Driver Arrested After Early Morning Crash | San Antonio News
A brutal crash on Highway 90 East early Saturday morning left one driver critically injured after a high-speed two-vehicle collision. Alcohol was suspected when officers detected a strong odor, and despite refusing a blood test, the suspect—32-year-old Francisco Javier Sandoval—was later arrested on charges of intoxication assault causing serious bodily injury.
