- 0:00the loudest person in the room is usually the
- 0:03one with the most to lose why all that profit
- 0:11is spending on the advertisement on a promotion
- 0:16on the announcement and not the actual product
- 0:21everybody wants to to be faster, be quicker,
- 0:33and understand why they're falling behind. They
- 0:40want to find a new method, new hack, something
- 0:43to speed it up, accelerate the process, right?
- 0:50And not the work. Some of us have tried a different
- 0:55morning routine, better sleep, different things
- 0:58like that. All right, you start the workout.
- 1:02Read a little bit more. But are you doing the
- 1:07number one thing? The real accelerator. Shutting
- 1:12your mouth. Being quiet. Moving silence. You
- 1:21already know how to move with intentions. Your
- 1:28real power. or any real power you don't need
- 1:32to have a press release or a conference doesn't
- 1:37require any updates the most dangerous person
- 1:45that's in any industry any form right of service
- 1:51is the one you haven't seen in six months That
- 2:00person is about to change that game. They're
- 2:05about to level up. While you're still trying
- 2:09to find the right filter for your grind or post
- 2:13-it, that person in the vault, in the chamber,
- 2:18getting ready to show up. I am Sir Don. This
- 2:28is Mindless Shenanigans. Solid move, wild results.
- 2:34Let's talk about it. Welcome to My Little Shenanigans.
- 2:37Where the takes are hot, the jokes are wild,
- 2:40and nothing is off limits. Quick disclaimer.
- 2:43Everything you hear is strictly opinion, personal
- 2:47perspective, or just flat out nonsense. We do
- 2:51not condone violence or violence behavior. Don't
- 2:54come for us. This is for entertainment purposes
- 2:56only. Not facts. Not legal advice. and definitely
- 3:01not safe for any sensitive ears so buckle up
- 3:04and let the shenanigans begin stop giving away
- 3:23the blueprint for free i'm not saying gatekeep
- 3:29I'm not saying you got to charge. Close the door.
- 3:34Lock the vault. Let the results make all the
- 3:40noise for you. Everything you've been doing is
- 3:45going to show. Don't need to talk about it. If
- 3:51you go around and announce that you got a new
- 3:53gym membership, people are going to expect to
- 3:57see a physical difference. People are going to
- 4:00expect to see the results. Yes. You took the
- 4:06initiative to start in again in June, start a
- 4:08lifestyle change and do better for yourself.
- 4:10Cool. That's exciting, right? Get that dopamine
- 4:16off of that. All right. What about when you post
- 4:21your business outline plan? You should get that
- 4:26same validation and that feeling. When you announce
- 4:29it in your gym membership, no matter if your
- 4:32goal is to lose five to 50 pounds or just tone
- 4:37and shape up or just make yourself feel better.
- 4:41The point is, let somebody know you got a goal.
- 4:44People expect to see the results. Right. But
- 4:50can you tell the difference between when you're
- 4:54getting applauded for announcement? or applauded
- 4:58for an accomplishment right because when you're
- 5:06moving silently you don't need to announce any
- 5:10of that don't lose the hunger by announcing the
- 5:16plan too soon let's get to the finish line let's
- 5:23get to the job i'm not saying we not as opposed
- 5:27to, you know, announcing important news and things
- 5:32like that. But something that you know that's
- 5:35going to shock the way, look how it dropped.
- 5:40Look how some of your best albums were announced,
- 5:42some of the best movies. You're not telling people
- 5:50your moves are playing because you're scared.
- 5:55You're not telling them because you're strategic.
- 5:59Calculate it. It's intentional. You got to see
- 6:06the play coming. Just like anything else. You're
- 6:11the quarterback. Are you reading the defense?
- 6:19Because you're not just being strategic on the
- 6:21people who are supporting you. You're doing it
- 6:25for the people who are also watching in the bushes.
- 6:29That's hating. That's watching your move, right?
- 6:39Because you do impact and influence as well.
- 6:42So what does that mean for your next move, right?
- 6:50If you believe people are not here watching you,
- 6:53right and mocking and stealing your stuff some
- 6:57might say oh yeah let them keep watching for
- 6:58sure you keep letting them do your thing in xyz
- 7:00you put something out there or a hint or a window
- 7:06or something that you haven't done or completed
- 7:09yet and watch you get jumped in front of for
- 7:15you to come back and say well somebody took my
- 7:19idea or You know, you did it first. Where's your
- 7:24execution at then? That's all that matter at
- 7:30the end of the day. Where's your execution at?
