- 0:52Speaker 1: Hey guys, Happy hump day and welcome to Midday Missing.
- 0:57Speaker 1: First off, I want to thank you all for joining
- 1:00Speaker 1: us live and also want to say hi to those
- 1:05Speaker 1: that watch this later. And I think I just had
- 1:11Speaker 1: monkey butts grandmother jump on into our room. Hi, Tessa,
- 1:18Speaker 1: So thank you for Oh it's Tisa. I'm being corrected
- 1:21Speaker 1: over here by the audience over here. So also I
- 1:26Speaker 1: want to apologize again for Monday. I know it was
- 1:31Speaker 1: pardon my language, it was a shit show. Okay, it
- 1:34Speaker 1: was a shit show. But that's okay. We are back
- 1:38Speaker 1: today and things are gonna go much better for those
- 1:41Speaker 1: of you that do not know and are new here.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I am Terry true Crime. Just in case you're not familiar,
- 1:47Speaker 1: I am half of the True Crime and Wine Time
- 1:50Speaker 1: podcast team. JT. My better half is not on this.
- 1:56Speaker 1: He hosts several other productions. He hosts the Hey host
- 2:00Speaker 1: show Night Court, and then he also helps with the
- 2:05Speaker 1: disappearance of Chase Lackey and of course our usual true
- 2:09Speaker 1: crime and Wine Time podcast. And then you get just
- 2:12Speaker 1: me for Midday Missing. So hopefully you all can handle
- 2:17Speaker 1: that we don't have my better half here. So oh
- 2:22Speaker 1: I just saw that JT is in the room. So yes, JT,
- 2:26Speaker 1: I called you my better half. That's for podcasting only.
- 2:31Speaker 1: So because Monday was such a disaster, I retyped up
- 2:38Speaker 1: my notes on Elijah VU because I wanted to make
- 2:42Speaker 1: sure that I got the facts correct and that I
- 2:45Speaker 1: didn't miss anything. Okay, because I'm a human, I make mistakes.
- 2:51Speaker 1: My brain is on overload with all of the changes
- 2:55Speaker 1: going on in my life in my house, as y'all know,
- 2:59Speaker 1: I know, i'll have my mother in law living with this,
- 3:02Speaker 1: which I have to say I'm very excited about because
- 3:05Speaker 1: she can tell me all of the childhood stories of
- 3:08Speaker 1: Double H that he probably doesn't want her to tell me,
- 3:12Speaker 1: but we know she will. When I give her a
- 3:13Speaker 1: glass of wine when she's up and feeling better, I
- 3:16Speaker 1: will maybe invite her to come and join us one day.
- 3:20Speaker 1: And then also monkey Butt is here for the whole month,
- 3:24Speaker 1: so I have her, so just to catch all up
- 3:26Speaker 1: a little bit, we now have five dogs, five cats
- 3:31Speaker 1: just for the goat, mother in law, granddaughter, Double H,
- 3:36Speaker 1: and myself living in the house. So if anybody wants
- 3:39Speaker 1: to send copious amounts of wine for me, please feel
- 3:43Speaker 1: free to send it to our po box because I'm
- 3:48Speaker 1: telling you I need it. That's all I can say
- 3:53Speaker 1: is I need it. But let's get back to Elijah. Okay.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Elijah Vu is three years old and he went missing
- 4:01Speaker 1: February twentieth, twenty twenty four. Now today officially marks one
- 4:07Speaker 1: hundred and six days since Jesse Vang reported that he
- 4:12Speaker 1: woke up from a nap and his girlfriend's son Elijah
- 4:15Speaker 1: was missing. Guys, that kind of made me stop in
- 4:19Speaker 1: my tracks when I was doing this this morning. Can
- 4:23Speaker 1: you imagine your child being missing for one hundred and
- 4:27Speaker 1: six days, your three year old child. This is a
- 4:32Speaker 1: child who cannot fin for themselves, cannot take care of themselves.
- 4:37Speaker 1: That is even more disturbing than when I think about
- 4:41Speaker 1: Chase Lackey. And yes, I'm wearing my Chase Lacky shirt today.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Y'all can't see it because I still have it figured
- 4:47Speaker 1: out my camera set up here. But he's an adult.
- 4:51Speaker 1: He could take care of himself if he's somewhere out there,
- 4:53Speaker 1: but a three year old can't. So that is just
- 4:57Speaker 1: even more disturbing to me. Even more we're disturbing. His mom,
- 5:01Speaker 1: Katrina Barr, sent her three year old son to go
- 5:05Speaker 1: live with her boyfriend Jesse because she felt he needed
- 5:08Speaker 1: more discipline and she wanted him to be taught on
- 5:13Speaker 1: how to be a man. Okay, guys, please, somebody explain
- 5:17Speaker 1: to me why in the hell a three year old
- 5:20Speaker 1: little boy needs to know how to be a man.
- 5:24Speaker 1: He's three? Why can't he just be a kid? If
- 5:29Speaker 1: somebody has the answer to that, and I'm not saying
- 5:32Speaker 1: they're right or wrong, I'm just saying, what happened to
- 5:35Speaker 1: kids being kids? Okay? Even my five year old grandson,
- 5:42Speaker 1: he doesn't need to know how to be a man.
- 5:45Speaker 1: He needs to know how to be a good little boy.
