- 0:00Speaker 1: He's more marks alone on seventeen. Well, it's been quite
- 0:07Speaker 1: a week. It's over. It's over. We need a weekend
- 0:09Speaker 1: to recover. It's getting cold out. The Rockefeller Center tree
- 0:13Speaker 1: they cut it down. It's on its way. It'll be
- 0:16Speaker 1: here there too. That's how you know. I guess summer's over.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Rockefeller Center tree is on its way. I was in
- 0:25Speaker 1: the Central Park. The skating rink is open. I guess.
- 0:28Speaker 1: I guess summer is finally over. Hey, by the way,
- 0:30Speaker 1: if you want to look at leaves, changing colors, the leaves, apparently,
- 0:35Speaker 1: this is the peak weekend around here, around the New
- 0:39Speaker 1: York City area, in Long Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, this
- 0:43Speaker 1: is the peak weekend, So do it this weekend. Nancy
- 0:48Speaker 1: Pelosi has announced she will not seek reelection. That's great news.
- 0:55Speaker 1: President Trump was asked about it.
- 0:56Speaker 2: I think she's an avil woman. I'm glad she's retiring.
- 0:59Speaker 2: I think she did the country a great service by return.
- 1:03Speaker 2: I think she was a tremendous liability for the country.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Now you're saying, well, why would he say that, he
- 1:11Speaker 1: shouldn't talk like that? Why does he talk like well,
- 1:13Speaker 1: because a couple of days before, did you hear what
- 1:15Speaker 1: she said about him. She's on a being interviewed by
- 1:18Speaker 1: somebody on some show. To listen to the hyperbole. Listen
- 1:23Speaker 1: to how crazy they get. He's just a vile creature,
- 1:26Speaker 1: the worst thing on the face of the earth. But
- 1:28Speaker 1: anyway you think he's the worst thing on the face
- 1:31Speaker 1: of the earth. I do, Yeah, I do. They just
- 1:36Speaker 1: get so crazy about him, They get so crazy, we're
- 1:40Speaker 1: gonna there's a couple of prominent psychologists who actually said,
- 1:44Speaker 1: what sets them off so much? Why is he? You know,
- 1:47Speaker 1: they hated Bush and they they hated Reagan and they
- 1:51Speaker 1: went after him, but this is beyond anything. Some psychologists
- 1:55Speaker 1: think it's because you know, they're trying to be so
- 1:57Speaker 1: woke and you know DEI and he's just like this
- 2:02Speaker 1: old fashion macho guy, old fashion nineteen fifties sort of
- 2:08Speaker 1: macho kind of it's that that sets him off. And
- 2:13Speaker 1: then there's some psychologists that say it's like a daddy issues,
- 2:17Speaker 1: Like they've got massive daddy issues with this guy, but
- 2:21Speaker 1: he just sets them up. I mean, listen to her,
- 2:23Speaker 1: this is nice. If I played the clip and I
- 2:26Speaker 1: didn't say who she's talking about, who would you guess
- 2:28Speaker 1: you probably think she's talking about Iotola Komani or or
- 2:32Speaker 1: Putin or bin Laden. But if you didn't know who
- 2:38Speaker 1: she was talking about, creature, the worst thing on the
- 2:42Speaker 1: face of the earth. But you think he's the worst
- 2:45Speaker 1: thing on the face of the earth. I do. Yeah,
- 2:48Speaker 1: it's pretty funny. Now. The only sad thing about her
- 2:51Speaker 1: leaving It was great to watch her trade stocks. She
- 2:54Speaker 1: was the greatest insider trading in the history of the world.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Nobody you know, you're allowed to do inside trading in Congress.
- 3:01Speaker 1: So a lot of people made a couple of million.
- 3:03Speaker 1: She made, like, got close to a billion dollars. Now,
- 3:06Speaker 1: listen to this. Over the last ten years, because of
- 3:09Speaker 1: her insider trading. Over the last ten years, Nancy Pelosi
- 3:12Speaker 1: outperformed Warren Buffett Buffett's stock portfolio. Buffett grew his portfolio
- 3:19Speaker 1: by one hundred and eighty five percent. Pelosi grew hers
- 3:23Speaker 1: by seven hundred and twenty percent, almost four times the gains.
