  to

• 2:10
  You've
• 2:11
  shared
• 2:11
  before
• 2:12
  how
• 2:12
  foundational
• 2:14
  this

• 2:26
  This
• 2:26
  Hammer
• 2:27
  series.
• 2:27
  And
• 2:27
  here
• 2:27
  we
• 2:27
  are
• 2:27
  talking
• 2:27
  about
• 2:28
  a
• 2:28
  specific
• 2:28
  episode.
• 2:29
  I'm
• 2:29
  really,
• 2:29
  really
• 2:30
  excited
• 2:30
  about
• 2:30
  that.
• 2:31
  So
• 2:31
  we,
• 2:31
  we
• 2:32
  just
• 2:32
  left.
• 2:34
  We,
• 2:35
  we
• 2:35
  just,
• 2:35
  we
• 2:36
  just
• 2:36
  left
• 2:36
  the
• 2:36
  Drive
• 2:36
  in.
• 2:37
  What's
• 2:38
  your
• 2:38
  reaction?
• 2:38
  What's
• 2:39
  your
• 2:39
  reaction
• 2:39
  to
• 2:40
  what
• 2:40
  you
• 2:40
  just
• 2:40
  saw?
• 2:41
  Oh,
• 2:41
  this
• 2:41
  is
• 2:42
  just
• 2:42
  such
• 2:42
  a
• 2:42
  great
• 2:43
  episode
• 2:44
  of
• 2:44
  television.
• 2:45
  It's
• 2:45
  a
• 2:45
  great
• 2:46
  Batman
• 2:46
  story.
• 2:47
  It's
• 2:48
  relentlessly
• 2:49
  fun
• 2:49
  and
• 2:49
  entertaining.
• 2:50
  It
• 2:50
  perfectly
• 2:51
  encapsulates
• 2:51
  what
• 2:52
  makes
• 2:52
  these
• 2:53
  versions
• 2:53
  of
• 2:53
  the
• 2:53
  characters
• 2:54
  so
• 2:54
  iconic.
• 2:55
  A
• 2:56
  lot
• 2:56
  of
• 2:56
  it
• 2:56
  that
• 2:56
  has
• 2:56
  to
• 2:57
  do
• 2:57
  with
• 2:57
  the
• 2:57
  voice
• 2:58
  talents
• 2:58
  of
• 2:59
  Kevin
• 2:59
  Conroy
• 3:00
  and
• 3:00
  Mark
• 3:00
  Hamill,
• 3:00
  which
• 3:01
  are
• 3:01
  at
• 3:01
  an
• 3:01
  all
• 3:01
  time
• 3:02
  high
• 3:02
  here.
• 3:03
  And
• 3:04
  then
• 3:04
  the
• 3:04
  animation
• 3:05
  is
• 3:05
  spectacular.
• 3:06
  But
• 3:06
  yeah,
• 3:06
  as
• 3:07
  I.
• 3:07
  This
• 3:07
  is
• 3:07
  a
• 3:09
  annual
• 3:10
  Christmas
• 3:11
  tradition
• 3:11
  for
• 3:11
  me,
• 3:12
  watching
• 3:12
  this
• 3:12
  episode
• 3:13
  right
• 3:13
  up
• 3:13
  there
• 3:14
  with
• 3:14
  It's
• 3:14
  a
• 3:14
  Wonderful
• 3:15
  Life
• 3:15
  and
• 3:15
  Home
• 3:15
  Alone.
• 3:16
  I
• 3:17
  absolutely
• 3:17
  love
• 3:17
  this
• 3:18
  episode.
• 3:18
  And
• 3:18
  yes,
• 3:19
  coming
• 3:19
  out
• 3:19
  of
• 3:19
  the
• 3:19
  drive
• 3:19
  in,
• 3:20
  I'm
• 3:20
  just
• 3:20
  exhilarated.
• 3:21
  I
• 3:21
  love
• 3:21
  Batman.
• 3:22
  I
• 3:22
  love
• 3:22
  this
• 3:23
  universe.
• 3:23
  And
• 3:24
  this
• 3:24
  is
• 3:24
  just
• 3:25
  such
• 3:25
  a
• 3:25
  fun,
• 3:26
  like,
• 3:27
  it
• 3:27
  feels
• 3:27
  like
• 3:27
  a
• 3:28
  perfectly
• 3:29
  seamless
• 3:30
  integration
• 3:31
  into
• 3:31
  the
• 3:31
  Animated
• 3:32
  Series.
• 3:32
  It
• 3:32
  doesn't
• 3:32
  feel
• 3:32
  like
• 3:33
  a
• 3:33
  forced,
• 3:34
  you
• 3:34
  know,
• 3:34
  holiday
• 3:35
  special.
• 3:35
  Sometimes,
• 3:36
  you
• 3:36
  know,
• 3:37
  Christmas
• 3:37
  holiday
• 3:38
  themed
• 3:38
  episodes
• 3:39
  of
• 3:39
  a
• 3:39
  TV
• 3:39
  series
• 3:40
  can
• 3:40
  feel
• 3:41
  a
• 3:41
  little
• 3:41
  forced
• 3:41
  or
• 3:42
  a
• 3:42
  little
• 3:42
  cheesy.
• 3:42
  This
• 3:43
  one,
• 3:43
  it
• 3:44
  works
• 3:44
  as
• 3:45
  a
• 3:45
  great,
• 3:45
  you
• 3:46
  know,
• 3:46
  solo
• 3:46
  Batman
• 3:46
  adventure,
• 3:47
  just
• 3:47
  like
• 3:47
  every
• 3:47
  episode
• 3:48
  of
• 3:48
  the
• 3:48
  Animated
• 3:48
  Series.
• 3:49
  And
• 3:50
  it's
• 3:50
  also
• 3:51
  perfect
• 3:51
  in
• 3:52
  time
• 3:52
  for
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  holidays.
• 3:53
  Yeah.
• 3:54
  If
• 3:54
  you
• 3:54
  want
• 3:54
  a
• 3:54
  good
• 3:54
  snapshot
• 3:55
  of
• 3:56
  who
• 3:56
  Batman
• 3:56
  is,
• 3:57
  who
• 3:57
  Robin
• 3:58
  is,
• 3:58
  who
• 3:58
  the
• 3:58
  Joker
• 3:59
  is,
• 3:59
  this,
• 4:00
  you
• 4:00
  can
• 4:00
  pull
• 4:00
  this
• 4:00
  up
• 4:00
  and
• 4:01
  he
• 4:01
  doesn't
• 4:01
  miss
• 4:01
  a
• 4:01
  beat.
• 4:02
  Even
• 4:02
  if
• 4:02
  it's
• 4:02
  a
• 4:02
  Christmas
• 4:03
  special.
• 4:04
  I,
• 4:04
  for
• 4:04
  me,
• 4:05
  my
• 4:05
  first
• 4:05
  reaction
• 4:05
  is
• 4:06
  I
• 4:06
  got
• 4:06
  to
• 4:06
  get
• 4:06
  one
• 4:06
  of
• 4:06
  those
• 4:07
  rocket
• 4:07
  Christmas
• 4:08
  trees
• 4:08
  to
• 4:08
  ride
• 4:08
  out
• 4:09
  across
• 4:10
  the
• 4:10
  sky
• 4:10
  with.
• 4:11
  That's.
• 4:11
  That's
• 4:11
  my
• 4:12
  first
• 4:12
  reaction.
• 4:12
  That's
• 4:13
  what
• 4:13
  I
• 4:13
  have
• 4:13
  to
• 4:13
  have.
• 4:15
  And
• 4:15
  yeah,
• 4:16
  I.
• 4:16
  I'm
• 4:16
  smiling
• 4:17
  ear
• 4:17
  to
• 4:17
  ear
• 4:18
  even,
• 4:18
  you
• 4:18
  know,
• 4:19
  not.
• 4:19
  Probably
• 4:20
  not
• 4:20
  smiling
• 4:20
  as.
• 4:21
  As
• 4:21
  deep
• 4:22
  as
• 4:22
  Joker,
• 4:23
  kind
• 4:23
  of
• 4:23
  a
• 4:23
  weird,
• 4:24
  creepy
• 4:24
  smile.
• 4:25
  But
• 4:25
  I
• 4:25
  am
• 4:25
  smiling
• 4:26
  and
• 4:26
  have
• 4:26
  a
• 4:27
  little
• 4:27
  grin
• 4:27
  like
• 4:28
  Bruce
• 4:28
  Wayne
• 4:28
  does
• 4:29
  at
• 4:29
  the
• 4:29
  end
• 4:29
  of
• 4:29
  this
• 4:30
  epis.
• 4:32
  Yes,
• 4:32
  friends,
• 4:33
  you
• 4:33
  heard
• 4:33
  it
• 4:33
  here
• 4:34
  first.
• 4:34
  Bruce
• 4:34
  Wayne,
• 4:35
  Batman
• 4:36
  gives
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  camera
• 4:37
  a
• 4:37
  little
• 4:37
  smile.
• 4:38
  And
• 4:38
  why
• 4:39
  wouldn't
• 4:39
  you
• 4:39
  when
• 4:40
  you
• 4:40
  discover
• 4:40
  the
• 4:41
  true
• 4:41
  meaning
• 4:42
  of
• 4:42
  Christmas?
• 4:43
  That's
• 4:43
  the
• 4:43
  other
• 4:43
  thing
• 4:44
  I
• 4:44
  love
• 4:44
  about
• 4:44
  this
• 4:44
  episode,
• 4:45
  is
• 4:45
  the
• 4:45
  puns
• 4:45
  that
• 4:46
  it
• 4:46
  allows.
• 4:47
  So
• 4:48
  right
• 4:48
  from
• 4:49
  when
• 4:50
  Batman
• 4:50
  takes
• 4:51
  a
• 4:51
  baseball
• 4:51
  bat
• 4:51
  and
• 4:51
  is
• 4:52
  whacking
• 4:53
  some
• 4:53
  of
• 4:53
  the
• 4:53
  old
• 4:53
  mini
• 4:54
  Joker
• 4:54
  robots
• 4:55
  around,
• 4:56
  and
• 4:56
  Robin
• 4:56
  says,
• 4:57
  they
• 4:57
  don't
• 4:57
  call
• 4:57
  you
• 4:57
  Batman
• 4:58
  for
• 4:58
  nothing.
• 4:58
  And
• 4:58
  then,
• 4:59
  you
• 4:59
  know,
• 4:59
  early
• 5:00
  on
• 5:00
  when
• 5:01
  he's
• 5:01
  trying,
• 5:01
  you
• 5:01
  know,
• 5:02
  part
• 5:02
  of
• 5:02
  this
• 5:02
  episode
• 5:03
  is
• 5:03
  he's
• 5:04
  trying
• 5:04
  to
• 5:04
  get
• 5:04
  Bruce
• 5:04
  to
• 5:05
  watch
• 5:05
  It's
• 5:06
  a
• 5:06
  Wonderful
• 5:06
  Life
• 5:06
  with
• 5:07
  him,
• 5:07
  which,
• 5:08
  you
• 5:08
  know,
• 5:08
  Bruce
• 5:08
  says
• 5:09
  early
• 5:09
  on.
• 5:09
  You
• 5:09
  know,
• 5:10
  I've
• 5:10
  never
• 5:10
  seen
• 5:10
  that
• 5:11
  movie.
• 5:11
  Never
• 5:11
  could
• 5:12
  get
• 5:12
  past
• 5:12
  the
• 5:12
  title.
• 5:14
  I
• 5:14
  love
• 5:14
  that
• 5:15
  it
• 5:15
  has
• 5:15
  those
• 5:16
  puns
• 5:16
  in
• 5:16
  there.
• 5:17
  And,
• 5:18
  you
• 5:18
  know,
• 5:18
  and
• 5:18
  when,
• 5:19
  you
• 5:19
  know,
• 5:19
  before
• 5:20
  Joker
• 5:21
  reveals
• 5:22
  himself
• 5:22
  that
• 5:22
  he's
• 5:23
  escaped
• 5:23
  and
• 5:23
  that.
