Transcript
- 0:03Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and beat what's up?
- 0:06Ship? You do? Not a whole lot. I say that, but
- 0:10because I'm like thinking this there a whole is there stuff going on? I
- 0:14got both of my grandkids and one of my daughters yesterday. We got to
- 0:17have a good time. And the my practice lately is just to be more
- 0:25now, even more than I was before. It's too Once you slowed down
- 0:29enough and you have the awareness of where your thoughts are going and what you're
- 0:32thinking, and once stuff's popping up on me, I'll be like, that's
- 0:36a thought. And as soon as I say that's a thought, it like
- 0:40takes away the energy where my thought was going. But it's it's recognizing that
- 0:46because I cannot believe I was talking to Framing about this recently. I actually
- 0:50heard someone on TikTok and the guy was saying, I wanted to explain this
- 0:53to you, and he shows us a little He opens up. He says,
- 0:55this is the way a man thinks that he opens up spaghetti. And
- 0:58it's like one he said this one thought. We might be thinking, Okay,
- 1:00I gotta get up. Maybe I'll go fishing today. I don't know.
- 1:03I could always mow thel on. I'm not sure, you know.
- 1:06It goes along this line, oh my wife looks really good today, or
- 1:07my girlfriend or whatever. It goes like all these patterns, and then he's
- 1:11and then he's talking about a girl, and then he pulls out this wad
- 1:15of I get my mind, says fishing line, like all kind of buzzles
- 1:19up, and he says, this is a woman's thought, and it's how
- 1:22it's like all over the place. And I'm talking to Freeman about this.
- 1:25We're having this conversation and I'm like, do you think, like, is
- 1:27this accurate? And he says yeah, And I said, well, I
- 1:30feel like this is accurate when it's depicting women. And I'm like, why
- 1:33is that? Why is that? Where did it come from? It's always
- 1:38been that way. It's always been that way of generational, generational, generational,
- 1:42like forever always. But we don't have to carry it anymore, like
- 1:46it. So when I'm starting to look at that stuff, I'm like,
- 1:49well, I'm back to forgiving all of my ancestors and forgive myself. I
- 1:53like, listen, guys, we don't have to carry this anymore. We
- 1:57can just let this stuff go we don't have to carry these thoughts us anymore,
- 2:00because to me, that's another way of keeping men and women separate.
- 2:04When there is no separation, it doesn't matter about the masculine or of feminine.
- 2:07We've been looking at a lot about stuff, and it keeps us separate.
- 2:10I had no idea what the hell we were going to talk about today?
- 2:14Where the going right now? But here we are. But that's what
- 2:16that's kind of stuff I've been processing lately. Yeah, it's that's something that
- 2:23I always typically bring up in my classes, especially of course you know meditation
- 2:29classes that we for whatever reason and wherever it came from, as women and
- 2:40men do it too, and in a sense that we were trained to store
- 2:46everything up here in our head, to do lists, the tasks, the
- 2:52all of it like stored up here in the head, and that keeps our
- 2:58mind very busy because we're trying to keep track of all kinds of things,
- 3:01even the grocery list, right, the grocery list is stored in the head,
- 3:06and then you go to the store. Like if now, if I
- 3:10used to do that, I would make a grocery list, I'd store my
- 3:14head, go to the grocery store, get my groceries go home, right,
- 3:16and it's it's taking up space in in in the head. And now
- 3:22if it gets past three items, I'm like, oh, I'm gonna make
- 3:25a list, like I put it in my notepad in my phone because I
- 3:30don't want to. I don't want to. I don't want my brain working
- 3:32that hard as far as that goes, um, I want to have space
- 3:38to think of other things that are more deeper, actually having a deeper conversation,
- 3:46whether it's with me, my higher self, my angels, whoever.
- 3:49That is, like I have the space in my thoughts to ask the questions
- 3:57like we've been talking about for a very long time time, to ponder things
- 4:02about life and ask the questions and then allow those questions to be answered.
- 4:09If I have the grocery list stirring in my head and I'm thinking about it
- 4:12from the time I leave my house to the time I get to the grocery
- 4:15store and through the grocery store, and I'm just trying, like there's no
- 4:17time to let other stuff flow. So you know, it's if you think
- 4:25about like almost every job I've had, I go in, I figure it
- 4:32out, I do it, and then it becomes just part of my daily
- 4:35routine. Right, I know how to do it. I just do it.
- 4:39But then you get to that space where you're like, what if something
- 4:43happens to me? No, there's no manual, there's no guidelines, there's
- 4:48nothing in writing to go but there's nothing like everything is in my head and
- 4:53it's like, why are we doing that? We need to write things down.
- 4:58So if anything happened, there's there's the stuff, right, It's either
- 5:03in Google Driver or in a notebook wherever it's at. So the other thing
- 5:09is is that what I also recognized is in those um job using jobs as
- 5:17the example, in those positions, as long as it was stored in my
- 5:20head and I was the only one that knew how to do it, and
- 5:23I saw myself as valuable. Right, they can't get rid of me because
- 5:30I know how to do it and they don't. So so that was proving
- 5:35my worth and my my my h validity and all that stuff. It's like
- 5:44they have to keep me because I know it. All that was the ego
- 5:46trip, and that was also my way of feeling the you know, feeling
- 5:51that acceptance that that proved I was smart enough or good enough to hold that
- 5:59position. Because I was the only one that knew how to do it.
- 6:01But then there was the flip side of that. I was like, well,
- 6:05Amy, let's be real, if you get sick and end up in
- 6:09the hospital or something, what's gonna happen? You know, how are they
- 6:13going to manage? Right? So there's two sides that that piece. But
- 6:19I was like, I don't care. My ego said, I don't care.
- 6:23As long as I know how to do it, they're going to keep
- 6:24me around. So and that's funny. So that's also if you want to
- 6:32keep going. That's also control, and that was something I felt like I
- 6:36had control over and as long as I had control over it, then I
- 6:41felt better because it didn't have control over my end during childhood, none of
- 6:46us really do. So when you find those things as an adult that you
- 6:50you quote unquote have control over, we harness that and hang on to it
- 6:57because then now we feel like we have some kind of power in our own
- 7:02life when we didn't have that power when we were younger. It's interesting,
- 7:10It is interesting just the whole process of going through everything, just step by
- 7:15step, and it's when you start doing this stuff, it feels like you're
- 7:19taking leaps. It really does, because it feels like you're not being guided
- 7:25by this old template. I say that, but it's like, if we
- 7:28stop and listen to our thoughts, we are reacting, like if somebody says
- 7:31something or does something, we're automatically pulling from our archives another situation that is
- 7:38exactly what they're doing. So then we're determining from that old template, this
- 7:42is the way that it is, this is the way this person's thinking,
- 7:44instead of so assuming right, assuming, because this is how it played out
- 7:47before. It really isn't like that. If we can move forward and not
- 7:53move forward, which is kind of a crazy thought because you can't move forward
- 7:57and say, oh, this is going to burn your hand, and it's
- 8:00not going to burn your hand. Maybe it doesn't. Maybe we've become so
- 8:03aware that we can separate ourselves and we're not burned by it. We're just
- 8:07recognizing it's another it's an energy just as much as we are an energy.
