SPEAKER_00: Today's Hulandaf Mem Aliph and we are gonna start.
• 0:02
SPEAKER_00: We left off yesterday, probably about eight lines from the bottom, eight or lines from the top actually, of Mem Aliph Ahmud Aliph with the words Kit Hanoi.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: So we left off yesterday, we learnt a Mishnah, and we got into Machikas and the Gemara about Adam Iser Davash Inishaloi.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_00: Ana the Maïsur Davarshay Nishalay, we saw different uh cakes of the Amayram on it.
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: Um we saw yesterday with the Simon Not Simon, as we saw, Rav Nachman, R of Amram, and Rivith, they said that Ena the Maïs or Davasha Inishalay, even when you went and did a maisa, because we saw yesterday, generally when you go and bow down to your friend's animal, you can't answer it.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: But if you went and did a maisa, like an incision, you went and did a shritah, the shame of the Zara, then everyone's gonna agree, or rather not everyone, these these Amaram are not.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: But then some are gonna say that really you are going to be Aysur Davashain Ishalay.
• 0:49
SPEAKER_00: Uh you're you can be oyster something that even though it doesn't belong to you, even your friend's animal, you could be Ayser now Behando, Kiddin Tikrebs Ava de Zara, when it came along with a mice.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_00: So we saw Maysar Rabba, Maïsa Zuta, even the Maïzazuta's gonna be ill off.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: That was the whole Kamash Malan.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_00: But the point was that we left off Riv Nachman, Riv Amram, and Ravyitzkok Nat's Simon said that the Maïs of Shane Ishlay, even when he did a mice, so even when he went and shachted it at Lashima Desarra, you can't ask your friends thing.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: And says they go, Kitanoi.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: This whole Indian, we're gonna start off about nine lines from the top of the Malf.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: Where do we see that?
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: Oh, Ayyubid Avadazara, that was Minasikh the wine of a yid.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: He goes, he takes it, he pours it're the hula.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: Shalib ifnaved is coming, but he does it shallabifnavada's combin.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: The general way to be Minasseh wine in its uh ritual sense was to do it in front of Ava de Zara.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: So what if he was Minasakh the wine?
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: He poured it for Abedazara, he did what he had to do, but he did it shalaibifnabadazara, not in front of an Avaedazara.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: So Asri, he still Astraday, even though he wasn't in front of Abedazara.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_00: Whereas Abidim and Meser, Abidam and Babamatir Misa, they're gonna say it's actually muter.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_00: I the guy literally was Minasikh the wine, yeah, but he didn't do it in front of Abedazara and Mipne Shne Dwarin.
• 1:58
SPEAKER_00: First of all, Echar, and the reason is because of two reasons, really.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: Echod chain minas and elabifnab is come.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: The first one is a technical reason, because really the way to be Manasseh wine in the pure Abedazar sense is to do it in front of Abedazar, to an Abedazar.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_00: And if there's no Abedazar there, that's not a way to be Manasseh wine.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_00: If it's not a way to be Manasseh wine, then it's just a Mitsia that that's not uh he didn't do that by though.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: He didn't do that by the which didn't, and that that means it's not gonna be Ainesah The Echod, and secondly, She Yachulai, this is the point we need.
• 2:27
SPEAKER_00: Who are you to ask her my wine?
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: Meaning you're gonna come to my wine, do what you whatever you want, and now asser it.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, what's the comparison?
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: Because this is a mice, he didn't stop and look at your wine.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_00: He's a Benishka is a humra, by the way, that even if you look at the wine, it's considered Yainesha.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: But some people hold that.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: But even if the guy looks at the wine, not even touches it.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_00: But what?
• 2:47
  SPEAKER_00: Ah, a good question.
• 2:48
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: But uh get a non-C through bottle, you know.
• 2:53
  SPEAKER_00: But Lemaisa, what?
• 2:54
SPEAKER_00: Lemisa that that we're equating right now the maisa that you're doing, we're equating the mice that you're doing over here, just like the mice when he goes and shahtz the animal.
• 3:03
  SPEAKER_00: It's considered a mice.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: And even the sheetah that's gonna tell you, ain't another mice of shane shalai, or rather, not everyone's gonna agree, as we saw, Simon Knots.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_00: They agree, they argue even by that case.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: But if you do a maisa, that is going to ask your friend's thing also over here.
• 3:15
SPEAKER_00: He's doing a micea, and he's being Minasak, and what do we see?
• 3:18
SPEAKER_00: Still, ain't another maisa dovash in shalai.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: Who are you to be Minasakh my wine?
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: Who are you to ask my wine?
• 3:23
SPEAKER_00: I don't care that you went and did a maisa and poured it and was Minasuch the wine, that's the second reason.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: First of all, there's no evidence here.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_00: But even if there was, it sounds like Loy Kaleman koshite.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: It's not you, it's not your place to go and ask my wine.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: Even when he went and poured it for Yainsa.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: So we see clearly see the Sheet of Tanam over here, Nash and Penishnei Dware, because of the two reasons, and the second reason is what we need, even when there's a maisa, still we're gonna say, Rev Nachman, Verv Amram, Vi Rivitz Amri, I feel the Mandama, they say the following.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: That even according to Mandama, inadamister, or Adam Aisu Davashina Salah.
• 4:04
SPEAKER_00: What's the Kit Tanoi, by the way?
• 4:05
SPEAKER_00: Kit Tanoi is a machik is tanan.
