- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Tonight.
- 0:05We have two articles that we're going to dive into,
- 0:07one from Newsweek and one from the Sun. The first
- 0:12article we're going to discuss is one dealing with the
- 0:15situation surrounding jur Number fifty and the request to keep
- 0:20the documents sealed. Now, we've talked about this a bunch
- 0:24and there really has not been too much movement one
- 0:27way or the other that we need to add on here.
- 0:29But as you all know, context is very important and
- 0:33I like to make sure we add all of the
- 0:36little things even to the catalog as we move forward.
- 0:41So the team for Glen Maxwell they want to keep
- 0:44this stuff under seal, and they assert that if it's
- 0:47not under seal, then there's a chance that jur Number fifty,
- 0:51Scottie David, might get some evidence that he shouldn't have
- 0:55access to and they want to do everything in their
- 0:58power to avoid that happening. Now, we know that the
- 1:01prosecution has already come out and said, look, this doesn't
- 1:04need to be file a filed under seal. This is
- 1:07you know, is not a documentation that should be sealed.
- 1:11But the defense is very adamant that they want this
- 1:15stuff sealed up. Now, me personally, unless it has to
- 1:18do with national security issues or the privacy of a
- 1:22victim of a crime, then I'm all for transparency when
- 1:25it comes to court proceedings. I think that it's important,
- 1:31and especially when we're dealing with something like this that
- 1:34has been shrouded in secrecy for so long. It's hard
- 1:39enough to get people to believe the institutions at this point,
- 1:43and when you know, you continue to conduct yourself in
- 1:46a manner that looks like you're being shady, how are
- 1:50you ever going to convince anybody. So I truly believe
- 1:54that in most cases, transparency is the proper course and
- 1:59the proper path. Now, obviously there's always situations where you
- 2:04can't have full transparency ongoing investigations, a current investigation. I'm
- 2:09talking about once you get to the point where you're
- 2:12in court, and if it doesn't affect the outcome of
- 2:15the case or national security or something like that, I
- 2:18don't see the purpose of it staying under seal. So again,
- 2:22whenever there's a movement to unseal stuff in the Epstein case,
- 2:26as long as it's not outing anybody who was a victim,
- 2:30then I'm certainly all for it. And when you have
- 2:34lawyers like Maxwell's team asking to file things under seal,
- 2:38it causes a firestorm. Right people who are following the case.
- 2:41You know, people's minds wander right away to some kind
- 2:44of you know, conspiracy theory in some cases. But this
- 2:48is just procedure. This is how it works. It's going
- 2:51to be a back and forth battle.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Royale.
- 2:53Speaker 1: You folks know the deal by now, especially if you've
- 2:55been listening to this podcast. So it's more of the same.
- 2:59And and you can expect Glenn Maxwell's team to continue
- 3:03to try and disrupt things however they can. So with
- 3:06that said, considering we have two articles to get to.
- 3:10Let's jump into this article from Newsweek and let's see
- 3:14what author Jack Royston has to say. Glenn Maxwell's lawyers
- 3:20say key Jur may destroy critical evidence. Well, you know,
- 3:24I may hit megabucks, I may win all of my
- 3:27prop bets on Sunday for the Super Bowl. I might
- 3:30hit a bunch of bets on Saturday for UFC. It
- 3:34doesn't mean that it's going to happen, and it doesn't
- 3:37mean that the jur Dur number fifty is going to
- 3:40destroy any evidence or anything like that either.
- 3:43Speaker 2: So that's a big.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Assertion, right, They're they're really going out on a limb here.
- 3:48In my opinion, you can't just say this dude's going
- 3:50to destroy anything. Glenn Maxwell's attorney has suggested a jur
- 3:56could destroy evidence unless her motion for a retrial sealed.
- 4:01The British socialite you mean, convicted human trafficker, is attempting
- 4:05to overturn her conviction on five out of six sex
- 4:08trafficking charges. In December after Scotti, David told journalists he
- 4:12discussed his past history of abuse in the jury room.
- 4:16And again, the attempt doesn't mean that you're going to
- 4:20profit from it. I can't tell you how many times
- 4:23I play this stupid slot machine called Buffalo, me and
- 4:26my girlfriend and we'll get bonus games, and you'll get
- 4:29all pumped up thinking that during this bonus game that.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Your ship has arrived.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Right, this is the day I'm about to make this
- 4:36gigantic hit here and it's about to be on. But
- 4:40nothing comes of it, right, And it's kind of the
- 4:43same deal. Jurors were asked whether they had experienced sexual assault,
- 4:48but David told The Daily Mail, I would have definitely
- 4:51marked yes, But I don't remember that question, and again
- 4:56I wasn't there. I don't know. I'm not gonna sit
- 4:58here and call anyone a liar one way or the other.
