- 0:11Speaker 2: The Root! The Root!
- 0:12Speaker 1: The Root's on fire! You're about to experience the most high-octane,
- 0:16Speaker 1: pedal-to-the-metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up and
- 0:20Speaker 1: hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 1: of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it? It's
- 0:31Speaker 1: time for War! Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100%
- 0:38Speaker 1: American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:58Speaker 3: All right.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Way down the route. The route, the route, the route's
- 1:00Speaker 2: on fire. I really enjoyed that interview. Ed Martin's a
- 1:02Speaker 2: great guy. Great guy.
- 1:04Speaker 3: He's deputy assistant attorney general of the United States of America.
- 1:08Speaker 3: He's the pardon chief of the DOJ. He's the special counselor. Boys,
- 1:12Speaker 3: he got a lot of hats before that.
- 1:13Speaker 2: U.S. attorney of Washington, D.C. Boy, did this guy make
- 1:16Speaker 2: his resume with Trump's election. Unbelievable.
- 1:19Speaker 3: And what a great talker, right? I mean, him and
- 1:22Speaker 3: I could have talked for three hours without even trying.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Ed and I are like two peas in a pod.
- 1:27Speaker 3: And I just texted him and thanked him for coming
- 1:29Speaker 3: on the podcast. And he said, just get me that
- 1:31Speaker 3: interview as soon as you can, because I'm going to
- 1:33Speaker 3: hand it straight to the president.
- 1:34Speaker 2: He'll love to watch it. And of course, that's what
- 1:37Speaker 2: Trump does.
- 1:38Speaker 3: He's just a, you know, Trump will always be a
- 1:40Speaker 3: media guy, a celebrity guy, a TV guy. And anytime
- 1:44Speaker 3: any of his staff does an interview, Trump likes to
- 1:47Speaker 3: watch it.
- 1:48Speaker 2: See how they did. So he'll get a chance to
- 1:50Speaker 2: watch Wayne Root and Ed Martin, the Wayne and Ed show.
- 1:52Speaker 2: I love it.
- 1:54Speaker 3: I mentioned this very quickly at the start of my
- 1:55Speaker 3: interview with Ed, that Trump has decided to rename the Pentagon,
- 2:00Speaker 3: rename the Department of Defense, the Department of War.
- 2:03Speaker 2: The Department of War.
- 2:04Speaker 3: See, he loves Wayne Allen Root. I'm telling you that
- 2:07Speaker 3: I even got my name in a cabinet position. See,
- 2:09Speaker 3: the Wayne Allen Root Department of War.
- 2:11Speaker 2: I love it. He says, we did good. When it
- 2:14Speaker 2: was named the Department of War for many years, why
- 2:16Speaker 2: not go back to that name? And I love it.
- 2:18Speaker 2: I love it.
- 2:20Speaker 3: You know, I read that opening commentary to you. I'm
- 2:22Speaker 3: not going to read it again. I'm going to give
- 2:23Speaker 3: you the highlight of it. Because I just wrote it
- 2:26Speaker 3: this morning and it's not ready yet. I always like
- 2:28Speaker 3: to preview it here on the show. But it relies on... Really,
- 2:35Speaker 3: I'm going to rewrite it a little bit because it
- 2:37Speaker 3: relies on the fact or plays off the fact that
- 2:40Speaker 3: I was the guy who called Trump the greatest president
- 2:42Speaker 3: of my lifetime every week.
- 2:44Speaker 2: And the next week he does it again. And now, suddenly,
- 2:48Speaker 2: I'm right. He's got the highest popularity.
- 2:50Speaker 3: The highest popularity he's ever had in his history and
- 2:53Speaker 3: one of the highest for any president because you never
- 2:55Speaker 3: get 55-45 approval anymore. Everyone's always negative. Obama was negative.
- 2:59Speaker 3: Biden was negative.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Trump in his first term was negative.
- 3:02Speaker 3: You know, it was okay if you were 50 disapproved,
- 3:04Speaker 3: 45 approved.
- 3:06Speaker 2: That's enough to get elected and reelected.
- 3:08Speaker 3: But to be 55 up versus 45 down, that's really
- 3:11Speaker 3: saying something. So I want to rewrite it a little
- 3:14Speaker 3: bit more about the fact that that my last column
- 3:18Speaker 3: was all about the fact that Trump is achieving things
- 3:21Speaker 3: at a record-breaking pace that he's, you know, in a
- 3:24Speaker 3: week he does more than Reagan did in eight years.
- 3:26Speaker 2: And his approval rating now is the highest ever. Great stuff.
- 3:30Speaker 3: And one of the things I talked about was that
- 3:33Speaker 3: in 2015-16, I said he's going to hold the deep
- 3:35Speaker 3: state accountable. And he didn't in his first term.
- 3:38Speaker 2: We all know that. He did not. But boy, is
- 3:41Speaker 2: he making up for lost time now. And he is
- 3:42Speaker 2: doing it now.
- 3:44Speaker 3: The DOJ opens up a grand jury criminal investigation against
- 3:48Speaker 3: Fed Governor Lisa Cook over mortgage fraud allegations. You know,
- 3:53Speaker 3: I think what it turns out is I think you're
- 3:56Speaker 3: going to find that everyone in Washington, certainly everyone on
- 3:58Speaker 3: the Democrat side, they all lied on their mortgage applications
- 4:03Speaker 3: and they're all going to go to jail. They're all
- 4:05Speaker 3: mortgage frauds. They committed mortgage fraud. They are mortgage frauds.