- 5:48Speaker 1: He needs to know how to be a good kid,
- 5:50Speaker 1: But he doesn't need to know how to be a
- 5:51Speaker 1: man yet. That comes over time, in my opinion. Okay,
- 5:57Speaker 1: Now my other thought is what possibly could a three
- 6:01Speaker 1: year old have done that was so bad that he
- 6:05Speaker 1: felt he needed to be disciplined more by somebody who's
- 6:10Speaker 1: not his father. Okay, and we'll get into the other
- 6:13Speaker 1: issues with the boyfriend right. So Hey, Amy, guys, I'm
- 6:21Speaker 1: not as good as JT about watching comments. While I'm
- 6:24Speaker 1: doing this, I am trying to learn to be half
- 6:27Speaker 1: as good as JT, just half as good. So, as
- 6:31Speaker 1: I mentioned on Monday, both Jesse Vang the Boyfriend, and
- 6:35Speaker 1: Katrina Bauer have been charged with felling a child neglect
- 6:39Speaker 1: based on photos and texts that were found on their phones. Now,
- 6:43Speaker 1: first of all, they did try to delete these, but
- 6:45Speaker 1: guess what, law enforcement still was able to find them. Okay.
- 6:49Speaker 1: One photo showed Elijah blindfolded and on a bed with
- 6:54Speaker 1: multiple bruises on his body in places that they shouldn't be. Okay,
- 6:59Speaker 1: it's not like he got a swat on the butt
- 7:01Speaker 1: or a pop on the hand. He had some bruises
- 7:04Speaker 1: on his arms, neck, body. Not good, right, not good. Also,
- 7:10Speaker 1: Jesse sent a text to Katrina saying that he was
- 7:13Speaker 1: very angry because Elijah overfilled his diaper. And I probably
- 7:19Speaker 1: mentioned this on Monday. I'm not sure somebody explained to
- 7:23Speaker 1: me how you overfill a diaper? How is it the
- 7:26Speaker 1: three year old's responsibility to control what's in his diaper?
- 7:31Speaker 1: He's three, Okay, apparently he's not potty trained yet. He
- 7:35Speaker 1: was selling a diaper, not a pull up. How can
- 7:38Speaker 1: you overfill it? Your body just puts out stuff. I mean,
- 7:43Speaker 1: I don't know about you. Guys. Sometimes appeal a whole lot,
- 7:45Speaker 1: sometimes appeel a little sometimes a poop a whole lot.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Sometimes I a poop not a lot. Sometimes I have
- 7:50Speaker 1: ghost poops. How do you discipline a three year old
- 7:54Speaker 1: for overfilling his diaper? What was the punishment? Ice cold shower? Guys,
- 8:00Speaker 1: that's torture to a three year old, I mean to anybody.
- 8:05Speaker 1: I mean now, I like to poor ice cold water
- 8:07Speaker 1: on double age, but not because he overfills his diaper,
- 8:10Speaker 1: just because I like to be a tutor butt. Okay,
- 8:14Speaker 1: But what is even crazier about this? Katrina and Jesse ooh,
- 8:20Speaker 1: I got an ear itch, wound up in a relationship. Okay.
- 8:24Speaker 1: How they got in this relationship is bunny boiler to me. Okay.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Back in twenty fifteen, police were called to a hotel
- 8:33Speaker 1: where Katrina was hiding in a bathroom. Said she had
- 8:37Speaker 1: been sexually assaulted by two men and that they were
- 8:40Speaker 1: going to sex traffic her. Okay, that's serious, guys. However,
- 8:46Speaker 1: less than three months later, she asked the police to
- 8:49Speaker 1: drop all the charges because she was now in a
- 8:52Speaker 1: relationship with one of the men, Jimmy Voo, who is
- 8:57Speaker 1: Elijah's biological father. The other man who did this was
- 9:03Speaker 1: Jesse Vang, who she's now in a relationship with so
- 9:07Speaker 1: first she has a child with the first guy, then
- 9:11Speaker 1: she's in a relationship with the second guy that you
- 9:14Speaker 1: said raped you and wanted to sex traffic. You please
- 9:19Speaker 1: tell me what in the holy hell why would you
- 9:22Speaker 1: get in a relationship first of all with the guy
- 9:25Speaker 1: that you said did this? Then why would you get
- 9:29Speaker 1: in another relationship with the other guy? I mean, I
- 9:35Speaker 1: would have thought there was red flags. Don't know if
- 9:38Speaker 1: she's got some other things going on that maybe led
- 9:41Speaker 1: her to think these relationships were okay. I just don't
- 9:44Speaker 1: know how you go from being raped by them to
- 9:48Speaker 1: having a child with one by choice several years later,
- 9:52Speaker 1: and then get in a relationship with the other. Okay. Now,
- 9:57Speaker 1: Jimmy who has been in prison before Elijah went missing
- 10:02Speaker 1: on several charges that include child abuse charges. Okay, jesse
- 10:07Speaker 1: Vang has a criminal history with abuse charges. Now the
- 10:13Speaker 1: interesting thing, Katrina's mom says her daughter is right where
- 10:17Speaker 1: she needs to be, so she is putting her grandson's
- 10:22Speaker 1: interest first, which I have told my son and my grandmother's,
- 10:28Speaker 1: my grandchildren's mothers that the grandkids are too young. I
- 10:33Speaker 1: have to put their interests first, even if it goes
- 10:35Speaker 1: against you so applaud to her for being amazing. Captain.
- 10:42Speaker 1: You're right, there are so many red flags in this case,
- 10:46Speaker 1: so many red flags. Now, a blanket that was Elijah's
- 10:52Speaker 1: was found about three and a half miles away from
- 10:54Speaker 1: where he went missing. Also, a shoe was found that
- 10:58Speaker 1: was similar to the timeepe of shoes he had on.
