- 0:00Speaker 1: Let's dive into some topics today that I think you
- 0:02Speaker 1: guys do not want to miss. It's going to be
- 0:04Speaker 1: hot and it's all talking about silver. My name is
- 0:06Speaker 1: spaw Baron, Welcome back into the show. Let's get into it.
- 0:09Speaker 1: I do want to thank our sponsor today and that's
- 0:11Speaker 1: I Trust Capital, speaking of silver and gold and also
- 0:14Speaker 1: digital assets. All of that is available over on I
- 0:17Speaker 1: Trust Capital where you can set up your own CRYPTOIRA.
- 0:20Speaker 1: The way you do it is use our link. It's
- 0:23Speaker 1: going to give you a one hundred dollars funding reward
- 0:25Speaker 1: and YouTube can join another fourteen billion in transactions and
- 0:29Speaker 1: two hundred thousand people out there doing it. And of
- 0:33Speaker 1: course this is going to give you some advantages when
- 0:35Speaker 1: it gets into tax planning. So check out I Trust Capital.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Let's go into it today. I do want to lead
- 0:40Speaker 1: off with this chart right here, which is a big one.
- 0:44Speaker 1: And the note is I'm certain about silver being fully
- 0:46Speaker 1: endorsed monetary metal once again. And silver now, of course,
- 0:49Speaker 1: is looking at a cup and handle, you would think, well,
- 0:51Speaker 1: that's a pretty good chart. Problem that's forty five years
- 0:55Speaker 1: in the making for this chart right here. In terms
- 0:57Speaker 1: of the silver quarterly chart going up and this is
- 1:00Speaker 1: the point of today. We are maybe nearing an area
- 1:04Speaker 1: where we're going to start to see some pretty big
- 1:06Speaker 1: action going within silver in general. Part of this could
- 1:09Speaker 1: come from the demand that is being generated around solid
- 1:12Speaker 1: state EV batteries, but also solar plays into this. I
- 1:16Speaker 1: want to play a clip for you. Then we're going
- 1:18Speaker 1: to bring in our guest to talk about where this
- 1:20Speaker 1: could happen or where this could go in terms of
- 1:22Speaker 1: the market and how to affects it.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Let's go to soil one.
- 1:25Speaker 3: So silver is the most conductive metal. Silver is used
- 1:28Speaker 3: in electric vehicles from the electronics, to the battery system
- 1:31Speaker 3: to charging components.
- 1:33Speaker 2: So solid state.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Batteries will require one thousand grams of silver per vehicle,
- 1:39Speaker 3: so that's twenty times more silver. So Samsung expects commercial
- 1:43Speaker 3: production to begin in twenty twenty six. And as if
- 1:46Speaker 3: that's not exciting enough, silver is used in solar panels.
- 1:49Speaker 4: OPEC the same year predicted electric vehicle sales would barely increase.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Well they were wrong. Same year, OPEC predicted that it
- 1:58Speaker 4: was just unrealistic think that solar power would ever be
- 2:01Speaker 4: able to compete in costs. Here are all the past
- 2:04Speaker 4: projections of what solar energy was likely to do. And
- 2:08Speaker 4: here is the reality of what has actually happened. It
- 2:12Speaker 4: really is quite extraordinary, my goodness. Nobody could have imagined.
- 2:19Speaker 4: It is by far the cheapest source of electricity in
- 2:23Speaker 4: all of history.
- 2:24Speaker 1: All right, So a lot happening out there in the
- 2:26Speaker 1: market that could drive this precious metal into the ozone.
- 2:30Speaker 1: And one of the ways that this could happen is
- 2:31Speaker 1: through digital tokenization. And I wanted to bring in our
- 2:35Speaker 1: guest today, and of course that is mister Andy Sheckman.
- 2:38Speaker 2: How are you good to see if Paul? Thanks for
- 2:40Speaker 2: having me, buddy.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Yeah, so obviously, Miles Franklin is a big purveyor of
- 2:44Speaker 1: both gold and silver, and you've been watching this market
- 2:46Speaker 1: for quite some time. I look at a couple of
- 2:49Speaker 1: things that's going on in the market right now. I'm
- 2:51Speaker 1: looking at SD bullion right now, which gets a look
- 2:55Speaker 1: at the gold and silver play. And if you look
- 2:57Speaker 1: at where gold and silver have started to go against
- 3:00Speaker 1: each other, this goes all the way back into twenty
- 3:03Speaker 1: elevel where we saw that dip. Are we potentially nearing
- 3:07Speaker 1: that kind of movement in the market where silver is
- 3:10Speaker 1: on the move upward? What's your current position.
