- 0:00SPEAKER_00: If I just tell you to stop people pleasing and stop saying yes to everyone, you can try to do that.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: But what will happen is it will become so uncomfortable for you that you will stop because you have not yet acknowledged this part of you that is needing healing and reconciliation.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: When you are operating from your power, and when you are not operating as a reaction to something that happened in the past, or you're not operating from a belief of I'm not good enough or I'm not valuable based on your childhood relationships with your parents, based on what you didn't get from them, then you really don't have to think about creating boundaries because when you're operating from your power and you're not operating from wounding, then you just naturally have boundaries, affirmations if you just say them and you're not addressing why you have low self-worth or why your money situation is the way it is.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: And you're just saying, like, oh, I'm abundant and I make this much money in my business, but then you're not addressing the reason why you are where you are.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: Words are incredibly powerful, but it has to be in conjunction with acknowledging the source of why the behavior is happening, why the pattern's happening.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: My name is Elise Bassine, spiritual mentor, breathwork practitioner, and owner and CEO of Elise Breeds.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Right now, during this epic time in history, people are waking up, realizing who they really are, and reclaiming the pieces of their consciousness that they unknowingly gave away.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: This podcast is an exploration of how so many spectacular humans are leading the way in exiting the matrix and reclaiming who they really are and what they're capable of.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: In this show, you'll meet exceptional people who are paving the way in raising consciousness and creating a new way of living on this earth.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Get ready to go deep.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: Now let's dive in.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: So this week I have another LinkedIn Live that I did.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: But I think you guys are gonna love it because, especially for those of you who are coaches, healers, therapists, or you are aspiring to be any of the above, you're gonna love this because I go really deep into how to create permanent results, you know, because I have made it my business to figure out exactly why people don't get results and why people do get results, and how to create predictable permanent results with all of my clients.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: And, you know, my clients always say to me, this is so simple, but it's so profound.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: And one of the things that I have really intentionally worked towards building over, especially the last year, is tools to make the process of transformation and healing and reconciling your wounding from childhood as simple and efficient as possible.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: And that's what I'm talking about in today's LinkedIn Live.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: And also for anybody who listens and you're like, oh my gosh, I need to explore the possibility of the certification.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Obviously, you last week you heard Lisa and Zazu's experience.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: And then the next round of the metamorphosis method certification, which for those of you who don't know, is my breath work and trauma healing certification, where I teach you my methodology to dissolve childhood relational and ancestral trauma and facilitate breathwork.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: So that is starting in February, and it actually is gonna be a little bit different this round.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: So the last two rounds, it's been nine months and I have changed it to six months, and it's going to be a little bit different.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: There's gonna be a group telegram chat element, which I haven't had before.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: Um, and we're just like condensing it because now that I've been teaching it for a while, I'm kind of seeing like what works and what doesn't, and also how people can get the most out of it.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: So I have shortened the time and the price is now lower, and I just want it to be accessible to as many people as possible.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: And there is an option for an extended payment plan.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: So if you are feeling called to this and you're like, I don't know if I have the money or whatever, please reach out and less chat because you know, I look at this program especially as more of continuing education because it really is like, you know, taking a college course for sure, with the amount of information that you get and my expertise and um just the content and depth of knowledge that you're getting.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: I will work with you to create a payment plan that is going to work for your budget if this is something you feel called to do, because I feel so strongly about as many people as possible having these tools to be able to do this work with people because I truly believe that this work is what is going to change our planet.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: So please reach out to me and I'm gonna put the link in the show notes to schedule a call with me about the certification.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: I hope you enjoy the episode.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: And especially if you do work with clients, I think you're really gonna love this and you're gonna get a lot out of it.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: I have my dissolve your abandonment wound five-day telegram broadcast training coming up on November 18th.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: You guys, everybody has to do this.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna make this so easy for you.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: Um, first of all, it's gonna be$55 only until the end of the day tomorrow.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: So make sure you sign up by the end of the day tomorrow so that you can get the$55 pricing.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: The reason why I created this abandonment wound training is because I started to see after working with hundreds of women to dissolve their childhood relational trauma, what I saw is that the abandonment wound and the fear of abandonment and the feeling of abandonment really ran throughout almost everybody's experience.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: What we traditionally might have thought of as something that would really only happen for people who actually had a parent leave them, there are different forms of abandonment that most people have felt that when they're not acknowledged will create things like an overwhelming fear of rejection or an overwhelming fear of criticism or the fear of being seen, being afraid to show up and share who you are.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: If you have an abandonment wound, that's gonna feel really uncomfortable because you're gonna be afraid that the people you're showing yourself to will reject you or abandon you.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Abandonment and rejection go hand in hand.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: They're symptoms of each other.