• 4:07
SPEAKER_00: The first group of tanam we just quoted was Rabidum and Baba, Rabinum and Basera.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: Those are bona five tanam, no problem.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: And then we said, what's the other sheet that we're saying, by the way?
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: I'm just noticing this now.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: Rivnachman and Ritzuk and Rivamramram.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: Those are very much uh Amar.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: So I think those are my own, no?
• 4:21
  SPEAKER_00: Tanakham before.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_00: Simmon nods, Rivnachman, Riv Amraman Ritzug.
• 4:27
  SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure they're Amairam.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: I'm saying we have those are Rivnachman's for sure, Amaira.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: Riv Amram Ritzug, you might have time, but these are Amara, these are groups of Amiram.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_00: So we just said Kit Hanoi.
• 4:37
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: Because we saw the Sheita Ray.
• 4:38
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, you're right.
• 4:39
  SPEAKER_00: Tanakama.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: But either way, either way, what are we saying?
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: They're explaining within the Sheetah of the Tanam, that Afilul Mandamar.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: It's not their own sheetah coming.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: So the kitchen Right, right.
• 4:50
  SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
• 4:50
  SPEAKER_00: Fun shot.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that Afilumadamar, Adam Aisrudavashana Shalay, even according to the shetta that says Adam Aisudavashenashaloi, Hanimilikuti, even according to the Tanakama, who said that Adam Aisrudavashenashaloi, when you do a maisa, at least, let's say, right?
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: When you do a maisa zuta, that's Adam Aisrudavashenashaloy, when did we say the Hanimili Kuti?
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: That is only by a kuti, meaning a regular Avidavadazara, Ibid Khaven Abul Yisrael, but when Yisrael does it, even if Imamish goes and does a micea, Yisrael, he went and did a maisa.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: What are we gonna say?
• 5:19
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna say that he didn't actually mean to do Avadazara.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Litsuri Kamehavin, what was he probably doing this year?
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: There's a cheskis catchers, I you see him doing Avadazara.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: He was just doing it Litsuri Kamechavin.
• 5:31
SPEAKER_00: He was doing it to mess with you.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: He was trying to cause you pain.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: He might not be the best guy in the world, but the point was he didn't mean the Avadazara.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_00: He was just trying to cause you uh aggravation that you're gonna asar his, that he just asserted your thing because he served Avadazara to it, but he didn't actually mean the Avadazara.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, the only place where we see Adam's shalai, that's where you see Avid Kachavan doing it.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: Like the Yainash before we just quoted Baak by Aisral Litsure Kamechavin.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, we're not backtracking that we're saying really he he holds an odd maisudavash in the shalai.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: Rather, no, we're saying a filul the manamar Adam Aisir Da Vash in Ishalay.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: Even on even if you could you want to hold Adam Isr Damash in Ishalay, He Mamish has the power over here, has nothing to do with that.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: It's just that he didn't mean to do Abedazar.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_00: He meant to Litsuri Kamechavin, and that's the difference over here.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: It says the Gamar Tchutchma, I'll bring you uh SQ Kash on this.
• 6:17
  SPEAKER_00: Base and Basakin.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_00: This was in the Mishnah.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: Two people holding the knife, Beshechtin, and they were shachting together.
• 6:22
  SPEAKER_00: So far, no problem.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: You're allowed to schecht with another person.
• 6:24
  SPEAKER_00: Echudushamach mikalailu.
• 6:25
SPEAKER_00: The echhodnoshavakasha, one of them had the wrong intention in mind.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: Echul Mikolailu, like the list of Abedazar we mentioned in the Mishnah, that would be a problem.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: And one of them, Lishum Davkasha, you had proper intentions with the Shita.
• 6:34
  SPEAKER_00: What's the Allah Shkhtasula?
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be possible because one of them, the guy who had the wrong intention, he's gonna passle it up.
• 6:40
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 6:41
  SPEAKER_00: It's not theirs, right?
• 6:42
SPEAKER_00: So, uh, Adam or or rather, sorry.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: We're revisiting the questions we started off with.
• 6:48
SPEAKER_00: We started off at the beginning of the daff, which we really really learned at the end of yesterday, and we asked the same kasha.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: What was the same kasha?
• 6:53
SPEAKER_00: Aye, aina the macerda shin ishalay.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: But over here, it sounds like it wasn't his, right?
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: It's two guys shachting an animal, who said it belongs to him, and therefore, still he's asking it.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_00: What did we answer yesterday?
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: We answered that they were shut fin.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: We're dealing with where they were dealing they were shutv's bigav.
• 7:08
SPEAKER_00: They were really shutfin, and therefore he was the bailin, and it's not aina the maister dovash in ishalay.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_00: It's not the maister dovershalay, it belongs to him, and therefore, not a problem.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: That's how we answered it.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_00: Why are we revisiting the question?
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: Because according to the way we just explained that that a yid's gonna be different, then we're asking this whole question again because now I have an easier answer to this question.
• 7:27
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 7:28
SPEAKER_00: The question is, I thought Aina the Maïsr Davash in Ishalay, so why is Shitash gonna be Psula?
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: says the Gemara, I have a much better answer than I answered before that they're shutfin.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: You want to know the answer?
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be Israel Mummer.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about an Israel Mumr.
• 7:39
SPEAKER_00: Israel Mummer over here, according to this Kajmin, has the din of Ivid Khavin that he really means it.
• 7:43
SPEAKER_00: That's why he's gonna ask her it, and that's where we're gonna say Adam Iser, Dobar Sha'inishala.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: If he's a real bona fide of a Zar, he's an Israel Mumr.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: But by a regular Israel, we're gonna say Litsiri Kamechaban, and he can't actually ask her it.