• 5:24
  Well,
• 5:24
  actually,
• 5:24
  they
• 5:24
  know
• 5:25
  early
• 5:25
  on
• 5:25
  that
• 5:25
  he's
• 5:25
  escaped
• 5:26
  from
• 5:26
  Arkham.
• 5:26
  But.
• 5:26
  But
• 5:26
  before
• 5:27
  Joker
• 5:27
  unveils
• 5:28
  that,
• 5:28
  you
• 5:28
  know,
• 5:29
  he's
• 5:29
  kidnapped
• 5:30
  Commissioner
• 5:30
  Gordon
• 5:31
  and
• 5:31
  Harvey
• 5:31
  Bullock
• 5:32
  and
• 5:32
  has
• 5:32
  this
• 5:32
  big
• 5:33
  plan
• 5:33
  for
• 5:34
  Christmas
• 5:34
  Eve.
• 5:34
  You
• 5:35
  know,
• 5:35
  Batman's
• 5:35
  suspicious.
• 5:36
  Robin
• 5:36
  is
• 5:36
  trying
• 5:37
  to
• 5:37
  get
• 5:37
  him
• 5:38
  to
• 5:38
  calm
• 5:38
  down
• 5:38
  and
• 5:39
  take
• 5:39
  a
• 5:40
  night
• 5:40
  off,
• 5:40
  but.
• 5:41
  But,
• 5:41
  you
• 5:41
  know,
• 5:42
  he's
• 5:42
  patrolling
• 5:42
  the
• 5:42
  city
• 5:42
  and.
• 5:43
  And
• 5:44
  he
• 5:44
  just
• 5:45
  won't,
• 5:45
  you
• 5:45
  know,
• 5:46
  let
• 5:46
  himself
• 5:46
  go.
• 5:47
  And
• 5:47
  Robin
• 5:48
  says,
• 5:48
  you
• 5:48
  know,
• 5:48
  yeah,
• 5:49
  he
• 5:49
  could
• 5:49
  give
• 5:49
  Scrooge
• 5:50
  lessons.
• 5:50
  Like,
• 5:50
  I
• 5:51
  love
• 5:51
  the.
• 5:51
  The
• 5:51
  puns.
• 5:52
  Here
• 5:52
  it
• 5:52
  is.
• 5:53
  It's
• 5:53
  just
• 5:53
  a
• 5:53
  little
• 5:54
  fun.
• 5:55
  It
• 5:55
  is
• 5:55
  filled
• 5:56
  with.
• 5:56
  With
• 5:57
  Christmas
• 5:57
  puns
• 5:58
  and
• 5:58
  Christmas
• 5:58
  references
• 5:59
  all
• 5:59
  within,
• 6:00
  like,
• 6:00
  28
• 6:01
  minutes.
• 6:01
  Kevin,
• 6:02
  I
• 6:02
  want
• 6:02
  you
• 6:02
  to
• 6:02
  kind
• 6:02
  of
• 6:03
  run
• 6:03
  down
• 6:03
  the
• 6:03
  plot
• 6:03
  here.
• 6:04
  But
• 6:04
  I
• 6:04
  do
• 6:04
  love
• 6:04
  it
• 6:05
  that
• 6:05
  they
• 6:05
  start
• 6:05
  it.
• 6:06
  We
• 6:06
  in
• 6:07
  Arkham
• 6:08
  Asylum,
• 6:08
  and
• 6:08
  they're
• 6:08
  starting
• 6:09
  with
• 6:09
  Jingle
• 6:10
  Bell,
• 6:10
  Jingle
• 6:10
  Bells,
• 6:11
  Batman
• 6:11
  smells.
• 6:11
  Robin
• 6:12
  laid
• 6:12
  an
• 6:12
  egg.
• 6:12
  Like,
• 6:13
  I
• 6:13
  sang
• 6:13
  out
• 6:13
  as
• 6:13
  a
• 6:14
  kid
• 6:14
  in
• 6:15
  the
• 6:15
  70s.
• 6:15
  And
• 6:15
  they're
• 6:16
  like,
• 6:16
  we're
• 6:16
  gonna
• 6:16
  just
• 6:16
  use
• 6:17
  it
• 6:17
  right
• 6:17
  here.
• 6:18
  Prime
• 6:19
  for
• 6:19
  their
• 6:19
  Christmas
• 6:19
  special.
• 6:20
  I
• 6:20
  love
• 6:20
  it
• 6:20
  that
• 6:20
  it
• 6:20
  started
• 6:21
  that
• 6:21
  way.
• 6:21
  And.
• 6:21
  And
• 6:22
  I
• 6:22
  laughed
• 6:22
  out
• 6:22
  loud
• 6:23
  when
• 6:23
  they
• 6:23
  started
• 6:23
  it.
• 6:25
  So.
• 6:25
  So.
• 6:25
  And
• 6:26
  if
• 6:26
  you
• 6:26
  could
• 6:26
  do
• 6:26
  it
• 6:26
  in,
• 6:26
  like,
• 6:27
  under
• 6:27
  one
• 6:27
  minute.
• 6:28
  What
• 6:28
  is.
• 6:28
  What.
• 6:29
  What
• 6:29
  is
• 6:29
  going
• 6:30
  on
• 6:30
  in.
• 6:30
  In
• 6:31
  this
• 6:31
  plot
• 6:32
  for
• 6:32
  this
• 6:32
  episode?
• 6:33
  So
• 6:33
  as
• 6:33
  you
• 6:33
  said
• 6:34
  earlier,
• 6:34
  Joker
• 6:34
  escapes
• 6:35
  from
• 6:35
  Arkham
• 6:35
  Asylum
• 6:36
  on
• 6:37
  a.
• 6:39
  Rocket
• 6:39
  ship.
• 6:40
  Christmas
• 6:40
  tree,
• 6:40
  basically,
• 6:42
  which
• 6:42
  is
• 6:42
  an
• 6:42
  awesome
• 6:42
  image
• 6:43
  there.
• 6:44
  Bruce
• 6:45
  and
• 6:45
  Dick
• 6:46
  both
• 6:46
  learn
• 6:46
  about
• 6:47
  Joker's
• 6:48
  escape,
• 6:48
  and
• 6:49
  Bruce
• 6:49
  is
• 6:49
  immediately
• 6:50
  suspicious
• 6:50
  that
• 6:51
  Joker's
• 6:51
  gonna
• 6:52
  do
• 6:52
  something.
• 6:52
  Robin
• 6:53
  tries
• 6:53
  to
• 6:53
  tell
• 6:54
  him
• 6:54
  that,
• 6:54
  okay,
• 6:55
  yeah,
• 6:55
  it's
• 6:56
  the
• 6:56
  Joker.
• 6:56
  But
• 6:56
  even
• 6:56
  he
• 6:58
  wouldn't,
• 6:58
  you
• 6:58
  know,
• 6:58
  do
• 6:59
  something
• 6:59
  on
• 6:59
  Christmas
• 6:59
  Eve.
• 7:00
  And,
• 7:01
  you
• 7:01
  know,
• 7:01
  but,
• 7:02
  you
• 7:02
  know,
• 7:02
  Bruce
• 7:02
  isn't
• 7:03
  giving
• 7:03
  up.
• 7:03
  So
• 7:05
  before
• 7:06
  he
• 7:07
  allows
• 7:07
  Dick
• 7:07
  to
• 7:07
  show
• 7:07
  him
• 7:08
  It's
• 7:08
  Wonderful
• 7:08
  Life,
• 7:08
  Batman
• 7:09
  and
• 7:09
  Robin
• 7:09
  go
• 7:09
  on
• 7:10
  patrol.
• 7:10
  They
• 7:10
  don't
• 7:10
  see
• 7:11
  anything.
• 7:11
  They
• 7:11
  come
• 7:12
  back
• 7:12
  to
• 7:12
  watch
• 7:13
  the
• 7:13
  movie.
• 7:13
  But
• 7:14
  then
• 7:14
  Joker
• 7:15
  is
• 7:15
  there
• 7:15
  on
• 7:15
  screen.
• 7:16
  He's
• 7:17
  taken
• 7:17
  over
• 7:17
  broadcasting.
• 7:18
  He's
• 7:18
  kidnapped
• 7:20
  Dem
• 7:21
  Gordon,
• 7:21
  Arie,
• 7:21
  Bullock,
• 7:22
  and
• 7:22
  then.
• 7:23
  And
• 7:24
  staged
• 7:24
  this
• 7:24
  big
• 7:24
  event
• 7:25
  to
• 7:25
  terrorize
• 7:26
  all
• 7:26
  of
• 7:26
  Gotham.
• 7:27
  And
• 7:27
  he's
• 7:28
  also
• 7:29
  taken
• 7:29
  over
• 7:29
  an
• 7:30
  abandoned
• 7:30
  toy
• 7:30
  store,
• 7:31
  which,
• 7:32
  you
• 7:32
  know,
• 7:32
  that
• 7:32
  becomes
• 7:33
  one
• 7:33
  of
• 7:33
  the
• 7:33
  clues
• 7:34
  of
• 7:35
  Batman
• 7:35
  tracking
• 7:35
  him
• 7:36
  down.
• 7:36
  An
• 7:36
  adventure
• 7:37
  ensues.
• 7:37
  And
• 7:38
  of
• 7:38
  course,
• 7:38
  eventually
• 7:39
  Batman
• 7:39
  and
• 7:39
  Robin
• 7:40
  find
• 7:40
  him.
• 7:40
  They
• 7:42
  take
• 7:42
  him
• 7:42
  back
• 7:43
  to
• 7:43
  Arkham,
• 7:44
  and
• 7:45
  after
• 7:45
  his
• 7:46
  shenanigans,
• 7:46
  and
• 7:47
  then
• 7:47
  at
• 7:47
  the
• 7:48
  very
• 7:48
  end
• 7:48
  of
• 7:48
  the
• 7:48
  episode,
• 7:49
  they
• 7:50
  do
• 7:50
  settle
• 7:50
  down
• 7:50
  to
• 7:51
  watch
• 7:51
  its
• 7:51
  owner
• 7:51
  for
• 7:51
  life.
• 7:52
  And
• 7:53
  Bruce
• 7:53
  winks
• 7:54
  at
• 7:54
  the
• 7:54
  camera
• 7:54
  and
• 7:54
  says,
• 7:54
  you
• 7:55
  know,
• 7:55
  it
• 7:55
  has
• 7:55
  its
• 7:55
  moments.
• 7:56
  Ah,
• 7:57
  very,
• 7:57
  very,
• 7:57
  very
• 7:57
  good.
• 7:58
  Yeah,
• 7:59
  I
• 7:59
  love
• 7:59
  it.
• 7:59
  That
• 8:00
  this
• 8:00
  is
• 8:01
  still
• 8:01
  a
• 8:01
  detective
• 8:02
  story,
• 8:02
  is
• 8:02
  still
• 8:02
  Batman
• 8:03
  trying
• 8:03
  to
• 8:03
  solve
• 8:05
  a
• 8:05
  mystery
• 8:06
  or
• 8:06
  a
• 8:06
  crime
• 8:07
  or
• 8:07
  try
• 8:07
  to
• 8:07
  find
• 8:07
  this
• 8:07
  guy.
• 8:08
  And
• 8:08
  there's
• 8:08
  clues,
• 8:08
  and
• 8:09
  Robin's
• 8:09
  asking
• 8:10
  a
• 8:10
  lot
• 8:10
  of
• 8:10
  questions.
• 8:10
  He's.
• 8:11
  He's
• 8:12
  asking
• 8:12
  what's
• 8:12
  going
• 8:13
  on
• 8:13
  and
• 8:13
  learning
• 8:13
  as
• 8:14
  he
• 8:14
  goes.
• 8:14
  And
• 8:14
  this
• 8:14
  is
• 8:15
  Dick
• 8:15
  Grayson,
• 8:15
  right?
• 8:16
  Is.
• 8:16
  Is
• 8:16
  this
• 8:16
  Tim?
• 8:16
  Dr.
