or whether there's no
- 33:03Speaker 4: appeal left because the charges are gone because of the part.
- 33:07Speaker 1: so you know so that's the better way to.
- 33:10Speaker 2: Go hey peter let me ask you a question let
- 33:12Speaker 2: me ask you a question first of all do you
- 33:14Speaker 2: have time to wait through the break and come back
- 33:16Speaker 2: for another segment because i'd like to go into a
- 33:17Speaker 2: whole bunch of other tina peters legal legal talk there's
- 33:21Speaker 2: a bunch of legal questions i've got for you that
- 33:23Speaker 2: I think are kind of interesting. Do you have another
- 33:25Speaker 2: five minutes or so to give me another segment?
- 33:28Speaker 1: Yes? All right. Absolutely.
- 33:29Speaker 2: All right, good. So wait through the break, but be
- 33:32Speaker 2: ready to answer this question. Let me give you the
- 33:34Speaker 2: question right now. Let me pose it to you. Why
- 33:36Speaker 2: can't President Trump and his DOJ say that the 2020 election,
- 33:39Speaker 2: we believe, was stolen, and she was a witness to
- 33:42Speaker 2: the stolen election, thereby making her a member of WITSEC,
- 33:46Speaker 2: of the Witness Protection Program of the federal government, And
- 33:49Speaker 2: we want her right now. She's a witness protected by
- 33:52Speaker 2: the federal government. We want Tina Peters out of that
- 33:55Speaker 2: prison right now. Answer that and we get back. Wayne
- 33:57Speaker 2: Allyn Root with Peter Tickton. We'll be right back talking
- 34:00Speaker 2: about Tina Peters. All right, we're joined by Colin Gage,
- 34:07Speaker 2: CEO of ARMR Sciences. We have a fentanyl crisis in
- 34:12Speaker 2: the United States, a full-blown crisis, and your company is
- 34:17Speaker 2: doing something about it. What are the solutions that ARMR
- 34:20Speaker 2: is developing to deal with fentanyl?
- 34:23Speaker 5: Yeah, thanks for having me on, Wayne. So we are
- 34:26Speaker 5: developing the first ever long-lasting preventative countermeasure against fentanyl and
- 34:32Speaker 5: potentially against fentanyl 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0. And we could
- 34:35Speaker 5: talk more about that.
- 34:38Speaker 2: And how do these solutions work?
- 34:40Speaker 1: Very straightforward.
- 34:41Speaker 5: So we work with the body's immune system to generate
- 34:44Speaker 5: a protective immune response against fentanyl. That protective immune response
- 34:49Speaker 5: binds to the fentanyl molecule and prevents it from attacking
- 34:52Speaker 5: your brain. If fentanyl doesn't attack your brain, you don't
- 34:55Speaker 5: have an overdose. It's as simple as that.
- 34:57Speaker 2: So who would receive these solutions and who are your
- 35:00Speaker 2: primary targets? end care users?
- 35:03Speaker 5: Good question. We want this to be available as an
- 35:06Speaker 5: option to military, first responders, and frankly, all those teenagers, adolescents,
- 35:11Speaker 5: et cetera, college students who are experimenting with drugs. There's
- 35:15Speaker 5: no reason that we should be having 22 high school
- 35:17Speaker 5: age students die every single week from fentanyl overdose. These
- 35:21Speaker 5: students are being poisoned and we want to end that.
- 35:24Speaker 2: Ultimately, how can ARMR sciences help ensure that America is prepared,
- 35:29Speaker 2: protected and resilient against the threat of fentanyl?
- 35:34Speaker 5: So preparation and protection are our entire ethos. We want
- 35:37Speaker 5: to provide a shield against fentanyl. And we're doing that
- 35:41Speaker 5: by working with the body, by working with what we
- 35:44Speaker 5: have available to ensure that people have a defense against
- 35:47Speaker 5: these drugs rather than just reacting defensively. to these overdoses.
- 35:51Speaker 5: Why not prevent them altogether? That's our entire mission is
- 35:54Speaker 5: to prevent versus react.
- 35:56Speaker 2: And are you planning to go public? And if so,
- 35:59Speaker 2: why should investors invest in AR, MR sciences?

- 37:29Speaker 2: mention great PatriotStore.com. They are the sponsor of this segment.