- 3:27Speaker 1: You got to give her credit for at least for that.
- 3:31Speaker 1: The greatest insider trading in the history of the world.
- 3:34Speaker 1: In her case, it was legal. So Alis Stefonica is
- 3:37Speaker 1: going to run for governor, She's why would she announce
- 3:39Speaker 1: it Now it's a year, one year away. Do you
- 3:43Speaker 1: really need a whole year? Well, okay, it helps, you know.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Some say that was the big, big problem with Cuomo.
- 3:48Speaker 1: He was just so dead all through the primaries. He
- 3:51Speaker 1: didn't wake up until the last two weeks. One reason
- 3:54Speaker 1: you start early. It gives you an excuse to go
- 3:57Speaker 1: around and campaign, not in the big places, in the
- 4:00Speaker 1: little places. That's why the candidates go to Iowa year ahead.
- 4:04Speaker 1: You go to these little, tiny place where nobody's really
- 4:06Speaker 1: gonna watch nobody. You're not gonna get a lot of coverage,
- 4:08Speaker 1: which is good, but you do speeches, you meet with voters,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and that way you hone the message. You're really you know,
- 4:15Speaker 1: six months of that and then you're ready for the
- 4:17Speaker 1: real campaign. You have developed a message, a stump speech,
- 4:21Speaker 1: You've really got yourself up to speed. So that's why
- 4:23Speaker 1: you do it a year ahead of time. Now, Hokeel
- 4:25Speaker 1: is going to have a huge problem. Normally, these Democrats
- 4:29Speaker 1: will campaign on affordability and whatever crisis. Well, now you've
- 4:36Speaker 1: got a Republican who can just look at you and
- 4:37Speaker 1: say you're the one in charge for the last eight years.
- 4:39Speaker 1: It's your fault. You created it. So I don't know
- 4:42Speaker 1: what she's going to do about that. The other big
- 4:43Speaker 1: problem she has is a Mom Donnie problem. You can
- 4:46Speaker 1: assume a year from now, Mom Donnie will have been
- 4:49Speaker 1: a terrible, terrible mayor and she endorsed them. She is
- 4:53Speaker 1: going to have to deal with that picture of her
- 4:54Speaker 1: and him they pose together holding their hands up together, clasped.
- 5:00Speaker 1: So she's going to have to answer for that, and
- 5:04Speaker 1: that's not going to be easy. It's going to be
- 5:06Speaker 1: a big problem for her. Hey, MSNBC a week from
- 5:11Speaker 1: today will no longer exist. Friday, the fifteenth final day
- 5:16Speaker 1: of MSNBC. It's gone. They'll rebrand it as they'll call
- 5:20Speaker 1: it MS now. They gave people a tour of their
- 5:24Speaker 1: new studio. They've been kicked out of Rockefeller Center. Their
- 5:28Speaker 1: new studios kind of small. It's a little cramped. They'll
- 5:31Speaker 1: be operating out of there. But you know, there's a
- 5:33Speaker 1: lot of branding experts that say they may not realize
- 5:36Speaker 1: how dangerous this is. You know, it's gonna be the
- 5:38Speaker 1: same show, same anchors, won't look as good because it'll
- 5:41Speaker 1: be smaller studios. They will no longer have NBC News
- 5:44Speaker 1: resources or correspondence or all of that. But anytime you rebrand,
- 5:51Speaker 1: you know, you could just change you know, well, if
- 5:53Speaker 1: you said yeah, but they're just changing the name, or
- 5:56Speaker 1: they're just changing the logo, it can affect things. Look
- 6:00Speaker 1: what happened to Cracker Barrel. Cracker Barrel just changed the
- 6:04Speaker 1: logo and they redecorated the stores. Rebranding is very, very,
- 6:11Speaker 1: very dangerous, So it'll be interesting to see what happens now.