• 7:54
  SPEAKER_00: So Metamib'A Midame Vaminasek.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: Again, the second question, we're just revisiting it again from yesterday.
• 8:01
  SPEAKER_00: We saw yesterday.
• 8:01
  SPEAKER_00: What's the reason?
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: Bishoy Gik Patr, because really it's uh this is Hasakh Shain and Nikir.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: Again, Metame, he was Metameh's friends, uh, his friend's uh Truma, Midameh, he mixed it in with Truma, and this guy's not a client, so he has nothing to do with it.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: Minaseh he was Minasak's wine, that's the point that we need, the Manasseh right now.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_00: But either way, in all these cases, the wine looks the same, it's Hezek Shaino Niker.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_00: He calls the guy a loss because he can't use this now, right?
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: It's Tame, it's uh it's a mixture, or it's uh or it's Tekovisava de Zara, or Yai Nessa, rather.
• 8:27
  SPEAKER_00: But same thing.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that what?
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: That Beshoy Potter B maze it hay.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: This is all Hezek Sheniker, he caused him a financial loss because now he can't use it anymore.
• 8:35
SPEAKER_00: And we said if he did a Beshoig, he's gonna be Potter because Hezek Shen and Niker Loh Smehezik.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: Bem mazit Haiv, we did a Bebezik is gonna be Hayev, why it's Kansuar Rabanan.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: Again, he's not Hai Medina because it's Hezek Shain and Niker or Loishmehezik, but still he's gonna be chaif, that's how Rash explained.
• 8:49
SPEAKER_00: But the point over here is what Aminasech.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: That he Mamish caused it to be na Yay'i Nesech.
• 8:53
  SPEAKER_00: That's it sounds like that's not a question.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: The only question is, can you is Hezek Shain and Nikir Shmehesik or not?
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: But is it considered Yaineseh?
• 9:00
  SPEAKER_00: 100% it sounds like.
• 9:02
  SPEAKER_00: So that's a question, right?
• 9:02
SPEAKER_00: Because I know the Maïsa Debah Shain Ishala, how could you make my wine Yainesech?
• 9:06
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Khanami Bisra Mummer.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: Over here we can answer also that we're talking about Israel Mummer.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: If we're talking about Israel Mumr, it's the same thing by Avi Kahavim, maybe he's able to do that.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: But Estam Israel, we're gonna say that uh Litsuri Kamehameha.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_00: What if a guy is he has a Kheskis Kashra, so he's a regular yid, meaning he's not a known Yisrael Mummer yet.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: But the question is, what about the first time?
• 9:31
SPEAKER_00: Meaning he goes and he mamash does a desire.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_00: But you you don't know about him as that he's Dafka Yisrael Mumr.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: The question is, based off this first time, is he now gonna take on the sin of Yisrael Mumr?
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: That's the question over here.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_00: History boy, if you gave him a straw, the kiblal of a he was make cabal d'asra, like a mamesh, the the way you're supposed to do it.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: If you do this, you're gonna get this and this punishment, you're gonna get skill, the hulu, the hula, and he says, Yes, I'm a kabbal and understand I'm gonna get skill if I do this, I'm gonna do it anyway.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: My in that case, again, this guy's a terrible guy, he's time me, so he did it by the Zara, and he got a straw, he ate him, everything.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: But since he's not an established Mummer, will this have the same din that now 100% is gonna be considered Yainessa?
• 10:07
SPEAKER_00: Or no, since it's the first time maybe he doesn't have the din already of the Yasra Mummer as soon as he did this, maybe only after he did this, and for this uh myself itself, maybe he shouldn't have the din of the Yisrael Mummer because again it wasn't previously established.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: So May Saumar Lay, so you answered him that uh what you would think that Hitter Atmay, Lemisa, Kamrit, you're talking about a case where he mamash he accepted upon himself the death penalty, he was Meccablaid, Masrah, everything.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: In this case, the Indaf Mummer godam is that you don't have any greater mummer in the world, and of course he's gonna be considered a Yisrael Mummer, even though this was not previously established.
• 10:38
  SPEAKER_00: Zuqt, the next Mishnah.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: So we're talking about someone who's schechting.
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: What can you where can you schecht?
• 10:46
SPEAKER_00: So generally you'd think anywhere.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_00: The answer is not really.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_00: We're worried that you might, if you schecht into the water, um, that's something pagans used to do.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_00: It looks a little bit like you're doing a vadizara, um, and you might be worshipping the water and doing like a zrika of the dam into the water, it's gonna be a problem, or for the sar of the water, as we saw.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_00: But Lemaisa, you have to be careful about the way that you do it.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: You're supposed to do it on the ground, regular ground.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: Now, if you do it in certain of these ways, again, these were these are what this is what the pagans used to do, and that's why it could be a Maya Scien issue, it could be a problem, where you do the shit.
• 11:15
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, in Shecht and Lenashhiya, I mean you're not supposed to schecht right directly into the ocean.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: You're not supposed to directly schecht into a cle because it looks like you're being the cabal the dam.
• 11:25
  SPEAKER_00: Again, you're with a hulan.
• 11:26
SPEAKER_00: There's no kabbalah over here for khajum.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: It looks like you might be doing kabbalah of the dam.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're gonna go do a vadizar with it.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: Abu Shaikh do the sech ugashanaim.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_00: However, you could schecht into a puddle.
• 11:36
  SPEAKER_00: That you could do.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: But what should you do if you're on a ship?
