Speaker 1: Market volatility underway. ETH is actually out there in front today.
• 0:04
Speaker 1: We'll be breaking that down for you guys to get
• 0:06
Speaker 1: into a full understanding of what is happening. Before we
• 0:09
Speaker 1: do that, I want to thank our sponsor. That's iTrust Capital,
• 0:12
Speaker 1: where you guys can get into your own crypto IRA,
• 0:14
Speaker 1: cryptocurrency stocks, gold and silver, all available over on iTrust Capital.
• 0:18
Speaker 1: One account, unlimited possibilities. This is one of the platforms
• 0:23
Speaker 1: they've been around for quite a while. You guys can
• 0:25
Speaker 1: go over and use them. If you have a current IRA,
• 0:28
Speaker 1: you can transfer that If you want to start a
• 0:31
Speaker 1: brand new IRA, you can also do that as well.
• 0:34
Speaker 1: So just use our link down below. It's going to
• 0:36
Speaker 1: give you a $ 100 funding reward to get started. And
• 0:38
Speaker 1: you're going to have to start tax planning soon. And
• 0:40
Speaker 1: IRAs are one of the diversification things that you should
• 0:43
Speaker 1: be doing to set yourself up for success. I want
• 0:46
Speaker 1: to lead off with this tweet right here because this
• 0:48
Speaker 1: kind of says it. And that is that the stock
• 0:51
Speaker 1: market has just added $ 700 billion. This is on Friday's open.
• 0:55
Speaker 1: Core CPI fell to five-year low. That's one point that
• 0:58
Speaker 1: started to move this. So you not only have the
• 1:01
  Speaker 1: S & P, you also have NASDAQ up 80, the
• 1:04
Speaker 1: Dow up 104. So we're talking about a major move
• 1:08
Speaker 1: that could potentially start a bull run. Maybe that's where
• 1:12
Speaker 1: we're heading. One other point to kind of get at
• 1:15
Speaker 1: is that the shorts got shorted. $ 250 million in shorts
• 1:18
Speaker 1: liquidated the last 60 minutes. Continue to push on that.
• 1:22
Speaker 1: And you've got Tom Lee out there right now looking
• 1:24
Speaker 1: at what we call a face ripper in this market.
• 1:27
Speaker 1: And that is those green candles that start to move
• 1:30
Speaker 1: like that. This morning when we were doing the research
• 1:33
Speaker 1: and I hit that and I saw this green candle moving,
• 1:36
Speaker 1: the first thing we were scrambling for is to understand why.
• 1:40
Speaker 1: There are several reasons or thesis that could be behind this.
• 1:44
Speaker 1: Some of it could be, of course, geared toward these
• 1:47
Speaker 1: yield coins, anything that's earning yield out there. You've got
• 1:50
Speaker 1: Solana on the move, ETH on the move. There's also
• 1:52
Speaker 1: things that could still come out of DC that could
• 1:56
Speaker 1: be preempting some of this. So it's a lot to
• 1:59
Speaker 1: look for. If you look at Ethereum reclaiming $ 2, 600 for
• 2:02
Speaker 1: the first time in seven months, Bitcoin also above $ 79K.
• 2:06
  Speaker 1: That's $ 3, 200 in the last 90 minutes. $ 127 billion has
• 2:11
Speaker 1: now been added to the crypto market. That's a big move, guys.