• 8:17
  Yep.
• 8:17
  Okay.
• 8:17
  I
• 8:18
  was
• 8:18
  gonna
• 8:18
  make
• 8:18
  sure
• 8:18
  they.
• 8:19
  So
• 8:19
  Tim
• 8:19
  Drake
• 8:20
  doesn't
• 8:20
  come
• 8:20
  in
• 8:20
  until
• 8:21
  the
• 8:21
  new
• 8:21
  Batman
• 8:22
  Adventures,
• 8:23
  which
• 8:23
  is
• 8:23
  like,
• 8:24
  technically
• 8:24
  season
• 8:25
  three
• 8:25
  of
• 8:25
  the
• 8:25
  anime,
• 8:26
  but
• 8:26
  it's
• 8:26
  really
• 8:26
  the
• 8:27
  Animated
• 8:27
  Series
• 8:27
  was
• 8:27
  for.
• 8:28
  Was,
• 8:28
  you
• 8:28
  know,
• 8:28
  Dick.
• 8:29
  And
• 8:29
  then
• 8:29
  in
• 8:30
  the
• 8:30
  new
• 8:30
  Adventures,
• 8:30
  that's
• 8:31
  when
• 8:31
  they
• 8:31
  brought
• 8:31
  in
• 8:31
  Tim.
• 8:31
  And
• 8:32
  Dick
• 8:32
  became
• 8:32
  Nightwing
• 8:33
  by
• 8:33
  that.
• 8:33
  That's
• 8:34
  right.
• 8:34
  Yeah.
• 8:34
  By
• 8:35
  Robin
• 8:36
  Thrower.
• 8:37
  Love.
• 8:37
  I
• 8:37
  love
• 8:37
  Robin.
• 8:38
  I
• 8:38
  love
• 8:38
  Dick
• 8:38
  Grayson.
• 8:39
  And
• 8:39
  in
• 8:39
  fact,
• 8:39
  to
• 8:39
  see
• 8:40
  Robin
• 8:40
  popped
• 8:40
  up
• 8:40
  in
• 8:40
  this
• 8:41
  one,
• 8:41
  I
• 8:41
  was
• 8:41
  like,
• 8:41
  man,
• 8:42
  I
• 8:42
  forgot
• 8:42
  I
• 8:42
  hadn't
• 8:42
  seen
• 8:43
  this
• 8:43
  a
• 8:43
  long
• 8:43
  time.
• 8:43
  This
• 8:43
  isn't
• 8:44
  something
• 8:44
  I
• 8:44
  watch
• 8:44
  every
• 8:44
  year.
• 8:45
  My
• 8:46
  history
• 8:46
  with
• 8:46
  is
• 8:46
  I
• 8:46
  definitely
• 8:47
  watched
• 8:47
  these
• 8:47
  series
• 8:48
  as
• 8:48
  they
• 8:48
  were
• 8:48
  coming
• 8:48
  out.
• 8:49
  90s.
• 8:49
  And
• 8:50
  every
• 8:50
  now
• 8:50
  and
• 8:50
  then
• 8:50
  go
• 8:51
  back
• 8:51
  and
• 8:51
  we'll
• 8:51
  watch
• 8:51
  one.
• 8:51
  But
• 8:52
  this
• 8:52
  particular
• 8:52
  episode,
• 8:53
  which
• 8:53
  is
• 8:53
  episode
• 8:54
  38
• 8:54
  of.
• 8:55
  Of
• 8:55
  season
• 8:55
  one.
• 8:56
  Yeah,
• 8:56
  that's
• 8:57
  how
• 8:57
  many
• 8:57
  episodes
• 8:58
  they
• 8:58
  rolled
• 8:58
  out.
• 8:59
  But
• 8:59
  it.
• 8:59
  I.
• 9:00
  I
• 9:00
  was
• 9:01
  glad
• 9:01
  to
• 9:01
  be
• 9:01
  reminded
• 9:01
  of
• 9:02
  this
• 9:02
  and
• 9:02
  watched
• 9:02
  again.
• 9:02
  And
• 9:03
  it
• 9:03
  was.
• 9:03
  It
• 9:03
  really
• 9:04
  was
• 9:04
  a
• 9:04
  joy
• 9:04
  and
• 9:05
  a
• 9:05
  great
• 9:05
  Christmas
• 9:05
  special
• 9:05
  that
• 9:06
  I
• 9:06
  have
• 9:06
  to
• 9:06
  pull
• 9:06
  up
• 9:06
  as
• 9:07
  one
• 9:07
  of
• 9:08
  one
• 9:08
  of
• 9:08
  the
• 9:08
  regulars
• 9:09
  when.
• 9:09
  When
• 9:09
  it
• 9:09
  comes
• 9:09
  to
• 9:09
  Christmas
• 9:10
  specials.
• 9:12
  Yeah.
• 9:12
  Yeah.
• 9:12
  So.
• 9:13
  And
• 9:13
  I
• 9:13
  also
• 9:13
  like
• 9:13
  it,
• 9:14
  like,
• 9:14
  Joker
• 9:14
  can
• 9:14
  get
• 9:15
  really
• 9:15
  dark,
• 9:15
  and
• 9:15
  that
• 9:15
  happens
• 9:16
  in,
• 9:17
  in
• 9:17
  the
• 9:17
  comics
• 9:17
  a
• 9:17
  lot.
• 9:17
  It
• 9:18
  definitely
• 9:18
  happened
• 9:18
  in
• 9:18
  the
• 9:18
  movies.
• 9:19
  And
• 9:19
  yeah,
• 9:20
  a
• 9:20
  scary
• 9:20
  clown
• 9:21
  is.
• 9:21
  Is.
• 9:21
  Is
• 9:22
  scary
• 9:22
  or
• 9:23
  you
• 9:23
  know,
• 9:24
  is.
• 9:24
  He's
• 9:25
  not
• 9:25
  fun
• 9:25
  to
• 9:25
  be
• 9:25
  around.
• 9:26
  You
• 9:26
  need
• 9:26
  to
• 9:26
  be
• 9:26
  scared
• 9:26
  of
• 9:26
  jokers
• 9:27
  in
• 9:27
  the
• 9:27
  room.
• 9:27
  But
• 9:27
  this
• 9:28
  one
• 9:28
  is
• 9:28
  with
• 9:29
  Mark
• 9:29
  Hamill
• 9:29
  voicing
• 9:30
  and
• 9:31
  with
• 9:31
  his
• 9:31
  character
• 9:31
  and
• 9:32
  still
• 9:32
  using
• 9:32
  toys,
• 9:33
  you
• 9:33
  know,
• 9:33
  you
• 9:34
  know,
• 9:34
  it's
• 9:34
  Christmas,
• 9:34
  he's
• 9:34
  playing
• 9:35
  around
• 9:35
  with
• 9:35
  toys.
• 9:35
  He's
• 9:35
  using
• 9:35
  toys
• 9:36
  as
• 9:36
  weapons.
• 9:37
  But
• 9:37
  it's
• 9:37
  not
• 9:37
  like
• 9:37
  overly,
• 9:38
  overly
• 9:38
  violent.
• 9:40
  I
• 9:40
  do
• 9:40
  think
• 9:40
  like.
• 9:42
  819
• 9:43
  year
• 9:43
  old
• 9:43
  could
• 9:43
  watch
• 9:44
  this
• 9:44
  cartoon
• 9:45
  and
• 9:45
  be.
• 9:46
  And
• 9:46
  get
• 9:46
  the
• 9:46
  gist
• 9:47
  of
• 9:47
  Batman
• 9:48
  as
• 9:48
  a
• 9:48
  hero,
• 9:48
  Robin
• 9:49
  as
• 9:49
  a
• 9:49
  hero,
• 9:50
  Joker
• 9:50
  as
• 9:51
  a
• 9:51
  villain.
• 9:51
  I
• 9:51
  mean
• 9:52
  you
• 9:52
  have
• 9:52
  a
• 9:52
  kidnapping
• 9:53
  which
• 9:53
  is
• 9:54
  you
• 9:54
  know,
• 9:54
  like
• 9:54
  not
• 9:55
  fun
• 9:55
  for
• 9:55
  Christmas,
• 9:56
  but
• 9:56
  that's
• 9:56
  why
• 9:56
  the
• 9:57
  urgency
• 9:57
  is
• 9:57
  there.
• 9:58
  And
• 9:58
  I
• 9:58
  love
• 9:58
  the
• 9:59
  trope
• 9:59
  of
• 9:59
  them
• 9:59
  even
• 9:59
  saving
• 10:00
  them
• 10:00
  from
• 10:00
  like
• 10:00
  fall
• 10:01
  into
• 10:01
  a
• 10:01
  pit
• 10:01
  of
• 10:01
  lava,
• 10:02
  you
• 10:02
  know,
• 10:02
  and
• 10:02
  even
• 10:03
  saves
• 10:03
  Joker
• 10:04
  from
• 10:04
  falling
• 10:04
  a
• 10:04
  pit
• 10:05
  of
• 10:05
  lava.
• 10:05
  So
• 10:06
  those
• 10:06
  references
• 10:07
  there
• 10:07
  are
• 10:08
  pretty
• 10:08
  cool
• 10:08
  and,
• 10:09
  and
• 10:09
  fun.
• 10:10
  Yeah.
• 10:10
  Tonally
• 10:11
  this
• 10:11
  one
• 10:11
  is
• 10:11
  different
• 10:12
  from
• 10:12
  let's
• 10:13
  say
• 10:13
  Batman
• 10:13
  Beyond
• 10:14
  Return
• 10:14
  of
• 10:14
  the
• 10:14
  Joker,
• 10:15
  which
• 10:15
  great
• 10:15
  movie
• 10:16
  but
• 10:16
  it
• 10:16
  did
• 10:16
  traumatize
• 10:17
  me
• 10:17
  as
• 10:17
  a
• 10:17
  child.
• 10:19
  Like
• 10:19
  that's
• 10:20
  when
• 10:20
  you
• 10:20
  understood
• 10:21
  just
• 10:21
  how
• 10:21
  twisted
• 10:22
  this
• 10:22
  guy
• 10:22
  is
• 10:23
  and
• 10:23
  psychotic
• 10:23
  and
• 10:24
  that,
• 10:24
  you
• 10:25
  know,
• 10:25
  that
• 10:25
  can
• 10:25
  be
• 10:25
  hardly
• 10:26
  called
• 10:26
  a
• 10:26
  kids
• 10:26
  movie.
• 10:27
  And.
• 10:28
  And
• 10:28
  there
• 10:28
  are
• 10:28
  much
• 10:28
  darker
• 10:29
  episodes
• 10:29
  of
• 10:29
  the
• 10:30
  animated
• 10:30
  series
• 10:30
  that
• 10:31
  really
• 10:31
  explore
• 10:33
  the
• 10:33
  psychology
• 10:33
  of
• 10:33
  the
• 10:34
  doctor.
• 10:34
  Like
• 10:34
  you
• 10:34
  said,
• 10:34
  he
• 10:35
  still
• 10:35
  does
• 10:35
  twisted
• 10:35
  stuff
• 10:36
  here.
• 10:36
  But
• 10:37
  it
• 10:37
  also
• 10:37
  this
• 10:38
  kind
• 10:38
  of
• 10:38
  feels
• 10:39
  a
• 10:39
  little
• 10:39
  more
• 10:40
  in
• 10:40
  line
• 10:40
  with
• 10:41
  the
• 10:41
  Cesar
• 10:41
  Romero,
• 10:43
  Adam
• 10:43
  west
• 10:44
  kind
• 10:44
  of
• 10:44
  stuff
• 10:44
  where
• 10:45
  it's
• 10:45
  still
• 10:45
  a
• 10:46
  fairly
• 10:46
  light
• 10:47
  hearted.