- 6:14Speaker 1: MSNBC apparently is worried about the dangers of rebranding, so
- 6:19Speaker 1: they've put together a few million dollars to do an
- 6:21Speaker 1: ad campaign to promote the new brand. You'll start seeing
- 6:25Speaker 1: that everywhere. And this is a company that was spun
- 6:28Speaker 1: off from NBC in comcasts, so a few millions a
- 6:32Speaker 1: lot of money to them, but it's going to be
- 6:36Speaker 1: quite a struggle. Heyy, speaking of television, sometime today, I'm
- 6:39Speaker 1: going to go over to the Paley Center. You know,
- 6:42Speaker 1: that's like the Museum of Television and Radio. They call
- 6:44Speaker 1: it the Paley Center. But this is the final weekend
- 6:48Speaker 1: it's there, and I want to the museum is going
- 6:51Speaker 1: to be there forever. But what's there for the final
- 6:55Speaker 1: weekend is Johnny Carson's actual desk and parts of the
- 6:59Speaker 1: Tonight Show set. I want to go over there and
- 7:00Speaker 1: see it before it goes away. He'll be there through
- 7:03Speaker 1: Sunday at the Paley Center. You can actually see the
- 7:06Speaker 1: actual Johnny Carson desk, which is that's pretty cool. And
- 7:10Speaker 1: then Paley Fest actually begins. Now they've got a whole
- 7:14Speaker 1: bunch of big events. Check the schedule. You can get tickets.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Where there's Trisha Yearwood, is there Ted Danson, who's got
- 7:21Speaker 1: this hot news series on Netflix. Just go to a
- 7:24Speaker 1: pale museum dot org. It's all for a very good cause. Hey,
- 7:29Speaker 1: there is some good news this week. Looks like John
- 7:31Speaker 1: Brennan that the dirty, dirty CIA director will be indicted.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Apparently they are preparing indictments against him. They will go
- 7:41Speaker 1: after him. Hopefully they'll get him. But even if they don't,
- 7:44Speaker 1: just put him on trial. This is the dirtiest CIA
- 7:47Speaker 1: director we've ever had. Also communist, by the way, I
- 7:51Speaker 1: mean literally he admits to having voted in presidential elections
- 7:56Speaker 1: for the communist candidate. Now that's the kind of guy.
- 7:58Speaker 1: This is CIA director. You know, Colly was at one
- 8:01Speaker 1: time a communist. He's talked about earlier in his life
- 8:04Speaker 1: being an actual communist. He tries to pose as some
- 8:07Speaker 1: sort of Republican. He's always always been very left wing Democrat,
- 8:10Speaker 1: but he admits earlier in his life he was an
- 8:13Speaker 1: actual communist. Do you remember the McCarthy stuff. McCarthy hearings,
- 8:18Speaker 1: If you even happen to walk into a Communist party
- 8:21Speaker 1: meeting or a Communist club meeting, you were banned from
- 8:24Speaker 1: society for the rest of your life. These guys were
- 8:26Speaker 1: actual communists, declared communists. Call me Brennan. Also, remember it
- 8:33Speaker 1: was Brennan who signed that ridiculous letter from the fifty
- 8:37Speaker 1: one former intelligence officials who said the Hunter laptop was
- 8:41Speaker 1: Russian disinformation. Absolutely insane stuff. You hear all this talk.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Everybody's moving, everybody's leaving. Everybody's fleeing New York because of
- 8:52Speaker 1: Mom Donnie. I don't know, well, there'll be some people
- 8:55Speaker 1: will leave, but everybody's going to leave that fast. We
- 8:58Speaker 1: went through this with the Blasio same thing. Everybody's leaving.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Some people did, but not a lot. But they're panicking
- 9:05Speaker 1: in Florida and all the homes that are available in Florida.
