- 0:25Speaker 1: Hi, and welcome back to Pinky Boo Hauntings. I'll be
- 0:29Speaker 1: your witchy host Shy, and I'll be your guide to
- 0:31Speaker 1: all things paranormal, weird and spooky. Guys, would you like
- 0:38Speaker 1: to just jump right into things today? I don't have
- 0:43Speaker 1: much to say anyways, or any updates to report, so
- 0:49Speaker 1: why don't we just get right into our first story?
- 0:54Speaker 1: This one is called This is what convinced me that
- 0:58Speaker 1: the paranormal is very This happened a few years ago
- 1:05Speaker 1: and I still can't explain what happened. I apologize for
- 1:09Speaker 1: the lynth, but this all happened over the span of
- 1:13Speaker 1: multiple days, and I want to provide proper contexts so
- 1:18Speaker 1: you all can understand why we came to the conclusion
- 1:22Speaker 1: we did. My family went on a mini vacation for
- 1:28Speaker 1: my dad's birthday. We live in Norcow and had decided
- 1:34Speaker 1: to take a small trip to a very small beach
- 1:37Speaker 1: town off of Highway One. It was a beautiful multi
- 1:43Speaker 1: unit airbnb that was positioned not too far from the
- 1:47Speaker 1: ocean cliff side. When I got out of the car,
- 1:53Speaker 1: I immediately felt strange. My brother said he felt a
- 1:58Speaker 1: weird vibe from the property as well. We chalked it
- 2:04Speaker 1: up to being in an unfamiliar area so late at night,
- 2:09Speaker 1: and chose not to say anything to our parents. It
- 2:15Speaker 1: was about midnight, so we quickly unpacked and went to bed.
- 2:21Speaker 1: The next morning, I finally got to get a proper
- 2:25Speaker 1: look at the whole property, and although I thought it
- 2:28Speaker 1: was breathtakingly beautiful, I still couldn't shake the feeling of
- 2:33Speaker 1: being deeply unsettled. There was a Hobbit style structure built
- 2:38Speaker 1: into the side of a hill that had a big
- 2:41Speaker 1: handwritten sign that stated do not enter, a huge barn
- 2:47Speaker 1: workshop that we were told not to enter by the
- 2:50Speaker 1: owner of the property, and a flat wooden lookout structure
- 2:56Speaker 1: right next to the cliff side that had zero barrier,
- 3:02Speaker 1: no barriers at all next to a cliff side. If
- 3:06Speaker 1: that's on their property, they're going to get sued one
- 3:10Speaker 1: of these days. My brother and I stayed in the
- 3:14Speaker 1: smallest unit, my parents and two family friends were staying
- 3:19Speaker 1: in the largest unit, and no one even went inside
- 3:22Speaker 1: the last unit. We didn't intentionally plan on avoiding the
- 3:26Speaker 1: last unit altogether, but after the incidents, we all felt
- 3:31Speaker 1: like that unit didn't need to be explored. The only
- 3:36Speaker 1: strange occurrence that happened on the first day was that
- 3:39Speaker 1: my dad and his friend swear they saw a figure
- 3:42Speaker 1: in the window of the barn. There was no host
- 3:46Speaker 1: staying on property with us that you know of. I've
- 3:51Speaker 1: heard horror stories about some of those airbnbs, so it
- 3:57Speaker 1: really startled them and led them to investigate. First thing
- 4:03Speaker 1: to note is that when they approached the barn, the
- 4:06Speaker 1: figure was still in the window, completely motionless. They both
- 4:12Speaker 1: thought it could be a tarp or a coat rack,
- 4:14Speaker 1: considering they didn't note any movement, but still wanted to
- 4:19Speaker 1: investigate to make sure. They saw this figure in the
- 4:24Speaker 1: window that was positioned near the apex of the roof.
