Sundays, for me—no matter what's planned or how beautiful—always carry an underlying sadness. A kind of hopeful melancholy. Sundays are when the medicinal, healing properties of music are at their most potent, and I find myself gravitating toward gentler, more emotional sounds to help calm a wandering mind. Thank you to all the music makers for taking such good care of us.