- 5:01But it doesn't look good for all Scottie David, folks,
- 5:04certainly looks like he might have been fudging the truth
- 5:07a bit. And while I'm not ready to, you know,
- 5:13dog pile, we got to make sure we get all
- 5:15of the evidence and stuff. It really does make things
- 5:18more difficult for these survivors, right who wants to deal
- 5:20with this shit again? And I know you folks have
- 5:23better things to do than, you know, having to follow
- 5:26this case on a regular basis, because you're hooked and
- 5:28you want to see justice. So the dude really threw
- 5:31a bit of a roadblock in the middle of the
- 5:33procession here. But like I said earlier, i'd have really,
- 5:38when it's all said and done and the dust all settles,
- 5:41I highly doubt she's going to get this mistrial, even
- 5:44though Scotty David looks like again looks like he really
- 5:48shited the bed here. Following his media interviews, Maxwell's team
- 5:53submitted a motion for a retrial and said his answers
- 5:56to the questionnaire corrupted the process, violating her right to
- 6:00a fair trial, and I could see that. I mean, look,
- 6:03if it was me who was convicted and this blubbering
- 6:06fool was untruthful during the time of Jerry's selection, I'd
- 6:11be pissed off as well. But how many people have
- 6:14had even worse done to them and had their convictions
- 6:18stand up.
- 6:19Speaker 2: So we'll have to see right where it goes.
- 6:22Speaker 1: But I really don't see how Maxwell is going to
- 6:25be able to leverage this into anything more than at
- 6:29the most a new trial. If it's a new trial
- 6:32that she does end up getting, then I feel like
- 6:35she'll find herself right back in the same place when
- 6:38all is said and done. However, they have asked for
- 6:42their motion and the government's reply to be kept secret.
- 6:45Bobby Sternam, Maxwell's attorney wrote in a letter to the
- 6:48court seen by Newsweek, given Jurorf fifty Scottie David a
- 6:52preview of information he does not have and should not
- 6:55have at this juncture, would permit him to craft testimony,
- 6:58destroy critical evidence, and explain away facts to protect himself
- 7:02while further jeopardizing the integrity of this case. Sounds pretty damning. Right,
- 7:08but consider the source Bobby Sternham, you know, Maxwell's lawyer.
- 7:12Of course she's going to make it a bit of
- 7:15a hit piece. The absence of this temporary safeguard will
- 7:19contribute to further obstruction of the truth seeking process, compromising
- 7:23any factual inquiry ordered by the court and jeopardizing Miss
- 7:27Maxwell's legitimate opportunity to establish why a mistrial should be granted,
- 7:32to vindicate her constitutional right.
- 7:35Speaker 2: To a fair trial. She should be heard.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Look, this is definitely warrants a discussion by the judge
- 7:40and everybody involved. I've said that from the beginning, bad
- 7:44news a bad look. You don't want any kind of taint.
- 7:47You don't want to give these people anything to sink
- 7:49their teeth into. The New York Federal Court heard Maxwell's
- 7:54victims describe how she groomed them to be abused by Epstein,
- 7:57normalizing his predatory behavior. Annie Farmer said she was sixteen
- 8:02when Maxwell massaged her breasts. Quoted by the Guardian, she
- 8:06told the court she Maxwell said to get undressed and
- 8:09to get under the sheet on the massage table. She
- 8:12pulled the sheet down and exposed my breasts and started
- 8:15rubbing on my chest and on my upper breast. So
- 8:18I highly doubt Scotti David's testimony really was the kicker
- 8:22for the jury. When we have the testimony of Annie
- 8:25Farmer and the other survivors who got up there and
- 8:29told their stories. I don't need Scotty David to let
- 8:32me know when I'm hearing the story from these girls themselves.
- 8:37I'm saying, if I'm a juror right now, he might
- 8:39be able to help give some perspective.
- 8:41Speaker 2: But I highly doubt that his.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Description of what he went through was what sealed the
- 8:47deal for those other jurors, and I think that plays
- 8:50a huge part. Farmer added, when she pulled down the sheet,
- 8:55I felt frozen because it didn't make sense to me.
- 8:57I was surprised, and I want it so bad adly
- 9:00to get off the table and have that massage be
- 9:02done with. I mean, how many of you have wanted
- 9:06things to be over with that you were doing that
- 9:08were unpleasant A test or whatever it is. Now amplify
- 9:12that to the maximum, and that must be what it's
- 9:15like to be, you know, abused by somebody like this
- 9:18and have nowhere to go and think that your all
- 9:20hope is lost. And again, I have never suffered anything
- 9:25like that, So I can't even begin to attempt to
- 9:27walk in anyone's shoes who has. If Maxwell's motion is successful,
- 9:34the December conviction will be quashed and a new trial ordered.
- 9:37A previous letter from Sternham seen by Newsweek read the
- 9:40motion urges the court to write a grievous wrong that
- 9:44deprived Miss Maxwell of a fundamental constitutional right, her right
- 9:49to be tried by a fair and impartial Jerry Jerry's
- 9:52fifty's responses to the questionnaire in questions posed to him
- 9:56during in person questioning corrupted the process and violated Miss
- 10:01Maxwell's right to a fair trial. It is a compelling argument,
- 10:04there is no doubt, But I don't think it's an
- 10:07argument that's going to work. As set forth in the motion,
- 10:12the defense believes that the existing record is clear and
- 10:15more than sufficient for the court to grant Miss Maxwell
- 10:17a new trial without the need for further factual development.
- 10:22So as Sternham saying here that she doesn't even want
- 10:25any kind of investigation, let's just grant the trial. Ah,
- 10:29you know what, let's just forget about the investigation. We'll
- 10:31just go forward with a new trial on the taxpayer's
- 10:35dying by the way, yeah, no, thank you. Better thing
- 10:38long and hard about this one, Judge Nathan. Nobody wants
- 10:41to go do a trial again. And we all sat
- 10:43here and we all listened to the testimony and.