• 10:47
  I
• 10:47
  mean
• 10:48
  there
• 10:48
  are
• 10:48
  stakes
• 10:48
  here
• 10:49
  obviously
• 10:49
  but
• 10:49
  you
• 10:49
  know
• 10:50
  that
• 10:50
  this
• 10:50
  is
• 10:51
  going
• 10:51
  to
• 10:51
  be
• 10:51
  a
• 10:51
  one
• 10:51
  off
• 10:51
  where
• 10:52
  they're
• 10:52
  going
• 10:53
  to
• 10:53
  catch
• 10:53
  up
• 10:53
  with
• 10:54
  him
• 10:54
  at
• 10:54
  the
• 10:54
  end.
• 10:54
  He's
• 10:55
  going
• 10:55
  to
• 10:55
  go
• 10:55
  back
• 10:55
  to
• 10:55
  Arkham.
• 10:56
  You
• 10:57
  know,
• 10:57
  Bullock
• 10:58
  and
• 10:58
  Gordon
• 10:58
  aren't
• 10:59
  going
• 10:59
  to
• 10:59
  die
• 10:59
  here.
• 11:00
  But
• 11:00
  he's
• 11:00
  still.
• 11:01
  Yeah,
• 11:01
  it's.
• 11:01
  He
• 11:02
  nonetheless
• 11:02
  he's
• 11:02
  still
• 11:03
  twisted.
• 11:03
  And
• 11:04
  I
• 11:04
  mean
• 11:04
  even
• 11:04
  the
• 11:05
  way
• 11:05
  the
• 11:05
  humor
• 11:06
  is
• 11:07
  in
• 11:07
  views
• 11:07
  here.
• 11:07
  Like
• 11:08
  Joker
• 11:08
  says.
• 11:11
  We
• 11:11
  hosting
• 11:12
  this,
• 11:12
  you
• 11:12
  know,
• 11:13
  fake
• 11:13
  show
• 11:14
  here.
• 11:14
  He
• 11:14
  says
• 11:15
  like
• 11:16
  now
• 11:16
  Christmas
• 11:16
  is
• 11:17
  a
• 11:17
  time
• 11:17
  to
• 11:17
  spend
• 11:17
  with
• 11:17
  their
• 11:17
  families.
• 11:18
  But
• 11:18
  since
• 11:19
  I
• 11:19
  don't
• 11:19
  have
• 11:19
  one.
• 11:19
  And
• 11:20
  then
• 11:20
  he
• 11:20
  has
• 11:20
  the
• 11:20
  audience
• 11:20
  go
• 11:21
  ah.
• 11:21
  He's
• 11:22
  like
• 11:22
  I
• 11:22
  decided
• 11:22
  to
• 11:23
  steal
• 11:23
  one.
• 11:23
  And
• 11:23
  they
• 11:24
  like
• 11:24
  yay.
• 11:25
  Exactly,
• 11:26
  exactly.
• 11:26
  And
• 11:26
  they
• 11:26
  talk
• 11:27
  about
• 11:27
  at
• 11:27
  the
• 11:27
  beginning
• 11:27
  like
• 11:28
  Robin
• 11:28
  and,
• 11:29
  and
• 11:29
  you
• 11:30
  know,
• 11:30
  Dick
• 11:30
  and,
• 11:30
  and
• 11:30
  Bruce,
• 11:31
  like
• 11:31
  their
• 11:32
  families
• 11:33
  know
• 11:33
  they
• 11:33
  don't
• 11:33
  have
• 11:33
  it.
• 11:33
  They're
• 11:34
  orphans,
• 11:34
  you
• 11:34
  know,
• 11:34
  and
• 11:35
  their
• 11:35
  family's
• 11:35
  together.
• 11:35
  Why
• 11:36
  can't
• 11:36
  they
• 11:36
  have
• 11:36
  a
• 11:36
  night
• 11:36
  together
• 11:37
  and
• 11:37
  relax
• 11:38
  for
• 11:38
  one
• 11:38
  night?
• 11:38
  And
• 11:39
  with
• 11:39
  Joker's
• 11:39
  on
• 11:39
  the
• 11:40
  loose
• 11:40
  and
• 11:40
  I.
• 11:41
  He
• 11:41
  doesn't
• 11:41
  have
• 11:41
  a
• 11:41
  family.
• 11:42
  And
• 11:42
  there's
• 11:42
  even
• 11:42
  some,
• 11:42
  a
• 11:42
  little
• 11:43
  bit
• 11:43
  of
• 11:43
  empathy
• 11:43
  there.
• 11:43
  Like,
• 11:44
  he
• 11:44
  doesn't
• 11:44
  have
• 11:44
  a
• 11:44
  family.
• 11:44
  He's
• 11:44
  going
• 11:45
  to
• 11:45
  be
• 11:45
  out
• 11:45
  and
• 11:45
  about.
• 11:45
  He's
• 11:46
  not
• 11:46
  going
• 11:46
  to
• 11:46
  stop.
• 11:46
  And
• 11:47
  so
• 11:47
  how
• 11:47
  do
• 11:47
  we
• 11:48
  stop
• 11:48
  this
• 11:48
  crime?
• 11:49
  And
• 11:49
  the
• 11:49
  detective
• 11:50
  work
• 11:51
  and
• 11:51
  then
• 11:51
  the,
• 11:52
  the
• 11:52
  classic
• 11:52
  traps
• 11:53
  and
• 11:53
  having
• 11:53
  to
• 11:53
  get
• 11:53
  out
• 11:53
  of
• 11:54
  the
• 11:54
  traps
• 11:54
  and,
• 11:54
  and
• 11:55
  trying
• 11:55
  to
• 11:56
  solve
• 11:56
  like,
• 11:57
  oh,
• 11:57
  there's
• 11:57
  a,
• 11:57
  there's
• 11:58
  a
• 11:58
  train
• 11:58
  coming
• 11:58
  down
• 11:59
  a,
• 11:59
  a
• 12:00
  train
• 12:00
  track
• 12:00
  that's
• 12:01
  getting
• 12:01
  ready
• 12:01
  to
• 12:01
  explode.
• 12:02
  And,
• 12:02
  and,
• 12:03
  and
• 12:03
  so,
• 12:04
  you
• 12:04
  know,
• 12:05
  it's
• 12:05
  kind
• 12:05
  of
• 12:06
  classic
• 12:06
  Batman
• 12:06
  classic
• 12:07
  how
• 12:07
  it
• 12:07
  looks.
• 12:07
  It
• 12:08
  was
• 12:08
  like
• 12:08
  reading
• 12:08
  a
• 12:08
  comic
• 12:09
  and
• 12:09
  I
• 12:09
  already
• 12:10
  loved
• 12:10
  it.
• 12:10
  Yeah.
• 12:11
  Yeah.
• 12:11
  All
• 12:11
  right,
• 12:11
  so
• 12:12
  one
• 12:12
  of
• 12:12
  the
• 12:12
  things
• 12:12
  we're
• 12:12
  doing
• 12:12
  in
• 12:13
  the
• 12:13
  Drive
• 12:13
  in
• 12:13
  is
• 12:13
  that
• 12:13
  we're,
• 12:14
  we're
• 12:14
  pairing
• 12:14
  this
• 12:15
  with
• 12:15
  a,
• 12:15
  another
• 12:16
  TV
• 12:17
  Christmas
• 12:18
  special.
• 12:19
  If
• 12:19
  we
• 12:19
  were
• 12:19
  to
• 12:19
  pair
• 12:20
  this
• 12:20
  with
• 12:21
  another
• 12:21
  one,
• 12:21
  like
• 12:22
  a
• 12:22
  double
• 12:22
  feature
• 12:23
  at
• 12:23
  the
• 12:23
  Drive
• 12:24
  in,
• 12:24
  what,
• 12:24
  what
• 12:25
  would
• 12:25
  you
• 12:25
  do?
• 12:25
  How
• 12:26
  would
• 12:26
  you,
• 12:26
  how
• 12:26
  would
• 12:26
  you
• 12:26
  do
• 12:27
  that?
• 12:27
  So
• 12:27
  actually,
• 12:28
  when
• 12:28
  we
• 12:28
  were
• 12:29
  a
• 12:29
  little
• 12:29
  behind
• 12:29
  the
• 12:30
  scenes
• 12:30
  here,
• 12:30
  when
• 12:30
  we
• 12:30
  were
• 12:30
  pitching
• 12:31
  this
• 12:31
  series
• 12:31
  and
• 12:31
  talking
• 12:32
  about
• 12:32
  it
• 12:32
  on
• 12:32
  a
• 12:33
  systematic
• 12:33
  ecology
• 12:33
  meeting,
• 12:34
  I
• 12:34
  was
• 12:34
  kind
• 12:34
  of,
• 12:34
  I
• 12:34
  think
• 12:35
  I
• 12:35
  was
• 12:35
  the
• 12:35
  one
• 12:35
  who
• 12:35
  came
• 12:35
  up
• 12:35
  with
• 12:36
  this
• 12:36
  initial
• 12:36
  idea,
• 12:37
  do
• 12:37
  like
• 12:38
  Christmas
• 12:38
  themed
• 12:39
  episodes
• 12:39
  of
• 12:39
  TV
• 12:40
  shows.
• 12:40
  And
• 12:41
  the
• 12:41
  other
• 12:41
  one
• 12:42
  that
• 12:42
  I
• 12:42
  thought
• 12:42
  of
• 12:42
  that
• 12:43
  is
• 12:43
  also
• 12:43
  DC
• 12:44
  is
• 12:44
  the
• 12:44
  Lexus
• 12:45
  episode
• 12:45
  of
• 12:45
  Smallville.
• 12:47
  I
• 12:47
  think
• 12:47
  that
• 12:47
  would
• 12:48
  be
• 12:48
  a
• 12:48
  great
• 12:48
  pairing
• 12:48
  with
• 12:49
  this
• 12:49
  one
• 12:49
  that
• 12:49
  all,
• 12:50
  I
• 12:50
  mean,
• 12:50
  both
• 12:51
  of
• 12:51
  those
• 12:51
  are
• 12:52
  very
• 12:52
  reliant
• 12:53
  on
• 12:54
  Its
• 12:54
  Wonderful
• 12:54
  Life.
• 12:55
  You
• 12:55
  know,
• 12:55
  we
• 12:55
  talk
• 12:56
  about
• 12:56
  it
• 12:56
  here
• 12:56
  and
• 12:56
  in
• 12:57
  that
• 12:57
  one,
• 12:57
  the
• 12:58
  Lexus
• 12:58
  episode
• 12:58
  of
• 12:59
  Smallville
• 12:59
  is
• 12:59
  sort
• 12:59
  of
• 13:00
  a
• 13:00
  reverse
• 13:00
  It's
• 13:00
  a
• 13:01
  Wonderful
• 13:01
  Life
• 13:02
  where
• 13:02
  it
• 13:02
  explores,
• 13:04
  you
• 13:04
  know,
• 13:04
  it's
• 13:05
  the
• 13:05
  definitive
• 13:05
  moment
• 13:06
  where
• 13:06
  Lex
• 13:06
  realizes
• 13:07
  that
• 13:09
  why
• 13:09
  he
• 13:09
  wants
• 13:10
  to
• 13:10
  go
• 13:10
  down
• 13:10
  the
• 13:10
  villain
• 13:10
  path.
• 13:11
  And
• 13:11
  because
• 13:12
  he,
• 13:12
  he's
• 13:13
  in,
• 13:13
  he
• 13:13
  sees
• 13:14
  this
• 13:14
  alternate
• 13:14
  vision
• 13:14
  of
• 13:15
  like,
• 13:15
  what
• 13:15
  if
• 13:15
  he
• 13:15
  got
• 13:16
  everything
• 13:16
  he
• 13:16
  ever
• 13:16
  wanted,
• 13:17
  but
• 13:17
  then
• 13:17
  he
• 13:18
  would
• 13:18
  still
• 13:18
  have
• 13:18
  to
• 13:19
  deal
• 13:19
  with
• 13:20
  sacrifice
• 13:20
  and
• 13:20
  loss
• 13:21
  and
• 13:21
  he
• 13:21
  doesn't
• 13:21
  want
• 13:22
  to
• 13:22
  do
• 13:22
  that.