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: So if you're on a ship where you're supposed to schecht, it would be really convenient if you could just do it over the water, but over the water is a problem, as we just saw.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_00: So Bisfina Gabi Kalim, you should be, you should do it on top of like kalim, and from there it should trickle into the water.
• 11:49
  SPEAKER_00: That's not a problem.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: You're not let a schecht into like a ditch in your backyard at all.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: Avo isaguma besek basai, bisho shaitikanas adamase.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: But what you can do is you could dig a ditch in your house, then the dam goes into it.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna explain exactly what we mean in the Gemara.
• 12:03
  SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh shuklayasaken.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: But in the shuk, you shouldn't even do that.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna explain what we mean, that you could dig a little bit of a hole next to the ditch, and you do it over there, and it trickles into the actual actual ditch.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: If it's like if it's like a step removed, that you're like that you're able to do.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: That you're able to do in your house.
• 12:17
  SPEAKER_00: Uh shuklayasakin.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: But in the shuk, you shouldn't.
• 12:20
  SPEAKER_00: Shiloi yihake es tatzedikim.
• 12:23
SPEAKER_00: So you don't like uphold Rash says, Yahaq is Yahsikide Bihukisam.
• 12:27
SPEAKER_00: You shouldn't uphold the tzedikim.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_00: This is really uh from the center, it means to say me, tell me the yeshua night.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: So you say you don't uphold the kite from the pagans of Abda Vid Israel, what they used to do.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, you don't want to do a similar type of zaq, and that's why you should in the shuk stay away from any of this, even uh the roundabout way we might allow you to do it in your house, but this is not something you should be doing in the shuk.
• 12:44
  SPEAKER_00: Shall Ichakas tzedakim?
• 12:46
  SPEAKER_00: Zakti Gemark.
• 12:46
  SPEAKER_00: Ain't Shachtun Ladsaikh vihulu.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_00: So we saw in the Mishnah what?
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: That you're not allowed to shacht into the water, but you are allowed to shacht into a puddle.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: That you are allowed to do.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_00: Why aren't you allowed to shacht into the ocean?
• 13:01
SPEAKER_00: Because we're worried that you are shachting the malachamuna on the ocean, right?
• 13:06
SPEAKER_00: So the gemar, Ugoshamayam Nami.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_00: There's also a khshash of shachting into a puddle.
• 13:10
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: Because Amri Lib Vaya Khashakid.
• 13:12
SPEAKER_00: Because people are gonna say that he's he's worshipping his own shadow.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: Because in a puddle you see your own shadow sometimes, and therefore people used to worship shadows.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_00: So uh people are gonna think that you're worshiping the shadows.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_00: So again, you have a khshash also by a puddle.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: So Maraba is the answer, but we're only talking about a dirty puddle where you can't see your what?
• 13:31
  unknown: Reflection.
• 13:32
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I meant.
• 13:33
  SPEAKER_00: Reflection.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, just gotta Yeah, yeah.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: Maybe people worship worship the shadow as well.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you shouldn't do that.
• 13:41
  SPEAKER_00: Right, the shadow.
• 13:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 13:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's what I meant.
• 13:45
SPEAKER_00: But uh But the Maisa, um it's my English problem, like that's what I meant.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so the Maisa, what?
• 13:56
SPEAKER_00: Amarambahuram Shana we're talking about where it's dark.
• 13:58
SPEAKER_00: If it's dark, you can't it's dirty water, you can't see your reflection.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_00: If you can't see your mivoya, then you're not gonna have a problem.
• 14:04
SPEAKER_00: So this gumar, in shaft and the guma bhulas.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: We said you're not let a shaft into a ditch.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: But in your house, you could dig a little ditch.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: But in the shuk, you shouldn't dig a ditch at all.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: So, is the gumar, what is going on?
• 14:13
SPEAKER_00: No, I'm at the shot and the guma cloud.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_00: And then we start making uh then we go on to say when you can, when you can't so I'm raising the gumish.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: The raish is talking about Al Guma and the shok.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: In the shuk, you're not allowed to.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: We had three cases as relates to the ditch.
• 14:32
  SPEAKER_00: Don't shacht into a ditch.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_00: But in your house, you could do it in a limited fashion if you dig something next door, as we saw.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: And but in the shuk, don't do anything.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: So in the first case, we said don't shacht into a ditch.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: What are we talking about?
• 14:42
  SPEAKER_00: We just answered Bishuk.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about the shuk.
• 14:44
  SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: The third case is talking about the shok.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: The third case in the Mishnah.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara Baham and the Khani safe from the fact that Safe was at a Bishuklayasak and Mikhl, Mikhal the race of the Abhishikos.
• 15:00
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: Someone who wants to shacht in his backyard, what should he do?
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: Kate Saruai says, Maklaim, chutzlaguma.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: You should make like a little haritz, a little uh mini uh you know uh channel in your backyard next to the guma, next to the ditch.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but in the shook you shouldn't do this because that's gonna uphold the uh mechaki de meen.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: Tanikabas Raba, we have a brace that supports Raba.
• 15:31
SPEAKER_00: Everything we just said, just a little more wordy.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: If you're on a boat, you didn't have anywhere to schecht on the boat, so mighty chutzfina you're allowed to schecht a little, you could like hang over the side of the boat.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: And the blood will just trickle down on the walls of the boat and then go into the water.
• 15:49
SPEAKER_00: Again, as long as it's one step removed, no problem.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna shecht into a ditch at all, because that's something the pagans used to do.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_00: If you want to schecht in your backyard, case, what should you do?
