- 0:09Speaker 1: Ye shots Bice, It's time Hell no love Love Love,
- 0:15Speaker 1: No and Lo. Hello, welcome to the Naughty Book. Nice show.
- 0:18Speaker 1: It really is me, Rumshooter Lem it doesn't sound like
- 0:21Speaker 1: the Today. I've lost my voice. So I have been
- 0:25Speaker 1: talking working round the clock to sell this book. The
- 0:28Speaker 1: book now is just weeks away. It's not months away,
- 0:31Speaker 1: it's just weeks away. And so I've been doing a
- 0:33Speaker 1: turn turn of publicity for the book. I think I've
- 0:35Speaker 1: ever done it a little bit. Yesterday morning, I did
- 0:37Speaker 1: Elvis Durant and thank you. I know there's a huge
- 0:40Speaker 1: crossover between as show and Elvis's. He got me to
- 0:43Speaker 1: number fifty four today on Amazon's charts, so it's really important.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you, thank you, and enjoying us to
- 0:50Speaker 1: help Todave. My voice completely gives out. We know he
- 0:52Speaker 1: can talk. It's our friend Cory Andrew.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Hello, Oh hey baby, I'm here and I will pick
- 0:59Speaker 2: up the slack if you get tark Okay whatever, that.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Can just not beg you. Okay, let's jump in. What
- 1:05Speaker 1: time is it, my friends? It is time so Savannah's interview.
- 1:10Speaker 1: It's today, it was yesterday. It's a two parter on
- 1:13Speaker 1: the Today Show. Just heartbreaking. I can't believe she actually
- 1:18Speaker 1: managed to do this if my mom was missing, I'm
- 1:21Speaker 1: not sure I could. I could find the word. Part
- 1:24Speaker 1: of it that broke my heart is when she was asked,
- 1:28Speaker 1: does she think her celebrity, the fact she's on TV,
- 1:32Speaker 1: does she think she has anything to do with this?
- 1:34Speaker 1: And Savannah said yes, and I'm so sorry, mommy, I'm
- 1:39Speaker 1: so sorry. She was crying. She also gave some new
- 1:42Speaker 1: information that her mother, her mother could not have wandered off.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Nancy couldn't have just gone up and wounded off because
- 1:49Speaker 1: she had terrible, terrible pain. In fact, on a good day,
- 1:52Speaker 1: she could only make it down the drive to the mailbox,
- 1:55Speaker 1: so she did not wonder off. There are some curious
- 1:58Speaker 1: new details too, that the back or was left open.
- 2:02Speaker 1: It was held open, and so I don't know quite
- 2:05Speaker 1: what that means, but just heart breaking detail after detail
- 2:10Speaker 1: for me to watch us sit there and talk about
- 2:13Speaker 1: her mom. She talks about her mom in the presence.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I noted that it just I'm not sure I could
- 2:20Speaker 1: have got through it, and I'm not sure, and please
- 2:23Speaker 1: don't think this is a criticism of Savannah of the
- 2:26Speaker 1: Today Show. I'm not sure why she did this. I
- 2:29Speaker 1: don't know, why does this help? If that's the reason,
- 2:34Speaker 1: If police have told her, keeping your mom's name in
- 2:37Speaker 1: the press will help us find her, then you keep talking.
- 2:42Speaker 1: But it's just it was so hard to watch. I
- 2:44Speaker 1: can't imagine being the person actually telling it. What did
- 2:47Speaker 1: you think, Corey?
- 2:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it did not seem exploitive, So I
- 2:51Speaker 2: like that you mentioned there. It just seemed like there
- 2:53Speaker 2: was a reason behind it, so to your point, and
- 2:56Speaker 2: maybe the police told her or the law told her, Yes,
- 2:58Speaker 2: let's keep the story going so the headlines don't get
- 3:02Speaker 2: so it doesn't get lost in other headlines. I will
- 3:04Speaker 2: tell you I actually unfriended a guy yesterday on Facebook
- 3:07Speaker 2: who he's an older gentleman, like maybe in his seventies,
- 3:10Speaker 2: maybe he was seventy or so, and I was appalled
- 3:13Speaker 2: that he made a post just for no reason and
- 3:16Speaker 2: he said, personally, I'm sick of Savannah Guthrie's trauma, and
- 3:20Speaker 2: I thought, how cold and sensitive. I think we're at
- 3:23Speaker 2: a point now where people just want to move on
- 3:26Speaker 2: from things, but we don't realize and don't want to.