- 10:46Speaker 2: We all heard what was what.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Furthermore, honestly, even before that, as you can tell by
- 10:52the podcast and the content, I was convinced that Maxwell
- 10:55was guilty for years now, and that's because I've just
- 11:00followed the evidence. You know again, I'm just some moron, right,
- 11:03I'm not any kind of investigator or internet researcher or
- 11:08anything like that, just a regular guy like you who
- 11:12has been captured by how heinous this story is. And
- 11:19it's just amazing to me that Maxwell and her team
- 11:23would really would think that something like this is going
- 11:27to work. I mean again, it might, right. Look, I'm
- 11:32certainly not a future reader either, right, I can't see
- 11:37the future. I don't know what's going to happen. But
- 11:39my gut tells me that Glenn Maxwell and her bid
- 11:43here is going to fizzle out and fail, and she's
- 11:46going to have to do the time that she gets
- 11:50smacked with. And we'll see that at the sentencing. But
- 11:53it's going to be significant. All right, So onto our
- 11:57second article, and this one's a bit more good folks.
- 12:00Speaker 2: There's a new.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Unearthed TV interview and it's Andrew explaining how he got
- 12:07the nickname Randy Andy. So we're gonna dive into this
- 12:12article from the Sun and the author is Tarik to
- 12:16hear and the headline Prince Andrew admits he was nickname
- 12:21Randy Andy after getting caught in girls dorm at school
- 12:25in unearthed TV interview. For those of you old enough
- 12:29out there to have seen the movie Police Academy, it
- 12:32reminds me of the scene where the dudes like sneaking
- 12:36into the real like tough police woman's room and then
- 12:40he's wearing like, you know, the top hat, the shower hat,
- 12:42dress like a woman and stuff to try and sneak
- 12:44in over there. That's the vision I get here when
- 12:47I hear about old Randy Andy skulking around and trying
- 12:51to sneak into the girl's dorm. Prince Andrew once claimed
- 12:56he was given his infamous nickname Randy Andy after he
- 12:59was called going into the girl's dormitory at his posh
- 13:03school the New York. The Duke of York claimed that
- 13:07the nickname stuck after the seemingly innocent incident on his
- 13:10second day at the posh Gordonston School in Scotland. So
- 13:17this guy is saying that he got the nickname because
- 13:19he was, you know, sneaking around on campus when the
- 13:22lights went out, mister Creeper himself getting busy when he
- 13:26was young, huh, practicing. Now look, I'm just kidding. Obviously,
- 13:30you know dudes in high school.
- 13:31Speaker 2: I get it.
- 13:32Speaker 1: But it goes to show you this guy has had
- 13:34this kind of nickname and this sort of reputation since
- 13:37he's been in these schools.
- 13:39Speaker 2: These private, posh schools.
- 13:41Speaker 1: He didn't wake up one morning and say to himself, oh, well,
- 13:44you know what, I have some proclivities. He's had them forever.
- 13:49He claimed boys were not allowed to go into the
- 13:51girl's dorm at the thirty thousand pounds per years school,
- 13:55which was also attended by his dad, Prince Philip, and
- 13:58brother Prince Charles, but the young Duke claimed he was
- 14:02caught out going to say hello to someone and he
- 14:06was subsequently dubbed Randy.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Andy.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Oh, I'm sure that was all of it. So if
- 14:10that's the story he's telling us, you can guarantee it
- 14:13was something way worse or something a lot less innocent.
- 14:17Probably got caught in bed with somebody or something like that,
- 14:20and that's why he got the name Randy Andy. Whatever
- 14:23it might be. But you can guarantee that he's giving
- 14:25you the water down version when he's giving you his version.
- 14:31Andrew revealed the origins of his nickname during an unearthed
- 14:36TV interview with Selena Scott in the nineteen eighties. Scott
- 14:40asked him about the origins of his nickname, to which
- 14:43he sheepishly replies, which nickname? After much laughter, she replies,
- 14:49Randy Andy. Can you imagine this guy's sitting around having
- 14:53this interview and this is the excuse he comes up with. Oh,
- 14:56because you know, I got caught sneaking around that night,
- 14:58so they called me Randy. And now I think you
- 15:01were doing a little bit more, buddy, Okay, if you
- 15:04they'd be calling you wandering Andy if that was the case,
- 15:07or strolling Andy or Andy on the road, whatever it is.
- 15:12But I highly doubt it's Randy Andy. What does that
- 15:14have to do with you sneaking around and skulking about
- 15:17like you're Richard Ramirez. I'll tell you exactly where it
- 15:23originated from. It was my second day at public school.
- 15:26He said, it was unfortunate enough during my early years
- 15:29at Gordonston not to realize the rules of the house,
- 15:32which is, you weren't allowed in the girl's house. Oh
- 15:35you didn't really, he didn't realize those rules either, He
- 15:37had no idea, a long history of not knowing the
- 15:40rules right, or more likely knowing the rules. And then
- 15:44when getting caught pleading ignorance, Oh well, how am I
- 15:47supposed to know? Nobody told me that. Oh I don't know.
- 15:50I'm not supposed to go in the girl's dorm. What
- 15:52are you crazy? When did that rule pop up? And
- 15:58I was unfortunately caught going through the door to the
- 16:01girl's house saying a low to somebody, and it stuck.
