- 3:36Speaker 3: I don't even know the song. What is this song
- 3:37Speaker 3: that you guys are saying?
- 3:38Speaker 9: Ah?
- 3:38Speaker 1: I try me with the haven't you people ever heard of? Yeah? Bro,
- 3:43Speaker 1: wake your ass up.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Bro.
- 3:44Speaker 3: It might be the only lyrics I know of that song.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Closing a goddamn door. No, you don't fuck.
- 3:50Speaker 2: With that now.
- 3:50Speaker 3: I've been on mostly just Simon and Garfunk Call lately.
- 3:53Speaker 2: Where have you gone?
- 3:55Speaker 3: Joe Tomaggio Nations? Its lonely eyes to you?
- 4:01Speaker 2: Who?
- 4:03Speaker 3: What's that you say? Missus Robinson? Joelton, Joe has left
- 4:08Speaker 3: and gone away?
- 4:10Speaker 1: What the fuck are they talking about with that? Hey?
- 4:12Speaker 2: Hey, graduate wyah?
- 4:13Speaker 1: But where did Joe DiMaggio go?
- 4:15Speaker 3: I looked it up and apparently Joe DiMaggio was really
- 4:18Speaker 3: pissed off about that lyric. He was like, I'm not
- 4:20Speaker 3: I didn't go out here, Yeah he was. He was
- 4:22Speaker 3: literally like He's like, I'm doing commercials all the time.
- 4:24Speaker 3: I'm still here. That's literally what he's at.
- 4:27Speaker 2: He was that DiMaggio had long been retired from the game, right,
- 4:31Speaker 2: I think so by the time the graduate came out. Yes, absolutely,
- 4:34Speaker 2: I believe so. Yes, and therefore also.
- 4:38Speaker 3: But Joe DiMaggio was like Joelton, Joe is still here.
- 4:40Speaker 3: What the fuck are you guys talking about? They're making
- 4:42Speaker 3: me feel like I'm washed up.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Yeah, let'll say that DiMaggio's uh hit streak is the
- 4:48Speaker 2: record that will never be broken in baseball.
- 4:50Speaker 3: Yeah, probably not.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I think that caw Riffkens would be tougher really playing
- 4:56Speaker 1: that many consecutive games just with load management.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Yeah, management alone.
- 5:02Speaker 1: You've been doing a lot of load management.
- 5:04Speaker 3: Absolutely, Yeah, tons of load.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Managing his loads.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Beating his meat like he's trying to get those glow
- 5:12Speaker 2: sticks at concerts.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Working before I don't tell I went out and I
- 5:16Speaker 3: got a I bought a CBD vape. Was just abusing
- 5:20Speaker 3: that thing the entire day. Well, I actually helped a
- 5:22Speaker 3: lot because I would be in and out of panic
- 5:25Speaker 3: attacks the entire day, and then I would hit it
- 5:26Speaker 3: and it would go away.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Did you hear the fucking I think maybe it was.
- 5:29Speaker 1: The La Times did a comprehensive look at thirty seven
- 5:34Speaker 1: different dispensaries in LA and they found that every single
- 5:39Speaker 1: one of their carts had pesticides in it. Oh everyone
- 5:42Speaker 1: at every single place. Yeah, there's no place that has
- 5:45Speaker 1: any type of pure carts.
- 5:46Speaker 3: But that's been a that's been a thing forever. That's
- 5:48Speaker 3: wh I don't understand wh people are still smoking those.
- 5:50Speaker 2: I bought a bunch of organic weed from Maine, and
- 5:52Speaker 2: I think it's going to be pretty good.
- 5:54Speaker 3: I'm sure.
- 5:55Speaker 1: I bet it won't be better weed, but it will
- 5:57Speaker 1: probably just be a little bit cleaner.
- 5:58Speaker 2: I think it's gonna be cleaner.
- 5:59Speaker 3: I think the main weed is supposed to be really good.
- 6:01Speaker 2: It's great.
- 6:02Speaker 3: Yeah. One of my friends moved to me when we
- 6:04Speaker 3: were in middle school or when we were going into
- 6:06Speaker 3: high school, and he was a big pothead and the
- 6:08Speaker 3: weed that he would always send pictures of.
- 6:10Speaker 1: We were like, yeah, that's the best way to tell we.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Yeah, crystals somebody said that in the wrap battle to
- 6:19Speaker 1: me once. They're like, you're the type of we guy
- 6:21Speaker 1: who's like, look at all the crystals.
- 6:22Speaker 3: That's funny.
- 6:23Speaker 1: You are it's funny. Yeah, well, I'm not a week
- 6:25Speaker 1: guy anymore. Unfortunately, you're actually now you're just a boozehound. No,
- 6:29Speaker 1: not even that, you're kind of a booze bag. No, No,
- 6:31Speaker 1: I'm We've been trying to get you to slow down.
- 6:34Speaker 2: I was boozing hard with Ron over the weekend. Oh yeah,
- 6:37Speaker 2: you two together.
- 6:37Speaker 3: It's like, it's just like a glimpse into what addiction
- 6:40Speaker 3: looks like.
- 6:40Speaker 2: We were we were drinking just to drink. Yeah, and
- 6:44Speaker 2: it was awesome.
- 6:46Speaker 3: That's fun.
- 6:47Speaker 2: It was so fun. Yeah, just taking pickleback shots.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Late at night.
- 6:52Speaker 2: I thought about drinking crushing them.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Yeah, well what do you what do you think about
- 6:57Speaker 1: it for?
- 6:57Speaker 3: Because I was unbelievably nervous. Yeah, and I was like,
- 7:00Speaker 3: I need to flush this out somehow. And then I
- 7:02Speaker 3: went up about the cbdbape. It's all turned out, that's
- 7:04Speaker 3: all I needed.
- 7:05Speaker 1: I heard Bert Kreischer was trying to get you fucking
- 7:07Speaker 1: off the wagon.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Now why would Burt Kreischer have been I don't know
- 7:12Speaker 3: Bert Kreischer.
- 7:13Speaker 1: There was a story about him trying to or he
- 7:16Speaker 1: told a story about him trying to like make David
- 7:18Speaker 1: tel like give up.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Sobriety tell that's like the last person who would do that.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Yeah, for like fully loaded or something like that. He
- 7:25Speaker 1: was like, dude, just eighteen days, let's just fucking burn
- 7:28Speaker 1: it out. Let's just get fun.
- 7:30Speaker 3: David tel has been sober for like thirty years.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I think I thought they said like six years or
- 7:35Speaker 1: something like that.
- 7:36Speaker 3: I actually think it hasn't been that long. But he's
- 7:38Speaker 3: he's like sixty.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't know.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Maybe they're just saying that. Uh, I don't know.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Bird said that he's switching more to weed now than alcohol. Yeah.
- 7:46Speaker 2: I heard That's what I read somewhere.
- 7:48Speaker 1: This is going around the comic world. Yeah, Bert switching
- 7:51Speaker 1: to weed. It's gonna change everything.
- 7:53Speaker 3: He's gonna get ripped.
- 7:54Speaker 1: The machine's getting ripped.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Uh.
- 7:56Speaker 1: But how about when he was on Sunday Conversation and
- 7:58Speaker 1: he was like, I'll never.
- 8:00Speaker 3: I'll never stop drinking. Yeah, liar, Well, I'm sure he
- 8:03Speaker 3: still drinks, still drinks. Come on, bro, don't get ahead
- 8:06Speaker 3: of yourself. I'm sure Bert is still throwing him back.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Broke my heart.
- 8:15Speaker 3: This is the world's world's best comedy gossip podcast. Okay,
- 8:20Speaker 3: coming in today, we got new news. Bert Kreischer apparently
- 8:23Speaker 3: laying off the beers. No bro.
- 8:27Speaker 1: I walked in half the officers crying. Burt gave up.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Booze, when's he going to be back?
- 8:32Speaker 1: When's he going to come back? So on the way
- 8:35Speaker 1: to meet up with Francis last weekend, I I heard Yeah.
- 8:39Speaker 3: I was making its way out to La Me and
- 8:41Speaker 3: Spade were talking about it. Yeah, David Spade. I don't
- 8:43Speaker 3: know if you're familiar.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I thought you meant him Dave.
- 8:46Speaker 3: No, no, Dave or Davy. He likes his friends to
- 8:50Speaker 3: call him Spade, Uh, Spade, mon.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Depends depends on the mood he's in. I'm sorry. I
- 8:56Speaker 2: don't know why I engaged in this. Because Roan was
- 8:58Speaker 2: telling a story.
- 8:59Speaker 3: You cut him off very rudely. It's actually like shocking
- 9:04Speaker 3: to see.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Can we go back to I listened to it.
- 9:06Speaker 3: I said, where are your manners? Fucking asshole? Run please continue.
- 9:11Speaker 3: I'm sorry about that.
- 9:11Speaker 1: I went over my bike handles, really felt falling.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Yea, he told me this story. We were hanging out
- 9:19Speaker 2: so fast as he doesn't know about it.
- 9:21Speaker 1: A guy. I was on a straightaway and trying to
- 9:23Speaker 1: Town Park on the right where everything bad happens to
- 9:25Speaker 1: me on my bike. That's where I got pulled over
- 9:26Speaker 1: like a block from there, and a guy.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Please, there's a story happening.
- 9:32Speaker 3: I just I knew was chiming in. Spade doesn't like
- 9:36Speaker 3: to bike. He's more of an uber guy.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I heard that he takes a one wheel around. I
- 9:41Speaker 1: heard Spade puts on a helmet and rides a one
- 9:43Speaker 1: wheel with like full armor, fucking just leans forward through LA.
- 9:47Speaker 1: That's yeah, it's the most environmentally friendly. He's got a
- 9:52Speaker 1: hybrid one wheel runs on electricity, but you have to
- 9:55Speaker 1: charge it up every thirty minutes you get stuck in
- 9:57Speaker 1: trapped panels. He's got solar panels on his shoulder pad,
- 10:03Speaker 1: so he could just charge up as he flies around
- 10:05Speaker 1: the city. A dude just like pulled out in front
- 10:08Speaker 1: of me, and I just whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa whoa,
- 10:10Speaker 1: And I fucking smacked into him and went flying over
- 10:13Speaker 1: my handlebars.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Did you guys throw hands?
- 10:15Speaker 1: No? But I was. I gave him. I started to
- 10:18Speaker 1: give an earful but then I calmed down.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Well, I was wondering about that. What you said?
- 10:22Speaker 1: What the like, what the fuck are you doing?