- 4:10Speaker 3: And anytime he needs to go after anybody, he just says,
- 4:13Speaker 3: study their mortgage.
- 4:14Speaker 2: It's public record.
- 4:15Speaker 3: And we can put him in jail. And so this
- 4:18Speaker 3: lady at the Fed is gone. And Trump fired her.
- 4:23Speaker 3: she's going to have trouble now. She's going to have
- 4:24Speaker 3: to spend a million dollars in legal fees to defend.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Her mortgage fraud. She's sick to her stomach.
- 4:28Speaker 3: You know, Trump's election was a disaster for all these
- 4:31Speaker 3: people because he's.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Going after them. And I said that. Remember, I wrote
- 4:34Speaker 2: the book, Trump Rules.
- 4:36Speaker 3: And I'm telling you, I understand this man. And I
- 4:38Speaker 3: knew he'd go after all of them because of what
- 4:40Speaker 3: they did to him and his family. Because they raided Mar-a-Lago,
- 4:44Speaker 3: because they had shoot-to-kill orders, because they played around in
- 4:48Speaker 3: Melania's underwear drawer, grabbing her bras and her lingerie, I'm
- 4:52Speaker 3: telling you, he's going to put them all in prison,
- 4:56Speaker 3: and he has every right to.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Why would you not?
- 4:59Speaker 3: This isn't revenge. It's justice against terrible people. So, top
- 5:07Speaker 3: aide to Democrat Newark mayor, Ross Baraka pleads guilty in
- 5:12Speaker 3: corruption scheme, faces up to 20 years.
- 5:14Speaker 2: In federal prison.
- 5:16Speaker 3: He's officially pled guilty to conspiracy to commit honest services fraud,
- 5:22Speaker 3: admitting involvement in a pay-to-play corruption scheme that traded government
- 5:26Speaker 3: favors for bribes. So this is a former senior aide
- 5:30Speaker 3: to the mayor of Newark. Public officials exploit their positions
- 5:36Speaker 3: of power to obtain bribes, in exchange for doing their jobs.
- 5:39Speaker 2: This has gone on since the beginning of time.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Since the beginning of time, I'm telling you. Let me
- 5:45Speaker 3: see if we can find out exactly what he did.
- 5:47Speaker 3: This scandal follows the mayor, his own arrest, this guy
- 5:51Speaker 3: Raz Baraka, his own arrest just last month after storming
- 5:55Speaker 3: into an ICE detention facility in an act of political grandstanding,
- 6:00Speaker 3: charged with criminal trespass. Instead of accepting responsibility, he filed
- 6:06Speaker 3: a lawsuit against acting U.S.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Attorney Habba and.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Homeland Security Special Agent Ricky Patel, accusing him of false
- 6:15Speaker 3: arrest and malicious prosecution. His attorney smeared Habba as a
- 6:20Speaker 3: political operative. Habba responded on a lawsuit stating, my advice
- 6:24Speaker 3: to the mayor, feel free to join me in prioritizing
- 6:28Speaker 3: violent crime and public safety. Far better use of time.
- 6:33Speaker 3: These people are all criminals, I'm telling you. You're finding
- 6:35Speaker 3: out Democrat Party is going to be... You're going to
- 6:38Speaker 3: find out it's all owned by China, the Chinese Communist Party,
- 6:41Speaker 3: and the Mexican drug cartel.
- 6:44Speaker 2: And here's another one.
- 6:45Speaker 3: President Trump fires another San Francisco immigration judge who granted
- 6:49Speaker 3: asylum in almost every single case in front of him.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Judge Shira Levine. I mean, I'm Jewish. I know these names.
- 6:58Speaker 2: She's Jewish. Shira Levine, I guarantee you, a Jewish commie.
- 7:02Speaker 2: You know, I love Jews. I love the Jewish people,
- 7:04Speaker 2: but I hate Jewish communists. And there's a lot of them, man.
- 7:07Speaker 2: There's a lot of Jewish communists.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Judge Shira Levine fired on Wednesday just a few weeks
- 7:12Speaker 3: after another San Francisco-based immigration judge was terminated. Levine, like
- 7:16Speaker 3: the other San Francisco immigration judges, rubber-stamped asylum cases.
- 7:22Speaker 2: The sixth judge.
- 7:23Speaker 3: From the city's immigration court who's been terminated since he
- 7:26Speaker 3: took office in January, according to multiple sources, With direct
- 7:31Speaker 3: knowledge of the firing, San Francisco immigration judge Shira Levine
- 7:35Speaker 3: was let go on Wednesday. Two weeks after Judge Chloe
- 7:38Speaker 3: Dillon was terminated, more than 100 immigrant judges have been
- 7:44Speaker 3: fired and resigned since Trump took office this year. In July,
- 7:49Speaker 3: this past July, 20 immigration judges were fired.
- 7:53Speaker 2: They lashed out at Trump in an interview with the
- 7:55Speaker 2: CBS Evening News. What a surprise.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Trump fired you, exposed you as a communist traitor, exposed
- 8:01Speaker 3: you as a piece of garbage, and now you're angry
- 8:04Speaker 3: at him and speaking out in the mainstream media about terminations,
- 8:07Speaker 3: calling him a bad guy. We as judges, we are
- 8:13Speaker 3: in fear. We were concerned. It makes it very difficult
- 8:17Speaker 3: to be impartial. We were not succumbing to that pressure,
- 8:20Speaker 3: but it does feel like pressure. He whined that once
- 8:23Speaker 3: the illegal alien left the courtroom, ICE would swoop in,
- 8:28Speaker 3: handcuff them, and whisk them away.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Isn't that just too bad? Poor baby.