- 3:29Speaker 2: I guess keep negative things in our minds immediately that
- 3:33Speaker 2: because it's so dark and scary, but this woman lost
- 3:35Speaker 2: her mom. We don't know where this woman is. So
- 3:37Speaker 2: I thought that was really cold and insensitive, and so
- 3:39Speaker 2: I unfriended this person.
- 3:41Speaker 3: So I just want to.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Remind people have a little compassion with the story because
- 3:44Speaker 2: we don't know how we would act it were us, right,
- 3:47Speaker 2: We don't know.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah, there was an amazing moment in the interview
- 3:51Speaker 1: when Hoda asked Savannah about criticism but about rumors that
- 3:56Speaker 1: somehow the family was involved early on actually Banfield when
- 4:00Speaker 1: on TV she was on her podcast saying that she
- 4:03Speaker 1: thought the brother in law, Savannah's sister's husband was Yeah,
- 4:09Speaker 1: she did say he was a top suspect, which legally
- 4:12Speaker 1: might have been true in that moment, because when somebody
- 4:15Speaker 1: goes missing, it's always the family that are looked at first.
- 4:17Speaker 1: So I'm not saying that Ashley was wrong. Technically, she
- 4:20Speaker 1: was probably wrong to say it out, but she I
- 4:23Speaker 1: don't think these two will ever speak ever again. And
- 4:25Speaker 1: a New York's a small world. They have a lot
- 4:27Speaker 1: of media parties where you do see people from GMA,
- 4:31Speaker 1: from the Today shirt from that they're all together in
- 4:34Speaker 1: a room. You see people from Fox News with Rachel Maddow,
- 4:36Speaker 1: you just like my head explodes. There's this fabulous media
- 4:39Speaker 1: site called Mediaite. Dan Abrams owns it and he has
- 4:43Speaker 1: a party each year, and I've been invited to it
- 4:45Speaker 1: several times. It's really firm. And you're in the room
- 4:48Speaker 1: and you see the liberals and the conservatives and people
- 4:50Speaker 1: who say the most horrible things about one another on
- 4:52Speaker 1: television are all getting together. I say, You're like, why
- 4:56Speaker 1: is going on here? I don't think Savannah will ever
- 4:58Speaker 1: be in the same room. Ashley Banfield, Yeah, she was
- 5:01Speaker 1: very upset about that.
- 5:02Speaker 3: I remembriage.
- 5:02Speaker 2: We spoke about it here, I remember, and yeah, that's
- 5:05Speaker 2: that's tough. And I didn't know if they had a
- 5:07Speaker 2: really did they have a social relationship before.
- 5:09Speaker 1: They knew each other from TV? Remember remember Ashley Banfield
- 5:13Speaker 1: was going to be the new Katie Kirk. It's Katie
- 5:14Speaker 1: Couric that got rid of her, so she was on NBC.
- 5:17Speaker 1: But it's before Savannah even arrived. Savannah was still I
- 5:20Speaker 1: think too in Local but Ashley Banfield maybe that's part
- 5:23Speaker 1: of it too. Ashley Banfield was going to be Savannah
- 5:25Speaker 1: was going to be the star of this. It is
- 5:28Speaker 1: weird though, because they all do work together. Nancy Grace,
- 5:30Speaker 1: who I love. I know she's controversial. Yeah, she does
- 5:33Speaker 1: give me a friend. And where my twins? She sent
- 5:37Speaker 1: to me the sauciest text read the next time we're
- 5:39Speaker 1: together at Bottina's for a drink, I'm gonna show. I'm
- 5:41Speaker 1: gonna Oh. She does make me laugh. She said she
- 5:44Speaker 1: thinks my hair it's a wig. She said, you got
- 5:46Speaker 1: a better wig than I hair.