- 10:25Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 10:25Speaker 1: But I was also like I assessed for injury, so
- 10:27Speaker 1: I was just standing up. It freaks problem.
- 10:36Speaker 3: I was gonna say, I feel like sometimes things like
- 10:38Speaker 3: that could just like unlock your Yeah, goes to.
- 10:41Speaker 2: An MLB game and throws a ball. Yeah he drafted.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I could fucking launch a football seventy yards suddenly
- 10:52Speaker 1: and had great pocket mobility because of it. But it
- 10:55Speaker 1: fucking it. It wrecked my ship. I have some nasty
- 10:58Speaker 1: bruises right in this region that I'm not gonna show you,
- 11:00Speaker 1: but it was Uh, he showed us. Yeah, showed the boys.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Of course we.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Saw and then uh, and then we had our night out.
- 11:07Speaker 1: And I don't know if I should say this, but uh,
- 11:09Speaker 1: should I say that we biked home?
- 11:12Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 11:13Speaker 1: How I I pressured you too, No, we biked home.
- 11:17Speaker 2: You gotta get back on the bike.
- 11:18Speaker 3: Man Spade does not like drinking and driving it riding.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Yeah, But like Francis was like going back to do
- 11:26Speaker 1: his sets, and I like got to the stand before him,
- 11:28Speaker 1: so I probably I was. I was boozing a decent
- 11:31Speaker 1: amount and he just like slowly biked next to me
- 11:34Speaker 1: to make sure that I Yeah.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Well that's the thing. That's like, that's what it's like
- 11:38Speaker 3: going out with Francis. Like you guys go out for
- 11:40Speaker 3: hours and next thing you know, you're blackout and Francis
- 11:43Speaker 3: is on his second to GRONI.
- 11:44Speaker 2: That's not true. I was throwing him back. I just
- 11:47Speaker 2: hold my alcohol very well.
- 11:49Speaker 3: And then he's like, dude, come on, we drink together
- 11:51Speaker 3: all the time. And it's like, yeah, I drank three
- 11:53Speaker 3: times the amount that you drank.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Listen, it's not for me to make you pace yourself.
- 11:58Speaker 2: I'm not gonna hold your hand. Some people know how
- 12:01Speaker 2: to drink. Rome was fine, fine.
- 12:04Speaker 1: I was doing fine, And the only part that gave
- 12:06Speaker 1: me trouble was like when you get to the Manhattan Bridge,
- 12:10Speaker 1: there's like a steep hill that you have to go
- 12:12Speaker 1: up to and there these like pillars to make sure
- 12:15Speaker 1: no cars drive up, and like I could, I couldn't
- 12:18Speaker 1: get through the pillars.
- 12:20Speaker 2: He was sort of walking the bike because.
- 12:23Speaker 1: I couldn't get enough momentum on the uphill.
- 12:26Speaker 3: To guys, electric regular pretty get enough momentum on an
- 12:32Speaker 3: electric bike.
- 12:33Speaker 1: They weighed four hundred pounds.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Get his foot. He couldn't push his foot down hard
- 12:37Speaker 2: enough to start it.
- 12:38Speaker 3: Yeah, all you gotta do is pedal once and it
- 12:40Speaker 3: boosts you like thirty feet.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Yeah. I like lowered my seat so I wouldn't have
- 12:44Speaker 1: to be on my like tippy toes. I want my
- 12:46Speaker 1: feet to be flat on the ground. It was so
- 12:49Speaker 1: uh we got got home safe.
- 12:51Speaker 2: But it was highlight nights right there. It was very funny,
- 12:53Speaker 2: special bonding time.
- 12:55Speaker 3: That sounds fun. It was like, I'm always asking you
- 12:57Speaker 3: guys to hang out in the city, and you guys never.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Well, what's weird? Is it?
- 13:00Speaker 3: The coun Two weeks ago, I texted Francis and I
- 13:03Speaker 3: was like, what are you doing this weekend? Let's do something.
- 13:04Speaker 3: He was like, I'm gonna I'm just hanging out in
- 13:07Speaker 3: the city and I was like, cool, it's uh, there's
- 13:09Speaker 3: no way to go play pool or something, and it
- 13:11Speaker 3: just ghosted me completely.
- 13:13Speaker 1: That's the only time that you've asked to hang out
- 13:15Speaker 1: in the last like six months is when you were like, Hey,
- 13:18Speaker 1: I'm watching the game in my bunk bed at the Citizen,
- 13:20Speaker 1: m do you guys want to lay three across so
- 13:22Speaker 1: we can fucking watch it.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Don't even get me started again. Chicago incident, no hours
- 13:27Speaker 3: just looking at my phone being like, is this thing broken?
- 13:31Speaker 3: Because we were supposed to get dinner four hours ago?
- 13:34Speaker 1: No, your citizen.
- 13:34Speaker 3: Hanging in beds stomach is growling like you've never heard. Eventually,
- 13:38Speaker 3: I was like, I guess I'll just order something. You
- 13:40Speaker 3: wanted us to lay of the fellas after for apps, like.
- 13:43Speaker 1: When you're at a uh, like when you're on a
- 13:45Speaker 1: RV and there's like the portion atop the fucking driving
- 13:50Speaker 1: part of the r V where you just have to
- 13:52Speaker 1: lay on your belly and look out a small window.
- 13:54Speaker 1: You were inviting us to just fucking.
- 13:56Speaker 3: All I know is that my feelings were genuinely hurt
- 13:58Speaker 3: fall into bed. I was under the impression. Francis said,
- 14:02Speaker 3: what did you say? You had to go get dinner
- 14:04Speaker 3: with your aunt or on? And so that was like
- 14:09Speaker 3: me and we left the hote. We left the office together.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I fucked this up.
- 14:14Speaker 3: We left the office and then I called you and
- 14:17Speaker 3: I said, hey, what's up, dude?
- 14:18Speaker 2: Uh?
- 14:19Speaker 3: What time are you thinking we're gonna go? And you said,
- 14:22Speaker 3: oh my god, I'm so sorry, like that whole class like,
- 14:25Speaker 3: I'm so sorry.
- 14:26Speaker 2: Well I was, I had double booked my I'm so sorry.
- 14:28Speaker 3: I gotta go get dinner. I'll meet up with you
- 14:30Speaker 3: guys after. And then I'm texting Roan and I'm like,
- 14:32Speaker 3: what's your plan?
- 14:33Speaker 2: Uh?
- 14:33Speaker 3: Francis is going to meet up with us later. I'm
- 14:36Speaker 3: fucking starving. Hours go by. I texted in the group chat,
- 14:40Speaker 3: what are you guys doing? Then Rome replies in the
- 14:42Speaker 3: group chat, I can't text me one on one. You
- 14:44Speaker 3: couldn't face that.
- 14:45Speaker 1: At first. I already told you that it was because
- 14:47Speaker 1: your text is pinned and I didn't see it at
- 14:49Speaker 1: the top. And second, I hadn't left my hotel yet,
- 14:52Speaker 1: so when I texted you, I was still fucking ass naked,
- 14:54Speaker 1: fucking washing, cleaning my balls in asshole.
- 14:58Speaker 3: You weren't even at your hotel. You were at pop
- 15:00Speaker 3: punk recital rehearsal rehearsal.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Oh so so I have an even better excuse, but
- 15:07Speaker 1: that so I went from recital back to my hotel,
- 15:10Speaker 1: died like four hours. I had to shower after my recital,
- 15:13Speaker 1: and then I fucking waited and was still texting you
- 15:16Speaker 1: before I left you texting.
- 15:18Speaker 3: You texted me once and it was like hours later,
- 15:20Speaker 3: and it was Wow.
- 15:21Speaker 1: I texted you what the name of the bar was,
- 15:23Speaker 1: and you said, I'm not leaving because I wanted to
- 15:26Speaker 1: watch this on the fucking big screen. I can't stomach
- 15:28Speaker 1: to watch this on any screen other than the big screen.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Oh, I wanted to watch it.
- 15:31Speaker 3: I wanted to watch the game. And you guys were like,
- 15:33Speaker 3: we're gonna go to a cocktail bar where they're they
- 15:35Speaker 3: take your phones and they bag them up while you
- 15:37Speaker 3: walk in. But that's to get the traditional carry phone.
- 15:41Speaker 1: To give them. So when I get the old time experience,
- 15:44Speaker 1: I just give them the dud and then we can
- 15:46Speaker 1: watch it on the phone in the back of the
- 15:48Speaker 1: cocktail bar.
- 15:49Speaker 3: So then I q Doba in my Citizen m and
- 15:52Speaker 3: I had chips and caeso in bed. Listen, just funneling
- 15:57Speaker 3: caso into my mouth, laying down.
- 15:59Speaker 2: What goes around comes around. You set a precedent of
- 16:02Speaker 2: never wanting to hang out than the one time you do.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Well you know, too bad.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Well, it's also like I got there and I was like,
- 16:07Speaker 3: it's gonna be great, guys week, Like we're all gonna
- 16:09Speaker 3: be staying in the same hotel, none of us. We
- 16:11Speaker 3: were all forty five minutes away from each other.
- 16:13Speaker 2: We also went out to dinner the night before and
- 16:16Speaker 2: he and I talked to each other the whole time,
- 16:18Speaker 2: while you periodically got angry over the fact that you
- 16:21Speaker 2: were staying in a shitty hotel.
- 16:22Speaker 3: Yeah, and I was starving and I Yeah.
- 16:26Speaker 2: You couldn't even touch the food you were so mad.
- 16:28Speaker 3: No, I had a good amount of fods.
- 16:29Speaker 1: You wouldn't eat the pork belly.
- 16:31Speaker 3: No, I didn't want any pork belly.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Pork belly was highlighted the whole The noodles.
- 16:34Speaker 3: Were the pilot of the night. Those things were phenomenal.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Yeah, we went to a place called Duck Duck Goat
- 16:39Speaker 1: in Chicago. Highly recommend, highly reck, highly reck. I'm about
- 16:42Speaker 1: to go back out to Chicago, or actually I'm there
- 16:44Speaker 1: right now. If you're listening to this podcast, Yeah.
- 16:47Speaker 2: You should go to a place. There's a uh, there's
- 16:50Speaker 2: an Italian place that's unbelievable that I went to. I'll
- 16:54Speaker 2: figure out the name.
- 16:55Speaker 1: I gotta go back to my Croatian spot.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I got to get to my home. We talked
- 16:59Speaker 2: to about going to oh and then that night we
- 17:01Speaker 2: he and I did meet up.