• 2:15
Speaker 1: Are you playing this market right now? Were you in
• 2:18
Speaker 1: it previously? And are you looking for another dip to
• 2:22
Speaker 1: try to get back in. Let me know in the
• 2:24
Speaker 1: comments down below. By the way, if you're not subscribed,
• 2:26
Speaker 1: make sure and do that right now because we're going
• 2:29
Speaker 1: to be going live next week with the FOMC. And
• 2:31
Speaker 1: this might be the biggest one yet in terms of
• 2:35
Speaker 1: do we get a rate hike? And I'll explain more
• 2:37
Speaker 1: about that here in a second. I want to jump
• 2:39
Speaker 1: over to the chart real quick. And just show you something, guys,
• 2:43
Speaker 1: if we're going to close, we are sitting on the
• 2:45
Speaker 1: ETH Bitcoin chart right here. This could be the breakout
• 2:48
Speaker 1: moment for Ethereum. So if we take it out for
• 2:52
Speaker 1: a little bit, you could take a look at this
• 2:54
Speaker 1: right here around 3000. This is kind of the target
• 2:57
Speaker 1: that I'm zoning in on for ETH. Now, granted, does
• 3:00
Speaker 1: this happen in September? Maybe there's still a lot of volatility,
• 3:03
Speaker 1: I believe. But also there is a lot brewing that
• 3:06
Speaker 1: could place digital assets in the crosshairs, both for an
• 3:10
Speaker 1: opportunity to grow if you're in the right one. So
• 3:14
Speaker 1: make sure and follow those very closely. Some of the ones,
• 3:17
Speaker 1: of course, we'll be following today, we'll initiate here on
• 3:20
Speaker 1: the show. But one, of course, traders right now forecasting
• 3:23
Speaker 1: ETH out to 2,800 this month. I think it actually
• 3:25
Speaker 1: might get a little bit stronger if we continue on
• 3:29
Speaker 1: this cycle right now. And also remember, there's other things
• 3:32
Speaker 1: that are still guiding this market. If you look at
• 3:34
Speaker 1: the AI trade, the amount of earnings that are being
• 3:37
  Speaker 1: done by the S & P 500 continue to push
• 3:40
Speaker 1: this market up significantly. I want to go to a
• 3:43
Speaker 1: clip real quick. This is from the roll-up. And they
• 3:46
Speaker 1: were kind of looking at ETH and where it could
• 3:48
Speaker 1: go from here. Take a look.
• 3:49
Speaker 2: If we get the tokenization exemption from the SEC, I
• 3:56
Speaker 2: think Ethereum has the chance to double in an extremely
• 4:00
Speaker 2: short period of time. We will get this exemption in
• 4:04
Speaker 2: the next one to two weeks. I think there's a very, very,
• 4:09
Speaker 2: very probabilistic way to look at Ethereum as the most
• 4:14
Speaker 2: bullish way to express the tokenization bull thesis in one asset.
• 4:21
Speaker 2: I think it has the potential to double. I think
• 4:24
Speaker 2: 4K is in range, if not a little more, if
• 4:28
Speaker 2: the SEC tokenization exemption hits and Bitcoins is also pushing up.
• 4:34
Speaker 2: I think Ethereum could absolutely fly.
• 4:36
  Speaker 3: All right.
• 4:38
Speaker 1: So Andy, they're kind of hitting on that. And I
• 4:40
Speaker 1: think the point is this. When you look at Ethereum
• 4:44
Speaker 1: and what it has done in the past, it has been.
• 4:46
Speaker 3: A little bit of a sleeper token.
• 4:48
Speaker 1: And now we're seeing movement like this when the rest
• 4:51
Speaker 1: of the market didn't necessarily take off. And in fact,
• 4:54
Speaker 1: Bitcoin actually lagged behind it. Solana also. So Is it
• 4:59
Speaker 1: possible that we could see maybe an early indicator right
• 5:03
Speaker 1: now coming out of the SEC that could kind of
• 5:05
Speaker 1: agree with what Andy was talking about? I think this
• 5:08
Speaker 1: could be the point. And now everybody's been looking at
• 5:11
Speaker 1: ETH for years and always disappointed of how it performs.
• 5:15
Speaker 1: Tom Lee, though, kind of jumps in on this one.
• 5:18
  Speaker 1: Take a look.
• 5:19
Speaker 4: What's driving performance in markets since June 30th? We're two
• 5:24
Speaker 4: months into the third quarter and the best performing asset
• 5:27
Speaker 4: remains crypto. of the top 21 stocks in the Russell 1000,
• 5:32
Speaker 4: four of the top 21 are crypto names. That's a
• 5:37
Speaker 4: lot of attribution coming from the crypto sector. And so
• 5:39
Speaker 4: we are buying the dips.
