- 2:35Speaker 7: joined a week ago spooks. So welcome in, folks, and
- 2:39Speaker 7: thank you guys for your support. We highly appreciate it.

- 2:56Speaker 7: why don't you welcome everybody in here?
- 2:58Speaker 6: Let's do it well? I saw uh tiny was the
- 3:01Speaker 6: first one in earlier today Trey ed la du is here,
- 3:07Speaker 6: what's up it? And he asks who loves Anna Luna?
- 3:11Speaker 2: I do?
- 3:15Speaker 6: I'll admit it, yes, as does Trey, who is a
- 3:19Speaker 6: fellow Luna tick. Yes, and uh let's see Sally. Nice,
- 3:26Speaker 6: good evening, mister Paul Cummings, Mike, Scott Edwards, Scott Edwards
- 3:36Speaker 6: south to West Lee from Bloody Benders, of course, James
- 3:42Speaker 6: Stith and James and Bungled last, but definitely not.
- 3:51Speaker 7: Least Bungled Sladden in you love to see you. Mm hmmm, I, Joe,
- 4:00Speaker 7: before we get too deep into things, I gave Alpha
- 4:03Speaker 7: sixty six a garden of guns is here? What's up? Hey?
- 4:09Speaker 7: I gave Alpha sixty six an assignment a couple of
- 4:12Speaker 7: weeks ago and hopes that he can help us shed
- 4:16Speaker 7: a little light about a recently brandish theory about a
- 4:21Speaker 7: that comes from a former FBI agent. So, without further ado, Joe,
- 4:28Speaker 7: let's let's cut to our man on the street, mister
- 4:33Speaker 7: Alpha sixty six for a little enlightenment. I believe he
- 4:37Speaker 7: and God loved me kept it a little short, about
- 4:39Speaker 7: two and a half minute clip here, so we'll be
- 4:41Speaker 7: back with you here in just a second, Big Mike,
- 4:47Speaker 7: take it away, sir. Here we go.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Today is March sixth, twenty twenty five. I'm here in
- 4:58Speaker 1: downtown Dawash in front of the former Technics School Book
- 5:01Speaker 1: Depository doing a homework assignment video for the Lowne government podcast.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Trouble b gave this assignment a couple of weeks ago.
- 5:10Speaker 1: I'm finally able to get around to it. He asked
- 5:13Speaker 1: me to come down here and check out these columns
- 5:18Speaker 1: by the entrance of these school book depository. This is
- 5:22Speaker 1: the left side.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Bullet holes there and over here is the.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Right side.
- 5:40Speaker 6: It's pretty first.
- 5:41Speaker 7: Now see a couple of Now let me pause it
- 5:45Speaker 7: right here, because I know, I know Mike was right there,
- 5:51Speaker 7: but I think what what the former FPI stage agent
- 5:55Speaker 7: Stewart was was saying. If you if you look kind
- 5:59Speaker 7: of right a where I paused it, where the red is,
- 6:01Speaker 7: you'll see a slight indentation. Do you see what I'm
- 6:05Speaker 7: looking at? Joe?
- 6:09Speaker 3: Uh?
- 6:09Speaker 6: Are you talking about on the left the black dot?
- 6:13Speaker 7: Yeah, the black dot? Okay, yeah. Now Mike is gonna
- 6:17Speaker 7: pan up these columns and on the same column near
- 6:21Speaker 7: the top, you're going to see another uh hole, if
- 6:25Speaker 7: you will. But again I wasn't there. And from what
- 6:28Speaker 7: how Mike describes it is is they just look like
- 6:31Speaker 7: chips instead of bullet impacts. Okay, so let's let's continue.
- 6:37Speaker 5: Oh, chip marks, but not exactly what.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Triple B was asking me to shoot.
- 6:45Speaker 5: There was.
- 6:47Speaker 1: There's the top and shine and I'm not seeing anything odd.
- 6:55Speaker 1: We're out of place there or on the inshine. I
- 7:05Speaker 1: guess I'll share a couple of chip marks in the concrete,
- 7:08Speaker 1: but nothing abnormal.
- 7:12Speaker 7: And in the future, Mike, when you hear guys trying
- 7:14Speaker 7: to talk over you in your video, turn around, tell
- 7:17Speaker 7: me to shut the fuck up. That you don't an
- 7:19Speaker 7: assignment for Long Gumer podcast. You need silence while you're recording.
- 7:23Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Yeah, And also, don't believe that these are the original
- 7:29Speaker 1: concrete pillars that were here in nineteen sixty three. I
- 7:35Speaker 1: think they've been you know, refurbished, you know, redone over
- 7:40Speaker 1: the years at least once, maybe a couple of times.
- 7:46Speaker 1: But here's the right left calms.
- 7:48Speaker 5: Again for more view, and then here's the right for
- 8:00Speaker 5: one last year.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Well, if y'all watched the Long Given podcast a couple
- 8:13Speaker 1: of weeks ago, you heard Triple B mentioned that and
- 8:18Speaker 1: give me a signment, so you already know what I'm
- 8:21Speaker 1: specifically looking for. I did see nothing, maybe y'all did.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Hope you'll enjoy the video and I'll see you all
- 8:29Speaker 1: in the next one. I'm about to go make one
- 8:31Speaker 1: more show video in dd Plaza and then uh, I'll
- 8:35Speaker 1: be up on need both these for my channel later.
- 8:42Speaker 7: Well, thank you Mike for that, all right, Yeah, thanks Mike,
- 8:46Speaker 7: very informative. Well done, sir, well done, Bravo. Yeah, he had.
- 8:52Speaker 6: Another video rob where he went to uh, the other
- 8:55Speaker 6: side of the Stemens Freeway and almost went to like
- 8:58Speaker 6: that utility box.
- 9:00Speaker 7: Yeah, don't give away to go Joe. We're gonna cover
- 9:02Speaker 7: that Wednesday night on the show. Oh I did not
- 9:05Speaker 7: know that video. It's a little longer video, but okay,
- 9:10Speaker 7: it's an important theory that we talk about here.
- 9:13Speaker 6: Got to tease the people.
- 9:15Speaker 7: Yeah, so we're gonna hold off on the other one
- 9:18Speaker 7: until next Wednesday. Michael, we are gonna. We are gonna
- 9:21Speaker 7: because you did an excellent job with that video as well.
- 9:24Speaker 7: So thank you again Mike for being our man on
- 9:27Speaker 7: the street in Dallas. Baby. Yep, And I think you're right.
- 9:31Speaker 7: They did redo the entrance to the school book Depository.
- 9:34Speaker 7: And the only reason I know this is is from
- 9:38Speaker 7: arguing with Ralphson Kay for many, many years about Oswald
- 9:42Speaker 7: in the doorway. Bullshit, Right, they definitely did something to
- 9:49Speaker 7: where they I don't know whether they widened it or
- 9:52Speaker 7: narrowed it, but they did something right to that doorway
- 9:58Speaker 7: and changed the steps. So yeah, they could have also
- 10:06Speaker 7: done something to the columns. I don't know, I'm sure,
- 10:12Speaker 7: but yeah, very very cool. So yeah, that didn't convince
- 10:17Speaker 7: me there was any gunshots smacking that building that day. Again,
- 10:21Speaker 7: you had a stairway full of people who would have
- 10:25Speaker 7: noticed something like that happening. So nice, try, sir, Nice try.
- 10:34Speaker 7: All right, So tonight on the show, we're gonna get
- 10:38Speaker 7: into we're gonna go back to New Orleans for a
- 10:41Speaker 7: little bit, and we're gonna be talking about some movers
- 10:46Speaker 7: and shakers in New Orleans associated with Lee Harvey Oswald
- 10:54Speaker 7: in mid to late August concerning his radio interview, serning
- 11:00Speaker 7: his television interview. And these guys were just nobodies in
- 11:07Speaker 7: New Orleans, okay. Ed Butler was an executive vice excuse me,
- 11:13Speaker 7: executive vice president with INCA, the Information Council on the Americas.
- 11:19Speaker 7: Alton Auctioner, famous doctor, was the creator and president of INCA,
- 11:29Speaker 7: and Joe I told everybody I would do it. Here
- 11:34Speaker 7: is oh yeah, the album that our buddy Rogers sent
- 11:41Speaker 7: me in the mail, and it made it in pristine condition,
- 11:46Speaker 7: no bens, no folds, no no bens. So this is
- 11:53Speaker 7: og nineteen sixty four INCA copy. Okay, here's what it says.
- 12:00Speaker 7: On the back, it says, I'm a Marxist, Lee Harvey Oswald,
- 12:05Speaker 7: August twenty first, nineteen sixty three. With these words, a
- 12:09Speaker 7: few weeks before President Kennedy's assassination, Lee Harvey Oswald sketched
- 12:14Speaker 7: the indelible outline of this self portrait in red. Hear
- 12:19Speaker 7: Oswald's own voice and learn what did Oswald really think
- 12:24Speaker 7: of President Kennedy? Here the only recorded statement in existence,
- 12:28Speaker 7: as Oswald gives his opinion on President Kennedy. Was Oswald alone?
- 12:35Speaker 7: Listen to the record as Oswald defends the Fair Play
- 12:38Speaker 7: for Cuba committee, and then decide for yourself was Oswald insane?
- 12:44Speaker 7: Listen to this record, then judge for yourself. What did
- 12:48Speaker 7: Oswald call his enemies? Here? Oswald pen the label on
- 12:52Speaker 7: people he dislikes and smear the State Department and the CIA,
- 12:57Speaker 7: whom did Oswald admire? Here Oswald's own suggestion that the
- 13:02Speaker 7: United States should have dropped weapons into the Sierra in
- 13:05Speaker 7: the Sierra Madres, where Fidel Castro could have used them.
- 13:10Speaker 7: How did Oswald explain his three years in Russia? Listen
- 13:14Speaker 7: to the record and hear his revealing reply.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Uh.
- 13:19Speaker 7: This album contains the authentic, full unedited recording of the
- 13:23Speaker 7: now famous conversation Carte Blanche interview, originally recorded live on
- 13:28Speaker 7: radio station WDSU in New Orleans, just a few weeks
- 13:31Speaker 7: before President Kennedy's assassination. And uh, yeah, I don't know
- 13:37Speaker 7: who drew this picture of Oswald, but that is freaking horrible.
- 13:42Speaker 7: I mean, could you make him look like a dastardly
- 13:45Speaker 7: evil comedy anymore than that?
- 13:48Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 13:49Speaker 7: That is really funny. Yeah, the eyebrow, the pxture. I
- 13:54Speaker 7: wonder they don't attribute who drew it. I mean, it's
- 13:57Speaker 7: obviously a pencil drum and sketched. But this thing is
- 14:01Speaker 7: clearly oh well here it is Ed Butler drew it.
- 14:07Speaker 7: It's a jacket designed by Ed Butler, Edward Scanlon Butler
- 14:11Speaker 7: or scan Old Butler. And this is very clearly stamped
- 14:16Speaker 7: right here INCA right. And it was mastered at Cosimo
- 14:21Speaker 7: Recording Studios in New Orleans. Copyright The Information Council on
- 14:25Speaker 7: the America's nineteen sixty four narrated by Marshall Pierce, with
- 14:31Speaker 7: impressions by Altonaxner an introduction by Hail Boggs honorable an
- 14:41Speaker 7: analysis by Ed Edward Scanne Butler, executive vice president of
- 14:47Speaker 7: INCA and panelists on that Faithful Evening, speaking and confronting
- 14:51Speaker 7: Lee Harvey Oswald in person. This is the original Oswald
- 14:55Speaker 7: self portrait in red except no substitutes. And this was
- 15:00Speaker 7: five dollars at the time, in nineteen sixty three, so
- 15:04Speaker 7: this some bitch was expensive. Yeah, which means probably not
- 15:08Speaker 7: a lot of copies around. So I'm everly eternally grateful
- 15:13Speaker 7: to Roger for sending me. He said he had two copies,
- 15:17Speaker 7: he sent me one, and I'm eternally grateful. I'm a
- 15:20Speaker 7: collector of vinyl and this is one of my most
- 15:23Speaker 7: prized possessions, so I know he'll see this eventually. But yeah,
- 15:28Speaker 7: that is so cool.
- 15:30Speaker 6: I'm surprised at Butler, and it's great that you have
- 15:34Speaker 6: it in great condition too. I'm surprised at Butler didn't
- 15:38Speaker 6: draw horns.
- 15:40Speaker 7: As well, the compliment to rend little devil goatee.
- 15:46Speaker 6: And also that was distributed all among Latin America for propaganda,
- 15:56Speaker 6: and I believe fifty.
- 15:58Speaker 7: Four on so yeah, and yeah, Sally, yeah, it was
- 16:03Speaker 7: INCA and Alton Oxers behind this. Ed Butler's behind this.
- 16:12Speaker 7: They are the ones that produced this record and sold it.
- 16:17Speaker 7: It was sold exclusively through INCA, nobody else. You couldn't
- 16:20Speaker 7: walk into the record store by this. You had to
- 16:22Speaker 7: write them a letter in and close five dollars for
- 16:26Speaker 7: a copy, which in those days, Joe, what does that
- 16:28Speaker 7: translate to be about fifty bucks? Fifty bucks in today's
- 16:32Speaker 7: money for a record? Yeah, you know, it was hard
- 16:36Speaker 7: to get, so I doubt there's very many of these
- 16:38Speaker 7: original original originals left. And you know, I checked out
- 16:44Speaker 7: the vinyl inside and it is spotless, scratchless, clean as
- 16:50Speaker 7: a whistle. So somebody probably listened to it like one time.
- 16:53Speaker 7: It was like a fuck this record. You know, it's
- 16:57Speaker 7: setting some old dudes gusty collection until somehow came upon it.
- 17:01Speaker 7: But uh, yeah, yeah, I'm totally grateful for that. That's
- 17:04Speaker 7: a very cool gift. So yeah, thanks Rob.
- 17:07Speaker 6: Question do you have a like a vinyl record player?
- 17:10Speaker 7: I do you do? Okay, an old school one? I
- 17:14Speaker 7: had an old pink vinyl Yes.
- 17:16Speaker 6: Uh, my girlfriend a year or two go from my birthday.
- 17:21Speaker 7: I'm sorry, sorry, go ahead.
- 17:23Speaker 6: I said, my girlfriend a year or two for my
- 17:25Speaker 6: birthday got me. Uh they have like these new record
- 17:28Speaker 6: players and they're you know, plug into the wall. It's
- 17:31Speaker 6: not obviously like what they used to make, but you
- 17:34Speaker 6: could connect bluetooth to it, so you could play your
- 17:38Speaker 6: record and then connect it to like the speakers. It
- 17:40Speaker 6: was like a really cool gift. And she bought me
- 17:43Speaker 6: a Disco Biscuits vinyl with it. So not as cool
- 17:49Speaker 6: as an old school record player but uh.
- 17:52Speaker 7: And not as cool as as Walden Portrait and red,
- 17:57Speaker 7: but but.
- 17:57Speaker 6: It would play it. It would play the vinyl and
- 18:00Speaker 6: like I could connect it through my phone and it's
- 18:03Speaker 6: kind of cool. It's a cool concept.
- 18:04Speaker 7: Yeah, I got the same thing. It's a Sony I
- 18:07Speaker 7: forget what it is. It's a sony. Uh yeah, it's
- 18:11Speaker 7: a Sony player and it's bluetoothe as well. Yeah, gotta love.
- 18:19Speaker 6: Whenever I pass an old record store, I'll always go
- 18:22Speaker 6: in and like, see if I can find something JFK related,
- 18:25Speaker 6: just for kicks if.
- 18:26Speaker 7: I have time. Yeah, I found the JFK record. It
- 18:29Speaker 7: has a lot of his speeches on it, and that
- 18:32Speaker 7: sits on the shelf behind me, right alongside Oz And
- 18:38Speaker 7: I found I found that at some thrift store for
- 18:41Speaker 7: like seven bucks. Oh nice, but it's not in the
- 18:44Speaker 7: best of conditions. But the cover looks good. What are
- 18:48Speaker 7: you going to do?
- 18:48Speaker 6: Yeah, that's all the matters. Sometimes, yeah, depending if it's.
- 18:53Speaker 7: For display only. So yeah, I actually have a copy
- 18:57Speaker 7: of the release letter. Then INCA sent out to all
- 19:02Speaker 7: of its members, right, and I'll read it here briefly.
- 19:05Speaker 7: They sent us out on May twentieth, nineteen sixty four
- 19:10Speaker 7: from the INCA Truth Tape Headquarters, Joe Truth Tape, Yes
- 19:16Speaker 7: Truth Tape, Gravier Street, New Orleans, Louisiana, May twentieth, nineteen

- 21:13Speaker 7: INCA to secure their copy of oswald A Portrait and read.
- 21:19Speaker 7: Now you may be asking yourself why is this so important? People?
- 21:24Speaker 7: And I'm gonna paint you a picture. Okay, because after
- 21:30Speaker 7: Oswald is arrested in Dallas, Okay, very quickly, news of
- 21:36Speaker 7: his August arrest comes up in New Orleans and very quickly.
- 21:45Speaker 7: Certain people are very quickly to offer up copies that
- 21:52Speaker 7: they just happened to have of his interviews of the radio,
- 22:00Speaker 7: of the television debate, of which Oswald paints a very
- 22:05Speaker 7: picture of him as a Marxist who denounces the United States.
- 22:10Speaker 7: He props up Fidel Castro, talks about living living in Russia,
- 22:18Speaker 7: about having a Russian wife, talks about things that the
- 22:22Speaker 7: United States is doing wrong against the world, and it
- 22:27Speaker 7: paints him in a very very bad light to the
- 22:31Speaker 7: common person, the common American of the time, and a
- 22:38Speaker 7: lot of this information before they bastardized everything and reduced
- 22:43Speaker 7: him to a lone wolf assassin, alone nut assassin. If
- 22:48Speaker 7: you will, no ties or allegiance to any other foreign
- 22:51Speaker 7: countries out there, mind you, Okay, This information was coming
- 22:57Speaker 7: out first day, second day, like hotcakes. This was what
- 23:02Speaker 7: people were writing about stories in the newspapers. You know,
- 23:04Speaker 7: they're tying this guy to being a pro Russia, pro
- 23:09Speaker 7: Castro supporter, nutjob, who obviously is acting in consortium with
- 23:16Speaker 7: one of them or both of them, doing their bidding.