- 17:03Speaker 3: For yeah, he did. Yeah, we already covered that.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Right next to the Croatian spot. That was at the
- 17:06Speaker 1: cocktail bar where they took the dummy phone and I
- 17:09Speaker 1: was in the back watching the hockey game.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I was at like eleven pm.
- 17:12Speaker 2: They bring out your drinks and a coconut that's filled
- 17:15Speaker 2: with smoke.
- 17:15Speaker 3: That was so late. That was so late, to the
- 17:17Speaker 3: point that it was clearly one of those times where
- 17:19Speaker 3: you guys are already on there, like sixth drink and
- 17:21Speaker 3: you're like, oh shit, we forgot to text Sax.
- 17:24Speaker 1: It wasn't like that at all.
- 17:25Speaker 3: I guess let's get one more and we'll just have
- 17:28Speaker 3: him come tag along.
- 17:29Speaker 1: No, because Francis was still at dinner. When I went
- 17:31Speaker 1: to that cocktail bar, he waited for me. I was
- 17:33Speaker 1: literally solo dolo and I got fucking appetizer as separate
- 17:37Speaker 1: group chat, and I was slowly eating the appetizers so
- 17:40Speaker 1: there would be enough for him when he got there.
- 17:41Speaker 3: It was also one of those texts where it was
- 17:43Speaker 3: like it wasn't like in the group chat, like where
- 17:45Speaker 3: should we go? It was like Roan texting me already
- 17:48Speaker 3: the final plan. It was like, we're going to this place,
- 17:51Speaker 3: and I was like, when did you guys discuss this,
- 17:52Speaker 3: because the group chat's been silent this entire time?
- 17:55Speaker 1: Well, did I made an executive decision to go to
- 17:58Speaker 1: someplace that I wanted to go? Because there's nothing worse
- 18:01Speaker 1: and you know who's the worse at this the ladies
- 18:03Speaker 1: picking a fucking thing, whether it be a fucking movie
- 18:07Speaker 1: or a fucking place to go eat dinner, or what
- 18:09Speaker 1: to eat for dinner. It's so much better to have
- 18:12Speaker 1: a fucking pilot, having a driver. When we went out
- 18:14Speaker 1: to dinner the other night, fucking order the Thai food
- 18:18Speaker 1: for it, and I didn't even know what I was eating.
- 18:21Speaker 1: I didn't know what food was.
- 18:22Speaker 3: It was just morsels before or after your spots. What
- 18:29Speaker 3: I said, did you get drunk before or after?
- 18:31Speaker 2: You just having a couple of cocktails, you know, not
- 18:35Speaker 2: going ham or anything. And then once my last one
- 18:38Speaker 2: was over, I went back and that's when we really
- 18:41Speaker 2: started drinking.
- 18:42Speaker 3: So you were drinking during.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Yeah, it's interesting in La.
- 18:48Speaker 3: It's just they don't do that in La. They don't.
- 18:51Speaker 3: The bartenders won't even serve you until after you've gone up.
- 18:53Speaker 1: That's because they're forcing weed down your throat. They're like,
- 18:56Speaker 1: wait before you go on stage. The shotgun.
- 18:58Speaker 3: This week, I did actually walk into the green room
- 19:00Speaker 3: and Josh Potter was in there and he was like,
- 19:02Speaker 3: do you want a dab? I was like, God, no, dude,
- 19:05Speaker 3: oh my god. I am insanely nervous and now I'm
- 19:10Speaker 3: gonna do a dab anxiety.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Do you want to unearth a memory?
- 19:15Speaker 3: They just had a bartender who just had d Like
- 19:17Speaker 3: they just give you dabs.
- 19:20Speaker 2: Show. There's a show out there that you're supposed to
- 19:22Speaker 2: get high.
- 19:23Speaker 3: No, this was Comedy Chaos hosted by Sam Chripoli. It's
- 19:25Speaker 3: the hottest show in LA. You can watch their recap video.
- 19:29Speaker 1: I'm on it, Are you really?
- 19:30Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 19:31Speaker 3: It's me David Spade, Sebastian and Tim Dillon.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Over like Wright's free music.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly. Yeah, it's hilarious. Everyone else comes out and
- 19:40Speaker 3: they're like, like, they just show you coming out, and
- 19:42Speaker 3: everyone's like, and then I come out.
- 19:44Speaker 2: I'm just.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Zero emotion heart rate, just one sixty, freaking the fuck out.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Massive swallows and fucking throw up and spit.
- 19:57Speaker 3: It was hilarious. Like in the video you can visibly
- 20:00Speaker 3: see how much more nervous I am than everyone else.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Did you feel better after murdering though? Yeah?
- 20:06Speaker 3: I felt better as soon as that first laugh hit.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Would you go what was your first joke?
- 20:10Speaker 3: First laugh hit?
- 20:11Speaker 9: Like?
- 20:11Speaker 3: Fucking it hit a crack go.
- 20:14Speaker 2: U haul out of the gates of course, Yeah, you got.
- 20:16Speaker 3: I just ran my don't tail set. It was ten minutes, you.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Gotta go, you haul out of the gates, and then
- 20:20Speaker 2: I'd go probably to probably go into Dick's Sporting Goods.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Maybe now I didn't do that, save Dicks, Save the Dicks.
- 20:26Speaker 1: But then going to intruder.
- 20:29Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, let's not give away my entire secor.
- 20:32Speaker 3: All of this is going to be I don't tell
- 20:35Speaker 3: stop genuinely, this is all in my don't tail set.
- 20:41Speaker 1: And the one word is actually the the crux of
- 20:43Speaker 1: the humor.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Well, no, but it's like, now people are gonna know
- 20:46Speaker 3: what's coming, and I want them to not know. I
- 20:47Speaker 3: want them to be surprised, yes, and then go whoa,
- 20:51Speaker 3: Oh my.
- 20:52Speaker 2: God, we've ruined it. All this kid is is crazy.
- 20:57Speaker 1: The turn that this just I did note not expect.
- 21:01Speaker 3: You said of the night they were gone?
- 21:03Speaker 2: Really, who else was on your don't tell no? What?
- 21:08Speaker 7: What?
- 21:08Speaker 1: Or what number? What is there like thirty eight people
- 21:10Speaker 1: that go six? What number of the six?
- 21:14Speaker 2: Were you?
- 21:15Speaker 1: Perfect spot? Perfect hot spot?
- 21:18Speaker 2: They only give that to the killers.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Not too late, not too early. Too early would have
- 21:22Speaker 1: been brutal.
- 21:24Speaker 3: Yeah, they do what they do. That's nice is they
- 21:25Speaker 3: have a host and then they have a warm up comic,
- 21:28Speaker 3: and then they have the first recorded set. Well, then
- 21:31Speaker 3: no one has so no one has to go.
- 21:32Speaker 1: First, right, so there's a killer that goes in.
- 21:35Speaker 3: Yeah, killer goes in sets the tone. Yeah in Assassin,
- 21:39Speaker 3: I said, I would have gone first, just let them know,
- 21:42Speaker 3: let them know up top what's.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Going on, all right, and then just walk out.
- 21:45Speaker 3: I would have gone up. I would have gone up,
- 21:46Speaker 3: just done another ten, and then gone up and done
- 21:48Speaker 3: my actual ten.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Yeah, warm up for yourself?
- 21:51Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 21:51Speaker 1: Did uh? Did you leave afterwards?
- 21:54Speaker 3: Or did you? I had to go back up?
- 21:56Speaker 2: So I fucked up a what do they call that again?
- 22:00Speaker 3: I don't know, but I fucked up. This is the
- 22:02Speaker 3: worst part. I fucked up the fuck up and I
- 22:06Speaker 3: didn't and I didn't fix it because I was like
- 22:08Speaker 3: I can't. I was like, I can't go up the
- 22:09Speaker 3: third time.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Couldn't you just you could have taken it again though
- 22:15Speaker 2: I didn't.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Know until after I left.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Oh really, Yeah? How did you not know?
- 22:20Speaker 3: Because I thought I fucked up a line. I didn't
- 22:22Speaker 3: fuck up any jokes. All my jokes were fine. I
- 22:24Speaker 3: stuttered aggressively at one point, and it was right before
- 22:29Speaker 3: a joke and I was like, I got to go
- 22:31Speaker 3: up and.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Re say, oh wait, your voice is cracked. You want
- 22:33Speaker 1: to take I got close.
- 22:38Speaker 3: And then I and then I went up and I
- 22:41Speaker 3: like made a joke about having to redo it, and
- 22:44Speaker 3: then and then I said the line and it was
- 22:48Speaker 3: the wrong line. Oh no, Yeah, so I got a
- 22:53Speaker 3: clean take of a line that was already clean.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Well, even the stuttering is almost like it's like this
- 23:00Speaker 1: guy's human too. It's like having a chip on a
- 23:02Speaker 1: on a sculpture, you know, exact mean, it's like a humanizes.
- 23:05Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, exactly. It's like when Louis has like sweat
- 23:08Speaker 3: stains on a sweatshirt during a special, Yeah, when he
- 23:10Speaker 3: has mustard down the sure, Yeah that's what they said.
- 23:14Speaker 3: They were like, this is very similar to Lewis.
- 23:15Speaker 1: It's a very Louis movie. Yeah, Louie would actually cover
- 23:19Speaker 1: himself and mustard like pinto ron. Yeah yeah, on purpose.
- 23:23Speaker 1: He would have a makeup artist that he pays forty
- 23:25Speaker 1: thousand dollars a month.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:26Speaker 3: I had to watch a bunch of Rocky clips to
- 23:28Speaker 3: get myself amped up.
- 23:30Speaker 1: You watch the speech, the mixed speech. I know you're
- 23:31Speaker 1: a speech man.
- 23:32Speaker 3: I watched a lot of speeches. There was a lot
- 23:34Speaker 3: of speech watching. I also watched the Oilers win eight
- 23:37Speaker 3: to one, which was just incredible.
- 23:39Speaker 2: They're down three to one.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Now, yeah, well it's probably over.
- 23:44Speaker 3: What do you mean it's probably over that game? That
- 23:45Speaker 3: series is going to seven for sure. I hope, I
- 23:48Speaker 3: fucking pray.
- 23:50Speaker 2: You think Dallas is going to come back against the Celtics.
- 23:52Speaker 3: That ends tonight.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Well, this is Thursday, bro, We're on Thursday.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Now.
- 23:56Speaker 1: You have to give you have to.