- 16:04Not many people use it nowadays, and I don't think
- 16:08that it actually fits today anyway. Oh yeah, fits today
- 16:11better than ever. I mean, talk about hindsight, huh, because
- 16:17you were sneaking into the girl's dorm.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Okay, sure, right.
- 16:24Speaker 1: As a young man, the Duke of York was considered
- 16:27one of the world's most eligible bachelors and was linked
- 16:30to a string of women. But he was just sneaking
- 16:32in through the door to go say a lo to somebody.
- 16:35He was going to help her with her homework. Maybe
- 16:37they were going to watch, uh, you know, the King's
- 16:39speech together. He became known as the playboy Prince and
- 16:46of course Randy Andy. As the papers feasted on the
- 16:49Royal Navy helicopter pilot's relationships, those included actress cou Stark,
- 16:54who it was revealed, had appeared topless in an art
- 16:57house film in the late nineteen seventies. Oh the scandal.
- 17:02She appeared topless, folks, that's it, calling all of the guards.
- 17:07She can never come to the palace again, and she
- 17:09was topless.
- 17:11Speaker 2: And again.
- 17:12Speaker 1: In later years, after his divorce from Sarah Ferguson, the
- 17:15Prince was regularly pictured at parties, clearly enjoying the company
- 17:20of young women, no.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Doubt about that.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Topless girls in Thailand, the whole thing. And if this
- 17:27guy didn't try and put out this wholesome image of
- 17:30himself and would just own up to who he is,
- 17:33then it would take away a lot of the ammunition
- 17:35people use against them. But he's one of these dudes
- 17:38that just won't admit what he is, even though we
- 17:40all see it. It's like having that drunken fool of
- 17:43a relative who just won't see that they're a drunken fool.
- 17:49He was a regular at nightclubs, including Tramp, where rape
- 17:52accuser Virginia Roberts says she danced with them. But despite that,
- 17:56in his infamous twenty nineteen interview on BBC's Newsnight, the
- 18:00Andrew claimed he rarely partied and wasn't a fan of
- 18:04public displays of affection. Yet we've seen him all over
- 18:08girls all over the place. Every time pictures are released
- 18:11of him and some females, there's public displays of affection.
- 18:14So I don't even know what he's talking about. Again,
- 18:16just like with Maxwell lies and in fact there's more
- 18:20of a history of lying here because Andrew's been on
- 18:24the record more than Maxwell. He also denied ever meeting
- 18:31miss Roberts, despite there being a picture of his arm
- 18:34around her. Andrew has issued a defiant response to his
- 18:38sex abuse claims, including denying that he was a close
- 18:41friend with Glenn Maxwell and claiming he wasn't a frequent
- 18:44visitor of Jeffrey Epstein. And I don't frequently update the podcast,
- 18:48you know. We don't frequently have context episodes, we don't
- 18:51frequently have morning.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Updates absolutely absurd.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Pictures of the famously teetotal prints out partying with women have, however,
- 19:04resurfaced as he faces a jerry trial in a bid
- 19:07to clear his name. The Duke of York was snapped
- 19:09dancing with glamorous blonde Chris van Aspen while at a
- 19:13poolside party thrown by a Libyan businessman and sanchrope. Oh yeah, dude,
- 19:18perfect On a wild night in the millionaire's playground of
- 19:22southern France in July two thousand and seven, the forty
- 19:25seven year old Prince cavorted with twenty seven year old
- 19:28Chris after the US socialite reportedly caught his eye. So
- 19:32look again, what it's doing is establishing who this man
- 19:35is and under normal circumstances. I wouldn't care if dude
- 19:39who was hanging out with girls by the dozen, if
- 19:42they're all consenting women and they want to hang out
- 19:44with him, Hey, I don't care what anybody does.
- 19:47Speaker 2: Not my business.
- 19:48Speaker 1: I have my own problems, my own life to live.
- 19:51But when you start dealing with it not being consensual
- 19:54and a seventeen year old girl being trafficked to the
- 19:58Prince of England, it's a bit more serious. Snow. Photographs
- 20:06from the night show with teetotal Andrew with his hands
- 20:09around Chris at the villa party. Jeffrey said at the time,
- 20:12Andrew came over to me and asked, what's her name?
- 20:15She is beautiful. I love the way she carries herself.
- 20:18She is very classy. And Meanwhile, other snaps show the
- 20:22prince enjoying a wild night out with Canadian model and
- 20:25singer Pascal Borba, while teenage daughter Beatrice was just meters
- 20:30away at the same party in Santrope. Well, that's a
- 20:33bit dishonest. Beatrice was of age, and I get it right,
- 20:36you don't want to be doing that around your daughter.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Ever.
- 20:40Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not a parent, but I would think
- 20:41that you wouldn't want to do that around your daughter,
- 20:43you know, shacking up with some lady, kissing on her,
- 20:46being all romantic stuff like that. Probably not the right
- 20:49place or time. But again, it's not like she they
- 20:52say teen, like she was fourteen.
- 20:54Speaker 2: She was an adult.