- 7:33Because that's all we're going to want to see
- 7:36is execution. A lot of people have plans. Remember,
- 7:42big dreams are cheap. Are you doing hour by hour,
- 7:48day by day? week by week, month by month. When
- 7:57you're the quarterback, you need to read the
- 7:59defense and prepare. Call an audible. Let them
- 8:05do all that talking, all that chirping, and all
- 8:07the gossip. Let them announce when they're going
- 8:11to start. When you drop that finished project,
- 8:17product, Who can dispute it? The work that you
- 8:25put in because you took your time intentionally
- 8:28to get it right. Anybody can tell that it's rushed.
- 8:36You done watched plenty of movies or shows or
- 8:39seen some clothes or anything that had got just
- 8:42ran through and just was out there. Did it just
- 8:47to say it was done. Let's lock the vault and
- 8:56get a little bit deeper. Make sure you got your
- 8:59notes out for this one. You've been paying the
- 9:04price of remission. That form of currency, can
- 9:11you stack up on it? Multiple taxes is going to
- 9:16hedge your way. Another one to get ready for.
- 9:22Validation. we'll be paying a validation tax,
- 9:29which is like counterfeit success. Right? So
- 9:36we got people out here who will make an announcement
- 9:41and it'll be in the state for attention for an
- 9:46accomplishment. Right? So the people who like
- 9:53to stand up and announce everything, right? We're
- 9:56going to put them in a, The class of their own.
- 9:59The announcer class. The people who mistakenly
- 10:04seek attention for their accomplishments. And
- 10:10there's nothing wrong with being proud of yourself.
- 10:13You're supposed to make accomplishments. Right?
- 10:17If you just now for sure getting this many, you
- 10:22hitting this many metrics on whatever you're
- 10:24working on or whatever you're passionate about,
- 10:26put that out there. Right. But if you're putting
- 10:30out a goal of what you're wanting to reach, you're
- 10:32not putting in work to get it. What are you announcing
- 10:38it for? Right. For all the people out there that's
- 10:44making content. Right. You've got a sub goal
- 10:47or something like that that's putting in that
- 10:50work. Congratulations to them. For y 'all out
- 10:55there who want to go. and just want people to
- 10:58engage with your stuff and you're not working
- 10:59on your craft, you're not getting better, or
- 11:02you're not even posting, okay. Or you want us
- 11:06to celebrate that you got a gym membership and
- 11:09you don't go to the gym, right? You might not
- 11:13be telling us that you're going to the gym after
- 11:15you made that announcement, but I should be able
- 11:18to look and tell that you're at the gym. If that's
- 11:21what you're telling me, that's what you're working
- 11:22on and what you're doing. Yes, other things get
- 11:24in the way. And there's other priorities, but
- 11:27you made that announcement. I wouldn't have that
- 11:30expectation on you if you wouldn't have told
- 11:32me. Not because I didn't think you would do it,
- 11:35it's because you told me. Right? So we identified
- 11:43and talked about these same type of people and
- 11:46the currency of loyalty. The hype man. The proximity
- 11:55opportunities, they validate the start because
- 12:00if they're undisciplined to stick to the goal
- 12:03and all the way through the finish line, that's
- 12:06why they're hanging around. The hype man going
- 12:09to make sure you keep, yeah, bro, keep going
- 12:11on, keep doing it. Proximity opportunities going
- 12:16to stick right there next to you and ride the
- 12:19wave. You can call that loyalty. Up or down.
- 12:26And both can and will, when you're doing bad,
- 12:31won't call you out neither. Because they have
- 12:38to stick close by to ride your wave in the coattail.
- 12:44Because if you were being undisciplined, why
- 12:47wouldn't they tell you? The people in your circle
- 12:52are supposed to call you out on your bullshit.
- 12:58Period. And how can you be strategic if the people
- 13:01in your circle aren't disciplined? If you have
- 13:05a hype man or proximity opportunities? Yeah.
- 13:15Everybody has a job. Everybody has a different
- 13:19type job. Whether you clock in or you strictly
- 13:22working for yourself independently. A lot of
- 13:24people. aren't actually working. A lot of y 'all
- 13:29are performing. Performing for an audience. Faking
- 13:35it every day. Right? And I'm not talking about
- 13:39lead a person with stuff at home. Right? A lot
- 13:45of you are having fake motivation to stay motivated.
- 13:52Something external. Do it for the love of the
- 13:59game, not the sake of the business. Which one
- 14:05are you doing it for? For the love of the game
- 14:10or the sake of the business? And to quote AI,
- 14:16I'm talking about practice. The game I love,
- 14:22same for business. How you might engage or associate
- 14:32with people, maybe for the sake of business.