- 4:28Speaker 1: So when they walked up to the barn and saw
- 4:31Speaker 1: there was only one story, they immediately were very perplexed
- 4:36Speaker 1: of what they were seeing. They walked back a few
- 4:40Speaker 1: steps to look inside the window again, but now nothing
- 4:45Speaker 1: was there, No figure, no nothing. They both got spooked
- 4:51Speaker 1: and tried to investigate further, but all of the doors
- 4:55Speaker 1: were locked and they never came up with a proper explanation.
- 5:00Speaker 1: If it wasn't for you guys filing off there and
- 5:03Speaker 1: the fact that what they saw wasn't showing any movement,
- 5:07Speaker 1: at all. I'd still think it could have been a
- 5:11Speaker 1: creepy owner. For all you know, there could have been
- 5:14Speaker 1: a hidden door so the owner could do who knows what. Again,
- 5:21Speaker 1: I've seen those tiktoks. I wouldn't trust an Airbnb host.
- 5:26Speaker 1: They either got weird hidden passages or they post a
- 5:31Speaker 1: whole TikTok freaking out over a smudge on the fridge
- 5:34Speaker 1: or moving the furniture an inch out of place, if
- 5:38Speaker 1: you know, you know. Still can't believe they managed to
- 5:43Speaker 1: be so toxic. Airbnb took their listing down, but then again,
- 5:48Speaker 1: I'm not surprised. They seem obnoxious, and Airbnb was probably
- 5:52Speaker 1: getting a lot of complaint from the people that stayed
- 5:55Speaker 1: there and got a bad rating from those people over
- 5:58Speaker 1: literally nothing. Sorry, talking about Airbnb's made me think about
- 6:03Speaker 1: that couple in their drama. Let's get back to the story.
- 6:08Speaker 1: During the day, we went on a hike and shopped
- 6:11Speaker 1: around the local shops. At one of the stores, they
- 6:16Speaker 1: had a variety of jade jewelry. I randomly felt very
- 6:21Speaker 1: inclined to buy something. I don't tend to wear a
- 6:25Speaker 1: lot of jewelry due to my sensory problems, but I
- 6:30Speaker 1: just felt very drawn to buying this bracelet with a
- 6:34Speaker 1: large jade gemstone. The storekeeper told me that jade was
- 6:40Speaker 1: a protection stone and it will protect me when I
- 6:44Speaker 1: choose to wear it. I immediately put it on and
- 6:49Speaker 1: didn't plan on taking it off anytime soon. I found
- 6:54Speaker 1: it brought me comfort knowing I was protected. This is
- 6:58Speaker 1: important context that would make much more sense eventually. I
- 7:04Speaker 1: bet you felt drawn to it because someone needed you
- 7:07Speaker 1: to buy it and wear it. They knew you wouldn't
- 7:10Speaker 1: just naturally buy it or wear it, so they were
- 7:14Speaker 1: trying to lead you to it. Clearly, you need a protection.
- 7:18Speaker 1: While you were staying at that property that night, we
- 7:24Speaker 1: all started talking about the weird vibe of the property
- 7:27Speaker 1: and discussed what we thought was causing it. I told
- 7:32Speaker 1: everyone a big red flag for me was that my
- 7:36Speaker 1: dog refused to enter the unit my brother and I
- 7:40Speaker 1: were staying in. He has separation anxiety and normally would
- 7:45Speaker 1: never willingly leave my side, but actively avoided entering the unit.
- 7:53Speaker 1: You should always trust your pets with stuff like this,
- 7:58Speaker 1: especially if they are acting character for them, clearly something
- 8:03Speaker 1: is going on with them. He would stand outside of
- 8:08Speaker 1: the unit and watch me instead of sitting with me inside.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Oh my god, that poor baby. He is really scared,
- 8:19Speaker 1: isn't he. I don't like that, and I don't like
- 8:23Speaker 1: that he's just outside either. I dragged him inside a
- 8:29Speaker 1: few times, but every time he would start scratching at
- 8:33Speaker 1: the door to leave, so I stopped trying. I assumed
- 8:39Speaker 1: he maybe wanted to have access to all of the
- 8:42Speaker 1: family members, but it still felt uncharacteristic for him. No,
- 8:49Speaker 1: that doesn't seem like what is going on. Like I said,
- 8:52Speaker 1: he senses something and you should listen to his warning.