- 23:20Speaker 7: And then of course it comes out that Osall went
- 23:22Speaker 7: to Mexico and he visited the Cuban Consulate and the
- 23:25Speaker 7: Russian Consulate, which don't look good either. So this incident
- 23:32Speaker 7: with this little millieu of people that we're gonna be
- 23:34Speaker 7: talking about here tonight, and they include William Bill Kirk Stuckey,
- 23:40Speaker 7: Edward Scanell Butler, and Aucton Auctionner, Okay, of the famous
- 23:47Speaker 7: Auctionner Clinic in Louisiana, New Orleans. Now, I'm not from
- 23:53Speaker 7: New Orleans and never been to New Orleans, but I've
- 23:55Speaker 7: talked to people that have been and are and you know,
- 24:00Speaker 7: even still today, the name Alton Auctioner lives on very
- 24:07Speaker 7: largely in the lore of New Orleans. And I believe
- 24:12Speaker 7: his his clinic has grown exponentially. It's one of the
- 24:16Speaker 7: top grossing clinics in the United States even today. You know,
- 24:23Speaker 7: they're they're leading in cancer treatments still to this day.
- 24:31Speaker 7: And Alton Auctionner was a guy who was one of
- 24:33Speaker 7: the first people to tie a link between smoking.
- 24:38Speaker 6: And cancer in nineteen thirty nine.
- 24:43Speaker 7: Yeah, and you know, as time will tell, you know,
- 24:50Speaker 7: he was right, of course, smoking anything, whether it be cigarettes,
- 24:56Speaker 7: you know, whatever. You know, when you introduce elements, combustible
- 25:03Speaker 7: elements that are you know, carbon based into your lungs.
- 25:06Speaker 1: It's not good.
- 25:08Speaker 7: It's not good.
- 25:09Speaker 6: But they didn't know that, Rob, And I think at
- 25:12Speaker 6: first it was billed as like a healthy if I
- 25:17Speaker 6: remember correctly.
- 25:17Speaker 7: Well, yeah, if you listen to the cigarette companies, right.
- 25:21Speaker 6: But thirty nine, he was ahead of the game. This
- 25:24Speaker 6: just before World War two.
- 25:26Speaker 7: Like yeah, and a lot of people probably, well, listen
- 25:31Speaker 7: to this show, they'll remember. But like I remember growing
- 25:36Speaker 7: up in the seventies and eighties, and you know, even
- 25:41Speaker 7: though cigarettes were bad, you know, they weren't demonized. I mean,
- 25:46Speaker 7: you could smoke on airplanes back then. I remember going
- 25:48Speaker 7: to Disney World when I was like seven years old,
- 25:52Speaker 7: and I remember distinctly people smoking on the plane. There
- 25:56Speaker 7: was an ashtray right there in your in your in
- 25:59Speaker 7: your arm rest, right.
- 26:01Speaker 6: And Rob, I saw a tweet completely random the other
- 26:05Speaker 6: day that airline companies used to give out mini packs
- 26:09Speaker 6: of cigarettes of four cigarettes each with their airline branded
- 26:14Speaker 6: on them.
- 26:15Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 26:15Speaker 6: I believe it was like Pan American Winston, here's a pack.
- 26:19Speaker 7: Of nuts, here's a pack of smokes, and here's a
- 26:21Speaker 7: couple of drinks. Have a nice flight.
- 26:24Speaker 6: Yeah, And even people young enough as me and and
- 26:27Speaker 6: probably even today, you still can see those ash trays
- 26:30Speaker 6: on the airplane, right and on the armrest right those.
- 26:36Speaker 7: Yeah, right, but you know they even used they used
- 26:39Speaker 7: to advertise cigarettes on TV and in magazines. Yeah, now it's.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Pad you know.
- 26:48Speaker 7: So it's uh, you know, it took a while for
- 26:51Speaker 7: the rest of the world to hear what auction had
- 26:53Speaker 7: been saying since nineteen thirty nine. But that's not all
- 26:58Speaker 7: with auction Auctioner. He wasn't all candies and rainbows and
- 27:02Speaker 7: all this. So Joe, if you enlighten us a little
- 27:04Speaker 7: bit about the president of INCA, Alton Auxner and get
- 27:09Speaker 7: into a little bit of his background, that'll start us
- 27:11Speaker 7: off nicely to paint this picture a little better for everybody.
- 27:16Speaker 6: Sure, So I actually found a two and a half
- 27:20Speaker 6: minute video on auctioner from the we don't get dang.
- 27:27Speaker 4: For this.
- 27:29Speaker 7: Better not have no background music rof Slice.
- 27:32Speaker 6: Louisiana Political Museum. It has twenty one subscribers and it
- 27:39Speaker 6: does not have any music. So I'm gonna play it
- 27:41Speaker 6: and if you could blame me later, if if I
- 27:47Speaker 6: really think we're good, So okay, all right, but this
- 27:51Speaker 6: kind of gives the mainstream view of Oshner and.
- 27:58Speaker 8: All right, the legacy of doctor Alton Auctionner Senior is
- 28:07Speaker 8: best framed by something he often said to his students
- 28:10Speaker 8: and colleagues, don't forget that you are treating people. You
- 28:15Speaker 8: are not treating disease, but people. Born five years after
- 28:20Speaker 8: his parents left Wisconsin to help settle the town that
- 28:23Speaker 8: had sprung up along the railroad line. From an early age,
- 28:27Speaker 8: Alton Auctionner was a precocious student. One of his greatest
- 28:30Speaker 8: influences his distant cousin, A J. Auctioner, was a famous
- 28:35Speaker 8: surgeon in Chicago, who took Alton under his wing and
- 28:38Speaker 8: recommended he pursue an energy Yep, do.
- 28:41Speaker 7: You not hear the background music?
- 28:44Speaker 6: I hear like some piano thing.
- 28:47Speaker 7: Yeah, that's called background music.
- 28:49Speaker 6: Okay, so I continue, just stop it.
- 29:02Speaker 7: I guess, go ahead. I mean when the damage is
- 29:04Speaker 7: done only thirty seconds the yeah, I know, thirty seconds
- 29:10Speaker 7: is long enough for a strike.
- 29:13Speaker 6: Yeah all right, Well, guys to sending their super skin.
- 29:19Speaker 6: I just thought it was like a good mainstream.
- 29:23Speaker 8: MD from Washington University in Saint Louis. Following graduation, he
- 29:28Speaker 8: continued to mentor Alton, helping him travel to Europe, where
- 29:31Speaker 8: he would learn from revered German and Swiss surgeons. In
- 29:36Speaker 8: January nineteen twenty seven, at the age of thirty, Alton
- 29:39Speaker 8: Auctioner received a letter from Dean Bass of Tulane University
- 29:44Speaker 8: inviting him to interview for the position of Chairman of
- 29:47Speaker 8: the Department of Surgery, even though Tulane did not have
- 29:51Speaker 8: its own hospital. Once granted the position, Alton succeeded in
- 29:55Speaker 8: organizing one of America's premier surgical programs at New Orleans
- 29:59Speaker 8: Charity Hospital. Among his innovations were teaching from current journals
- 30:04Speaker 8: rather than textbooks, and developing the bullpen, a revolutionary method
- 30:08Speaker 8: of training student doctors to practice thinking critically under great stress.
- 30:13Speaker 8: A man of uncompromising integrity, his time a charity hospital
- 30:18Speaker 8: came to an end when he refused to hire friends
- 30:20Speaker 8: of Governor Huey P. Long for positions they were not
- 30:23Speaker 8: qualified to hold, and was fired and banned from the
- 30:27Speaker 8: facility for two years. In nineteen forty two, Auctioner and
- 30:32Speaker 8: four two Lane colleagues started the Auctionner Clinic. Today, Auctioner
- 30:36Speaker 8: Health System has grown into a model health care provider, owning, managing,
- 30:41Speaker 8: and affiliated with thirty hospitals and over eighty healthcare centers
- 30:45Speaker 8: across the Gulf Coast. It currently employs over eighteen thousand
- 30:50Speaker 8: professionals and serves patients in every parish in Louisiana, as
- 30:54Speaker 8: well as many others from around the world.
- 30:58Speaker 6: Great, so as you can see that, and as we'll
- 31:01Speaker 6: get into there were pictures of him with Kennedy, with
- 31:08Speaker 6: Nixon and with Reagan. Dude was connected. He pretty much
- 31:17Speaker 6: was like the Anthony Fauci of today. If that's maybe
- 31:22Speaker 6: not a good analogy, but he was. He had a
- 31:25Speaker 6: lot of power. So let's get into him. And this
- 31:33Speaker 6: is the picture of him with John F. Kennedy. I
- 31:37Speaker 6: think this is in nineteen sixty one or sixty two.
- 31:41Speaker 6: But you know, I'm not going to go through all
- 31:45Speaker 6: his background. We just heard a lot of it there.
- 31:49Speaker 6: But I want to read this quote when he was
- 31:52Speaker 6: interviewed by the New Orleans States Item about the activities
- 31:57Speaker 6: of INCA on April sixteenth, nineteen sixty three. As a surgeon,
- 32:03Speaker 6: I know that in an emergency, sometimes you are forced
- 32:07Speaker 6: to do things quickly where the patient will die. We
- 32:11Speaker 6: must spread the warning of the creeping sickness of communism
- 32:15Speaker 6: faster to Latin Americas and to our own people, or
- 32:19Speaker 6: Central and South America. Will be exposed to the same
- 32:22Speaker 6: sickness as Cuba.
- 32:26Speaker 7: That kind of.
- 32:29Speaker 6: Gives a little overview of some of his thoughts here
- 32:35Speaker 6: in Let's see, so he was a passionist anti communist,
- 32:42Speaker 6: and he also became friends with the dictator of Nicaragua
- 32:49Speaker 6: and treated a bunch of people in South America. The
- 32:53Speaker 6: FBI maintained a file on Oshnar. The file was recently
- 32:57Speaker 6: released under a Freedom of Information Act. It shows that
- 33:00Speaker 6: Oshner had a long relationship with various US government agencies.
- 33:05Speaker 6: Oshner also developed a close friendship with Clint Murchison, who
- 33:09Speaker 6: helped fund various right wing organizations. Oshner was also connected
- 33:14Speaker 6: to Warren Commission member, as you mentioned previously, Rob Hale Boggs.
- 33:20Speaker 6: According to one Louisiana state representative, Oshner was quote the
- 33:24Speaker 6: most aggressive seeker and recipient of so called federal handouts
- 33:29Speaker 6: in the second district, which was Hail Boggs District. In
- 33:35Speaker 6: nineteen sixty one, Oshner, with the financial help of Clint Murchison,
- 33:39Speaker 6: established the Information Council of the Americas otherwise just knows
- 33:43Speaker 6: it as INCA, and Butler was appointed as executive director.
- 33:49Speaker 6: The main objective of the organization was to prevent communist
- 33:52Speaker 6: revolutions in Latin America. Oshner told the New Orleans States
- 33:56Speaker 6: item Orr I said that Edgar and Edith Stern, owners
- 34:02Speaker 6: of WDSU Radio rob and Television, were members of INCA,
- 34:10Speaker 6: and Eustace Riley of the Riley Coffee Company, personally donated
- 34:14Speaker 6: one thousands of dollars to INCA. However, it was Patrick Frawley,
- 34:19Speaker 6: a California industrialist and close friend of Richard Nixon, who
- 34:23Speaker 6: was inca's largest financial contributor. The organization used some of
- 34:28Speaker 6: its money to make a film about Fidel Castro entitled
- 34:31Speaker 6: Hitler in Havana one of Let's See. And Edward Haslam
- 34:41Speaker 6: argues in the book Doctor Mary's Monkey that Ostner's hospital
- 34:47Speaker 6: was one of one hundred and fifty nine covert research
- 34:49Speaker 6: centers which the CIA had admitted to setting up. As
- 34:53Speaker 6: Them believes in the book that Osner recruited Mary Sherman
- 34:57Speaker 6: to run the research operation using conventional facilities, which then
- 35:04Speaker 6: expanded out of the loop for its final phases. Has
- 35:11Speaker 6: Them believes that Sherman was involved in carrying out secret
- 35:14Speaker 6: research into developing a JAB to prevent an academic an
- 35:19Speaker 6: epidemic of soft tissue cancers caused by the polio vaccine.
- 35:27Speaker 6: Ostner was strongly opposed to the domestic and foreign policy
- 35:31Speaker 6: of President John F. Kennedy, and he wrote to Senator
- 35:38Speaker 6: Alan Ellender, I sincerely hope that the Civil Rights Bill
- 35:42Speaker 6: can be defeated, because if it was passed, it would
- 35:44Speaker 6: certainly mean virtual dictatorship by the President and Attorney General,
- 35:50Speaker 6: a thing I am sure they both want. And Ostner
- 35:59Speaker 6: sat on the National Institute of Health the NIH today
- 36:02Speaker 6: board of directors, and a fellow director in nineteen sixties,
- 36:07Speaker 6: Jose Rivera, was in New Orleans handing out research grants
- 36:11Speaker 6: to the NIH to Tulane Medical School, which was the
- 36:15Speaker 6: head surgeon at the records of Mexican Consulate office in
- 36:20Speaker 6: New Orleans showed that when Lee Harvey Oswaldt obtained his
- 36:23Speaker 6: visa for his trip to Mexico, he did so at
- 36:26Speaker 6: the same time as William Goddett. And as William has
- 36:29Speaker 6: them points out, and doctor Barry's monkey, Goddet is ha
- 36:33Speaker 6: to work for the CIA and an anti communist newsletter
- 36:37Speaker 6: which Austiner financed.
- 36:39Speaker 5: So so.
- 36:43Speaker 6: Interesting thing here, Rob is during the Garrison investigation in
- 36:49Speaker 6: May of sixty eight or kind of the start of it.
- 36:54Speaker 6: There was a CIA memo that went out and it
- 36:57Speaker 6: was the subject was Albert and he's identified as a
- 37:02Speaker 6: medical doctor in New Orleans allegedly in the near future
- 37:05Speaker 6: will be charged with conspiracy and the Kennedy assassination by
- 37:09Speaker 6: Jim Garrison. A search of office security indices was negative
- 37:15Speaker 6: on Oshner. So this is May fourteenth.
- 37:18Speaker 7: Okay, well, yeah, it was negative one Albert. What about Alton?
- 37:23Speaker 7: We'll see.
- 37:26Speaker 6: So this is three days later. This is from the
- 37:28Speaker 6: Chief of Counterintelligence, subject Alton Oshner. We gotta write this
- 37:35Speaker 6: per your request. Attached for your information is a summary
- 37:42Speaker 6: of information of Alton Oshner available for n OG records.
- 37:47Speaker 6: Negative records on one Albert Oschner was furnished. Were furnished
- 37:53Speaker 6: your office on May fourteen, sixteen, so how long ago? Later?
- 38:02Speaker 6: About a week later, six days later, we got a
- 38:05Speaker 6: new memorandum CIA document subject Garrison investigation of alleged plot
- 38:10Speaker 6: to assassinated President Kennedy, doctor Alton Oshner. Right now, they
- 38:16Speaker 6: kind of admit it. Doctor William Alter. And Oshner was
- 38:25Speaker 6: a cleared source, approved caution and since May thirteenth, nineteen
- 38:33Speaker 6: fifty five, he was used infrequently as a contact of
- 38:37Speaker 6: our New Orleans Office in the collection of intelligence information.
- 38:42Speaker 6: Last official contact with doctor Oshner was on January eighth,
- 38:47Speaker 6: nineteen sixty two. Keyword there's official contact. Yeah, and this
- 38:58Speaker 6: was something about the Illustrative Medical Foundation.
- 39:03Speaker 7: Well, don't stip over that next sentence, because that's a doozy.
- 39:06Speaker 7: Last official contact with the Oshner Clinic was on eighth
- 39:09Speaker 7: November sixty three.
- 39:12Speaker 6: Yes, thank you for pointing out, sir, Yes, so. And
- 39:16Speaker 6: they're going to explain this a little more in the
- 39:18Speaker 6: following paragraph. Lloyd Ray, chief New Orleans Office, and Hunter Leak,
- 39:26Speaker 6: a member of his staff, are both acquainted socially with
- 39:30Speaker 6: doctor Oshner and see him occasionally at social gatherings. Sorry,
- 39:37Speaker 6: that's when we go back to the official contact. But
- 39:41Speaker 6: there were obviously unofficial contacts going on here, and they
- 39:44Speaker 6: pretty much imply that doctor Oshner is prominent not only
- 39:48Speaker 6: in medical circles, but in civic affairs. He is president
- 39:52Speaker 6: of INCA, which is an anti communist organization with which
- 39:58Speaker 6: we are in contact New Orleans.
- 40:02Speaker 7: Mister Edward Butler, Yeah, I'm sorry, Yeah, I was gonna
- 40:07Speaker 7: say you go ahead. The next part doesn't get any better.
- 40:10Speaker 6: Mister Edward Butler, staff director of INCA is in contact
- 40:13Speaker 6: of our New Orleans office and the source of numerous reports.
- 40:18Speaker 6: If you desire more information, please advise. So this is
- 40:25Speaker 6: about was last one twenty third, So this is eight
- 40:29Speaker 6: days later. Now they're kind of coming up with a story.
- 40:34Speaker 6: Is how I kind of read this. On April twelve,
- 40:39Speaker 6: fifty five, Oschner was security approved for contact for use
- 40:44Speaker 6: through a secret level subject. At the time was to
- 40:48Speaker 6: attend the sixteenth Congress of the International Society of Surgery
- 40:52Speaker 6: in Copenhagen, Denmark. He was asked to furnish copies of
- 40:56Speaker 6: advanced circulars, provisional pros, and registration data on Soviet Bloc
- 41:03Speaker 6: countries in particular attending the conference. And they then they say,
- 41:10Speaker 6: there's no file that connects INCA with with our indices.