- 23:57Speaker 3: Give people understand like we're wearing the exact same outfits
- 24:01Speaker 3: we were wearing the last time.
- 24:03Speaker 2: I mean, that's you though, every single day.
- 24:06Speaker 3: That is true.
- 24:07Speaker 2: That it's it's more telling that Roan and I are
- 24:09Speaker 2: and wearing the same outfit.
- 24:11Speaker 3: That is true.
- 24:11Speaker 1: You make a good point, a very good point, A
- 24:14Speaker 1: fucking strong, curious point. I drove down to uh see
- 24:17Speaker 1: my dad for Father's Day.
- 24:19Speaker 3: No you didn't, thought that was tonight.
- 24:22Speaker 1: I went came back to record these shows. Now I'm
- 24:25Speaker 1: going back to the Phillies game tonight. It's easy to
- 24:27Speaker 1: get to Philadelphia.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Not that easy. It's not that easy. It's incredible how
- 24:32Speaker 2: much you like.
- 24:33Speaker 3: You say it's easy. But it's still like a two
- 24:34Speaker 3: and a half hour drive.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Oh, it's an hour and fifty minutes, right.
- 24:39Speaker 1: There's probably two forty five getting back last night with traffic.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Oh shit, Well but it's almost an hour fifty.
- 24:44Speaker 1: It's usually an hour fifty.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Yeah it was.
- 24:46Speaker 3: I went out there for Philly Helium five sold out shows.
- 24:49Speaker 3: They who took me two and a half hours almost
- 24:51Speaker 3: missed the beginning of the show.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Well via the train.
- 24:54Speaker 3: I left at three thirty.
- 24:55Speaker 1: I guess this guy was taking the local.
- 24:57Speaker 3: Yeah. I got there and dude that was doing a
- 25:00Speaker 3: guest spot on my show, Shane Gillis. I don't know
- 25:02Speaker 3: if you know him. He was already there. It's crazy
- 25:04Speaker 3: when they like when someone else arrives before the headliner.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Yeah, well he just takes the craft more seriously than
- 25:09Speaker 1: you because he's still on his assents and you kind
- 25:12Speaker 1: of have this devil make care.
- 25:14Speaker 3: I've retired. I'm done like that. I'm just gonna I'm
- 25:16Speaker 3: gonna be like Jerry Seinfeld and just run that ten
- 25:18Speaker 3: minutes forever.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Valestine protesters are gonna come to your show. What do
- 25:25Speaker 1: you want me to do about it? I was driving
- 25:31Speaker 1: down and this is a new development. But now my
- 25:34Speaker 1: dog gets so fucking car sick. Oh yeah, it was
- 25:37Speaker 1: the comedy of errors. This dog could not stop throwing up.
- 25:41Speaker 1: I just got the car wash, and this dog is throwing.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Up the Porsche of the Ferrari.
- 25:46Speaker 1: It was the Tesla, the fucking yeah, the cyber truck,
- 25:51Speaker 1: the truck. Yeah, And I just got a wrap too,
- 25:54Speaker 1: like a West Coast Customs rap where when you drive
- 25:56Speaker 1: past it it changes colors and the dog You're thrown up,
- 26:00Speaker 1: and the fucking rap starts to peel up because of
- 26:03Speaker 1: how acerbic the fucking throw up was. It was fucking
- 26:08Speaker 1: nasty work. And then we like had to pull over
- 26:11Speaker 1: at a rest stop at the last second, late for
- 26:13Speaker 1: Father's Day, and then the dog steps outside and just
- 26:17Speaker 1: starts fucking the nastiest ship coming out of its ask too. Yeah,
- 26:23Speaker 1: Like it was just both ends. And we were like
- 26:25Speaker 1: literally like maybe twenty seconds away from the dog shitting
- 26:28Speaker 1: inside the car, and then I would have been throwing
- 26:31Speaker 1: up in the car, just hurtling down the New Jersey Turnpike.
- 26:35Speaker 1: The dog's throwing up and shitting, and then I'm throwing up,
- 26:37Speaker 1: and my fucking wife's throwing up.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Fucking what this is pretty dramatic.
- 26:41Speaker 1: I don't know what, I definitely would have if the
- 26:44Speaker 1: dogs started ship.
- 26:46Speaker 3: The dogs in the car, your wife both would have
- 26:48Speaker 3: thrown up.
- 26:49Speaker 1: If you had seen this ship, dude, if you'd seen
- 26:51Speaker 1: this ship, it was the fucking it was like.
- 26:53Speaker 3: Bro my entire for eighteen years, I had to walk
- 26:56Speaker 3: outside and clean up my dogs.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Yeah, but your dogs have classic, dry, beautiful sh This
- 27:01Speaker 1: was placenta on this ship. Yeah, after birth. Yeah.
- 27:06Speaker 3: I would be cleaning up ship and they'd be like,
- 27:08Speaker 3: white ship all over it.
- 27:09Speaker 1: The white ship is, that's clean and nice. This was
- 27:11Speaker 1: fucking coated and embryonic fluid. Dude, The fucking sack had burst.
- 27:15Speaker 3: You know what's really weird that my dogs do when
- 27:17Speaker 3: we drive, when we go somewhere and we drive by
- 27:19Speaker 3: the place that we got our dogs, they bark like
- 27:23Speaker 3: they know that's where they are.
- 27:24Speaker 1: From, that's where they were stolen from.
- 27:26Speaker 3: Yeah, that's where we got them. And we'll drive by
- 27:29Speaker 3: that exit and they just start howling. Really, it's very strange.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Damn tough. Makes you think what happened to them there? Right?
- 27:38Speaker 1: Or was it?
- 27:38Speaker 3: You probably went to the same fucking grumor that your
- 27:41Speaker 3: dogs go to. They got fucked.
- 27:44Speaker 1: If you want to hear what happened in that that's
- 27:45Speaker 1: listened to episode tail Lifters. That's a callback tailback? Yeah,
- 27:53Speaker 1: what am I saying? Then we Taco Bell on the
- 27:56Speaker 1: way home?
- 27:57Speaker 3: Incredible, It's probably why your dog was shitting all of it.
- 28:00Speaker 9: Know.
- 28:00Speaker 1: I woke up this morning and I had my most
- 28:02Speaker 1: probably one of my top three most beautiful ships of
- 28:04Speaker 1: the year.
- 28:04Speaker 3: I know people I think Taco bells a lot healthier
- 28:07Speaker 3: than people let on.
- 28:08Speaker 1: It's just a limited amount of ingredients. It is kind
- 28:11Speaker 1: of like dog food.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Honestly.
- 28:12Speaker 3: Yeah, it's good food.
- 28:14Speaker 1: It's just like ground beef.
- 28:16Speaker 2: I don't think. I don't know if I've ever had it.
- 28:18Speaker 3: It's not great.
- 28:19Speaker 2: I don't only have ever had Taco bell.
- 28:22Speaker 1: It's it's fucking great.
- 28:23Speaker 3: It's it's also you don't need a lot, feeling like
- 28:25Speaker 3: all you need is one crunch wrap and then you're
- 28:27Speaker 3: gild that's enough food for Supreme.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't like that the crunch wrap Supreme has
- 28:31Speaker 1: the cheese whiz on it. Though I'm more of a
- 28:34Speaker 1: cheesy Guardia crunch guy, I'm not very first on it.
- 28:39Speaker 1: This is a slap in the face to Hank Wait
- 28:41Speaker 1: till I tell Hank Tell Hank.
- 28:43Speaker 3: I don't give a ship.
- 28:44Speaker 1: What is this Hank comes from a long line of
- 28:48Speaker 1: Taco bells.
- 28:49Speaker 2: What Oh his family owns them or something. I didn't
- 28:52Speaker 2: know that. I always forgetting.
- 28:53Speaker 3: Really, I didn't know that.
- 28:54Speaker 1: You didn't know that, now us it's the truth.
- 28:59Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't know that. That's interesting.
- 29:00Speaker 1: His family, like franchise was early franchise franchisers of of.
- 29:05Speaker 3: Taco Bell, of Taco.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Bell in New England.
- 29:07Speaker 3: Hank actually coined the phrase yokiero Taco Bell.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Dude. Yeah, I know a guy who is from you know,
- 29:16Speaker 2: we went to Columbia. He played basketball. You know, he's
- 29:19Speaker 2: a really smart guy. He's well off and uh, his
- 29:25Speaker 2: work is that he has franchised Burger Kings and he
- 29:29Speaker 2: I guess he runs or owns like I don't know,
- 29:31Speaker 2: three or four now and he keeps buying them and
- 29:34Speaker 2: then it's.
- 29:35Speaker 3: A bad one to franchise.
- 29:36Speaker 2: And I said to him, what's the what's the hardest
- 29:38Speaker 2: thing of it for you? And he goes staffing it's impossible. Yeah,
- 29:42Speaker 2: Like I'll get a call at the middle of the
- 29:44Speaker 2: day on the on a Tuesday from the manager of
- 29:47Speaker 2: the store and they're like three of our employees can't
- 29:51Speaker 2: come today. One has a parole hearing, one is like
- 29:55Speaker 2: home with their child, and the other this, and he
- 29:57Speaker 2: has to go in and run the register.
- 30:00Speaker 3: Oh found to hang up, hang it up that.
- 30:03Speaker 2: He just had to go in and like dip the
- 30:05Speaker 2: fry basket himself.
- 30:07Speaker 1: Just close down the burger king. While the people can't
- 30:09Speaker 1: work at the burger king.
- 30:11Speaker 2: You lose a lot of money. Man, Those things are
- 30:13Speaker 2: those things are cash cows.
- 30:15Speaker 1: I also think that it's such an inglorious, uh perceived
- 30:19Speaker 1: to be this inglorious career, Like we need to fucking
- 30:23Speaker 1: rehabilitate the idea of a fast food worker because people
- 30:26Speaker 1: just think it's like a ship place to works, whereas
- 30:31Speaker 1: a fucking Starbucks. It's like probably hard to get a
- 30:34Speaker 1: job at a Starbucks. Everybody wants to work at a Starbucks.
- 30:38Speaker 3: My little sister worked at a Starbucks for like two
- 30:40Speaker 3: weeks and quit because they put her in a group
- 30:44Speaker 3: chat and it had some weird name that she didn't like,
- 30:49Speaker 3: Like it was like some gay name, like they were
- 30:51Speaker 3: all gay. Everyone that worked there was gay. Yeah, and
- 30:54Speaker 3: she's homophobic.
