Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_09]: Welcome to Drinking Throw.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_09]: It's a dark day in American history, and damn it, man, we just put us some fun shirts on DrinkingBrows.com, celebrating America is too fitty.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_09]: And all the T-shirts in there, some new phone cases, uh, bunch of stuff, celebrate in America's birthday, for 250, but I'm gonna be honest with you here.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_09]: This is a real fucking kick in the nuts, Anthony.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_09]: Uh, for this scotus rolling.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_09]: Now, we brought our good friend Mike Glover in today to, uh, discuss it with us.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_09]: Mike, where you at?
- 0:44[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, you told us to run it by wildfires right now.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, it's right, the wildfires are going on, man.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_09]: They just started talking about that two days ago on the news, finally, which is nice, good for them.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_09]: Wait, do you think, uh, I thought the Mormont had magic spells to do something about this stuff?
- 0:56[SPEAKER_08]: Is that not how you're thinking of the magic underwear?
- 0:58[SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, oh, is it flammable?
- 0:58[SPEAKER_08]: Mm, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:08[SPEAKER_09]: And it sure is, it sure is, well, and by the way, it's so is this decision today.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_09]: Case you live under a rock.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_09]: The Supreme Court voted on birthright citizenship today, and it wasn't good.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_09]: What was the final outcome there?
- 1:24[SPEAKER_09]: Five, four, five, four.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_08]: It was three liberal cuts, one conservative, so-called conservative cut, and then a male cut.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_09]: Now, why do they rule in this
- 1:37[SPEAKER_09]: favor.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_09]: I keep for the life of me I can't understand this.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_08]: This is from the guy who wrote the 14th Amendment ready.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_08]: This will not of course include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the government of the United States, but it will include every other class of persons.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_08]: Cool.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_08]: Yep, okay.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_08]: So he knew what he was talking about.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_08]: And that's the first best point.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_08]: The
- 2:06[SPEAKER_08]: the native Americans had to get a separate bill pass to gain citizenship afterwards.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_08]: So if we're indeed true that anybody born here was granted automatic citizenship, and that's at an originalist viewpoint, then that bill would have never been necessary in the first place.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_08]: These people are anti-American.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_08]: They're not stupid.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_08]: They're smart people.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_08]: They hate America, and they're trying to fundamentally change what it is by overthrowing our constitutional order.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_08]: That's what it feels like.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_08]: That's not what it feels like.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_08]: That's what it is.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_09]: Because when you watch shit like this, I'm going to be honest with you, Mike, I've been kind of depressed all morning.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_09]: There's no other really way to word this, because every time you think you've got some form of hope and government and the people representing the people allegedly.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_09]: I'm going to use the people and air quotes there because I don't give a fuck about us It doesn't feel like we're gonna have the same country anymore and the same freedoms and all this other shit All of this feels like a bigger plan towards something else What was what was your thought process when you when you had turned on the news this morning and saw this verdict?
- 3:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's like it reminds me of like a gaping but whole of a loophole they've created for the death of likely thousands of people if they care about human beings than this ruling is going to basically incentivize you to get on a raft from Cuba and
- 3:36[SPEAKER_05]: give birth on the shores of Miami, Florida.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_05]: So that's you can get citizenship.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_05]: It's one of the reasons why hundreds of children every year, thousands of people every year, migrate here, and then wind up dying and shipping and tears.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_05]: It's because they know the incentive
- 3:56[SPEAKER_05]: And now this gaping asshole loophole they've created is going to allow this kind of behavior, and it's going to incentivize the behavior, and they've reinforced it, and Cabinaw, dude, screw that guy.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_09]: He voted with it, so was Cabinaw and Amy Coney Barrett, correct?
- 4:13[SPEAKER_08]: Roberts.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_08]: Cabinaw, he was a partial dissent.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_08]: I haven't read the dissent shed, but he agreed on part and dissent it on part.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not sure what the split was, but yeah, he's a fucking faggot too.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, so this is another Trump order here.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_09]: Is this solely against Trump?
- 4:32[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I've got to ask the question now, or is this actually their definition or their determination of what the Constitution actually means?
- 4:44[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, for real, what is it at this point because what you just read is pretty cut and dry versus what Trump wants and it seems like this is against Trump and not
- 4:56[SPEAKER_09]: what the Constitution actually says, but to my knowledge, isn't that their fucking job?
- 5:01[SPEAKER_09]: Their job is not too legislate, right?
- 5:04[SPEAKER_09]: But it's to withhold the constitution.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_08]: That's right, it's to interpret enough hold.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_08]: And it's also not the president's job to legislate, by the way.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_08]: This is what Trump, everything, everything, everything.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_08]: that has been accomplished so far, other than a massive spending bill, which is what Congress likes to do, has been Trump signing executive orders.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_08]: Congress has done nothing.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_08]: Nothing.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_08]: Nothing.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_09]: And I'm reading everybody's outburst and fucking rage, speak clicks and all this shit here on Twitter.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_09]: And, you know, everybody's saying the same thing, Congress has got to act now and do something about this.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_09]: No, they're not going to.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_09]: Like, I hate to disappoint you.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_09]: They're not going to do shit.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, Mike, they haven't even passed the Save America Act yet, which,
- 5:54[SPEAKER_09]: to me falls locked up with this where they just want people coming into the fucking country and sorry man like well you guys will figure it out right that's what this feels with a birth rate of legal citizens is going to go through the freaking roof because if you're sitting here illegally right now waiting to be deported
- 6:13[SPEAKER_05]: now with this, you're thinking, all right, so we get pregnant and we have an American citizen at birth, then we're locked into this and we're solidifying our position.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_05]: So what do you think is going to happen exactly with the Democrats want to happen?
- 6:27[SPEAKER_05]: A repopulation tactic, which is the reason they allow 20 million illegals to come into the country in the first place.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_05]: And so again, this is just a failure on the government this part for the course, but it's more substantial, I think like Dan reinforced even before we got on the podcast, it's more substantial because the government, the sick, the house is not going to do anything about it, and then the reality is.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_05]: whose country is this?
- 6:54[SPEAKER_05]: Does it belong to the Illegos who came here?
- 6:57[SPEAKER_05]: What seems like best what we're doing?
- 6:58[SPEAKER_05]: We're giving them an open door policy to do whatever the hell they want to or a country.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_05]: And that's really radical.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_05]: And the pendulum is probably going to swing in the other direction, because you imagine given the administration under Trump would have the best odds, and we just rolled the dice and we lost.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_05]: That's going to be really, not only when the pendulum swings
- 7:23[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, because I'm reading the decision here by Roberts, because it just came out.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_09]: Citizenship, then, and now, was the right to have rights to freely participate in our political community.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_09]: The framers of the 14th Amendment extended that promise to every free-born person in this list.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_08]: Lately, I just said, I just quoted the fucking guy, wrote it.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_09]: Now, as last part says, we keep that promise today.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, there's a promise it's going to be kept, Mr. Roberts.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_08]: I'll tell you what, to Mike's point about things, the pendulum is swinging the other direction.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_08]: I can tell you, personally, I'll be ratcheting up in the wake of this, big time.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_08]: As usual, all Muslims are indicted in my presence.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_08]: It is a shut the fuck up, until I tell you to speak kind of situation.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_08]: If you speak in my presence, I'm gonna slap the shit out of you.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_08]: You don't belong in my fucking country.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_08]: Now, anybody with any kind of accent or speak at any kind of language other than maybe South African English, if there are a farmer coming here, also under indictment.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_08]: I want to hear that shit, fuck you, right?
- 8:29[SPEAKER_08]: And this is the response.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_08]: I talked about this last week when the government, when the institutions that are designed to adjudicate law and protect citizenry failed to do their job, then it falls on the citizens to do it.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_08]: You can believe that's right, you can believe it's wrong, but it's a fucking fact, it's been a fact through all of human history.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_08]: I will not communicate with any third worlders.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_08]: That will not happen.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_08]: They will not step foot on my property.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_08]: I will not do business with them, and I encourage you all to do the same.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_08]: They are not welcome in this country.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_09]: Now Mike, what's this stop all these Somalis and Muslims who were already here from going out tonight?
- 9:04[SPEAKER_09]: Having a fucking hard AF Seltzer and just fucking their brains out to have as many kids as they can.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_08]: Well, that's what they're already doing.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_08]: They just don't drink when they do it.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, at this point, dude, you're looking at the other ruling that said, hey, Trump can deport the 450 Syrians and what was the other country in that fucking thing?
- 9:22[SPEAKER_09]: Smaller?