- 11:01Speaker 1: They have not said specifically that it was his. Now
- 11:05Speaker 1: there is a reward of forty thousand dollars being offered
- 11:09Speaker 1: and guys. As of today, no one has been charged
- 11:12Speaker 1: in the disappearance of him. Many feared that he was
- 11:15Speaker 1: either harmed on purpose or by accident when in Jesse's care.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Other people have also said, if Jesse potentially was going
- 11:27Speaker 1: to have human trafficking charges on him before, is it
- 11:31Speaker 1: possible that he went and took that Elijah Angie, You
- 11:39Speaker 1: are right. It did go up. I believe it went
- 11:41Speaker 1: up to fifty thousand. I saw that it went up.
- 11:46Speaker 1: But then I also saw that somebody who had put
- 11:49Speaker 1: money back to their money out or there was a
- 11:51Speaker 1: time limit on their money. Somebody said, hey, if you
- 11:54Speaker 1: find them, you know by this date, I'll kick in
- 11:56Speaker 1: some extra money. So I know what forty thousand is firm,
- 12:01Speaker 1: it may be more. Hopefully it will continue to grow up.
- 12:06Speaker 1: If you have any inframation regarding Elijah Vu, please call
- 12:12Speaker 1: the tip line at eight four four to six seven
- 12:15Speaker 1: sixty six four eight, or if you want to remain anonymous,
- 12:20Speaker 1: you can go to the FBI website and submit your
- 12:26Speaker 1: tip there. Okay, now I pulled up their photos. They're
- 12:34Speaker 1: missing person photos, and I'm gonna just ask you guys
- 12:38Speaker 1: to remember I'm not the tech savvy person like mister
- 12:45Speaker 1: jt Ooh, this one didn't do so good. Too good.
- 12:49Speaker 1: I can't even talk. I am going to share my
- 12:53Speaker 1: screen if I can share screen. Okay, which do I
- 13:00Speaker 1: want to share? Let me know if y'all can see
- 13:10Speaker 1: the sweet little baby's pictures. Look at that he is
- 13:16Speaker 1: so adorable. If you guys can't see it, let me know, because,
- 13:20Speaker 1: like I said, I'm still learning how to do this.
- 13:24Speaker 1: But look at that. He is so cute. He needs
- 13:26Speaker 1: a little bit of a haircut there, but isn't he
- 13:29Speaker 1: just precious? I think he is. I think he is. Now.
- 13:35Speaker 1: The next case is one that I was gonna cover
- 13:38Speaker 1: on Monday as well, but I could not remember all
- 13:44Speaker 1: of the details, so researched the case again wrote it up.
- 13:49Speaker 1: So here we go Sebastian Rogers. Now June third, which
- 13:57Speaker 1: was Monday, marked a hundred days since he went missing. Okay.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Sebastian was last seen on February twenty fifth, twenty twenty four,
- 14:08Speaker 1: by his mother and stepfather. Now, Sebastian went to bed
- 14:12Speaker 1: normal around ten PM, and his mom heard a thumb okay,
- 14:17Speaker 1: and as most of us moms and grandmothers do, she
- 14:21Speaker 1: yelled at him, Hey, settle down, get your button bed
- 14:24Speaker 1: lights out right, I do it. You don't go in
- 14:28Speaker 1: there necessarily to see what's going on. Little did she
- 14:32Speaker 1: know that when she went in to wake him up
- 14:35Speaker 1: the next morning, that he would be gone. Okay, His mom,
- 14:41Speaker 1: Katie searched his room and their house for Sebastian, and
- 14:45Speaker 1: when he wasn't there, she did the right thing. She
- 14:47Speaker 1: immediately called the police. Now the TBI Tennessee Beurea of
- 14:51Speaker 1: Investigation issued an endangered child alert that morning. Okay. Now,
- 14:58Speaker 1: Sebastian does have AUTIS and based on the information from
- 15:03Speaker 1: somebody in the public, Sebastian was seen wearing black sweatpants
- 15:07Speaker 1: and a black sweatshirt plus his glasses that day and
- 15:11Speaker 1: no shoes. Guys. The family said that as odd because
- 15:15Speaker 1: Sebastian didn't like being barefooted. I know sometimes people with
- 15:22Speaker 1: autism have different sensory issues. He did not like his
- 15:26Speaker 1: feet touching the ground. He wanted shoes, so that made
- 15:31Speaker 1: it even more suspicious. Right now, I have to give
- 15:35Speaker 1: law enforcement kudos here because they did a kind of
- 15:38Speaker 1: a cool thing. His favorite song is I of the Tiger,
- 15:43Speaker 1: So police drove through town playing the song over their
- 15:48Speaker 1: loudspeaker system, trying to get his attention, knowing that when
- 15:54Speaker 1: he heard that song, he would come running, or he
- 15:56Speaker 1: would come out if he was hiding, if he was scared. Okay,
- 16:00Speaker 1: I thought that was pretty ingenious because you don't often
- 16:04Speaker 1: hear of them doing things outside of the box. Now,
- 16:07Speaker 1: over two hundred individuals came out to help search, and
- 16:11Speaker 1: police asked all homes in the area that night that
- 16:15Speaker 1: had doorbell cameras or other security cameras to check their
- 16:19Speaker 1: footage for any signs of Sebastian. Now, with this, the
- 16:26Speaker 1: police did see on the family's footage Sebastian that there
- 16:34Speaker 1: were some lights around three am. They thought maybe it
- 16:39Speaker 1: was people with flashlights. Somebody has since came out and said, no,
- 16:43Speaker 1: it was trash can lights. I don't get that why
- 16:48Speaker 1: you have trash can lights, But I'm going to go
- 16:50Speaker 1: with them. They live there, they know what it is.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Right now, the police have searched, ponds, land filled and guys,
- 16:58Speaker 1: they are still searching. They are doing a really good job.