- 3:13Speaker 5: Well, you speak of the silver to gold ratio, and
- 3:16Speaker 5: that's a big one. I mean, look, let's go back
- 3:18Speaker 5: five thousand years. The geological ratio since the beginning of
- 3:23Speaker 5: time has been sixteen to one, and it was that
- 3:25Speaker 5: way for nearly five thousand years.
- 3:27Speaker 2: In other words, we'll call that God's ratio.
- 3:29Speaker 5: You dig a big hole in the ground five thousand
- 3:32Speaker 5: years ago and you would receive sixteen ounces of silver
- 3:35Speaker 5: for every one ounce.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Of gold that you can pull out.
- 3:38Speaker 5: And even Isaac Newton, when he was developing the ratio
- 3:42Speaker 5: for the mint.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Hundreds of years ago in the UK, sixteen.
- 3:46Speaker 5: To one ratio the average price ratio, we'll call that
- 3:51Speaker 5: man's ratio. Really, since the Industrial Revolution, the average has
- 3:55Speaker 5: been about forty five to one, and that's been largely
- 3:58Speaker 5: because silver's role as a industrial metal and gold's role
- 4:04Speaker 5: as monetary metal. And what's really interesting right now is
- 4:09Speaker 5: that it's coming out of the ground.
- 4:11Speaker 2: According to my friend.
- 4:12Speaker 5: Keith Neumeyer, who is the CEO of First Majestic Silver,
- 4:15Speaker 5: that it's coming out of the ground at seven to one.
- 4:18Speaker 2: It is disappearing.
- 4:20Speaker 5: It's found in nature, like your skin is epidermis. It's
- 4:25Speaker 5: found in nature in a form called epithermal right near
- 4:27Speaker 5: the surface. The big deposits were found forever ago. To me,
- 4:33Speaker 5: what has happened is largely driven by central bank suppression
- 4:38Speaker 5: of silver. And we could talk about this for hours,
- 4:42Speaker 5: but what is really changing right now is the amount
- 4:45Speaker 5: of silver that is being imported into the United States.
- 4:48Speaker 5: I truly do believe that someone grabbed Trump by the
- 4:50Speaker 5: back of the neck and said we must start importing
- 4:54Speaker 5: gold and silver. The rest of the world is onto
- 4:57Speaker 5: what we have been doing now. They have been holding
- 4:59Speaker 5: down silver in my estimation for a very long time
- 5:02Speaker 5: due to the military industrial complexes need for silver. It
- 5:06Speaker 5: goes well beyond electric vehicles, that goes well beyond solar panels.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I have a very good client who is a.
- 5:13Speaker 5: Consultant for the Department of Defense who tells me that
- 5:16Speaker 5: there is as much as as much as five hundred
- 5:19Speaker 5: ounces of silver in the cone of the majority of
- 5:23Speaker 5: the high tech cruise missiles, let alone aerospace, let alone
- 5:26Speaker 5: all of the high tech components that are used in military.
- 5:29Speaker 5: This is the reason why eight Western banks eight have
- 5:33Speaker 5: held the largest concentrated shore position in any commodity ever
- 5:36Speaker 5: traded ever in the history of the COMEX. In silver
- 5:40Speaker 5: year to date, Paul, we've seen almost eleven thousand tons
- 5:43Speaker 5: of silver has come into the United States, most of
- 5:47Speaker 5: it coming from London. The amount of silver available in
- 5:52Speaker 5: London right now for delivery the float is one hundred
- 5:54Speaker 5: and fifty one hundred and fifty five million ounces. Yet
- 5:57Speaker 5: they are trading somewhere in the neighborhood of six to
- 6:00Speaker 5: seven hundred million ounces every day. However, reports are that
- 6:04Speaker 5: they only report the final settlement numbers, not the numbers
- 6:10Speaker 5: of trades that go into that final settlement, which would
- 6:12Speaker 5: put it as much as ten times higher. In other words,
- 6:16Speaker 5: they are trading anywhere between six hundred and seven excuse me,
- 6:20Speaker 5: six hundred million and seven hundred million. You can multiply
- 6:23Speaker 5: that by at least ten times. You're talking three and
- 6:27Speaker 5: a half times annual global mind supply every single day
- 6:31Speaker 5: is trading on the LBMA with a float of only
- 6:34Speaker 5: one hundred and fifty million ounce is what could possibly
- 6:36Speaker 5: go wrong? It's a big, big problem. And I would
- 6:39Speaker 5: simply say to you that the gold of silver ratio
- 6:43Speaker 5: represents the opportunity of a generation.