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: I created this because I really wanted to give you tools and a very simple process to address this wounding without having to relive any painful memories or talk about it over and over again.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna help you access the origin of your abandonment wound.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Cause what I found is that a lot of women don't realize they have an abandonment wound.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: They think like, well, it's the mother wound, it's a father wound, you know, it's my birth story or whatever it is.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: But there's usually an element of abandonment running throughout all of those things.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: And when you have the tools to address that, you're gonna move a lot more quickly because the abandonment wound is what creates a lot of fear, a lot of stagnancy, and a lot of need for validation that can stop you from moving forward with the business you want to create or growing your business or getting into a relationship that you want to get into.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: Like it really does slow you down when you have that fear of abandonment, kind of like running the show in the background.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: So, like I said, most people have elements of this.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: And it usually can stem a lot of times from just not getting what you needed.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: In childhood, if you needed some kind of emotional support or you needed your parents to see and acknowledge you for who you really were, and they were not capable of that, that would have felt like abandonment to you.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: And then what happens is it creates this deep suppressed feeling of loneliness where you feel incredibly alone and by yourself because when you needed somebody to be there for you and you needed this thing from them, they weren't there.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: And then it was like, well, nobody's there.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: So you felt alone.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: And then that will run in the background throughout your life, and you'll make decisions unknowingly based on trying to prevent yourself from feeling abandoned, trying to prevent yourself from being rejected, or trying to prevent yourself from feeling alone.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: And then we tend to make decisions that end up being from a wounded place that aren't contributing to your growth, aren't contributing to you creating the life you want to create.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna learn how to shift it in these five days with me.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: I've already started developing all the tools that you're gonna get.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: And again, I'm gonna make it really simple for you to pinpoint the origin of this and shift it so that you can create a permanent change in, you know, the way your abandonment wound impacts you.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: So, you know, you'll be able to show up in your power and much differently inside of your business, your relationships, so that you're not always looking for someone else to validate you or you're not operating from that underlying fear of rejection or abandonment.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna link that below.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: I'd love to have you.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be so much fun.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: And the price will go up after tomorrow.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: So make sure you sign up today or tomorrow so you can get that$55 pricing.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: Okay, I will leave it here.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: I'm sending you guys so much love.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: Enjoy the episode.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: Welcome everyone.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: I'm really excited to share this information with all of you.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: So, welcome to how to create permanent client results for coaches and healers.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: And I should add therapists on there too, because this is really important information for anybody who works with clients to create any kind of change or transformation.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: So that goes for coaches, healers, therapists, anybody who works with clients.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: And today I'm gonna be sharing some aspects of some of the things that can be frustrating for coaches, healers, and therapists and why they're frustrating, and then what to do instead to create permanent and predictable results with your clients.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: So I'm just gonna start by talking a little bit about this kind of X factor.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: And it's really funny.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: When I first started my business, I would work with a lot of women privately, and I would always be so incredibly intrigued by what was it about different clients where some clients would come in and they would immediately get such powerful, amazing results.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: And then other clients would come in and it would take them a lot longer, or maybe they wouldn't create those results that they wanted.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: And I always thought to myself, what is the it factor, right?
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: What is the difference?
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: And you know, that propelled me into creating my methodology to create predictable and permanent results.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: But one of the reasons I realized why people weren't creating the results that they wanted is most of the time because they were not getting to the origin or the root of why they were doing what they are doing, right?
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: So if there is a particular change they wanted to make in their lives, a pattern they wanted to break, something new that they wanted to do or create, they were not able to access the origin point or the source or the reason why they either weren't doing that pattern or doing that behavior, or why they weren't allowing themselves to create that change.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: What was this core wound, which is what I call it, or belief that occurred that they're not aware of, that they haven't acknowledged that was creating this outcome for them over and over and over again.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: And I realized that really the only difference between people who created the result they wanted and people who didn't was this very thing is the ability to allow yourself to access, pinpoint, and acknowledge the origin of the problem.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: And when you do that, things start to change very quickly.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: And that's what I'm gonna talk about today.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: And I'm here to tell you that things can be a lot easier for you if you work with clients.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: And the other thing that's really powerful about this information is that not only will this make things easier for you, but you will start to be someone that becomes known for the results that you create with your clients.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: And also your clients will be so happy that they will keep coming back if they continue to want to grow, right?