- 5:48Speaker 3: That's what she says.
- 5:50Speaker 1: I mean, I do have big hair. I do have
- 5:51Speaker 1: big hair, but it's mine. That's great. But Nancy Grace
- 5:54Speaker 1: used to work with Savannah at Court TV, So in
- 5:56Speaker 1: this little world they've all worked together. It's like all
- 5:59Speaker 1: the Broadway people or all the show they've all sort
- 6:02Speaker 1: of hung out together. So Savannah and actually knew each other.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I don't think they're ever going to be in the
- 6:06Speaker 1: same room today. It is an interesting point, though, that
- 6:09Speaker 1: you made that. I do think people now, the public
- 6:14Speaker 1: is ready to move on. I hate saying that, but
- 6:16Speaker 1: we're at war now. Prices are gone through the roof.
- 6:19Speaker 1: There's other topics out there that are assuming the culture.
- 6:22Speaker 1: And that Frankie goes to Hollywood Taylor Bachelorette, What like
- 6:27Speaker 1: if I get what if I get one more story
- 6:30Speaker 1: about that? So I do understand. As stories do move on,
- 6:34Speaker 1: it's going to be very interesting to see what the
- 6:36Speaker 1: Today Show does. If you are the executive producer of
- 6:39Speaker 1: The Today Show, do we do this story on Monday?
- 6:41Speaker 1: On Tuesday? On Wednesday? What day do we not do
- 6:44Speaker 1: the story? These stories don't just happen when you turn
- 6:47Speaker 1: on your TV in the morning and you see me
- 6:49Speaker 1: or somebody on TV chatting. It's all scripted. It's all
- 6:52Speaker 1: in the teleprompter. Maybe the comments aren't scripted. It's like
- 6:55Speaker 1: this show. But we do have our headlines, so we
- 6:58Speaker 1: know what we're going to talk about today. We make
- 7:00Speaker 1: a decision every night before the show. We zoom, we talked,
- 7:04Speaker 1: this is the lineup, this is what we're going to
- 7:06Speaker 1: talk about. This is the lead story. But Today Show
- 7:08Speaker 1: does the same. So at some point they're gonna have
- 7:10Speaker 1: to decide are we gonna still cover this or we're
- 7:14Speaker 1: going to move on to something that It is very,
- 7:16Speaker 1: very tricky. We're trying to do it with as much
- 7:18Speaker 1: grace as we can. I think we are here, yes,
- 7:21Speaker 1: So it is tricky too. Like I thought she did
- 7:23Speaker 1: a really good job, but she didn't ask any follow
- 7:25Speaker 1: up questions, Like Savannah revealed a lot of new information,
- 7:29Speaker 1: and if I'd been the reporter, I would have said,
- 7:31Speaker 1: hang on a minute, your mom couldn't walk, your mom
- 7:35Speaker 1: was that little? I didn't know that. The back door,
- 7:38Speaker 1: I want to know more about that. Why was it
- 7:40Speaker 1: propped open? Why was that?
- 7:42Speaker 2: And so me we hold it didn't want to be
- 7:43Speaker 2: too interrogative. I see, but you're right, like a normal
- 7:47Speaker 2: journalist would. But in that environment, I think hold it
- 7:51Speaker 2: was trying to not be too investigative.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Yeah, you don't want to push back too much. And
- 7:57Speaker 1: what do you think about the fact that Craig didn't
- 7:58Speaker 1: do the interview. It's been talked about it because Craig
- 8:01Speaker 1: and Savannah they had a co host.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Yeah, they're the co host.
- 8:04Speaker 1: They're not hold us not the co host. She stepped
- 8:07Speaker 1: away from the show and Craig got the job. And
- 8:11Speaker 1: I would be like, I'm your co host. You've presented
- 8:13Speaker 1: us to the world as a team. It's Savannah and Craig.
- 8:17Speaker 1: I saw commercials before the mother went miss into the
- 8:20Speaker 1: today s was running commercials and it was Savannah and Craig.
- 8:24Speaker 1: They're the first family of TV. So it felt weird.