- 9:23[SPEAKER_08]: There were seven countries originally.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_08]: Yemen, fuck, I don't remember all of them.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_08]: Yemen, Somalia, probably Ethiopia would be on that list, Iraq, Iran.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_09]: But if you're in Dearborn, Michigan or an epic city down there and fucking taxes or whatever, my first thoughts, if I'm the leader of these towns or communities, is to say, all right, everybody.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_09]: Two, three kids, a piece, we all stay, we all vote.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_09]: That's gonna happen immediately.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_09]: And what one would think Democrats are going to encourage this?
- 9:58[SPEAKER_08]: That's not even the issue.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_08]: That's a secondary problem.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_08]: That's a problem of using TPS temporary protected status and catching release to allow people into the country illegally, right?
- 10:12[SPEAKER_08]: The primary issue here is the ability now for Iran and China and Russia to send people to the United States eight months pregnant on some kind of fucking vacation visa, whatever, have their fucking shitty kid and then immediately take it back home and doctrinate it into Islamism and to communism and then send it back when they're 18 to start voting in our elections.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_08]: That is the plan.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_08]: If you don't believe that, you're fucking stupid.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_08]: That's exactly the plan.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_08]: Right?
- 10:43[SPEAKER_08]: 100%.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_08]: This is an invasion.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_08]: It is an invasion of to be soon to be military age males or current military age males.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_08]: And people who will go back and be indoctrinated and return to us indoctrinated as full citizens with voting rights.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_08]: And five mentors of the Supreme Court just decided to join them.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_08]: This is treason.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_08]: Countries.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_08]: that our antagonists in the United States have made this plan to do this.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_08]: We know this for a fact.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_08]: They're sending their people here for this specific reason.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_08]: Both houses of Congress should have a vote at the earliest possible convenience.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_08]: And anyone who votes to keep birthright citizenship in place, including the five justices who voted for this, should be arrested and tried for treason.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not gonna look quick on this.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_08]: This is an invasion.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_08]: It is a targeted military act.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_08]: And these guys have just endorsed and it ate it in a bed at it.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_08]: That is treason by definition.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_08]: And if you think this is a race thing, by the way, I would throw Barrett and Roberts into the fucking sun to get two more clearance tombs.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, right, and a fucking heartbeat.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_08]: He's the only guy on that fucking bench that I know I can trust.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_08]: The only one.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_09]: And his statement today, because he was the one who came out and sharply criticized this.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_09]: The only Supreme Court justice to come out and sharply criticized this.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_09]: One also has to imagine that meeting yesterday with Trump at the White House.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_09]: was solely to tell him, hey man, this ain't going your way.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, that's the only thing that makes any sense here.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_09]: But, yeah, as far as Clarence Thomas is concerned, he said the court today takes the extraordinary step of holding facially unconstitutional the president's order, excluding from citizenship the children of foreign temporary visitors in a legal aliens.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_09]: And Clarence Thomas wrote in a 91 page dissent.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_09]: more than three times as long as Robert's opinion, and doing so, the court adds to the sad history of the 14th Amendment, which was designed and understood to secure equal rights for the freed blacks, but has instead been repurposed for political projects, the Reconstruction Congress did not support.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_09]: This is almost word for word we've said at the top of the show.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_09]: Mike, for you, do you feel hopeless in today's America here?
- 13:18[SPEAKER_09]: Because I don't think Congress is gonna meet and vote on this anytime soon.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_09]: If you can't get a fucking save-act pass, which just requires a simple ID to vote, there's no fucking way they're gonna go back and have a bill and vote on this.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_09]: There's just no way.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_09]: How do you feel about it?
- 13:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, there's a couple of thoughts that went through my mind.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_05]: One, I think what Daniel was said about the infiltration of our country, which has been ongoing for decades, is happening right now in real time, and this is just part of the overall strategy.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_05]: When you see politicians in New Jersey, bragging about how there's more Muslims in their town, than any other town in New Jersey, that makes me drive.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_05]: And I see that, and I think about,
- 14:04[SPEAKER_05]: the the will of the people.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_05]: This is obviously not the will of the people.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_05]: Thomas said that eloquently, it's a broken system which was designed to help blacks that were freed after slavery after hundreds of thousands of Americans perished between 1861 and 1865.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_05]: And I think about that, and I also think, well, the people are the last stand, but when you're infiltrated sabotage and subverted by the enemy within, how good and effective is the will of the people.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_05]: Look, I still have faith in that.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_05]: Another barrier to this is think about all of those
- 14:47[SPEAKER_05]: a legal start giving birth right now, some right now, like literally right now, and they're giving a birth certificate as an American citizen, and then they're raised in homes by imans that are propagandizing them to tell them to hate America.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_05]: They're going like Daniel said overseas to get more robust and a training to be exploited to come back here to infiltrate the military, for example.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_05]: And then how effective is the military going to be in a generation from now when they're completely infiltrated with an insurgents who basically want to kill us from within?
- 15:24[SPEAKER_05]: And the idea is not like a war within it's chipping away block by block and they're very effective at that strategy.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_05]: It's actually the Islamic radical strategy or maybe just the broader Islamic strategy across the globe as written in the Quran.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_05]: And so they're going to go into these countries.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_05]: They're going to take over.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_05]: One committee, one parent teacher conference, one mayoral race, one governor race at a time and you better be prepared for him.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_09]: So I'm glad you brought that up because we've been talking about this for the last few weeks in the show and you know me personally for last year of this move from the Democratic party to just the socialist party.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_09]: And this keeps happening obviously with mom Donnie and then his candidates all won.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_09]: There's another one on the ballot tonight.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_09]: in Denver.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_09]: And if she wins, it's this woman named Marot Kuros, which is great.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_09]: If you don't remember her, she was the woman who was fired from her law firm in 2023 after writing an open letter, criticizing her employer's response to pro-Palestinian protest.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_09]: And this is another one of those people who fucking hate America.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_09]: Is this her right here?
- 16:37[SPEAKER_09]: Play this clip here.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: Why not differentiate between offensive weapons used to wage war against another population and then defensive weapons that are used to protect civilians from outside attack?
- 16:48[SPEAKER_01]: I believe that our selling of arms to Israel, defensive or offensive, gives them the cover to continue the genocide that's taking place in Palestine and now the ethnic cleansing that's taking place in Lebanon.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_01]: Again, this is a supermajority of a supermajority of voters in this country.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: We want our taxpayer dollars to fund our resources and programs here in America not to fund the genocide abroad.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_09]: Okay, so if she went tonight, by the way, this would be another one.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_09]: Who's in the House of Representatives?
- 17:20[SPEAKER_08]: I call that inevitable.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_08]: I think so too.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_08]: It's inevitable.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_08]: It is the red-green alliance.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_08]: America refuses to admit that we've been infiltrated by communism that it started in the 1940s.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_08]: This is where all of this, and I'll give certain people a little bit of credit
- 17:44[SPEAKER_08]: including this whole idea and a large part came from people like Alan Dullis, right?
- 17:52[SPEAKER_08]: One of the first kind of operators in the agency, what go on to come.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_08]: He was kind of built down of him, he and Bill Donovan had a shaky relationship, let's be honest.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_08]: But he was over in Europe doing a lot of fucked up shit back in the day.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_08]: He was one of the first people to, one of the first high-ranking government people
- 18:15[SPEAKER_08]: The Nazis are the wrong enemy.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_08]: We should be fighting the communists, right?
- 18:18[SPEAKER_08]: He was half right.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_08]: We should have killed everybody to be clear.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_08]: We should have wiped the Nazis out.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_08]: And while the communists are trying to rebuild, we should have nuked them.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_08]: We should have wiped Moscow off the face of the fucking earth, right?
- 18:30[SPEAKER_08]: And he said, you know what?
- 18:31[SPEAKER_08]: By the way, fuck you, too.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_08]: Because remember,
- 18:37[SPEAKER_08]: It was the Stalinist communist that started the CCP in the first place.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_08]: The Chinese Communist Party does not exist without them.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_08]: So, you know, I think Patton was the guy who said it.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_08]: We should have kept marching until we hit Moscow, right?
- 18:51[SPEAKER_08]: And he was absolutely fucking right.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_08]: We should have killed all those people.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_08]: Now, that's part of it.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_08]: I'll give them their credit for that part.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_08]: This idea that somehow unvillifies Nazism is retarded.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_08]: You know what I mean?
- 19:05[SPEAKER_08]: Like, Darrell Cooper is a fucking retard to suggest that Churchill is somehow worse than Adolf Hitler.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_08]: Just a fucking easy, easy, just a complete piece of shit.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_08]: However, we should have also killed Communist.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_08]: Because Communist aren't people.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_08]: You know what I mean?
