  where
• 0:07
  we

  all

  things
• 0:08
  health,
• 0:09
  wealth
• 0:09
  and

  and

  where
• 0:11
  founders
• 0:12
  share
• 0:12
  the
• 0:12
  good
• 0:12
  and
• 0:13
  bad
• 0:13
  and
• 0:13
  ugly
• 0:14
  of
• 0:14
  being
• 0:14
  an
• 0:14
  entrepreneur.
• 0:16
  So
• 0:16
  welcome
• 0:17
  to
• 0:17
  part
• 0:18
  three
• 0:18
  of
• 0:19
  our
• 0:19
  mini
• 0:20
  series
• 0:20
  all
• 0:21
  about
• 0:21
  female
• 0:22
  empowerment.
• 0:23
  And
• 0:23
  in
• 0:23
  this
• 0:24
  episode
• 0:24
  we're
• 0:25
  going
• 0:25
  to
• 0:25
  be
• 0:25
  talking
• 0:25
  about
• 0:26
  the
• 0:26
  power
• 0:27
  of
• 0:27
  community
• 0:28
  for
• 0:28
  female
• 0:28
  founders.
• 0:29
  So
• 0:30
  as
• 0:30
  female
• 0:31
  founders,
• 0:31
  we
• 0:31
  must
• 0:32
  embrace
• 0:33
  collaboration
• 0:33
  over
• 0:34
  competition
• 0:35
  and
• 0:35
  the
• 0:35
  importance
• 0:36
  of
• 0:36
  creating
• 0:37
  and
• 0:37
  maintaining
• 0:37
  a
• 0:38
  supportive
• 0:38
  environment
• 0:39
  for
• 0:39
  female
• 0:40
  entrepreneurs.
• 0:42
  I've
• 0:42
  been
• 0:42
  in
• 0:43
  business
• 0:43
  over
• 0:43
  20
• 0:44
  years
• 0:44
  and
• 0:44
  the
• 0:44
  foundation
• 0:45
  to
• 0:45
  my
• 0:45
  success
• 0:46
  has
• 0:47
  always
• 0:47
  been
• 0:47
  about
• 0:48
  positive
• 0:48
  mindset
• 0:49
  and
• 0:49
  the
• 0:49
  network
• 0:50
  of
• 0:50
  like
• 0:50
  minded
• 0:51
  peers,
• 0:52
  clients,
• 0:52
  suppliers
• 0:53
  and
• 0:53
  an
• 0:53
  online
• 0:54
  tribe.
• 0:54
  So
• 0:54
  it's
• 0:55
  important
• 0:55
  to
• 0:55
  feel
• 0:56
  part
• 0:56
  of
• 0:56
  a
• 0:56
  community
• 0:57
  because
• 0:58
  it
• 0:58
  can
• 0:58
  be
• 0:58
  really
• 0:59
  lonely
• 0:59
  as
• 0:59
  an
• 1:00
  entrepreneur.
• 1:00
  So
• 1:01
  here
• 1:01
  are
• 1:01
  my
• 1:01
  top
• 1:02
  tips
• 1:02
  of
• 1:02
  advice
• 1:02
  that
• 1:03
  I
• 1:03
  would
• 1:03
  prioritize.
• 1:04
  Number
• 1:05
  one
• 1:06
  Building
• 1:06
  a
• 1:06
  strong
• 1:07
  support
• 1:07
  network
• 1:08
  of
• 1:08
  like
• 1:08
  minded
• 1:09
  women
• 1:09
  and
• 1:10
  allies.
• 1:11
  Number
• 1:11
  two,
• 1:12
  Seek
• 1:12
  and
• 1:12
  also
• 1:13
  offer
• 1:13
  mentorship.
• 1:15
  Number
• 1:15
  three,
• 1:16
  create
• 1:16
  inclusive
• 1:17
  workplaces
• 1:18
  and
• 1:18
  networking
• 1:19
  spaces.
• 1:19
  And
• 1:20
  remember,
• 1:21
  you
• 1:21
  are
• 1:21
  not
• 1:22
  alone
• 1:22
  in
• 1:22
  your
• 1:23
  journey
• 1:23
  and
• 1:23
  the
• 1:23
  power
• 1:24
  of
• 1:24
  community
• 1:24
  can
• 1:25
  really
• 1:25
  drive
• 1:25
  success.
• 1:26
  Everything
• 1:27
  I
• 1:27
  do
• 1:28
  harnesses
• 1:28
  my
• 1:29
  connections
• 1:29
  in
• 1:29
  some
• 1:30
  way
• 1:30
  or
• 1:30
  another.
• 1:31
  Building,
• 1:31
  maintaining
• 1:32
  and
• 1:32
  growing
• 1:32
  relationships
• 1:33
  is
• 1:34
  not
• 1:34
  just
• 1:34
  good
• 1:34
  for
• 1:35
  business,
• 1:35
  but
• 1:35
  it's
• 1:36
  amazing
• 1:37
  for
• 1:37
  our
• 1:37
  spirit
• 1:37
  and
• 1:38
  our
• 1:38
  soul.
• 1:39
  So
• 1:39
  spending
• 1:39
  time
• 1:40
  with
• 1:40
  people
• 1:41
  really
• 1:41
  lights
• 1:41
  me
• 1:42
  up
• 1:42
