- 0:0030% of autoimmune are genetic related.
- 0:02The rest, environmental toxins, gut dysbiosis, dietary related and viral infections.
- 0:08Toxins are highly immunosuppressive.
- 0:11So once again, toxins.
- 0:12So you could say that 70% of autoimmune triggers are environmental.
- 0:16They're toxin derived.
- 0:18Same thing with insulin resistance.
- 0:20And the reason those stats are showing that is because...
- 0:23Is there research out there to show the accumulation of different toxins actually compiling to be as bad as a bunch of one?
- 0:32No, we have what's called PELs, Permissible Exposure Limit.
- 0:35As long as you're below that, you're fine.
- 0:37However, are you seeing toxins triggering a significant amount of mental health struggle?
- 0:43Well, once again, literature would say yes.
- 0:45Not just my opinion, but peer-reviewed literature links toxins to...
- 0:52Warren, thank you for coming and talking with me today.
- 0:54You know, something that's so important to me is getting the word out about the environment, the toxicities, and you being an environmental scientist.
- 1:03And honestly, your handle of non-toxic dad as a new father is so meaningful to me.
- 1:10So I'm really excited to talk to you just about...
- 1:14What can I do for my son day to day?
- 1:15What can I do for my family day to day to make sure that they're being healthy and knowing you for now?
- 1:21I mean, what's it been?
- 1:2310 years?
- 1:23At least.
- 1:24Yeah.
- 1:24Yeah.
- 1:25You know, I just know how driven you are for this mission to get the word out for families.
- 1:33And I wanted to make sure that I help support that mission today.
- 1:36So I'm excited, man.
- 1:38Yeah, it's going to be great to be here.
- 1:39You know my story.
- 1:41Not everyone here does, but got sick cleaning up as an environmental scientist, got my master's degree in Montana, went on to be an environmental scientist, environmental geologist, and cleaned up a bunch of hazardous waste.
- 1:53Eventually, after a whiplash accident, which fires a lot of inflammation in your body, a mercuric oxide cleanup I was doing at the time.
- 2:01I also did all kinds of cleanups of heavy metals, federal use defense sites, like nasty stuff.
- 2:06But between the, and you're a chiropractor, but that inflammatory response from a whiplash, I forget some of the chemicals that fire NMDA receptors.
- 2:16There's lots of things that can happen.
- 2:17It also can shift your hormones quite a bit.
- 2:20Um, and when you have a trauma like that, so that storm of between cleaning up toxins, physical trauma, some emotional trauma, uh, I got very sick to where I had to leave Montana.
- 2:32My, you know, I was kind of a Northwestern.
- 2:35you know, hunter guy, you know, Northwestern PA.
- 2:37So I'm living this amazing life, a leader in the church, doing all the thinking I was doing all the right things and then losing it all and moving into my parents' basement, which is mold, which you're an expert in.
- 2:49My symptoms went from a five out of 10 to a nine out of 10 to where I couldn't go for a walk.
- 2:54I didn't have any feeling of joy, 210 pounds, obese, suffering to the core of where I wanted to take my own life.
- 3:03knowing that I couldn't because inside of me there was that little glimmer of hope.
- 3:07And I hope that this podcast gives lots of people that are suffering from toxicities because you just saw me get off stage.
- 3:15You said, Warren, come speak at the CPK event and talk to them about this stuff.
- 3:20And foundationally, I believe toxicity is at the root cause of many of the challenges we face today and how it's linked to so many different things because they're immunosuppressive, because it's a massive link to autoimmune conditions, because it's massively linked to destroying your microbiome, which is the fingerprint of our health.
- 3:39Unhealthy microbiome, unhealthy person, diabetic microbiome, diabetic person, and
- 3:45healthy athlete microbiome like yours, your microbiome is going to match.
- 3:50It'll be different.
- 3:51It'll be unique, but it'll be healthy.
- 3:53It'll be diverse and toxins destroy that.
- 3:55So toxins are a foundational issue that are robbing and stealing life.
- 4:00And I'm hopefully give some folks at least some tips on how to avoid a lot of the toxins that are in our world today.
- 4:07Absolutely.
- 4:08You know, I was just doing some research coming into this conversation because I wanted to make sure that I had some numbers straight.
- 4:14And it's 80,000 chemicals come in the United States every single year.
- 4:19Six out of 10 Americans are chronically ill today.
- 4:22A third of the United States has diabetes.
- 4:27And when I was going through this and I was just looking at it, diabetes itself is.
- 4:32We think of this as sugar.
- 4:34And as I was looking at things like all these endocrine disruptors, all this plastic that we're swimming in, it showed a seven and a half times increase in risk for diabetes when you were in the highest quintile of plastic in your body.
- 4:53That's a new stat for me, but it's not even close to being surprising.
- 4:57So do you think things like diabetes and all of these hormone issues are genetic or are these things actually toxin derived?
- 5:07The research would support me in saying that many of these conditions are toxin induced could be the biggest factor in your life.
- 5:16For example, autoimmune conditions.
- 5:1930% of autoimmune are genetic related.
- 5:21The rest, environmental toxins, gut dysbiosis, dietary related and viral infections.
- 5:28Toxins affects your gut microbiome, which is gonna cause gut dysbiosis.
- 5:31So toxins, environmental toxins, toxins, your food, if you're eating toxic food, eating toxic food, so petroleum-based food colorings, so it's toxins, and then viral infections.