- 19:19[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_08]: That's just a fact of life.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_08]: And we'll see how it goes from here.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_08]: I mean,
- 19:25[SPEAKER_08]: You can see how it's going to go.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_08]: There's an active invasion.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_08]: These people that are getting elected, this is how it starts.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_08]: This is how it started in the UK.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_08]: I'm telling you, 10 to 15 years from now, we're going to have our own rape gang inquiries.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_08]: Yes.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_08]: And the broader part of the US government is going to try to shut that inquiry down.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_08]: Same as England.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_08]: And there won't be a free country like America with an Elon Muslimware to buy a Twitter to let us say what we need to say, so it's going to go Connecticut.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_08]: That's my prediction.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_09]: All right, Mike, get me on the show before you know we got some sponsors to put the shit wagon on the air first and foremost is Ultra.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_09]: Take Ultra.com 15% off with a promo code at drinking rows.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_09]: What is Ultra?
- 20:13[SPEAKER_09]: Well, this is nicotine free.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_09]: These are nicotine free pouches.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_09]: We always promote nicotine pouches.

- 28:01[SPEAKER_09]: That is one STPH or Mfirstform.com forward slash drinking bros.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_09]: I agree, and then Mike, for you, what do you do about the Supreme Courts?
- 28:12[SPEAKER_09]: Now, I don't know if you saw the MPR article that got leaked on accident this morning, that Alito is retiring, and then they immediately pulled that down off of their page here.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_09]: I personally think it's an open secret, that's Alito and probably Clarence Thomas are gone.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_09]: Is it time to start putting
- 28:32[SPEAKER_09]: people who share more views with conservatism or the actual constitution on the courts.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_09]: Dan and I think it's going to be to Sanus and potentially Ted Cruz there.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_09]: Is that the answer to this?
- 28:46[SPEAKER_09]: Because these fucking weird people that were pulling out of the middle of nowhere, I didn't know who Amy Coney Barrett was.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_09]: I didn't know who Cavanol was.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_09]: I didn't know who any of these fucking people are.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_09]: Is it time to start pulling these other people that are outside of the box?
- 29:00[SPEAKER_09]: um... into the supreme court to make more sensible decisions there's part of the strategy that's that's a long-term strategy uh... i don't they got to start thinking long-term because that they are the muslims the fucking communist they are thinking this is a long game for them to dance point this is going back to the forties you're looking at a hundred years of a long game to get to an end game and that's what we need to start thinking about
- 29:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_05]: And the problem is, especially four years at a time, none of these politicians outside their investment portfolios are thinking long term.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_05]: And so no no executive action, no amendment to the 14th amendment is going to change that.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_05]: And no amount of
- 29:45[SPEAKER_05]: There's going to be lots of speeches, lots of debates, lots of talking points, lots of clickbait, but that's not going to affect anything.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_05]: That's not going to impact anything.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_05]: I think most people have lost trust completely.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_05]: This is just maybe the cherry on top or the icing on the cake with an eventual cherry on top.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_05]: And again,
- 30:02[SPEAKER_05]: This system as it's designed is rotating itself into circling the drain and there's not enough and eventually there's going to be a hard reset.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_05]: That's my opinion.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_05]: I think it's just it's just how the system and the progress of it is going to eventually end up and then that hard reset depending on who is the fittest and its survival is going to rise to the top.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_05]: That's
- 30:30[SPEAKER_09]: But that heart reset is either going to have to come from our own military or some type of revolution here in this country.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_09]: And which one do you think that's going to be?
- 30:40[SPEAKER_05]: It might be a combination of both.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_05]: I've lost all faith with government institutions full of former teammates and peers and guys that are respected that they're just going to go along with the program.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_05]: they have to feed their family and air quotes.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_05]: Some of them won't dissent, but most of them will go along with the program and they'll be explosively bridging your front door.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_05]: They'll be putting you in jail, they'll be including with social media platforms to put you in prison.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_05]: Um, again, it's, it's happened to me, it's happened to you guys.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, it happens to all the conservative, um, personalities who are just talking reasonably about specific things and exercising our constitutional rights that are seemingly right now being fleshed down the shirt.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, and it's, it's, it's becoming more like, you know,
- 31:33[SPEAKER_09]: I hate that I am starting to think like this, but it's almost like this retreat away from the rest of society where either you're moving into a neighborhood with people with your own common beliefs that you can trust to would have your back and be involved in something potentially in the future.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_09]: So these shit birds don't even get into your neighborhoods or communities or schools or whatever.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_09]: or you try to convince everybody at once to run for these positions and get these fucking people out of there, but it's so difficult and it's such an arduous process that I don't know how you do it's overnight.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_09]: This is going to be a long, long, fucking...
- 32:15[SPEAKER_08]: reset if you if you do it that way it's just there's no other way around it well there's something depends on Congress to fix any now you there's something's you can do overnight though the president right now and I it's it's bewildered to me why hasn't taken this step already
- 32:32[SPEAKER_08]: because it is a established law, and there's no question about it.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_08]: The President of the United States controls who comes in and out of the country, the end.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_08]: There's no qualification for that statement.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_09]: So would you just shut it all down now?
- 32:48[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, we're all done.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_08]: 8 USC 1182 Section F. Whenever the president finds that the entry of any alien to any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_08]: He made by proclamation and for such a period is he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens of any or any class of aliens as immigrants, or non-immigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he made deem necessary or appropriate.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_08]: Now, this was challenged at the Supreme Court level, Trump v. Hawaii in 2018, and they agreed that Trump had wide discretion, complete discretion, to direct border patrol and USCIS and the State Department more broadly speaking, to say no to anybody, for any reason, and to impose any restriction on them, to include a fucking pregnancy test.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_08]: Any woman, over the age of 13, that enters this country, as a matter of fact, I would say younger.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_08]: Any woman of any age that could give birth should have to take a pregnancy test before she enters this country.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_08]: And she should be tracked once she gets here on her visa.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_08]: And if she's 30 seconds late to that airport, I think they should be forced to wear an ankle monitor while they're in the country.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_08]: If it comes off, that's a felony, they get fucking put in jail and throw it out of the country.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_08]: And banned forever from coming back.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_08]: And on the day they're supposed to leave, they go over by 30 seconds per minute ban.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_08]: You have to ratchet up everything now.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_08]: You have to ratchet it up.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_08]: That's the only way.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_08]: It's the only way to stop this shit.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_08]: And he is well within his rights to do this.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_08]: As President of the United States, INA-212.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_08]: Immigration Nationality Act, Section 212.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_08]: He also has 42 USC Title 42 as we call it, the Public Health Suspension, right?
- 34:42[SPEAKER_08]: You could say that the pregnancy is a public health concern.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_08]: Easily, nope, can't come in.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_08]: do it right now.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_08]: There's no fucking reason to stop.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know why Trump isn't doing something and set a fucking run in his goddamn mouth and then crying when he doesn't get the result he wants.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_08]: And then what is effectively an unconstitutional manner, he doesn't have the right to create immigration law.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_08]: But he has every right to enforce the law as it already exists.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_08]: Shut it down.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_09]: He could shut the fucking you doing.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_09]: He could shut it down right now.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_08]: His exact quote this morning after this ruling was $250,000 by the way, $250,000 illegal immigrants gave birth in this country in 23, 24 and last year.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_08]: Each that's 750,000 new citizens, they weren't supposed to be here in the fucking first place.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_08]: And he has done nothing to stop that.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_09]: His exact quote this morning was I would like to congratulate President G in the great country of China Under massive birthright citizenship win.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, that's great.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_08]: Don.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_08]: I'm glad you got your little fucking quit then Meanwhile, we're invaded.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_08]: Thanks bud.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_09]: So he fucking you talking about do you think Mike that he should shut this all down tomorrow?