- 17:05Speaker 1: If you have followed this case. A photo was released
- 17:08Speaker 1: to the public saying they potentially thought that it was
- 17:12Speaker 1: a picture of Sebastian. It has been confirmed it is
- 17:16Speaker 1: not Sebastian. Yeah, you know, Captain, I don't know if
- 17:21Speaker 1: it's motion sensor lights by the trash can. I tried
- 17:25Speaker 1: to go down that rabbit hole and I couldn't find
- 17:29Speaker 1: what that information. I mean, that would make sense if
- 17:31Speaker 1: you want to keep raccoons out little varmits. They didn't
- 17:35Speaker 1: give that, and they didn't say how for sure they
- 17:37Speaker 1: knew that's what it was and that it wasn't flashlights.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Maybe they're just not telling it, Okay. Now, something crazy
- 17:47Speaker 1: about this case is those of you who haven't heard
- 17:51Speaker 1: the United Cajun Navy. They go out and help missing people, floods, hurricanes,
- 17:59Speaker 1: They go out and they do a great job. They
- 18:01Speaker 1: joined the search in March of this year. Guys. Several
- 18:05Speaker 1: days later they pulled out because people started making death
- 18:09Speaker 1: threats against the volunteers. Guys, I want to know why
- 18:17Speaker 1: the hell people look at gift horse in the mouse.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Why would you threaten a volunteer group who's coming in.
- 18:25Speaker 1: These people are doing it on their own time. They're
- 18:28Speaker 1: not getting paid by anybody. They're showing up to help
- 18:33Speaker 1: the fact that they receive death threats so they had
- 18:37Speaker 1: to leave, and they did the right thing. I volunteer
- 18:40Speaker 1: for stuff. If I got death threats, I would hope
- 18:44Speaker 1: that our commander would pull us out, and as the director,
- 18:48Speaker 1: I would want to pull out my team if we're
- 18:51Speaker 1: doing that. It makes no sense to me. When someone
- 18:54Speaker 1: is missing, let's take all the help we can get. Okay,
- 18:59Speaker 1: there's no need to threaten them, So I don't understand that. Now.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Sebastian is fifteen years old, has autism. He is five
- 19:15Speaker 1: feet five inches tall, and guys, there are a lot
- 19:19Speaker 1: of crazy theories online and if you want to go
- 19:22Speaker 1: down some rabbit holes, head on over to rabbit rabbit Reddit.
- 19:27Speaker 1: To go down the rabbit holes, you just have to
- 19:30Speaker 1: type in Sebastian's names and let me tell you there
- 19:34Speaker 1: are some crazy theories now. At this time, law enforcement
- 19:40Speaker 1: has said none of the parents stepparents are suspects. However,
- 19:46Speaker 1: many find it suspicious that Sebastian's mom, Katie, and his
- 19:51Speaker 1: stepdad Chris, packed up there RV and left their home
- 19:57Speaker 1: in Henderson Hendersonville, Tennessee. Katie said she left to go
- 20:02Speaker 1: to work with her husband because he needed to return
- 20:05Speaker 1: to work. Now, Guys, I like to not try to
- 20:11Speaker 1: say what I would do, but I would hope that
- 20:17Speaker 1: I would stay. Remember it's only been one hundred days.
- 20:20Speaker 1: I would stay at the house because I would be outlooking.
- 20:23Speaker 1: I would be calling law enforcement. I would be on
- 20:25Speaker 1: their doorsteps. I would be putting up flyers. I wouldn't
- 20:29Speaker 1: back up and go with double H anywhere. Okay, maybe
- 20:33Speaker 1: after a year, maybe two years, get you need to
- 20:36Speaker 1: get away. But I would be boots on the ground. Now,
- 20:40Speaker 1: I would be drinking a lot, probably be on some Xanax,
- 20:43Speaker 1: but I would be there. The other thing that is
- 20:45Speaker 1: suspicious is Sebastian's biological father, Seth, said that his ex
- 20:50Speaker 1: and her husband have not spoken with him about the investigation. Okay, gays,
- 21:01Speaker 1: I don't know about I don't know why you wouldn't talk, Angie.
- 21:07Speaker 1: I saw some rumors about that, but I could not
- 21:11Speaker 1: find anywhere that the family said it. So I try
- 21:14Speaker 1: to say, if the family doesn't say it, then maybe
- 21:18Speaker 1: it's not true. So that comment, if you're listening and
- 21:21Speaker 1: not watching, is that sometimes he went and slept in
- 21:24Speaker 1: the garage. I can't can't confirm that. I also can
- 21:29Speaker 1: say that Sebastian left behind his beloved Nintendo switch and
- 21:35Speaker 1: a cell phone. Tell me what teenager leaves their cell
- 21:40Speaker 1: phone and their gaming console, because the Nintendo switch goes
- 21:44Speaker 1: everywhere with you, right. I feel very sad for his family.