- 8:09So I need to bube a little bit differently to match up with that energy.
- 8:13Maybe that's what it is. But there's just so much stuff going on
- 8:16in our lives, and when we start looking at that stuff, we start
- 8:18recognizing, like I was saying, all of these behaviors autopilot right going back
- 8:24to what we were familiar with, because it's something unfamiliar. But if we
- 8:28can go forward without any attachment to the past, really without using that as
- 8:33our guide for everything, because it's not always true and accurate, because even
- 8:37before when our template was created, it was through our eyes, it was
- 8:41through our experiences, and doesn't make it right or wrong. It just was
- 8:45an experience at that time. But we keep bringing the pass forward by maintaining
- 8:50those old templates, by operating from that old space again. So then we
- 8:54don't do anything because it's easier to stay in the space that's comfortable, whatever
- 8:58that looks like for you. Comfort be you have someone taking care of everything
- 9:01for you all the time, and you don't have to think about it.
- 9:03You're comfortable. You don't have to think you can stay right where you're at
- 9:07forever, or you don't have to because comfort. Comfort is great, but
- 9:13comfort, I think we've gotten to a place where we use comfort as our
- 9:16regular daily lives. Like that's that's like the goal for a lot of people
- 9:20instead of looking outside the box, you know, having that stimulation learning something
- 9:26new, because it kind of puts you on a space like of not knowing
- 9:28how to do something, and then you have to step into this power of
- 9:31learning a new skill, which is so freaking and awesome. I think,
- 9:35or learning learning more about skills that you already have that you don't even you're
- 9:39not even have an awareness to it, or you think. It's like when
- 9:41I first started out with a lot of the stuff, when I went through
- 9:46massage, when I went through a new age store, picked up a crystal,
- 9:50I started learning things. It was a whole new environment. If I
- 9:52had gone with my old template, I would have walked in there not had
- 9:56none of the stuff probably would have happened. I would have probably already had
- 10:01an attachment to an outcome. I'm just gonna walk in there. It smells
- 10:03greatly, whatever, they have a bunch of crystals. Wow, you know
- 10:07whatever. But it was it was more than that. I was tuned in,
- 10:11turned on and tapped in right the whole thing. So that was how
- 10:15it started pulling me forward, that started changing my template. I was not
- 10:18in the same space anymore than I have. I'm holding a crystal and I'm
- 10:22filling these things. Well, what do I learn about this? How do
- 10:24I move forward with this. Oh so what I can fill things spook airs?
- 10:26What does what does that do? That's a magic power? Well,
- 10:30guess what. It is a magic power because we can tune into everybody.
- 10:33We can connect to anything. It doesn't a be a bird, a person
- 10:39like, it doesn't matter someone here in the physical, someone in not physical.
- 10:43It's like, we have all these opportunities and the only way we can
- 10:46get there is by letting go the old template, the old language, the
- 10:48old communication. It's learning all new stuff and that makes it fun. That's
- 10:52where we're at right now. This is the space, the time space,
- 10:56reality that we're in right now, depending on what you're looking at. Yeah,
- 11:01and you know you talk about you know, you not talk about,
- 11:03but hear about people They're just like, why can't it just go back the
- 11:07way it was? How come we can't be normal? Right, quote unquote
- 11:11normal? How cover anything had just be normal? Well, how's it?
- 11:15First of all, it's definition of normal. I don't think anybody has that
- 11:18actually clear, because each one of us is gonna view that in a different
- 11:22way. And it goes to you know, if you're doing the same thing
- 11:31over and over and over and over, and there's no growth, no expansion,
- 11:33no evolution, What what is the purpose of that? To stay stagnant,
- 11:39to stay in the You know, if if you're used to staying in
- 11:43your negative thought patterns, does that mean you're normal? Is to stay in
- 11:48those negative thought patterns and never feel any better than that. Like, if
- 11:56that's you're normal, I'm not going to judge you. And if that's where
- 12:01you want to be, that's not where I want to stay. So my
- 12:03norm that's not going to being in that space, which I knew, you
- 12:09know, early on in my days was being in that space of negativity and
- 12:15feeling horrible. It wasn't normal, but I didn't know what normal was.
- 12:22But in fact, there is no real definition of normal in when we apply
- 12:26it to our life. What I did know is I wanted to feel better.
- 12:31Well, for me to feel better, I had to change, something
- 12:35had to change, and that change had to come from me within me,
- 12:37because I can't change anything outside of myself. And to seek out what felt
- 12:45better and to implement what I was learning, I had to evolve. And
- 12:50if we're not going to choose to evolve, then we're going to stay stagnant.
- 12:54And whatever stagnant is for you, again, that's something that could be
- 12:58defined by each one of us individually. You know, it's like, how
- 13:03do you want to feel? There's got to be changed in something and or
- 13:11not. But if it's the knot, then don't bitch about it. It's
- 13:16like, don't be upset because you're stuck where you're at, feeling the way
- 13:20you feel and it just sucks. Don't bitch about it. If you're going
- 13:24to choose to stay there, yetta, do something different, and that means
- 13:30change of you know, evolve. It means, you know, taking responsibility
- 13:33for yourself, just doing things differently. And when you're doing that, you're
- 13:37not going to stay in your quote unquote normal space. It's not it can't
- 13:43happen. What's normal for me now is not what my normal was back then,
- 13:50no kidding. And even that my what my might call my normal is
- 13:56still evolving. So the whole premise of is it quote unquote a normal state
- 14:03of being or is it a learning state of being, a growing state of
- 14:09being, an expansion state of being? Like, it's got so many definitions
- 14:13because there's always movement and emotion is energy in motion, So we want to
- 14:20keep moving and keep a ball evolving and changing and growing so that we can
- 14:26be and do better within ourselves. And when we do that and everything around
- 14:31us shifts and everything gets better. Absolutely, I agree. I concur concur.