- 35:50[SPEAKER_05]: Completely agree.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_05]: I thought about it.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_05]: I'm like, right now, that's the most effective tactical strategy on the ground because we have the ability to do that.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_05]: And one of the priorities was obviously the league goes down right here that had criminal records because they had criminal history because they committed acts of violence against American citizens.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_05]: Those were the first to go.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_05]: Now it should be around up.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_05]: You're taking them all out because any of these people, the women specifically that are giving birth right now.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_05]: If they have this constitutional right now to give birth to an American citizen, that's obviously the strategy.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, stay tuned for a univision to put all this out there and they're going to get started.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_05]: And that's just not, you know, people a lot of people think Mexico.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_05]: That's not just the Mexican citizenry.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_05]: That's every single country of a legal immigrants that are here.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_05]: The Iranians, the Afghanis, you can go on and on.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_09]: It's the point of entry here.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_09]: So, yeah, if I'm him, I signed an executive order today.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_09]: Five o'clock, live on.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_09]: He doesn't shut it down.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_08]: It sounded executive order.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_08]: He just, he just directs border patrol in the state department to do that.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_08]: There's no executive order required.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_08]: Those things are already the law.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_08]: That is already the law.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_08]: But you're going to stop in flights.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_08]: You don't have, that doesn't require an executive order.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_08]: All he has to say is Secretary of State.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_08]: Let all your all of your agencies know, and let, and then, uh, Homeland Security, Mark Wayne Mullin, let all of your agencies know that nobody who is pregnant is allowed here, and he woman that interests his country is required to take a pregnancy test.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_08]: Right now, nobody can stop him from doing either of those two things.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, I mean, as you're reading this, so I don't think anything's going to happen.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_09]: I really don't.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_09]: All of this is starting to feel like I hate to be fucking black pill today, but Jesus Christ.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_09]: All this is starting to feel depressing.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_08]: Like, I mean, it's not depressing.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_08]: It's like, this is depressing, but what's happened in our country?
- 37:52[SPEAKER_08]: To me, here's what it feels like.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe Mike might have some sympathy with his feeling.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_08]: What it feels like to me is, I just got back from a fucking patrol.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_08]: And I'm getting my gear off head about to eat some fucking food, right?
- 38:04[SPEAKER_08]: And I start hearing mortars go off and like, God fucking dammit.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_08]: We got to go kill some more people.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_08]: That's what it feels like.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_08]: It's not bad.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_08]: Frankly, if you are under the delusion that Muslims and the Chinese Communist Party are going to actively invade this country with the help of our government, and it's not going to go kinetic with the people that live in Appalachia and Texas and Utah, then you're out of your fucking mind, frankly.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_08]: That's just not how we do things here.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_09]: But I thought it would have already happened, Mike.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_09]: I really, I really do.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_08]: There's not, it hasn't happened because the rate gangs haven't started yet, right?
- 38:44[SPEAKER_08]: But this, like, two years, three years after the fact that it took Ireland and Scotland to react to it, it will not take that long here.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_08]: We're already seeing it.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, there's old people shooting fucking Mexicans in their backyard.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_08]: And that's the Mexicans.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_08]: We don't even, we don't even dislike Mexicans.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_08]: We don't like Muslims.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_09]: Right.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_08]: We were fucking hate communist, right?
- 39:04[SPEAKER_08]: So it's like, that shit's not gonna go well.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_08]: It's my point.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, remember, and also remember that this, internally, this has already been happening.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_05]: The issue is that it was contested, and then,
- 39:18[SPEAKER_05]: that is sent was it enough to stop it?
- 39:20[SPEAKER_05]: Now, externally, all the countries are put on notice.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_05]: So every foreign adversary after a legal immigrant who was thinking about coming in is like, now is my time.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_05]: So it's the same thing where Biden opened the borders.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_05]: Internally, it was already happening.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_05]: They're already crossing over.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_05]: Now it's advertised and it's going to be pushed across the globe and they're like, if we get in now, now we have a guarantee.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_05]: Because again, birth, birth, right citizenship was already a thing.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_05]: This is the contesting of it.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_05]: Now it's just basically a massive bullet than more for the globe to say, come on in and give birth because we've just locked down the 14th Amendment and you have rights here.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_09]: President Trump is speaking about it right now.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_09]: I just sent you a clip live from the Oval Office if you want to go and play that.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_09]: Or no, this is from right before here, forgive me.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_09]: This was his post about his discussion regarding birthright citizenship, press play.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_02]: Now we have another one coming up, which is birthright citizenship, and with the only country in the world that has it,
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: You step into our country, and you're all of a sudden a citizen, and you come in a certain way.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_02]: This was not meant for Chinese billionaires to have their children become citizens of our country.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_02]: This was meant, or other rich people, poor people.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_02]: This was meant for the babies of slaves.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_02]: This was signed during right after the civil war.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_08]: You look at the dates, the dates, the loaves.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_02]: Immediately after, this was having to do with the babies of slaves.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_02]: And people have used it, and if this is allowed to stand it will be a disaster economically for our country, and you'll have 25 percent of the people coming into our country coming in through birthright citizenship, and we won't have any control.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_02]: This decision by the Supreme Court is a very big one.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_02]: They'll probably rule against me because they seem to like doing that.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_02]: You know, frankly,
- 41:29[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not happy with some of the decisions.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_02]: Look at N-I-L, look what they've done, look what the courts have done to college sports.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_02]: They're destroying college sports, they're destroying universities.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_02]: But birthright citizens are a big deal.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_02]: And
- 41:45[SPEAKER_02]: Literally, if that's allowed to stand, and again, this was a civil war, this was right after the Civil War, and it has to do with the babies of slaves, it doesn't have to do with the babies of very rich people coming into the country.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_02]: One of them came in with 50 seven children, okay?
- 42:01[SPEAKER_02]: You've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album, you've got an album
- 42:23[SPEAKER_09]: OK, and then the next one is Clarence Thomas here, Luke, talking about this decision that was upcoming.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_09]: This was back from April.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_09]: And it was clear where he was going with this.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_09]: And then press play.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_04]: Stand up and take ownership of our country and take responsible for it.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_04]: We are slowly letting others control how we think and what we think.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_04]: I think the beauty of going to school
- 42:50[SPEAKER_04]: is that you learn how to thank for yourselves.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_04]: You develop the discipline to think things through.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_04]: And if you think it's losing confidence, then you get up and you participate.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_04]: You don't sit on the sidelines.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_04]: You think that the state is being run and inconsistent with how you feel, then you get up and you participate.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_04]: you prepare yourself.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_04]: If you think that the medical profession is not right, when you become a doctor or be a medical person and you deal with that, I think we need to take ownership of our country.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_04]: It's our country.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_09]: And he's correct, and the only way you're going to do that, I, unfortunately, I think is if you put some people there that are outside the box, I really, I really think you got to put if both of those guys are going to retire Thomas and Alito, you got to go with this anus and crews or somebody like that who's.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_09]: literally going to say all right.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_09]: This is just common sense.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_08]: That's that's some part of it.
- 43:51[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, um, but The bigger part, um, Mike alluded to it before and in Clarence Thomas just said it and it's participation Plato famously said in the fourth century BC
- 44:06[SPEAKER_08]: that those who refuse to take part in their own governance are doomed to be ruled by fools.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_08]: And that is the life we're living right now.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_08]: We're ruled by women who are on SSRIs and men who capitulate to them.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_08]: Right, that is the ruling class in this country now.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_08]: I would say that someone people like all of these billionaires who have been closing up to Trump these last few months, let's say 15 months, maybe 18 back into the, if you go all the way back to the inauguration.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_08]: They need to start spending money getting members of Congress elected and local city councils, district attorneys, to put the same thing that George Soros did and that Neville Singham did.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_08]: If you do not do that, if these people with money, because that's one of the levers, one of the primary levers in American politics right now is money.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_08]: And if they don't leverage their capital,
- 45:09[SPEAKER_08]: to secure reasonable people and positions of power, then it doesn't matter what we do, it'll have to go hot at some point.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_08]: That's the only other solution.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_08]: It's either
- 45:21[SPEAKER_08]: twofold, reasonable people decide to run and they get funded by people with of means, right?
- 45:28[SPEAKER_08]: Or we go hot.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_09]: And by the way, it's your, it's your point there.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_09]: One of the other rulings of the Supreme Court did this morning that was kind of glossed over because they were just concentrating on this.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_09]: Was that they did rule that there is no cap on spending for federal elections and elections and all that other shit's right now.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_09]: Side money and everything else.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_09]: So if you're gonna rule like that,
- 45:50[SPEAKER_09]: Elon Musk said he was going to get involved and spend way more than George Soros.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_09]: That's really shot at this point.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_09]: So you get these fucking people in there.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_08]: It also requires people that actually have power, like Trump, to stop being fucking morons, right?
- 46:08[SPEAKER_08]: To stop nominating people like Amy Cooney Barrett, to stop nominating people like Pam Bondi.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_08]: Why?
- 46:16[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_08]: Either of those people in any way involved in our government, at any point.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_08]: You can tell, you can tell who she was.