- 21:49Speaker 1: I mean, it's been one hundred days. Like I said,
- 21:53Speaker 1: I try not to say what I would do. I
- 21:55Speaker 1: would hope that I would stick around and I would
- 21:58Speaker 1: be searching for him. Some of the theories are that
- 22:03Speaker 1: the mom AND's step dad got tired of dealing with
- 22:05Speaker 1: a child with autism and maybe harm Deem. There has
- 22:09Speaker 1: been no charges. The police have not said they're a suspect.
- 22:13Speaker 1: I don't think the police or the TBI would tell
- 22:16Speaker 1: us at this point because they are still heavily investigating this.
- 22:21Speaker 1: So if you have any information about Sebastian Rogers, please
- 22:26Speaker 1: call eight six ' five five four four seven five one,
- 22:30Speaker 1: or you can go over to the website. And I
- 22:32Speaker 1: saw angel was great and put it up there that
- 22:35Speaker 1: you can go to tips FBI dot gov and you
- 22:40Speaker 1: can leave a tip there anonymously. I am pulling up
- 22:46Speaker 1: and I'm going to show you this sweet picture again.
- 22:50Speaker 1: This one is of Sebastian. Guys, he is CUTI petuity two.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Look at this. Let me see. Can you guys see
- 23:03Speaker 1: his picture? I think you can. But and I also
- 23:07Speaker 1: love his name, Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers. That's a big
- 23:14Speaker 1: name for this boy. So if anyone up, let me see.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Can y'all see it now? Okay? If you can't see it,
- 23:30Speaker 1: they said it's in discord. And when I get with
- 23:34Speaker 1: JT tomorrow I will have him help show me how
- 23:38Speaker 1: to do this. Since oh y'all saw it? Okay, good,
- 23:41Speaker 1: So I'm not totally inept at that right. Okay, Now
- 23:47Speaker 1: the next two cases that I'm going to cover, I
- 23:51Speaker 1: want to start off by saying I did some searches
- 23:56Speaker 1: on missing person's in techs around the age twenty one
- 24:06Speaker 1: to twenty five on the Texas Missing Person site because
- 24:10Speaker 1: I wanted to see if there is a trend or
- 24:15Speaker 1: any common denominators. Chase's case made me think of that
- 24:19Speaker 1: when I looked into these two cases. So I'll first
- 24:24Speaker 1: start by telling you about Caleb Harris. Caleb Harris is
- 24:27Speaker 1: a twenty one year old Texas A and M Corpus
- 24:30Speaker 1: Christie student who disappeared on March fourth of this year
- 24:35Speaker 1: around four am. Guys, I've said this so many times
- 24:40Speaker 1: on the podcast and just in general, it is very
- 24:44Speaker 1: hard to go missing without a trace. Okay, somebody has
- 24:51Speaker 1: to see something, right, So Caleb, but a friend spent
- 24:56Speaker 1: part of the evening outside playing with his roommates, girlfriends, puppy,
- 25:00Speaker 1: and his friend left. Around one am, Caleb went back
- 25:03Speaker 1: into his apartment. Where's roommate said, Hey, I'm going to bed.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Caleb says, I'm gonna stay up. I'm gonna order Uber
- 25:10Speaker 1: Eats hang out. Right Around three am, Caleb sent a
- 25:15Speaker 1: Snapchat photo to a friend of his from high school
- 25:18Speaker 1: of a small bridge and a drainage ditch near his apartment. Okay,
- 25:23Speaker 1: and he had ordered his Uber Eats around three twenty
- 25:27Speaker 1: Uber Eats left his order on the doorstep of his apartment,
- 25:32Speaker 1: as per his instructions, which Guys, I notice the other
- 25:36Speaker 1: day when we ordered Domino's, I saw have it on
- 25:37Speaker 1: my instructions leave on the porch back from COVID, So
- 25:41Speaker 1: I don't know if he meant to do that or
- 25:43Speaker 1: if it was just that way. Now. The next morning,
- 25:47Speaker 1: one of Caleb's roommates went outside, found the food order
- 25:52Speaker 1: on the doorstep, and Caleb's truck was in the parking
- 25:56Speaker 1: lot right outside. His keys and wallets were inside of
- 26:00Speaker 1: his apartment, so the only thing missing was Caleb and
- 26:04Speaker 1: his phone. Guys, I tried to find if the dog
- 26:09Speaker 1: was back inside. I couldn't find it because it made
- 26:14Speaker 1: me think of Chase again. Did somebody take the dog? Okay?
- 26:19Speaker 1: I mean, it's just insane. There has been no sighting
- 26:24Speaker 1: of Caleb since that morning. Please have rolled out his
- 26:27Speaker 1: family and friends in the disappearance. One thing I do
- 26:30Speaker 1: want to say, for those of you that are not
- 26:31Speaker 1: familiar with Texas, Corpus Christy is very close to the
- 26:37Speaker 1: border of Mexico. Angie. I saw a couple of articles
- 26:45Speaker 1: that said the dog was missing too, and then I
- 26:47Speaker 1: sound an article that said the dog wasn't. So if
- 26:51Speaker 1: somebody can tell me for sure, I need to know
- 26:55Speaker 1: because it said it was a little white dog, and
- 26:57Speaker 1: I was like, oh no, that's just not good, not good.
- 27:01Speaker 1: But as I was saying, Corpus Christi is near the
- 27:04Speaker 1: Mexico border, and there I've not found anything that Caleb
- 27:09Speaker 1: was involved with drugs or anything. I just can't help,
- 27:13Speaker 1: but wonder human trafficking, drug trafficking. There is a lot
- 27:18Speaker 1: of criminal activity that goes on in Corpus and Padre.