- 14:46It's just a fun word to say. It is it is it is
- 14:50word to say. I was talking about that to someone recently and that was
- 14:54that was It was funny. It was a good conversation because we've talked about
- 14:58this before on several occasions, and it's just it's a fun word. It's
- 15:03just fun. It makes me smile, It makes me laugh every single time
- 15:09it said. I don't care if somebody else says it or I I somebody
- 15:11else say it. Says that I have to say it, right, I'm
- 15:15like, concur. It just cracks me up. That's awesome. It is
- 15:22interesting this place that we're in, Honestly it is, and it is interesting,
- 15:26you know, just describing normal and normal for everybody you know? Does
- 15:33that mean that's you're carrying on the old paradigms the you know what I mean?
- 15:37Are you carrying on the old patterns? Are you carrying? Is that?
- 15:41Is that the normal for you? Because for me, looking at a
- 15:45lot of things, I can see where a lot of things needed improvement,
- 15:48they need change, and yeah, you know, looking at what's normal for
- 15:54me, that's that that that was not normal. Do you know what I
- 15:56mean? If you're raised with someone that says I'm gonna us your ass and
- 16:00they bust your ass, that's what your that's your normal, that's what you
- 16:03expect, but that's not How does that feel? Right? Like? How
- 16:07does that really feel right now? And to me, when you're when you're
- 16:08staying in that comfort and that normal, it creates anxieties because I feel like
- 16:14spirit creates these anxieties to kind of spur you to kin and get you moving
- 16:17a little light, a little fire on your butts, so you start moving
- 16:19around and doing some stuff, or you start being pulled in a direction.
- 16:23Now, for us, a lot of times we might feel stagnant, but
- 16:26I think stagnation at that point is not necessarily a bad thing. Maybe it's
- 16:30the time for rest and integration of that information you've been receiving or practicing it,
- 16:36so it's like it all an opportunity or it's just checking in with yourself,
- 16:41right. I talked recently or probably I don't know if we talked about
- 16:44or recorded it, but a lot of the stuff like just moving forward and
- 16:52not doing anything at all that it just feels it started creating the anxiety and
- 16:56started pushing me in a different direction. The stagnation, the opportunity. Like
- 17:00we were like I was just saying to kind of bring forward this information and
- 17:04then kind of use it. And then at the same point, meditation.
- 17:10Meditation was the one thing that really eliminated my anxiety. And if I start
- 17:15noticing any anxiety in the daytime the meditation, I'll recognize that I didn't do
- 17:19it last night. Whether I fall I can't express enough, doesn't matter.
- 17:23If you fall asleep when you're listening to or not. You're still getting a
- 17:26benefit from it. I'm still getting a benefit from it, doesn't matter if
- 17:30I'm falling asleep with it or not. Because when I don't do it,
- 17:33I noticed the next day, and when I do do it, I notice
- 17:36the next day. And I know this during the day. If I'm starting
- 17:40to feel that way too and it's getting to that place, we all think
- 17:42we got to just go do something, But that getting into that stagnation,
- 17:45it's kind of an opportunity to kind of get into meditation to listen, right,
- 17:51because if you have that list going through your head constantly. They didn't
- 17:53write on a piece of paper. You're occupying your mind and not allowing any
- 17:56of the information to come through to you, all the messages you want,
- 18:00all the information to flow to you. It doesn't allow it. And then
- 18:03for me again, I'm at a space where I'm I've caught myself because we
- 18:07seem to have a tendency to look at the problems for a lot of things.
- 18:10And it's like, as soon as I catch myself recognizing that I'm looking
- 18:14for looking what caused that? Why? Why did that even happen? I'm
- 18:18just asking for solutions because it doesn't necessarily Does it really benefit us to know
- 18:22that? No, because I don't think it does. Because now I'm trying
- 18:26to apply that in my template again so that next time a situation happens,
- 18:30I've got something to pull from. And I don't think it's necessary because that's
- 18:33not being in the now. That's constantly being in the past and trying to
- 18:37create your future. You're constantly pulling something from the past and trying to create
- 18:41a future from that space, and it's just not possible. It's not.
- 18:45You might slightly change something, but you bring in the old to the new.
- 18:48It really isn't benefiting not my old stuff, definitely not my old stuff.
- 18:56Constantly being in the now, we don't have to think about stuff,
- 18:59we don't have to do anything. The information constantly flows, We're constantly in
- 19:03the space of solution everything about ourselves, any question that we have, we're
- 19:07automatically connected to that information as long as we're not stuck in our heads thinking
- 19:14and thinking and thinking about things and trying to find a you know, looking
- 19:18at the problems and looking at everything in the world. Who says it's a
- 19:22freaking problem? Like who says that? Someone else? And then and what
- 19:26is that? Ruled by a lot of this stuff is ruled by fear.
- 19:30So it's really just it's all the way back to the same thing we always
- 19:33talk about. It's really you're stepping in your emotions and you're really feeling it.
- 19:37You're really feeling everything, and it's entirety. You're not trying to ignore
- 19:41it run away from it. Believe me, I still have some of that
- 19:45old those old thoughts come forward because I talked to you recently. We were
- 19:48off the recording, but talk to you about stuff like that. And my
- 19:52thing was like well, I could just up and leave the United States.
- 19:55Screw it doesn't matter. That would be a whole new in a new template
- 20:02that I would be creating. But I'll be running from the same stuff.
- 20:03And we laugh about this stuff. You can run away all you want to,
- 20:07but you're still taking your ship with you. You're always going to have
- 20:11it with you, the persons that you may leave a person because that's been
- 20:14a situation. But if you're not processing what that person is mirroring for you
- 20:18or what you could learn from it, you're taking it along. You're gonna
- 20:22it's gonna show up to you in the next relationship. It's gonna show up
- 20:25in the next job. It's gonna show up in the next house, with
- 20:27the neighbors, or with just your environment, how you're living your life.
- 20:30Oh, it feels it's that doesn't feel good. It doesn't feel good.
- 20:36And then these moves are so easy, it sounds so subtle. Well,
- 20:38I'm just paying attention to my thoughts. So every time I recognize, because
- 20:42I don't, I'll walk around and I'm sure people do it all the time.
- 20:45I'm walking around, next thing not I'm all of a sudden tuned into
- 20:48my thoughts. How long were my thoughts going before I tuned into them,
- 20:52I don't know. But then when as soon as I get that, I
- 20:55recognize it. That's a thought. That's not information flowing to me right now.
- 21:00It's freaking awesome. It's just another part of I would say, how
- 21:03spirits grooming me or moving me forward with the things that the thoughts and desires
- 21:07that I would like in my in my future or in my experience, not
- 21:11my future, because all we have is right now. When we were talking
- 21:17about, um that maybe being stagnant is a time to meditate, that's changing
- 21:22to me, that's changing your definition of being stagnant. It's right. So
- 21:27when I was talking about being stagnant, I mean staying in your muck and
- 21:32guck and your worries and your problems, in your negative mindset. You're you're
- 21:37you're hanging onto those heavy emotions of aiding your judgment, guilt, shaying criticism.