- 8:58Speaker 1: In my unit, there was a couch that was positioned
- 9:02Speaker 1: right in front of the sliding glass door that faced
- 9:04Speaker 1: the cliff side. I was lounging on that couch while crocheting,
- 9:11Speaker 1: attempting to relax, but I couldn't shake the feeling of
- 9:15Speaker 1: being watched. I was aware my dog was probably outside,
- 9:20Speaker 1: but I don't normally feel unsettled by his lurking, so
- 9:25Speaker 1: I investigate with my brother. Listen, this is gonna sound
- 9:31Speaker 1: so random, but can I just say your version of
- 9:35Speaker 1: a vacation is so different from mine. Not saying anything
- 9:39Speaker 1: bad about it, but the idea of not cramming as
- 9:43Speaker 1: much fun stuff as you can into a single day
- 9:47Speaker 1: feels crazy to me. I don't think I'd ever sit
- 9:52Speaker 1: around and crochet. If I could crochet on a vacation,
- 9:58Speaker 1: I'd feel like I'm wasting time away. My family was
- 10:02Speaker 1: always the ones that went to a theme park up
- 10:04Speaker 1: and down the East Coast every year for our summer vacation,
- 10:08Speaker 1: So take that as you will. I've just been reading
- 10:13Speaker 1: this and just and just trying to put myself in
- 10:16Speaker 1: their shoes, but I can't because the idea of being
- 10:21Speaker 1: out a vacation spot doing nothing at all is stressing
- 10:25Speaker 1: me out. I'm also kind of jealous of people that
- 10:30Speaker 1: can do that. How do you manage to do that?
- 10:33Speaker 1: Because I need excitement. Sorry, that's enough of my tangent.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Let's get back to the story. We scanned the area
- 10:43Speaker 1: with flashlights and called my dog's name. He came running
- 10:46Speaker 1: out of my parents' unit. We brought them back inside
- 10:50Speaker 1: and asked them if he had been there long. My
- 10:54Speaker 1: mom said he had been there with them for at
- 10:56Speaker 1: least twenty to thirty minutes. I told her I felt
- 11:00Speaker 1: like I was being watched through the sliding glass windows,
- 11:04Speaker 1: but convinced myself and her that it was probably just anxiety.
- 11:10Speaker 1: We all decided to lock up for the night and
- 11:13Speaker 1: just went to sleep. The next day was fairly normal,
- 11:17Speaker 1: nothing to note until nightfall. I once again was crocheting
- 11:24Speaker 1: on the couch and couldn't shake the feeling of being watched.
- 11:29Speaker 1: I didn't investigate this time. I just kept periodically looking
- 11:33Speaker 1: up to make sure I didn't see anyone and continued
- 11:37Speaker 1: on crocheting. I ended up staying up much later than
- 11:42Speaker 1: my brother. Therefore I was all by myself with a
- 11:47Speaker 1: sickening filling I just couldn't get rid of. At about
- 11:52Speaker 1: two am, I just couldn't sit there any longer. I
- 11:57Speaker 1: honestly felt really scared to go to sleep too, but
- 12:02Speaker 1: at least I didn't feel on display in bed. I
- 12:07Speaker 1: locked all the doors and even added a secondary lock
- 12:11Speaker 1: to the sliding glass door, used a wooden pole from
- 12:15Speaker 1: a broom to make it so the door physically could
- 12:18Speaker 1: not open without moving the pole. For context, my bed
- 12:23Speaker 1: was positioned right alongside the wall of the bedroom my
- 12:26Speaker 1: brother was staying in and was practically right in front
- 12:30Speaker 1: of the stairs. I was not really in a bedroom.
