Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Hello, it's me, Docine, Docny Great, and today is Monday, October 5th, and the year is 2026.
- 0:14SPEAKER_01: And where I'm located in Southern California, my laptop reads it's 95 outside.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: What do you guys think of that?
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: It is 7:30.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: I have my air conditioner on.
- 0:28SPEAKER_01: And when I looked at my phone last earlier, it said it was 102.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: And it was like 456.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh.
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: So I would have been at school at this time, but I'm not.
- 0:49SPEAKER_01: Amen.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: Why come to school when you have someone that is just gonna put lies on your paper to fail you?
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: Remember, I passed my lie detector test.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: So I am so happy.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: I made cheeseburgers today.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: So my cheeseburgers included ground turkey, square American cheese, pickles, lettuce, onions.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: I believe that's it.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: And then you had the option if you want to use ketchup and mustard.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: I also bought two types of barbecue.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: I know some people put mayonnaise on their cheeseburger and hamburger.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: Nobody does that over here.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: That is disgusting.
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: Do you do that?
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: So today my day consists of.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: Oh, there's my email.
- 1:59SPEAKER_01: Let me turn that off.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: I don't want to hear that.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: How do let me turn.
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: Let me mute my laptop.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: Okay, so today my day consisted of I ran an errand.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: I got things done.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: I worked.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: What else did I do?
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: I sat here and looked up what was going on in Los Angeles County, South Central LA.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: Different activities that I wanted to participate in this week that I wanted to volunteer with.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: And I saw they had all kinds of good stuff in September.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: I missed it, guys.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: So what else did I do?
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: What I do know is that I was happy today and not one person got on my nerves.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: I did leave once, but I pretty much spent the whole day in my house relaxing, loving myself, loving life, working on my mental health.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: I did talk to my daughter's homeschool teacher.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: So I was doing some stuff online.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: You know, I was working on business stuff.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: So I am so excited that I get to work more on my magazine, I get to work more on my community service, I get to host events.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: Number one, I get to spend more time with my children.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: Because remember, when I am at school, you know, I am six hours away from my girls.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: You know, and if my kids want to go anywhere during the weekday, we can go without rushing.
- 4:23SPEAKER_01: Like, oh, I gotta get back by this time because I gotta go to school.
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: Nope.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: Love it.
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: They thought they were threatening me with a good time.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: Mental health is very important.
- 4:37SPEAKER_01: You know, I did an amazing job keeping myself in control under the circumstances, but overall, overall, it is better for me to lose control than for my mental health to be affected in a negative way.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: You know, I hope the students are having an enjoyable time at school.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: You know, you know that's wishful thinking.
- 5:04SPEAKER_01: I hope nobody forgot any of their supplies and got sent home.
- 5:09SPEAKER_01: My last day at school was enjoyable.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: All the students were so happy we had a substitute.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: I didn't do my schoolwork.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: I already knew that when I got suspended again for being black, I wasn't coming back because I was gonna lower my grade even more.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: Remember, I passed my lie detector test.
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: You know, we are in a world filled with liars, males and females.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: I've heard some of the most ridiculous lies in my lifetime from males and females.
- 5:46SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, and I take pride in telling the truth.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: It's one of my biggest flecks.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: I'm like in your face, I told the truth.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: I love telling the truth, and I'm a firm believer that if you can't tell the truth, you shouldn't be doing it.
- 6:06SPEAKER_01: So yesterday I was outside with my friends, you know, they treated me out to eat, and my friend got me another gift.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: I love it, and you know, when I hang out with my girls, I love them because you know, a lot.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: Well, my friends growing up, they have money, they spend money, you know, they don't take advantage, but then some of the people that I have met, they just take, take, take, take.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: So it's like, it's not like my friends don't have money.
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: Some of them aren't even in California, you know.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: So it's nice to meet people that you can see like we're arguing over who's gonna pay, which means we each want to pay.
- 7:07SPEAKER_01: Normally, people are arguing like they don't want to pay.
- 7:10SPEAKER_01: Like, you see, those, like, I don't do any of that.
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: Like splitting bills, you know.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: I went out with someone and they asked the person to split the check, and I say, you know what?
- 7:23SPEAKER_01: I'm just gonna pay for the whole check because you paid last time.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: I I'm not doing any of that, I'm not splitting a check.
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: You know, I'm not gonna invite someone anywhere and expect them to pay for me, you know.
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: So, and then we were at the gas station and we were like, we were discussing, like, because you know, I say, I'm gonna pay, I'm gonna pay for my own gas, and they're like, no, and then you know, at least let us put this in.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: You know, we had a really good time, and it's such a joy to be around people who know how to participate that are beautiful inside and out, beautiful inside and out, mom messing up, that you can have a lot of fun with, and I love being in Los Angeles.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: You know, when I hosted the volunteer event at the SWAT meet, I was like, you know, I can just quit school and go to the SWAT meet every day in color, you know, and then when we were at the little Derg trial, I was like, I think I should quit school.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: You know, I used to love college, and then when you gotta deal with all this bullshit, it's like, no, but I'm very proud of myself because I stuck it out and I kept my hands to myself.