- 8:33Speaker 3: The world's smallest violin plays for you. I really don't
- 8:37Speaker 3: give a flying F about an illegal alien. Send them
- 8:41Speaker 3: back to where they came from. They are not Americans.
- 8:44Speaker 3: They're criminals who broke into this country. Here's more examples of...
- 8:51Speaker 3: Those items I talked about, those 21 ways that I thought,
- 8:56Speaker 3: you know, define Trump as the perfect Republican conservative candidate
- 9:01Speaker 3: for president. I said he wouldn't accept transgender lunacy and
- 9:06Speaker 3: transgender brainwashing. Justice Department considering ban. on transgendered people owning firearms.
- 9:15Speaker 3: I love it because they're walking around killing people left
- 9:18Speaker 3: and right.
- 9:18Speaker 2: They're mentally ill. They're on drugs.
- 9:20Speaker 3: The drugs make them violent. They're killing people. They shouldn't
- 9:24Speaker 3: own firearms, not white, straight males. Transgenders.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Senior officials of the U.S. Department of Justice have held
- 9:31Speaker 2: multiple meetings.
- 9:34Speaker 3: To consider a federal ban of transgender individuals from owning firearms.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Wow.
- 9:41Speaker 3: Multiple sources familiar with the matter, including inside the DOJ,
- 9:46Speaker 3: confirmed to Breitbart News that the Office of Legal Counsel,
- 9:49Speaker 3: which advises the AG on legal matters, held several meetings
- 9:54Speaker 3: since the tragic shooting by a transgendered individual that killed
- 9:59Speaker 3: a woman. two children at the Minneapolis Catholic School and
- 10:02Speaker 3: injured 21 others. The legal question of banning firearm ownership
- 10:06Speaker 3: for transgendered individuals would focus on whether these people suffer
- 10:11Speaker 3: from transgender dysphoria. And are in fact mentally ill and
- 10:17Speaker 3: therefore should be denied firearm ownership while they are unstable
- 10:21Speaker 3: and unwell. So Democrats are always saying, you know, those
- 10:27Speaker 3: who are mentally ill shouldn't own firearms. And now they're
- 10:30Speaker 3: going to freak out and say, oh my God, you're
- 10:32Speaker 3: calling mentally transgender people mentally ill.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Well, Wayne Root says it. Check it off. Quote me.
- 10:40Speaker 3: Transgenderism is a form of mental illness. Liberalism is a
- 10:43Speaker 3: form of mental illness. Transgender is absolutely mental illness. Being
- 10:47Speaker 3: gay is a mental illness. You're born gay, you're born
- 10:49Speaker 3: not gay. But to be transgender, that's mental illness. They
- 10:53Speaker 3: are mentally ill. They are a menace to society. They
- 10:56Speaker 3: cannot own guns. I agree 100%. Sponsor of this show, VRA,

- 15:11Speaker 3: way down the route, the route, the route, the route's
- 15:12Speaker 3: on fire. Vegas-based, by the way, you know that, right?
- 15:15Speaker 3: The show's coming to Vegas, you see all those scenes.
- 15:17Speaker 3: It was one of the coldest summers in the history
- 15:20Speaker 3: of Vegas. It was the coldest July, I believe, in
- 15:24Speaker 3: the history of Las Vegas, certainly in modern history. And
- 15:28Speaker 3: usually the 100 degrees go all the way to September 15th.
- 15:32Speaker 3: And sometimes they go all the way to October. I've
- 15:35Speaker 3: been here where it was 100 degrees, it wouldn't stop
- 15:38Speaker 3: until we got to early October. Not even October 1st,
- 15:41Speaker 3: like it was 100 degrees into early October. And this
- 15:44Speaker 3: time there's been no 100 degrees in early September and
- 15:48Speaker 3: there will not be. I'm looking at the forecast right
- 15:52Speaker 3: now on my phone and every day is in the
- 15:56Speaker 3: low 90s.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Or the high 80s for the next 10 days. So
- 16:00Speaker 2: 100 degrees are gone.
- 16:02Speaker 3: Gone don't exist anymore which is great news it means
- 16:05Speaker 3: i can get in my hot tub good.
- 16:07Speaker 2: News i can when it's 100 degrees you can't get
- 16:09Speaker 2: in the hot tub man it's too hot when it's
- 16:11Speaker 2: 80 you can get in and it feels wonderful.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Because if the high for the day is like 86
- 16:15Speaker 3: which the next week it's going to be then at
- 16:18Speaker 3: night it's only like 70 in the morning when you
- 16:20Speaker 3: wake up it's like 69 72 degrees and the hot tub.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Is beautiful.
- 16:26Speaker 3: All right.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Developing news.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Trump's DOJ seeks access to voting equipment used by Missouri
- 16:33Speaker 3: clerks following the 2020 election. Again, Trump is not willing
- 16:41Speaker 3: to accept stolen elections anymore. He's doing what.
- 16:44Speaker 2: No Republican would ever do. U.S.
- 16:47Speaker 3: Put crosshairs on Chinese precursor chemicals. fueling Mexico's narco-terror networks.