- 6:45Speaker 2: And I mean that sincerely.
- 6:46Speaker 5: I'm not trying to sound like a salesman truly, this
- 6:50Speaker 5: is something that Look, this has happened just a couple
- 6:53Speaker 5: of This represents less than one percent of all of history.
- 6:58Speaker 5: This ratio, which for five thousand years was sixteen to one.
- 7:01Speaker 5: Up at this level anywhere near eighty to eighty five,
- 7:05Speaker 5: you're talking like one half of one percent of all
- 7:08Speaker 5: of history.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Seeing this kind of distortion.
- 7:11Speaker 5: So yeah, to me, it is the trade and the value,
- 7:14Speaker 5: the asymmetrical value, low downside, high upside of a generation.
- 7:18Speaker 5: In other words, people who have gold would be wise
- 7:20Speaker 5: to consider trading some of it into silver at this ratio.
- 7:24Speaker 5: One last point, when I first saw something like this,
- 7:27Speaker 5: it was twenty ten. It was the first time I
- 7:29Speaker 5: ever saw and it was the first podcast podcast every
- 7:32Speaker 5: Day with Bixwear, And I told everyone at that point, look,
- 7:37Speaker 5: I said, bis, this is the second time in human
- 7:39Speaker 5: history in twenty ten we saw eighty five to one ratio.
- 7:42Speaker 5: So we got to tell everyone to sell their gold.
- 7:44Speaker 5: I'll sell it to the market, convert it to silver.
- 7:47Speaker 2: Many did.
- 7:48Speaker 5: Within seven months, you had just bypassed the one hundred
- 7:52Speaker 5: and fifty two hundred year average of roughly forty five
- 7:55Speaker 5: to one to thirty seven to one. So anyone who
- 7:58Speaker 5: would have traded an ounce of gold in middle twenty
- 8:01Speaker 5: ten at eighty five to one. By mid twenty eleven
- 8:05Speaker 5: you had a nine hundred and fifteen dollars gold and
- 8:08Speaker 5: fifty dollars silver. That's thirty seven to one. You would
- 8:11Speaker 5: have we could have traded back into gold with thirty
- 8:13Speaker 5: seven ounces, way over doubling what you started with. So
- 8:17Speaker 5: to me, honest to God, this is a gift that
- 8:20Speaker 5: you only see once or twice if you're lucky in
- 8:23Speaker 5: an investing career.
- 8:24Speaker 2: So yeah, I.
- 8:25Speaker 5: Think this is an anomaly of epidemic proportions the silver.
- 8:29Speaker 1: We showed this earlier, but right there silver d S
- 8:31Speaker 1: and P five hundred ratio. I mean, this is way
- 8:34Speaker 1: down in terms of the undervalue to traditional equity. So
- 8:37Speaker 1: for what we're seeing in the market space right now, now,
- 8:41Speaker 1: many of this will I think go into At least
- 8:44Speaker 1: our audience is going to be looking for tokenized silver.
- 8:47Speaker 1: We've already seen this with a handful of projects out
- 8:50Speaker 1: there that are tokenizing gold and including XAUT and Pax Gold,
- 8:55Speaker 1: So that's something that could really go for And I
- 8:58Speaker 1: think this is the key my predictions we're going to
- 9:01Speaker 1: see token I silver this year. Andy and it may
- 9:04Speaker 1: line up with what's happening in the market in general.
