- 0:57Speaker 4: And I am actually in the today, So we're gonna
- 1:02Speaker 4: take a break from our normal broadcast as we go
- 1:07Speaker 4: verse by verse, Bible, verse by Bible verse, chapter by
- 1:12Speaker 4: chapter through the Word of God together and we hit
- 1:15Speaker 4: you with some hoghh, all that good stuff. We meet
- 1:19Speaker 4: every day at eleven am Pacific Standard time Monday through
- 1:23Speaker 4: Saturday to encourage each other to walk this road together.
- 1:29Speaker 4: All that good stuff. But today is our business Mixing podcasts,
- 1:34Speaker 4: and we truly believe that God has given us talents
- 1:36Speaker 4: and gifts and He wants us to know how.
- 1:40Speaker 1: To handle and conduct business.
- 1:43Speaker 4: And so I believe it's really important for our platform
- 1:46Speaker 4: to talk to local business owners see what they're doing
- 1:49Speaker 4: in the community. And if you have a business and
- 1:52Speaker 4: you would like to network with us, let us know.
- 1:56Speaker 4: You can get in touch with us by going to
- 1:58Speaker 4: our website dot com we get you all the information
- 2:03Speaker 4: you need to get a vendor temple, to be a
- 2:06Speaker 4: vendor and to come down here and talk with these
- 2:10Speaker 4: amazing people who are doing things in the Las Vegas Ballet.
- 2:16Speaker 4: So stay tuned and keep it locked. We're gonna be
- 2:18Speaker 4: interviewing people. We're gonna be talking to some amazing people
- 2:22Speaker 4: in our community as we are out here locally doing
- 2:28Speaker 4: the thing. An the event happens every Tuesday other month,
- 2:32Speaker 4: so keep it locked, all right. All right, As I said,
- 2:37Speaker 4: we are on location and we're talking to some amazing people.
- 2:40Speaker 4: And right now we have Heather Phillips in a hot
- 2:44Speaker 4: seat and we're gonna talk about her story.
- 2:47Speaker 1: We're gonna ask her what she got going.
- 2:50Speaker 4: And also first question is Heather, what do you think
- 2:55Speaker 4: about this business mixer and tell people what to expect
- 2:59Speaker 4: when they come out to that lv B and M mixer.
- 3:02Speaker 5: This mixer is a phenomenal.
- 3:03Speaker 6: I've been coming to this mixer since twenty nineteen when
- 3:06Speaker 6: I first started networking in this town, and every time
- 3:08Speaker 6: I come into these events, it is about the community
- 3:11Speaker 6: and networking and building your relationship within the community, because
- 3:15Speaker 6: you know, your net worth is belt off your net
- 3:18Speaker 6: work So this is the best way to come out
- 3:20Speaker 6: and meet people, find companies that you may not have
- 3:23Speaker 6: even known about. You might even meet your new best
- 3:25Speaker 6: friend or the person who's gonna be your next customer.
- 3:27Speaker 6: So this is where you want to be to network
- 3:30Speaker 6: and come.
- 3:30Speaker 5: Out and have a good time.
- 3:31Speaker 6: And of course the food here smells is delicious for
- 3:33Speaker 6: sticking on my own, like Sadi's food is phenomenal and
- 3:36Speaker 6: I am waiting to have my tacos.
- 3:39Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I could smell it too from way over here.
- 3:42Speaker 4: That's awesome.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Yes.
- 3:44Speaker 4: And actually before we started, we made a reconnection because
- 3:48Speaker 4: we you actually reached out to me and said, hey,
- 3:53Speaker 4: we connected a couple of years ago.
- 3:55Speaker 1: And I actually saw.
- 3:57Speaker 4: A flyer that you sent me was called game Day
- 4:01Speaker 4: and you're inviting fathers and stuff out.
- 4:03Speaker 1: So tell us what you're involved in currently and what
- 4:07Speaker 1: you got going awesome.
- 4:08Speaker 6: So I work with a brand called Truebat Solutions. We
- 4:11Speaker 6: help veterans that are unrated or underrated get their v
- 4:14Speaker 6: disability rating. What that means is we've helped them figure
- 4:18Speaker 6: out how the deficiencies that they incurred from service equate
- 4:21Speaker 6: to an eligibility percentage, which could be anywhere from zero
- 4:24Speaker 6: to one hundred percent and then that eligibility amount which
- 4:27Speaker 6: converts over to a benefit amount of dollars, so it
- 4:29Speaker 6: could be anywhere from two hundred to four thousand dollars
- 4:31Speaker 6: a month for that veteran in their family. So there's
- 4:34Speaker 6: a lot of veterans that are fighting the good fight
- 4:37Speaker 6: that they shouldn't have to fight. And we're here as
- 4:39Speaker 6: a veteran known organization and most of our staff are
- 4:42Speaker 6: veteran or veteran Jason like myself, I am a widow
- 4:44Speaker 6: of a veteran who died rated zero. So our family
- 4:47Speaker 6: gets nothing and we never want another family to have
- 4:49Speaker 6: to go through what we've been through in the last
- 4:51Speaker 6: five and a half years where he was rated a
- 4:54Speaker 6: zero for deficiencies he incurred. So we are you will
- 4:58Speaker 6: see us out at a lot of the sporting of
- 5:00Speaker 6: here in town. You will see that true vet with
- 5:01Speaker 6: our hands, and we have a great mission and we
- 5:05Speaker 6: are here with amazing people and that's why we are here,
- 5:09Speaker 6: and we're meeting the veterans where they are at business owners,
- 5:12Speaker 6: community members, leaders, and that's what you're going to meet
- 5:15Speaker 6: over here at this large large that I cannot speak today,
- 5:19Speaker 6: Vision Business Mixer. So you know, if you're around here,
- 5:23Speaker 6: come on down. This is an amazing opportunity to meet
- 5:25Speaker 6: some great people. And if you're a veteran, please reach
- 5:27Speaker 6: out to me. You know, I can answer some simple
- 5:29Speaker 6: questions and get you a conversation with our intake team
- 5:31Speaker 6: to see if you are eligible and if you are,
- 5:33Speaker 6: what your eligibility benefit amount would be.
- 5:37Speaker 1: That is awesome, That is amazing.
- 5:39Speaker 4: So can you please give us Is there a website,
- 5:42Speaker 4: an email address or phone numbers so our listeners can
- 5:45Speaker 4: get in.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Touch with you?
- 5:46Speaker 7: Absolutely so.
- 5:47Speaker 6: My personal email address for the brand is h P

- 6:08Speaker 6: two five three three five three five zero.

- 6:15Speaker 4: what you're doing. My sister is actually a VET and
- 6:19Speaker 4: my dad was a marine, so this actually is you know.
- 6:25Speaker 4: I bet just about everybody knows somebody who served in
- 6:29Speaker 4: the military, and it upsets me when they don't take
- 6:33Speaker 4: care of our people, you know what I mean. Without them,
- 6:36Speaker 4: we wouldn't have a country. Because they defended it. So
- 6:39Speaker 4: I just want to encourage you to keep doing what
- 6:41Speaker 4: you're doing.
- 6:42Speaker 1: It's not in vain.
- 6:43Speaker 4: And so before we get off, do you have any
- 6:46Speaker 4: final things, final comments?
- 6:48Speaker 6: Absolutely, if you see us out there, if you know
- 6:51Speaker 6: a veteran, if you come across a veteran, if you
- 6:55Speaker 6: work in an industry that sees a lot of veterans,
- 6:57Speaker 6: please pick up our cards, share my information. If you
- 7:00Speaker 6: would like for us to come out and just do
- 7:02Speaker 6: a quick you know, informational for your brand, we'd love
- 7:05Speaker 6: to do that. You know, we're in the community. We're
- 7:08Speaker 6: here because of our community, and we want to make
- 7:10Speaker 6: sure that we have access to all of our information.
- 7:12Speaker 6: And you know, there's no information to be had, and
- 7:15Speaker 6: you know, we know there's a lot of options for people,
- 7:17Speaker 6: and we just want to make sure that they have
- 7:18Speaker 6: the education to know that they can go after those options,
- 7:21Speaker 6: whether it's with us or with anybody else. We just
- 7:23Speaker 6: wanted to get those veterans the benefits that they've earned
- 7:25Speaker 6: and they deserve.
- 7:28Speaker 8: Well.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Like I said, thank you, we want to thank you
- 7:30Speaker 4: for your service as much needed.
- 7:32Speaker 1: We appreciate you.
- 7:34Speaker 4: Okay, everyone that is Heather Phillips here sitting in a
- 7:37Speaker 4: hot seat at the business Mixer every Tuesday, the first Tuesday.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Of every month. Keep it luck. We got more people
- 7:44Speaker 1: we want to introduce.
- 7:45Speaker 3: You to.
- 7:47Speaker 1: On His Hop radio.