- 46:26[SPEAKER_08]: The big question that the left had, ironically, was would her Catholicism inform her decisions on the bench.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe not the tenants of Catholicism itself, but her papacy, our papist nature, her papus nature, which is to say globalist nature.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_08]: The fact that she looked over all the fucking America and decided to adopt two kids from a foreign fucking country and set a help her own country should have told you everything you need to know about that woman.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_08]: She is a globalist.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_08]: She is participating in the invasion of the United States.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_08]: And no point could she have ever been trusted.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_08]: And how do I know Mike Pence is the person that recommended her?
- 47:05[SPEAKER_09]: And by the way, four women today, we're part of this five four decision here.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_08]: It was technically six three.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_08]: Cavanott,
- 47:14[SPEAKER_08]: But it's five for, because Cabudad disagreed that it was constitutional.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_08]: He said that there was federal law in place that made it legal at this point, which is a completely separate issue.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_08]: But yeah, I mean, technically the people that decided were the four women.
- 47:28[SPEAKER_09]: Now Mike, Matt Walls is saying, this is the worst Supreme Court justices of all time, and they've all been women.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_09]: Is that something that you agree with?
- 47:37[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, the proof is in the testament of the rulings that have happened.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_05]: in recent history, I mean, look, I guess we just got to call it what it is, and when you look at diversity and what it's done to our country, obviously it's called's cause significant issues, and there's a lot of trains talking about this and I'm on the bandwagon, and it starts at home and duties and responsibilities, and I'll touch on something that Dan said,
- 48:08[SPEAKER_05]: about the states that have been decentralized, the communities that have been decentralized, and how does this affect you federal government affecting your daily life in routines?
- 48:22[SPEAKER_05]: Well, it really does fill that way if I can disinfect you.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_05]: But it does, but also it's like, what are you doing in your own backyard?
- 48:30[SPEAKER_05]: I live in a town in Hebrew City, you talk of less than 20,000 people, and nobody's involved in politics, a very small percentage of people are voting.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, our local sheriff election have like a couple hundred people voting.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_05]: between two men that ticked one and it's going to the general election and there will be a couple thousand a very small percentage of the overall community is voting.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_05]: And so how are you locking it down?
- 48:59[SPEAKER_05]: I mean starting your home, right?
- 49:02[SPEAKER_05]: Starting your backyard and your community, your neighborhood,
- 49:05[SPEAKER_05]: and be involved in the governance of your own town.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_05]: The city council and the radicals that are running in are running your community in the dirt and you don't even know it because you're more concerned about the next series on Netflix.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_05]: And so you have to get involved or it's going to affect you because they're going to put a highway
- 49:24[SPEAKER_05]: through your family-own farm next year, if you're not paying attention, and we are very reactive.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_05]: We always wait until last moments to set a precedence in our lives that these things are a priority, because we're so complacent.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_05]: We're so distracted by all this bullshit.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_05]: by the U.S.C.U.C.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_05]: fight, and for the White House, I loved it.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_05]: It was awesome, but we have all these distractions on purpose to distract you from the real work that's being done on the back end to destroy your American way of life.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I mean, as you look at it, and we're supposed to be, again, celebrating this country for 250 years of freedom and all this other shits, meanwhile, more and more freedoms just keep getting taken away from us.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_09]: And yeah, there's a ton of distractions out there regarding this.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_09]: Mike Johnson went live a second ago.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_09]: What did he say about this, Roy?
- 50:22[SPEAKER_03]: Well,
- 50:24[SPEAKER_03]: I need to read the opinion, okay, but obviously that's, I mean, you could say that's a textualist originalist view.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_03]: However, I do think that this has been grossly abused in recent years, okay?
- 50:39[SPEAKER_03]: And that is the case that was being made by the plaintiffs in the case, and we're very sympathetic to that because it is a serious problem.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_03]: We have, we have, you
- 50:50[SPEAKER_03]: It's become a tourism, birthing tourism, they call it, you know, a trend, where people will just come and you just come on to the soil and have your child and then they're able to avail themselves of the welfare state and everything else.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_03]: It's been abused.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_03]: It's one of those things that was intended to serve a noble, important purpose and has been thwarted and overused and abused.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_03]: And so I'm sure that we'll continue to look at that.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I'm sure the conclusion from this opinion is going to be that you're going to have a
- 51:19[SPEAKER_03]: You've got to amend the Constitution to fix that.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_03]: As we all know, it's a big challenge to amend the Constitution.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_03]: It's only happened 27 times in our whole nation's history.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_03]: And the reason is, because you've got to have two-thirds of the both chambers of Congress and three-fourths of the states to ratify, it's usually, you know, at least a many years long process and very complicated.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_03]: We'll see.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_03]: I'm sure there's going to be lots of discussion about that.
- 51:41[SPEAKER_03]: I was very disappointed in that outcome.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_03]: I think it subjects the country to serious challenges going forward and we'll have to do with it as a common.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, and when I hear this man again, I'll go back to what you said.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_09]: The only way to stop this is just shut it all down right now.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_09]: Nobody entering in and out of the country, you're probably going to have to wait till World Cup is over, obviously, because most of these people are here.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_09]: from all over the world, but that's the only way to stop this, and it's just going to keep getting worse and worse and worse and worse and worse and worse and worse.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_09]: And we can talk about the fun memes and the fun tweets and the Instagram posts and all that other shit, but Trump could do this this afternoon, like you said, and he's not going to.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_09]: Now, again, Mike, you were talking about distractions earlier with the U.S.
- 52:29[SPEAKER_09]: Well, as these distractions are going on, you're also missing out on these elections that are happening behind the scenes.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_09]: And that's where all these fucking people are getting voted in.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_09]: And you have this one in Denver tonight, that just now overshadowed.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_09]: So it's like, oh, hey, look at this shiny thing over here.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_09]: By the way, there's an election tonight.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_09]: You're gonna lose another fucking seat and Congress to a socialist in Denver.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_09]: If this goes down tonight, you're looking at New York, Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, there's a laundry list of people who are socialists now.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_09]: I'm assuming this will extend into Austin and Houston and all these other blue cities after this going forward, but this movement is here.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_09]: One of the questions that's been debated on this show for the last couple of weeks is who
- 53:22[SPEAKER_05]: It likely is going to be a socialist, I mean, when you're talking about these politicians who are taking over my opinion, is let those cities fucking burn to the ground.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_05]: Let them get what they're due because we know what's happening in Seattle and Portland in all these places, they're just destroying themselves within side.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_05]: And so I'm down with that.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_05]: Like let that happen.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_05]: I think states got to be smarter about
- 53:47[SPEAKER_05]: setting parameters, stating what they're going to be, reinforcing that with legislative positions and locking their shit down.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_05]: You might see a decentralized United States of America where you have to do a, you have to get permission to do a border crossing from California or from Nevada into California, which might be, you know, how this naturally evolves.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, a land weighing
- 54:17[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, how many other foreign adversaries look at this and they go, look, the doors are wide open.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_05]: We can infiltrate this in any way we want.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_05]: And they're being very creative at doing so, because again, like you said, nobody's paying attention.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_05]: And so, where this is going to happen, let it happen.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_05]: It's the natural evolution of things, because we're not doing anything about it.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody's doing anything about it.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_05]: But if you are in a good state, stay in a good state,
- 54:44[SPEAKER_05]: stand up to get get off the bench and do something about it and lock that shit down because that's how you're going to sustain your way of living in this American culture for the future.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_05]: Other places in this country are just going to burn to the ground.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_09]: But is that the right thing where, all right, New York?
- 55:02[SPEAKER_09]: Burn to the ground.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_09]: Atlanta, Burn to the ground.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_09]: Chicago, Burn to the ground.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_09]: Denver, Burn to the ground.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_09]: San Francisco, Burn to the ground.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_09]: Los Angeles, Burn to the ground.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_09]: And then these people just move.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_09]: The rest of them just move to another state and then fuck up that state.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_09]: We saw it happen in Texas.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_08]: Well, that's the thing that people in red states have to stop.
- 55:23[SPEAKER_08]: They like leadership that like in Missouri, which is pretty good.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_08]: Like in Texas, which is pretty good, et cetera.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_08]: Has to require that you can't do certain things, right?
- 55:42[SPEAKER_08]: The states are the ones who decide how voting goes.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_08]: We're finding that out right now, because you can send out as many balances you want.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_08]: All of these red states, if they want to be fucking serious about this problem, then they have to reduce the amount of people allowed to vote.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_08]: That's it.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_09]: But do you think a red state like Georgia?