- 9:07Speaker 1: But my question to you is the market cap what
- 9:09Speaker 1: is it for silver right now? Because it still seems
- 9:12Speaker 1: to be an estimated market cap in comparison to what
- 9:16Speaker 1: we do know about gold. Is there a true market
- 9:18Speaker 1: cap for silver?
- 9:19Speaker 5: I think the market cap on that article that you're
- 9:22Speaker 5: putting up right there, if I'm not mistaken from the
- 9:25Speaker 5: Silver Institute, is full of nonsense because it's giving you
- 9:29Speaker 5: a market cap based upon all of the silver. Ever mind,
- 9:33Speaker 5: the majority of the silver that has been mined since
- 9:38Speaker 5: the beginning of time.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Is gone. It's destroyed, it's in landfills.
- 9:44Speaker 5: You used so little of it inside of whatever object
- 9:48Speaker 5: it is that it's being, you know, an iPhone or
- 9:51Speaker 5: the first calculator that you ever use when you are
- 9:54Speaker 5: a kid, that.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Haird it's all gone or blown up.
- 9:57Speaker 5: In my opinion, if I had to guess, I would
- 9:59Speaker 5: say that the true market cap of silver is far,
- 10:04Speaker 5: far far if we were to really let the price
- 10:08Speaker 5: come out of silver's role in solar and evs and electronics,
- 10:13Speaker 5: AI dad, all of this stuff. When you factor in
- 10:16Speaker 5: the annual mining production of about eight hundred and twenty
- 10:18Speaker 5: million ounces, which is already running well below demand of
- 10:21Speaker 5: about one point two one point three billion. For five
- 10:24Speaker 5: years in a row, we've seen a structural deficit where
- 10:29Speaker 5: you know, monetary demand and industrial demand is far greater
- 10:35Speaker 5: than supply.
- 10:36Speaker 2: I think you could say, depends what the price is.
- 10:39Speaker 5: Let's put silk, let's put gold at five thousand dollars.
- 10:43Speaker 2: I guess you could say.
- 10:43Speaker 5: If you put gold at five thousand dollars and you
- 10:46Speaker 5: take the historical market cap, I don't know. I think
- 10:49Speaker 5: you could see a real market cap of doing the math.
- 10:53Speaker 5: I don't know between two and six trillion dollars. It
- 10:56Speaker 5: just depends upon I think it would be multi trillions.
- 11:00Speaker 5: Depends upon whether it becomes both a monetary reserve asset
- 11:04Speaker 5: and a irreplaceable industrial metal. The problem with trying to
- 11:08Speaker 5: define the market cap, Paulice price discovery has been destroyed.
- 11:12Speaker 5: But I will simply say this right now, especially in
- 11:15Speaker 5: the United States, I've been screaming about the amount of
- 11:18Speaker 5: gold and silver that the countries around the world have
- 11:20Speaker 5: been buying, such as Saudi Arabia, China, India, Russia. China
- 11:24Speaker 5: is the second largest producer of silver in the world.
- 11:26Speaker 5: They're flying all around set the Latin America, in particular Peru.
- 11:30Speaker 5: In Mexico, they're buying silver dore and silver concentrate largely
- 11:35Speaker 5: directly from the miners, paying double with the West will
- 11:38Speaker 5: sending it back to China to refine it. They're doing
- 11:41Speaker 5: so to disintermediate the marketplace. But the amount of demand
- 11:44Speaker 5: that we have seen where Russia is adding it publicly
- 11:48Speaker 5: they say we are adding it to our strategic stockpile.
- 11:51Speaker 5: Saudi Arabia just took a huge position in it. India
- 11:54Speaker 5: has bought between seven and eight hundred million ounces over
- 11:57Speaker 5: the last six years, all of these countries using the
- 12:00Speaker 5: suppression of the Western paper price to stand for delivery.
- 12:03Speaker 5: But what makes things so crazy is the amount of
- 12:05Speaker 5: silver that is now coming into the United States. And
- 12:08Speaker 5: in the first three days of the September contract, or
- 12:11Speaker 5: first four days of the September contract, well over two
- 12:14Speaker 5: billion dollars worth of silver was delivered already into the
- 12:18Speaker 5: collmex and we have the whole month of September ahead.
- 12:21Speaker 2: That was last week.