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: And the shuck don't do it at all because we don't want to be machikidated to him selehu, and the bride said, adds on over here within.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: And if you did that in a shuk, sorikh, bidika akharov.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: You gotta check into this guy to see his yichus.
• 16:21
  SPEAKER_00: Raj says, Shema minhu.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: You know, or rather you check uh check out if he's a min, check out that he's a erlachied because if he does something like that, uh this guy needs badika akhrav to really check if he's uh in secret or not in secret.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: Uh ovid oivid ka uhid avoidas koihavim zak the last mishnah in the parak.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: Hashoikh the shem oilo, the shame zvachim, the shame ashum talah.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_00: So we're talking about someone shachting chulin.
• 16:44
  SPEAKER_00: Hulin lashem karchim.
• 16:45
SPEAKER_00: So we dealt already uh in Zvachim of someone shachting khajim lashem chulin.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: That's the issue of lashmah, right?
• 16:51
SPEAKER_00: He just shachted in Al Lashmah, not Leshem Khim.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: He did it Lashem Kulin.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: Now we're talking about the opposite.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: He's shachting chulin, lashem karcem, not lashem of a desar.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: So first glance you think, what's the problem, right?
• 17:00
SPEAKER_00: The problem is that maybe you could run into a Marasign issue if people actually think this is Khotchim, that's gonna be the issue, as we're gonna see.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: But uh Hashekh the Shem Oila, Lishem Zvachim, someone who shachts kulin, but he does it lashem and oil, it's not actually an oila, but he shatz it for an oil, or l'shem zvachim, or others vachim, stam zvachim is usually shlom.
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: In all these cases, it's gonna be potzel.
• 17:23
  SPEAKER_00: Why is it potzel?
• 17:24
SPEAKER_00: What did he do wrong?
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be puzzle, meaning you can't even eat it from the shrita's kulin.
• 17:28
  SPEAKER_00: Why not?
• 17:28
SPEAKER_00: Because again, we're worried that it's either Marasaiin, people are gonna think this is kochim, this is something, uh, and you'll and look, he's eating it in his house, khacim, some of what one of these carbanas, or another shash that we could have is that people are gonna think maybe you're allowed to eat these in your own house.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's gonna come uh come a takullah out of this from uninformed people who don't know Allah that wow, he's uh eating a car, he's eating uh he's eating a carbon oil in his own house.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_00: Maybe people are gonna think that, and therefore if you shacht chulin the shame any of these aforementioned carbonas, it's gonna be possible, even as you're hulin, it's gonna be possible, it's not gonna be because you're not able to eat it for shim and machine.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: Ribbshim says, Kochan, no problem.
• 18:01
  SPEAKER_00: Shnaim Aximasakin, Vishhtin.
• 18:04
SPEAKER_00: If two people were holding a knife and shachting, like last Mishnah, Echhushim, Echun Mikalailu, Shum Davakasha, one of them had in mind one of these khotchim.
• 18:11
SPEAKER_00: Again, in this Mishnah, we're talking about someone who's shachting chulin the shame khodchim, not khul and the shame of desarra.
• 18:15
SPEAKER_00: So over here, if you have one guy that's doing the shita with the right cavana, one with the wrong kavana.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: One of them, ech mi khalelu, one of the mentioned problems we said, vechudushum dava kosha, one of them had the right kavana, no problem for hulin, shahitasu.
• 18:26
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be possible because again, all you need is one guy to mess it up.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_00: Hashekh the shame khatas, le shame ashem, le shame ashem vadai, le shame bikhar, le shame myself, le shame tmura, shihtashera.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_00: However, if someone shaykh hulin, let's shame any of these types of kachim, then it's actually gonna be kosher.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: Not a kosher kar, but again, it's hulin.
• 18:44
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be kosher as hulin.
• 18:45
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be able to eat from this as regular chulin.
• 18:48
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 18:48
  SPEAKER_00: What is the difference?
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah sums it up.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_00: Zeha klaw, call davashen, nidebini dev, hash khadeshmay asr.
• 18:55
SPEAKER_00: Anything, any carbon that you can be mi you can be known there and minadev, you could bring it as uh nadaba and decide to bring it one day, then if you shahtit leshame that karbon, it's going to be asr.
• 19:06
  SPEAKER_00: Why is that?
• 19:07
SPEAKER_00: Because again, we're all worried, what's the khshash over here?
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: We're worried about marasign, for example.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: That's one of the cases.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: So we're worried about marasign.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: People are gonna see that and think that wow, this is an actual khotchim.
• 19:16
  SPEAKER_00: What are you doing?
• 19:17
SPEAKER_00: You're doing it totally in your house, soon as where you're doing it in the wrong place.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: Shaykhit Bakhus, it's a problem, and therefore it's Marasign.
• 19:23
  SPEAKER_00: And uh that's why it's Asir.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: That's why we say Shkitasay Asser.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_00: But when do you have this khshash of Marasain?
• 19:28
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna extend itself to a place where people where it's gonna be mamash uh a rahuk thing to think.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, only in a case where you could be minad of this carbon, so it makes a lot of sense.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you actually have this.
• 19:38
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, if you could be Minad of this carbon, so it makes sense you have this in your house.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_00: Aye, but it's if it's an actual uh carbon isla, now uh you're mamish shachting it in your house, that's my sine.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: But if it's something that you can't bring as a nidava, like a karmel chatis, for example, karmel chatis is not baba nidava.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: You can only bring a karmel chatis if you are high of a karman chatis.