- 5:44Well, toxins are highly immunosuppressive,
- 5:47So once again, toxins.
- 5:48So you could say that 70% of autoimmune triggers are environmental, they're toxin derived.
- 5:55Same thing with insulin resistance.
- 5:56And the reason those stats are showing that is because toxins, like you said, endocrine disrupting compounds, they come in and block the cellular receptors.
- 6:06so that your body can't hear insulin.
- 6:08They literally block on the cells, organs and tissues.
- 6:11And so therefore you have toxin induced insulin resistance.
- 6:14And they're seeing this now in children.
- 6:16Anecdotal evidence, I'm not saying anything, but I have multiple friends, their kids got diabetes after vaccination.
- 6:24I don't know how that could be.
- 6:25I don't know the science behind it necessarily besides the mercury, because it is a blunter.
- 6:30But
- 6:31We're seeing diabetes in children, really, really young age.
- 6:35I believe, and other experts believe, that it's toxin-induced.
- 6:39And the medical doctor, actually, I was sitting next to, was like the third or fourth.
- 6:43And I'm talking a guy that rents off my dad's trailer who drinks beer and smokes cigarettes, right?
- 6:50Said, my daughter was fine.
- 6:51We went in.
- 6:52She got a vaccine.
- 6:53Yeah.
- 6:53She started getting sick.
- 6:54We find out she has diabetes.
- 6:56I believe it was that, right?
- 6:58So I get a lot of that.
- 6:59I haven't done a deep dive on, but I know that mercury is a big cause of it.
- 7:04The medical doctor, same thing.
- 7:06So there are these links.
- 7:08It's in the literature.
- 7:09I'm not saying it's vaccines, but...
- 7:12They have toxins in them, right?
- 7:14They challenge your immune system sometimes in ways that can drive autoimmunity as well.
- 7:19And insulin resistance can be autoimmune conditions.
- 7:21So if you tie it up all in a bow, absolutely toxins.
- 7:26I mean, hyperthyroidism.
- 7:27You know, one of the reasons, one of the main causes of hyperthyroidism is the receptors not being able to hear.
- 7:34The hormone.
- 7:36And what's the number one thing that blunts those hormones?
- 7:39Toxins.
- 7:40You know, so these hormone disrupting toxins and we're, like you said, swimming in them.
- 7:45A topic that I keep coming to mind with when I'm talking to patients is this neurotoxic loop.
- 7:51And...
- 7:52I even went so far as to put together like a presentation on neurotoxic loop because I'm just going, what is happening with the people that I'm working with?
- 8:01It's they're all anxious and stressed and irritable.
- 8:05They have brain frog.
- 8:06They're dealing with degenerative diseases.
- 8:08And,
- 8:09And then you have all of these other people that are toxic and you've got one group that's going, I want to do nervous system work because it's the trauma in my life that's triggering this.
- 8:21And you've got the other group that it's the toxins and the environment.
- 8:25They're making me feel sick.
- 8:28That's leading to these symptoms.
- 8:29You're not going to get better without either one.
- 8:31you've got to calm the body and get rid of the toxins.
- 8:34And one or the other is not the option.
- 8:36You have to do both.
- 8:38Are you seeing toxins triggering a significant amount of mental health struggle?
- 8:43Well, once again, literature would say yes.
- 8:45Not just my opinion, but peer reviewed literature links toxins to all kinds of hormone dysregulation, right?
- 8:52So therefore cortisol, for example, right?
- 8:55You're going to have, you could have higher cortisol in your body because you're blunt, blunting those receptors.
- 8:59And yeah,
- 9:00it literally throws everything out of whack.
- 9:02I mean, all the way up to your hypothalamus pituitary.
- 9:06You're messing with hormones like melanocyte stimulating hormone, which is like a chief hormone in your body.
- 9:10So toxins aren't just this, oh, it's no big deal, you know, just a little bit of toxins, but we're getting cut by a thousand razor blades and we're bleeding profusely from our bodies because we're getting overwhelmed.
- 9:23And, you know, if you look at the science, any type of,
- 9:27inflammatory condition, insulin resistance can cause behavioral challenges, lack of focus, brain inflammation from fragrances in schools, fragrances in your home is going to cause your brain to be inflamed and irritated.
- 9:43So you're going to be irritated.
- 9:45It's going to push you into sympathetic because your body's always in fight or flight.
- 9:49So you're going to be more snappy.
- 9:51And
- 9:52That was me.
- 9:52When I was sick, I mistreated my parents.
- 9:55I was mean.
- 9:56And I was this super Christian before that, you know, happy go Jesus.
- 9:59And I was just, I couldn't be nice because I was so irritated.
- 10:03No matter how hard I tried, either I would non-verbally be saying, I want to rip your face off because of the sounds, because of the feelings.
- 10:13I was, this is why I have a heart for autistic children, because they're inflamed.
- 10:18They're inflamed.
- 10:19They're irritated and some of them are nonverbal.
- 10:22So they can't even express the pain that they're feeling.
- 10:25At least I was an adult and I could express my pain.
- 10:28I could at least get some of it out.
- 10:29They don't have that opportunity.
- 10:31So when I've, back in the day, when I, when I worked in a clinic,
- 10:35I remember sitting down with autistic kids and I'd be in tears because I'm like, I know how you feel.
- 10:41Neurotoxic mediated illness.
- 10:43They're suffering with it.