- 30:59Speaker 1: It runs in your blood.
- 31:00Speaker 3: I gotta ask her what it was called. It was
- 31:02Speaker 3: it was something hilarious, like with like rainbows.
- 31:05Speaker 1: And not during Pride month. Bro, she can't quit the
- 31:10Speaker 1: fucking she can't quit the gay group chats ding cry.
- 31:14Speaker 3: She quit the job because the group chat name was annoying.
- 31:18Speaker 1: What there must have been another reason they're asked to
- 31:22Speaker 1: do the fucking most at Starbucks at least at Burger
- 31:25Speaker 1: King is just like I'll have a number six. Yeah,
- 31:28Speaker 1: the fucking drink orders that people are chefing up at
- 31:30Speaker 1: fucking Starbucks.
- 31:31Speaker 2: You have skills insane cocktail mixer.
- 31:34Speaker 1: I don't know how you even uh decide that you
- 31:37Speaker 1: like that? How do you pick your drink? How do
- 31:40Speaker 1: you How do women pick their Starbucks drinks?
- 31:43Speaker 2: They watch other women do it and then that has
- 31:46Speaker 2: to it. They decide, well, that's what I'm supposed to have, right.
- 31:49Speaker 1: They like walk in and like see a girl that's
- 31:51Speaker 1: hotter than them drinking a certain drink, and they're like,
- 31:53Speaker 1: I don't want the fucking hot girls drink.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Post frappuccinos are so good with the drizzle and the
- 31:58Speaker 2: whipped cream. They're fourteen hundred calories.
- 32:00Speaker 1: But yeah, but also a frappuccino is probably like six
- 32:05Speaker 1: ass drink.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Yesterday I had to ski bowl and then a frappuccino,
- 32:09Speaker 2: a cheeky frappuccino.
- 32:11Speaker 3: All I get from Starbucks is just a nice coffee,
- 32:13Speaker 3: black black, no cream, no sugar.
- 32:16Speaker 1: They should let you fill your own up. They should
- 32:17Speaker 1: be like the fucking machines that uh like. You should
- 32:21Speaker 1: be able to soft serve self serve a fucking because
- 32:24Speaker 1: waiting in line when you just want a black cold brew. Yeah,
- 32:27Speaker 1: and somebody's ordering a fucking three pumps of vanilla, two
- 32:31Speaker 1: pumps of caramel, one pump of fucking chocolate.
- 32:34Speaker 3: I agree with that.
- 32:35Speaker 1: It's bullshit.
- 32:36Speaker 3: It should just be a fucking thing. I just go
- 32:39Speaker 3: to some Oh, we're gonna say, I don't know, no, continue,
- 32:41Speaker 3: please take it away?
- 32:42Speaker 2: Are you for real? That's the first time I've ever
- 32:45Speaker 2: seen that happen. I've never seen.
- 32:48Speaker 3: You Frances for back off, don't listen to him, please
- 32:52Speaker 3: fucking just barreling for Frances. I think Roan's trying to
- 32:56Speaker 3: say something right now, and maybe we pull back a
- 33:00Speaker 3: little bit. Christ Almighty with this guy. Yeah, I know
- 33:05Speaker 3: you probably got a little brain fog right now from
- 33:07Speaker 3: the fucking ten the gronies you had last time. But
- 33:11Speaker 3: some of us are trying to work right now.
- 33:12Speaker 2: I didn't have anything to drink yesterday. Supposedly I took
- 33:15Speaker 2: Sunday off. I'm gonna I'm not gonna drink until Thursday.
- 33:20Speaker 3: Wow.
- 33:22Speaker 2: Take five nights off in the four nights off in
- 33:24Speaker 2: the summer, dude, that's I don't know. That's to me
- 33:25Speaker 2: as a win.
- 33:26Speaker 3: I'm probably around the fucking a lot of nights off.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Dude. Check this country song out.
- 33:33Speaker 2: It goes.
- 33:34Speaker 1: I swore off the bottle last Saturday night. I spent
- 33:38Speaker 1: Sunday thinking about doing right on Monday and Tuesday. Here
- 33:43Speaker 1: I'm in it to win. But come around Wednesday, soda
- 33:47Speaker 1: and again.
- 33:48Speaker 3: You don't like that bro such a good ass songs.
- 33:52Speaker 2: You didn't even let him bring it home.
- 33:53Speaker 1: I didn't even resolve that.
- 33:55Speaker 2: I knew.
- 33:57Speaker 3: You.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Imagine being full time producers on the show.
- 34:01Speaker 1: It's literally about what he's talking about.
- 34:03Speaker 3: Dude, I don't relate to you guys because you guys
- 34:06Speaker 3: have crippling alcohol addiction.
- 34:07Speaker 2: All right, let me some southern guy that's not us
- 34:10Speaker 2: that he's doing the song.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Let's do the song that you would fucking sing like.
- 34:14Speaker 3: I swore to the bottle. I swore off a bottle.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Last night.
- 34:17Speaker 3: Eight months have passed, still swore it.
- 34:18Speaker 2: Off, finally turned out my life. But I got up
- 34:23Speaker 2: at five because I had diarrhea. It's the same for me,
- 34:27Speaker 2: night after night. I don't know why, but I'll just
- 34:30Speaker 2: keep on living and not take stock in my life.
- 34:34Speaker 3: I've taken complete i'man, I've taken complete control over my life.
- 34:38Speaker 3: I'm like you guys. You guys are slaves to the bottle.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Nobody's ships are as big of a problem for them
- 34:45Speaker 2: as yours are.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Mine looks like a coil infinity sign this morning?
- 34:51Speaker 3: What my sober counter expired description?
- 34:58Speaker 1: Dumbass? So you're fucking you might as well be drinking two.
- 35:02Speaker 3: Hundred and eight days minus one of course, Yeah, right
- 35:05Speaker 3: for my glorious blowout.
- 35:07Speaker 1: No way, it doesn't count if you're fucking like smoke,
- 35:11Speaker 1: getting like high as fuck off the CBD dabs in LA.
- 35:14Speaker 3: That's true, it does count.
- 35:16Speaker 2: No, it doesn't.
- 35:17Speaker 3: It's drinking, bro. I'm still on PCP and ship. You're
- 35:22Speaker 3: on the ben mins.
- 35:24Speaker 2: Would you guys know, would have any interest in tell me?
- 35:26Speaker 2: Tell me your thoughts on burning Man?
- 35:29Speaker 3: Not even close.
- 35:30Speaker 2: Have we talked about burning Man?
- 35:31Speaker 9: No?
- 35:31Speaker 3: But I would. I went through like a weird phase
- 35:33Speaker 3: where I was like, this looks like it might be cool.
- 35:36Speaker 3: And then I got older and I was like this,
- 35:37Speaker 3: it looks awful.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Roun, what do you think.
- 35:40Speaker 1: It's not even a music festival.
- 35:42Speaker 2: No, it's like an art festival.
- 35:43Speaker 1: What the fuck is an art festival?
- 35:45Speaker 3: I think it's just like so girls can go like
- 35:47Speaker 3: sell crystals and ship and like dudes can be naked.
- 35:51Speaker 2: So I'm an artist. When I was in La for
- 35:56Speaker 2: not for Don't Tell, but later for the premiere Tires
- 35:59Speaker 2: on Netflix, Yeah, which I was in.
- 36:02Speaker 3: That sounds fun.
- 36:03Speaker 2: Yeah, it was good.
- 36:04Speaker 3: How long were you out there for.
- 36:07Speaker 2: One and done? I was out there long enough Sunday Monday.
- 36:10Speaker 1: No, I'm a fire out Monday, leave Monday.
- 36:12Speaker 2: I go. I go for as little time as possible.
- 36:14Speaker 3: When I got that's what I want to do. But
- 36:16Speaker 3: then I go out there and fucking Spade and and
- 36:19Speaker 3: all these guys are like, you gotta stay for the
- 36:20Speaker 3: late show, and I'm like fuck no. They're like push
- 36:23Speaker 3: back the flight.
- 36:24Speaker 1: They're like, we have the same ideology that like the
- 36:27Speaker 1: homeless people should control most of the city.
- 36:31Speaker 3: You can't really shit on the homeless people in LA
- 36:33Speaker 3: when we live in New York City.
- 36:35Speaker 1: But they it's like the takeover that they have, the
- 36:38Speaker 1: tents that they have is fucking insane.
- 36:40Speaker 2: Dude, it's worse here. The home was in Maine. I
- 36:43Speaker 2: was home in Maine a couple of weeks ago. They
- 36:45Speaker 2: are dishonest. Did I tell you this?
- 36:47Speaker 3: No.
- 36:49Speaker 2: They have signs up that say like, hey, I need
- 36:51Speaker 2: four dollars for a bus fare. Yeah, Tom, get passing through.
- 36:55Speaker 2: And I was like, to where we're at the end
- 36:59Speaker 2: of the country. We are there's the entire everything to
- 37:03Speaker 2: the right is Atlantic Ocean. Yeah, you know where did
- 37:07Speaker 2: they come from? Where are they thinking they're going to?
- 37:09Speaker 2: How do they get stranded here? Yeah, you're not passing through.
- 37:13Speaker 2: You need to turn around. The need to turn around
- 37:17Speaker 2: and go back.
- 37:17Speaker 1: I need to get back home. Dishonest homeless people, I know, fools.
- 37:22Speaker 2: But when I was in LA I was talking to this, uh,
- 37:25Speaker 2: this table of people at an outdoor bar who they
- 37:29Speaker 2: are like they they're a big part of their life
- 37:33Speaker 2: all year is planning their burning men. They go every year.
- 37:37Speaker 2: They're called burners. And this is a culture. This is
- 37:40Speaker 2: a big culture in La. Yeah, and they do different
- 37:45Speaker 2: events to raise money for camp. They call it for
- 37:48Speaker 2: camp and they run their camp with you know, meal
- 37:54Speaker 2: prep and food and all of this, and they you
- 37:58Speaker 2: have to buy their drugs and they have to you know,
- 38:00Speaker 2: make sure that there's sleeping space and adequate and it
- 38:04Speaker 2: sounds like they're planning sort of a commune type thing
- 38:06Speaker 2: and they go for.
- 38:07Speaker 3: A full week, yeah, unless it rains.
- 38:09Speaker 2: And there's lots of judgment of people who don't actually
- 38:12Speaker 2: adhere to the unwritten rules of Burning Man. They don't
- 38:16Speaker 2: like people who go out just to hook up with people.