- 8:27Speaker 2: It felt like they were trying to I hate to
- 8:28Speaker 2: say it, It felt like it was a vehicle to
- 8:31Speaker 2: perhaps bring Holda back into the spotlight because there's something
- 8:35Speaker 2: else pending where they you know, hold us whole thing.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Where does she come back? Is she going to be back?
- 8:40Speaker 2: Is she she's gonna leave her to.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Stay out of it? Whatever?
- 8:44Speaker 2: It felt like a vehicle piece for Holder, and that
- 8:46Speaker 2: was a little exploitive.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Yeah, didn't it. There was something about it. I don't
- 8:50Speaker 1: want to move past what the content was because it
- 8:53Speaker 1: was shocking and what's happening is appalling, but there was
- 8:55Speaker 1: something about it that didn't quite quite sit right. I
- 8:58Speaker 1: like Craig. I've known him from like my God, he handsome.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Craig first voice, Oh, he's.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Like but it's like mighty sounds the same as my
- 9:09Speaker 1: Nancy Grace impersonally. If I can, I can't. He's so
- 9:13Speaker 1: if I was great, I'd like, I'm going annoyed at that. Yeah,
- 9:17Speaker 1: and I'd be a little nervous and might not do
- 9:19Speaker 1: that interview. When I in my job, when I'm not
- 9:23Speaker 1: asked to do the interview and you are, I'm like, no,
- 9:25Speaker 1: it's it's a sign going on Let's get to a pole.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Question of the day. Savannah did a heart breaking, a
- 9:34Speaker 1: heartbreaking interview with Holder on The Today Show about her
- 9:39Speaker 1: mummy's disappearance. Should Craig have done the interview? What do
- 9:42Speaker 1: you think? Should it have been Craig? Or do you
- 9:45Speaker 1: think it's right that it was heard of two women talking?
- 9:47Speaker 1: I get that? What do you think? Hey? Go vote
- 9:49Speaker 1: on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob Our facebook
- 9:52Speaker 1: page is already gossip and be sure just check back
- 9:55Speaker 1: tomorrow or even on Monday to hear your results. Why
- 10:00Speaker 1: do you working on Kora? Yes?
- 10:01Speaker 2: Well, you know what, there's another story that's been looming
- 10:03Speaker 2: over the past week. It's about this whole bodyguard controversy
- 10:06Speaker 2: with Chapel Roone and Jude Law's daughter.
- 10:09Speaker 3: But there's an update with that.
- 10:10Speaker 2: So apparently the security guard at the center of this
- 10:13Speaker 2: backlash story over his confrontation with Jude Law's young daughter,
- 10:17Speaker 2: well it turns out he was not protecting Chapel Roone
- 10:20Speaker 2: after all, he was working for Sabrina Carpenter and the
- 10:24Speaker 2: revelation now shifts the narrative, you know, around the heated
- 10:27Speaker 2: hotel incident that left the eleven.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Year old the daughter of Jude Law in tears. Apparently.
- 10:32Speaker 3: I guess she was trying to get.
- 10:34Speaker 2: An autograph or say hello to her favorite celebrity or something,
- 10:37Speaker 2: and the security guard was a little over protective, let's say.
- 10:40Speaker 3: So, what appeared to be a routine.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Celebrity encounter quickly escalated when the guard stepped in and
- 10:46Speaker 2: you know, apparently or allegedly spoke aggressively to the child
- 10:50Speaker 2: and to her mother. Now, the family insist there was
- 10:53Speaker 2: like no interaction that would have prompted this beyond just
- 10:56Speaker 2: a smile, which makes the security guard's response.
- 10:59Speaker 3: Sne really excessive.
- 11:01Speaker 2: So now the attention is turning to the guards actions
- 11:04Speaker 2: and whether they crossed a line. Now, you know, it's
- 11:07Speaker 2: interesting with these guards. I'm not sure what kind of
- 11:10Speaker 2: training they have typically when they have these jobs. We've
- 11:13Speaker 2: learned in some cases where some security guards actually you know,
- 11:16Speaker 2: have a past where they are a little overly aggressive
- 11:19Speaker 2: in their personal lives and their professional lives. Sometimes there's
- 11:23Speaker 2: a blurred line. I'm not sure who who? What do
- 11:25Speaker 2: you call background checks?