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: Some people are just looking for a certain result and then, you know, they're finished and that's okay.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: But some people want to keep growing.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: And those people will continue to come back to you.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: But because you'll be so good at what you're doing, all of those people will definitely tell their friends about you because they will be so happy with the results they've created working with you.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: So that's what we're going to talk about today.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: And really, what are we doing right now and what needs to change so that we can create really predictable transformation with our clients?
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: Some of the practices that I see people commonly using that do create some shifts and can create some results for people.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: But I see this happening a lot, especially in the coaching industry, because I find that what is happening in the coaching industry is there are a lot of amazing people sharing a lot of really amazing information.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: And there's a lot of people who are really passionate about what they're doing and really care about their clients and really want to help them get a result.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: And then there's also people who, you know, might not be as ethical or might be saying that they're able to do something, but they actually don't have background or training in that skill set, right?
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: But either way, there's a lot of things that people are doing that don't yield the results percentage-wise that you would probably want to yield as a coach or healer.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: And some of those practices are the first one is behavior changes.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: Changing your behavior has been a methodology or a modality or a strategy used by therapists, healers, and coaches for a very long time.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: So it's like, okay, well, I don't like that I can't say no to people.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: So then your therapist or coach will coach you or help you with changing that behavior, meaning when you're in a situation and it's hard for you to say no, giving you strategies to, you know, become aware of that behavior and then act differently.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: However, what can happen, and this is the same thing that happens, by the way, with any kind of behavior change, not just like an emotional one, but also exercise routines or diet, all of that, right?
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: It's like trying to change a behavior from a superficial level.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it will work for people, right?
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: And I think the people that it works for are people who are really ready to make that behavior change.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: And for those people, it will work.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: However, that's probably only 10 to 15% of people who are looking to make a change.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: Most other people will kind of white knuckle it and force themselves to make the behavior change, but they won't actually stick with it.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: It won't become a permanent shift or result in their life.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: And the reason why is because they have not yet acknowledged the reason why they are doing that behavior.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: And when I say the reason why, what I mean is there is an unacknowledged wound.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: There's an unacknowledged emotion, an unacknowledged part of them that is creating this behavior to get their attention.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: This behavior is happening as a reaction to this part of them that they have not yet acknowledged, that they are not conscious of.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna give you an example.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: Say in childhood, you had a mom who was always criticizing you, right?
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: She was always telling you why what you did was wrong and what you did wasn't good enough and how you can do it better.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: So then from that point, you internalize a belief that, you know, you're not good enough, or there's something wrong with you, or there's always something you need to fix, right?
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: So what ended up happening because of that belief is you developed a pattern of not being able to say no to people because you don't want to make people upset at you.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: You're already afraid that people are going to judge you or tell you you're not good enough.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: So you decide that if you just people please and you don't say no, then you will be safe and you will prevent or protect yourself from being told that you're not good enough or there's something wrong with you, or there's something you need to fix.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: If I just tell you to stop people pleasing and stop saying yes to everyone, you can try to do that.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: But what will happen is it will become so uncomfortable for you that you will stop because you have not yet acknowledged this part of you that is needing healing and reconciliation.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: This part of you that was maybe four, five, six years old that had this interaction regularly with their mom when all you needed was love and reassurance and connection, and then all you got was judgment, criticism, and told why you were wrong.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: There's a wound there, right?
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: There is a void, a part of you that needs to be acknowledged and reconciled.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: And until that happens, there is always going to be some kind of reaction to it or reflection of it in your outer reality.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: That's how it works.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: So a simple behavior change is not going to be sustainable.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: And even if you do sustain it, that unacknowledged wound from childhood, the origination point of why you're doing that behavior in the first place, will show up somewhere else in your life, right?
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: Maybe it'll show up somewhere in your relationship where now instead of being a people pleaser, now all of a sudden, you know, you are needing your partner to validate you or tell you that you're good enough.
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: And if that person doesn't, then you're just mad at them all the time, right?