- 10:44I'm suffering with it.
- 10:45And it does change behavior, you know, and toxicities are linked to autism as well.
- 10:51It's one of the factors.
- 10:52I'm not going to get into the debate.
- 10:53What's worse?
- 10:54What's this?
- 10:55The political BS that's going on.
- 10:57We know toxins are definitely a part of it, right?
- 10:59We know genetics are a part of it.
- 11:01What we do know is if we,
- 11:03can eliminate some of these toxins, we can rest.
- 11:06These children can rest and relax and recover more quickly.
- 11:10Yeah, health's not political.
- 11:11Health is absolutely not political.
- 11:12It is physiological.
- 11:14There is science behind it.
- 11:15You just got to figure out what in the world is going on.
- 11:18Keep an open mind.
- 11:19And that is how we're going to get anywhere with this, because I don't care what
- 11:24What political view is out there?
- 11:26We got a sick country with sick people and we got to figure out how to help them out.
- 11:29But you have to admit some of the videos you haven't posted this on your view are new to why, because we're just trying to cast a wide loving net to reach all people.
- 11:37But people are not following.
- 11:40you know, acetaminophen's guidelines or Tylenol's guidelines and are so mad at the political system because of what's going on, you know, and the politics around it.
- 11:49They're literally taking on video in protest just to say, hey, we think you're full of crap, even though the company itself says don't take while pregnant.
- 11:59Right.
- 11:59So it's interesting how we say that, but people we make decisions when you make a decision
- 12:11Decision.
- 12:11Think about that.
- 12:12You're fighting with your wife.
- 12:13You're laying into each other and afterwards you're like, I can't believe I said that.
- 12:17I can't believe I said that.
- 12:18It's because psychologically when you're in emotion, you're making decisions in a fight or flight state and you're going to say and do whatever you can to survive and feel well.
- 12:30So before you make a decision to take something that's going to hurt you or your body, make sure you're in a parasympathetic state.
- 12:39Make sure you're clear-minded and not in a rage so you don't hurt yourself, a baby, or someone you love.
- 12:47When you think about it, emotions are triggered by...
- 12:50chemicals in your body and inflammation is technically a chemical of sorts in your body.
- 12:58And we all know that chemicals affect the body because there's a really popular one called alcohol and everybody knows you make bad choices when you have alcohol.
- 13:07Yeah.
- 13:08So if you allow these other chemicals to affect what you're going to do, what, what do you expect?
- 13:16So that's why you're saying parasympathetic is where you're an arrested person.
- 13:20stable, balanced state, allowing for your body to just wash away so much of that forcible nature.
- 13:29That's human.
- 13:30It's human.
- 13:31And I'm not taking away that it's human, but... We're all human.
- 13:33We're all stinking human.
- 13:35But come on.
- 13:36Like, I mean, trust me, I've played football.
- 13:38I've done sports.
- 13:39I've done a lot of things where you're getting going like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 13:42And then you're like, oh, that was a really bad idea.
- 13:45Yep.
- 13:45That was a terrible idea.
- 13:48And that's why I said health is not political because, you know, every four years we change whatever's happening out there.
- 13:54But your body, you get one.
- 13:56Yeah.
- 13:57And there is no in four years you can swap it out or eight years you can swap it out.
- 14:03It's.
- 14:04It's a singular thing that you were given, and every single time they try to swap in new parts to a human body, at least in my experience, it's not better.
- 14:13No.
- 14:14It causes inflammation.
- 14:15Your body will reject any plastic, metal.
- 14:18There's no way around it.
- 14:20And so people that have weak genetics, you know, you get breast implants, you're going to be sick.
- 14:25You're going to have...
- 14:26three or four of the five bad methylation genes, right?
- 14:30And so, but we don't test for that.
- 14:33We don't test for that before we do any type of surgery, none of it.
- 14:37So we don't know, it's crapshoot.
- 14:40Get a knee replacement, you could be, have more knee pain.
- 14:43Yeah, I've got a story for you on that one.
- 14:45You'll love this.
- 14:47Titanium, right?
- 14:48It's a supposedly inert.
- 14:50Yeah, supposedly, it's not.
- 14:51And good.
- 14:53biological replacement for your tissue.
- 14:56And first of all, I haven't ever met anyone that's like, yeah, my new knee is better than the original, unless they were born with a deformity.
- 15:05You know, you don't get a knee replacement, shoulder replacement, you go, man, that's better than when I was 20.
- 15:09That's not a thing.
- 15:10So secondly, when you put a foreign object in your body, it's foreign.
- 15:14Your body recognizes it to be foreign.
- 15:16So being in practice for over a decade now,
- 15:19I got the opportunity because I'm just simply open-minded.
- 15:22I never tell people, no, that's not possible.
- 15:26I'm like, you know, based on my experience, maybe that's not a thing, but I'm not gonna tell you absolutely no, that's not possible unless it's just way out there.
- 15:33And I had an experience when I was first in training, my aunt comes to me with a knee that's red and inflamed.
- 15:42And she had had surgery a couple of years earlier to put a titanium kneecap into titanium patella.
- 15:48And it just hadn't been right since.
- 15:50And it kept getting worse and worse and flamed.
- 15:52There's no answers and the drugs weren't working anymore.
- 15:54And she's like, what's going on?
- 15:55So I'm sitting there checking her and I'm doing some different types of testing.
- 15:58I do Western medicine testing.