- 56:02[SPEAKER_09]: We're not a red state.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_09]: Public, it used to be a tiny more how to have a public in government.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_08]: It hasn't been for a long time.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_08]: That Republican governor was his Republican as the people that made this fucking decision.
- 56:11[SPEAKER_09]: I agree, but God damn dude, you're losing these states one by one and it's shocking to see it to be honest with you.
- 56:23[SPEAKER_09]: Boy, I just, it's hard to look at anything today and take, take something positive out of it.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_09]: Is there something, is there one positive thing you take out of today's decision, Mike?
- 56:36[SPEAKER_05]: No, nothing.
- 56:38[SPEAKER_05]: I got nothing.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_05]: Well, here, behaviorally, if people are listening to this, and they're seeking the positive, it's just reinforcing that you need to be self-reliant and get your shit together.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_05]: And that's first, in my opinion, with God and family and your own backyard.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_05]: So, that,
- 56:55[SPEAKER_05]: That's anything that's positive.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_05]: It's just reinforcing what you guys have been talking about for years.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_05]: What I've been talking about for years is just don't depend on the and biblical core that many illegals and shitty Americans are depending on because that's how they're taking over and taking control.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_05]: That's the socialist value metric.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_05]: It's just dependency on a system that's going to butt fuck you in the end.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, and also, I mean, you got to fight back and push back at some point, but I feel like once these people get in,
- 57:26[SPEAKER_09]: It is just a fucking brainwashed to like, all right, well, how do I stay in?
- 57:30[SPEAKER_09]: How do I make the most money at a stocks and everything else?
- 57:33[SPEAKER_09]: It was a guy you and I slammed on yesterday's show, Doug Collins.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_09]: That fucking dude with the VA, right?
- 57:39[SPEAKER_09]: Now, another podcast, I'm subscribed, how do I'm on yesterday and then we're saying how great he's doing with the VA and I'm on all the other ships.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_09]: But you have a guy on that show who's going to be in Congress and he's a friend of ours.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_09]: So yeah, they're not going to talk shit against that guy.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_09]: you got to start standing up against people inside your own fucking party to say hey guys we got to get shit done or figure this the fuck out or you get out of here and right now you got Tom tell us in the rest of these guys they're retiring
- 58:10[SPEAKER_09]: they have nothing to do with anything that's fucking going on right now if they're just standing in the way until they're out of there in January that's why these midterms matter that's why the house matters and all this other shit because eventually yes you you do have to vote on this and i i forget but with my johnson earlier said this it's a year's years to fucking figure out this legal shit is not overnight man yeah what i can do though is overnight
- 58:36[SPEAKER_09]: So, he could fucking do something certainly, and other than writing a fucking funny tweet today.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_09]: That doesn't fucking happen.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_08]: No, but in the meantime, I would prepare myself.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_08]: We just so happen to have a prepared this expert on the show today.
- 58:50[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, Mike, how do you prepare yourself?
- 58:54[SPEAKER_09]: Let's say there is a fucking revolution or an apocalypse, or just an invasion in the
- 59:05[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I think the first thing you do is we just thinking outside the box of little is see who the players are and have conversations with them in your own hometown.
- 59:15[SPEAKER_05]: Remember, the town you're in has municipalities and ordinances and they're doing things in the back end that involved development and, you know,
- 59:26[SPEAKER_05]: creating regulations in your own backyard.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_05]: But they're probably not thinking about the slew of invaders that are setting up shop in commercial segments of your own hometown.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I have a lot of the legalists that live in this town who have an underground
- 59:43[SPEAKER_05]: network.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_05]: I know because I walked around town and I found their underground network.
- 59:47[SPEAKER_05]: I found an underground kitchen that was completely ran by illegals feeding most of the labors in this area.
- 59:54[SPEAKER_05]: And that's typically the framework.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_05]: It's labors.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_05]: And so if you don't know who the players are, you're not having conversations with them and you're not understanding their priorities,
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_05]: you're not doing what you should do in your own backyard is solidify the future for your family.
- 1:00:11[SPEAKER_05]: Your kids are going to have families and if you can't do that then you're just allowing it to be done and unwound and before you know it you're your small town of Hebrew City becomes Park City which is becoming that's ran by California's which looks like more like San Francisco.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_05]: and it's destroying our whole community.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_05]: So get involved in local politics, understand the key players, and the preparedness stuff is technical, but there's a whole bunch of things that you could do obviously.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_05]: Would you ever consider running, Mike?
- 1:00:44[SPEAKER_05]: Never.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_05]: But I have more important priorities and it's like what you guys are doing.
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, we all have our roles and it's the train, the trainer concept.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not training support and it's, I'm training people to be leaders.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_05]: I'm guiding them, I'm giving them advice to motivate them to get off the grass.
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_05]: And that's more,
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_05]: significant and networking this and building this thing out, then just me sitting my ass at an office and down town and he's proceeding.
- 1:01:16[SPEAKER_09]: Okay, yeah, because I mean, you look at what's happening and it's the only way to change it.
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_09]: Now obviously we can host a show and talk about it and get people to vote and all that other stuff.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_09]: But at the end of the day, we've got to get more of us in positions of power here and I
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_09]: Well, I mean, that's a part-time gig.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_09]: Things to do podcast every day, I do what a fuck you want.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_09]: You've lived here for how long, Bill Sappho?
- 1:01:44[SPEAKER_09]: They call him, do nothing, Sappho.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_07]: Well, he doesn't really have a job.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, he's set it out, right?
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_07]: But he doesn't really do anything.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_07]: Like, it's the city council who does everything.
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_07]: And he's just kind of a mascot.
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_07]: He's also a hundred millionaires.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_07]: So,
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_07]: Is he really?
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_07]: Because it's all blue.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_09]: So the city council's blue.
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_09]: Is that the most important positions that you could possibly take here, Dan?
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_09]: City council, I guess?
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_09]: No.
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_08]: If you're going locally.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, the state legislatures are the most powerful people in America, right?
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_08]: As far as politicians go, um, if you're able to capture a state legislature, you can do all sorts of wild shit.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_06]: Really?
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_08]: The local ordinances are almost always into some, so there's a state supremacy clause, just like there's a federal supremacy clause, right?
- 1:02:31[SPEAKER_08]: You've, you've passed a local ordinance that butts up against a state law.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_08]: Usually the state law wins.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_08]: Same thing with, um,
- 1:02:38[SPEAKER_08]: the supremacy clause in the Constitution, right?
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_08]: This is the Supreme Law of the Land.
- 1:02:43[SPEAKER_08]: And anything in the states, if they make a law that goes against the Constitution, obviously, the states are going to lose.
- 1:02:49[SPEAKER_08]: Same thing with local state legislatures.
- 1:02:51[SPEAKER_08]: Sheriff's departments, if you're getting into law enforcement, are very important and becoming district attorneys.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_08]: Knowing who's wrong for DA in your fucking area, supporting who's good and going the fuck off on people like Garza and Austin is really fucking important because there's a reason that George Soros spent $2 billion on $280 justices.
- 1:03:19[SPEAKER_08]: Judges, excuse me, judges and district attorneys across the
- 1:03:27[SPEAKER_08]: When you see your enemy doing something, you kinda know what their strategy is.
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_09]: Right?
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 1:03:35[SPEAKER_09]: Do you guys want me to come in the mayor of Olmixen?
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_09]: She's doing it.
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_09]: Do it.
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_09]: It's a fucking part-time gig.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I like...
- 1:03:43[SPEAKER_07]: Listen, it earns $26,000.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_07]: It does, isn't it?
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_07]: Hey, do you know what?
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_09]: Do you know how many votes win, by the way?
- 1:03:49[SPEAKER_09]: 12,000.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_09]: Damn.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_09]: It's all you need.
- 1:03:52[SPEAKER_09]: You can be fucking mayor of this country.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_07]: Look at the threat.
- 1:03:54[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, vote.
- 1:03:55[SPEAKER_07]: How long has Bill Safa been mayor?
- 1:03:57[SPEAKER_09]: For us?
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_09]: Like, it's crazy.
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_09]: Forever.
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_09]: But, you know, you look at towns and all this other shit.
- 1:04:03[SPEAKER_09]: Use of downtown was pretty bad after dark.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know if that's true or not.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_09]: But, you know, you start looking at all this shit and you're like, fuck.
- 1:04:13[SPEAKER_09]: maybe you just get in the system and fucking change it and that feels like the only way anymore.
- 1:04:17[SPEAKER_09]: It really does.
- 1:04:18[SPEAKER_09]: I hate to be a fucking downer today, by the way.
- 1:04:20[SPEAKER_09]: This is just fucking sucks.