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: Just as an example, I'm throwing out there.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: Or it could show up in your career where now all of a sudden your boss is constantly criticizing you.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: Something like that.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: It's like the whack-a-mole game where if you hit one, another one pops up.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: Until we reconcile the origin point of the reason why this thing is happening, it's gonna be like whack-a-mole.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: You can try to change the behavior, you can try to change your mindset, but until that is acknowledged and addressed, it's going to continue surfacing in your life.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: That's why cognitive behavioral therapy doesn't have the greatest outcomes, you know?
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: And I say this as somebody who is a mental health professional, right?
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: I'm not just throwing that out there like randomly because I do have a background in this and I know what I'm talking about.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: And I've seen, especially with children, the way behavior modification works, it works mediocre for a short amount of time at best.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: And it's pretty much the same way with adults.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: Another practice that a lot of coaches and therapists will use is mindset or perspective shifts.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: And it's the same thing, right?
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: So, for example, if your issue is people pleasing or being afraid of criticism, a mindset or perspective shift will be like, oh, I have everything that I need now, or I'm safe to say no to people, or I'm safe if people are angry at me.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Is great, but again, you can say that to yourself all day long, you can change your perspective all day long.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: But if that emotional wound is still holding an energetic frequency, a pattern of energy in your body, and hasn't been acknowledged or reconciled, you can change your mindset and your perspective all you want, but that thing is still gonna be there.
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: So even though you change your mindset or you say a different thought to yourself, it's not really going to change how you feel.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: And it's not going to change the way that you show up in a situation where you're really looking to change, right?
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: Another example of this would be if you have a business and you have an overwhelming fear of rejection because of your relationship with your mom, you know, where she wasn't there for you or she was always rejecting you, or maybe your father wasn't emotionally available and you felt rejected by him.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: So in your business, it's hard for you to get clients because you have a fear of rejection.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: So simply just changing your perspective and saying, I feel safe to bring more people into my world, or I'm worthy of bringing new people in, or just doing all of the strategies to try to bring people in without acknowledging and addressing that deeper wounding, then nothing is really gonna shift.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: Those are some other ones.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: And then the next one I want to talk about is talking about the past.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: So this is something that I think, especially for therapists, but also for healers and coaches, a lot of it can end up just talking about what happened and then kind of going around in circles.
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: And I just want to preface this by saying like, there's actually nothing wrong with talking about what happened.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: And I do think that that is necessary, especially if you've never talked about it before.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: That has to happen.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: But beyond that, talking about it over and over again doesn't really do anything to create a transformation or create healing.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: All that happens is that you continue to talk about it and you talk about why it happened, you talk about how it made you feel, and you talk about maybe how you can show up differently, but that feeling, that pattern of energy, that wounding is still in your body.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: It's still running through you.
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: And until you're able to clear it from the body, until you're able to clear it from your energy and also acknowledge the version of you that experienced the wounding and reconcile that part of you, then it's not really gonna go anywhere.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: You know, so I think that that's why a lot of traditional therapy can fall short, because we have to go past just talking about it, because talking about it doesn't permanently change the energy.
- 25:04SPEAKER_00: It acknowledges it and it's helpful to have awareness about why you do what you do and why you feel how you feel, and why you might feel stuck or why you might feel scared.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: But beyond that, we have to be able to reconcile that and clear it from your body and your energy field.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: And that's of course why I use breath work and energy work, but we're gonna talk about that in a minute.
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: Another thing that I see a lot of coaches, healers, and therapists using is, you know, this language around creating boundaries, right?
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: Like having healthy boundaries with people.
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: Like, oh, it's so important to create boundaries, to not let people walk all over you and have strong boundaries in your relationships.
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: And I actually find that even though I agree with that in a lot of ways, and there is value in having certain boundaries, what I find is that when you are operating from your power, and when you are not operating as a reaction to something that happened in the past, or you're not operating from a belief of I'm not good enough or I'm not valuable based on, you know, your childhood relationships with your parents, based on what you didn't get from them, then you really don't have to think about creating boundaries because when you're operating from your power and you're not operating from wounding, then you just naturally have boundaries.
- 26:37SPEAKER_00: You know, I'll tell you a little bit more about this from my personal experience because I have always been a recovering people pleaser.