- 12:22Speaker 5: I haven't seen the numbers yet this week, but this
- 12:25Speaker 5: has been every single month, as much as four or
- 12:28Speaker 5: five billion dollars worth of silver have been coming in
- 12:30Speaker 5: minimum every single month since the beginning of the year.
- 12:34Speaker 5: Big money in this country and who is it? We
- 12:36Speaker 5: don't hear anything about it. Same thing is true with gold.
- 12:40Speaker 5: There are some very very big money interests that are
- 12:42Speaker 5: standing for delivery and the real target of all of
- 12:46Speaker 5: this is the LBMA, which is literally running on fumes.
- 12:49Speaker 5: One more point to make on the LBMA. For a
- 12:52Speaker 5: good portion of this year, the LBMA, in my opinion,
- 12:55Speaker 5: has been teetering on default.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Now that's a big statement.
- 12:58Speaker 5: The LBMA is a t P less one settlement market
- 13:01Speaker 5: where tea is trade plus one is settlement. On the
- 13:04Speaker 5: third day, those bars should be moving your way. The
- 13:06Speaker 5: Bank of England tells us for most of the year
- 13:08Speaker 5: that it's really about T plus six eight weeks now
- 13:13Speaker 5: because there's a shortage of manpower and trucks. We're supposed
- 13:16Speaker 5: to believe that the Bank of England doesn't have anything
- 13:18Speaker 5: in the way of trucks or excess manpower to move
- 13:22Speaker 5: the silver that belongs to these contract holders to where
- 13:26Speaker 5: it should be going. It amounts to getting caught with
- 13:30Speaker 5: their pants down. And this is a trend that we
- 13:32Speaker 5: see accelerating. In my opinion, I think the market cap
- 13:36Speaker 5: really once price discovery rears its head, will be much
- 13:40Speaker 5: higher than people think possible, much higher than the Silver
- 13:44Speaker 5: Institute says. But the real flaw in their metric is
- 13:47Speaker 5: by trying to figure it out based upon all the
- 13:49Speaker 5: silver that's been mined, the majority of it's gone over
- 13:52Speaker 5: the last seventy five years. It's in landfills.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Well, and this is going to drive into what most
- 13:58Speaker 1: likely will happen if you look back at gold and
- 14:00Speaker 1: when packs g and then also xaut launch, these are
- 14:05Speaker 1: tokenized versions of gold. This is back in twenty and nineteen,
- 14:09Speaker 1: twenty twenty and twenty two, I think it was, and
- 14:13Speaker 1: this is all expanded of course now to where gold
- 14:15Speaker 1: is trading now at thirty six hundred all time high
- 14:18Speaker 1: point being is that silver has never had that kind
- 14:20Speaker 1: of exposure with Based on what you're telling me, which
- 14:23Speaker 1: is this somewhat thwarted growth of where silver could be
- 14:28Speaker 1: going along with now countries starting to acquire it, I
- 14:31Speaker 1: just wonder if we're going to see a whole new
- 14:34Speaker 1: DeFi ecosystem being built on digital silver, basically tokeniz silver.
- 14:40Speaker 2: So that could be huge.
- 14:41Speaker 5: Let me address that. Let me address that for a moment.
- 14:43Speaker 5: First of all, silver status is a GIF in good meaning.
- 14:47Speaker 5: As the price rises, demand increases. That's usually not the
- 14:50Speaker 5: way it is with assets, and making the shortages even worse.
- 14:55Speaker 2: That is a big deal to factor into it. You know.
- 14:59Speaker 5: Look, silver is already up forty three percent this year
- 15:01Speaker 5: and the dollars down eleven percent. Fifty two million ounces
- 15:05Speaker 5: were delivered into comes this month already with three weeks left.
- 15:09Speaker 5: We have a between a five and a seven percent
- 15:13Speaker 5: lease rate in London right now for available supply. It's
- 15:17Speaker 5: normally one percent or lower. This signals that the big money,
- 15:21Speaker 5: the retail investors, the big money, they're scrambling for real metal,
- 15:25Speaker 5: not empty promises. And the big money above that are
- 15:28Speaker 5: basically saying that your paper.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Promises are crumbling.