- 16:55Speaker 3: So yesterday was the largest seizure. It was a shipment
- 16:59Speaker 3: bound for narco-terrorist networks in Mexico to manufacture illicit drugs
- 17:06Speaker 3: intercepted by U.S.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Forces. Largest seizure of precursor.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine in U.S.
- 17:13Speaker 2: History.
- 17:14Speaker 3: China was sending over 700,000 pounds on the high seas
- 17:19Speaker 3: to the Sinaloa cartel before Jeanine Pirro's U.S. Attorney District
- 17:23Speaker 3: of Columbia office seized them. And then she announced, because
- 17:27Speaker 3: President Trump and Secretary Rubio declared the Sinaloa cartel a
- 17:32Speaker 3: foreign terrorist organization, we can now strike faster and harder.
- 17:36Speaker 2: 700,000 pounds. I'm trying to remember what her quote was.
- 17:42Speaker 3: I think we need something like 35 18-wheeler trucks to
- 17:46Speaker 3: carry it all away.
- 17:50Speaker 2: So this is a drug crisis that kills over 100,000.
- 17:54Speaker 3: Americans a year, almost all of them young people, right?
- 18:00Speaker 2: You're young people, and President Trump is fighting back, and
- 18:03Speaker 2: that's why he's so popular.
- 18:05Speaker 3: He's cleaning up DC, he's gonna clean up Chicago, he's
- 18:08Speaker 3: gonna clean up Baltimore, he's gonna clean up all the
- 18:10Speaker 3: cities the Democrats never wanted to clean up, because they're
- 18:13Speaker 3: in bed with the narco-terrorists. And he's cleaning up the
- 18:16Speaker 3: border and he's cleaning up drug shipments out of the
- 18:19Speaker 3: United States. This is what American people want. Why would
- 18:24Speaker 3: you not want it? You'd be weird.
- 18:26Speaker 2: To not want it. Weird.
- 18:30Speaker 3: In a series of late night truth social posts, President
- 18:32Speaker 3: Trump humiliated political opponents and potential 2028 presidential hopefuls. With
- 18:38Speaker 3: AI-generated videos, Trump turned heads when he trolled Rosie O'Donnell
- 18:43Speaker 3: Thursday night with an edited photo of her shrunken face
- 18:47Speaker 3: on a fat head. As previously mentioned, we're giving serious
- 18:52Speaker 3: thought to taking away Rosie O'Donnell's citizenship. She is not
- 18:55Speaker 3: a great American and is, in my opinion, incapable of
- 18:58Speaker 3: being so, Trump said in a social media post at
- 19:01Speaker 3: Truth Social. Shortly thereafter, he took aim at several other
- 19:04Speaker 3: enemies with epic trolls. He posted an edited video of
- 19:08Speaker 3: California Democrat Senator Adam Schiff in a Meet the Press
- 19:11Speaker 3: interview with an elongated neck fitting for his neck name,
- 19:15Speaker 3: Pencil Neck. He then posted a clip of failed presidential
- 19:19Speaker 3: candidate and former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, whom the
- 19:23Speaker 3: president has referred to as a fat pig, and Illinois
- 19:25Speaker 3: Governor J.B.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Pritzker, who the president has trolled for being obese.
- 19:29Speaker 3: And these two men are seen in an AI-generated video,
- 19:33Speaker 3: sumo wrestling in slow motion. Finally, he posted clips of
- 19:39Speaker 3: California Governor Gavin Newsom, one of which portrays an effeminate
- 19:43Speaker 3: Newsom yelping as he loses a fight with a punching
- 19:46Speaker 3: bag that Trump has portrayed as rocky.
- 19:40Speaker 2: All right.
- 19:40Speaker 3: Trump's a funny guy, you know, and like Ed Martin
- 19:42Speaker 3: and like me, like you name it.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Pete Hexeth. We're all entertainers. We're showmen.
- 20:00Speaker 3: That's what you needed to run the country because that's
- 20:02Speaker 3: how you win against these Democrat losers, these communist traitor scumbags.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Energize Health is the sponsor of this show, by the way.

- 20:14Speaker 3: the fat off my body, lost 25 pounds of fat,
- 20:16Speaker 3: didn't lose any weight, just 25 pounds of fat, gained
- 20:19Speaker 3: 10 pounds of muscle. I look like a different person.
- 20:21Speaker 3: I look much younger than I did 15 years ago.

- 23:55Speaker 3: living in exile in the United States. You can support
- 23:58Speaker 3: him at the site GiveSendGo.com. GiveSendGo.com. Look up James Bowder,
- 24:06Speaker 3: Canadian Freedom Convoy Trucker. So let's grab him.
- 24:11Speaker 2: There he is. James, how are you?
- 24:16Speaker 4: Doing great. Thank you, Wayne. How about yourself?
- 24:19Speaker 3: I'm doing great. You know, I wrote a letter for
- 24:21Speaker 3: you to the president. I did send it to the president.
- 24:24Speaker 3: I assume you have heard nothing yet, but that was
- 24:25Speaker 3: only a couple weeks ago. You haven't heard anything, have you?
- 24:30Speaker 4: No, I haven't. Honestly, Wayne, if I had, the entire
- 24:34Speaker 4: world would hear about it.
- 24:35Speaker 1: All right.
- 24:36Speaker 3: I let him know. I sent you a copy of
- 24:40Speaker 3: what I sent him. So I let him know not
- 24:42Speaker 3: just that you deserved it, but that it was great
- 24:44Speaker 3: PR for him because you want to embarrass Canada right now.