- 7:50Speaker 4: All right, all right, j'all, this is mister His Hop here.
- 7:52Speaker 4: We are out live on location showing some community love.
- 7:57Speaker 4: We are at the LV being a business mixer, and
- 8:01Speaker 4: I have the founder of Moses and outreach in our
- 8:06Speaker 4: local community, Miss Debbie. She's gonna talk about it. We're
- 8:11Speaker 4: gonna we want to introduce you guys to her well
- 8:15Speaker 4: again because she's actually been on the podcast before, but
- 8:19Speaker 4: she's doing such amazing things in the community. So we're
- 8:23Speaker 4: gonna talk to her and see what she's got going. So,
- 8:28Speaker 4: Miss Debbie, I want to ask you how you doing
- 8:30Speaker 4: tonight and also give us some words about this business
- 8:34Speaker 4: mixer and what should people expect when they come out
- 8:38Speaker 4: to this mixer every month.
- 8:41Speaker 9: So the mixer is a monthly event and you get
- 8:44Speaker 9: the network with many different businesses, and that's.
- 8:48Speaker 5: One thing you do need for your business to grow.
- 8:50Speaker 9: You need to be in tune with other businesses, other opportunities.
- 8:54Speaker 9: You so surprised that who you might meet here who
- 8:58Speaker 9: has something that they could truly get to help you.
- 9:01Speaker 9: I've met a lot of partners that have helped me,
- 9:04Speaker 9: that have donated to Moses to try to help Moses
- 9:07Speaker 9: be successful. We are a five oh one c three
- 9:09Speaker 9: nonprofit food pantry.
- 9:12Speaker 5: Not only do we.
- 9:13Speaker 9: Serve food, we also do back to school events, trunk
- 9:16Speaker 9: or treat, Thanksgiving baskets, Christmas baskets, just about anything that
- 9:21Speaker 9: you need, you could come see us. We do have clothing,
- 9:24Speaker 9: we do shoes. In the process of trying to open
- 9:28Speaker 9: up a clothing and shoes giveaway that won't be until
- 9:33Speaker 9: probably the fall, but right now we're doing a fundraiser.
- 9:37Speaker 5: We're trying to put solar on our building.
- 9:40Speaker 9: So as we know, there's nothing free in life, so
- 9:44Speaker 9: in order to get that, we have to do fundraisers.
- 9:47Speaker 9: And we recently did a barbecue rummage sale and we
- 9:51Speaker 9: made over two thousand dollars, which was truly appreciated. I
- 9:55Speaker 9: thank you from the community, those of you who participated,
- 9:58Speaker 9: came out and support us. Look for us to have
- 10:00Speaker 9: something else in the fall. We thank you, We love you,
- 10:05Speaker 9: and if you're ever in need, come and see me.

- 10:14Speaker 1: See you there, awesome, awesome.
- 10:17Speaker 4: Is there a website they can go to or maybe
- 10:19Speaker 4: email address.
- 10:20Speaker 9: Our website is Moses CDC dot com. So at Moses
- 10:28Speaker 9: m O S E S CDC dot com. We also
- 10:32Speaker 9: have zel so there'll be a QR code on there
- 10:35Speaker 9: if you want to donate, scan that QR code and
- 10:38Speaker 9: donate to Moses.
- 10:40Speaker 5: We truly thank you in advance.
- 10:43Speaker 4: Well, I want to say that you're doing some amazing
- 10:45Speaker 4: things in the community, feeding people and helping people get
- 10:49Speaker 4: school supplies and just helping the families.
- 10:52Speaker 1: And we know the time we're leaving living it right now.
- 10:56Speaker 1: We need more people on the front lines like you guys.
- 10:59Speaker 4: So you're definite in our prayers and we want to
- 11:02Speaker 4: give you your flowers right now.
- 11:03Speaker 1: We would let you know we appreciate what you do.
- 11:06Speaker 5: Thank you so much. Everybody, have a wonderful one.
- 11:08Speaker 4: Blessed that you're welcome. All right, y'all, keep it locked.
- 11:12Speaker 4: We got more people we're gonna talk to today. This
- 11:15Speaker 4: is the LV being m Business Mixer, the Business Mixing
- 11:19Speaker 4: podcast right here on his hot radio. All right, y'all,
- 11:26Speaker 4: we are back. We are back at the lv BNM
- 11:30Speaker 4: business Mixer.
- 11:31Speaker 1: We have Alexis back here.
- 11:34Speaker 4: She is sitting in the hot seat today and she's
- 11:37Speaker 4: gonna talk about her business. She's gonna talk about what
- 11:39Speaker 4: she does in the community. We're gonna highlight her here.
- 11:43Speaker 4: But first I'm gonna ask you, Alexis, what do you
- 11:46Speaker 4: think about this business mixer and what can people expect
- 11:51Speaker 4: when they come out here to network?
- 11:53Speaker 10: Oh my god, this networking e end is amazing. Paula
- 11:57Speaker 10: personal friend of mine. She's just been in the industry
- 11:59Speaker 10: for so long. It's beautiful people to come mingle, meet them,
- 12:05Speaker 10: be a part of the community, and everybody has something
- 12:08Speaker 10: beautiful to share with the community.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Awesome, awesome.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Well, hey, this is where I met you, So this
- 12:15Speaker 4: is an amazing place. All right, So tell us a
- 12:18Speaker 4: little bit about who you are and what you are
- 12:22Speaker 4: involved in what you do in the Vegas area.
- 12:25Speaker 11: Well, my name's Alexis Nievez.
- 12:27Speaker 10: I'm a functional medicine coach and also senior director for
- 12:31Speaker 10: Unicity I Strive, and my purpose and passion is to
- 12:36Speaker 10: help people you know that is struggling with diabetes, any
- 12:39Speaker 10: chronic illness, insulin resistance, A lot of things like that
- 12:43Speaker 10: that were pushed to listen to people and get medication
- 12:47Speaker 10: and doctors and all of that stuff.
- 12:49Speaker 11: And I have my personal story where I had to
- 12:52Speaker 11: go to school to learn.
- 12:53Speaker 10: What's the root cause of what's wrong with me, and
- 12:57Speaker 10: I take zero medication.
- 12:59Speaker 11: So I'm here to spread the word.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Man, that's amazing. That is amazing. I'm looking at your
- 13:05Speaker 4: bro sure here, and you tackle issues like constant fatigue,
- 13:13Speaker 4: belly weight, diabetes, sugar or carb cravings, lupis, and high cholesterol. Wow,
- 13:24Speaker 4: these are some amazing things things that people struggle with.
- 13:28Speaker 4: And I've been struggling with belly weight for years. You know,
- 13:32Speaker 4: I can go to the gym, I lose weight, I
- 13:35Speaker 4: swim down a little bit, but there's still a little
- 13:38Speaker 4: bit of a pudge. So a person like me, how
- 13:41Speaker 4: would you treat me or help me with your service?
- 13:45Speaker 10: Well, we have the basically I call it the UT
- 13:49Speaker 10: because you know, sponsorhip and stuff.
- 13:51Speaker 11: But it's just the simple steps that I take a tea.
- 13:55Speaker 10: In the morning, lemonade at lunch, and then I fiber
- 13:58Speaker 10: before my meals.
- 13:59Speaker 11: That's it.
- 14:00Speaker 10: And with that, I'm telling you what happens is it's
- 14:04Speaker 10: fixing the dysfunction in your gut, your microbiome. So all
- 14:08Speaker 10: of us, we're not safe. Unless you have a farm
- 14:11Speaker 10: and you're having your own fruits and veggies in the backyard,
- 14:14Speaker 10: we are not safe. And there's pesticides being sprayed on
- 14:17Speaker 10: our stuff. The air's not safe, you know what I mean.
- 14:20Speaker 10: So the restaurants, if we forget our meal or something
- 14:23Speaker 10: like that, we got to go eat somewhere, right, they're
- 14:25Speaker 10: still cooking with the same stuff you're cooking at the
- 14:28Speaker 10: grocery store.
- 14:29Speaker 1: So we're not safe.
- 14:31Speaker 11: All the red forties, all.
- 14:32Speaker 10: The you know, the paragraph long of ingredients that we're eating.
- 14:36Speaker 11: It's not helping our body, you know. It's not food.
- 14:40Speaker 11: We're not giving food to our body.
- 14:42Speaker 10: So that's where all the constant fatigue these illnesses are
- 14:45Speaker 10: coming from.
- 14:47Speaker 11: So we just have a simple step.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Wow.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Wow, I know I'm I'm bad because I've been wanting
- 14:56Speaker 4: to change my diet for a couple of years now,
- 15:00Speaker 4: and sometimes I do good. But what happens is when
- 15:04Speaker 4: you get busy, Yes, you get busy, and if you
- 15:08Speaker 4: don't like prepare your food and you're out and my
- 15:14Speaker 4: job daily I'm in a work truck and I can
- 15:17Speaker 4: go to any fast food I want to.