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: You know, that was a huge part of my childhood wounding.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: And it was hard for me to have confrontation, it was hard for me to say no, it was hard for me to express my opinion because I did not want anybody to be mad at me that felt really uncomfortable.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: So when I first started my business, there was all this talk of, you know, you have to have strong boundaries and you can't talk to people after the certain time or you have to hold them accountable, like all of these things.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: And of course, I kind of bought all of that because I was like, okay, well, I'm a people pleaser, so I need to have stronger boundaries.
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: But what I found was is that after I healed the root of why I was a people pleaser, after I was able to access the origination point of the wounding from my childhood that caused me to be a people pleaser, I don't have to think about setting boundaries.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: And in fact, in my business, I love what I do so much.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I want to, you know, respond in my group chat at nine o'clock at night because I'm excited about what we're doing, but it has nothing to do with people pleasing.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: And it has everything to do with me just loving what I do with my clients.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: And I'm choosing to do that from a place of power versus people pleasing.
- 28:08SPEAKER_00: So I think, you know, this whole talk around boundaries and valuing yourself and your time, it's not that it's not true, but again, it's like addressing symptoms instead of addressing the cause of the problem.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: Addressing the cause of the problem creates no need for thinking about boundaries.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: That's not even something you have to consider because when you embody the truth of who you are and you're able to hold your power across all situations, circumstances, and relationships in your life, then you don't need to think about that.
- 28:46SPEAKER_00: It's not something that that you would consider.
- 28:49SPEAKER_00: It's not something that would be a problem for you.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: So again, it's like addressing the root, addressing the cause of why things are happening instead of trying to change symptoms, which I think is what a lot of people end up doing, not because there's anything wrong with it, but because a lot of people have not learned how to get to the origination point of the wound and reconcile it.
- 29:16SPEAKER_00: Because a lot of times it's not necessarily one event, but it is sustained emotional and relational events over time that create internalized unconscious beliefs about yourself and the world that create these patterns.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: So sometimes pinpointing the origin can be tricky, but I'm gonna talk a little more about that soon.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: So the last practice that I want to talk about is affirmations.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: And again, this is something that can be really powerful if used in conjunction with accessing the origination point of the wound, addressing it and reconciling it, then affirmations can be really good.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: But affirmations, if you just say them and you're not addressing why you have low self-worth or why your money situation is the way it is, and you're just saying, like, oh, I'm abundant and I make this much money in my business, but then you're not addressing the reason why you are where you are, or why you're struggling, or why you keep creating the same money story over and over again.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: And where did that wounding originate from?
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: You know, and a lot of times with money, it's ancestral as well.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: So we have to be able to pinpoint that origination point too, because most of these behaviors come from either childhood relational trauma or ancestral trauma, which is what my methodology addresses.
- 30:49SPEAKER_00: Affirmations, the same thing, right?
- 30:51SPEAKER_00: It's trying to shift a mindset or a symptom without accessing and addressing and reconciling the source.
- 31:01SPEAKER_00: So that is, you know, something that can be really powerful because words are incredibly powerful, but it has to be in conjunction with acknowledging the source of why the behavior is happening, why the pattern's happening, what is really needed to create permanent results and why finding this origination point of the wounding is important.
- 31:26SPEAKER_00: Because, like I said, if you don't acknowledge this part of you that is wounded, and what I mean by that, and let me just explain, you know, my perspective on trauma really quick, because I think this is really important.
- 31:41SPEAKER_00: And I have created this perspective from years of observing traumatized children.
- 31:49SPEAKER_00: So I'm not just like making this up based on books I read.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: Like I've seen it, I've witnessed it, and I've also witnessed it through working with many hundreds of people with breath work, right?
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: So I've kind of been able to deduce the way that trauma affects the brain and especially the developing brain, you know, with children.
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: And what happens when someone is traumatized?
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: And when I say traumatized, all I mean is that there was an event or sustained events over time that were overwhelming to you emotionally, mentally, and to your nervous system that you were not able to fully process and would have caused you to go out of your body.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: And a lot of times that's why major traumas can cause amnesia because it's so painful that you leave your body and you disassociate because you're not able to handle the pain, right?
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: And especially as children, you know, you don't have the emotional maturity to handle really big emotions or really big events or scenarios where people are reacting or acting or hurting you or not getting what you need and feeling really abandoned or really alone.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: Even things like that that you interpret as being alone or being abandoned or not feeling safe can cause major developmental impacts to the brain and will also cause you to compartmentalize this pain or this fear, right?