- 24:49Speaker 3: They're just in the midst of trying to turn down
- 24:51Speaker 3: your tariffs, Mr.
- 24:52Speaker 2: President. Now is the perfect.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Time to make them look like the small minded communist
- 24:59Speaker 3: tyrants that they are and who tried to treat James
- 25:03Speaker 3: Bowder like A peaceful man with such contempt to persecute him.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Now is the time to make them look like fools
- 25:10Speaker 3: and embarrass them.
- 25:12Speaker 2: And I thought I made that clear. I hope he
- 25:14Speaker 2: read it.
- 25:15Speaker 3: But, you know, he's got a lot of stuff on
- 25:17Speaker 3: his mind. He gets a lot of letters from a
- 25:18Speaker 3: lot of people. I can't help whether he saw it
- 25:20Speaker 3: or not. I can't help whether he decides to act
- 25:22Speaker 3: on it or not. But I will send another one
- 25:25Speaker 3: just to try and.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Be relentless because that's I wrote the book, The Power
- 25:28Speaker 2: of Relentless.
- 25:29Speaker 3: I'll try and be relentless and send it one more
- 25:31Speaker 3: time to the president after today's interview.
- 25:36Speaker 4: Thank you. Thank you.
- 25:38Speaker 3: So you were among the Canadian Freedom Convoy truckers who
- 25:43Speaker 3: were arrested and charged.
- 25:44Speaker 2: You were arrested in February 2022.
- 25:46Speaker 3: You now face 15 years in prison in Canada, and
- 25:51Speaker 3: you're living in exile in the U.S. Update us on
- 25:55Speaker 3: your situation right now. I know last time we spoke,
- 25:57Speaker 3: I think you had a court date coming up in
- 25:59Speaker 3: Canada that you were supposed to appear at.
- 26:01Speaker 2: What's going on exactly? Yeah, so.
- 26:06Speaker 5: I was summoned to appear in court after my lawyers
- 26:09Speaker 5: had had it out with the attorney general, the crown prosecutor, sorry.
- 26:16Speaker 5: And long story short is the judge wanted me to
- 26:20Speaker 5: attend in person, knowing full well that I can't attend.
- 26:25Speaker 5: I can't leave USA. I'm under political asylum laws. And
- 26:30Speaker 5: he wanted me to appear in person. And because I didn't,
- 26:33Speaker 5: He issued a warrant for my arrest nationwide, which is
- 26:38Speaker 5: furthermore strengthens the asylum application, proving that, you know, political
- 26:44Speaker 5: persecution and law firms has been breached against me.
- 26:47Speaker 4: Terrible.
- 26:49Speaker 2: Terrible. You had a meeting with Homeland Security, James, right?
- 26:54Speaker 2: What happened with that meeting? Yes, I did.
- 26:57Speaker 5: So the last couple of weeks, I've been a little
- 26:59Speaker 5: nervous because in the fine line blueprint, you can be detained.
- 27:04Speaker 5: And so I've been meeting with a team of really
- 27:08Speaker 5: amazing lawyers over the last two weeks and just, you know,
- 27:11Speaker 5: what are the events that could end up happening if
- 27:13Speaker 5: I am detained? No, I can't be sent back without
- 27:17Speaker 5: a lot of court challenges in front of me, but
- 27:19Speaker 5: it definitely made me very nervous going in, especially, I don't,
- 27:24Speaker 5: I don't know what this procedure is. You know, at
- 27:27Speaker 5: the end of the day, they wanted to take my
- 27:28Speaker 5: fingerprints and take my photo and And just let me
- 27:32Speaker 5: know that from this point moving forward, you can't go
- 27:36Speaker 5: anywhere outside of USA unless you notify us.
- 27:40Speaker 4: And welcome to USA.
- 27:42Speaker 5: So it was a really very friendly, very positive experience
- 27:47Speaker 5: at the end of the day for being so nervous
- 27:49Speaker 5: for the last two weeks, Wayne.
- 27:51Speaker 3: Yeah, well, look, I'd be nervous too. I absolutely positively
- 27:54Speaker 3: cannot blame you one bit.
- 27:56Speaker 2: It's very nervous.
- 27:57Speaker 3: Anyone would be nervous just wondering what's going to happen
- 28:00Speaker 3: next and being worried that they might send you back
- 28:03Speaker 3: to a country that's persecuting you.
- 28:05Speaker 2: You're seeking political asylum.
- 28:07Speaker 3: Like I said, I submitted a letter to the president
- 28:10Speaker 3: on your behalf.
- 28:10Speaker 2: You're asking President Trump for help. What are you hoping
- 28:13Speaker 2: that he will do exactly?
- 28:18Speaker 4: Answer your letter would be great.
- 28:21Speaker 5: Secondly, there is a lot of positives with President Trump helping, Wayne.
- 28:26Speaker 5: As you pointed out in the letter, the geopolitical situation
- 28:30Speaker 5: going on right now in Canada is off the rails.