- 15:59I love running labs.
- 16:01I do Eastern medicine testing, looking at acupuncture points, tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, do different muscle testing.
- 16:06And we identified that she was actually having an autoimmune reaction because her body did not recognize the patella as being her own tissue.
- 16:15So it just recognized a foreign object.
- 16:17So it kept her inflamed in her knee and across her entire body the whole time it was in there.
- 16:22Now we were able to do some homeopathy and give her some titanium homeopathy that actually brought down the irritation.
- 16:29I didn't think about that for another 10 years.
- 16:31I had a woman come back into my practice.
- 16:33We call her...
- 16:34She called herself Senior Barbie.
- 16:37She was 69 years old.
- 16:38She got breast cancer.
- 16:40Another thing that's tied directly to toxins, but different topic.
- 16:44Breasts were removed.
- 16:46The cancer was.
- 16:47She, at 69, was like, you know what?
- 16:49I'm going to get implants put back in.
- 16:51That's her choice.
- 16:54So she called herself senior barber.
- 16:55She's just a fun person.
- 16:56You can tell, like, personality, she's just great.
- 16:58Long, silver, beautiful hair.
- 17:00She breaks her hand.
- 17:01She goes to her surgeon.
- 17:02They put a plate on it, titanium.
- 17:04She comes into my office, and it's got this huge, bubbled-up skin area that's irritated.
- 17:10I gave her that same titanium.
- 17:11I pulled off the shelf.
- 17:11I'd been sitting there for a year.
- 17:13Then the homeopathy pellets, it went down.
- 17:16She went to her surgeon said, I want this thing out of here.
- 17:18So that's not possible.
- 17:18That didn't happen.
- 17:20Well, in the fashion of your spitfires, she stopped taking it.
- 17:24Her hand bubbled up.
- 17:24She barged back into his office.
- 17:26And I respect the man.
- 17:27He said, can I have his card?
- 17:29And she started taking it again.
- 17:30It went down.
- 17:31And eventually she had that removed.
- 17:32But titanium is a metal that is in the body that is a foreign object that is problematic.
- 17:40And we think it's not.
- 17:41And that's one that.
- 17:43It's mind blowing.
- 17:43Yeah.
- 17:44That's one that's not necessarily even thought of as being bad, much less arsenic and mercury and lead and all these other things.
- 17:50But you said something earlier I really want to tap into.
- 17:53Let's go.
- 17:53You said that the accumulation of all of these toxins is like a thousand knives or a thousand razor blades is what you said.
- 18:01Is there research out there to show the accumulation of different toxins actually compiling to be as bad as a bunch of one?
- 18:12No.
- 18:13So they have these, back in environmental science days, right when I was a hazardous waste cleanup, we have what's called PELs, permissible exposure limit.
- 18:21As long as you're below that and it doesn't cause, then they have LDL, which is lethal dose.
- 18:26So those are bad.
- 18:27So we have to watch those.
- 18:28But as long as you're below the PELs or your weekly exposure or your daily exposure average, you're fine.
- 18:38However, if you look at something like lead, if you get those levels up high enough, you'll get blood levels.
- 18:44And children, for one, have a 50 times more absorption of heavy metals like lead through their gut.
- 18:53Children's skin, up until the age of like, I think it's fully like 21, but definitely below 12, you're absorbing twice as much through the skin barrier.
- 19:03So...
- 19:06No matter how you slice it, the amount of lead can exceed levels, even with the products we're doing it.
- 19:13For example, if your mercury amalgam fillings.
- 19:17So you can, they're safe in your mouth.
- 19:20But if I drank some of this hot coffee over here and I stuck a meter in your mouth, it would exceed air quality standards by at least 50 times.
- 19:28But that's allowed.
- 19:30But it would shut down a school.
- 19:32It would shut down this hotel.
- 19:35But we're allowed to put it in your mouth.
- 19:36It would literally have to...
- 19:37So if you broke a mercury light bulb, you'd have to shut the school down because you have a toxic substance.
- 19:41If you're chewing or drinking hot coffee, there's no difference.
- 19:44It's mercury.
- 19:45It's hazardous waste before it goes in your mouth.
- 19:48Treat it as hazardous waste.
- 19:49When it's in your mouth, it's safe.
- 19:51When it comes out, it's hazardous waste.
- 19:53And again, we'd have to run a toxicity characterization leaching procedure on it called a T-clip.
- 19:58This is what you have to do with hazardous waste.
- 20:01That's what you have to do.
- 20:02They shake it up and they do a weak acid to simulate what the environment would do to it.
- 20:07So you could see how many toxins it would leach into the environment.
- 20:10And of course, amalgam fillings will have to be in a special landfill because they're going to leach toxins.
- 20:16So they have a special procedure.
- 20:17They have to seal it off, all the things.
- 20:20So coming back to your point, I wish...
- 20:23And this is what everybody does when it comes to drinking a diet soda.
- 20:27You'd have to drink 20 diet sodas to cause cancer.
- 20:32You'd have to drink, you know, you'd have to eat, you know, a thousand Fritos for that food coloring to be linked as a carcinogen.
- 20:43But if you add it all up and you add the amount of lead that you're breathing, you're breathing a ton of lead each and every day.
- 20:50We're breathing a quarter and eating a half credit cards worth of plastic, which contains BPA phthalates.
- 20:57You're not adding that in.