- 9:10Speaker 1: You know, they figure everybody will move to Florida. Now
- 9:12Speaker 1: all these rich people moved to Florida. So the homes
- 9:15Speaker 1: that would be that were available are all getting snapped
- 9:18Speaker 1: up like crazy, not by New Yorkers, but by local
- 9:22Speaker 1: Floridians who apparently in the last weeks since Momdani, have
- 9:27Speaker 1: flooded the market because they're afraid all these New Yorkers
- 9:30Speaker 1: will come down and buy everything, and when they start
- 9:34Speaker 1: buying like crazy, it'll drive the pricest way up in Florida.
- 9:38Speaker 1: So local Floridians started buying stuff. There were homes that
- 9:41Speaker 1: were on the sitting on the market for months with
- 9:43Speaker 1: no activity that all of a sudden had dozens of
- 9:46Speaker 1: offers Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, And these homes are getting snapped
- 9:51Speaker 1: up at the fastest rate they've ever seen. Condos that
- 9:54Speaker 1: sat through the whole summer with no bidders now have
- 9:56Speaker 1: multiple offers. It's going on all over the East co Miami, Boka,
- 10:01Speaker 1: Palm Beach. In fact, they're starting to see it in
- 10:04Speaker 1: Orlando and other places. Floridians snapping up these homes because
- 10:08Speaker 1: they know it's going to drive prices up like crazy. Hey,
- 10:12Speaker 1: you know podcasting is a big thing now. There's two
- 10:16Speaker 1: kinds of podcasts. There's the real ones, the professional ones,
- 10:20Speaker 1: iHeart is the biggest podcast in the world. Sirious is
- 10:24Speaker 1: a big podcaster Spotify obviously, but nobody's bigger than iHeart,
- 10:29Speaker 1: and we've got all the top top names in the
- 10:31Speaker 1: world podcasting. Now, the other part of podcasting is every
- 10:35Speaker 1: amateur now has a podcast because anybody can do it. Now,
- 10:39Speaker 1: if you talk about a professional podcast, we have millions
- 10:43Speaker 1: and millions and millions of listeners. If you're Joe Rogan,
- 10:46Speaker 1: you got forty million listeners or whatever he's got to
- 10:50Speaker 1: the one with President Trump, the campaign podcast, I think
- 10:56Speaker 1: that hit one hundred million listens at one point. Even
- 10:59Speaker 1: my podcast I still hit ten million this year, ten
- 11:01Speaker 1: million listens. We did nine point four million last year.
- 11:05Speaker 1: But it's a big deal these podcasts. Now, Netflix wants
- 11:11Speaker 1: to get into the podcasting business. They want to seriously
- 11:14Speaker 1: get into the podcasting business. Netflix of course the number
- 11:18Speaker 1: one best known streaming place, but they think that's not enough,
- 11:22Speaker 1: that you better expand all of that, so they want
- 11:24Speaker 1: to get into podcasting. They're making a deal. Well, they're
- 11:27Speaker 1: in talks with SERIOUSXM YouTube, by the way, it's a
- 11:32Speaker 1: huge podcaster. So Netflix is talking to SERIOUSXM to combine
- 11:37Speaker 1: and have all of their podcasts now they want to
- 11:40Speaker 1: do it audio and video. SERIUSXM has some big podcast
- 11:44Speaker 1: Caller Daddy, Morbid, Dateline NBC, but they're trying to strike
- 11:49Speaker 1: some kind of deal. Earlier they made a deal with Spotify.
- 11:53Speaker 1: They got the Bill Simmons podcast, Zach Lowe Conspiracy Theories,
- 11:57Speaker 1: and some others. Now the biggest podcast cast of all
- 12:01Speaker 1: is iHeart. There's nobody bigger than iHeart. Hollywood reporter says
- 12:05Speaker 1: Netflix has also approached iHeartMedia about a similar arrangement. iHeart
- 12:11Speaker 1: has some of the most important podcasts in the world,
- 12:13Speaker 1: like the Breakfast Club done over there, right across the hall,
- 12:17Speaker 1: and stuff you should know. Now, there's some trade magazines
- 12:22Speaker 1: this morning writing that it sounds impressive, but that they
- 12:26Speaker 1: think Netflix is way too late, way too late to
- 12:30Speaker 1: get into this, that they've missed the boat on it.