- 12:35Speaker 1: There was no doors or walls separating me from the downstairs,
- 12:40Speaker 1: more like an open space that had a bed and
- 12:46Speaker 1: I have never understood people that like a bedroom like that.
- 12:50Speaker 1: The idea freaks me out because really, you could have
- 12:54Speaker 1: no real privacy. Even if I was living alone in
- 12:58Speaker 1: the house with a bedroom like that, I'd feel so uncomfortable.
- 13:05Speaker 1: So even if you weren't already feeling uneasy in that house,
- 13:09Speaker 1: I would not blame you for feeling weird in a
- 13:11Speaker 1: room like that. It makes you feel so exposed. I
- 13:18Speaker 1: got into bed and was doom scrolling when I suddenly
- 13:22Speaker 1: heard movement downstairs. It started with small footsteps, almost childlike,
- 13:30Speaker 1: around the kitchen and living room. I could very distinctively
- 13:34Speaker 1: hear the small thuds that almost sounded like skipping or dancing.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Then I heard metal clinking sounds. It was as if
- 13:46Speaker 1: someone was holding metal utensils and dragging it along the
- 13:50Speaker 1: surfaces downstairs. Dragging turned to tapping. I was fully frozen
- 13:57Speaker 1: with fear at this point and quite literally had no
- 14:02Speaker 1: idea what to do. At no point did I hear
- 14:07Speaker 1: any doors open or locks turned, so whatever was downstairs
- 14:13Speaker 1: was probably in the house. The whole time. I was petrified,
- 14:19Speaker 1: just sitting there listening to the mettle clank in the
- 14:23Speaker 1: small footsteps. It just kept going and I knew there
- 14:29Speaker 1: was absolutely nothing in between me and whatever was making
- 14:33Speaker 1: all of that sound downstairs. And that's why I hate
- 14:38Speaker 1: the idea of a bedroom like that, because there is
- 14:42Speaker 1: no locking your doors or anything like that. Then the
- 14:49Speaker 1: worst happened. I tried to adjust my position in bed
- 14:54Speaker 1: and my phone fell off. The sound echoed through the house.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I immediately went to pick it up, while simultaneously hearing
- 15:05Speaker 1: the footsteps abruptly stop. To my horror, I hear the
- 15:13Speaker 1: tiny footsteps running up the stairs. It was the most
- 15:19Speaker 1: terrifying moment of my life. I grabbed my pillow and
- 15:23Speaker 1: threw it over my head and just started saying please,
- 15:27Speaker 1: don't hurt me repeatedly. I honestly did not want to
- 15:32Speaker 1: face whatever was there. I hear the footsteps run up
- 15:36Speaker 1: all the stairs and right next to my bed. Oh no,
- 15:41Speaker 1: I hate that part. It's scary enough that it ran
- 15:45Speaker 1: up the stairs, but it ran up to your bed.
- 15:48Speaker 1: No way, no way would I be okay with that.
- 15:52Speaker 1: And you don't know at this point what came up
- 15:55Speaker 1: next to you, so that almost makes it scarier. Then
- 16:01Speaker 1: I start to feel a pressure on my pillow. Whatever
- 16:05Speaker 1: it was was potentially trying to suffocate me. I continued
- 16:10Speaker 1: to plead into the pillow and found I genuinely couldn't move.
- 16:16Speaker 1: I have no idea if I was so scared i
- 16:20Speaker 1: literally froze, or if something else was stopping me, but nevertheless,
- 16:27Speaker 1: I lay there completely hopeless. This continued for a short
- 16:34Speaker 1: while until I must have blacked out, because I woke
- 16:38Speaker 1: up the next morning in complete shock of what took
- 16:42Speaker 1: place the night before, with no memory of what happened.