- 20:58You're not adding that most standard lotions and potions today are 50% plus petroleum-based toxins that are hormone disruptive.
- 21:07So put it this way.
- 21:09In America, everything since the Industrial Revolution, we've gotten away from nature and we've got into chemicals.
- 21:15Chemicals are mass produced.
- 21:17They're standardized.
- 21:19And you're able to just pump them out at low cost.
- 21:22Driving down cost, increasing profit.
- 21:26From clothing, it's way cheaper to make a polyester clothes than it definitely is wool, than it definitely is cotton.
- 21:32Even cheap pesticide sprayed products.
- 21:35Regular cotton is, you know, two to three times more expensive than a polyester shirt in general for the similar quality.
- 21:43So we choose the fake and chemical for the real.
- 21:48And your T-shirt that's made of plastic contains, can contain BPA from out high.
- 21:54There's lawsuits over this stuff, Lululemon, Nike, phthalates, forever chemicals to make them shed water.
- 22:04And they're not adding all this stuff up.
- 22:06So if you start adding it all up, I bet you we could hit some, you know, get above some PELs, but the synergistic effect of all the blunting neurotoxic and hormone disrupting chemicals are literally robbing humanity of experiencing health and connection with themselves, with God and with their families.
- 22:25That's why we're on this mission.
- 22:26Both of us.
- 22:27You just said something to me that, that, that struck and I had to even write it down.
- 22:34major companies are being sued for plastics.
- 22:39Was it Apple?
- 22:40You just said Nike and Lululemon.
- 22:43I mean, it's just incredible.
- 22:44Ziploc right now.
- 22:45Ziploc, yep.
- 22:46Like the number of companies that are in lawsuits for toxins, and yet people are still going out going, oh, it's fine.
- 22:54It's fine.
- 22:55Because marketing dollars are way higher for the companies to keep going than anything else.
- 23:02Like glyphosate.
- 23:04I think they've spent $10 billion in lawsuits, but it's less expensive than...
- 23:09for them to file those lawsuits than they are to remove glyphosate.
- 23:13They removed it from the user, like us at Home Depot, but industry is still using it.
- 23:18They're still not just spraying it for its intended use.
- 23:21It's also a registered, patented antibiotic that Monsanto has, by the way, because it destroys bacteria through the shikimate pathway.
- 23:31It's why it's destroying the earth.
- 23:33and there's no arguing this and it's destroying our microbiome.
- 23:35There's no arguing it, but we're still using it.
- 23:39It's, we, we have the green movement,
- 23:42But why on both sides?
- 23:44Why aren't they eliminating glyphosate?
- 23:46Whether it's because it's destroying, you know, if we have the movements that we have right now, why aren't they getting rid of glyphosate?
- 23:53They're talking about it, you know, with RFK.
- 23:56He's talking about it.
- 23:57He is.
- 23:58They're trying to force a law through in the Senate that is protecting these companies, not RFK, but some other senators are trying to push it through.
- 24:09Because they know that it's coming.
- 24:13Yeah, they're trying to push through an immunity clause for these companies so they cannot be sued for these pesticide companies.
- 24:21Well, this is what they did for medications, certain medications.
- 24:24We won't even mention them on the show.
- 24:26There's immunity.
- 24:28And it's like, hey, we're going to... And here's the thing.
- 24:31When it comes to these things, glyphosate is actually a decently expensive chemical.
- 24:35But some of the other medications, we're talking pennies per injection.
- 24:40And they can charge the insurance $300 to $400.
- 24:43So you're taking...
- 24:45Think about this, guys.
- 24:46300% markup.
- 24:46One of the most...
- 24:49Most profitable medications, and whether you sit on the side, if they're helpful or not, is vaccines.
- 24:56They're one of the most profitable drugs out there.
- 24:58So you can, if you have the money and you can invest into it and get it approved, it's a cash cow for you.
- 25:04Forever with no liability.
- 25:06With no liability.
- 25:07So, I mean, that's the facts.
- 25:08And then if you talk about that, you get canceled.
- 25:12It's like, go ahead.
- 25:14Do what you want.
- 25:14Put in breast implants.
- 25:16I don't care.
- 25:16I have friends with that.
- 25:17I have friends that do Botox.
- 25:18I have friends that vaccinate.
- 25:19I could care less.
- 25:21But tell us the truth.
- 25:23Let us know the numbers.
- 25:24We have an uninformed audience in America that doesn't realize the profit margins here.
- 25:29And they're doing what businesses do.
- 25:32And any business does it this way.
- 25:34And hopefully some of these smaller businesses like Neymarie, who's making non-plastic clothes, I don't get any commission, neither do you, but they do a great job.
- 25:44You know, it has very little elastin, very little spandex.
- 25:47It's like 90, and they lowered it.
- 25:48It used to be like 10%.
- 25:49Now it's like only 7%.
- 25:52And it still makes your butt look good.
- 25:53You should have wore those on your video, by the way, instead of those toxic ones.
- 25:57You could wear some.
- 25:58Those toxic ones have off-gassed for like two decades from back when I was a track athlete.
- 26:04I used to wear those bad.
- 26:05Those were track pants.
- 26:06Those are track pants.
- 26:06I can see your shorts on there and then shot put, right?
- 26:09Oh, shot put, discus, javelin.
- 26:11Yeah.
- 26:11I pulled those out of a drawer.
- 26:13I'm like, how do I still have these?
- 26:14I remember those.