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna let someone who is a loser, that is an understatement, take me out of my character.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: They could think that they're winning out, but we all know that I'm the winner, and that is not the case with them.
- 9:17SPEAKER_01: So we went to Sizzlers, and I didn't feel I ate enough, and we also went shopping, we went to Taco Bell, we were in Hollywood, you know, so many people they hate Los Angeles.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: Some of them are born here, some of them are visitors, and it's like I just can't get with them.
- 9:48SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna be online bashing Los Angeles County, bashing people's music, you know.
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: These people have all this stuff to say and no suggestions.
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: And if you don't like Los Angeles, if you don't like Los Angeles County, you don't like California, you can go.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: You know, I just have so much fun in Los Angeles, whether I'm alone or with other people, it just feels so good.
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: It feels so good to me.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: You know, it's like you're just outside driving, you know.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: I like being in Los Angeles more than I like being in the inland empire.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: I like living in San Diego more than I like being in the inland empire, you know, so I have so much greatness ahead of me.
- 10:54SPEAKER_01: I could work on my well, some of you guys know about it and some of you guys don't, but I definitely can work on it and be at the next let me see, let's look up when the next Los Angeles City meeting is when is then next LA City Council meeting.
- 11:43SPEAKER_01: It's tomorrow at ten a.m.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: Uh, when's the next one?
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: Like we're gonna take Ariel to the VAT tomorrow in the morning, so I cannot go to the city council meeting tomorrow.
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: I'm also not prepared, but even if even though I'm not prepared, I can still go sit in and listen.
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: That is on my list.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: There's so many things that is on my list that I haven't been able to do because we already know why.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: And you know, tomorrow is promised to no one.
- 12:25SPEAKER_01: We want to accomplish our goals.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: Oh, so my daughter's birthday is next week.
- 12:38SPEAKER_01: I bought her some concert tickets that cost over$600 for two tickets.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: Send help after I bought those tickets.
- 12:49SPEAKER_01: I did not want to be bothered because it's just too much money.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: You know I spend money, I spend big money.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: Hold on, did they make my tickets?
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Two tickets are four hundred and eighty-two dollars and forty-two cent.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: Then the total fees is one hundred and sixteen dollars and forty-five cents.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: There's no discount, so the total makes it five hundred and ninety-eight dollars and eighty-five cents, plus I paid for um the insurance, which is thirty-something dollars, and then I haven't paid for parking.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: They tell me, 'Do I want to have parking for sixty dollars?' No, I don't want no fucking parking for sixty dollars.
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: Fucking ridiculous.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: But you know what?
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: My daughters are really great, and they deserve the world.
- 14:07SPEAKER_01: But I just like you know, we've her tickets are always expensive.
- 14:15SPEAKER_01: Like the concert.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, you can other people have tickets for under a hundred dollars.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: You can get two tickets for under a hundred dollars, see a lot of artists, and have a ball.
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: You know?
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: So that's that.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: My daughters ordered, I don't know if she has anything else to order, but I ordered her stuff off of Amazon and TikTok for her birthday.
- 14:50SPEAKER_01: You know, so that's pretty much it.
- 14:57SPEAKER_01: What's going on with me for the week?
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: For the week, I want to work on wrapping up my magazine.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: I want to do volunteer work.
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: I love doing volunteer work.
- 15:10SPEAKER_01: Let me look up this other company.
- 15:12SPEAKER_01: Well, there's two other companies that I normally work with, and I haven't put myself on their schedule.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: One sent me the schedule a couple of days ago.
- 15:29SPEAKER_01: Let's see.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: Like their volunteer list fills up pretty quick.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: Let's see if they have anything.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: Current schedule.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
- 15:53SPEAKER_01: Oh, they have something for Wednesday.
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: Okay, so they have they have eleven spots available for Wednesday.
- 16:04SPEAKER_01: Thursday for the morning, they have four spots.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: Seven spots in the evening and afternoon.
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: Then the following week they have seventeen spots.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: So let me see if I'm going to.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: I need to look that up, but let's check the other company.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: I want to go to the beach and pick up trash at Venice Beach.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: I only want to pick up trash at Venice Beach.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: I love Venice Beach.
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: Let's see.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: So they're doing something that's Saturday.
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: Let's see when the next beach cleanup is with this company.
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: Then I got I received an email from Beverly Heels stating that they want volunteers for something.
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: Then my daughter, she got something for her school to volunteer.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: See all this stuff I wouldn't be able to do if I was at school.
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: Or had to go to school.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: I am so relieved.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: You have no idea.