• 5:42
Speaker 1: All right, so there you have it. I mean, Tom
• 5:44
Speaker 1: is maybe right. He has been pushing for a potential
• 5:48
Speaker 1: market surge before the end of the year. He's talked
• 5:52
Speaker 1: about this for months. Is he right on that? When
• 5:54
Speaker 1: you look at BM & R in general, it is
• 5:57
Speaker 1: on the verge of a breakout. And this is edging
• 6:00
Speaker 1: against a resistance that has been a little bit kind
• 6:03
Speaker 1: of thwarted around 26 bucks. So would you let me
• 6:08
Speaker 1: ask you guys this. Would you bet on Bitmine in
• 6:10
Speaker 1: this particular case or would you go direct to the asset? Now,
• 6:13
Speaker 1: I know a lot of you out there, maybe you're
• 6:15
Speaker 1: brand new to crypto. You might go the BM &
• 6:17
Speaker 1: R route and get exposure to Ethereum. But for those
• 6:20
Speaker 1: of you who have been in crypto. Would you diversify
• 6:23
Speaker 1: at all? Let me know in the comments down below.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: And let me know your thoughts. Why do you think
• 6:27
Speaker 1: ETH is leading the charge here on a weekend? And remember,
• 6:31
Speaker 1: we still have a very active weekend ahead of us
• 6:34
Speaker 1: that could keep things moving. And when you look at
• 6:37
Speaker 1: this right now, stocks, Bitcoin and gold are all rallying
• 6:41
Speaker 1: at the same data that just put the Fed rate
• 6:44
Speaker 1: hike odds to 85%. Here's a couple of key points
• 6:47
Speaker 1: right here. Risk assets rallied across the board on data.
• 6:51
Speaker 1: on this data coming in on the CPI. Stocks, Bitcoin, gold, silver,
• 6:55
Speaker 1: all moved at once. But ETH led the way on
• 6:58
Speaker 1: all of this. And I think this is the market,
• 7:00
Speaker 1: I would agree, betting that cooling core inflation now is
• 7:03
Speaker 1: going to give the Fed a little bit of ease
• 7:06
Speaker 1: around holding rates steady or possibly even a cut later
• 7:10
Speaker 1: this year. Because this is the point everybody's looking at.
• 7:13
Speaker 1: Is he got the guts, the cojones, to actually do
• 7:17
Speaker 1: a rate increase? Right now, Polymarket is kind of pointing
• 7:19
Speaker 1: in that direction. So I want to go to a
• 7:22
Speaker 1: chart real quick. This is Uniswap. I go back all
• 7:25
Speaker 1: the way to April of 2021. That was the last
• 7:28
Speaker 1: time we saw a major bull run leading into that.
• 7:31
Speaker 1: This is where Uniswap was at that time. If you
• 7:34
Speaker 1: look at this asset being suppressed for literally five years,
• 7:38
Speaker 1: we are moving into a trend line right now that
• 7:41
Speaker 1: is on the breakout zone. This is one of the
• 7:43
Speaker 1: reasons why we still think Uniswap is one of the
• 7:45
Speaker 1: key assets to own. If you're looking at the ETH ecosystem,
• 7:49
Speaker 1: tokenization in general, And really, I think the explosion of
• 7:52
Speaker 1: new investors coming into the market, I think Uniswap is
• 7:55
Speaker 1: going to be one of the key platforms out there.
• 7:58
Speaker 1: So keep an eye on that. All right. So when
• 8:00
Speaker 1: you look at polymarket, this is the point that I
• 8:03
Speaker 1: think is the crux of the matter. You've got polymarket
• 8:06
Speaker 1: on one side and you have the market on the
• 8:09
Speaker 1: other side and the market has spoken. They're going the
• 8:12
Speaker 1: route of ETH as opposed to going on the Polymarket,
• 8:15
Speaker 1: which is right now hovering at about 75%, a little over,
• 8:19
Speaker 1: almost 81% actually, in reference to a 25 basis points hike.
• 8:26
Speaker 1: I think this is going.
• 8:27
Speaker 3: To go the other way.
• 8:28
Speaker 1: Now, granted, maybe Kevin Warsh has some cover to where
• 8:31
Speaker 1: he could pull off a hike, but I just don't
• 8:33
Speaker 1: think that is going to be the case in the
• 8:35
Speaker 1: current environment. You've got Zach Pannell kind of hitting on
• 8:38
Speaker 1: it right here. Highish core CPI. Decent chance of a
• 8:43
Speaker 1: Fed right hike. I don't think it's going to happen.