- 15:19Speaker 1: So it's been a huge struggle.
- 15:22Speaker 4: And I even see here you said sugar and carved cravings.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Yes, so you're able to help us with that too, Okay.
- 15:30Speaker 11: Man, the fiber, I'm trying to tell you. I could
- 15:33Speaker 11: not have any soy, gluten or dairy touch my food.
- 15:38Speaker 10: I'd be six to four to six weeks for my
- 15:40Speaker 10: skin to grow back.
- 15:42Speaker 11: It was that serious.
- 15:43Speaker 10: I could not have any kind of chemicals in my food.
- 15:47Speaker 11: Literally, I take my fiber before my meals. I have
- 15:50Speaker 11: zero side of eggs, the pudge or none of that stuff.
- 15:54Speaker 10: Cravings, zilch because it fixes that that constant I want
- 15:59Speaker 10: shitcause it's a constant sugar spike. If your insulin is up,
- 16:04Speaker 10: you're restoring fat, you're not burning it. So with this,
- 16:08Speaker 10: it's literally a little packet. You can stick it in
- 16:10Speaker 10: your pocket and a water bottle.
- 16:12Speaker 11: Throw it in there. That's it.
- 16:14Speaker 10: So before you eat or anything like that, you just
- 16:17Speaker 10: throw it in there. My brother's a truck driver, I'm
- 16:18Speaker 10: telling you, he's on this and it has changed his life.
- 16:22Speaker 10: He was pre diabetic, no longer in danger of diabetes. Also,
- 16:27Speaker 10: he has lost weight, his cholesterol went in the green
- 16:31Speaker 10: it was in the red he was constant, all abnormal trucker.
- 16:35Speaker 11: Okay, is he is on it?
- 16:38Speaker 1: Wow?
- 16:39Speaker 4: I have to say, I'm looking at some pictures. I'm
- 16:42Speaker 4: assuming this is you. Okay, Now I see that look
- 16:47Speaker 4: like there's some rashes on your skin. And I see
- 16:52Speaker 4: some pictures where you're overweight on some of these pictures,
- 16:56Speaker 4: and okay, looking at this and looking at you now,
- 17:02Speaker 4: you guys cannot see her, but this woman looks amazing you.
- 17:06Speaker 4: I mean, you are a beautiful woman. But not only that,
- 17:10Speaker 4: you look healthy.
- 17:11Speaker 1: You know what I mean. You look your skin tone
- 17:13Speaker 1: and everything.
- 17:15Speaker 4: So from these pictures to what we see now, there
- 17:18Speaker 4: has been something happening. So I am and I'm looking
- 17:23Speaker 4: at this product for like the second time because we
- 17:26Speaker 4: actually had a meeting and I was trying to understand it.
- 17:30Speaker 1: But man, like, I'm really seeing what this does.
- 17:35Speaker 4: So I wish I could show you guys these pictures
- 17:38Speaker 4: or maybe you can come onto our other podcast where.
- 17:43Speaker 3: I want people to see.
- 17:45Speaker 10: I feel like what I went through it wasn't for me,
- 17:48Speaker 10: it was for everybody that I can touch, Like this
- 17:51Speaker 10: is for real, this was my life. I suffered, suffered, suffered,
- 17:55Speaker 10: and when they told me medication was the answer. I
- 17:57Speaker 10: listened to my spirit, and my spirit was.
- 17:59Speaker 11: Like, no, it's not something else.
- 18:00Speaker 10: It's natural that I'm not gonna have to suffer with
- 18:03Speaker 10: the side effects or anything. And I'm here to tell you,
- 18:06Speaker 10: in front of anybody, I can tell you this has
- 18:08Speaker 10: changed my life.
- 18:10Speaker 11: And it's so simple, so simple.
- 18:14Speaker 4: Wow, And I have to say that I am amazed.
- 18:17Speaker 4: I am really amazed at what I'm looking at here
- 18:20Speaker 4: and what I see in front of me, and right
- 18:24Speaker 4: here it says, I just want to read a couple.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Of highlights to you.
- 18:29Speaker 4: It says boosts the body's natural GLP per oney sixty percent.
- 18:35Speaker 1: So what does that mean?
- 18:37Speaker 10: So the GLP one shot, you know your you know
- 18:40Speaker 10: your injections, your ozampics, your manjar, all those, No this does.
- 18:46Speaker 10: That's the competitor right now, is this. You don't got
- 18:49Speaker 10: to have any injection. You don't have to have those
- 18:51Speaker 10: side effects losing muscle mass in your face, your intestinines
- 18:55Speaker 10: blow up because guess what, the oh shot, you know,
- 18:59Speaker 10: the shots, they slow down your metabolism, so your digestive,
- 19:05Speaker 10: all that your food, everything in there is stuck in
- 19:07Speaker 10: your food. It's stuck in your stomach, so you're not
- 19:10Speaker 10: digesting it. Yeah, so you feel full, but that food's
- 19:15Speaker 10: not moving.
- 19:17Speaker 11: So they've had.
- 19:18Speaker 10: Such such bad, bad side effects. And there's so many
- 19:23Speaker 10: lawsuits against these injections, and people are signing.
- 19:25Speaker 7: Up by the day.
- 19:26Speaker 11: There's thirty five million people on ozembic.
- 19:31Speaker 1: That's popular too.
- 19:32Speaker 10: Yeah, and it's really doing a lot of damage. Eyesight,
- 19:37Speaker 10: you're losing your eyesight, muscle mouse in your face, intestinal issues.
- 19:41Speaker 10: You can lose weight, people, I'm trying to tell you,
- 19:44Speaker 10: you can lose weight, but you can't lose them side
- 19:46Speaker 10: effects that can't go nowhere. You could go to the gym,
- 19:51Speaker 10: you could stop eat in a little bit and you
- 19:52Speaker 10: could lose some weight, but them side effects, those are
- 19:55Speaker 10: for life. And this is a simple alternative. And the
- 19:59Speaker 10: thing about this is ninety day money back guarantee. If
- 20:03Speaker 10: your lab work is not better, they give you all
- 20:06Speaker 10: your money back. They stand on what they're talking about.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Man, man, this is fire. This is straight fire. Okay.
- 20:15Speaker 4: Now, can you tell our listeners where can they go
- 20:20Speaker 4: to contact you? Is there a website, email address or
- 20:23Speaker 4: a phone number so they can I really want film
- 20:27Speaker 4: to check into this so they can they can do this.
- 20:31Speaker 10: Amen, for them to text me, text me to my
- 20:34Speaker 10: number seven zero two five one three zero nine three
- 20:38Speaker 10: six will repeat it again for you, and text me
- 20:41Speaker 10: the name of this radio station and I'll know what
- 20:43Speaker 10: it is.
- 20:45Speaker 4: Come on now, all right there showing us a little love.
- 20:48Speaker 4: It's hot radio. I appreciate it. And well, let me
- 20:52Speaker 4: ask you this, because the results are amazing.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Is this an expensive program for people to.
- 21:01Speaker 11: Get eighteen dollars a day? Five dollars a day.
- 21:03Speaker 10: We did an experiment on how much people are spending
- 21:06Speaker 10: on drinks, just Nicktine drinks from two to four hundred
- 21:12Speaker 10: and fifty dollars a month in just coffee, Starbucks, you know,
- 21:17Speaker 10: all of those things. People don't realize how much their
- 21:21Speaker 10: you know, their little energy drinks every day two for five,
- 21:24Speaker 10: every day, two for five, All of these things they're
- 21:26Speaker 10: adding up. This is five dollars a day for the
- 21:29Speaker 10: entire month.
- 21:30Speaker 11: You know what I'm saying.
- 21:31Speaker 10: And it's changing people's life. Reversing diabetes. My mother was
- 21:35Speaker 10: diabetic for fifteen years. Insulin manjaro ozampic, all of that
- 21:39Speaker 10: stage four liver, stage four kidney. She started taking this
- 21:43Speaker 10: in December. Her A one C was at ten point
- 21:46Speaker 10: eight We just found her results with this new doctor.
- 21:50Speaker 10: It was nine point two guys, her a one C.
- 21:53Speaker 10: That's three months of Bluecoast. Okay, it was May second.
- 21:58Speaker 10: I got the results. So when I come to the
- 21:59Speaker 10: other pot, guys, I'll bring them with me. She is
- 22:02Speaker 10: at five point six, meaning absence of diabetes, no longer
- 22:05Speaker 10: has diabetes. And all she does is take drinks.
- 22:08Speaker 11: Guys. That's it. That's it.
- 22:10Speaker 4: That was my next question. So you just what do
- 22:13Speaker 4: you do? Just drink a cup of day or drink it?
- 22:17Speaker 4: Do you?
- 22:18Speaker 11: You? You literally take we could say the lemon ginger.
- 22:21Speaker 10: You could have a hotter cold, throw the little packet
- 22:24Speaker 10: in your hot water, and you got a little teeth.