- 38:19Speaker 2: You know, they do different types of drugs the whole time.
- 38:22Speaker 2: There's also sort of you know, people that soothe you
- 38:26Speaker 2: if you're having a bad trip, or there's like tens
- 38:29Speaker 2: of medical people that will help. I'm not a drug
- 38:32Speaker 2: guy on that level.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Oh, you should talk to Harry about this. He's actually
- 38:36Speaker 1: our drug guy now. Yeah, we usually just keep it
- 38:38Speaker 1: to like the legal things like booze and stuff whatever.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Since you spent a little time in La I know it's.
- 38:43Speaker 3: The culture out there.
- 38:44Speaker 2: Man. I don't know. I can't decide if the right
- 38:47Speaker 2: place for me to do LSD would be Burning Man,
- 38:53Speaker 2: or if it could, if it would be the worst
- 38:55Speaker 2: place for me to do it. Yeah, do you understand
- 38:57Speaker 2: what I'm saying. Yeah, it's a place that seems set
- 38:59Speaker 2: up up particularly to elevate the experience of doing acid
- 39:05Speaker 2: with controls and and you know people around who can
- 39:08Speaker 2: calm you down if you're not They know exactly how
- 39:10Speaker 2: to talk to you and treat you. But having never
- 39:13Speaker 2: done it, I mean I think I get freaked out
- 39:16Speaker 2: if I'm thirsty. Yeah, and we're in a desert, you know,
- 39:20Speaker 2: and I can't escape.
- 39:21Speaker 3: Did you see last year when they rained.
- 39:23Speaker 2: No no air conditioning. Yeah, they couldn't get the cars
- 39:25Speaker 2: and they had to like.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Rescue you imagine me acid for that.
- 39:28Speaker 2: These burners said that much more was made of that
- 39:31Speaker 2: than was actually true.
- 39:33Speaker 1: Yeah, because they didn't want that black eye on their burning.
- 39:36Speaker 2: There was one Honda Civic that got its back tire
- 39:38Speaker 2: stuck and everyone freaking.
- 39:40Speaker 3: I saw I just saw a video of Chris Rock
- 39:41Speaker 3: getting like rescued from burning man.
- 39:43Speaker 1: Yeah, he was hanging onto a single rom helicopter like Rambo.
- 39:49Speaker 1: The last time I did acid, I think I was
- 39:51Speaker 1: at a NASCAR race and it was fucking awesome.
- 39:53Speaker 10: Oh that sounds wrong to me too. It was very nice,
- 39:57Speaker 10: so noisy, it was noisy but it didn't. The noise
- 40:01Speaker 10: isn't like that was the main thing that bothered me.
- 40:04Speaker 2: What was.
- 40:07Speaker 1: The rain? I think that's the weather of the rain.
- 40:11Speaker 2: It was raining.
- 40:11Speaker 3: There's just some and they were just you did acid
- 40:13Speaker 3: in when you want on vacation, and you hiked the mountain,
- 40:16Speaker 3: and then you had to go, what did the mountain?
- 40:18Speaker 3: You hiked a mountain.
- 40:19Speaker 1: That's not what you said, bro. And luckily you're Jewish
- 40:21Speaker 1: so you could say what you said.
- 40:22Speaker 3: Said I was talking about a mountain. I said you
- 40:25Speaker 3: hiked a mountain.
- 40:26Speaker 1: No, you did not say that. I did said you hid.
- 40:30Speaker 3: The mountain, and then you had a freak out and
- 40:32Speaker 3: then you had to go watch like finding Nemos thro
- 40:34Speaker 3: the ocean.
- 40:35Speaker 1: You know, I watched the Lion King. Yeah, you watch
- 40:36Speaker 1: the Lion for five hours.
- 40:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:39Speaker 1: Then the rain storm happened then too, dude.
- 40:41Speaker 3: Whatever, Yeah, you have an acid problem, which is a
- 40:44Speaker 3: weird problem to have. It's like a strange problem.
- 40:48Speaker 1: That was that was too much acid.
- 40:50Speaker 3: But I think if you are like a drug addict,
- 40:51Speaker 3: whos addicts to acid, they just kill you, Like the
- 40:53Speaker 3: government just comes and shoots you.
- 40:55Speaker 1: Or they're like welcome, So your your mind is ready
- 40:58Speaker 1: for the CIA. Yeah, yeah, well, brother, you're fucking you've
- 41:01Speaker 1: passed the mk ulture tests.
- 41:03Speaker 3: The group chat was called it was called fruity flies
- 41:07Speaker 3: with a trans flag and a gay flag and a.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Fly was there because there's so many fruit flies that Starbucks.
- 41:14Speaker 3: No, because they were all gay.
- 41:17Speaker 2: There's no is there no Starbucks nod here. No, that's
- 41:22Speaker 2: just what the group chat was called.
- 41:23Speaker 1: I see so like fruity, Like, why not just fruits?
- 41:28Speaker 1: I think it was just flies?
- 41:30Speaker 3: I never mind you ratch it, scratch it?
- 41:33Speaker 2: What the etymology of.
- 41:34Speaker 1: This cause there's probably a lot of flue, Like a
- 41:36Speaker 1: lot of restaurants get fruit flies.
- 41:38Speaker 2: Could you know that's probably what it was with Starbucks
- 41:40Speaker 2: leaving its fruit out.
- 41:41Speaker 1: Too long, because this could be a class action suit
- 41:43Speaker 1: against Starbucks' if.
- 41:46Speaker 3: The My sister is not homophobic, by the way, I
- 41:49Speaker 3: should clear that up.
- 41:49Speaker 1: Yeah right, bro, that segment has like people probably stopped
- 41:52Speaker 1: listening at that segment. They're not gonna in the middle
- 41:55Speaker 1: of prime month, They're not gonna circle back.
- 41:57Speaker 3: He's a huge war Mode fan. Yeah, her bio on
- 42:02Speaker 3: Instagram is who's going to investigate the investigators?
- 42:08Speaker 1: They weren't homophobic? Were they just believe in the Nuclear family.
- 42:11Speaker 2: Yeah what did uh?
- 42:14Speaker 1: Wait, go finish what you were talking about?
- 42:16Speaker 2: What was I talking about?
- 42:17Speaker 3: Something about something?
- 42:19Speaker 1: Do you want to ever talk about how Tires was?
- 42:22Speaker 1: I feel like we literally have never talked about it
- 42:24Speaker 1: since it came out. It came out, we were in Chicago,
- 42:27Speaker 1: like uh, Nick and kbuh and Rudy rudely made fun
- 42:31Speaker 1: of it.
- 42:32Speaker 3: Francis was so mad he called me the next day crying.
- 42:36Speaker 1: And then what happened that? What would happened the episodes
- 42:38Speaker 1: after that?
- 42:40Speaker 3: We didn't talk about it. We had warmode on.
- 42:42Speaker 2: Oh no, I wasn't here for that week?
- 42:44Speaker 3: Were that week? And then we have war Mode and
- 42:47Speaker 3: never have war Mode?
- 42:48Speaker 1: So maybe you could talk about tires because uh, people
- 42:51Speaker 1: probably would like to hear about that.
- 42:52Speaker 2: Yeah. Sure, I mean I feel like we've kind of
- 42:55Speaker 2: alluded to it enough. I will say. They just put
- 42:58Speaker 2: out the Blooper Real and that was a fun one
- 43:00Speaker 2: down memory Lane.
- 43:01Speaker 3: Yeah, everybody, it made me feel like I was there.
- 43:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:04Speaker 2: Well, you just see how the scenes are built, which
- 43:07Speaker 2: is was my favorite part of it. You know, it's weird,
- 43:13Speaker 2: like acting. I think I find it hard. Uh, it's
- 43:17Speaker 2: I don't I don't you know. Dramatic acting is I
- 43:20Speaker 2: don't know. I don't have that really, and this was
- 43:25Speaker 2: just improvising. So when you don't know what someone's gonna say,
- 43:29Speaker 2: it makes reacting naturally much more easy.
- 43:32Speaker 5: Uh.
- 43:32Speaker 2: And the way we would do these scenes is we
- 43:34Speaker 2: had like plot points that we had to convey, and
- 43:36Speaker 2: then we would just do a take that was right
- 43:39Speaker 2: down the middle, and then we would start over, and
- 43:42Speaker 2: this time we would stretch it out a little or
- 43:44Speaker 2: you know, kind of riff around, and then if we
- 43:47Speaker 2: got something from that take that was good, McKeever would
- 43:51Speaker 2: tell us like, do it again and say that again,
- 43:53Speaker 2: or try this. But usually you're just trying to make
- 43:56Speaker 2: your scene partner laugh. And so like in that scene
- 43:59Speaker 2: where I'm talking to Shane about my wife, we had
- 44:05Speaker 2: so much fun with that. Initially he said the first
- 44:10Speaker 2: time I said she's Polynesian, and he goes, how much
- 44:13Speaker 2: time does she have? And I had no idea it
- 44:17Speaker 2: was going to say that, and I couldn't speak. I
- 44:20Speaker 2: knew I was supposed to keep going, and I sat
- 44:22Speaker 2: there just open mouthed, like, that's so funny that I
- 44:26Speaker 2: can't I All I can do right now is try
- 44:28Speaker 2: to not laugh. And then I couldn't. But then I
- 44:32Speaker 2: was also doing a riff where I was trying to
- 44:35Speaker 2: play that, you know, the sort of La fitness like
- 44:40Speaker 2: cult of wellness guy does, like the grounding and the
- 44:43Speaker 2: breath work and the cryo and all that, And so
- 44:47Speaker 2: I was talking him through like the workouts we would
- 44:49Speaker 2: do at the job that I was trying to get
- 44:52Speaker 2: him to, and I go, I said, we're going to
- 44:56Speaker 2: do the Big three, and I was thinking air, sea,
- 44:59Speaker 2: and land. Yeah, like like a triathlon every morning or something.
- 45:03Speaker 2: And I was like, we're gonna hit the ocean, shake
- 45:05Speaker 2: hands with Poseidon, and he goes, huh, like you can
- 45:10Speaker 2: hear him process it, and then I go, and then
- 45:14Speaker 2: we're gonna get on the bike, and then he loses it,
- 45:17Speaker 2: and so then you hit that again because you're like, well,
- 45:19Speaker 2: that's funny if we can get that. And then the
- 45:22Speaker 2: George Plane window pane thing that naturally, well, no, they
- 45:25Speaker 2: gave me, they gave me the name and that, and
- 45:29Speaker 2: then him saying, so I'm gonna be shamed from George
- 45:31Speaker 2: Plane's window panes, and we couldn't. We couldn't get through that.