- 41:15Speaker 7: But yeah, so.
- 41:18Speaker 6: Much like clay Shaw Rob, if you have a very
- 41:23Speaker 6: distinguished international either businessman or doctor in Ausner's case, and
- 41:30Speaker 6: you're traveling places to these type of conferences, you're going
- 41:34Speaker 6: to be a contact and a source.
- 41:36Speaker 7: Yeah. And also if you are the CIA and you're
- 41:40Speaker 7: secretly funding these anti Castro groups, and you know, you
- 41:44Speaker 7: better believe than INCA was one of them. I mean,
- 41:47Speaker 7: it's one of the higher profile ones, you know, with
- 41:51Speaker 7: big swinging dits attached to it. You know, if they're
- 41:53Speaker 7: funding the dre they're definitely fun in INCA Sey and
- 41:57Speaker 7: some money, you know what I mean. I mean it's
- 42:00Speaker 7: just a lot. You know, at least two people in
- 42:04Speaker 7: high positions in INCA being CIA contacts.
- 42:11Speaker 6: Yeah, and you're not INCO's not getting funded by these
- 42:15Speaker 6: fifty dollars vinyls, right, that's not where they're getting their money.
- 42:23Speaker 6: I think that's like on their propaganda budget.
- 42:26Speaker 7: Like, we know we're gonna lose a ton of money
- 42:27Speaker 7: off right, And we know Alton Auctioner wasn't poor either.
- 42:30Speaker 7: I mean that dude was probably rolling in dough.
- 42:33Speaker 6: Yeah, he had a lot of money. He was one
- 42:35Speaker 6: of the biggest contributors to far right causes. You know,
- 42:38Speaker 6: friends with merchants and and.
- 42:42Speaker 5: So.
- 42:43Speaker 7: As doctors go, you know, they don't do anything for free,
- 42:46Speaker 7: you know what I mean. So if he's providing the
- 42:49Speaker 7: CIA with information up to a secret level on you know,
- 42:55Speaker 7: the these whatever he's doing going around the world and
- 42:59Speaker 7: talking to all these other doctors in the other countries,
- 43:02Speaker 7: especially in the Soviet block behind the Iron Curtain, they're
- 43:06Speaker 7: gonna want to know what he knows, and they're going
- 43:10Speaker 7: to pay or fund his organization type of thing, you
- 43:13Speaker 7: know what I mean.
- 43:14Speaker 6: But safe to say he was doing a lot more
- 43:16Speaker 6: than just collecting the pamphlets given out at the conference
- 43:20Speaker 6: and bringing them back. This is right, we give it right.
- 43:23Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 43:24Speaker 6: So that is some of the background on Alton Oshnar
- 43:29Speaker 6: cool cool.
- 43:32Speaker 7: So next up was get into Stucky a little bit,
- 43:36Speaker 7: Bill Stucky. So I believe we parsed this out. So
- 43:40Speaker 7: Bill Stucky is the radio interview. Okay, Ed Butler was
- 43:46Speaker 7: the television interview. Now, William Stucky. Bill Stucky interviewed Oswald
- 43:53Speaker 7: for thirty seven or thirty nine minutes total. He and
- 44:00Speaker 7: he cut this down to a four and a half
- 44:03Speaker 7: minute radio interview on his Latin listening post. He was
- 44:09Speaker 7: given five minutes for his Latin listening post program. I
- 44:15Speaker 7: don't know if it was daily or weekly or what,
- 44:17Speaker 7: but that's all he had was five minutes. So he
- 44:21Speaker 7: cut this interview down significantly to fit on the radio. Now,
- 44:29Speaker 7: he would be called before the Warrant Commission and he
- 44:31Speaker 7: would be requested to hand over copies of his entire interview,
- 44:36Speaker 7: of which there are transcripts I don't believe we have
- 44:42Speaker 7: the full full audio unless it is on this record.
- 44:50Speaker 7: I don't know. I have not even ventured to listen
- 44:55Speaker 7: to this record yet. It is still wrapped in plastic.
- 45:00Speaker 7: But I did see there is an exhibit in the
- 45:05Speaker 7: Warrant commissioned volumes that shows actual picture of a copy
- 45:12Speaker 7: of Stucky's thirty entire thirty seven minute interview.
- 45:17Speaker 6: And the transcript of it.
- 45:21Speaker 7: Right, No, the actual and actual wax record. Oh yeah,
- 45:27Speaker 7: he had a specifically pressed for them, a copy made
- 45:30Speaker 7: for them because he didn't want to He didn't want
- 45:32Speaker 7: to hand them over his copy. He's like, you're not
- 45:35Speaker 7: getting my copy. I'll make you a copy, but I'm
- 45:37Speaker 7: not handing over my copy.
- 45:38Speaker 6: Well, because they wanted to put it on the record
- 45:41Speaker 6: and use it as propaganda.
- 45:43Speaker 7: Use the entire thirty seven minutes on the record, because
- 45:47Speaker 7: I just don't know. I don't think they did well.
- 45:50Speaker 6: They want to hold the rights to it almost.
- 45:52Speaker 7: Well, yeah, something like that makes sense.
- 45:54Speaker 6: It might not that you're giving the rights to the
- 45:56Speaker 6: warrant mission.
- 45:57Speaker 7: But he wasn't going to hand over his copy and
- 45:59Speaker 7: let them and let them make a copy. He's like,
- 46:02Speaker 7: I'll make you a copy. But because I believe he
- 46:06Speaker 7: made them a copy and sent it but they never
- 46:09Speaker 7: got it. So or no, I'm sorry. Here's what happened.
- 46:15Speaker 7: So the Warren Commission went to New Orleans and interviewed
- 46:18Speaker 7: Stucky for like I don't know, an hour, and something
- 46:26Speaker 7: happened to his interview transcript where they lost it allegedly, okay,
- 46:32Speaker 7: or he may have said something in there that they
- 46:35Speaker 7: didn't want him to say on the record, so they
- 46:38Speaker 7: paid to fly him to DC to reinterview him, and
- 46:44Speaker 7: they asked him very specific questions. Now Warren Commission testimonies, right,
- 46:54Speaker 7: so there's no wanderings, you know what I mean. So
- 46:58Speaker 7: it seemed to me that he may have said something
- 47:02Speaker 7: in the first interview that they had to pooh pooh
- 47:04Speaker 7: and get rid of. But they chalked it up to
- 47:08Speaker 7: a stenographer error, if you will. So whatever. But I
- 47:15Speaker 7: came across this FBI document marked secret January twenty ninth,
- 47:22Speaker 7: nineteen sixty four. So they're saying references made to names
- 47:30Speaker 7: in Oswald's address book, which are furnished in an FBI
- 47:35Speaker 7: memorandum of thirty one December sixty three, which lists portions
- 47:39Speaker 7: of the address book found among Oswald's personal effects at
- 47:42Speaker 7: the time of his arrest in Dallas. The following notation
- 47:46Speaker 7: appears on page sixty nine of Oswald's address book Bill
- 47:54Speaker 7: Stucky five two nine dash to two seventy four. So
- 47:59Speaker 7: he had Bill Stucky's numb and his address book.
- 48:02Speaker 6: I think it's right here, Rob, just to put it
- 48:04Speaker 6: up for the people that are watching on YouTube.
- 48:06Speaker 7: Yes, Security Interests contained a file on a Clarence William Stucky,
- 48:13Speaker 7: but lack of identification on Bill Stucky makes it impossible
- 48:16Speaker 7: to confirm or rule out the possibility that he is,
- 48:18Speaker 7: in fact Clarence William Stucky. Clarence William Stucky, who was
- 48:24Speaker 7: born fourteen April nineteen twenty two in Toledo, currently holds
- 48:29Speaker 7: a classified contact contract clearance with the CIA in connection
- 48:33Speaker 7: with his employment as an assistant chief engineer with Stoddard
- 48:36Speaker 7: Aircraft Radio Company, a subsidiary of Tamorrow Electric Electronic Incorporated.
- 48:45Speaker 7: Stucky was originally of interest to the CIA in fifty
- 48:48Speaker 7: five in connection with Project Rock aquatone or FISH. At
- 48:54Speaker 7: that time, he was or recently had been employed by
- 48:57Speaker 7: Lockheed Martin Aircraft Company in Burbank, California. Now, obviously this
- 49:02Speaker 7: is not the same Bill Stuckey. His name is William Kay, yeah,
- 49:11Speaker 7: k Stucky. But it's interesting that there is another Bill Stucky.
- 49:17Speaker 6: Yeah, it happens to be a CIA.
- 49:20Speaker 7: It happens to be a CIA, right, yeah, yeah, yeah, No.
- 49:25Speaker 6: I put this document up. I found it, and I'm
- 49:27Speaker 6: glad you read it because that is funny. So yeah,
- 49:31Speaker 6: they're looking into into whether it's the same Stuckies, kind
- 49:35Speaker 6: of like with the Martins with Jack Martin. Is this
- 49:38Speaker 6: the same Jack Martin type of thing?
- 49:41Speaker 7: Yes? All right, so moving on and this this was
- 49:48Speaker 7: this is a little bit of the timeline, Joe, if
- 49:50Speaker 7: you will. For everybody who's not familiar with all this incident,
- 49:56Speaker 7: you know, I just as a sidebar here, I apologize
- 50:03Speaker 7: if sometimes I seem to dismiss certain things out of hand.
- 50:10Speaker 7: It's not because I mean to do that.
- 50:16Speaker 2: Just know.
- 50:19Speaker 7: That whenever a certain theory is brought up. I've been
- 50:22Speaker 7: looking into this thing for thirty five years almost. I've
- 50:26Speaker 7: looked into it, Okay, whether it be LBJ, whether it
- 50:31Speaker 7: be Mack Wallace, whether it be Judy Baker, whether it
- 50:33Speaker 7: be James Files. I have studied it. I have tried
- 50:39Speaker 7: to either prove or disprove just about every theory out there,
- 50:43Speaker 7: and sometimes I forget that. You know, we're all on
- 50:47Speaker 7: this journey at separate times and in different places in
- 50:50Speaker 7: our research. So you know, if I ever just seemingly
- 50:57Speaker 7: dismiss something without an explanation, it's know that I've looked
- 51:03Speaker 7: into it all. Okay. I have looked into it all.
- 51:07Speaker 7: I've seen it all, I've heard it all just about
- 51:09Speaker 7: and you know, some new things like we'll be discussing
- 51:12Speaker 7: Wednesday night with Mike's video, is a new theory, okay,
- 51:18Speaker 7: And I'm not gonna dismiss it out of hand. I'm
- 51:22Speaker 7: gonna I'm gonna listen right and and see what see
- 51:26Speaker 7: what they have to say, and then I'll make up
- 51:28Speaker 7: my mind. But you know, when it comes to things
- 51:31Speaker 7: like Madeline Brown, Beverly Oliver, you know, anything else you
- 51:35Speaker 7: can imagine, just know that I've done my due diligence,
- 51:38Speaker 7: and I've looked into things, and I've come to the
- 51:41Speaker 7: conclusion that it doesn't merit any further effort on my
- 51:46Speaker 7: part to try to substantiate anybody's story out there. There
- 51:55Speaker 7: are so many things out there, and you know, you'll
- 51:58Speaker 7: come to the point. I see these things are cyclical
- 52:00Speaker 7: you know, like, hey, Rob, do you think that the
- 52:02Speaker 7: Pruder film was was tampered with? I don't know. Some
- 52:07Speaker 7: people say yes, some people say no, does it matter
- 52:10Speaker 7: if it was. We don't have the original, so we
- 52:13Speaker 7: have what we have. You know, we can send your
- 52:15Speaker 7: argue all day.
- 52:16Speaker 2: Was it was?
- 52:16Speaker 4: It?
- 52:17Speaker 2: Was it?
- 52:17Speaker 7: This? Was it that?
- 52:18Speaker 2: You know?
- 52:18Speaker 7: Was this show? Does it show? This is a show
- 52:20Speaker 7: that yeah, well yeah, it's odd. But at the end
- 52:23Speaker 7: of the day, it's what we got until somebody magically
- 52:27Speaker 7: appears with another version of this Pruter film that nobody's
- 52:30Speaker 7: ever seen before. You know, it's it's never ever gonna
- 52:35Speaker 7: prove anything one hundred percent or disprove anything one hundred percent.
- 52:38Speaker 7: It is what it is, you know. But a lot
- 52:42Speaker 7: of these other things just know that I've looked into
- 52:44Speaker 7: them and I've given them a fair shake. Like you
- 52:48Speaker 7: know Mac Wilde, I looked into him, and it doesn't
- 52:53Speaker 7: Something is always wrong, And if you do enough research
- 52:57Speaker 7: into a topic, you'll either prove you the theory to
- 53:01Speaker 7: yourself or you will be able to dismiss that theory
- 53:10Speaker 7: because you've done the due diligence for yourself to look
- 53:14Speaker 7: into it. Like when I say I can side, you're
- 53:16Speaker 7: to say the Judie Baker's full of shit. Everything she
- 53:19Speaker 7: says there's absolutely no substance. She has zero evidence to
- 53:22Speaker 7: back up any of her claims. She's not mentioned in
- 53:24Speaker 7: any documents anywhere anywhere in the world. Some newspaper articles
- 53:31Speaker 7: from the time. That doesn't mean shit. Okay, Now, she
- 53:36Speaker 7: has a very extensive story. And I was Joe started
- 53:39Speaker 7: wandering off into doctor Mary's monkey and shit, and I
- 53:43Speaker 7: was worried there for a second that you were gonna
- 53:47Speaker 7: start mentioning her name. But I'm glad you didn't, because
- 53:52Speaker 7: she has a theory that goes along with, you know,
- 53:56Speaker 7: bringing in this evil doctor Oshner right into the story.
- 54:01Speaker 7: And I can dismiss what she has to say out
- 54:07Speaker 7: of hand because everything else is horseshit that she says.
- 54:15Speaker 7: So when when you have zero credibility and you're sitting
- 54:19Speaker 7: here throwing all this other stuff out here, why should
- 54:22Speaker 7: I believe you? And thank you John Limback, you are
- 54:28Speaker 7: the man, sir. Appreciate you a real treat to chill
- 54:31Speaker 7: out after a long week with a cocktail and watch
- 54:33Speaker 7: you guys present and think out loud together. Keep up
- 54:36Speaker 7: the great work. Thank you, John, appreciate you brother.
- 54:39Speaker 3: Yes.
- 54:42Speaker 7: So with that being said, you know, just know that
- 54:45Speaker 7: if I seem dismissive about certain topics that get brought
- 54:48Speaker 7: up here on the show, just know that I've done
- 54:49Speaker 7: my due diligence and looking into them, and I've concluded
- 54:53Speaker 7: through my years of hard work and research that they
- 54:57Speaker 7: don't merit any more discussion. Okay, yeah, all right, Robie.
- 55:03Speaker 6: Before you start, I just want to Ashley joined late,
- 55:08Speaker 6: want to stay hi and want you to know if
- 55:09Speaker 6: you're gonna sing again.
- 55:12Speaker 7: Uh no, unless you know, uh, I get the feeling
- 55:23Speaker 7: I almost did at the start of the show. Oh wow,
- 55:26Speaker 7: but you weren't here yet, Ashley, so you missed it.
- 55:31Speaker 6: And mister Joseph box As in the house, you said
- 55:35Speaker 6: everyone in the w DSU radio interview with l h
- 55:38Speaker 6: O was a CIA and or FBI propaganda asset.
- 55:43Speaker 7: Exactly, Joe, Yes, yes, for sure. All right. So layout
- 55:49Speaker 7: to lay out this timeline a little bit for everybody. So,
- 55:55Speaker 7: and this is mainly sticking with August of sixty three.
- 55:58Speaker 7: So starting on August first, Oswald wrote a fair Play
- 56:02Speaker 7: for Cute, wrote to the Fair Play for Cuban Committee
- 56:04Speaker 7: in New York and told them that he had gotten
- 56:06Speaker 7: into a brawl with the gusanos, which is Spanish for
- 56:10Speaker 7: worms and a well known epitaph for the Cuban exiles.
- 56:16Speaker 7: This incident had not happened, but Oswald made sure that
- 56:19Speaker 7: it did a few days later. Oswald's target with the
- 56:21Speaker 7: Cuban Dri leader. What was the Cuban dri letter Carlos Brigne. Okay,
- 56:28Speaker 7: now we've we've talked about this this letter because the
- 56:33Speaker 7: street fractice hadn't happened yet. It didn't happen until August ninth. Okay,
- 56:41Speaker 7: but me and Joe came across something in the book
- 56:47Speaker 7: by Uh. I believe it was Henry Hurt that talked
- 56:51Speaker 7: about another Oswald fight.
- 56:56Speaker 5: In the.
- 56:59Speaker 7: The Habana bar, who was owned by Oresta's Pinion, And
- 57:04Speaker 7: there was allegedly a fight inside that spilled out to
- 57:07Speaker 7: the sidewalk, and it was an awful lot like the
- 57:12Speaker 7: street fractus, except there was nobody around to film it,
- 57:18Speaker 7: and nobody got arrested, no police reports were filed, and
- 57:23Speaker 7: nobody got badly hurt. It got broken up relatively quickly.
- 57:27Speaker 7: Wants to spill down onto the street, So this may
- 57:30Speaker 7: be the incident that he's referring to in this August
- 57:34Speaker 7: first letter to the Fair Play for Cuba Committee. Unless
- 57:41Speaker 7: this whole thing was planned out in advance, which is
- 57:48Speaker 7: one of those reaches that people like Loane Nutters, you know,
- 57:53Speaker 7: tend to say, well, you know, it's an awful, big reach,
- 57:57Speaker 7: you know, for Oswald to be able to set all
- 57:59Speaker 7: this stuff up and all these people and YadA YadA YadA,
- 58:04Speaker 7: and we get it. And now this timeline, Joe that
- 58:08Speaker 7: I'm reading from is is from Bill Simpitch's ever fantastic
- 58:14Speaker 7: twelve that built the Oswald legend.