- 22:26Speaker 10: That's it, and then it prolongs your fast so you're
- 22:28Speaker 10: not even really hungry by lunchtime.
- 22:30Speaker 11: You take your lemonade.
- 22:32Speaker 10: Don't reach for the coca cola, don't be reaching for
- 22:35Speaker 10: the sugar stuff. You gotta lemonade. You don't gotta add
- 22:38Speaker 10: nothing to it. Just add it to some water.
- 22:39Speaker 11: Boom. You're done now at lunch, I mean at dinner,
- 22:42Speaker 11: when you're having.
- 22:43Speaker 10: Your heavy carved meal, your rice, your beans, all of
- 22:46Speaker 10: that stuff. You take your fiber five to ten minutes
- 22:49Speaker 10: before your meal and you're straight.
- 22:51Speaker 11: That's the system. That's it.
- 22:52Speaker 5: That's all okay.
- 22:55Speaker 4: So it has so does it give you your instructions.
- 22:58Speaker 4: It's like it tells you what to eat, when to
- 23:00Speaker 4: eat all that stuff, to supplement the drink, or not supplement,
- 23:05Speaker 4: but to go with the drink. I'm just trying to
- 23:07Speaker 4: understand the system fully, so that there's a drink here
- 23:12Speaker 4: that I see, and there's some food that they recommend.
- 23:17Speaker 5: No, you don't have to change.
- 23:18Speaker 11: You don't got to change nothing. You're eating.
- 23:20Speaker 10: You eat exactly how you're eating now. You naturally, you
- 23:24Speaker 10: know how you were talking about. You know, you crave
- 23:25Speaker 10: the sugars, you crave that stuff. The will you know,
- 23:28Speaker 10: you're like, dang, I really don't want to eat that donut,
- 23:31Speaker 10: but I really want that donut, you know.
- 23:33Speaker 11: So that part. Once you start drinking this, it kind of.
- 23:36Speaker 10: Changes your will to eat something naturally or like healthier.
- 23:41Speaker 11: It kind of makes the switch for you just in
- 23:44Speaker 11: your body.
- 23:45Speaker 10: And it also helps for people that are having anxiety
- 23:49Speaker 10: or panic attacks. So when you'm not that has something
- 23:51Speaker 10: in there, the chlorogenic acid and all of those from
- 23:54Speaker 10: the herb.
- 23:55Speaker 11: It's a concentrated herb.
- 23:57Speaker 10: It literally promotes the sense of well being. So like
- 24:02Speaker 10: your mood is elevated, you feel good. So people have
- 24:06Speaker 10: dropped their antidepressants, their anxiety medication just from drinking this drink.
- 24:12Speaker 11: What are we doing? Guys?
- 24:13Speaker 4: Come on, come on, this is amazing and I'm just
- 24:17Speaker 4: blowing away. I will admit. I see the results. I
- 24:22Speaker 4: saw your pictures, and I know how important eating the
- 24:25Speaker 4: ripe food is and if there's something there and you say.
- 24:29Speaker 1: This is natural, this is not medicine.
- 24:31Speaker 10: It's not a child that can drink a soda pop
- 24:34Speaker 10: can drink this. An elderly person that is on medication
- 24:38Speaker 10: can drink this.
- 24:40Speaker 11: Trust me.
- 24:41Speaker 10: If you have medications, this has no intro like contra
- 24:45Speaker 10: uh what is it contradiction? Sorry, with the medications or anything.
- 24:49Speaker 10: Your doctor will take you off your medications because you're
- 24:52Speaker 10: doing so well.
- 24:53Speaker 5: Trust me.
- 24:55Speaker 4: Wow wow wow, Okay, Well, at this point I'm speechless.
- 25:00Speaker 1: And I'm blown away.
- 25:01Speaker 4: I'm definitely going to take another look at this, and
- 25:06Speaker 4: I'm actually I want to get something for myself. So
- 25:12Speaker 4: so that's it.
- 25:13Speaker 1: That's it, y'all? All right, do you have any final comments?
- 25:17Speaker 10: If you know anybody that is going through any chronic
- 25:20Speaker 10: illness like you know, tired after eating, craving carbs, constant fatigue,
- 25:26Speaker 10: belly fat, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, fatty liver, pcos
- 25:32Speaker 10: erechtild dysfunction, low test sauce from dark skin fold cys,
- 25:37Speaker 10: skin tags, blood glucose, diabetes, inflammation, brain fog actne all
- 25:44Speaker 10: of that get at me.
- 25:46Speaker 11: I'm telling you this helps with that.
- 25:50Speaker 4: Got you got you for, We appreciate you. We're gonna
- 25:54Speaker 4: transition to the other section of this mixer. Everybody's going
- 25:58Speaker 4: to go into the room. So I just want to
- 26:00Speaker 4: say thank you, we appreciate you, and we're gonna bring
- 26:02Speaker 4: you on an other podcast so people can actually see.
- 26:05Speaker 4: So alright, y'all keep it locked. Uh, we got a
- 26:09Speaker 4: few more people we're gonna talk to before we close.
- 26:12Speaker 1: Out this podcast.
- 26:15Speaker 4: His Hot Radio after lv BE and IM business mixer.

- 26:27Speaker 3: nine o'clock the night, I mean nine o'clock at night.
- 26:29Speaker 12: She may not answer, but uh she uh, she gives
- 26:32Speaker 12: me some knowledge as well.
- 26:34Speaker 3: But before I introduce her again, how many how many
- 26:36Speaker 3: are you all? Is this your first time being here?
- 26:40Speaker 10: Oh yeah, wow, how did you hear about?

- 27:13Speaker 3: the originally uh?
- 27:15Speaker 1: From h well that's crin okay, God, yeah, I hear
- 27:21Speaker 1: about it. Yeah, she said, I'm telling.
- 27:24Speaker 5: You it's okay.
- 27:26Speaker 3: That's are your original in Las Vegas too? No?
- 27:28Speaker 14: No, okay, no original Saint Louis balisoty six years here.
- 27:33Speaker 3: Or year in the alf Okay, I just came here
- 27:35Speaker 3: to Saint Lewis. How was it a mentorship program? Was
- 27:38Speaker 3: that that nice beautiful train station? Did you come here
- 27:41Speaker 3: to a hotel or something down? It's downtown and I
- 27:44Speaker 3: went to the.
- 27:45Speaker 10: Arch who.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I was, Oh, let me get out of here.
- 27:49Speaker 3: But it was it was pretty cool, okay in yourself. Then,
- 27:52Speaker 3: my name's Tidy Lpez.
- 27:54Speaker 12: And I I you know about this from them because
- 27:58Speaker 12: I come here my uh classmas one and make you
- 28:03Speaker 12: do a lot of other day do you?
- 28:06Speaker 10: Uh oh?
- 28:07Speaker 3: I thought it's gonna stay with the fun out what
- 28:09Speaker 3: end it is Brenda too? I know Brenda's already I
- 28:12Speaker 3: so I'm done. I'm not gonna steal her show.
- 28:14Speaker 13: I'm gonna let.
- 28:15Speaker 3: Her come on with her beautiful smile. She's my buddy.
- 28:18Speaker 10: She gets on me and I really appreciate her, and
- 28:20Speaker 10: she'll tell you more about herself and in the client.
- 28:23Speaker 3: So y'all let's get it up in Brenda. Alright, right Brenda,
- 28:29Speaker 3: she likes I'm a chick. You be, Brenda, that's not
- 28:34Speaker 3: the chef than what would you do? Okay, I'm we'll
- 28:39Speaker 3: be back cause I don't wanna best up Brenda thumb. Okay,
- 28:44Speaker 3: so thank you for coming. My apologies, but the chef
- 28:48Speaker 3: had tacos and the sink of demayo, and I was
- 28:51Speaker 3: trying to eat as many as I could. Sorry about that.
- 28:56Speaker 3: What we're gonna talk about is something as business owners
- 29:00Speaker 3: that you need to think about for your business. We
- 29:04Speaker 3: normally think about big.
- 29:06Speaker 14: Businesses have attorneys, and they have accountants, and they have
- 29:11Speaker 14: these insurance people and I but you know that you've
- 29:13Speaker 14: run through the same problems that they do.
- 29:16Speaker 3: You have exactly the same kind of problems that they do.
- 29:19Speaker 14: So I wanna talk about this called strong, big strong.
- 29:22Speaker 14: Every strong business needs bails.
- 29:25Speaker 3: Now, I s S.
- 29:27Speaker 15: I drew a S.
- 29:28Speaker 3: I stole this from my CPA.
- 29:31Speaker 14: Who was in a room with me when I was
- 29:33Speaker 14: actually doing the presentation one time, and she said, oh,
- 29:36Speaker 14: by the way, I forgot to tell you, I stole
- 29:38Speaker 14: this from somebody else.