- 14:36Because you're doing it for the love of the game.
- 14:39If the external validation, like the likes or
- 14:45comment, is what's going to fuel you, it's not
- 14:48intentional. It's not for the love of the game.
- 14:53That's for the sake of the business. How many
- 14:58people you know are doing it for the sake of
- 14:59the business and not the love of the game? It
- 15:03needs to be internal. That's where it needs to
- 15:09be. So, the start is good. A lot of people start
- 15:20because they think they know what they're getting
- 15:22into. The water, they're about to tread deep.
- 15:28You can go to your local swimming pool. On the
- 15:31outside or any pool, it's going to tell you how
- 15:33deep that water is and where it's at. If those
- 15:38markings weren't there, how deep would you be
- 15:41willing to go if it told you or didn't tell you?
- 15:47If you didn't know how to swim, would you still
- 15:50take a dive? Hope to survive. I try to not even
- 16:00acknowledge the middleman or anything in between.
- 16:05The process does matter because that's where
- 16:07the work and the grind is at. But did you get
- 16:10to the finish? Just because it didn't work along
- 16:15the way, did you adapt, take your pause, or did
- 16:21you just come to a stop? Because your street
- 16:25is only long as you make it. Is it a dead end?
- 16:30Is it a roundabout? Is it a circle? Is it an
- 16:35avenue? Is it a lane? Is it a boulevard? Is it
- 16:41a strip? I'm only worried about getting to the
- 16:50results. That's what nobody can deny about your
- 16:53work. The results. People are going to remember
- 16:57what you told them that you were going to start
- 16:58to do. They're going to bring that up in reference
- 17:03when you don't get it done. Are the same people
- 17:08going to talk about it when you get to the finish
- 17:10line and have that same energy? One of the best
- 17:19things that was understood doesn't have to be
- 17:24said. So, if you got to tell people, what that
- 17:41mean, right? If you have to tell people that
- 17:45you're the boss, are you really the boss? Or
- 17:53is that what you're recognizing? Yeah, you tell
- 17:58them your name. Tell them what you stand for.
- 18:04But when you walk in the rooms, you know who's
- 18:08who. Try not to get caught up in being validated.
- 18:25It's easy to get trapped that way. Doing it over
- 18:33and over or doing something just to get validation
- 18:35in order to either walk into the room or get
- 18:39seen through the crowd or out the window, you're
- 18:45going to pay that price. You're going to pay
- 18:49the tax. You're going to pay the price of admission.
- 18:57Are you ready for it? And are you earning it?
- 19:04That's what we got to worry about. Because I
- 19:10started out at the beginning, started it off
- 19:13at the beginning by telling you the real way
- 19:18to accelerate it is to keep your mouth shut.
- 19:22So it's 2026. One of the most valuable assets
- 19:28that anybody and everybody has is data. Right.
- 19:34Your phone number, email address. Right. Your
- 19:39social account. Right. So a data. This is important.
- 19:47Is anything else? If you leak your data. You
- 19:54create vulnerability. So if you're telling the
- 20:00plan, telling the steps, what do you think people
- 20:10are going to say? If they don't know what you're
- 20:13doing, they can't tell you that it won't work.
- 20:18I'm not talking about the people you're working
- 20:21with amongst what you're doing. We have talked
- 20:28about how silence can be shown to some people
- 20:34as a form of weakness, right? Because if you're
- 20:36not speaking up about something that you believe
- 20:39in, right, it can be overlooked. Go back and
- 20:43refer to control the narrative. Silence protects
- 20:50your vision from the projections of the negativity.
- 20:56Right? A lot of people are scared to make a move.
- 21:03That's why they won't tell anybody. We're not
- 21:07telling anybody because we're moving in the right
- 21:12way. Data leak is like blood in the water. Right?
- 21:26And if you're not another shark, you're going
- 21:29to get ate up. A lot of people project their
- 21:35insecurities and fears, and they will on you
- 21:38if they don't understand the vision, if they
- 21:40don't understand the plan. We're not going to
- 21:49be scared anymore. We're going to dive deep.
- 21:58Every day, if you tell your move, it's no different
- 22:02than espionage. Your business plans, your next
- 22:13moves are valuable. That's why you got them the
- 22:18way you have them, where you have them, right?
- 22:23You tell the wrong person, whoop -dee -doo. You
- 22:29have to put yourself in the best position by
- 22:33not leaking any of the next move to the opposition.