- 1:04:23[SPEAKER_09]: I'm just sick of seeing these fucking people on every goddamn network, new station, taking over office, all of it.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_09]: I watch that movie, Citizen Visual Antimike.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_09]: We put it up for free on our Patreon, and drink a Bros. Podcast Patreon.
- 1:04:38[SPEAKER_09]: And you wonder if that's actually just going to happen one day.
- 1:04:41[SPEAKER_08]: Well, looking forward to when it's a documentary.
- 1:04:44[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, it feels like it's predicted.
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_08]: It's funny because Liam Neeson put out a movie called Taken.
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_08]: You really put it up.
- 1:04:52[SPEAKER_08]: Where he goes out and starts hammering Albanians who are running a sex trafficking ring.
- 1:04:59[SPEAKER_08]: What were those Albanians looking like?
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_08]: Remember, yeah, they weren't fucking white Christians.
- 1:05:05[SPEAKER_08]: No, they were Albanian Muslims.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_08]: They murdered them all.
- 1:05:08[SPEAKER_08]: And nobody had anything to say that way.
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_08]: When he went to the fucking point of sale, it was Arab shakes there and he killed them all, right?
- 1:05:16[SPEAKER_08]: But because it was Rob fucking Roy, nobody cared.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_08]: When it's Army Hammer, all of a sudden, it's racist.
- 1:05:21[SPEAKER_08]: You know what I mean?
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_08]: Well, look, Islam isn't a race.
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, it's a revolutionary political ideology that's been at war with America since it's deception and it war with the West since the inception of Islam itself, fuck those people.
- 1:05:34[SPEAKER_09]: It's a race to kill Americans and whites and then spread the religion here, I mean that's, and they're, by the way, they're winning that race, I hate to tell you, watching that footage from Dearborn Michigan and all that shit yesterday, it's not, man, it's absolutely not.
- 1:05:52[SPEAKER_09]: Who's in control of all of this and why they want it to happen?
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_09]: If this is quote unquote, the greatest country there is on the planet, why would you want to destroy this?
- 1:06:04[SPEAKER_05]: What's their deep rooted ideology?
- 1:06:06[SPEAKER_05]: It's what they grew up with and academic experiences in university.
- 1:06:12[SPEAKER_05]: It's how they were raised.
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_05]: Soros, for example, AOC, for example, Kamala Harris, her dad, for example.
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, these people are ideologues and they believe at the core that this is how a successful government or institution
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_05]: they ignore history, obviously.
- 1:06:36[SPEAKER_05]: But it's deeply embedded in them.
- 1:06:40[SPEAKER_05]: And so they look at everything on the surface that's good in America as the back to the rest of the world, and they want to change it.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_05]: And really it's, look, like you take a sorrows, and they talked about looking at their strategy and their tactics to learn from the enemy,
- 1:06:58[SPEAKER_05]: They've been doing this for forever.
- 1:07:01[SPEAKER_05]: It's the one way they seek power.
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_05]: They started out with Hollywood, had the most power and popular culture, the most influence and made trillions of dollars to finance the action arms that are implementing it today.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_05]: And so, you know, it's like commanders, subordinates, and troops in the field.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_05]: that's what's happening and we are seeing it being executed flawlessly at the same time we're infighting focusing more on memes and ill or through social posts or tweets than actually getting it done.
- 1:07:37[SPEAKER_05]: I've always asked a question like I talk to all these venture capitalists and all these people with a lot of money.
- 1:07:41[SPEAKER_05]: Why are they doing anything about it?
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_05]: Because they're sitting in a lawn chair at their beach house in Maui, not giving too shits about the country
- 1:07:51[SPEAKER_05]: And maybe that's a conservative mindset when you make it big.
- 1:07:55[SPEAKER_05]: It's just insulate, take care of your family, take care of yourself, forgetting the picture.
- 1:08:01[SPEAKER_05]: I'll tell you what, those radicals and the left have never forgotten the big picture.
- 1:08:06[SPEAKER_05]: Like, there's a lot of people who are focused on the tactics in the day-to-day, and there are people like you said in the beginning who are focused on the long term and the long play, because they're looking at this as a marathon.
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_05]: And they have the endurance to win.
- 1:08:19[SPEAKER_05]: It's culturally ingrained too.
- 1:08:20[SPEAKER_05]: They're teaching their kids and their kids are teaching their kids while we're fucking off Focus more on you see fights in the warehouse, which again, I love that fight, but I mean that's our core belief It's like all America patriotism, but it's not getting embedded in government.
- 1:08:35[SPEAKER_05]: It's not doing the hard work that's required It's not playing the long game because we're so incentivized by the dopamine in the short
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, and if you look at this anniversary, we got coming up here, because we're celebrating 250.
- 1:08:50[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, is there a point at which, you know, all you've talked about this for years in the show that all these countries end up changing, getting overtaken, or something else like that?
- 1:09:00[SPEAKER_09]: Do you think there's any shot America or not become America anymore?
- 1:09:05[SPEAKER_08]: No.
- 1:09:07[SPEAKER_08]: Now, there's too many, I mean, it would take generations, so I can't speak to what might happen 50 years from now, but there's somewhere between 750,000 and a million former infantrymen, whether they be special operators, legs, airborne infantry, or tier one operators, running around out there, that are fucking, you know, we've found meaning in our ordinary lives.
- 1:09:35[SPEAKER_08]: But you come threaten that, and we'll kill you all.
- 1:09:40[SPEAKER_08]: Frankly, I'm not going to sugarcoat it.
- 1:09:42[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's the way it is.
- 1:09:44[SPEAKER_09]: I'm just surprised it hasn't gotten there yet.
- 1:09:46[SPEAKER_08]: It's not even close to getting there yet.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_08]: You don't get it?
- 1:09:50[SPEAKER_08]: No, this stuff is still getting it, getting it juticated.
- 1:09:52[SPEAKER_08]: They're still the potential that Congress can act and do something.
- 1:09:55[SPEAKER_08]: The president can still act and do something.
- 1:09:57[SPEAKER_08]: There's so many different levers.
- 1:09:58[SPEAKER_08]: This is the thing about it.
- 1:10:00[SPEAKER_08]: Our system of government
- 1:10:04[SPEAKER_08]: friction based by design to keep wild pendulum slings in government from happening because the destabilizes the country.
- 1:10:10[SPEAKER_08]: And we knew that.
- 1:10:10[SPEAKER_08]: We knew it in 1789.
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_08]: We passed the Constitution, the fucking first place.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_08]: We did it all on purpose.
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_08]: And people that are capable of violence typically see it as the last resort.
- 1:10:23[SPEAKER_08]: And so long as the wheels are turning, and people are still trying to fix things, even if they're doing it in an incompetent way, and there's bad actors involved.
- 1:10:33[SPEAKER_08]: right until it's obvious that there's no other solution.
- 1:10:37[SPEAKER_08]: But once it is obvious, there's no other solution.
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_08]: It'll be what kind of American are you.
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_09]: But you look at Democrats.
- 1:10:46[SPEAKER_09]: You've taken three shots, Trump, and everything else.
- 1:10:48[SPEAKER_09]: We haven't seen really any violence from the right at all.
- 1:10:51[SPEAKER_09]: Which is shocking.
- 1:10:52[SPEAKER_08]: Why is that shocking?
- 1:10:53[SPEAKER_09]: Because that would be the party that would do it.
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_09]: No, that's actually capable.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_08]: That's the party that's capable, as I said.
- 1:10:58[SPEAKER_08]: Capable.
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_08]: People that are capable will violence keep that in their pocket until it's time to use it.
- 1:11:03[SPEAKER_08]: people that are incapable of violence have to get the jump on you.
- 1:11:06[SPEAKER_08]: They have to do violence before you're ready.
- 1:11:08[SPEAKER_08]: Actions faster, the reaction.
- 1:11:10[SPEAKER_08]: They have to act before you can think, otherwise they have no shot.
- 1:11:14[SPEAKER_08]: That's why they take the pot shots.
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_08]: That's who they are.
- 1:11:19[SPEAKER_08]: When we show up, it will be in force.
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_09]: OK.
- 1:11:26[SPEAKER_09]: Uh, Mike for you, and I'm watching you and you got the same sad faces I have today here.
- 1:11:32[SPEAKER_09]: Uh, what do you tell your kids and all that other shit about what's going on there?
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_05]: I keep them insulated from all of it.
- 1:11:41[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I have politics, from, yeah, from ages one to six.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, they're more concerned with blippy.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_05]: Same.