- 29:40Speaker 16: So it's the the third one down, so it's not mine. Okay,
- 29:46Speaker 16: I might steal it, alright, So.
- 29:56Speaker 3: I'm not good at this. Technology is not my thing. Okay.
- 30:03Speaker 3: So what does bails stand for? It stands for your banker,
- 30:08Speaker 3: your accountant, your insurance agent. I'm gonna change that. Lawyer.
- 30:13Speaker 3: You don't need a lawyer.
- 30:14Speaker 14: You need a law firm because just like when doctors,
- 30:19Speaker 14: lawyers have special specialties.
- 30:23Speaker 3: So you you don't go to your divorce.
- 30:25Speaker 14: Lawyer to have you to contract from you so that
- 30:29Speaker 14: you understand what you're signing. Okay, So you need a
- 30:32Speaker 14: law firm. So the most important thing that you need
- 30:35Speaker 14: is a support network.
- 30:41Speaker 3: Let me see if this will work. I think in town,
- 30:44Speaker 3: I'm the uh that's the work.
- 30:47Speaker 15: Okay.
- 30:48Speaker 3: Sometimes the screen is touched and sometimes it's not, So
- 30:53Speaker 3: there we go.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Alright, So.
- 30:57Speaker 3: Why do you need a maker? By the way, do
- 31:01Speaker 3: you ever need money.
- 31:02Speaker 10: For your business?
- 31:05Speaker 3: Do you have enough money for your business? Non? So
- 31:10Speaker 3: it's to know a banker. But what you want to
- 31:13Speaker 3: know from your banker is who are they, what do
- 31:20Speaker 3: they offer, and do they offer what you need? But
- 31:24Speaker 3: you won't know the answer to that until you actually
- 31:28Speaker 3: have a conversation with the banker.
- 31:30Speaker 14: Now I'm not gonna tell you that there's a banker
- 31:32Speaker 14: in the room, okay, So what you wanna do is
- 31:39Speaker 14: you want to build a relationship with the banker before
- 31:43Speaker 14: you go in and ask for money. If you if
- 31:48Speaker 14: you had money to lend to somebody else, if you,
- 31:51Speaker 14: if I come to.
- 31:51Speaker 3: You and say I need money, but you don't know
- 31:54Speaker 3: who I am. I've never met from before.
- 31:57Speaker 14: You don't know if I'm good at what I say
- 32:00Speaker 14: I'm good at or if I'm not. You don't even
- 32:02Speaker 14: know if my business is a good business or not.
- 32:04Speaker 14: Would you lend me money?
- 32:06Speaker 9: No?
- 32:06Speaker 14: Mean, you just met your banker. That's what your banker
- 32:10Speaker 14: is looking at. So that's why you want to build
- 32:12Speaker 14: a relationship with your banker first, so as your banker
- 32:17Speaker 14: knows who you are, knows how your business works, can
- 32:22Speaker 14: give you constructive information about how to use your finances
- 32:28Speaker 14: to the best of your ability, help you make good
- 32:32Speaker 14: business banking decisions, money decisions.
- 32:35Speaker 3: And then when you say, I mean at this point
- 32:37Speaker 3: now where I.
- 32:39Speaker 14: Need to add some more money to my business so
- 32:43Speaker 14: my business can grow, you're not.
- 32:45Speaker 3: Talking to a stranger.
- 32:47Speaker 14: You're talking to someone who already knows you, who already
- 32:50Speaker 14: knows your business.
- 32:52Speaker 3: Do you think you have a better chance at getting
- 32:56Speaker 3: some funding from someone who knows who you are and
- 33:00Speaker 3: work versus me coming in and you've never met me.
- 33:04Speaker 3: You know it makes sense? So you I'm an account
- 33:16Speaker 3: There's this school in Ohio that's that has on my
- 33:19Speaker 3: degree that I'm an account I'm They're still sorry, and
- 33:22Speaker 3: they said that.
- 33:25Speaker 14: So I hear a lot from my students here who said, well,
- 33:29Speaker 14: so and so told me I need a CPA, And
- 33:32Speaker 14: I said, why.
- 33:35Speaker 3: Why do you need a CPA?
- 33:36Speaker 14: Why I I gotta I I need to get my
- 33:38Speaker 14: taxes done. Look, okay, but there's a whole bunch of
- 33:42Speaker 14: people who do taxes.
- 33:43Speaker 3: That aren't CDA. So why do you need a CPA
- 33:46Speaker 3: And the answer is usually I don't know. So let
- 33:49Speaker 3: me explain to you what all this means. In the
- 33:54Speaker 3: state of the Data. As I said, I'm an account
- 33:59Speaker 3: I cannot go.
- 34:00Speaker 14: Hang out a shingle in the state of Nevada and
- 34:02Speaker 14: say for debryant public accountants.
- 34:05Speaker 3: I'm so saved to the public. I'm an accountant. I
- 34:08Speaker 3: can do your books for you, I can help you
- 34:10Speaker 3: with your business.
- 34:12Speaker 14: But in the state of Nevada, I can't do that
- 34:14Speaker 14: because the State of Nevada does not recognize me as
- 34:18Speaker 14: a public accountant unless I have gone through the testing,
- 34:23Speaker 14: been certified, and am attached to the state through my certification.
- 34:32Speaker 14: So in the state of Nevada, you will find CPA firms.
- 34:37Speaker 14: You will find bookkeepers. Okay, so I do people's books.
- 34:42Speaker 14: They call me a bookkeeper.
- 34:44Speaker 3: I don't care what they call me. They baby, and
- 34:46Speaker 3: I just wanna make sure I'm doing a good job.
- 34:48Speaker 3: And that's that's the whole point. Am I doing a
- 34:50Speaker 3: good job?
- 34:51Speaker 14: So if I are bookkeepers, you find tax preparers MM,
- 34:58Speaker 14: people who will do your taxes.
- 34:59Speaker 3: They don't do roofs. All they do is your taxes.
- 35:02Speaker 3: They have to go through a testing process.
- 35:04Speaker 17: Also, if they are not CPA's and they are doing
- 35:11Speaker 17: your taxes, then they get tested every.
- 35:14Speaker 14: Year to make sure they're up to date on all
- 35:18Speaker 14: the new stuff and stuff comes out every year of taxes.
- 35:22Speaker 3: What you did last year is not gonna be what
- 35:25Speaker 3: you do this year, because it's all gonna change. I
- 35:29Speaker 3: remember one.
- 35:30Speaker 18: Year, in the middle of the year, they changed the
- 35:33Speaker 18: mileage that you could take for taxes when you use
- 35:37Speaker 18: your car for business on This.
- 35:41Speaker 3: Is why I hate taxes, cause I don't wanna remember
- 35:44Speaker 3: just stuff. I got great hair. I got this on purpose,
- 35:48Speaker 3: So tell them I don't wanna learn anymore.
- 35:50Speaker 14: Okay, So you got tax prepayers, you've got book keepers,
- 35:56Speaker 14: you've got accountants, and you've got.
- 35:59Speaker 17: CPAs who cost the most CPA, CBA Why cause it cost.
- 36:05Speaker 14: Them to get certain sat right, Because it cost them.
- 36:10Speaker 14: They have to be degreed. Now they don't have to
- 36:13Speaker 14: have a degree in accounting, but they have to have
- 36:16Speaker 14: a degree and they have to go through a testing process.
- 36:22Speaker 14: I don't know how long it is now.
- 36:23Speaker 3: It used to be three days long.
- 36:25Speaker 14: Oh why I I have a friend to an a
- 36:27Speaker 14: journey and I said, why didn't you just go get
- 36:30Speaker 14: your CPA, And she said, cause it's easier to pass themorrow.
- 36:34Speaker 3: And I've had CPA s tell me that, Oh okay, mom,
- 36:37Speaker 3: So yes, they go through a lot. They also the times.
- 36:41Speaker 3: Well now you can come Now, see when I was
- 36:44Speaker 3: in school, you couldn't do this, but now you can
- 36:46Speaker 3: actually take your CPA. Say and while you're still in college.
- 36:51Speaker 3: I couldn't do that when when when I was coming along.
- 36:55Speaker 14: But that doesn't make you a CPA. That just means
- 36:58Speaker 14: that you pass the test. M Now you have to
- 37:01Speaker 14: go work for a CPA firm. You have to work
- 37:06Speaker 14: for them for at least two years because you need
- 37:09Speaker 14: to get the experience.
- 37:11Speaker 3: You also have to learn to do. You have to
- 37:14Speaker 3: do at least five hundred hours of audits. Now, what
- 37:18Speaker 3: is an audit. Audit is what I call the white
- 37:22Speaker 3: glove people.
- 37:23Speaker 14: Who come into your business and they look and we're
- 37:25Speaker 14: doing fair of tweezers, and they're looking at.
- 37:27Speaker 3: Absolutely everything in your business. People get afraid of audits.