- 58:17Speaker 6: Yes, okay, I have it up on my on my tab,
- 58:21Speaker 6: just just for reference.
- 58:22Speaker 7: So transforward to August fifth, Oswald visits bring A's clothing
- 58:28Speaker 7: store and introduced himself as an next Marine prepared to
- 58:30Speaker 7: fight against Castro and train gorillas, not like monkeys, but
- 58:36Speaker 7: you know gorilla fighters, you know, the down and dirty,
- 58:39Speaker 7: down and dirty shit. He had come to the right
- 58:41Speaker 7: place to make his pitch. The dre was attracted to
- 58:44Speaker 7: military action and propaganda along those lines, and the two
- 58:48Speaker 7: men had talked for nearly an hour. Now, the reason
- 58:52Speaker 7: that he went to Carlos Brigna right was because he
- 58:57Speaker 7: allegedly the first anti Castro Cuban that he approached, if
- 59:01Speaker 7: you will, was our Nesto Rodriguez, who pointed him in
- 59:05Speaker 7: the direction of Carlos Brigner, who knew that he was
- 59:10Speaker 7: involved in this anti Cuban or anti Castro Cuban organization
- 59:14Speaker 7: and training, you know, at Lake Pontretrain.
- 59:19Speaker 6: So at the Burlet's slang went school.
- 59:22Speaker 7: Right, And that's a whole another thing which we have
- 59:26Speaker 7: gotten into. Yeah, August sixth, Oswald returns to Brigia's store
- 59:31Speaker 7: and leaves a copy of his marine guidebook, right, So
- 59:37Speaker 7: then we get to August ninth. Carlos Brigner, Celso Hernandez
- 59:40Speaker 7: and another friend saw Oswald leaflooting for the FPCC and
- 59:45Speaker 7: realized that he was a red Marine and no friend
- 59:49Speaker 7: of theirs, as Oswald had foreseen in his letter. The
- 59:52Speaker 7: four men argued vehemently until the police came and arrested
- 59:55Speaker 7: them all. FBI informant arrested his pain was watching FBI
- 1:00:00Speaker 7: photographers were filming across the street. The CIA FBI agent
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: William Gaudette watched Oswald hand out literature from his office
- 1:00:09Speaker 7: and oh yeah, Dean Andrews saw this go down as well.
- 1:00:14Speaker 7: Andrew was filmed by two teenagers, one from Minnesota and
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: one from Oregon, which I have a I tease Joe
- 1:00:24Speaker 7: Wednesday night with a document that will substantiate some of
- 1:00:27Speaker 7: the things that we've been talking about concerning the John T.
- 1:00:30Speaker 7: Martin film. And we'll get there. I promise it's coming.
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: Making me wait.
- 1:00:35Speaker 7: I know, I know, so all week. The next day,
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: Oswald spent the night in jail. On August tenth, Special
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: Agent John Quickley of the New Orleans office reported that
- 1:00:50Speaker 7: Oswald was desirous of seeing an agent is applying to
- 1:00:53Speaker 7: him information with regard to his activities with the Fair
- 1:00:55Speaker 7: Play for Cuba Committee in New Orleans. Quickly wrote down
- 1:00:59Speaker 7: everything gave him after waiting for more than a month.
- 1:01:02Speaker 7: Quickly revealed Oswald's defection to the USSR and his role
- 1:01:06Speaker 7: as an FPCC activist on the day before Oswald's trip
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: to Mexico City. Now, if you've ever read the Quickly
- 1:01:17Speaker 7: report of his interview with Lee Harvey Oswald, it's interesting
- 1:01:24Speaker 7: because Oswald lies blatantly about several things in his life
- 1:01:31Speaker 7: too quickly, right, And these are easily ascertainable facts about
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: Oswald's life that the FBI would probably know is bullshit. Right,
- 1:01:46Speaker 7: since the FBI has been talking to him since he
- 1:01:48Speaker 7: got back in June of sixty two. Yeah, and they
- 1:01:53Speaker 7: have files on him, you know, flags on him, file
- 1:02:00Speaker 7: on him. And they're not the only ones there are no. Now,
- 1:02:06Speaker 7: fast forward to the sixteenth, Oswald went out to Leaflet
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: again with banisters five point forty four Camp Street address,
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: damped on his fair play for Cuba Committee Leaflets. Now
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: hold the phone.
- 1:02:27Speaker 6: We have that on video, I think or we've showed
- 1:02:30Speaker 6: that before.
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: Um, what did I do with it? It's not where
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: I thought it was going to be, Joe, is it
- 1:02:45Speaker 7: in here? Yes?
- 1:02:47Speaker 6: And just to add something, Rob, I know Larry Hancock
- 1:02:51Speaker 6: and David Boylan's Lancer presentation this year was how Oswald
- 1:02:56Speaker 6: gained the FBI and a bunch of that presentation and
- 1:03:00Speaker 6: was based on how he had lied in that interview
- 1:03:05Speaker 6: and how he was, you know, liable for charges, right,
- 1:03:12Speaker 6: and definitely check that out if you haven't heard it.
- 1:03:19Speaker 7: Yes, Okay, So let's touch on this real quick since
- 1:03:22Speaker 7: we're here, and it involves somebody that we've talked about
- 1:03:30Speaker 7: here on the show before, and I wish I could
- 1:03:35Speaker 7: remember what it was, Joe, you might be able to
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: help me remember concerning uh, special Agent of the Secret
- 1:03:47Speaker 7: Service Elmer Moore. I know we've talked about him for
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: before in some kind of connection with the case. Help
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: us out, joe Ed Elmer Moore. What was he doing?
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: I know he had supposedly had some kind of information
- 1:04:06Speaker 7: from an informant about Hosty, that he had information from
- 1:04:10Speaker 7: Hosty and somehow Elman Moore was tied up into it.
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: That's what it was. But this was later on in
- 1:04:20Speaker 7: Washington State. But in September of sixty four, I have
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: a US Secret Service report to Chief and Chief Inspector
- 1:04:36Speaker 7: Kelly of the United States Secret Service. He says, this
- 1:04:40Speaker 7: will confirm a telephone call from specializing in Elmer Moore
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: at the office of the Warren Commission. As you know,
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: the Warren Commission report came out September fourteenth, so this
- 1:04:52Speaker 7: is three days before they released it. And they're talking
- 1:04:56Speaker 7: about reference made to Special Agent ag files report dated
- 1:05:04Speaker 7: twelve three, sixty three, wherein reference was made to the
- 1:05:07Speaker 7: literature found in possession of Oswald, which bore the stamped
- 1:05:09Speaker 7: address FPCC five forty four Camp Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. Okay,
- 1:05:21Speaker 7: now they're searching everything, Okay, because it says I informed
- 1:05:26Speaker 7: Special as More that I seem to recall that one
- 1:05:29Speaker 7: of the fair Play for Cuba Committee circulars distributed by
- 1:05:31Speaker 7: Oswald bore the address of five forty four Camp Street,
- 1:05:35Speaker 7: but that we had no circulars bearing this address in
- 1:05:39Speaker 7: our file. Specuation More was informed that further search would
- 1:05:43Speaker 7: be made and that if necessary, the FBI and the
- 1:05:46Speaker 7: Police Department Intelligence Division would be contacted to determine if
- 1:05:51Speaker 7: such a circular is available. I subsequently contacted the local
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: FBI office and was formed informed that a search would
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: be made of their files for the circuit, and to
- 1:06:01Speaker 7: this date, no further information has been received from that office.
- 1:06:06Speaker 7: Further search of the files of this office disclosed that
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: a pamphlet entitled the Crime against Cuba by Corliss Lamont
- 1:06:13Speaker 7: bears the following rubber stamped impression on page thirty nine
- 1:06:18Speaker 7: the FPCC five point forty four Camp Street, New Orleans, Louisiana.
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: And this, folks, is what it looked like.
- 1:06:30Speaker 6: Bo.
- 1:06:30Speaker 7: Yeah, this is an actual copy from the very very
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: back page of the Crime against Cuba by Corliss Lamont.
- 1:06:42Speaker 7: And I was when I was talking to Janet Banister
- 1:06:52Speaker 7: last week, I was speculating a little bit because I
- 1:06:57Speaker 7: didn't know for sure about what this stamp looked like
- 1:07:01Speaker 7: at the time, because I couldn't recall, you know, off
- 1:07:04Speaker 7: the top of my head. It's very hard to find
- 1:07:07Speaker 7: unless you bumble stumble your way across it, which I
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: thankfully did for this show. Okay, because through the course
- 1:07:21Speaker 7: of talking to her about Oswald's interaction with five forty
- 1:07:27Speaker 7: four Camp Street and Banister's office at seven point thirty
- 1:07:30Speaker 7: one Lafayette, same building, different streets, different entrances. Five forty
- 1:07:36Speaker 7: four Camp Street up until nineteen two was the offices
- 1:07:43Speaker 7: of the CRC, another anti castor Cuban organization headed up
- 1:07:48Speaker 7: by Sergio or Kassias Smith. Members such as carlos Ki Roga,
- 1:07:55Speaker 7: who we've talked about a lot on this show. Frank
- 1:07:58Speaker 7: Bartes Cia Asset was in the court room when Oswald
- 1:08:03Speaker 7: was in there, obviously friends with bringing A and that
- 1:08:08Speaker 7: whole crew our necessary Rodriguez as well and his brother.
- 1:08:15Speaker 7: So my theory to Janet was this is that if
- 1:08:23Speaker 7: Oswald was given access to this office space whatever it was,
- 1:08:28Speaker 7: you know, up on the second floor of the new
- 1:08:31Speaker 7: of the of the building, that possibly there was some
- 1:08:36Speaker 7: old ship laying around like old anti Castro literature right
- 1:08:42Speaker 7: from the days of the CRC, that you know, because
- 1:08:46Speaker 7: it's likely this building wasn't used for much like it
- 1:08:49Speaker 7: was a shithole back then.
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:08:51Speaker 7: It's since been torn down and rebuilded something else, But
- 1:08:56Speaker 7: even back then it was it was kind of a shithole,
- 1:08:59Speaker 7: right uh Rundown. I believe the only other thing up
- 1:09:05Speaker 7: there was a meeting hall for like a weight like
- 1:09:10Speaker 7: a waiter and waitress and weight staff the union. Then
- 1:09:15Speaker 7: they met like once a month. And you know, this
- 1:09:19Speaker 7: former FPCC CRC office space was likely no more, no
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: bigger than a janitor's closet or you know, a small
- 1:09:29Speaker 7: room like a bathroom type. Yeah, like not a big room,
- 1:09:34Speaker 7: you know, maybe just enough to store ship, you know
- 1:09:37Speaker 7: what I mean, but not big enough to where you
- 1:09:41Speaker 7: can have like a thirty person meeting in there, you
- 1:09:43Speaker 7: know what I mean.
- 1:09:45Speaker 6: I don't know, not renting out that type of office
- 1:09:48Speaker 6: space you see him renting out more of like a closet.
- 1:09:52Speaker 7: Right with with this, my guess is that you know,
- 1:09:58Speaker 7: is it maybe some of this stuff was laying around
- 1:10:04Speaker 7: and it was stamped with the five forty four Camp
- 1:10:07Speaker 7: Street address. But of course literature in the CRC office
- 1:10:17Speaker 7: would not have been stamped with a fair Play for
- 1:10:20Speaker 7: Cuba Committee Moniker, right, they'd had their own identification on here, right.
- 1:10:30Speaker 7: And I can't remember the ah the Spanish you know,
- 1:10:38Speaker 7: drawn out version of the CRC at right here at
- 1:10:41Speaker 7: this moment. But looking at this stamp, it's quite obvious
- 1:10:48Speaker 7: to me that it is the same stamp that Oswald
- 1:10:54Speaker 7: used to stamp his pamphlets.
- 1:11:00Speaker 6: You know, it was a.
- 1:11:02Speaker 7: It was like, you know, a rubber stamp that you
- 1:11:04Speaker 7: could change the things on you could change. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:11:11Speaker 7: you know, and on his other ones it's, uh, it's stamped.
- 1:11:18Speaker 7: Let me see if I can find it. It's stamped L. H.
- 1:11:22Speaker 7: Oswald forty nine oh seven Magazine Street, New Orleans. You know,
- 1:11:29Speaker 7: same three line stamp, the same font.
- 1:11:33Speaker 6: Is it the same font?
- 1:11:35Speaker 7: Yeah, it looks exactly the same font, although you know,
- 1:11:41Speaker 7: the the FPCC stamp looks like it has it's a
- 1:11:47Speaker 7: little looks a little sloppier, like it's not as clean.
- 1:11:51Speaker 7: But it's clearly it's clearly to me the same font
- 1:11:58Speaker 7: or layout, if you will, right. So, and like I
- 1:12:05Speaker 7: said to to to lit One that he was you
- 1:12:07Speaker 7: know that he was right. I acquiesced you know, okay, hey,
- 1:12:10Speaker 7: there was no flyers Hands Off Cuba flyers with the
- 1:12:14Speaker 7: five forty four Camp Street on it like there was
- 1:12:18Speaker 7: in the movie JFK. Those flyers either had the Oswald
- 1:12:28Speaker 7: name and the forty nine oh seven magazine Street to Dress,
- 1:12:36Speaker 7: and no flyer from the time had five forty four
- 1:12:39Speaker 7: Street on it.
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: So I.
- 1:12:44Speaker 7: It's hard to I just don't know how to explain it.
- 1:12:47Speaker 7: My guess is this something that if Oswald was around
- 1:12:50Speaker 7: Banisher's office and he was given access to some office
- 1:12:53Speaker 7: space on the second floor, he likely found the shit
- 1:12:56Speaker 7: there and and just put that put that addres on there,
- 1:13:02Speaker 7: because there is some indication that from certain sources that
- 1:13:06Speaker 7: he did. I mean, he wrote a letter to the
- 1:13:09Speaker 7: fair Play for Cuba committee saying that he had rented
- 1:13:11Speaker 7: office space in a building, so you know, maybe he
- 1:13:16Speaker 7: had it for a couple of weeks or a month
- 1:13:19Speaker 7: and then just quit paying on it or whatever. You know.
- 1:13:26Speaker 7: So anyway, sorry for that sidebar, but seemed important. So
- 1:13:34Speaker 7: that's kind of the timeline for the pamphlets and the fracas,
- 1:13:40Speaker 7: and then we get to the day after he is
- 1:13:45Speaker 7: filmed handing out leaflets again in front of the fair
- 1:13:50Speaker 7: Play or in front of the trademark because WDSU was
- 1:13:55Speaker 7: there filming him for that. So on August seventeenth, Oswald
- 1:13:59Speaker 7: was interviewed by FBI informant Bill Stuckey for his WDSCU
- 1:14:05Speaker 7: show Latin listening posts. Stucky also had a background as
- 1:14:10Speaker 7: a CIA informant on Cuban activities, as can be seen
- 1:14:13Speaker 7: in the nineteen sixty two document where he is treated
- 1:14:15Speaker 7: as a known quantity and a memo regarding his magazine
- 1:14:19Speaker 7: article that provides the location of an anti Castro base
- 1:14:22Speaker 7: near New Orleans. So there you go, all three of
- 1:14:26Speaker 7: these motherfuckers we're talking about here tonight at Bill Stucky,
- 1:14:30Speaker 7: Ed Butler, all Noxtion or all CIA contacts, probably Butler
- 1:14:37Speaker 7: and Stucky FBI informants as well. Yep, yep.
- 1:14:43Speaker 6: I believe Stucky sent a memo out on the morning
- 1:14:48Speaker 6: of August twenty first and to let them know that
- 1:14:52Speaker 6: he would be coming on right.
- 1:14:55Speaker 7: We'll get there, Joe, it's only August seventeenth in the timeline, Oh.
- 1:15:00Speaker 6: Blew my lord again.
- 1:15:02Speaker 7: Yeah, as you as you normally get Ruby to look
- 1:15:06Speaker 7: it up off the floor for you. Okay, that's wrong.
- 1:15:11Speaker 6: Hey, she just eats some stuff though.
- 1:15:17Speaker 7: Special ags in Milton Cock wrote that Stucky that name
- 1:15:23Speaker 7: gets me every time, wrote that Stucky handed the original
- 1:15:27Speaker 7: tape of his interview to the New Orleans FBI office
- 1:15:30Speaker 7: on August twenty ninth. Stucky himself recalls giving it to
- 1:15:36Speaker 7: the FBI as early as the twentieth but either way,
- 1:15:40Speaker 7: his entire conversation with Oswald is handed over to the
- 1:15:44Speaker 7: FBI before the end of August. So in the New
- 1:15:49Speaker 7: Orleans office of the FBI has the entire Oswald interview.
- 1:15:56Speaker 7: And this is important because it comes into play later,
- 1:15:59Speaker 7: as this said from Comes Fast and Furious on November
- 1:16:02Speaker 7: twenty second, pouring in from New Orleans about Oswald's escapades
- 1:16:07Speaker 7: and his connections. August twenty first, Joe Stucky called Special
- 1:16:16Speaker 7: Agent in Charge Harry Mayner that morning, letting him know
- 1:16:19Speaker 7: personally about the tape of the previous show and that
- 1:16:22Speaker 7: there would be another show with Oswald that night on television,
- 1:16:27Speaker 7: So tune in, Jack and get your recorder, get your
- 1:16:30Speaker 7: VCRs ready for the second show. Stucky contacted Ed Butler,
- 1:16:35Speaker 7: executive director, vice president of the Information Council on the Americas,
- 1:16:40Speaker 7: which Stucky described as a quote anti Castro or anti
- 1:16:43Speaker 7: communist propaganda organization. He also asked Brenier to attend the
- 1:16:48Speaker 7: show Cuban with to give the show Cuban flavor. When
- 1:16:54Speaker 7: Stucky invited Oswald to return for a Cuba policy to debate,
- 1:16:58Speaker 7: his jocular response was, how many of you do I
- 1:17:02Speaker 7: have to fight? Oswald's affection to the Soviet Union was
- 1:17:06Speaker 7: revealed while on the air, but Oswald kept his fighting
- 1:17:09Speaker 7: face on throughout the debate. Butler and Brignier were mystified
- 1:17:14Speaker 7: that anyone would consider him a crackpot. WSU Secretary Gene
- 1:17:19Speaker 7: Rogers promptly provided a copy of the debate transcript to
- 1:17:22Speaker 7: the New Orleans FBI office the very next day. So
- 1:17:29Speaker 7: there's another snitch, that bitch, Gene Rogers.