- 38:25Speaker 2: back with Peter Tickton representing Tina Peters with kind of
- 38:28Speaker 2: an O.J. Simpson all-star lineup of great lawyers. Sounds fabulous.
- 38:35Speaker 2: So answer that question for me. Why couldn't she be
- 38:38Speaker 2: in WITSEC? Why couldn't Trump declare that tomorrow or Trump's D.O.J.
- 38:42Speaker 2: declare tomorrow, Pam Bondi declare tomorrow, and we get her
- 38:46Speaker 2: out of that prison and out of Colorado's hands?
- 38:49Speaker 1: Well, they can't.
- 38:51Speaker 4: You know, the fact is that the prison isn't necessarily
- 38:54Speaker 4: going to cooperate with anything that they do. So then
- 38:57Speaker 4: what do they do? You know, they don't want to
- 38:59Speaker 4: put themselves into a box where they can look weak
- 39:02Speaker 4: or where.
- 39:03Speaker 1: They can lose out. I mean, ultimately, we know we're
- 39:06Speaker 1: going to get her out one way or the other.
- 39:09Speaker 4: Because she's not just that she's not guilty because there's
- 39:12Speaker 4: plenty of guilt of innocent people in the prisons. but
- 39:17Speaker 4: because we have a very good, viable appeal.
- 39:20Speaker 1: I mean, this judge.
- 39:22Speaker 4: Didn't let her even have her defenses heard, but you're right.
- 39:26Speaker 1: I mean, I would love to see that.
- 39:29Speaker 4: I mean, would I ever love to see the president
- 39:33Speaker 4: make her or his DOJ make her a witness in
- 39:37Speaker 4: the witness protection program where they then have every right
- 39:41Speaker 4: to go in there and get her out?
- 39:44Speaker 2: Could they turn that down in Colorado? The prison could
- 39:46Speaker 2: turn that down too? I mean, in all the years
- 39:48Speaker 2: I watched Law & Order, they always get mad when
- 39:51Speaker 2: someone's declared WITSEC because he's a 12-time murderer, but he's
- 39:55Speaker 2: going up against a mafia boss. They have to let
- 39:57Speaker 2: him out and they get mad, right? They get mad,
- 40:00Speaker 2: but they do it. You mean they wouldn't do it
- 40:02Speaker 2: if Trump did that? They wouldn't even cooperate and let
- 40:05Speaker 2: her go?
- 40:06Speaker 4: You know, Colorado is a fallen state. It is a
- 40:12Speaker 4: state that's being run by the people that have the
- 40:15Speaker 4: crooked elections. I mean, look at what you're talking about.
- 40:18Speaker 4: You're talking about a lady that's– what's her crime?
- 40:21Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 40:22Speaker 4: That she imaged the hard drive of a computer to
- 40:24Speaker 4: preserve evidence. So she's preserving the truth. And the people
- 40:29Speaker 4: that put her in there are hiding. Basically, they're hiding
- 40:34Speaker 4: the truth. They want to destroy the evidence. I mean,
- 40:37Speaker 4: we know that.
- 40:37Speaker 1: That's what she did.
- 40:40Speaker 2: You know I'm Jewish, right? They call it Jewish guilt.
- 40:42Speaker 2: I'm living a great life, right? It's Christmas. It's Hanukkah.
- 40:46Speaker 2: I'm out here fighting for Trump, fighting for America. You're
- 40:49Speaker 2: fighting for Trump. You're fighting for America. We are living
- 40:52Speaker 2: a great life, and she's rotting away in a prison.
- 40:55Speaker 2: I feel such sorrow and guilt about it. I really do.
- 41:00Speaker 1: Oh, it's worse than that.
- 41:01Speaker 4: She's in solitary confinement now.
- 41:02Speaker 2: Terrible.
- 41:03Speaker 1: She can die.
- 41:07Speaker 4: These people are just horrible. Horrible people. And look at
- 41:10Speaker 4: who they are. I mean, look at what they're doing.
- 41:13Speaker 3: Right.
- 41:13Speaker 1: Who is the real criminal?
- 41:15Speaker 2: Right.
- 41:15Speaker 1: The one that wiped out the data out of the machines.
- 41:18Speaker 4: You know, Janet Griswold, she is a criminal.
- 41:22Speaker 2: The Attorney General of Colorado.
- 41:23Speaker 4: She violated federal laws. She needs to be not only
- 41:27Speaker 4: investigated— She needs to be charged.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like the mafia.