- 21:41Like to me that that was being stagnant. There was no there was
- 21:48no movement out of that. And and then you know, you bring in
- 21:52this idea, will stagnant might be um, it's time to meditate, absolutely,
- 21:59But being in the in the space Back then, thirty years ago,
- 22:04stagnant was not a time to meditate because I wasn't in that space. I
- 22:11had to evolve, so the word evolved with me. And so now,
- 22:17yes, I understand your perspective of well, maybe being stagnant right now and
- 22:22there's no movement, but we know there's always movement. But maybe it's just
- 22:26the time to sit and be and maybe reflection or just have some inner peace.
- 22:32Or I can receive that now with where I'm at and I can say,
- 22:37oh, yeah, it's a new way to look at the word stagnant.
- 22:38That's kind of cool. I like that. Back then i'd be like,
- 22:44bitch, slapping you. I'm like, now, it's no over meditation.
- 22:49Are you giving me? That's why it's so important for us to evolve
- 22:53our definitions, honestly, because sometimes they don't be evolved. Right. So
- 22:57let's hearing those those thoughts. It's just hearing those thoughts so you can oh,
- 23:02that's what the word means and then looking it up. It's like one
- 23:04thing I learned from someone when I was first getting involved in crystals. I've
- 23:07gotten to this big, huge place that it had, it had so much
- 23:14stuff and had a lot of interview. And I walked in and I was
- 23:15new to it, and I was holding the stones to see if I'm getting
- 23:18anything. And a girl comes up to me and she says, as you
- 23:21do. You can put into that stone anything you want to. You can
- 23:25set any intentions into it. I could hold onto that and read the definition
- 23:29of that stone, and now that stone's doing those things. Or I can
- 23:32set it to be whatever I want it to be. I could set it
- 23:33to be for me, I could set it to be for somebody else.
- 23:37But we can do that with anything. And I think that's where that's where
- 23:41we can flex our power. I mean, that's where a lot of our
- 23:44power can be how we can change things. And it's really just setting your
- 23:48intention with things like that. So it's taking a word and then finding the
- 23:52positive out of that word, because not every word is a negative. Even
- 23:55death is not a bad word. That just means new beginnings, which we
- 23:57know that anybody that messes around with tarot cards or oracle cards, it doesn't.
- 24:02It always means in the new beginning. The old is it's done.
- 24:04It's time for a new beginning. And it could be on many aspects.
- 24:08It could be relationships, career, just your life in general. Money.
- 24:15So it's we've got all this information around us and we can we can make
- 24:18it be whatever we want it to be. It doesn't have to be a
- 24:21bad thing, just like love. Use the word love or God, and
- 24:22people are have such mixed emotions about those two words because they have attached old
- 24:27definitions to something. And then when you change it, now, I'm changing
- 24:33that. If I'm looking at the word love, now I'm changing it because
- 24:34now it's not just something I say to somebody, it's something I feel.
- 24:38It's my connection to source, it's my connection to my higher self, my
- 24:41soul, whatever you want to call it. That's our connection. That's that's
- 24:45that's our god given right. We've always had it. We've just been trained
- 24:48away from me. We decided to go the opposite direction because we didn't carry
- 24:53it. We didn't stand in our power. Even once we came here with
- 24:59life. That happened to us it seemed like, especially being younger. Yeah,
- 25:04the definition of love is in the early days, was somebody needed to
- 25:11express a kind, caring, compassionate emotion towards me so I could feel accepted,
- 25:18so I could feel loved. Now that definition has changed. I don't
- 25:22have to look outside of myself for that. It's in me already. It's
- 25:26always been in me. It's never been wavered in any way. I just
- 25:30didn't know it was there to feel it for myself because I wasn't taught to
- 25:37feel it for myself, to connect to that that's with within me. So
- 25:42again, we're changing the definitions as we evolve. Love stagnant movement just be
- 25:56I mean, there's there's so many things that that change as we change,
- 26:02and it's based on our perspective and so um. You know, going back
- 26:07to also what you're saying that you know, you could run from situation or
- 26:11people, but wherever you go, there you are I mean, sure,
- 26:17leave the country, but you're taking you with you. And in any situation,
- 26:22you're the You're the common denominator because it's you. It's your experience that
- 26:27you've created. So if you focus on I'm gonna say negative, but you
- 26:33focus on negative stuff, you get more negative stuff. You focus on positive,
- 26:37if you get more positive stuff, and in either situation, you get
- 26:41to decide how you're going to feel in that in that experience. Well,
- 26:47if you have that same mindset and you viewed this particular thing as negative,
- 26:52and you viewed this particular thing as positive. You're going to take that same
- 26:56mindset with you to the next country around the world, because it's you,
- 27:04it's part of you. And I just had this conversation over the weekend for
- 27:10the full moon gathering, and and lady was talking about how her daughter she
- 27:17moved her daughter here, and daughter's like, I hate it here, I
- 27:27don't like it. Nothing's going right. Right. Well, that's the space
- 27:33she's in, and she thinks that if she moves to a different state that
- 27:38things will be better. Maybe it's true. Maybe it is true that it
- 27:44will be better, but for how long? Because you're still taking you with
- 27:47you. You haven't changed anything within yourself to focus on the amazing things that
- 27:55are already in your experience. You're only focused on what's wrong, what's falling
- 28:00apart, what's doesn't feel good. That's where your focus is. And so
- 28:10you know, when you get in that space of the gratitude and the love
- 28:14and the compassion and the excitement and the opening yourself up to broader perspectives and
- 28:21viewpoints, that that when you move from one place to another, you take
- 28:32you with you, and you will be able to do the same thing in
- 28:33that space as well. So people. And I know because I did it
- 28:41myself thinking that all these people outside of me needed to change so I could
- 28:47be happy, or I needed to fix everybody outside of me so that they
- 28:52could be happy so I could be happy. It's a fallacy. It's it's
- 28:57we just are viewing where relationships, I'm going to use the word at wrong.
- 29:06We're viewing them in a wrong way because we're too focused outside of ourselves.
- 29:11And to turn that, what if we just had this image of like
- 29:15if we just walked around all day with a mirror, so we could just
- 29:21see ourselves all day long and and be witnessed to like facial expressions when somebody
- 29:29talks to you, or recognizing how how do you see yourself? Or are
- 29:36you ignoring yourself? Right, you're not gonna look you know, the mirrors
- 29:40there, but you're not gonna look in it. You're gonna look away.
- 29:42You never it's right there, but I'm not going to look at the in
- 29:45this mirror, you know. So it's like, but we're doing that every
- 29:51day when we see the people around us, we are we are looking in
- 29:55a mirror. When we look at other people, and if we were to
- 29:57harness that, then that would allow us to be and do better within ourselves.