- 26:15Those are the fancy ones.
- 26:16They're really shiny.
- 26:16You know what?
- 26:17They may not even be nearly as plastic as what we think because they were made in 2000.
- 26:22Yeah.
- 26:22They might not be as nasty.
- 26:24There's people listening right now that weren't born in 2000.
- 26:27But, all right, so, you know, it's just so interesting to me.
- 26:30So I think in analogies, because I talk to patients every day, right?
- 26:33So I'm still actively in practice.
- 26:34And what I'm thinking about to myself is, how do we make this make sense?
- 26:38So let's get out your penny jar.
- 26:40And I don't know about you, but when my parents had a penny jar when I was a kid, it wasn't all just pennies.
- 26:44Sometimes, you know, somebody throws something else in there, a quarter, a nickel, a dime.
- 26:48So let's throw a little bit of thermosol in there, which is mercury from vaccines, and some aluminum, which you're getting about 30%.
- 26:56250 micrograms of aluminum and a Hep B vaccine at birth.
- 27:01Let's just start there.
- 27:02So there's aluminum.
- 27:02By the way, if you have more than 25 micrograms in an IV, it's got to be thrown away.
- 27:08So too much.
- 27:11So we start throwing that in there and then you go and throw in some other things.
- 27:13We throw in some BPA and some arsenic and some uranium from the water supply and some phthalates and plastics from...
- 27:24from the clothes that you're wearing and some formaldehyde from the furniture.
- 27:28And you could take it and take another laundry list down the path of Botox and breast implant, silicone illnesses and acrylates and, and which comes from fingernail polish.
- 27:40And as you keep throwing this stuff in there, it's not like there's just one penny in a penny jar.
- 27:44There's thousands, but eventually it gets full.
- 27:48And when that penny jar fills up,
- 27:51That's when your bucket filled, and now you have symptoms.
- 27:55And now it breaks you.
- 27:57It breaks over that barrier, and now you get an autoimmunity.
- 28:00You get an autistic kid, you get pans and pandas.
- 28:03And not everybody's jar is the same, right?
- 28:05My parents had this giant jar.
- 28:07Hopefully you got that jar.
- 28:08I remember going in.
- 28:09I got a tiny jar.
- 28:11I mean, I remember I was like 13.
- 28:12I went in there and I like tipped it over.
- 28:14I took a few.
- 28:14I was like, they're not going to notice.
- 28:18Nobody tell my parents.
- 28:19They still don't know.
- 28:20But, you know, some people got the little jars, right?
- 28:23Like, so if you're genetically not gifted in detox, you got a tiny jar.
- 28:29Mm-hmm.
- 28:30If you're that guy that's robust, you might have a big jar.
- 28:33Just move it through.
- 28:34So if your husband is like, I don't feel the mold.
- 28:37I don't feel the toxins.
- 28:38I don't know what you're talking about.
- 28:40I can't.
- 28:40I'm not getting a headache from that scent.
- 28:42I refuse to walk into.
- 28:44He's pooping and peeing and breathing it out fast.
- 28:47Yes.
- 28:47And you're not.
- 28:48And you're not if you don't feel good.
- 28:50But, you know, I refuse to go into those like, what is it?
- 28:54Bath and body works.
- 28:56I refuse to go in there because I'm just like, oh, I just like all the smell and I just know how toxic it is.
- 29:01I don't get a headache from it.
- 29:03Some people do.
- 29:04I'm like, I hold my breath when I even walk by it at this point in life because I just know too much.
- 29:08But hopefully it helps you understand what we're talking about with all these toxins because just go look at your water supply.
- 29:14Go to ewg.org for their water database.
- 29:18There's four to 20 toxins in there and they're all below the EPA level, which by the way, have you ever researched where the EPA level comes from?
- 29:27I haven't.
- 29:29How much money they can spend to remove it?
- 29:31It has nothing to do with your physiology.
- 29:32It has to do with, well, I mean, a few of them are cancer causing, but a lot of them are, well, this is as much as we can get removed financially.
- 29:41We're using the technology that we can implement into the water.
- 29:44Water treatment.
- 29:45Treatment.
- 29:46Yeah.
- 29:46That's it.
- 29:47It's money.
- 29:47They still can't get rid of pharmaceutical drugs.
- 29:49They can't get rid of the glyphosate.
- 29:51They can't get rid of.
- 29:52Poofas.
- 29:53Yeah.
- 29:53The forever chemicals.
- 29:54Yep.
- 29:55And 170 million Americans are drinking radioactive water.
- 29:59170 million, half of the country.
- 30:02And I go and test your hair and I just find it full.
- 30:04And then I'm like, ooh.
- 30:05And then I go and test your mitochondria.
- 30:07They don't work anymore.
- 30:08And by the way, if you're wondering what mitochondria are, I know I talk about it on this podcast quite often, but mitochondria are...
- 30:15One thing is they're considered the powerhouse.
- 30:18They also make your hormones.
- 30:20They also help to control your immune system.
- 30:22And when they get pissed off because they have too many toxins, it gets in the electron transport chain.
- 30:27It throws off the polarity.
- 30:28So like they're magnets and they're moving electrons through and it allows for you to make energy.
- 30:32And when those magnets are getting thrown off like uranium and lead and arsenic.
- 30:37You don't make ATP very well.
- 30:38So then they go into cell danger response and they say, halt everything, attack.
- 30:45I need to defend myself until I can detox.