• 13:22
  So
• 13:22
  he
• 13:22
  just,
• 13:23
  at
• 13:23
  the
• 13:23
  end
• 13:23
  of
• 13:23
  it,
• 13:24
  he
• 13:24
  says,
• 13:24
  power
• 13:25
  perceived.
• 13:25
  I
• 13:25
  want
• 13:26
  it
• 13:26
  all.
• 13:26
  You
• 13:26
  know,
• 13:26
  and,
• 13:27
  and
• 13:27
  it's
• 13:27
  a,
• 13:28
  it's
• 13:28
  a
• 13:28
  really
• 13:28
  great
• 13:28
  episode
• 13:29
  of
• 13:29
  that
• 13:29
  show.
• 13:30
  So
• 13:30
  I
• 13:30
  think
• 13:30
  that
• 13:31
  episode
• 13:31
  would
• 13:32
  pair
• 13:32
  really
• 13:32
  well
• 13:32
  with
• 13:33
  this
• 13:33
  one.
• 13:33
  These
• 13:33
  are
• 13:34
  two
• 13:34
  great
• 13:34
  D.C.
• 13:35
  christmas
• 13:36
  themed
• 13:36
  episodes.
• 13:36
  There
• 13:37
  are
• 13:37
  also
• 13:37
  a
• 13:37
  lot
• 13:38
  of
• 13:38
  Arrowverse
• 13:39
  Christmas
• 13:40
  holiday
• 13:40
  episodes.
• 13:42
  The
• 13:42
  Flash
• 13:43
  one
• 13:43
  from
• 13:43
  like,
• 13:44
  I
• 13:44
  think
• 13:44
  maybe
• 13:45
  season
• 13:45
  one
• 13:46
  is
• 13:46
  fantastic.
• 13:46
  There's
• 13:47
  the
• 13:47
  era
• 13:47
  one.
• 13:48
  They
• 13:48
  did
• 13:48
  that
• 13:48
  throughout
• 13:49
  all
• 13:49
  the
• 13:49
  Arrowverse
• 13:50
  shows.
• 13:51
  So
• 13:51
  those
• 13:51
  would
• 13:51
  go
• 13:51
  really
• 13:52
  well
• 13:52
  here.
• 13:53
  But
• 13:53
  I,
• 13:53
  but
• 13:53
  my
• 13:54
  personal
• 13:54
  pick
• 13:54
  would
• 13:54
  be,
• 13:55
  I
• 13:55
  think,
• 13:55
  Lexus
• 13:56
  and
• 13:56
  Christmas
• 13:56
  with
• 13:56
  the
• 13:56
  Joker.
• 13:57
  As
• 13:58
  far
• 13:58
  as
• 13:58
  two
• 13:59
  villain
• 14:00
  centric
• 14:01
  DC
• 14:03
  episodes
• 14:04
  that
• 14:04
  are,
• 14:05
  you
• 14:05
  know,
• 14:05
  take
• 14:05
  place
• 14:06
  around
• 14:06
  Christmas
• 14:06
  and
• 14:08
  have
• 14:08
  the
• 14:08
  It's
• 14:08
  a
• 14:08
  Wonderful
• 14:09
  Life
• 14:09
  influence.
• 14:09
  I
• 14:10
  think
• 14:10
  that
• 14:10
  would
• 14:10
  be
• 14:10
  a
• 14:10
  really
• 14:11
  cool
• 14:11
  double
• 14:11
  feature.
• 14:12
  I
• 14:12
  like
• 14:13
  that,
• 14:13
  Kevin.
• 14:13
  Good
• 14:13
  night.
• 14:14
  Nice
• 14:14
  pull
• 14:14
  there.
• 14:15
  Yeah.
• 14:15
  I
• 14:15
  was
• 14:15
  trying
• 14:15
  to
• 14:15
  think
• 14:15
  of
• 14:16
  some
• 14:16
  like,
• 14:16
  other
• 14:16
  DC
• 14:16
  stuff
• 14:17
  too,
• 14:17
  but
• 14:17
  for
• 14:17
  me,
• 14:18
  I
• 14:18
  really
• 14:18
  like
• 14:19
  this
• 14:19
  not
• 14:20
  dark
• 14:20
  and
• 14:20
  gloomy
• 14:21
  and
• 14:21
  rainy
• 14:21
  in
• 14:22
  Gotham
• 14:22
  in
• 14:22
  this
• 14:22
  episode,
• 14:23
  but
• 14:23
  it's
• 14:23
  snowing.
• 14:25
  So
• 14:25
  anything
• 14:25
  that
• 14:25
  has
• 14:25
  like,
• 14:26
  snow,
• 14:27
  you
• 14:27
  know.
• 14:29
  And
• 14:29
  I
• 14:29
  started
• 14:29
  thinking
• 14:30
  about
• 14:30
  like
• 14:30
  an
• 14:30
  animated
• 14:31
  feature
• 14:31
  and
• 14:31
  I
• 14:32
  really
• 14:32
  love.
• 14:32
  And
• 14:33
  it
• 14:33
  made
• 14:33
  a
• 14:33
  big
• 14:33
  difference
• 14:34
  to
• 14:34
  me
• 14:34
  and
• 14:34
  an
• 14:34
  impact
• 14:35
  on
• 14:35
  me
• 14:35
  as
• 14:35
  a
• 14:35
  kid
• 14:36
  watching
• 14:36
  the
• 14:37
  kind
• 14:37
  of
• 14:37
  70s
• 14:38
  animated
• 14:39
  version
• 14:39
  of
• 14:39
  the
• 14:39
  Lion.
• 14:39
  The
• 14:39
  Witch
• 14:40
  in
• 14:40
  the
• 14:40
  Wardrobe
• 14:42
  is
• 14:42
  a
• 14:42
  really.
• 14:42
  It's
• 14:43
  a
• 14:43
  really
• 14:43
  cool
• 14:43
  animated
• 14:45
  special.
• 14:46
  And
• 14:46
  so
• 14:46
  I
• 14:46
  would
• 14:47
  pair
• 14:47
  this
• 14:47
  with
• 14:47
  that
• 14:48
  because
• 14:49
  it's
• 14:49
  snow,
• 14:49
  it's
• 14:50
  cold,
• 14:50
  it's
• 14:51
  always
• 14:51
  winter,
• 14:52
  never
• 14:52
  Christmas.
• 14:54
  And
• 14:54
  yet
• 14:54
  Father
• 14:54
  Christmas
• 14:55
  shows
• 14:55
  up
• 14:56
  in
• 14:57
  Narnia
• 14:57
  when
• 14:58
  things
• 14:58
  start
• 14:58
  to
• 14:58
  thaw
• 14:59
  because
• 14:59
  Aslan
• 15:00
  is
• 15:00
  there.
• 15:00
  So
• 15:01
  here
• 15:01
  we
• 15:01
  we
• 15:02
  begin,
• 15:03
  you
• 15:04
  know,
• 15:04
  this
• 15:04
  Batman
• 15:05
  animated
• 15:06
  series
• 15:07
  Christmas
• 15:07
  special
• 15:08
  with
• 15:08
  it
• 15:08
  Cold
• 15:09
  with
• 15:09
  a
• 15:09
  cold
• 15:09
  heart.
• 15:10
  I
• 15:10
  can't
• 15:10
  take
• 15:10
  a
• 15:11
  night
• 15:11
  off.
• 15:12
  It's.
• 15:13
  I
• 15:13
  still
• 15:13
  gotta
• 15:14
  work.
• 15:14
  I
• 15:14
  can
• 15:14
  make
• 15:15
  sure
• 15:15
  the
• 15:15
  city's
• 15:15
  safe.
• 15:15
  I
• 15:16
  can't
• 15:16
  take
• 15:16
  a
• 15:16
  day
• 15:16
  off
• 15:16
  for
• 15:17
  Christmas.
• 15:17
  And.
• 15:18
  And
• 15:18
  Dick
• 15:18
  Robin
• 15:19
  is
• 15:19
  kind
• 15:19
  of
• 15:19
  like,
• 15:19
  ah,
• 15:20
  come
• 15:20
  on,
• 15:20
  man,
• 15:21
  lighten
• 15:21
  up
• 15:21
  a
• 15:21
  little
• 15:21
  bit.
• 15:22
  But
• 15:22
  by
• 15:22
  the
• 15:22
  time
• 15:22
  you
• 15:22
  get
• 15:22
  to
• 15:23
  Den,
• 15:23
  his
• 15:23
  heart
• 15:23
  thaws
• 15:24
  a
• 15:24
  little
• 15:24
  bit.
• 15:25
  Wayne's
• 15:25
  heart
• 15:25
  thaws
• 15:26
  and
• 15:26
  he
• 15:26
  smiles
• 15:27
  at
• 15:27
  the
• 15:27
  camera
• 15:27
  like,
• 15:28
  huh,
• 15:28
  Maybe
• 15:28
  I
• 15:28
  will
• 15:28
  watch
• 15:29
  It's
• 15:29
  a
• 15:30
  Wonderful
• 15:30
  Life.
• 15:30
  So
• 15:31
  I
• 15:31
  asked
• 15:31
  where
• 15:31
  I'm
• 15:31
  going
• 15:31
  to
• 15:31
  pair
• 15:32
  it.
• 15:32
  I'm
• 15:32
  going
• 15:32
  to
• 15:32
  pair
• 15:33
  Animated
• 15:34
  lion,
• 15:34
  the
• 15:34
  Witcher
• 15:35
  and
• 15:35
  the
• 15:35
  Wardrobe
• 15:35
  with
• 15:36
  this
• 15:36
  one.
• 15:36
  And
• 15:37
  I
• 15:37
  think
• 15:37
  it
• 15:37
  could
• 15:37
  work.
• 15:37
  Really
• 15:37
  good.
• 15:38
  Great
• 15:38
  take.
• 15:38
  I
• 15:39
  actually,
• 15:39
  I
• 15:39
  grew
• 15:39
  up
• 15:39
  on
• 15:40
  the
• 15:40
  BBC
• 15:41
  Chronicles
• 15:41
  of
• 15:42
  Narnia
• 15:42
  that
• 15:43
  were
• 15:43
  like,
• 15:43
  even
• 15:43
  before
• 15:44
  the
• 15:44
  big
• 15:45
  was
• 15:46
  like
• 15:46
  the
• 15:46
  Disney
• 15:47
  Waller
• 15:47
  Media
• 15:48
  movies
• 15:49
  that
• 15:49
  are
• 15:49
  like.
• 15:49
  But
• 15:50
  I
• 15:50
  really
• 15:50
  love
• 15:50
  the
• 15:50
  BBC
• 15:51
  one.
• 15:51
  And
• 15:52
  you
• 15:52
  know,
• 15:52
  I.
• 15:52
  That
• 15:52
  was
• 15:53
  in
• 15:53
  our
• 15:53
  church
• 15:53
  library
• 15:54
  and
• 15:55
  we
• 15:55
  grew
• 15:55
  up
• 15:55
  on
• 15:55
  that
• 15:55
  and
• 15:56
  the
• 15:56
  books
• 15:56
  and.
• 15:56
  Yeah,
• 15:57
  fantastic.
• 15:58
  I
• 15:58
  love
• 15:58
  that.
• 15:58
  Oh,
• 15:59
  Narnia
• 15:59
  is
• 15:59
  perfect
• 15:59
  around
• 16:00
  Christmas
• 16:00
  time.
• 16:01
  Yep,
• 16:01
  sure
• 16:01
  is
• 16:02
  it.
• 16:02
  It
• 16:02
  is
• 16:02
  a.
• 16:02
  It
• 16:02
  is
• 16:03
  very
• 16:03
  Christmy.
• 16:03
  I
• 16:04
  love
• 16:04
  that
• 16:04
  he
• 16:04
  threw
• 16:04
  it
• 16:04
  in
• 16:04
  there
• 16:05
  and.
• 16:05
  And
• 16:05
  I.