- 30:06If we're open to that process of evolving and it goes along. I
- 30:12just want to hit up on this. It goes along with the big hooplah
- 30:18right now about artificial intelligence. That's evolution. That's here. It's part of
- 30:23our experience right now. It's not going to go away, and there are
- 30:30people who are absolutely scared to death of it. There's people like me who
- 30:34I'm harnessing it for my marketing material and content. And then there's people who
- 30:40are even more more advanced that where it's going to affect, like the medical
- 30:45fields and all these like way advanced things that's far beyond me. So it's
- 30:52like, where are you in that? In that scale, I'm embracing it.
- 30:57I think it's cool. I think there's a lot of good that can
- 31:00come from it, whereas other people are just absolutely freaked out about it.
- 31:04So it's it's it's again, we're each defining what artificial intelligence, whether it's
- 31:14good or bad. Almost like taking the artificial intelligence and putting our intention into
- 31:21it, you know what I mean. So your intention into it is because
- 31:23it's going to make it easier for you, it's more useful, it's all
- 31:26these other things. But if someone else has has that same thought about same
- 31:30information, their intention into it, it's creating something they don't want to create,
- 31:34right, And that's that's where our power is as well. It's being
- 31:37aware of what are we thinking at that time, because now we're defining something
- 31:42because of something they've given to us. But we can put we can change
- 31:45the definition anytime we choose. We can make it better for us. So
- 31:48your take on it just said that same thing, and a lot of people
- 31:52don't do that because they get stuck and thinking that's it, that you can't
- 31:59this is the end of everything, and it doesn't necessarily mean anything. It
- 32:01doesn't have to be that way because that's again setting our intentions into something without
- 32:07even being aware of it. But we're putting intentions into it not even knowing
- 32:10about something. So grabbing our old template right, saying it goes along with
- 32:14the whole conversation. Grabbing our old template how we're going to handle a situation,
- 32:19and then we're using that information, the old information, to handle this.
- 32:22This is new information. We're trying to live from the past. You
- 32:24can't live from the past anymore. I mean, you can let me know
- 32:28how it works out. I don't know, but I mean, but really
- 32:34that just feels uncomfortable. That feels principle. That's where you stay in,
- 32:37the discomfort, the unhappiness, the blaming, the victim. That like,
- 32:42there's all all these things all fit into that same energy, that same space,
- 32:45and it doesn't have to be that way. It can change everything if
- 32:50you think about it. When we're creating and you hear about this stuff,
- 32:52use your imagination go off on a freaking crazy trip of how it could play
- 32:57out. How could it play out that would be great, instead of trying
- 33:00to play out all the time to fight flight or freeze type of thoughts like
- 33:04how am I gonna I'm gonna bring this forward? Okay, we learned this.
- 33:07This is exactly what happened right now. Just like you hear people saying,
- 33:09well, history always repeats itself. Oh okay, it seems to me
- 33:15that it's a little bit different all the time. There's a little bit different
- 33:17players. And how much energy are we putting into that? What are our
- 33:22intentions? Our intentions when we hear this information, what are you creating from
- 33:27that space as tunag you here. Are you creating fear? Are you creating
- 33:30likeness? Are you just being in the bliss state, like seeing all the
- 33:35possibilities, that endless possibilities of how amazing this could possibly be? That feels
- 33:40better And it doesn't mean that you're running away from something. It means that
- 33:45you're trusting your emotions. You're going with your feelings. That's how your feels
- 33:50are telling you this feels better to me. Well, I'm call it whatever
- 33:53you want to. I'm gonna take the path that feels better to me.
- 33:57I'm learning to take the path that feels better to me. It's not always
- 34:00have because that's the old part, right, the old past stuff coming up,
- 34:05the old templates. You want to stay in that same space. I
- 34:07don't want to stay in that same space. And that's been my whole big
- 34:09deal. Okay, so asking myself, how does that? What does that
- 34:13look like? How does it evolve? How can it be great all the
- 34:15time? How can I be in the state of bliss? I know we're
- 34:20gonna have our down moments, but if I could spend more time in those
- 34:22spaces than which I think that we can, I'll take it and even the
- 34:27down moments aren't going to feel so down. It's going to be just a
- 34:30reflection time. Yeah, that's That's another key thing is if people more people
- 34:37would spend more time with themselves, they might be amazed of the like breakthroughs
- 34:45that they would get of themselves. I mean, it's just like, it's
- 34:52so amazing. There's a I just heard about this that there's a um like
- 35:00a retreat. I don't know how much of a retreat it is, but
- 35:05it's a retreat where you go and sit in a dark room for three days
- 35:13but nobody nothing out. Nothing like you sit in a dark room for three
- 35:16days, big me up with you and you yep, And if you don't
- 35:22think there's gonna be some meltdown, breakdown and breakthroughs, that sounds powerful.
- 35:28I mean, even as much as we've evolved, for us to go do
- 35:30it would be like I can't even fathom what would come out of that,
- 35:37because I think it would be pretty amazing. I would do it just because
- 35:42it feels like it's a great excuse not to answer the phone, not to
- 35:45look at text message anybody honestly, honestly that it does not that does not
- 35:51sound like a bad thing, and it's that's been around forever. You know.
- 35:52You would have the natives, you know, going out and I don't
- 35:55even know what's across the the proper wording would be, but they would go
- 36:01out on their own in the forest and stay there for three days and not
- 36:06and not eating or drinking or doing anything. You're just not you're just being
- 36:10yeah, well with that too. You know you get to see the sun
- 36:15and the sky and the stars and ah, the sun. This is the
- 36:19dark room like darkness, blackness, like nothing, and it's a clean slate.
- 36:27It's an opportunity, right, and what do you do it? That's
- 36:32that clean slate. You know, it's just like the remember that just sketch,
- 36:37yeah, because that's what I was thinking, and then shake that heck
- 36:39out of it when you wanted to start over. As soon as you got
- 36:43a thought in there, it's like, oh that was a thought, shake
- 36:45yep, perfect, the perfect Because as soon as before you even start to
- 36:50say that, in my mind, I saw that just sketch, you know,
- 36:52shaking it because up a little bit, which is so awesome. But
- 36:58that's us, right, we just shook ourselves up, honestly, and we're
- 37:01like it's got to feel better in this there's a lot and ye shake out.
- 37:07That's right, that's right. I like it. It's when the eraser
- 37:13was invented, so we get clear out the mistakes you made. But we
- 37:20know what that looks like. So that's a great visualization when you're in meditation
- 37:24or even the Etchra sketch, it's a great visualization of you like, nope,
- 37:30I'm starting new, like I'm shaking this up. I'm starting new.