- 37:31Speaker 3: I think you should be thrilled to have an audit.
- 37:34Speaker 3: Don't you wanna know what's going on in your business?
- 37:36Speaker 3: Don't you wanna know if something.
- 37:37Speaker 7: Is going wrong?
- 37:38Speaker 3: I wanna know what's going right, Yeah, okay, I want
- 37:42Speaker 3: you to go through and look at all my stuff
- 37:45Speaker 3: and tell me, oh, this works, this works. We need
- 37:48Speaker 3: to make some.
- 37:48Speaker 14: Changes here, Okay, Okay, that's fine because if I don't
- 37:53Speaker 14: make those changes there, I could be down the road.
- 37:57Speaker 3: I could've made a mistake that I need to know
- 38:00Speaker 3: about cause I didn't know this exists. So I like,
- 38:04Speaker 3: I'm crazy. I like audis. I think they're worth the
- 38:08Speaker 3: time and effort. So they have to do that. They
- 38:11Speaker 3: have to do the auditive okay.
- 38:15Speaker 14: And so after they do all this stuff, and it
- 38:17Speaker 14: takes 'em about three or four years before they can
- 38:20Speaker 14: actually then.
- 38:22Speaker 3: Call themselves CPAs. So why do they cost money? You're right,
- 38:27Speaker 3: So a car THEYD a lot of money to get
- 38:29Speaker 3: to that. Okay, they paid a lot of money to
- 38:31Speaker 3: get to that.
- 38:32Speaker 14: And there are people who have been in business a
- 38:35Speaker 14: long time doing what they do and then decide.
- 38:39Speaker 3: To get their CPAs because there's no there's no disconnecting
- 38:43Speaker 3: the business. They they're already in business. They just add
- 38:46Speaker 3: back to their list of things that they can do.
- 38:50Speaker 14: So, yes, so when somebody tells you you need a
- 38:53Speaker 14: CPIA CPA, just ask.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Them why, cause they don't know, they just hurt it
- 38:58Speaker 3: somewhere like, look it sounds fancy for the business, Well, y,
- 39:03Speaker 3: what you need to find what you need that that's
- 39:06Speaker 3: the whole point. You may be in a business that has.
- 39:10Speaker 14: A lot of things in it, and it can be
- 39:12Speaker 14: kind of complicated, and you may need a CPAT.
- 39:16Speaker 3: I have been a business since nineteen eighty five. I
- 39:19Speaker 3: just got a CPA two years ago.
- 39:21Speaker 4: Hm hm okay.
- 39:26Speaker 3: So, and what you're looking for is who has knowledge
- 39:30Speaker 3: that you need and can they teach him to you
- 39:36Speaker 3: in a way that you understand. I don't wanna.
- 39:38Speaker 14: I don't want somebody talking to me in account of
- 39:41Speaker 14: EISA and I don't understand what they're saying. I had
- 39:44Speaker 14: a client once in in Silicon Valley, and I asked
- 39:47Speaker 14: him what was his break even point?
- 39:48Speaker 3: And we go like I smacked his mother. He had
- 39:52Speaker 3: no idea what I was talking about.
- 39:53Speaker 14: Now, that made perfect sense to me, makes perfect sense
- 39:56Speaker 14: to my colleagues. But I'm not talking to me or
- 39:58Speaker 14: my colleagues. I'm talking to a business owner who does
- 40:02Speaker 14: not understand what I said him.
- 40:05Speaker 3: So I said to him, how much does it cost
- 40:07Speaker 3: to keep your doors open? Every month? He could give
- 40:10Speaker 3: me almost to the pending, so he knew his business.
- 40:15Speaker 3: He didn't know my term of knowledgy. So that taught
- 40:20Speaker 3: me that I need to speak to people at their level.
- 40:25Speaker 14: Of the language that they understand, not the language that
- 40:30Speaker 14: I understand.
- 40:32Speaker 3: When I teach financial literacy, I start out by telling
- 40:34Speaker 3: people I'm not gonna tell you anything. You have him
- 40:36Speaker 3: you don't already know if you are doing already.
- 40:40Speaker 14: Got now you you you're kidding right when I'm serious.
- 40:44Speaker 14: Everything that we talk about you're already doing. And you
- 40:47Speaker 14: been doing this since you were five years old. I
- 40:54Speaker 14: have people stay in the class to learn cause they
- 40:56Speaker 14: wanna figure out what the heck have they been.
- 40:58Speaker 3: Doing all this guy and they didn't know, you know
- 41:00Speaker 3: what it was. And I said, I'm not gonna teach
- 41:02Speaker 3: you anything differently, But they're sitting as as possible. The
- 41:05Speaker 3: point is, let me speak to you.
- 41:09Speaker 14: So that you understand what I'm saying versus I'm speaking
- 41:13Speaker 14: to you so I understand that's not fair.
- 41:16Speaker 3: That's not fair to you, and that happens in any industry. Okay,
- 41:21Speaker 3: AI and I technology and I are not as the friends.
- 41:24Speaker 3: I have told my boss that I have seen the germinator.
- 41:26Speaker 3: I know how this ends. I have not happy, but
- 41:31Speaker 3: there are rays to do things and as.
- 41:33Speaker 14: And as you learn more, you start to do more.
- 41:40Speaker 14: So when you learn something different, you'll do something different.
- 41:45Speaker 3: Okay, so you have a business, Why do you need
- 41:53Speaker 3: an insurance as to manage insurance?
- 41:58Speaker 1: Protection from what risk? What kind of is injuries?
- 42:05Speaker 15: Death?
- 42:06Speaker 1: Anything that could happen?
- 42:08Speaker 3: How about cyber security?
- 42:10Speaker 13: Mm?
- 42:14Speaker 1: That's good.
- 42:15Speaker 8: Kay.
- 42:17Speaker 3: Unfortunately, that's one that's getting to be very big.
- 42:21Speaker 14: It used to happen to them, now we're now them.
- 42:27Speaker 14: It's the Oh, it's the big business. It's the governments
- 42:31Speaker 14: that get it. You know, it's the casinos that get hit.
- 42:35Speaker 14: Uh huh.
- 42:37Speaker 3: These people are not crazy. Who knows the least about
- 42:42Speaker 3: cyber security? Small business owner? Yeah, wow, that's true. It's
- 42:48Speaker 3: good two mists to make your money. Mm. Now, well
- 42:50Speaker 3: two business to try to be man mad?
- 42:53Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 42:53Speaker 3: Absolutely so.
- 42:54Speaker 6: Oh.
- 42:55Speaker 14: By the way, when it comes to insurance, cybersecurity insurance
- 42:59Speaker 14: is not covered under your liability insurance.
- 43:03Speaker 3: It is separate m and yes it does cost. Wow.
- 43:06Speaker 3: I work in insurance and one of the law firms
- 43:09Speaker 3: that we work with got.
- 43:11Speaker 13: Cyber attacked and they locked all their files and they
- 43:15Speaker 13: weren't able to do any business.
- 43:17Speaker 3: For us at all.
- 43:18Speaker 13: And AI insurance companies are letting employers know you can
- 43:22Speaker 13: use AI all you want, but they're we're not covering
- 43:24Speaker 13: that at all either.
- 43:25Speaker 3: No, AI fo's none of that. We're not type. AI
- 43:28Speaker 3: is not private. Yes, public. You do not want to
- 43:34Speaker 3: use AI with any of your information that you don't
- 43:39Speaker 3: want the guy next door to know, the world to know.
- 43:43Speaker 3: Yet that's true, so you have to be very careful
- 43:46Speaker 3: about that.
- 43:47Speaker 14: So I'm trying to if my boss and I are
- 43:50Speaker 14: having this discussion, I'm losing the discussion. I'm trying to
- 43:55Speaker 14: learn how to use it effectively and ethically. So i'come
- 44:00Speaker 14: to a friend of mine who wrote a book.
- 44:02Speaker 3: And and I was telling her that this this bothered
- 44:07Speaker 3: me a lot. And I said, so I had a
- 44:11Speaker 3: little bit of a release.
- 44:14Speaker 14: When my boss said, think of AI as a researcher
- 44:19Speaker 14: system that you don't.
- 44:20Speaker 10: Have to pay.
- 44:21Speaker 19: Yes, you say, And I'm like, oh, so my friend
- 44:26Speaker 19: the author said that's what I do, but I don't.
- 44:32Speaker 19: So I'm a little slow, but I.
- 44:36Speaker 9: Like that.
- 44:36Speaker 13: I have my I have a chat.
- 44:38Speaker 3: It's my sister, my personal sister.
- 44:40Speaker 12: Okay, right, it's a it's a great tool on how
- 44:43Speaker 12: to music to uh elevate your business.
- 44:47Speaker 3: So it's a great tool to use today business.
- 44:49Speaker 14: That is, for example, for me, I do proposals all
- 44:53Speaker 14: day for your jobs.
