- 0:00Speaker 1: This is Kiss Breakfast.
- 0:02Speaker 2: I'm going to say Australia's biggest influencer, Tammy Hembrough.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Joining us. Hello.
- 0:07Speaker 3: Hello. Thank you for having me.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Would you say that?
- 0:10Speaker 3: Um, apparently that's, that's what people always tell me. So
- 0:13Speaker 3: I'm like, am I?
- 0:14Speaker 2: We've had a few on the show and like some
- 0:16Speaker 2: people don't like the term influencer. Do you say content
- 0:19Speaker 2: creator or what do you say?
- 0:20Speaker 3: I don't mind influencer.
- 0:21Speaker 4: Like it all means the same thing to me and
- 0:23Speaker 4: I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Yeah.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Don't reject it. Some people are like, don't call me that. No, totally.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Now, um, Aussie Shore season three, um, were you a
- 0:34Speaker 2: fan of the first two seasons?
- 0:35Speaker 4: No.
- 0:36Speaker 3: You know what?
- 0:36Speaker 4: I hadn't watched all that much of the Australian one,
- 0:40Speaker 4: but once I did, I was hooked. And you just,
- 0:44Speaker 4: you know, like all the Jersey Shore and Geordie Shore,
- 0:47Speaker 4: it's all iconic. And Australia, I feel like we even
- 0:51Speaker 4: like take it up a notch.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Like it's even better.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Yeah, because all these are looser, right?
- 0:54Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 0:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 0:55Speaker 1: And you're the house boss. What the hell does that mean?
- 0:58Speaker 1: What do you do?
- 0:59Speaker 4: So I pretty much go in and boss them around
- 1:01Speaker 4: a little bit. I keep them in line. I give
- 1:03Speaker 4: them jobs to do when they're like deathly hungover.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Yeah, it was good fun.
- 1:07Speaker 1: So you like waking them up early?
- 1:09Speaker 4: Yeah, just showing up at the house when they're all
- 1:11Speaker 4: like get out.
- 1:13Speaker 3: And sending them on jobs. It was good.
- 1:15Speaker 1: And how hard did they go? Why were they partying?
- 1:17Speaker 4: Oh, they, they went extremely hard. Like it is actually crazy.
- 1:21Speaker 4: The things that they were getting up to.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Oh my gosh.
- 1:24Speaker 4: I would walk in there in the morning and ask
- 1:27Speaker 4: about the night before. And I just had no words.
- 1:29Speaker 4: Like the, this is like a crazy group of people.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Could you still do that?
- 1:34Speaker 3: Oh, absolutely not.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Are you a partier or not?
- 1:36Speaker 4: No, I definitely had my party days back in the day.
- 1:39Speaker 4: But I feel like if I go out for like
- 1:41Speaker 4: a late dinner, I'm like, I need like a whole
- 1:44Speaker 4: day recovery the next day.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:46Speaker 2: So what's the limit for you these days? When would
- 1:48Speaker 2: you like to be at home in bed?
- 1:51Speaker 3: Oh, you know what? Before midnight is perfect.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Like I like to, you know, enjoy a long late
- 1:57Speaker 4: dinner and, you know, glasses of wine and that kind
- 1:59Speaker 4: of thing. There's no way you could catch me going
- 2:01Speaker 4: to like a nightclub or anything.
- 2:03Speaker 1: No clubbing for Tammy Hambro.
- 2:04Speaker 3: No clubbing. Those days are long gone.
- 2:07Speaker 1: What about your boyfriend? Cause he's younger.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Does he still want to go clubbing or not?
- 2:10Speaker 3: No, which is, I feel like I want to, I
- 2:12Speaker 3: want to be out later than him, which is crazy.
- 2:14Speaker 1: He's a bit of a grandpa.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Yeah, which is good. It's good.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Now, so it's in the Gold Coast. What was it
- 2:22Speaker 2: like for them, the nights out on the Gold Coast?
- 2:25Speaker 2: Are they still wild.
- 2:26Speaker 4: Or are they boring? Yeah, they're definitely still wild from
- 2:29Speaker 4: what I saw from them.
- 2:30Speaker 3: But, yeah, Cavalave and Surfers.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Good old Cavalave. It's iconic. Yeah.
- 2:35Speaker 3: There's no better place to party.
- 2:37Speaker 2: No, and you were saying every time you walked in
- 2:39Speaker 2: the house, there's like a new love triangle or something
- 2:41Speaker 2: going on.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Was it hard to keep up?
- 2:43Speaker 3: It was so hard to keep up.
- 2:44Speaker 4: Every time I walked in, I was like, wait, so
- 2:46Speaker 4: now you are into you and you hooked up with
- 2:49Speaker 4: you and you brought home this person, but they stole
- 2:51Speaker 4: that person.
- 2:52Speaker 3: It was insane.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Do you think there's any genuine love that will come
- 2:55Speaker 2: out of it or not?
- 2:57Speaker 3: Oh, I mean, there is genuine connections.
- 3:01Speaker 4: But, you know, I feel like when you're mixing alcohol
- 3:05Speaker 4: and hormones and they're all together in this house, I
- 3:08Speaker 4: feel like it's hard to say if it's like true love.
- 3:11Speaker 1: It's not actually true love.
- 3:13Speaker 2: The last time we saw you, you looked genuinely happy.