- 27:22Speaker 1: One of the places that we've done some investigation for
- 27:26Speaker 1: Chase has been in Mexico, across the border there. So
- 27:30Speaker 1: that's what led me into another twenty one year old,
- 27:34Speaker 1: good lucking guy goes missing without a trace. But as
- 27:40Speaker 1: we all know, somebody's got to know something. Now, Caleb
- 27:44Speaker 1: is five foot eleven and weighs one hundred and eighty pounds.
- 27:49Speaker 1: I'm gonna try this screen share thing again. Now, he
- 27:54Speaker 1: was from New Bronzevills, which is close to San Antonio.
- 28:00Speaker 1: It's kind of between San Antonio and Austin. If I
- 28:03Speaker 1: had to try to do geographical stuff, which as most
- 28:08Speaker 1: people who know me, I'm not very good. It's a
- 28:11Speaker 1: little pixelated, but all American, all American kid. So don't
- 28:23Speaker 1: know what happened to him, no, Angie. He was not
- 28:26Speaker 1: seen working on his car. The last you know things
- 28:31Speaker 1: was the post on Snapchat to a friend from high
- 28:35Speaker 1: school and he had you know, texted with some family
- 28:38Speaker 1: and stuff like that. Last sighting was the door cam
- 28:44Speaker 1: video of him and a friend outside playing with the dog.
- 28:48Speaker 1: So no one can just disappear, guys. So someone knows something,
- 28:54Speaker 1: so please get the word out. If you know something,
- 28:58Speaker 1: you can Hall three six ' one eight eight six
- 29:03Speaker 1: twenty eight forty. There is also a reward for him.
- 29:09Speaker 1: It is between fifty and fifty five thousand. I saw
- 29:12Speaker 1: it both, so at least fifty thousand. You can also
- 29:16Speaker 1: go to tips dot FBI gov and do an anonymous
- 29:20Speaker 1: tip there. Now, guys, this is why I went down
- 29:25Speaker 1: the rabbit hole of seeing if there was a trend
- 29:28Speaker 1: because this next case Jason Landry, another twenty one year
- 29:33Speaker 1: old Texas college student who went missing. So Jason went
- 29:38Speaker 1: to Texas State University. He went missing December thirteenth, twenty twenty.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Now he was driving from San Marcos, where Texas State
- 29:47Speaker 1: University is, to Missouri City, which is a little suburb
- 29:50Speaker 1: right outside of Houston. I call it Houston. For the
- 29:54Speaker 1: Christmas holiday break he left around ten thirty ten forty
- 29:58Speaker 1: five at night. Guys, he never arrived. Okay. His car
- 30:04Speaker 1: was found crashed and abandoned on the side of the
- 30:07Speaker 1: road outside of Lulin, Texas, which is on the way now.
- 30:12Speaker 1: His clothes and backpack, laptop, gaming console, and some other
- 30:18Speaker 1: items were found about nine hundred feet from the crash scene. Now,
- 30:23Speaker 1: his dad went to the crash scene and several hundred
- 30:26Speaker 1: feet down the road he found his son's shirt, shorts, socks, underwear, shoes,
- 30:35Speaker 1: and his watch. These were the clothes that he was
- 30:39Speaker 1: wearing when he was seen on camera leaving his house. Hellama,
- 30:46Speaker 1: So that in itself is suspicious. The keys were in
- 30:51Speaker 1: the ignition, the car lights were on. Okay. He hit
- 30:57Speaker 1: a tree, but he didn't hit it hard enough for
- 30:59Speaker 1: the airbag to deploy. Police said, it looks like he
- 31:02Speaker 1: was going too fast and kind of maybe hit the
- 31:04Speaker 1: shoulder spun out on the gravel road. Now, when the
- 31:09Speaker 1: police got his car and took it back to the
- 31:13Speaker 1: police station and did their search, they found his cell
- 31:16Speaker 1: phone was between the seat and the console. Okay, guys,
- 31:21Speaker 1: once again, again, a twenty one year old doesn't go
- 31:25Speaker 1: without their phone. There was no blood in the car,
- 31:29Speaker 1: so it doesn't look like he hit his head or
- 31:31Speaker 1: anything like that. I mean, maybe he could, but if
- 31:34Speaker 1: the airbags didn't deploy, I'm not sure that he would
- 31:37Speaker 1: have been knocked, you know, crazy enough to just strip
- 31:41Speaker 1: his clothes. Now, there's been rumors that his backpack was
- 31:45Speaker 1: full of marijuana. Guess what, guys, it wasn't. He had
- 31:49Speaker 1: a small amount for personal use. Okay, they are testing
- 31:54Speaker 1: it to see if, by any chance, it was leaced
- 31:55Speaker 1: with anything, and maybe he had smoked some and that's
- 31:59Speaker 1: what caused Tim to strip his clothes and go missing.