- 1:17:33Speaker 6: All right, And I think Rob they're saying, they're trying
- 1:17:39Speaker 6: to say he's not alone nut because they're trying to
- 1:17:43Speaker 6: prove a Communist conspiracy, right.
- 1:17:47Speaker 7: I mean, that's what the early narrative was, until it
- 1:17:50Speaker 7: wasn't right, you see what I'm saying.
- 1:17:52Speaker 3: Yep.
- 1:17:54Speaker 7: The early narrative was that he was tied he could
- 1:17:59Speaker 7: be tied back to Cuba being a castor supporter, you know,
- 1:18:04Speaker 7: a Russian defector with a Russian wife who's obviously a
- 1:18:07Speaker 7: common pinco bastard and how dare he kill our president?
- 1:18:14Speaker 7: You know type of thing.
- 1:18:15Speaker 6: Yeah, but I think it's important to note you have
- 1:18:17Speaker 6: a couple different motivations of different agencies, and even President
- 1:18:25Speaker 6: LBJ right, he's trying to not make this blamed on
- 1:18:29Speaker 6: the Communists. He does want world War three, but you
- 1:18:32Speaker 6: have the far right and the Cuban exile still trying
- 1:18:35Speaker 6: to make him one right to tie it.
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: So you have like these.
- 1:18:39Speaker 6: Different forces or factions kind of clashing against each other
- 1:18:44Speaker 6: in the after Matthew assassination. Would you agree with that?
- 1:18:48Speaker 7: Mm hmm, possibly, yeah, possibly. You got to remember who
- 1:18:57Speaker 7: who these memos were coming down to this, it's Oswald
- 1:19:01Speaker 7: from being tied with Russia and Cuba, Mexico, whatever the
- 1:19:07Speaker 7: case may be, and to make him look like he
- 1:19:10Speaker 7: was a lone nut. You know, this is all coming
- 1:19:14Speaker 7: from from Johnson and Hoover and the former Kennedy administration
- 1:19:20Speaker 7: like Kats and back and all.
- 1:19:21Speaker 6: That, right, right, but the far right and the Cuban exiles,
- 1:19:25Speaker 6: we're trying to make him not alone nut, to implicate
- 1:19:28Speaker 6: him in the conspiracy. So in the hectic aftermath you
- 1:19:34Speaker 6: have everyone kind of scrambling to their own goals.
- 1:19:39Speaker 7: Right, yeah, but I don't know if the Cuban exiles
- 1:19:42Speaker 7: were making him look like a loan nut.
- 1:19:45Speaker 6: No I'm saying no, I'm saying the Cuban exiles were
- 1:19:48Speaker 6: in the same boat as the right wing and trying
- 1:19:50Speaker 6: to not make him alone nut.
- 1:19:52Speaker 7: Right, right, yeah, yeah, Okay, I'm sorry if I didn't
- 1:19:55Speaker 7: make that. I think you said that wrong. But we
- 1:19:58Speaker 7: got to now, Joe. On the day of the debate,
- 1:20:02Speaker 7: Headquarters send a memo to New Orleans reminding them that
- 1:20:05Speaker 7: it had been waiting to hear what Oswald's job status
- 1:20:09Speaker 7: had been since March and whether or not they needed
- 1:20:12Speaker 7: to interview Marina again. According to John Newman uh page
- 1:20:18Speaker 7: three thirty eight of his book Oswald and the CIA,
- 1:20:20Speaker 7: citing riff number, Joe backs one two four dash one
- 1:20:25Speaker 7: zero two two eight dash one zero zero four to nine.
- 1:20:30Speaker 7: And that's not at Mary Farrell, it's only at the archives,
- 1:20:34Speaker 7: but it's probably online by now, I would assume assume. So, Joe,
- 1:20:47Speaker 7: here we go. What I've been leading you around by
- 1:20:51Speaker 7: the nose, promising you for the past week came across
- 1:20:55Speaker 7: this document, and it's a Garrison document from pretty late
- 1:20:59Speaker 7: in the game. April twenty third, nineteen and sixty nine
- 1:21:05Speaker 7: er Okay from Andrew mumou Shiambra, saying this. Today, I
- 1:21:16Speaker 7: interviewed Lieutenant Knight, who actually did all the investigating which
- 1:21:21Speaker 7: went into the forty one page report on Lee Harvey Oswald.
- 1:21:26Speaker 7: He said after he completed his investigation, he had put
- 1:21:28Speaker 7: it in his booklet form and presented it to Major Thomas,
- 1:21:32Speaker 7: who presented it to Superintendent Burbank and Governor Jimmy Davis.
- 1:21:38Speaker 7: He said that he believes Burbank took it personally to Washington,
- 1:21:42Speaker 7: d C to present it to the Warren Commission. Knight
- 1:21:46Speaker 7: was very cooperative and I believe very truthful. He said
- 1:21:49Speaker 7: he did not make any copies of his forty one
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: page report and that he talked to Major Thomas recently
- 1:21:56Speaker 7: and Major Thomas did not have and did not make
- 1:21:59Speaker 7: any copies of this report. Thomas said that he simply
- 1:22:02Speaker 7: handed the report over to Burbank, and Burbank took it
- 1:22:07Speaker 7: personally to DC to give to the Warren Commission. Okay,
- 1:22:12Speaker 7: very important chain of chain of chain of events. Here.
- 1:22:17Speaker 7: I asked Night to look over the report and tell
- 1:22:19Speaker 7: me what was missing from the report. That he could remember.
- 1:22:23Speaker 7: So obviously, part of this report was included in the
- 1:22:27Speaker 7: Warren Commission volumes. So they had this that was published
- 1:22:32Speaker 7: in the Warren Commission volumes, and they gave it to
- 1:22:34Speaker 7: Lieutenant Knight and said, hey, look at this shit and
- 1:22:38Speaker 7: tell us if anything's missing, because it doesn't sound right.
- 1:22:43Speaker 7: It sounds like it's missing parts, you know, from the report.
- 1:22:48Speaker 7: So he said, the Warren Commission put in the report
- 1:22:53Speaker 7: the information about Lee Harvey Oswald's educational background and the
- 1:22:57Speaker 7: information that they received from the New Orleans Police Intelligence Division. However,
- 1:23:03Speaker 7: he says that what is missing are many photographs Joe
- 1:23:08Speaker 7: of Lee Harvey Oswald at different stages of his residency
- 1:23:12Speaker 7: in New Orleans. For example, he said he had a
- 1:23:18Speaker 7: photograph of Lee Harvey Oswald marching down Canal Street with
- 1:23:23Speaker 7: a group of people, which was included in the booklet
- 1:23:29Speaker 7: the report that he sent to Washington, and the published
- 1:23:34Speaker 7: report and the Warrant Commission did not have this photograph
- 1:23:40Speaker 7: Lee Oswald marching down Canal Street with a group of people. Okay, Now,
- 1:23:48Speaker 7: this is what we were surmising from the John T.
- 1:23:50Speaker 7: Martin film and the Doyle film and what they said,
- 1:23:54Speaker 7: especially the Doyle family. Two different groups of the Doyle
- 1:24:01Speaker 7: family were walking along Canal Street. We have the group
- 1:24:05Speaker 7: of men who was with the young son who was
- 1:24:08Speaker 7: filming the fracas, and then we have the wives and
- 1:24:12Speaker 7: the daughters together separately, but they're only ten fifteen feet
- 1:24:17Speaker 7: behind them, right. They're close, but they're not like right
- 1:24:20Speaker 7: with them. And they were all interviewed separately. But they
- 1:24:25Speaker 7: both said the same thing, that there was other people,
- 1:24:28Speaker 7: at least one other person with Oswald walking up and
- 1:24:34Speaker 7: down Canal Street, and that Oswald had a placard on
- 1:24:38Speaker 7: that said Viva Fidel. He was wearing a wooden placard
- 1:24:42Speaker 7: that said Viva Fidel and handing out and him and
- 1:24:46Speaker 7: this other person were handing out these flyers. The problem
- 1:24:51Speaker 7: with the Doyle film and the Martin film is that
- 1:24:56Speaker 7: none of these events are on either film, and we
- 1:25:00Speaker 7: have from their own mouths. John T. Martin handed his
- 1:25:08Speaker 7: film over to the FBI. He got it back a
- 1:25:10Speaker 7: month later, felt that parts of it were missing. He
- 1:25:14Speaker 7: told Wiseberg they definitely cut something out, but he didn't
- 1:25:18Speaker 7: realize exactly what the Doyle said the same thing. They
- 1:25:23Speaker 7: handed their film over to the FBI. When they got
- 1:25:25Speaker 7: it back there was parts of it missing, including the
- 1:25:28Speaker 7: part where they had Oswald with this other guy wearing
- 1:25:32Speaker 7: his placard walking down Canal Street handing out flyers as
- 1:25:36Speaker 7: before the fracket started. So so you have evidence of
- 1:25:43Speaker 7: the FBI manipulating these two moving pictures of Oswald on
- 1:25:52Speaker 7: Canal Street obviously with somebody else or other people. And
- 1:25:57Speaker 7: then you have evidence here Joe, and this is Lieutenant Knight.
- 1:26:03Speaker 3: This is like the.
- 1:26:07Speaker 7: State Police report, you know, where they gathered all the
- 1:26:12Speaker 7: intelligence from the New Orleans PD, everything that you know
- 1:26:16Speaker 7: they had, where they had to report to the governor
- 1:26:19Speaker 7: of the state and all this, and in this report
- 1:26:21Speaker 7: they handed over everything they had to the Warrant Commission.
- 1:26:25Speaker 7: Included in there was, like I said, a photograph of
- 1:26:29Speaker 7: Lee Harvey Oswald marching down Canal Street with a group
- 1:26:32Speaker 7: of people, which was included in the booklet. He also
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: said that he had several pictures of Lee Harvey Oswald
- 1:26:39Speaker 7: in front of the International Trademark and also when he
- 1:26:43Speaker 7: was arrested on Canal Street. He also said that he
- 1:26:47Speaker 7: got these pictures from the editor of photography department at
- 1:26:52Speaker 7: the Times, Pickyune, and many of these pictures never appeared
- 1:26:57Speaker 7: in the newspaper or on television. He said that these
- 1:27:02Speaker 7: omitted pictures of Oswald made up half the freaking report
- 1:27:08Speaker 7: that was handed over to the Warrant Commission in DC.
- 1:27:13Speaker 7: Over half the report were images of Oswald concerning him
- 1:27:19Speaker 7: on Canal Street, picketing in front of the International Trademark
- 1:27:24Speaker 7: and marching down Canal Street with other people. That's a
- 1:27:31Speaker 7: lot of omission, folks, a lot of omission. Knight said
- 1:27:38Speaker 7: that he would go up to Baton Rouge tomorrow and
- 1:27:41Speaker 7: talk to Thomas and see if there is a possibly
- 1:27:43Speaker 7: a copy of the report. He also said that he
- 1:27:47Speaker 7: would check with the Times Peking to see if he
- 1:27:50Speaker 7: could go back and look over pictures that he originally
- 1:27:52Speaker 7: got from there. He said that he would contact me.
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: Night is now located in the Wildlife and Fisheries Building
- 1:27:59Speaker 7: on Royal Street. Andrew Chiambron this is a memo two
- 1:28:03Speaker 7: gears in April twenty third, sixty nine and oh the
- 1:28:07Speaker 7: follow up is folks. Thomas didn't have a copy of
- 1:28:13Speaker 7: the report and the Times Pekin said that they had
- 1:28:17Speaker 7: thrown away all none used photographs of Lee Harvey Oswald.
- 1:28:25Speaker 7: Of course, of course, becuse why would you do that?
- 1:28:31Speaker 6: And I think what you're getting at here, And I
- 1:28:33Speaker 6: think James's comment kind of nails it on the head here, Well, gosh,
- 1:28:38Speaker 6: you can't expect them to let their assets appear on film.
- 1:28:42Speaker 6: And that's where my thinking goes. I mean, why would
- 1:28:46Speaker 6: you not include that unless it implicated someone that could
- 1:28:50Speaker 6: be identified in some way with Oswald, which of course
- 1:28:54Speaker 6: goes against him being the crack popped alone nut.
- 1:28:59Speaker 7: Yeah. Now here's another interesting Joe. I don't even know
- 1:29:07Speaker 7: what to call this, okay. It's something that Bill Stucky wrote,
- 1:29:17Speaker 7: and he wrote it on November twenty fourth, nineteen sixty three,
- 1:29:21Speaker 7: and he wrote it before Ruby shot Oswald the Sunday.
- 1:29:25Speaker 6: Morning, right Sunday Morning paper edition.
- 1:29:32Speaker 7: No, it wasn't in the paper. It was just something
- 1:29:34Speaker 7: that he wrote, okay. And I don't know if he
- 1:29:39Speaker 7: wrote this to hand over to the FBI or how
- 1:29:44Speaker 7: how did it come about, Buddy, I don't know, Okay.
- 1:29:49Speaker 7: It just says William Stucky. Copyright in nineteen sixty three
- 1:29:52Speaker 7: by William K. Stucky, State Street, New Orleans, written before
- 1:29:56Speaker 7: Oswell's death, November twenty four, sixty three. That's my header. Okay.
- 1:30:03Speaker 7: It's very interesting because we've never heard this characterization about
- 1:30:08Speaker 7: Oswald from anybody else. Okay, Lee, Harvey Oswald, the man
- 1:30:14Speaker 7: charged with the murder of the president, was having trouble
- 1:30:18Speaker 7: drinking his beer. Now, this is how this starts off.
- 1:30:23Speaker 7: We don't have any indication whatsoever that Oswald ever drank beer. Okay,
- 1:30:31Speaker 7: not since Japan at least. But now, so this allegedly
- 1:30:38Speaker 7: took place, This meeting with him and Oswald allegedly took
- 1:30:42Speaker 7: place after the television debate with Brignia. They allegedly went
- 1:30:49Speaker 7: to a bar. And I'll mention what bart is here
- 1:30:52Speaker 7: in a second.
- 1:30:54Speaker 6: And uh so after the twenty first.
- 1:30:57Speaker 7: I think, yeah, it was that. After it was after
- 1:31:01Speaker 7: they were on he was on the radio, they went
- 1:31:03Speaker 7: out and had a beer afterwards, allegedly. Okay, that's what
- 1:31:07Speaker 7: you do with the commedis right? Well, it says we
- 1:31:11Speaker 7: were sitting in a bar at Royal and Toulouse in
- 1:31:15Speaker 7: New Orleans French Quarter at about seven pm August twenty first,
- 1:31:20Speaker 7: nineteen sixty three, for the first time since I had
- 1:31:24Speaker 7: since I had met him five days before, he seemed
- 1:31:27Speaker 7: to be relaxed while talking to me. His only discomfort
- 1:31:31Speaker 7: seemed to be the taste of the beer, which made
- 1:31:34Speaker 7: him WinCE slightly with every sip. It's not hard or
- 1:31:42Speaker 7: I'm not used to drinking beer anymore. He said, the
- 1:31:45Speaker 7: beer in Russia is too bad. So I got into
- 1:31:48Speaker 7: the habit of drinking vodka. You know, in Russia, they
- 1:31:51Speaker 7: don't believe in sipping. They slug it down. They drink
- 1:31:54Speaker 7: for keeps in Russia. Supposely Oswald's telling him now he's
- 1:32:01Speaker 7: heavily into drinking vodka when he was in Russia.
- 1:32:04Speaker 6: Joe, I haven't heard of that before. But yeah, Marina maybe, but.
- 1:32:09Speaker 7: He choked down another swallow and continued get out to
- 1:32:14Speaker 7: shovel my father in law, meaning Marina's father, which she
- 1:32:20Speaker 7: didn't have. Okay, right, yeah, see, he says, my father
- 1:32:25Speaker 7: in law taught me how to drink vodka. I couldn't
- 1:32:28Speaker 7: afford to buy too much of it, since I was
- 1:32:30Speaker 7: making only about eighty rubles a month as a factory worker.
- 1:32:35Speaker 7: But my father in law could buy all he could drink.
- 1:32:38Speaker 7: He was a Russian Army colonel making over three hundred
- 1:32:40Speaker 7: rubles a month. When I used to go visit his daughter,
- 1:32:44Speaker 7: the former Marina Parsakova, now Oswald's wife, he'd bring out
- 1:32:49Speaker 7: the vodka and we start slugging it down Russian style.
- 1:32:54Speaker 7: Can you see Oswald shit faced after like six shots
- 1:32:58Speaker 7: of vodka?
- 1:33:02Speaker 6: I mean he was a skinny guy.
- 1:33:04Speaker 7: He was like lapped him out of the country man.
- 1:33:07Speaker 6: Yeah, especially in Russia.
- 1:33:09Speaker 9: Look at New Week American his liquor. Look at that
- 1:33:14Speaker 9: little pussy tongue up. Pardon me need a supper water
- 1:33:23Speaker 9: after that. That was a horrible Russian accent.
- 1:33:30Speaker 7: Okay, when I used to go visit his daughter, Okay, yeah,
- 1:33:34Speaker 7: he slung it down Russian style. Blah blah blah on
- 1:33:37Speaker 7: that moist. God damn you, Bill Stucky on that moist.
- 1:33:44Speaker 7: I hate that word. On that moist summer night in
- 1:33:48Speaker 7: the French Quarter. Oswald's conversation had an erotic Jesus had
- 1:33:55Speaker 7: an exotic an alien ring. The same was true of
- 1:34:00Speaker 7: his clothes, a heavy, baggy, iron gray full flannel suit.