- 20:55Speaker 1: Heer. So. One picture from the night shows Pascal with
- 20:59her arms around Andrew's neck while he appeared to place
- 21:03a hand on her rear. Another image shows a slightly
- 21:06sweaty looking Andrew standing awkwardly next to the model with
- 21:10his hand side by side. And again the sweating right
- 21:13very important. There's always little gold nuggets here, and inside
- 21:16of these articles you'll always find them. A third image
- 21:22shows the two almost nose to nose as they get
- 21:24close at a swanky gathering. Andrew faces a two day
- 21:27grilling starting on March tenth at a neutral location where
- 21:30Virginia Roberts lawyers fly in from the US. He will
- 21:35be questioned by Ace Lawyers, David Boys and Sigared McAuley.
- 21:39And we all know that we've discussed it. David Boyse
- 21:42is very well equipped to wring some answers out of
- 21:46Andrew here, and I would expect that this is going
- 21:48to be a very uncomfortable deposition for Andrew, and I
- 21:53would guess that he might even start to sweat during it.
- 21:57And after that they interview a woman who alleges Shew
- 22:00the Prince with Miss Roberts at London's Tramp nightclub in
- 22:03two thousand and one. Boys eighty has a fearsome reputation
- 22:07as the greatest deposition taker in modern US justice. Boys
- 22:11has said he looks forward to the look forward to
- 22:14looking the Duke in the eye and has previously been
- 22:16dubbed the Great Inquisitor. That's not very much reassuring for
- 22:21the Prince, huh. For his part, Andrew is reportedly being
- 22:26carefully prepared by his UK based legal team over fears
- 22:29of a repeat of his car crash. Twenty nineteen interview
- 22:32with BBC News Nights Emily Maitliss. Yeah, he better practice
- 22:36with Brettler. I'm telling you right now, you better get
- 22:38your money's worth with Bretler, because if you're going to
- 22:42use anyone to prep you, it should be that dude.
- 22:45All Right, there we are, folks. That's the update for
- 22:47this evening. That's where we are completely caught up on
- 22:50the news of the day. Quick blurb on Galne Maxwell
- 22:55closed it out there with Prince Andrew, and on we
- 22:57go to whatever tomorrow brings.
- 23:01Speaker 2: If you'd like to.
- 23:02Speaker 1: Contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kopuchi at
- 23:04ProtonMail dot com. That's b O b b y c
- 23:08ap U c c I at ProtonMail dot com. You
- 23:12can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore c
- 23:17ap U c c I. The links that we discussed
- 23:20can be found in the description box. You know, folks,
- 23:23today we're gonna do something we haven't done in quite
- 23:25some time. That's right, We're gonna hop across the pond
- 23:30and check in on the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
- 23:34aka Prince Andrew.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Well, when we've been.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Talking about this disgusting individual for the past couple of years,
- 23:45I've said from the beginning that I thought that eventually,
- 23:50when his brother ascends to the throne, that Andrew was
- 23:55going to be buried somewhere right and out of sight forever. Now,
- 24:00if this was the old days, he would have been
- 24:02sent to whatever the most far flung province in the
- 24:06Empire was and he'd be left herat there if he
- 24:09was lucky, or he would have been put into the
- 24:13Tower of London or insert some other sort of depraved fate.
- 24:22But that is what you had to look forward to
- 24:24if you embarrass the royal family, especially if you were
- 24:28a claimant to the throne and your brother ascends to
- 24:31the throne and you're looked at as a liability. In
- 24:34the old days, you were done for bro. There was
- 24:38no all right, well, just don't talk to the media.
- 24:40No no, no, no, no, that wasn't.
- 24:44Speaker 2: How it worked.
- 24:45Speaker 1: And especially if you were somebody that had sights on
- 24:49taking the throne maybe someday. So Prince Andrew should be
- 24:54lucky it's modern day and not the old days, because
- 24:57it would be going real poorly for him. Now, again,
- 25:03I'm not an expert on the monarchy or the royal
- 25:08family or anything like that, but it just seemed to
- 25:11me that the likeliest scenario would end up being Charles
- 25:16as the king trying to get away from Andrew as
- 25:21fast as possible. Considering this Epstein situation and considering the
- 25:25way it has mushroomed and dumped a toxic cloud of
- 25:31fallout over the whole entire royal family. So my working
- 25:37theory was, when he ascends the throne, Charles He's not
- 25:41gonna want to have all of that baggage, all of
- 25:43that nonsense, dragging down his new reign. So he's gonna
- 25:47step up and try and fix it. Not because he's
- 25:50a good guy, right, That's not what I'm saying, but
- 25:52because the family's honor is at stake that kind of thing.
- 25:58And of course he wants to have a smooth transition,
- 26:01no bumps in the road, and he wants everybody to
- 26:03be out there clapping and cheering for the monarchy. Well,
- 26:07nobody's gonna do that. If you have Uncle Touchy running around, right,
- 26:12you got the Joe exotic of the wingsor family hanging
- 26:16around trying to get some airtime. Not gonna go so
- 26:18well for you. As the new king who's trying to
- 26:22settle into his new role, especially following a monarch that
- 26:25was so beloved as the queen, big shoes to fill,
- 26:30so he's gonna want to be proactive and from a
- 26:33political standpoint, right, from a shrewd political standpoint, And that's
- 26:38where these people operate from. Remember, there was no other
- 26:41option for Charles besides banishing or getting rid of Andrew.