- 16:46Speaker 1: After feeling pressure on my pillow, I ran to my
- 16:50Speaker 1: parents' unit to tell them what I experienced, and they
- 16:54Speaker 1: too had horrifying experiences the night before. Had moved to
- 17:01Speaker 1: the couch halfway through the night because he was keeping
- 17:04Speaker 1: my mom up with a snoring. My mom woke up
- 17:08Speaker 1: a few hours later to who she thought was my
- 17:11Speaker 1: dad standing at the foot of the bed. She casually
- 17:16Speaker 1: asked what he was doing just standing there, but the
- 17:20Speaker 1: figure didn't move. It just stood there watching over her.
- 17:25Speaker 1: After feeling certain it wasn't my dad, she screamed. Once
- 17:30Speaker 1: my dad came running in, the figure simply just vanished.
- 17:35Speaker 1: She told my dad what she saw, and he said
- 17:39Speaker 1: that he never even fell asleep because he kept hearing
- 17:44Speaker 1: heavy footsteps walking through the house, sometimes sounding like it
- 17:48Speaker 1: was right behind him, he said, every time he turned
- 17:54Speaker 1: to look at who it was, he never saw anything
- 17:58Speaker 1: that could explain the footstep. He couldn't get himself to
- 18:03Speaker 1: relax enough to fall asleep, so he just laid there
- 18:07Speaker 1: in the dark. Since it was already four am, they
- 18:11Speaker 1: both stayed up watching movies and discussing what they experienced.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I just remember, you all are staying at this airbnb
- 18:20Speaker 1: because it's your dad's birthday. What a way to spend it,
- 18:25Speaker 1: especially if you're not into the paranormal or anything like that.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Your poor dad just wanted to have fun with his family,
- 18:34Speaker 1: and instead you're all getting terrorized by some ghosts. My
- 18:39Speaker 1: brother and the family friends didn't experience anything of note
- 18:42Speaker 1: that night. They all know that we are skeptics and
- 18:47Speaker 1: aren't the lying for attention type, so they really didn't
- 18:51Speaker 1: know what to make of what we claimed. The most
- 18:55Speaker 1: damning thing that no one could explain was that my
- 18:59Speaker 1: jad bracelet had changed colors. It was a light milky
- 19:04Speaker 1: green before, and now there is a large spot of
- 19:08Speaker 1: the main stone that was a very dark green black color.
- 19:13Speaker 1: It wasn't on the surface of the stone either, we
- 19:16Speaker 1: tried washing it, it was literally as if the color
- 19:20Speaker 1: of the stone changed. Oh, I completely forgot about the
- 19:25Speaker 1: jade stone. I bet that thing helped protect you from
- 19:28Speaker 1: whatever was trying to suffocate you. Scientifically speaking, that can
- 19:34Speaker 1: happen due to where temperature changes, skin oils, or lighting.