- 28:33Speaker 5: I think Americans should really, if they're not aware of
- 28:37Speaker 5: the communist regime of Canada that's going on with the
- 28:41Speaker 5: federal government, it is a warning sign for everybody to
- 28:46Speaker 5: look north to what's going on. And I think the
- 28:48Speaker 5: best person that could speak about that, Wayne, would be
- 28:51Speaker 5: President Trump, advocating for lawful, peaceful, freedom-loving folks that are
- 28:59Speaker 5: being persecuted and vilified by a Canadian government that's just
- 29:04Speaker 5: continuing to double down. It's like every day more and
- 29:08Speaker 5: more and more rights are being eroded. I don't know
- 29:11Speaker 5: if you're aware what just the Toronto mayor or the
- 29:15Speaker 5: police chief of Toronto said just came out today or yesterday,
- 29:20Speaker 5: and he advised everybody to, you know, comply with any
- 29:25Speaker 5: home intruders. You know, so you know how the First
- 29:30Speaker 5: Amendment has, you know, protection of property in Canada.
- 29:34Speaker 4: You don't have protection of property. So now you're supposed
- 29:38Speaker 4: to just let them into your house. and you're supposed
- 29:41Speaker 4: to comply.
- 29:42Speaker 3: Well, I assume, James, that ties into the story that
- 29:45Speaker 3: I saw and I read on my show about a
- 29:47Speaker 3: week ago that a homeowner in Canada, I'm not sure
- 29:51Speaker 3: which city it was, but somewhere in Canada, a homeowner
- 29:54Speaker 3: had a fight, struggled with a guy who broke in
- 29:56Speaker 3: his house and beat him really badly. And that guy
- 29:59Speaker 3: had to be airlifted to the hospital and they arrested
- 30:01Speaker 3: the homeowner.
- 30:03Speaker 2: I don't understand how that's possible. It could never happen
- 30:05Speaker 2: in America. It's impossible for me to even believe.
- 30:08Speaker 5: Wayne, it's starting to happen all the time up there.
- 30:13Speaker 5: And I don't get it either.
- 30:14Speaker 3: Incredible.
- 30:17Speaker 2: Just incredible. I mean, it's communism. I don't know what
- 30:19Speaker 2: else to say. It's stupidity. It's communism.
- 30:22Speaker 3: It's hate your own people, hate a homeowner, love a criminal.
- 30:26Speaker 3: What are your next steps to receiving political asylum, James?
- 30:29Speaker 3: Other than my letter, other than me, what else can
- 30:32Speaker 3: you do to get asylum? Tell me where it stands now.
- 30:37Speaker 4: Well, I've got a letter campaign that's going out.
- 30:40Speaker 5: Thousands of folks are starting to write letters, and I
- 30:43Speaker 5: greatly appreciate that. I think that's a good strategy just
- 30:46Speaker 5: to keep at it, keep sending letters to the president
- 30:53Speaker 5: in hopes that eventually one of those letters may get
- 30:56Speaker 5: onto his desk. And I'm confident that once we can
- 31:00Speaker 5: get through that hurdle, you don't get the White House
- 31:06Speaker 5: senior admin team involved and intervene on this case, that
- 31:11Speaker 5: would be a positive. But in the event that doesn't happen,
- 31:13Speaker 5: then I've got a little bit of a long road
- 31:15Speaker 5: ahead of me where the minimum that I've got to
- 31:18Speaker 5: wait is next February, March, before I can lawfully work
- 31:24Speaker 5: in the United States. So it's a waiting game at
- 31:28Speaker 5: this point. And anywhere along the line, The Canadian judicial
- 31:33Speaker 5: system can issue an unprecedented extradition warrant, which will automatically
- 31:41Speaker 5: wake up the White House. The Department of Justice, Anne Bondy,
- 31:47Speaker 5: the Attorney General, if that happens, she's instantly notified.
- 31:51Speaker 4: This becomes an international media phenomenon.
- 31:54Speaker 5: Case as soon as it happens, if it does happen.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Yeah, and let me ask you this. Have you been
- 32:01Speaker 2: on Fox News yet?
- 32:02Speaker 3: Have you tried to get on, like, the Hannity's and
- 32:04Speaker 3: the Laura Ingram's and, you know, Great Gutfeld? I mean,
- 32:07Speaker 3: have you been on any of the big Fox News shows?
- 32:09Speaker 3: Because that would help you get the attention of the president.
- 32:12Speaker 3: Fox and Friends in the morning, that would be a
- 32:14Speaker 3: good place for you to appear. Have you tried that yet?
- 32:17Speaker 4: I would be... You know, it's... It's like you're a
- 32:22Speaker 4: needle in the haystack.
- 32:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:24Speaker 5: You submit a letter, you submit a request, and they're
- 32:28Speaker 5: getting thousands and tens and thousands of emails, sometimes per hour.
- 32:34Speaker 5: So I don't have the inside track with some of
- 32:38Speaker 5: these folks to get on their broadcasts.
- 32:42Speaker 4: You know, if.
- 32:43Speaker 5: Anybody out there is listening that knows somebody from Fox
- 32:46Speaker 5: or Newsmax or Laura.
- 32:50Speaker 4: I will definitely be willing to go on their shows.
- 32:54Speaker 3: All right, well, we're trying to help you. Second appearance
- 32:56Speaker 3: in a couple weeks. Fans can help you how? They
- 32:59Speaker 3: can go to GiveSendGo, and then how do they find you,
- 33:01Speaker 3: James Bowder?
- 33:02Speaker 5: You can go on X, that's the best place, at
- 33:06Speaker 5: Trucker with the number 4 and F, which stands for
- 33:09Speaker 5: Trucker for Freedom.
- 33:11Speaker 4: So Trucker for Freedom on X.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Trucker for Freedom at X.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Trucker for Freedom at X or go to GiveSendGo and
- 33:16Speaker 3: look up James Bowder.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Please support James.