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: So it's not something you can stam mean either.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_00: So if it's pretty rah for someone to randomly have a karmel chatis in his house, we're gonna see if he's not high of a karmicatis, and therefore if someone sees you're shachting this, the shame of karmant chatas, you're stamm an idiot.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: So he doesn't actually think that this is a karmelchatis, and therefore marasai is not gonna come out of it.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: So that is the claw in the Mishnah that's that a claw called overshadowing of a shaykh this mail.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_00: Anything that you can be menadar minadiv, then a shaikh dishma, so if you shach for that thing, then it's gonna be ulcer because again of the marasai and issue is my kosher.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: If it's not like a karmic chatis, you can't stam it, it's not bab and a dabba, then if you shacht for it, it's gonna be kosher.
• 20:29
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 20:29
  SPEAKER_00: Because no issue.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: No one's gonna it's not gonna come out of takalah, no one's gonna think that you actually have a karmic chatis in your house now out of nowhere, that uh you're doing the that that you're actually being shaikhit and then keeping in your house.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_00: That's not what someone's gonna think, and therefore it's gonna be kosher, because uh stum.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_00: Uh it's a joke what you're doing, says the Gemar.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: Hasheikh the shame oilah So what we say in the beginning of the Mishnah, if you shakh for an aila, or the shame zwachim, or the shame any of these things that are not, um, or rather that uh that are, all these things are going to be considered uh nidivinidiv, all these all these things you can bring as an adaba.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be tasipsula again because you're gonna have this issue.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: It says was one of the things in that list.
• 21:08
  SPEAKER_00: Ashim Tali Barnidavinidav.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: Ashim Tali was baal uh it was it comes when you did an Aveira or you did a Suffic Hivekrisis, that's when you bring an Ashum Tali.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: It says that's bar nidivinidiv.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: You don't, you're not minadev uh asham tali, it's like a carbon chatas.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: You bring it when you do an Aveira, or maybe when you have a Suffic Hivekrisis, that's when you're gonna bring it.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_00: You don't stomp bring it whenever you want.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_00: This is the Sheetah of Abu Lazari, the Omar Mes Nadev Adam Ashram Talib Khalyan.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: That he holds that a person can actually bring Ashram Tali every day.
• 21:36
  SPEAKER_00: And why?
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: Why can't a person bring a karma ashram tali every day?
• 21:38
  SPEAKER_00: Because it's different than a chatas.
• 21:39
SPEAKER_00: A chatas you know 100% when you're when you're hive a karma chatas, and that's why you can't stomach bringing a karmil chatus.
• 21:44
SPEAKER_00: Ashram Tali, that's al Y Day uh Suffic hive crisis that you did.
• 21:48
SPEAKER_00: You people have sphakas all the time, and therefore, ashram tali, someone's bringing, by the way, the the Allah is you bring ashram tali to to uh to protect you from Yisurin, and therefore people want to be protected from Yasurin, and that's why he says that a person can.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Bring it every day if you want, because people Ahmadulatana always have a suffix.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: Maybe there's a lot of sphakus, whether you did a high crisis, and therefore it's if if it's something you want to do every day, you can be Manadavit every every day, which means it's a carbon that you can be Manadiv.
• 22:11
SPEAKER_00: If you can be Man Adivit, it's Makim to actually be Hishish, then maybe it's gonna be a Marasai initial.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_00: People are gonna believe what they're seeing over here, and that's why if you shachat le shame or uh ashim tali or any of these things that you can be an advanadiv, you're going to have a problem and it's gonna be shrita sebsula.
• 22:25
  SPEAKER_00: Pesach Barnidavinidivu?
• 22:26
  SPEAKER_00: Another question.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: Another one in the list of it seemed like you could donate was a pesach.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_00: A carbon pesach is barnidavinidivu.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: You're in the middle of uh tambuz, you're bringing a carbon pesach, what's going on?
• 22:35
SPEAKER_00: It's not something you could bring every day.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: It's only uh on the 14th day of Nisan that you're able to bring karm and pesachach.
• 22:43
SPEAKER_00: So how would it uh what's the khshash over here?
• 22:45
SPEAKER_00: It's not something you could randomly be in adip.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_00: Amrabaisha shan't pesach is different.
• 22:49
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: And if a pesach on the rest of the days of the year is considered a shlamim, there is an episode of being uh mafrish a karmin pesach that's gonna be at the din of a shlomim if it's not on the 14th day of uh Nisan.
• 23:12
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it does make the list.
• 23:14
  SPEAKER_00: Umrevyanna, Ly Shanola Tmimun.
• 23:16
SPEAKER_00: This is only true that we said we're gonna have the Khashash and Marasayan and it's gonna be Posal Yur Shita.
• 23:20
  SPEAKER_00: That's only true when it's a Tomim, it's not a Baumum.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: Aval Balimumim, but even if it's something you can mean Manadrmanadiv, if it's a Baal Mum, then may day yediah then people are gonna know.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_00: And again, the whole concept is that people aren't gonna know.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have the Marasayan issue or Tate Seitakala issue.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if people know it's a Baal Mum, obviously it can't be a carbon.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_00: So even if it's something that you could be Manad Manadiv, if it's a Malmum, people are gonna know, and therefore it's gonna be kosher.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gamar Biekh no namara fill balimumin na'i Rebechno holds no, even Balimumin will be a problem if it's the ones that you could be Manadir Manadim.