- 1:34:11Speaker 7: So in the middle of summer in New Orleans, Oswald
- 1:34:16Speaker 7: is apparently wearing a flannel full ass gray flannel suit. Now,
- 1:34:27Speaker 7: I remember, I remember seeing him on the TV part,
- 1:34:30Speaker 7: and he may have had a suit on him, But
- 1:34:34Speaker 7: why would you wear a flannel suit in the middle
- 1:34:36Speaker 7: of summer in New Orleans. He must have been very
- 1:34:39Speaker 7: moist Joe in his little privy bits. No, he definitely
- 1:34:46Speaker 7: have a suit on. But as they call it down there,
- 1:34:50Speaker 7: swamp ass, I believe it's a correct terminology. God quote.
- 1:35:04Speaker 7: They still have a lot to learn about making suits
- 1:35:06Speaker 7: where I've been, he said, with a slight smile. The
- 1:35:09Speaker 7: implication was that he had obtained that suit in Russia
- 1:35:12Speaker 7: or an Iron Curtain country. Earlier that day, through my
- 1:35:17Speaker 7: news sources, I found that Oswald had been applied for
- 1:35:21Speaker 7: citizenship in the Soviet Union in fifty nine, shortly after
- 1:35:25Speaker 7: he had been discharged from the Marine Corps. When talking
- 1:35:28Speaker 7: of his discharge, Oswald would produce a card from his
- 1:35:31Speaker 7: billfold showing that he had been discharged honorably. His request
- 1:35:35Speaker 7: for Soviet citizenship was turned down, he told me, but
- 1:35:39Speaker 7: he nonetheless managed to live in Russia for the next
- 1:35:41Speaker 7: three years as a resident alien. A few minutes earlier
- 1:35:46Speaker 7: that evening, an answer to a question from me, Oswald
- 1:35:50Speaker 7: admitted in a radio program on WDSU in New Orleans
- 1:35:54Speaker 7: that he had lived in the Soviet Union for three years,
- 1:35:58Speaker 7: but in earlier conversations with me he had now he
- 1:36:01Speaker 7: seemed relieved that it was out in the open. During
- 1:36:05Speaker 7: his five. During the five days I've known Oswald, I
- 1:36:09Speaker 7: had a long conversation with him, one brief initial chat,
- 1:36:14Speaker 7: and managed to record a still unpublished and unreleased interview
- 1:36:17Speaker 7: with him, lasting some thirty seven minutes on tape. At
- 1:36:22Speaker 7: the time, these conversations seemed interesting to me because I
- 1:36:25Speaker 7: had never before running across an American who had lived
- 1:36:27Speaker 7: in Russia, or he self proclaimed Marxist who could present
- 1:36:31Speaker 7: his views with great dialectical skill, or for that matter,
- 1:36:37Speaker 7: an officer of the Procaster organization, the Fair Play for
- 1:36:40Speaker 7: Cuba Committee. So this guy thinks Oswald some kind of
- 1:36:45Speaker 7: fancy you know, anomaly, right. You've never met somebody like
- 1:36:52Speaker 7: this guy before, he says, it's difficult, to say the least,
- 1:36:56Speaker 7: to find people like this in a city such as
- 1:36:58Speaker 7: New Orleans. For respect, and in view of him being
- 1:37:01Speaker 7: in charge with the assassination of Kennedy, his conversations and
- 1:37:05Speaker 7: interviews with me are probably the best and most recent
- 1:37:09Speaker 7: look into the mind of a madman who may be
- 1:37:13Speaker 7: the most enigmatic presidential assassin since John Wilkes Booth. I
- 1:37:20Speaker 7: first met Oswald at eight a m. Saturday, August seventeenth.
- 1:37:25Speaker 7: Now this is the day, the morning after he was
- 1:37:29Speaker 7: leafleting in front of the trademark. I had heard about
- 1:37:34Speaker 7: him and his coming to New Orleans to establish a
- 1:37:36Speaker 7: Fair Play for Cuba committee the day before from a
- 1:37:39Speaker 7: Cuban refugee named Carlos brigner Brigne, who had a shouting
- 1:37:44Speaker 7: and scuffling match with Oswald a few days due to
- 1:37:48Speaker 7: their before, due to their differences, gave me Oswald's address.
- 1:37:53Speaker 7: Oswald's small apartment was located in a lower middle class
- 1:37:56Speaker 7: section of New Orleans in the forty nine hundred block
- 1:37:59Speaker 7: of men Agazine Street. Since he had no phone, I
- 1:38:03Speaker 7: had decided to go by his house and invite him
- 1:38:06Speaker 7: to be on my radio program, The Latin Listening Post
- 1:38:10Speaker 7: that night. Who is it? A sleepy voice answered from inside.
- 1:38:15Speaker 7: When I told him it's Bill Stuckey, he came out.
- 1:38:18Speaker 7: I went to his screened in front porch. Oswald's eyes
- 1:38:24Speaker 7: were still clouded with sleep and his wavy hair was disheveled.
- 1:38:29Speaker 7: He had no shirt on. His nipples were hard and
- 1:38:33Speaker 7: were only a pair of marine fatigue trousers and foot flops.
- 1:38:38Speaker 7: He was slender, but wiry and well built, with a
- 1:38:41Speaker 7: bearing and physical appearance like that of a distance runner.
- 1:38:46Speaker 7: Run forced run my wife and baby are still asleep. Man,
- 1:38:53Speaker 7: all r, I'd invite you inside. Let's just talk here
- 1:38:56Speaker 7: on the porch. On that porch, among the other furnishings
- 1:38:59Speaker 7: were a baby stroller and an olive drab trunk which
- 1:39:03Speaker 7: appeared to be a Marine Corps sea locker. I particularly
- 1:39:07Speaker 7: noticed this since I was a former captain in the
- 1:39:10Speaker 7: Marine Corps. He told me that he would appear on
- 1:39:14Speaker 7: my radio show since he was interested in giving the
- 1:39:18Speaker 7: public information on the fair Play for Cuba Committee. And
- 1:39:21Speaker 7: this brief initial conversation, Ozwald informed me that he was
- 1:39:24Speaker 7: not the president, but the secretary of the New Orleans
- 1:39:28Speaker 7: chapter of the fair Play for Cuba Committee, and as
- 1:39:32Speaker 7: such was its quote frontman. He declined then, as he
- 1:39:37Speaker 7: did later, to name other members or give their numbers
- 1:39:41Speaker 7: to me. Oswald went back into his apartment and returned
- 1:39:45Speaker 7: with some literature which he gave me. One piece was
- 1:39:48Speaker 7: a yellow handbill which read hands off Cuba Damit gave
- 1:39:52Speaker 7: a brief pitch about the fair Play Group and advised
- 1:39:55Speaker 7: the reader that lectures and literature were available at the
- 1:39:58Speaker 7: Magazine Street apartment. No other address for the fair Play
- 1:40:03Speaker 7: for Cuba Committee was given. Other pieces of literature which
- 1:40:07Speaker 7: he gave me included two pamphleted speeches of Fidel Castro,
- 1:40:13Speaker 7: one entitled the Revolution must be a School of unfettered
- 1:40:18Speaker 7: thought and Fidel Castro denounces bureaucracy and Secretarianism, a pamphlet
- 1:40:26Speaker 7: by Jean Paul Sartra, not John Paul Sutra, entitled Ideology
- 1:40:33Speaker 7: and Revolution, and a pamphlet by Corlas Lamont entitled The
- 1:40:37Speaker 7: Crime against Cuba. And he told me he would bring
- 1:40:40Speaker 7: me more literature that night. With that, we shook hands
- 1:40:43Speaker 7: and I left. So then it just goes on to
- 1:40:49Speaker 7: tell of how you know, he came down to the
- 1:40:51Speaker 7: radio station, and of course they talked, and he actually
- 1:40:58Speaker 7: praises Oswald's ability to have a very intelligent conversation with
- 1:41:04Speaker 7: him and support the points he was making in an
- 1:41:08Speaker 7: intelligent way, right, he said, his conversation was filled with yes,
- 1:41:14Speaker 7: sirs and no sirs, very articulate. Be a curious, red
- 1:41:21Speaker 7: blooded American boy, he was neat and formal. He was
- 1:41:25Speaker 7: much like a college athlete who upon graduation with a
- 1:41:28Speaker 7: degree in finance and decided to join substantial brokerage house.
- 1:41:34Speaker 7: His conversation was filled with yes, theirs and nur services.
- 1:41:37Speaker 7: Words were well chosen, his answers quick, his phrases completely
- 1:41:41Speaker 7: lacking in slang or colloquialisms. His remarks were always guarded
- 1:41:46Speaker 7: and bore a peculiar, familiar formal air. For example, as
- 1:41:52Speaker 7: an arbitrary illustration, he was the type who would prefer
- 1:41:55Speaker 7: to use the phrase act of violence rather than the
- 1:41:58Speaker 7: more specific word of riot, fight or murder. He seemed
- 1:42:03Speaker 7: to be stimulated by a penetrating or loaded question, to
- 1:42:07Speaker 7: which he seemingly always had an answer right on the
- 1:42:11Speaker 7: tip of his tongue. There was little arrogance in his demeanor.
- 1:42:15Speaker 7: When he laughed, it was a guarded laugh. When he
- 1:42:18Speaker 7: was amused, his thin lip mouth shifted to one side,
- 1:42:22Speaker 7: and he would say in a squinched up way. He
- 1:42:25Speaker 7: would have described this characteristic in a far more academic manner.
- 1:42:32Speaker 7: Where did you pick up your flair for dialectics, I
- 1:42:35Speaker 7: asked him later. I wasn't aware that I was using dialectics.
- 1:42:41Speaker 7: His mouth squinched up in amusement at his own statement,
- 1:42:45Speaker 7: so you know, he was, you know. And it goes
- 1:42:46Speaker 7: on to tell about you know. I think this is
- 1:42:51Speaker 7: a pretty much a transcript of their radio interview, not
- 1:42:59Speaker 7: the long one, but the the shorter one, and this
- 1:43:01Speaker 7: is he hands his report this way. He says, since
- 1:43:09Speaker 7: President Kennedy's murder, there have been many more reports indicating
- 1:43:12Speaker 7: that Oswald was gun happy. This was never apparent apparent
- 1:43:16Speaker 7: during our conversations. If it had been, I would assure
- 1:43:19Speaker 7: you that there would have been no conversation in that setting.
- 1:43:22Speaker 7: I almost felt a little sorry for Oswald. His Russian
- 1:43:26Speaker 7: background had been exposed to the public prior that evening,
- 1:43:29Speaker 7: and in the minds of New Orleans who might have
- 1:43:32Speaker 7: otherwise believed this neat and intelligent young man, the fair
- 1:43:37Speaker 7: Play for Cuba committee was inextricably connected with Russia. He
- 1:43:41Speaker 7: even made the comment, well, you've done your job with that.
- 1:43:46Speaker 7: We shook hands. Oswald said he was going home by
- 1:43:48Speaker 7: bus and left me at the corner of Toulouse and
- 1:43:51Speaker 7: Royal in New Orleans French Quarter, walking off into the
- 1:43:54Speaker 7: moist night in his heavy iron gray iron curtain flannel suit.
- 1:43:59Speaker 7: And I never saw him again. William K. Stuckey so mhm, wild,
- 1:44:08Speaker 7: you know, I've never heard that characterization of Oswald before ever, Right,
- 1:44:13Speaker 7: that's that's that's different than what you've all heard. And
- 1:44:18Speaker 7: he's writing this to somebody My guess is he wrote
- 1:44:21Speaker 7: this for the FBI. That's my guess since he's an
- 1:44:24Speaker 7: FBI in formant. So very interesting stuff. But so now
- 1:44:32Speaker 7: let's bounce over to uh Ed Butler. Joe.
- 1:44:36Speaker 6: Sure, yeah, Bill, thank you, Scott, you are the man
- 1:44:42Speaker 6: for your final or uh character in their head in
- 1:44:47Speaker 6: their hands saying incredible.
- 1:44:49Speaker 7: Yes, you're you're pulling Joe out of the swamp since
- 1:44:53Speaker 7: he got demoney tized. Already show that video.
- 1:44:58Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 1:44:59Speaker 7: Hey, don't I already know.
- 1:45:05Speaker 6: We'll be okay.
- 1:45:07Speaker 7: That thing is probably William Takowski or some bullshit, and
- 1:45:12Speaker 7: that somebody has a copywriting.
- 1:45:14Speaker 6: Yeah, I'll take responsibility for that. But before we move
- 1:45:20Speaker 6: on from Stucky, I came across some interesting document. The
- 1:45:28Speaker 6: document date was June seventy five, but it talks about
- 1:45:33Speaker 6: the early nineteen sixties and a July nineteen sixty two
- 1:45:36Speaker 6: article in the New Orleans State Item by Bill Stucky
- 1:45:40Speaker 6: concerning an anti Castro training base established on the north
- 1:45:45Speaker 6: shore of Lake Ponto Train. This was identified as This
- 1:45:50Speaker 6: unit was identified as Inter Penn, headed by Gerald Patrick
- 1:45:53Speaker 6: Henning Junior. The article in third the Inner Penn was
- 1:45:56Speaker 6: still part of the Frank Ferini Surchis International from anti
- 1:46:00Speaker 6: Communist Brigade, and this unit received nationwide publicity in sixty
- 1:46:07Speaker 6: seven when New Orleans DA Garrison alleged that Inner Penn
- 1:46:11Speaker 6: was involved in the assassination of President Kennedy. But so
- 1:46:17Speaker 6: Stucky The above noted Bill Stuckey, who wrote the July
- 1:46:20Speaker 6: nineteen sixty article on Inner Penn and Hemming, is identical
- 1:46:25Speaker 6: with the William Stucky who I've interviewed Lee Harvy Oswalt
- 1:46:28Speaker 6: during a public broadcast in August sixty three. And it
- 1:46:36Speaker 6: just kind of goes on to some more stuff. But
- 1:46:38Speaker 6: interesting that I just found this randomly, that Stucky is
- 1:46:43Speaker 6: writing articles about Inner Pen in the middle of nineteen
- 1:46:47Speaker 6: sixty two and happens to find his way into interviewing
- 1:46:55Speaker 6: Oswalt a little more than a year later. So you know,
- 1:46:59Speaker 6: there's obviously a lot more going on with Stucky and
- 1:47:03Speaker 6: and everyone especially.
- 1:47:08Speaker 7: Yeah, real quick, Joe, if we move on, it's a
- 1:47:12Speaker 7: dressing a couple of these comments here, Sally, did he
- 1:47:15Speaker 7: say these were books? I thought Ozawa was a tight ass.
- 1:47:17Speaker 7: He got his books from the library. These were pamphlets
- 1:47:24Speaker 7: or little booklets, And what he would do is often
- 1:47:28Speaker 7: write to the fair Play for Cuba Committee and asked
- 1:47:32Speaker 7: them to send him literature, which they would do. So, No,
- 1:47:39Speaker 7: it wasn't like he was paying for this stuff. He
- 1:47:41Speaker 7: was paying for these hands off Cuba flyers allegedly that
- 1:47:45Speaker 7: he was handing out. But the the pamphlets were allegedly
- 1:47:51Speaker 7: coming from the Fair Play for Cuba Committee National office
- 1:47:56Speaker 7: and possibly whatever he found in the storage close at
- 1:47:59Speaker 7: at five for Camp Street. Possibly Jennifer, we love you
- 1:48:09Speaker 7: as well, Thank you, thank you for being here and listening. Yes, yeah,
- 1:48:16Speaker 7: that's right, south to west, fifty six strong. Well we
- 1:48:19Speaker 7: break the sixty barrier.
- 1:48:22Speaker 6: We had fifty eight a few minutes ago. So don't
- 1:48:27Speaker 6: don't go anywhere, folks.
- 1:48:29Speaker 7: Go ahead to all right.
- 1:48:31Speaker 6: So I forgot to mention when I was reading some
- 1:48:34Speaker 6: of the things about Alton Oschner earlier, that was from
- 1:48:38Speaker 6: Spartacus Educational of course, a great site, and I of
- 1:48:42Speaker 6: course forgot to mention that, so I wanted to reference them.
- 1:48:46Speaker 6: And that is also where I'm going to be reading
- 1:48:49Speaker 6: some of the bio on Edward scan scanal Scanel Butler
- 1:48:56Speaker 6: and he was born in New Orleans in nineteen thirty four.
- 1:49:00Speaker 6: He went to the Army Management School from nineteen fifty
- 1:49:03Speaker 6: seven to nineteen fifty nine and Fort Bauvois, Virginia. After
- 1:49:08Speaker 6: completing this course, he was implied employed as an account
- 1:49:12Speaker 6: executive with Brown Friedman and Company, an advertising firm. Butler
- 1:49:18Speaker 6: became friendly with clay Shaw and Lloyd Cobb of the
- 1:49:22Speaker 6: International Trademark and persuaded these men to help fund his
- 1:49:26Speaker 6: anti communist campaigns. This included the establishment of two organizations,
- 1:49:32Speaker 6: the Free Voice of Latin America FVLA and the American
- 1:49:38Speaker 6: Institute for Freedom Project, the AIFB and Coincidentally, Butler employed
- 1:49:46Speaker 6: former FBI agent guy By Banosta to work for the AIFB.
- 1:49:55Speaker 6: In nineteen sixty seven, when Garrison began investigating the activities
- 1:49:59Speaker 6: of Lee Harvey Oswell in New Orleans, Ashner told a
- 1:50:02Speaker 6: friend he feared Garrison would order his arrest and seizure
- 1:50:07Speaker 6: of Inca's corporate records. So we touched on that and
- 1:50:11Speaker 6: the CIA documents of how they did expect Oshner to
- 1:50:16Speaker 6: possibly be indicted for that crime. Obviously, clay Shaw was
- 1:50:24Speaker 6: eventually indicted, so Ed Butler took these records from New
- 1:50:29Speaker 6: Orleans rob to California, where Patrick Frawley arranged them to
- 1:50:36Speaker 6: be hitted Ronald Reagan, the government governor of California, refused
- 1:50:42Speaker 6: all of Garrison's extra addition requests because Fraley had previously
- 1:50:48Speaker 6: helped fund Reagan's political campaigns in California. I can't make
- 1:50:55Speaker 6: that up, according to Arthur Carpenter, who claimed that Osner
- 1:51:08Speaker 6: launched a propaganda campaign against Garrison. Butler and Oshner also
- 1:51:13Speaker 6: attempted to discredit Mark Lane, who was assisting the Garrison investigation.