- 32:03Speaker 1: But guys, it's been three years. Okay, there has been
- 32:08Speaker 1: zero siding there. They have done hundreds and thousands of
- 32:13Speaker 1: hours of searches and they are still investigating this our
- 32:19Speaker 1: unfabulous Attorney General Ken Paxton even put out a statement
- 32:24Speaker 1: on the three year anniversary saying, hey, guys, we're still
- 32:27Speaker 1: working on it. YadA YadA YadA. Maybe they are. I
- 32:33Speaker 1: don't know why the Attorney General felt he needed to
- 32:36Speaker 1: do that, but this case is a mind boggling because
- 32:40Speaker 1: he was on a relatively dark road that's not heavily
- 32:44Speaker 1: traveled at eleven pm at night, So there truly are
- 32:47Speaker 1: no witnesses to his disappearance that anybody's come forward. Okay,
- 32:53Speaker 1: they do have his cell phone. They are saying there's
- 32:57Speaker 1: like sixty something minutes from the time his phone pinged
- 33:02Speaker 1: last to when his car was found by law enforcement,
- 33:06Speaker 1: so something happened during that time. They do say that
- 33:10Speaker 1: there was nothing on the ground that showed any signs
- 33:14Speaker 1: of an obvious struggle, which he was not a big guy,
- 33:22Speaker 1: but not a small guy. I'm gonna put his picture
- 33:27Speaker 1: up as well, Like I said, another all American Texas
- 33:35Speaker 1: boy who has gone missing. And that's what led me
- 33:40Speaker 1: to looking on the Texas Missing Person's page about this guys.
- 33:48Speaker 1: I sent this to somebody who's helping us with the
- 33:50Speaker 1: Chase case. Chase Slackey is not listed on the Texas
- 33:54Speaker 1: Missing Person's page, so one of my tasks is to
- 33:59Speaker 1: find out why and get it on there because I
- 34:03Speaker 1: no longer trusted the information. I was doing a search
- 34:06Speaker 1: to see how many people between twenty one and twenty
- 34:09Speaker 1: five all American white Texas boys who went missing, and
- 34:17Speaker 1: I didn't feel it was accurate because these two are
- 34:20Speaker 1: on there, bitchas isn't there was other ones on there?
- 34:24Speaker 1: Because I find it suspicious that we keep having this
- 34:29Speaker 1: happen in Texas and they're not found, and there's no
- 34:33Speaker 1: ties to gangs, drug affiliation. They all seem to be
- 34:40Speaker 1: your typical kids, you know, I call them kids. Twenty
- 34:45Speaker 1: one is still a kid to me. Got to remember
- 34:47Speaker 1: I'm older than dirt. But it makes me wonder what's happening.
- 34:51Speaker 1: And I think we hear so much about human trafficking
- 34:56Speaker 1: and sex trafficking for female and kids. I would like
- 35:02Speaker 1: if anybody knows or has done the research, how many
- 35:08Speaker 1: twenty one to twenty five year old, good looking guys
- 35:14Speaker 1: are being trafficked because they can't just disappear. It just
- 35:21Speaker 1: it's just hard to fathom that that many can go
- 35:25Speaker 1: missing in Texas. Yes, Texas is a big state. We've
- 35:28Speaker 1: got a lot And what I found interesting if you
- 35:32Speaker 1: look at Jason and Chase and Caleb, they have similar features.
- 35:41Speaker 1: So I'm going to ask all of you, because I
- 35:45Speaker 1: know we have some amazing goog searchers. Go look. Send
- 35:51Speaker 1: me a message on Discord, which I'm getting better at,
- 35:55Speaker 1: or you can email me Facebook anywhere. I want to
- 35:59Speaker 1: know what you guys think, because it's happening more and
- 36:04Speaker 1: more in Texas, and I'm going to find out how
- 36:08Speaker 1: information gets on the Texas Missing site because I want
- 36:11Speaker 1: to know exactly how many have gone missing that are
- 36:14Speaker 1: in this age range, Okay, because it's it's a thing,
- 36:20Speaker 1: and I want to know what happens to them. Right,
- 36:24Speaker 1: So those are my four cases. Oh I didn't tell
- 36:28Speaker 1: you where to call for Jason. Jason, you would call
- 36:32Speaker 1: Caldwell County at five one two three nine eight six
- 36:37Speaker 1: seven seven seven, and they said to call anonymously. They
- 36:41Speaker 1: did not give the FBI. They gave a number you
- 36:44Speaker 1: can call seven two six seven seven seven one three
- 36:49Speaker 1: five nine And as always, if you know anything about
- 36:54Speaker 1: a missing person's case, share I'm going to also encourage
- 36:58Speaker 1: all of you. All of the families have pages, go
- 37:02Speaker 1: join them, stay up to date with them, get the
- 37:05Speaker 1: word out. I am going to go in and put
- 37:12Speaker 1: this up on all of our social media, all of
- 37:15Speaker 1: their pages, to get the word out. So that's all
- 37:19Speaker 1: I got for today, guys, but I want to thank
- 37:22Speaker 1: you for joining me. Today went much better. I am
- 37:26Speaker 1: going to try to figure out how to get my
- 37:28Speaker 1: Terry True Crime signed back in the video, but I
- 37:32Speaker 1: will tell you E look ford to seeing you all.
- 37:34Speaker 1: Again next Monday for our next episode of Midday Missing.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Next Thursday is true Crime and Wine Time, And I
- 37:43Speaker 1: believe JT is doing through Crime this Thursday. And I think, oh,
- 37:53Speaker 1: JT's on here. Maybe he'll tell us. I'm not sure
- 37:55Speaker 1: what night his night court is. Oh, monkey Butt's telling
- 38:04Speaker 1: me y'all want to see Jasper. So I will chat
- 38:08Speaker 1: with you guys for a second, and she will go
- 38:10Speaker 1: and get Jasper. So Jasper can say hi, Oh yes,
- 38:13Speaker 1: JT has the Hey Ho Show this Friday, and JT
- 38:18Speaker 1: I can say this because this is a safe space.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Did you name this after me? Because you wanted to
- 38:25Speaker 1: talk about me? Instead of saying Hey Terry Hoe, you
- 38:28Speaker 1: said Hey Ho. I think it's a good, good question
- 38:34Speaker 1: because I feel seen. I really feel seen that you
- 38:37Speaker 1: know you have a Hey Hose show. Also, for those
- 38:41Speaker 1: of you that don't know, JT and I will be
- 38:44Speaker 1: live at the Podcast Festival in Denver, Colorado, June twelfth,
- 38:50Speaker 1: thirteenth and fourteenth. Oh yes, JT. We both are hosts.