  and
• 1:42
  energizes
• 1:43
  me.
• 1:43
  I
• 1:43
  am
• 1:44
  at
• 1:44
  heart
• 1:44
  actually
• 1:44
  an
• 1:45
  introvert,
• 1:45
  so
• 1:46
  having
• 1:46
  time
• 1:46
  to
• 1:47
  focus
• 1:47
  in
• 1:47
  my
• 1:47
  own
• 1:47
  space
• 1:48
  is
• 1:48
  equally
• 1:49
  important.
• 1:50
  But
• 1:50
  it's
• 1:50
  about
• 1:50
  finding
• 1:51
  balance
• 1:52
  and
• 1:52
  spending
• 1:52
  every
• 1:53
  day
• 1:53
  in
• 1:53
  the
• 1:53
  same
• 1:54
  environment
• 1:54
  is
• 1:54
  hard
• 1:55
  for
• 1:55
  anyone.
• 1:56
  And
• 1:56
  as
• 1:56
  entrepreneurs
• 1:57
  we
• 1:57
  do
• 1:57
  crave
• 1:58
  inspiration
• 1:59
  and
• 1:59
  changing
• 2:00
  your
• 2:00
  space
• 2:01
  can
• 2:01
  be
• 2:01
  really
• 2:02
  good
• 2:02
  for
• 2:02
  your
• 2:02
  growth,
• 2:02
  both
• 2:03
  personally
• 2:03
  and
• 2:04
  professionally.
• 2:05
  So
• 2:05
  creating
• 2:06
  my
• 2:06
  Female
• 2:06
  Founders
• 2:07
  Lunches
• 2:07
  has
• 2:08
  been
• 2:08
  a
• 2:08
  project
• 2:09
  that
• 2:09
  I
• 2:09
  wanted
• 2:10
  to
• 2:10
  do
• 2:10
  for
• 2:11
  many
• 2:11
  years,
• 2:12
  but
• 2:12
  the
• 2:12
  way
• 2:13
  that
• 2:13
  it's
• 2:13
  actually
• 2:13
  evolved
• 2:14
  has
• 2:14
  felt
• 2:14
  really
• 2:15
  organic
• 2:15
  and
• 2:15
  authentic
• 2:16
  to
• 2:16
  my
• 2:16
  vision
• 2:17
  and
• 2:17
  mission.
• 2:17
  I
• 2:17
  feel
• 2:18
  my
• 2:18
  business
• 2:18
  has
• 2:19
  come
• 2:19
  full
• 2:20
  circle.
• 2:20
  I
• 2:21
  started
• 2:21
  with
• 2:21
  networking
• 2:22
  back
• 2:22
  at
• 2:22
  the
• 2:23
  age
• 2:23
  of
• 2:23
  21,
• 2:24
  which
• 2:24
  was
• 2:25
  hugely
• 2:26
  helpful
• 2:26
  for
• 2:27
  scaling
• 2:27
  my
• 2:27
  business
• 2:28
  as
• 2:29
  were
• 2:29
  the
• 2:29
  people
• 2:29
  that
• 2:29
  I
• 2:29
  met
• 2:30
  on
• 2:30
  my
• 2:30
  journey.
• 2:31
  I've
• 2:32
  always
• 2:32
  had
• 2:33
  contact
• 2:34
  with
• 2:34
  people
• 2:34
  through
• 2:35
  speaking
• 2:35
  or
• 2:35
  training
• 2:36
  or
• 2:36
  coaching
• 2:37
  across
• 2:37
  all
• 2:38
  of
• 2:38
  my
• 2:38
  businesses,
• 2:39
  but
• 2:39
  running
• 2:40
  my
• 2:40
  mastermind
• 2:41
  and
• 2:41
  retreats
• 2:42
  was
• 2:42
  the
• 2:42
  biggest
• 2:43
  enrichment
• 2:44
  for
• 2:44
  me
• 2:44
  and
• 2:45
  my
• 2:45
  business
• 2:45
  today.
• 2:46
  So
• 2:46
  I'm
• 2:46
  so
• 2:47
  excited
• 2:47
  to
• 2:48
  see
• 2:48
  where
• 2:49
  the
• 2:49
  addition
• 2:50
  of
• 2:50
  the
• 2:50
  Her
• 2:50
  Power
• 2:51
  community
• 2:52
  and
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  Female
• 2:53
  Founder
• 2:53
  Lunches
• 2:53
  goes.
• 2:54
  And
• 2:54
  of
• 2:54
  course
• 2:55
  who
• 2:55
  I
• 2:55
  will
• 2:56
  actually
• 2:56
  meet
• 2:56
  on
• 2:56
  my
• 2:56
  journey.
• 2:57
  Journey
• 2:57
  of
• 2:58
  getting
• 2:58

  as
• 3:02
  a
• 3:02
  global
• 3:02
  ranking
• 3:03
  show.
• 3:04
  So
• 3:04
  if
• 3:04
  you
• 3:04
  haven't
• 3:05
  already,
• 3:06
  remember

  nearing
• 3:09
  150
• 3:10

• 3:10
  so
• 3:10
  there's
• 3:11
  lots
• 3:11
  to
• 3:11
  choose
• 3:11
  from.
• 3:12
  And
• 3:12
  if

  you
• 3:13

  the

  show,
• 3:14
  please

  who