- 30:48And the world we live in, if you're not making decisions based off of toxins, there's no chance to detox.
- 30:56If you look at my symptoms, even though I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, they gave me 10 different doctors.
- 31:03Effexor, you know, especially then when I got sick in 2005, like none of this really existed.
- 31:08There might be a couple quacks that were out there, but there was no way I was listening to them.
- 31:12Chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, multiple medical doctors, psychologists.
- 31:17the local medical doctor, and he couldn't answer any questions.
- 31:19He's like, I was scared because I'm like, I'm 25 and you have no idea what's wrong because my blood work was normal, looked fine.
- 31:27But I'm like, do you realize like, I could barely drive here?
- 31:31That's how freaked out my body is and you can't tell me what's wrong.
- 31:35And then you give me a little bit of hope with a psychotropic drug and some pain meds because I had so much chronic pain.
- 31:41And then you go back a month later and I was hoping that he would have something new.
- 31:44He's like,
- 31:46five percent better you know and he's like well good you'll be on one or two meds most people are on three or four you're set and i said how long do i take the rest of your life i'm like i didn't i did not take that answer i'm like there's no freaking way and i used to think a medical doctor was smart like that he would actually went to school to learn how to cure and heal right and
- 32:07No, they're not taught how to cure and heal in most general practice.
- 32:13They're taught how to give you a medication for a symptom that covers it, that's petroleum-based, that's toxic to your body, that actually long-term works against your healing.
- 32:21It's insanity, and you're told you're crazy if you tell that truth.
- 32:27And it's a truth.
- 32:27It's an undefensible truth.
- 32:29You can't defend that statement.
- 32:32You can say you're helping people feel better.
- 32:35In some cases, it's necessary and it's an emergency.
- 32:38Yes, I agree with all that.
- 32:40Sure.
- 32:41But it's not fixing the problem.
- 32:43It's not getting to the root cause.
- 32:45Getting to the root cause, toxicity, you're parasympathetic, getting back into nature.
- 32:51We're disconnected from nature.
- 32:52Everything in this room is fake.
- 32:54If your clothing's fake, if you have the water's fake because it's polluted and toxic, if your air's fake because there's microplastics and toxins in it, you're getting all this furniture is off-gassing volatile organic compounds that are carcinogenic, hormone disruptive, uh...
- 33:09You have the fake floor that has glues in it and the furniture, MDF board with formaldehyde, carcinogenic, other volatile organic compounds, and it's all fake.
- 33:21And all the fake, your body's not evolved or created however you believe to deal with the fake.
- 33:26We are meant to be in synergy and relationship with the frequencies of nature, with grounding, with sunshine, the things we're told not to use, with not flickering LED lights.
- 33:37They flicker, it messes with their neurology, also causing stress.
- 33:41You're not getting infrared frequencies that drive the mitochondria, that drive that transport train.
- 33:45You need infrared light, you need...
- 33:49Near infrared NIR, which is from Sunshine.
- 33:52You can buy devices, but nothing's better than the sun because it's full spectrum.
- 33:56A sun doesn't flicker.
- 33:58These LED lights, we put slow motion on them.
- 33:59They're all flickering.
- 34:00I was sitting there working on my talk.
- 34:03I'm like, why am I freaking getting a headache?
- 34:05I can show you my phone.
- 34:06So I did slow motion.
- 34:08And the light that was right in front of me that's on one of these desks, well, you don't have the same one I do.
- 34:13It's like just trashing my brain.
- 34:16And it's causing inflammation.
- 34:17It was giving me a headache.
- 34:17I turned it off.
- 34:18Stopped.
- 34:19I didn't get a headache.
- 34:20So we're living in the fake.
- 34:21We're living in the cheap.
- 34:22We're living in the chemical.
- 34:23We're living in an...
- 34:26on a system because our economy is based on oil and that system is driving our economy.
- 34:31It's chemicals that are in our pharmaceuticals and our clothes, uh,
- 34:35in our furniture, because they're all made of plastics.
- 34:38So all this is driving that economic engine.
- 34:40Woo, America, we're rich.
- 34:41But we're being robbed, because our bodies are not able to deal with that level of toxicity.
- 34:48We're not able to deal with glyphosate.
- 34:49Our bodies can't use any of it.
- 34:51We can't use the lead, we can't use the mercury.
- 34:53And yeah, some of this stuff is natural in the environment, but it's very, very small.
- 34:57So guys, if you're listening, how do you get well?
- 34:59Get closer to nature.
- 35:01get closer to God, get back into the frequencies, get grounding, get into sunlight, drink clean water, breathe clean air as much as possible.
- 35:10You know, get in loving relationships, do breath work, get back into your parasympathetic, your rest and digest and heal frequency, get deep sleep so your liver can detox, breathe.
- 35:23does that in deep sleep so that your lymphatic system, so you don't build up beta amyloid proteins and get Alzheimer's, you need that lymphatic rinse at night.
- 35:32It also rinses out the toxins and your liver and kidneys can deal with it.
- 35:35You have built-in systems to deal with the endogenous toxins,
- 35:40You can deal with a certain amount of environmental toxins, but you're so overwhelmed, like you said, weak genetics.
- 35:46You store these toxins in your fat cells when you get overwhelmed because your liver and kidneys can't deal with them.
- 35:52And then eventually that bucket overfills, your body doesn't have anywhere to put those toxins anymore.