- 37:32This is this is my new life because I'm going to do everything new interesting
- 37:37in that. But every once in a while, I don't do it very
- 37:39often, but every once in a while I have a thought come in that's
- 37:43like, well, why you haven't like a past you know, past experienced
- 37:47thought come out and I will literally shake my head. I'm like, wait,
- 37:52no, that doing that reset? That's right, that's right. I
- 38:00like that. I like that now now I know when you make that.
- 38:04Look this kid, yeah, oh she just reset. You know. It's
- 38:13if people heard this video and then we're out and about people are walking around,
- 38:16they're just God, just didn't reset. That's right. Just like that
- 38:23Viby came over, my granddaughter came up. Then came up yesterday and she's
- 38:27like all excited, Oh, Grandma, there's two flowers on my orchid.
- 38:31There's been two flowers on my orchid for a long time because all the rest
- 38:36of them have dropped off. It's just some grooming that could happen to make
- 38:40it different. But she was excited about it. And when I saw that,
- 38:45it wasn't like, oh, come on, viby, it was there,
- 38:46It's been there, No, I recognize it. It's like, that's
- 38:49how our life should be if we're not keeping a template of things, if
- 38:52we're not keeping holding bringing the pass forward. It's enjoying the moment all the
- 38:58time, whatever that moment looks like. Even though she's seen those flowers before,
- 39:01they look different to her when she saw them. And that's how things
- 39:04can be for us. But it's just how we look at it, right,
- 39:06but gets so used to seeing the same mountain than the same trees,
- 39:10but because we're not looking at it as something new and fresh every day,
- 39:15because it is something new and fresh every day, it's just like we are.
- 39:17So if we're seeing in our environment it's not new and fresh every day,
- 39:21then we're probably not seeing ourselves as new and fresh every day. Either
- 39:24it's and what does that tell you? That's where your perspective is at.
- 39:28That's where that's what you're giving energy to right now. I've been learning so
- 39:31much. It's it's really about you want to be younger or not, maybe
- 39:36not you necessarily, but you want to look younger. You want to be
- 39:37younger. You' gonna be able to move around and do all these things.
- 39:40Again, it's not bringing the pass forward, it's just being right now.
- 39:45And the higher that you vibe, the higher you're You already are all those
- 39:47things. It's not separate from you. But the lower that you vibe,
- 39:51you can find every flaw in the world. You can find every problem in
- 39:53the world. And you are the world. So you're looking at yourself and
- 39:58you're picking apart yourself from this state of mind, from being in a problem
- 40:00state of mind when there is no problem, and it all it is is
- 40:04just a better perspective, that's it. And meditation is just a great way
- 40:08of communicating with your higher self and the creator or spirit whatever spirits want to
- 40:14come through. And people get scared about that, well, what if something
- 40:16bad comes through? Are you vibing in a lower vibration then if you are,
- 40:22then probably don't go into meditation right that moment, or don't go into
- 40:24meditation to connect with spirit. Just go into meditation and to relax and raise
- 40:30your vibration. We have so much control over things, but we get caught
- 40:35up in these things and we feel like it's out of control. And why
- 40:37Because what I'm saying is I'm reminding myself of when we didn't have control,
- 40:42when we were children, when we were told how things were going to be,
- 40:45and told how to act and told how to be and all these expectations.
- 40:50People start listening to their minds, you're going to be amazed at the
- 40:52stuff that you that pops up in your mind. That's like, I'm still
- 40:57believing this stuff. I'm still living this life that way. I'm still that
- 41:00little kid that's being told to sit in the back seat. It's not your
- 41:02turn to sit in the front seat right now. I don't care. I
- 41:06don't want to hear what you've got to say right now. You know,
- 41:07we're not in that same space anymore. And so when we start noticing the
- 41:10separation, and we start noticing that we're filling ourselves for me, that's just
- 41:15a huge light lights up and lets me know I need my attention. My
- 41:21little girl needs my attention. She needs to be seen and heard right now.
- 41:23And it's not by somebody else, because if it's by somebody else,
- 41:27now, you're giving power away to the other person and having an expectation for
- 41:30them to always bring you out of that space, and that's not their job.
- 41:35So it's a wonderful place to be when you start empowering yourself, just
- 41:39being aware of thoughts, and that's a great place to start. It's just
- 41:45thought awareness, yeah, because your thoughts are going to dictate on how you
- 41:50feel your emotion because you're creating. Yeah. And so if you're if you're
- 41:55focused on those uncomfortable, horrible experiences from your past and you keep thinking that
- 42:05and then your body feels stressed and out of sorts, will think about what
- 42:12you're thinking about. I mean, observe your thought and that's that is um
- 42:19part of your evolution, that's part of getting out of that stagnant place of
- 42:23reliving one situation, reliving it a million times. I know I've done it.
- 42:32I've kept it alive in my head and felt like crap and beat myself
- 42:37up for years and years and years and it was one situation that happened one
- 42:43time. And that's being stagnant. That's being stagnant and in your in your
- 42:51experiences, in your circumstances. So um have thought awareness. You know,
- 42:59you have a thought. What it's buying Katie's work, isn't it? It
- 43:05just says, is this thought serving me? Now? Is this thought true?
- 43:08Is that what I'm thinking about? Is that true? And nine out
- 43:16of ten times it's going to be no. The answer is no. And
- 43:21so if the answers no, why we keep thinking these thoughts? Why we're
- 43:24not changing them? So you have the thought awareness, this is a thought.
- 43:31Is this thought serving me now? If the answer is no, then
- 43:35redirect your thoughts, look at you could do something else. And also you
- 43:39could use intentional thinking. So intentional thinking is gratitude. You think of something
- 43:46that you can be grateful for, and that doesn't matter if I happened twenty
- 43:51thirty or forty years ago. You can still express gratitude for it. Because
- 43:57you can't be in the space of gratitude in a space of fear same time.
- 44:00You can't be in a space of gratitude and a space of depression at
- 44:04the same time. It's like gratitude is something that will shift, shift you
- 44:09from or help you evolve, because the more you focus on what you're grateful
- 44:16for, the more the universe every verse is like, Oh, she's ingratitude
- 44:21now, and she wants more stuff to be grateful for us, so let's
- 44:23give her more stuff to be grateful for. So then we can give her
- 44:27more stuff to be grateful for. And how exciting is that because then your
- 44:30your life starts evolving and changing. And then and then before you know it,
- 44:36you're just like life's great. And and twenty minutes ago you were in
- 44:39a space where nothing was working. Life sucked, you hated where you lived,
- 44:45you don't like the people are around. But you go and shift into
- 44:49gratitude, and then all of a sudden, life is wonderful and everything's vibrant
- 44:52and fun and more of ease. And all you did is shift your thinking,
- 45:00shift your focus. It's that simple as it really is that simple,
- 45:04it really is, it really is. And then for me, because I'm
- 45:07going along the line, I'm being pulled in a direction, you know,
- 45:10different directions for my spiritual growth. That for me, it's even recognizing it's
- 45:15the thought. So if I'm thinking that means I'm not allowing the receiving for
- 45:20me at that time. So just it's just another process to the whole thing.
