- 0:18Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Take a big,
- 0:24deep breath in through your nose and slowly and gently
- 0:30breathe out through your mouth. Take another deep breath in
- 0:40and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth. One
- 0:49last time, deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe
- 0:56out through your mouth, and feel a gentle rhythm of
- 1:03your breath. Feel the steady beat of your heart. Take
- 1:09a moment to listen to your heartbeat. Feel a gentle
- 1:15rise and fall of your chest as it moves in
- 1:18time with your heartbeat. Can you feel it? With each
- 1:28beat of your heart, you feel more and more relaxed,
- 1:33more and more calm, and more and more peaceful. And
- 1:39every time you breathe in, you're breathing in deep relaxation,
- 1:46and it's making you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
- 1:54Now tense up your whole body really tightly and hold
- 1:58it stiff for just a few seconds. Now let it go.
- 2:06Feel your legs going limp and soft as your muscles relax.
- 2:11Feel your whole body softening as you gently relax your
- 2:16whole body. Now one more time, tighten up all of
- 2:23those muscles in your body really, really tightly. Pull your
- 2:27hands into fists and hold it for a few seconds.
- 2:34Now let it go. That's really good, well done. You
- 2:41now feel so relaxed that your whole body is still
- 2:47so very still and so very heavy, and you feel
- 2:53so peaceful and calm and all snuggling and warm. Now
- 3:01imagine you're standing on a long sandy beach and you
- 3:07can smell the fresh, clean, salty air and it tickles
- 3:11your nose. It feels warm and nice on your skin.
- 3:18You can hear the sound of seagulls flying above you,
- 3:21rising so high and swooping down all around you. It's
- 3:25like they want you to come and play with them.
- 3:28Can you see them? Can you hear them? As you
- 3:37look around you, you realize that you are on a
- 3:40very private sandy island with tropical trees dotted all over it,
- 3:46and it's very beautiful and you are the only one here.
- 3:51Then suddenly, from behind one of the trees, a very
- 3:55bright pink pelican comes smiling out at you. He has
- 4:02on a very large spotted dick keeper hmm, and a
- 4:07bright red baseball cap, and it's on back to front,
- 4:11but it does look ever so cool though. He comes
- 4:16towards you with a big grin, and he tells you
- 4:20that he is your special guide and he looks after
- 4:23your tropical island when you are not there. He tells
- 4:27you that his name is Pete, Pete the Pelican, and
- 4:33he is the ground keeper and your very own personal helper. Woh,
- 4:39you think to yourself, a talking pelican, How cool is that.
- 4:45Pete the Pelican tells you that he is here to
- 4:49help you build anything you want for your island. He
- 4:53says he can even have any animals that you want too.
- 4:58He says that because this is a magical tropical island,
- 5:02all you have to do is wish for it and
- 5:05it appears. Wow. Pete the Pelican guide you over to
- 5:12a nice spot by the ocean. He thinks that this
- 5:16would be a good place for your cabin. So it
- 5:19tells you to close your eyes and wish for a
- 5:22lovely wouldn't log cabin to be there. So you close
- 5:26your eyes and you wish, you wish really hard. Then
- 5:33he tells you to open your eyes and hey pressed
- 5:35out right before you sits the most wonderful log cabin
- 5:40you have ever seen. It's amazing and it's exactly as
- 5:45you wish for it to be. You really like this island,
- 5:50You really really like this wishing for stuff. Oh, you're
- 5:55going to have so much fun here, especially with Pete
- 5:58the Pelican guiding you. You go inside your lovely wooden
- 6:05cabin to see what it's like. Oh my, everything you
- 6:11could ever want in a cabin is inside it. You
- 6:17have a log burner in one corner for if it
- 6:19gets a bit nippy, and you can see the most
- 6:23amazing bed. And remember it's your bed, so it looks
- 6:28exactly as you would like it to. Is it a big,
- 6:35huge bed with soft fluffy quilt and pillows or is
- 6:40it a hammock you can sway from side to side
- 6:44on it? Or is it something else? You decide, it's
- 6:49your cabin. Now it's time for you and Pete the
- 6:55Pelican to create your very own tropical island exactly the
- 7:01way you want it to be. You can maybe have
- 7:06lots of animals that talk and want to play with you.
- 7:10You can even have your very own superheroes come to stay.
- 7:14How cool would that be. Maybe you can have some
- 7:18dinosaurs too, friendly ones of course, the ones that eat
- 7:22vegetation and grass and not the ones that might eat you.
- 7:27Maybe when you've finished creating your tropical island. You can
- 7:32go and have a swim with the dolphins, maybe meet
- 7:35some men mates. You can't have all of your favorite
- 7:40things here anything you want, so for just a little while,
- 7:47create your very own tropical island with the help of
- 7:51Peat the Pelican of course. Oh you're going to have
- 7:54so much fun. So go ahead and create your island. Now.
- 8:00Make it look just how you want it to be.
- 8:04Anything that makes you feel happy when you think about it,
- 8:08anything at all is yours.
- 8:26Speaker 2: M u visu visions. I remember, I remember the er, remember.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Its Wow.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Your island looks truly amazing and you created it yourself.
- 12:13How special are you? You should be very proud of
- 12:18what you have accomplished with the help of Pete the Pelican,
- 12:22of course. But it's getting late now and you are
- 12:28starting to feel quite tired after all your good work
- 12:31creating your island. So you think it's time for you
- 12:35to have a little rest. I think that's a good idea.
- 12:40You go over to your beautiful wooden cabinet. Step inside again.
- 12:46This is a place to let go of all your thoughts,
- 12:49all of your worries. This is the place to let
- 12:54go of anything that may make you sad. It is
- 12:58very safe here and you will only ever feel happy
- 13:03when you are here. You walk over to your lovely
- 13:08bed and climb on it, and you lie down and
- 13:13get yourself all snugly and cozy, and you turn over
- 13:18on to your side and settle down. You close your
- 13:23eyes and just listen to the sounds of the ocean
- 13:28waves through the open window. Feel your breathing as it
- 13:34begins to slow down, and your chest is just gently
- 13:38rising and falling. And again, you listen to the rhythm
- 13:45of the waves as they gently begin to lull you
- 13:48into a beautiful, breastful sleep. Just listen to the waves
- 13:55as you go deeper and deeper, drifting into peaceful sleep.
- 14:01You feel so calm, know that your tropical island is
- 14:08always here for you, because on your tropical island you
- 14:13are always safe, you are always loved, and you are
- 14:19always protected. And when you wake up in the morning,
- 14:25you will feel so refreshed and so very very happy.
- 14:31And you can visit your very own tropical island anytime
- 14:35you wish, and when you come back, you can build
- 14:39even more things. You can change it all around if
- 14:43you want to. But for now, just listen to the
- 14:48waves as you gently drift to sleep in your wonderful bed,
- 14:56listening to the beautiful sounds of the ocean.
- 15:01Speaker 3: Night night, Remember, came and.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Came, came never I remember. Came the liver, the