- 26:48That is the only logical outcome, and that is why
- 26:52that was my working theory throughout this whole entire thing. Now,
- 26:55the queen soft spot for Andrew, as we well know,
- 26:58she was never going to back or anything like that.
- 27:01She went as far as she was willing to go.
- 27:05But Charles, on the other hand, according to reports and
- 27:09everything you hear from monarchists and people who follow the monarchy,
- 27:14him and Andrew don't have a good relationship at all.
- 27:17And Charles is definitely going to swing the hammer. So
- 27:23let's jump into this article from The Express and let's
- 27:27see what author Holly Evans has to say headline, Prince
- 27:35Charles's plans in the works to deal with Prince Andrew
- 27:38when he becomes king. It's an obvious move, right, I mean,
- 27:45for those of us who have been following this case,
- 27:48there's no other option for Charles. Prince Charles will act
- 27:54more quickly to take on a new approach in dealing
- 27:57with the fallout of Prince Andrew's relationship with disgraced financier
- 28:01and sex offender. Jeffrey Epstein, a royal commentator, claimed royal
- 28:06experts have criticized the Royal family's current approach of do
- 28:09nothing as a tactic that has not served them. Well. Yeah,
- 28:13that's an understatement, to say the least, the tactic that
- 28:16has not served them. Well, look at all of the
- 28:18pressure on the Royal family. Look at all of the
- 28:21people talking about the Royal family, look at all of
- 28:23the people pointing the finger at the Royal family. That's
- 28:27not what they want. They want everybody to love them, right,
- 28:32The last thing they want is to have this scoundrel
- 28:34running around in their midst. But again, the Queen didn't
- 28:39have the uh the hard I guess to do what
- 28:43is necessary with Andrew. Oh but Bobby, he hasn't been
- 28:46convicted of anything. Well, that's not the point. When you're
- 28:49in a position like this as a prince, you need
- 28:52to be above reproach. You can't be hanging out at
- 28:55the Woking pizza joint then going over to the Belgravia
- 29:00townhouse with Galine and Jeffrey. That's not what princes do. Okay,
- 29:07do the right thing and you won't have to worry
- 29:09about the scrutiny, break bread with the right people, and
- 29:12you won't have to worry about the blowback. But since
- 29:18when did Andrew ever do that? Be it an arms dealer,
- 29:21a human trafficker, or anything in between. All bets were
- 29:26off when it had to do with Andrew and him
- 29:29breaking a little bit of money off for himself. Right,
- 29:32he didn't care who was involved with, who he was
- 29:35hanging out with, and there's been no repercussions for it.
- 29:42This guy's been able to just you know, like I said,
- 29:45arms dealers, human traffickers, pea guys like Peter and Nigert,
- 29:51you name it. Just take a look at all of
- 29:53the people that Andrew has kept company with, and then
- 29:56ask yourself if the old saying, the old adage rings true,
- 30:01you are who you choose to surround yourself with. I know,
- 30:06I don't hang out with any shisty ass people, people
- 30:10moving funny, especially people that are out here hurting kids
- 30:15or women or anybody else for that matter. At this
- 30:17point in my life, Look, I have a life full
- 30:20of regrets, folks, all right, I wasn't a great person
- 30:24my whole life. I lived my life callously. I lived
- 30:29my life where I was always worried about me, numerel uno,
- 30:33and no matter what sort of destruction I left in
- 30:37my wake, I was going to get to my goals.
- 30:44That's not the kind of person I want to be.
- 30:46I was very negative, you know, and I've worked really
- 30:50hard to change and try and not be that person.
- 30:54And that's what's required as you move through life, Right,
- 30:57each level of life is going to require a different view.
- 31:00And if you're not leveling up, and if it's not
- 31:02requiring a different version of you, you're not doing the
- 31:06right thing. My man, Royalty, excuse me royally, US host
- 31:17Molly Mullshine claimed, are we just gonna let it go away?
- 31:21Are we just going to pretend it never happened. How
- 31:24is it possible that it's in that we can't hold
- 31:27this person accountable when we kind of know what the
- 31:30deal is And I agree with her there, right, how
- 31:33is it possible that you can't hold this guy accountable?
- 31:36And now, look, I'm not talking about criminally, right, he
- 31:39hasn't had a trial yet. Nobody should be held accountable
- 31:42criminally until they go through the trial process. I'm talking
- 31:45about socially. This man needs to be held accountable and
- 31:50then when the criminal process starts that way as well,
- 31:52that's the preferred method, right. But at the very least,
- 31:55let's start here. Any ideas or designs on coming back
- 32:00into the royal fold, that's out the window. You should
- 32:03be lucky that you're walking around as a free man
- 32:05right now, Joe Exotic of the windsor Family, never mind
- 32:12running around as a prince. It's very confusing. I think
- 32:19whenever Charles takes the throne, we will see some closure
- 32:22around this, even if it's just never really seeing Andrew again.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Bingo, what did I tell you?