- 19:40Speaker 1: But I had just bought it and the color change
- 19:44Speaker 1: didn't go away after being brought to different conditions. Spiritually speaking,
- 19:49Speaker 1: some believe that stones can change after absorbing negative energy,
- 19:55Speaker 1: almost like a sign that it's done its job. See
- 20:00Speaker 1: what did I say? It helped protect you, and that's
- 20:04Speaker 1: its sign to let you know. I became convinced that
- 20:08Speaker 1: a man lived there and would kill kids. I know
- 20:13Speaker 1: I was probably jumping to conclusions, but it all made
- 20:17Speaker 1: so much sense. The house was so isolated and the
- 20:23Speaker 1: cliff was the perfect murder spot. I'm pretty sure my
- 20:27Speaker 1: parents had an encounter with the killer and I had
- 20:31Speaker 1: one with a victim. It didn't even feel like a
- 20:34Speaker 1: question at that point. It felt like I knew deep
- 20:38Speaker 1: down that evil things had happened on that property. I
- 20:44Speaker 1: might sound crazy, but this was my experience. I think
- 20:48Speaker 1: about this experience regularly and don't talk about it much.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Most people look at me crazy after sharing, so I
- 20:59Speaker 1: just stopped talking. It was horrifying, and I most certainly
- 21:04Speaker 1: believe in the paranormal. Now I believe you honestly, I
- 21:11Speaker 1: wouldn't be surprised if when you felt watched or uneasy
- 21:15Speaker 1: it was that. Man. I know you have no real
- 21:19Speaker 1: proof of your theory, but I kind of get the
- 21:22Speaker 1: feeling you are more connected to the spiritual than you
- 21:26Speaker 1: might have thought you were. After all, you were being
- 21:30Speaker 1: pulled to get that jade bracelet, and instead of ignoring it,
- 21:34Speaker 1: you listen to it even if it didn't make sense
- 21:38Speaker 1: to you. So I could see you connecting to property
- 21:42Speaker 1: in a way that would give you that idea. Oh well,
- 21:49Speaker 1: it seems they actually left the actual address here. I
- 21:55Speaker 1: I don't know if I want to actually say it
- 21:57Speaker 1: on here. I mean, I know they put it up here,
- 22:02Speaker 1: so I know people have already seen it, but I
- 22:05Speaker 1: don't know. It just feels weird. Even if it was
- 22:07Speaker 1: an AIRBNBA at one point, so it might not matter,
- 22:12Speaker 1: but I don't know. It feels weird because what if
- 22:18Speaker 1: someone is actually living there? Now? I know they say
- 22:22Speaker 1: it's for sale on zilow, but with how fast houses
- 22:25Speaker 1: sell nowadays, I'm not taking the chance anyways, Why don't
- 22:33Speaker 1: we move on to our next story. I live in
- 22:37Speaker 1: the heart of Appalachia and this is easily the most
- 22:41Speaker 1: terrifying story of one of my experiences. This story may
- 22:47Speaker 1: be short, or it may be drawn out. I am
- 22:51Speaker 1: recording these events as I type, as it was honestly
- 22:55Speaker 1: one of the most terrifying things I have experienced, and
- 23:00Speaker 1: it brings me a genuine stress to think about. This
- 23:05Speaker 1: happened maybe two to three years ago. I live in
- 23:09Speaker 1: southern West Virginia and have for my entire life. The
- 23:15Speaker 1: woods and mountains surround every direction you look in night
- 23:20Speaker 1: time is a darkness that you can never dream of
- 23:25Speaker 1: unless experienced. I was with my friend I'll call him Mark.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Mark was at my house one evening doing the usual things,
- 23:37Speaker 1: watching UFC, playing Xbox, et cetera. It was extremely late
- 23:43Speaker 1: when we finally got bored and decided to go for
- 23:46Speaker 1: a walk on a nearby trail to smoke a joint.
- 23:53Speaker 1: This is not a particularly long trail, but it is
- 23:57Speaker 1: very dense in the woods that surrounded it, and it
- 24:02Speaker 1: is easy to get freaked out when thinking of your surroundings.
- 24:07Speaker 1: We finally get to about halfway into the trail, about
- 24:10Speaker 1: thirty minutes in, where we stop hack or joint and
- 24:15Speaker 1: stand on the trail to chill and talk. The forest
- 24:20Speaker 1: is very alive tonight. There are always noises in the woods,
- 24:25Speaker 1: but the amount of animal activity for the night was unsettling.
- 24:31Speaker 1: At this point it was probably past one am. This
- 24:35Speaker 1: was strange and kind of eerie, but not alerting, as
- 24:40Speaker 1: any sort of predatory animal in the area may cause
- 24:44Speaker 1: a disturbance. We finish smoking and continue our walk when
- 24:49Speaker 1: almost immediately the forest falls dead quiet. And as soon
- 24:56Speaker 1: as the forest goes quiet, there is a voice. It
- 25:00Speaker 1: almost sounds like a mocking humanoid voice, shaky and uncertain,
- 25:06Speaker 1: almost like an old children's toy, like the ones with
- 25:10Speaker 1: the crackly speakers in the robotic voice. If you know
- 25:14Speaker 1: what I mean. This immediately sets us off. We bolt
- 25:19Speaker 1: directly down the opposite length of the trail, but the
- 25:23Speaker 1: sound does not gain distance. It doesn't get closer per se.