- 45:36Speaker 2: And there's something about sitting really close. We were really
- 45:40Speaker 2: that was. I made a choice as the character to
- 45:42Speaker 2: just be really close to him all the time. And
- 45:47Speaker 2: when you're sitting really close to someone when you say things,
- 45:51Speaker 2: it's it's hard not to laugh.
- 45:53Speaker 1: Laughter is like it's like an ultra violet light that
- 45:56Speaker 1: only the bees.
- 45:57Speaker 2: There was one scene that I we were sad to cut,
- 46:00Speaker 2: and it was a scene with me and Kyla where
- 46:03Speaker 2: I come up and start talking to her about how
- 46:06Speaker 2: much potential I see in her to like turn her
- 46:10Speaker 2: body around. Yeah, yeah, yeah, And I'm telling her that
- 46:13Speaker 2: my wife used to be like a sort of pudgy
- 46:16Speaker 2: like her. Yeah, And in the same breath, I'm like, yeah,
- 46:20Speaker 2: that was during the era when she was fucking this fireman.
- 46:23Speaker 2: But she says she stopped and I earned that. And
- 46:28Speaker 2: there was like so many there were so many funny
- 46:31Speaker 2: things like that that in that scene, but it just
- 46:33Speaker 2: didn't really make sense from the plot. Damn, that's that's
- 46:38Speaker 2: the story, you know.
- 46:39Speaker 1: Are they going to run it back? Like you guys
- 46:41Speaker 1: had a nice little golf outing on last Saturday.
- 46:44Speaker 2: Yeah, I think I think I'll be back in season two, hopefully.
- 46:47Speaker 2: I don't want to jinx it, but I feel pretty
- 46:49Speaker 2: good about that. I think you know it'll be much
- 46:52Speaker 2: bigger production this time, because now it's fully like it's Netflix. Now.
- 46:56Speaker 2: When we did it, you were trying to sell it
- 46:58Speaker 2: the first time. Shane just paid for it out of
- 47:01Speaker 2: his own pocket. Produced the whole thing was. You know,
- 47:03Speaker 2: we shot it very quickly. We thought it would probably
- 47:06Speaker 2: go on YouTube or maybe behind you know, paywall, like
- 47:09Speaker 2: the Gillian Keeps Special and uh then a few months
- 47:15Speaker 2: later Netflix picked it up. And now it's like it's
- 47:19Speaker 2: it's gonna be like a full you know, production with
- 47:22Speaker 2: like I guess trailers and stuff like that. Wud be
- 47:25Speaker 2: kind of fun. So I'm excited about.
- 47:28Speaker 1: It to talk to them about writing something in for
- 47:29Speaker 1: the SaaS Man.
- 47:30Speaker 3: Right, just like a little Everyone keeps on saying this,
- 47:32Speaker 3: but I've never asked or like insinuated though, Oh yeah
- 47:36Speaker 3: on the show. I told people keep coming up to
- 47:38Speaker 3: me and be like, well, are you going to be
- 47:39Speaker 3: at season two? It's like I have no fucking clue. Yeah,
- 47:42Speaker 3: there's been no signs that I know.
- 47:44Speaker 2: I talked to Gurdy's about it. I was like, you know,
- 47:46Speaker 2: there's this kid, a little Sasquatch. He goes, he goes
- 47:50Speaker 2: a little what and he goes why is he still
- 47:54Speaker 2: calling himself.
- 47:55Speaker 3: That I've met him before?
- 47:57Speaker 2: And I was like, I don't know. I think he's
- 47:59Speaker 2: trying to dissa out himself from it, but it's proving
- 48:02Speaker 2: harder because of the brand he built on Twitter. And
- 48:06Speaker 2: he goes, oh, is he the guy that did the
- 48:08Speaker 2: draft video? And I said, yeah, that guy? And he's like, well,
- 48:12Speaker 2: that's not going to work in the show.
- 48:15Speaker 3: Well, what can you do?
- 48:16Speaker 1: Well, maybe someone could get drafted or like maybe it's
- 48:18Speaker 1: like this an analogous scene and like you get drafted
- 48:21Speaker 1: to like the war or something.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, that's a good idea, and it's something like that.
- 48:28Speaker 2: Nobody would actually.
- 48:29Speaker 1: Draft you for the tire company has a draft. They're
- 48:33Speaker 1: drafting people to be at the next tire company.
- 48:36Speaker 2: Yeah, and then we could throw a real logical wrench
- 48:39Speaker 2: in it by having everyone would know that what you
- 48:41Speaker 2: were getting drafted for would obviously be geting a high
- 48:43Speaker 2: paying job, and someone could say, out of nowhere, how
- 48:46Speaker 2: are you going to pay the rent?
- 48:48Speaker 1: Yeah? That would be good and funny.
- 48:55Speaker 3: Exhausted from what from flying a Damn?
- 48:59Speaker 1: I can't have you talked for an hour.
- 49:01Speaker 3: I we also haven't talked about your special at all.
- 49:04Speaker 1: Good call. That was awesome. That was so fun to watch.
- 49:07Speaker 3: When is that coming out?
- 49:09Speaker 2: Don't know they're editing it right now.
- 49:10Speaker 3: Is it gonna be on Netflix?
- 49:12Speaker 2: Probably not?
- 49:14Speaker 3: Probably The guy.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Keeps on slang. If Netflix comes and sees who live
- 49:18Speaker 1: at the fucking at the stand and sees how you
- 49:20Speaker 1: have people scream, throw up, laughing, people fucking projectile vomiting
- 49:25Speaker 1: from laughter, That's why my dog was shitting itself. Yeah,
- 49:29Speaker 1: it was a fucking I was recounting some of Francis's
- 49:32Speaker 1: best work. Yeah, it's intra species.
- 49:36Speaker 2: It's interesting too, because typically rescues aren't my crowd.
- 49:40Speaker 1: You like a pure breathe.
- 49:41Speaker 2: It's just I don't know. I tend to relate more
- 49:43Speaker 2: to the goldens, the pure breads.
- 49:46Speaker 1: But but sure enough, it's it's that translatable humor.
- 49:51Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's cuts across the brown background.
- 49:55Speaker 1: But yeah, that your special was very fun to go to.
- 49:58Speaker 2: Well, it was really nice having you guys there. That
- 50:00Speaker 2: meant a lot. It was like it felt like a
- 50:02Speaker 2: real team effort, you know, got to enjoy it all together.
- 50:06Speaker 2: And Sas was having fun. He was ripping it up there,
- 50:10Speaker 2: trying to hold back. Wanted to leave some meat on
- 50:12Speaker 2: the bone.
- 50:13Speaker 1: No sas could not stop cracking the nas. It was
- 50:16Speaker 1: almost like it was almost sad seeing someone who's such
- 50:19Speaker 1: a professed anti beer guy like trying to guzzle down
- 50:23Speaker 1: as much as the beer flavor as he could, just
- 50:25Speaker 1: so he could harke him back to an age when
- 50:27Speaker 1: he was actually slamming actual bruskies.
- 50:29Speaker 3: Yeah, pretty accurate.
- 50:31Speaker 2: It was twitchy. It was twitchy almost.
- 50:35Speaker 3: I was super nervous. I was more nervous than you were.
- 50:37Speaker 2: Do non alcoholic beers actually make you relax a little bit.
- 50:40Speaker 3: Yeah, it's placebo.
- 50:43Speaker 1: Just having it in your hand.
- 50:45Speaker 2: Yeah. Place ebo sounds like a word that is a
- 50:48Speaker 2: combination of placenta and gazebo, And I wonder what that
- 50:52Speaker 2: would look like. Oh man, ebo made out of placenta.
- 50:57Speaker 3: It kind of is like it's kind of like a
- 50:59Speaker 3: weird combination of the word like place an.
- 51:01Speaker 9: Oh.
- 51:07Speaker 2: I don't I don't get it. I don't know what
- 51:09Speaker 2: why that that wasn't a topper, Not that mine was funny.
- 51:16Speaker 2: I wasn't even trying to be just it was a thing,
- 51:19Speaker 2: and it made mine made much more sense.
- 51:20Speaker 3: I'm going off of like three hours of sleep. Its
- 51:23Speaker 3: you to lose elbow in the place elbow place elbow.
- 51:29Speaker 3: It made more sense in my head, and then I
- 51:31Speaker 3: said it and I was like, nah, it doesn't make
- 51:33Speaker 3: sense at all.
- 51:33Speaker 1: I think that gazebos are bullshit. There's nothing enjoyable about
- 51:37Speaker 1: a gazebo.
- 51:38Speaker 2: I'll tell you what they're good for.
- 51:39Speaker 3: I love it.
- 51:40Speaker 2: You get caught in a fucking lightning storm, you go
- 51:43Speaker 2: to the gazebo. That's a nice little hut safety. Or
- 51:47Speaker 2: if let's put it this way, if you are, say
- 51:52Speaker 2: a young commandant in the military, and you're dating a
- 51:56Speaker 2: sixteen year old who's just about to turn seventeen, and
- 52:01Speaker 2: you want to teach her the ways of life because
- 52:03Speaker 2: she doesn't know much, right, that is a good place
- 52:06Speaker 2: to give her that lesson. Yeah, do you get this reference?
- 52:10Speaker 1: I'm trying to pick it up.
- 52:12Speaker 2: The only one to get it is it from. He's
- 52:14Speaker 2: definitely not going to get it.
- 52:17Speaker 1: I don't think I have it.
- 52:18Speaker 2: You are sixteen going on seventeen.
- 52:22Speaker 1: Course you lot to the sound of music?
- 52:26Speaker 3: Do you think I've never seen the sound of music.
- 52:28Speaker 2: I don't think you've ever seen anything.
- 52:29Speaker 3: I've seen so many more movies than you, and I've
- 52:32Speaker 3: seen the sound of Music like eight times.
- 52:33Speaker 2: I've seen it at least eight.
- 52:35Speaker 3: Yeah, we've had to. I had to watch it for
- 52:36Speaker 3: like every single class.
- 52:38Speaker 1: Then start rattling off, go ahead to head on facts
- 52:40Speaker 1: of Sound of Music.
- 52:41Speaker 3: I saw the Sound of Music live. I saw the play.
- 52:44Speaker 2: I saw it in Broadway. Yeah, when I was a
- 52:46Speaker 2: little kid.