- 12:32Speaker 1: They'll never catch up. You know, when they started with
- 12:35Speaker 1: the streaming stuff, they were ahead of everybody else. That's
- 12:39Speaker 1: how they got so big. And you remember at the time,
- 12:45Speaker 1: you kids today, you won't know what I'm talking about.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Before Netflix, if you wanted to see a movie at home,
- 12:51Speaker 1: you had to go to a store like a Blockbuster
- 12:54Speaker 1: Video store and you had to rent the movie for
- 12:57Speaker 1: a day or two. At one time it was on
- 13:00Speaker 1: a cassette, a VHS cassett, and you'd have to rewind it.
- 13:03Speaker 1: If you didn't rewind it before you brought it back,
- 13:06Speaker 1: you get fined. And then later it was a DVD.
- 13:10Speaker 1: This sounds crazy. Can you imagine a twenty three ye
- 13:12Speaker 1: old listening? What what do you mean you went to
- 13:14Speaker 1: a STU. Yeah, you had to go to a Blockbuster,
- 13:17Speaker 1: rent the thing, bring it back. You had to go
- 13:19Speaker 1: back the next day. And state of the art was
- 13:24Speaker 1: they put it like a slot in the door, so
- 13:25Speaker 1: you didn't have to go during the day. You could
- 13:27Speaker 1: go late at night and drop it through the slot.
- 13:29Speaker 1: But then Netflix started. Netflix actually started, I think it
- 13:33Speaker 1: was DVDs. It with DVDs, and then they started streaming.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Eventually they got rid of the DVDs and streaming took over.
- 13:40Speaker 1: So but again podcasting, they're way too late to jump
- 13:44Speaker 1: on board. Hey, King Charles, boys, he have to get this.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. He stripped him of his title, the Duke
- 13:51Speaker 1: of this, the Duke of that, the Earl of the
- 13:54Speaker 1: Duke of Earl, whatever the hell he was. King Charles
- 13:57Speaker 1: keeps taking things away, kicked him out of the wherever
- 14:00Speaker 1: he was living such palace, taken everything. Final humiliation, he
- 14:05Speaker 1: stripped his brother of his other titles. He was left
- 14:08Speaker 1: with Royal Highness and prince. So he's no longer any
- 14:12Speaker 1: of that stuff. Now. This is all because of the
- 14:15Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein Gallaine Maxwell stuff. This woman wrote a book
- 14:20Speaker 1: with all the allegations, but it's never been proven. Nothing's
- 14:24Speaker 1: been proven. Just because somebody claimed it hasn't been proven.
- 14:28Speaker 1: But on the other hand, he's never denied it. He's
- 14:30Speaker 1: never actually denied the allegations. So the only thing he
- 14:33Speaker 1: has left he's a Vice Admiral of the Royal Navy,
- 14:37Speaker 1: that title given him in twenty fifteen. He did spend
- 14:41Speaker 1: twenty two years in the Royal Navy and he actually
- 14:44Speaker 1: he saw active service. Was a helicopter pilot during the
- 14:47Speaker 1: Falklands War. Ooh, a helicopter pilot. This is like Mikey Cheryl.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Two of them could start a little helicopter company there.
- 14:55Speaker 1: But this Prince Andrew, I don't know what he's going
- 14:57Speaker 1: to do. If I were him, I would just leave.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Just hey, come over here, come over here. They'll treat
- 15:02Speaker 1: you like a big tabloid star, but he would face
- 15:04Speaker 1: charges if he came out of here, so that's why
- 15:07Speaker 1: he has to stay in England. Hey, we'll take some
- 15:10Speaker 1: calls in a minute. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 15:13Speaker 1: seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one
- 15:16Speaker 1: zero seven ten