- 25:29Speaker 1: But no matter how far we run down the trail,
- 25:32Speaker 1: this eerie voice remains the same volume, going over and
- 25:39Speaker 1: over when no quieting or stopping. At this point I
- 25:44Speaker 1: am convinced that we are in genuine danger. Something I
- 25:48Speaker 1: have felt very few times. Finally, after sprinting for who
- 25:54Speaker 1: knows how long, we exit the trail, gasping for breath,
- 25:58Speaker 1: and almost on the urge of tears of how frightening
- 26:02Speaker 1: this was, we begin to exit the trail. In About
- 26:07Speaker 1: five minutes from the exit, there was a bone shaking,
- 26:11Speaker 1: heart stopping, murderous scream from directly behind us. I know
- 26:20Speaker 1: what a mountain lion sounds like. This was not an animal,
- 26:26Speaker 1: This was not someone playing or watching a movie. This
- 26:31Speaker 1: scream sent birds flying from their nests. It made my
- 26:35Speaker 1: heart drop into my stomach. It was the most genuinely
- 26:40Speaker 1: depraved and violent scream I have ever heard. I'm going
- 26:48Speaker 1: to assume you didn't know the rules of the Appalachian Mountains,
- 26:52Speaker 1: because why would you even be out in the woods
- 26:55Speaker 1: that late at night? Are you insane? But on top
- 27:01Speaker 1: of that, you made it obvious that you heard it.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Never do that yet, Dingis. This is a true story
- 27:12Speaker 1: that I have only told to maybe three people, all
- 27:16Speaker 1: of whom seemed to brush it off as false. I've
- 27:20Speaker 1: never been a person to push the existence of the
- 27:23Speaker 1: paranormal or spiritual, but I genuinely believe I encountered something
- 27:29Speaker 1: in human in those woods because you did. You broke
- 27:35Speaker 1: the rules. Of course you were going to have something
- 27:38Speaker 1: like that happen. Just be happy you made it out alive.
- 27:44Speaker 1: At it, I know I will receive questions such as
- 27:49Speaker 1: what the voice was probably saying, or to explain the
- 27:52Speaker 1: area and what happened after. I genuinely cannot answer what
- 27:58Speaker 1: the voice was saying, if anything intelligible, I don't know
- 28:05Speaker 1: if I could understand it then, and I certainly cannot
- 28:10Speaker 1: recall understanding it after several years of blocking it out
- 28:14Speaker 1: of my memory. All that I can recall is that
- 28:18Speaker 1: it was a fluctuating voice and pitch shaking, almost just
- 28:23Speaker 1: joining sounds together. After running from the scream at the
- 28:29Speaker 1: end of the trail, we ran to the car, which
- 28:32Speaker 1: was only about five more minutes from the trail, so
- 28:36Speaker 1: we get the relatively fast from sprinting. Well, if you
- 28:42Speaker 1: learn anything from this story, it is to never be
- 28:47Speaker 1: out in the woods at night in the Appalachian Mountains.
- 28:50Speaker 1: But if you do find yourself there, if you hear something, no,
- 28:55Speaker 1: you didn't, and if you see something no you didn't,
- 29:01Speaker 1: just be safe. The Appalachia Mountains are no jokes, so
- 29:05Speaker 1: please be respectful of them and the things that live
- 29:09Speaker 1: in them, because you don't want this to happen to you,
- 29:14Speaker 1: I would hope. All Right, guys, that's all I got
- 29:18Speaker 1: for today. If you're enjoying the podcast, please rate and review,
