  Speaker 1: was to examine basically the idea of ministry from the

  Speaker 1: standpoint of the kingdom. We observe that the Body of
• 11:23
  Speaker 1: Christ has been plagued with all kinds of wrong ideas

  Speaker 1: of ministry, ranging from standing behind the pulpit, holding a mic,
• 11:32
  Speaker 1: leading a Christian organization, organizing programs. That none of these
• 11:37
  Speaker 1: things in themselves is ministry, and activity can only be
• 11:42
  Speaker 1: called ministry if and when the motivation behind it is
• 11:47
  Speaker 1: to reveal Jesus and to glorify him. Are we together
• 11:51
  Speaker 1: that ministry basically refers to Kingdom service, and it is
• 11:56
  Speaker 1: not limited to spiritual activities around a pulpit or around
• 12:00
  Speaker 1: a church. Any contribution, any participation, any activity, any effort
• 12:08
  Speaker 1: that is channeled towards the revelation of the Christ and
• 12:12
  Speaker 1: the glorification of the same is called ministry. Your marriage
• 12:16
  Speaker 1: can become ministry if Kingdom come is represented in that union.

  Speaker 1: Raising of your children is called ministry. If you raise
• 12:26
  Speaker 1: them to the end that Christ be revealed in and

  Speaker 1: through them, your money can become ministry you're giving. The

  Speaker 1: saw the Lord, he saw the level of insufficiency, and

  Speaker 1: God didn't say you are already sent. That means while

  Speaker 1: he was doing a lot of things that we call ministry,

  Speaker 1: the name of the Lord, and that ministry is not

  Speaker 1: past us and leader's conference, but the core idea of

  Speaker 1: These are the gifts he gave to men. The Bible says,

  Speaker 1: he gave gifts to men. The gifts are not talents.

  Speaker 1: The gifts are men. He gave men men. And then
• 15:02
  Speaker 1: he says next verse twelve, for the maturing the word
• 15:07
  Speaker 1: perfecting their means, the building up to maturity, the maturing
• 15:11
  Speaker 1: of the saints, that the saints, now matured will do
• 15:15
  Speaker 1: the work of the ministry for the edifying of the
• 15:19
  Speaker 1: Body of Christ. Tatin says, till we all come into
• 15:24
  Speaker 1: a mystery in the spirit called the unity of faith,
• 15:28
  Speaker 1: and of the knowledge of the Son of God, onto
• 15:30
  Speaker 1: a perfect man, onto the measure of the stature of

  Speaker 1: that many times we rest when we have crowds. God

  Speaker 1: gave us the condition that must be met for us

  Speaker 1: to know that we have done well. It is not

  Speaker 1: reality is a burden in the heart of the Father

  Speaker 1: The Bible tells us that God's goal for his body

  Speaker 1: for believers is that they not only become effective members

  Speaker 1: of a denomination, they not only become loyal followers of

  Speaker 1: spiritual leaders. That God's goal is that through the ministry

  Speaker 1: of these gifts, the Body of Christ will come in

  Speaker 1: to a state of maturity. So the assignment of the
• 18:03
  Speaker 1: man of God, the assignment of a minister of the Gospel,
• 18:08
  Speaker 1: primarily is to use the tool that the Bible calls doctrine.
• 18:14
  Speaker 1: Doctrine is the name given to the cost curriculum that
• 18:17
  Speaker 1: makes believers matured. You have to understand this. There is
• 18:20
  Speaker 1: a definite cost curriculum given to believers by which we
• 18:24
  Speaker 1: attain maturity. We're not left to our opinions in building
• 18:29
  Speaker 1: believers in secular education. We do not call people doctors
• 18:36
  Speaker 1: engineers just by freelancing opinions. There is an exact body
• 18:40
  Speaker 1: of knowledge they submit to. Are we together? Yes, were
• 18:45
  Speaker 1: diagnosing the problem with the body of Christ. Now that
• 18:48
  Speaker 1: the reason why there is a difference in spiritual understanding.

  Speaker 1: You meet two believers at random and ask them to

  Speaker 1: engage in a conversation, They most likely will end up

  Speaker 1: fighting because of the extent of divide. They will agree