- 1:51:19Speaker 6: Oschner told Felix Herbert that Lane was a quote professional
- 1:51:24Speaker 6: propagandist of the lunatic left. Oschner also instructed Herbert to
- 1:51:29Speaker 6: tell Edwin Willis, chairman of the House Committee, to dig
- 1:51:34Speaker 6: up whatever information you can on Mark Lane, and so
- 1:51:39Speaker 6: ed Butler wrote a book in nineteen sixty eight rob
- 1:51:42Speaker 6: called entitled Revolution is My Profession.
- 1:51:50Speaker 7: That's an aggressive topic title, just a little bit.
- 1:51:55Speaker 6: In which he attacked as Communist infiltrators, those whose tactics
- 1:52:02Speaker 6: have quote been been trying to link the CIA with
- 1:52:06Speaker 6: all sorts of crime, especially the President Kennedy's assassination. So
- 1:52:11Speaker 6: he wrote this book to say, you know it, it's
- 1:52:17Speaker 6: back in the CIA. Butler continued to work with Patrick
- 1:52:20Speaker 6: Frawley together they put on a magazine called The Westwood
- 1:52:24Speaker 6: Village Square which tried to blame the assassinations of John F. Kennedy,
- 1:52:28Speaker 6: RFK and MLK on the communists. Shocker h. So you know,
- 1:52:40Speaker 6: it's it's interesting because when you think about the role
- 1:52:43Speaker 6: of Butler and Oshner and and everyone else and Stucky,
- 1:52:50Speaker 6: what was their role in the assassination? And you know,
- 1:52:56Speaker 6: like as we mentioned earlier on that Friday Night Rob
- 1:53:00Speaker 6: the November twenty second, sixty three, someone had provided I
- 1:53:12Speaker 6: can't remember what news station, although I'm going to play
- 1:53:14Speaker 6: in the second here, uh.
- 1:53:17Speaker 5: With the.
- 1:53:22Speaker 7: Interview background music there chief.
- 1:53:26Speaker 6: It doesn't it's from check It's from David von Payne's
- 1:53:32Speaker 6: YouTube channel. He's a friend of the K.
- 1:53:35Speaker 7: He's a learned letter.
- 1:53:37Speaker 6: We've used this before. Check out his channel.
- 1:53:42Speaker 3: So far, Lee Oswald has only been accused of killing
- 1:53:45Speaker 3: a Dallas policeman. As far as the assassination is concerned,
- 1:53:48Speaker 3: he has described only as a prime suspect. He has
- 1:53:52Speaker 3: denied any aliy of the assassination of the press. Although
- 1:53:55Speaker 3: he once actually turned in his American passport in Moscow,
- 1:53:58Speaker 3: it's not known whether he acts became a Russian citizen.
- 1:54:02Speaker 3: His wife is known to be Russian born. They most
- 1:54:04Speaker 3: recently lived in a rooming house and Dallas. Again.
- 1:54:07Speaker 7: He was arrested in New Audience last August after he.
- 1:54:09Speaker 3: Got into a fight while distributing material for the Fair
- 1:54:13Speaker 3: Play for Cuba Committee. Here is the interview he gave
- 1:54:15Speaker 3: at that time the station WDSU TV and New Audience. Now,
- 1:54:20Speaker 3: I'm not a communist, and I think that the the
- 1:54:24Speaker 3: red herring and so forth is rather ridiculous.
- 1:54:28Speaker 7: Into the town state, And you're a Marxist?
- 1:54:31Speaker 3: Did I have a steady Marxist Laila?
- 1:54:34Speaker 6: First? But are you a Marxist?
- 1:54:36Speaker 3: I think you did admit on an earlier radio interview
- 1:54:39Speaker 3: that you you consider yourself tomorrow I would very definitely
- 1:54:41Speaker 3: say that I am a Marxist.
- 1:54:44Speaker 1: Script, but that does not mean how I'm a communist.
- 1:54:48Speaker 7: What is the difference between the two.
- 1:54:50Speaker 6: We've all seen this before. But the important point is
- 1:54:55Speaker 6: someone sent this video of Oswalt five six hours after
- 1:55:02Speaker 6: the assassination, maybe seven.
- 1:55:06Speaker 7: The FBI in New Orleans already had this shit ready.
- 1:55:08Speaker 1: To go, right.
- 1:55:12Speaker 6: Right, But all these different factions, whether it be the
- 1:55:14Speaker 6: Cuban exiles or INCA or the far right, we're all
- 1:55:18Speaker 6: pushing this narrative, and and they someone did send it,
- 1:55:22Speaker 6: send that video in and that was played before he
- 1:55:26Speaker 6: was even accused of murdering the president. So they're already
- 1:55:32Speaker 6: claiming the narrative.
- 1:55:34Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:55:34Speaker 6: And when we go kind of circle this all back,
- 1:55:38Speaker 6: what was the role of the people we talked about here, right?
- 1:55:43Speaker 6: I think I think that is it. You know, I
- 1:55:46Speaker 6: don't think they might have had any fore knowledge. I
- 1:55:49Speaker 6: think that when he was picked up, they just kind
- 1:55:53Speaker 6: of went into propaganda action and sent it in and
- 1:55:58Speaker 6: and made him guilty, you know, even before.
- 1:56:01Speaker 7: Friday Night ended, right, Because that could have been the
- 1:56:07Speaker 7: original plan is to paint this guy as a Procastro supporter,
- 1:56:15Speaker 7: you know, Marxist communists, whatever you want to call it.
- 1:56:19Speaker 7: People back then figured Marxist work communists, you know what
- 1:56:22Speaker 7: I mean, yep, And that could have been the original plan. Remember,
- 1:56:29Speaker 7: the rifle, alleged murder weapon was registered or was ordered
- 1:56:34Speaker 7: by a J. Hidell, who was a member of the
- 1:56:38Speaker 7: New Orleans chapter of the Fair Play for Cuba Committee
- 1:56:41Speaker 7: and a pro Castro, alleged pro Castro supporter, even though
- 1:56:45Speaker 7: it was Oswald's alias, you know, that's who ordered the rifle.
- 1:56:54Speaker 7: So that's who it was. Originally initially traced back to
- 1:56:58Speaker 7: and then from the PO box. They discerned that that
- 1:57:04Speaker 7: the PO box is actually registered to Lee Oswald and
- 1:57:08Speaker 7: not this high Deel person. And then of course Oswald
- 1:57:12Speaker 7: had highdel identification on him allegedly, even though that didn't
- 1:57:18Speaker 7: come out right away, it came out later, more than
- 1:57:22Speaker 7: a day later. So was this something that they concocted
- 1:57:27Speaker 7: to paint him or attach him to this murder weapon.
- 1:57:35Speaker 7: Either way, it ain't good whether it's him or this
- 1:57:38Speaker 7: fictitious Hadel being Procastro supporters who allegedly just killed our president.
- 1:57:46Speaker 7: You know, it would have it would have forced our
- 1:57:49Speaker 7: government to do something about Cuba and possibly Russia and
- 1:57:56Speaker 7: start World War three. Here we go, and a lot
- 1:57:59Speaker 7: of people figured that this is just a little bit
- 1:58:02Speaker 7: too close for comfort, you know, to be having a
- 1:58:06Speaker 7: war sixty miles off or shore, which could potentially kill
- 1:58:10Speaker 7: millions of Americans, you know, if the Russians decided to
- 1:58:14Speaker 7: support Cuba and send nukes our way. You know, it's
- 1:58:18Speaker 7: something that they very quickly ka put the Kai basher
- 1:58:22Speaker 7: on and painted him as a lone nut with no associations,
- 1:58:25Speaker 7: no allegiance to Cuba.
- 1:58:28Speaker 6: Or yeah, one hundred percent, and the you know, the
- 1:58:34Speaker 6: propaganda was rolling, and all these different uh you know,
- 1:58:38Speaker 6: whether it be the far right, or the exiles or
- 1:58:41Speaker 6: or the government, all had their own motives. And I
- 1:58:48Speaker 6: think you could learn a lot by studying their immediate
- 1:58:51Speaker 6: reaction to the Oswald the rust. And we've gone through
- 1:58:55Speaker 6: this whole episode two hours strong hare Rob and sixty
- 1:58:59Speaker 6: people by the way live. Uh yeah, that that this
- 1:59:04Speaker 6: faction of INCA and and and the far right and
- 1:59:09Speaker 6: and the organizations we've talked about were definitely trying to
- 1:59:13Speaker 6: paint Oswalt in a certain way, and definitely by releasing
- 1:59:17Speaker 6: that video so quickly hours after he was I mean,
- 1:59:22Speaker 6: this is not of the internet right where this is
- 1:59:24Speaker 6: going viral. Right, So say, like like you had like
- 1:59:27Speaker 6: Thomas Crooks, right, the Trump guy, like say he didn't
- 1:59:31Speaker 6: have a social media presence, but that would be going
- 1:59:35Speaker 6: viral pretty quickly. It went viral for that time pretty quickly.
- 1:59:40Speaker 7: Pretty quickly. Yeah, because, like Scott says here in his comment,
- 1:59:43Speaker 7: you know, if someone has to remember this unimportant interview,
- 1:59:46Speaker 7: seemingly unimportant interview, then they have to find the film.
- 1:59:49Speaker 7: They have to send a physical film canister to the
- 1:59:51Speaker 7: affilitate of the network exactly. But again you have to
- 1:59:57Speaker 7: remember the FBI. This guy was on the FBI's radar
- 2:00:02Speaker 7: ever since he came back from Russia. They were on him,
- 2:00:05Speaker 7: they were following him, they were interviewing him, keeping tabs
- 2:00:09Speaker 7: on him, where he was moving. You know, the New
- 2:00:11Speaker 7: Orleans office would let the Dallas office know, hey, he's
- 2:00:13Speaker 7: back hitded back your way, and Dallas would be like,
- 2:00:15Speaker 7: all right, well he's headed back your way. And now
- 2:00:17Speaker 7: he's headed back your way, and we think he went
- 2:00:19Speaker 7: to Mexico blah blah blah. So this would have went
- 2:00:26Speaker 7: into his file and from the William Walter who worked
- 2:00:30Speaker 7: in the FBI office in New Orleans, we know that
- 2:00:32Speaker 7: they had a file on Oswald. Now whether or not
- 2:00:35Speaker 7: he was a confidential informant a paid confidentional informant is
- 2:00:41Speaker 7: up for debate, but they definitely had a file on
- 2:00:43Speaker 7: this guy in the New Orleans office, and this movie
- 2:00:47Speaker 7: and the recordings of him on the radio would have
- 2:00:50Speaker 7: definitely been in it, and they would have been disseminated
- 2:00:53Speaker 7: very quickly by the right sources to media outlets and
- 2:01:01Speaker 7: other field offices. And this information was coming fast and furious,
- 2:01:09Speaker 7: so very interesting, very interesting, Yeah.
- 2:01:15Speaker 3: For sure.
- 2:01:18Speaker 6: And you know I didn't know a lot about Alton
- 2:01:20Speaker 6: Auschner or even Stucky or at Butler, like the details
- 2:01:25Speaker 6: really before we were prepping this week. I knew the basics, right,
- 2:01:28Speaker 6: But that's what we do on the show. We try
- 2:01:30Speaker 6: to learn and gain some new perspectives, and hopefully we
- 2:01:38Speaker 6: did that for you tonight, ladies and gentlemen.
- 2:01:40Speaker 7: Yeah. I got one more thing before we go, Joe,
- 2:01:44Speaker 7: all right, and I have here an interview on November
- 2:01:53Speaker 7: twenty fifth, nineteen sixty three with a missus Gladys Rogers. Now,
- 2:01:59Speaker 7: I didn't know who this woman is, right, I don't know.
- 2:02:04Speaker 6: I have no idea who she is. But that's the
- 2:02:06Speaker 6: munday of course.
- 2:02:07Speaker 7: After right, Apparently she lived at forty nine oh seven
- 2:02:14Speaker 7: Magazine Street, according to this FBI document. Okay, okay, well
- 2:02:21Speaker 7: that was Oswald's address as well, forty nine oh seven
- 2:02:25Speaker 7: Magazine Street. Okay, So maybe they got the maybe they
- 2:02:31Speaker 7: got this mixed up a little bit, because I think
- 2:02:34Speaker 7: the forty nine oh seven Magazine Street was part of
- 2:02:38Speaker 7: forty nine oh five Magazine Street, like it was all
- 2:02:42Speaker 7: one house, but it was split. Yeah, right, that makes sense.
- 2:02:47Speaker 7: So they interviewed this Gladys Rogers, right. And I had
- 2:02:51Speaker 7: always thought that his landlady on Magazine Street was missus
- 2:02:55Speaker 7: Jesse Garner, who we thought was Dago's mother at some point,
- 2:03:00Speaker 7: but that's not the case either. But we'll get to
- 2:03:03Speaker 7: her here in a second. So Gladys Rogers apparently they
- 2:03:09Speaker 7: went to interview her. She was interviewed in an office
- 2:03:15Speaker 7: in the psychiatric ward of Charity Hospital Cuckoo Cuckoo for
- 2:03:25Speaker 7: cocoa puffs. Her psychiatrist, doctor Kyle Ham, was present during
- 2:03:30Speaker 7: the entire interview. Okay, So I can just preface this
- 2:03:35Speaker 7: by saying, this woman is batshit crazy and they're interviewing
- 2:03:39Speaker 7: her in the psych ward of the Looney Band, okay,
- 2:03:42Speaker 7: for whatever, for whatever reason. And she was interviewed, like
- 2:03:48Speaker 7: I said, November twenty fifth, in New Orleans by special
- 2:03:52Speaker 7: Agent Milton Cock. So it must have been important to
- 2:03:57Speaker 7: send this guy, right.
- 2:03:59Speaker 6: Yeah, So that was this same guy as he came
- 2:04:05Speaker 6: up earlier.
- 2:04:05Speaker 7: What did he do well? He wrote the Milton Cock
- 2:04:08Speaker 7: Report for the Warrant Commission that kind of incorporated everything
- 2:04:15Speaker 7: New Orleans Office FBI related, you know, He wrote up
- 2:04:20Speaker 7: the Quigley interview, He wrote up Oswald's activities the Milton
- 2:04:24Speaker 7: Cock Report right, so she advised that she remembered Lee
- 2:04:30Speaker 7: Oswald and his wife, who resided in the apartment which
- 2:04:33Speaker 7: was immediately adjacent to her apartment. She said that Lee
- 2:04:38Speaker 7: Oswald worked at a coffee company for several months and
- 2:04:41Speaker 7: then lost his job. During the time he was working,
- 2:04:44Speaker 7: he would leave home at seven am and return home
- 2:04:48Speaker 7: at five pm, leaving absolutely no time to diddle Judith Baker.
- 2:04:55Speaker 7: During the time he was working, he spent the weekends
- 2:04:59Speaker 7: at home with his wife and baby, leaving no time
- 2:05:03Speaker 7: to cavort with Judith Baker or David Ferry and their
- 2:05:07Speaker 7: secret mice ridden cancer lab. On these occasions, he was
- 2:05:16Speaker 7: casually dressed, usually wearing a dark pair of trousers and
- 2:05:20Speaker 7: a white sports shirt. She said that Oswald conversed with
- 2:05:24Speaker 7: his wife in foreign language, which she thought to be Russian.
- 2:05:28Speaker 7: He was a very mean son of a bitch to
- 2:05:30Speaker 7: his wife and beat her up on several occasions when
- 2:05:33Speaker 7: she mouthed off to him.
- 2:05:37Speaker 6: That's interesting that she's saying that on the twenty fifth, right,
- 2:05:40Speaker 6: because that's kind of corroborative.
- 2:05:43Speaker 7: Like, yeah, like, how would she know that?
- 2:05:45Speaker 6: On Monday?
- 2:05:47Speaker 7: Very thin walls joe very thin wall.
- 2:05:49Speaker 6: Well, no, I know what I'm saying. She wouldn't have
- 2:05:52Speaker 6: got that from somewhere else, right at that point.
- 2:05:55Speaker 7: Right, Oswald was aloof and kept to himself and only
- 2:05:59Speaker 7: had one kind conversation with her during his stay. On
- 2:06:03Speaker 7: this occasion, he inquired as to why she would raise
- 2:06:07Speaker 7: her goddamn window and leave it in that position for
- 2:06:10Speaker 7: a short period of time and then close it again.
- 2:06:13Speaker 7: Why are you doing that, lady, You're making no sense,
- 2:06:19Speaker 7: just letting bugs in. She stated that she told him
- 2:06:24Speaker 7: that she was trying to keep the insect the incesticide
- 2:06:29Speaker 7: in insecticide that she used to spray for ants and
- 2:06:33Speaker 7: other pests from coming in her apartment. In this connection,
- 2:06:39Speaker 7: she stated that frequently she would observe Oswald spraying the
- 2:06:43Speaker 7: under portion of the floors of his apartment to keep
- 2:06:47Speaker 7: away the bugs and spiders.
- 2:06:53Speaker 6: Well, that could make sense, because Marina was very upset
- 2:06:56Speaker 6: when she came there for the first time and it was.
- 2:06:58Speaker 7: Like a lot of bugs, probably, wrote Rochi.
- 2:07:01Speaker 6: I think that's what Ruth says, so you can see
- 2:07:03Speaker 6: him kind of being ocd about that after right.
- 2:07:07Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean that makes sense to me. Sorry, She
- 2:07:11Speaker 7: recalled that Oswald had two male visitors who arrived at
- 2:07:14Speaker 7: about three pm one afternoon. One was a tall, slender
- 2:07:19Speaker 7: individual whose name was Bill Stucky. He conversed with Oswald
- 2:07:24Speaker 7: about a radio program and instructed him to be at
- 2:07:27Speaker 7: five twenty South broad Street at four thirty pm. She
- 2:07:31Speaker 7: advised that the companion of Bill Stuckey was a man
- 2:07:34Speaker 7: named Pete Malar. She heard them mentioned to an individual
- 2:07:40Speaker 7: named Hydel, but she does not recall in what connection
- 2:07:44Speaker 7: his name was mentioned. Now either this woman has a
- 2:07:48Speaker 7: photographic memory.