• 16:05
  I
• 16:06
  loved
• 16:06
  also
• 16:06
  that
• 16:06
  it
• 16:06
  was
• 16:07
  snowing
• 16:07
  in
• 16:07
  Gotham
• 16:08
  on
• 16:08
  Christmas
• 16:08
  Eve,
• 16:08
  but
• 16:08
  they
• 16:08
  had
• 16:09
  a
• 16:09
  white
• 16:09
  Christmas.
• 16:10
  Yeah.
• 16:11
  So
• 16:11
  good.
• 16:11
  So
• 16:12
  good.
• 16:12
  All
• 16:13
  right,
• 16:13
  so.
• 16:13
  So
• 16:14
  let's
• 16:14
  go
• 16:14
  a
• 16:14
  little
• 16:14
  deeper
• 16:15
  here.
• 16:15
  You
• 16:15
  know,
• 16:15
  let's.
• 16:15
  Let's
• 16:16
  do
• 16:16
  some
• 16:16
  geekology
• 16:16
  and.
• 16:17
  And
• 16:17
  be
• 16:17
  some
• 16:17
  geekologists.
• 16:18
  Did
• 16:18
  you
• 16:19
  find
• 16:19
  the
• 16:19
  meaning
• 16:19
  of
• 16:20
  Christmas
• 16:20
  in
• 16:21
  this
• 16:22
  Christmas
• 16:23
  special?
• 16:23
  Did
• 16:24
  you,
• 16:24
  Kevin?
• 16:25
  Did
• 16:25
  you
• 16:25
  find
• 16:25
  the
• 16:25
  meaning.
• 16:26
  What's
• 16:26
  the
• 16:26
  meaning
• 16:26
  of
• 16:26
  Christmas
• 16:26
  according
• 16:27
  to
• 16:27
  the
• 16:27
  Batman,
• 16:27
  the
• 16:28
  Animated
• 16:28
  Series?
• 16:29
  I
• 16:29
  don't
• 16:29
  think
• 16:29
  it
• 16:30
  goes
• 16:30
  into,
• 16:30
  like,
• 16:30
  the
• 16:30
  full
• 16:30
  meaning.
• 16:31
  But
• 16:31
  I,
• 16:31
  again,
• 16:32
  I
• 16:32
  like
• 16:32
  that
• 16:34
  it's
• 16:34
  a
• 16:34
  very
• 16:35
  honest
• 16:36
  portrayal
• 16:36
  of
• 16:36
  Bruce
• 16:37
  here
• 16:37
  and
• 16:37
  Batman,
• 16:39
  again,
• 16:39
  by
• 16:39
  the,
• 16:40
  like,
• 16:40
  it's
• 16:40
  not
• 16:41
  like
• 16:41
  he
• 16:41
  is
• 16:42
  fully
• 16:42
  devoid
• 16:43
  of
• 16:43
  cynicism
• 16:44
  by
• 16:44
  the
• 16:44
  end
• 16:44
  of
• 16:44
  the
• 16:44
  episode.
• 16:45
  You
• 16:46
  know,
• 16:46
  It's
• 16:46
  a
• 16:46
  Wonderful
• 16:46
  Life
• 16:47
  doesn't
• 16:47
  radically
• 16:47
  change
• 16:48
  him.
• 16:48
  And,
• 16:48
  you
• 16:48
  know,
• 16:48
  he
• 16:49
  still
• 16:49
  is
• 16:49
  that
• 16:49
  man.
• 16:50
  But
• 16:50
  I
• 16:50
  like
• 16:50
  that
• 16:51
  at
• 16:51
  the
• 16:52
  end
• 16:52
  that
• 16:52
  line
• 16:53
  where
• 16:53
  he
• 16:53
  says,
• 16:54
  you
• 16:54
  know,
• 16:55
  it
• 16:55
  has
• 16:55
  its
• 16:55
  moments.
• 16:56
  I.
• 16:56
  That's
• 16:57
  a
• 16:57
  very
• 16:57
  Batman
• 16:57
  thing
• 16:58
  to
• 16:58
  say
• 16:58
  where,
• 16:59
  yeah.
• 16:59
  He's
• 17:00
  not
• 17:00
  going
• 17:00
  to
• 17:00
  be
• 17:00
  the
• 17:00
  overly
• 17:01
  optimistic.
• 17:02
  Oh,
• 17:02
  I
• 17:02
  believe
• 17:03
  in
• 17:03
  magic
• 17:03
  and
• 17:04
  optimism
• 17:04
  and
• 17:04
  I
• 17:04
  see
• 17:04
  the
• 17:04
  best.
• 17:05
  And
• 17:05
  people
• 17:05
  like,
• 17:05
  that's
• 17:06
  not
• 17:06
  who
• 17:06
  Bruce
• 17:06
  is,
• 17:07
  who
• 17:08
  Batman
• 17:08
  is.
• 17:09
  But
• 17:09
  I
• 17:09
  like
• 17:10
  that,
• 17:10
  you
• 17:10
  know,
• 17:10
  it's
• 17:10
  an
• 17:11
  acknowledgment
• 17:11
  for
• 17:12
  him
• 17:12
  that,
• 17:13
  okay,
• 17:13
  he
• 17:13
  does
• 17:14
  have
• 17:14
  people
• 17:14
  in
• 17:14
  his
• 17:15
  life
• 17:15
  who
• 17:15
  he
• 17:16
  cares
• 17:16
  for
• 17:17
  and
• 17:17
  he
• 17:18
  does
• 17:18
  have
• 17:19
  a
• 17:19
  reason
• 17:19
  to
• 17:19
  keep
• 17:20
  fighting
• 17:20
  injustice.
• 17:21
  And.
• 17:23
  And
• 17:23
  while
• 17:23
  he's,
• 17:24
  you
• 17:24
  know,
• 17:24
  and
• 17:25
  it's.
• 17:25
  I
• 17:25
  mean,
• 17:25
  I
• 17:25
  think
• 17:25
  it's
• 17:26
  also
• 17:26
  the
• 17:26
  reason
• 17:27
  why
• 17:27
  he
• 17:28
  doesn't
• 17:28
  just
• 17:28
  let
• 17:29
  Joker
• 17:29
  fall
• 17:30
  into
• 17:30
  the
• 17:31
  acid
• 17:33
  like
• 17:33
  a
• 17:33
  pit
• 17:34
  at
• 17:34
  the
• 17:34
  end,
• 17:34
  because
• 17:34
  he
• 17:35
  could
• 17:35
  really.
• 17:35
  He
• 17:35
  still
• 17:35
  saves
• 17:36
  him
• 17:36
  because
• 17:36
  that's
• 17:37
  also
• 17:37
  Batman.
• 17:38
  And
• 17:38
  it's
• 17:39
  one
• 17:39
  thing
• 17:39
  that,
• 17:39
  you
• 17:39
  know,
• 17:40
  is
• 17:41
  even
• 17:41
  other
• 17:42
  superheroes
• 17:43
  other
• 17:43
  and
• 17:44
  criticize
• 17:44
  him
• 17:44
  for,
• 17:45
  you
• 17:45
  know,
• 17:46
  they
• 17:47
  like,
• 17:47
  oh,
• 17:47
  why
• 17:47
  didn't
• 17:48
  you
• 17:48
  just
• 17:49
  kill
• 17:49
  Joker
• 17:50
  at
• 17:50
  least?
• 17:50
  Finally.
• 17:51
  I
• 17:51
  mean,
• 17:51
  it's
• 17:51
  the
• 17:52
  big
• 17:52
  focal
• 17:52
  point
• 17:52
  of
• 17:53
  the
• 17:53
  under
• 17:53
  the
• 17:53
  Red
• 17:54
  Hood
• 17:54
  storyline.
• 17:54
  That's
• 17:55
  why
• 17:55
  Jason
• 17:56
  resents
• 17:56
  him
• 17:57
  for
• 17:58
  not
• 17:58
  just,
• 17:59
  you
• 17:59
  know,
• 17:59
  letting
• 18:00
  and
• 18:00
  always
• 18:00
  having
• 18:00
  to
• 18:01
  have
• 18:01
  this
• 18:01
  moral
• 18:02
  high
• 18:02
  ground,
• 18:02
  but
• 18:02
  that's
• 18:03
  fundamentally
• 18:04
  who
• 18:04
  he
• 18:04
  is.
• 18:05
  And
• 18:05
  so
• 18:06
  that,
• 18:07
  I
• 18:07
  think,
• 18:07
  all
• 18:08
  culminates
• 18:09
  here.
• 18:09
  So
• 18:09
  to
• 18:10
  answer
• 18:10
  your
• 18:10
  question,
• 18:10
  I
• 18:10
  don't
• 18:10
  know
• 18:10
  if
• 18:10
  it
• 18:11
  fully
• 18:11
  gets
• 18:11
  at
• 18:11
  the
• 18:12
  fundamental
• 18:13
  meaning
• 18:13
  of
• 18:13
  Christmas,
• 18:13
  but
• 18:13
  I
• 18:14
  like
• 18:14
  how
• 18:14
  it.
• 18:15
  Tanya
• 18:15
  is
• 18:15
  on
• 18:15
  those
• 18:15
  themes
• 18:16
  and
• 18:17
  views
• 18:18
  it
• 18:18
  through
• 18:18
  Batman's
• 18:19
  lens.
• 18:20
  And
• 18:20
  I
• 18:20
  like
• 18:21
  that
• 18:21
  it
• 18:21
  doesn't
• 18:21
  have
• 18:22
  this,
• 18:22
  like,
• 18:22
  big
• 18:22
  radical
• 18:23
  transformation
• 18:24
  for
• 18:24
  him,
• 18:24
  but
• 18:25
  it
• 18:25
  acknowledges
• 18:26
  that,
• 18:27
  okay,
• 18:27
  he's
• 18:28
  not
• 18:28
  entirely
• 18:29
  100%
• 18:30
  cynical.
• 18:30
  He
• 18:31
  still
• 18:31
  has,
• 18:32
  you
• 18:32
  know,
• 18:32
  a
• 18:32
  moral
• 18:32
  code
• 18:33
  and
• 18:33
  he
• 18:33
  still
• 18:33
  has
• 18:34
  people
• 18:34
  in
• 18:34
  his
• 18:35
  life
• 18:35
  who
• 18:35
  he
• 18:35
  loves.
• 18:36
  Nice.
• 18:37
  Nice.
• 18:37
  Yeah,
• 18:37
  you're
• 18:38
  not
• 18:38
  going
• 18:38
  to
• 18:38
  get
• 18:38
  like
• 18:38
  a
• 18:39
  Charlie
• 18:39
  Brown
• 18:40
  Christmas
• 18:40
  special
• 18:40
  where.
• 18:41
  Where
• 18:41
  they're
• 18:42
  reading
• 18:42
  from
• 18:42
  the
• 18:43
  Gospel
• 18:43
  of
• 18:43
  Luke,
• 18:43
  the
• 18:44
  Christmas
• 18:44
  story
• 18:44
  at
• 18:44
  the
• 18:44
  end
• 18:45
  of
• 18:45
  this.
• 18:45
  And.
• 18:45
  And
• 18:46
  it's
• 18:46
  not
• 18:46
  necess
• 18:46
  the
• 18:47
  Grinch
• 18:47
  where
• 18:47
  he's
• 18:47
  just
• 18:47
  like
• 18:48
  a
• 18:48
  super
• 18:48
  big
• 18:48
  Grinch.
• 18:49
  And
• 18:49
  then
• 18:49
  at
• 18:49
  the
• 18:49
  end,
• 18:49
  he
• 18:49
  has
• 18:50
  a
• 18:50
  big
• 18:50
  transformation.
• 18:50
  It's
• 18:51
  a.
• 18:51
  It's
• 18:51
  a
• 18:51
  soft
• 18:52
  kind
• 18:52
  of
• 18:53
  a
• 18:53
  soft
• 18:53
  transformation
• 18:54
  there.