- 45:24And just because that's my wants and desires, right, I think it's
- 45:29that's not even a true story because I feel like I'm being pulled in a
- 45:31direction. So I can't even say I'm going to be excited. Know I'm
- 45:36going to be excited and thrilled by it, but I have no idea what
- 45:38it looks like. And I'm and I think that's awesome because I don't have
- 45:42any I'm not bringing the past forward. I'm just letting it be whatever it's
- 45:45going to be. How can I know what it's going to be if it's
- 45:47a whole new experience, I don't know. So it's just I'm just going
- 45:52along for the right and the practice right now is just to be thrilled and
- 45:55excited on er. That is the practice There's it doesn't matter what the outcome
- 46:00is, it doesn't matter what the journey. That your job is to be
- 46:05thrilled and excited. It's like a little kid, he's like, oh it's
- 46:07coming, ummy, is so excited, right, so yummy, And I'm
- 46:12so excited that that it's on its way, and we just stay in that
- 46:15space and then watch chow with things evolve into something magical. But you can't,
- 46:25just so audience understands, can't be in this space of yumminess and reliving
- 46:32your past. It's like one or the other, right, and and then
- 46:37again, as we have said multiple times over this past year or two years,
- 46:43is which one feels better, Which one feels better, Which one feels
- 46:47better in your body? Which one puts a s smile on your face?
- 46:51Which which one make sure heart seeing what brings more ease into your punt,
- 46:57your way of being, And that's where you put your attention like it's I
- 47:06know, so it's so you know, it's like people who may be watching
- 47:13these videos and listening to us as we were speaking from a space of where
- 47:17we're at. That's why we keep saying the way I used to be back
- 47:22in my earlier days, like you would once you understand Bev and I have
- 47:27lived in those those crappy mind thoughts or mind mindset, stagnant, heavy emotional,
- 47:37just the muck and guck. We've been there. We know, we
- 47:40lived there. We we lived it for years and we get it. But
- 47:45now we're speaking from the other side of um the joy and the fun and
- 47:51the exhilaration, the excitement, the lightness, the ease, the flow,
- 47:58because we're living that now and we still have our moments of dipping into the
- 48:06old ways, our old habits and behaviors and programming, but we also have
- 48:13enough skill to get ourselves out of that. Once in a while, we
- 48:17have to lean on each other. We don't have to, but we choose
- 48:21to. We lean on each other and call each other, or after recording
- 48:27we talk and need some help to move through, you know, just to
- 48:31help get a mindset shift. I've mentioned I'm in mastermind groups where you know,
- 48:37they help you have a bigger picture and see other alternative ways of doing
- 48:43things. And so we just bring forward this information to help you with wherever
- 48:49you are on your life journey. Doesn't matter where you are. The things
- 48:52that we share, implement them now, Implement them now, because you've been
- 48:59in that space or so long, and it's long enough. It's been long
- 49:02enough. Now you're at this, you've been walking this path and now you're
- 49:07at this. Why right, you get to choose go left or right and
- 49:12you get to choose which direction feels better, and when you make that choice
- 49:17to move in that direction, just notice how your life unfolds and how how
- 49:22incredible it it gets like it's going to get it's just it just happens,
- 49:29and it's it's way more beneficial for your life experience than keep doing what you've
- 49:35been doing. Yeah, very where you're at, where you're at right now
- 49:40too, Oh for sure, Deliberate where you're at right now, just to
- 49:45come a long way. Oh yeah, And then we forget that too,
- 49:51right, we forget that to to look at our qualities that we have developed
- 50:00because of what we did go through. Strength, endurance, persistence, perseverance,
- 50:07like the will to keep going. You know, it's just like,
- 50:13man, if you've come this far, no matter what age you are,
- 50:17and you're still you're still choosing to continue to live your life out dang,
- 50:24that's freaking amazing. That's worth celebrating. And it doesn't matter if you're in
- 50:30the middle of a chaos right now. It doesn't matter because you have the
- 50:35you have the skills to keep moving through it. You know, you have
- 50:38it within you and there's something within you that's telling you to keep going,
- 50:44don't give up, don't give in, don't stop, keep moving, keep
- 50:49going. And to me, that's that's your spirit guiding you, your spirits,
- 50:52like, nope, we're not done, your sister. Let's let's keep
- 50:55going because greater things are coming and spirit knows that. As a human typically
- 51:02we don't, you know that, and so we just find this to be
- 51:06just a big, huge shit storm and struggle when really it's it's so much
- 51:10more than that. It's so it's so it's so much bigger than we could
- 51:16even imagine. We get tuned into that little, tiny, one little thing.
- 51:25Yeah, and we don't have to that's the whole thing. Yeah,
- 51:30but that's a choice. But that's where we're so lucky because we get to
- 51:32make choices, right, that's part of part of our humanness, right,
- 51:39we get to make choices. Yeah, and it's it's fun because it's a
- 51:47buffet. The buffet is full of choices and you get to pick and choose
- 51:52what you want, and you can pick something that you know is disgusting and
- 51:59for yourself to eat it and you know you don't like it, but you're
- 52:04you're struggling through it when there was something on the buffet that you absolutely love
- 52:08but you ignored it, Like where does that make sense? But that's all
- 52:15the internal growth that has to take place for you to realize I deserve to
- 52:21have that goodness. I deserve it. And so I'm going to set this
- 52:28aside, this thing that I took that I don't like, my set aside.
- 52:30I'm gonna go back to the buffet, and I'm gonna pick up what
- 52:34I the goodness that I want, and relish in it and just just let
- 52:39my heart sing and be so delightful about it and embrace that and have fun
- 52:46with it. And I can keep going back for more and more because the
- 52:50buffet is unlimited unless they run out or they kick you out. And you
- 52:54can always try something new, right, you're not, you're not. You
- 52:58don't have to chat the same thing every time. You can try something new.
- 53:00And if you decide you want to eat dessert for dinner, go right
- 53:01ahead or desert. I don't care, it doesn't matter. I mean,
- 53:06really, it's your intention is it's how you feel about the whole situation.