- 32:27Speaker 1: Folks? They'd put his ass in timbucktoo if they could,
- 32:29If they could launch this guy to the farthest part
- 32:33of the English Empire. In the old days, that's what
- 32:35would have happened. He would have found himself on some
- 32:38island in the Indonesian Island chains or some shit. Royalty
- 32:43doesn't play games like this, especially if you're a claimant
- 32:45to the throne and you can pose a risk as
- 32:48a usurper. Forget about it. In the old days, no chance,
- 32:52no chance. And you gotta think that Charles coming in
- 32:58is going to try and solidify his reign and try
- 33:01and build some goodwill right off the bat, and if
- 33:04his brother is the ounce of flesh that gets served
- 33:07up so bit Her co host Joe dra claimed, I
- 33:14think you're onto something because I do think when the
- 33:17queen passes then they may act more quickly, swiftly to
- 33:21figure out how to do something. And that's always been
- 33:24the rub right the queen and her relationship with the
- 33:26Joe exotic of the Windsor family. According to monarchists and
- 33:32people who are historians of the royal family, Andrew is
- 33:36her favorite. So of course she's not going to really
- 33:39come down on him. Of course she's going to do
- 33:41the bare minimum to punish him. I think plans are
- 33:49already in the works as to how to deal with
- 33:51it in the future. Both royal experts agree that the
- 33:54current tactic used by the monarchy, which included the removal
- 33:58of Prince Andrew from public office, has not been effective.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Yeah not really.
- 34:03Speaker 1: I mean the guy is still running around laughing it up,
- 34:06yucking it up, looking like he's having a grand old time.
- 34:09Have you spoken to the FBI yet, you epic asshole.
- 34:14I think they call people like you over the pond
- 34:17some kind of like nons, maybe a wanker, something like that.
- 34:21Right here in America we just call you an asshole,
- 34:25and where I'm from in America, we call you a stunad.
- 34:31This guy is an absolute piece of trash. Okay, sorry,
- 34:35that's how I feel about him. That's my opinion. Another
- 34:40grown ass man, Prince no Less using his children as
- 34:45an alibi. Oh, I was at the pizza place with
- 34:47my daughter. Great position to put your daughter in, you scumbag,
- 34:56Miss Molshine claimed. We'll see them navigate it. I think
- 35:00so far that do nothing approach has not been great
- 35:03and it has not served them well. And it's interesting
- 35:05to see that they're still going for the do nothing approach,
- 35:08and that leads me to believe that they think that
- 35:10Andrew's guilty. That's what I think the Royal family is
- 35:15convinced of. They're convinced that this happened. They know that
- 35:18that picture is there, that picture wasn't Where did that
- 35:20picture come from? Who's just created out of thin air?
- 35:24Give me a break already, And until people can start
- 35:27explaining that kind of shit, it's not even worth listening
- 35:31to their arguments, right, how can you explain that picture?
- 35:37And then you have this jerk off. Oh I never
- 35:39even met her, but we're supposed to believe what he
- 35:42has to say. Huh, zero evidence provided, everything pointing the
- 35:47other way. But because he's the Prince of England, we
- 35:50should listen to him. Yeah. Right. The Queen's second son
- 36:00met the American financial manager Pedophile in nineteen ninety nine,
- 36:03after they were introduced by British socialite co conspirator general
- 36:08all around scumbag and you know, fellow child abuser, as
- 36:11well as a bipedal serpent and mutual friend, Gallaine Maxwell.
- 36:16Prince Andrew, the Joe exotic of the Windsor family, first
- 36:19came under scrutiny for his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein in
- 36:22twenty eleven after he was photographed in Central Park with
- 36:26the convicted sex offender. Following his release from custody, mister
- 36:30Epstein was charged in two thousand and eight with procuring
- 36:34a person under eighteen for prostitution and felony solicitation of prostitution,
- 36:39and was sentenced to eighteen months in prison. First of all,
- 36:44no such thing as soliciting a miner for sex. Okay,
- 36:47that's just first, first and foremost. How can a miner
- 36:50be a prostitute? The fact that there was a law
- 36:52on the books in Florida that actually stated that is
- 36:56mind boggling to me. Now that law is no longer there,
- 36:59you know you can't be. They got rid of the
- 37:02whole under eighteen sex worker type thing in Florida, thank god.
- 37:05But what a ridiculous law to have on the books
- 37:08in the first place. Amid calls for him to step
- 37:14down his trade envoy to the US, the Duke of
- 37:17York cut ties with the disgraced financial manager pedophile. No
- 37:21he didn't, all right, This dude, Andrew is such a
- 37:25scumbag that grown ass man Prince of England thinks he
- 37:29has to fly across the pond to come and break
- 37:32up with his BFF Jeffrey Epstein in person. You don't
- 37:36have a.
- 37:36Speaker 2: Guy for that.
- 37:37Speaker 1: What hold does he have over you that makes you
- 37:40have to pop on a plane, fly to America and
- 37:44break up with him? Eric quotes in person. None of
- 37:49this story makes sense now. It didn't make sense then.
- 37:53And anybody trying to pitch this shit, the narrative that
- 37:56Prince Andrew.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Had nothing to do with this.
- 37:58Speaker 1: He is just a regular old is lying to you, okay,
- 38:01straight up bsing you, trying to gaslight you. And I
- 38:06would be very very very very very cautious of anybody
- 38:11who's trying to pitch the fact that Andrew is squeaky green.