- 22:45You think you have an army and tell them exactly
- 22:47where you're going to bomb at or strike at exactly?
- 22:52Or you think it's not? Maybe it's a decoy. Have
- 22:58a strategy to play in this strike. And if you're
- 23:04playing this to strike. I wouldn't let the opposition
- 23:07know. Keep your mouth shut. Your circle tight.
- 23:16To prevent any of that. Are you taking the steps.
- 23:23The necessary steps to do that. If you're not.
- 23:28You need to audit yourself. And go down a checklist.
- 23:36See what you went wrong. You can't afford to
- 23:40miss a step out here. Violence isn't just passive.
- 23:47It's one of the best defensive weapons. You're
- 23:51the quarterback. You know the playbook. And if
- 23:59they do know your signals, you need to be able
- 24:02to lie. They can't prepare for you. They don't
- 24:13know the play. They don't know the impact that's
- 24:16coming. Move like a shark. Move in silence. Nobody
- 24:29wants to see you when you stick your fin up.
- 24:37Put in the work. Don't sabotage yourself. Telling
- 24:46some of your goals to feel and give you the same
- 24:50accomplishment as if you already did it. And
- 24:58if you think that's real, that's my own shenanigans.
- 25:03Telling someone your goals is almost sabotaging
- 25:08to your own dopamine. If you think that telling
- 25:15someone your goals, you're going to get the same
- 25:18feeling as when you actually achieve it, that
- 25:24shenanigans all by itself. Why do you think you
- 25:29already won? And if you're excited about starting
- 25:34something and not even more excited to do the
- 25:38work and finish it, you're not going to have
- 25:44it here to get it. Yo, hype man. You're going
- 25:54to get a round of applause just for starting
- 25:56it up. Yeah, go ahead, bro. Do that shit. It's
- 26:02a good job, bro. That's going to fuck them up.
- 26:09Just to be close around you to reap the benefits
- 26:13if they happen to so be. We talked about moving
- 26:21with intentions, but we don't congratulate the
- 26:25intentions. We congratulate the results. and
- 26:29the work that put in and the lessons learned
- 26:32along the way don't buy the pipe by the work
- 26:40now let's do the inverse of that go down to your
- 26:55lab your office or wherever you gonna do your
- 26:58dirty work at complete science quiet during the
- 27:07building phase total dominance doing reveal now
- 27:13we've seen uh examples in like some movies right
- 27:23Where we've seen someone take years and years
- 27:27of planning and hard work to show you something
- 27:32that it didn't get done. We've seen unfortunate
- 27:37tragedies get taken out and operated that way.
- 27:44Right? The silence is the killer. The buildup.
- 27:55Is what draws in. You come up. With that new
- 27:59whip. You got a new car. Everybody's excited
- 28:05about the new car. Everybody see it shining.
- 28:12It's like. You know. You out here stepping. Dang
- 28:18bro. What you. You out here like this. Right.
- 28:24Do they know what it took to come out and shine
- 28:27in that new car? You're not just flexing. Whatever
- 28:32you was in, they either saw you in or you were
- 28:36in nothing at all. But all them long nights or
- 28:42long days you put in, you should be out in that
- 28:46new car. I said it before. All the sacrifices.
- 28:55The price of a mission that you pay. Oh, yeah.
- 28:59Yeah. Undeniable. But that's not the results,
- 29:08though. The result isn't just to get a nice car.
- 29:18We're trying to get keys to the building. We're
- 29:23trying to get. Sign contracts. We want a completed
- 29:29campaign. That's the price for a mission for
- 29:35high -end success. I'm able to get a nice car
- 29:42that you can see me with because of those things.
- 29:49Know the difference. Let the growth be the result
- 29:57itself. That's all the noise I need. Ask yourself,
- 30:05last few weeks, where have you grown? Audit yourself.
- 30:17Have you gotten better with your emotional discipline?
- 30:23Are you able to? control the narrative? Are you
- 30:29paying the price of admission? Are you moving
- 30:36silently? Are you playing with the counterfeit
- 30:50loyalty? Are you still stuck consuming all this
- 31:06mindless content? Are you still surrounded by
- 31:13the hype man? Do you still have proximity opportunities?
- 31:26Hanging on to you? Are you paying the price of
- 31:33admission? Are you gaining the relentless focus
- 31:42and the accountability to move from the crowd
- 31:46in the old circle to a new inner one? You don't
- 32:01have to be loud. You just got to put in the work.
- 32:13I can show you better than I can tell you. I