- 44:55Speaker 3: And so you're using AI for your proposal and then
- 44:58Speaker 3: i'm you and do you send them to an attorney
- 45:00Speaker 3: to have them reviewed? M No, then you should. We'll
- 45:04Speaker 3: get to that. I just a product saying knowing it
- 45:07Speaker 3: is interesting because you have but just just be careful.
- 45:11Speaker 3: It doesn't AI is not the devil. M. It's not
- 45:15Speaker 3: the it's not the technology that's the problem. It's the
- 45:18Speaker 3: people who are using.
- 45:20Speaker 14: Yeah, okay, so just be aware that, yes, if there
- 45:25Speaker 14: were no risk, there would be no reason to have insurance.
- 45:29Speaker 14: The only reason that insurance exists is to mitigate.
- 45:33Speaker 6: The risk.
- 45:36Speaker 3: And everything.
- 45:37Speaker 14: The minute you said you wanted to be a business owner,
- 45:39Speaker 14: you became risky. You did not become risk adverse. You
- 45:44Speaker 14: became risky because everything you do now touches someone else
- 45:52Speaker 14: in some manner. So I don't make a product, so
- 45:56Speaker 14: you can't buy my product and say my product was
- 45:58Speaker 14: not the good.
- 46:00Speaker 3: Okay.
- 46:01Speaker 14: I don't have a drink, so you can't say, oh,
- 46:03Speaker 14: that tastes really matter. It didn't do what it was
- 46:05Speaker 14: supposed to do. I'm not telling you about weight loss.
- 46:09Speaker 3: I have knowledge. I share knowledge. My business is coaching
- 46:12Speaker 3: and drinking. So what does my insurance agent say.
- 46:19Speaker 14: My insurance agent says, if you give somebody some information
- 46:25Speaker 14: mm and you don't give it to them in the
- 46:28Speaker 14: right way and they use it and it causes harm,
- 46:32Speaker 14: they can come back to you as errors and omissions.
- 46:37Speaker 3: Wow. Okay, so that's risk. I'm a business owner ADM
- 46:43Speaker 3: minute I said, I'm getting my business license, say deeding,
- 46:48Speaker 3: go get an insurance agent.
- 46:50Speaker 10: Okay.
- 46:56Speaker 3: And this is I said. You don't need a lawyer,
- 46:57Speaker 3: you need a law firms.
- 47:00Speaker 14: So for those of you who don't know, I am
- 47:04Speaker 14: your friendly neighborhood legal shield associate. And what we talk
- 47:10Speaker 14: about is affordable legal protection. Everybody in here needs to
- 47:16Speaker 14: be in touch with a law firm because have you
- 47:22Speaker 14: ever signed something and you weren't really sure what you sign?
- 47:30Speaker 14: I love the fact that you know that when you
- 47:32Speaker 14: when you online and it said read that the UH.
- 47:35Speaker 3: Terms and convention. Yes, that's hit. I will go through
- 47:40Speaker 3: and I will copy the terms of a in conditions.
- 47:43Speaker 14: I will put them in a folder and I read
- 47:45Speaker 14: them before I send them, before I signed anything.
- 47:48Speaker 3: Now do I know everything that I read a FSU
- 47:51Speaker 3: or not. My uncle was a judge. It was not hereditary.
- 47:54Speaker 3: I do not speak legal Judges don't not judges.
- 48:00Speaker 14: Attorneys don't talk to people. They talk to other attorneys.
- 48:07Speaker 14: The things that they write are written in legalese, just
- 48:10Speaker 14: like accountant speaking accounts of ease.
- 48:13Speaker 3: Right, So the attorney from.
- 48:15Speaker 14: Here is gonna talk to the attorney over here. The
- 48:18Speaker 14: two of them know what's going on. You're standing in
- 48:20Speaker 14: the middle of the what the heck is happening because
- 48:23Speaker 14: you don't know. So anytime before I try to emphasize
- 48:29Speaker 14: this and people ignore it, I'm gonna ask you not to.
- 48:32Speaker 3: Ignore it before you sign anything. Have it reviewed anything.
- 48:40Speaker 3: I did have a client once who signed something.
- 48:47Speaker 14: And said to me, no, no, no, I know exactly
- 48:50Speaker 14: what this is. I know exactly what how how we
- 48:52Speaker 14: do this, and how this works. And I said, oh, okay,
- 48:58Speaker 14: does your custom No that what's obvious. There's no such
- 49:04Speaker 14: thing as obvious when it comes to a contract. So
- 49:09Speaker 14: what you wanna do is you wanna make sure you
- 49:11Speaker 14: are always protecting and you wanna protect your resters. You
- 49:15Speaker 14: wanna make sure they're okay, let's have this conversation, but let's.
- 49:20Speaker 3: Make sure that we're both on the same page. So
- 49:24Speaker 3: if so, let's say I'm go go go to the
- 49:26Speaker 3: paper or last with some money, they gonna have to
- 49:29Speaker 3: sign something. What the heck of my side?
- 49:33Speaker 14: Well, they told me that the injuries making is three
- 49:35Speaker 14: point two I w but the maker says is thirty
- 49:40Speaker 14: two percent. That's the ballprint.
- 49:46Speaker 4: There.
- 49:47Speaker 14: There's a person that I I listen to sometimes who
- 49:50Speaker 14: says the big print pulls you in, the small print
- 49:54Speaker 14: will kill you.
- 49:54Speaker 8: Yep.
- 49:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 49:56Speaker 3: You ever read Yeah, anybody hearing up a credit card? Yeah?
- 50:00Speaker 3: You ever read the print on the on your credit
- 50:02Speaker 3: card statement? Oh no.
- 50:07Speaker 14: The only time you don't need to read the print
- 50:09Speaker 14: on your credit card statement is if you pay it
- 50:11Speaker 14: off and for wherever ye hear your mother? Do you
- 50:15Speaker 14: know some of that interest is over thirty percent?
- 50:19Speaker 3: Yeah? Okay, So I'm just I'm not trying to scare you.
- 50:24Speaker 3: I just want you to be aware. I really want
- 50:27Speaker 3: you to be aware. Ask questions. My students now know
- 50:30Speaker 3: that whenever they need the room or go what what's
- 50:32Speaker 3: your job today? Ask questions.
- 50:34Speaker 14: I think ask questions because we don't know everything, and
- 50:41Speaker 14: neither do the people we're talking to know everything. So
- 50:43Speaker 14: I may have to ask three or four people get
- 50:45Speaker 14: the information I need, but ask questions.
- 50:50Speaker 3: Do you know that people would rather.
- 50:52Speaker 14: You ask questions and they can tell you the truth,
- 50:56Speaker 14: then have you guess and be upset with them because
- 50:59Speaker 14: you guess you's wrong.
- 51:00Speaker 6: M mm.
- 51:03Speaker 3: Mkay.
- 51:06Speaker 14: So if you're interested in affordablevie with protection or identity
- 51:11Speaker 14: p identity theft for protection, see me. That's my ten
- 51:16Speaker 14: second commercial. This is the most important thing out of base.
- 51:23Speaker 14: This is your supportant network. It's hard work.
- 51:29Speaker 3: Being a business owner is really hard for.
- 51:34Speaker 14: And you may be in a family where they love
- 51:37Speaker 14: you to death and will tell you in a minute
- 51:40Speaker 14: you know you just need to get a job. They
- 51:44Speaker 14: don't understand that that's crushing. If they're not trying to
- 51:49Speaker 14: step on your dream.
- 51:51Speaker 3: They used to want you to be secure.
- 51:54Speaker 14: My mother never got the chance to go to college
- 51:57Speaker 14: because my grandmother said she was a woman.
- 51:59Speaker 3: She so my they m my whole family teased.
- 52:06Speaker 14: My mother said that I had a college degree before
- 52:08Speaker 14: I was born, cause my mother was gonna.
- 52:11Speaker 3: Make sure I was born causey' I don't know how
- 52:12Speaker 3: she was gonna do it. I would say we didn't
- 52:15Speaker 3: have two pennies to brother together, but we didn't even
- 52:17Speaker 3: have one penny.
- 52:19Speaker 14: I don't know how she did it, but yes I
- 52:22Speaker 14: did go to college, and yes I did go graduate school,
- 52:26Speaker 14: and yes I did start a business.
- 52:28Speaker 7: That was ritt.
- 52:30Speaker 3: That wasn't my grit, that was her grip. When I graduated,
- 52:33Speaker 3: I gave her my gapping.
- 52:34Speaker 14: Down that to support system. The people who said and
- 52:40Speaker 14: know my mother were not being mean. They were being
- 52:45Speaker 14: what they thought was supported. You may be in a
- 52:50Speaker 14: a situation in your family or your spouse's I was
- 52:53Speaker 14: so tired of learning about that dark business.
- 52:56Speaker 3: Can we talk about something else?