- 33:35SPEAKER_00: That you had in these situations.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: And when you compartmentalize it, that is actually a beautiful, amazing coping strategy that we as human beings have to be able to compartmentalize pain and trauma so that we can go on with our lives, right?
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: So this is a really amazing capability that we have as human beings.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: However, until that pain that you've compartmentalized is acknowledged, it will start to show up in other areas of your life, right?
- 34:10SPEAKER_00: So this is why people struggle with different behavior patterns.
- 34:15SPEAKER_00: And this is why people struggle with moving forward, is because in order to grow, in order to expand, in order to change, typically you are required to look at and acknowledge these pieces of yourself that you've compartmentalized.
- 34:34SPEAKER_00: So what ends up happening is that these pieces of yourself will be reflected back to you and try to get your attention through various places in your life, right?
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: Through your relationships, right?
- 34:48SPEAKER_00: So if you have a partner and you're like, why do we get in the same fight all the time?
- 34:54SPEAKER_00: Well, it's because your wounding is being reflected back to you through your partner, right?
- 35:01SPEAKER_00: And until you reconcile that wounding, you're gonna continue to see it in your partner, mirroring it back to you, right?
- 35:10SPEAKER_00: And then the same thing with a business.
- 35:12SPEAKER_00: If you are trying to start or grow a business and you keep coming up to this point where you feel confused or you feel doubtful, or you're not sure what to do next, that is also a part of you that you have not acknowledged being reflected back to you.
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's the part of you that decided that you are not good enough, or the part of you that decided that you are not valuable, or the part of you that decided that you're not safe, that can very well cause you to feel paralyzed, feel stuck, doubt yourself, and feel like you're not sure how to move forward.
- 35:49SPEAKER_00: But if you're able to see what is happening in those moments and address what's actually happening instead of making it about the current situation, then you're gonna be able to move through it, come out on the other side and grow in the way that you desire.
- 36:09SPEAKER_00: Acknowledging and addressing what's actually happening instead of trying to fix or change circumstances is the way that your clients are going to get permanent and real results efficiently and that it's it's going to create a permanent change for them, right?
- 36:30SPEAKER_00: Instead of addressing symptoms or circumstances, because symptoms and circumstances are merely a reflection of a deeper wound that is not being acknowledged.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: So having said that, if inside of every situation or circumstance, you were able to guide your client to address what's actually happening, i.e., their unacknowledged wounded inner child surfacing, instead of trying to walk them through how to handle a circumstance or a situation, then your client is going to create permanent change much more quickly because they're addressing what's actually happening instead of symptoms or circumstances.
- 37:15SPEAKER_00: Part of this process, and I just want to go a little bit deeper into like what really goes into acknowledging and reconciling a wound from childhood and being able to pinpoint the origination point of the wound is very important.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: And that's what I teach my clients to do inside of my certification program.
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: So part of what we do in there is I show you how to find this origination point with every one of your clients so we can get to the root of why they feel the way that they do, and then show them how to address that instead of making it about what's happening in front of them and being able to bring them back there every single time is so important because that's how people will move really quickly.
- 38:01SPEAKER_00: And then, you know, we have to go beyond the intellect, right?
- 38:04SPEAKER_00: Like I was talking about with talk therapy, we have to be able to move the emotions and the feelings that we have from that wounding from the body.
- 38:15SPEAKER_00: So the breath work that I have created is really targeted to access the subconscious mind so that you can access any events, feelings, or emotions that you haven't yet acknowledged or haven't yet allowed yourself to access, and then also move them from the body and fully process them because the breath allows you to fully process feelings and emotions that you haven't allowed yourself to fully process.
- 38:43SPEAKER_00: And when you fully process it, what happens is it's done.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: It leaves the body, it integrates.
- 38:49SPEAKER_00: So it's no longer holding energy in your body, it's no longer creating a pattern of energy that's running in your body.
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: So you stop creating the same challenges over and over again.
- 39:00SPEAKER_00: So, you know, we address the mind by finding the origination point of the wounding and addressing how you felt as a young child who experienced that.
- 39:12SPEAKER_00: Then we address the body by using the breath work and clearing out the energy from the body.
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: And then we also address the energy field by learning how to navigate triggers when they come up and address what's actually happening instead of making it about the circumstances, and then be able to shift your energy and come back to your power.