- 17:58SPEAKER_01: I where's the volunteer from Beverly Hills?
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: What day is it?
- 18:08SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: That is not until two weeks.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: So I'll sign up for that in two weeks.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: Oh, I remember what else I was doing today.
- 18:32SPEAKER_01: I remember what else I did today.
- 18:42SPEAKER_01: So you guys know that when you're listening to my podcast, you can reply to me.
- 18:49SPEAKER_01: You can send me mail.
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: You can also subscribe and donate.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: You can listen to my podcast on over 50 platforms.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: So let me type in my podcast.
- 19:05SPEAKER_01: Okay, so when you go to the podcast website, it has Destiny's podcast.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: You can click on episodes.
- 19:20SPEAKER_01: There's support.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: When you click on follow, it has where you can listen to my podcasts at.
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: Let me count.
- 19:33SPEAKER_01: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: It has seventeen right here, but there's more like I gotta figure out what's going on.
- 19:55SPEAKER_01: But you can listen to my podcast, and you know I pay for my podcast to be distributed, and just think about how much money I pay, and how many episodes I do, and I started my podcast in 2021, I believe, but it'll tell you 2025 because you know what happened.
- 20:33SPEAKER_01: I told myself, and it was cheaper at that time, too.
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: I told myself, I'm gonna do a podcast episode every day.
- 20:45SPEAKER_01: If I don't do a podcast every day, I'm going to turn my account into a free account, which means I'm not being charged a fee.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: So, what you learn about the free account, it wipes off all your podcast episodes.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: It only keeps a certain amount of them for a certain amount of time, which I had a lot of them before, so yeah, right here it says podcasting since 2025, because that's when I started paying again.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: So, some places let's click on this, it'll say it might say 2021.
- 21:32SPEAKER_01: Let's see what Spotify says.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: Let's see what Spotify reads about my podcast.
- 21:43SPEAKER_01: Does it tell you about let's see?
- 21:49SPEAKER_01: Let's see if it tells you well so far I don't see it.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: So let's go to somewhere else.
- 22:05SPEAKER_01: Let's see.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: Let's click on let me see if it'll let me click on Apple Music.
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: Search.
- 22:17SPEAKER_01: I'm trying to see where it tells you.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: It says years active 2022 to 2026.
- 22:29SPEAKER_01: I started my podcast in 2008 and 22?
- 22:36SPEAKER_01: I thought it was 2021.
- 22:39SPEAKER_01: I don't know, let's go click on somewhere else and see what that says.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: About it's just hmm.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: It doesn't show.
- 23:16SPEAKER_01: I don't know if it shows somewhere else, and I'm just I'm over here conducting my podcast like I'm sitting on the phone.
- 23:27SPEAKER_01: Ha ha let's see.
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: Like I don't know where it tells me on here like when I started my podcast.
- 23:44SPEAKER_01: But you see, Apple read 2026.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: No, upper read 2022.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: But I'm sure I can look at my paid history of my podcast and it'll tell me exactly when I started my podcast.
- 24:04SPEAKER_01: So when I initially started my podcast, I was doing interviews.
- 24:09SPEAKER_01: And then I had an interview with someone.
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: I was interviewing them, I didn't like it.
- 24:15SPEAKER_01: And then I was supposed to interview someone else, and it's like waiting on people.
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: You know, that puts me behind.
- 24:21SPEAKER_01: That's why when my magazine I tell people to submit their 10 best pictures, trying to schedule a photo shoot with somebody, I'm going to be even more behind.
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: So it's like initially, you know, we want to talk about artists, we want to interview artists, entrepreneurs, you know, want to talk about relationships, you know, you want to laugh.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: I'm behind on posting my funny stuff.
- 24:56SPEAKER_01: But I love motivation, I love funny stuff.
- 25:01SPEAKER_01: What is this website?
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: Let's go click on someone else.
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: Let's click on Amazon.
- 25:14SPEAKER_01: Let's see when Amazon Music says I started my podcast.
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: Let's see, read more.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: But I don't see okay.
- 25:55SPEAKER_01: Well, you guys know you can listen to my podcast on multiple platforms.
- 26:03SPEAKER_01: Now let's go right here.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: Am I logged in?
- 26:14SPEAKER_01: See, it says since 2025 right here.
- 26:17SPEAKER_01: But I need to log in.
- 26:23SPEAKER_01: I need to have longer episodes for my podcast.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: Like before.
- 26:37SPEAKER_01: Okay, so let's see my settings.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: My profile.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: Let's see subscription payment info.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: Because my payment info should show my bill history plan.
- 27:06SPEAKER_01: I could just email the podcast distributor company and say, what year did I sign up for this company?
- 27:15SPEAKER_01: I'm like sitting up here trying to really see because I really want to know.
- 27:32SPEAKER_01: View invoice.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: Okay, so oh it says they first charged me July.
- 27:45SPEAKER_01: They first