• 23:48
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 23:49
SPEAKER_00: Zimnadaramile uh midi amuma villayadiyya.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes you could just cover up the moom easily, not everyone sees it, and therefore you would have the same exact shash, says the Gamar Bait.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: We saw in the Mishnah, if you shach the shemchatas, that was one of the classic examples of something that you cannot be Minna Div, and therefore it's not Babanadava, it's not Babanadava.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: People aren't gonna be chash that it's an actual carbon, which means you don't have an issue of Marasai, which means that if you shached it for a karmic chatas, no one's gonna actually be tricked, so you have no problem, no issue, and it's gonna be kosher.
• 24:19
  SPEAKER_00: That's what we said.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: Says Ummar Baikhan and Rekhan says, Lai Shana, we only learned that it's kosher elashana michayiv chatas.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_00: That's only true that it's gonna be kosher because people aren't gonna think anything.
• 24:27
SPEAKER_00: That's only true if you're not actually high of a karmic chatas, and it makes a lot of sense, right?
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: Because uh if you're high of chatas, right?
• 24:35
SPEAKER_00: If you're actually high of a karman chatis, you did a high bikrisis bishoigig with Adam and Asra, or not Adam and Asra, that would be amazing, sorry.
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: You did a high bikrisis bishoigig, and you know 100% it's not a suffix, and therefore you're high of karmilchatas, then people are gonna think that you that's for your carbon chatas.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: So you do have maqam to be chashish for marasign, and therefore your shita would be usar if you shachted khul in the shame of karmic hatas when you were actually high of karman chatas.
• 24:57
  SPEAKER_00: Soem chatasi.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: How could you say that though?
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: When someone was not for shaken chatas, they he said leshem chatasi, and it sounded like it was part of the part of the way to do it, and therefore, if you didn't say leshem chatasi, there's no room to to trip up and marasign issue if you didn't say that.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_00: Says Mara Rabob, I'm a Hashem Khatasi.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about someone who said the Shem Khatasi, Stama Mitsia's question, and therefore no problem.
• 25:17
SPEAKER_00: And that's the case where it's going to be Usr.
• 25:22
SPEAKER_00: Or it's gonna be mutter, really, if you actually are Khaiva Karman Khattas, because or sorry, that's it's gonna be mutter when you're not Khaiva Karman Khatas, because there's no room to mess up.
• 25:30
SPEAKER_00: But when you are Khaiva Karman Khatas and you said the Shem Khatasi, then actually it's gonna be Usr because we have the same Rasyan issue, says the Gamarvaita, Lashem Tmura.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: What do we say in the Mishnah?
• 25:38
SPEAKER_00: If you said this is gonna be a tmura, tmura is uh lava, right?
• 25:41
SPEAKER_00: If you have a certain animal that's uh conshim and you try to transfer the kadusha onto a different animal, that Allah huh tmura sa yeah kadesh, that both animals take on the kadusha now, layomir salehlyfenu, layamura.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_00: So it's a passing the taura that you're not allowed to make a tmura, but it's almost that if you made a tmura, actually it is gonna be kaddish, as the pasik says.
• 25:57
  SPEAKER_00: So a tmurah.
• 25:58
SPEAKER_00: If you try to do a tmura, the shame tmura, so that was one of the examples that we said that it is going to be again, you can't be menade, it's not something that's bab and a dava, and therefore it's gonna be 100% mutter.
• 26:12
SPEAKER_00: That it's gonna be mutter because people aren't gonna be tricked.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_00: That's if you don't have a carbon in your house, right?
• 26:16
  SPEAKER_00: Because what's a tomura?
• 26:17
SPEAKER_00: I'm transferring the kadusha from that onto that.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: So if you don't have another carbon in your house on your house, no one's gonna fall that you're doing a tomorrow.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_00: Shkay you're doing it tomorrow.
• 26:24
  SPEAKER_00: On what?
• 26:24
  SPEAKER_00: On what exactly?
• 26:24
  SPEAKER_00: On nothing.
• 26:25
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, they know it's kulin and you're not gonna have a problem and it's gonna be kosher.
• 26:29
SPEAKER_00: But if you have another carbon in your house, a ma'am beh, then there's actually Malcolm to Bihaj because people are gonna think that you actually didn't make a tmuru.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_00: You actually transferred the kadusha from the one on your house onto this one, and therefore, and therefore, in this case, you will have a marasign issue, and therefore, shulin, the shame this tmuru, when you had an animal in your house, it's actually gonna be usar.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: Says Gemaravala Kamar the shame tmuraz ziphi, the same question as before, but when you make an tmura, you have to say ze tmura ziphi, and we didn't say that, so why would people think anything?
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm the shame tmuraz ziphi.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_00: Stambacius, we're talking about where he did say that.
• 26:58
  SPEAKER_00: Zeha klaw.
• 26:59
SPEAKER_00: We said a claw in the Mishnah, right?
• 27:00
  SPEAKER_00: What was the claw?
• 27:01
SPEAKER_00: The claw was za clau.
• 27:02
SPEAKER_00: Anything that's babinedava, so people, so it's much more misabre for people to believe if it's babinedava, because it's something that you could bring any day of the week, and therefore it's gonna be asir, because again, people are gonna think that it's actually khanchim.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_00: And if it's actually khadchim, what are you doing with it in your house?
• 27:16
SPEAKER_00: People are gonna think maybe you're allowed to bring it to your house, you're allowed to uh do shit as chuts, or it's marasign that you're doing shrita's chuts, and therefore, if it's babinedava, it's gonna be usr.
• 27:25
SPEAKER_00: If it's not, people aren't gonna believe it anyway, and therefore it's gonna be kosher because it's regular khun in the end of the day.