- 33:19Speaker 3: Bowder, B-A-U-D-E-R from the Canadian Truckers Freedom Convoy.
- 33:24Speaker 2: Thank you, James. I'll send another reminder to the president.
- 33:34Speaker 1: All right.
- 33:34Speaker 2: A special treat for you.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:37Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and
- 33:41Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 33:45Speaker 3: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA, Basin Centered Gas Accumulation.
- 33:52Speaker 2: This is code for a.
- 33:53Speaker 3: Monster field where gas or oil is in a basin,
- 33:56Speaker 3: which makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark, you're
- 34:00Speaker 3: a legend in the oil industry and the gas industry.
- 34:03Speaker 2: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 6: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 34:09Speaker 6: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 34:12Speaker 6: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 34:15Speaker 6: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 34:18Speaker 6: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 34:22Speaker 6: United States. When it sold out to U.S. Steel, I
- 34:25Speaker 6: worked with him for four years. I've been in the
- 34:27Speaker 6: oil and gas business ever since. You would probably know
- 34:30Speaker 6: me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum. And I
- 34:35Speaker 6: Ultra had a pretty good track record, which you're very
- 34:38Speaker 6: familiar with, I think.
- 34:39Speaker 3: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 34:43Speaker 3: into $ 13 million.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Is that correct? In the nine-year run of your publicly
- 34:47Speaker 2: traded company?
- 34:48Speaker 6: Yeah, at the high, that's true.
- 34:51Speaker 3: $ 10, 000 turned into $ 13 million. That means $ 100, 000 turned into
- 34:55Speaker 3: $ 130 million.
- 34:55Speaker 2: That's an incredible track record.
- 34:57Speaker 3: Now tell me why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project
- 35:01Speaker 3: is so important. I hear about projects and deals all
- 35:04Speaker 3: the time. What makes this one special, Mark?
- 35:08Speaker 6: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 35:10Speaker 6: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 35:12Speaker 6: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:15Speaker 6: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:18Speaker 6: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:22Speaker 6: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:25Speaker 6: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point.
- 35:28Speaker 1: Is 85% empty.
- 35:30Speaker 6: So we made this discovery. We are the only operator
- 35:33Speaker 6: in this field. And right now we can see that
- 35:36Speaker 6: we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells out here
- 35:40Speaker 6: with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting. It's the
- 35:43Speaker 6: new basin in the United States. And as far as
- 35:47Speaker 6: I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude bigger than
- 35:49Speaker 6: Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:52Speaker 1: All right.
- 35:52Speaker 2: The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff. Lostsoldier.com.
- 35:58Speaker 3: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 36:03Speaker 2: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the company.

- 36:24Speaker 2: Thanks, Mark, for being with us today.
- 36:26Speaker 6: God bless.
- 36:26Speaker 1: Thank you, Wayne.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Good to see you again. All right, Wayne L. Root,
- 36:51Speaker 2: the Root, the Root, the Root's on fire.
- 36:52Speaker 3: You know, I've always said that it's very clear that
- 36:56Speaker 3: I'm always above the target. Ed Martin was on the show.
- 36:59Speaker 3: What was he telling you today? Wayne Root is always
- 37:01Speaker 3: above the target. Wayne Root is always there before anybody else.
- 37:04Speaker 3: And that's why it's a badge of honor that I'm
- 37:06Speaker 3: so censored and so silenced. So many people hate me
- 37:11Speaker 3: in government that they want to censor me and silence me.
- 37:14Speaker 2: Well, I am now in 999th place. Number one is.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Robert F. Kennedy Jr., okay, far above me. Robert F.
- 37:22Speaker 2: Kennedy Jr., oh my God, do they hate him.
- 37:24Speaker 3: You know, he has pricked with his little finger the
- 37:29Speaker 3: big pharma giants, you know, Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, all the names,
- 37:35Speaker 3: Johnson & Johnson, and they all are scared to death
- 37:39Speaker 3: of him hurting their business and hurting their profits, and
- 37:42Speaker 3: they want to destroy him. He was in front of
- 37:44Speaker 3: Congress today, and even Republican senators were excoriating him.
- 37:49Speaker 2: They voted for him.
- 37:50Speaker 3: They confirmed him, several of them, and yet today they
- 37:52Speaker 3: went ballistic because I'm sure they're big pharma handlers who
- 37:56Speaker 3: own them.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Lock, stock, and barrel said attack this man, destroy this man.
- 38:01Speaker 2: It's your job. This is the enemy within. You know,
- 38:04Speaker 2: it's just so a shame. I remember what Ed Martin
- 38:07Speaker 2: said in our interview today. What did he say?
- 38:08Speaker 3: He said, That so many things that Democrats are against today,
- 38:13Speaker 3: they used to be for. And as a kid growing up,
- 38:16Speaker 3: I was always a huge believer in vitamins. I was
- 38:19Speaker 3: a football player and I was a weightlifter and I
- 38:22Speaker 3: believed in vitamins. And I went to vitamin stores to
- 38:25Speaker 3: buy my vitamins and my protein drinks. And all the
- 38:28Speaker 3: people at the vitamin stores were hippies. And they were
- 38:29Speaker 3: all big liberals. And they all hated Big Pharma. And
- 38:32Speaker 3: they hated vaccines. And they thought vaccines caused autism. And
- 38:37Speaker 3: they believed that the preservatives were giving people cancer. And
- 38:41Speaker 3: now all those same liberals are for every word that
- 38:44Speaker 3: comes out of the mouth of Big Pharma they believe.