• 18:54
  But
• 18:55
  when
• 18:55
  I
• 18:55
  think
• 18:55
  about
• 18:55
  this,
• 18:56
  I
• 18:56
  think
• 18:56
  about,
• 18:56
  like,
• 18:57
  how
• 18:57
  rich
• 18:58
  Bruce
• 18:58
  Wayne
• 18:59
  is
• 18:59
  And
• 18:59
  he
• 18:59
  has
• 18:59
  all
• 19:00
  the
• 19:00
  toys,
• 19:00
  all
• 19:00
  the
• 19:01
  gadgets,
• 19:01
  he
• 19:01
  has
• 19:02
  all
• 19:02
  the
• 19:02
  money
• 19:02
  in
• 19:03
  the
• 19:03
  world
• 19:03
  that
• 19:03
  can
• 19:03
  make
• 19:03
  him
• 19:04
  happy.
• 19:04
  But
• 19:04
  he
• 19:05
  still
• 19:05
  has
• 19:05
  a
• 19:05
  void
• 19:06
  because
• 19:06
  he
• 19:06
  has
• 19:07
  this
• 19:07
  childhood
• 19:07
  trauma.
• 19:08
  And
• 19:08
  so
• 19:08
  he
• 19:09
  wants
• 19:09
  the
• 19:09
  city
• 19:09
  to
• 19:09
  be
• 19:10
  safe
• 19:10
  and
• 19:10
  he
• 19:10
  doesn't
• 19:10
  want
• 19:11
  that
• 19:11
  to
• 19:11
  happen
• 19:12
  to
• 19:12
  others,
• 19:12
  other
• 19:12
  kids,
• 19:13
  other
• 19:13
  people,
• 19:14
  other
• 19:14
  people
• 19:15
  who
• 19:15
  live
• 19:15
  in
• 19:15
  his
• 19:15
  neighborhood
• 19:16
  and
• 19:16
  community.
• 19:17
  And
• 19:17
  so
• 19:17
  sometimes
• 19:17
  you
• 19:17
  think,
• 19:18
  you
• 19:18
  know,
• 19:18
  the
• 19:18
  commercialism
• 19:19
  around
• 19:19
  Christmas
• 19:20
  and
• 19:20
  oh,
• 19:20
  oh,
• 19:20
  if
• 19:21
  I
• 19:21
  just
• 19:21
  get
• 19:21
  all
• 19:21
  the
• 19:21
  presents,
• 19:22
  I
• 19:22
  get
• 19:22
  all
• 19:22
  the
• 19:22
  things
• 19:23
  that
• 19:23
  will
• 19:23
  make
• 19:23
  me
• 19:23
  happy
• 19:24
  and
• 19:24
  that'll
• 19:24
  make
• 19:24
  Christmas
• 19:25
  special.
• 19:25
  But
• 19:25
  maybe,
• 19:26
  perhaps
• 19:26
  it's
• 19:26
  not
• 19:27
  just
• 19:27
  all
• 19:27
  the
• 19:27
  stuff
• 19:28
  or
• 19:29
  the
• 19:29
  coolest
• 19:29
  Batmobile
• 19:30
  you
• 19:30
  could
• 19:30
  ever
• 19:31
  have
• 19:31
  or,
• 19:32
  or
• 19:32
  Toy
• 19:33
  Factory
• 19:33
  with
• 19:34
  all
• 19:34
  the
• 19:34
  gadgets,
• 19:34
  but,
• 19:35
  but
• 19:35
  maybe
• 19:35
  it
• 19:35
  is
• 19:36
  like
• 19:36
  sitting
• 19:36
  down
• 19:36
  with
• 19:37
  one
• 19:37
  of
• 19:37
  your
• 19:37
  favorite
• 19:37
  movies,
• 19:38
  learning
• 19:39
  about
• 19:39
  the
• 19:39
  meaning
• 19:39
  of
• 19:40
  life
• 19:40
  with
• 19:40
  a
• 19:40
  friend,
• 19:41
  with,
• 19:41
  with
• 19:42
  family
• 19:43
  or
• 19:43
  found
• 19:43
  family.
• 19:44
  So
• 19:44
  for
• 19:44
  me,
• 19:45
  I,
• 19:45
  I
• 19:45
  do
• 19:45
  think
• 19:45
  they
• 19:45
  lean
• 19:46
  into
• 19:46
  the,
• 19:47
  the
• 19:47
  magic
• 19:47
  of
• 19:47
  Christmas
• 19:48
  when
• 19:48
  it
• 19:48
  comes
• 19:48
  to
• 19:49
  who's
• 19:49
  your
• 19:49
  family,
• 19:49
  your
• 19:50
  found
• 19:50
  family,
• 19:50
  your
• 19:50
  friends,
• 19:51
  and,
• 19:51
  and
• 19:52
  maybe
• 19:52
  maybe
• 19:52
  looking
• 19:53
  at
• 19:53
  life
• 19:54
  and
• 19:54
  world
• 19:54
  through
• 19:55
  a
• 19:55
  different
• 19:55
  lens
• 19:56
  and
• 19:56
  not
• 19:57
  just
• 19:57
  your
• 19:57
  own,
• 19:58
  you
• 19:58
  know,
• 19:58
  cow
• 19:59
  all
• 19:59
  the
• 19:59
  time,
• 19:59
  you
• 20:00
  can
• 20:00
  take
• 20:00
  off
• 20:00
  the
• 20:00
  mask
• 20:00
  and
• 20:01
  you
• 20:01
  can
• 20:01
  sit
• 20:01
  down
• 20:01
  by
• 20:02
  a
• 20:02
  fire
• 20:02
  and,
• 20:03
  and
• 20:03
  watch
• 20:03
  a
• 20:03
  war
• 20:03
  movie.
• 20:04
  So
• 20:04
  I,
• 20:04
  I
• 20:04
  liked
• 20:05
  it.
• 20:05
  By
• 20:05
  the
• 20:05
  end,
• 20:05
  that's
• 20:05
  what
• 20:05
  it
• 20:06
  was.
• 20:06
  So,
• 20:07
  yeah,
• 20:07
  I,
• 20:08
  I
• 20:08
  think,
• 20:08
  I
• 20:08
  think
• 20:08
  it
• 20:09
  found
• 20:09
  some,
• 20:09
  some
• 20:09
  meaningful
• 20:10
  nuggets
• 20:11
  there
• 20:11
  of
• 20:11
  what
• 20:11
  Christmas
• 20:12
  is
• 20:12
  all
• 20:12
  about.
• 20:13
  Absolutely.
• 20:14
  I
• 20:14
  mean,
• 20:15
  and
• 20:15
  again,
• 20:16
  that's,
• 20:16
  I
• 20:16
  think
• 20:16
  what
• 20:16
  I
• 20:16
  love
• 20:17
  about
• 20:17
  this
• 20:18
  show
• 20:18
  in
• 20:18
  particular
• 20:19
  is
• 20:19
  they
• 20:19
  pack
• 20:20
  so
• 20:20
  much
• 20:20
  into,
• 20:21
  you
• 20:21
  know,
• 20:21
  21,
• 20:22
  22
• 20:22
  minute
• 20:23
  episodes
• 20:24
  and
• 20:24
  they
• 20:24
  did
• 20:24
  that
• 20:24
  consistently
• 20:25
  throughout
• 20:25
  the
• 20:25
  show.
• 20:26
  And
• 20:26
  here
• 20:26
  it's
• 20:27
  very
• 20:27
  much
• 20:27
  that,
• 20:27
  like,
• 20:27
  you
• 20:28
  get,
• 20:28
  like
• 20:28
  you
• 20:28
  said,
• 20:28
  if
• 20:29
  you
• 20:29
  had
• 20:30
  never
• 20:30
  really
• 20:30
  seen
• 20:30
  this
• 20:31
  show
• 20:31
  before,
• 20:31
  you
• 20:31
  can
• 20:31
  hop
• 20:31
  on
• 20:32
  this
• 20:32
  episode
• 20:32
  and
• 20:33
  get
• 20:33
  the
• 20:33
  basic
• 20:33
  dynamics
• 20:34
  of
• 20:34
  who
• 20:34
  these
• 20:34
  characters
• 20:35
  are
• 20:35
  and
• 20:36
  you
• 20:36
  get
• 20:36
  a
• 20:37
  full
• 20:37
  adventure.
• 20:38
  You
• 20:38
  get
• 20:38
  character
• 20:39
  dynamics,
• 20:39
  you
• 20:39
  get
• 20:40
  themes
• 20:41
  and
• 20:41
  story.
• 20:42
  It
• 20:42
  all
• 20:43
  really
• 20:43
  ties
• 20:44
  together.
• 20:44
  And
• 20:44
  that's
• 20:45
  hard
• 20:45
  to
• 20:45
  do.
• 20:46
  And
• 20:46
  the,
• 20:47
  the
• 20:47
  writers
• 20:47
  and
• 20:48
  the
• 20:48
  animators
• 20:49
  and
• 20:49
  directors
• 20:50
  always
• 20:50
  had
• 20:50
  a
• 20:50
  knack
• 20:51
  for
• 20:51
  just
• 20:51
  really
• 20:52
  top
• 20:53
  notch
• 20:53
  storytelling
• 20:54
  here.
• 20:54
  Yep.
• 20:54
  You
• 20:55
  can
• 20:55
  tell,
• 20:55
  I
• 20:55
  mean,
• 20:55
  they,
• 20:56
  they
• 20:56
  do
• 20:56
  great,
• 20:57
  great
• 20:57
  stories,
• 20:57
  great
• 20:57
  animation
• 20:58
  as
• 20:58
  comic
• 20:58
  books,
• 20:58
  as
• 20:59
  heroes.
• 20:59
  They
• 20:59
  really
• 20:59
  get
• 20:59
  these
• 21:00
  characters
• 21:00
  and
• 21:00
  that's
• 21:00
  why
• 21:01
  this
• 21:01
  is
• 21:01
  one
• 21:01
  of
• 21:02
  the
• 21:02
  most
• 21:02
  revered
• 21:03
  animated
• 21:03
  series
• 21:03
  of
• 21:04
  all
• 21:04
  time.
• 21:05
  And
• 21:05
  yeah,
• 21:05
  so
• 21:06
  we
• 21:06
  highly
• 21:06
  recommend
• 21:07
  going
• 21:07
  to
• 21:07
  see
• 21:07
  this.
• 21:07
  If
• 21:07
  you
• 21:07
  have
• 21:08
  HBO
• 21:08
  Max,
• 21:10
  then
• 21:10
  go
• 21:10
  look
• 21:10
  at
• 21:11
  season
• 21:11
  one,
• 21:12
  episode
• 21:12
  38.
• 21:12
  Pull
• 21:13
  it
• 21:13
  up.
• 21:13
  You
• 21:14
  will
• 21:14
  not
• 21:14
  disappoint.
• 21:15
  I,
• 21:15
  I
• 21:15
  highly
• 21:15
  recommend.
• 21:16
  Go
• 21:16
  watch
• 21:17
  this.
• 21:17
  It
• 21:17
  will
• 21:17
  not
• 21:17
  take
• 21:18
  a
• 21:18
  long
• 21:18
  time.
• 21:18
  It's
• 21:19
  a
• 21:19
  short,
• 21:19
  short
• 21:19
  episode
• 21:20
  and
• 21:20
  it
• 21:20
  packs
• 21:20
  a
• 21:21
  lot
• 21:21
  into
• 21:21
  it,
• 21:21
  so
• 21:21
  go
• 21:21
  for
• 21:22
  it.
• 21:22
  Go
• 21:23
  and
• 21:23
  do
• 21:23
  it.
• 21:23
  All
• 21:23
  right,
• 21:24
  so
• 21:24
  let's.
• 21:25
  Let's
• 21:25
  wrap
• 21:25
  this
• 21:25
  up.
• 21:26
  If
• 21:26
  we
• 21:26
  were
• 21:26
  in
• 21:27
  charge
• 21:27
  of
• 21:27
  showing
• 21:28
  this
• 21:29
  at
• 21:29
  the
• 21:29
  drive
• 21:29
  in
• 21:30
  and
• 21:30
  they
• 21:30
  were
• 21:30
  like,
• 21:30
  kevin
• 21:31
  will
• 21:32
  design
• 21:33
  a
• 21:34
  custom
• 21:35
  Christmas
• 21:35
  treat
• 21:36
  for.