- 53:09Oh no, you're supposed to have your dessert. Loss. You have to
- 53:13eat your dinner first. You have to eat all your dinner. You know,
- 53:16my dinner would be too full because I have everything you put on my
- 53:20plate and you gave me way too much and I don't I can't eat it
- 53:22all. Now I can't eat dinner dessert because I had too much dinner.
- 53:28Does that make it? Doesn't make sense. It makes sense. Just to
- 53:30have your dessert first. Great, have the dessert, then the vengeance if
- 53:38you want it. You could be playful. It's your life and probably by
- 53:45now you're an adult, do do you boo? I never sent so invite
- 53:54your friends? Is it invited them to lunch till them we're going to dessert.
- 54:00Well, I like that idea for dessert. I like that. If
- 54:06you want to eat something else, that's fine, But I'm having a dessert.
- 54:08Yeah, we're gonna go out and we're gonna have a dessert first.
- 54:13Then we're gonna eat lunch if we feel like nice, I like it.
- 54:19Or just order a dessert and share it and then have loo whatever. Just
- 54:22be playful about it and have fun, have fun, and that's just it.
- 54:28Give yourself permission to have fun. Give yourself permission to have fun because
- 54:34it's allowed. It's allowed. Learn your definitions of what you define things as
- 54:43money relationships, love, like, learn what you're doing, and you can
- 54:46tell initially how it feels. Are you know what what your definition of it
- 54:51is? It is by how it feels. Yeah, and then you can
- 54:54start breaking it down a little bit because if it's making it if it's if
- 54:58you're thinking about one thing and it's making it feel heavy, why does it
- 55:00feel heavy? That means it's time to redefine that definition. Not with the
- 55:06old information anymore. It's like, what does our relationship look like to you?
- 55:08What does employment look like to you? What does freedom look like to
- 55:12you? There's a lot to process, a lot to look at and use
- 55:16your imagination, like let it be, make it big, don't don't like,
- 55:22let act like you're creating a story, like you're going to write a
- 55:24book, a kid's book from that information, because then it's more playful and
- 55:28it's imaginative and it's not controlled, and it's all the possibilities. And that's
- 55:34if we can kind of embrace our inner child and come from that space,
- 55:37we can we'll create a lot of fun stuff, a lot of fun stuff.
- 55:44And you know, really is if if there's a word that you're not
- 55:47sure how to define it, ask people their definitions and see what resonates or
- 55:52through that create your own. But ask that's where you ask for help,
- 55:58right Just start kind of like doing your own research. So bad. What
- 56:05is your definition of love and let her explain it to you in the way
- 56:09that she understand understands it now. She might give you the definition of what
- 56:14she thought it was before and how she's evolved into what it means today,
- 56:19which we did earlier. Is what is your definition of excitement? What is
- 56:24your definition of to just be right? So start asking people these questions so
- 56:32that you can get clearer on what your definition is for you right now,
- 56:38because even whatever it turns out to be right now is going to be different
- 56:43in a week, six months, or six years. And it's okay,
- 56:47but you have a starting place. You have something to gauge your evolution too,
- 56:54when you can recognize where you're at and then what direction you want to
- 57:00move in. It's true. Look at your gages. We have them.
- 57:08They're running all the time. You're how you feel, what you're wanting to
- 57:13see, what you don't want to do, Like just paying attention to all
- 57:16those things, paying attention to you, Like if you're going to write an
- 57:21article about yourself, like learn everything you can about yourself. That's what popped
- 57:23into my head when you thought you had said that, you know, really
- 57:28getting to know. But to me, it's was really getting to know yourself.
- 57:30It's not getting to know anything else. Do the research on yourself.
- 57:36Yeah, see what makes you tick, See what these definitions mean to you.
- 57:39See how you can change things, and then watch how your life changes.
- 57:44Marking on the calendar like today today, I've changed I changed this,
- 57:49and celebrating ourselves more often. We've talked about that. So we always were
- 57:53told, like think about what you did wrong, and you know all these
- 57:57things. We never spent the time looking at that stuff. A lot of
- 58:00us didn't, and so that's a practice. It's a practice to be in
- 58:04that space all the time. But once you're in it, there there's no
- 58:07going back, Like they're you just evolved that way, so there's no reason,
- 58:14I mean, there's really no reason to be unhappy for long length of
- 58:19time. Go into the space, feel the emotions, and then move forward
- 58:24from it. Whatever that looks like, make it, because that's just helping
- 58:28you just determine what you want in your life and what you don't want.
- 58:32Those emotions those theory, Yeah, they're they're helping you navigate the waters.
- 58:42That's it, and that's all it is. Navigational tool. That's it.
- 58:46Don't feel good, Okay, what do I need to do to feel good?
- 58:52Right? And move and and move get it going. Awesome conversation,
- 59:00sister, Thanks for being here. Any final words. Celebrate yourself. Yeah,
- 59:07that's it. That's exactly what I say. I would like celebrate yourself
- 59:09more often, because when do you celebrate your birthday? And some people don't
- 59:15even like that. Mh. I'm like, yo, celebrate you got your
- 59:21song, underwear on correctly today and go on your yeah right right, so
- 59:30um, celebrate yourself, even the idy, the smallest, tiniest things that
- 59:37nobody, nobody else would understand. Celebrate that for yourself if you want to
- 59:45share it. I mean some people aren't. People are going to look at
- 59:47you all weird. They're not gonna understand. So celebrate you. It's true.
- 59:55And I hear you not a clerk, because that's the same same information
- 1:00:00I've gotten recently. It's really celebrating ourselves. But it's some of the stuff.
- 1:00:04You can share it with others. But if you have any expectation or
- 1:00:07an attachment to their response or to the outcome. It's gonna fall short because
- 1:00:12it's not People aren't going to understand it's the same way that you understood.
- 1:00:15That's why a lot of times with the message I've been getting lately is keep
- 1:00:19it to yourself. Yeah, you learn the stuff, some of the stuff,
- 1:00:22because it's not going to make sense to anybody else. You just keep
- 1:00:24it to yourself. Or if it makes sense to them, they won't be
- 1:00:28they won't celebrate the same way you're celebrating, and then it almost kind of
- 1:00:30diminishes the celebration that you had for yourself. So just keep it for yourself.
- 1:00:37Yep. And that's okay, that's okay, all right, Well,
- 1:00:44thanks for being here and always enjoys conversations and we just always hope that you
- 1:00:50get something out of it. If you're watching us, following us, and
- 1:00:54if you are, then you know what, let your friends and family know
- 1:00:58because there's probably other people out there that need to hear this information as well.
- 1:01:01So share us, share us, and thank you all right, thanks
- 1:01:09for hanging out with us, tea time with Damian Beth. We'll see you
- 1:01:13next time. Buh.