- 15:32Speaker 5: For the industrial giants, the sovereign wealth funds, all these
- 15:36Speaker 5: big money interesting, we're standing for delivery.
- 15:38Speaker 2: And then a very.
- 15:39Speaker 5: Quiet thing happened the other day. Again, this should be
- 15:42Speaker 5: all over the news, but don't tell anyone. The United
- 15:45Speaker 5: States added silver to the Strategic Minerals List. It's now
- 15:49Speaker 5: a strategic mineral. It is not just an industrial metal anymore.
- 15:53Speaker 5: And so when you talk about numbers, when you talk
- 15:57Speaker 5: about real numbers, silver has been one of the most
- 16:00Speaker 5: suppressed medals or commodities on the planet for a long time,
- 16:04Speaker 5: to the point where it's interesting when you talk about
- 16:07Speaker 5: the military industrial complexes role in it, and there's a
- 16:10Speaker 5: fine line between conspiracy and reality. But look at the
- 16:13Speaker 5: largest silver trust in the world SLV, which is literally
- 16:17Speaker 5: the largest silver trust or the largest six one or
- 16:19Speaker 5: two largest dockpile of silver in the world. It's run
- 16:23Speaker 5: by JP Morgan and Blackrock. JP Morgan paid a nine
- 16:26Speaker 5: hundred and twenty million dollar fine to the Justice Department
- 16:29Speaker 5: for suppressing the silver price a few years ago, the
- 16:32Speaker 5: largest fine they had ever held that ever passed out
- 16:35Speaker 5: ever now with Blackrock.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Involved in it.
- 16:38Speaker 5: Who owns all of the military weapon manufacturers but Blackrock.
- 16:43Speaker 5: They hold the price of silver down to make high
- 16:46Speaker 5: tech weapons, to sell them all around the world to
- 16:49Speaker 5: NATO and all of the countries to blow up places
- 16:51Speaker 5: like the Ukraine, and then who gets the reconstruction contract,
- 16:55Speaker 5: Oh yeah, it's Blackrock. Now, I'm just simply saying there
- 16:58Speaker 5: is a fine line between conspiracy and reality. And the
- 17:01Speaker 5: more you dig into what silver really offers and why
- 17:05Speaker 5: eight banks would step on the price of silver, this
- 17:09Speaker 5: little tiny commodity to the largest concentrated short position in
- 17:13Speaker 5: the history of the comex market.
- 17:15Speaker 2: It tells you that silver.
- 17:16Speaker 5: Is far more important, far more critical, than we are
- 17:19Speaker 5: being led to believe by price alone. And when price
- 17:22Speaker 5: discovery is allowed to manifest, because it is now being
- 17:25Speaker 5: challenged by the majority of the other countries around the world,
- 17:29Speaker 5: the big ones in the global self, they're like, you
- 17:31Speaker 5: know what, we're going to stand for delivery, no more
- 17:33Speaker 5: paper promises.
- 17:34Speaker 2: And that's changing the narrative. Right here, right in front of.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Us, silver is starting to edge toward right now, holding
- 17:40Speaker 1: it around forty two dollars as of today. Likelihood of
- 17:44Speaker 1: this going to fifty dollars this year. I'm kind of curious, Andy,
- 17:48Speaker 1: do you feel like we might see that?
- 17:50Speaker 5: Well, yeah, you know that that cup and handle pattern
- 17:52Speaker 5: that you showed is one of the most powerful technical
- 17:56Speaker 5: setups you can find in markets, and for such a
- 18:00Speaker 5: long timeframe forty five years of suppressed energy to be released,
- 18:05Speaker 5: and it suggests that silver's been coiled like a spring.
- 18:09Speaker 5: And if you take a when you take the cup
- 18:12Speaker 5: and handle, the cup is the long base. In silver's case,
- 18:16Speaker 5: it's from the early nineteen eighties peak of fifty dollars
- 18:19Speaker 5: through the decades of consolidation. The handle is the pullback
- 18:22Speaker 5: or the tightening of the range, and once price breaks
- 18:25Speaker 5: above the rim of the cup, which is fifty, the
- 18:27Speaker 5: pattern signals a whole new, whole new uplet.
- 18:31Speaker 2: If you take fifty.