- 52:47Speaker 3: It was intense. They dropped the swastika flags and you're like, whoa,
- 52:51Speaker 3: it's crazy because you're like, if someone walked into this
- 52:53Speaker 3: room right now, it would look like we're just at
- 52:56Speaker 3: like a Nazi rally. I just more massive swastika is
- 52:59Speaker 3: hanging from the ceiling.
- 53:00Speaker 1: I think people would understand that this singing of like
- 53:04Speaker 1: Noah Deer a female deer wasn't necessarily.
- 53:06Speaker 3: The flags are like jarring when they come down.
- 53:09Speaker 2: To be honest with you, So that's it. This is interesting.
- 53:12Speaker 2: It was Do you know what age you saw that at.
- 53:14Speaker 3: Yeah, it was probably like thirteen.
- 53:17Speaker 2: Did you see it in Boston? Yeah? Yeah, I saw
- 53:20Speaker 2: it in New York when I think I was like
- 53:22Speaker 2: four years old. Yeah, and uh, I don't remember much
- 53:27Speaker 2: of it. I did have a crush. I had a
- 53:30Speaker 2: crush on the little girl. So long, farewell. It isn't
- 53:35Speaker 2: good night.
- 53:40Speaker 3: It's a good it's a good musical.
- 53:41Speaker 2: It's great.
- 53:42Speaker 3: It's a good movie too.
- 53:43Speaker 2: It's amazing too long, it's like three hours or for
- 53:45Speaker 2: two different videotapes. We had to pop one out in
- 53:48Speaker 2: the middle.
- 53:48Speaker 1: There's an intermission, and then they had and they played
- 53:51Speaker 1: the reprieve of Yeah.
- 53:53Speaker 3: We would always watch it in like music class, and
- 53:55Speaker 3: it'd be like, all right, I guess I know what
- 53:56Speaker 3: we're doing for the next month. You can't finish it
- 53:59Speaker 3: in one the class, And dude, it.
- 54:01Speaker 1: Has you wondering, how do you solve a problem like Maria. Yeah,
- 54:04Speaker 1: it's like a flibberty will.
- 54:06Speaker 3: How do you solve a problem like Marie?
- 54:09Speaker 2: That was really good? We all do know it. This
- 54:11Speaker 2: is fun.
- 54:12Speaker 3: It's crazy that you think I wouldn't know sound of music.
- 54:15Speaker 2: Well, I was surprised that you neither of you picked
- 54:17Speaker 2: up on the on the reference there.
- 54:18Speaker 3: I just I was thinking, to be honest, I was thinking,
- 54:20Speaker 3: like fucking I.
- 54:21Speaker 1: Thought it like the notebook or some shit.
- 54:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a that's a.
- 54:24Speaker 3: Decent, that's a I was thinking of that Andrew Garfield movie.
- 54:28Speaker 2: I think they're in a gazebo when when they do
- 54:31Speaker 2: the whole you are sixteen going on seventeen songs.
- 54:34Speaker 1: Right, and the problem is Torny for Nazi dick. Yeah,
- 54:36Speaker 1: she was like, I need a fucking Nazi in me.
- 54:39Speaker 3: The problem is that you described it as a soldier
- 54:41Speaker 3: who's dating a sixteen year old, and that pretty much
- 54:42Speaker 3: sums up most military movies like that. Could have been
- 54:47Speaker 3: Saving Private Ryan.
- 54:48Speaker 2: Well sixteen turning seventeen. Yeah, I thought would have been
- 54:52Speaker 2: going on. So I was trying to walk you to the.
- 54:54Speaker 3: To the good you said going on seventeen, I would
- 54:55Speaker 3: have known im.
- 54:56Speaker 1: Usually I'm better than that. I'm fucking I'm gonna be
- 54:58Speaker 1: kicking myself tonight. I'm gonna be watching the game. I
- 55:01Speaker 1: should have made that connection right there.
- 55:03Speaker 2: That's okay.
- 55:04Speaker 1: Why do they what do they have against the Nazis
- 55:06Speaker 1: in that movie? What do the von Trapp families have
- 55:08Speaker 1: against the Nazis? Because they're pretty boilerplate into what the Nazis.
- 55:11Speaker 3: Would have loved that family?
- 55:13Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, but it's that they're they're nationalistic there.
- 55:16Speaker 2: They love Austria, it's their homeland and the Nazis have
- 55:19Speaker 2: invaded to take it over.
- 55:22Speaker 1: That sweet sweet adol Weiss.
- 55:23Speaker 2: Where is the Sue Dayton Land. What is that? Is
- 55:26Speaker 2: that part of Belgium? I don't know, no clue.
- 55:29Speaker 11: I am part of Belgium, but I don't know about it.
- 55:30Speaker 11: The Sue Dayton Land, I don't know. That was the
- 55:33Speaker 11: peace of the original sort of German uh empire that
- 55:39Speaker 11: Hitler really wanted to restore.
- 55:41Speaker 2: It was his Ukraine.
- 55:43Speaker 1: Really yeah, crimea interesting interesting. I didn't know that. Uh.
- 55:48Speaker 1: I didn't know Hitler felt that way about that kind
- 55:50Speaker 1: of ship.
- 55:50Speaker 2: Well, then he started feeling that way about Poland and
- 55:53Speaker 2: Belgium and the whole everything. Everything.
- 55:56Speaker 1: He wanted it all, he wanted the world, when really
- 55:58Speaker 1: he was like more of a burning man guy. He
- 56:00Speaker 1: was just like taking meth and painting, yes, which is
- 56:02Speaker 1: like kind of a burning man. If Hitler had had
- 56:05Speaker 1: burning Man, Yeah, a lot of Jews would have saved
- 56:07Speaker 1: their lives.
- 56:08Speaker 2: I mean he let's put it this way, he would
- 56:09Speaker 2: have raised a lot more money for camp. Oh yeah,
- 56:12Speaker 2: because you know he was convincing get away with words. Yeah. Yeah.
- 56:17Speaker 1: Honestly he has a speech.
- 56:18Speaker 3: Guy, it's like that Norm bit where he's like talking
- 56:20Speaker 3: about going back in time to kill baby hilar and
- 56:22Speaker 3: he's like, I just be worried that I would fall
- 56:24Speaker 3: into his gaze and I just fall in love with
- 56:29Speaker 3: those eyes of his.
- 56:33Speaker 1: He was charming, allegedly, alleged, alleged he charmed people. I'm
- 56:37Speaker 1: not I'm not out of turn for saying Hitler was charming. No,
- 56:40Speaker 1: he people fell victim to his charm. It's crazy that
- 56:43Speaker 1: how many people were There's so many Germans still alive
- 56:48Speaker 1: today that like he's like Germans who look Rian, It's
- 56:51Speaker 1: like you guys had to have had people in your family.
- 56:54Speaker 2: That were like on board.
- 56:55Speaker 3: Oh absolutely, yeah.
- 56:58Speaker 1: And now they're just playing in like you're twenty twenty four. Yeah,
- 57:01Speaker 1: they just are just going to soccer games, whooping it up,
- 57:03Speaker 1: wearing scarves.
- 57:04Speaker 2: Dude, that that came out of nowhere, all of a sudden,
- 57:07Speaker 2: I'm seeing images of people like soccer bars in New
- 57:10Speaker 2: York City watching Croatia play. I had no idea you're
- 57:15Speaker 2: as happening.
- 57:16Speaker 3: Oh, it's happening right now.
- 57:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 57:18Speaker 3: I've just been watching the hockey in the NBA.
- 57:20Speaker 2: We got that. We got the Olympics to follow.
- 57:22Speaker 3: Yeah, the Olympics are.
- 57:23Speaker 2: Gonna be cool. I'm excited about the Olympics.
- 57:24Speaker 3: They had the trial, they had the trials, Like this week,
- 57:27Speaker 3: who's on trial. A lot of people.
- 57:29Speaker 2: Damn girls world record. Yeah. I think the swimming is
- 57:33Speaker 2: gonna be fun. I wonder if there's some good American
- 57:34Speaker 2: stars that we can get behind.
- 57:36Speaker 1: Yeah, Thomas, Yeah, No, she didn't. She didn't make it.
- 57:45Speaker 2: She's got too much drag. Oh, I did a drag
- 57:49Speaker 2: show the other night.
- 57:50Speaker 3: I tell you guys about that. I did the drag
- 57:52Speaker 3: show at the stand last week on Sunday.
- 57:55Speaker 2: Did you wear drag now? Yeah? I can't imagine. It
- 57:58Speaker 2: was insane.
- 58:00Speaker 3: I killed. They're calling me King of the Drag Want
- 58:03Speaker 3: to tell us about it? Calling me the drag King?
- 58:05Speaker 2: Were the performers in drag? Everybody else?
- 58:07Speaker 1: You were the only one not in drag.
- 58:09Speaker 3: There was me and another girl and we were the
- 58:11Speaker 3: only ones not in drag.
- 58:12Speaker 1: What Yeah, and you were just twinked out.
- 58:14Speaker 3: I had to go up at three pm on a Sunday, but.
- 58:18Speaker 1: That's like prime drag brunch hours.
- 58:19Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 58:20Speaker 1: They probably had just enough bubbles in them.
- 58:22Speaker 3: Yeah, it was good.
- 58:23Speaker 1: They were giggly, it was fun.
- 58:25Speaker 3: It was very funny. I thought I was gonna bomb
- 58:27Speaker 3: and it ended up going very well. They were very
- 58:28Speaker 3: good crowd.
- 58:29Speaker 2: Nice.
- 58:30Speaker 1: Did you make it? Did you do your transphobic set. No,
- 58:33Speaker 1: you're saving that.
- 58:34Speaker 3: I don't think all drag people are trans.
- 58:36Speaker 1: I didn't say they were.
- 58:37Speaker 3: Well, then why would it? Why would they be mad
- 58:38Speaker 3: if I did a transphobic.
- 58:39Speaker 11: Set because they sympathized in this Pride month, they tend
- 58:42Speaker 11: to be pretty LGBT.
- 58:44Speaker 3: I if I did a drag phobic set, that could
- 58:46Speaker 3: be a problem.
- 58:48Speaker 1: Who's drag?
- 58:49Speaker 2: They were all gay?
- 58:50Speaker 3: It was all gay people.
- 58:51Speaker 2: M M.
- 58:52Speaker 1: Are there straight drag queens?
- 58:54Speaker 2: Yeah? I'm sure I would think so really yeah? Maybe?
- 58:57Speaker 3: What what I think there's I think it's like being