- 11:26Speaker 3: These people? Who knows?
- 11:27Speaker 2: So not sure if this guy is qualified or not.
- 11:30Speaker 2: That's not the point. The point is, apparently security guards
- 11:33Speaker 2: are now being a lot of scrutinized because maybe they're
- 11:37Speaker 2: going overboard when it comes to them protecting the artists
- 11:41Speaker 2: that they are hired to protect, Like how much is
- 11:44Speaker 2: too much? And how are they e gauging when a
- 11:47Speaker 2: security situation is worthy of aggression or if it's just
- 11:51Speaker 2: an eleven year old child trying.
- 11:53Speaker 3: To get an autograph from their favorite star, Like.
- 11:55Speaker 2: You can't treat both situations the same, right, So what
- 11:59Speaker 2: do you make of the story?
- 12:00Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I now believe Chapel Rose. I wasn't quite
- 12:02Speaker 1: sure yesterday that he was not her security guard. He
- 12:05Speaker 1: was there with Sabrina Carpenter. He's worked for Kim Kardashi
- 12:08Speaker 1: and I knew I recognized him. He's worked with Kim
- 12:09Speaker 1: in the past. In fact, I think it was working
- 12:11Speaker 1: with Kim when she was abducted, when she was I
- 12:16Speaker 1: think he was working with Kim then, and so he
- 12:18Speaker 1: has been around a while. Line of Richie Today had
- 12:21Speaker 1: some really great comments for celebrities who hate fame that
- 12:24Speaker 1: they work so hard to get, which is stop, like
- 12:26Speaker 1: you really wanted to be famous? Yeah, you're famous? And
- 12:30Speaker 1: so I love line on Richie like that is the price.
- 12:33Speaker 1: I find it's so annoying. Now, you know what if
- 12:35Speaker 1: you're having dinner and you're eating and somebody comes over
- 12:37Speaker 1: and bothers you, I get it. But I've been around
- 12:39Speaker 1: celebrities and they are so grateful to have a fan base.
- 12:42Speaker 1: It's lovely to have. Yesterday, somebody stopped me on the
- 12:45Speaker 1: street right when I was walking my doggie and he
- 12:48Speaker 1: had just pooped. I know, I was picking it up
- 12:51Speaker 1: and somebody said life at that moment, what timing it was.
- 12:58Speaker 1: I was thrilled, elizabe you help me?
- 13:01Speaker 3: Yes, just well, listen, I look. I know that celebrities
- 13:04Speaker 3: can be really nice.
- 13:05Speaker 2: To Angela Bassett, I have to say I was at
- 13:08Speaker 2: the opening of the Big African American Museum back in
- 13:11Speaker 2: two thousand and twenty thirteen, I guess that was in DC,
- 13:15Speaker 2: and I saw Angela Bassett.
- 13:16Speaker 3: In the restaurant. She was so kind.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Her and her husband, Corney b Vance, had a lovely
- 13:20Speaker 2: time speaking with them.
- 13:21Speaker 3: But a little.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Girl wanted to be an actress, and her father walked
- 13:25Speaker 2: over while they were having breakfast at the restaurant and said,
- 13:28Speaker 2: my daughter loves you, and angel said, well, where is she?
- 13:33Speaker 2: And he brings over the little girl.
- 13:35Speaker 3: And so I've seen celebrities really aken. How to embrace it?
- 13:40Speaker 1: Dude, I'm gonna try and choke through this next story.
- 13:42Speaker 1: We're gonna cut to Harry and Megan's story. Yes, so
- 13:46Speaker 1: now they excuse me, I'm sorry, I'm coughing and blurting.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Here they are talking about the Meta court room defeat.
- 13:53Speaker 1: There's a huge ruling that fan Meta and Google negligence
- 13:57Speaker 1: in the case that harmed a young you U. Now,
- 14:00Speaker 1: Harry and Meghan are celebrating that they've talked a lot
- 14:04Speaker 1: about the Internet, about the troubles with young people and
- 14:07Speaker 1: bullying online. I totally am with them for it. However,
- 14:12Speaker 1: some people are saying Harry and Megan are also using
- 14:15Speaker 1: social media now for their own children. We are seeing
- 14:18Speaker 1: a lot more Lilibert. We're seeing a lot more Archie.