- 52:58Speaker 14: M So, you hear these things all the time, and
- 53:04Speaker 14: you need a support system of people who understand that.
- 53:08Speaker 14: Sometimes just you do need to have somebody to talk to.
- 53:11Speaker 14: Sometimes you do need somebody to tell you something positive.
- 53:15Speaker 14: And today it is just a crappy day. I just
- 53:18Speaker 14: need to hear somebody say, Hey, I'm thinking about you,
- 53:21Speaker 14: I'm sending good by you, y, I'm playing for you.
- 53:25Speaker 3: Of FA, I'm sorry.
- 53:26Speaker 1: My father was a minister, so h that's good. We
- 53:29Speaker 1: need that, we need that.
- 53:32Speaker 3: But the I said, the.
- 53:33Speaker 14: Most important thing is your support system, the other stuff
- 53:37Speaker 14: we can find.
- 53:38Speaker 3: We can find the banker, we can.
- 53:40Speaker 14: Find an account, we can find an insurance. Say do
- 53:43Speaker 14: we can find the law for We need to build
- 53:47Speaker 14: a support system.
- 53:49Speaker 3: We need to have people around us that we love
- 53:52Speaker 3: and we care about and we trust. We trust who
- 53:58Speaker 3: they are and what they tell us.
- 54:01Speaker 14: So all my students know that I constantly tell them
- 54:03Speaker 14: about trusting advisors. There's a bunch of people who will
- 54:06Speaker 14: advise you.
- 54:09Speaker 3: Is there a word worth it? Find out who are
- 54:14Speaker 3: the people that you could trust, so that you feel
- 54:19Speaker 3: that you know what this is. Uh, today's not good.
- 54:23Speaker 3: I need to call Susie just for menu, M and
- 54:27Speaker 3: y and they know you. Hey, what what's going on?
- 54:30Speaker 3: What's matter? What do you need? Let's go lunch. I've
- 54:34Speaker 3: had people who do that to me.
- 54:37Speaker 14: I've been in a point where I had no money
- 54:40Speaker 14: and somebody would call me and say, hey, I think
- 54:44Speaker 14: we ought to go get some.
- 54:46Speaker 3: Touch puppies and some catfish. And I'm thinking, 'em, I
- 54:52Speaker 3: don't have touch puppies and catfish and money. You don't
- 54:56Speaker 3: pay me when you when you can't, that's good, no problem.
- 55:00Speaker 3: That's the support system. Okay, we need that.
- 55:05Speaker 14: So out of all these things that we talk about,
- 55:07Speaker 14: and we need to have a banker. We need to
- 55:10Speaker 14: build that relationship. We need to have somebody who does
- 55:13Speaker 14: our financial stuff. So I call that in general an accountant,
- 55:18Speaker 14: but it could be a bookkeeper.
- 55:19Speaker 3: It could be a CPA.
- 55:21Speaker 14: You could have.
- 55:22Speaker 3: Somebody who all you're.
- 55:23Speaker 14: Looking for is somebody who's gonna do your taxes. That's okay,
- 55:29Speaker 14: but make sure that's a person that you can have
- 55:31Speaker 14: a conversation with because this is your money, and the
- 55:35Speaker 14: one thing that you don't want to have somebody playing
- 55:37Speaker 14: with is your money. You need to have an insurance agent.
- 55:42Speaker 14: You need to have the same relationship with the insurance
- 55:44Speaker 14: agent that you have with the accountants you have with
- 55:47Speaker 14: the banker. Build a relationship, Have somebody you can actually
- 55:52Speaker 14: have a conversation in.
- 55:55Speaker 3: Have somebody that when they tell you something, you trust
- 55:59Speaker 3: their word that you don't have to second guess that.
- 56:06Speaker 3: And make sure that you have a law firm, not
- 56:10Speaker 3: just a lawyer, but a law firm. Because I may
- 56:14Speaker 3: have I got I got something in the mail and
- 56:17Speaker 3: I don't understand this, so I call the law firm.
- 56:20Speaker 3: They sit. They attached me to the attorney who knows
- 56:23Speaker 3: how to handle that. Well, somebody slipped and fell in
- 56:27Speaker 3: my business.
- 56:29Speaker 14: They sa, I go call the law firm. They have
- 56:31Speaker 14: somebody who can handle That's not the same attorney.
- 56:35Speaker 7: Okay, So I.
- 56:38Speaker 3: Wanna make sure that I'm covered not.
- 56:42Speaker 14: Only by the documentation, but I'm covered by the trusted
- 56:47Speaker 14: advisors I have in my sphere of knowledge. So success
- 56:57Speaker 14: doesn't rest on doing everything. We've heard the terms solo preneur.
- 57:04Speaker 14: It does not mean that you're in this by yourself.
- 57:07Speaker 14: It just means that you are in one person business.
- 57:09Speaker 14: I'm a one person business on purpose. I do not
- 57:14Speaker 14: have employees.
- 57:14Speaker 3: That's what it means. I don't have employees.
- 57:17Speaker 14: I choose not to have employees, even though I've been
- 57:19Speaker 14: one for many, many years and i'm one right now.
- 57:23Speaker 3: I don't want the hassle and have that employee. I
- 57:27Speaker 3: don't want to have to take the deductions out of
- 57:30Speaker 3: your pay and send them to the government when they
- 57:33Speaker 3: say that it's due. I don't want to do any
- 57:35Speaker 3: of that stuff.
- 57:36Speaker 5: I'm lazy.
- 57:38Speaker 14: So I'm a solo preneur. But it what it doesn't
- 57:42Speaker 14: mean is that I'm in business with nobody helping me.
- 57:47Speaker 14: That's not a solo for your meanings solo for new
- 57:49Speaker 14: means that legally I mean, I'm a one person business.
- 57:56Speaker 14: I'm smart enough to know that I need to have
- 57:58Speaker 14: people around me who can encourage me, who can give
- 58:02Speaker 14: me good information, who.
- 58:04Speaker 3: Can hold me up on those days that holding me
- 58:06Speaker 3: up is necessary, and that I can do the same
- 58:09Speaker 3: for them. So it depends on building a.
- 58:12Speaker 14: Strong team of professionals who help you make smarter decisions,
- 58:18Speaker 14: stay compliant.
- 58:20Speaker 3: But there's the government say you need to do do it.
- 58:26Speaker 3: The government is not negotiating. By the way I used
- 58:28Speaker 3: to work for the federal member, it's not negotiating. If
- 58:32Speaker 3: they say that you have to fill out this form
- 58:36Speaker 3: in the forms greed and we want brand in and
- 58:38Speaker 3: you say, well, I don't like green paper or a
- 58:40Speaker 3: brand ink, it's not negotiating. Reduce risk and grow with confidence.
- 58:51Speaker 3: Be the biggest business you want to be. I have
- 58:56Speaker 3: clients who want to take over the world. I have
- 58:59Speaker 3: clients who want to take over over the block. Okay,
- 59:03Speaker 3: there's no right or wrong. What is it that you're
- 59:05Speaker 3: looking for and then how can we work together to
- 59:09Speaker 3: make that happen. So you're looking for your support team
- 59:13Speaker 3: is your business stream team, and you can love your family.
- 59:20Speaker 3: But every one say what all?
- 59:26Speaker 12: So this is me.
- 59:28Speaker 3: I work here at you and our extension. I teach
- 59:31Speaker 3: classes here. Our classes are free. You're always welcome to come.
- 59:36Speaker 3: There are some flyers on the desk in front, and
- 59:40Speaker 3: there's some flyers on the desk or calling is that
- 59:43Speaker 3: has a list of all our classes for May. They're
- 59:47Speaker 3: all at no cost to you. I am, truthfully your
- 59:52Speaker 3: tax dollars at work. Any questions.
- 59:58Speaker 7: I have a question?
- 59:59Speaker 12: Sure?
- 1:00:00Speaker 14: Yeah, no, no, the jelia when you said you mentioned
- 1:00:08Speaker 14: the attorney.
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: To have a firm and the program that you have,
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: how does that work with Oh I could talk to
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: you about.
- 1:00:16Speaker 15: That, but yeah, yeah, but that is that is a
- 1:00:21Speaker 15: good because mean, for example, I I I work as
- 1:00:26Speaker 15: a consultant for cleaning and safety.
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: You do have to have an a journey on site.
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: You say, yeah, all of us need that. We're we're
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: bus we're in business now, that's right, So all of
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: us need to have that ability.
- 1:00:40Speaker 14: Let's just say that you never ever ever need an
- 1:00:44Speaker 14: attorney for anything. Wouldn't that be great? But in the
- 1:00:47Speaker 14: world that we live in now, that's a pipe bring okay,
- 1:00:53Speaker 14: and so just make sure you're okay. That's that's the
- 1:00:56Speaker 14: whole point is just make sure you're okay.
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: Yes, sir, so you mentioned uh, legal Shield, You're you
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: said you're representative.
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: Yes, I believe.