- 2:07:50Speaker 6: That's what's going on here.
- 2:07:52Speaker 7: To remember Bill Stuckey, to remember Pete Malar, to remember
- 2:07:57Speaker 7: the specific address that Oswald was supposed to come to,
- 2:08:01Speaker 7: being five twenty South broad Street at the time four
- 2:08:04Speaker 7: thirty pm, and that the name Hidell was mentioned all
- 2:08:10Speaker 7: on eleven twenty five, some three months later. How would
- 2:08:16Speaker 7: somebody remember all that information.
- 2:08:18Speaker 6: Joe, that's a very good point. I mean, even if
- 2:08:21Speaker 6: she had.
- 2:08:22Speaker 7: Her window open and this chick's in the loony bin,
- 2:08:29Speaker 7: that doesn't add up to me. Very odd, very odd.
- 2:08:37Speaker 6: And I think Stucky said he came there first thing
- 2:08:40Speaker 6: in the morning, not in the afternoon, right, So.
- 2:08:46Speaker 7: I just don't understand, is this is this like a
- 2:08:48Speaker 7: falsified FBI report, you know, with litterard, with pertinent information.
- 2:08:55Speaker 6: It's very convenient of a crazy woman.
- 2:08:58Speaker 7: Who would never know that they lied in the report.
- 2:09:02Speaker 6: Well, Hidell is the thing that really sticks out to me. Yeah,
- 2:09:07Speaker 6: how the hell would she know about Idell?
- 2:09:12Speaker 7: Stuck?
- 2:09:12Speaker 6: He didn't know. I don't imagine that came up in
- 2:09:16Speaker 6: the conversation if she overheard it and her window was open.
- 2:09:20Speaker 7: Well, Plus, she knew where he worked, she knew he
- 2:09:23Speaker 7: lost his job, She knew what time he left for work,
- 2:09:25Speaker 7: with time he got home from work. She knew he
- 2:09:28Speaker 7: didn't leave on the weekends. She heard him fighting, arguing,
- 2:09:32Speaker 7: heard him beating her. Missus Rogers said that upon one occasion,
- 2:09:39Speaker 7: she observed an individual talking to her husband Eric and
- 2:09:42Speaker 7: asked for the location of the Oswald apartment. This was
- 2:09:46Speaker 7: several days before Oswald moved. She described this person as
- 2:09:50Speaker 7: a white male five seven one seventy five, dark complexion,
- 2:09:54Speaker 7: wearing dark trousers and a white shirt, had a foreign appearance,
- 2:09:58Speaker 7: probably Spanish. Now I believe she's referencing carlos Kiroga here. Okay,
- 2:10:06Speaker 7: but we know Kroga visited that apartment on magazine street
- 2:10:16Speaker 7: before the fractice, which would have been mid August or
- 2:10:20Speaker 7: August ninth. Right, she's saying that this guy came several
- 2:10:26Speaker 7: days before Oswald moved, which would have been near the
- 2:10:32Speaker 7: end of September. Karoga going back, or did she misremember
- 2:10:40Speaker 7: something that happened a month before, when just a second
- 2:10:44Speaker 7: ago she remembered every detail from the alleged stucky visit
- 2:10:48Speaker 7: down to the address in the time he was supposed
- 2:10:51Speaker 7: to be there. Something right, Something don't smell right with
- 2:10:56Speaker 7: this report here. She recalled that Oswald received a package
- 2:11:05Speaker 7: of books through the mail excuse me, and said that
- 2:11:10Speaker 7: in his spare time he always sat on his front
- 2:11:13Speaker 7: porch and read. Now we know he was checking out
- 2:11:18Speaker 7: a shit ton of library books at this time, we do,
- 2:11:23Speaker 7: But now he's somebody's sending him books into mail.
- 2:11:27Speaker 6: Could she have gotten that wrong with pamphlets?
- 2:11:31Speaker 7: Maybe? I don't know.
- 2:11:33Speaker 6: That's that's the only explanation that comes to my mind.
- 2:11:36Speaker 7: She specifically said received a package of books through the
- 2:11:39Speaker 7: mail and said then in his spare time he always
- 2:11:41Speaker 7: sat on the front porch and read. She recalled an
- 2:11:45Speaker 7: elderly couple visited Oswald on two occasions, both during the daytime.
- 2:11:50Speaker 7: Once it was on a Saturday, and once on a Sunday,
- 2:11:54Speaker 7: this couple drove up in a green, medium sized station wagon.
- 2:11:58Speaker 7: And on the last occasion when this couple called Missus
- 2:12:02Speaker 7: Oswald packed all of her shit and personal effects and
- 2:12:05Speaker 7: went off in the station wagon. So now she's calling
- 2:12:08Speaker 7: Ruth Payne and Michael Payne an elderly couple. But we
- 2:12:15Speaker 7: know Michael Payne didn't go with Ruth Payne to New Orleans.
- 2:12:19Speaker 6: Yeah, and Ruth Payne was like in her twenties.
- 2:12:22Speaker 7: Yeah, And she's saying that there was a guy with her.
- 2:12:25Speaker 7: I mean she specifically says, don't say an elderly woman,
- 2:12:28Speaker 7: an elderly couple. Yeah.
- 2:12:31Speaker 6: I don't know what to make the what the is this?
- 2:12:37Speaker 7: Missus Rogers remembered that prior to the time Missus Oswald
- 2:12:40Speaker 7: left in the station wagon, a young couple in their
- 2:12:44Speaker 7: early twenties stopped in to see the Oswalds, and that
- 2:12:47Speaker 7: they arrived in an automobile, but that she did not
- 2:12:50Speaker 7: know the maker model of the car. She said that
- 2:12:53Speaker 7: she did not see any firearms in the possessions of
- 2:12:55Speaker 7: either mister or Missus Oswald. Now two things there, Joe,
- 2:13:00Speaker 7: was this the Quaker friend of Ruth Payne.
- 2:13:03Speaker 6: That Ruth Klocker.
- 2:13:08Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm butchering that. I mean, this woman didn't miss
- 2:13:12Speaker 7: a fucking beat.
- 2:13:15Speaker 6: Yeah, but she didn't come with a guy. She came
- 2:13:17Speaker 6: with her daughter, and I think Oswald had like interest
- 2:13:21Speaker 6: in her daughter.
- 2:13:23Speaker 7: Right, Well, I know, but I'm saying this woman didn't
- 2:13:26Speaker 7: seemingly miss anything going on with the Oswalds. She's there
- 2:13:30Speaker 7: for all the highlights.
- 2:13:31Speaker 6: Like it's bizarre.
- 2:13:33Speaker 7: I can tell you what my fucking neighbors do on
- 2:13:35Speaker 7: a daily basis, you know what I'm saying.
- 2:13:38Speaker 1: I can't.
- 2:13:40Speaker 7: I mean, they literally lived twenty feet away from me,
- 2:13:42Speaker 7: and I couldn't tell you who visited them, how long
- 2:13:45Speaker 7: they stayed, what they said, you know.
- 2:13:49Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, something doesn't end up here with this woman.
- 2:13:57Speaker 5: No.
- 2:13:57Speaker 7: You know, allegedly Oswald's on the front porch, you know,
- 2:14:00Speaker 7: working his rifle and shit and cleaning it and whatever.
- 2:14:03Speaker 7: But she never sees any of that. She says, she
- 2:14:06Speaker 7: blatantly didn't see any firearms in the possession of either
- 2:14:08Speaker 7: mister or Missus Oswald. She recalled it after Oswald lost
- 2:14:13Speaker 7: his job. A female who wore a white coat and
- 2:14:17Speaker 7: who was thought by Missus Rogers to be a welfare
- 2:14:20Speaker 7: worker called at the Oswald apartment. She stayed there. Several
- 2:14:25Speaker 7: days later. Oswald brought home a large bag of groceries,
- 2:14:28Speaker 7: which she assumed he got from either the welfare agency
- 2:14:32Speaker 7: or a relative. I mean, could this be Ruth Klopford.
- 2:14:40Speaker 6: I mean, I don't think she brought him anything.
- 2:14:42Speaker 7: I mean, at least based on or was this Judy Baker?
- 2:14:48Speaker 7: You never know? All right, Well, I mean she had
- 2:14:51Speaker 7: a white coat on, so she had a lab coat on.
- 2:14:54Speaker 7: It could have been her, right, yeah, yeah, yeah, But
- 2:14:58Speaker 7: she was working at Raley Coffee.
- 2:15:00Speaker 6: With Lee maybe Mary Sherman herself.
- 2:15:02Speaker 7: Maybe, So there's that right. I'd never heard of Gladys
- 2:15:10Speaker 7: Rogers before, but I had heard of missus Jesse Garner
- 2:15:16Speaker 7: right now. I believe the Morn Commission talked to her.
- 2:15:23Speaker 7: I know she was interviewed for the clay Shaw trial.
- 2:15:28Speaker 7: This is what I hold in my hot little hand.
- 2:15:31Speaker 3: Here.
- 2:15:31Speaker 7: Joe is her HSCA testimony, which is ten years after
- 2:15:36Speaker 7: the Garrison clay Shaw trial. Let's see if she changed
- 2:15:41Speaker 7: her story at all. February twentieth, nineteen seventy eight, eleven
- 2:15:47Speaker 7: AM at her residence in La Place Louisiana. Missus Jesse Garner.
- 2:15:53Speaker 7: She was the manager of the premises at forty nine
- 2:15:56Speaker 7: eleven Magazine Street, where Lee Harvey os World rented an apartment. Okay,
- 2:16:03Speaker 7: so maybe this house had three or four different apartments
- 2:16:07Speaker 7: in it.
- 2:16:08Speaker 6: That's that's what I'm thinking, because it wasn't a forty.
- 2:16:11Speaker 7: Whatever nine or forty nine, forty nine oh seven, and
- 2:16:15Speaker 7: she says forty nine to eleven, so you're missing forty
- 2:16:20Speaker 7: nine oh nine. So maybe there was four apartments in
- 2:16:23Speaker 7: this house one house.
- 2:16:25Speaker 6: I think that's that's very likely.
- 2:16:28Speaker 7: Yeah, so.
- 2:16:32Speaker 3: Uh.
- 2:16:36Speaker 7: Missus Garner reiterated her previous statements as true and offered
- 2:16:40Speaker 7: the following information, which was not part of her testimony
- 2:16:43Speaker 7: as recorded number one. Approximately three to four weeks after
- 2:16:48Speaker 7: the Oswalds moved in, a tall, dark brown haired man
- 2:16:52Speaker 7: who identified himself as a Milton cop. She says, Milton Cash,
- 2:16:59Speaker 7: but it's obviously Milton Cock phone number JA two meter
- 2:17:04Speaker 7: dash for six seventy one, which was a local number.
- 2:17:07Speaker 7: An agent of the FBI appeared in her apartment and
- 2:17:10Speaker 7: asked her questions about Lee Harvey Oswald, visitors, habits, and
- 2:17:14Speaker 7: personal information. He requested that she report to him by
- 2:17:22Speaker 7: phone any unusual activities. This is interesting because I've never
- 2:17:26Speaker 7: heard this before. So again, three to four weeks after
- 2:17:30Speaker 7: the Oswalds move into the apartment, Milton Cock of the
- 2:17:34Speaker 7: FBI shows up, talks to the landlady and says, keep
- 2:17:38Speaker 7: an eye on these people and report back any suspicious activity.
- 2:17:43Speaker 7: That's interesting. Yeah, that is interesting, folks. Hella interesting. She
- 2:17:54Speaker 7: didn't contact him until the day of the assassination, though,
- 2:17:58Speaker 7: when she observed Lee Harvey Oswald on her television, his
- 2:18:01Speaker 7: reply was don't worry about it. Everything will be taken
- 2:18:04Speaker 7: care of. A call to the phone number given to
- 2:18:07Speaker 7: missus Garner shows that the number is the office of
- 2:18:09Speaker 7: the FBI in New Orleans, number two. On the night
- 2:18:13Speaker 7: of the assassination, at ten thirty or eleven PM, a
- 2:18:17Speaker 7: man appeared at the apartment. She assumed he was an
- 2:18:21Speaker 7: agent and let him in. He identified himself as a
- 2:18:25Speaker 7: friend of Lee Harvey Oswald and that his name was
- 2:18:27Speaker 7: David Ferry and that his library card was found on
- 2:18:31Speaker 7: Lee Harvey Oswald when he was arrested, that he had
- 2:18:34Speaker 7: nothing to do with it and wanted to know quote
- 2:18:36Speaker 7: who had been to her house. She made him leave
- 2:18:40Speaker 7: without answering his question, She states that she had not
- 2:18:43Speaker 7: seen this person before, but noticed his unusual appearance, him
- 2:18:47Speaker 7: wearing a wig and having drawn false eyebrows on his forehead.
- 2:18:56Speaker 6: That's pretty accurate.
- 2:18:58Speaker 7: Yeah, but the timing is off. So this will be
- 2:19:01Speaker 7: ten thirty or eleven PM the night of the assassination,
- 2:19:05Speaker 7: and we're told that David Ferry left with his boy
- 2:19:08Speaker 7: toys at what early from four to seven o'clock?
- 2:19:12Speaker 6: Yeah, early evening.
- 2:19:14Speaker 7: Yeah, so this is putting him not leaving New Orleans
- 2:19:19Speaker 7: until later, which I guess is possible. I don't know,
- 2:19:26Speaker 7: but if it's true, it's hella interesting. Right. I don't
- 2:19:30Speaker 7: know if it's true, but if it's true, it's hella interesting.
- 2:19:34Speaker 7: Number three that approximately two to three months after Lee
- 2:19:37Speaker 7: Harvey Oswell's death, Marina Oswald sent her a check for
- 2:19:42Speaker 7: the rent that they owed on the apartment that Oswald
- 2:19:46Speaker 7: never paid two.
- 2:19:47Speaker 6: Three months after Lee was killed. Yeah, okay, I mean
- 2:19:54Speaker 6: she was bawling at that point. People were sending her
- 2:19:58Speaker 6: thousands and thousands of all and deals.
- 2:20:01Speaker 7: Yeah, but at that point, you really give a shit
- 2:20:03Speaker 7: about some shithole apartment in the in New Orleans? Did
- 2:20:07Speaker 7: you skip down on fucking eight dollars or whatever the
- 2:20:11Speaker 7: rent was.
- 2:20:12Speaker 6: No, not really, not really, I don't see Marina worrying
- 2:20:16Speaker 6: about that, especially in the aftermath of League getting killed.
- 2:20:20Speaker 7: I don't see it, says this check is still being
- 2:20:23Speaker 7: held by the owner of four nine one one Magazine
- 2:20:26Speaker 7: Street one, Isabella Dawson of four to one four Emerald Street,
- 2:20:31Speaker 7: New Orleans, Louisiana, phone number five oh four two eight
- 2:20:35Speaker 7: eight nine one two oh So apparently not. Apparently she
- 2:20:41Speaker 7: wasn't bullshitting, and apparently there's woman whoever owns that forty
- 2:20:45Speaker 7: nine to eleven magazine street house is Isabella Dawson, and
- 2:20:49Speaker 7: she never cast a check.
- 2:20:52Speaker 6: Maybe she's a great businesswoman and thought, hey, let me
- 2:20:55Speaker 6: hold on to this and I could sell it at
- 2:20:57Speaker 6: auction for ten times.
- 2:21:00Speaker 7: And at this interview, a photo book was supplied by
- 2:21:04Speaker 7: this committee, numbers in sequential order one to one hundred
- 2:21:07Speaker 7: and ten with photos seventy two and seventy three missing,
- 2:21:12Speaker 7: was viewed by missus Garner. The following photos were identified
- 2:21:16Speaker 7: positively by missus Garner, number twelve being David Ferry quote
- 2:21:21Speaker 7: the man that came to my house. Number fifty seven
- 2:21:31Speaker 7: Lee Harvey Oswald, and number fifty eight Marina Oswald. So
- 2:21:37Speaker 7: take that for what you will. John, thank you so much.
- 2:21:42Speaker 7: Appreciate you. Brother. Who's mo que in the house. Yeah,
- 2:21:47Speaker 7: you've got a lot of catch up on John, Yes,
- 2:21:52Speaker 7: all right, he always catches on the replay, but he
- 2:21:56Speaker 7: may have been here for a while and just didn't SPEAKINGTI.
- 2:21:57Speaker 7: Now it's all good, that's sure. But anyway, that's what
- 2:22:03Speaker 7: we got on this deep dive into the INCA connections
- 2:22:06Speaker 7: with Lee Harvey Oswald and his quick quick, uh very
- 2:22:17Speaker 7: quick assumptions and attributions immediately after the assassination. They played
- 2:22:23Speaker 7: a big part in it, and we know they were
- 2:22:26Speaker 7: all CIA assets, FBI informants, and then of course all
- 2:22:32Speaker 7: this other very interesting ancillary information doesn't hurt either. So
- 2:22:37Speaker 7: without further ado, Joe, grab the damn dog. You have
- 2:22:44Speaker 7: to call her Ruby, come on, Ruby, let's go. Ton
- 2:22:51Speaker 7: the dance girl, come on, come on. Thank you folks
- 2:22:57Speaker 7: for hanging with us. It's been a true banger and
- 2:23:01Speaker 7: we appreciate everybody that that gave me some super super stickers.
- 2:23:07Speaker 7: Super thanks and all of our members we appreciate you
- 2:23:11Speaker 7: as well.
- 2:23:12Speaker 6: I hope you learned something, guys. I definitely did in
- 2:23:15Speaker 6: preparation for the show.
- 2:23:17Speaker 7: Yeah. I always love diving into things and learning new stuff,
- 2:23:21Speaker 7: and we're able to do it right here in real
- 2:23:23Speaker 7: time with you, with yours. So without further ado, let's

- 2:24:15Speaker 5: It could be used for him or against him in
- 2:24:17Speaker 5: this strange case.
