Still reeling from last week’s storm, roads in Columbia County remain shut down—especially Route 9J and Route 66—with no clear reopening date. Residents face frustrating detours, like a 15-minute loop where it used to take three minutes. While Rensselaer County’s Route 9J is open for regular cars, big rigs still need to detour. Flooding also damaged Lower Main Street in Germantown and a lane on CR 47 in Stuyvesant.