• 8:45
Speaker 1: This is a speed bump scenario for crypto. And I
• 8:47
Speaker 1: would agree with him. In his opinion, dips are going
• 8:50
Speaker 1: to be shallow and it's going to create an opportunity
• 8:53
Speaker 1: for people out there who missed a lot of what
• 8:55
Speaker 1: happened in the August move. So good news there. I
• 8:58
Speaker 1: want to go to a clip real quick because this
• 8:59
Speaker 1: is Zach talking about the resurgence of scarcity.
• 9:03
Speaker 5: Number one is demand for scarcity. We have risks with
• 9:07
Speaker 5: fiat currencies created by unchecked government debt growth. That's driving
• 9:11
Speaker 5: investors into scarce assets, whether it's physical gold or digital Bitcoin.
• 9:15
Speaker 5: But that's only half of the story for digital assets.
• 9:18
Speaker 5: The other half is regulatory clarity for blockchain. Is the
• 9:22
Speaker 5: Clarity Act crucial to the longer term success of cryptocurrencies,
• 9:26
Speaker 5: especially when it comes to the U.S.
• 9:29
Speaker 1: Market and its investors?
• 9:31
Speaker 5: Regulatory clarity in general is absolutely crucial. We don't necessarily
• 9:36
Speaker 5: need the Clarity Act, that specific piece of legislation. And
• 9:39
Speaker 5: we've been very encouraged by the recent steps by the CFTC,
• 9:43
Speaker 5: for example, to approve. So we're getting that regulatory clarity
• 9:47
Speaker 5: through agency guidance rather than through legislation.
• 9:49
Speaker 1: All right, so I think Zach is right in two
• 9:51
Speaker 1: points there. One is that commodities and scarcity, I think,
• 9:55
Speaker 1: are going to be the window here. You're also looking
• 9:59
Speaker 1: at a window that is still led by where we
• 10:02
Speaker 1: may see clarity go or not. But the key there,
• 10:04
Speaker 1: of course, is that the CFTC, the SEC, we're going
• 10:07
Speaker 1: to get some guidance out of this, and I think
• 10:09
Speaker 1: the market is ready for that in both ways. I
• 10:12
Speaker 1: want to end up with this clip right here, because
• 10:14
Speaker 1: this is Jeff Curry. He's talking about where the real
• 10:17
  Speaker 1: super cycle is.
• 10:18
  Speaker 3: Take a look.
• 10:19
Speaker 6: But I think the one thing that's really different about
• 10:21
Speaker 6: this rally is that people are starting to go, this
• 10:24
  Speaker 6: is not transient.
• 10:25
Speaker 3: And you're seeing it in the equities, the long dated
• 10:28
  Speaker 3: oil prices.
• 10:29
Speaker 6: It has a different flavor to it. The old economy
• 10:31
Speaker 6: is taking its revenge. You see it in the rates markets.
• 10:33
Speaker 6: You see it in the commodity markets. And what it means,
• 10:36
Speaker 6: we're dealing with higher structural inflation because of years of underinvestment.
• 10:41
Speaker 3: In the ability to supply and deliver hard assets.
• 10:43
Speaker 6: And we're talking about, this is not, this is a
• 10:46
  Speaker 6: broad commodity rally.
• 10:48
Speaker 3: This is the super cycle we've been talking about.
• 10:50
Speaker 6: I want to emphasize commodities are the best performing asset
• 10:52
Speaker 6: class this decade. I'm just banging the table if there's
• 10:55
Speaker 6: ever a time to own commodities. In fact, you can't
• 10:58
Speaker 6: get a better story if it doesn't work with scarcity
• 11:01
Speaker 6: and debasement together, it'll never work.
• 11:05
  Speaker 4: All right.
• 11:05
  Speaker 3: That's a good statement.
• 11:06
Speaker 1: Scarcity and debasement together is never going to work. That
• 11:09
Speaker 1: would be the case for sure. I think that's where
• 11:12
Speaker 1: we are leading. I'm looking at digital assets to continue
• 11:16
Speaker 1: to trace along what we'll see most likely in commodities.
• 11:18
Speaker 1: So let me know what you guys are doing. Are
• 11:20
Speaker 1: you playing the commodity charge or are you looking at
• 11:23
Speaker 1: going in early on these digital assets before this market move?
