- Sue: the gloves come. Yesterday I encountered the human that I believe was the vessel for carrying one of the evisceration energies that I felt last summer. And I'm speaking now about what it feels like when you recognize within yourself that you've released negative energies, demonic attachments, the sort of thing that has been darkening or masking your life from what it really should be. And it reinforces something that I repeatedly say, which is that if you have air in your lungs and you you have hope. Because when I recognize now those moments that I've come through getting rid of and purging all of those energies that aren't serving me, whether they were projected upon me intentionally or something that I allowed into my life through living with a substance abuser. all of those events could be felt after you cross to the other side of that event with a feeling of just being totally wrung out, feeling as though you're mentally and physically all of your energies are gone, depleted, that you're left with nothing but you have air in your lungs. And that was the time that I felt for the first time what hope feels like in a profound way. Because yeah, I knew that I was totally devoid of my resources, but because I had air in my lungs, I had the means to rebuild them and to get back to the place where I needed to be, health wise, mentally wise, spiritually wise. So have a look at those times in your life where you've gone through something that feels as though it's taken everything out of you. And look back at what it was after a period of introspection that was the cause that you think. was the cause. And if you've had those kind of depletion events in your life, you'll understand better that I have as well. And that the comfort of going forward is knowing that it's not an isolated experience. It may well be specifically targeted at you, but it's not you're not the only one that's gone through it. And that's not to minimize it, it's just to raise the awareness that by realizing that others have gone through it, you'll see it in their demeanor Going forward in your life. Because at the end of my brief engagement with that human vessel, you recognize that forgiveness is the way to go. You don't carry an animus towards them, or you don't have a chip on your shoulder towards them, or you don't have fear towards them. But you're not also being aggressive or overly confident in where you're standing. You are just acknowledging that unseen forces were moving through that vessel. Wasn't that person? or personality contained within that vessel. Because they're completely unaware of what happened. And then that goes back to hope. Is the understanding that once you go through and reflect and maybe have a second opportunity to be in a similar situation, like am I gonna have am I prepared for another d devilish energy to be track projected towards me? Kind of thing. And of course I am. I just wasn't on the defensive. It's just the knowledge that The forgiveness was all that was really the most important thing. They did not know what they were doing. This experience yesterday gives me a further bolster of hope in that when you recognize that you're experiencing these energies that aren't yours that you created, that getting through those moments with calm and peace and balance in your mind will help you get through them to the other side because that just sort of means that you're not allowing those energies to penetrate you anymore. And when you realize that that's what you've successfully been able to do, you know better how to non-react. You know how important forgiveness is. You know how important it is to express gratitude for having awareness. You know, it's not so much that we're spiritually awakening, it's just that our our senses and awareness are heightened. We're becoming more aware of what's going on. You know that. Thanks for listening to my reflection today and I appreciate the fact that you are sharing a bit of your energy with me. Thank you.