- 38:16I know not very many people trying it, but there
- 38:18are a few publications that are, you know, trying to
- 38:21refurbish some images, shall we say, some knucklehead from England,
- 38:26you know, a couple of moronic, wasteful type people. But
- 38:32none of that matters, Right, My opinion doesn't matter. Nobody's
- 38:36opinion really matters when all is said and done. You
- 38:38know what matters where the evidence leads in this case,
- 38:42and so far, the evidence sure does seem to point
- 38:45to Prince Andrew being involved. Sure does seem to point
- 38:49to Virginia and her story being very very true, whereas
- 38:57Andrew has provided nothing in his defense or to the
- 39:01contrary of the evidence provided, So why would anyone believe
- 39:08the Joe exotic of the Windsor family. However, in twenty nineteen,
- 39:16Jeffrey Epstein was arrested again for sex trafficking after grooming
- 39:20a number of women excuse me, after a number of
- 39:22women came forward to reveal their grooming experiences. Glenn Maxwell
- 39:28has also been arrested and is currently awaiting trial for
- 39:31enticement of miners and sex trafficking. Epstein was found dead
- 39:36in his prison cell on August tenth, twenty nineteen, in
- 39:39an apparent suicide. Allegedly, Prince Andrew was named in court
- 39:44documents that stated that he attended parties hosted by Epstein
- 39:48in which miners were present and one survivor had sexual
- 39:52contact with the prince on three occasions. Buckingham Pallas issued
- 39:56a statement to say that the allegations were categorically untrue
- 40:00and held a number of inconsistencies.
- 40:03Speaker 2: Oh yeah, a whole.
- 40:04Speaker 1: Bunch of inconsistencies. Huh. The only thing that's inconsistent is
- 40:09the fact that the Prince of England over here, Joe
- 40:13Exotic of the Windsor family. The only thing that's going
- 40:18on here is that this guy is lying. Okay, the
- 40:23only thing it's categorically untrue is everything that this guy's saying.
- 40:27The only inconsistencies that we have here are the ones
- 40:30that he's throwing at us. So they can just bury
- 40:33all of that nonsense. That's such a canned statement, such
- 40:36a garbage statement from the crown. It's like, ah, yeah,
- 40:39we don't believe any of this. Hands off, not our problem.
- 40:43Speaker 2: Guess what it is?
- 40:44Speaker 1: Your problem? The statement read. The Duke of York unequivocally
- 40:49regrets this ill judged association with Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein's suicide
- 40:54allegedly left many unanswered questions, particularly for his victims. The
- 40:59Duke deeply. He sympathizes with those affected who want some
- 41:02form of closure. Oh yeah, he sympathizes so much that
- 41:06he's running to the local FBI office to talk to
- 41:09the FBI. He sympathizes so much that he's reached out
- 41:12to all of these survivors and offered aid. He's so
- 41:15sympathetic of their cause that he's out in the forefront
- 41:20leading the battle to get justice for them. Man, shut
- 41:23up sitting around laughing it up, yucking it up, hoping
- 41:27people forget. Well, guess what, Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
- 41:31Nobody's going to forget. It is his hope that in
- 41:39time they will be able to rebuild their lives. The
- 41:42Duke is willing to help any appropriate law enforcement agency
- 41:45with their investigations if required.
- 41:47Speaker 2: Oh yeah, so what's up?
- 41:49Speaker 1: The FBI already asked them again. This guy's proven to
- 41:52be a liar time and time again, So why would
- 41:56anybody attempt to even listen to anything he has to say?
- 42:00At this point, the Duke has already stated that he
- 42:09did not see, witness or suspect any behavior of the
- 42:11sort that subsequently led to Jeffrey Epstein's arrest and conviction.
- 42:15He deplores the exploitation of any human being and would
- 42:19not condone, participate in, or encourage any such behavior. Oh no,
- 42:23not at all. I mean, he hangs out with such
- 42:25classy individuals, dictators, arms dealers, human traffickers, rapists. Hell of
- 42:31a guy, hell of a group of friends, but he
- 42:35would never condone any of that behavior, not at all.
- 42:38He never saw anything untowards over at Jeffrey Epstein's. In
- 42:44November twenty nineteen, Prince Andrew, the Joe Exotic of the
- 42:48Windsor Family, participated in a disastrous no holds barred interview
- 42:52with BBC Newsnights Emily Maitlis in order to tell his
- 42:56side of the story. During the interview, he claimed he
- 42:59had no recollection of meeting the claimant and he could
- 43:02not have participated in a sexual activity on that said
- 43:05day as he was in Pizza Express with his daughter,
- 43:08Princess Beatrice at the time. Oh yeah, hell of a guy. Huh,
- 43:12drag your daughter into it? What is wrong with these people?
- 43:18He also said he had no regrets over his friendship
- 43:21with Epstein, but acknowledged that he should not have visited
- 43:24him in New York following his initial release from prison.
- 43:28Oh yeah, that's to say the least. Huh. But again,
- 43:31he had to go over there and break up with
- 43:33his bff, Jeffrey Epstein, had to hop across the pond
- 43:36and go and tell Jeffrey Epstein they couldn't be friends anymore.
- 43:41Speaker 2: What are they twelve?
- 43:42Speaker 1: Here's an idea. Just stop talking to him. What were
- 43:47you really flying to New York? For Prince Andrew. What
- 43:50were you so worried about that you had to fly
- 43:53all those miles from England to New York to crash
- 43:57on Jeffrey Epstein's couch. Pretty sure that the FBI would
- 44:04love to hear that story. If you'd like to contact me,