- 39:35SPEAKER_00: And what really ends up happening is you take people through this process is you're teaching people to acknowledge unrecognized wounding that they have that's making them create the same thing over and over again, helping them process the feelings and emotions around that, and then teaching them how to navigate life so that they can address their inner child when their inner child surfaces and then shift their energy to come back to holding their power instead of operating from childhood wounding.
- 40:08SPEAKER_00: Because typically, if anyone is having the same challenge over and over again or the same trigger over and over again, it's because they're operating from their unacknowledged childhood wounding instead of operating from their power.
- 40:22SPEAKER_00: So when you teach people to go through this process, which I teach my clients to do with their clients, and I do with my own clients too, of course.
- 40:31SPEAKER_00: Then what gradually starts to happen is they learn how to show up in their power and hold their power through all situations and circumstances in their lives.
- 40:41SPEAKER_00: And they start to more and more rarely operate from wounding.
- 40:46SPEAKER_00: And that's what this whole process is about.
- 40:48SPEAKER_00: And then eventually what happens is people learn how to navigate life from this perspective so that they don't have to go to a therapist their whole lives, right?
- 40:59SPEAKER_00: Because they don't need someone else to help them feel better.
- 41:02SPEAKER_00: They're able to navigate within themselves what is happening, walk themselves through it, and gradually be able to hold their power through all situations in their life and then create the business they want to create, create the relationships they want to create, create the life that they want to create because they're able to walk through these situations and hold their power in these situations that once felt very challenging for them.
- 41:29SPEAKER_00: I think the whole point of all of this here is being able to get to the why and the reason why things are happening versus just shifting symptoms.
- 41:40SPEAKER_00: And usually all of that starts in childhood.
- 41:43SPEAKER_00: You know, there is an ancestral component to it.
- 41:46SPEAKER_00: And that's also something that I teach inside of my certification program and then I work with my clients around.
- 41:53SPEAKER_00: But I have made it my life's work to make this process and this journey as simple as possible.
- 42:01SPEAKER_00: And I always say it's not easy, but it's simple.
- 42:05SPEAKER_00: And I've simplified it for you so much that if you work with people, you will be able to take them through this process to create permanent change simply and efficiently and quickly for most people, you know, especially people who have been doing this work and they want to change, they will be able to create results quickly.
- 42:27SPEAKER_00: I want to invite anybody who wants to learn more about this process to get on a call with me.
- 42:33SPEAKER_00: And, you know, especially if you work with clients, so I can, you know, talk to you about what it is that you do and how this could fit into what you do.
- 42:43SPEAKER_00: Because I really feel so strongly about you taking the tools that I give you and making them your own and infusing them and integrating them into your own process and adding your own magic to it so that you're able to get permanent results with your clients doing it your own way.
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: I do not want anybody to just do what I do because you are not me.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna give you the tools and the knowledge to quickly and efficiently get to the origination point of why your clients do what they do and shift it.
- 43:19SPEAKER_00: And then you can take those tools and make them your own and integrate them into what you do.
- 43:25SPEAKER_00: Because, you know, I have so many clients that do so many different things and they've been able to integrate this into what they do with their clients to get really powerful results, you know, ranging from clients who are physical therapists and have created their own methodology around reading the body using this work and how trauma shows up in the body.
- 43:46SPEAKER_00: I have clients who are fitness coaches who have integrated this into their practice and they help their clients lose weight through a trauma perspective, you know, because a lot of people, the reason why they can't lose weight is because of trauma.
- 43:59SPEAKER_00: You know, and I have clients who are doulas or who work with pregnant women who help them shift and clear trauma so that they don't pass it on to their babies or to the next generation.
- 44:11SPEAKER_00: You know, I have women who do various different things, right?
- 44:15SPEAKER_00: Who are business coaches who want to help their clients get better results because they realize that usually if your client doesn't grow her business in the way that she wants to, it's because there's trauma.
- 44:27SPEAKER_00: So if you're a business coach, knowing how to clear trauma is essential and it will set you apart from everyone else who does what you do.
- 44:35SPEAKER_00: This is something that can make your life so much easier and grow your business so much quicker, just because you're able to get such efficient and permanent results.
- 44:47SPEAKER_00: If you'd like to talk more about this with me, I'm gonna invite you to hop on a call.