- 3:16Speaker 2: You're bloody busy, though, right? Like, what do you spend
- 3:19Speaker 2: the most of your time doing?
- 3:21Speaker 4: I mean, the most of my time just being a mum,
- 3:23Speaker 4: which is the way that I like it. But, yeah,
- 3:27Speaker 4: day-to-day looks so different for me. I feel like that's
- 3:30Speaker 4: also a part that I like of my work. I
- 3:33Speaker 4: can be my own boss a lot, so I get
- 3:35Speaker 4: to sort of make my own schedule and And I, yeah,
- 3:39Speaker 4: I just enjoy spending most of my time being a
- 3:40Speaker 4: mum though.
- 3:41Speaker 2: What about on social media? You know, there's a lot
- 3:43Speaker 2: of talk about how.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Addictive it is and of course they.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Bought the banning for under 16s. Are you on there
- 3:49Speaker 2: a lot yourself?
- 3:50Speaker 3: Oh, I love a good like doom skull on TikTok.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Yes. How long would you spend if you sat down?
- 3:56Speaker 1: Can you get lost for like over an hour? No.
- 3:58Speaker 4: Yeah. I could easily just like the time gets away
- 4:00Speaker 4: from you and one second I'll be laughing and the
- 4:03Speaker 4: next second I'll be crying and it's just an emotional
- 4:05Speaker 4: rollercoaster of my life.
- 4:06Speaker 3: My for you page is just all over the place.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Do you try and limit the amount of time you're on?
- 4:11Speaker 3: I definitely do.
- 4:12Speaker 4: I feel like I'm mostly on my phone just to
- 4:15Speaker 4: post my own stuff. And other than that, I do
- 4:18Speaker 4: try to be off it as much as possible, but
- 4:21Speaker 4: it is hard when it's Also, my job, there's a
- 4:24Speaker 4: fine line between like working or just, you know, having
- 4:27Speaker 4: a little scroll. And then like, obviously, I'm taking photos
- 4:30Speaker 4: and filming a lot. So, I mean, I am on
- 4:32Speaker 4: my phone quite a bit.
- 4:33Speaker 1: And I've got a trick as well. I log in, post,
- 4:36Speaker 1: and then I log out. If you keep it on
- 4:38Speaker 1: your phone but keep logged.
- 4:40Speaker 3: Out, it stops you scrolling.
- 4:40Speaker 4: See, I don't even know my password. So if I
- 4:42Speaker 4: log out, I'm locked out.
- 4:44Speaker 2: I think it might be important that you know your password.
- 4:48Speaker 3: Well, you know what? I got, like, hacked back in
- 4:50Speaker 3: the day.
- 4:51Speaker 4: So we made it, like, really complex to get into
- 4:54Speaker 4: my Instagram.
- 4:55Speaker 3: So now I can't even get in.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Does your manager or someone know your password?
- 4:59Speaker 3: You can't not have it out there. I think my
- 5:01Speaker 3: sister might.
- 5:03Speaker 1: She could blackmail you. She could lock you out and
- 5:07Speaker 1: blackmail you.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Honestly, she probably will if we get into a fight.
- 5:11Speaker 1: What about your kids on social media? Have you got
- 5:13Speaker 1: a rule there?
- 5:14Speaker 3: Just nothing till they're older.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:17Speaker 3: They keep asking for phones and stuff now. And I'm
- 5:20Speaker 3: just like, no.
- 5:21Speaker 1: No iPads, no phones.
- 5:22Speaker 3: I might get them one of those, the phones that
- 5:24Speaker 3: you can't.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Oh, the dumb phones. Yeah, dumb phone.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Because some of their friends have those. And I'm like,
- 5:28Speaker 3: I might get them one of those. But that's the limit.
- 5:31Speaker 3: I got Saskia. She has like the Barbie phone. It's
- 5:33Speaker 3: like games.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Oh, and that's it.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Okay.
- 5:35Speaker 1: So you want to keep them off social media as
- 5:37Speaker 1: long as you can. Yeah, definitely.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Hey, and you know, you're, like we said, Australia's most
- 5:42Speaker 2: well-known influencer. I mean, you're constantly in the spotlight. Is
- 5:45Speaker 2: there a wild rumor you've ever heard about yourself? What's
- 5:47Speaker 2: the most wild rumor?
- 5:49Speaker 4: There's been so many crazy rumors. There's always pregnancy rumors.
- 5:53Speaker 4: There's always engagement rumors.
- 5:54Speaker 3: There's always... All of those people love to say, Oh
- 5:57Speaker 3: my God, you look pregnant. Like all the time. Yeah.
- 6:00Speaker 3: I just hate like, you don't look pregnant. Apparently, apparently
- 6:04Speaker 3: I do. I've been getting it a lot recently.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:06Speaker 3: People will be like baby bump. I'm like, excuse me.
- 6:09Speaker 1: How does that make you feel?
- 6:11Speaker 4: I mean, I just feel like people shouldn't comment on
- 6:12Speaker 4: women's bodies in general. Like if you don't have anything,
- 6:15Speaker 4: like you shouldn't assume things and, Yeah, it's just.
- 6:18Speaker 1: No. So not pregnant.
- 6:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Not getting engaged.
- 6:22Speaker 3: No.
- 6:22Speaker 4: No?
- 6:22Speaker 3: Not right now.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Okay. Not yet.
- 6:25Speaker 3: Not yet.