- 38:47Speaker 2: And they're for them. Oh, they.
- 38:48Speaker 3: Aren't they against capitalism? They're all for socialism. They hate capitalism.
- 38:52Speaker 3: They hate anyone who makes money, but they love billion dollar,
- 38:55Speaker 3: even trillion dollar big pharma companies.
- 38:58Speaker 2: They're telling the truth.
- 39:00Speaker 3: I'm a guy who loves capitalism and doesn't believe a
- 39:02Speaker 3: word that anyone says coming out of a big pharma company.
- 39:05Speaker 2: They're liars. They're scumbags.
- 39:07Speaker 3: There's nothing they wouldn't do. If we all had to
- 39:10Speaker 3: die for them to make a nickel, they'd make the nickel.
- 39:13Speaker 3: They'd kill their mother. They'd give her a bad vaccine
- 39:16Speaker 3: and kill their own mother if they had to.
- 39:18Speaker 2: To make a nickel.
- 39:19Speaker 3: And yet these people on the left, they like them.
- 39:22Speaker 3: They hate capitalism, but they love big pharma billionaires. Here
- 39:26Speaker 3: are the damning ways current CDC and HHS employees are
- 39:30Speaker 3: actively sabotaging RFK Jr. with the help of an old
- 39:34Speaker 3: CIA manual. The deep state with the HHS is going
- 39:40Speaker 3: all out to sabotage Robert F.
- 39:42Speaker 2: Kennedy Jr.
- 39:42Speaker 3: 's efforts to drain the swamp, promote medical freedom, make
- 39:46Speaker 3: America healthy again. And they're using the CIA playbook to
- 39:49Speaker 3: carry it out. So here's information from whistleblowers.
- 39:55Speaker 2: Whistleblowers. Batara is sneezing now. From whistleblowers showing.
- 39:59Speaker 3: that career CDC and HHS bureaucrats are distributing a CIA
- 40:04Speaker 3: manual entitled Simple Sabotage, which was originally.
- 40:09Speaker 2: Written in 1945 to their subordinates. So here are the details.
- 40:14Speaker 3: The manual tells bureaucrats to slow operations by demanding written
- 40:18Speaker 3: orders and feigning ignorance. In the meantime, they are to
- 40:22Speaker 3: carry out acts that spread blame across as many people
- 40:24Speaker 3: as possible. On the street, sabotage after dark against a
- 40:29Speaker 3: military vehicle.
- 40:29Speaker 2: This is what's in the article. Do everything possible to
- 40:32Speaker 2: delay the delivery of orders.
- 40:34Speaker 3: Don't deliver until completely ready. Try to commit acts for
- 40:37Speaker 3: which large numbers of people could be responsible. Employees are
- 40:41Speaker 3: next instructed to do things to lower morale and cause confusion.
- 40:45Speaker 3: One way to do it is to develop a non-cooperative attitude.
- 40:50Speaker 2: And literally get others to do the same. They are to.
- 40:54Speaker 3: Then combine this tactic with acting stupid to undermine efficiency,
- 40:59Speaker 3: lower morale, and create confusion.
- 41:02Speaker 2: But that's not all.
- 41:03Speaker 3: The manual instructs bureaucrats to drag out work and submit
- 41:06Speaker 3: unreadable documents that must be redone. This takes up valuable
- 41:10Speaker 3: department time and can grind things to a near halt.
- 41:12Speaker 2: Think that's extreme? There's more.
- 41:14Speaker 3: The manual teaches staff to make perfection the enemy of
- 41:17Speaker 3: good on even the simplest tasks. It directs them to over-criticize,
- 41:21Speaker 3: drag out work, and deliberately submit illegible documents so they
- 41:26Speaker 3: have to be redone.
- 41:27Speaker 2: They're instructed to.
- 41:28Speaker 3: Spread lies within the department to recruit others in an
- 41:31Speaker 3: overall scheme to turn the entire strategy into complete sabotage.
- 41:36Speaker 3: Spread propaganda internally to recruit others, turning minor sabotage into
- 41:41Speaker 3: mass disruption.
- 41:44Speaker 2: So they're trying to stop RFK Jr.
- 41:47Speaker 3: Because the vaccines killed so many people and they want
- 41:51Speaker 3: it to keep killing. A thousand current and former HHS
- 41:55Speaker 3: employees signed a letter calling for Robert F.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Kennedy Jr. to resign. But guess what? They will not
- 42:02Speaker 2: disclose their names.
- 42:04Speaker 3: Such conviction. A thousand current and former HHS employees. It's
- 42:09Speaker 3: a man that he resigned because they've done such a
- 42:12Speaker 3: good job with health in America. Everyone's dying. Excess deaths
- 42:15Speaker 3: through the roof. Cancer through the roof. Heart attacks through
- 42:18Speaker 3: the roof. The vaccine's killing people. They don't care. They
- 42:22Speaker 3: don't want you taking vitamins.
- 42:23Speaker 2: They want you only taking drugs and dying.
- 42:25Speaker 3: That's what they want. I'm not exaggerating. This is what
- 42:29Speaker 3: they're doing to people. You have cancer, radiation, chemotherapy, drugs.
- 42:33Speaker 3: Never vitamin C. Never ivermectin. Never fembezinol.
- 42:38Speaker 2: You're dealing with evil here, folks.
- 42:40Speaker 3: This is the devil. The devil's in our government. Speaking