• 21:37
  For
• 21:37
  this
• 21:37
  showing
• 21:38
  of.
• 21:39
  Of
• 21:39
  the
• 21:40
  Christmas
• 21:40
  special,
• 21:41
  the
• 21:41
  Animated
• 21:42
  Batman
• 21:43
  Animated
• 21:43
  Series,
• 21:43
  what
• 21:43
  would
• 21:44
  you
• 21:44
  choose
• 21:44
  to
• 21:45
  create?
• 21:45
  What
• 21:45
  Christmas
• 21:46
  treat
• 21:46
  would
• 21:46
  you
• 21:46
  create?
• 21:47
  So
• 21:47
  I'll
• 21:47
  use
• 21:47
  one
• 21:48
  that
• 21:48
  my
• 21:48
  mom
• 21:48
  always
• 21:48
  makes
• 21:49
  at
• 21:49
  Christmas
• 21:49
  time.
• 21:49
  It's
• 21:50
  these,
• 21:50
  like,
• 21:50
  cookies
• 21:51
  that
• 21:51
  you
• 21:51
  put
• 21:52
  a
• 21:52
  Reese's
• 21:53
  cup
• 21:53
  in
• 21:53
  them.
• 21:54
  So,
• 21:55
  like,
• 21:55
  I
• 21:55
  don't
• 21:55
  even
• 21:55
  know
• 21:55
  what
• 21:55
  you
• 21:56
  call
• 21:56
  them,
• 21:56
  but,
• 21:56
  like,
• 21:56
  but
• 21:57
  it's
• 21:57
  like
• 21:57
  a
• 21:57
  cookie
• 21:58
  on
• 21:58
  the
• 21:58
  outside
• 21:59
  and
• 21:59
  then
• 22:00
  a
• 22:00
  little
• 22:01
  mini
• 22:01
  Reese's
• 22:01
  cup
• 22:02
  right
• 22:02
  in
• 22:02
  the
• 22:02
  center.
• 22:03
  And
• 22:03
  I
• 22:03
  look
• 22:04
  forward
• 22:04
  to
• 22:04
  those
• 22:04
  every
• 22:04
  year.
• 22:04
  And,
• 22:05
  you
• 22:05
  know,
• 22:05
  I.
• 22:05
  These
• 22:06
  days
• 22:06
  I
• 22:06
  have
• 22:06
  to
• 22:06
  watch
• 22:06
  my
• 22:07
  blood
• 22:07
  sugar,
• 22:07
  so
• 22:08
  I
• 22:08
  can't,
• 22:08
  you
• 22:08
  know,
• 22:09
  hail
• 22:09
  as
• 22:09
  many
• 22:10
  as
• 22:10
  I
• 22:10
  swear
• 22:11
  we've
• 22:11
  had
• 22:11
  where
• 22:12
  you
• 22:12
  and
• 22:12
  I
• 22:13
  are
• 22:13
  in
• 22:13
  that
• 22:13
  boat.
• 22:14
  But.
• 22:15
  But
• 22:16
  when
• 22:16
  I
• 22:16
  was
• 22:16
  a
• 22:16
  kid,
• 22:16
  I
• 22:17
  would
• 22:17
  devour
• 22:17
  those
• 22:18
  as
• 22:18
  many
• 22:18
  as
• 22:19
  I
• 22:19
  could.
• 22:19
  And
• 22:19
  I
• 22:19
  think
• 22:20
  it's
• 22:20
  perfect
• 22:20
  for
• 22:20
  this
• 22:21
  because
• 22:21
  it's
• 22:21
  a
• 22:21
  nice,
• 22:22
  warm
• 22:23
  Christmas
• 22:23
  treat
• 22:24
  and.
• 22:25
  And
• 22:25
  just,
• 22:25
  you
• 22:26
  know,
• 22:26
  perfect
• 22:26
  for
• 22:26
  the
• 22:26
  cozy
• 22:27
  atmosphere
• 22:27
  here.
• 22:28
  I
• 22:28
  like
• 22:28
  it.
• 22:28
  I
• 22:28
  like
• 22:29
  it.
• 22:29
  I
• 22:29
  think
• 22:29
  since
• 22:29
  it's
• 22:30
  the.
• 22:30
  Since
• 22:31
  it's
• 22:31
  Christmas
• 22:31
  with
• 22:31
  the
• 22:32
  Joker,
• 22:32
  I'm
• 22:32
  going
• 22:33
  to
• 22:33
  bust
• 22:33
  out
• 22:33
  some
• 22:33
  Laffy
• 22:34
  Taffies.
• 22:34
  I
• 22:34
  think
• 22:35
  that's
• 22:35
  what
• 22:35
  I'm
• 22:35
  gonna
• 22:35
  do.
• 22:36
  Yep,
• 22:36
  I'm
• 22:36
  gonna
• 22:36
  do
• 22:36
  some
• 22:36
  Laffy
• 22:37
  Taffies.
• 22:37
  And
• 22:37
  since
• 22:37
  there
• 22:38
  was
• 22:38
  a
• 22:38
  big
• 22:38
  kind
• 22:39
  of
• 22:40
  lava
• 22:40
  pit
• 22:41
  that
• 22:41
  looked
• 22:42
  like
• 22:42
  strawberry
• 22:43
  jam
• 22:44
  or.
• 22:44
  Or
• 22:45
  something
• 22:46
  in
• 22:46
  the
• 22:46
  anime,
• 22:47
  I'm
• 22:48
  gonna
• 22:48
  create
• 22:48
  like
• 22:48
  a
• 22:48
  little
• 22:48
  side
• 22:49
  cup
• 22:49
  of
• 22:49
  like
• 22:50
  a
• 22:50
  dipping
• 22:50
  sauce,
• 22:50
  like
• 22:51
  a
• 22:51
  sweet
• 22:52
  raspberry
• 22:53
  strawberry
• 22:54
  dipping
• 22:54
  sauce
• 22:55
  for
• 22:55
  Laffy
• 22:55
  Taffy.
• 22:56
  That.
• 22:56
  That's
• 22:56
  what
• 22:56
  I'm
• 22:57
  going
• 22:57
  for.
• 22:57
  Since
• 22:57
  it's
• 22:58
  the
• 22:58
  Joker,
• 22:58
  that's
• 22:58
  where
• 22:59
  I.
• 22:59
  Do
• 22:59
  you
• 22:59
  like
• 22:59
  that?
• 23:00
  I
• 23:00
  think
• 23:00
  it'll
• 23:00
  work.
• 23:01
  Like,
• 23:01
  come
• 23:01
  to
• 23:01
  the
• 23:02
  showing
• 23:02
  and
• 23:02
  get
• 23:02
  some
• 23:02
  Laffy
• 23:03
  Taffy
• 23:03
  and
• 23:04
  then.
• 23:04
  And
• 23:04
  then
• 23:04
  these.
• 23:05
  These
• 23:05
  cookies
• 23:06
  that
• 23:06
  are
• 23:06
  going
• 23:07
  to
• 23:07
  bring
• 23:07
  a
• 23:07
  little
• 23:08
  smile
• 23:08
  to
• 23:08
  your
• 23:08
  face
• 23:09
  and
• 23:09
  know
• 23:10
  that
• 23:10
  it's
• 23:10
  a
• 23:10
  wonderful
• 23:11
  life
• 23:11
  when
• 23:11
  you
• 23:11
  eat
• 23:11
  these
• 23:12
  treats
• 23:12
  while
• 23:12
  watching
• 23:13
  Flesh.
• 23:15
  It'S
• 23:15
  a
• 23:15
  fun
• 23:15
  filled
• 23:16
  episode.
• 23:16
  So
• 23:16
  we.
• 23:17
  We
• 23:17
  got
• 23:17
  to
• 23:17
  have
• 23:17
  some
• 23:17
  puns
• 23:18
  here.
• 23:18
  We
• 23:18
  got
• 23:18
  it.
• 23:19
  That's
• 23:19
  what
• 23:19
  we
• 23:19
  did.
• 23:19
  As
• 23:20
  we
• 23:20
  did.
• 23:20
  Thanks,

  do
• 24:07
  you
• 24:07
  want
• 24:08
  them
• 24:08
  to.

  I

• 24:10
  hey,
• 24:10
  I
• 24:10
  have
• 24:10
  a
• 24:11
  Batman
• 24:11
  felt
• 24:11
  Christmas,
• 24:12
  you
• 24:12
  know,
• 24:12
  like,
• 24:13
  I
• 24:14
  mean,
• 24:14
  Jesus
• 24:14
  too,
• 24:15
  but
• 24:15
  also,
• 24:16
  I
• 24:16
  mean,
• 24:16
  yeah,
• 24:17
  no,
• 24:17
  I
• 24:18
  decided.
• 24:18
  But,
• 24:19
  but,
• 24:19
  yeah,
• 24:19
  but,
• 24:20
  but
• 24:20
  no,
• 24:20
  definitely.
• 24:21
  Hey,
• 24:22
  enjoy
• 24:22
  the
• 24:23
  things
• 24:23
  you.
• 24:23
  I
• 24:23
  think
• 24:23
  it
• 24:23
  is
• 24:24
  a
• 24:24
  good
• 24:24
  time
• 24:24
  to
• 24:24
  just
• 24:24
  kind
• 24:25
  of,
• 24:25
  like,
• 24:26
  settle
• 24:27
  down,
• 24:27
  like,
• 24:28
  you
• 24:28
  know,
• 24:28
  kind
• 24:29
  of
• 24:29
  decompress
• 24:29
  from
• 24:30
  the
• 24:30
  craziness
• 24:30
  the
• 24:30
  year.
• 24:31
  This
• 24:31
  is
• 24:32
  why
• 24:32
  I
• 24:32
  watched
• 24:32
  this
• 24:32
  episode
• 24:33
  every
• 24:33
  year,
• 24:33
  because
• 24:33
  it
• 24:33
  just
• 24:33
  brings
• 24:34
  me
• 24:34
  back
• 24:34
  to
• 24:34
  childhood
• 24:35
  and,
• 24:36
  you
• 24:36
  know,
• 24:36
  it's
• 24:36
  one
• 24:36
  of
• 24:36
  my
• 24:36
  absolute
• 24:37
  favorites.
• 24:37
  So
• 24:38
  enjoy
• 24:38
  those
• 24:38
  things
• 24:39
  you
• 24:39
  love,
• 24:39
  share
• 24:40
  them
• 24:40
  with
• 24:40
  others,
• 24:41
  and
• 24:42
  yes,
• 24:42
  have
• 24:42
  a
• 24:42
  wonderful
• 24:43
  Christmas.
• 24:44
  Ah,
• 24:44
  that's
• 24:44
  good
• 24:44
  advice
• 24:45
  there.
• 24:45
  I
• 24:45
  love
• 24:45
  it.
• 24:45
  I'm
• 24:46
  gonna
• 24:46
  take
• 24:46
  that
• 24:46
  to
• 24:46
  heart
• 24:47
  and
• 24:47
  I'm
• 24:48
  gonna
• 24:48
  turn
• 24:48
  to
• 24:48
  the
• 24:48
  camera
• 24:49
  and
• 24:49
  give
• 24:50
  a
• 24:50
  little
• 24:50
  smile
• 24:50
  and
• 24:51
  say,
• 24:51
  yep,
• 24:51
  maybe
• 24:52
  is
• 24:52
  maybe
• 24:53
  life.
• 24:53
  There
• 24:53
  is.
• 24:54
  There
• 24:54
  is
• 24:54
  something
• 24:54
  to
• 24:55
  the,
• 24:55
  to
• 24:55
  this
• 24:55
  life.
• 24:55
  And
• 24:56
  perhaps
• 24:56
  it
• 24:56
  can
• 24:56
  be.
• 24:57
  It
• 24:57
  can
• 24:57
  be
• 24:58
  wonderful.
• 24:58
  Peace
• 24:59
  out,
• 24:59
  y'.
• 24:59
  All.