- 18:32Speaker 5: Dollars as the rim and four dollars as are there
- 18:35Speaker 5: even a little lower, just around four dollars as the bottom,
- 18:38Speaker 5: you do the math, you get forty six fifty minus four.
- 18:41Speaker 5: So the breakout above fifty plus forty six would be
- 18:44Speaker 5: ninety six to one hundred dollars would be the initial target.
- 18:47Speaker 5: Do I think it'll bust above fifty, Yeah, I do.
- 18:50Speaker 5: It's it's quietly in fact. On the futures right now.
- 18:53Speaker 5: Let's take a look real quick. The CME futures right
- 18:56Speaker 5: now is forty three zero point seventy five. On the
- 19:00Speaker 5: future is already at forty three, and it's outperforming just
- 19:04Speaker 5: about everything so far this year.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Yep, outperforming Bitcoin.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Oh for sure.
- 19:08Speaker 5: Anybody Nobody knows about it. And that's the craziest thing
- 19:13Speaker 5: pause the lack of mainstream media attention.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Well, they're going to know about it now because we're
- 19:17Speaker 1: talking about it here on this show. For sure I
- 19:20Speaker 1: want to get into because it has outperformed Bitcoin this year,
- 19:24Speaker 1: obviously outperforming mini digital assets. If we do see which
- 19:27Speaker 1: my prediction, we are going to see a token ised
- 19:29Speaker 1: silver coming soon. If that happens this year, that's going
- 19:32Speaker 1: to engage a lot more investors into it, which, of course,
- 19:35Speaker 1: to your point, is getting back to the idea of
- 19:38Speaker 1: how and where delivery is going to take place around this.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Let me go over to a tweet here real quick,
- 19:43Speaker 1: because this is Peter Schiff, one of your buddies. Silver
- 19:48Speaker 1: just traded forty two. Gold is poised to break.
- 19:50Speaker 2: A new record.
- 19:51Speaker 1: This is an unmistakable market signal that the Fed's upcoming
- 19:55Speaker 1: rate cut is a huge mistake. Your opinion on that,
- 20:00Speaker 1: feel like that is the case right now with the
- 20:01Speaker 1: rate cut coming in this week.
- 20:03Speaker 5: Yes, I do, because typically the Fed cuts interest rates
- 20:07Speaker 5: into a weak economy with stocks well below record highs.
- 20:11Speaker 2: I would argue maybe that the economy is.
- 20:13Speaker 5: Weaker than people think with the job revisions that we've
- 20:16Speaker 5: seen of nine hundred and eleven jobs revised. I mean,
- 20:19Speaker 5: this is stagflation, right, but this is going to benefit
- 20:24Speaker 5: the the one percenters, right, And because because those who
- 20:29Speaker 5: have assets should should do very well. The last three
- 20:33Speaker 5: times that we have seen rate cuts, we've seen gold
- 20:37Speaker 5: and silver go up substantially. You know, the rapidly growing
- 20:42Speaker 5: wealth gap only becomes larger, especially as core CPI inflation
- 20:46Speaker 5: is back above three percent and the economy weakening. Bottom line,
- 20:50Speaker 5: falling rates are a symptom of recession fears, not nothing else,
- 20:54Speaker 5: and I think recession, along with rising prices, you're going
- 20:58Speaker 5: to reignite more inflation is a bunch of nonsense. Inflation
- 21:02Speaker 5: is closer to eleven percent than it is three if
- 21:05Speaker 5: you just.
- 21:06Speaker 2: Use they argument all along. Andy, I'm I'm hundred percent on.
- 21:10Speaker 1: The same train of thought with you. I'm looking here
- 21:13Speaker 1: at the top assets gold approximately. You can kind of
- 21:16Speaker 1: see it nineteen trill in video holding up their Microsoft, Apple, Amazon,
- 21:21Speaker 1: Bitcoin alphabet, then silver. If in fact this is accurate,
- 21:25Speaker 1: but you're saying it.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Could be much higher.
- 21:28Speaker 1: This is very possible where silver could flip places like Google,
- 21:33Speaker 1: maybe even take a run at Bitcoin, maybe even Amazon.