• 27:30
SPEAKER_00: But anytime the Mishnah says Zaklaw, we know the rule, it's coming Lasui is something.
• 27:34
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to uh be marbe something.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_00: It says zaklay, what's it coming to include?
• 27:38
SPEAKER_00: What's it coming to include?
• 27:39
  SPEAKER_00: La Asuiya Oilas Nazir.
• 27:41
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to include an oilas nazir, the Mao de Tayma, Holoinodar.
• 27:45
SPEAKER_00: So because I would have thought, meaning this is the zaklaw, the first zaklaw, right?
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: The first zaklaw was what?
• 27:50
  SPEAKER_00: Zaklaw.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_00: Anything that's babinidava, it's going to be usr because it's believable.
• 27:54
  SPEAKER_00: If it's babbinadava, it's asser because it's believable.
• 27:56
SPEAKER_00: You have a marashan issue.
• 27:57
SPEAKER_00: So that is including an oilas nazir that it's believable, and therefore it's babinedava.
• 28:02
  SPEAKER_00: Interesting.
• 28:03
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see in a second, and it's believable, and therefore it's gonna be usir.
• 28:05
  SPEAKER_00: So lastui oil's nazir.
• 28:07
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, why?
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: Because Mao did Tay Mahalainother.
• 28:10
SPEAKER_00: I would think that maybe it's not believable.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_00: I would think it should be another list.
• 28:13
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 28:13
SPEAKER_00: Because another, this guy's not a nazir in the other day.
• 28:15
SPEAKER_00: So what do you mean you're bringing eilas nazir?
• 28:16
  SPEAKER_00: It's not believable, you're not a nazir.
• 28:18
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean you're bringing eilas nazir?
• 28:19
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it shouldn't make the list.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Amar Nodir Bitsinnah.
• 28:24
SPEAKER_00: Because I could tell you that really maybe he is another.
• 28:26
SPEAKER_00: Meaning maybe people will assume that he took upon himself Nazirus Bitsina.
• 28:31
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it is something that's a little bit believable.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: That's why it makes the first list, and that's why Zeh Klau is coming to be marbevet, that it's gonna be possible again, because it is believable.
• 28:42
SPEAKER_00: And again, we had the second part of the Zeha Klaw, right?
• 28:45
SPEAKER_00: Anything that is nidivinidiv, it's gonna be possible.
• 28:47
SPEAKER_00: Anything that's not nidivinidev, so it's not believable, which means for that thing, it's not believable anyway.
• 28:53
SPEAKER_00: No one's gonna be tricked, and therefore, it's going to be kosher.
• 28:56
SPEAKER_00: What is that khalal going to include?
• 28:58
SPEAKER_00: That's also gonna be kosher.
• 29:02
SPEAKER_00: If someone takes upon himself a oiled, or says, sorry, that he's shachting this animal, and that's an oilas yoledis, so that is included in what's not believable, but believable, that it's gonna be 100% kosher.
• 29:15
SPEAKER_00: So Amr Belazar Belazar clarifies Loy Shanu alashane loy isha.
• 29:18
SPEAKER_00: That's only true if he doesn't have a wife, alwaysh lay isha, but if he does have a wife, a marlish mahu eysa.
• 29:23
SPEAKER_00: People are gonna think that maybe this is believable.
• 29:25
SPEAKER_00: Maybe he's doing it for her, for his wife, and therefore what?
• 29:28
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, uh, you do have muckam to be to think that people might believe this.
• 29:31
SPEAKER_00: And if people might believe this, again, we're back to saying it's also.
• 29:33
SPEAKER_00: Says Imam Lasham Alas Ishti.
• 29:36
  SPEAKER_00: Again, same problem.
• 29:36
SPEAKER_00: He didn't say this is Lashem Oilas Ishti, which you usually have to say.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_00: Umr Baba, I'm the sham alas isti.
• 29:41
SPEAKER_00: When he said leshem oil isti and he had a wife, then you're actually gonna have a problem and it's not gonna make the car.
• 29:46
SPEAKER_00: But the last what's it what it's coming to include is a case where he doesn't have a wife.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_00: If he doesn't have a wife and he says this is for illus uh you led this, then he that's not believable, and it's gonna be 100% shit.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_00: This sounds pretty posha, right?
• 30:01
SPEAKER_00: This this last thing we said, you can make the hajman yourself.
• 30:03
SPEAKER_00: One's very believable, one's really not believable.
• 30:06
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, uh just plug in the side.
• 30:08
  SPEAKER_00: It's pretty posha.
• 30:09
SPEAKER_00: It says, the khidish is I would have thought that if she gave birth, there would be a cult.
• 30:17
  SPEAKER_00: People hack, right?
• 30:18
SPEAKER_00: Uh plenty gave birth, this and that.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_00: As a kid, she's told him zak her everything, and therefore there's a cult to it, and therefore, uh, and therefore, and therefore I would think that even if he does have a wife, even if he does have a wife, since we didn't hear about the baby, so it probably doesn't exist and it probably didn't happen, it's not believable anyway, because it would have had a call, Kamash Malan, Amor Apuleah of the Kamash Malan, is maybe she miscarried Uhman al-Salan, and therefore it's not something you would have necessarily heard about, but she still hived the carbon, so maybe it's a little bit believable, even though you didn't hear a call, as long as he has a wife, and with that Hajjana Shaykh, tomorrow with the big parish, infamous parish of Ailutrip.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_00: We need Shimon back over here.