- 38:56Speaker 1: We are so that's okay, that that tracks right. But
- 39:01Speaker 1: we will be doing some live filming. We are meeting
- 39:06Speaker 1: to talk about it because JT's other counterpart Mike will
- 39:12Speaker 1: be there from Brew Crime as well. And guys, I'm
- 39:16Speaker 1: very excited because the Wine and Crime girls are going
- 39:18Speaker 1: to be there and I kind of love them, so
- 39:22Speaker 1: I'm excited. And it looks like we have some Jasper.
- 39:25Speaker 1: And as you see, Jasper is getting bigger. He's got
- 39:30Speaker 1: a belly on him. I think I need to cut
- 39:33Speaker 1: back on his food. Okay, so sorry, I had to
- 39:40Speaker 1: tell monkey Butt to get out of video because I
- 39:41Speaker 1: promised her mom I wouldn't let her be on the video.
- 39:44Speaker 1: And y'all just got a sneak peek. So say hi Jasper.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Can y'all say hi? Up? He's wanting to dance? Now?
- 39:53Speaker 1: Can you say hi? You want to eat the microphone?
- 39:59Speaker 1: I can talk for back? Say hi? So he is
- 40:04Speaker 1: getting much bigger. I do not know what he ways.
- 40:07Speaker 1: I need to weigh him, but I just haven't. Oh, Captain,
- 40:14Speaker 1: that is so funny that you call your cat monkey butt.
- 40:18Speaker 1: I have called up there is Jasper. I have called
- 40:21Speaker 1: her monkey butt since she had a diaper cover that
- 40:28Speaker 1: had a little monkey's face on it, so when she
- 40:31Speaker 1: would crawl and wiggle her butt, I called her monkey butt. Uh. Oh,
- 40:36Speaker 1: what did Jasper say? Stop growing? If his neck grows
- 40:45Speaker 1: any longer, he's going to be a long. He looks
- 40:47Speaker 1: like a lama from the side, I think is now.
- 40:54Speaker 1: So I'm going to send Jasper back outside because Jasper
- 40:57Speaker 1: is spending more time outside now because he can now
- 41:03Speaker 1: jump up on my countertops in one leap, and because
- 41:09Speaker 1: he's eaten all kinds of things and he likes to
- 41:13Speaker 1: headbut my mother in law's feet, so he's having to
- 41:17Speaker 1: do a little bit more. Goatin goaten Is that a word?
- 41:21Speaker 1: I think it's a word. So I am looking forward
- 41:26Speaker 1: to seeing those of you that can join us in Denver.
- 41:30Speaker 1: There is a discount code JT I believe it's True
- 41:35Speaker 1: Crime Wine Time TCWT for our discount code if you
- 41:39Speaker 1: want to get tickets to meet up live. If anyone
- 41:44Speaker 1: is going to meet up live, I am going to
- 41:47Speaker 1: set up a happy hour or something so that we
- 41:53Speaker 1: can all sit around and chat a little more. But
- 41:56Speaker 1: we will go live as well so that we can
- 41:58Speaker 1: interact with people. But if you want to come and
- 42:01Speaker 1: join on our sugar Nanigans in person, you can. If
- 42:06Speaker 1: you live close and you don't want to pay to
- 42:08Speaker 1: go to the festival, let us know, maybe we can
- 42:11Speaker 1: just meet in the hotel lobby. I'm good with that.
- 42:14Speaker 1: Hopefully they're okay with that because I know sometimes those
- 42:18Speaker 1: things are a little expensive. Yes, he's got to go
- 42:21Speaker 1: get his goat on. But I want to thank you
- 42:24Speaker 1: all again for joining me today. If you have any
- 42:26Speaker 1: missing person cases, email them to me. Somebody dropped one
- 42:31Speaker 1: of the discord this morning. That looks like it's gonna
- 42:35Speaker 1: be a little bunny boiler. I'm going to look into it,
- 42:40Speaker 1: but it looks like it's going to be interesting. Angie.
- 42:45Speaker 1: You Yeah, we need to see you there for sure.
- 42:50Speaker 1: If you live that close, that close, we need to
- 42:53Speaker 1: see you there. But I look forward to seeing you
- 42:55Speaker 1: all again next Monday. For Day Missing Don't Forget. You
- 43:01Speaker 1: can catch all of our productions here on our YouTube channel,
- 43:05Speaker 1: and you can also find our podcast and Midday Missing.
- 43:08Speaker 1: I will start uploading it to the podcast apps so
- 43:12Speaker 1: that people can listen to it there. We are not
- 43:15Speaker 1: doing Night Court and Hey host show on the podcast app.
- 43:20Speaker 1: So until next week, stay safe, watch out for crime,
- 43:25Speaker 1: and for God's sake, enjoy your wine time and feel
- 43:30Speaker 1: free to send me all the wine you want. Bye, guys,
- 43:33Speaker 1: have a great home day.