- 35:57Then you start circulating these toxins.
- 35:58Now they're attaching, they're not being stored away.
- 36:01They're starting attaching to hormones.
- 36:03They're causing more hormone disruption.
- 36:05They're causing more cellular senescence in those zombie cells that you said that
- 36:08you know, that fire inflammation in your body.
- 36:11So you have cellular senescence as a protection mechanism from toxins.
- 36:15The problem is, and it stops apoptosis.
- 36:18It stops the cell death of that toxic cell.
- 36:22Your body's trying to get rid of it, but now you're building up a bunch of toxins
- 36:25toxic senescent cells, that is linked to cancer.
- 36:29And then it's like a rotten apple.
- 36:30Once you have these rotten zombie cells, it infects, that zombie infects the next good cell because it's shooting out inflammatory signaling.
- 36:39And then you have another nasty cell and it rottens the whole batch.
- 36:44That's what I was.
- 36:45The good news is, here's the good news, is your body.
- 36:47Every about every seven years, you'll turn over all those cells.
- 36:50So if you start doing things correctly,
- 36:52Start removing the toxins.
- 36:54Start getting your mitochondria back online so that you can detox.
- 36:57You need 4-ATP to make a glutathione.
- 36:59You need all that energy.
- 37:00You need ATP to sleep.
- 37:02The mitochondrial, getting your mitochondria back, getting out in the sunshine, sweating.
- 37:07Sweating, and this is a recent study that I read, a significantly higher levels of heavy metals are excreted through exercise-induced sweating
- 37:17as a sauna and I'm a big sauna guy, I use it in the winter, but in the summer I don't have to cause I'm in the sunshine, I'm grounding, I'm in the garden, my shirt's off.
- 37:24Like we gotta get back to nature.
- 37:25We gotta, the movement right now is called rewilding and we need to rewild ourselves, reconnect ourselves to nature.
- 37:33So as you make this connection, as your body is now duplicating healthy cells because you're eating,
- 37:39grass-fed meat that's in synergy with nature, four to one.
- 37:43It's eating the microbes and the things that it needs to get into the milk, right?
- 37:49That get into us.
- 37:50That's why raw is so good.
- 37:52It's crazy to me that raw milk is so healing.
- 37:55Yes, it can be contaminated, but so can so many other things and we're going to stop using it.
- 38:00It's like, we better stop driving.
- 38:02That's one of the most
- 38:03that causes more death than anything.
- 38:05But anyway, so as you rebuild yourself, as you make decisions each and every day to get healthier, your body's gonna respond by creating a healthy cell.
- 38:14And the more health cells that you have, it's an upward spiral of health because you're getting the ATP, you're getting the energy, you're getting a good cell membrane that's made of four to one ratio of oils versus freaking canola oil that your body can't even use that causes inflammation.
- 38:30There's no...
- 38:31The science on that stuff is crap.
- 38:33And if it is a good, healthy oil, you might get maybe a sunflower oil that's not industrial, that's not extracted with hexane, that's not bleached so it doesn't stink anymore, so it's not filtered 14 times so you can actually put it in a bottle and it not rot.
- 38:49Like...
- 38:50It's crazy.
- 38:50But if you give your body the things that are close to nature, chickens that are outside in the sun, eating the right things, eating bugs, eating grass, getting sunshine, and start eating the things that are from nature instead of not from nature, which are sitting in a pen that keeps them dark so they lay more eggs, so they make more money, feeding them glyphosate sprayed grain, man, I'm going off, right?
- 39:11You start eating the real shit, your life is going to transform, you're going to heal, you're going to turn over your cells, and in seven years, you're not going to recognize...
- 39:19what you look like, how you feel, how you connect with yourself, with others, with nature, with God.
- 39:24It'll literally transform your frickin' life.
- 39:27Do it.
- 39:27Get closer to God.
- 39:28Eat things that are closer to God.
- 39:30Wear things that are closer to God and nature, and you'll transform your life.
- 39:34It's that simple.
- 39:35As you were saying, in the United States here, we feel like we're rich because we got stuff.
- 39:40And we keep buying crappier and crappier and crappier stuff.
- 39:43It's getting worse.
- 39:44It's all the time.
- 39:45Fast fashion, fast.
- 39:47I mean, I just, I remember.
- 39:48Fast cars.
- 39:50Fast cars, yeah.
- 39:51I remember when I was younger, I was like looking at furniture.
- 39:52I was like, man, you know, like everybody wants to change their furniture every couple of years.
- 39:56So why buy nice stuff?
- 39:57I remember thinking that when I was younger.
- 40:00Like, why do my parents want all this like oak and, you know, this old stuff?
- 40:05I get it now.
- 40:06I get it.
- 40:07It's quality.
- 40:09Yeah.
- 40:09It's craftsmanship.
- 40:10It's long lasting.
- 40:13It's also not junk toxic.
- 40:15So...
- 40:16Warren, I really appreciate you having this conversation with me today.
- 40:18I mean, you are a force of nature, as everyone just heard, when you get on a roll, which is why you are popping off on every place that you are posting in content.
- 40:29So where can people find you?
- 40:31Non-Toxic Dad, across all social, just one word, Non-Toxic Dad, Non-Toxic Dad dot com.
- 40:37In my new podcast, Non-Toxic Living, we're going for it.
- 40:41Go check them out.
- 40:42Thanks for joining me.
- 40:43It's been awesome.