- 14:21Speaker 1: It's tricky, isn't it, Because you don't want to be
- 14:23Speaker 1: a hypocrite. I think you can be both here. I
- 14:26Speaker 1: use social media, but I still think there should be
- 14:29Speaker 1: guard right, Yeah, and so I think, yeah, both things
- 14:33Speaker 1: are true. Okay, We're going to take a quick break
- 14:35Speaker 1: and we will be right back. Welcome back to the
- 14:39Speaker 1: Naughty but Nice Show. I think I've got five more
- 14:41Speaker 1: minutes left in my voice to get to I know
- 14:43Speaker 1: it's crazy, it's absolutely cort Let's do it. Nicest, stuffy,
- 14:52Speaker 1: nicest of the day is your Jackman, who is a
- 14:55Speaker 1: little bit on my not nice lifts. Because I don't
- 14:58Speaker 1: like this messiness with leaving the wife, you're allowed to
- 15:00Speaker 1: fall in a nut of love. I can get it,
- 15:02Speaker 1: but it doesn't need to be messy. This was messy.
- 15:05Speaker 1: I don't like this, but that isn't the reason he's
- 15:07Speaker 1: on the list of to day. He's on the list because
- 15:09Speaker 1: he is embracing his silver fox era and he's spotted.
- 15:13Speaker 1: I've not seen you with these gray gray hair. He
- 15:16Speaker 1: looks really sex. He's a very good looking man. I
- 15:20Speaker 1: get him many many times. He's tall and handsome, great
- 15:23Speaker 1: muscular body him alone. But now he has this gray hair.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I've started to embrace Mike Gray higher Corey, you are
- 15:31Speaker 1: the king of hair that you've got a new one
- 15:32Speaker 1: to day. I love a really sure it looks great.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Do you dye your hair or is that naturally that dark?
- 15:37Speaker 1: It's beautiful?
- 15:38Speaker 2: No, I do die, and if I don't, I look
- 15:42Speaker 2: like Morgan Freeman and I'm not quite ready for that.
- 15:45Speaker 2: So I definitely throw up Just for Men up in there.
- 15:50Speaker 2: If they're listing, I will love the endorsement.
- 15:53Speaker 1: So yeah, I do die.
- 15:55Speaker 2: I'm just not ready for it, you know what I mean.
- 15:57Speaker 2: It's one of those things where you have to really
- 15:59Speaker 2: say I'm ready. I'm just not ready for ahead of
- 16:01Speaker 2: gray hair.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I hear you.
- 16:03Speaker 3: But yeah, so Hugh Jackman.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Yes, he is embracing his silver Fox neiss as they say.
- 16:08Speaker 2: And you know, he's evolving now to these situations where
- 16:12Speaker 2: he's like embracing that that silver daddy age. Now off screen,
- 16:15Speaker 2: his personal life, of course.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Is evolving.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Reports suggests that his relationship with Sutton Foster is getting serious,
- 16:21Speaker 2: though family dynamics may be slowing down a bit. So
- 16:23Speaker 2: in this case with him, you know, I think he's
- 16:26Speaker 2: just gonna enjoy this silver daddy phase of his life
- 16:28Speaker 2: with this younger girl on his arm. And I think
- 16:32Speaker 2: this he's gonna have a whole new chapter that I think,
- 16:35Speaker 2: you know, right now, the silver Fox thing is in,
- 16:37Speaker 2: so he's only going to get more popular.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I left mind, I've stopped dying mind. I put a
- 16:42Speaker 1: little bit of Just Just for Men in too, and
- 16:44Speaker 1: it's a great product if you're listening to We're not
- 16:46Speaker 1: getting endorsed to say this, but you just like rub
- 16:49Speaker 1: it in and then I really leave it in for
- 16:50Speaker 1: like four or five minutes and I jump in the shower.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, and then it all comes out and I've
- 16:55Speaker 1: stopped doing it. I sort of like my gray streaks. Now.