- 1:11:49[SPEAKER_09]: I don't tell my kids either.
- 1:11:50[SPEAKER_09]: There just happens to me a lot of people who do talk to their kids about.
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, well, my son is four days old now.
- 1:11:58[SPEAKER_08]: And I've only been talking about this today.
- 1:12:00[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, smart.
- 1:12:01[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, listen, motherfucker.
- 1:12:03[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, shaking him.
- 1:12:03[SPEAKER_08]: You gotta fucking get ready.
- 1:12:05[SPEAKER_08]: You were born here four days ago, all right?
- 1:12:07[SPEAKER_07]: You're fucking giving him his first handgun already?
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that on the way out.
- 1:12:13[SPEAKER_08]: Like, I high-fived him when he was coming out and handed him a fucking block.
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:12:18[SPEAKER_09]: Now, but the reason I asked Mike is like, did my wife pass me today, and I was just like, walking out of the house, he's like, seem gonna out of it today, and I was like, man, I just, I can't, I'm just stunned at what's going on in this country.
- 1:12:28[SPEAKER_09]: Like, Jenny, when he's stunned.
- 1:12:31[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's obviously shocking and there's a, there's a lot of things that we could focus to attention on, in our own families, um, look, I think just at the root of it, um, a lot of people are unhealthy and well, and even what's going on in politics, um, is, is distracting a lot of,
- 1:12:51[SPEAKER_05]: reason will men are diverting their attention and taking it away from building strong families.
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_05]: You talk about a counter effective strategy in order to counter this on the how about
- 1:13:06[SPEAKER_05]: You have kids.
- 1:13:08[SPEAKER_05]: How about you build a family that's worthwhile that understands through character and value proposition, the right things like like we grew up in the military with like loyalty, duty, selfless service, and mean it.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_05]: That's the best way to count it.
- 1:13:23[SPEAKER_05]: But again, we're the loneliest society in history with
- 1:13:27[SPEAKER_05]: the most prescription of SSRIs, and we're more focused on Netflix, and in our IG stories that we are building our own relationships with our family, having children and countering what other cultures have always routinely done.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_05]: If you're looking at something that you could do,
- 1:13:48[SPEAKER_05]: rebuild your home, unfuck yourself, get healthy and well, meet an amazing human being and have lots of fucking kids.
- 1:13:58[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, but I look at what would happen right before this ruling happened this morning, the title nine ban on trans and sports.
- 1:14:07[SPEAKER_09]: That's correct.
- 1:14:08[SPEAKER_09]: That's common sense.
- 1:14:08[SPEAKER_08]: Well, they didn't ban trans and sports.
- 1:14:10[SPEAKER_08]: They just said that states have the right to do it, which is the correct constitutional decision, by the way.
- 1:14:14[SPEAKER_08]: Fox News was often not just like
- 1:14:18[SPEAKER_08]: a lot of people were with the rovy way thing back in the day.
- 1:14:20[SPEAKER_08]: Fox News was up in arms like, oh, I mean, still they could still buy my blots, they could still find it's definitely going to do it.
- 1:14:26[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, 100% yeah.
- 1:14:27[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 1:14:28[SPEAKER_08]: And people can sue the state and we'll see how it goes in court.
- 1:14:31[SPEAKER_08]: Um, they have that right now because of the Supreme Court.
- 1:14:34[SPEAKER_08]: But that was absolutely the right decision.
- 1:14:36[SPEAKER_08]: The Supreme Court's job is not to write laws.
- 1:14:40[SPEAKER_08]: That's it.
- 1:14:41[SPEAKER_08]: Their job is to determine whether something is constitute or is not constitutional.
- 1:14:45[SPEAKER_08]: And there's test for it.
- 1:14:47[SPEAKER_08]: Does this violate the Constitution?
- 1:14:48[SPEAKER_08]: Is this being adjudicated at the right level by the right parties?
- 1:14:51[SPEAKER_08]: It's centered.
- 1:14:51[SPEAKER_08]: You have standing to address it.
- 1:14:53[SPEAKER_08]: All this stuff.
- 1:14:55[SPEAKER_08]: The individual to state who's daughters getting fucking hammered by some dude in a wig has the right to address it.
- 1:15:01[SPEAKER_08]: 100%.
- 1:15:02[SPEAKER_08]: The state, though, has rights as well.
- 1:15:04[SPEAKER_08]: And I don't mean the state has rights over people.
- 1:15:08[SPEAKER_08]: I mean the state has rights before the federal government does.
- 1:15:11[SPEAKER_08]: If it's not specifically a numerator in the constitution.
- 1:15:14[SPEAKER_08]: That goes back to the state and they have to decide, right?
- 1:15:18[SPEAKER_08]: That's why guns get decided at the federal level.
- 1:15:20[SPEAKER_08]: Any gun law at the state levels on constitutional.
- 1:15:23[SPEAKER_08]: Every single one of them, there is not one state level gun law that is constitutional in any meaningful sense, not one, right?
- 1:15:30[SPEAKER_08]: But when it comes to abortion, that's a state issue.
- 1:15:34[SPEAKER_08]: The abortion existed in 1789 when the Constitution was written.
- 1:15:38[SPEAKER_08]: They could have fucking addressed it if they had wanted to.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_08]: They didn't.
- 1:15:41[SPEAKER_08]: They chose not to, right?
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_08]: That is our system of government.
- 1:15:43[SPEAKER_08]: If you want it to be the law of the land everywhere, get a constitutional minute passes.
- 1:15:47[SPEAKER_08]: Matter of fact, I think you probably could.
- 1:15:49[SPEAKER_09]: But by the way, one of the cases is Supreme Court to said they were going to take up today.
- 1:15:54[SPEAKER_09]: They announced Tuesday that it will decide whether cities and states may ban people from owning AR-15 rifles.
- 1:15:59[SPEAKER_09]: and similar semi-automatic weapons.
- 1:16:03[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 1:16:03[SPEAKER_09]: Taking up a made so that that went under the radar here today.
- 1:16:07[SPEAKER_08]: A little bit I mean I think that was a bit of an olive branch because they just fucked America right now and they're trying to keep armed white people under control.
- 1:16:14[SPEAKER_08]: I'll tell you I don't give a fuck what anybody says.
- 1:16:21[SPEAKER_08]: about what guns I can and can make no fucking mistake about that.
- 1:16:24[SPEAKER_09]: It says 10 states have bands in place.
- 1:16:26[SPEAKER_08]: That's right.
- 1:16:27[SPEAKER_08]: I don't give a fuck with the Supreme Court says about this issue.
- 1:16:30[SPEAKER_08]: I don't care.
- 1:16:31[SPEAKER_08]: I'll own whatever weapons I want and if someone's got a problem with that, they can come get what's coming to them.
- 1:16:37[SPEAKER_08]: That's the end of that fucking conversation.
- 1:16:41[SPEAKER_09]: Mike, where are you at today?
- 1:16:42[SPEAKER_09]: What are you working on right now?
- 1:16:45[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm watching the long loss of black company where we're just doing a whole product line of a whole bunch of cool shit on got a new 60 liter bag that's coming out.
- 1:16:55[SPEAKER_05]: I call it Fatibag.
- 1:16:57[SPEAKER_05]: In the military, me and Dan used to use a deployment bag that was common for offensive deployment, rotation, exercises, operations, but this is for disaster, a disaster bag.
- 1:17:11[SPEAKER_05]: I'm dealing with wildfires in my own backyard, doing some education on my platform because a lot of people don't know what to fuck to do and they're scared shitless.
- 1:17:19[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm just trying to offer some solutions.
- 1:17:21[SPEAKER_05]: And it's not that complicated.
- 1:17:23[SPEAKER_05]: It's really getting back to the basics of things.
- 1:17:26[SPEAKER_05]: Shit that I learned is a 17 year old infantryman.
- 1:17:29[SPEAKER_05]: And then a translating that for civilians who are, you know, scared.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_05]: Awesome, man.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_05]: And where can everybody find you?

- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_05]: We're doing a seminar July 7th in Calisville, Montana from noon to one.
- 1:18:19[SPEAKER_05]: There's a lot of bro vets, a lot who are awesome and a lot who fucking suck.
- 1:18:25[SPEAKER_05]: And he's not one of them, I take cues from him because he's a more reasonable person than me.
- 1:18:30[SPEAKER_05]: I'm the extreme side of his friend group, but I like that balance.
- 1:18:35[SPEAKER_05]: And so I'll give it to Andy Stump, a good friend of mine, and somebody who helped me profoundly.
- 1:18:40[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, the book's name is Drown Proof there.