- 21:37Speaker 1: If we start to see the price moderate, or I
- 21:40Speaker 1: should say, the price action go at the level that
- 21:42Speaker 1: you're talking about in the next six months, which could
- 21:45Speaker 1: be the trade of maybe at least the last several
- 21:49Speaker 1: years in terms of performance, and especially I think again,
- 21:52Speaker 1: if we get a token nice silver, it's going to
- 21:54Speaker 1: be huge.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Paul, I have tried for a long time. This is
- 21:57Speaker 2: why I love talking to you.
- 21:59Speaker 5: I mean, you're so someone who has an open mind
- 22:03Speaker 5: enough to listen to both sides. And this is the
- 22:05Speaker 5: whole idea, This is why I brought Michelle McClory, and
- 22:07Speaker 5: this is the whole idea that I have, is that
- 22:10Speaker 5: all of our portfolios are stronger, our understanding of monetary
- 22:15Speaker 5: events are stronger, our argument is stronger if we combine
- 22:19Speaker 5: the two. It doesn't have to be just digital assets
- 22:23Speaker 5: like bitcoin. It doesn't have to be just physical hard
- 22:26Speaker 5: assets like gold and silver. But I do believe that silver,
- 22:30Speaker 5: in my mind, is the value of a generation. It
- 22:33Speaker 5: would be very wise for people to whether or not
- 22:36Speaker 5: it outperforms in terms of its market cap, whether or
- 22:39Speaker 5: not real price discovery finds itself, everything that they are
- 22:43Speaker 5: doing to keep it blurred from everyone, everything they are
- 22:47Speaker 5: doing to hold it down, everything that we are seeing
- 22:50Speaker 5: on the LBMA should tell people who have done very
- 22:53Speaker 5: well in the crypto space, take a little bit of
- 22:55Speaker 5: that profit out, put it in physical metal, put it
- 22:58Speaker 5: on the other side of the table, because largely we
- 23:00Speaker 5: both see the world the.
- 23:01Speaker 2: Same way we do.
- 23:03Speaker 5: And I think having something physical in your possession that
- 23:06Speaker 5: is disappearing in nature, it is depleting in nature from
- 23:10Speaker 5: sixteen to one for five thousand years down to seven
- 23:13Speaker 5: to one, yet trading at eighty five or eighty eight
- 23:16Speaker 5: to one because of the stupid central commercial and central
- 23:19Speaker 5: banks that are suppressing it for the Western the West's good.
- 23:23Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 23:23Speaker 5: I don't think you get a setup like this very often.
- 23:26Speaker 5: And whether or not it outperforms or that's not the
- 23:29Speaker 5: idea of the idea is this is a generational opportunity
- 23:32Speaker 5: to take some profity.
- 23:34Speaker 2: From here and go to here and leave your initial
- 23:36Speaker 2: bet there. I don't know. I just think it makes your.
- 23:39Speaker 5: Whole portfolio hole hell of a bit stronger when price
- 23:41Speaker 5: discovery fines itself.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Yeah, so okay, So if we were, if we were
- 23:46Speaker 1: trying to manage your portfolio right now, Andy, and I've
- 23:48Speaker 1: got golden Bitcoin on one side, and I've got this
- 23:52Speaker 1: which are both high performing right now, and then I've
- 23:55Speaker 1: got silver and Ethereum over here on this other side.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Ethereum at its all time high repressed a little bit
- 24:03Speaker 1: silver clearly an opportunity. Would you go ahead and move
- 24:06Speaker 1: some of those golden bitcoin assets over to eth and silver?
- 24:10Speaker 5: Yeah, why not. That's how you succeed in investing. You
- 24:13Speaker 5: take some you reposition from. Look, pigs get fed, hogs
- 24:17Speaker 5: get slaughtered. I'm not saying get rid of those positions,
- 24:20Speaker 5: but yeah, take some of the froth off and put
- 24:22Speaker 5: it into undervalued assets in essence, have the exact same story.
- 24:27Speaker 5: And yes, that is how you do it. And people
- 24:30Speaker 5: are often they don't They're not one am I trying
- 24:35Speaker 5: to say? They act after they see the move. Truly
- 24:38Speaker 5: successful investors do so before it becomes obvious to the mainstream.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Yes, it's being proactive rather than reactive. I like it.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Andy Schachman coming in for Miles Franklin. You guys, of