- 41:32Speaker 2: This is the mafia. It's the communist mafia of Colorado.
- 41:36Speaker 4: Well, together with Dominion Machines, because don't forget, it was
- 41:40Speaker 4: actually Dominion Machines that told her to charge Tina Peters.
- 41:46Speaker 1: So I didn't know that these emails.
- 41:48Speaker 2: I didn't even know that. Incredible. Incredible. So, so, I mean,
- 41:53Speaker 2: is there anything that you wish president Trump could do?
- 41:56Speaker 2: You know, I, I don't know. You maybe talk to
- 41:58Speaker 2: him more than I do. I don't know, but I
- 41:59Speaker 2: send him all my columns. I sent him all my
- 42:01Speaker 2: letters and he reads everything. I know.
- 42:04Speaker 4: I can ask him for his office. I can't quite
- 42:06Speaker 4: do that yet. But you know, the fact is, you know, you, you, you're, I, I,
- 42:11Speaker 4: you know, I, You have tremendous access.
- 42:15Speaker 2: I've got a pipeline to him. Is there anything I
- 42:18Speaker 2: can say on her behalf or your behalf that you
- 42:21Speaker 2: want me to say to him? Because I'll send the
- 42:22Speaker 2: letter this afternoon, tonight. You know, send it to me.
- 42:26Speaker 4: One thing we know about Donald Trump is he has
- 42:29Speaker 4: the courage of his convictions. If he decides he wants
- 42:32Speaker 4: to do something, he's going to do it. And you've
- 42:35Speaker 4: got no leader in this world that doesn't at least
- 42:38Speaker 4: have to think twice or three times before saying no
- 42:41Speaker 4: to Donald Trump.
- 42:43Speaker 1: People don't say no to Donald Trump.
- 42:44Speaker 4: You've got this pipsqueak of a governor who's in there
- 42:48Speaker 4: in an illegal government.
- 42:49Speaker 2: And he just did. Colorado just said no to President Trump.
- 42:53Speaker 2: The leaders of the world don't say no, and he
- 42:55Speaker 2: said no.
- 42:57Speaker 1: I understand.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Look, Peter, here's the deal. It's wayneroot at gmail.com, and
- 43:03Speaker 2: I think you've got my cell phone, too. You can
- 43:04Speaker 2: text me. Whatever message you want me to get to
- 43:07Speaker 2: President Trump, I will send.
- 43:09Speaker 1: It whenever you want. I appreciate that. No, I do
- 43:12Speaker 1: have a direct line to the president.
- 43:14Speaker 2: We're on the run. We're going out. Time constraints in
- 43:16Speaker 2: this business. Whatever you need, I will help you in
- 43:19Speaker 2: any way. Tell Peter I love her. Tina Peters, I
- 43:21Speaker 2: love her and I appreciate her. And I want to
- 43:23Speaker 2: get her out. I can help in any way I can.
- 43:26Speaker 2: Peter Tickton is fighting with this and running a legal
- 43:29Speaker 2: dream team like the OJ dream team to get Tina
- 43:33Speaker 2: out of prison. Except OJ was a murderer and Tina
- 43:35Speaker 2: never did anything wrong. I'm Wade Allyn Root. By the way,
- 43:38Speaker 2: you can find him at LegalBrains.com. LegalBrains.com. We'll be right back.
- 43:42Speaker 2: Hour number two. My team researched thousands of companies, and
- 44:03Speaker 2: one company stood out above all, GreatPatriotStore.com. This is the
- 44:08Speaker 2: answer to inflation. Hundreds of household and personal products you're
- 44:11Speaker 2: already buying, much higher quality, no toxic chemicals, delivered right

- 44:19Speaker 2: conservatives and patriots. 20,000 American families are joining every month,
- 44:23Speaker 2: and you should too. And now they've got the beef,
- 44:25Speaker 2: pasture-raised with no hormones, antibiotics, or mRNA ever. exclusively available
- 44:30Speaker 2: only to their members. Like Costco or Sam's Club, you
- 44:33Speaker 2: need to become a member. Go to greatpatriotstore.com, fill out
- 44:36Speaker 2: the form, they'll contact you right away, and boom, you're
- 44:38Speaker 2: a member. Go to greatpatriotstore.com. That's greatpatriotstore.com.