- 16:57Speaker 1: It's very very huge acment of Kay, let's do a
- 17:02Speaker 1: little bit, but give me more Corey. Yeah.
- 17:05Speaker 2: So we were talking earlier about this idea that maybe
- 17:08Speaker 2: some people in Guthrie's own family, Savannah Gusrie's family, were
- 17:12Speaker 2: being sort of looked at about this crime with her
- 17:15Speaker 2: mother being missing.
- 17:15Speaker 3: But now Savannah herself.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Is shutting down these unbearable speculative rumors that her own
- 17:21Speaker 2: family had anything to do with it. And so, you know,
- 17:23Speaker 2: it's her mother's disappearance that's really pulling on the heartstrings
- 17:26Speaker 2: of her family and America. And she's calling these whispers
- 17:29Speaker 2: that they had something to do with it cruel and
- 17:32Speaker 2: deeply painful, and she fiercely defends her siblings, insisting that
- 17:36Speaker 2: they were loving caregivers who have already been cleared by authorities.
- 17:40Speaker 2: So basically, you know, the naughtiest of the day we
- 17:43Speaker 2: are saying they are the people who continue to push
- 17:46Speaker 2: these false rumors and blame the family when we don't
- 17:49Speaker 2: have any really serious evidence to accuse them of such.
- 17:52Speaker 2: So just calm down and cool it with those rulers
- 17:55Speaker 2: and those rumors.
- 17:56Speaker 1: They are the naughtist no evidence. And I said it
- 18:00Speaker 1: broke my heart. She said it was pain being piled
- 18:03Speaker 1: on pain awful. Okay, listen with a moment of Robert,
- 18:08Speaker 1: thank you. Be kind to yourself and you start right now.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Be kind to yourself today. The voice in your head,
- 18:15Speaker 1: it really does matter, so make friends with it. Don't
- 18:18Speaker 1: let it be a critic. You're allowed to rest. I
- 18:22Speaker 1: needed to hear this. You're allowed to reset, to start
- 18:25Speaker 1: over without any shame. Because progress isn't perfect. It's persistence
- 18:30Speaker 1: and it's celebrating the small winds. So you forgive your mistakes.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Do I forgive myself now, really really quickly, when I
- 18:37Speaker 1: mess up. And that is the way that you keep
- 18:39Speaker 1: moving forward. You show up, you take a step, and
- 18:43Speaker 1: you keep going. The life you want to build is
- 18:46Speaker 1: just around the corner. But it depends on how you
- 18:51Speaker 1: treat yourself. I'm kind to myself. I've learned this. I
- 18:55Speaker 1: wasn't in the past. I'd say really ugly things to myself.
- 18:58Speaker 1: My rule is if I wouldn't say it to somebody
- 19:01Speaker 1: I love, if I wouldn't say it to my mom, my, sister, Bruce,
- 19:04Speaker 1: even Darby, then why am I saying it to myself.
- 19:08Speaker 1: I would never ever be that cruel to somebody that
- 19:12Speaker 1: I loved. I love me, and so stop saying cruel
- 19:16Speaker 1: things to yourself, that voice in your head, it really
- 19:20Speaker 1: doesn't matter. Hey, that is eat for today. We did it, Corey.
- 19:24Speaker 1: You made it eat for them and not speak all week.
- 19:28Speaker 1: And thank you so much for listening to The Naughty
- 19:30Speaker 1: but Nice with Rob and Corey Show, a production of
- 19:32Speaker 1: Elvis Durant and iHeart Radio. Don't forget to check out
- 19:35Speaker 1: my substack rub shooter dot substack dot com and my
- 19:38Speaker 1: novel Yes I Could with a Wistener out in just
- 19:41Speaker 1: two three weeks, just three weeks. If you want to
- 19:44Speaker 1: pre order it, it would be great. I'd be very
- 19:46Speaker 1: very grateful. And remember all together now.
- 19:49Speaker 2: If you're going to be naughty, you've got.
- 19:53Speaker 1: To be It's not even nice with bra
