Welch Suggs, an associate professor of journalism at the University of Georgia and a former reporter at The Chronicle of Higher Education joins the podcast to look at the state of the name, image, and likeness (NIL) landscape for student athletes and college campuses. And with no central authority regulating NIL, will Congress step in?
